Great bed and bedding! I'm a light sleeper so that's important to me! Staff is very accommodating and gracious from the moment we arrived to the time we departed. Something that is very rare these days. We definitely will use this hotel, again, when we are in the area.

This is a very nice Best Western. Recommend this area. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was wonderful. Very friendly and well stocked. Room was clean, it was accessible from the outside and inside. Very convenient. Recommend this area.

This hotel was a nice surprise. From check in to breakfast to check out, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. They even had freshly baked cookies in the breakfast area in the evening along with coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks. If you are ever in the Grove, OK area overnight, I highly recommend this place!

We went for a school reunion. My husband and I had spent the last 2 months travelling, , Dallas for some shopping, fun in the sun in Cancun. a cruise to Alaska. and I can honestly say the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and the most accommodating of all our travels.

I was very happy with my accommodations at this hotel. I stayed in the King Bed Suite with whirlpool and loved it! The room was very clean and spacious. The whirlpool tub was amazing! Everything in the room was very practical and in working order. The best was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. I will definitely be back here to stay when I'm back in Grove, OK!

This was the cleanest and quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. We didn't hear a peep out of any other guests even though our room was right next to the lobby

Best Western TimberRidge in Grove, OK is a very well maintained hotel. The rooms are clean, the hot breakfast is delicious and the staff are always friendly and available to assist guests. I had a laundry room right across from my hotel room.

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and bed was really comfortable. I really would like for all reviews included bed comfort. The parking is great as well. Close to the lake and area casinos. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had booked a room based on reviews of surrounding properties. The Timber Ridge Inn had good reviews. We were pleased when we arrived that the property and rooms were well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question that we had. Because of a need with part of our party, we needed to book another room after check-in. They were able to help us, and we were able to get the room next to ours. It was comforting to keep our group together. The coffee and cookies were a welcome touch after a day of travel. The breakfast was well appointed with plenty of hot and cold options, and was well stocked and attended by the staff. Would gladly stay here again if in the area.

Best Western, Grove OK has clean, modern facilities. The staff are always available and friendly. The amenities are great. The rewards program they offer provides free stays and reduced rates. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Stayed here on a weekday night. A bit hard to find. Really hot day, but room was nice and cool. Room was great, but TV was hard to use. No guide found, remote was worthless. Otherwise room was great, bed was very good, service was good, breakfast was edible. Not cheap.

We had a girl's overnight slumber party for y 11-year-old niece. The staff was so helpful with extra pillows and they let us bring in cake, food and balloons for dinner. I forgot my phone charger and the front staff woman loaned me phone charger. I just can't say enough about how clean the motel was, how helpful the staff was and the girls LOVED the pool. Sandy was most helpful in getting us a room close to the pool. Just a wonderful time. Thanks so much for the memories.

My stay at this location was great. Everything was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the food was hot and available as advertised. The only thing I would change about this place is there is no elevator on site.

It was a great place to stay. The beds were very comfy, the pool was great for the whole family. They even had fresh baked cookies. The water for showers wad very hot. A whole staff was amazing and very willing to help with whatever needs we had.

First time to Grove Oklahoma and Grand Lake. The hotel was very clean. And breakfast was added bonus for our early morning time to go fishing. The staff was very nice and did everything to make our stay the best time. We will be back again to fish in a few months

I stayed here two nights for a business trip and it was wonderful. Breakfast was great, staff were nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others if they are in the area.

I met the nicest hotel employee who was working the front desk at this hotel. Her name was Eytone and she went above and beyond to accommodate me and the other guests. She baked fresh chocolate chip cookies and set them out for the guests. She set me up the corporate lodging rate, signed me up for Best Western Rewards and explained the benefits to me, showed me a map of the facility, and reviewed and explained the channels on the television in my room. She explained how there was a full buffet breakfast in the morning and what time it ended. She was friendly, respectfully, and happy to help. The room was sparkling clean, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet the entire night I stayed. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I could not have asked for a better concierge than miss Eytone at this Best Western in Grove, Oklahoma.

Bath tub was dirty. Very EASILY hear next door and upstairs thumping is heard often. The front desk was nice and all but the price is wrong. Now I know it's a hotel and all but for $111 is too high for when it is 4am and check out 11. And that's with “triple A” discount.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean. Fresh baked cookies, bottles of water were offered at time of check in. We had a dog and the staff tried to get us a room close to an outside door for convenience, without having to ask!

Great customer service. I am a day sleeper (work in medical field), staff made sure i was not disturbed. Breakfast was hot & ready when I came in. Room was clean and bed fas so comfortable! I slept soundly and was ready for my next shift. Hotel is a little older but you can see that it is well maintained.

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and cozy. The breakfast was so good and there was an option for absolutely everyone. And they make cookies at 4pm and have them sat out for guests. The front desk was so kind and really made my stay a whole lot better. I will absolutely be back to stay at this location.

