« Outstanding value, superb service! »

From check in to check out, my 5-day stay at the Grant Creek In was suburb. All the staff I dealt with were kind and competent. My wife is celiac and cannot tolerate any gluten in her diet. The breakfast crew went above and beyond to ensure she had something she could enjoy off their menu.

    3
« Room temperature set too high »

Room thermometer was set at 75 degrees during an early summer stay in which daily temperatures was reaching 89 degrees and the room faced the west. Room at check in was well above 80 degrees and extremely uncomfortable till well after midnight. Staff was quick to respond to the complaint but the ventilation was just to far behind to catch up in a timely manner.

« Nice property with great customer service »

This property has kept great customer service alive! Very nice, caring front desk and staff. Clean and well appointed rooms with a nice breakfast! Near restaurants and coffee shops. Great pre or post Yellowstone stop!

« The best hotel in all of Montana »

This was my first time at this hotel and I was very impressed with everything. The rate was reasonable. Our room was big and spacious and clean. All of the staff members were awesome here. I'd like to say a special thanks to Jeff. He was a great guy and he took care of everything we needed. My wife and I felt like royalty here. The hotel is easily accessible from I-90 at Exit 101. And there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within a short distance of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

« Hot night in Missoula. »

We spent two nights at the BW Plus Grant Creek Inn; the first night was fine but our second night (differrent room) the a/c didn't work so the room was uncomfortably warm; when we informed the front desk of this the next morning all we got was a 'oh, I'm sorry to hear that...thank you for letting us know'; needless to say my wife and I were not impressed especially when you consider the nightly rate we paid (140+).

« Easily the best breakfast at any hotel I've ever stayed at! »

Wow, I don't know if it was we were there on Cinco de Mayo, but the breakfast served that morning was out of this world. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, no powdered eggs or mystery meat sausage in sight. There was a lovely breakfast burrito bar with freshly scrambled eggs, freshly prepared scrambled sausage, homemade sweet potatoes, and beans with sauted onions and peppers. In addition, there were grapefruit halves, as well as abundant fresh fruit choices, cottage cheese, and hard boiled eggs. Of course, they also have all of the standard fare of breads, cereals, waffles, etc. The man in charge of the breakfast area had a fun and welcoming personality. I would stay here again for the breakfast alone!

    « Best Western Missoula »

Have stayed here before and find the quality very good. The breakfast area has been renovated since we were last here and truly liked how it was before. It seemed a bit tight space wise. Great staff, enjoyed the stay.

    « Another fantastic stay »

We always try to stay at the Grant Creek whenever we have to overnight in Missoula. The staff has always treated us with the upmost repect and courtesy, and the facility is always in first rate condition and very clean. The location is situated to give easy access to any activity that you have in mind

    5
« Friendly and accommodating staff. »

From the day the our hockey team arrived from Canada the hotel staff went far and above to make sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Douglas and his team had breakfast ready each morning the for the eager team of young men ready to approach the day. Even earlier on a few days to make sure the team and coaches ate. Thank you

    « Relaxing Stay »

I stayed 2 nights beginning with the airport shuttle. It was too early for check-in, so they let me store my suitcase while I did business downtown. The staff was courteous and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. My room was on the top floor with a vaulted ceiling with a door to a 1 foot wide patio. The room was quite and comfortable, despite being next to the freeway. The bathroom was nothing fancy, but clean and nice. The breakfast on the first morning had cold eggs and potatoes, but the second day was much better. The room came with 2 free bottles of water with one in the fridge. Nice Touch.

    « Great stay »

Great stay Had a nice luxury suite with a fireplace bed with a little uncomfortable but the room was beautiful had a problem with dogs in the parking lot barking all night that was another guest who left it in their truck staff couldn't be better

    « Best breakfast ever »

Super friendly staff, I loved the wonderful breakfast with waffle flavor assortment and fresh fruit, Jacuzzi and pool was relaxing before bed and computers were available to use. My fly fishing guides picked me up at the hotel. I Loved my stay!

    « Anniversary weekend »

Just wanted to get away for the weekend and relax and rest. Everything was great and the staff was friendly and courteous. Would recommend to everyone who just needs a night or weekend getaway to relax.

    3
    « Needs some work »

We were warmly greeted, our room was clean, there was plenty of parking, and we found a Starbucks right next door. Most restaurants are just minutes away by car. The shower was nice and every thing worked fine. The bed could have been less lumpy and the towels are quite worn and could be replaced. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

    5
« Great place to stay »

My husband and I visited this hotel over Spring Break. The General Manager, Whitney Bergman, was so helpful to answer any questions that we had when visiting Missoula. The rooms were clean, the hot breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel was welcoming. Great place to stay for an affordable cost!

    5
« Great Service, Convenient Location »

Located just off the interstate near Mackenzie River Pizza. and a convenience store. All of the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The bed was VERY comfortable. No issues with noise, even with my room being near the elevator.

    5
    « Comfortable and Clean »

Highly recommended, clean rooms, friendly staff. Great breakfast, easy to access off freeway and nice atmosphere. Very quiet at night, you don't realize you are just off the freeway. Great pizza restaurant just across the parking lot.

    5
« Excellent property, right off free way. »

Based on this visit, we had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was a Plus. the decor, the breakfast, the rooms......etc. Breakfast had some unique offerings like fried sweet potatoes cubes, a variety of of cinnamon rolls and breads/cakes. In the lobby, there was plenty of sitting area and desktops for internet access. I was a little put off by the location and access to the fitness room...you had to go into the pool area to get to it. I like that the gas station was a bonus in beng next door as well as a convenient store.

    5
« Best place to stay in Missoula »

We live about 100 miles from Missoula and stay in town often. This is our favorite place to stay, and we have tried many in the area. Very clean and nice, beds are very comfortable. Shuttle to and from airport. Lobby, breakfast area and pool facilities were recently redone. Just off Reserve in a quiet area with lots of restaurants within a mile or two.

    5
« Located west of Missoula »

The Best Western is located about 5 miles west of downtown Missoula, just off I-90. Its modern design is definitely more up-scale than the traditional Best Western motel. While odd number rooms face the Interstate, there was no noticeable traffic noise. The hotel, including the rooms was in excellent condition and clean. Room size was average. Notable was the quality and large number of choices at breakfast, which was included in the room rate. The offerings were among the best which I have encountered at any of the major mid-range chains.

    « Grant Creek Inn »

Stayed overnight after a week spent further south in the Bitterroot Valley. Close to the airport and right off the interstate, but a quiet location none the less. Comfortable room. Good internet. Lots of choices for food nearby.

    5
    « Perfect Stay »

Nestled into the foothills of Gold Creek this hotel gave me a perfect stay. Convenient to the highway and close to restaurants and Starbuck, this stay was much too short. The people, facilities were just about perfect. There is no doubt that I want to come back.

    5
« I am a frequent flier to this motel »

I always enjoy staying at this motel- access is easy on and off to I-90 as well as Reserve Street. It has one of the BEST breakfast presentations of any motel I have stayed at. Parking is adequate- rooms are always clean. Right next door to a Mckenzie River Pizza, a Starbucks and a gas station C-store.

    4
    « comfortable traveler's hotel »

Stayed one night here passing through the area. It's conveniently near the interstate, but doesn't get the traffic noise. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice staff people. Room with 2 queen beds. Mini fridge and microwave. Single serve in-room coffee. Internet was good and easy to connect. Pool area was nice though i didn't use it. Small but nicely equipped fitness room with 2 treadmills, elliptical, bikes, weight machine. Generally quiet. Breakfast area had good selection of hot and cold items, including deli meats if you wanted to build your own breakfast sandwich. Cautionary note: I thought i was on the official hotel website when i booked -- it looked authentic. But the phone number posted went to a third party booking site, which charged me extra fees. Just be aware and try to book directly with the hotel. Overall it is nice and comfortable place to stay.

    4
    « Nice and comfortable »

This hotel is easy to find and next to a gas station, Starbucks and a restaurant. Clean and large rooms, affordable and comfortable beds. Very nice assortment of breakfast foods and fresh. Coffee is always available in the lobby and evening cookies too. Internet worked well. Nice staff! I would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Quiet and comfortable »

Convenient location, great staff, quiet, comfortable and clean room, and room temperature easy to control, no loud heater coming on and off all night. Nice pool with lots of seating, hot tub and sauna. Fitness room well equipped. Great breakfast --definitely above average in selection of hot and cold items, and a staff member is on hand to make sure everything stays stocked. Cookies at the front desk in the evening, hot beverages available in lobby 24h, in-room coffee too. Free wifi had decent signal and speed. Wonderful stay, would definitely go back.

    5
« Wonderful Hotel, Helpful and Accommodating To Elderly Travelers »

My 85 year old disabled mother and I stopped here after an awful icy, snowy drive on the I 90 from Spokane. We did not have reservations and literally could not go another mile. They welcomed us with smiles and open arms, gave us a disabled access room and helped mom into the hotel and room from the car. The hotel itself is lovely, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. In the morning the entire housekeeping staff helped me get her from the room back into the car and handled the luggage. The breakfast was the best buffet we've had at any hotel ever. Fresh fruit, huge selection of breakfast food including quiche Lorraine.

    5
    « Beautiful lobby »

The lobby decor and quality was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are nice, not quite as nice as the lobby. The bed is comfortable. I felt the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall the room was clean.

    5
« Excellent motel in Missoula, MT »

We had an enjoyable stay. The entire staff were kind and friendly. The motel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great location to the airport. I'd stay again when I'm Missoula. You won't be disappointed.

    5
    « Best in Missoula »

We love a clean, quiet room with nice bed linens. We have never been disappointed with our stays at BWP Grant Inn, Missoula. This is a convenient location with restaurants close by and is our favourite hotel on our way to and from Arizona.

  • 5
« Very nice place to stay »

We spent the night in celebration of an anniversary. Hotel was very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. Location is convenient to any place in Missoula. Even tho it was icy on the roads, we had no trouble getting to the motel. The view from the window overlooked the area-very nice.

    3
    « Quick night stay »

We were traveling west and decide to break up our stay and stay here the gentleman that checked us in was great super friendly even when it was a busy time. The girl who checked us out, shaylee, was rude and sat at the desk the entire time on her cell phone. Breakfast was cold all the hot items were ice cold none of them were kept warm. Would consider staying again if it was on a need to basis

    4
« Nice stay in Missoula »

Nice Best Western. Convenient to interstate, restaurants and , shopping and in and around Missoula. Very quiet with nice rooms and friendly staff. Indoor pool and good internet service. No problems at all.

    « Montana's finest »

I usually travel to Idaho by traveling straight through, this trip I decided to stop and rest. I am a avid Best Western supporter because of their standards and cleanliness. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at the Grant Creek Inn. This will change my travel plan's every time we come back home to Idaho. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it here and the finest breakfast we've ever had at a motel.

    3
    « no exceptions »

the heating system does not work well we were cold the entire stay and I;m always too warm, the staff all wore coats while working from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping, don't try to change your reservation here the answer is NO!! MY husband did not sleep the bed was too firm

    3
« DON'T Stay on the South (Freeway) Side »

I only have time to write a review when things are really good or really a problem. In this case it's the latter. Don't stay on the south side of the hotel unless you want to hear Jake brakes. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. The windows and wall are not soundproof enough - even when wearing ear plugs. Also the 4th story is vaulted, which may seem nice, but - the ceilings are so high it's hard to heat and top triangular window has no window covering, so it let's all the external building night lighting. If you like a dark room as I do, this is not preferable. At the top of anyone's list for a hotel is the ability to get a good night's sleep. For this hotel on the freeway side, it is not at all a conducive sleeping environment.

    5
    « Beautiful hotel »

Had a bad experience getting into an Airbnb. So we found this hotel. Beautiful suite. Great staff, food, close to everything in town. Quite for how busy is was. Room was comfortable, smelled fresh. Great time

    5
    « Weekend Stay »

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The room was very cozy and comfortable and quiet. Coffee and cookies available in the lobby were appreciated. The McKenzie River Pizza restaurant (across the paring lot) was very convenient.

    5
    « EN's review »

This is a lovely hotel with good breakfast. They are pet friendly. We brought out two Golden Retrievers and staff were very accommodating. Room with king size bed was spacious and we did not fell cramped. Location near I 90 is very convenient.

    4
« Great Place to Stay »

Very clean and beds were very comfy. Pillows, awesome! The staff helpful and attentive. Overall very good place to stay. The breakfast was standard fare for BW, which is very good and lots of choices.

« Review of Grant Creek Best Western »

This hotel is the one I always stay at when in Missoula. It is close to the freeway, airport and only a few blocks from many restaurants in the downtown area. The staff is very helpful and it is a good value.

    5
« Best Westrn did it again! »

I am currently in a wheelchair AND all our needs were met from start to finish from extra towels to ensuring NO cinnamon odours were around (its that time of year and a nightmare for me because of my severe allergy to cinnamon that requires me to always carry Epipens).

    5
« Excellent stay in Missoula »

This was our second Thanksgiving week - long stay . Clean, convenient to airport and town. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast- fresh fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, meat, cheese, eggs- hard boiled and scrambled, waffles. scones, fresh biscuits and gravy! and much more. Hot chocolate was a special treat- add milk or whipped cream! Good sized room . Comfortable bed and linens. Clean pool, whirlpool and sauna. Check out Grant Creek Rd right behind the hotel for a quick country ride with beautiful scenery without having to go out of town . Priced right for what you get.

    3
    « great breakfast selection »

Room was clean.....breakfast selection way above average.....needed pillows for hideaway bed for family suite as there were none and was solved....TERRIBLE hideaway bed!! Blow dryer was missing from room and my request for a replacement never did show up.....could hear footsteps above our room on 3rd floor.....has room for improvement BUT for $135 I understand that.

    4
    « Super stay »

My wife and I enjoy the Grant Creek Inn every time we travel to Missoula. The location is close to family, food, and shopping. The staff providee great service during our entire stay. The breakfast area was pleasant with good food and super nice staff. The only issue we had during this trip unfortunatley, was the pool water temperature being unusually cold.

    5
    « Amazing »

We stopped at this hotel for the night on our way traveling to the State of Washington. The front desk was extremely helpful with the BW points, as we hadn't decided if we wanted to use a free stay or just pay cash. She had upgraded us to a King Suite, which was absolutely beautiful with a fire place in the living area and a fire place in the BR and mountain views! Highly recommended

    4
« Perks at great price »

The room was comfortable and fireplace kept us toasty. The internet was fast and no glitches, We love that there are dog friendly rooms. Breakfast was tasty enough with options for making breakfast sandwiches to biscuit and gravy to waffles.

    5
    « excellent motel »

We had an emergency at home and had to go to the motel. We had stayed at this motel a few times before and always had a good experience so of course we chose this motel. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the better motel breakfasts we have had, with a good choice of options, something to please any palate.

    2
    « Not very clean »

I would not recommend this hotel. There was hair in my food and bed. BW's are nice when they r new. I heard this one was once very nice, but it is not now. It has a nice lobby and looks clean outside. However, I can not recommend if other chains r available. The rooms r just not very clean.

    5
    « great stay »

very pleasant stay, professional staff all around, room was excellent. front desk very cordial, friendly and very friendly, housekeeping did a great job in making the room very welcome, clean and safe.

« It's was ok had some issues »

Walking in place was nice and friendly Got upgraded to a nice room with balcony The heat did not work on the room and they send the staff to work on it . Said the system is old but he was able to get it to work I thought the bed was way below average for a BW like this one Breakfast was good There are a lot of options in the Missoula area .

    5
« Super Stays At The Grant Creek Inn »

I have stayed at the Grant Creek Inn several times and every stay has been exceptional! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfasts are excellent with a great variety for all. Their shuttle service is second to none and they are in a great location!

    2
    « BARKING LARGE DOGS »

I called at least 5 times from 8:15 to 11:50 to have the large barking and running dogs above me Room # 304. I had traveled from afar and had been up since 4:00 AM. I was awakened many times by these large dogs (including again at 6:10 AM) the next morning. I was told that they were going to charge them $150.00 for "sneaking" in these large dogs into the Hotel without permission. However, that only benefited the Hotel. As a customer, I had to ask for some sort of credit. A measly $50.00 was given after MUCH conversation. Frankly this whole experience was horrible and I left feel extremely exhausted and feel as I wasted my money on this hotel!

    4
« Easy in and out »

Good hotel, clean, new, and easy to find. Just off of the Reserve St. exit so you miss the morning commute if you are headed West (or the snow issues). Lots of food options close. Ski Bowl is just up the street. Good breakfast but the same BW eggs.

