Resumen de la reserva
I stayed here for two nights over the weekend with my partner and two dogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in with getting me a room that would be quieter for my dogs. The location is easily accessible to US 220 and is within walking distance of downtown Lock Haven. The only real knock I have on the hotel is that things are a bit tight. Our room had two queen-size beds and there wasn't a lot of space otherwise. The bathroom was cramped, with basically just enough room to close the door. We made things work but I could see things getting frustrating if you were staying for an extended period or had kids.
Clean room got a good sleep main concern was no mold in bathroom an their was no mold in bathroom.also the desk people were very polite .The breakfast had eggs so I was happy about that Carpet in motel was also clean.the walls were clean, the ceilings were clean.
BEDBUGS INFESTATION My husband and I are suffering from bedbug bites after staying 3 nights in this hotel. When I told the front desk that I was getting bites, one of the housekeeping staff replied, "yes, a guest told us last week she was getting bit, so we took the room apart and did not see any evidence" I am requesting that I get reimburse for 2 nights stay for this inconvenience, especially since this hotel was aware of bedbugs infestation. I can barely type this review due to constantly itching. This was negligence not to take care of this problem when it was first reported. I paid almost $600 for the 3 nights, and I certainly expected this hotel to be clean and safe from physical and psychological harm.
The Best Western Lock Haven is conveniently located off the highway in an excellent location for reaching either State College or Williamsport as well as walking distance to downtown Lock Haven. The star of my recent stay was the breakfast and the employee who cared for it. Food was delicious, always refilled, and filling. Said employee also kept the relatively cramped quarters clean and ready for tables to turn with new visitors.
My rating of four here is what I give to any chain hotel that lives up to its chain's standards. Five ratings mean even better. Best Western Hotels seem to be the most consistent and reliable. Here was no exception. Our room was comfy, just a bit on the small side. Bed afforded a good sleep. TV was larger screen than most. The only flaw was at breakfast--the eggs and sausage and potato patties were cold. That might be because I was down to eat when they'd just served, more time on the steam plate might have helped-- My wife wants me to mention that the location provided nice local businesses of interest. Right across the street is a very good liquor and wine store. This being Pennsylvania with their silly laws, you can't buy beer there--but you can at the gas station just a few blocks up, where there's a good choice of craft brews. A couple blocks further and you find Original Pizza, run by native New Yorkers and selling NY style pizza by the pie or by the slice--and they do a fine job, their sauce was savory.
Best Western Lock Haven is a great choice in the area. Decent distance to many interesting things. And for me, a great place to use as a "base" for motorcycling in the area.
The room was very clean and newer. The front desk people were nice and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of food, but the area was alittle small.
Great place to stay was full but still very quiet. Great dog area . Didn't try breakfast , area was full of hungry LaCrosse ladies. Very quiet place and clean staff very pleasant and accommodating. I left my dogs water bowl there they have it and I'm going back to stay another night to pick it up bringing a guest and my dogs again!
This hotel was conveniently located for my efforts that I had to do in State College and Williamsport. I had a short notice trip to Lock Haven to care for my mother. I had to extend my stay several times to work on family matters, and Heather was very accommodating in extending my stay. My room was on the first floor. It was neat, clean and best of all it was quiet. All six nights I stayed it was quiet so I could rest
This is the best hotel in the Lock Haven/Mill Hall area. Clean and quiet with great staff, very kind. Breakfast every morning is a large variety of items, including eggs and waffles! Large parking lot, great for RVs.
The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the hotel employee kept everything well stocked and fresh. The bathroom and shower area is separate from the sink, which is good and bad, but good to know ahead of time. Satellite TV went out for a short time because of a storm. Hotel is very close to a lot of potential restaurants.
Nice hotel very quiet area great little town with good bars and restaurants. We were traveling with a dog which was no problem all rooms are pet friendly. About a half hour ride to Penn State for Ironman triathlon
Very clean and enjoyable room. AC and bed were wonderful. The shower was really great with good water flow, clean and refreshing. I loved it. Location within a reasonable walking distance from good restaurants. I really enjoyed by stay there.
The location is the heart of Lock Haven. For travel baseball parents -very proximal to college field. Small but sufficient. Rooms are tight with not much room for an air mattress or cot. Laundry adequate. Breakfast fine: eggs/sausage/waffles available. Across from supermarket (walkable) and down street from a grab and go gas station mart. Reasonable price with a room block for team. Would I stay again? Sure.
I am autistic with sensory processing disorder. The bathroom fan in the room squeaked. It was very difficult for me to deal with. I reported it on the first night. We stayed there 3 nights. The front desk guy was extremely rude. We were given a $13 credit for two of our three nights. Also, there was hair in the bathroom, and the tub didn't drain properly. I gave it 5 for location as it is a block away from my friend's home. I make this trip every year. I'll be staying at Fairfield from now on.
From the point of check-in when I was greeted by a friendly face to when I check-out by another friendly face, it was an overall great place to stay to visit my son at Lock Haven. Will definitely be staying again.
The Bed was very soft. Otherwise it was a great stay. They Had real strawberries in syrup for your waffles. Front desk lady recommended the lock haven bar and grill. It was an excellent spot within walking distance.
Nice hotel in Lock Haven. Easy to find and a good selection of attractions close by. Nice clean rooms and average breakfast. The Rooms are nice size and well appointed. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.
We attend a family picnic in LockHaven every year over the Labor Day weekend. We always stay at the Best Western. It's clean ,quiet & Close to Downtown. We look forward to staying there every year. The Staff is always very courtious & helpful.
We stayed 3 nights for a bike trip we planned. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. It was a good place to stay. The only thing we didn't care for was the breakfast. They had hot and cold food but hot food could have been better.
The air conditioner was quiet and maintained the temperature of the room perfectly for sleeping on a very hot humid day. The quality of the towels were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was average,
The staff were friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. The in-town location was convenient. We had an easy walk to our destination in one direction the first day and again in another direction the second day.