- This hotel was so clean it was shocking. It didn't smell clinical but it was exceptionally clean. - The employees are very hospitable. They all seem to have a smile on their face, very frienfly, and enjoy what they are doing. - The bed was comfortable. I slept like a rock. - The only thing I didn't like was the price. I felt like it was overpriced by $20 or so. I guess thats the price you pay for my comments above. - If I came back to Grove I would for sure stay here!

Best Western in Grove, Ok is a great place to stay. The room was very clean, well stocked, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great given that the last time we were there was during the Covid outbreak and we got a nice brown bag breakfast. The folks are very friendly and willing to help in any way.

We stayed for 4 days and rented several rooms. The hotel was very clean and the staff was most accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay and we were able to have a small birthday party in the dining room on Sunday afternoon. I will stay there again when visiting my sister.

I've stayed here twice . Great staff and location. Good breakfast served 6am-9am. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt, and pastries! Room was clean with a huge tv and fridge.

Very rude staff they make you wait for hours to check in and they put you next to the ice machine and won't let you switch rooms even when it shows online there are other rooms available and they will lie straight to your face when you ask for service. The place smell like urine and beer I would not recommend this slum style hotel

The friendliest staff I have encountered in a long time. Quiet clean rooms with comfortable beds and updated bedding make sleep easy. The location is within the town of Grove and close to everything. I highly recommend. Note there is no elevator to the second floor so request the ground level of stairs are difficult.

I was traveling to grove for work. I didn't arrive until really late and I had stuff on my trailer that was fairly valuable. The front desk lady helped me park in a spot right in front of my room. Some of the rooms have exterior and interior doors which was really nice. Hotel was nice and good breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel in Grove, Oklahoma. The pictures are accurate of what your room , lobby etc looks like! They serve a very nice full breakfast. Have fresh baked cookies in the lobby, water and 24 hour coffee! The rooms are VERY clean. The rooms are updated with nice furnishings! Such a plus!! Check in was a little long and we couldn't get the rooms next to each other which I requested when I booked online! That was disappointing. The room had a fridge and microwave which is a must these days! I appreciated the separate vanity outside the shower and toilet! There is a nice pool area which I did not use but did walk over and take a look at it! Overall very satisfied . This was a quick overnight stay to see family. If I'm ever in the area again I will stay here!

this is the place to stay if you ever go to grove or surrounding area , they are very nice and treat you great , also are there to help you with any needs . would reccomend to all , great breakfast choices and kept very clean .

I checked in and paid for one night. I went down the next day and authorized another night. I left at 6pm on the second day due to an extremely urgent family emergency and ran to the front desk to check out. The clerk was not there so I left my keys in the drop box. The other person in my party did not leave with me. They allowed the other person in my party to authorize 4 more nights after I left which they charged to my debit card and are refusing to refund me.

This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel for a dog show. The front desk staff, housekeeping and all other staff are very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and take precautions to keep everyone healthy and safe. Very centrally located. Area is very safe. Highly recommend.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. We stayed the night before at the Westin in Memphis. This Best Western was far superior for a whole lot less $$. Our room was spotless and everyone was friendly.

The walls are as thin as their 1/2 ply toilet paper. The room next door kept us up both nights snoring. There was a soggy potato chip on the floor and hair stuck to the side of the bathtub when we got to our room.

This hotel is definitely NOT worth $130 a night, not even close. More like $95 (on a good day). It's extremely outdated and needs several things to be updated and overhauled. Location is convenient but that's about it.

We stayed at the Best Western TimberRidge for 3 nights with our dogs. The hotel is across the street from the Grove Civic Center, very convenient. The staff were friendly at check-in, breakfast and room cleaning. The offered to help whenever they saw us out of our room. The grounds were neat and had plenty of trash bags for dog waste. The room was comfortable, bed was great for sleeping and the area was quiet. There were a few restaurants within easy walking distance.

Clean, comfortable, and excellent people working to serve us. The staff ensured proper Virus protection along with being first class. The facility was very clean. The front desk people welcomed you as if they knew you for years.

Very pleasant overnight stay for a family wedding; staff friendly & welcoming; drinks & snack available at late checkin. Room was well decorated, good sized and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate and well prepared. Really liked the room darkening insulated window shades.

We have been staying here every two weeks for over 3 months and we wont be trying any other place out!! Always accommodating with our request. We have been in 5 different rooms, all clean, no smell and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included with a large variety, but I think my husbands favorite part is the fresh baked cookies every afternoon!! Its close to lots of things we have even walked to a few different restaurants.If you need someplace near or in Grove to stay this place is worth your money!! We still have 3 trips booked for the next month!!

Rooms larger and are always clean, smell fresh, and comfortable. We stay here whenever we are in the area. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Breakfast is best for hotel/motel breakfasts. An older well remodeled hotel.