    4
    « Cross country traveling »

Stayed here with my fiancé on our way across the country. We are traveling nurses so most of our nights are spent in rooms that aren't our own. This room was comfortable, clean and provided a nice reprieve from road. The hot tub was small but did the job. The sauna was also really nice to have at a hotel in this price range. I would definetly come back here the next time I'm passing through I-90. The breakfast was displayed in attractive manner. The coffee was organic, which was a pleasant surprise. It would have been nice to see some more organic or non-gmo items.

    5
    « Awesome in Missoula »

Although this hotel is not located in an interesting spot, I would still recommend it for a good night's sleep, comfortable spacious rooms and the best breakfast we had in 3 weeks on the road. The internet worked great, and the room was quiet in spite of being close to I90. I did not hear any noise either from other guests or from outside. The breakfast included cut-up tropical fruits, non-dairy milk and potatoes, making it easier for vegans to find something to eat. It also had all the usual unhealthy American breakfast stuff. My husband said the eggs and sausage were good, the scrambled eggs tasting fresh and cooked properly. I would recommend this hotel for travelers along I90.

    4
    « Friendly Staff »

I've stayed at this hotel before about 10 years ago. It's décor has been updated. The lobby is inviting. There were a few guests sitting in the lobby area/ breakfast area quietly visiting. I just walked in after pulling in from the highway to see if there were any vacancies. The clerk was very professional. The room was very clean and the linens were very good. The hotel is conveniently located close to a few restaurants. It was a clean and comfortable room and we slept well. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and we were warmly greeted by the maid service, a couple of pleasant Native American ladies. I would stay here again.

    5
    « Grant Creek Inn »

The staff is always helpful and courteous. I have stayed there numerous times without any problems. We use the conference rooms for classes and the set up is consistently appropriate for our needs. The rooms are clean and large. The breakfast service is far better than most.

    5
« Great Hotel, Awesome Breakfast!!! »

Loved it here. In town for son's mountain biking and he really loved the breakfast! Highly recommend staying here. Only problem was some tv channels weren't working. Overall very nice place. If we are in Missoula again we will be staying here!

    3
    « FLIES »

Our reservation and check-in were awesome. The front desk girls were friendly and efficient. After being assigned our room, we headed upstairs. Our first impression of the room was the musty smell. The room faced west and felt stuffy and dark on the late afternoon sun. As we went to open the drapes to access the window, the flies overwhelmed us. We encountered at least a dozen flies between the inside of the window and between the window and the screen. Totally disgusting!

    « October stay »

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. Near the freeway l, but exceptionally quite good inside the facility. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.

    5
« Great place to stay »

Great location. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is one of the best. choices include both scrambled and hard boiled eggs along with many other choices. We were lucky to be there in a quiche day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to many restaurants. A couple within walking distance

    5
    « Wonderful Birthday Weekend »

I almost don't want to let everyone know how great this hotel is. I want it to be my private retreat when I travel to Missoula. Came in on the very late flight Friday night to be greeted by a very friendly and happy desk clerk at 1:30 in the morning! Our room was huge and had a fireplace that we enjoyed every moment we were in the room! It was Homecoming weekend for the University of Montana yet the staff including front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast area were smiling and helpful. It was very clean and convent to everything. My new home away from home!

    4
« Good place to stay »

Was a bit busy with football people and kids. Hot tub was very nice. The room smelled a bit musty but we opened the window and left for a bit and it was better when we returned. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and had 4 good pillows. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options and it was good.

    4
    « Convenient & Pleasant Stay »

This is a great hotel when staying in Missoula due to location next to I-90. Despite this close proximity to the Interstate, it is quiet. And, it is within walking distance of two dining establishments. The rooms are comfortable; and, a nice breakfast is available. We've stayed here before and will do so again.

    5
    « First class »

This is the fourth hotel I've tried in Missoula over the last few years and it was far and away the best. Yeah - it cost a little bit more money, but for us it was totally worth it. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about our stay here. The room was roomy enough for all our luggage, with places to put it other than on the floor, everything was clean and best of all, the beds were extremely comfortable. For the extra $40 (over the cost of other chain hotels I've tried in Missoula), it was absolutely worth every single one of those dollars!

    5
    « Great experience »

This is a very nice hotel, offering a variety of services that are all exceptional. Staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, etc... It is also in a convenient location right off the freeway and close to restaurants and other services.

    5
    « Consistantly Good »

This hotel always provides good customer service. The staff and manager are great. The room is comfortable, clean and has all of the amenities that one would expect. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The shuttle is a real bonus.

    5
« BW is where to stay in Montana »

BW is where to stay in Montana.... Excellent service and value both. Excellent staff that very helpful but not pushy. Rooms are nice and comfortable and are very clean. BW is where to stay when visiting Montana.

    5
« A place to come back to »

I both refer and contribute to Trip Advisor regularly and I repeat myself often. This place IS quiet, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities mentioned in the other entries...fitness, pool, business. What keeps us coming back here on our way home from our roadtrips? It's rhe people...as it should be in the service industry, but isn't always! The desk clerks, housekeepers, breakfast servers, maintenance, ALL...have a smile and a greeting! It's great! Bravo, staff and management! Time for raises all around!

    « Very nice! »

I rarely give 5 stars but this Best Western deserves it. Great room and bed, everthing was spotless and great service from the staff. Provided breakfast was better that most, very good selection. Pool area is inside and clean. A very short walk to a pizza restaurant, Starbucks, Cracker Barrel and a convenience store. Will stay here again.

    « Great, comfortable decor »

This is the best breakfast I've had at a Best Western. The staff made it really special. A lot of extra goodies. Two types of coffee for instance. Comfortable room with a 60 in. TV. Although our room was facing the freeway, you couldn,'t hear a thing. Good Quality Construction.

« Great place to stay! »

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay at the Grant Creek Inn. All of the staff were so pleasant and welcoming. My room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend this hotel!

    « Clean, comfortable, classy »

Although we arrived early, the pleasant staff had our room ready for us. The comfortable and well-decorated public area and the comfortable room made this a great stop on our way north. The breakfast was adequate for a dairy-free, gluten-free patron; but their were enough choices that I didn't leave hungry. If in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Friendly and Comfortable »

This Best Western really is the best! The rooms are always very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and it feels like home. When I stay here, I notice most employees are the same, so customers are satisfied as well as the staff and employees. That says a lot!

    5
« Great Place to stay »

I travel a lot for Business, and find the Best Western Grant Creek Inn a great property. I have stayed in many locations in Missoula, and this hotel is my preferred stop. The breakfast is great for getting going in the morning, the internet is faster than what I have at home, and the express checkout is well done.

    « good value/clean room »

We found the room very clean and affordable. The only thing I can complain about is the lighting. When we checked in the staff was very professional and helpful and we found the ammenities very nice. we would recommend this to our friends.

    « Hotel review »

This is one of our favorite hotels. We have stayed here for at least the last 10 years. The hotel is always clean and very comfortable. The pool area includes a gym and steam room which is so relaxing after a long drive. Breakfast will not disappoint you and the employees are always cheerful and most helpful. We look forward to our stay next year.

    « Griz Game »

Stayed at this nice hotel while in town for the University of Montana Grizzles football game.. The nice people at the hotel upgraded us to a suite for being Elite members upon check in and had a goody bag ready for us as well.. The room was very nice and comfortable. The grizzlies defeated Savanna St. The weather was fantastic for mid September football game.

« Guest expectations always exceeded. »

Stayed at this motel many times over the last years. Keep coming back with no intention of looking or staying elsewhere. Rooms and service always beyond excellent. I have always felt the owner really knew beforehand my expectations.

« Great place to stay »

A great place to stay while in Missoula. Getting into the hotel grounds took a bit of navigation but the staff and quality of the room were well worth it . A very enjoyable time clean and quiet all the hotel staff front desk to room staff were polite and kind it made for an enjoyable relaxing stay

    5
    « So comfortable hotel! »

You couldn't believe how comfortable hotel is available in Missoula. Comfortable beds - comfortable pool; comfortable steam room; comfortable sauna room; and so on. This hotel has best view of their backyard as well as front. You will love it.

    5
« Great place to stay »

Not one problem. Very comfortable and well taken care of room and building overall. Our room was clean and spacious. The television was huge. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a wide selection of both hot and cold food.

    « Jewel 0f a hotel »

Stopped for two nights here. Beautiful upgraded hotel with attractive furnishings. Large room with two vanity sinks and the bathroom literally gleamed from being clean. Complementary two bottles of water. Microwave and frig. Good lighting. Front desk cordial. Huge clean indoor pool, nice rectangular hot tub and two saunas. The breakfast is truly a delight with delicious hot food, continental breakfast items, fresh fruit, cereal and great coffee. Breakfast attendant friendly. After days of eating breakfast out of Styrofoam and plastic, it was a nice surprise to have real dishes and utensils. Right off I-90.

    « Very convenient location »

Hotel was nice, clean, conveniently located to the interstate. Nice fitness center and nice breakfast, but there was no bacon, would have enjoyed that. Really pretty, modern lobby. Just outside of the city, there were many nice places to eat very close by. We needed a car wash after visiting the nearby ghost town, and that girl at the front desk was very nice and printed off directions for us to one very nearby.

    5
« Coming back from Glacier »

Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, convenient location . Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We liked the location as it was close to the airport but in a location that was convenient to restaurants and other attractions.

    5
    « Great Location »

It's been awhile since we've stayed at a Best Western. They have stepped up their game. The stop was not planned so we didn't have a reservation. Luckily got in when we did cause got one of their last rooms. Located next to interstate so it was very convenient and there was a decent selection of restaurant options close by. Rooms were nicely decorated and we had a little balcony with doors that opened. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a nice selection and large seating area. Price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it was worth it. Would stay here again.

    5
« Convenient, Clean, nice Decor »

This is a gem in the Missoula area. Close to restaruants, easy access, very clean, and nicely decorated. Price was reasonable considering it was tourist season. I will definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and all the things worked in the room. Very quiet.

    « Beautiful hotel »

Great location and room. Room was very nice and had everything I needed. Despite the smoke conditions, my room was smoke free. If price allows, I would definitely recommend staying here again. Beautifully appointed.

    5
« Great location and value »

We have stayed in a few Best Westerns and this was one of the best. The pool was good, the room was excellent and the breakfast good quality. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. If we were back in this area, we would certainly stay here again.

    5
« Large Room, Pool, Steam Room and Sauna »

Liked this hotel very much. Large room, sink separate from shower and toilet which makes it much nicer for couples. Clean indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room as well as an exercise room. Relaxing after a long day on the road. Hotel has trails behind it and the Elk Center (sort of an elk hunting museum) with a trail along a creek and information about elk, all within walking distance. Would have liked to stay longer and would definitely choose this hotel again.

    4
« Very happy with room »

Nice handicapped shower, nice, soft, comfy bed, great breakfast in hotel, walking distance to restaurant for dinner. Could not access internet from room, nor lobby, had to go across the street to the restaurant. Otherwise, nice stay. Located conveniently close to interstate highway.

    5
    « Always a great stay »

Always a great stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Huge TV's and good internet connection. Walking distance to MacKensize River Pizza and Starbucks. Lots of options at their breakfast but have eaten their breakfast just coffee.

    5
    « A pleasure »

We stay exclusively at Best Western because we can count on always having a great stay, taking the worry out of travel. Very friendly staff, always accommodating to our needs. A home away from home. We have stayed at this particular Best Western many times and always enjoyed our stay. My wife and I feel that we are somewhat a part of the family at Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn.

    5
« Great Place to Stay »

The Best Western Grant Creek Inn is conveniently located, yet quiet. It's clean and comfortable with nicely appointed rooms. They serve a complimentary breakfast that ranks very high in my estimation. The food is well presented and tasty. I've recommended this establishment to my colleagues.

    5
    « Beautiful and Comfortable »

Excellent quality. Room was large and comfortable. Close to restaurant and gas station. Easy access. Would definitely stay here again.Staff were very helpful, friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wish all Best Westerns were of this quality. Easily the nicest we have stayed at.

    5
    « Great Stay »

I have never stayed at a Best Western and I was hesitant. This was fantastic. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything is clean. The sheets and towels were new ands soft; not scratchy like most hotels. The indoor pool and sauna was a plus for the kids. The room was a fantastic set up. We had a KingRoom suite which was perfect with 2 kids. The king bed was in one room and we could close the doors. In the other room was a queen size bed as well as a pull out sofa. This was a perfect stop on our way to Yellowstone.

    5
    « Great stay! »

We split our route in two between Yellowstone and GNP. Decided to sleep one night in Missoula and BW was easy to find and convenient. Our suite with queen and king beds was perfect for 4.Would recommend and return.

« Nice hotel, good breakfast »

We stayed here while driving on a cross-country moving trip. The hotel is basic, but new and in great shape. The breakfast buffet was quite good for one of the free buffets at freeway hotels, and the rooms were nice. The biggest complaint we had was that the beds were a little soft, but this was a personal preference. We also liked the pet-friendly policy, since we were traveling with a cat. This is a nice hotel, but not luxury (hence not four stars), but would certainly stay again.

    5
« Great Place to Stay in Missoula »

This hotel is close to the freeway. It is clean and up scale for a reasonable cost. The breakfast was loaded with choices and it was very good. The pool was clean and fun. The pizza place in the parking lot was convenient and excellent as well.

    3
    « Not a good value »

This hotel is overpriced. There is nothing special about it. They told the corporate rate was the best offered and then told a walk up customer his rate was $10 less. I asked why my rate was more and they immediately gave me a lower rate. At $170/ night there should be something special. I stayed in other Best Westerns that were nicer on this trip and less expensive, I believe this hotel has increased their rates to take advantage of the fire fighters that are staying in this hotel. If I'm right that is very un-cool.

    5
« Nice Hotel, Pricey but Great Service »

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a motorcycle trip and it had great rooms with large flat screen TV's. It was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip but it was also the most expensive at over $200.00 a night. The breakfast was great with many choices and lots of fresh fruit as well. They also had shuttle service to the restaurants for a minimal fee which was well worth it when you had been on a motorcycle all-day.

    4
    « Good Option »

Room wasn't ready when we arrived for check in. Busy weekend I guess. We stayed in a second floor room facing east so it was very quiet. Comfortable beds and clean room. Good amenities. Pleasant front desk staff. Didn't eat their breakfast. Starbucks just out the door is a plus! Easy on and off the interstate. Good location if you are attending a concert at Big Sky Brewing Co.

    5
« Fun base camp in Missoula »

We just returned from a two week trip visiting 5 states in the Pacific Northwest. The Grant Creek Inn is by far our favorite. We found this location quite by accident several years ago when moving across country. The easy access to I-90 and late hour made this a great landing space then and we really enjoyed our short stay so much that every time we come to Missoula this is where we stay. There were a lot of fires in the area while we were there this time. The hotel accommodated a fire command center and firemen occupied a number of rooms. Many of the firefighters were night fighters. It was nice to see that the hotel posted signs explaining that these rooms were occupied by firefighters who work at night and asked that people please be courteous during the day so that they can sleep. Just a nice extra step. Thanks for the memories!

« Spendy hotel during fire season »

It cost plenty, but it was nice to find a familiar place to stay during my visit to Missoula montana. I would go back, but was a lot concerned about the price. The parking in the hotel was big enough to park my big truck in and still get around.

    5
« Best Hotel we've been in for 2017 so far »

This BW location is the best BY FAR of all the hotels we've stayed in his year. A we travel a lot so this is saying a lot! Adequate parking, expedient checking and personal greeting, very clean lobby, a cool and clean room, exceptional toiletries and the breakfast was exceptional. Nicole and Isaac go WAY above and beyond and their caring attitude shows in not only the food quality but also the presentation and the dining area is kept very clean. This BW location should be the role model for all your other locations. If so, you would be the top sought after hotel on our continent. This manager is doing everything right!!

    5
« Great town to stop in »

This is a great hotel with services right there like a restaurant that gave a discount on the meal and good food. There are lots of other shopping opportunities in walking distance. It's right off the Freeway for easy access and still we did not hear the traffic all night.

    5
« yellowstone vacation breeze thru »

Great place to stay, the staff was friendly, and room was quiet. Near our favorite place to eat. Enjoyed warm cookies at night. Convenient location near the highway and gas stations. We stay here whenever we are in the area. We meet other travelers and exchange driving information about road conditions or just talk in general. We've met newlyweds, bikers, firemen and enjoyed the brief conversations with them all.

    « Highly Recommended. »

Everything about this hotel shows terrific up-keep and maintenance. I thought this must be a new hotel, but found out that it is just beautifully kept. Paint was flawless, fixtures worked perfectly, everything modern. The breakfast crew as the most attentive of any I've experienced at free breakfast bars - pride in their setup showed. The front desk was trying to help people who needed a room (no reservation) and the hotel was totally booked - going the extra mile to help visitors. Highly recommend this for a "near interstate/airport" class of hotel. .