Room was a queen if staying for longer than a couple days the room may be to small ,Room was smallest I have ever been in but for overnight it was fine ,employees very friendly and helpful, and very nice .If you looking for a lower price hotel for next years little league world series this hotel is only around 23 miles from Williamsport .very easy ride there.
Stayed in many hotels over two week vacation period. Lock Haven BW better than many other chains but needs updates to reach level of other newer/updated BW properties stayed at. Really the only option in the general area for hotels, but close to Lock Haven downtown which is very quaint town/village center.
Shower didn't drain. No repair on weekends. Room was subpar. We ran out of most things. Overall a disappointing stay. Breakfast was subpar with few choices. One desk person who was friendly but overwhelmed.
Friendly, accommodating staff. Lobby and breakfast area being remodeled but breakfast was being served in another area. Clean and updated room. Quiet area of town within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Had a great stay and recommend.
I stayed here for 6 nights and had no problems. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was something different every morning. Everything in the room worked properly - the TV, the lights, the shower, etc. Water pressure in the shower was good and I had plenty of hot water. Most importantly, the room was quiet. It was a very restful stay and I will stay here again.
I stayed here last minute, arriving unannounced after 11:00 pm, no reservation. I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcomed. The next day, I realized I needed to get my bus pass printed out and Grant did everything he could to help me! The staff went above and beyond! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
The stay at Lock Haven BW was a surprisingly a wonderful experience! I had not visited a BW for many years but this experience truly changed my mind. The staff was the A team, courteous, helpful and going above & beyond. The hotel and room very clean. We had a single queen, the room was on the small side but it was just 2 of us and our Westie dog who is small so it was fine, we were comfortable. The bed was comfortable WiFi no problems and movie channels at no charge. Breakfast had good selections compared to other places we stayed along our trip, actually the best. Hope this helped. I am usually a tough critic, hence 20 years to return to BW and I have now added them to my list of hotels❤️
Was visiting Lock Haven to visit some relatives in the area and booked Best Western based on the good reviews. Had to select a single queen bed and we found the room extremely small. The bathroom had discolored ceiling tile and it was understandable due to poor venting when moisture built up from showers. Breakfast area was adequate but selection of items was limited probably due to Covid restrictions. If you arrive later in the evening you will probably have to park in the back lot as limited parking.
While passing through Lock Haven I would stay at this hotel again and recommend this hotel to other travelers. The hotel was clean, the staff where gread and the hospitality was good. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very friendly.
My son is a student at Lock Haven University We have stayed at the Lock Haven Best Western at least 30 times in the last four years our experience has always been fantastic. The hotel staff is awesome the hotel is impeccably clean.
This is a really nice hotel. Easily accessible from highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was modified to keep guests safe from Covid, but still had several good options.
I stayed at this nice, cozy and clean hotel on my way to Boston. comfy beds, decent breakfast given the pandemic. watched a spectacular sunset on the way there, will definetely stay here again! pet owners: they are pet friendly.
I walked into the lobby and was greeted by a pleasant clean smell. My first impression alleviated any fears I had about COVID. The rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant. The outlets worked and so did everything in the room. The rooms were a bit small but not significant enough to ruin my experience. The desk chair was worthless and painful to sit on.. I used the regular chair instead.
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed several nights. Each morning they served a light breakfast due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Would stay again when we are in the area.
I checked in the hotel last night. Everything was satisfactory. Left this morning and was gone all day. When I came back nothing had been done in the room. Bed was not made, towels on floor. Nobody had sat food in the room. When I required at the desk I was told that the room only gets cleaned upon request. Supposedly there was a sign in the lobby. Only saw it after I looked for it. The girl was rude and just said too bad, the cleaning girls already left. She didn't even offer to get some clean towels at least. You do not see the sign when you check in and they should maybe mention upon check in that that is there policy. Have never been in a hotel before with this kind of policy.
Heather and her staff are great. Thanks for always being there for us. Our company uses this hotel because it was the first place I chose to stay about 12 years ago and I couldn`t be more happy. It`s comfortable, convienent, and the staff makes you feel welcome. I would recommend it to everyone.
Good service - very nice hot breakfast. Rooms were small for the price, but had a business center and exercise room. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you're in Lock Haven.
This was the best stay I've had in a Best Western hands down. The staff was very friendly, extremely accommodating to me and my colleagues, and the updated rooms were the nicest I've seen for a Best Western. Also conveniently located right down the street from a local brewhouse with good food and a great beer selection.
We love staying at the Lock Haven Best Western. It is convenient and always clean! The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is good. We always stay there when we visit our family in the area, so like 4-5 times a year!!
All of the staff were so helpful and personable, especially the breakfast hostess! The room was small but very clean. There were several places to eat and shop in the area. We were "back Home" in PA for a family birthday so the location was only a few blocks from the party venue. We will definitely stay there again!
We had our dog with us (girlfriend, and two kids) while visiting with my brother who lives nearby. The facility was clean and was close to my brother's. It also allows pets (dogs under 80 lbs). The kids really liked making hot chocolate, and I was impressed with the selection of tea.
The staff is always very friendly and accommodating! They were very understanding about an early check in and a late check out due to my need for an overnight stay! The rooms are very clean! The breakfast is always excellent! The fitness center was nice!
When I checked in to the hotel, Thomm was very friendly and helpful. However, I was not aware that the room next to mine had been reserved by a large group of people who wanted to throw a party. It felt like a block party was next door - music speakers, lots of people, loud talking, profanity. Unfortunately, the party started around 10pm and lasted through the wee hours of the morning. It was the worst night sleep that I have ever had at a hotel. Calling the front desk yielded no relief, and the next morning when I addressed the issue, I was simply told sorry to hear that. The hotel room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was above average for a hotel.
Beds are extremely comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast above average. Thom at the front desk check-in was great. Room next to ours hosted a late night party with a loud speaker and rowdy guests. Front desk staff did not address the problem despite being asked and the following morning simply said sorry to hear that when told of our experience. Worst night sleep ever at a hotel. Expected more than a one word response from the front desk especially given the detailed concern that I raised.