Our family has been staying here for years! We all stay here when we are visiting our Mom as she can't accommodate us all. We were just here last week for 4 nights and everything was great! The newly remodeled rooms were a nice surprise! The beds and linens were awesome and breakfast is nice - love the new yogurt topping bar! We'll be back at Thanksgiving!!

Wonderful service, very nice clean room and great breakfast!! Very nice pool, friendly staff. I do think this hotel needs an elevator which I think could be added to the outside part of the building, but even without one. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel as a lot of good things going on! They have nice rooms with an a/c that will freeze you out! Their king suite is NICE and plenty of room to make away from home more bearable. The staff is extremely personable and will to help you in anyway possible. The breakfast is better than some bigger brand hotels. The only negative, and you have to really look, is the ability not to be able watch Netflix/Hulu on their TVs. This hotel deserves a look if you're ever in town, you won't be disappointed. Job well done to the entire staff!

The rooms in this hotel were recently renovated! Nice big parking spaces and several electric charging stations for those with hybrid/electric cars. Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was more than a simple continental breakfast, it included waffles, bacon, eggs, etc. Nice job Best Western!!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Best Western TimberRidge Inn in Grove, Oklahoma. We were for a family reunion. Very nice accommodations and we were very happy that it's a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast very morning was very good and convenient and the cookies in the afternoon were always hot and fresh.

Bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home. Breakfast was really good, especially the Folger's Coffee and biscuits and gravy. One night, our group came in and ate the remaining cookies in the lobby. The lady at the desk offered to make more at 10:30 at night. This hotel even has doors that don't slam...they just close slowly!

This hotel was not pleasant to say the least. There is no elevator, there was debris falling out of the ceiling vent in the bathroom, there were numerous dogs barking all night, and we ended up leaving and getting a refund! Would not stay here again!

amidst the renovation work being completed, the stay was fine. the room was clean, the linen was replaced daily, and EVERYTHING in the room worked....the rooms could use additional sound proofing from the adjacent rooms , however. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the best hotel in Grove OK ( there are only 4 from which to choose )...

Loved this hotel!! Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beautiful. Lots of great lighting, shower had nice water pressure, many outlets. The proximity to restaurants, coffee, and convenience stores was so close they were right across the street. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was clean and we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was totally accessible with a roll in shower. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The staff went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met.

The front desk lady was awesome, she had fresh baked cookies waiting in the lobby. However, we paid a load of money for a king , hot tub room, and after getting unpacked and undressed and into the tub, it did not work. No kind of discount was offered. Had the hot tub worked, I wouldn't complain about the money, cause the room was nice, but, no hot tub, no discount for trouble.

Miss Dee Dee was so friendly and helpful at check-in. Miss Gayla made sure that we had everything we needed at breakfast. The cookies in the lobby were a surprise and very nice treat. The room was very spacious and clean. And while we did not have a dog with us, we were glad to see the hotel accepts pets. Unfortunately, the continual tv coverage of a massive shooting was upsetting to listen to during breakfast, but my request for a lighter show, was denied by the front desk. Other than this issue, our stay was terrific.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, but not overwhelming. I think the property was previously owned by a different hotel chain and allowed smoking. Clearly they've tried to get rid of the smell but it exists. They need to change the carpet and paint. That would probably help a lot. There were people above us that were stomping so loud at 11 PM and 3 am. We had to complain to the front desk 3 times before they stopped the noise. But the bed was SO comfy, and the jacuzzi tub was phenomenal. Bathrooms were very clean.

Wonderful, clean hotel. Delicious breakfast. I called ahead of time and told the lady to put us in a quiet room...she found us a room at the end of the hall and tried not to put anyone in the next room. Would stay here again.

Was a much better experience than Lawton Best Western I recently stayed at! Front desk was very friendly. They had cookies available for your evening snack. Hotel was clean and outside clean. A little off the main street. Breakfast was great! Everything from bacon, sausage, gravy, eggs, hash browns, bisquits and all the sweets. Only drawback was we were on the second floor and after four or five trips up and down the stairs, I wished I had insisted on first floor.

This place is clean, and has very comfy beds! We went to the fiddle contest, and it was right next door to the community center where the contest is held. Staff were friendly, and helpful. There are hook ups in one end of the parking lot for R.V.'s to stay also! They also have a parking lot for trucks pulling boats, so they are friendly to fishermen as well!

This is not a brand new hotel, but you would never know it. The grounds are kept up, the lobby is clean, the rooms are extremely clean. I was very impressed, because usually in an older hotel you will find stains on the carpet, bath tubs that half work, etc but this hotel wasn't at all like that. It was excellent & very clean. The lady at the front desk had even just baked some cookies & told my son to come back when they were done. Even the cookies were great. I really have nothing to complain about for this hotel. To the hotel manager: Keep up the great work. If I ever find myself in this area again I will def. Stay here. Well done Best Western staff, well done!!! ??

This was the 4th time we have visited Grove in the last 9 months and we have stayed at the TimberRidge every time...very quiet...pet friendly (small up charge)...very friendly staff...excellent breakfast buffet...and the evening cookies are the icing on the cake.

