    We arrived after purchasing the planet voucher stay for 2 for £30 which included breakfast. As we got to the hotel it was in the middle of the coronavirus issues and it was announced that all pubs and restaurants were closing within 24 hrs. The hotel were great and so accommodating. The heating wasn't working in the room, the staff were so friendly and helpful and provided a portable heater that did the trick. Breakfast was lovely and cooked from fresh, there had implemented safety and hygiene regimes to protect staff and guests. I would stay there again.

    Really enjoyed my stay here at the hallmark hotel! Great buffet breakfast, comfortable room and brilliant service from the staff. April and Alice S in particular were really friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you!

    Fantastic service for the two weeks that I stayed. All the staff were great, but I must pick out the following for special mention:Dan,April,Evie,Dayne,Damian and blonde Sam. Also a big thanks to all the Chef's - the food was 5 star for the whole of my stay.
