Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv

We stayed at this hotel second time in Sep'26. Still very nice experience. Room is clean and renovation is quiet recent. Stuff is english -speaking and very polite. In general, this hotel is old- school, classical place in best meaning. At that, a guest should know, taxi wont be able to drive by the hotel, it will take 3-5 min of walking to get to any "driving" area. I recommend.

We recently visited Lviv and stayed at this hotel for the duration of our trip. Our room had a king bed, faced Shevska Street, and was quite spacious. It also included a comfortable couch, which was a nice bonus. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The front desk team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There are two reasons I'm giving the hotel four stars instead of five. The first is the bathtub/shower combination. Getting in and out of the tub felt surprisingly awkward and, at times, unsafe because of the high tub wall. In the U.S., a setup like this would likely raise accessibility concerns. The tub also became very slippery when wet, and I genuinely felt like I could slip at any moment. I found myself holding onto the wall throughout every shower just to feel stable. Additionally, the small glass shower screen didn't do much to contain the water, so the bathroom floor became quite wet after each shower. The second issue was the nighttime noise. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so we expected some noise from the crowds. However, the biggest disturbance wasn't people outside—it was the loud music from a club across the street. I understand that this isn't the hotel's fault, but perhaps additional soundproofing or better-insulated windows in the rooms facing Shevska Street could help reduce the noise. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay. The excellent staff, spacious room, and central location made for a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Outstanding service, location and value.

This was my second stay and it did not disappoint! The hotel is perfectly located right in the city centre, close to many restaurants, bars and local shops. Everything else is in short walking distance. Staff is attentive and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is well prepared and had good variety or Ukrainian and European food, you will not be disappointed. I stayed in two different rooms and both of them were quiet, you cannot hear the noise from the Rynok square. Next time I am going to Lviv, I would not look for anything else, Best Wester is my choice!

Really excellent hotel right in the centre of Lviv and easy walking distance to sites and great bars and restaurants. Beautifully designed and very comfortable with very helpful, friendly staff. Sadly we only had one night in Lviv, but if we ever come back it will be for longer and we will definitely stay at the Best Western. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to people.

The hotel is probably the best you can have at the old city center. It is situated right on the Market Square, within 1 minute walk to the city hall. The area is pedestrian, no traffic around. The hotel is new and fresh. It looks modern, but all this wooden interior fits the surrounding old city spirit. We loved those wooden stairs, and prefer them over the elevator. The staff is extremely friendly and provides top quality service. The room is clean and supplies every necessity, including bath robs and slippers. They even have a pillow menu. The hotel has it's own restaurant with delicious food and perfect service. I definitely recommend this stay.

Nice and cosy, nicely decorated hotel in one of the best locations in Lviv. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast. Definitely will be staying there again! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing hotel in a center of city. Close to the restaurants and the best places. Room, bathroom was extremely clean. All furniture is new. Cozy beds. In a room we had a menu of pillows for free. Big thanks to staff-especially Marta and Stepan-very helpful, professional. Answer for any question. I will back to this hotel for sure. Excellent experience.
