Very nice and clean place to stay. Enjoyed the pool also. We enjoyed the breakfast of biscuits and gravy. We did not know what channel the Olympics were on so called the front desk and although they did not immediately know they called us right back with the channel. Very nice young man.
A depressing, dirty property that had the nerve to charge $214 for one night. Dead insects, raggedy furniture in a lackluster setting. I wish I got a photo of the cast of dead flies in the bathroom. Happily for all readers, no photo can capture the stench in this room. Health Department, where are you?
The building is getting old and needs some repair. The door to our room was sticking and parking for this particular room was not available so had to park in the south 40.
During our recent stay at the Best Western Paridise Inn we had a wonderful experience. Katie the hotel manager was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect for kids. It was also in a great location.
Quite nice, perhaps a little dated but I'm really not sure. As I mentioned before, very nice. Dillon is lucky to have this GW. Staff was way above grade and quite knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
Friendly, helpful, professional staff, especially manager Kati. Clean, comfortable rooms, delicious variety at breakfast, pool & hot tub are wonderful. Everything well maintained. We'll return.
We had a horrible experience at the FairBridge Inn. We were blessed to get a room at Best Western where Andre and Kati greeted us with professionalism and empathy. We were there for a funeral and after FairBridge messed up our reservation, we had no where to get ready for a funeral that day of arrival. They had a room ready to go and were so kind as I vented about our previous experience.
Hotel had horrible internet, mostly nonexistent. Packed with grade school basketball kid. Cable TV sucks with Spectrum. This place is decades behind. Rooms were clean, bed was comfotable and screaming kids in the parking lot. Sleep in your car.
The whole establishment smells so clean, like oranges, maybe essential oils. Loved it! Friendly staff at every turn! Very clean rooms with updates all over! The pool was so fun! Clean and towels always stocked! Lobby & breakfast stocked with food to buy and breakfast was amazing!! Great selections and stocked till late in the afternoon. The customer service was amazing all around!! Beds weren't super comfy but were clean!
OK property, clean but old and tired. Certainly not a $170 per night property in Dillon, MT on a Tuesday night. Very nice staff, standard breakfast, good bed, plenty of parking. It would be a reasonable property at about $130 per night. Good food down the street at the Den.
My Semi truck broke down and I was there for 9 nights! Katie and the staff are absolutely the best! They made my stay like being home the best they could… Absolutely would stay there again if I was broke down.. Thank you staff for everything… Sam
On our way home from Yuma we experienced terrible road conditions so were glad to stop in Dillon. Lucky us they had a best western which we prefer. Checked in but didn't like location of the room the staff was quick to change to a more convenient room. The first room was under a stairs with no close parking.
Older Best Western but well maintained. Stayed one night on our annual trip south.Great location, quite with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Stay met our expectations. Would stay here again.
Usually Best Western delivers a better product, this one did not. Noisy, poor quality bed and pillows, no bath fan, light from outside comes in making it very bright all night. No drapes to close out lighting from parking and hotel exterior lighting other than the very thin white ones you can see through.
We reserved a handicap room and when we checked in, we were told they were taken. We were in a room that smelled like smoke. We should have been given a discount since we didn't get the reserved handicap room we requested and needed very badly. I will not recommend the hotel or stay there again. Very disappointed with this Best Western!!!
I'm only moderately ok with staying here. There is no pride in the location as far as maintaining facilities. The plants on the premises was primarily dead except the dog potty area. We got a two queen room for $209 including tax. The air conditioner did not work for anything. When we first got to the room the internal thermostat showed 87°F we turned the unit on and it didn't go below 83°F all night. Around 12am we got up and opened the room door as it was cooler outside than inside. We thought that might help the ac to get some cool air circulating. After an hour we shut the door and it got so humid we opened the door again and left it open all night. I didn't get any sleep because I was afraid of people or critters coming in. The room on arrival had this weird pungent odor. It didn't smell like any cleaning agent I have ever smelled. I know this is a remote area in Dillon Montana but we won't be staying there again.
Property and staff were great, but the jacuzzi in room had mildew in the pipes once it was turned on there were large chunks of mildew in the tub, we personally cleaned it 4 times only getting worse each time. We asked to be compensated and they gave us $34 dollars off a $291 dollar bill. The HVAC filters had not been changed or cleaned in a long long time and we cleaned them ourselves in the shower
I visit Dillon regularly and always stay at the Paradise Inn. The rooms are clean with good amenities and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast has a variety of options and the food is always very tasty.
Customer service was excellent! Front desk both at check in and out were pleasant and friendly! Dog walking area was super nice! Recommendations for food were top notch! Rooms were clean and quiet. Really enjoyed it
I love this Best Western. Everything is exceptionally clean and comfy. The staff goes out of their way to greet clients and make them at "home". The beds are beyond comfortable and I always sleep deeply. The bathrooms are spotless and pillows enviable, though I would never take one.
We enjoyed a very good night sleep in this quiet town. It is located halfway between Idaho Falls and Missoula. This is an average hotel with above average beds and a nice swimming pool and hot tub. We slept very well here.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They did not have any rooms but she went out of her way to be helpful during an interstate closure. Other hotels that I called left me on endless hold only to tell me that they had no rooms. Would stay here for sure the next time I am headed through.
We had no reservations, pulled in and check with very helpful staff for availability who quickly assessed our needs and got us checked in. Nice clean room, everything worked and breakfast in the morning met our expectations. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
This hotel had great staff, but the rooms are worn and dated. Ripped furniture, awful beds, cold floors, and we paid a lot of money for what is a dated motel. The pet area was good- but that is about it. Find another spot...because paying in excess of $150 for a dumpy room is not worth it
This is a very clean and well maintained property with updated everything in the room. The staff is so helpful and friendly they really make this place shine. For a small town to have such an updated hotel is great. Pets are welcome with a wonderful pet area.
We stayed at the Paradise Inn for one night before a family event. We loved the easy on-line check in and out and the made to order breakfast at the Crazy Cow next door was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Just want you want in a hotel stay. We didn't use the pool but my husband checked it out and said it looked great. I also like the ability to leave a gratuity for housekeeping online. I seldom carry small bills so that was a nice option.
it's a lovely setting; a great facility that's clean, friendly and comfortable. The separate building for the pool was a very nice touch with glass ceiling and walls - it makes it so fun for the kiddos! Breakfast was very nice as well. we'll definitely stay again!
everybody for so nice and helpful . Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast also was fresh and clean .I Can't think of any areas to improve on . Everything was what I expected and I will return someday. Great stay and will tell my friends.
The pool was nice and warm, the room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. All in all a home run and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip through Dillon, Montana
For a small town, this Best Western was outstanding. Great reception personnel; good room and breakfast offerings. They happily accommodated us when we requested a ground floor room. Would stay again. Hotel is easy to find and close to everything in town.
A nice place to stay after a long drive. Welcoming staff and good resteraunt on site. Clean and comfortable. Has an indoor pool and fitness center. They also offer delicious cookies and treats for your oets!
I had heard the manager one day when I was being checked in. He was saying all sorts of things about how "all his employees must be stupid." this is no was to talk or treat your employees. That was just the tip of the iceberg. after we had finally gotten checked in, because there was more than a few people in the lobby at the time. The lady that was working the front desk was very short with us and rude. We went down to our room and there was a god awful smell in the room, like something had died in there. We called the front desk and she had informed us that she cant do anything to help us and hung up. There was also MOLD in the bathroom, the beds were the worst I had ever slept on. For how much we had spent on a single night, we would have been better off sleeping in our car. We go through Dillion VERY often and we will never step foot there ever again. We had also informed the person in the morning and they too brushed it off. We didn't get offerd a discount, nor did we get an apology. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY AT THIS DUMP!!!
Hotel is in great location. Fitness center and pool area are extremely nice. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Great views surrounding hotel. Will continue to stay at this location whenever I am in the area.
Great but would be nice to have TV in HD and internet that worked better. Overall the stay was great. All front line team members were very friendly and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day.
The hotel featured clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. Safe environment and a cute little town. We were only able to stay one night, but enjoyed our stay. The staff recommended The Den for dinner and it was wonderful.
Great place to stay - rooms clean & comfortable, helpful and super friendly staff. Parking convenient, breakfast varied and super clean presentation. On-site guest laundry a bonus and the pool was lovely.
This hotel property was OK. It would be very good for kids as they have a really large enclosed swimming pool so that could be fun for them. There's not a lot of hotels to choose from in general but I've stayed at this property several times. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower, then this is fine.
Best hotel for the price. Clean everything, awesome staff. Great location, Safeway is a block down. My family absolutely loved staying here. We will definitely remember this hotel. Pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Thank you and sorry for the toast smoke haha
We had a reservation on May 19, 2022. Called that day at 8:00 am to cancel because my huisband has Covid. I was told that because I didn't cancel the day before there would be no refund. I had a reservation on Priceline for the weekend, which was a non-cancel reservation. When Priceline line learned that I needed to cancel due to Covid, they did. It is too bad that Best Western will not give that type of service.
I do not normally review places but felt I had to at least let Management know I was severely disappointed with the fact that NO ONE had even attempted to shovel the snow away on the sidewalks and stairs at this hotel after the snow storm. I had to ask a wonderful housekeeper in the morning for a broom to sweep in front of my room and from the sides of my car so that I could at least stomp my feet off, she tried to help me too. I know this storm was forecast and it seems like someone at the hotel should have had a plan to at least clean off the sidewalks and stairs. I liked my room, liked the employees- but for heaven's sake- there were a lot of older people here and we would have all appreciated at least an effort made on the sidewalks and stairs.