    5
    « stop-over between Montana and Home »

We enjoy BW-Plus accommodations, they are comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the TV screens are large and free WiFi is a plus. There is always plenty of parking, even when the Inn is full.

    5
« The views were amazing »

The hotel looked as if it had been recently upgraded, the staff were very nice as well as they wore appropriate atire. The amenities offered were great. They had a pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. All were clean and working. Our room had a wonderful view. We stayed on a 4th floor balcony and the sunset was amazing. We also choose to eat at the restaurant within walking diatance and the service and food were also great. We highly recommend this hotel.

    5
    « Consistently Great »

Once again this place kept up the good work - friendly, competent staff - nice room choice and nice rooms - very good cleaning staff - outstanding breakfast staff (and the food is good as well) - totally booked and still great service! Only minor glitch is that they don't have non-dairy creamers for the free coffee.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

Front desk people are very nice, helpful and informative. Rooms were very clean, updated and good sized. Hot breakfast was outstanding and the best that we have had on our current travels. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Missoula.

    4
    « Destination location »

Very good treatment. There is special parking for member customers. We received water and mints upon check in. We have not received that kind of treatment at other BW. I was very impressed. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

    5
    « Great stay »

Hotel staff are professional, hotel is clean and amenities available. Recommend for business or leisure. Breakfast is quick and easy for family or business. Average stay is 4-7 days. We stay at this hotel every trip to Missoula.

    5
    « The best! »

My mother and I were traveled for 12 days and stayed in many different hotels and this was the best. Our room was very nice with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast was the best part with a variety of everything and so different from any hotel I have ever stayed in any time. Missoula is a very nice city and the hotel made our stay even nicer!

    5
« Among the best in Missoula area »

This is a high quality option in the Missoula area. It's a bit out of town since it is right off I-90 and Reserve Street - however, the drive to downtown is only about 10 minutes. The rooms are clean with a very good breakfast.

    5
    « A great Best Western »

We stayed at the Best Western in Rapid City, S.D. and I submitted a scathing review. The next night we found ourselves in Missoula, Montana where other hotels we called were fully booked, which left us with a Best Western as an option. Fortunately and surprisingly, we thoroughly enjoyed our lovely room, the staff, the accommodations and more. We couldn't have been happier. And it is a terrific facility for dogs. Our room was located on the first floor with easy access to the pet area. It seems that all Best Westerns are not of the same high quality.

  • 5
« This is OUR PLACE in Missoula »

The service is over-the-top! The recent renovation was like a vitamin B-12 shot to an already awesome place. The only way we'd stay anywhere else in Missoula is if these folks were full up. Hot, awesome breakfast with a terrific staff; and suites have see-through fireplace between the bedroom and living room. Clean, roomy, and if you need anything, just ask and it's yours. Job well done!

    5
    « BEST STAY EVER »

I stay in Best Westerns about 35-40 nights a year. This is by far the best one I have ever stayed in. Bed was delux, like sleeping in clouds, people were extremely helpful, breakfast was like a 5 star restaurant, parking is no problem, etc.

    5
« Super Super Super Great Hotel and People »

Third time staying here just this July 2017. Still in great condition; Pet friendly +++; friendly front desk people; clean; Starbucks and Mackenzie River Pizza right next to hotel. So far they are still earning their #1 spot in Missoula and it is well deserved. Love that they are flexible; trustworthy; and pet-friendly.

    « Missoula stop over »

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was a nice choice of hot and cold items with an attendant seeing to it. We would choose this location to stay in again, when we are in the area.

    5
    « Excellent »

Besides excellent quality in every way- beautiful rooms, full breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, pet friendly, friendly staff-- the steam room and sauna by the pool made it feel spa like! We would return there in a heartbeat.

    4
« Nice stop with everything needed nearby »

This hotel was clean, modern and relaxing. I liked how welcoming they were for having a dog you could take it anywhere in the hotel, but you would not know dogs had been there! The lobby was very nice as we got pizza to go next door and brought it to the lobby to eat. Nice walking path on the river just 300 ft from the hotel. On your way out coffee and gas right there! We found once you parked for the night you did not need to drive anywhere. The only downside I saw was I tried to pre book a specific room which we stayed in before and they would not accommodate this request or any preference as to the type of room I wanted (mountain side, 2nd floor). I have found this to be no problem at other hotels.

    5
    « Love this hotel »

This is one of my most favorite hotels anywhere. I've stayed at least a dozen times on trips to Missoula and I always get a good night's rest. It's quiet and clean and located in a decent spot...plenty of dinner options nearby.

« Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great value! »

Loved this hotel. After a 9 hour drive into Missoula it was refreshing to meet the kind and helpful staff. The room was beautiful, beds so comfortable and amenities perfect for what we needed. The hotel was perfectly quiet for a good nights sleep. Staff was very helpful and kind!

« A fine place to stay in Missoula »

We stayed here in June of 2017. The front desk people were polite and got us a quiet room on the third floor. The room was quiet all night. The bathroom was very nice, with a second sink out in the room, so two people could get ready at the same time. The breakfast was outstanding and quite busy. This property is close to the freeway and close to restaurants. A very nice place to stay.

    4
« Nice rooms, great breakfast, fairly quiet »

This hotel is a little ways from downtown, especially by bike, but the facility is in good shape with nice rooms, a pool and a good breakfast. We stayed there at the beginning of a bicycle tour and enjoyed this location.

    5
    « Excellent Best Western »

We stayed at the Best Western Grant Creek Inn during June this year on our trip from Seattle to Glacier National Park. We thought it was a lovely place to stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. Its located close to the I90 and short distance from downtown Missoula. Our room was very clean, spacious and just what we wanted for our trip. They serve a very good breakfast which set us up for the trip to the national park. We dined at the nearby Mckenzie River Pizza Co. restaurant and had a wonderful meal. Another place worthy of a visit nearby is the Big Sky Brewery with several different beers to sample. We would love to stay at The Best Western Grant Creek Inn again when visiting Missoula.

« One night stay best western Missoula »

We stayed for one night (between rounds of camping) and the staff and facility were great. We came in after 4 days of camping and needed a comfortable place to sleep , do laundry, and swim. They met all criteria and were as positive as could be.

    5
    « Quiet, serene »

Our stay was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked well and the room very quiet. The bathroom was in excellent repair and hot water was available immediately. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen. Besides the fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cereals, bread and pastries shown, eggs, sausage, fried potatoed, biscuits & gravy and waffles were available. The hotel is located near I-90 with easy access and the parking lot is well lit with ample spaces. I will be back.

« Last stay 2014 and many stays years before. »

Repeated stays here have been great and this one was no exception. Plenty of disability parking spaces close by the entrance--- Hotel not new but has many up-grades. Special parking for loyalty card...goodie bag at the registration----Room 309 was very good---It looks West---it is a non-pet-use room----staff were very warm and helpful--- Breakfast items were many....I arrived 15" before they closed and found everything still available..... Rooms face east or west....I recommend the west side..... Highly recommend this hotel....There were no problems during our stay.

« Excellent and beautiful property. »

The hotel is very clean and modern looking. They have an excellent breakfast and helpful staff. We had a rainstorm on our 9 day trip and was forced to stay an extra night and the staff did everything they could to keep all five couples on our trip in the same rooms.

« Brand new gorgeous Hotel. Fantastic stay! »

The hotel seemed brand new and very stylish modern clean, also had professional staff. Comfortable bed and beautiful furnishings , incredibly spotless and very easy access to the freeway. Also a Starbucks and a couple restaurants right in front of the hotel as well as a gas station right down the hill. I will definitely stay here again and was quite impressed with this place! I'm not familiar with the Best Western Plus but it definitely felt like a higher level of service and hospitality than your typical Best Western, which can also be generally good, but this was great! Seemed to be catering to a exclusive clientele, there were even Tesla charging stations. Photo attached wow!

    « Best in Missoula »

We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Our stay last weekend was even better as the hotel has been remodeled. Did not need it in my opinion but it is super nice now. Extremely clean, terrific breakfast and friendly, helpful employees. It is the best place in Missoula by far.

    5
    « Happy Happy »

everything was great, having the carts near the doors, rooms, breakfast, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and the whole experience was great, I will be traveling a lot and so will my friends and family and I will let them know to get on the rewards program and enjoy traveling again with out all the hassles... easy in and easy out and lots of updated equipment in this Hotel. Only thing, the State of Montana needs to have recreational marijuana legal..

    « Interstate travel stop »

After 400 miles on the interstate, BW was a welcomed overnight- convenient location, nearby restaurant and gas, easy freeway access, and provided hot breakfast a bonus. We'll always look for a BW. We had made a prior reservation, and are members of the "club".

    « Great for Anglers »

This is a great location in Missoula for anglers. Easy in and out for a guide to pick you up. Everything is close by. We always stay here when we go to Missoula for a fishing trip. They have updated the common areas of the hotel and it's very nice now. Good breakfast each morning. Friendly employees. Ample parking for guests.

    « Great hotel »

Really great breakfast, super clean rooms, and the hotel staff were amazing. Also liked the new décor and lots of space to hang out in the lobby with tables and seating options. Good place for pets too, as there are trails/dirt roads nearby.

« Wonderful place to stay »

This hotel was clean, quiet, with large rooms, beds were extremely comfortable, great pool, workout room, wifi, and many items to choose from for breakfast. Two restaurants are located across the parking lot. The staff was friendly and the hotel is just off the freeway. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

« Home Away From Home »

We always stay at this property. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is exceptional. I enjoy the "grounds" for walking my dog on this property. Lots of space for her to sniff!

    « Good choice »

We were on our way to Glacier National Park and stopped just for the night. This hotel is located conveniently off the freeway. It appears to have been recently refurbished. We were happy to be able to open our window for fresh air. Since we were on the 4th floor, we were able to tolerate the noise of the generators in the back of the hotel. The room was clean and the king mattress was comfortable allowing a good night's rest. We usually stay at Hampton's and found the Best Western breakfast to be better although they did not offer the oatmeal that I usually eat at Hampton Inn. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There is an indoor pool which we did not use. FYI: If you make a right turn onto the road and drive a mile or so, you will come to the Elk Foundation where you can see a nice wild animal display for free.

The Best Western is the best place to stay in Missoula, Montana. You are located on top a beautiful hillside overlooking the city. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast setup, gym, pool, laundry, and a motorcycle/bicycle wash station. The rooms are comfortable, clean and has amazing wifi. The hotel is within walking distance to a nice gas station with small market, a Starbucks, a Mackenzie Pizza Company, a Cracker Barrel and a small paved walking/biking trail.

We were quite impressed with this hotel from the friendly staff to the superb breakfast to the clean rooms to the refreshing pool area. Although priced higher than other BW hotels on our route from Washington though Idaho to Montana it was still a good value. I would stay here again.

« High Quality, Great Value Hotel »

After nearly 3 weeks away from home on business, this hotel I found to be of superior quality. There rates were extremely reasonable, staff very professional, and location of this facility outstanding.

    « Nice Hotel »

We were traveling with 2 small dogs and 3 kids. We stayed in a King suite with one king bed and a sofa sleeper, plus a roll-away. The room was huge for a hotel room, and we were all able to sleep comfortably. The lobby was large with a neat decor. The breakfast was typical hotel fair, but decent. At least the machine orange juice tasted REAL! lol The hotel location was awesome! Right off the highway and near lots of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here in the future.

    « Was a good room , reasonable price , but the A/C was a joke! »

Stayed in room 440 , turned down the A/C when we got to the room as it was pretty warm in the room - Went and did a little shopping and had dinner , and it was even hotter , fan running which is nice for me , but no matter what you set the A/C at , it did nothing! Finally opened the window , and around 2 o'clock it got cool enough to sleep - had the box on the wall set to 55 degrees , but I bet it was 85 in the room! Evidently a mock control .. I was grouchy all day from this!

« Consistently the best accommodation and by far the best value and price. »

I travel a lot on business. My experience with BW started in Kalispell at the Flathead Lake BW and there service and accommodations was 'Head and Shoulders" above all the other hotels that I was staying at with in my region. I was staying at other hotels that were almost double the price and receiving half the value and service for that extra cost. Because of their service in Kalispell I began extending my business relationship with your hotel chain and I have not regretted it at all. Now I stay almost excursively at BW Hotels. Thank you and your staff for taking care of me while I am on the road. You have a loyal customer in me and I thank you for the service you and your teams provide.

    « Nice place. »

I did not have a reservation, I walked in, and counter staff, went out of their way, finding the best room, for myself and my husband. ( He has walking issues ) they had one room for handicap, told them if he was close to an elevator, he could take a second floor room. The staff put us across from elevator, was perfect location! We appreciated their help. Only downside was no baggage carrier, so I had to put ours on baggage cart, off load, and load it up again. But very nice hotel.

    « Security in motel is non-existent »

When we returned to our room in the afternoon, our room door had been left open. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I called the desk. They apologized. 30 or 40 minutes later three motel employees barged into our room with their pass card. They saw us and bolted. I chased them out into the hall in my boxers demanding to know what they were doing. One of them mumbled something about "looking for a key" and all three disappeared into a stair well. I called the desk again. Again, an apology. Next, we ran into a motel employee in the elevator. He had a motel logo shirt on and asked us how our stay was. I told him. When I quoted the people saying they were looking for a key, he just looked puzzled. He asked us our room number. We were never given an explanation for what happened. We were never assured it wouldn't happen again. We are headed back to Missoula in a couple of weeks. We'll be staying elsewhere.

    « Great stay! »

After a long day traveling across the country we found this gem of a place. We were Impressed with the hospitality of the staff, the room amenities, and can't beat the price! Just wish we could have stayed longer!

    « Mediocre »

Stayed at this property 11 May 2017. Stayed at a Best Western Plus in Missoula, MT... was not impressed with that property, wanted to give Best Western Plus another chance. Well, this property was the same. Small room. Place looked used and abused. Staff was OK. Will not stay in another Best Western Plus hotel again. There is nothing Plus about it.

« Outstanding staff... John Boyle! »

We had such a pleasant stay in this hotel, nice room, terrific breakfast, and nice areas to walk our dog. However on our way out of the state my husband realized he left a prized hat in our room. Just minutes after calling the hotel about it, John Boyle, from Housekeeping, called back to say he had recovered the hat. And that he would gladly have it mailed to us. Thanks to him, we rate the hotel with 5 Stars!

« The best so far »

10 days into a road trip in western USA mostly staying with BW this is the best so far. Felt brand new, service immaculate and the King suite luxurious. Breakfast bar was ample with cooked and deli choices. The pool, spa and sauce were appreciated.

    « Trip out west »

This was my first trip out west and being so didn't realize how long it would take to get to Oregon from Michigan we stayed at several hotels and by far this is the best out of any Continental breakfast I have ever seen and rivals to order breakfast

    « Our annual stay... »

We stay, w/our darling dog, at the BW enroute back to Coeur d'Alene, ID from Green Valley, AZ. We've done this since 2007. They are the best in every way...service, professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, wonderful, in fact, the best breakfast of any hotel we've stayed in that is complimentary. Our rooms have always been superb, esp when we book a doggy room, and our dogs are always so well accepted (but I must admit they are perfect in every way). The hotel does a fantastic job and I esp love the Biblical prayer/welcome to all guests. It is so touching and I asked them years ago to make a copy for me which most gladly did. Also, any time we had a problem, which is rare, they were right on top of it and solved immediately. We canNOT say enough wonderful things about this particular BW. It's the best of any we've ever stayed at and we've stayed at some pretty darn good ones and some pretty bad ones, as well, in the past. Thx for letting me give a 'report'.

« Convenient Comfortable Clean and Roomy »

Our room was clean and roomy. The frig had a freezer compartment, which we appreciated. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast room was plenty big. It was one of the best breakfasts of our long trip. It was good to see fresh fruit in addition to the hot breakfast items. The breakfast staff was super attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient to the Interstate and other services. We will definitely stay here again on any stop in Missoula.

    « Life in Montana »

Over all, our stay was excellent. Had professionalism in staff, breakfast was excellent laid out with lots of variety. Clean and nicely decorated to my taste. Thumbs up for people to stay. I would to come back and spend time in Missoula, Montana.

« Great location at a great price! »

Newly remodeled lobby and dining area. Great place to spend a night when traveling. Walking distance to Starbucks, gas, and restaurants. This is the 3rd time we stayed here on a trip from SD to WA and always a pleasure to stay. Rooms are inviting and comfortable and at a great price to include breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Amazing »

Seriously was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. You can tell they are invested in their customers. From super friendly (and smiling) staff of all positions to toilety items to hotel decor, the bar has been set really high and it will be hard to stay at other hotels once you stay here.