This place is a wonderful place to stay, clean, friendly and quiet. Some people don't know how to read therefore they don't keep their pets on a leash. My dog was charged at by 3 different dogs. That was my only complaint. I will definitely stay there again. Lovely people!

Grove does not have any new hotels. We chose this hotel because of the ratings and family recommendations. The first thing you need to know is this is an old hotel and it does not have an elevator. This is important information and it would be helpful to know. Breakfast was good but limited and no fruit the days we were there.

Awesome Manager ... She made it feel like home. Very friendly and outgoing. Even the Staff was friendly. The cooks in the breakfast area were right on top of things and the cleaning staff was fun to chat with as well. The entire staff felt like friends. Another great night at Best Western!!

This BW is clean, and conveniently located. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. We were on the pool side, with our door opening on the parking lot, and another door which opened to the hallway. The room was odor free. Loved that we had plenty of towels, and had two complimentary bottles of water in the room. Had coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and nice size tv. Free wi fi worked well. The tv did not have an on screen guide, and when you change channels, there is a lag time before the program comes on, so you can't easily channel surf to see what's on. Pretty annoying. Also could use some electrical outlets bedside. Only one nightstand, so one person has to throw their book, iPad, and glasses in the floor. Beds were quite comfy, as were the pillows. Could use more lighting in the room. Breakfast was good, with good quality bacon, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, and all the standard things such as waffles and yogurt. Nice that they offered bananas and apples, and in the afternoon, they have some yummy cookies laid out. The swimming pool was not open yet, and there is no exercise room. We are Rewards members, so got a late checkout. We travel extensively, and this motel is fine, but at $96 a night, it's overpriced.

The hotel is nice and clean staff is very nice and helpful. All services were very nice from breakfast to WiFi The outside grounds were well maintained. And the option with power plug in for those traveling with animals is a very strong positive .

We satiated here Easter weekend 2018. We had a good experience. Room was clean & fairly quiet. The bathroom smelled really clean when I entered it for the 1st time. Out door pool is seasonal. Plenty of parking for RVs boats, & vehicles with trailers. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was better than a normal hotel breakfast. I would stay here again & recommend it to others.

Wife & I stayed for 2 nights last week and had a great stay. Place was spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, nice sized flatscreen TV with decent free programming, and a tasty free hot breakfast buffet in the morning. The lady that checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. We are building a retirement home on the lake nearby and will stay here every time we return.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, housekeeping came in each day and restocked towels, etc and made the bed. I never had to ask for anything extra. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Had good continental breakfast and baked cookies each day at 4pm for guests. Employees were courteous and helpful.

This one is really nice and comfortable. The employees are well trained and helpful. It is located in a good spot for our trips to visit family in the area. Shopping and restaurants are close. The breakfast buffet is well stocked. I like the cookies of an evening touch.

It was a Nice room, the hot tub was shallow and didn't work very well, the beds were comfortable bed, the internet was slow and had to call front desk for password. Can't see lake from room but close by

This is a clean quiet comfortable hotel with a better than average breakfast buffet. We really like that they had bacon as most places have sausages. The beds were comfortable, The only downside is that there is no elevator so if you have issues climbing stairs, make sure to get a room on the first floor.

Don't hesitate, I haven't stayed anywhere else in town, but I don't see any reason I need to. We had a great time and we couldn't have asked for anything better. They have boat parking with electric and water right there. Do yourself a favor and just stay here

Overall good. Breakfast could have a better daily variety. I liked the two door entry for our room, which helped a lot in packing and unpacking our truck. The fresh baked cookies for an afternoon snack were amazing!

I've stayed at this unit several times over the past four years. its the nicest hotel in the city and is well maintained. This trip has been the quietest of the four primarily because the area schools have started and there were no kids to listen to. the weakest part of this particular hotel is the food. there is little variety and the quality seems poorer than in past years.

WE stayed in Jay but also in Grove there is Harber-Ber a village of a old town , train etc. It takes a couple of hours to go through.You can eat there also.Old car show always in August.

my husband;s class reunion was at Shangi La, all who lived elsewhere stayed at Best Western for the Weekend. The staff went out of their way (providing us with a place to visit and allowing us to stay there till after midnight) to accommodate everyone.

This day was by far the best hotel stay I've experienced in 40 years. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean without odor. I have continued my stay at the TimberRidge BW for three years now. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean along with the outside. Breakfast has a wide variety of good food and we also enjoy the pool.

We didn't have reservations but obtained a room upon arriving in Grove. We were told they were booked solid the next day, but upon checking with the front desk staff they were able to get us a beautiful room. There were four adults, an infant, and three dogs in our party! I was very pleased with the staff, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, and the property felt secure and had all the amenities anyone would need. Would stay again without hesitation!

