Una vergüenza de hotel y una gente sin escrúpulos. Llegamos desde San Francisco a eso de las 19h con una reserva realizada a través de hoteles.com y con pago en el hotel. Cuando llegamos allí nos dicen que nos han cancelado las dos habitaciones porque habían intentado realizar el cargo en la tarjeta y la tarjeta se lo había denegado. Curiosamente el día siguiente era festivo en Estados Unidos.. así que nos toco irnos buscando pueblo por pueblo hasta acabar en Tonopah a las 3 de la madrugada(200 millas de distancia). No tuvieron ningún tipo de miramiento que lleváramos niños.. una vergüenza.
I am really sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused you but regarding your two room reservation we did tried to contact hotels.com that day and informed that the credit card is not working and asked them to provide us another credit card they said they are going to contact the guest and if we dont hear back from them in two hours we can go ahead and release those two room, we did informed them that all the hotels in the area are full and the guest might not find alternate accommodation in the area and we will not be responsible for that, so hotels.com was made aware of the situation and they did not provide us you contact so we had no way to get hold of you. We held those rooms till 4pm in the hope you might arrive but after that we released them as we did not want to go them not rented and loose revenue. I am really sorry for the whole incident but the best way to reserve is still contacting the hotel directly to avoid all such misunderstanding.
Muy buen hotel para el roadtrip que hicimos. Justo entre death valley y Lake Tahoe. Muy agradable el personal y muy rica la pieza. Tiene un buen desayuno y una bonita vista al lago. Muy buena presentación
Un hotel que está en medio de la nada en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero las instalaciones del hotel se ven que necesitan ser remodeladas cuanto antes. El personal es bastante soso y el desayuno es terrible, con apenas sitios para las personas que ocupen 3 habitaciones. No volveríamos, además de que es bastante caro para lo que ofrece.