    « Unexpected gem! »

Outstanding experience for a first time Best Western user. Well located location and excellent staff who are very eager to please. Good size comfortable room - comfortable king size bed, nice large flat screen with good channel selection. Best free breadfast. I loved their quiche and scones. In the afternoon they offer wonderful cookies. Almost want to return to Missoula for the Best Western.

    « Clean, Comfortable, Reliable »

I have stayed here four times in the last two years. The rooms are always clean, the pool and fitness area are also clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast has several options. They did recently remodel the dining area and I found it to be a little bit crowded the way the chairs were arranged but other than that this place is conveniently located and a great deal for families.

    5
« Best Free Breakfast Ever! »

Not only were the beds and pillows comfortable, the free breakfast is the best I've ever had! The presentation reminded me of a catered event rather than a free breakfast buffet. And the staff working the breakfast buffet were outstanding and friendly. Right next door to the hotel is s pizza place too. We were simply traveling through and grabbed a pizza to go and ate it for dinner in our room. There is a gas station right next to the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again if in the areas. They honor AARP and we paid $98, which was cheaper than Trip Advisor rate.

    « Excellent Stay! »

Best hotel breakfast ever. Very welcoming, efficient staff; great room, internet, pool, steam room, jacuzzi, exercise room. Our new go to motel in Missoula. Near freeway, but quiet. Good restaurant, Starbucks, and gas station very close.

    « Redone beautifully »

Great new look. We have stayed here several times and the new renovations are quite nice. We stayed on the 4th floor and the room was beautiful-never seen such a high ceiling in a hotel. Great staff as well.

    5
« Convenient location, good amenities, great stay »

They spent some money updating this hotel. Great beds, good breakfast, and pleasant staff. Nice job! Trp advisor is bugging me right now though. They want me to write a post of 200 words which is inconvenient.

    « Very nice property »

While visiting Montana we stayed here for two nights. This is a very nice property in a great location. The rooms are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, large televisions, hair dryers and free WiFi. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. Included in your stay is free breakfast. The breakfast buffet had fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc., something for everyone. Our room was immaculate as was the dining area. The afternoon cookies are irresistible! This is a great find for business travelers, families and couples. There is also an enclosed swimming pool!

« Grant Creek very good »

Very nice hotel, big rooms, good bed, fitness center had good machines and tv service. Breakfast was okay. Staff was good and helpful. Bed was comforable, shower had good pressure, and the bathroom was roomy.

    5
    « Quality hotel »

This hotel is quality throughout. Very nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant next door. We didn't utilize the pool sauna, or exercise areas. Location was convenient with easy on/off the freeway.

    « Pretty Good stay »

This is a newer, quiet hotel in Missoula. It serves a nice hot breakfast served every morning with many options. It has a great location near shopping, restaurants and the Interstate. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are very helpful. The hot cookies served late in the day are wonderful! The only con is to expect your room to be cleaned late in day if you are staying over.

    « Grant Creek Inn »

This was our second stay and immediately noted improvements to the hotel including the breakfast area. Appreciated being upgraded to a suite upon check-in, with bottled water in the room. Happy to be a Rewards member. Friendly check-in, comfortable and clean room, and a good breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in Missoula.

    5
« Nice Facility; Great Service »

From Checkin to Checkout everyone was very accommodating. The facility has been well-maintained and recently updated. The breakfast is great with plenty of variety. The pool was wet and well-maintained.

« Great place to stay, enjoyed the experience. »

Everything was great we had a good, time and only used Best Western Hotels and enjoyed each one but the one in sheldon Wyoming it sucked the room were cleaned but instead of having a free breakfast they wanted us to buy the breakfast and get 50% off along with the $20.00 Dog fee. Good luck if you stay there. We also stayed in a Best western in a small town called Hill City and it too was an outstanding place to stay.

    5
    « Comfy & clean »

This place is excellent. Friendly helpful people, clean rooms, quite, and an acceptable breakfast. If they had fresh oatmeal, that would make it perfect. There is a starbuck nextdoor and it has easy access to the highway. Plus, it is quite.

    « Last minute stay »

This hotel was beautiful, I could not have expected better for the low price of our suite! Our room was great! Our kids loved it. Nice pool and great breakfast. We had a fireplace in our room and french doors that separated us from the kiddos. The pull out couch was perfect, in addition to the queen bed. With 4 kids, our stay was comfortable and affordable.

« Will be staying again »

My family traveled to IL to visit and stopped here. I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful and the room was cozy. My kids loved the pool and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast had a large variety and it was very fresh.

    « My Experience »

I am in Missoula for medical reasons. The first visit there was a water leak in the hall and no heat in my room, in November. Staff was very understanding and did all they could to help and apologize for the inconvenience. They gave me an additional discount. In colder weather rooms should be preheated for guests as it seems to take a long time for them to warm up. Staff has been very friendly and nice. I received express checkout even though I wasn't told in advance.

    « Most relaxing vacation »

The service and employees at the Grant Creek Inn was exceptional. The employees helped us locate gas stations and food service options near by and also provided a wonderful breakfast, that even a celiac like me could eat.

    4
« Nice enough room & ammenties, but not spotless »

The room wasn't large, but adequate for short stay. Just on the cusp of a better rating from me, just required a little extra effort on cleanliness. Dark bed skirts were all spotty & didn't fit the beds. Dark carpet didn't "feel" clean but didn't look dirty either. Back entrance door didn't lock. One light bulb burnt out. Veryn noisy family upstairs.

« An OK stay, but could be improved »

We stayed here for one night in October, and on the whole found it to be a reasonable but fairly average hotel. Our room smelt kind of stale, and we felt that it could have done with a bit of freshening up/refurbishment. Overall our room was generally clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was pretty average (was not impressed by the cooked options), and the breakfast room was a little chaotic and messy. Staff we encountered were polite and efficient. Overall, an OK stay... but could be a lot better with a few small improvements.

« Clean, Convenient, and Consistant »

I've stayed at the Grant Creek Inn a couple different times and my expectations have been met every time. The hotel has always been clean, the staff has been friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located just off the interstate near food and a gas station. It's easy to locate and perfect for those who travel and don't want to wander too far into the city.

« Getting some needed facelift »

I have come to trust and enjoy Best Western Plus hotels. I remember a time when Best Westerns pretty low grade, but they have really upgraded things with the Plus designation. Reasonably priced, it's a dependable choice. I like that they have cookies and fresh fruit available. The breakfast room at this property is undergoing a renovation, so the noise and inconvenience was noticeable. Inside the room, most everything was very nice, but it's clear the carpets have come to the end of their use and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket available in the room; I suppose I could have asked for one. All in all it's a nice place for business and family, very conveniently located to the freeway and airport in Missoula. I will likely stay there again when in town.

This was excellent. The reception staff were knowledgeable and we were checked in with swift efficiency. The decor was lovely and was sympathetic to local cultures. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was lump free and hosted white crease free sheets. I would stay here again.

    « Top Notch! »

    « Good Western »

Needed a place to stay after a full day driving, and are Best Western members. Allergies keep me from tolerating smoke or pets, so our request was specific. However, upon exiting the elevator on our floor, the entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, and our room was even worse. The front desk was helpful and immediately placed us in another room. Upon entering the second room, we noticed the far bed was "amuck"...like kids had been jumping on it...bedskirt and blankets were all messed up and disheveled. Since we only needed one bed and were tired, we didn not want to move again, but felt pretty creepy about the room. Property was gorgeous though, and the hotel's mission statement was grand!!!

« "Best" Best Western I have stayed at! »

I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns for work around the Pacific Northwest. This one was by far the best one. Nicest staff, room, and breakfast. Keep up the good work. I normally have to ask for an upgrade, but was greeted with an automatic upgrade here. I normally just snack on breakfast like fruit and yogurt. This meal provided was totally unique from other Best Westerns. Great coffee too.

« Just about everything you could ask for »

I'm sure you can tell by the title of this review what I think about this place. It has everything you can ask for in a hotel. Friendly people at the desk, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the TV in the room was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel room. Here's why they don't get 5 stars from me. As we were walking to our room the cleaning staff dropped some trash in the hall. 2 hours later we left for dinner and the trash was still there. 4 hours later when returning from a concert - the trash was still there. Next morning when we left - trash was still there. I really don't want to have to look at someone's leftover pizza and trash every time I walk to my room. I know things happen though and that's why I'll still probably stay here again.

Relied on TA reviews and was not disappointed. Clean, quiet, and safe which are our requirements. Room was spacious. Everything worked well. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Check it out if in the area.

« Comfy beds and great breakfasts and reasonable pet charge, but we had a few problems. »

We stayed here 2 nights and the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a free breakfast. We were also very pleased that they charged a very reasonable price for dogs and only 1 charge for the whole stay! Now for the problems we had. When we checked into our room, the toilet seat was completely broken, right where one would sit! I couldn't believe that housekeeping would not have noticed and had that changed out!!! It was disgustingly dirty along the broken part! Fortunately maintenance came and changed it quickly, but really??? Also, we could not pull up the 'guide' on the TV for the stations and could not order pay for view or do anything with the remote except turn it on/off and change channels and volume. When asked at the front desk, they said management had chosen to go to these kind of remote controls that could be 'sterilized'. Well if you offer pay for view channels one should be able to actually access those! Go back to real remote controls!! Thirdly, we decided to spend a second night and they charged us an extra 9$ for the second night with no reason! I didn't notice it until I got home and immediately called the hotel. I was told that the price had changed for that day but 'since they didn't tell me they would refund the 9$'. So if i hadn't noticed, it was a slick way to get more money for the room. Confusingly, it was a Wednesday and Thursday night, so not a change to a weekend rate, so what was the deal???

    5
    « Very pleasant stay »

This was a busy hotel on a busy weekend. But, we enjoyed our clean and comfortable room and felt the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was superbusy so we took trays to our room which was nice to be able to do.

« Pet Friendly, Nearby Tesla Supercharger. Perfect »

We chose this hotel because of the tesla supercharger nearby. We were traveling with a pet, and as all pet owners know a real pet friendly facility is of primary concern. These folks were all one could hope for. The rooms were great with large flat screen TV. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Good breakfast. I can't say enough about how helpful, and kind they were with our dog. We were anxious about our reception as this was our first stop on a 12 day cross country trip. This hotel became the gold standard for all other hotels on our trip. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Had the pleasure of staying here while working in Missoula with my wife. Johleen greeted us with a smile when we walking in and was very friendly as fast to help us get a room. After we settled in Johleen again was very helpful in providing us with advise on where we could eat in the area that was unique to Missoula. The room was incredibly well kept and clean and the location was close to all sorts of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a smart location at a great price.

« AMAZING VIEWS at breakfast »

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for three days on a trip out west. There is so much to do in this vicinity. The bathroom counter was very long with lots of room to get ready. The public computer has a program that erases all personal data so you don't feel compromised using the computers. The room was great, comfortable, and spacious. There is a VERY large screen TV in the room. The fabulous breakfast really makes staying at this hotel worth it. Marlyn, the lady in charge of keeping the supplies refreshed, was very hard working and extremely pleasant to everyone. She knew several of the regular guests and made them feel at home by asking about their families. There was a specialty breakfast item each day - fresh fruit, quiche, breakfast tacos, burritos - and all were continuously refilled so latecomers still had lots of choices available. This is a place I would definitely recommend. Lots of gorgeous paintings on the walls - worth a walk around the hotel.

« Home away from home »

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn in Missoula for five nights while we tended to a sad family event. It was so comforting to come back to the room after a difficult day to a nice, clean room and snuggly bed. My husband was very pleased with the very large TV, too. This BW is well-taken care of and the breakfast has something for everyone and changes the menu each morning. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely stay again.

    « Always Faithful »

Of you are traveling to the Missoula area and staying for a while or just passing thru, this is one of the top places to stay in the area. The location, just off of I-90 is convenient, it is located on Reserve, one of the main roads in Missoula and very close to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation headquarters. It is consistently clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the tv's gigantic and the selections of options to view more than you can watch. The front desk often calls you after you check in to see if everything is ok. After trying many different hotels and motels, this has become a favorite. Family friendly, business friendly, easy in and out, a Starbucks next door and a great restaurant next door as well. The breakfast in the Inn is so much a cut above the usual found in breakfast provided stop overs.

Everything was excellent...absolutely outstanding...including the breakfast selection and presentation...including REAL plates and silverware. I would make a special trip to Missoula just to stay there again. This is the first time--ever!--I have given a Best Western all 10's.

« Terriffic location and great hospitality »

We had driven all day and this property is located at the interstate highway exit we took to find a place to eat dinner. We do not typically stay at Best Western locations but this one may change our habits. The lady at the desk was extremely courteous. The room is large, clean with very comfortable beds. There is a 60-65 inch TV as an extra. They have a pool, exercise facility and great breakfast. If traveling through Missoula, we will absolutely choose this property again. Highly recommended.

Easy to walk in late and get a room during week. I did have Rewards card. Very pleasant helpful staff. This place is top notch. Very clean room. and Entire facility in excellent condition. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Good breakfast, location off I-90. What I liked least is the price, it seemed a bit high compared to other motels along I-90, but it was the highest quality!

    « Perfect choice! »

My husband and I were returning to Washington state from Colorado and decided to stop in Missoula for the night. I used our AAA travel guide and after calling a few other hotels that were full, we managed to get one of the last 2 rooms available at this hotel. It had been a long time since we had stayed at a Best Western and I didn't have any info about my rewards card with me. The wonderful staff at this hotel managed to track down my account so I could get the points and I also was able to get a AAA discount. We were absolutely delighted with our room and the hotel in general. Since it was late at night we did not take advantage of many of the amenities but did get breakfast in the morning before we headed out. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thanks so much!

    5
    « Pleasant & pet-friendly »

I don't write too many hotel reviews because I basically look for a clean, quiet room, a comfortable bed, and reasonable price. So I usually don't have a lot to say about amenities that others might be looking for. This BW fit my needs nicely, was close to the highway without being noisy, and had a good bar nearby (Stone of Accord) to connect with a friend as I was passing through town.

    5
    « Best anywhere! »

This property should be the model by which all other properties should use and follow as an example of quality, cleanliness and an overall example of getting maximum value for the buck. This is the best "Best Western" in our opinion anywhere!

My very favorite BW hotel! From top to bottom, this hotel was the best! The breakfast was scrumptious, and the servers were quite helpful. This hotel is sucked away right next to the interstate but you would never know it. The room was quiet and peaceful, check in was a breeze, everything was spotless and inviting. Breakfast was varied and delicious, there is a restaurant, convenience store and a Starbucks just outside the front door. I will be back!

Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic hot tub and pool. Great breakfast. WiFi internet can get bogged down with too many guests on, however. Hotel is clean and modern, next to gas station, Starbucks, and a quick trip into town for groceries or dinner. Lots of parking. Best hotel I've stayed in in Missoula.

We used Pricleline last minute and got lucky with this place. The I'm Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, and convenient location. Very good restaurant across the parking lot. They allow pets, so if you are allergic, like me, request the 3rd or 4th floor.

    « Exceptional hotel »

We usually try to stay at Best Western hotels due to their great rewards program and usually consistent quality, but this hotel way surpassed our expectations. The hotel recognized their platinum and diamond club members right from the start with reserved close parking for them. We've never encountered that treatment before. We got a gift bag at check-in. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel accommodates pets, which we didn't have, so they made sure we got a pet free room. The WiFi was good. We were able to use the business center to print out our boarding passes for our flight home. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the shower at the pool area to rinse off. Breakfast had so many great choices. It was the best breakfast of our entire 2 week vacation. Check-out was easy with a bill left at our room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great room, quiet and accommodating. It's tucked away from loud traffic but there is a Starbucks and an excellent restaurant within a stones throw of your room. My room had vaulted ceilings, refrigerator and microwave, they also offered express check out.

« Should have been better »

The room (number 133) was too cold upon arrival and never heated up in spite of my resetting the thermostat and there were no extra blankets either on the bed nor in the closet. The tree branches on the tree next to handicap parking spot closest to the front entry need a trim. Room needs a better coffee maker.

BWPlus Grant Creek Inn is a jewel. We have stayed every couple years since they've opened and each visit has been a treat. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. This year the breakfast was the best of any of our stays on this two-week road trip. It is simply a most gracious experience all the way around and excellent value for the price.

This hotel seemes very new, modern and very clean.it has 24 hour airport shuttles, fitness room, steam room and a very nice pool. The staff is very helpful throughout the building and breakfast buffet had plenty of options.it was a very good choice for the money .I would say they can compete with and of the high end hotels. would recommend to everyone.