Best place I`ve found to stay in or near Lock Haven Pa. Comfortable and safe. Friendly staff always make me feel welcome and breakfast is fantastic also. Plenty of great places to eat during my stay. Reasonable rates too.
Ok, do not judge a book by its cover. Best Western is not very pretty from outside but it is lovely inside. Two hotels in Lock Haven not a lot of choice, expensive stay regardless. Good parking 24hr manned reception. Nice fresh clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh white crisp bed linen. Towels are thick and fluffy, ask for room 3rd or 4th floor looking up to the hills lovely to waken up to. Breakfast is basic but fine. Lovely staff.
We have been staying at BW Lock Haven for years for PSU football weekends and can't say enough about the hospitality, service and pleasantry of all the staff. Heather, Grant, Micah, CiCi, Sharon, others and housekeeping staff all go out of their way to make you enjoy your visit. Our room is always clean and comfortable and breakfast offerings are very nice. Thank you BW Lock Haven staff - we always look forward to our stays with you.
Hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful and left me with a positive opinion starting at check in. He Informed me about the complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. Would definitely stay here again.
I have very few needs when I travel. This was a trip my son and I took to the Little League World Series. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay in the bed the whole day. Cleanliness is first on my list of needs and this hotel was very clean. Easy checking, friendly staff and nice hot breakfast. So why only 4 stars? Some of the breakfast choices were a bit stale, like the biscuits and bread for toast and the sausage gravy did not look appetizing, but you have free fresh coffee 24/7 and it is delish it helps. I also felt the air conditioner in the room didn't get the room old enough (this is my second need FYI)
Nice clean motel rooms where we have stayed many many times before. Centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Lock Haven stores and the TEXAS LUNCH and their famous GROWLERS. Breakfast at the motel was different daily and the fresh made waffles were there best. The 5:30 AM train whistle was a real thrill to hear and took me back to the days when I was growing up in Lock Haven. .
I travel to the Lock Haven area every other year for a family reunion. I always stay at the Best Western. I have never been disappointed with my stay, as was true again this year. This year I stayed a week. The room was clean and updated, the continental breakfast was amazing with different choices every day (the breakfast staff were friendly and there to make sure the area was clean), the front desk staff were very nice and helpful answering any questions that I had. I chose not to have guest services clean my room, but they did come by and wrote notes saying they were sorry they missed me. I flew into Williamsport and the hotel is located just off Hwy 220 N that takes you to Williamsport. I will definitely stay there again when I visit in 2021.
Got in late, around 11:00pm from East Stroudsburg University. The person working the front desk was very nice and showed us on a map where everything was downtown. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast the next AM was on time and very good for a complimentary breakfast. The location is only a mile or so from campus so it was also very convenient.
This is a wonderful small hotel. They serve breakfast, have washers and dryers available to guests, and each room has a microwave and refrigerator. Rooms are good-sized and clean. Staff, especially Grant, was helpful. I have stayed here often and I have never had a poor experience.
The people who checked us in and out were very friendly. The exterior and interior was clean. The room was nice and didn't smell like they were covering up odors with air freshener. The breakfast area is too small, but they had a good assortment of breakfast items available. I would stay here again.
The hotel both inside & out was extremely clean!!! Our hotel room was the cleanest room that we have ever stayed in!!! All staff was very friendly & attentive!!! We will without a doubt stay here again!!!
Great place to stay in an area within a college town with lots to do and beautiful scenery. I felt welcome by the staff and the environment of the hotel and excited to be there. I wished I could have stayed longer.
We've been staying at BW Lock Haven for years when attending Penn State home games. The staff is among the most caring, friendly and professional we have ever met in our travels. They are very welcoming like friends making us feel at home. The rooms are kept clean and beds always comfortable. Breakfast in the breakfast room is convenient and tasty. Thank you to all of the BW Lock Haven Staff. We look forward to seeing you again soo.
This was my first stay at a Best Western. Our hotel room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The bathroom is small, but really no need for a large bathroom. The front desk staff are kind and accommodating. I'd prefer the entire hotel be non-smoking so you don't see people smoking outside the hotel, but our non-smoking room was lovely. Michael at the front desk was kind to find a 2-queen room for us when we were expecting a king bed only. Great value. Rooms and breakfast area on the small side, but really no need for extra space for a short-term stay. So convenient to town and Lock Haven University. We left rested and refreshed. Thank you.
I had a very good stay at the Best Western Lock Haven. The rooms were very clean and nicely renovated. I slept very well during my stay as the bed was very comfortable and I was unable to hear noise from other guests despite the hotel being busy. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Lock Haven is a town with charm. The staff at this Best Western are very nice and the rooms are good. They allowed us to park under their front canopy. It had rained hard all night long and it was nice to climb aboard a dry M/C
At more than $300 a pop to stay in a hotel in State College, this was a comfortable stay and only about a 35 minute drive from PSU. Hotel is small, cosy. Breakfast included and is just the typical hotel breakfast you would expect. The downtown area looked pretty cool at night and there were several small places to eat with reasonable food. We ate at Texas, good short order cook type food. If you want to save yourself $300-400 over a weekend, don't mind driving a little further to PSU and don't need a chocolate on you pillow, this will do fine.
This hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. Though a little dated, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Also the breakfast was delicious. It had a great waffle maker. Overall great experience!
10 minutes off Route 80, easy to get to. Check in fast. Room was adequate, but the bathroom was extremely small. You can't open the door without hitting someone on the toilet. Shower was good. The toilet paper roll on the wall touches the back of the door...yuck! I heard ventilation sounds in the ceiling but felt no air going up. The breakfast room (free food) is very small and cramped. The food was typical ... not bad, but not great...lots of selections. It could use a microwave to heat up the almost-warm food. They served "turkey bacon", which is a contradiction in terms.
I was hesitant about staying at a Best Western after a bad experience I had years ago in another town. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable my bed was. In addition, after a long game...a very hot, clean shower was waiting for me. The price was not obscene as the other places closer to Beaver stadium. The breakfast was okay. A hot cup of coffee and some basic breakfast foods such as yoplait yogurt, name brand cereals, and bagels and english muffins to toast. Overall, a very pleasant suprise.