Great place for business or pleasure to stay in Grove. Cookies every night in Lobby, pretty good coffee in lobby, & fridge/microwave in every room! Shower head was the perfect water pressure and beds were very comfortable!

The outside of the building looked like it needed a few repairs when we drove in and i was a little apprehensive. Usually stay at a HOTEL, not a motel...... but was pleasantly surprised when we walked in at how nice everything was. The inside was clean, employees great and the rooms were exceptionally nice. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the fresh baked cookies at 4:00 each afternoon was a real hit with the kids. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

This is the BEST Best Western in the state! The rooms/hotel is super clean and recently remodeled. The staff is amazingly helpful. Breakfast has a WIDE selection to choose from: cold & hot cereals, danish, muffins, fruit, yogurts, eggs, bacon, biscuits, waffles - just to name some of it! Wonderful coffee with flavored creamers, juice, milk... Every day at 4 pm they have fresh baked cookies. If you are a fisherman/angler in a tournament - they start breakfast at 5 am to make sure you are fed. They also have a LOT of power sources in the parking lot to charge your boat batteries and PLENTY of boat parking! (Husband is a tournament bass angler and we don't always find hotels with this kind of parking and service) Walking distance to a number of restaurants and a Walmart - conveniently located. We stay here every time we come to Grove and would not consider staying any where else!

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Very well situated within Grove for easy access to Har-ber village, the Lendenwood Gardens, and several marinas. Would recommend for a nice weekend at the lake or a quiet getaway with the family.

Staff was wonderful and breakfast was the best we ever had at a hotel. Bacon was well cooked and crispy without being burned. Very glad we stayed there and the staff, especially Sandy at the front desk, could not have been nicer. Definitely recommend! A++++

Our first choice for hotels when visiting this area is the Timber Ridge Inn due to repeated quality of the room equipment and diligence of the staff to care for their patrons. We have always enjoyed our stay here and have had very good service.

everything started out great as on would expect at BW, but when the water heater in the laundry room next door leaked water under wall into my room, carpets soaked badly was told no other rooms available, staff tried to vacuum up water but carpet was still wet, smelled like old dog, and was not offered any compensation nor help to find another hotel in area, or refund of any kind stayed a property for 3 days in bad conditions. not my usual experience at BW

If you're going to Grand Lake and have your pet this is a very nice place to go. They have a very welcome and friendly staff, they accept dogs and have a wonderful morning breakfast. The rooms are good and clean plus they have a comfortable bed & recliner. Nice price. In room microwave and small refrigerator. I forgot to mention the warm cookies when you check in.

My husband & I recently stayed at the BW TimberRidge Inn while visiting family. I was told it was the best hotel in Grove. I will be staying elsewhere next visit. I have stayed in other Best Westerns and this was not up to par. Pros: the bed was comfortable. Coffee in the room was suprisingly good. They provided free local papers. Room price was high for quality of the room. Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was tons of long black hair stuck on the back of the bathroom door. So gross!!!! Our room smelled bad. Breakfast was decent, but they were running out of hot items and not refilling.

We were told it was the best motel in Grove. And now we agree. It is an older hotel but it is well maintained. The rooms were clean & the beds were very comfortable. We did have the breakfast but I heard from other guests that it was really good. We were surprised to find the 1st level rooms had back doors where you could park your car just outside the door. If ever in Grove, we will be back!

Its like going home to family they always make you feel welcome! We will be back enjoyed the our stay and know we can count on them. Didnt get to use the pool but it was clean and quite. Also felt safe to walk alone.

Believe it to be a nice motel, looks like they are making an effort to keep up with normal wear and tear issues by performing some updates. The carpet was missing out of the hallway to my room. Slept well in the comfortable bed despite the noisy ice machine down the hall. Breakfast smelled good on my way out the door, but I didn't try any of the food.

We stayed here for two nights. The first night we noticed the bath sink drained VERY slowly. The next morning at breakfast I mentioned it to hotel staff. When we got back to the room, they showed up to fix it. The breakfast is very filling with cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits and gravy. We happened to be there a weekend they were sold out. But they still kept the breakfasts stocked. Room was a nice size. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here again while on a fishing trip to Grand Lake. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was fast and easy. Our room (#104) was on the ground floor, just steps away from the lobby. We had exterior and interior doors. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. We had a microwave and fridge as well. The only gripe I have with the room is there isn't enough electrical outlets close to the beds. This hotel offers trailer parking with electricity so we were able to charge our boat's batteries. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. The food here was better than most hotels. This hotel is located withing walking distance to several restaurants. It is also just minutes away from several boat ramps. Since the hotel sits back off the main street, traffic noise was pretty much non-existent. This is a great place to stay. I'll definitely stay here again.

Customer service was great and the rooms were clean. If we needed anything front desk staff were quick to get it for us. Hotel is in great location of town. It was a little hard to find the first time but I like that it's off the main highway now that I've stayed.

