Nice clean facility that is well maintained. Reasonable room rates and an in-house restaurant/lounge. Older building that is in very good condition. Rooms that face the lake have a wonderful view. We always look to stay here when traveling in Eastern Washington.
For $160.16 we expect the hotel to at least meet the standards that we have experienced at the many other Best Westerns that we have stayed in. The carpet was filthy. The tub stained and looked dirty but seriously it needs replacement. The other Best Western hotels have sparkling clean tubs. The towels are thin and not absorbent anymore. We have reported these problems on a previous stay last year. They have let the rooms be runned down.
Great hotel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast buffet. It is nice that there is a restaurant with the hotel so I didn't need to go elsewhere for meals. Because I came with a group, our Lunch and dinner was included with our contract. We had, in my opinion, the best dinner that I have ever had in this type of setting. Highly recommend this hotel.
It was very good stay Hotel is in a great location Very nice lake view The complimentary breakfast was very good. Good election of breakfast items The hotel is located close to the interstate so it is quite noisy buy it was bearable Would stay here again
Took my kids to this hotel while i was at a softball tourney. It was a great place, close to the ball park, pool for the kids. Restaurant was great and the breakfast was superb. Sunset and Sunrise were a nice treat to start and end the day. Would stay again.
My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel in Moses Lake, WA on our way back home from vacation. This hotel is comfortable and amazing, with great views of the lake. They have a wonderful sauna, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We've traveled a lot, and the hot breakfast buffet is probably the best we've had, with a variety of food options and an omelet station! We will definitely recommend the Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel to friends and family who are traveling.
First off we reserved a King Room with Lake View which was $30 more a night. When we arrived we checked in and went to our room which was a small room with the only view being of the parking lot. I talked to front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do and that the room came acrossed that way. I dont usually complain or write reviews, but I triple checked I had the right one while making reservations and could have booked other hotels for cheaper. Daughter wanted Lake view and so we stayed here. Room smelt musty and was very small. Didnt help that there was a baby across the hall that cried all night long. One of the worst experiences i have had at a hotel.
We were very pleased with this hotel, the amazing sunset that we were able to watch from the dock behind the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious - complete with an omelet bar!
A nice hotel. Right if 90 but quiet rooms, great breakfast with lots of choices, well prepared. Friendly staff. Clean room. View from lakeside kings is out over the lake to distant mountains, wide, big sky...nice. Faces west for afternoon sun on very large balconies. Room smallish, but that's okay. Bathroom quite small. Not a big deal to me. In good shape except carpets are a bit old. Comfy bed, desk, easy chair.
I chose this hotel because it was on Moses Lake. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the lake and was able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets! We were also surprised with cute little yard creatures which we believe to be Yellow-bellied Marmots (locals call them Rock Chucks), they were so cute to watch. The room was very clean, and staff was all kind. It is nice to have the convenience of an attached restaurant so you don't have to travel far for food/drink (and a lovely view). Free breakfast was pretty good - I enjoyed fresh fruit and ordered up a freshly cooked omelet. Note: Once the clock hits 9 am, you better already have your coffee to go because the creamers and coffee go away. It would be nice to have that option in the lobby area for guests. The only CON really is being right next to the main road, so if on the balcony there's a lot of traffic noise. Also, when leaving the hotel to drive around I would advice NOT going down Melva Ln (it's very difficult to get out into traffic), but rather keep driving the back road and go out Burress Ave.
I always love staying here when passing through! This hotel has the best staff. And the best breakfast. The view is unbeatable. Came to town for Memorial Day weekend and even stayed a few extra days! How could we not. If you haven't stayed here yet please give it a try I highly recommend. .
The father of a family a couple doors down the hall apparently felt that he had no responsibility to not allow the room doors to slam. I talked with him and he said the wind blew the doors shut and there was nothing he could do about it. He had children who every evening for several HOURS knocked on the door and let the door slam and ran up and down the stairs. I wonder whether they were attempting to be registered in the Guinness book of world records for door slams per hour. Neither my husband nor I slept well at all both nights of our stay. Saturday night the door slamming and getting ice from the nearby ice machine went until 3:00 AM. Sunday night the door slamming began about 6 PM and continued until 11:20 PM. Monday morning when the family checked out, the doors slammed again as they exited their rooms with baggage several times. If you made the doors hydraulic, there would be no slamming. Maybe for kids you could provide a wrist band that contains the door key so no knocking would be necessary. When this family checked in (Saturday) the son knocked on my door, just for fun. Is there a way to install doorbells? We love Lake Front. We've stayed several times.
Far enough away from business roads and highways and situated on a lakeshore provides a calm and quiet vibe.
The room was large with a patio to enjoy the morning sun. It had all the needed amenities and a Keurig coffee maker which is much better than other hotels with the drip coffee. Fridge was larger than normal. Breakfast buffet had a made to order omelet station that put it over the top! It also has an excellent restaurant called Paradise Bar and Grill, all over looking Moses Lake! This is the BEST BW I've been to.
Great stop in a town I've never considered on my road trips. Everything was comfy, clean, and well priced. The spa was a welcome relief to my tired body. Easy to walk down the hall for food and drink at the attached restaurant without having to go further into town.
Every thing at this motel was just what was needed. Restaurant/lounge onsite is always important to us and they are the only motel in Moses lake that has that. Breakfast is always good and staff are always above our expectations.
We stayed at this hotel because it had a bar right in the hotel! How cool is that! Food was excellent at the bar and Breakfast didn't disappoint either! Bedroom was clean and really comfortable! I will be back for sure!
Had a great stay, food was great, excellent staff and the room with a view was outstanding I'll be back frequently when working in the area. Found the lounge help to be the best. Met several employees and all were ambitious and friendly
Nice stay. Comfortable, clean rooms. The restaurant food and staff were both really good. There was ample parking for our semi and 48 foot trailer. It's "on the lake" but it's not a glam / resort location or town. Still nice for the area.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our employees for the Christmas party. The food was amazing and all the servers were fantastic!! We appreciate all the hard work that went into making this possible for our PNW Team!! Thank you! GrayMar Environmental
Probably some of the best pillows I've used at a hotel. They are going through some of their end of the year maintenxe so some hotel rooms were out of service. Not a hit deal. Happy they are putting money back into their hotel.
Well mThis Best Western way was better than I thought it would be. It might be thest one we've stayed at. aintained, great views of the lake, and a ometelt chef. All the staff were helpfull and friendly.
The restaurant is top notch, the prime rim on Friday/ Saturday is good. And the are lots of window tables with a fantastic view of Moses lake. Half of the room face the lake directly and they all have over size fecks. All in all a great stop.
overall a very nice place to stay, The hotel sits on the lake and was expecting a nice view of the lake, even enquired about said view ( or even pool view) We ending up with a view of the parking lot, but whatever. the lamp was broken, the dispenser in the shower for all the supply's ( shampoo..) was broken or plugged up.
I LOVE this hotel. Always a prime spot when passing through Moses Lake. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and always gives us a great room. The breakfast is the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had. And the restaurant always has the best service and atmosphere. I will never stay anywhere else in Moses Lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable you can tell they take care of this place and will continue to do so. Cheers.
Brought the management team here to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinner was great. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff handled any issues we had or asked if we needed anything whenever we walked through the lobby.
Small, musty smelling room. Stained towels. No elevators. The entire experience left us feeling kinda creeped out. As there are no elevators, if you need a luggage cart, you have to haul it to a stairway, then remove your stuff to haul up the stairs, then find a second cart at the top of the stairs to get to your room. As the hallways are narrow, watch out for cleaning staff as they don't bother trying to make room for you to pass them with your cart. Just an overall bad experience.
The rooms were good. The only thing I would say is, the full length mirror should be on a different wall. They've put it on the wall right beside the bed so it is not very useful. They have a restaurant which has good food, but i didn't get very good service.
We stayed one night in this lovely hotel. Front desk staff, both at check in & checkout, were extremely friendly & helpful. The dining room, which is also the breakfast room, is amazing. Great food, friendly staff, beautiful views of the lake! Be sure to ask for a lake view room.
Sometimes you actually find a hotel that understated its condition, location and rooms. In this case, they very much understated their offerings. The good news is that they over delivered as a result.
Planned a nice evening with spouse, so I booked a suite with a balcony overlooking the lake to watch the sunset on a summer evening. July 1st and fireworks are scheduled across the lake. It will be a happy evening and spouse is looking forward to it. Surprise, no balcony! Second surprise, staff KNOWS the website shows a balcony and the room doesn't have one. and "we can't change it". They are willing marketing amenities that the room does not have.
The Hotel is right on the water. Beautiful sunset and a great restaurant to eat at. Our waitress Lilly was accommodating and wonderful. Food was delicious and came out with a great presentation. Rooms were clean and spacious. Check in was simple as well as check out. Will be back!
Rooms wonderful, lake view relaxing, staff friendly and accommodating, food in restaurant fantastic, Complimentary breakfast variety very nice and very good. Will stay here anytime we are in or traveling thru Moses Lake.
This hotel was perfect for our trip to see a concert at the Gorge. The room had a beautiful view of the lake. Everything was clean and the staff, particularly Sam, were extremely helpful. If we lived closer I would hit Happy Hour in the lounge on a regular basis. Amber, the bartender/waitress, was lovely and made a great cocktail. The breakfast exceeded other properties, especially the omelet bar.
Stayed here after a while for a conference and they did some upgrades that were noticeable. The Restaurant service is top tier. The ladies are always welcoming and some new faces. Breakfast was outstanding as usually.
This was possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I was there over the weekend during a huge conference that seemed to keep all the staff pretty busy. Let me tell you every single staff member I encountered handles them selves with so much grace and poise I was amazed. This hotel is lucky to have the staff it does. The hotel was clean and tidy I saw housekeepers every single day and each one had a smile on their face. the restaurant is to die for! it was very busy when we walked in but their service remained excellent and our food came out very fast and tasted DELICIOUS. If I could eat there every single day I absolutely would. Compliments to this hotel. What you guys are doing is amazing. Keep up the good work. You will definitely be seeing us again. Tanya
I was pretty disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I expect more from a BW Hotel. It felt old and run down. Some of the staff gave the the hibyjibys. I would have walked out when getting checked in but I had paid in advance.
Great hotel just off the freeway, the view from the lakefront rooms is wonderful. The room was stocked with everything we needed, clean bedding with extra pillows. The staff is the extra bonus, everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and lounge was delightful. Friendly smiling faces ready to help and answer questions. JimBob is the best!
Wonderful each access location. Luv the onsite restaurant Paradise Lake Front Restaurant and Lounge. Entire staff at this hotel and restaurant gave excellent customer service. Food and drink were great. Ample parking and great views of Moses Lake.
The establishment and grounds are clean and the staff are friendly. I have stayed there many times and the experience has always been positive. The lake side views are great and you have quick access to Interstate 90 freeway.
The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend the restaurant, it was by far one of the best places to eat in the area. The whiskey pepper steak was absolutely awesome and the hostess was fabulous. Thank you for such an incredible stay, others should take a cue from your wonderful staff on customer service.
We upgraded to a lake view and it was peaceful. The sunset was amazing. Close to the road but we didn't feel it was loud. Make sure you get a main floor due to no elevator which wasn't a problem for us. Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was tasty, staff was kind.
We requested a ground floor room with a view of Moses Lake. It was a pleasant surprise to have a sliding glass door to the outside; walking barefoot on the grass yard; bistro tables & chairs were available; to relax and enjoy the outdoors, while watching folks enjoy water sports on a warm, weekday late afternoon on into the evening.
Stayed here for above wonderland over the weekend. Was a great space. Breakfast was always full and fresh. Need to come back here next year when we come to more gorge concerts. Kinda far from location. But was worth the trip.
Our room was large, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The sheets were great. We had a view of the lake and in the morning, many little creatures were scurrying around. The staff were mostly friendly and the breakfast was more than sufficient.
We booked a lake front view king room and had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. Right from when Val checked us in with a kind smile and answered any question we had. The room was spotless and clean. Every staff member that we encountered during our 2 days was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The hotel has a decent restaurant attached to it and that is where they serve the best hot breakfast (including omlettes made to order) that I have ever had included at any hotel. I will recommend this place to anyone that I know. Great hotel for a great price.
Stay at the hotel with my family. The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast really made us feel like we were back home in Norway. With options and staff checking in with us. Dinner was delicious was well. The burgers were big.
My wife and I have stayed here on numerous occasions. It's easy to access anywhere in town in a matter of minutes. There were no issues with our stay and the view of the Lake was breathtaking. Several places we have stayed at before were plagued with signs of drug. Best Western is free from this scourge of Society.
The employees are this hotel are very welcoming. Always have a smile and their guest calls after we checked in was surprising but made us feel like they cared about us. The breakfast and restaurant attached to the hotel was the perfect way to start and end our 4th of July weekend.
We had a nice stay while on a road trip. Nice setting with outdoor area on the lake. Close to interstate but little noise. Restaurant was busy, food was good. Excellent staff. They really made the effort to provide good service.
The trip and expirence was verry good and I would definitely stay here again if I am around. The lounge/restaurant has really good food and is kept really clean. Their rooms are also very clean and nothing wasn't working when I arrived.
Is it The Bellagio? No. But it's right off the freeway, has a lake view and is attached to a great little restaurant. Our room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Amber, the bartender, made a mean Bloody Mary and had great tips about navigating The Gorge. We'll definitely stay again.
The sunset from the restaurant sunset with a glass of wine was a perfect way to end the day. And the breakfast views were amazing. Great selection of food. Freshly made omelets and fresh fruits. Attendants were super nice.
The only problem we had was the internet not working well on the far side of the building. The beds were super comfortable. We did find garbage next to the toilet but it wasn't terrible. Just a small piece. We will for sure stay here again! And super thankfully for the housekeeping running to get us a new key when ours didn't work!
The staff at the property are always in a good mood. They seem to really want to work and work well together. The restaurant still has a salad bar which stays fresh. Clam chowder is great. Keep up the work.
We stayed for four nights. The room was airy and well lit, with a balcony lake and lake view. The bedding was super-clean; I had none of my usual dust mite allergy. The breakfast was excellent, with good hot options including made-to-order omelet. Breakfast was served in a spacious restaurant (good for social distancing) with a lovely lake view. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and competent.
Older somewhat shabby. Lake view. Cheap thin toilet paper - no Kleenex in room. Beds high off the floor - cannot set on edge without hanging on. Lobby cold and lifeless (reminds of a Bulgarian railroad station). Food and drinks ok but overpriced. Not like most Best Westerns.
Staff are always nice and professional. The facility has always been clean on all of my stays. The lakeside views are great, even in the winter when the lake is frozen over. The restaurant food is excellent and cooked to order.
My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much and I would personally recommend this site as it's right off I-5, it's right next to Moses Lake, it's clean and comfortable, the restaurant is tasty, their free breakfast is delicious and their staff are very nice.
This best western is an excellent place to stay in Moses Lake. This is much better than the many other hotels plopped down all together next to the freeway farther out ( eg holiday inn ). Here you have a lake view room with balcony and are close to town. The staff was very friendly, clean rooms, good internet, great view, and a real full breakfast included. Good onsite restaurant with windows viewing the lake had surprisingly good food and great service. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is a bit of freeway noise, which they all have. With the balcony door closed it was fine for sleeping.
When visiting family in Moses Lake Best Western Lake Front is our choice of stay. It is conveniently located off I90 if you are traveling thru. You won't be disappointed. Breakfast is included and in the afternoon to evening food is available to purchase in the Paradise Lounge.
Came here with my company and held a meeting downstairs in the conference room. It was big and followed all the covid-19 protocols. Taco bar was a hit and my team enjoyed themselves. Will be holding more events here.
The sunset is what makes the hotel complete. The breakfast in the morning and the restaurant for dinner. It is the perfect hotel for not wanting to drive or going anywhere after a long day at work. Great work.