We arrived past 1AM from the PSU football game. The receptionist was polite and very respectful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The AC was quiet and working well. The room was very clean. Exactly what we were looking for after a long day. A quick, short 35 min drive from PSU. Definitely will stay there again.
The hotel, room and lobby were very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was quite good, with lots of options. I did however find the room rather small for the price I paid, but you don't have many options within Lock Haven. Given the chance, I would stay here again.
Had a great stay. Staff was very nice and great breakfast. Would stay at Best Western Lock Haven again When we plan on other trips to Lock Haven University. Lock Haven University has a special rate all you have to do is ask.
Chose this location as there were few, if any other pet friendly accommodations in the area. Friendly staff. Clean room, though tired. Comfortable pillow top bed. Relatively quiet overall. Gazebo with grill and large field for walking the dog.
We always stay at this hidden gem during our annual visit to Clinton Counte, PA. If you want a clean, quiet, and peaceful refuge from the frenetic pace of today's world, this is the place. Staff are feiendly and helpful and the included breakfast, though simple, is more than adequate.
Stayed here 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming and our room was comfortable and quite with all our needs met. The only issue was the limited space for the food selections at breakfast so that everybody was forced to wait for 1-2 people to complete their choices. Not sure how more space could be found but it would make breakfast more appealing.
I enjoy coming to Lock Haven and Best Western makes the experience all the better. The room and public areas always clean. I feel the price is about 20% to high. I appreciate the staff and their pleasant and helpful way toward me.
My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay on our way through the area. Even on last notice, we got the lowest rate in the area for such a nice room! There was plenty of parking and everything was modern, updated, and VERY clean! The gentleman at check-in was very helpful, not only was he pleasant, but he also helped us get the lowest possible rate! There were no waits for the elevators, and the room was pleasant. The cleaning staff at this facility does their job right!! The only down side was the lack of lotion in the room, which I forgot to pack on this particular trip.
The hotel was clean good beds good parking. The breakfast was nice good selection of food and we'll presented. The staff was friendly and very helpful very professional. The parking was great plenty of room to park.
This hotel is near the main highway, but still close to downtown Lock Haven. You can walk a few blocks to many local restaurants, shops, etc. There is no pool, but they do provide a hot breakfast...eggs, potatoes, meat. In addition, there is juice and continental fare. As for the staff, I have no complaints. They are professional, genuinely happy to see you, and very helpful. This hotel has WIFI and a business area. (computer/printer) Overall, it is a nice place. If you are not interested in swimming, then Best Western is the better value in town.
We usually stay at this Best Western when staying in Lock Haven. Been doing so for about 5 years. Rooms are always neat and clean. Check in/check out is a breeze. Breakfast is pretty good for being a free breakfast!
The customer service and hospitality was great. The breakfast was served early and was a great way to start the day. The location was great because it was located downtown close to all the local attractions. I would recommend this motel to ant business travelers or vacation locations.
garbae truck came at 4:41 on Sunday morning, right outside guest room windows. No soundproofing from stairwell, if you have an end room, it's going to be loud! Too bad, very nice staff and clean, but too loud to stay again.
We're moving from Massachusetts to Indy, got caught on route 80 in a snowstorm with our dogs in tow. This place was just 7 mi off the interstate and took us and our dogs at 4am. The front desk clerk (Thomm) was super friendly and helpful both when I called ahead and when we got there to check in. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether stuck in travels or just looking for a place to visit. The area is beautiful.
When we booked the room for this weekend only single queen and single king rooms were available. We booked a single king for the additional room. Once we arrived I checked in and was told that our smoking room was ready. I questioned this and was told that this is what was booked. Looking at the room descriptions now I see that there is text in some of the detailed description for rooms indicating that they are smoking. Every other hotel that I have dealt with has this in the main listing for the room (ie: 2 Queen Beds Nonsmoking). The room reeked but given that they had no non-smoking king rooms and given the late hour we decided to deal with it for the one night. I can't determine if smoking was listed on the room when I booked it since looking at our reservations online, it doesn't mention smoking anywhere. And ironically when checking in I was asked to initial the clause that I would be responsible for a fee to clean the room if I smoked in a non-smoking room. The residual smell from staying in a smoking room really permeates everything. EVen the clothes that weren't worn and stayed in our luggage smell and need to be rewashed now that we are home. If the descriptions are going to stay as they are now, there should be a confirmation with the reservation making sure that this was the intent. We would have booked elsewhere if it was known that this was the only option here.
I found the Hotel to be clean and comfortable. I believe this Hotel may be in an older building. I did not like the set up of the bathroom. The sink was located away from the toilet and tub. I had a queen bed and while I liked having a table and chairs the room was a little crowded.
This is a very nice hotel. It has cable, a refrigerator, microwave, tv, coffee maker, and all the amenities that you could ask for in the room. Or near by. It also has a laundry room as well as a vending machine on the second floor. This way you can snack while washing your clothes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting the Lock Haven location.
Clean room, and I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was extremely comfortable. Usually wake up with back ache in most all motels and hotels,,,, this time I didn't. Very pleased. Will plan on staying here again when we come back to this town.
This is a comfortable spot. A bit off the highway, but worth it. Clean, friendly and pet friendly. The room lighting wasn't the best, but we were there only overnight. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good enough to start the day.
All I can say is for an older hotel u would think it is BRAND NEW and the staff is top notch the house keeper even took care of our daughters bear after she cleaned the room (See picture) Thanks guys u made our stay great!!
Excellent hotel. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and to meet your requests. Friendly atmosphere. Beds are so comfortable. I sleep so well everytime I stay here. I highly recommend it.
My husband and i took a night to escape the craziness of life. We relaxed in our room until dinner time and then walked to Fox's restaurant. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The bed was so perfect and comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the whirlpool tub and felt refreshed when we checked out in the morning after eating at the included breakfast.