$79 a night got me free breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, bagels, and muffins plus all the fixins. The room was a king room with one king bed a small fridge, a microwave, free wifi, and plenty of room. It was super clean, and the staff (each and every one of them) was a friendly as can be. They do allow pets, and surprisingly I could not find any pet odors anywhere. I was very happy from start to finish.

Probably one of the best stays we have had at a BW! Front desk was overly accommodating, breakfast and staff were perfect, stayed in King suite and our son literally swam in the tub it was so big! Our bed was so very comfortable- best one I've had at a BW!

They have powerpoles to charge boat batteries and well as elec. hookups next to rooms. Execellent selection of TV channels - wifi is strong signal. Pet friendly.

Fancy...no. Nice...yes. The Best Western Timber Ridge Inn in Grove, Ok is a very nice place to stay. Off the Main Street/Hwy 59 of Grove by a block allows for those staying at the hotel...a very peaceful and quiet place to sleep. All the staff/personnel that we met were very nice and accommodating. Freshly baked cookies in the breakfast room at 4:00 PM..really nice touch! Rooms...well there is reason they are re-modeling the interior...it is needed, and is definitely showing some wear. The hot breakfast buffet was nice. All in all, the hotel is fairly priced and is nice...

Nice clean place to stay, Good breakfast, Showers need safety hand bars, rather dangerous not to have those. All in all a really good place with friendly staff and easy access. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

My overall experience was great. The staff was kind, rooms were clean and very well maintained. The AC works GREAT! I prefer to sleep in a cool room. We were able to get the room to a nice cool temperature.

The location is very easy to find. The facility is very well maintained, rooms are clean with microwaves and refrig. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Security locks on outside doors worked well. Exterior of facility was clean and fresh.

I recently stayed at the Best Western TimebeRidge Inn in Grove, Ok. I would highly recomment staying there if visiting Grove, Ok. The room was extremely clean, nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The stafff was friendly, professional and courteous. Breakfast was well prepared, and had a large selection to choose from. In the afternoon they bake fresh cookies, which were a very good snack. I was in Grove for a family reunion. We were able to use the dining area in the evening for a meeting. This was a very nice place for our family members to stay and be easily in touch with each other. It is also conviently located, close to many restuarants and the downtown area. Highly recommend staying there.

I was recently passing through Grove on a family trip. We were three adults traveling together. I could not get the website to offer the choice of a suite room, which we needed to accommodate the three adult guests, so I called the hotel directly over a month in advance. The phone call was handled very efficiently. Following our conversation, I printed my reservation of a deluxe rom with a sofa bed. When we arrived, my reservation had been changed to a standard room with two double beds. Over the years, Best Western has been one of my "go to" hotel chains. I have received literally tens of thousands of reward points. Occasionally, in appreciation of my loyalty I have received upgrades to nicer accommodations. But never in those years have I been downgraded into lesser accommodations.... especially after going to the trouble to call the hotel directly. Since they seem to pride themselves as the only decent hotel in Grove, it was a take it or leave it situation. One of our party had to make do with a single broken down roll away bed with a mattress so thin we stuffed pillows under it to make it tolerable. No one seemed to take responsibility for what happened, but undoubtedly the notes in the computer could have explained it to them. In my view someone more important, probably associated with the dog show in town that weekend, came along and was given my room. By the way, you don't need an alarm clock in this pet friendly hotel.... the dogs barking at 5 o'clock will see to it that you are up plenty early. In fairness, I was not charged for my room, and I was given extra bonus points for our stay. But, I will not take a chance again at this hotel, and I think you should think twice before you reserve. There are several beautiful casino hotels in the area.

Courteous staff, immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast with lots of selections. What more can you ask for! This is not a brand new hotel, and it is not the Four Seasons. It is a very nice, very clean hotel in a great location.

Clean, friendly staff, big room, comfortable king size bed, great variety for breakfast, easy check out, quiet, has pool, didn't use, but looked clean, refrig, mircro, and coffee in room which is handy as I did not want to spend a lot of money eating out. Nice clean room to stay in while traveling with my little dog. We parked right outside the room door. Enjoyed walking over to Sonic with Fido for ice cream. Actually, we killed time at the State Park nearby. A good stop.

We were in Grove for my nieces wedding. Our hotel experience was top notch! Everyone was pleasant The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping people were very nice and accommodating. This was a quick last minute reservation as we had been staying at a property on the lake which unfortunately did not meet our expectations at all. The staff were courteous and helpful. I had a very nice stay. It was for business, but this hotel is very well suited to the lake area. It has tons of long parking spots for boats with electric hook-ups provided. Eve.regular parking spots had electric hook-ups. very handy

We get a clean, comfortable, quiet room (I sound like Tom Baudette) and a buffet breakfast in most of the chain. It also has business services when you need them. Upon arrival, after driving 12 hours straight thru from Denver, front desk person placed us in upstairs mid-corridor room. We were exhausted & "ASSUMED" this was all that was available. Never dreamed there was no elevator! Went back to desk (long walk when you're beat) & was given 1st floor drive-up to door! It all went downhill from there. No Wi-Fi, urine odor, air cond that never shut off (very loud). We would have gone elsewhere except there was nowhere else to go. Captive audience. Because there was little or no Wi-Fi connection, we missed 2 offers on the 2 homes we had chosen. My family drove us back to Colorado in tears.