Just stayed one night to attend a celebration of life for an old friend. Grew up in Moses Lake and stayed at the hotel on my honeymoon night 43 years ago. Hotel is in great shape and has a bar and restaurant attached. Banquet rooms downstairs. Rooms are fine 0 but the hotel seemed pretty empty in the middle of the week.
We got a lake view room for the night thinking it was going to be nice and quiet but…..it's right on a busy, noisy freeway. We asked to be changed to a quieter area at around 8pm because the freeway noise was so loud, but was told by the front desk you can hear freeway noise from all the rooms and she wouldn't let us change. The service was only terrible because they wouldn't give us a different room.
Excellent customer service, clean rooms, great food and drinks (crab cakes were my favorite and the sapphire breeze drink). And what a gorgeous view of Moses Lake! Definitely going to stay here again. Thank You!
I always look forward to visiting this lake front hotel that is always clean, fast check in and great food! I always stay here when visiting Moses Lake. The restaurant is nice and convenient with the best Apple Crisp.
Visited for a wedding. The room was great. Had a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel looked to be newly renovated which is another plus. Stay also included complimentary breakfast. The dining room for breakfast has an amazing view of the lake. Other things to note, the onsite gym is closed due to covid but they have passes for a local gym. Thry also have plenty of space for parking as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you are passing by the Moses lake area.
Beautiful lake view, delicious breakie, accommodating staff, affordable, and clean/nice rooms… what's not to like! There's also a restaurant on site as well, which was convenient for us to get a bite. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.
I had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was easy to find and access as it is located right off of the exit. Parking was easy. The hotel had a great view of the lake. Overall a great experience.
This hotel is a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised with the lake views, beautiful lake front restaurant, and omelette station. Highly recommend this place for a stay! Place was also very clean and tidy and staff were very nice
The room was clean and view was great, Awesome breakfast, very convenient location right off the highway. What I appreciate was that the wifi was fast for me to work while on my stay there. Reasonable pricing and staff were very polite and gave great recommendations.
Stayed just for the night, did not get to enjoy much of the hotel, but it was clean, safe, and had a restaurant and bar. Free hot breakfast was a surprising bonus!! It was very good except no bacon! Plenty of sausage though.
Words can't even. I know that we're in eastern Washington, we're not expecting a 4 star hotel. We're not even expecting a 3 or a 2. But clean sheets? Yes. Yes we're expecting that. Let the pictures tell the story. In case you can't see clearly (my photo skills are amateur) there are FIVE black curly hairs in the sheets. Pubic hair in the sheets is disgusting. But in these times, this place didn't even pretend to try and be clean - the toilet paper was half torn, mid-sheet and the TV remote control was just hanging out on the bed. I felt like I was in a Petri dish. And I'd be amiss if I didn't mention the fluorescent lighting - the only lighting in the room. Oh and the vending machine was broken. So to get bottles water you need to drive to the closest convenience store. They do have AC. So that's a plus….
For me to give a 5 star rating, I want a clean room comfortable bed, pleasant surroundings, food with in walking distance. This hit all of my needs right on the dot. A nice restaurant and bar attached to hotel, that also had a very nice view of the lake. And the weather was perfect!
Fast check in, friendly staff and clean room. We loved the lake view from our room on the bottom floor. Located right off I-90 and easy to find. Lots of options for restaurants locally and a Winco and Wal-Mart are a few miles away.
BAD MANAGEMENT!!! My family and I woke up at 6am to construction workers starting renovations literally on the next room to ours, they even placed there tool boxes on our patio furniture! I asked to speak with management and they were not around so asked for managment to contact me ... 2wks later no response so I call and still no management around, so they offer 20% off and 5,000 points (1/4 of a stay). I declined and ask for a manager or General manager to contact me... 1 month later no response. So I call back speak to a manager and she offers the same as the front desk agent did 20% off and points and say that is all they are allowed to offer. I as her to forward this 5o the General manager and have him contact me ASAP....1 week later no response. I finally contacted corporate and they handled the situation.
They don't clean your rooms and have no elevators. When you bring up problems they tell you that you signed an agreement. They really don't care about their guests. I will never stay at that hotel again
The only redeeming quality of the hotel is the lake view, which is gorgeous. However, being right next to the freeway also means you get the loud freeway noise. This hotel has a weird layout, the hot tub and gym were not available for use, which I wish we would have known about, as those are amenities we look for in hotels, and why we booked here. The waffle maker was broken so couldn't be used during breakfast. The hotel smelled old and musty, and definitely needs new carpeting. The carpet in our room was stained pretty badly. We booked 2 rooms (we have 6 kids so are one family in 2 rooms), and they happened to be adjoining rooms.... Great! Called the front desk to ask them to unlock the connecting door and was told they can't do that because of covid. That doesn't make sense, since we are one family, and we are using both rooms anyways??? Any time we had our windows open in the rooms, we smelled smoke from people smoking outside (not sure if our rooms happened to be near the smoking areas or something?) Was not told that the conditioner is in a bottle at the sink. Took a shower only to find out the refillable pump of conditioner in the shower is empty. Didn't find the small bottle of conditioner next to the sink until later. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and there was only a little bit of the roll left when we arrived. The people who work there were very friendly, and the view is beautiful. However, we will not be staying here again. We'll look for somewhere else with the same beautiful view to stay next time we're in Moses Lake for a family vacation. Especially for how expensive these rooms are for what you get.
I came for work and stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. My room had a king size bed and a large patio. The hotel is right by the lake and has the best views compared to the other places I've stayed here. I ate breakfast and dinner at the Paradise restaurant, which is attached to the hotel. Food was delicious and had a large variety. Also, there's a bar where I hung out with co-workers.
My husband and kids came to Moses Lake for a relaxing vacation outside the city and near family who live near the area. Parking was easy and we stayed for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was a standard room with two queens that had a view of the lake. It looks like the hotel has gone through renovations recently and is very clean. Patio was much bigger than I expected it to be, which was great for me! It's convenient that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Food was great and affordable for a family dinner. Overall, I had fun and was able to decompress on the vacation.
I came back for a visit after two years on June 2021. The hotel did a lot of renovations. The lighting has increased to create a open and clean feel, furniture has been updated, walls re-painted, and our room had a large balcony. The food was still delicious and menu has lot of variety. Staff was happy and friendly. I would recommend a visit to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Lastly, its by the lake so you get great views of the Lake!
Towels had not been changed from last guest. There was hair in the sink. I really did not feel comfortable relying on the cleanliness of the sheets, Staff at breakfast was rude. I wasn't planning on complaining but when the front desk rep asked whether my stay was satisfactory, I told her no and why. All she said was "oh."
I stayed in a lakefront-room. Room was clean, no carpet (thank you), air conditioning worked well. The pool was open and fairly warm. Tons of parking - very close to parks, restaurants. I will definitely stay there when in Moses Lake
My favorite 1/2 point driving I-90 Idaho To Seattle. Plenty of parking, pet friendly, wonderful views, killer sunsets, on site lounge and restaurant! Nearby trail around lake to park is amazing. Walk from hotel! Watched fish jumping.
This hotel and their staff are the most friendly and professional around. If you're looking for a place to stay with great food and accommodations this is where you want to stay! The hotel continues to update the facility and it is beautiful. I'm completely impressed at how well the staff is trained and we have never had bad service either in the restaurant, event area or hotel accommodations. Definitely a top notch facility
It appeared this place was midway through a major renovation, and the room we stayed in had that fresh brand-new feel. Although the lower parking lot was not available for use yet, it looked like updates were happening all over. The food both Paradise Bar&Grill and the continental breakfast were first-rate. Would definitely stay here again. DId i mention the beds? Awesome nights sleep. Just what i'd expect from a Best Western, excellent mattresses.
We have stayed here before and the place is in process of remodeling rooms. The room was bright and well kept. Clean and refreshing. We will absolutely stay again, the view of the Lake is great. Most comfortable bed in a motel I have stayed in.
The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Presently undergoing remodel and updates. The lake view from the lounge and restaurant was very nice. We took our cocktails outside and sat out on the little covered deck/dock to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again. If you want a lake view room be sure to ask when you book.
This was our third or fourth time here. We have always picked a Lakeside view and have never been disappointed. This room had a different layout and style. It was far better. In fact when we heard the motel was in the process was remodeling we thought this room had already been done. It wasn't, much to our surprise. If the remodel makes an improvement on this, then it will be great. Only problem, maids tried to come in before we had checked out.
I stay at this property at least four times a year during routine business trips, I am never disappointed. The rooms are consistently clean beds are comfortable and most of all I am able to have a good nights sleep without a whole lot of noise, The staff is always kind and attentive. Understandably breakfast has changed during the pandemic but it is still enough to get me going for the day.
It was an overall good experience. Hotel staff were and always are super friendly. Unfortunately we stayed during a remodel so it was very dusty and dirty. Our past experiences have always been good though.
This hotel has done well continuing to serve people during all the Covid restrictions with both a hot breakfast and keeping their dining room open. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned well and all items stocked well.
I have never been to Moses Lake, don't plan to come back. Boring... the hotel looks ok and the room is a nice size. We had the two queen Lakeview. The room smelled of smoke, not strong but noticeable. The screen on the sliding door is really old and hard to slide. The glass door was filthy. Glass is obviously an issue, when we ate in the restaurant the glass was quite dirty on the outside and the bottom pane at our table looked corroded. By the way, don't bother with the restaurant, edible but uninspired and nothing you would not get at Dennys for less. Booze is on the cheap side. The really off-putting thing is who else is staying here. Two doors down someone is obviously living here, they have a BBQ and smoker and tomato plants. I saw people smoking on the balconies with the doors open, beer cans sitting outside, iffy looking people mulling around. We actually left our TV on so it would sound like we were still here. More on the property itself is that it is rundown. Broken tiles, chipped paint, the ramp to the dock has stinging nettles growing onto it, overgrown landscaping, stale smell inside. It is nice it has its own dock. There are two sinks, one with the bathroom and one in the regular room. Fridge has a freezer which we appreciated. So far the employees are very nice.
From the second you walk in the door, the staff at this hotel is super friendly. If you need anything, when you ask, they will be right on it. The hotel is constantly being updated, and yet while I stay here often, I have never been bothered by any of the construction noises. The owners seem to really care about the property, and at least one member of the family is usually on site. Covid has affected a few things. The swimming pool is currently closed, as all of them are in Washington state are. However they are still serving breakfast that is included with your stay. Instead of a buffet it is a sit down breakfast. Also, Friday and Saturday night they had an outdoor dining areas set up that I didn't have time to visit, but looked just beautiful.
First I'll start with the good things about this hotel: the location is wonderful, right on the water, breakfast was delicious, restaurant was great, staff was very nice. However, I would not stay here again due to lack of cleanliness of the hotel rooms. The first room I checked into had a wrapper, an open mint, and a popcorn kernel on the floor around the bed. There was also a stain on the side of the chair. I told the receptionist who was very apologetic and moved me to another room. However, there was what I think was dried food (hopefully not dried blood...) on the side of the tissue box in this new room, and there were olives all over the adjoining outside table and ground in addition to an old fast food cup from the previous room occupant that was never cleaned. Despite letting the receptionist know about the cleanliness issues in both rooms, I was offered no kind of compensation for this gross experience. There are a lot of great things going for this hotel however it is not being cleaned very well at all which is especially concerning now during Covid. I would not recommend staying here.
Plumbing didn't work, sink backed up, hair balls in the shower, dated and dirty. Only stayed one night and moved to another hotel. Restaurant was good, food was good and service was very good. Come to eat but not to stay!
I did not get the opportunity to explore the amenities and grounds of the hotel. I stayed overnight while traveling through the area. Details. The decor for a Best Western Plus was a disgrace. I hope the rest of the rooms on the property were better than mine. The towels were frayed and the patterns didn't match. One towel was sandpaper and the other was soft. Might seem minimal, but attention to detail is everything. The furniture didn't match and the room seemed to a be a piecemealed renovation. There's a reason why the rooms have only 1 photo online. Be aware. There are plenty of hotels in the area and I'm not sure if the scenery staying on the lake is worth it, however I will give this property another chance and bring the family for fun time. If you're looking for piece then I suggest you don't stay here. The main attraction is the lake, but it's next to a loud interstate
I worked at this location 48 years ago when it had just been built. Beautiful hotel then as it is now. Some restrictions in place due to Covid19 but understandable. Hotel has almost doubled in size & added a restaurant. Beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. If you stay in Moses Lake I recommend this location.
Got scammed $150 for dirty linen. Supposedly they disposed of the Linen when I asked to see it or have it. The next day. Suspicious staff handling this transaction. When I called back she was supper rude and hung up the phone. And when I turn the heat /air conditioning unit on it smelled like burnt hair throughout the whole room I don't recommend this location you will get scammed at the end.
We booked this hotel because it was reasonably priced ($100/night), it had all the things we needed, although I wish there were comforters on the bed as opposed to what felt like 2 sheets. Staff were friendly, room was clean. Our stay was during COVID-19, so amenities were closed. Staff explained the process of dining clearly, and over all our one night stay was good.
First of all they are the most amazing staff for a hotel that I have ever been too! The rooms are great and the view is to die for! Couldn't ask for a better place to visit! I would definitely come back and stay for a personal vacation!
Came out to Moses Lake looking for houses and had a great stay here. Our room overlooked the Lake with a balcony. A small table and chairs provided for a nice sit and drinking of coffee while watching all the stuff going on on the Lake. Room was very clean, loved the Keurig coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable, I fell asleep fast and slept very well.
Horrible experience. Paid for a lake front view and didn't get it. The people across the hall partied ALL NIGHT AND DAY (like 15 of them.) All kinds of smoking weed and drinking. Spent over a grand by the second night between the room and Bar and Grill, yet came back to an uncleaned room with no towels and garbage still full. We called the front desk and they said they were slammed. So, we walked down to get towels and there was not a single person in the lobby. It was after COVID and they still did not deliver. No apologies or compensation for lack of service.
Love staying at this place, it has started to feel like home. The customer service from everyone, housekeepers, wait staff and front desk staff is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend. Check in and check out are always quick and easy.
Business travler might want to check into someplace quieter and more affordable. Staff is nice though the prices are high. Rooms are small and noisey but clean. There are fridge and a microwave. So, if you stay bring food and beverage for sure.
This hotel is set on the lake. Beautiful sunsets/sunrises. Very pet friendly; lots of grass and areas to walk your pets. This hotel has a restaurant and bar on site so is very convenient; no need to drive anywhere. The food exceptional. I checked in early without any issues. The staff very friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone needing a hotel with everything.
One of the cleanest and friendliest hotels around. Everyone did everything possible to make it a great experience, plus an omelet bar at breakfast. If you travel a lot an eat hotel breakfast all the time you will truly appreciate it.
This location has a wonderful view on Moses Lake. The staff, both at the front counter and in the restaurant, are very helpful, courteous, knowledgable and friendlty. The food is excellent and the menu has a good variety to choose from. Their curry dish is a favorite. The rooms were very clearn, the bed comfortable and the room is well stocked with everything you need. I've stayed at many BWs and the Moses Lake one is my favorite.
The room was very clean and comfortable the bed was really nice and the restaurant was really clean and the food was really good and the ratress was nice and really friendly the restaurant is very clean and the salad good
This is a fine hotel. Probably the best in Moses Lake. Excellence prevails in all aspects of the stay here. I will always return, and even go out of my way to stay at the Best Western Plus, in Moses Lake.
If traveling through Moses Lake Washington and don't take the time to stay at this Bestwestern on the lake you will miss a chance to have a great in-house meal or if you prefer a relaxing time in there lounge with a great view of the lake all to end with a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. You will also start your morning with a great breakfast buffet or you can have a made to order omelette... have a nice stay!
I love staying here! Very nice and professional staff. The rooms are always clean and tidy. It's an older hotel, but very well maintained. I've stayed at other hotels in Moses Lake, and this is my favorite.
The front desk staff, especially Jenn, are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service! The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is outstanding with made to order omelettes, fresh fruit and much more! The restaurant/lounge also has tasty food!