I had everything I needed to relax in my ro after a long day rock hunting. The fridge worked great (even the little freezer), the bath was comfortable even though I'm a large person, and the internet was fairly reliable. I really enjoyed the breakfast, whoever made the eggs did a great job!
To me Best Western is the best you know what to expect. And they deliver every time I stay with them. You really get what you pay for.Quality,Service and a great room. From the time you enter the lobby your made to feel home. That means a lot.
Like the Best Western chain, so when we found this one after a long day on the road, we were looking forward to the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, but hotel was dated and pricey for a small town. This place was more of a motel than a hotel and the price should have reflected that.
Be careful here as they don't recognize certain rates and like to set their own rates! Then they tried to bill me for a second room! Crooked!! Overall the place is older but it was clean! I will give them that! The beds were/are comfortable. Parking out in front of your room is kind of nice!
Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Good place to weather the snow storm on our way home. Would definately stay here again. And, thankfully, this place is pet friendly as I was traveling with my two cats.
Hotel was in a good location but an older motel style building. It was clean but amenities were lacking. Staff were great, super friendly and breakfast was full and good. Price seemed a bit high but a better price booking direct with the hotel instead of one of the third party booking companies.
We stayed there for a night which was fine. I felt it was overpriced for the lack of the upgrades the rooms needed. The shower head was terrible, the baseboard heat source did not keep up with the frigid temps and outdated rooms. BUT, other then those items it was clean, beds were sorta comfortable and everything worked. The breakfast had typical hot and cold choices which was decent.
In town for a funeral. Nice place in a small western town . Enjoyed the dinner next door . Very convenient. Front desk host was very friendly and welcoming. One of few places still service a breakfast in the AM . Heated pool and hot tub.
Everything was just perfect with our stay. Jennette was extremely nice and helpful at check in. Close to restaurants and other shopping facilities. Very clean and everyone we met during our stay was extremely nice. Thanks, Jennette for making our trip so enjoyable.
OUTSTANDING HOTEL I have been a BW diamond member since the beginning and this hotel reminds me of the solid old ways BW used to do things Drive up rooms , nice fresh rooms , good breakfast , great pool and hot tub I will go out of my way to stay here There is not much that's decent to eat within walking distance but I would suggest subway
Right in the middle of the latest COVID- Omicron outbreak your staff were totally unconcerned and uninformed about the latest COVID outbreak or with their guests safety. No masks were worn by staff, guests were not required to distance or wear masks. Instilled very little confidence in your services. We have stayed at the Paradise Inn in Dillon Mt. For years on our trip to and from Palm Springs but that was our last time.
We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Paradise Inn, Dillon, MT. The gentleman how checked us in was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the full, hot breakfast was lovely with a very attentive staff member.
Heating unit in room was broken. The temperature outside was below freezing during the night so needless to say the room was quite cold. Reported the problem. Front desk did call but really made no attempt to try and fix the problem other than to say "turn the heater all the way up and it will click on". I did that and it didn't turn on because that wasn't the problem.
I usually do not leave reviews but I read numerous on this hotel before booking that left me hesitant but very glad I decided to stay here. I originally chose it as the other hotel I tried did not even answer after 5 attempts. The staff whom took my reservation over the phone won me over with her hospitality. Reviews said hard beds, old hotel, etc. The beds were great! The hotel is older but it has definitely had a facelift inside. It was clean! Pool was warm and hot tub was hot and very refreshing after hunting all day!!!
Checking in was quick and easy, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and smiley. Such a plus after traveling all day! She gave us information about the things we asked about (The Brew Maze) and had a flier in the lobby for the event. Very helpful! I would've loved a little more recognition for our dog, we give out treat bags and info on dog friendly businesses and recreations at our Inn in Billings! The building was nice, seemed well maintained. The room was a beautiful corner suite. We really enjoyed the spacious room and the jetted tub! The cute presentation with towels folded into flowers and fun shapes around the tub and sink were a very nice touch to the very clean room. A little more on the walls would have made it feel more homey but that's the only thing I'd change! Two bathrooms was very nice as we share one at home! Our dog loved the space as well and we were so happy to be able to bring her with us to celebrate our anniversary. The first day we went down to 4Bs for breakfast, great biscuits and gravy, and within walking distance of our room! The second day my partner went down to get the continental breakfast and had a rough go with it. It was crowded, there weren't a lot of quick options as he didn't have time to wait for the waffle maker that was in high demand. I was happy with the coffee in the room but he was bummed about the watered down cranberry juice. Maybe some more variety, different set up, and going til 10 instead of 9 when the Inn is as full as it was would be helpful. We slept really well, our room was on the top floor so we couldn't hear hardly anything which was very nice! The climate control options in each area were great! Check out wasn't quite as nice as check in. They must've been pretty busy playing catch up with the busy weekend as we had to call down the agent to the front desk to help us and the gentleman who walked in right after us. After about a 3 minute wait she came down and seemed a bit bothered to help us. No good morning, no how was your stay? Just a "what's your room number, and I assume you want your receipt printed out?" I told her yes and we inquired about what the release of funds would look like after the authorizations, then my $250 travel card and the remaining payment was applied. She was not helpful and seemed to just want to get back to what she was doing. I understand being busy but it was such a stark contrast ending our stay with that attitude versus the other girl who was so nice!
After seeing eight different hotels along our road trip, this was our second to last place to hang our hats. Staff were welcoming and super helpful. Hot tub was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice. Not special but well stocked and a decent variety of offerings. Did I mention the staff were great? Big fridge. Nice microwave. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended. Oh, and close to the taco bus down the street.
We stayed at this property on our way to and from Glacier National Park. The breakfast had a good array of hot & cold items. Everything from eggs & sausage to oatmeal & cereal. The staff was very welcoming which was appreciated after a long day of driving.
This last week my husband and myself my daughter and son-in-law how to travel to Dillon for a family emergency. Chaz and his crew did anything and everything they could for us even if it was just letting us cry on their shoulder. I'll stay there any day. Thank you so much as and let your team know they made our stay better than we ever could have had
The manager at your location in dillon did such a great job helping us for both our wedding and getting our family an amazing deal and blessing for our baby girls funeral he truly blessed us and my parents and family
On our return home from visiting National Parks in AZ and UT, we had plans to stay in Idaho Falls only to learn that a mistake was made and not only did we not have a reservation for the night, there were no other rooms available in the entire city! I called Best Western Paradise Inn. So off we drove heading up I-15 arriving in Dillon late in the even. Our room was clean and welcoming, the bed was very comfortable. It was one of the nicest stays of the entire trip. Chaz (GM) is great and his staff are too. I would 100% refer you to this hotel.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived 5 hours than we expected. William was very understanding as I could not call to let them know we were going to be late and got us into a room immediately. At 11 Chaz was able to get us into another room and we had a very relaxing time. All the staff was very nice and helpful. I will need to go back and will be staying with them again.
I was traveling through the state with family for a camping vacation in Glacier. We chose this hotel because it had an adjacent lot for RV camping and many hotels don't have space for larger rigs. We booked two rooms next to each other to accommodate all the kids. The rooms were basic motel rooms. The furniture was older and the beds were far from plush, but it was clean and reasonable for an overnight in transit. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed. The breakfast was minimalist, but it was during COVID. The hotel is on the main strip so there are some restaurants and gas stations (and casino) in walking distance.
Great service. Came in a day early, very lucky to get a room. Nice and clean. Big shout to Chaz, working at the front desk. Great help and very easy to work with! Dillon, Montana is full of great people.
The covered outside pool and hot tub are great. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is available for trailers and big rigs. I stay here any time I am in the area.
Was in Montana for a wedding and Chaz (the manager) was more than helpful and great to talk to. He gave some fun ideas of things to do in the area and had THE BEST customer service imaginable! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as long as Chaz is there! The little kids loved the indoor pool!
I booked a room via AMEX Travel in April to participate in a charity cycling event in June. After driving 700+ miles, I arrived, was not allowed to check in, and was told that my reservation was invalid. Furthermore, they stonewalled attempts by American Express to contact them on my behalf. I had to secure late-notice reservations in Butte (65 mi away) at nearly double the cost. Still working on the recouping the payment collected at the time of booking.
My husband and I stayed one night on our travels to Montana. Was pleasantly surprised how clean and neat this hotel is. I am very picky so this was huge. The manager Chaz was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also would recommend Macs Last Cast for cocktails and dinner.
We will never stay there again. We had bugs that bit us all night long. The room was very hot and it took hours for the AC to cool it. There was stuff all over the mirror. It didn't compare to other Best Westerns we've stayed at.
Our room was very clean & updated nicely. Coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave & TV all newer condition. Pretty quiet which is nice. We swam in the refreshing pool for quite awhile.. it is not overly huge, but good. The hot tub was very warm and relaxing. This area could use a little sprucing up, but did the job at the end of a long hot travel day!. The breakfast was a grab and go with muffins, coffee, bananas, oatmeal. It held us over! All in all it was a good stop, we would stay again.

Stay somewhere else!!! The staff was great, the property was decent, But the room was NOT what they depicted it to be and especially for the price $$$$… I would definitely recommend staying at another hotel chain!