There are not a whole lot of choices in Grove, so my wife and I were pleased to see a good Trip Advisor rating on this Best Western. While the entry is nothing exciting, you are greeted by a friendly staff and clean lobby area. There is a breakfast area close, that serves a real breakfast, and comfortable seating in the lobby. When we walked into our room, I was nicely surprised at its size and layout. The web connection could be slow at times, and the beds were certainly on the soft side. There was a really good sized fridge, 2 queen beds, work table, seating, etc. It was more than satisfactory. Might ask for a firm bed next time....if there is such a choice. I will likely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying over in Grove.

Our band performs at various venues in and around Grove and we always stay at the BW there. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms larger than average and the free breakfast is very good. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. I'd like to give a personal shout out to Sandy at the front desk and the entire housekeeping staff for an amazing job. Very nice rooms, good breakfast. Great parking places with Plug-Ins for your boat that are visible from your room. Only two miles from the State Park and easy access to the boat ramp. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Everyone is very friendly... This establishment is clean with good size rooms. Breakfast on site as well as a small coin laundry. My only suggestion is an elevator to the second floor. For a long stay you bring a lot of stuff and to get it all upstairs and then back down to our car was exhausting, but overall the place was wonderful.

We stayed one night on May 2. Check in/out was fast and easy, the front desk clerks were friendly. The rate for our stay, with a AAA discount, was about $95. The hotel features both exterior and interior doors on the rooms. They also have parking for boats, RVs, etc. with hookups. The hotel sits off the main road so you don't hear much traffic. Our room, located on the backside, was nice. The A/C unit was quiet during the night. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The only noise we heard during the night was a neighbor flushing the toilet several times. The vanity is separated from the toilet and tub, so you don't have to wait on someone to finish. I have 2 gripes about room 116: 1) the location of the toilet paper. You really have to reach far away and back to get to it when doing your business; 2) not enough electrical outlets, especially on the nightstand. Breakfast the next morning was the typical hotel fare. Scrambled eggs, very thin bacon, gravy, and hash browns. They also offered cereal, bread, waffles, and fruit. We will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Best Western. While the decor is a little bit dated, our room and the breakfast area/lobby were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and check in/check out was easy. Our room was clean; the shower was great, hot water and good pressure; the bed was very comfortable and was not hard (like many in hotels); the mini-refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition. We didn't use any of the other amenities. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you need a hotel in Grove, OK!

We always stay here when we visit Grove. Husband is a tournament angler and fishes tournaments here often. The hotel provides breakfast starting at about 4:30 for the fishermen and any other guest up at that hour. Every day at 4:00 p.m. they have fresh baked cookies. They have a copies of the local paper also available at no cost. The staff are super nice, very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are places to eat within walking distance and a Walmart just across the road.

We recently visited Grove, Oklahoma to see family. We stayed at the Best Western TimberRidge Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean. Fresh cookies are served in the lobby each day at 4:00 p.m. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have an elevator. Luckily my mother was on the first floor. She had a handicapped equipped room; however, if I had not thought to request this, she would not have been able to stay in this hotel. Our room was on the second floor. Luggage, coolers, children's toys, etc all had to be carried up and down 2 flights of stairs. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems....but for some, the elevator issue might be a concern Breakfast was great! Waffles,eggs, bacon sausage, bisquits and gravy-all were hot and plentiful!

very nice place clean, shower was very good, bed was conf. and the breakfast was excellent, we have stayed here several times in the past and has always been very good, and will in the future, and will on our vacation to maine later this year

Great Hotel nearby Grand Lake. Nice Restaurant nearby on the Lake and The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating Good Hot Breakfast and Cookies in the evening. Just a very nice, friendly, clean and comfortable for a good price. .

The staff was very helpful with the booking and checking in at the hotel. Although they had ran out of a few things when we got there, what was left at breakfast was great! The rooms where clean. Would stay there agai.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast , express check-out , and ample parking available. I wish there had been an elevator as my room was located on the second floor.

Very clean hotel. Will stay again if in the area. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, very pleased with value. We were in town as a family, visiting for the Bass Master Classic. This hotel was within 5 minutes of our destination to watch the take off.

Just stayed here for three days. Went to Grove OK to purchase a class A motorhome. Hotel Property was clean, room comfortable, quiet at night and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The property actually has full size RV parking spaces designated with 30amp hookup and water available. Tournament fishing boats in for the weekend were there and very secure. Perfect for our needs to do the RV deal. Used the business center for making copies, good wifi connections, good equipment. Great full breakfast and warm cookies out in the afternoon. Highly recommend to fellow travelers.