Stopped for one night on our way to Seattle. I thought I booked a lake view room but I was mistaken. Had a view of the parking lot.... no elevators. Good thing we only had to go up one level and didn't have a lot of luggage. King room is small and crowded. Biggest complaint... no plugins for electronics. Old lamps and most of the plugs were behind furniture. We had to leave our devices plugged in the counter outlets next to the sink. Very outdated.... the sliding door to the small balcony was not locked and we had to lift and push the door into the frame to get it locked. Definitely needs to be replaced. The breakfast room was large with a view of the lake. Same basic food items to pick from but they actually had a made to order omelette bar. It was the only good thing about the place. Won't be back.
Stopped with our dog and happy to be able get hotel room that allowed pets. Hotel is on the lake. Our room was far from main hotel and quite worn. Flooring was a soft laminate, nice for cleaning after dogs I'm sure. Door was scratched up at the bottom, soap dispenser and conditioner dispenser in shower did not work. Bed was okay. Electrical outlets in terrible places and some didn't work. We could hear highway noise. Coffee in the room. But there was a bright spot. Breakfast in the lobby had a great view and the food was great!
I stay here once a month to visit friends and family. A little pricey for a senior on fixed income but I like the facility and my experience or rations are not let down. The food is good, lounge nice—doesn't stay open very late on weekend.
Went out of town for a quick get away! Hotel had a relaxing lake view, very nice restaurant and lounge, great service! Room and hot tub very nice! Enjoyed the stay and hotel employees, all very friendly!
This is the single worst hotel I have stayed in this year and I travel a lot. The beds were awful. The in room jacuzzi and entire room hot water wasn't hot, cheapskates had hot water set too low to save money I think. Mattress and bedding were awful.
The checkin and checkout were a breeze and the staff was great. Had a lake view room with a balcony which had a very nice view of the lake. The room and all the facilities were very clean. Had a chance to use the pool and hot tub.The pool was outdoors but was heated which was very nice. The hot tub was inside and it was huge and the temperature just right. The breakfast which was in the restaurant was great. It was way above average. There were many food choices including freshly made omelets. Looking forward to visiting again.
We had a comfortable king bed that was so comfortable. The room had a patio with a view of the lake that was so lovely. Our room was cool and quiet. There was an outdoor pool in the front and an attached bar and grill that had very good food.
The hotel was very nice and updated. The restaurant had big windows with a very nice view of the lake. The food was very good. Including the breakfast that was superior to most other hotels I've stayed at. The only thing that I can say could use improving is the bed. It was more firm than I like and the blankets felt lower quality. This is purely my opinion and others might like a firm bed. The climate control in the room worked very well keeping a good temperature
great lake viewing with walkways to walk and view moses lake. ask for a view room.with balcony room pretty standard but seperate vanity so two people can g=get ready at same time. nice restaurant and bar attached with views as well. its 2 story with no elevator friendly staff and a snack store. dont expect cookies available at desk or snack bag or bonus points for being a member u get bonus points but nothing else.
We stayed at BW Lake Moses. We love BW's in general. This location boasts a beautiful view. We stayed in a pet area (we brought our 20 pound dog), which was the farthest building away from the lobby building. The door stuck each time we opened it -- we had to really shove our shoulder into the door to get it to open. Once inside, the room wreaked of ammonia cleaning solution. The room was very, very old and appointed with old stuff, which was fine. However, the flooring was some sort of pet friendly laminate that was not comfy, and there were no rugs or other "cozy" appointments. We were able to switch rooms to a non-stinky room in the same outpost building. It was the same layout and same flooring. There was only one sink, and it was outside of the bathroom; strange. We paid extra for this room as there is a pet fee which is fine and expected. However, this was a really crummy room and we really felt that we were not even in a BW. Whenever we needed to go to the front desk (to switch rooms the first time and then to get a new remote for the TV in the second room because TV didn't work, and third time because we did not have bath towels), the lobby was very, very far from building 5. The front desk person was nice but really didn't seem to care. She took care of the minimum needs we had but she did not go beyond that at all. Let's assume they were short staffed.
Great Staff, Restaurant and Bar on site, great access to freeway nice rooms, view of the lake, If you have to stay in Moses Lake ,this is where you want to stay, The folks at the counter were very helpful
Everything was great. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was more than expected and the lounge was fun with amazing food. The view from the restaurant was pretty spectacular. The only thing I regret is not staying in a lake view room. I had a view of the parking lot and I really wanted to sit outside by the lake outside the lake view rooms. They do have an access dock that we sat on and that was nice.
Stayed at this location for a guys golf trip. Services are great in the front and the restaurant/lounge. Breakfast omelette station was great. Had dinner both nights and was highly satisfied with both food and service. Would have rated a 5 if room was clean. Had hair stuck on the shower walls. Had to play tug of war with the tub handle to operate. Door safety lock fell off when it was used.
I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a package for an event at The Gorge. Pros: The Lakeview rooms have a nice terrace with small table and chairs, leading out to a grassy area with lake views, highly recommend paying the extra for these larger rooms with a view and terrace. The included breakfast was of a decent quality, and I liked that they offered made to order omelettes which was a nice touch Groundfloor Lakeview Rooms are a good size with spacious bathrooms. I appreciated the in-room Keurig coffee machine. There is a pool but it's very small and probably more for kids. Negatives: We had 3 rooms in total. Not one of us were provided with any housekeeping during our stay - this is unacceptable. The front desk manager was quite hostile when I brought up the lack of housekeeping, and stated that because the hotel was fully booked, the staff were having to work hard and we should instead be more understanding. So I guess the hotel selling lots of rooms means guests should forfeit basics like housekeeping/towels, and be ok with that? The manager argued with me about why we didn't report the issues sooner (we were out all day and got back at 1am - and in fact I did report it to night receptionist and asked for towels etc). Best Western properties don't have the ability to check-in online or manage the reservation or communicate preferences or requests to the hotel staff like most other hotel brands these days. The room is a bit outdated and had no USB charging ports, and we had to dig around on the floor behind the side tables and unplug lamps in order to charge our devices. There is no in-room safe. Overall, a mixed bag - I liked the location and rooms were ok but could do with some upgrades and in particular more plug outlets, but I found that staff attitudes were variable and the front desk manager's response to a customer concern was to become fairly hostile and argumentative right away.
Enjoyed our stay but disappointed in their restraunt and their food quality. The employees were all so kind and personable. Customer service however was amazing. My family of 4 will absolutely return but probably will not go to the lounge.
Great hotel overall with an unbeatable breakfast with made to order omelettes, waffles, fresh fruit and sausage and so much more. Every night half the hotel has a flawless view of the beautiful setting sun over Moses Lake. The bottom floors have walk out rooms with a little porch with chairs and some grass then there is the lake right there in front of you. There is a drop off so you cannot actually enter the water but the views are perfect. The room had a fridge and a microwave. It was fantastic. The pool area is nice but unheated so even in hot Eastern Washington it was a bit too chilly for me , only the kids at the hotel seem immune to the cold water and they enjoyed it immensely.
Great location on the lake whil close to highway, shopping, restaurants and state park with beach . Lake view rooms are nice with sunset . The sauna is amazing , and outdoor pool is great for the whole family to enjoy
Came to the Best Western in Moses Lake for a quick day job. Staff got me in quickly and into a room looking over the lake. Breakfast was amazing, omelet station was nice. Will be back and let my company know about this hotel.
Beautiful hotel. This hotel is located right on Moses Lake.... It overlooks the Lake, park, etc... Extremely helpful and friendly staff, nice and up to date rooms, pleasant atmosphere, lovely and reasonably priced restaurant. Truly peace at the lake! My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.
This hotel has very nice spacious and comfortable rooms with great views of Lake Moses. The restaurant on site has a good menu selection for dinner and the free buffet breakfast with the omelette chef was also very good. Beware that this hotel does not have an elevator so if you have a hard time with stairs be sure and get a room on the first floor.
What a nice hotel close to the interstate and right on the lake. The room was nice and clean with a sliding door to outside. Great service and one of the best breakfasts ever in a hotel. They even have a dock for swimming or fishing or boating. One great place to stay at a very good price.
Every staff we had contact with was wonderful. The place is clean, beds comfortable food good. The made to order omelets were yummy and the breakfast was really good and set up so easily accessible if crowded. We had a big room facing the lake.
We stopped in Moses Lake to take a break from driving and what a wonderful surprise. The front desk clerk was fun, quirky, and welcoming; the room and view from the room were beautiful; the bed and bedding was the best I've experienced in years; and the breakfast, including good coffee and made to order omelets was included. My husband and I have decided to make Best Western Plus our stopping point when we travel west from Montana.
Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Great view of the lake. Breakfast was presented beautifully and was very tasty. Easy to get on and off I-90. Staff was accommodating and friendly. We have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again as we come through often.
We came in for a concert. The only worthy amenity was the view. The room was old. Door only opened from the outside sometimes or with lots of force. There was paint coming off the wall. Not sure it was vacuumed before we arrived. We did not get housekeeping during our weekend stay. And when I mentioned it as checkout, I did not even receive an "I am sorry," or how can we make it right. They staff seemed like we were a burden. The outside is old and needs repair. The breakfast was okay. The floor in the dining room was sticky and the tables were dirty. We will never stay here again. Find a better hotel.
Best Hotel in Moses Lake! We always stay here and that is always at least once a year. It,s easy to find and close to most everything. Some of the best food in town. So if you are looking for a Great place to stay in Moses Lake this is it!!!
We have always enjoyed our stays at the Best Western in Moses Lake in the past however upon arriving on June 7th, 2019 we found we had been assigned a room still under construction. The patio was half complete and filthy. Windows were a mess and the furniture was so dirty we could not use it. We asked for some clean-up but that never happened so we did the best we could with what we had to make one patio chair useable. Really disappointed in their response. We also booked on line in December and requested a lake view room. The message we got from the front desk is we should not have booked on line. A very frustrating experience.
When in Moses Lake for a fishing tournament we always stay @ Best Western. They have a great breakfast & wonderful views of the lake. It was our anniversary & management had a bottle of wine sent to our room to celebrate.
Excellent place for a stay - definitely get the lakefront view. It's pretty much a package deal - the view is gorgeous, the pool is nice & newly renovated, there's a sauna, and they offer made-to-order omelettes for breakfast. Ideal spot for business or leasure
The area is beautiful. Our room had a lake view. The staff was awesome in helping me get a disability access room for my hubby! Awesome family experience. Highly recommend staying here. The Sumo Japanese restaurant about 10 min from there is awesome too!
The beds in this hotel are as hard as cement. If you want to relax and enjoy your stay stop by Walmart and pick up a mattress topper or you will regret it. Overall the hotel needs to update it's kinda run down and tired looking but the staff are great. But if you want a good nights sleep go elsewhere..
Stayed May 2019 they are completing several renovations to the exterior, other then that a great value for the location. This is a lake front hotel but of course right next to the highway so ask for a room away from the hwy. The breakfast did offer cooked to order omelets and basic breakfast bar.
This was not up to the standard of most Best Westerns. I would not recommend this particular hotel if your staying in this area. The King rooms have no room to maneuver around, tub had a constant drip,
It is all about the lake. They obviously designed the facilities around the lake. I had a lake front view and it was great. The restaurant has wonderful views and good food. The staff was very friendly. I particularly appreciated the sensitivity of a woman traveling alone. Great facility I will return.
Our experience was ok. Stayed two times with softball. Both times the pool was not available. We were told that it would be the second time. Convenient location. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Not fully cleaned and missing things like shower curtain liner. Labyrinth with no elevator.
This was a really enjoyable stay. The lake view is very pretty. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The restaurant food is Excellent! The staff was helpful and friendly. A great place to stay in Washington.
Everything was set up as requested. Beautiful accommodations overlooking the lake. We had used the meeting room for 40+ guests and lunch was delicious and prepared right on time. Great place to stay or host a meeting in Moses Lake.
This event is an informal gathering of stamp collectors. This year was our 29th. meeting. My wife, and I, have been coming for three years. This is a very good venue to have this event. It is a wonderful facility and the staff is always very good to us. We are entirely satisfied. An elevator to assist in getting to the upper floors would be very much appreciated.
We traveled to Moses Lake for a softball tournament. We were treated with friendly & helpful service. This property provides beautiful views & a fantastic lounge area. We were able to relax comfortably after a long day at the field.
I came for my anniversary - upon check in the staff was rude and unprofessional, our room was dirty, blood on bathroom floor, and they double charged my debit card for a stay not even worth what I paid. Had the nerve to even leave me an "unpaid" invoice AFTER DOUBLE CHARGING! This was the most foul out dated hotel I've ever been to! Don't book !
We stayed @ Best western plus Lake Front hotel, Washington , March 21, checking out March 26, 2019 as we were attending the Sandhill crane festival in Othello, Washington. From the moment we arrived @ the reception desk & greeted by the staff, our stay @ BW plus was welcoming. Bar manager Elizabeth, was adaptive to our food & beverage requests and engaged cheerfully in conversation with us . My husband, inadvertently left some clothing behind @ the BW, on our departure. 13 days later ( April 7/19), we returned to the BW hotel, and he was repatriated with the items. Thank you. Jessica , front desk receptionist was attentive to my call March 27 , ( re: missing items ) reassured me the items would be held safely & returned to us. We are most appreciative of Jessica's cheerfulness, kindness and caring concern about the two items we left @ BW. Thank you so much ! P.S. The four year hotel construction fronting the lakeside is distracting and challenging to circumnavigate. This is our second ‘stay' @ BW plus Lake front hotel Moses lake , first time 2015, and construction & rebuilding was occurring . Of course, we would return as the BW staff are excellent and the location and amenities are great.
This is the best of the places I have stayed in Moses Lake. The property is well maintained and the views of the lake from small balaconies are nice. But what separates this Best Western from the competition is the top-notch staff that makes the guest feel welcome and cared-about and taken care of from the moment you walk into the lobby. The staff and management really know how the made a guest feel welcome!
The whole property is being remodeled. The first room smell like smoke and the second room the TV got 8 channels. They offer me a third room but I decline. Maybe after the remodeling it will be better but I will not stay there again.
Room was excellent. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. The prime rib dinnervwss excellent. The view from our room, the bar, and the breakfast room is great, especially now because the lake is frozen and covered with snow.
The Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel in Moses Lake, WA, was a very pleasant place to stay & I would recommend it highly. The rooms were attractive & were of a good size. We had lots of lighting & sitting space for both of us. We highly recommend the restaurant. Both dinners we ate there were excellent--well-prepared & served attractively. The breakfasts at the hotel had plenty of options to appeal to everyone.
This hotel could be so much more. Perfect location & views - right on Moses Lake. They need some updates - especially ELEVATORS to the rooms. You will need to carry your items up stairs. It appears they are doing some updates. However, our room was not upgraded. For MEETINGS, the room charges are high and services - limited. Overall, LIMITED STAFF. Food is good - nice view from the restaurant. This could be a great place if it were better kept up to standards for business travelers, meetings, and families with children. Pool was closed, but it did not look appealing. For the price, until they make some significant updates, we will look at the newer hotels at the next exit. This hotel really could be so much more, including a vacation spot - fix the pool & offer some recreational services.
Ive stayed at a lot of Hotels for business and this one is one of the best .Most serve breakfast but none serve as good a breakfast as this one . And a awesome view as well.Excellent parking especially if you have a boat or trailer .
This is a Great Hotel with magnificent lake views. I always chose to stay at this location when I travel through Moses Lake. The Breakfast includes made to order Omelets and cold Orange Juice. I highly recommend this Hotel.
Always a great stay, clean quiet and friendly. The best place to stay and conveniently located. Staff is outstanding and genuinely concerned about your comfort. Great dining options, shopping and freeway access.
The staff at Moses Lake always make you feel welcome. They have an awesome Breakfast and a great dining atmosphere in the evenings. Ask for a Lake View and enjoy the sunset and/or sunrise over the lake
Each time we visit Moses Lake, we stay at the BWPLFH.... Every stay has been a excellent stay, the check-in are always quick and easy, they always try to accommodate to our needs. The staff are always friendly & professional, we've stayed here at the BWPLFH 6-8 times in the last 2yrs, always a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it....