« Best breakfast buffet and extremely clean and friendly staff! »

My family and I stayed here from sat the 10 to the 11th of September. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for all of our family including our 1 year old pup! The kids love the pool and the sauna was just what I needed! My husband was extremely impressed with the selection of food they had for breakfast. The many hotels we have stayed in all have about the same but this hotel had an amazing buffet with all different kinds of food and fruit. The kids loved it as well! The prices were also great! Thanks for a great stay!

« Missoula stay near Airport »

The Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn is the perfect place to stay when traveling in/out of Missoula. Close to airport with free shuttle; clean & modern facility; very friendly staff all around (desk, breakfast, cleaning); great steam room and hot tub; and a substantial breakfast with real plates, cups & utensils (no wasteful paper, plastic and Styrofoam). Great value!

    « Noisy night »

This hotel is attractive, with a nice indoor pool and a tiny hot tub, steam room and sauna. Good luck getting in the hot tub - only holds 2 adults and it was never vacant when we were there. The breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately, this hotel has a problem with soundproofing. Dogs were barking in the room next to ours. Worse, we could hear loud thumping noises above us, going on until 2 am. Sounded like people were bowling or moving furniture. Will not stay here again.

    « 100% Satisfaction »

My recent stay at the Best Western Grant Creek Inn in Missoula was to attend a business conference. I was just as impressed with their business accommodations as I am when staying there for pleasure. The meeting room was comfortable with great lighting and acoustics. I am always so impressed with the staff and comfortable feeling when staying at there!

We arrived at the hotel in Missoula, Montana, and were received with friendly personnel. The room was beautiful and everything we expected. We had a small problem with the thermostat, but we soon were able to get it adjusted to comfort. The location of the hotel sits in a beautiful setting, quiet and yet close to the interstate for continued travels. We were very pleased with our visit and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is close to the various amenities located nearby. The breakfast bar had fresh strawberries and blueberries for those who are tired of waffles and eggs. It was a good change from the standard fare.

    « Best Hotel Ever!!!!! »

It was my husband and I's anniversary. We decided to stay at the Best Western PLUS Grant Creek Inn because we saw all the reviews about it plus I usually stay at Best Western because of their awesome loyalty program (which is the best out there). I have always had good luck at Best Westerns and was not let down this time at all. The front desk was amazing! Management went out of their way to welcome us. Housekeeping did wonderful providing exceptional service. The front desk was not only prompt and efficient but warm and welcoming. Maintenance did a fantastic job in accommodating us. Overall: Will stay here every time I can and recommend to anyone needing a home away from home!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice pool area. Nice place to rest and relax, location is great, next to restaurants/lounge's. Easy to find, directly off the Interstate. I see the whole staff working together to make the guest's stay rewarding. From the maintenance people, the room staff and the front desk people, everyone has a smile and appear to enjoy their work.

Spent almost a week. Great service, amazing free breakfast, teriffic pool and hot tub area. Close to good restaurants even a Cracker Barrel in walking distance and Starbucks next door. Friendly staff and attentive to requests we had. I need to complement the warm chocolate caramel cookies that were at the front desk in the evening!

Comfortable, well-run, convenient to highway yet not noisy. Stayed one night. All staff that I encountered were friendly yet professional. Super comfy bed. Nice clean room. We are enjoying our platinum status with Best Western. At Grant Creek we parked close to the hotel in the platinum/diamond space, our welcome bag was full of goodies and had a warm welcome by the front desk staff. Oh, and our name on the greeter board in the lobby was a nice touch.

« WOW this is a Really Nice Place to Stay »

Best Western "Plus" hotels are really nice places. This is the second one we stayed at on our trip and we have been really impressed with the quality of these hotels. Rooms are bright, very big and very clean. We had room with two queen beds. Room had a living room with a TV in both rooms. Bathroom is large. Service is very good and pleasant. The breakfast is outstanding especially compared to others we have had that are not worth much and really add no value. Highly recommend you try one of these Plus hotels.

The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. They made sure to replenish the food and drinks regularly. Only about 15 mins from the University and from family, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

    « Excellent Experience »

We had the most pleasing experience while staying at this hotel. Employees, service, and rooms were all 10s. Don't miss staying here if in Missoula. It was the best overall hotel experience we have had and we are on the road a lot and have experienced several brands and many stays.

« Nice clean hotel with very good breakfast »

We stayed here for just one night. The hotel is very clean and has a nice large lobby with several computers for use. They also had big free cookies in the afternoon and a good size sundries area. The room was a good size, had a GIANT tv and had plenty of plugs and a couple USB ports which was nice. Also had a fridge and microwave which I appreciated. Breakfast buffet was huge with real food and a good variety, not just toast and fruit like some other hotels. Even had a breakfast burrito mix that was really good! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the bathroom needs some touchup and a deep clean. The grout needs replaced in spots, the trim needs painting, and there are a few mold/mildew spots above the shower and by the fan. This was room 304.

    5
    « 1 night stay »

Great experience. The check-in staff had my paperwork ready when I checked in. The room was nicely appointed with a large flat screen TV. There is a dirt road behind the motel that we walked up. At the top you enjoy an overlook of the area, it was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was well laid out with the usual fair.

« Beware of Reservation Policies »

I recently made an online reservation at the Best Western hotel for a 1 night stay as my family was passing through Missoula. Because of a family emergency, I needed to change the reservation by 1 day. The Best Western policy is not to allow any changes or modifications to the reservation once it's made. I even agreed to upgrade my reservation in order to apply it to a new one. Very frustrating since I am on a travel budget. Warning - unless you're 100% certain that your travel plans will not be changing, be careful about making reservations with Best Western

Near the airport with a great shuttle for all hours even those 6am departures. Rooms are large and so are the new TVs. Complimentary hot breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff is helpful. Friendly and efficient check in process. Breakfast was outstanding for choices and quality of food offered. Breakfast staff were assisting along the way in food choices, seating, location, etc. Location of hotel, decor, noise level, sleep comfort, and breakfast all rated very well.

    « Stay here »

Ample parking, good breakfast included 3 whole fruits, grapes, cut up fruit. Room #135 2 queen accessible was actually wheelchair accessible (most hotels in our experience, their WC accessible rooms actually are only walker accessible), with roll-in shower and good access to toilet. Room has pedestals under beds, so bring a helper with a strong back if you need help transferring between bed and wheelchair because your helper won't be able to use a Hoyer lift.

« Trip to Missoula for a concert »

This Bestwestern is good but not great compared to other BW Plus properties we have stayed with. It was clean on the surface but had a used motel room smell which I have a hard time tolerating. On the positive side the staff was very welcoming, it has a nice pool and I had a room that was very quiet despite the fact that it is right next to the interstate. Also it is within walking distance of decent places to eat.

« Very comfortable place to stay the night! »

Just stayed the night at the Grant Creek Inn, and we are asking ourselves--why haven't we stayed here before in all our trips to Missoula? We had made our reservation a few months ago. Showed our paperwork to the front desk at check-in, and it was very fast. First impression was a very clean lobby with many amenities to check out. Parking is very good here. There is ample parking available alongside, and in front of this Best Western hotel. Our family of four adults had the 2 queen bedroom suite. It was perfect for us. Lots of room for our suitcases, and to walk around. There was a big bathroom, and plenty of towels. There are two separate sleeping areas, with the common sitting/dining area in between them. We enjoyed the TV for Olympic viewing. There was a great breakfast buffet, with plenty to choose from. We would have rated this hotel the highest rating, except for two minor drawbacks. Our daughter (age 26) waited patiently to sit in the hot tub to relax after sitting in our car from a long day of shared driving. But it was full of other adults. She finally came up to the room after 45 minutes of waiting, when no one left allowing her to use it too. Also, our family was rudely awakened at 3am with the room above us, thumping and running for over an hour! Be careful of staying in Room 200. When I complained to the front desk, they had checked into it, but Room 300 replied it wasn't them. Really? Don't think I could hear a room's noise two floors above me!!!! Wish I could give Grant Creek Inn higher marks. Next time, we will request the top floor. That way no one above us. Many thanks for the shuttle service to the Missoula airport at 5am the next morning. It was much appreciated!

    « Felt Like Home »

I stayed in the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn for nearly a month as a result of a surgery performed at St. Patrick's Hospital, Missoula. I came in from out of state and was traveling alone for the first half of my stay. The staff in the hotel is absolutely OUTSTANDING! From the front desk personnel including managers Kyle and Jeff, Natalie, Stephanie and Samantha to the shuttle drivers, the housekeeping staff and the kitchen servers ~~ each and every individual was constantly going out of their way to make my weeks there comfortable. Regardless of what I needed they made sure I had access to it. Their warmth and concern both before and after my surgery went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I felt safe and secure and was treated like a member of the family. Marlyn in the kitchen made sure I had gluten free foods, the housekeepers made sure I had extra towels and water and never disturbed me when I had to rest after the surgery. The shuttle drivers were always happy to get me back and forth to the hospital for appointments. Every person working in the hotel had a smile on their face and a pleasant greeting day after day. The beds were exceptionally comfortable (I had a spinal fusion surgery so this was imperative), the rooms were top-notch clean, the hallways, pool area, lobby and all facilities were constantly being maintained. The quality of food and coffee was outstanding as well. For those interested in the area surrounding the hotel, its proximity to MacKenzie River Pizza Co. Restaurant (this restaurant has an excellent menu with plenty of gluten free items too) was perfect (a stone's throw away) as well as the Starbucks Coffee and a gas station with plenty of food and drink items. There are also plenty of areas to walk (my husband was able to do this) as there is a nature preserve/Elks Foundation a quarter mile away. If you are there to travel, any of the energetic and engaging staff at the front desk will talk to you about Glacier National Park, Rattlesnake National Park, Flathead Lake, and how to get there and what to see. They are knowledgeable about the various universities in the area such as the University of Montana, and Montana State University and also know a lot about neighboring cities such as Spokane and Seattle and obviously gave recommendations about restaurants in the college town of Missoula. Having to stay in a hotel for nearly four weeks was something I was extremely anxious about but I found that it felt like home because of the people I was surrounded by and the comfort of the setting and quality of the facilities. We cannot wait to return for a VACATION !

    5
    « Awesome Experience »

From the time we arrived to when we got home the experience was amazing. I have special needs and every consideration was given me to make my stay comfortable. The hotel is clean and every staff member I encountered treated me like a valued guest. I left a passport behind and there was a message waiting for me on my phone when we arrived home with instructions on how to get it back. Best hotel I have stayed in of all the BW properties!

« Very courteous staff, very helpful, clean facilities, easy check-in, check-out »

I booked this facility for the entire week but have a scheduling issue with a business client and had to make sudden changes to the trip on short notice. Ms. Shaley Hall at the front desk helped arrange for the changes I needed to put into effect to get the most out of a shortened stay. She booked my room in another BW facility for two nights then re-booked me for a room at this facility the next night. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Another young lady at the front desk who checked me in deserves credit for friendliness and helpfulness as well. This facility is excellently located. Everything I need is nearby. I would not hesitate to book this facility when returning to Missoula.

We called to get a room since there were so many events happening in town and a storm broke out with extreme winds. We were expecting a no or outrageous prices since we heard everyone was sold out. I stated we were a rewards member and on a motorcycle. They found us a room and we got our normal pricing. WOW talk about great relief to get off the road and not be robbed. Staff was extremely friendly and room was great.

I stay here frequently. The front desk staff is always helpful when booking the room. They know my room preferences by now and usually are able to accommodate my request. The breakfast is a gem compared to other hotels. The eggs are good quality, not "pellets" nor a popular frozen omelette reheated. The protein varies so i appreciate that as well as the rotation of pastries. The fresh cubed watermelon was very very good. Excellent place to stay!

    « Family Vacation »

We knew we were early but tried to check in at 11 am, but our room wasn't ready which was understandable as check in is at 2pm. Returned at 5 o'clock and the room was not ready. We had to wait about 15 minutes. We stayed for four nights but on the third day our keys did not work because they were not programmed correctly. We found our room nice and comfortable and was cleaned well each day. The breakfast area seems crowded and it's hard to find an open table at times. The food is average and is not always filled when empty. We stayed at this hotel last year and we enjoyed our stay but this year was a disappointment.

    « Great »

Nice place. The room was average size with a small bathroom. They have gone to a lot of trouble to make every thing real nice. It has central air so there is no window air conditioning coming off and on. Had a good black out curtain over the windows. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. My only complaint would be the price. I have stayed in most of the places in Missoula and this is one of the higher priced places. Of course the wife liked the Starbucks right next door..

« Another Great Stay at Grant Creek Inn »

We stay at the Grant Creek inn several times per year. As always the rooms, staff, and breakfast exceep expectations. The week before we had stayed at at Hampton Inn in western Washington. The Grank Creek Inn, with it glass tableware and real silverware, plus the quality of food and food presentation ensures that will always stay while in the Missoula area. The Grank Creek Inn has always been the best value for money spent in Missoula.

    4
    « Enjoyable »

The grounds and building are exceptionally clean except for a small area around the smoking section. That's just from smokers to lazy to dispose of their cigarette into the big ashtray provided. The pool area is clean and they have a nice shelf unit there for the towels. The continental breakfast is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size as well. The only cons I have about the room I had during my stay was the bed was hard and uncomfortable and when you lay on your side it felt like you might roll off the bed. And the pillows will make your neck hurt all day after you wake up. They where either to thick to where it felt your chin was on your chest or they where thin and lumpy. With my back issues I can't sleep on a hard mattress which could have been why I didn't like it, as for the pillows bring your own just in case. Better to err on the side of caution.

« Easy access, friendly staff and Clean. »

Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with a cookie treat in the evening. Breakfast includes cut up fresh fruit mix, cheese and deli meats that are not usual at most breakfast offering. I think this one is billed as a European breakfast. Our room was ready and clean upon arrival. No highway noise. The beds are comfy and the AC has kept our room cool on these 90 degrees days. Lots of parking spaces. We would stay again.

We had a great time staying here. Very friendly staff, beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Only complaint was our room was right next to the Breakfast Room kitchen. Lots of pans banging around from 530am-8ish. Not what I expected from a $200+ a night place.

    « Incredible incredible »

We came to Missoula in hopes of finding a rental house (a stressful feat in a market that does not favor those looking for homes!). We spent the first night at a different hotel, but needed to change because it was awful (boundary inn and conference center). The staff here went over the top to help make our stay amazing. When they heard we were leaving for home before the free breakfast, they offered to pack breakfasts to go. I needed multiple papers to be scanned and they were prompt, while attending other guests. I could go on about how incredible and friendly the staff were. Additionally, the hotel and rooms are so clean and well kept, plus our air conditioner worked wonderfully (problems we had at the previous hotel). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

« Great Stay in Missoula »

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were a bit low but were fine. The handicap-accessible bathroom included a large vanity and a rubber mat for the shower. The roll-in shower had the showerhead in the center of the side wall instead of at either end. Room included a microwave and mini fridge as well as a large flat-screen TV. A breakfast buffet was included, consisting of eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage/ham, biscuits/gravy, potatoes, toast, pasteries, cereal, sliced and fresh fruit, yogurt, a pancake/waffle maker, and beverages. We enjoyed the stay after a visit to Glacier National Park. Would stay there again.

« In bad need of renovations of the guestrooms. »

Location to the airport is good. Service is good. Breakfast was nice, not much seating room. Staff did a nice job. Rooms are in bad need of renovation. We stayed two nights, different times. Bathrooms had mold in the shower both rooms, the bed skirt was torn at the edges, the fitted sheet was not fitted. 3/4 off the mattress which appeared to be in pretty rough shape. Nice TV and good refrigerator area. Need updating.

« Perfect stop on our roadtrip »

The staff was wonderful. Clean and comfortable hotel. We are traveling from Alaska to Florida with our dog and this hotel was accommodating to pets. We have a small issue with the room and the staff quickly checked it out. We enjoyed our stay and would return as well as recommend.

« Best Hotel in Missoula »

Always the best stay at the Grant Creek Inn. Though very crowded this time the staff still takes care of every detail. The rooms were great, the breakfast outstanding and still a wonderful view of the Missoula Valley. If there are rooms available we always plan to stay here.

« Great rooms, service, and breakfast »

Spent a great night there. Arrived late at airport and free shuttle bus still available. Room was clean and comfy with free bottled water. Free breakfast of eggs, meat, potatoes, juice. Check-out was easy. Would stay here again. Used airmiles for the stay

    « Beautiful room »

Large clean room, with king size bed and queen size sofa bed. Two huge closets. Asked for and received an extra pillow and two blankets; they were brought right up. Huge pool wish I had my suit. Friendly staff who engaged in conversation with me; they started the conversation. Great place

    « A 10 out of 10 Experience »

This hotel was the best! Caitlyn at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond as far as customer service. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like home. The little extra touches provided were very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen at a hotel. The manager's goal was to provide a home away from home feel and a 10 out of 10 experience and they succeeded. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Missoula, MT.