We came into town for a funeral and the person at the check in desk was very helpful with the booking of our room. She also was great to talk to in person. She offered her sympathies to our family and it was like talking to a friend. The room was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly when we passed in hallway. Even gave my husband extra coffee for the room. (some won't) Over all it was a pleasant stay at Best Western under the sercumstances.

The beds were heavenly. Thats where it ended. Room and friends room was dirty. looking at the housekeepers personal hygiene they know how to make a bed and leave clean towels and that is the end of it. They bang loudly on doors screaming housekeeping in the extremely high pitch Asian language which is very disturbing. The breakfast very good and the front desk person in the day extremely helpful. The evening lady twice when I went to the desk had her mouth full of food. The loudness of the cleaning staff is beyond horrendous, For that reason I won't stay there again. Which is disappointing. I am a20 year best western reward member.

We have stayed at this hotel a lot and it never dissapoints us! It is just like coming home to Oklahoma. We really like the two bottles of water waiting for us when we get to the room. The desk staff are so friendly and seem like family. The frig is cold, and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Everything is so fresh and clean. It is as close to home as a person can get. Love this B W Hotel.

I stay in a lot of moderately priced hotels every year and this place was one of the best. Friendly greeting and efficient check in. Immaculate room with nice bright lighting (which is a rarity these days) and comfortable bed. Good selection of channels on TV, nice hot breakfast at a great price. Can't recommend this place enough!

I was in Grove for the Home & Garden Show - checked in on Thursday 2-11-2016 and checked out on Monday 2-15-2016 - the hotel was next to the Convention Center where the home and Garden show was. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, always smiling, room was clean, internet worked perfectly, breakfast was great every morning - good wholesome food. Will stay here again anytime I an in the area.

This is a great place to stay in Grove. The staff is very courteous, the rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure you're pleased with your stay. Sandy at the front desk was very pleasant as we checked in and checked out. This hotel is close to everything around the area. Good place to stay for a night, weekend or week!

Small hotel in a little town but was the only chain hotel in the area. Worked out perfect for the 3 day basketball tournament we were attending in Jay, OK. Booked the reservation through an online travel site which noted the hotel was pet friendly. We checked in with no problems. However, we were surprised to learn the morning after our first night stay that there was a $20/day pet fee that they came to me at breakfast to get it paid. It seems the front desk mgr saw us take our dog outside to potty then tracked us down at breakfast. I wouldn't have minded as much if it had been noted online, I even checked the Best Western online site & it doesn't mention a fee either.

My husband stayed here while having to take care of some family business. He said the room was VERY clean, quiet and the hotel staff was wonderful. He said he would definitely stay there again! Great stay and great hotel experience!

Second year to stay at this Hotel. And again, it and the friendly staff are outstanding!! Would not stay any other place but here, when in Grove, OK. They even remembered us from last year! Excellent breakfast and always good hot coffee and cookies!

This is a small scale hotel with first rate service. Friendly, professional staff. Limited amenities, but on par for a hotel of this size and locale. Close to town center and shopping areas. Ample parking for over-sized vehicles.

We arrived late in the evening and was warmly greeted by Kathy. She had good advice on things to do and see--and made sure we got our warm cookies! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel grounds are also clean and it was welcoming after a long day of travel. I would stay here again when I am in the area.

We had a "suite" with an adjoining room.....We were amazed at the large size of the main room with a king size bed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Only things which were kind of inconvenient were 1. The breakfast is OVER at 9 a.m.........we completely missed it....that's a little early, don't you think??? 2. At 5 minutes to 11 in the morning, the cleaning ladies started banging on our doors.........Yes, check-out was 11 a.m. AND we were almost ready, but it was kind of impolite.....we felt we were REALLY being RUSHED out of there.............And Yes, we did leave promptly by 11 a.m.!!

Not only is this our favorite hotel in Grove - it is by far our favorite Best Western - anywhere! They have the friendliest staff, from front desk to housekeeping - cleanest hotel - best breakfast every morning - fresh hot baked cookies everyday at 4pm. Conveniently located to everything!

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, quiet bit close to everything in Grove. Parking spots are ready for your car and boat trailer. At 4 pm one can taste the fresh baked cookies and coffee for free. Breakfast is okay and typical for American guests. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free WiFi with good connection all over the hotel.

Fished tournament on Grand Lake stayed 3 days two nights. The large parking areas with electrical outlets and water were great for charging boat batteries and allowed trucks and boats to remained hooked together. Staff had breakfast made and ready early for all the fishermen.

We stay here when visiting our Grandkids and are always pleased with the TimberRidge Inn. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The rates are reasonable especially considering that breakfast is included in the price.

We enjoyed this Best Western and would recommend to everyone. The staff were extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I highly recommend Best Western in Grove, OK. to all.