I stayed from the 23 of April and checked out on 25th. Check in was a breeze. I have a dog with me and was able to get a first level room. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. Nice room, bed was comfortable. There is an Indoor pool, Laundry facilities, Fitness center. They have a pet area that was easy to get to and very clean with a run. Employees were awesome. Fantastic customer service. I will definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed the town and atmosphere.
I love staying at the Paradise Inn. The enclosed outdoor pool and hot tub are super. The tub is actually hot unlike some places. The rooms are great. Nicely laid out and comfortable. I especially like the relaxing chair to sit in.
After a long drive we chose to stay in Dillon at the Best Western .. the location was close to the freeway and was pleasant to the “eye”. The front desk was friendly, extremely helpful with the questions we asked and check in was quick. Room was very clean and inviting.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Even with the pandemic they made sure you were taken care of and comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience.
We got snowed in here a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! Everything from Chaz the GM down to Rosie our housekeeper was perfect! The room and even the pool and gym area were spotless! Pool area is fantastic with lots of space and a great hot tub. Only drawback is the 4B's restaurant next door is awful. Don't eat there. Go to the truckstop 2 exits south called Barretts! The food and service are what you are looking for!
it was late I rolled in about midnight front desk was awake and witty she was a blessing at that time of the morning. got me in quickly gave me a member discount. the rooms were clean and of high mid class range not like some of the best westerns housing drug addicts and other long term stay people. this best western has put some of its money back in to the hotel and and it shows.
Other than the bed being really hard, everything else was great! The lady at the front counter was very friendly and personable. I would stay there again for sure! Even staying during covid, we felt safe and everywhere on the property was clean.
In my opinion this is the best value in Dillon. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The amenities are appropriate for the price, and in a Covid environment, they did everything that they reasonably could to make our stay what we needed and wanted. When we did incur a problem, the staff bend over backwards to find a solution that worked for us.
We were returning from a trip to visit our grandchildren and kids in Arizona as we normally do. We have a little dog that we always bring with us, and we take her to the dog run two or three times a day. We always have friendly staff and clean rooms and enjoy the little town of Dillon, since a friend of ours had lived there and recommended us to stay there. We now live in Idaho and have lived here 12 years and enjoy the Northwest. We left early and I thought we had checked the room thoroughly. We had stopped outside of Missoula when I discovered my Ireland necklace my husband had gotten me in Ireland was missing. I tried in my mind to retrace in my mind where I had lost it, since I knew I had put it on. I could only think of our room or the dog run or the car. We stopped and checked the car, so as soon as we got home I called Chaz. He was most courteous and said that he would personally look right away after he finished with a booking he had, then he would call me back as soon as possible. I would say within 10 minutes he called me back telling me that he would phone me back and said that he had found it under a chair near the bed. He said that he would send it in the mail as soon as possible. I offered to pay for it, but he said no, that it was fine, he would mail it. I was so grateful since it was a gift from my husband and I wear it every day. Thanks so much Chaz for making my day and being a kind and generous business manager. You went above what you needed to as a manager and David and I will always be grateful you went right away and checked for us. We will continue to come to your Inn as long as we are able since we are getting older.
We stop there a couple times a year for a few reasons. A safe location, always clean rooms & courteous staff. For us one important aspect is that each room is entered from the outside, with our vehicle parked in front of our door making unloading and loading very easy. Lastly, they have great homemade cookies in the office upon arrival.
I stay in hotels almost monthly, this is by far the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in. There was a lot of black mold in the bathroom, it is disgusting. Outdated, noisy, and gross. This hotel is shameful to the Best Western franchise. This is not a fixer upper, this is a tear down.
Stayed one night, the hotel is centrally located and easy to get around in Dillon. The bed was comfortable, we rented a King. The hotel is older but provides for all necessities and is in good repair. All the staff were very helpful.
This place should be considered Motel 6, not a Best Western, would not refer this place to anyone expecting Best Western quality. Rooms are very old and in need of update. Faucet leaked all night, no privacy curtain for large window overlooking parking lot.
Nothing glamorous. Basic amenities. TV didn't work. Room was clean. Minimum towels, etc. You could feel that the bed mattress was old and worn. I travel a lot so I bring my own soaps, wipe down cleaners, etc. Considering the location and room condition, the rates are over priced. They should charge no more than about $75 for this room. I had breakfast at the restaurant next door and it was TERRIBLE. Restaurant staff were surly and food quality was poor. BW clerk was very nice, very efficient and helpful. She suggested the "Den" a dinner restaurant down the street that was very good. Giving this hotel more than a "3" would be doing injustice to better establishments.
I was disappointed to find that not a single staff member wore a mask despite the hotel advertising both online and in signage throughout the hotel that staff members wear masks and follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19. What other rules are they promising and breaking? I contacted the GM and Corporate and all I got was an automated response that acted as though it was supposed to be personalized. They don't care about your personal wellbeing and just want to use generic promises about how clean they keep things to get you to book.
This is a clean, but dated hotel located in a convenient spot in Dillon. You can easily walk to a coffee hut across the street or the taco food truck down the street. The staff is friendly, although we did have to hunt down the front desk person for check-in. The bathroom has a (private) window to let in some ventilation since the windows don't open otherwise. The fan system works okay and cooled things down enough while the temps were in the mid to upper 90s. If you are upstairs, you can hear everyone walking by the room on the outside, but otherwise, the place was mostly quiet. We avoided breakfast & the pool due to Covid, but the pool at least appeared open. The price seemed very steep for the quality and location of the hotel, but it was an okay option and cleanliness was a priority so it met that expectation. Verdict: Shrugs. Average, clean, and overpriced.
Good hotel, clean rooms. Cassandra at front desk was very pleasant and professional. Would stay here again. Found the Best Western on TripAdvisor and I believe this is the best hotel in Dillon. Try Sparky's Garage for dinner.
We stayed here with our dog. Best pet friendly hotel we have been to. The pet area was immaculate with beautiful grass area and a walk way with a nice rock garden. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Couldn't even tell this was a designated pet room. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this hotel if traveling with furry family members.
We were very disappointed to find that the hotel had a no exception policy when we discovered we booked the wrong night. They refused to credit our mistake even though the hotel is a ghost town. We accidentally booked Friday night and needed Saturday night. Seems like a big city policy in a small town with limited business. We should have stayed somewhere else rather than rewarding them with a second night of business. Won't stay here again.
With the slow reopening of Montana, of course we were nervous about traveling. But we had business in Dillon and also wanted to get out of the confinements of the stay-at-home order. We have stayed at the Best Western in the past and it's always our go-to place. The hospitality has not changed. We were greeted with a welcoming smile. We had no reservations about the cleanliness of the rooms because we have stayed before and this time was no exception. We felt the rooms had been sanitized to the best of the staff's ability. In fact, we heard the motel just received the 2020 Best of Housekeeping award for the entire chain, ranking them in the top 25%! The next morning, the manager, Chaz, personally greeted us and asked about our stay and if we were satisfied. Even though the breakfast and pool were shut down due to COVID-19 restrictions, we felt the Best Western did what they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. You won't be disappointed.
First time to Dillon. Chaz and his staff were over the top friendly and accommodating. From ensuring we had a great room to personally preparing and packaging our complimentary breakfasts they went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great pool for the kids. Will be back for sure! Thank you!!
Clean, easy access from interstate. Gas station across the street, McDonald's within walking distance. was quiet. Could hear noise from pool while outside but once in the room it was fine. Liked being able to park outside the door
The rooms are very out dated. The bathroom window was aluminum and very black with mold. The clerk who checked us in was terrific. He was helpful, quick, courteous and friendly. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows were half size pillows and very small.
I have stayed here at Best Western Paradise inn for over 3.5 months. I have chose this place over the rest because of the great Hospitality. All of the staff from the manager to the House keepers have been amazing. They have an awesome continental breakfast a very clean Pool and Fitness Room. Weather you are in Dillon Montana for business or pleasure I would highly recommend you stay here. The Rooms are Always clean and the staff is alway very helpful.
Wonderful stay as we toured the local college. The front desk gave great recommendations for dinner and lunch as well ideas for places to visit. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were immaculate, and I appreciated that they gave us a room that was away from extra traffic so we could sleep in. When we decided to stay an extra night they were all very accommodating and made sure we stayed in the same room and didn't have to change. We will definitely return!
We had two rooms and one of the rooms was full of bed bugs. My sister was bit several times. Great way to get a disease. Worst part is the lady she called up to check out the bed bugs tried saying that it wasn't that bad and that they were just lice. They were clearly bed bugs.
In town to visit University of Montana Western. Best hotel in town. Clean, quiet and friendly staff with adequate breakfast daily. Nice hot tub to warm up in after walks in the snow. Enjoyed our stay and will be sure to stay again.
We are very happy when we stay at the best western hotels when we travel south . They always treat us with respect as we are seniors with walking disability, they are always offering us assistance which is appreciated
The hotel was mediocre at best but that isn't my issue. My issue comes from reserving and paying online only to arrive and be charged again plus another hold on my account of more than the actual room. So far I have paid for a one night stay three times. Once I saw that they were draining my bank account I asked the front desk about it was told they were going to charge me more and that I need to come back that afternoon and speak to the manager. They were very rude and extremely unhelpful.
The clutch in my car gave out and I arrived at around 2 in the morning, was checked in pretty quickly got a room and was happy with the overall experience. Clean, Comfy, and not too pricey. Staff was cheery and helpful.