« The best quality in Missoula »

Other than a couple of simple upgrades, our family had a wonderful sleep, in a clean room, was served well by the polite staff, and enjoyed a nice hot breakfast. On our way back from a roadtrip, our last night was at the a pleasure. Thank you for the good service!

« Great time in Montana »

Stayed at the Best Western in Missoula and it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. Big room with comfy bed & fluffy pillows. Giant TV which was perfect for my visually impaired child to see. Awesome breakfast with lots of seasonal fresh fruit and great variety of choices. The price was amazing compared to the quality. We could've paid more someplace else but would have a sub par experience. The only complaint was our toilet took a long time to fill so it probably needs servicing soon and the top sheet of the comforter was scratchy.

    5
    « Fantastic! »

The hotel staff are exceptional! The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel decor and rooms are lovely. Cleanliness is top shelf. We had a great breakfast with lots of variety. The location of the hotel provides for easy access to numerous shopping malls and a quick drive to downtown Missoula.

    « Excellent Hotel! »

Great place to stay with amazing staff and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in a long while. Great location off the highway with a great restaurant located less than 100 yards away. Gave us preferential parking for our bikes and towels to dry them off in the morning.

    « Awesome Customer Service »

We came for a wedding and decided to come a day early to hit Glacier National Park. When we checked in, Kyle was so helpful - he gave us excellent advice on what to see if we only had one day. As we were walking to our room, my husband remarked that all hotel desk clerks should take lessons from Kyle. The hotel was clean, well furnished, had a good size fridge and yummy breakfast. The location was perfect - right by a Starbucks!

    « Great hotel »

We have stayed at this hotel for years. I live in WA and my family was in ND. We have stayed here and enjoyed the breakfast and the location. Also there is gas stations and restaurants within walking distance which is really nice.

« It was a dark and stormy night - Best Western's staff to the rescue »

I had to stop after driving nearly non-stop from Milwaukee. I was beyond exhausted, it was pouring rain, and I badly needed a shower and some sleep. The hotel was fully booked, as were most of the hotels in town. Since it was so late, the person at the desk started to call people with reservations but who had not yet checked in, and was able to secure a cancellation so I could get a room. Great hotel - clean. Super friendly staff. And a LAUNDRY!! Hooray!

Our reservations at another hotel got messed up on a big weekend. The staff were most helpful in accommodating us with a room. The facility is clean and cheerful. Pool area looks most inviting. Our room was spacious. And clean. Internet included. Business center ample computers. Will stay here next trip. .

    « A quick stop in Missoula »

Excellent Property...No regrets! The rooms were clean and comfortable...good selection for breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the steam room....these were all very clean. The check in staff were awesome and were quick, yet informative. A very satisfying stay, when you wake up refreshed in the morning, after a 12 hrs drive.

« Friendly, reliable, good value »

This was our second stay, and a pleasant night along the way on our vacation. The bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the great free breakfast in the morning ... lots of selections, very well prepared. This has become our go to option when in Missoula.

    « Grant Creek »

Grant Creek Inn was convenient for a concert stay. Wish the room prices were a bit more reasonable but then again it is tourist season in Montana. A decent place to stay convenient to Missoula amenities and to the interstate especially if you are traveling through.

    5
« Great place to stay along I-90 »

This is a very nice Best Western. Beds were great, room clean, and I felt very safe. Internet was slow, but if they fixed that, it would be perfect! Temperature outside was pushing 95, but the room stayed evenly cool. I stayed on the side away from the freeway, and didn't hear anything all night.

    4
    « Nice Rooms »

The only problem was the laundry, the dryers did not work. I ended up using their industrial dryers in the hotel. Which was o.k., but it cost me $8.00 before we figured out what to do. Other than that we really like this hotel, This was the third time we have stayed there. And the breakfast there are great!!

    5
« Great hotel, great staff. »

I rarely stay in Best Westerns, but took a chance on this hotel due to the low price compared to other available hotels. The hotel was great. Friendly staff at check-in gave suggestions on places to eat and marked them on a map, where to find other stores, etc. The room was large, comfortable, had easy access, refrigerator, microwave, and a large tv. The breakfast buffet was more extensive and better quality than anticipated. Eggs, meats, waffles, fruit, juice, biscuits and gravy, and more. There were plenty of seats, newspapers, etc.

« Best Western is the Best!! »

Came to Missoula for a Nursing reunion and stayed two nights. Best Western was close to the airport; close to the reunion sites; and a great place to relax. Staff was helpful and cordial; room was clean with functioning amenities and quiet. Would highly recommend it.

« Best Western Grant Creek surpasses expectations »

If you are anywhere around Missoula, Montana USA, this is the place to stay at - great clean rooms, massive TV, great layout, ultra comfortable beds and sheets, excellent facilities and beside some desirable restaurants etc. The breakfast is one of the best around as well.

« Nice hotel, bad location »

There is nothing near this hotel and you can't walk to anything except the highway. That said, it was a great room with a v nice pool and helpful staff. If you don't mind driving to everything, it's a a good pick.

    5
« Great Hotel, Especially for Airport Needs! »

This is a beautiful hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We slept like logs, breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel. My family and I would definitely stay here again. There is also a very good restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

« Excellent hotel with even better staff! »

Super clean, quality details, handy location, which garners a big recommend on my part. But then add in Whitney [GM] and her amazing staff who were all thoughtful, sincere, pleasant, happy and helpful. Stay here!

« Gem While Traveling Through! »

I have stayed here often and reviewed this location prior. What to know...it's modern and updated, flies and Huge American Flag, great rooms, next door to Starbucks and MRPC Pizza. Gas station on the way out to fill back up. Breakfast was full of choices including fresh fruit, sandwich makings, and there was breakfast Brats with Onion and Red Bell Pepper. Service was great from the Front Desk, to the ladies taking care of Breakfast! TIP#1: get a room on the West Side towards the freeway. From your room you can see a Magnificent View of the Sunset as it drops behind the mountains.... I should have had a bottle of wine and snacks, Very Nice way to end the days travels! TIP #2: If you are wanting more than just MRPC convenience for dinner, I recommend The Stone of Accord, only 3 minutes away. Great menu selections you WON'T see elsewhere. TIP #3: Make a reservation! This is a POPULAR STOP FOR TRAVELERS! On this Thursday night they were booked and sending away travelers. Happy Travels!

    « Hotel is very close to I 90 »

This is my favorite hotel for a stay in western Montana. It is just off of I 90 on the west edge of Missoula. The staff is friendly and efficient. As a Diamond reward member of Best Western, I have been upgraded each stay without having to ask. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is good with lots of choices that should cover most tastes. There are many restaurants nearby. Costco is within 2 miles on Reserve Street.

« Great hotel deserving of No. 1 rating »

We chose the hotel based on location and Trip Advisor reviews. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Although older it had a new feel to it. Rooms were spacious and clean and everything worked fine. Good internet. We especially liked the friendly cheerful attitude of the staff. It seemed like they enjoyed working there and serving their customers. We highly recommend this hotel.

« The Suite was Great! »

We spent three nights at this hotel. There were three of us sharing a suite. We really enjoyed the room, and in the morning, really appreciated the free breakfast! This hotel is one of our favourite places to stay. We have been here a number of times when we make our annual shopping trip to the States and would certainly stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay. Kevin got me in quick, 4 tired kids at 11pm is no fun. Sent a rollaway up to the room before I unloaded kids from the car. Had a glass of milk waiting for the baby as I unloaded, and gave me a discount before I asked, he saw my ID and offered one up! Will be staying here each time we pass through. And a huge and amazing breakfast!

« Grant Creek Inn, Missoula, Montana »

This is a clean, helpful motel with a great breakfast included opening at 6:00 a.m. The swimming pool is nice. The Nature Path is within walking distance of the motel where we have seen birds, squirrels and deer as well as wildflowers. Close to downtown Missoula and approximately 4-5 miles from the Southgate Shopping Mall and Cabela's Outdoor store.

« Great Road Trip Motel »

We stopped for one night on a road trip with our 110 pound Newfoundland dog. The room was convenient to an exit to take her outside. Many "pet friendly" hotels don't allow large dogs and we were happy to find this one. We even changed our route because of a lack of decent hotels willing to take large dogs. Breakfast was good and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room of adequate size. If we travel through the area with Molly again we will stay here again.

Our daughter and son-in-law live in Missoula, Montana, and we visit every year and every year we stay at Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn. The staff and service is outstanding, The hotel is located close to I-90, and is close to several outstanding restaurants. My favorite is Stone Of Accord, which is an Irish Pub and it has an extensive gluten-free menu. I have Celiac Disease, and finding a restaurant with such a menu is a must for me. I recommend Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn to everyone interested in visiting or passing through Missoula, Montana.

Our group spent 3 nights there in May and the staff was terrific. The breakfast was great and they worked with us ahead of time so the check in was efficient. « Extra nice people when you have car problems »

We were heading towards home when car problems derailed our trip. After towing to Missoula and still waiting for determination of the exact problem, called Grant Creek Inn to stay overnight. I explained I didn't know exactly when we'd arrive because the car was still being looked at. The car was fixed later that day (fortunately somewhat minor) and we checked into Grant Creek. Upon arrival, Kaitlin said she had upgraded our room to a nice corner suite since she had heard about the car problems and hoped our day would go better. We have stayed at Grant Creek Inn several times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Nice people, good breakfast.

I have stayed at this property several times and always come back because of the great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and great value. Whenever I am in Missoula, this is where I stay. I have stayed at more expensive, 4 diamond hotels in other parts of the country, and rate the service and comfort level of this Best Western Plus on par with them, and for a fraction of the cost.

« Queen Suite very nice. »

We stayed 5 nights, the end of May, in the 2-queen suite. We prefer suites, as our sleep patterns very, and if 1 is awake and the other sleeping, we can go in the other room so we don't wake them. Roomy, nice décor, 2 beds, with TV in sleeping room with doors closing, room darkening shades and fireplace that passes through to the other room. Other room has TV, loveseat, table and 4 chairs, small desk with lots of outlets. Small nook with sink and coffee maker. Bathroom has tub/shower, plenty of towels, and dressing area nest to bathroom has 2 sinks, good lighting, outlets and hair dryer. Breakfast was enjoyable, with friendly, helpful, cheerful lady in charge. Scrambled eggs, and sausage, ham, or bacon, and potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, make your own waffles, fruits, breads, and ham & cheese to make breakfast sandwiches. Every staff member encountered was friendly, helpful. Maid service leaves a card you can fill out and hang on your door, to choose if you want full service, garbage and towels only, or no service. They have express check out (leave your receipt under your door, and if you're happy with it, you just leave-no check out). This was nice. They have lots of parking, and we had no trouble, even though it was Memorial Day. Pool is not huge, but adequate, and the hot tub is small (I think 8 people was the max, and that would have been crowded). Very comfortable beds and feather pillows, although for me, having a lot of neck pain at the time, I didn't get enough neck support from the pillows (most people would probably love them). The beds are firm, and have a top sheet, feather comforter, and light spread. Very nice, but I was too hot with the comforter, and too cold with just the sheet, so I ended up pulling back the comforter and sleeping with the spread and top sheet only. This is my quirk, and I think most people would have no problem. The heat is adjustable, and was comfortable. We plan to stay here again, every time we come to Missoula to visit my mother-in-law.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

We stayed one night over Memorial Day weekend. Found the hotel to be excellent: clean room, very good and well stocked breakfast, extremely friendly service. Although the hotel was full with a convention in town plus a statewide track meet, the found the hotel to be extremely quiet. Although we did not take advantage of it, there is a great indoor swimming pool, saunas and steam rooms, and a well equipped business center. Great stay.

    « Can't go wrong! »

This hotel was a great surprise. I had never stayed in Missoula before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Staff was wonderful, and breakfast was more than you could expect. Rooms were open with plenty of room to relax. Internet was impossible to use.

    4
    « Beautiful Inn »

We have stayed here several times while passing thru Montana, it's our stopping point for the night while traveling. The inn takes pets which is one of our reasons for staying here. Our experiences have always been wonderful except this time. The room had been cleaned unfortunately the floor was not dry and one spot was not water. I was wearing white socks. We do travel with our dog, she has been to obedience classes and training. She's 14 years old and obeys commands. She is socialized and also a large breed. I applaud the inn for taking pets as I'm sure it is a lot of trouble. I just don't like to step in pee walking into the bathroom. Because we travel with our pet we do expect to stay in a pet room but we do not expect to give up quality. Overall all except for some loud young adults who apparently were let free for the first time, our stay was okay. This inn is located near a Starbucks and Cracker Barrel and several other places to eat.

    5
    « Lovely stay »

This is not the first time I have stayed at this Best Western. It is very nice, rooms are comfortable and quiet (ask for back side), and convenient to town's amenities. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. Excellent breakfast room attendants! I recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

    3
« Nice room, bad internet »

The room that I was in was supposedly the executive suite but the internet connection was some of the worse I have ever seen. Every two to five minutes it kicked me off and I had to reconnect. The room was very nice other than that, I just have problems with hotel lighting. The room was pretty dark at night even with all the lights on.

    5
    « Great sleep »

Although close to the highway we did not hear a noise all night. It is a large hotel and evwn so we were not disturbed. The room was very clean and the tv was larger than the standard. There is a reasonable restraunt within walking disitance. Great spot.

« Excellent service and room »

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always with smiles and offering to help. Experience was great from check in, to housekeeping, to maintenance folks who offered to help me with luggage. Room was splendid, clean. Motel was filled with kids for a special local event and I could not hear a thing when in the room. Plus, dog friendly!!! Breakfast was a full breakfast buffet with quiche, waffles, eggs, etc. Will definitely stay there again!

    « Very pleased »

I was able to get a room at the last minute and I was very pleased with it. very nice rooms, pleasant staff and very good breakfast. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The parking lot is a little crowded but with the limited space they have, I think it is fine. location to the hwy and to Reserve is nice. it didn't take long to get anywhere. Overall very nice place and I will be staying there again.

    « Clean, comfortable, overpriced »

Clean and comfortable, but pricey considering an overall lack of nice details. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The two free bottles of water in the room were the biggest perk. As an atheist I was creeped out by the religious overtones of the welcome pamphlet.

    4
« Great Service and Clean »

We stayed a weekend in Missoula and the Grant Creek Inn was a great "home" base. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The kids loved the pool and the over-sized sauna and steam room allows space to share. Will definitely be back.

« Very restful stay, even on a very busy weekend »

It was graduation weekend for U of Montana. We were in town for a memorial service. Because most hotels were already booked solid, I thought the hotel would be noisy, but not so. Very quiet and pleasant even though the hotel was likely full. The property is just North of I-90 with easy access to off and on ramps. There is ample parking. A gas station is next door and a variety of restaurants and stores are available South of the I-90 underpass on Reserve. Across the street is a very nice paved walking path among trees with a stream nearby. I've seen deer near the path. Our room was well appointed. Our mattress was very comfortable and the pillows great! The A/C works well and isn't noisy. The bathroom is well ventilated and nicely appointed. Wi-Fi is free, though the internet is a bit slow. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of hot and cold foods and good coffee. The local morning newspaper, The Missoulian, is readily available on breakfast tables and on a hall table near the elevator. The staff is friendly and very willing to assist their guests. Very nice stay.

    5
    « One Great Western! »

The staff here works very hard to insure everyone a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Even on a busy graduation weekend the place sparkled, the rooms were well-prepared, and the common areas were inviting. Most impressive was the speedy and gracious handling of the huge breakfast crowd. I did not expect to like it so much that I would want to write a review. Count me in as a repeat customer!

« The best beds and pool amenities! »

They have beautiful rooms and the best beds I've ever slept in at any hotel I've ever been at. They have a steam room and dry sauna in the pool area that is just amazing. « A Cut Above Best Western »

so happy we chose Best WesternPlus Grant Creek for an overnight stay on a road trip. Could not fault the service or the accommodation. Very pleasant check-in staff, really spacious double room and very comfortable bed/s. Breakfast buffet offers a wide choice. It was lovely to have real plates and cutlery instead of plastic and cardboard. Excellent value for money. It's a bit far from the centre of Missoula and you need a car? However there is a good pizza/pasta restaurant just a short walk away. Very impressed with the hotel and highly recommend.

« Quiet, Clean, Comfortable and Good Breakfast »

« Grant Creek Best Western - Missoula »

Loved the location, staff and amenities. Front desk staff were friendly, approachable and adequately staffed. Gave great recommendations for dining with excellent directions. Room was well appointed with great bed that helped me get a very restful nights sleep. Breakfast was great with lot of variety, clean and stocked well throughout breakfast rush. Only draw back was the "view" of the loading dock. I did ask for a 'quiet' room and this was as far away from the action as possible. :) Will definitely stay here again my next time in town or even passing thru.