Friendly and convenient.I am in the area twice a year and in the past would shop around for the lowest rate. You get what you pay for... I will not stay anywhere else. This Hotel consistently delivers on overall quality.
Front desk folks are very cordial and helpful. Rooms are all being upgraded, so keep expecting more improvements as time goes on. Rooms are all equipped with fridge/freezers and microwaves.Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Housekeeping are very nice people and will do whatever they can to help with your stay. Excellent breakfast with good variety day to day.
Very nice/clean room. Asked for Lakefront 2nd floor and that's exactly what I got.The room was very comfortable with large sofa. It was well appointed and quiet, Enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant as well.
It looks like the hotel is in the process of renovating. We were upgraded to a lake front room, and it was very nice! The room was clean and had one of the nicest showers we have seen in a long time. We had a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful sunset to end our last leg of our trip. The breakfast was good, but we didn't notice there were omelets, until we had already dipped up. The hotel does not have an elevator, which made it challenging to get our luggage upstairs. If we had wanted a room on the first floor, we would have had to wait until after 4:00 because there were none cleaned. However, once we got to our room, the view made it all worth it. One little suggestion, please install more outlets. The opened ones around the bed was tucked behind the mattress and hard to get to.
So if your handicapped this is definitely not the hotel for you . Lots of stairs and no elevator Rented a lake view room , got more of a bush view room. Room had a horrid smell to it . What's weird is you can't take your food to your room , and you better not loose your breakfast coupon or you will be charged for a replacement . While I liked the staff , I feel there are much better options with newer better rooms up the road . Safe travels
We stayed here on a recent trip to the US and stayed again on our return through the area. The location on the lake is very nice. The hotel is a little dated but clean and rooms are fairly spacious. Beds are comfortable which is a definite plus. Also the lighting in the bathroom was good for getting ready in the morning (could actually see). The staff were very pleasant on both trips there. Food and service were both good. Reasonable rates.
We have stayed here several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel has the best free hot breakfast which includes made to order omlets! The lower level lake front rooms are wonderful as they have sliding door to walk outside and enjoy the view.
We booked our hotel over the phone and was given the rate for our stay. Once we got there, they tried to charge us for a much more expensive rate. After arguing with the front desk lady, her calling her manager even after seeing the price we were quoted, we were finally able to get our room at the price they quoted us in the beginning. Great start! They have luggage carts, but what good does it do if you are located on the second floor and no elevator to get you there? Checked into our room. It wasn't bad, but a little outdated. Beds were probably a 6/10 for comfort. The pool was nice, but was dirty and there weren't enough lounge chairs to lay out in (Maybe 5). All were taken. Our only positive was the food. Breakfast was delicious, but that is after we had to fight with the very rude manager about taking a plate to our room. My wife was not feeling very well and we wanted to eat in privacy, but it is hotel policy to not allow us to take our food to the room. Again, after arguing, she allowed it but was still very rude about it. Regardless though, I got the scrambled eggs and sausage. They were very delicious. We did get drinks from the bar and the bartender was super friendly and eager to take my order. The view towards the lake is fantastic and there is a romantic gazebo and dock that lets you go right to the water. All-in-all, our stay was not horrible, but the front desk staff needs to have training on customer service! The restaurant and the view is the only thing that keeps this hotel afloat.
Breakfast -Excellent, and great variety Cleanliness - OK but Hotel is in need a complete update Beds were , Very good The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was most welcome on the 100 degree day we visited.
What a great find. Passing through on the way to Seattle on a road trip we found this place though TA and were intrigued by the pictures. It is as pretty as it looks. And as convenient. In excellent condition. Upscale decor. Great amenities. Helpful, professional staff. AND real China and Silverware made a great breakfast even better.
nice place to stay nice people The owners are very nice ,,you will like the breakfast they make omelets, excellent view , quiet , I stay here once a week for business never disappointed, excellent parking
Nice views of the lake from the balcony. While a bit older facility the rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and check in was super fast. Breakfast was fast and decent. Easy to get to off the freeway.
Our family has stayed here numerous times over the years! Always satisfied with everything here. Great lakeside property and we will continue to stay here whenever we are in that neck of the woods! Highly recommend this hotel! Great accommodations for the value
We stay here a few times a year and have never been disappointed! Whether we play on the lake or hit a concert at the Gorge, we always stay here. Great breakfast and we love going for a swim in the pool!
This is our second stay at this hotel. While the hotel isn't plush it makes up for that in cleanliness, a very good complimentary breakfast, and the nicest hotel staff ever. I found the housekeeping staff was especially friendly and flexible. No elevator but it is a very well built and enjoyable place to stay. We will return.
This is a lovely hotel, plus the view from the restaurant is beautiful, I loved looking at the lake while enjoying breakfast and dinner. I have Celiac Disease and need to eat gluten free, the chef was able to make several gluten free meals for me.
Great place to stay. Employees always friendly and helpful. The food wonderful. I love the free made-to-order omelets at breakfast for anyone staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.
Rooms were okay, beds hard but manageable but the real reason for the less than stellar review is there is NO ELEVATOR! For guests traveling long distances with lots of stuff - this is a huge barrier. Upside - great breakfast with made to order omelette
We have stayed here many times in the past. It's not a 5 star but it's not too bad. We had a lakeside room, 1st floor, south wing, it has a tile entry to the sidewalk. Two tiles were leaving an edge to trio over. On a Friday evening my wife left the restaurant/lounge to return to the room. As she entered to lobby she stepped of the two steps down and fell on her face. Staff was there immediately offered to call an ambulance (not needed). Her glasses we messed up and there was a small laceration under her left eye. A gentleman we have seen there several times who I assume is the manager brought a band-aid. We put an ice pack on the eye and forehead a couple times that evening. The next morning she had a monster black eye and bruise on her forehead in addition to a sore neck. After the incident Friday night a yellow caution cone was placed on the steps and I suggested to the guy (manger) that there should be a hand rail and each of the sets of steps leading to/from the lobby and lounge areas He responded by saying that they changes\\d the traffic flow to these areas so seniors wouldn't have to use the step (we are in our 70's). To me this was an admission of liability. The next morning took a picture of the steps, the yellow caution cone was gone, but magically appeared by the time we had finished breakfast. There were no signs cautioning seniors (or anybody else). In addition, two caution cones were placed at the missing tiles to the south entrance. Upon checkout the lady at the desk said the we would be reimbursed for replacement of the badly scuffed lens on in wife's glasses. Her business card identified her as the Meeting and special Events Coordinator.
We arrived on July 18 around 8:30pm after an 11 hour drive for 1 night. The room was of good size. Next morning good breakfast as well with hot items. The good stopped there. The day was hot so we decided we wanted it to stay in the pool area after check out time. What was our surprise when we were told there would be a charge to stay in the pool after checking out. I asked for the manager and explained to her we had arrived late the previous night and that my daughter would like to use the pool during the day as she hadn't had a chance. The manager didn't even I asked what time We arrived the previous night. She had zero customer satisfaction, didn't offer any option. Plainly told us there is a charge to stay until 2:30pm in the pool or pay an extra night to enjoy it the whole afternoon. What? I couldn't believe it. We checked out and went to the park on the lake right across the hotel. Go there, the beach is nice. The hotel doesn't have a beach to swim on the lake.
Had quite a nice room on the ground floor with our own little patio overlooking the lake.On a nice day you are bound to catch a breath taking long sunset during the summer. The room had everything we needed. It has a fairly good breakfast room as well.
This hotel is old, not usually a deal breaker for me but this one has that old smell covered up by strong scented cleaning supplies - the worst combo. The lake views are nice, but access to the lake is very limited, one small dock. The staff was nice, room service was good - pretty basic diner type food from the 80's but it arrived hot and the beer was cold!
This was our first stop as my family and I moved 1,600 miles East from Washington. Decent view from the restaurant on site (which takes forever to get service). No view from our room which would have been OK if the area we were put in didn't look like a run down ghetto projects. They shove people with pets far away at the way end of the hotel with rooms so out dated. Would not stay here again.
while the facility is nice in a nice location, we had a major problem with our stay... I seems that there was a large party "booked" on the lawn in front of our unit. People kept coming in front of our unit, being loud, (which is to be expected at a party), but they kept coming on our deck. But when contacted the office, the said the management had authorized the party, but would send someone over to tell them to hold it down a little... problem was then sent a worker, pointed out the "complaining" unit and for the rest of the day and night we were "tormented" as to the complainers. Even swear words were used. I would suggest checking to see if such a "gathering" is scheduled before booking
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Our first stay was one night in the month of October last year as the last stop of our long road trip before heading home. We loved it. The front desk people were so friendly. We got a room on the first floor with a sliding door to a little patio with a couple of chairs and side table with a beautiful view of the lake . There is also an actual recliner in the room. We enjoyed their restaurant/bar. Again, the retaurant staff treated like we old friends. Being able to have a good dinner overlooking the lake was a treat after a long day on the road. We vowed to be back. So when we had a chance to go walleye fishing on Moses Lake with Keith Jensen of Big Wally guide service mid June, we knew where we would stay. Again, the staff were extremely friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. We ended up in the same room we had before. They made room for our cooler of fish to keep them frozen. We ate in their casual restaurant all 3 nights and again we were treated like old friends. We liked the selections on the menu and the prime rib which is served on Friday and Saturday nights is quite good. It isn't fancy, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and updated bathrooms, but we would happily stay again and again. The sunsets over the lake were spectacular. They also have an outdoor heated pool, sauna, and whirlpool, free breakfast, wifi, plus a boatdock. And our fishing guide, Keith Jensen, of Big Wally's Guide Service is the hardest working guide ever. We are so grateful to him that we were able to bring home 9 very nice walleyes at a time when it was quite warm and the bites were illusive. We had the time of our lives. Thank you to both the staff of the Best Western and Keith Jensen for making it happen!
We stayed 1 night here out of 14 on our bucket list bike trip. It was a last minute booking. The hotel does not appear to be in a nice area nor does it have any curb appeal but the interior is much better. We chose a lake view room on the 1st floor. We enjoyed sitting on our patio watching the beautiful sunset that they bragged about. The landscape on the lake side could use some cleaning up but enjoyable otherwise. Our room was clean, linens were soft and the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. We had been riding for hours so chose to try out the hotel restaurant. The restaurant provides a nice views of the lake. The menu had a nice variety and everything we ordered was fresh, hot and enjoyable. The service was great! The breakfast provided was nice and offered a good variety of foods. Everything was fresh and hot. They offered each guest a made to order omelette from fresh ingredients.
Our stay at Moses Lake was mostly to enjoy the sun and the outdoor pool. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. For starters, the pool has only 7 lounge chaises around the pool. The rest are umbrella tables and chairs. For a hotel that has hundreds of guests, 7 comfortable pool chaise lounge chairs is ridiculous. When we complained, we were told by one staffer that Best Western requires only 7. On our second day, we went to the pool early enough to grab two, but noticed that some people had already "reserved" chairs by putting towels on them. In addition, it was a holiday weekend (Memorial Day), so the pool was full of loud drunk people and lots of kids screaming and jumping in with huge floaties. This is facilitated by several hotel rooms that open directly into the pool area, so those guests acted as if the pool was their personal property. Other than the disappointment of the pool, the room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast staff was great. Location at the lake front is good, however, rooms near the freeway or the pool may be loud.
200 dollars for a hotel room where the AC doesn't work, you have to swipe your room key 5 times before the door recognizes it, busted up screen door, extension cord used to power the bedside lamps and the AC cord jimmy-rigged with electrical tape is beyond acceptable in my eyes.
17 of us spent one night here recently (we all wished we had booked 2 nights). Our rooms all faced the lake and the view was spectacular !! The girls at the front desk, Angela and Brittany were very pleasant and got us all checked in quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and our waitress Rebecca was wonderful. A couple of us come here every year and plan to keep doing so.
Our second time here. The stay started with a genuinely friendly welcome. We had a room overlooking the lake. The breakfast is excellent, on real dishes with real silverware. No plastic to be found anywhere. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Moses Lake.
Clean and comfortable room. We had a lovely view of the lake and the evening sunset was wonderful to watch. Breakfast was delicious. It was too chilly for us to use the outdoor pool but we did enjoy the hot tub.
Had booked a stay here for one night and as we're travelling with a baby we booked a room with a separate bedroom, so he could sleep while we were able to be up, watch tv, etc. The room we got in theory had one bedroom, but it was a glass door allowing all light from the main room to let in, and when we were supposed to close it for the night the doors wouldn't even shut. In effect, we could might as well have one room, but it was too late to do anything about it. In addition to this the room was dated, they did not provide sheets for the baby cot (expected him to sleep directly on the pre-used "plastic mattress"). The hotel has a nice location by the lake, but we didn't book a room with a view. However at check-in they apparently upgraded walk-ins for free, offering the same rate for both lake view and regular rooms, so new customers are obviously more important than those that have pre-booked. As a pricing executive this practice is a breach of so many "rules", but when they decide to do it still, at least be aware of existing customers or give them the same opportunity. The most positive was the quality of the room service food, even though delivery was delayed, but all in all this was a disappointing stay.
Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and if you get a lakeview room it's nice to sit and enjoy the view. They have one of the best breakfasts in the town with an omelette station. Tons of reasons to stay!
My sister and I are driving cross country so having a great place to stay the night was key. This Best Western was delightful - great staff, attractive decor, excellent breakfast, and a lake view to boot! I plan to visit more Best Westerns in the future given our experience.
From beginning to end, our stay in Moses Lake was great! The room, bed, and linens were all clean and comfortable. The patio looking out over the lake was an added bonus! We love it here and will stay again.
We cane for the Moses Lake dog show. Our first stay ar this oitel, we have stayed at the competition down the road in the past. Very friendly amd helpful staff, and very clean rooms, but a bit small and dated. Grounds could have been cleaner, LOTS of cigarette butts all over. A bit steep for the pet fee, $30 per night A plus is the in house restaurant and room service. Food is very good, salads excellent. We can recommend this as a good choice for a restful night.
The staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Our room was clean & comfortable. Reasonable price with complementary breakfast included. The restaurant & bar were excellent for dinner as well. Would stay again!
Good value, good food. I had the curry for dinner which was very good indeed. Would like to see more Indian curry choices on the menu. The room met my expectations. An elevator would be a useful addition. 24 hour tea and coffee in the hotel lobby would be nice as I have seen this in other hotels I have stayed at.
Wonderful staff, great Breakfast, and loved our room overlooking the lake! The deck mad it perfect for a smoker, all smoke free hotels should offer this amenity! Will stay here again. Great nights sleep, bed and pillows are way above average.
Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Staff was knowledgeable and super friendly at the front desk, restaurant, and breakfast buffet. Rooms were great, fitness center was just right, and breakfast was amazing!
I just stayed here, stopping over during a long drive. The staff were super friendly, even at 2AM. The room was recently renovated and fully accessable. I will definitely stay again. Breakfast was free and good, they have an omelet bar. It was a great value for the money.
I like this hotel and plan to use it more often when working in the area,It has wonderful friendly staff and is well looked after and has a in house restaurant & bar as well as a good menu . and i loved the omelet bar breakfast and a bargain price in a room with a wonderful view.this hotel is a A Plus for someone like me that spends a lot of time on the road for business. .
This hotel was right on the lake and had a restaurant and lounge that were also on the lake. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our dinner and breakfast were very good. We will definitely stay here again!
We travel to Moses Lake frequently for family. This is our go to place. Rooms are great. Staff is so nice. Restaurant/bar is great food and the bartenders and servers are so friendly. We are always amazed by the cleanliness and overall beautiful appearance of this facility.
Always a helpful staff that goes the extra mile to be accommodating. The free breakfast buffet as omelets to order and a good menu if that is your preference. The large meeting rooms are great for conferences and parties.
This water front property has a great menu section, fantastic breakfast and very good, big remodeled rooms! I had suggested a clock in the excercise room & both the general manager and front desk manager agreed to install a clock! Great responsive staff and excellent & food in the restaurant! I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure, business and for families!