Great say if going to a Penn State Game. About 35 minutes from Stadium. Rooms were clean and the woman at the front desk was very nice and very accommodating when we requested an early check in. Only complaint would be vending machines were empty no food or drinks.
This is a nice hotel. It is a typical Best Western. It is clean, neat, nice breakfast bar and friendly and helpful staff all for a reasonable price. It is a small hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are smaller than we expected them to be. They were not uncomfortably small, but they were small. Other than that, it was a nice stay. And it is convenient to I-80 and Penn State. We stayed there for a night Penn State football game and it worked out very well.
As always, the staff at BW Lock Haven was outstanding in its professionalism and pleasant attitude. They always go out of their way to make us feel "at home" even when special requests are made. Thanks especially to April, Heather and the night staff gentlemen Micah and coworker and breakfast and housekeeping staff for making our stay with our Grandsons a most enjoyable and memorable one for our PSU weekend.
My husband and I were visiting Lock Haven when we decided to stay the night. The Best Western on Walnut Street was great, the staff was kind and helpful, the parking was plentiful and easy, is a small strip mall across the street from the hotel and about two blocks away you can find restaurants and bars for dinner and/or drinks. The atmosphere in the general area is very relaxing. Our room was great, the only thing I would say needs some work are the pillows (a little flat). This hotel doesn't have bells and whistles but is definitely comfortable, convenient, clean and inexpensive. They offer complimentary breakfast in he morning and the lobby by the way is super cute and cozy.
I always stay here when visiting my daughter at Lock Haven University. They allow pets and even give treats to the pet guests. Rooms are decent and they have a nice grassy area out back where you can cookout or walk the dog. Staff is always very friendly.
Nice rooms and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms looked and smelled very clean. Water pressure was excellent. Would highly recommend!! Only issue was the breakfast seating area is very small so we had nowhere to sit.
Clean, modern facilities and friendly staff from time of booking until checkout. We have stayed at this Best Western in a previous trip to Lock Haven and was totally satisfied with the experience at that time as well. We booked here without hesitation for our current trip because of how nice the hotel was previously.
I've stayed here five or six times. Normally OK for a midline hotel. Going downhill filthy furniture in the room. Lousy breakfast. Vending machines empty, spoke to the manager and I should could say was I'm sorry, we have improvements coming. This place needs a major update.
I was driving to OH and left Philly late in the afternoon so I decided I would drive until dark. Only thing is, there are MILES along I80 where there are no exits and the ones that are there have no services. It was about 8:00 at night and I finally found an open rest area, and met a trucker with an app on his phone to find a motel that would accommodate me and my Great Dane. Thankfully he found this Best Western for me! It was about 7 miles off the interstate, but it looked brand new, super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, plenty of grassy areas to walk, and they even had treats for my dog! It was only an overnight stay, but I also needed service on my car, and there was a Chevy dealership right across the street, so they gave me a late checkout and I was able to get my car serviced in an hour and not have to sit outside with my dog! I would definitely stay here again if I ever have to make this trip from NJ to OH again!
Thus place has nice room and super friendly employees all over the place. Only problem was the shower water never got hot. But I recommend this place for an overnight stay. Went to Penn St football game.
Great room -great service - and nice accommodations.Large bath area and shower. Quiet part of town and close to downtown and river. Easy access to main highway. Parking at BW was very easy and parking was plentiful.
Hotel staff and amenities were great as usual, room neat and clean and a superior breakfast. Very convenient location near downtown and the festival (Regatta) area. we will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Lockhaven, Woolrich area.
Always treated respectfully and professionally by the Best Western staff. Never any problems with reservations. Extremely clean rooms. Ample parking every time we stayed at the hotel. Towels , tissues, and tv always provided without question in working order.
We usually go to the Little League World Series. This is the third time we have stayed at this Best Western. It is convenient and very clean. You will have no trouble getting a good nights sleep and a great breakfast.
Pets welcomed. Room clean. Hot breakfast bar. Drinks available 24 hrs in lobby. Very comfortable for a place to stay overnight with breakfast. Plenty of parking with no charge. Free internet access was ez. Most common tv channels available.
We enjoy the Inn in Lock Haven. The convenience, location, and value are outstanding. We have been coming to the area for more than 20 years and we stay there because of the way we are treated. There is never a problem and there is never any confusion. We have even been put in an upgraded room when there is extra rooms available. We appreciate the hospitality.
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is very convenient and accessible from the highway. Breakfast is very good and staff is very friendly. It is also pet friendly. This hotel is also accommodating should you forget any personal items from home.
The Best Western in Lock Haven is easy all around....check in, parking, comfortable bed and reasonably good breakfast. We would stay there again. The Front Desk was knowledgeable, helpful and got us to a good restaurant that wasn't closed for a later dinner.
Really enjoyed this hotel. Great amenities, super friendly staff, clean, terrific location. I thought breakfast selection was pretty good, some in party did not. Room was outstanding!! Only issue was AC didn't push out as much cold air as I like. But i am picky!! Probably pretty good for all else. Definitely recommend staying here!! Maybe a bit high for price ($100 for LHaven on a weekday in summer)....but place was very nice.
I go to Lock Haven every two years for our Linn Family Reunion and always stay at the Best Western. I have always been extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. They will accommodate you in any way that they can. My trip July 28 - Aug. 1, 2017 did not disappoint. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.
Very good value. Very clean. Outstanding staff. Location is very good in a quaint little town with funky bars with excellent food. Always enjoy staying in these types of towns. It gives you a feel of "real life" America.
It was late at night and I needed a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and all staff had great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area
Front-desk staff were great, and we appreciated being able to walk a couple of blocks to dining options downtown. Our room was clean and well appointed, with a good-sized mini-fridge. The complimentary breakfast was fairly good, though seating is extremely limited and it's hard even to find a place to put your coffee cup down while you get your breakfast. Somehow they need to find more counter space -- or give juggling lessons to their guests.
I would highly recommend this hotel. We had chocolate labs with us they were very accommodating a great place for the dogs to walk a nice quiet hotel. The room seem very modern, The room had a microwave, coffee maker & small refrigerator along with great Internet service. Mattresses, pillows and bedding look very new and were extremely comfortable. They had a nice outdoor gazebo we used. The breakfast had numerous items waffles, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, danish, cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this place!