« Great spot! Loved the vaulted rooms! »

My daughter and I stayed here for five nights for her gymnastics competition. We had a vaulted room that was lovely and more fun because a teammate and her family were in the adjoining room. The price is right especially considering the lovely and expansive breakfast that is included. The hotel staff is very accommodating -- they even prepared a little breakfast for us to pick up as we headed out the door at 4:15 a.m. for our flight home. Hotel is very quiet. Would stay here again.

« Wonderful breakfast, Comfortable rooms »

Best Western Grant Creek has a full breakfast that is rotated for variety. The staff was prompt at refilling the food and very friendly. A "sack breakfast" was offered for early flights. This made our stay more comfortable and affordable. The rooms were comfortable and our requests for adjoining rooms with a vaulted ceiling were honored. Vaulted ceiling rooms had extra space and a wet bar sink. Having a fridge and microwave was very convenient. The girls enjoyed the hot tub as well. Our stay in Missoula was wonderful due to the accommodations at Grant Creek...the price was incredible for all the extra amenities.

    « Comfortable »

I was in town for the KYI YO Pow Wow and this hotel had the best rates and the better than best accommodations' for those rates. We had a wonderful breakfast. were able to spend time with family. we hung out at the little pool they have. It was nice not to have to worry about expenses for the room, and just spend time with the family that came into town to see us, as well as attending the KYI YO Pow Wow

    « Damp carpet »

The damp carpet put me off but I was very tired and needed to rest. We were traveling with a small dog and so got a pet room. It seems that some dog had been naughty in that room! At least window could be opened to let in some fresh air. Most motels now expect you to breathe Frebreeze and think its fresh air! DUH! Frebreeze is very poisonous to me and gives me asthma. I have to travel with oxygen and have to check to avoid it.

« Always the best place to stay »

The Grant Creek Best Western never fails to impress me, as well as people we meet while staying there, we love the hotel and the outstanding location overlooking Missoula and the Valley. We will always plan on staying at the Best Western Grant Creek Hotel when overnight-ing in Missoula for both business and pleasure.

« Staff make this hotel worth the stay »

Although this hotel is a bit over-priced (should be in the 89.00 to 99.00 range), the staff were awesome. The hotel is nice, and the breakfast is better than most hotels. All in all, not a bad hotel for a Best Western.

    5
    « GREAT HOTEL »

We had a very enjoyable stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Good location to the venue where my daughter was competing. The double vanity in our room was definitely a plus. And we enjoyed the giant screen TV!

« No Complaints; Lately thats a GREAT THING »

Nice lobby & business area; great front desk service at check in. The breakfast is far better than a normal hotel breakfast. The room was nice and clean and better furniture than many places in the same price range. Steam room, pool & hot tub, indoor.

« Great room, great staff »

Came here for a long weekend get away. Used points for one night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Used the pool and spa area one night. Very clean and quiet. Room was quiet. Loved the fact we could pick time we wanted housekeeping to come, if at all. Breakfast wad good and staff friendly. Came around to check how things were.

« Best Western that is a real credit »

Beginning to think the chains were not working to keep their hotels up to snuff. This one exceeded my expectations. Good all the way around. Sleep was great, staff great, buffet was even good (I hate those things normally).

    4
« Best Western really was the Best »

Had some fair to really good hotels on this trip, you can count this in the really good catagory. I was beginning to feel jaded about chain Hotels, but this Best Western was a good one in all respects.

    « Best Breakfast Ever!! »

Best Western Grant Creek has the best continental breakfast I've ever seen!! It should be called a breakfast buffet, it has so many items to offer! The rooms are really nice too, with easy access to the highway and easy parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and pet friendly too!

    5
« Best western? You bet! »

Great place to hang your hat, soak in the hot tub, swim and enjoy breakfast! A return visit will be had. With four in one room, we did not feel overcrowded. Beds were comfortable. We liked the high ceiling....makes the room seem bigger!

    « Best breakfast »

We were in Missoula for a family wedding. This hotel did not disappoint!! We originally booked a suite with a king and sofa pull out bed. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and the mattress was very thin with a lot of springs. We asked for a roll away bed hoping that would be better, it was a little better but still not comfortable so we ended up getting a second room. Throughout this whole process the staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. We appreciate all of the help they offered us. The hotel is in a great location right off the highway but you can't hear the highway from your room unless the window is open. It was easy to get around town, 5 min from the airport and 10 min from downtown and at the end of the main road in town. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was excellent, one of the best selections I have ever seen and the food was good. The staff running the breakfast area were so friendly and helpful. The front staff greeted us each time we came in and out and were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

« You gotta stay here. »

My stay here was wonderful. The room was large and very well decorated. Internet worked perfectly, TV had quality sound and picture. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast is above average. Highly recommend.

« Good Value, Excellent Service »

Staff were all very pleasant, friendly and professional with positive customer service attitude. All seemed to be accustomed to just being courteous to others as opposed to "caring" because it was their "job". There is a noticeable difference! 1. Some items in the breakfast menu were WAY too salty. There is salt at the table if one feels the need to add extreme sodium to their diet! I did not mention to breakfast staff but, in my opinion, I think it should be reviewed. The sausages and diced/fried potatoes were so salty to my palate that I could only eat with a mouthfull of eggs to balance the salt somewhat and therefore did not eat much, even though the overall flavor and spicing otherwise was really very good. I cook a lot and enjoy quality food. Coffee excellent, THX! 2. The lobby coffee was disappointing, lacked real creamer! Powder pks just don't cut it! 3. The USB charger next to the bed was inadequate for really charging my phone. Apparently has a very low power output, which I have read is not unusual for many hotels. Central location excellent.

« Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn Missoula Montana »

Our experience with this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and beds so comfortable. The food was always fresh and filled. This was our first trip to Montana and we will recommend this hotel.

    « Anniversary Trip »

My husband and I recently stayed at the Best Western PLUS Grant Creek Inn in Missoula, MT. We always receive A+ customer service from the entire staff! The hotel is extremely clean and accommodating to different circumstances! Any time we are in Missoula, we always try to make reservations at the Best Western PLUS Grant Creek Inn. The Best Western rewards program is also excellent with great benefits.

    « Very Good »

Very nice hotel and good variety of breakfast food but the quality of the buns/muffins wasn't that great. Staff was always friendly. Room was nice but the lighting was dark. Improvements could be to have at least one lamp with a higher watt bulb and to have a faster internet connection. My wireless symbol only had 3 bars for the BW internet and the pc kept locking up and took awhile to load pages.

    « Nice Stay....I enjoyed the week »

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was in town for five days for a class. The rooms are comfortable along with the large bids. Sheets are comfortable however topped with those smaller square pillows versus a longer traditional pillow. Large flat screen TV with plenty of channels to entertain the kids or sports for dad. Nice indoor pool which I'm usually not interested in. Grab a cookie from the front desk when you see them because they won't last. Breakfast a step up from the typical "toast and cereal" offering of so many hotels in this price range. Only thing missing..... Beer and Wine in the evening from 5-6....

    5
« Best Western Plus in Missoula »

Really nice place to stay. I had requested a room on the first floor, and because there wasn't one, I was upgraded to a suite on the 3rd floor. The suite spoiled me; I think I will check prices on the suites from now on!

    « Great motel »

This was one of the best places we have stayed in during all our years. Rooms were large & well thought out. Breakfast was also super! Much better quality than average places we have been. Would recommend to anyone.

    « Great Stay! »

We had our best stay ever at this Best Western. The staff was phenomenal, and the facilities were great. Clean room, great beds, great pool, great breakfast, great location right off I90. We will definitely stay here again if in the Missoula area.

    « Excellent Value »

My family and I have stayed in this hotel many times before. It never fails to impress. The entire staff is always helpful and friendly, the rooms are a great value, and I believe that it would be hard to beat the breakfast at any restaurant.

    « Good Nights Rest »

We have often driven extra miles so we can stay at Best Western PLUS Grant Creek Inn, Missoula. The last time we stayed there, we drove 10 hours so we could stay there. It was worth it! They also allow our little dog for a fee.

This is the fourth time I've stayed at the Grant Creek. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The swimming pool is excellent. Friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was a nice way to end a brief stay.

    « Execellent »

I have been a member of BW for quite some time and stay at varied BW's throughout the U.S. This particular one, Grant Creek, I find probably the tops for rates, professionalism, cleanliness, friendly staff, and location. I totally recommend it for anyone staying overnight or longer for business or pleasure.

« Favorite Place to Stay in Missoula »

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We travel a lot for hockey and this is one of my all time favorite places. Not only is the Best Western Grant Creek Inn a clean and friendly place to stay, they have a great breakfast and are right across the street from Cracker Barrel! What more could you ask for?

    « Love this place! »

Our family of six stayed here twice on a road trip in January 2016, and completely enjoyed our stay. We originally planned to stop somewhere else on the way home, but decided to stay here again instead. The hotel was clean and beautiful. We had a very comfortable and spacious room. Both times we asked for a room with two queens and a sofa bed, and both times the desk clerk happily offered to upgrade us to a suite at no extra charge. It must not have been very busy for him to be able to do that. It was very nice and we appreciated it. The suite was two rooms, with a small kitchenette. The only very-minor issue was that the sofa bed was really a large single, not a full/queen at all. This was not really a problem for us as we had two small children sharing it and they were comfortable. We loved the two-way fireplace and the two tvs, and the large bathroom with separate vanity area. The balcony was also nice, although it was freezing of course, so we didn't really open that door for long. Breakfast was a notch above the average hotel buffet, with a large variety of options and plenty of food. The pool was warm and enjoyable, too. Plenty of parking, and conveniently located right near I-90. This is our new favorite hotel in Missoula and we're definitely planning to stay there again on our trip this summer. (I also have to recommend the fabulous MacKenzie River Pizza Company restaurant located just across the parking lot. It was delicious, and we were thrilled that we didn't have to load everyone up and drive out in the snow again to find dinner!)

    « Good experience »

This was the beginning leg of a weeks worth of travel for my family. This Best Western met all my expectations that I have come to recognize from the Best Western brand. The one thing that stood out for me was the park and ride feature, providing shuttle service to and from the airport was great!

    5
    « Superior Facility »

Lovely décor. Affable courteous knowledgeable staff. The facilities are pristinely maintained. Bed was very comfortable, appreciated the high end bed linens and the extra pillows. Multiple locations to access wifi and recharge devices in the room. Buffet breakfast was terrific, fresh fruit, breakfast burritos, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, juices, coffee - nice airy space with large windows, plenty of comfortable seating. Noon check out was a plus!!

    « 1 night get away »

Stayed the night of February 27th - great corner room - quiet and warm as it rained all day! Just a great night away! Great wifi. We did not take advantage of the amenities offered - but breakfast and the pool looked wonderful.

« Another Great Stay at Best Western Missula »

We travel between Idaho and Olympic National Park several times per year. We always stay at Best Western Grant Creek in Missuoula. It is right next to I-90 but we don't hear the traffic, we always receive good value for the cost, the staff act pleased to see us and go out of their way to make us welcome. The room are great, clean and comfortable. We always get a good nights rest and the breakfast beats the usual hotel fare.

    5
« Great road trip stop »

Have stayed here on two separate occasions travelling from Washington state to Eastern Montana to visit relatives and consider this the best place to overnight. Great staff, excellent rooms, and the pool and spa are just perfect to stretch out travel weary bodies. Ask for a room at the back, quiet and peaceful!

« Enjoyable Family Get Away »

We got away for the weekend and did some shopping. It is a great place to spend the night to enjoy what Missoula has to offer. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are nice. The pool was a bit crowded, but everyone there was having a great time.

    5
    « Great Service! »

I always stay at Best Westerns. The same reason I go to Starbuck's for coffee - consistency. Clean and nicely appointed. What was outstanding at this BW was the pleasantness of the staff. So they get 5 stars from me.

« Clean nice rooms and excellent service »

Whenever I am in Missoula I stay at the Grant Creek Inn and that is often. The hotel is backed up against an undeveloped hill and is really quiet. The rooms are immaculate and beds comfortable, they even take dogs and I have never heard one bark once in all my years of staying here. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

« Nice Hotel in Missoula »

    « Best in Missoula »

Stayed here just one night and will definitely stay again. This was the best motel we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. No complaints about anything. Staff friendly, room spotless and very comfortable, and an excellent breakfast including healthy food choices.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

This is one of the "best" Best Western's that I have ever stayed in. Right off the freeway and close to everything. The room and bed I rated as a 10. The TV is the largest screen that I have seen in a hotel room. We had a wonderful stay.

    5
« Our Go Too Hotel »

Our family has stayed here on a few different occasions. It's always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The beds are super comfy, the breakfast in the morning is always good and Starbucks is close. I recommend rooms facing the back of the hotel, the ones facing the freeway are not as quiet. The wifi isn't the best, it cuts out a lot but it's free.

    4
    « Nice Hotel »

We stayed at BW Grant Creek for one night for a soccer practice in Missoula and found it to be as nice as the last 2 places we paid $30 more per night for. Beds are comfy, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was better by far than most. The employees are all very friendly and helpful even when asked for hot water at 9pm. The pool is a great temperature, not too cold and the hot tub was just right. Tip: our window looked out on the pool and every squeal, shout, and scream from the kids was right there in the room with us. It didnt bother us too much as the pool closed at 10pm but if you wan to sleep earlier than that get a room away from the pool.

    5
    « Beautiful place »

I really loved this hotel. The room was spacious and every detail was attended to. Furnishings looked new, the bathroom had no tub ( not a problem for me). Instead, there was an open shower with a seat. Bathroom was large. Very clean. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, good variety of fruit, sweet rolls and bagels, good selection of cereals, waffles and a hot chocolate machine plus the usual orange juice, milk, coffee, apple juice. Would definitely stay there again!

« High-quality Missoula hotel, close to everything »

This is a very professional, high-quality hotel conveniently located on Interstate 90. Easy to get to City Center, Univ of Montana and airport. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Bathroom was updated with 1 vanity/sink inside and a 2nd vanity/sink outside - convenient for family. Full breakfast was offered in a very nice dining room. Pool, hot tub and 2 saunas really enjoyable.

    4
    « Medical Stay »

I was in Missoula for medical reasons. Other than no water and cold room when arrived and room took hours to warm up the stay was good. Never heard any noise from hall or other rooms. Very quiet. Breakfast was very good.

    « Another great stay »

This is my third stay at Best Western PLUS Grant Creek in the last four months. Exceptional staff who take great pride in the hotel. Very nice rooms, pool area and breakfast. Numerous amenities in the area (Cracker Barrel, Mackenzie River Pizza, QuikMart all in walking distance from hotel).

    4
« Good Hotel, easy location, price reasonable »

Chain hotel located very well for people that want to get on and off I-90 quickly, eat, sleep, or do business nearby, and get on their way. My room was very clean. Continental breakfast was large, if un inspired. TV programming could really use a menu option on remote. Internet worked great. Pool was small, and almost nobody used it while I was there for 4 evenings. Get the rate discounts, and feel satisfied.

    5
    « Awsome as always »

I stay in hotels frequently and this hotel is one of the best. The staff is great and always makes you feel welcomed. Rooms are clean and modern and the steam room is very nice. this is the only hotel I will stay at when traveling to Missoula.

    5
    « Great Place! »

Excellent place for cleanliness, great breakfast, great staff. I continually stay at this particular one as it is also very conveniently located. When traveling out of this area, I have stayed at BW's but this one has to be tops in my books!

« Going out of their way is the norm at this hotel! »

The staff at this property care about you because they address you by name and thank you for your loyalty. Plus they always go out of their way to insure you have what you need or if not, how can they help. Great folks and always a pleasure to stay here.

    « Very nice »

Just got back from a 2 night stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, great breakfast and they supplied a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and to/from the hospital. Worked out perfectly for us. The 2 complimentary waters in our room were very thoughtful. Those small touches make the big difference sometimes and when you're thirsty it's nice that they don't nickel and dime you. Overall a perfect stay!

Excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn. Sam and Kyle were really nice at the front desk. Our room was spotless, quiet and the bed was super comfortable! The breakfast must be the premiere breakfast as there were many choices, and a beautiful buffet!

« Superior Best Western property »

The hotel was very clean (and I am picky about that!) and quite. It's convenient to the I-90. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The welcome cookies were really good. The superior cleanliness and the outstanding breakfast buffet are what sets this property apart from other Best Westerns. The breakfast buffet had more options than usual with server types of fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt a number of breads, muffins and sweet rolls, breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, potatoes and ham as well as several different juices, coffees and hot chocolate. All was well prepared. And while it doesn't matter much to me - they have real plates, mugs and silverware instead of the usual plastic. We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Missoula.