What a beautiful location We are bird hunting in the area they give a discount for Hunters! Clean room Great staff Restaurant on site We were in a pet friendly room ground floor lake side Bathroom small Screen door needs work but nice to walk out and look at lake My biggest concern is security The door closest to I-90 unlocked all night There is a camera but very easy for someone to come in kick in doors or wait for someone to come in and rob there is a walking bike path along freeway that goes to park on other side very nice
Rooms are updated and clean. Great lounge and restaurant with a great view of the lake. Check-in and out staff were friendly and made it short and easy. Fast internet that kept a good connection and wasn't a hassle to connect to when returning to the room. Free breakfast vouchers. I had to leave earlier on my last day and they provided me a to-go breakfast bag with fruit and granola bars. Nice touch. Overall it felt current and updated, clean and friendly. I will stay here again in the future.
Although the hotel is older and there is no elevator we would stay here again. The view of the lake was wonderful...ducks right out our room to entertain, and an extra bonus of a bald eagle catching its meal among them. What a delight. The room is good and has any thing you might want. Beds are decent. The hotel breakfast was delicious (omelets made to order) plus all of the other goodies, like waffles, biscuits and gravy etc. Staff were all wonderful except one. My reservation experience was great because of Patricia at this hotel. Will recommend and will stay again when needed.
Loved our stay at this Best Western. Fresh omelets in the breakfast bar. Great Dog area and Lake views. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and well-priced. This is the place to stay in Moses Lake.
My wife, and I had an amazing stay at Best Western Moses Lake. We got our rooms upgraded, got discounted drinks, free breakfast, and accommodations for our business meetings. My wife had to take a video/phone call after check-out, and the staff made a space for her, plus turned off music, and prevented outside distractions for over an hour just so she could get her phone call completed. Absolutely lovely staff!
I stayed in this hostel I have a good stay the staff was friendly and helpful with What you need and they have a great food and a bar with lots of good drink and a Grate rooms were you can go and relaxing
The front desk staff at this hotel are superb. My navigation system started sending me in the wrong direction and they went out of their way to help me find a route to get me back on the right track without having to drive an hour back to the original point where I should have turned. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay there again.
This hotel has no elevator to second-floor rooms so if you are mobility-impaired be sure to require a first-floor unit. We had a lovely lakeside room. This place didn't seem to be up to the usual BW+ standard, but the full prepared breakfast in the restaurant was added value. Probably very good for Moses Lake.
I stayed in this hotel because Hilton does not have any branch in Moses Lake, I usually stay in Ramada or holiday inn in that particular town,I have no choice ,I went to BW, parking lot is dark and scary, service is good does not reflect the facilities.rooms very cheap interior and smells, they put air freshener like the one they used in your car.towels are not even white and very limited.
They went through a remodel over the past two years with improvements to both the rooms, dining and bar area as well as external stone work and painting. We always enjoy sitting outside with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the lake.
Very easy place to stay. Rooms are good, check in was a breeze. Very convenient to I-90 Freeway. Pricing is very competitive. Did not have a chance to try complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again.
We really enjoyed the Best Western at Moses Lake. We received excellent service on the phone to make our reservation and at check in. Staff was so friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the lake view and the gorgeous sunset. We ate at the restaurant and had a good meal. The next day, the front desk folks were so friendly as we passed by on the way to breakfast. The breakfast choices were amazing and the best of any of the hotels we stayed at previously, including other Best Westerns. We will definitely be back and have already recommended to others.
Love the views, very helpful staff. Internet was fast and didn't have to be logged into repeatedly. This was my second time staying at this property and first time staying for multiple nights. I have recommended this property to all of my co-workers.
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel for 3 nights on business and cant really fault any aspect of the accommodation. Room was adequately stocked and very clean. Desk staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was particularly good. No complaints whatsoever.
The hotel was very easy to find and is right on the lake. We had a ground level room with a little patio where we could sit and enjoy the amazing views and the performances of the many birds. I had researched restaurants and we were delighted to discover that one of most highly rated was on the property! We had an excellent meal celebrating our anniversary. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
The view was great, however, there was no luggage cart, we had to make several trips to our room. The handle on the bathroom shower was almost impossible to pull out, the bed kept sliding away from the wall & the bed was worn out.
we didn't have a reservation but the staff was very accommodating in getting us a room. we were on the 3rd floor with a view of the lake out our window. they also have rooms with balconies. the hotel is within walking distance to a park. the room was clean and smelled nice. the complimentary breakfast was really good, you can get made to order omelets. the bar/restaurant on site is good also. the rates were reasonable, would stay here again.
This hotel does have rooms with lake views and has had some renovations over the years. The room wasn't very comfortable and there are some small repairs needed in the room, as well as an overwhelming smell of Lysol. There are not elevators to navigate the many stairs; make sure to ask which entrance to use on the level of your room before you attempt to cart your luggage there. We enjoyed made to order omelets for breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee, and a variety of toast and pastry options.
The hotel is nestled on Moses lake, what a beautiful view. I recommend this hotel to those wanting a relaxing stay. The staff was nice the room was good as well looking forward to my next stay with the Best western chain they always do a great job looking out for their guests.
The staff at this location are fantastic. There is clearly some pride in what they do. The catering/conference staff are as good as you can find. The people at the front desk are so helpful and capable of filling the concierge role. The food from the conference kitchen is better than the restaurant.
Great on site dining, offering quality breakfast and dinners and a nice local wine selection. Rooms are large and clean. Flat screen TV, refrigerator and high speed wireless are included. Workout room is adequate. Waterfront location and a pleasant staff..
Spent a night on the way. Great room - spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Full service restaurant for dinner and complimentary breakfast with OMELET Station .Front desk clerk very caring and informative. She directed us to a great farmer's market on our way out of town.
This hotel located mid state is a lovely resting spot crossing our state. It is quiet even though the freeway is just a block away. The lake was beautiful and the Blue Heron city park is a perfect spot after a long day of travel. The restaurant offered great food at reasonable prices. The bed was extremely comfortable.
I just wanted everyone to know how friendly the manager is there. She went out of her way and set her own work aside, to drive us back to our truck, which we had to leave at a local restaurant. We tried Uber, Lyft and the local taxi service and nothing was available. They are going through some renovations there which are very nice. Rooms are extremely clean and they have an unbelievable continental breakfast. Thank you again for your personal service. I wished I would have asked her for her name. She was amazing and so is all of her staff! I would recommend this Hotel anytime!! Beautiful venue as well.
Rooms are clean, kept nice and smell nice . The workers are friendly and courteous but the food at the restaurant are pretty expensive but good service overall with good location great view of the lake
Probably the most important thing you need to know is what room number your staying in. Because that will depend on if your hauling your luggage to the room by hand or by cart... The stairs make it impossible to use the bell cart. Office staff didn't offer to help.... so.... This is the best western and the only real plus was the large fridge, microwave and Kcup maker. The morning breakfast was better than average, everything else was below standard and I really should have given motel 6 a try....
Very nice clean hotel on the lake, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast included, try the lounge and food its very good! Will for sure stay again , only draw back would be no elavater to the second floor , it was no problem for us, but be aware if you have problems with stairs and ask for the ground floor
U guys charge too much for the price of your rooms compared to the quality we got from Days inn... if they can afford to give me a room for 60.00$ you could give me 1 for cheaper than 110 to 120$! It was a nice stay but too expensive!!!!!!!
We loved that the room had a door to the swimming pool. The wifi was ok. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast room was amazing. You could see the whole lake from there. However the windows could have been more clean. The price was ok.
Check in was a total nightmare, mostly on my part. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The manager not so much, tone of voice, attitude left something to be desired. After we got that straightened out, our stay was great. Restaurant fantastic breakfast excellent.
The lake views were very nice. The rate was excellent and the breakfast was quite good. I would definitely stay here again. They had an omelette bar. I think they should switch from post to kellog's raisin bran but overall the food was quite good.
Title says it all: this is a nice hotel in a nice setting! We were driving down to Boise from Kelowna for the Solar Eclipse and chose this hotel os a midway pit stop. It was a good choice: our room had a balcony that overlooked Moses Lake.
Hotel is nestled on great site on banks of Moses Lake. It has beautiful views. Hotel is a bit dated, but very, very clean....... Great omelet breakfast, nice bar/dinner services. Staff was outgoing and very attentive.
After attending the eclipse in Oregon this week, we drove up to eastern Washington for an event one of our group wanted to attend. We chose Best Western Plus Lakefront in Moses Lake because we had been so pleased with our accommodations at Mt. Hood Best Western at Government Camp, Oregon, for the eclipse. I have made Best Western my go-to group since first discovering them on my honeymoon in 1951. The group has done nothing but improve since then and I have never been disappointed when I've been able to find a Best Western. They are usually competitively priced as well. Best Western Plus Moses Lake was of the highest caliber for appearance, cleanliness, amenities. The lobby is stunning and looks out on the lake. The facility has a dock and boat on the lake. We didn't know the details about how to use this amenity because our stay was short. It would be an ideal destination property for a longer stay.
Very convenient location right off the freeway with oversized vehicle parking. The on-site restaurant & bar has great service with excellent food! There is a breakfast offered in the morning but it didn't open early enough for us to use before we needed to be on the job.
My husband and son stayed here a few years ago when they went to a concert at the Gorge. They told me how nice it was, so I decided to stop there on my way back to Montana after a wedding in Port Orchard. It was really nice with a beautiful view of Moses Lake.
This updated Best Western is clean, quiet, and has friendly professional staff. The bed was very comfortable. A little pricier than some, but would still highly recommend it. I'm sure the location is probably the reason why it is more expensive than some other of the Best Westerns we stay at.
Enjoyed the remodeled Bar and Restaurant. Food was excellent and the free breakfast is the best of any hotel in Moses Lake. Internet is the best connection in Moses Lake. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Room was clean, well appointed, and noise was very minimal even though next to the pool. Beautiful site and breakfast was outstanding. All staff encountered were friendly, welcoming, and efficient in their tasks.
This is superb facility located on scenic lake near an excellent restaurant (Michael's). Excellent, attentive staff. Good value. Only drawback is the absence of tea/coffee facility all during evening and very early morning. We are "regulars" at all BW all through the US. We look forward to the luxury of evening tea/coffee in our room, balcony or by the pool. Desk staff was responsive in securing this for us, but we like our private ritual. I understand need for this policy right now, and I hope this service will resume soon. It provides a real treat for us.
We always stay at this hotel it has nice rooms with lake view, sunset is beautiful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best I have seen for a continental. We have stayed in the winter time also the lake was frozen like a winter wonder land always beautiful no matter what time of year you stay in Moses Lake.
I was In town for a concert at The Gorge. This hotel is a 40 minute drive from the venue. The restaurant was good, and the pool side room was nice. A good choice considering the limited options in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
It was a very hot day out. There was plenty of ice in the machines, the small pool looked nice. The view of the lake was great. Walking path to the park right there. I had a good time. AC in room is older but efficient.
The Best Western Lake Front hotel in Moses Lake is terrific! The staff is always friendly & helpful. The hotel sits right on Moses Lake which is beautiful. It's easy access from I-90 & just a few minutes from the middle of Moses Lake. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The restaurant has a good mix of choices. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved the view with the sunset and sunrise. We would recommend this hotel to any of our friends or people just asking where to stay. We called two days before visiting and were able to get a room. Of course the travel was during the week and not on the week end. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We loved the sink away from the bath and stool area.
Bartender was amazing, room could use some help the back of the toilet was plastic and ran all night. I didn't even know plastic was an option for this. We had little beetles in our room. Our bike was stolen from the parking lot.
Best Western can cover the range of quality. This property was excellent. I'd rate the hotel and room at a 5 but the meal at a 1 so I compromised for the overall rating. The hotel looks and smells new - everywhere. Very comfortable and a great view across the lake. Paved walking trail out back leading to a small state park. On the other hand we ate at the hotel. Simple fare -just a seafood Caesar Salad. I'm not sure what happened but the taste was way off. If that was Dungeness Crab it was the left-over parts, the leg meat. Popcorn shrimp that were strange too. We would stay there again, but I'd look for someplace else to eat.
We checked in around 4 PM on Sat. My two kids, husband and I all we're relaxing after a day in the sun when someone else opened our door and walked in our room then abruptly left. I called down to the front desk and was told they accidentally gave our room to someone else. Fine, mistakes happen. Later our keys wouldn't work so I went to the front desk where I was treated like it was my fault. She gave me an attitude about checking out (we didn't, we had just arrived for 1 night) and made it seem like somehow I was at fault for mixing up the rooms. At that point I just wanted it verified no one else was going to be given keys to our room in the middle of the night and she got snotty with me. Very rude. It pretty much colored my view of what would have been a fine visit.
This hotel is nothing special but it is clean, convenient and reliable. Breakfast comes with the room. The pool is fun for the kids in the summer. It is convenient to the major freeway. Good access to the lake and to the fairgrounds. It is likely the best place to stay in Mosses Lake, WA
I have stay at the Lake Front every year for about 10 years for an annual golf outing. This year was the best with all of the building up grades. I would recommend it. A little noise due to the freeway. The rates are good.
Very nice place to stay. It is next to the highway but you can't even notice it! The hotel is beautiful but the landscaping needs some tending to. The room I was in did not have carpet and the bed had wheels. Every time I sat on the bed it slid across the floor.
Far too close to I-90 noise for a relaxing resort, Restaurant not open for lunch. Swimming pool has awful view of parking lot and trash. No view of the beautiful lake on other side of building. No boat or jet ski rental on property. Off and on wi-fi service.
Best Western Lake View Hotel is the best place to stay in Moses Lake WA. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very high quality. We will stay here again on our next trip.
Very clean, large rooms, with just basic amenities, but perfect. Nice outdoor pool, hot tub indoor (and a gym we didn't use, but it looked clean and had good equipment) ample parking, great breakfast, and all for a very good price. We were just passing through on our way to the other side of the state, and it was perfect. Noon check out time is especially nice - we spent the morning lounging and swimming.
The room and features were perfectly adequate and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the green emphasis, with options to not have sheets or towels changed during my two night stay. Would love to know how much water and chemicals is being saved at Best Westerns with this feature. Also their cups were green forestry paper, rather than styrofoam. Bonus points! Only negative comment is the outside entrances are not key-carded, and they remain unlocked at night, which was a bit concerning at the far end of the building. I would suggest the furthest door be locked after 10 or 11 pm
I've been to this hotel several times and always had a positive experience. Not this time. The hotel was taken over by a youth baseball tournament. You couldn't use any of the facilities. Swimming pool full. The hot tub and fitness area were full of youth. It was chaos. We ended up calling the front staff when we realized there were no adults. They handled the problem immediately. But, you ran into the same issue in the hallways and stairs. I had to ask four times that they move off the stairs so we could take our bags. Slamming doors from 12:45 PM until 1:30 AM. We were unable to determine which room(s). It was out of control. This was not enjoyable stay. Suggest calling prior to making a reservation and verify if there is a tournament.
Nice people, nice hotel, but no elevator for second floor guests. Book a first floor if you don't want to lug stuff up the stairs. Breakfast was good. Lake front view pretty. I was concerned when I found my room was next to the ice maker, it was noisy, but when my door was shut, the sound was muted and didn't bother me.
Staff was friendly but did not know rooms very well. After a $ 10.00 upgrade to change rooms was placed in a room with an adjoining door. People next to us we're up and loud at 4am. But was better than our last hotel stay in which we had a high school prom outside our room.
Nice place to stay with upgraded rooms and pleasant staff. The sunsets across the lake view rooms are stunning. We also like the fact that they have a restaurant/lounge on premise. Even though the hotel is located right off I-90 we didn't hear any road noise at night when our door was closed. A real plus for my husband who is a light sleeper.
We stayed one night at this hotel as an unplanned trip. It is definitely an older hotel and the rooms show it. Their queen is actually a double and not the most comfortable but the location makes up for it all and the lake view room had an amazing sunset and sunrise on the balcony.