This hotel is not only ultra clean, it is fabulously friendly. There are great restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance, some have limited on/off street parking. The front street of the hotel has truck traffic due to a paper manufacturer, you say NO WAY to much noise.. NOPE, not a rumble or engine brake to be heard. Just the quiet whirl of the room HVAC unit and maybe the fridge. The rooms are spacious, modern and just right for unwinding after a hard day of work. The Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the hotel and no worries on downloading apps or watching streaming vids. Whether on business or pleasure your find this Best Western the best place, friendliest place around.
Great trip for our baseball team. Staff was very accommodating to our early schedule and had breakfast started earlier so the team could eat before leaving for the fields. They also had the conference room opened so that overflow from the breakfast area could eat together.
Clean bedding and towels, clean room, hot shower, good water pressure, comfortable bed, room that didn't smell of smoke. Hotel is dog friendly with a grassy area to potty dogs! That's all I ask. Size of the room was tight, but efficient for a short stay.
Staff was very nice and cordial, I even had some conversations with the cleaning staff but my room was never serviced. That just tells me that the person in charge of housekeeping isn't doing their job. He/she should be double-checking their staff.
The Best Western Hotels were clean, comfortable, and had delicious breakfasts. We appreciated having convenience as we were traveling via Interstate Highways. The information given on phone was helpful and accurate, and we had reservations waiting for us.
Smoking rooms are adjacent to non-smoking rooms. Smoke infiltrates the rooms. They smell and the staff doesn't care about your stay once you check in. They just want to fill the place. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
We were in town because my father was in the hospital in town and ended up passing away while we were there. The Staff was second to none! Professional and caring, my family could not ask for nicer people during a hard time like that. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, wifi worked better then anywhere else in town. We have no complains. We will be staying there any time we are in the area again.
The outside of this hotel doesn't look like much, but the inside was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was just the right balance of firm and soft, and the bathroom clean. The free wi-fi was easy to connect to. Breakfast was ok - nothing special, but adequate, and staff was at all times friendly and helpful.
We live in Hawaii but visit family in Pennsylvania and spend time in New York every year, usually in October when the foliage is at its height. We always stay at this Best Western. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is always quiet so we sleep well. A substantial breakfast is included. Parking is free. But the best part of our experience is the friendly and helpful staff. We have reservations for this coming October and look forward to visiting again.
Good Lord willing, we'll do it again thank you. Once annually we travel from NC , to visit with remaining family members or attend the annual family hog butchering in Macalhatten, it's always good to touch the green green grass of home again.
A newly redone and well maintained property. Well priced with a pretty standard breakfast in the morning. The rooms are not big. They are not cramped, but there isn't much space for a crib, or any kids to rack out on the floor. It worked great for what I needed it for, which was a local place to crash for the night.
Nice rooms love the fact they serve breakfast in the morning and the beds were super comfy. We had a smoking room which was nice and it's close to town but not so close that you are bothered with noise
One of the best hotel/motel experiences we have had at least recently if not the best ever. Very clean and orderly facility with all the amenities. Great, friendly and professional staff, They were all very pleasant, and could not do enough to help with even the smallest request. Nice location close to many attractions, restaurants, etc. Stay could not have been better.
Was just looking for a hotel for just one night for my family and found positive reviews on trip advisor and tried it out. Was glad I did, it was just what we needed. Seemed to be in a good location, quick and easy drive to many local restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms.
Friendly courteous staff. Very clean and I would recommend highly. I would stay here anytime I get back to Lock Haven PA. Had a great night sleep. No noise in the hallway. Booking my stay was easy. Great location for various stores and restaurants
This was the best motel we have ever stayed at. We were their for a death and they treated us like family. Most of our family stayed there. The staff treated with the most respect and kindness for our loss. At the end of our stay it really felt like we were leaving friends. I believe this is the best motel to stay at in this area.
This hotel is conveniently located just off the highway (but not too near to be noisy) and may be the cleanest hotel property I've seen in a long time. The hotel rooms, floors and common areas were immaculately clean without an antiseptic look or smell. It just appears very well cared for and the hotel staff reflects the fine property. I could not say enough about the welcoming and outstanding service of Heather, who greeted us upon arrival.
The "clean remote" and its container were not clean. The bathroom had brown and white streaks on the shower walls, brown discoloration on the floor in the grout, and a water-damaged ceiling tile. The bathrooms need updated. The public spaces, especially the conference room were very clean and very modern.
I had a great experience here, front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was exactly what I needed, very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast options. Couldn't have asked for much more at the price I paid. Overall very happy with my stay.
Stayed overnight to visit my son at college. Very clean, and the staff was friendly. Only issue was price (was Penn State/Ohio State weekend, so they were charging more). Great proximity to Lock Haven University, as well as the downtown stores/restaurants. I'd stay here again.
Great place, close walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Friendly check-in service. The rooms were clean and up to date. Great services. Was helpful to where to go for dinner and cocktails. Safe and friendly.
The positives: Clean spacious room, incredible shower head (felt like I was under a waterfall, I didn't want to get out) comfy bed, good tv, hotel not crowded, requests were granted & decent price, ok breakfast, super close to LHU. The negatives: Tiny lobby/breakfast area. Non smoking floor hallway smelled smoky (but not in the room). The fact that this hotel is not a smoke free property was my only worry about staying there. There is no way to contain smoke smell if you allow it in the hotel. The AC/heat unit didn't have a constant fan option. The funky light switches didn't always stay on or off after pushing button.
Nice place. Clean and newer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good...we love the waffles. Our only complaint would be loud shower and uncomfortable bed and pillows. It was also strange to have the sink outside of the bathroom.
This was the stop for a one-night stay prior to a trail race on September 24. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the business district. The room (317) was adequate for what I needed (a comfortable place to sleep), but would be a little small for more than two people. On the plus side, everything was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. One minor downside point, the hallway on the third floor was extremely hot and stuffy. Once inside the room, the air conditioner was more than sufficient to keep the room cool.