My husband has a Best Western Rewards account so we try to stay at BW. After reading some of the negative comments about the Dillon BW, we were very satisfied with our stay. The front desk informed us all the rooms have been renovated. When we called to reserve, they were sold out of King beds so we opted for a single queen but we checked in, we were given 2 queens. Clean carpet, comfortable beds and bedding and a heater ceiling fan in the bathroom made our stay comfortable. Bathroom has an ample granite countertop and tub surround has same granite. Because this is an older 2 story motel type building, we requested second floor to eliminate noise. Breakfast is included and had a nice variety of hot and cold items: scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits & a very tasty gravy (we enjoyed), waffles, muffins, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit cups, hot and cold cereals. We will stay here again on our way back. Staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed our take out supper from Papa T's restaurant. I will write a separate review for them.
Front desk ladies were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast gal even stopped and asked if there was anything she could help with. Place was clean. It was an older hotel that has been nicely refurbished.
An excellent place to stay in Dillon, MT. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of schedule changes. The complementary breakfast was warm and tasty. The hotel is easily accessed from the freeway.
Friendly service. A little pricey for this hotel with exterior rooms and no elevator. Small breakfast area and breakfast hour should be extended to at least 9:30. Breakfast was good. Needs updating. Beds are semi comfortable.
The hotel is very appealing on the outside. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast and internet are good. The bad the rooms are very old and a bit outdated. They have made a great effort to update the rooms but the building on the inside leaves you disappointed Since the building is so old room noise from neighboring rooms and the upper rooms is very noticeable. I would stay elsewhere for the cost of this hotel.
Very nice place to stay in Dillon. Great staff that is very friendly and welcoming. Was there for 3 and a half weeks on business and really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spotless, beds were comfy. Would recommend the Paradise Inn to anyone for business or pleasure.
***Edit***9/10/19 Wish I had done my research before I stayed here. Apparently this is something they do quite frequently. After reading reviews on several different sites, there were many complains about them doing this to others, as well. Shame on you guys! 9/9/19 I did try to solve this problem directly with the hotel but the manager was not rude but not very helpful either. After spending 3 nights and having a wonderful desk gal (sorry I forgot her name), the credit card charge came and we were charged an extra $150. Hmmm... Call the hotel manager and are told we had an undisclosed pet in the room. WHAT?! No pet, just 3 women with long hair. "Sorry we won't do anything about it." The Front Desk gal had been in our room at least 3 times trying to fix the TV/Remote that never really worked all weekend but we must have been hiding that pet under the bed. I call corporate and CORPORATE calls them. They say they have pictures but will NOT send them to corporate and state WE will just have to dispute it with our credit card! Corporate was very apologetic but can't do anything. If you have pictures of my pet hair why wouldn't you send it to prove that I was lying. This doesn't make sense to me. On a separate note. The updates must not have been in my room but the lobby and the pool areas looked to have had some done at some point. The desk staff I interacted with while we were there, were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were older looking but clean. Nice little note when you come in. SO HERE IS MY BAD REVIEW! HOPEFULLY THIS DISSUADES OTHERS FROM USING THIS MOTEL or at least makes you think twice before staying here. I personally will NEVER stay here again.
service was great. Young woman when we checked in and young man when we checked out gave great fishing advice and dinner advice. In addition young woman personally came over to our room and fixed the tv. Room was very clean despite being on first floor in single loaded exterior door to outside design Finally continental breakfast was great w Staci being a great hostess
Booked this hotel as it was convenient to where myself and my friend were headed on our road trip. Lovely friendly staff.....room and bathroom were very clean and well decorated.... the AC unit did stop working in the middle of the night but the young man on check out was very apologetic and stated he would get it looked at straight away. All in all a good hotel and excellent value for money
Background: I am a retired American who pursues an active lifestyle, appreciates functional and clean lodging with easy access. I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a fishing trip. Would I Stay Here Again? Yes Notable Positives: Michelle (front desk) was most professional and helping me out on the day I left for the Missoula airport; large room; functional WiFi; lots of parking; easy in-and-out; nice pool; nice exercise equipment (although the room was too hot) Notable Negatives: Breakfast was essential a carb extravaganza; old-style room cards repeatedly malfunctioned; all exterior doors (potential security issue); tired linens and hard pillows (get rid of old-style bedspreads); cleanliness could be improved (a few spider webs in the corner of the bathroom windowsill) Value: reasonable Location: good access to the Interstate
We stayed two nights with grandkids. Hotel staff were great, breakfast was perfect, pool was good size and family friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would recommend and stay again. Rates were reasonable
This is an older facility, but the rooms have had some updating and it is a comfortable stay. Nice beds and pillows, good shower, and while we didn't use it this time, there is a nice pool - yes, we've stayed here before. Good value for the $.
It was a very disappointing stay as it was hot that evening and the air conditioner wasn't working. My husband has had 3 strokes so cool is essential to his well being. The front counter girl was extremely nice and tried to cool the room down with a fan. It didn't work.
Just average. Room clean, quiet, the normal items. The air conditioner was there but didn't even begin to cool the room good thing we had our own fan. The staff at breakfast was friendly and accommodating as were the people at the front office. If it is very hot beware!!
Short but pleasant stay. Very accommodating. Dinner and lunch restaurant is next door. local convenience store was within walking distance. Breakfast was very filling and a good assortment of foods and juices. Thank you c u soon. Dr Ron and Leslie Nelson.
Nice hotel. Fitness center was hot. There is no elevator and we were traveling with a couple who had mobility issues. Fortunately, they were able to find a first floor room for them. High speed internet cut off and on throughout the morning. Otherwise, it was good.
I was traveling alone with six kids under the age of 11 and was worried about finding accommodations for all of us. Chaz, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful with this. When we arrived after our 7 hour drive, everyone was done and ready to get out of the car. Check in was a breeze and the gal who check us in was so kind and helpful. There was also some awesome tomato soup at the check in desk, which was so great for me after a day of fast food. The room was a little suite that was large enough for me and all the kids. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great for my kids. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever driving through again. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful the staff were. Every single person I encountered during this stay was extremely kind and helpful.
From the check in to check out, this hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was afforable compared to hotels near the national parks. The room was spacious and very clean. This would be a hotel that I would like to stay in again.
There were no smiles given away here. When we asked about a lower level room, the front desk person made us feel as if she were doing us a huge favor to help us. Very poor breakfast plus not a smile or greeting to be had here either.
I stay more than 50 mights a year in hotels. I understand that Dillon is not a major city but it still gets lots of visitors. There are not many options in the area so the Best Western should be considered. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The rooms are VERY dated and if you are on the first floor, expect to hear squeaky floors from the person staying above you. The morning breakfast is adequate but not many options...and the same thing every AM. Overall a good option in Dillon.
We had a very good quiet night at the paradise inn at Dillon after a not so good experience at another best western in Idaho Falls. What we appreciated the most was the integrity and genuine friendliness of the staff that we interacted with (Keilei and Chaz)-truly exceptional! This is a bit of an older establishment, but they have done well with what they've got to work with. The breakfast was great-and everything in our room worked as would be expected. The only thing we would mention is the bed was a bit firmer then we are used too...but for others this may not be an issue. Also the bathroom was quite small, but we realize you can't exactly change that overnight lol. Thanks for restoring our faith in the best western brand-this is a good one, and we definitely recommend it :)
There is too much light to allow a good night's sleep. There were three lights for the TV alone, one on a modem-type device, another on the cable or satellite box mounted on the rear but with the light extending beneath the edge of the TV and the ever-present red light to remind users the TV is turned off. (I can figure that out myself, and BW could help by using TVs that do not have them). The curtains are too short and allow light to come in from the parking lot at top, bottom and both sides Making matters worse is a large mirror that should be moved elsewhere that directs that light to yet another part of the room. Finally, not only did the clock-radio have a bright digital display, but there was a very bright white night light built into the snooze alarm button! While the shower was fine, turning on the bathroom vent not only turns it on, but it turns on a heater that soon begins to bake one. We could not hear anyone in the adjoining rooms, but outside the front doors, every thing or person who moved could be heard all too well. Fortunately, after about 9:30 all was quiet and there was no further noise until about 6:00 a.m. Rooms were small and crowded, but clean. Coffee was better than at most hotels/motels and breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to the second floor.
Good check in and checkout. Excellent staff members. Breakfast was very good, best we had on our road trip. The room was large and clean and had everything you needed, including a table and chairs if you wanted to eat in room, but we were more or less under the stairs so it was dark and also noisy at times. However, I asked for, and got , a ground floor room, so thank you. Would stay here again but would request room away from the stairs
I had not been at a BW in over 30 years and was amazed how nice they are now. The staff was excellent i would rate BW will a Holiday Inn qualities of service, atmosphere but at a lower price. I will be bringing my family to BW s from now on.
Right in the heart of Dillon off the 15 fwy could not be more convenient. Nice Hotel with great accommodations...nice large clean indoor pool with jacuzzi...the complimentary breakfast was excellent... Stayed here 2 or 3 years ago, And they must have made some improvements. The landscaping and grounds are nice and well maintained. The Manager and staff couldn't have been any nicer and helpful, all we had to do was ask...Definitely will stay again when visiting Montana and highly recommend it
The maintenance man and the general mgr were awesome. I was so scared of a wasp in the pool area because my son is allergic. They both went into the area and had us stay out until the wasp was taken care of. The general mgr is all over the property helping all departments and you truly see how much he cares. He is willing and available to talk to all customers and help as needed. Not like most hotels you never see or hear from a mgr. The breakfast employee cleaned up after us, offered to make our waffles and even offered to wash my sons sippy cups. The front desk was friendly and quick. It was just a great stay. We were here for a mix of business and leisure with our family. The only thing that could use some work was the wifi in our room.
