"Do not stay here!"
Unfriendly staff, nothing works, no staff during night - therefore some poeple (youth) drank alkohol and had noisy party till 03.00. When staff were told about the party they answered, very irritaded - why didnt you ask them leave? Why didnt you call me?

Hej Patrik.
"Not hotell.."
I would not call This a hotel. More bed and half a breakfast. Small rooms for 2 so I cant imagine how it would be When you use the 2 extra beds flattened to the Wall? It seemed like it was used as a immigrant Home for boys and elderly?? I dont know..confusing with all This people running around.. shower not very amusing. No schampo just soap. Cleaning not the best..
"Beautiful and serene, but internet sucks"
I travelled to Eskilstuna for business for 2 months during May and June 2013 when I stayed in Vilsta Sporthotell. The place is very beautiful, right next to the river. There was still some snow on the hill making it picturesque. They offer hotel rooms, cabins (cottages) or camping sites. I stayed in the best cabins they offer, very modern, ideally meant for a family of 4, but had provisions for up to 7 people. The place had complete kitchen setup along with microwave oven and grill. The cabin sure was comfortable and the staff very courteous and welcoming. But the internet connectivity was the spoilsport. Since I was travelling, I needed internet to have skype calls with my family back home. The only place where the wi-fi network was strong was the reception area. They tried and tried to fix the issue for two months, but to no avail. Some days, it even did not work in the reception area. All in all a very serene place if you wish to take a break, perfect for camping. Partying in the cottage is also a great option. It has a lot to offer to people of every age.
"Hotel Stay for Power Big Meet 2012"
This hotel offers clean, basic and functional accomodation if you just want somewhere to rest your head at night. They do offer breakfast which is the same every day, cold meets, cheese, boiled eggs, breads, basic cerial and porridge, yoghurt, fruit juice and tea and coffee. Staff are friendly and will offer substitute food options for those with food allergies etc. (I myself am gluten intolerant). There is free internet service which is not the best, keeps dropping out and I found it impossible to connect in the hotel room, had to sit in communal area adjacent to eating area to get a connection. Hotel is set in nice surroundings, close to forest and lakes so if you are able to walk/hike you will enjoy this. Room was comfortable and clean with a good quality of service each day cleaning the room, making the beds and cleaning/stocking the en-suite which consisted of a toilet, basin and shower (en-suite is designed like a wet room so entire floor functions as shower floor). I would gladly stay here again if I just needed something clean and functional but personally I am used to a higher standard of accomodation so would primarily look elsewhere. The major downside to this hotel which is why I have only given it 3 stars is it's limited disability access. I have limited mobility and use a wheelchair for walks of any distance and the only access to the hotel rooms is either via front wooden stesp or steps leading from reception to 1st floor, the latter being considerably steep and with narrow step depth. My recommendation would be for the hotel to update their disabled access.