The staff, rooms and location made this a great stop.So when reading the roadside signs and bear in mind most Best Westerns are worth the price and definitely Lock Haven,Pa.,was one of those.my wife and I found it to be different that at breakfast the eggs looked more real than most other places and tasted better.
We recently were there for the annual regatta with generations of family. The hotel staff was friendly, pleasant and very accommodating. The rooms are a little small compared to other hotels in the area but comfortably fit 4 adults and our dog. My father also uses a scooter to get around and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We will definitely be back.
This hotel is very dog friendly! We were traveling with 3 large breed dogs and felt very welcome. The room was very small, but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, just a shower and toilet. The sink was in the hall as you enter the room. The staff were delightful.
My wife & I stayed here during our trip to the LLWS in Williamsport. Awesome place to stay...friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms...very good breakfast options. Front desk will assist you with recommendations on where the locals dine. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area in the future.
Very clean, comfortable and close to the town. The university is only a few block too. Has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable . Very affordable. Nothing bad at all about this hotel. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.
Decent place to stay, only negative was tobacco smell lingers. even in non smoking areas. Will probably stay there again. The positives out-way the negatives. One of my best nights sleep occurred while i stayed there.
I recently spent two nights here. The room was slightly small but very clean and well appointed. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:00 AM. I arrived 20 minutes early both mornings to find everything ready. I have not stayed anywhere in a while that competes.
The Best Western in Lock Haven is truly a haven for the saddle-weary traveler. The staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean; and the bed (and the incredibly soft, fluffy, pillows and duvet) was comfortable. Shower was lovely, and be sure to pack your own personal care items, as those amenities are lacking. Breakfast was simple but plenty, with the usual self-serve coffee, juice, eggs, meat, and waffles fare. (Why are self-serve waffles a thing? Messy, doughy, sticky, and a burn hazard to children and seniors. I don't get the attraction.) Overall, a pleasant stay. Be sure to check out the Old Corner Cafe for dinner or a nightcap. Incredibly good food, and they sell beers to go.
Pros: Automatic doors that open like Star Trek. Seriously a plus with arms full of luggage, coolers, etc. Helpful, friendly staff at check-in and check out. Rooms appointed like a Hyatt Place hotel with a modern, newly renovated contemporary look and feel plus with a family of four they were very spacious. Amazingly comfortable mattresses! (Either that or I was just exhausted, or both...) Very quiet and I had a good night's sleep. Cons: Front lobby and breakfast area are "meh." Small and ordinary but clean. Would be tight with a big group. The breakfasts are not as good as other hotels. (You know, they offer those strangely pressed, rubbery fried eggs that could be used as coasters.) Parking is free but you have to park in back most of the time due to limited spaces in front.
Stayed for classic car auction. Friendly staff both at check-in and check-out. Located right in Lock Haven. Clean recently renovated rooms. Breakfast in the morning with hot items, incl. waffles. Would stay again.
We stayed at the Best Western Lock Haven as part of a college tour of central Pennsylvania. While our daughter didn't really feel that Lock Haven University was right for her, we did enjoy our stay at the Best Western. Desk staff on check in and check out, and the breakfast staff, chatted with her about her college search. Beds were large, comfy, and double sheeted. Lights were on motion detector, so they shut off on us once. Room was very hot when we arrived, they did not have the a/c on at all. I quickly turned it on, but it took a little while to cool the room. Breakfast was good - hot and cold selection, seating area was adequate and kept clean. It felt a bit pricey for the town it's in, but it is one of the few hotels in the town.
We went to this hotel due to the excellent reviews by other travelers which I put a great deal of trust in. We checked in with no issues and went to our room. As we opened the door, it was like a sauna. The air (which is normally on at other hotels we go to) was off. We let this go and turned on the air because we assumed it would cool off quickly. Don't ever assume. The air barely came out. We called the front desk and they said to unplug it and plug it back in. We did that with no results. I then went to the front desk and the poor girl was frazzled as she had just recently started. She tried to get hold of a manager to no avail. She then called the maintenance worker back and he said to unplug it for 10 minutes and plug it back in. We did this and it still did not work. I asked if we could check another room to see if they were all like that. She said all the rooms were like that. (I doubted that, but she did not seem to want us to change rooms). So, we spent a very hot night, unable to sleep. Most of my reviews for hotels are good because I do check the reviews, but I was highly disappointed in this hotel and service. I did receive a discount upon checkout, but due to the fact that I did not sleep at all and we had to travel all the next day, I still was not happy. The breakfast was unremarkable, typical for this brand hotel. There is also no pool at this hotel and the soda machine was out of order to buy water on this very hot night. I guess this hotel would be great in the winter as long as the heat worked. The hallways were like a sauna. Yes, it was an unusually hot night, but most hotels have the air running when you enter your room. I would not stay in this hotel again.
The Best Western in Lock Haven is conveniently located. The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere. Our room was clean and well designed. The refrigerator and microwave came in very handy. The breakfast bar had a good variety of offerings. from fruit to waffles to hot dishes.
I was place in the smallest room I've ever encountered and it was located next to the stairwell, Consequently, until after midnight all I hear was the slamming of the metal exit doors and because of the steel stairwell structure, we heard the loud door slamming at all levels 1, 2, and 3. It was maddening! Why would they do this to me or any customer. That room should be turned back into a storage closet.
This hotel is AMAZING! All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond for the guests. The room was very nice and clean! Not a speck of any type of dirt. The breakfast was very good! I can't wait to come back to the Best Western Lock Haven.
We had a nice room in a facility that was completely redone a few years ago. Everything inside and out looks new. The "hot breakfast" was OK but I thought the eggs looked less than appetizing. Our room (#113) was on the small size but it was OK since we were only staying one night.
I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Lock Haven Pa for work. THe staff makes me feel comfortable and is friendly and the accomodations are the best. A big thank you to Heather the Manager for providing a great place to stay when I`m away from home.