No problems with stay I did however forget to mention that the shower curtain rod is about to fall out...short walk to The Den and or gas station..suggestion maybe all weather turf on the metal stairs would quiet them down a bit for people who leave really early..nice breakfast..hot..and once again..semi parking
We were accused and charged for having a pet in our room. It rained the entire time we were there... They would have known if we had a pet in the room!! They were unwilling to provide proof of this accusation. My husband spoke with the corporate office who contacted the hotel. The manager,Chaz, called me and gave me 2 choices, both choices charging me for a pet that wasn't there... And then he hung up on me. I NEVER did receive a receipt or a notice I was being charged extra. I happened to see it on my bank account. I had to request a receipt. We stay there several times a year, as our son lives in Dillon. Never again!
Reasonably priced, and very accommodating! The breakfast is included in the price. Rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The front desk clerk was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the area.
We came up to visit family in Dillon and Chaz made sure we had a clean room that was accessible for me since I am disabled. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable! Amenities worked great - big TV, WiFi, fridge, and plenty of hot water for showers. Housekeeping was great for getting things replenished and tidied up even with us having our 2 dogs! We even had a welcome note from Gaby in housekeeping! Breakfast was surprisingly tasty as well! From our warm welcome by Chaz to our departure, all was terrific with no complaints! Thanks for a great stay and for taking care of us AND our pets!
We got there late at night and the clerk at the counter was very friendly , as always, when we stay at the Best Western in Dillon. He was very helpfull and it is a pleasure to know that. In the morning the breakfast room was clean and there was enough room for everybody who came in.
Couldnt ask for a better room. Spacious, Pet Friendly, Very Clean and the Beds and Pillows where the most comfortable. They have a Great Breakfast with a large variety..Chaz, the GM, went above and beyond to accommodate us and he is very hands on with this hotel. He and his staff are the main reason we will be returning to this location very soon! Thank You Best Western for another great stay....
This Best Western is not new. That does not mean there are problems because of age it just means there are some signs of aging. It is clean and comfortable and the people that work here are all knowledgeable and friendly. I would stay here again.
Had a very nice stay. Check in was fast and friendly, rooms were clean... even the breakfast staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there was a variety of convenient businesses and restaurants close by. Highly recommend!
dirty cleaning towels left in room over priced and got charged fore smoking in room which did not happen we were on ground floor with ash tray right outside our door. over priced and very dated. When we called to ask about being over charged for supposedly smoking in room we were told basically our problem 300.00
The room was very nice, very clean. When you look under the rim of the sink and it's very very clean then there's a great chance everything is going to be great. I would recommend staying here when your in the area. . I will definitely go back.
Door Broken.Toilet ran all night.Cold.Staff refused to get us a different room.Very noisy: anyone walking on the outside deck shook the whole room.Breakfast lounge was so packed that most people were eating standing up. We were so disgusted that we skipped breakfast altogether.
I always stay here when I travel south, great place, convenient location and good people. always clean and friendly, I recommend this best western for just about everything. I say that because I never eat free food so I have no idea what that is like... :)
We arrived at the Paradise Inn in Dillon, Montana, in the evening and we were extremely tired after travelling more than 9 hours that day. I'm not sure where to start other than to say that out of all the 6 or 7 places we stayed at within the last couple of months, this facility was the worst. It was clean but here are some of the issues we experienced. 1. The room was cramped with too much furniture for the size of room. 2. The mattress had waves in it 3. The bathroom was cold as ice, had to put a towel on the floor while in there. 4. There were dirty foot prints all over the floor by, and in, the bathroom. It had snowed but we stayed at other places where it had snowed and this was definitely not an issue. 5. Floor by the closet felt like we would fall through when we walked over it 6. There was soup in the foyer the evening we arrived but there were no crackers. When I asked if there were any, she said “no, I'll have to put that on the list”. Who serves soup without crackers. The front desk person said the soup had just come over from 4B's restaurant which we didn't realize until the next morning that 4B's is right across the parking lot. She should have/could have called them and asked for crackers. 7. In looking at the website, it says the rooms are “all new renovated rooms”. We found the room to be very outdated with old reddish carpets, a closet door that looks like it came out of a 1960's house which was hard to open and close, wavey mattress to name a few. 8. Very poor overall quality for what we paid which was comparable in price to all the other Best Westerns we stayed at over this period of time. This period of travel spanned from Idaho Falls, Montana to Flagstaff, Arizona, there and back. We left very EARLY in the morning and when I went in to get my receipt, I did register a few complaints (not all, as we were in a hurry to get back on the road). All I got was an apology, which didn't satisfy my displeasure.
Easy days' drive from central Alberta. Larger rooms with pet friendly flooring, a larger pet run and alll the pet owners amenities as well. A decent restaurant shares the parking lot, there is a free standing pool and hot tub room and a great complimentary breakfast. Not a new motel but kept up. Priced to value.
We travel 2200km between Albert's and Nevada 4 times per year. We stay in a hotel to break the trip into 2 days. It's always a challenge to get a reasonable rate for a hotel room that includes pets. The BW Paradise in Dillon Montana provided a reasonable rate for a comfortable room with amazing beds. Friendly and personable staff and a great basic breakfast that included waffles, eggs, sausage, real juice and great tasting coffee.
If they clean and you don't mind walking out side to get to the pool, you may not be dissatisfied. The location in the town is good. There is food near by and it is close enough to the interstate. The prices and the accommodations are better in Butte. It is worth the drive. However if you don't mind paying too much for a dirty room that has a pool out side in the middle of the parking lot with no covered access, then this is the place for you.
The Hotel was neat & clean, but was 'dwarfed' by the exemplary "Customer Service" Let's just say a traveler, was using the parking lot like a Truck Stop, and would have been a Deal-Breaker for me. (Light Sleeper) The manager said he would take care of it, and boy did he! The manager a nice, smart, newlywed, & a young man. He could easily work at a "Ritz Carlton" His name is Chaz...They are so lucky to have him! N.Mc.
Great location. Close to restaurants ts z d Bars. Just a short drive off the highway. Friends fly staff and rooms were neat and tidy. Great stop off point on our way to Arizona. We will definitely use this hotel again
There aren't that many options in town and I was disappointed with my previous stay so I decided to try the Best Western. Pros: great service and friendly staff (friendly check-in, late checkout request granted without question, attentive staff at breakfast), nicely upgraded rooms with granite counters and spacious sink area, updated flooring and tasteful finishes, comfortable beds, decent sized rooms with table, desk, microwave and mini-fridge. Cons: it's an updated old motor lodge so the rooms open to the exterior and the pool area is in a separate building across the parking lot. The walls are thin so expect to hear your neighbors. I could hear someone snoring in the next room. Request a room on the second floor to reduce noise from vehicles outside your door and avoid the problem of noisy neighbors above. Breakfast was standard fare: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, bagels and toast, yogurt and granola, instant oatmeal. The coffee was good and always replenished. I'd stay there again.
Granted this hotel is old I wouldn't expect the stay to be perfect. Breakfast was nice. But the room reeked. Either the floor wasn't cleaned (not carpeted) or the bedding had been peed on. Since we were in a pet room we did not complain to staff.
It was a perfect stopping place for us on our way to Pinedale, Wy. Several couples from our group made stops here! Loved the cinnamon rolls @ check in. We will definitely visit here again?? Highly recommend this hotel if your traveling on I-15.
Arrived around 8:15pm to find restaurant next door, closed and only gas station down the street for a sandwhich. There was no information, that I can remember, to help quicly familiarize you with their community and the ammenities available you might need
Staff was nice, hotel situated near highway and near center of town which was nice. But room was noisy especially fan/heater in bathroom. Room seemed to be a little beat up and in rough condition considering the price paid.
Stayed in Dillon to see some nearby forest area. I looked at the ratings on tripadvisor and hotels.com and decided on the Best Western (also looked at Fairbridge Inn but glad I did not take that one as it is right next to I-15). This is in the old motel style , so it does not have elevators and on the first floor you can park in front of your room. If you cannot carry your luggage or do stairs , make sure you get the bottom floor. The room is a fair size with all amenities including refrigerator and microwave. The thermostat is tricky as it controls the heat, if you want air condition, ignore it and find the wall unit which does sufficiently cool the room but I set it lower than normal (at 68 it was comfortable). The bathroom is completely renovated , nice shower tub combo. The sink area is outside the bathroom itself, which helps us , because that means I can do hair and make-up while the other half takes a shower. They have a small fitness center, and laundry room. They also have an indoor pool and hottub in a "greenhouse" looking building inset in the parking lot. Walking distance to grocery, small (very small ) theatre , Montana style casino across the street, so fairly convenient. My room was at the back of the complex away from the main street, which meant my room was very quiet, (very important to us as we go out early in the morning to look for animals , then we come back and sleep around noon , so quiet was very important. Also the staff was wonderful, got directions to everything, help with the laundry and immediate attentiveness to every concern. If you are in Dillon , this is the place.
This was our third visit for the year and suprizingly the staff remembered who we were. They were very kind, helpful and professional. We will continue to stay here because it's such a nice place, close to the activities we did, best staff ever, nice room with a comfortable bed.