« Another nice stay at Missoula Best Western »

We always stay at this hotel since finding it a couple of years ago. Staff is fine, breakfast is varied and delicious. Rooms are clean, WiFi is same speed as home. Our 2nd floor room (facing front) was very quiet.

    5
« Great location, quiet location »

Stopped for a one night stay. Very convenient to I-90. Loved that they accepted pets and went the extra mile making them feel welcome (little bag of treats), and an easy accessible pet area. Rooms were nice, super clean , and super comfy beds. I'm always leery of continental breakfasts, you never know what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised. There were so many choices, all hot and very good. Loved that there was more of a fruit selection beyond apples and oranges that you find at most other continental breakfast

    5
    « Friendly, Clean, Comfortable »

The location was easy to find off the interstate and our experience continued to improve from the moment we checked in. We were greeted with smiling faces and a genuine desire to accommodate any questions or concerns. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional for a free breakfast!

    2
« Don't stay here if you want to watch TV or eat »

The hotel is okay. It's clean and has fantastic huge flat panel displays. Which makes it all the worse that their TV service is horrible. All they have is basic cable, but none of the cable guides or PPV services are available. The only reason I stayed here was because they advertise a free full breakfast. Unfortunately, there is a very limited selection of not very good food. I couldn't even eat it. I would never stay here again.

    5
    « Enjoyable Stay »

We totally enjoyed our stay at this Best Western PLUS Grant Creek Inn, in Missoula MT! Especially, their upstanding premium breakfast, and also their allowance for dogs! The employees offered friendly & helpful service, rooms were very clean, & beds most comfortable! We will definitely make it a point to have reservations for future trips through their beautiful countryside!

    « Fits my needs »

I normally stay here when I come in for business. It is clean and comfortable. It is just off the freeway, next to a Starbucks. The internet works just fine and I had no trouble getting on. They offer breakfast; the scrambled eggs were better than most offerings of this type. Actually, they turned out good.

    5
    « Friendly and Beatiful »

Every person who worked at this hotel was friendly, efficient, eager to help. The decor was beautiful...decorated for the holidays. The business center was well designed, well lit, and the most appealing of any we have been in. The breakfast was good, and always beautifully presented. The rates were very reasonable.

This place is a gem! Not only was the price fantastic, the rooms were clean, updated and I slept like a baby. The room boasted a Huge TV and all the amenities. « Nice experience »

We enjoyed our hotel visit. It is right next to the freeway so it was easy to find and near great restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen sized beds. Had a huge TV along with HDMI inputs. Very nicely decorated and complimentary water bottles in the fridge. The beds were wonderful with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was very big as was the shower. Wonderful layout! The breakfast put out was awesome. Plenty of dining room, complimentary newspapers and lots of food selection from bagels, cereal and fruit to waffles/pancakes and other hot foods like eggs, biscuits and gravy and ham. The only thing we didn't like was the room was super hot at night. We turned it down to 60 before we finally shut it off completely. And it was still really hot. This is in freezing conditions outside! We spoke with the man at the front desk and he said there might be a problem with the system that they will look into. Also the sidewalk was clean of snow but the parking lot was a mess and very icy. Could use more salt spread out before someone falls and gets hurt. Otherwise it was a great stay and we will stay again!!

    5
    « Quiet Comfort »

The room was very quiet with no noise from outside sources or water pipes. The bed was comfortable and the central heating was nice. The motel is close to the freeway and easily accessible. The breakfast offers were well cooked, hot and plentiful.

We had two uhauls. A baby. A dog. And I was sick. The drive took three days. Mostly because we had to drive slow and I was sick. We stopped in Missoula. Three hours from our destination. Four since we had to go slower. This was the third time we stopped at a hotel. Thus was the cleanest. The least expensive. Usually when we travel with the dog. THe Rooms are dirty. Not this time. Also they had the crib in the room so fast I'm not sure how they did it. We actually slept. Nice place to stop. Oh and they had parking for the uhauls.

« Nice hotel, Bad Communication »

The Best Western Plus is a nice hotel with nice amenities. My wife and I requested a crib for our 9 month old son. We were told we would receive the crib upon check-in. After several attempts throughout the day to locate a crib, we were told after 9:00 pm that the hotel could not find one. Upon checkout, the front desk had no record of us requesting a crib. It was a rough night with our little one, and I feel with a little communication, this problem should never have happened.

    « Beds are fantastic »

My wife and I always stay at this hotel when we arrive late at night having come in from the UK. Good staff, easy, fast, efficient check in. Good sized, pleasant clean room. Good sized car park. There is one thing above all that sets this hotel above ANY hotel I have ever stayed in - THE BED!! Absolutely fantastic - comfort beyond anything I have ever experienced - if I could take it home I would! Great value for money!

« Clean, friendly, and not too expensive. »

I am a big fan of Best Western's Rewards program, so I like to stay at BW's when I know it's a good one. This is a good one. The staff is genuinely friendly and always smiling. I always look forward to the cookies at the front desk, and the breakfast is actually decent in comparison to standard hotel continentals. Having worked/managed for Best Western for several years, I can appreciate a good staff that's operating up to/exceeding standards. Good job team!

This hotel always provides excellent customer service, clean rooms and good amenities. We travel a lot and can say that it stands out above other hotels in it's class. The shuttle is especially useful for us.

Very best hotel, great location, great atmosphere, great people, super breakfast bar and wonderful coffee and cookies in the lobby!! This is the best hotel in the Missoula, MT area for quality, comfort and service. We always stay here when in town, and we always refer anyone who asks about the best places to stay in Missoula, to the Best Western Grant Creek. Wonderful experience every time.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everyone was eager to help. Our room was clean and everything was in excellent condition. All the staff were friendly and eager to help . We will choose Best Western in the future.

    « Very nice hotel »

I will always stay here when I'm passing through Missoula! The staff were very kind, and I particularly like the sauna and steam room! So wonderful after braving those cold Montana winter days. We enjoyed the pool as a family, and the kids really liked all the options for breakfast. No complaints at all!

    « Always a pleasure »

Very nice place to stay - good rooms, great pet policy, wonderful staff, etc. The entire breakfast room staff was awesome! While the hotel was not busy, they did have a large group of children which filled the breakfast room. The staff worked very hard - as they have always done - to keep things clean and food stocked.

Great place for a night after a long road trip. Right off the highway. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Indoor pool and spa. Exercise room is locked. Breakfast is outstanding with lots of choices.

    « Very Nice Facility »

Was just there for one night... passing through from Idaho to New Mexico. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Definitely would return when in that part of the world again. Nice location, convenient to I-90. Starbucks adjacent to property; Cracker Barrel across the street, service station also adjacent to the property.

The nice people working the night we checked in with an extra person upgraded us to a suite in the quiet, back side of the hotel. We were so happy to get the larger room with two beds, sitting room and kitchenette. It made our overnight stay much more comfortable. They put on a really decent breakfast in the morning also with lots of choices. Thank you!

    « A perfect stay »

I chose the Best Western Grant Creek Inn as it was close to business meetings that I had scheduled. I was impressed as I was walking through the front doors. Holiday decor and a strong sense of welcome were comforting. The staff was VERY pleasant and warm. The hotel has beautiful rooms that are clean and updated. Large business center, workout area, pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. A+ breakfast and local dining next door. There is also a gas station and Starbucks next to the property.

« Great place to stay in MIssoula »

Grant Creek Inn has everything you need for a stay in Missoula. Wonderful, friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need, and a delicious hot breakfast included! Convenient to I-90 and the airport, we will definitely stay here the next time we're in MIssoula.

« Truly excellent place to stay in Missoula, Montana! »

Everything about this hotel is excellent---warm, welcoming decor (Christmas tree and poinsettias in mid-November), business center and swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna all in top-notch condition and available for use, delicious full breakfast that features multiple fresh fruit options and incredible sausages, a shuttle available on a complimentary basis to and from the airport and bus station and for a very modest fee into downtown. Totally affordable and thoroughly enjoyable!

« The go to hotel when traveling through Montana »

It may not be the least expensive hotel in Missoula, but has always delivered consistent quality, cleanliness, and service. We have always been able to adjust our reservations with minimum effort as travel across this state in the winter can be a bit problematic. Highly recommend.

    « Excellent Hotel »

Love this hotel, the staff, the rooms, and especially the pool! The staff is extremely helpful from the front desk to the food service help as well as those cleaning the rooms. Very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. I wish I could get it at a cheaper rate on Priceline. I generally bid and get a cheaper rate at the Hilton Garden Inn.

    « SUPERIOR SERVICE »

Were traveling just to get away with no set destination. Stopped in Missoula for the night and decided to check out the Best Western. The front desk staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and welcoming and we very much enjoyed the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. After a long day in a car it is nice to have the relaxation. Breakfast was also delicious. Would recommend this property if you are travelling through Missoula!

« Driving from Kansas to Washington for work. »

This hotel was one of the nicest that I have stayed in. My job involves continuous travel so I am in hotels most of the year. The company makes choice since they pay for the rooms. This hotel had a very comfortable bed, and towels were very nice. TV and internet worked great. Room was clean and quiet with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices, at correct temperatures and plenty of seating, I will stay here again whenever I am in the area.

    « SUPERIOR ACCOMMODATIONS »

The stay here was the last leg of a long trip from Alaska to South Dakota and was the most restful stop. The accommodations were superior and of the highest quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was of the highest quality. The cleanliness and comfort were far above my expectations. The breakfast was superb with a variety of choices that included fresh cut fruit, cereal (hot & cold) as well as hot food items. By far the best breakfast I have ever been offered in a hotel and better than any I could have paid for. The staff responsible for the breakfast was always there ensuring freshness and cleanliness. This stop was a wise choice for me and would stay again if in the area again.

    « Rocky Mountain fly-in »

Grant Creek Inn meets all a travelers needs in terms of the hotel and the location (plenty of parking, easy access to freeway and town). The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful -- even the self-serve buffet breakfast was overseen with care (almost like a cafe). Very good value (services are better than the price might indicate).

« Best Western Grant Creek Inn Missoula »

My wife and I live two hours away from the motel but whenever we fly out or need to stay overnight in Missoula we routinely seek out this Inn, even if it's not the closest to where we need to be, The beds are quite comfortable, and with all the joint pains my wife has, that is very important. We very much like the cleanliness, the service and the food. They also work exceptionally well on uncommon/atypical needs.

    « Room to run »

We stayed at this hotel for a few days while visiting family in Missoula. With 2 kids we needed room to run; so we stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. It was perfect. The kids had lots of room to play in the spacious suite. The bathroom was very large as was the dinette area and wet bar. The balcony came in handy when we wanted fresh air, but be careful the door locks behind you. Our room was located on the 4th floor; far from the elevator but close to the stairs. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and grounds are very clean. The convenience store on the corner as well closeness to restaurants makes eating out or eating in easy. We did not mind the street noise but heard that the back of the hotel is quieter. Overall it was exactly what we needed.

« Great Place to Stay »

Located right conveniently to the freeway and not far from one of my favorite restaurants (Cracker Barrell). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My room was extremely comfortable and faced the west (good for watching the sunset). I stayed here in Sept 2015 going east, again in Oct 2015 going west, and will definitely stay in the future when I pass through here.

    « Good lodgings »

Very comfortable accomodations, decent breakfast and excellent staff. Price could have been better, but overall the place is well-run, staffed by knowledgeable, helpful, friendly folks, and was a great fall-back in a pinch.

« The Place to Stay! »

In a town with just about every hotel chain you could imagine, we picked this Best Western for price and nice reviews. It turned out to be a great decision. Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and the service was fabulous. The front desk gals spent time helping us find great restaurants and made us feel like valued guests. The breakfast had just about everything you could imagine and the cook staff worked hard to make it perfect. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

    « Wonderful stay »

The hotel is a very convenient location off the interstate. Easy parking even with a bass boat. The included breakfast was large with lots of healthy choices. The rooms are attractive and fairly large. The staff is helpful and well trained. I am looking forward to returning. The reaturant next door was good and a Starbucks near by.

    « Business Trip »

I was here for a business trip. The room was clean and spacious. The desk and free wifi came in handy when I jumped up early in the morning to get some regular work done before my business meetings started for the day. Cookies were a nice touch in the evening and check in and check out went smoothly. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. This hotel has always been my first choice when visiting Missoula for shopping and getaways. It is close to the airport, downtown and the football stadium but not in the thick off it so I don't have to fight traffic around my hotel. Great location right off the interstate but also quiet as it is nestled up against a hill. They have a large indoor pool and the free breakfast is a full hot breakfast and included among other items: eggs, sausage, pancakes and waffles. I like a good breakfast in the morning to start my day and it is nice to be able to grab a real breakfast at the hotel.

    5
    « Great Staff »

Staff was well prepared for our arrival. Very friendly. They adjusted our rate for our stay since we were there in Missoula for Medical issues, not for "fun". Wish we were there for "fun". As we all know Medical is so expensive, and getting a little help on the room rate really helps. Have already made reservations for follow up medical appointment next month.

« Great hotel when traveling with a dog »

The pet area was large, with a hill that goes up behind the hotel. There is a fence all along the edge, separating it from the road and meets another fence at the top of the hill, so was a good place for the dog to run off-leash and be safe.

« Great Hotel just off 1-90 without Road Noise. »

This is a great hotel on the edge of Missoula. Road noise was not an issue. It is very up to date and clean, with large rooms and big screen TV. There is an excellent breakfast, with pancakes and waffles, eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits and sausage gravy. The coffee was delicious. Wi-Fi works well. It is close to a wooded walking area. We would stay here again.

« USB chargers in the room »

One unique thing I noticed about this particular place is it has usb chargers and additional wall outlets all over my particular room. This made it way more convenient to charge devices I used during the ride there without the hassle of digging for my own adapters.

« Best in the west »

I consider this hotel one of the best Best Western hotels in the west. Always friendly, plenty of parking and places for my dogs to exercise and be happy. The rooms are a good size with lots of room for us to move around in. The Missoula facility knows me and my dogs and know where to put me, like close to an exit for getting the dogs in and out, parking close by and a breakfast that is one of the best. I recently stayed at a BW in Seattle and sorry but the Missoula site is much better. Most of the Seattle personnel need a attitude adjustment. Can't every say that about the Missoula group.

« Best hotel in a 15 day road trip »

This hotel was outstanding....particularly for people traveling with dogs. I'd give them a "5 Bones" rating for dog friendliness and the accommodations, breakfast and staff were all outstanding. Nice variety of food for breakfast, served on real plates. The coffee was great and served in real cups. The beds were comfortable and the environment and attitude was extremely dog friendly. I'd stay there again in a heart beat.

    « Excellent nights stay »

What a wonderful place to stay! Close to restaurants and easy on/off the freeway. The staff was very caring. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The best anywhere I've ever stayed. Included scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cottage cheese, waffles, pancakes, fruit, breads and pastries, coffee, juice and milk. Just like a restaurant but no need to place an order, just have whatever you want!

This hotel was clean, modern, and easily accessible from the Expressway. Since it was up on a hill, you couldn't notice any notice from roads. The hotel was located close to a restaurant that was easy to access by walking after driving in the car all day. Great breakfast as well.

ADA friendly room. Asked for roll in shower and always get it. Slight bump to get into shower but bathroom is roomy and if using a lift to maneuvering someone, this location works well. Halls and breakfast room wide and roomy for wheelchair access. Also great location to be close to freeway while having quiet for sleeping

    « Keeping High Standards »

When ever we are overnighting in Missoula we usually stay at the Grant Creek Inn. While at a Cardiologist appointment on Mon. the 5th we discovered that he could perform a required proceedure at 06:00 the next morning. Being that we live 120 miles away we called the Grant Creek and booked a room for the night. They had availability and took great care of us.

« Great Breakfast Buffet & Complimentary Bike Storage »

We had been on the road for a week driving to the west coast and staying in a different hotel every night. We didn't expect anything special when we chose this hotel (thanks to TripAdvisor) and we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was by far the best we had on the road. There were eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogourt and cereals. It was fresh, nicely presented and in a clean room with lots of seating. Staff at check-in were super friendly and I was a bit startled to see a sign suggesting that we notify staff if travelling with a bicycle and they would store the bike for us. Since we had three bikes I mentioned it and was told that they'd had a bike theft a while back and to prevent it from reoccurring decided to allow guests to store their bikes in a conference room. Our bikes aren't anything special, but still we took them up on it to be extra safe. This left us a bit nervous since our car was fully packed, but there was no reason to worry. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