This was the nicest motel I've stayed in for a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Would not hesitate to stay there again. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
Average all around. "Eh" best describes this place. Clean, quiet. It does have an outstanding, personally made fresh omelette service for breakfast. The breakfast/bar area has a terrific view of the lake, as I assume do the rooms on that side of the building.
I find this Best Western to be at the top of the charts. Best place to stay after a long road trip. Affordable one night stop during a long road trip. Food is wonderful. I would highly recommend this Best Western for families or just friends on a road trip. For one night or several nights. Cost is reasonable.
Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Great location. Could use some new pillows or a choice between hard and soft. Our room had hard lumpy pillows. Very good breakfast omelettes! Would loved to of had spinach as another ingredient option and more fresh fruit offered at the breakfast. I only seen watermelon. Over all a great stay and I would stay hear again.
We had a good night sleep in one of their suite. Room 202 was very clean, spacious and comfortable! Nice lake front view and they have a lounge/restaurant downstairs which came in handy since both my husband and I were very tired driving from Seattle on our way home to Montana. Highly recommended! Thank you
I can't believe they charged 150 bucks for nothing special. Tiny pillows, disgusting pool, lame fitness center, exterior needed paint badly, all outside doors were NOT locked-anyone could walk in! Service was fine but certainly nothing special!
Very good hotel with excellent staff. Has a great view of the lake and is very peaceful. Restaurant and Lounge have excellent food and good selection of drinks. Will definitely recommend the Best Western Lakeside.
We checked in for a couple of nights. Staff was friendly. The hotel is clean and the room is very nice. Our room overlooks the lake. Breakfast is included with the stay. There is a nice patio outside our room. There is an outdoor pool but it's probably still a little too cool for that. The front desk just called to make sure we were happy with our room, nice touch.
great view of the lake and great food and the staff was excellent , would highly recommend this hotel, very quiet and cozy. Close to other stores and gas if needed.Showers and bathrooms newly remodeled and are very nice, beds are comfy and the staff were some of the very best and we travel a lot.
The hotel was excellent and a great value for the price! The view was also great looking out our room and the balcony over the water. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous on our stay. The rooms and décor had been updated since our last stay and we where extremely impressed.
We stayed at the best Western in a room overlooking the lake, and it was a very beautiful experience, in the evening we enjoyed the sunset nice place to stay. There was even some marmots playing and the grass down below us there were enjoyable to watch!
Clean, great ale on tap and outstanding fish tacos. Enjoyed bicycling all three days of my chiropractic seminar. Got to speak Spanish to the cleaning staff. I like that. Front desk staff were big smiles coming and going. Upgraded to a room with a view which delivered a spectacular sunset the first night.
The Hotel has been recently remodeled and is beautiful. The staff has been helpful and friendly. W e had an amazing weekend seminar with over 120 health care professionals in attendance. Everything went like clockwork. Catering was exceptional.
This Hotel/Conference Center was perfect for our meeting the weekend. We had around 100 Chiropractors at the weekend meeting. Excellent Staff at the Hotel and they really took care of us without 1 hint of a problem. I recommend any businesses that need accomadations/Hotel to try this State Central Location!
This place was amazing! We just wanted a quick break form the rainy weather up north! The view from our room was incredible and the food was so great at the restaurant- we ate breakfast both days and dinner one night! We will definitely be back!
I'm a Moses Lake resident, and recently my husband and I went on a staycation, checking out various hotels in the area. After a few less-than-vacationy spots, we finally checked in at Best Western. First, it's a great location if you're passing through town because it's close to the freeway. It's also fairly close to downtown, and it's right on the lake. They even have a dock to which they allow their guests access. None of this applied to us, as locals who just wanted a night away from home, but it's worth mentioning. Second, this hotel has been beautifully renovated. Although it's an older building (and as such there is no elevator), everything looks new. The materials are high quality, the decor is tasteful, and the carpet in the hallways is still soft. Second, this hotel offers a LOT of space. Our room (a double queen room, which somehow is the same price as a single queen) had tons of floor space. The lobby is very spacious. The in-hotel restaurant area is huge. The bathroom has a nice big sink countertop. Even the parking spaces are very wide. The overall atmosphere this creates is relaxed and inviting. Third, amenities. The pool wasn't open at this time of year, but there are plenty of other features - a health spa, free wifi (it's high-speed, and unlike other hotels in town, it doesn't disconnect every five seconds), a continental breakfast, and a nice restaurant. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good - not the best dining in town, but also not the most expensive (most dinner plates are $15-20, with seafood dishes as high as $30 or a little less). The continental breakfast is also in the hotel; they have quite a few options, from cereal and fruit, to waffles, eggs, ham, and potatoes, to made-to-order omelettes. Also, the restaurant has a *beautiful* view of the lake (you can also request a room with a balcony, but these are limited). Finally, the overall comfort of the room. The beds are not the *most* comfortable I've ever slept on, but they mattresses are new (Serta) and a good mid-point between firm and plush. Both my husband and I slept very soundly. The beds have *ample* pillows (four standard size for a queen, plus an accent pillow). The AC unit is quiet but regulates the temperature very well. The blanket was a little thin - I prefer something heavier when it's not summer - but you can just turn up the thermostat. The towels aren't plush either, but they're not scratchy. There was a nice big desk area with a comfortable office chair, plus our room had a lounge chair (not a recliner), and in addition to the standard flat-screen TV, fridge, and microwave, there was also a Keurig coffee maker, and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. If this were the only Moses Lake hotel I'd ever visited, I'd give it 4 stars because there are things that could have been better or that would have really blown me away (elevator, thicker blankets and towels, indoor pool, made-to-order breakfast), but I'm giving it 5 stars because this hotel is SO much better than other hotels in town that have been highly rated. At this point, this may be the only hotel in Moses Lake I will recommend to my out-of-town guests if they can afford a slightly more expensive stay (it's not the most expensive in town, and I think it's a really good value for the price, but if you're on a tight budget it might be more than you want to pay).
We were very pleased. We enjoyed our stay, and everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The conference room, and meals were excellent. The employees even provided a big screen television so that we could watch the "Final Four" basketball games. If only the outcomes could have matched the service. Just kidding.
The staff is very attentive to your needs and questions. View of Moses Lake very nice. Breakfast was always good. A good place to stay while traveling, clean with nice size rooms. Laundry only $1.00 per load. Jacuzzi area was always clean, the small gym also. Parking is convenient. I had to have my room key made about 10 times. Kept demagnetizing. Became the joke amongst my group, not sure why it was happening. Hopefully will be repaired.
We picked this hotel as a mid-way stop on our drive to Seattle. We really enjoyed the view from our room. We grabbed a room service menu from the front desk, (there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit inconvenient), and nothing sounded good for the prices that were listed, so just hopped back in the car and went to Subway a couple blocks away. We brought our sandwiches back and ate on our patio watching the sunset over the lake. That was very beautiful and lovely. The room was clean and everything was functional. The fitness and spa area was very nice, however, there was no table or ledge or anything for your towels/shoes in the spa, so you end up leaving them on the floor hoping they won't get wet. The breakfast area was in the restaurant, which has huge windows overlooking the lake. The ladies serving breakfast were very friendly, and they were even making omelettes to order.
I stay at this BW on a regular basis, on business. It's a nice place but is definitely showing it's age. They are currently doing some remodeling, which will help. Lobby is nice, rooms are decent. The grounds and exterior could use some work. Staff is friendly and efficient. After having eaten at their restaurant once I won't again. Food was mediocre and overpriced for what it was. Not a great proximity to other restaurant options.
I always look forward to staying here. Always clean and the staff is always pleasant. They offer fresh made to order omelets, along with the traditional options. The rooms are available facing the lake are great.
We chose this hotel because we have had positive experiences with staying at Best Western Plus in the past. It was a definite bonus to be able to walk on the bike/pedestrian trail nearby. We enjoyed the proximity to the lake and the lake view.
Above average in all respects. Exercise room/spa was closed during my stay. Lounge was under remodel, not that I would use it anyway. I didn't use the restaurant because I knew better from past experience. Food was marginal and expensive.
We were on our way home (Chicago area) from visiting our son and his family in Olympia, WA. We got a room with two queens (it's always the last room they have left). There was something white on the desk chair (like milk, or...? you know) and after we showered, there were little ants in the bathroom. Our room was in a separate building from the one with lake views and we had to walk outside to get to the restaurant for breakfast. This was OK. However, It was brisk (53) on the morning of 10/6. The breakfast was the best of any we had at all of the hotels over two weeks. Loved the omelet. Price for just showing up was approx. $150
We arrived at sundown, got a lakeside room. Fluffy towels, large clean rooms and although they were remodeling their restaurant, we were accommodated in the bar with excellent food and drink. Who knew Moses Lake was a great stay!
After staying at the Best Western in Missoula, Montana last night, coming to the Moses Point location has been a huge disappointment. I understand that each hotel is independently run, however I expected that the Best Western management would insist that hotels strive for similar standards. Problems: Smelly room Front desk staff (Hilary) very unfriendly, not a hint of a smile or welcome. It seemed that we were inconveniencing her when we checked in. $20 charge for cot We would not stay here again.
My stay was scheduled for 10/-10/7. Business trip. I checked in, let me first say that the staff members were amazing, professional and very informative. I received my key card and proceeded to my room, wouldn't you know it, the key didn't work.. I bet you're wondering if it was not activated, oh no there's a trick to opening the door. I happened to see a member of the staff in the hall andI asked for assistance. She herself couldn't open it. After 5 min or putting the key card in waiting for it to turn green turning the door handle up then down the door magically opened. Upon entering my ground floor king room with Lake view i was greeted with not only Flys, but gnats *oh joy* so for the next hour i played kill the bugs. Besides the bugs and the dated decor the room was basically ok. I decided to enjoy a sprit and a meal in the lounge. One word AMAZING. Everything and everyone. Day two. Left my room bug free attended work, came back to more Flys. I went to the desk to complain. I was offered bug spray or a fly swat ( don't laugh, but really). I killed the Flys again. *getting pretty good at it* sadly. Day 3.. left for business, went to the desk and asked not to come back the bugs. And guess what. I had none on my last night either. All and all this location was average at best, not a great value for the money. Bed was not great for me, as you know its hard to please everyone when it comes to beds. Breakfast: Average. The omelet bar was ok.. limited fruit options, and no bacon??? Coffee was amazing and you could make your own waffles. Would I stay again,no not if I didn't have to. Thumbs-down for me
This hotel is dated, but offers view of the lake. The bar lounge is convenient, and the morning breakfast is nice. however the overall quality of the room is average at best. The walls are thin and therefore the hotel hallway was noisy at times.
Was here briefly for one night but really did enjoy my stay. The staff were all helpful and the breakfast was really quite good. Made to order omelets and a great selection of other items. Best Western really does breakfast well. The location next to the lake is also appealing with many great views. Would stay again!
Excellent location overlooking Moses Lake, swimming pool well maintained, restaurant over looks lake excellent breakfast can be rather bright having a meal during sunset, thankfully there are blinds to cut down the glare, but you loose the magnificent view.
This is a dated but upgraded property. There was no elevator which was disappointing. The staff was friendly. The breakfast for one took us by surprise, usually when 2 guests check in they both get breakfast. We went down the road to bobs cafe.
Enjoyed my stay. Loved the full restaurant and lounge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this area on business or leisure. Sat outside my room on the patio and enjoyed a glass of wine as I watched an amazing sunset.
We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and up to date. Staff was super friendly!!! The view of the lake was gorgeous!! The continental breakfast provided was outstanding, seriously they have an amazing selection to choose from. The employee making the omelettes needs an award!!! It was my husbands and my 10th anniversary and we had a splendid time, I would definitely come and stay again!!!
The front desk people were very nice and accommodating and I even got a care package. Nice. Finding the room was a chore but I got a lot of steps in so that helped. Room was bare essential but I did have a wonderful view of the Lake.
Good Things: All areas of the hotel were very clean. ALL staff was friendly, polite and professionally dressed. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was fine. Good sound proofing. Bad Things: The phone didn't work, the shower pressure and temperature was awful, the staff didn't know anything about the area and there was no typical travel literature available in the lobby. Hotel is very close to the highway. It was so loud we couldn't sit on the little deck.
This Hotel is convenient for my business purposes and I use BW's in several other towns for the same reason. This hotel is somewhat dated, it's probably past it's prime, but it was clean and well maintained other than it could use some sprucing up. The grounds look like they have been neglected for a while, the landscaping is tired. The proximity to the interstate makes for some road noise but not bad with the windows closed. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional. Only ate at the restaurant once and the food was marginal and a bit overprice for what it was. Friendly waitstaff though. Pillows on the bed were typical hotel pillows, too thick and hard. There was 4 pillows on the bed and they were all the same so no option was available.
The manager, Pam Brar, went out of her way to assist my stay. I locked myself ouyt of my truck and she allowed to use the room until AAA turned up. Went from a crappy day to a pleasant day because her.Thank you once again
would not stay here again due to the poor service and quality of food in the restaurant, the waitresses in the restaurant were very unsure of themselves and for an expensive meal service and food quality was poor, the complimentary breakfast was horrible, no hot food was out, no service from any employee and when there was finally food it was terrible. the hotel itself was ok except for someone painting in the hallway and the lady at reception desk was most helpful.
Hotel clean, beeakfast good, staff helpful, good location and reasonably priced would recommend this hotel as a stop over as there is not much to do in Moses Lake - we booked in here on our way from Seattle towards Glacier NP
I had a wonderful experience staying at the Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel, in Moses Lake, WA. They have an efficient and friendly staff, my guest rooms was clean and comfortable, and I thought the breakfast which was included at no additional charge was exceptional .
we take road trips often and always try to use Best Western as our first choice. Sleeping in different beds each night is hard for us, but with Best Western we know the beds in every place will be simular. The stay at this Best Western was a PLUS as the view from lake side is very nice. The Staff is very helpful, and friendly, they went out of their way to help us several times during our 3 day stay.
the staff was very unhelpful and uncaring when I was given I was given a room different from my reservation. The room was dirty. The wall behind the bed was sticky. The garden tub didn't work. The breakfast looked like it had been sitting out for a very long time. definitely NOT a fan of this BW.
The hotel is situated on the shore of Moses Lake, 200 yards from exit 176 off I90. I would strongly recommend taking a lakefront room (I thought it was a very reasonable price). We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the sun set over the lake. They have a hot breakfast which was really good and just across the bridge is a park in which to stretch your legs before getting back into the car.
I stayed here for two days on business and found the hotel clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. The full breakfast included an omelette station and a nice dining room overlooking the lake.
The room was clean and comfortable although there is some clutter from ongoing renovations. Breakfast was quite good. My only complaint is that I booked a room with a king bed, but they put me in a queen. I returned to the front desk and pointed this out. All they could tell me was that they didn't know why that happened and they didn't have any kings left. No apology, no compensation, no bueno.
We stayed there twice and will come back to stay there again any time we go to Moses Lake. I am happy with everything about this hotel: the reservation, the stay, the view, the check-out. And yes, unlike many hotels that I've stayed at, checkout time is at noon here.
Was pleased with the size of the room. Plenty of outlets to charge electronics. Would like to have had a desk/small table in the room. Surprised there was not an elevator to the second floor. Dinner in the restaurant (pasta with chicken) was scalding hot and bland. Breakfast was good: made to order omelets, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, and expected continental goods, though no bagels :( The pool was clean and refreshing. Didn't use the hot tub as it was indoors in a small room away from everything else. The rest of the grounds were pretty and well kept.
Usually Best Western Plus hotels are clean and comfortable. This hotel was old, dated and didn't even feel clean. While the location is great, the hotel was way below my expectations, especially for a hotel carrying that name.
I love the Best Western in Moses Lake WA. it provides absolutely everything you need to enjoy your "at home" time at the hotel during your vacation. The breakfast is the best I have ever had at any other hotel - not your run of the mill. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pool is fabulous! View is great - location is great. Can recommend to anyone looking for a night or several nights.