We stayed for one night while visiting the ghost towns nearby and everyone gave us great directions. The hot tub was boiling hot and when I told Chaz at the front desk about it, he immediately came and added cold water and made it perfect. The beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean and the breakfast was great. I watched the woman maintaining the breakfast area actually put on gloves and check the biscuits for any that may have dried out! Amazing!
We stayed in Dillon Mt as a stopover on our way to California and home. we stayed at the Great Western by chnance and were pleased with our room, location and the breakfast provided. The room was comfortable roomy, we had an upgraded King and quiet.
Wow, is this place immaculate! The office, eating area, grounds and rooms are all clean and attractive. The rooms have been totally renovated. Our king room had very nice furnishings, and a comfortable mattress. We have never stayed in a room this clean! The breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold items, with plenty of tables and chairs. The nice lady working there was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
My daughters and I were driving from Alberta, Canada to Cali, and one of our rest stops was Dillion MT. We as a family have stayed at the KOA when we had our motorhome, so we were familiar with the community. I booked the Paradise Inn before we left. Once we arrived, the desk clerk was very polite and friendly and we had a room already to go. We were on the bottom floor, right by stairs leading to the top floor and close to the front of the Inn. I was a bit concerned with the stairs and the amount of noise they could create, but it was quiet. The room was a good size and they have did some upgrades to make it more modern. The beds were comfortable and they had a mini fridge. Which was great for us as we had some items needing refrigeration. The breakfast in the morning was great. They had a wonderful variety of hot and cold items. The host was very polite and she always made sure items were full. There were only two areas that made our stay just wee bit annoying. It was the fitness room and the room above us. The fitness room was extremely hot, no air conditioning, so the door needed to be left open and it smelt, bad. As for the room above us, I'm assuming that the floors are made of wood, so you heard every step. It wasn't anything out of the norm, just thin floors. Having said that, I would stay here again, just maybe on the upper floor.
We do not stay anywhere unless it is Best Western Hotels. They have the best customer service and clean rooms. We have not stayed at one that has not been this way. If we needed anything all we had to do is ask and they where right there to help.
It is okay place. It is a older hotel in town. Close to stores. If you get there before the restaurant close up for the night. They roll up the sidewalks early. Steak house I went to was closed for the night. Served just drinks. Dont do me any good if I dont drink.
We chose this hotel based on good reviews. Check in was very easy, we did have reservations. The lobby was clean and very nicely decorated. Our room was ready for us even though we got there about an hour early. The room was nice and clean and was newly redecorated. New more modern look to the room. Bathroom was nice and clean everything was well done. I have not had a bad room when we stay at any Best Western. I would definitely stay here again.
This Place was clean and comfortable and great location. We had our Dog with us and they are very pet friendly with a little dog park and run. The room was updated and clean, the room was a good size.
We had fun socializing with other guests on the property. A little parking lot fun. The desk person cheered our fun games and was delighted to see the fun we were having. The breakfast staff was attentive, nice and offered hot off the cookie sheet cinnamon rolls to each guest.
Chaz the GM meet our party and checked us in. Very friendly and took care of all of parties needs. Room was extremely clean and nice. The dip in the pool was refreshing. Breakfast was good. If you need a place to stay in Dillon, stay here.
Stayed at the BW Paradise Inn while visiting Bannack Ghost Town because it seemed to have the best reviews on Trip Advisor. The hotel has been updated so everything was new and clean and beds were comfortable. This is an older style of motel and access to the rooms is on the outside. They do allow pets here so we asked for a second floor pet free room and there is no elevator at this hotel. The AC is in a wall at the back of the room. Had it set at 66 so it would be cool enough at the front of the room where the bed was. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast fare. Desk clerks and breakfast clerks were very accommodating and friendly.
The hubs and I stopped in without reservations on a Thursday, late afternoon and walked right in to a clean, spacious and very comfortable room. The staff was really as accommodating and personable...even when I locked us out of our room. Got great recommendations for supper and for travels the next day. I would highly recommend a stay here and they recognize both AAA and AARP.
We stayed here twice and loved it. Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The food was so good! They had everything fresh and ready to serve. They even had homemade cinnamon rolls and fresh baked cookies for their guests.
I have stayed at Super 8, Comfort Inn and now Best Western in Dillon in the past year, each time a 1 night stay transitting through Montana. The lobby has cookies each in an individual bag, hot choc, coffee and tea. Rooms are newly renovated; new carpet, faux granite shower wall and bath counter. The base of the table lamp has 2 AC and 2 USB outlets for charging phones, tablets, etc. The indoor pool is a good size (not a kiddie pool like some other hotels), and has a jacuzzi. All towels have a fresh Febreze-like scent which is a nice touch. Great full hot breakfast includes sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit cups, waffles, etc.
This was a great place to stay. The hotel is convenient to find and had ample parking. My room was big and really clean. I enjoyed the fresh smell as I walked in, and the rooms look new or newly remodeled. Hotel staff was friendly and it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.
We booked a room here and guaranteed our room with a credit card. We were in route and in a limited cell phone coverage area and received a call wanting to know if we were still coming in. I always thought if you guaranteed a room it didn't make a difference what time you got in. Had they not gotten a hold of us wonder if we would have had a room That night. The room was adequate but had a room freshener smell and the bed was pretty uncomfortable and acoustics weren't good-could hear sounds from other rooms they charged us $278 a night. We did have a bathroom and a half and a living room so that was nice.
Nice motel. Clean large rooms. Nice to have the microwave and fridge. Indoor pool. Friendly staff at the desk. Firm beds and many pillow choices. Restaurant next door but didn't try it. Close to the interstate.
Very helpful staff. Very clean rooms. A little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Nice updated atmosphere and very comfortable. This place stays super busy, which says a lot! Highly recommended over any other hotel in town.
Great people and customer experience. The staff helped 24 hours a day and the breakfast was home cooked and delicious. The indoor pool and small fitness center was a great addition to experience and added to the complete package.
Just checked in. First thing noticed was a single queen bed. We had two adults and a toddler. Called the front desk and door to Cory. He told me there would be an upcharge for a king or two queens, so I asked him for a crib or a rollway cot. He said the hotel has neither. Unimpressed by this attitude. I paid $112 for a very basic 2 star hotel room and it feels like they want to nickel and dime me. Guess it wasn't enough. The wifi is apparently being worked on currently and doesn't work. Wish I had stayed elsewhere, but as they say...fool me once...
We stayed at the Best Western for one night last week. Tired from being on the road for 6 hours and pulling a trailer, we found this place to be a perfect haven for a good night's rest. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The front desk clerk advised us where on the property to park our oversized vehicle and suggested a few things to do around town. The room was clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. We specifically ask for non-pet rooms as I suffer from allergies and was happy to know that there are a number of rooms that pets are never allowed in. Housekeeping should be commended for their work, they do a great job. The continental breakfast was tasty and appealing and the coffee fresh. For a pleasant visit give the Best Western a try.
Nice place but a little expensive even with the best western best rate online. Great breakfast with lots of selection of both hot and cold items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just don't get a room near the stairs as it is noisy
We recently stayed at this Best Western and was not disappointed. Everything was clean and in working order. Staff were helpful and we experienced no problem at all. Will stay here again in our travels north - south. Thanks
Charged for unauthorized dog, no dog in room. General manager said he had pictures but wouldn't provide I call scam, was told to dispute with credit card. Noticed other similar reviews, done with this place after staying there for years.
I was charged twice for the same visit-have requested manager to call me. I understand this has happened to others who stayed there. DO NOT STAY THERE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!! Swimming pool was not working when we were there either
We have some mobility issues and had no problem getting a ground floor unit with handicap accessibility. We like having access to the restaurant next door. Good food and it makes it handy to have dinner and retire early.
Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Morning breakfast was the basic but good. Good location. Downside the hot tub was broken even though they did partner with another motel that you could drive to and use theirs but the was not on our to do list. Also rooms are pretty noisy with people outside smoking. Friendly staff and you do get what you pay for probably will look else where on our next stay.
Good place to park your head....limited semi parking next to south side of building but that's better than none....got a 4 Bs in the same parking lot..indoor pool hot tub and a decent hot breakfast before you start your morning trip....plan early...fills up fast
We have been charged a $150 for an undisclosed pet. WE DID NOT HAVE A PET WITH US. The girls staying in the room all have pets at home so apparently if you bring some pet hair on your clothes you are guilty. They refuse to consider that we didn't have a pet and will not refund our money. I have basically been called a liar and a cheat!
We stayed here on a weekday during the off season. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool and sauna - it was great. Of course the bonus of staying at a Best Western is the hot breakfast that is included in the price of your stay. Cannot be beat for the value.
I was impressed by the cleanliness of this motel and the updated interior. Front desk check in girl was kind and friendly. I would stay here again. Room was clean, bed comfy, parking fine, breakfast just the standard fare. Was bummed that the check out girl lied to me about all of the cleaning staff- she told me they had all gone home but there was one still there cleaning rooms.
This was our second visit, as we stopped here on our way to Northern Idaho and then on our return home to Texas. The location was convenient on both legs of our trip. This motel has been renovated with updated rooms featuring granite bath counter top and bath surround. All of the bath fixtures are top grade with a luxury look. The curved shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly (very common, installers apparently never read instructions). The rod is placed so far into tub that it completely negates the need for a curved rod. The curtain is right up against your body while showering. The room had all of the usual amenities but the flat screen HD TV had only standard definition reception. All rooms have an exterior entry directly into parking area. There is no elevator. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with hot just out-of-the oven cinnamon rolls. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this lodging.