This property is in a tiny town and a short drive off I-80 but a great value and a nice stay. If you're there on a Sunday don't try to eat in town every thing closes early. Go one exit south on I-80 and there is a Ruby Tuesdays right off that exit.
Although the room looks small when you enter, it really has everything you need and is quite comfortable, including the bed. The free breakfast was much better than we expected for the price of the room: fried eggs and bacon made round to help create an egg sandwich, plus plenty more food to eat, including fruit. The front desk help was friendly and helpful, and pointed us to a brochure with a coupon for the nearby Woolrich store. We had a pleasant stay and were quite impressed with the low price.
My son and I stopped in for the night on the way to NYC. It is 7 miles from Route 80. When I called to make the reservation the person on the phone was so helpful and warm, telling me about all the local places to eat. When we checked in the desk person was again very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hallways are a little dark and old. The breakfast nook was a little small, but ok. The eggs and bacon were a little strange (formed into round shapes), but the breakfast was otherwise very good and the coffee was great. The complimentary wi-fi worked perfectly. This is a great place to stop off on the way across PA on route 80.
The hotel is great the front desk workers are very friendly. The breakfast on the other hand is bland and very poor. Just mainly microwave items. It is kinda poor compared to the other best westerns I have been in.
Staff was awesome and provided a homelike flare to our stay. It's a smaller hotel that I stayed in than my usual business traveling experience. The check- in and check-out was great because the staff was multi-tasking. Breakfast was yummy....a great way to start your day. They also have government rates if you are traveling for government,
What more can I say. Best Western in Lock Haven is everything one could want on a one night stay on a long drive. The rooms are clean and the beds good. The sink is in a different room from the toilet which makes the morning easier when there are two sharing the room. Make sure that you know how to use the shower, I had to learn after we were undressed and had the water running. We did not know to pull out the ring at the bottom of the spout.
We have stayed at this property several times as we live in Hawaii but come East to New York and Lock Haven/Renovo annually for business, shopping, and to visit family. Every time we have stayed here, the staff has been friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. There is a more than ample breakfast included to send you off on your day. We stayed here last July and have reservations to stay here again toward the end of this month.
From the front desk and up to the rooms this place is done up fine. Lobby very upscale and clean as can be. Guest rooms are not huge but comfy. Everything like new with a modern feel. It's not the Ritz but we would stay here 10 out of 10 times thru the area.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was, friendliness of the front desk clerk and the goodness and variety of the breakfast. The front desk was able to supply whatever item that we had forgotten. If student should attend LHU, we will stay there again.
I stayed for one night in April 2016 when and friend and I had to make a quick trip to Penn State and there were no rooms available anywhere in State College, PA. Although we had a super late check in (1am), the desk clerk was as upbeat and high energy as if we were checking in at 1pm. LOL He was very warm and welcoming and took great care to ensure that he informed us of all of the amenities of the property. The room was standard and adequately clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. I would stay again if I found myself in or around Lock Haven.
The Best Western Lock Haven, was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. Clean rooms, lobby and breakfast areas were clean and staff continued to make sure breakfast menu items were stocked.and the breakfast was awesome. Easy access to major interstate.and local activities. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Awesome hotel, with very friendly staff and central location. Very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to returning this summer. We will be visiting Millbrook Theater. The breakfast offerings were varied and the attendant was so sweet and caring
I arrived in town after an early flight, and the desk attendant checked me in early so I could catch a nap. I had to leave on an even earlier flight the following morning, and the staff set up a breakfast to go for me. Room was clean, comfortable and the perfect size.
Booked here because it seemed to have the best rate, and had availability. Seemed to be centrally located. It's a clean hotel. My room was clean. TV was a little finicky but I played with the plug a little and didnt have any problems after. Only complaints I would have is that the bed was pretty hard, so I didnt get a great night's sleep after doing the Frozen Snot trail run on Saturday, Also, the room HVAC unit was a little loud and difficult to keep a consistent temp. The breakfast in the morning is a good option and while not gourmet, its a good option (love the waffles!). Coffee is decent also and available 24X7. I would stay here again. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Also, Internet (Wifi) was very reliable and fast.
Great staff, very friendly and professional. Breakfast is filling and hot. Rooms were clean, spacious, fresh smelling. and well lit. Shower/tub extremely clean, plenty of hot water and decent shower gel. An awesome stay in a small town hotel.
Very good hotel and located close to where I needed to be. Staff went out of their way to make my stay very pleasant. We had considered changing hotels when or trip was extended beyond our original reservation dates, but after considering a few other places we decided to stay because the staff was so helpful.
We stayed at this property about 10 years ago and it was terrible! Some of the more recent reviews have been critical. Anyhow, the front desk staff was very pleasant and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The room was on the small size and the bathroom does feel cramped but a cruise ship stateroom is moreso. The biggest issue was the matress which was unbelievably soft. Probably not on the best value list but better than expected.
Great room and comfortable bed. The price was right and served the purpose. Only thing bad was that whenever anyone in the other room turned the water on or flushed the toilet, we were able to hear it.
Location was perfect for an event at Lock Haven University. The service was fine and breakfast was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Our stay was short, but everything was great.
Good accommodation, beds and pillows, very helpful staff however disappointed with the usual poor American quality breakfast offered at so many motels of this price range. No guest laundry. These hotels are usually more expensive that other similar chains for no additional service.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was more than helpful and so friendly. The girls made us feel right at home. We will most definitely recommend this hotel in and be back very soon.
What a beautiful drive to this hotel, the staff was wonderful and kind, rooms were clean and updated, they could use a few more outlets in the room.ample parking, dining very close by. easy to get on and off highways.
Overall the staff were very helpful, clean hotel, comfortable beds, excellent free coffee in the lobby. Hot water could have been hotter in the shower. We checked in very late at night and the process took less than 5 minutes. We will stay here again!
I've stayed at this Best Western numerous times in the past few years and have never had a bad experience. The hotel's location puts it in close proximity of many good restaurants, bars, and shops, all just within a couple minutes' walk. I highly recommend it.