My Aunt and Uncle came to town for a family gathering. They parked near the front entrance in a lighted area. Someone smashed in the passenger side window of their vehicle and were scared away by the car alarm. They were never contacted by the manager and were were refused when asked to see the video. They were met with a not our problem attitude.
Staff are efficient and motel clean. Some what dated with need for a remodel. But the real problem is crime. This is not a safe place to park. My pickup was parked in view of the lobby and still broken into. Only my alarms alerted the staff. No follow up by the manager. No video tapes were provided. They don't care. Beware, your car is not safe at the hotel.
Reserved a king bed( by phone)and was told that pet rooms did not have king beds upon our arrival. Room was not clean: dirty floors, hair in the tub, etc. Lots of deferred maintenance. Wall outlets in bath are so loose it is difficult to make an electric connection. Sliding screen was damaged and off of the track. Curtains were difficult to operate and looked like they were about to come down. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. All in all a disappointing experience given the price of the room. Not typical of Best Western standards. Motel seemed to be under renovation and hopefully will improve in the future.
great dining rom and good breakfast, Great location. Guess the front desk staff can be rude and get way with it because it is the best lodging in town. I was place in a room n the 3rd floor of the annex, guess what no elevator, no bell service. I asked for a lakeview room and told their were none, the hotel annex appeared nearly empty or most people staying walked to the property. The annex was under remodel and lacked safe stairway railings and had multiple obstructions in the hallways.
Came here to stay two nights on a business trip, good hotel with spacious rooms, at the lake side. Excellent breakfast and nice people to serve at the desk. Clean, quiet enough and easy to find. I liked it.
This Best Western has a fabulous view of the Lake. We enjoyed it from our room and from the dining room at dinner and again at breakfast. So glad that the room was cool and clean - it was 91 degrees outside and we needed respite from the heat.
We arrived and the helpful staff got us an early check in which was much appreciated, our room was a "pet friendly" room so hardwood floors which was a bit cold and didn't give a cozy feel, I understand as it's practical for pets. The room was small and felt like it needed updating, the outlets were faulty as plugs would fall out we had to make do using hairdryer in weird places in the room. We had others who stayed in the regular rooms and they were much nicer...next time we won't do the pet friendly ones however noise in the bottom of the hotel was minimal so very quiet which was nice. At $180/night including pet fee it felt VERY expensive for what we got!!
This was our forth time staying at this Best Western. The view of the lake is fantastic. Though this will probably be the last time we stay at this hotel. They are doing some remodeling which is fine, but they need to clean up when they leave for the day. Junk was left around both inside and out. Since we had our puppy with us we had to stay on the ground floor. This is where they put all the folks with dogs. Okay, except they put in fake wood floors, easier to clean I know, but very ugly and cold on the feet. I feel we paid too much for the room with a queen bed, $160.00. Also, I don't believe all the exterior doors are locked at night, so I didn't think it was a secure building. Also as it's right next to the freeway, people are cutting through the parking lot, next to the exterior doors that don't lock. I didn't feel it was safe at all. The sliding glass doors really need to be fixed so they operate properly and most of all lock securely. Since it's right on the freeway, the road noise is very loud. The microwave and fridge in the room is a totally hosed up configuration, they need to fix that. On a positive note, breakfast was good. Really the only thing this hotel has going for it is the lake view.
The view from the dining room is worth it all, the lake is beautiful from the windows and the staff at breakfast kept the area clean and stocked, they actually had an omelet bar that came complimentary with your room stay, and an all you can eat food bar with plenty of choices. Coffee was hot and delicious. The surrounding area may look unused but the inside is clean with amble tea, coffee and water at the check in area. The staff that greeted us was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. We were on the ground floor by the pool with a patio door that opened into the well laid out pool area, yet no pool smell in the room and noise was barely audible from outside. Overall all appliances in the room worked and no issues on cable or internet. We enjoyed our short stay there and will be back again to stay longer. Great place to stay.
This was our 2nd stop on a Missoula Floods interest adventure. We stayed for 2 nights and although one would probably not choose Moses Lake as a vacation destination, this Best Western exceeded my/our expectations. The room was very spacious and well organized. Our patio doorway looked West onto the lake and although activity was minute, I always like a good sunset. The staff was most friendly and accommodative and this site had made to order omelets offered in their free breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel and found the food and service most adequate. The 5 rating is due to the site surpassing my expectations.
Very efficient staff. Very clean, and good value. Can't beat the view and is the best place to stay between Spokane and Ellensburg, maybe the best place period. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best room for our needs and preference. The breakfast was awesome especially with the omelette to order. The lobby, pool/spa, and the lounge were all top notch.
This property appears to be undergoing renovation. The hallways are in the process of being re-carpeted and it looks as if the rooms have recently been redone. The carpet is reminiscent of some cruise ships I have been on. (It gives you a sort of being on vacation feel.) The rooms look nice, the beds are comfy and everything is clean. The front desk people were very nice and helpful upon check-in. We didn't eat in the on-site restaurant due to previous comments on pricing. Upon checking the in-room menu, it did appear to be fairly expensive. We did, however, eat breakfast the morning we departed and it was pretty good. They actually will prepare you an omelette from scratch. The rest of the breakfast was pretty much like every other continental breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again if ever in the area.
I enjoyed the room and the service is excellent. The work out facility is a little limited but otherwise everything is quite good! i will stay there again. The view from the bar is amazing. The food is great.
Very clean, nice hotel but a Chair on the deck was broken and it ripped a hole in the butt of my jeans. They staff apologized but then never did anything about it. Very frustrating. However the pool was good, and so was breakfast. The room was clean and an nice size. The staff was friendly. Just be careful where you sit!!!
Stayed only one night for a quick business trip. The place is right off highway and very close to town. They are remodeling the rooms and I had a remodeled room. It was very comfortable and clean. The front staff was very pleasant. Even though the hotel is near the highway it was quite in the room and I had one closer to highway. They serve a nice breakfast with made to order omelets. The dining area has a nice view of the lake. The wifi worked well. They provided a code and you don;t have to go into the hotels web page to get in. Made it stable and pretty quick. Overall a good stay and would stay here again.
Very quiet place. They are remodeling on one end I noticed. Nice to be near the lake when is 100 degrees. Wonderful outside pool area. Plenty of places to smoke outside. Lots of parking. Nice breakfast included. Rooms are very clean. Fridg & micro. Good price for a 4 night stay wish I could have stayed longer. I didn't get to see any cats but did watch fish jump I the lake.
On the plus side, great corporate rates, good food, attractive bar, great breakfast and nice views. On the down side dark hallways, somewhat innattentive staff and some issues with the renovation, which was needed
Just returned from a business trip to Moses Lake. Spent four nights at this hotel. If you are able to get the government rate this is a good value. They even put us in a room overlooking the lake. The hotel is a bit rundown, for example the screen door on our patio door was virtually impossible to open and close, but overall I'd give this a pretty solid 3 1/2 stars. The outside pool is large and very nice and I'm sure very popular in the summer months. And the complementary morning breakfast is more than ample. And the omelettes made to order a nice touch. This hotel is right off the freeway offramp and we did hear freeway noise when we left the patio door open at night. I did use the fitness center and get two is adequate. Throughout our stay the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and I give them a solid four star rating. Obviously the lake view rooms are much better than those facing the parking lot and I'd recommend a second-floor room with a balcony rather than a ground ground-floor unit with a patio that opens onto the lawn and is a little bit too accessible.
Overall, it is an excellent hotel and location. Service and staff are superb and responsive. Currently the hotel is being upgraded and the rooms renovated. Looking good and welcomed upgrades all around. A word of caution - there is a plethora of ferrel cats in the area and as I understand the hotel is aware of this becoming a problem and are dealing with it.
I had the best time at this hotel, evertying I needed: fitness center, pool, sauna, hot tub, lounge, restaurant, lounge, breakfast, and the lake. Can't beat the view here. The service was very friendly and the accomodations were new and clean.
Hotel is nice but for the area hotel and restaurant are way over priced. Stayed at Embassy in Portland Or. and for only $25.00 more we got a suite, happy hour, indoor swimming and much nicer breakfast. Will not stay again and wouldn't recommend because of value.
Best Western is best hotel in Moses Lake. they have fitness, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Also they offer breakfast with hot meals. Location is very convenient. There is a bar lounge. The quality of service is decent.
Only had one day to spend at Moses Lake , I was at an Archery Shoot and had to get back to Canada. When I entered the hotel I was tired, dusty, and ready to eat a Bear. The front desk staff were very helpful and soon I was in a great dining room and an excelent Med. Rare Prime Rib and a dark beer.
I was driving all through Central/East Washington. Lots of lakes and water. This Hotel is set RIGHT on a Lake. Very cool view of the Sunset. The Patio was nice to sit on after a long day and work on the computer.I would stay here again The numbering system is a little crazy but it's all good. Fitness Room has new equipment and very clean. Very relaxing, I did not use the Bar/Lounge but the Breakfast was great with another awesome view
I stay in motel/hotels an average of 2 nights per month. I booked this reservation at this particular hotel because I had wanted to stay at a nice hotel, with all of the amenities and was willing to pay for it. When I checked in they had to change my room because even though I had called prior and stated that I was there for the dog show and would have a dog...the room I was booked in was NOT a pet room. So, they changed things around and got me into a pet room. That room wasn't ready for early check in so I came back an hour later. When I got the room number, key and directions to the room I was told to drive to the very end of the road. Little did I know how far out this was. I drive back along the winding road to the end of the property. I grabbed my bag and went to the room...dodging all manner of construction supplies and equipment...as well as the normal maid carts. I tried to go down the hallway and it looked like I should have been in a hard hat zone. I was having to squeeze past desk chairs, maid carts, men and door frames on the floor (yes, the door frame was on the floor and I had to walk through it to get to the room), etc. I get to the room and it was sweltering hot and stuffy so I went over and turned on the AC. I went to see what the lake view was as it was one of the things that made me stay at the hotel. However, I couldn't use the patio because the sprinklers were on. The room itself was ok. The smell of paint was rather over powering. I prefer a firm bed...however...this bed was so incredibly hard that I ended up sleeping in the chair! The built in desk blocks the TV and if you are sitting at the desk...no one can walk past because there is no room between the chair and the bed. Then the lights on the outside of the building or in the parking lot were not working. Good thing I brought a flashlight! VERY unsafe!! To top it all off....the only way to get to the Lobby/Restaurant was to climb the flight of stairs (due to a disability this wasn't an option) or to drive around because it was so far. There was no working ice machines or vending machines in this building that I could see. Completely felt like being banished to the 'other side of the tracks'. NOT what I had planned for my stay and I will NOT be back. Not only that but I will NOT recommend this hotel to others. My faith in Best Western has really been shaken.
Picked this hotel because it was advertised as the host hotel for a dog show/obedience trial. Since dogs have to be taken out regularly, attendees of course wanted rooms on the ground floor. Management assigned a block of rooms where everyone had to go either up or down stairs to get outside. Keep in mind, most of these people are older, retired. I heard several others also had problems with their reservations. No available electrical outlets near bed or desk for phone or laptop. Outlets worn out and wouldn't hold a plug. Room layout poor with TV taking up the desk, and the frig buried behind a separate door under the desk (didn't find it at first). On the positive, had a nice view of the lake and had rock chucks looking in the window at me. The room cleaning service was outstanding. The staff servicing the breakfast buffet was outstanding.
The Motel was recently upgrades with Carpet, tiles and paint. It looked really nice! The employees went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. They were also very friendly! We stay here every year and this year was even better than before because of all the upgrades and the place looked fancier than it ever has. I was very pleased and will come back next year for the Chiropractic Seminar.
The staff is very friendly and professional Mary especially. The hot breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are nice and comfortable and very clean. Great experience when I stay there each week Truck parking availability is really convenient also. Scenery is really nice the lake right out the window and sliding door to balcony. Store within walking distance. its an all around great place to stay. So that sums it up
I can say everything worked perfect and i will come to this Hotel again. Well done every one. Your chicken curry is the best in east Washington and your Staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work and people will keep coming.
We were originally booked into a room where renovations were going on and it was very noisy. Elena had us moved to a beautiful lake front room. The breakfast was abundant and the staff helpful. We will definitely refer our friends to this hotel.
Extremely clean and professional. Great staff. Greeted with a smile by Elana at the front desk. The continental breakfast was great. Also very close to many of the local businesses. Lakefront view was Majestic. I had a wonderful stay and recommend it to everyone
The room was spacious and lovely. The lake view is to die for! Everyone was great and the bed was comfortable. Will recommend to everyone. Breakfast was also great. Smooth check in and check out. Can't wait to stay again.
Very pleasant-professional staff, nice location, reasonably quiet, clean. Bed seemed older, not bad, but not as comfortable as other BWs we're used to. Keurig Coffee Maker did not work, but did not try to use until last night. @checkout, staff said 'they're always breaking'. V Good breakfast, expt scrambled eggs a bit flat, tasted like powered. everything else tasty.
Nice restaurant on premises, wonderful if you arrive late and tired and don't want to go out to find something to eat. Varied menu, surprisingly good food and table wine by the glass. Breakfast, which came with the room, was also good. Omelet station, waffles, and an assortment of other breakfast items including fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, and sausage or ham. (Obviously, food is important to us.) The room was clean and spacious not cramped. There was a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator (that worked!), hair dryer and other standard amenities. The hallways were well lit, carpets in public areas as well as the room were clean, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Located right off I-90 as you approach Moses Lake from the west. Very convenient and easy to find. We found our stay to be a pleasant experience.
Stayed on this lake front hotel while attending Othello's Sandhill Crane Festival. Only a few quick miles from the events, and such a comfortable stay. Breakfast included in the cost of room was plentiful, healthy, and fresh.
The entire staff was friendly & helpful. They have an excellent restaurant with great food including the breakfast. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxing & the staff was great! They had excellent drinks. The hotel & our room were very clean. They had shampoo, conditioner,& body wash dispensers in the bathroom.I loved that because I did not have ti worry about dropping or opening tiny bottles! it is also very eco-friendly. I would recommend this hotel for couples, we enjoyed our stay. The only downside for me was the firmness of the bed & too much light coming into the room at night.
Great place for my business trip, I had called and a young lady Denise, talked me into staying here I was at the Ramada for a few days,And was looking for a better quite place to be for my business trip, came in and Denise took care of me got me a great room, With a wonderful view also the bar and kitchen staff were wonderful great food.Rebecca was a great server very polite.
There is no elevator at this property. Disabled guests will find it difficult to get to any rooms other than those on the ground level. The restaurant is good and the breakfast staff is excellent. A nice view of Moses Lake. The property is not exactly on the main route through the town, but we found that our GPS managed to fin it's way, none the less.
This Best Western Property is a very good value, the staff is excellent and committed to quality service and the setting is lovely, right on the lake. Highly recommend it. The omelet bar was excellent and other food quality was only matched by the view looking out at the lake.
Old hotel getting updates. The best part is that it is on the lake. I enjoyed the view during breakfast and a quick jaunt outside started my work day off right. Next time I will try to get a first floor lake view room. No complaints.
Our experience here was bar none the very best on our trip to Nevada. Thank you Denise Luma for the fantastic service. We will return thanks to you and your staff. Can't thank you enough for the fabulous cheese cake. Also I have to mention loved the resterant great food. Jackie and Harley
I was quite comfortable and very pleased with the service. It would be a pleasure to stay here again in the future. I'm looking for opportunities to do so. I have also recommend the hotel and restaurant to my family and friends and expect them to join me there on some future date.
My stay at the Best Western was amazing. First of all, the staff was very nice, polite, and very helpful, especially Ashleigh. They had an awesome breakfast with a nice view of the lake. Their breakfast selection was by far the best selection for breakfast at any hotel I have stayed at and I have stayed at many hotels for my job. The rooms were very nice and clean. They are also very big and you don't feel cramped up when you are staying here. I really have no bad things at all to say about this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any body that is coming to this area, whether it is for one night or one week.