Enjoyed our stay, but was charged $15 pet charge and at other Best Western and area hotels only charged $10. Very pleasant staff rooms were clean. Coffee machine quite working but coffe was available at breakfast area.
High quality. Wonderful, caring staff. Great swimming pool and fitness area. Staff responded to our requests quickly. We requested a quiet room. We were placed in a nook away from the other rooms and had a restful evening and sleep. The fitness center had new equipment and clean surroundings. The pool was large and warm. We would stay there again even if we had to drive 20 miles out of our way!!!
We were returning from Christmas on nasty roads and decided not to drive tired after dark. This motel was perfect for our traveling needs. They welcomed our little dog and provided a quiet night's refuge.
We were able to find a warm welcoming room with ease of access to our vehicle. Even though we had no reservation we were well taken care of. The pleasant breakfast selections were wide ranged and even included lactose intolerant options.
Always enjoy staying at the Best Western Paradise Inn in Dillon. Good rooms and nice staff. Only place to stay in Dillon. Andy and his staff are always welcoming. I've been staying here for over 20 years and never disappointing.
Comfortable king size bed. Internet excellent! Amenities to our liking! Staff very professional & accommodating to our needs! Breakfast was nicely laid out & had a good variety for various tastes! Will definitely stay again!!!
I stay at this hotel twice per year, in the fall and winter. It consistently delivers good service and quality. Very caring staff that is obvioulsy very well trianed. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are very clean.
We stayed at this motel on similar trip 2 years ago and looked forward to staying again.Room clean, staff helpful, hearty breakfast and super pet friendly - has fenced dog run that our Boston, Maggie, enjoyed.
Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Internet worked well. Parking lot was well-lit and the overall appearance of Hotel was good. It's an older style hotel with modern updates that worked well. We will definitely consider staying here again.
This place takes "Continental Breakfast "to the next level . I would go back just for the Breakfast. The room was clean , warm and quiet . We met some people at breakfast that had the same experience, all good
We never planned on staying here but did due to road conditions and were very pleasantly surprised. Great Hotel. Nice Rooms. Great Staff. Will plan to stop here on our way to and from Family again. The room was nice and clean.
A nice motel experience. Kid friendly. Room was clean. Extremely friendly staff. Pool was a bit crowded, but was a busy sports tournament weekend. Overall, would say that our stay was pleasant and a good value.
The room was great, very clean and decor was very nice. They had nice amenities in the room, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. We were on the second floor and right next to the stairs, which was nice not to have to lug our luggage very far, however, people coming up and down the metal stairs was very noisy. Also, being that the doors opened up to the outside and not an inside hallway, there was a lot of noise from the parking lot and people coming and going. Someone close by had their tv on all night long, so it was very hard to sleep. I also thought the room was a bit spendy.
Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Location of hotel is along main street making it easy to get to local destinations. Breakfast was one of the best we've had. Everything hot and fresh. Very clean eating area and staff was there to help in any way possible.
Great service, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great breakfast with good variety. The staff went out of the way to ensure I was comfortable. Plenty of room for boat parking. Priced midway between the high end and low end motelsvin the region.
This Best Western had the best customer service we have ever had! The check in staff was pleasant, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! Room was great, breakfast well stocked!
Dillon is ~5 hours south of the US-Canadian border on the I-15. It is the last stop of any size in Montana and before the Monida Pass, Fuel is readily available as are a number of restaurants. We like the IPA at the Beaverhead Brewery (a 15 minute walk). The green chilli bowl from a food truck (?Brunchies?) was made with Hatch NM chilis. We have stayed here at least 4 times when travelling between Alberta and Arizona. This tine we discovered a Patagonia outlet store
We stop at this hotel twice a year on are way to Arizona. This year on the way down we stopped their on the 21st of October and the hotel almost doubled their price from last year because of hunting season. I think for the people who regularly stay their, This is outrages pricing. They charged 170.00 for one night stay. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel. There are other ones in town to choose from. I liked the Paradise Inn but after gouging their customers on this weekend was the final straw.
The front-desk staff were courteous, friendly and professional at both check-in and check-out. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. We always stay here and are never disappointed!
Friendly, comfortable, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. A good choice for a refreshing stop on the drive. We have used this before on our snowbird commute and will use it again. Great value as well.
15% year-over-year price increase just took them off my list of options. Have used this location several times over last 5 years but not any more with that kind of price gouging. Will definitely be changing for next year.
Best Western has been very good at maintaining a standard of amenities at each of their facilities - and our stop in Dillon MT can always be consistent with comfort, access and services offered. We will return!
This was our third stay at this motel and it has usually been adequate. This stay was awful. They booked at least 3 individuals into the room beside us at 12:30 in the morning and they woke us up by being noisy and slamming doors for a least an hour. Finally they settled down and we went back to sleep. Then I heard rustling and chewing and it was a mouse eating our dog food that we had left on the bureau. Twice they appeared. Mentioned it to the manager the next morning and he said they have never had mice. So I showed him the mouse droppings - he said he would "fix it". The charge for the room did not appear on my Visa for a few months and I thought that was an appropriate response to our terrible experience. Not to be. Full charge appeared shortly afterwards. Avoid at all cost.
We travel south every year and stop over night in Dillon We have found this hotel to be reliable in comfort and cleanliness. They serve a good hot breakfast included in the price. The location is quiet and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Amazing hotel For price super clean quiet close to restaurant gas etc. nice breakfast in morning. Great area for dogs with walking path and provided poop bags. Very happy with Hotel especially how clean the room was with largo floors. Nice remodel. Well done !
Stayed here one night when passing through Dillon. Front desk employee might have been new, but charged more than the price posted on web sight. Corrected when I pointed it out, probably honest mistake. The heat and A/C unit was quiet and the beds were good. Room 227 was large. All rooms have outside doors. We asked for quiet room and they suggested second floor, but had to carry luggage up stairs.
Beds and pillows need improved upon in this motel. Very uncomfortable. The desk clerks were very professional. The breakfast needs to have more variety. Personally, my wife and I will not stay there any more unless improvements are made. We have enjoyed staying at Best Western hotels, but not this one.
noise, door seals, no lock on bathroom, bathroom door did not close, I would not stay at this hotel in Dillion, MT look for other options. Appearance is deceiving. It was very expensive for what you received.
Arrived at the hotel in the middle of a snow storm. Check-in was handled by a very friendly clerk. We were assigned a ground floor room that we had requested as we have a service dog in training. The room was very clean with a nice welcome note from the girl that had cleaned the room. Soon after settling in our room we noticed our pup's toe had started bleeding again (her nail had been trimmed to closely that morning) after playing in the several inches of snow. Since the floors were hardwood wiping the blood up was easy but we didn't want to ruin the hotel's bath towels so the wife went to the office asking for a old used towel. They gave her one and several minutes later the front desk clerk showed up with an old blanket we could use for a puppy bed. This was extremely helpful to us and we really appreciated the extra effort he displayed. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food. We will definitely stay here next time we're passing through!
The motel is conveniently located on the main street in town but situated such that noise is not a factor. The premises is clean and well maintained. Good internet connection and an excellent breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, juice, etc. The manager gave us a good tip on where to get lunch and dinner. Good parking with several places reserved for those travelers with trailers. Everything you need in a motel room was there and clean.
We enjoyed the Best Western in Dillon, MT It was clean; the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We definitely will stay there again when we travel North. We enjoyed walking around the town once we had settled into our room. What a great place to call "home."
We have stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased with cleanliness, staff interactions and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very considerate and helpful. The breakfast isn't our favorite but it is very conveient with a wide variety of things to choose from.
My husband and I have been staying here for at least the last 10 years. We appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. We look forward to the breakfast. We absolutely recommend staying here.
the cleaning person left us a nice note telling us to enjoy our stay, the front desk clerk brought us extra blankets because it was so cold outside. breakfast was good and fresh cookies at night was a nice touch also.
I was only in town for one night for a job interview. This was nice clean hotel. I unfortunately did not utilize all the amenities offered but everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Dillon!
Great place to stay and we would definitely stay at the BW Paradise Inn in Dillon MT again. We loved everything about our stay and the staff and manager, Andy, were great. The breakfast selection was very good and always nicely presented.
Bed was a little too soft. Old place which has seen several makeups, but with an OLD window air conditioning unit stuck in the back wall by the bathroom you know it's ancient. Nice TV, good WiFi, but the best part was the "fresh hot cinnamon rolls" ! All of the expanded breakfast items were much better than the usual Best Western.
This Best Western has been updated and the rooms are very nice. It is convenient to the highway and also to several nice restaurants (try The Den across the street). The pool/hot tub are very pleasant and the guest laundry was convenient. Definitely recommend this hotel for a
This hotel was one of the best we have used. Very clean, spacious rooms. The whirlpool was functioning (many hotels either don't have one or it is not working) and felt great after hiking all day. The hot breakfast was one of the best tasting especially the offer for fresh out-of-the-oven fruit pastries.
My family has been staying at the Best Western Paradise Inn for years when ever we stay in Dillon. The newly renovated rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful!!
Staff was very friendly. Room decor was color coordinated, including the sheets on the bed. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Location is easy to get to from I-15. The motel also allows pets which was an added feature. There are several fast food as well as restaurants very nearby.
