Great hotel, everything is fine. Very recommended. The food. The parking. The room. The lobby and the staff. Clean hotel
Great meal and helpful service in this lovely and secluded garden, complete with splashing water feature. We both loved the feta and watermelon salad, & the fresh local bread beforehand as an appetiser (with flavoured butter), Jenny had a delicious plate of pork tenderloin, and I had an unusually large bowl of porcini-filled ravioli with cherry tomatoes. - and we both really enjoyed the local Riesling. A meal to remember in an attractive setting - and there was a good number of other guests clearly enjoying it all too.
Superb hotel in a nice, quiet location. Great staff, comfortable room and great meals at breakfast and dinner. Spa and pool were unused by me, but available and convenient. The town also offers multiple eating and drinking venues plus a beautiful view of the Rhein River. A better place to visit NOT in winter, but still great any time of the year.
Most of the attention went to the people attending a seminar - the restaurant was only for them, so I had to sit at a table in front of the bar. Could have been a good alternative, but some of the attendees of the seminar were there as well, making a lot of noise. Not pleasant to enjoy your dinner there.
Great breakfast but the same hard European bed. Good bar and food. The staff from check-in to check-out all great. No AC like what you would have in the US...just open the window and hope for the best...!
We were there as a family (3) and would search for an alternative next time. Pro: friendly reception, nice outside dining/drinks area. Con: service in the restaurant, standard of the rooms (pillows so high you can not possibly use for sleeping), the hotel has an atmosphere of an older mid range and no personality establishment from the late 80-s. And that to a price of almost 200Euro/night! It will not hurt you to spend a night there (if you bring an own pillow that is - or feel like asking for one in the middle of the night), but if you are looking for a “memory” you better keep on looking.

Hotel is very clean. In little town. On river Main. Just next to the hotel there is a free of charge outdoor parking so no need to pay for underground one in the building of hotel. Well working internet. Heating was just working so so - so moderate temperature in the room. Small pool in the hotel. Nice.

Stayed here while visiting Nierstein and found this hotel to be very comfortable.Staff were very friendly and helpful and good atmosphere around the hotel at all times. Car parking was 8euro per night in secure car park. Overall would have to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a nice small town. The garage is large. the pool is large and clean. The Park title is a bit of a misnomer as you cannot enter it. Apparently it is private and fenced off. I had hoped for a terrace and did not get one, but as it was quite hot I likely would not have used it. the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The food is quite good, both lunch and dinner. i would recommend if you are staying in the area.

We have stayed here before, and we usually have no issues. This past weekend are experience was very bad!!!! First we requested a balcony, and the staff said you can't request that. Only if we have the room available, well I thought ok. Then later that night we were outside and the night manager locked my wife out from the doors to come out side to the patio, my wife tried to explain that her purse and myself was out there, she said to bad. I showed my wife another door and she come out, ( the patio was not closing for 35 more min), and ten minutes later the night manager opened that same door back up!!!! The air conditioner in our room did not work and we did not sleep that night!!! The next morning they offered to let us switch rooms, and we gladly excepted, however they refused to give us a vacant balcony room, because it was already reserved!!!( see above). Really I thought you don't do that!! The air in the second room was barely acceptable, I know Germans don't like air conditioning, but when I pay for a room with air I want COLD AIR. At check out they tried to charge us for 4 nights instead of the 2 we were there for!!! (They wanted to charge us for both rooms for 2 night!!!!!) This was a horrible, sleepless weekend. They would not give a discount for lack of advertised amenities!!! Not sure if I'll give them another chance!!

This Hotel with friendly and helpfull staff is not far away from the city center and the hiking Trails along the river Rhine!People can hier bicycles and ride along the river! The rooms are really nice, furnished in southern French style!

I loved to stay here. I felt at home. Nierstein is a very nice and cute place. The hotel is efficient, we loved the food, it's very convenient. We stayed here for one night on your trip through Europe.