My business partner stayed there in Moses lake great hotel, fabulous view, front Desk Girl Denise was great treated us well. Food was amazing. Defenetly passing the word for this Hotel. They are in the middle of a remodel which is wonderful to see the quality on their Hotel
Ashleigh was very helpful and very friendly. The staff makes a good breakfast as well. Great view of the lake too. You might want to go here first before checking in somewhere near by. I was going to stay somewhere else, but this place has better parking for my semi, turns out it was just a better place to stay regardles of the parking. So I recommend staying here.
I make annual trips to Moses Lake up to 3 times per year and I always stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. The hotel went through some remodeling, and the update is wonderful.
our room's was really clean and nice and really the staff was was really grate and I love the hot tub was nice and the exercise room was grate I Hade a good time with the room's and the hot tub being so nice to relax and take the stress of after a long week.
We stay here because it is a very nice hotel with a great view, clean spacious rooms and a beautiful dining area. The food this time was mediocre and our waitress disappeared and we had to flag down another.
A nice hotel with all the facilities of a more upscale hotel but at a more affordable price. Doesn't seem the attached restaurant, with also a great view of the lake besides the good food and menu, has earned a reputation with the locals that it should. I was at this hotel for just one night at end of January 2016, so wondering if the hotel is just as appealing in summer high-season.
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The room is extremely clean and the bed is super comfy. The view of Moses Lake at sunrise or sunset is so peaceful and beautiful. They have an excellent wifi signal in each room, compare to other hotels I have stayed at. As for the breakfast, they offer wide variety of breakfast items. They will even make you an omelette- the way you like it. The staff here is always really accommodating and friendly. Another nice plus to this hotel, they do offer a nice lounge and restaurant in the evening overlooking the lake. After traveling all day, it's a big plus for any traveler.
Very nice place to stay. Friendly and very accommodating. Newly renovated rooms were great and very clean. We stay here almost every weekend during hunting season, always have geat service. The food in the restaurant is always good.
We feel at home in this facility. We use the facility regularly for monthly meetings. They have great Internet coverage, great rooms and fantastic food. Owners Mo & Pam are great hosts. They have their business together.
Always a pleasure to stay here. I have been traveling to this town and have always used. The facility is clean and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant food is great and the prices are very reasonable.
Nicely located right beside Moses Lake and far enough from the freeway to avoid the traffic noises. Rooms have been recently remodeled and are clean and comfortable. The staff has been friendly and efficient every time I have stayed with them. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant is great - love the fried prawns and salad bar - and they even make omelets for breakfast, which is a very welcome change from the waffles that seem to be available at every other hotel on earth.
My husband and I got married here and they were more than accommodating. We didn't have enough table clothes and they provided them. Didn't have enough candles and they helped us out. I couldn't have asked for more in a wedding venue. Our bar tender was fantastic and Pam and moe met our every need. The staff was friendly as ever especially a young woman named amber. Our families had excellent room rates. We were allowed to set up the night before. Everything's was perfect. I wanna say a big thank you to best western lake front for making my experience more than memorable.
I wanted a quiet stay and they achieved it. the morning breakfast had omlettes to order in the free breakfast and waffles potatoes ham one day and sausage another. The only critisizm is the pillows are small but I had 4. good tv and internet. jacuze was nice and open til 10pm. frig and microwave in room so I did not use the lounge or dining. parking lot was huge.
The staff were very cautious and helpful. I really liked the fresh omelet / eggs option with the breakfast. The restraint is convenient and good with a great view of the lake. Internet worked with no issue and I cannot say that in some of my stays.
Great stay..very friendly and helpful staff. From the desk folks to the breakfast cook..a wonderful experience. We always chose this hotel when we are in the area and we highly recommend this property. Easy Freeway access too!
Friendly staff. Rooms were fine with a nice view. Did not use the breakfast option this time because I had to be on the road earlier. I have used the breakfast before and it was good. I was able to watch the football game in the lounge. It was clean and friendly
We had a wonderful visit with family. Our newly remodeled room was beautiful with a spectacular view of the lake. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. And to top it off, a complimentary breakfast with omelets made to order. .. i don't remember the cooks name..but she was very helpful and courteous. The manager accommodated our last minute request to have adjoining rooms... a big thank you to her! Our family will definitely stay there again.
I always stay at this place for long periods and beside the fantastic view and good food they give you a feeling as you are part of the family. The Hotel is newly renovated and the rooms, bathroom and carpets are new and clean. This is the only Hotel in town with restaurant and Bar, the breakfast omelet bar in the Mornings is a blessing specially when Rosa cooks the eggs.
Whenever I work in the Moses Lake area and return to the restaurant for a nice meal, I immediately receive great service from Amber, Liz, and Rebecca. They make an awesome team by helping each other to provide great service to every customer. It is obvious to see that each of them really enjoy working there and take pride in their work. Mary knows I have to leave very early in the mornings, so she always has fresh coffee and an extra large "to-go" cup ready for me.
The new construction has provided an updated and more modern appeal to the lodging coupled with an outstanding staff. Food and drink is prepared well and you will receive timely service. The rooms have been updated and the staff top notch for helpfulness.
it was an amazing experience. The Hotel was well furnished, it seemed like they got it remodeled recently. I stayed there for 2 nights and the room was really good, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. If i ever get a chance again i would love to book that hotel again. i forgot one thing, the view of the lake from the room and the restaurant was just beautiful.
Always select Best western. Moses Lake is a view to love. Book a room on the water side. Breakfast is marvelous. Waffle, omelet, excellent fruit, coffee hot and good, service superior. Current remodel is beautiful. Carpet, bath, sink, faucets, paint, will; all be beautiful when finished. Someday an elevator for seniors, it's needed. Love your towels too. This was difficult trip, our daughter was hurt in auto accident. Urgent stay for 2 days. she will recover, thank GOD. We will certainly return to Moses Lake.
The Best Western Plus Lakeside in Moses Lake, WA is currently under remodel one wing at a time. We stayed one night and the motel was not full. We reserved our lake-view room directly on the BW website. The cost was $108. The motel was very clean in the reception area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our particular room had new carpet, paint, bathroom tile, shower curtain, shower head, 2 vanities and plumbing. Imagine, a motel carpet you could walk on barefoot. The room was large with 2 queen beds and still plenty of room to move around. Being a cold and foggy day the room was cold when we entered but the room heater took the chill off almost immediately. The room was toasty within a half hour. The room heater appeared to be new also. The heater fan was less noisy than those in most motels and had three different fan settings. We looked around for USB chargers on the desk or lamp bases but found none. We did find several regular wall outlets that were not hidden by furniture. We like to turn the heat down for sleeping but the thin blanket on the bed was not adequate to keep me warm. There were no extra blankets in the closet. I called the desk and they kindly obliged. They could bring one down in a bit but I didn't mind going to the front desk to pick it up. It was clean and presented in a clean plastic bag. Each bed had 4 foam pillows which we found to be too bulky and hard. Pillow preference is such a personal thing. We did not ask the desk if there were any softer ones available. The main room entry door consisted of only an electric lock with no deadbolt or chain lock. This ground floor room had sliding glass doors leading to a grassy area along the lake shore. The sliding doors had heavily marred sun protection film on them. The security lock for the sliding doors was difficult to locate because it was up near the top of the frame. We could here some freeway noise but it was not annoying. The freeway is about 1/4 mile away. The room had lots of lighting, all of it CFL. Besides the wall, desk, and floor lamps, there was also a ceiling lamp. The 40” TV appeared to be brand new and was mounted to the wall. Amenities included cable TV, MW, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Easy Chair, Credenza/desk. Padded Desk Chair. There was a lavatory in the bedroom area and another in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was nicely set up in the motel restaurant dining room. There was a friendly cook making omelets to order. The other fare include the usual sweet yorgurt, waffles, cereal, pastries, sausage, etc. There was lot of off street parking. The hotel itself is set back about two blocks from the main street so the noise was minimal. The motel is located within a mile or two of several Moses Lake restaurants. We could hear a few people talking and mild ice machine noise from the hall but had an ok quiet night. There were no crazies coming in late at night. This motel is very nice for BW, but I would say only mid-rated for a BW Plus. I would like to see it when the renovation is done. I would certainly stay in the Moses Lake BW Lake View motel again. My rating of a 4 rather than 5 is based on no dead bolt or chain lock on the door. Rate 4
This was an excellent hotel and had a wonderful full breakfast.. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very nice and professional. We had a very nice time staying at this hotel, it is located right on Moses Lake.
I feel like home every time I go to this place. The warme friendly atmosphere make it very special and the friendly staff are always there when I need them. The breakfast is very special and with the international kitchen and the perfect BarI can take the whole day stress away. I am so comfortable and happy here.
This was an unexpected stop. It was late and I was tired. The Hotel has a lounge and restaurant, this was a nice treat. The food and service was amazing! The hotel is going threw some renovations. I had received a "new" room with a view of the lake. That was beautiful to wake up in the morning and step out on the balcony!! Breakfast has a young lady making omelets to order. YUM! (I believe her name was Rosa.) Very nice girl. Amy had checked me out. She was also very nice, and seemed to care about my stay. Over all, rooms are clean, bed was comfy. and if I pass threw again, this will be my spot. THANK YOU!
We had a good nights sleep and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Our slider door had some writing on it and smudges. But the property is under construction and the door may have been selected for replacement? Other than that, our room was clean and updated. The staff were pleasant, and since it is close to the freeway, it was easy to continue on our way.
Hotel staff has been very accommodating and making my stay a wonderful one. They have went out of their way to ensure the smallest details are taken care of, just to make my stay more comfortable. The Paradise restaurant and lounge is second to none here in Moses Lake. Everyone is so friendly and courteous, especially Lisbeth. I recommend going to the restaurant just to experience her warm and friendly nature and I guarantee she won't let you leave disappointed. I'd go there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel!
When travelling south for our annual snowbird trip, the Best Western at Moses Lake, Washington has often been our first stop. This November, 2015, the price was right with a quiet lake view, a sliding door for fresh air, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, a full hot breakfast in their large restaurant and an extremely friendly staff who even helped us with our luggage and opened up the room for us. Outstanding! Roy & Jo Ann Jungaro
Best Western PLUS Lake Front Hotel in Moses Lake has been a great place for me to stay while working in the area for the last three plus months. Everybody has treated me as if I were a family member. The owners seem to be very nice people who strive to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible, which explains why so many of their employees have stayed for such a long time. I have never witnessed such a high level of teamwork, as I have with the girls working in the restaurant and lounge area. They each do what it takes to give the best customer service. I received excellent and sincere customer service from every worker at the front desk, restaurant & lounge area, house keeping, and even the construction crew who is completing the remodeling of all 160 rooms. This is a great place to stay if you are going to be in the area. The rooms have just all been remodeled and look great. They all have balconies or patios, some overlook the lake, and some over the pool area. There is also a huge indoor hot tub and work-out room. Thank you for all your hospitality, Kevin Walthers
is our second stay at this Hotel and our first choice in Moses Lake great setting and Hotel is in great shape one of the best breakfast we have found anywhere Kayleena makes a very good omelet help at the front desk is exceptional, rooms are clean and functional enjoy the hot tub and sauna
The staff and management went out of their way to ensure that I had a room that met my needs. When asked about a gym membership in town, Pam the manager purchased 5 hotel memberships so that I could work out at Evolve Fitness free of charge. The breakfast buffet comes with a staff member who makes omelets to order. The room is comfortable and quiet and has a lake view of the Lake at Moses Lake. Many kudos to the staff and management of Best Western Plus for making my stay such a very nice one!
This property is very nice, located on the shores of Moses Lake in the town. Not far from downtown, and easy access to highway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. They were in the process of renovating certain areas, but there was no excessive noise or inconvenience. There was a bar/restaurant attached, and a great hot breakfast in the morning. Tasty omelets were made to order.
They have a segment of rooms that allow our dogs when we go hunting. The location is good for our outings and being on the lake is a bonus expically in the winter with great sunsets and often people ice fishing. We have been staying her for about the past ten years for huntiong trips.
Stayed here for both business and pleasure. Highly recommend it hen in Moses Lake area. Outstanding breakfast setup. Restaurant and lounge have a great view of the lake and the staff is friendly and professional.
I first off want to thank Elana for such a warm welcome! I stay in hotel chains every night and she has to have had the Best personality and professionalism that I have seen in a really long time. Room was Very nice (newly renovated) Ask and I'm sure they will do there best to please you! Went to there restaurant where I has the most wonderful server (Lizbeth). How truly pleasant she was, What a treat from the chain restaurant staffs that I usually have to deal with. She surely seems to enjoy her position and enjoy making her guests feel at home! Room was comfortable and OH YA... I had a wake up call (which is automated) and 5 mins later they called to make sure I got my call ! WOW what service because I sure could have fallen back to sleep! LOL Thanks again to everyone and I will for sure be back next time I do business in the Moses Lake area.
We must have gotten a room in the old, run down section of the hotel and it was horrible. The beds were the worst and we will not go back. Horrible nights sleep because of the poor quality of the beds. First time I have not checked Trip Advisor about a room, because we were so tired--I will learn from that mistake! The breakfast was good though--made to order omelets. Pet friendly hotel, but even my dogs would run from this one given the option!
I have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times a year for the past 10 years or so during business trips to Moses Lake. I never looked forward to my stay and, in fact, I even previously posted a pretty negative review of this hotel here on TripAdvisor. They are going thru a complete renovation and if the room i stayed is any indication, this hotel is taking the right steps. Excellent bed and pillows --- and the bathroom is modern. Kudos to the owner for investing in this hotel --- has a great location right on the water --- now the newly renovated rooms will make it a place i look forward to staying at!!!
Nice facility, just off I90 in Moses Lake. It was just stop over while traveling across the state,, But the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Sort of an odd layout, right along the freeway, but the room was nice and quietl. Nice restaurant, friendly staff,. Pet friendly, had a dog walking area along side the lake.
Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel is an excellant hotel to stay at. I have been staying there for many weeks while working in town. After initially requesting a certain room, it is always reserved for me each week upon my return. I am always greeted with a smile from every worker and asked how things are going. I feel that the employees really enjoy working there, and do everything possible to make the customers feel comfortable as possible. Almost all the rooms have been completely remodeled and upgraded, and they are very nice. Half the rooms overlook the lake, and many rooms overlook the outdoor pool area. The restaurant offers a full menu(very competitively priced), salad bar, and nice lounge, which allows me to spend my evening right there, instead of having to drive anywhere else. Kevin
This hotel was significantly improved over the last time we were here. Beds were very comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice. They are in the midst of updating the facilities, so we expect more improvement. In room Wi-Fi was excellent, views lovely. It was a restful and positive experience.
We were traveling east on I-90, and made the reservation on the phone. We were not sure what to expect! We were wonderfully surprised. The hotel looks on a beautiful, large lake, and the hotel is a beautiful facility. The restaurant is excellent (we had dinner there), and we also had a freshly prepared breakfast - not rubber eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Smoking everywhere in this hotel. Musty odors with overdone deodorizers made for a respiratory reaction. Also currently under renovation so lots of construction disarray. Avoid if you have problems with odors. Lovely for smokers.
Great hotel would recommend to many. Nice view of the lake with great amenities. Friendly/helpful staff. Would def stay there again if I am in Moses Lake again. The bar/restaurant is great with reasonable prices.
I'll begin by sharing that since I've become a Platinum member, I've experienced offered upgrades upon checking into Best Western properties, and being treated very well. I did not feel this way at the Lake Front Hotel in Moses Lake. Part of it is my fault for not requesting a lakefront room, but was not expecting a view of the parking lot either. I took a picture of the view, but its a parking lot. I called the front desk after realizing where my room was, and was told all rooms had been accounted for, and no upgrades or changes were allowed. My welcome bag was covered in dust. There is no elevator at this property, so if you have heavy luggage, I'd recommend booking a room on the first floor.
Older hotel undergoing renovation. Staff exceptionally pleasant & professional. Restaurant food REALLY good! Bed could have been more comfortable & fridge in room was either freezing cold or not cold at all. Other than than those two things this was a good place to stay.
