Very smart Hotel, very good design, staff always very helpful, happy, and service minded. Modern rooms, very clean. Great value for the price. Located in local Thai environment, but very convenient for accessing all Bangkok amenities through nearby public transport. Very popular with foreign visitors.

The staff were friendly. However, I booked online for a room and breakfast, and when I checked in, only the room came up and the staff didn't know about the breakfast and I had to show them my online booking to confirm it all. But they were very accommodating. The room wasn't very big deal and there weren't any amenities in the bathroom. They had told us this and said to call and request anything, but we didn't know what was available to request and didn't want to call. It's not overly noise proof, so you could always hear the doors shutting loudly, or people in the corridors. The pool is up against the lobby wall, so if you swim they would be able to watch your bottom half which is uncomfortable. Was just around the corner from 2 malls and a short walk from another, and had easy access to the MRT. Mostly just felt like a business hotel that people stay at if you have a short 1-2 night stay or layover. Didn't really feel very welcoming or personable at all.

Many local food stalls nearby, and 711 stores as well… walking distance to the metro station. Friendly stuff, clean rooms, excellent service, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. Room is very clean. The bed was super comfy. Top quality shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Jacky and the rest of the front desk extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The only downside is the location but if you using Grab or Bolt then it is no issue.

This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event, and coming back to this Room was very peaceful.

I visited Bangkok on a difficult university study abroad program. I had been travelling for six weeks. The Best Western Ratchada Hotel was amazing. A quiet room provided a much needed rest. I am scouting out my university's next Honor's College study abroad program. Faculty stay in separate accommodations than the students. I felt safe, valued, and welcome. Hence, I will be staying here again next year during the program. It is also close to a mall (shopping and food) and public transportation, which is inexpensive, safe, and convenient.

To me being in a country where I don't speak the language and the customs and everything is different was challenging but from the moment I arrived at the hotel they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable every day, the front desk staff were always extremely supportive, polite and friendly, the house keeping team always left our room spotless and my husband specially loved the way they made our beds every day, location is not the highest point of this hotel but to be honest I rather compromise on this one because I know every time I come to my room it will be clean, cool and ready to rest and at the end of the day that's what matters after a day exploring outside, I also wanna add that the rooms are so big that I was quite surprised what we got for what we paid so that was a nice extra

The staff are warm and welcoming, and my room was well-maintained with a wonderfully soft bed. The location is just a short walk to the MRT and surrounded by shopping malls and great food options. BUT..Don't miss the hotel's restaurant—try the delicious Pad Thai! I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok 😊

Very accommodating staff. Shout out to front desk officer, Chanon and Nae! Our room is clean and well prepared. They even allowed us to extend our stay for an hour for free. Aside from that they also good in speaking english. Looking forward to our next visit. Kudos!

Stayed 4 nights at the Best Western Rachada. The hotel is located in a small lane in Rachada where you will find a lot of street foods, eateries, convenient stores and local restaurants. It is within a short 10 minutes walk to the Phra Ram 9 Subway station which can go to Sukhumvit (change to BTS at Asoke to Siam and other places). It is also within walking distance to 2 major shopping mall Fortune Town and Central Rama 9. The hotel is modern in concept and it has a small restaurant and a pool. The pool is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the neighbourhood also, the glass panel which you can peep into the lobby vice versa. The room is huge and functional. A good shower room, a small kitchenette area comes with Kettle, Sink, Fridge and a Microwave. The bed is very comfortable and the AC is cold and powerful. Love the room, simple and nice. The breakfast perhaps is the highlight of my trip. The staff are attentive, ready to serve and the buffet changes everyday. The chef and serving staff are quick to replenish the food, clear the soil and make the space available for the next guests. Though it has more Asian selections than the Western, overall I find the food is tasty and nice. In short, it is a very nice, convenient and a comfortable stay.