Wish we had more time to explore, very helpfull staff, and a great hotel. Breakfast was a great mix of continental and hot breakfast. Staff recommended a great little restaurant in the town square, Italian Pizza, very good, My 13 yr old son enjoyed his pizza. Looking forward to go back sometime soon for the wine festival, sounds real fun.

Good location to visit wineyards, comfortable and quiet. Hall and restaurant decoration would need to be modernized, but food and wines have a good quality/price ratio. Standard rooms are large enough, bathroom are ok, shower place may be little bit too small, but very quiet environment even for room on the street view.

This is a very nice hotel, centrally located in Nierstein which is in the heart of the Rhine wine growing area. Nierstein is quite a small town and has probably seen better days, however it is still a charming place with plenty to see and do within a short drive. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel served our purpose very well, we were fortunate to have been given a room with a balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard at the back. It was very quiet and a reasonable size although I believe there are some larger rooms. Our room was quite modern with a new metal bed which was very comfortable there were matching bedside tables and two large bedside lamps, these look good but actually took up a lot of space and yet gave a very poor light, the other lighting in the room was not good either, so made reading after dark quite difficult. However, the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, chairs desk & table. There are no tea or coffee making facilities provided in the room, but you can request to have them provided, also there is not a mini fridge, which would be useful when the weather is warm. We found the heating/air-con control easy to use and it was efficient The bathroom was also a reasonable size, but the bath with shower over, is rather deep so difficult for older people to get in and out of. We have stayed at several Best Western hotels recently and they seem to be favouring liquid soap/shampoo dispensers, these are ok if they are full and work, which a lot of them do not, personally we prefer the traditional soap and shampoo we had a problem here with both dispensers in the bathroom and had to ask at reception for them to be changed. Breakfast was plentiful, very good with hot and cold choices each morning, we did not eat here otherwise, but the evening menu looked good too. There is an underground parking garage which gives direct access to the hotel, but the spaces are a little tight for larger cars. The indoor pool is lovely, sparklingly clean with a mezzanine area to relax on. All of the staff we came into contact with spoke excellent English, were very professional and helpful. Should we be in the area again we would definitely stay here.

Loved it! A great location with a lovely balcony and upgraded linens. Bed was very comfortable and large. They offered locked storage of our bicycles and even let us check in early! THIS is where you want to stay in Nierstein! The location in directly in the center of town allowing for easy walking to shops and the river. Viking River Cruises even has a dock at Nierstein so you know it is a popular spot!

We were driving from Cannes in France aiming for Norway and we chose Nierstein as one overnight stay. The hotel had a great under underground garage, nice rooms, friendly staff and made our stay very nice. A short walk down to the river Rhine with many nice places to sit with a beer watching the boats pass by. Will definitely use same hotel if we pass by Nierstein again! There was one problem with our room. Eventhough there was an aircon installed it did not really help much. So a hot day turned into a hot uncomfortable night. So be sure to ask to have a room where the aircon actually works and cools down your room. Mind you I guess there are not many days in the year this is a big problem!

Hotel is located on a beautiful city in the banks of the Rhine River. The city is wonderful and great to walk. You can taste the wines from Roter Hang, a famous red slope in the region, that produces very mineral wines. Hotel was outdated and internet was very slow. Bathrooms are spacious and new, but shower curtain was missing. Breakfast was average.

We wanted to stay in a hotel near the Rhine, near a town centre, with private parking, that was pet friendly and reasonably priced. We are happy with our choice. The staff were service-minded and professional. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The wireless worked well (even with all 4 of our devices hooked up). It's a short walk to everything – so we did get to sit by the Rhine and take a drink. The only thing we regret is not having time to use the hotel sauna.

Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Staff very helpful and courteous. Well placed in the village and convenient access to surrounding area. Only 30-40 minute drive from Frankfurt and easy to find. Have been many times to the area and stayed at this hotel before. Carpets are looking a little tired but other than that nothing to complain about