Great place to stay for a small college town. Dillon Montana should be proud having a local business supporting its community .This business supports it town.and the hiring local people as their employees.
Nice place to stay when flying up and down the I-15. Good breakfast and nice pool/hot tub. We were in the area for the eclipse, and couldn't find a hotel closer than Dillon. But we didn't mind the drive, nice spot for the night!
We stayed here the night before the eclipse. The desk clerk was very friendly & helpful. The younger cleaning lady was very kind to get me an extra sheet. If we are in Dillon or the area we would definitely stay here.
My wife and I stayed here as a stopover on our way to Salt Lake. The hotel staff are friendly. The grounds and rooms are clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. I was not expecting much from a middle of nowhere chain hotel, but I was pleasantly suprised. This was especially the case because we stayed on eclipse weekend. Even though they were slammed, they still delivered a pleasant stay. We will stay here again in the future.
Good value and good location. Outstanding service from a friendly, service-oriented, and professional staff. Especially notable was how clean and neat the staff kept the breakfast area during the morning rush.
The rooms/building needs some general maintenance and deep cleaning (carpets, AC filters, walls), but did satisfy my needs. Bed was comfy, pillows were fluffy, and shower had hot water. The internet could definitely use some boosters. Between the amount of people using it and the distance from the server, most nights I was unable to use the wireless internet successfully. If you are on gov't business, do not expect a gov't rate unless you have a gov't charge card (a gov't ID only gets you a discount), and gov't rate is not offered on the weekends. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, as was the fitness room. No elevator (which was not a problem for me) and outdoor entrances to the rooms. It is right off the interstate, next to a grocery store and several places to dine. It can get a little rowdy during the summer weekends.
I thought if a price was posted on the i-net you had to stay with that price-there is something about YOUR WORD that shows your worth. I don't have any more to say-we were already really tired from being stopped on the freeway so long and than you feel like its a total rip off-Besides the brown and orange decor went out in the 70s, didn't know that had be revived.
We stopped in Dillon on our way down to see the 2017 solar eclipse. We had heard Bannack state park was neat to visit. Best western here was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. There was a pool we did not use. Not much to do for food in the area but there was a nearby puzzahut, McDonald's, and Safeway!
This is a average Best Western with everything you would expect from them except for the fact that the breakfast area was very small amount of people so we did not get to have the breakfast but we like the people our room was comfortable and I would recommend it
I was so impressed with this hotel! The rooms were roomy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. The room was quiet and the staff were very helpful. I love that it is pet friendly, even though I had to leave my dog at home. I think it is great that all the pet rooms have newly installed LVT flooring for improved hygiene and easier to clean. Breakfast Bar was very good. Plenty of hot coffee!
I enjoy staying at the Best Western Paradise Inn in Dillon, MT because my little dog "Cookie" is as welcome as I am. The extra effort to make the pet amenities first rate goes a long way! The bed and room with the amenities for "Cookies" friend, me, are also top notch. So if your pet takes you traveling, this is a great place to stop and Dillon is a neat little town as you travel off the I-15 Interstate through Montana. So if you are going North to Butte and beyond or South to Idaho Falls and the south western states then this is a nice place to take a break. Thanks for the hospitality.
The Best Western in Dillon was a nice landing place for the activities we had planned for this trip. Overall the hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Service with room refresh each day was inconsistent. Nothing was ever complete: one day there was no shampoo or conditioner, one day no face wipes or soap, one day the bed wasn't completely made with the pillow and decorative cover left on the chair, one day no mints...not that any of these items were a big deal, but it was just not the typical service we have come to expect from a Best Western. And this was the service we received after leaving a tip each day - not sure what we should expect had we not have tipped. Again, the staff was friendly and we would stay here again. Dillon is a small town in the middle of nowhere so to find a hotel that was well maintained and clean was fantastic!
My family and I were so pleased with this hotel! We've had to stay at various hotels and are often frustrated at the price we paid for the sub-par facilities. The Best Western Paradise Inn in Dillon was such a nice surprise. It was clean. The room was very big (not sure if they are all as big.) Our beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the facilities were maintained. (No caulking coming off, no stains, etc) The staff at the desk were quick and friendly as well. Oh, and the pool house was great! It was covered rather than "indoor" in a green house type room. I felt like I was on vacation! We'll definitely use this hotel again.
The BW Dillon was a nicely remodelled motor inn. We have a small dog, they are pet friendly. Love the direct acces to outside. Room was large, well furnished, and met our needs completely. Excellent friendly staff and good breakfast. Great little motel.
They have finished some nice touch ups and looks great. Restaurant on site is a nice place to relax after a days drive they make you feel like your part of the family. A great place to stop when traveling south of the border.
We had stayed at the BW Paradise Inn ten years ago. It was a good stay but the hotel was rather worn. Now after ten years, the BW Paradise Inn is much improved, accommodating and a convenient place to stay. The staff was busy but very friendly. The breakfast area was clean and the hot and cold breakfast items on target. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We were glad we choose the BW Paradise Inn again, and pleased much effort had been made to improve the overall appearance and provide comfortable lodging.
Good semi parking to the south ..close to some chow joints..and not a bad breakfast to wake up to...the staff seems pretty nice...plus if you need to do some grocery shopping the Safeway is just two blocks away
We called to let them know we would be bringing my service dog with us and they were very nice and accommodating the entire time we were there. We were assigned the best room in the hotel for someone with a dog. It was on the first floor right next to the dog area. They have a wonderful layout for dogs to do their business. A large grassy area and a sandy area for those dogs who prefer dirt to grass. Everything was great. We had a problem with the toilet running constantly and a towel rack that kept falling off the wall. We let the front desk know about it and they had the maintenance guy in there the same day fixing it before we got back from our day out. Now That's Service! My only big complaint, and I wasn't the only one, was they have no fans or air conditioning in the workout room to help someone working out to keep cool. And with the 90 degree plus weather we've had, it was like working out in an oven in there. They would sometimes open the window, but that didn't really get rid of the heat. And then working out on top of it, I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat. One day I had to get the person at the front desk to open the workout room for me because the guy they had working for them that week forgot to unlock the door. The guy I talked to was very nice and came right out to open the door for me. I appreciated his friendliness and promptness very much. Except for that we really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were comfortable and there was no noise from the room behind us. They must have the walls well insulated there. We didn't partake of the Continental Breakfast they offered. But they did have a good selection of items; pancakes, waffles, muffins, toast, eggs, meat, fruit, yogurt and cereal. We enjoyed staying there so much, we plan on staying there again when we decide to do another tour in that area. Thank you Best Western! We had a great time and enjoyed our visit very much!
Hotel showed some aging, but overall, it was clean and fully functional. Our stay, even with only 1 night, we were happy. Indoor pool was a plus, especially, after a long trip. Walking distance to surrounding restaurants.
Newly remodeled, Lots of room, Air condition works just be sure you don't do just air. Breakfast was good, sausages were the best, no burps. Only thing that I didn't like was the mattress' were hard. Staff was friendly had great suggestions for places to eat. Also, the staff was very informative. This was not my first choice, but it was a great second choice.
The Best Western was friendly, accommodating, and very clean! Have no complaints and would recommend others coming into town to stay there! The coffee was good and always full! Any of the staff on shift were very professional and helpful when needed! Actually didn't need muchbecause most everything was well taken care of!
My plans change one month out from my stay (my mother became ill), but I was unable to cancel Dillon Best Western. Unacceptable. Not making a reservation there ever again!! There are plenty of other choices in Dillon, MT that will allow you to cancel if you have an emergency, like I did.
Exceptionally clean facility; everything worked in the room. King size bed and pillows very comfortable = great night's sleep. Quiet facility. Staff was courteous and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.
This location and this hotel are over priced for the area. Better places with an hours drive Even requested a better rate from Manager Andy Bartlome but he would not make a change for a BW Diamond Select customer.
The other positive reviews are spot on, this is a terrific property: buildings and rooms in great shape, good location, very professional and friendly staff. Two things I'll add. One, the plank type flooring is a genius addition. I saw in other reviews that this was in pet rooms, so maybe it was a fluke we had it, but it is modern, attractive, and so clean. I'd never use a carpeted hotel floor for stretching etc, but I'd roll my yoga mat out at the Paradise Inn any time! Number two: this was a last minute stop for us, too tired to continue into idaho, but our stay was so positive we are planning on coming back to spend some time exploring the Dillon area. Lots of nice people here. The chamber of commerce owes the Paradise Inn for showing the town in such a good light. We really lucked out; we got the last available room at about 4 pm so you are best to reserve on your way.
Two of us and our dog stayed one night--during very hot weather. Our "pet room" was large, had hard floors--not carpet. Small table with 2 chairs, desk & chair; 2 bedside lamps with outlets; frig & micro; comfortable bed & pillows. Friendly desk people. Clean sandy dog run. Breakfast had both hot & cold items, good coffee, and plenty of room to sit, and attended by a helpful woman. We were very satisfied & would stay here again.
Great staff, clean rooms. The rooms were recently updated and they are beautiful. Everything is kept clean. The pool area is clean and in great working order. They serve a nice breakfast and are more than happy to help you find what you need around the area.
This was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was nicely presented and had very good choices. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. It's also located in a very good area of the city. I would stay here again.
Clean room - very helpful staff when we checked and asked for places to eat. Also the staff Jessica and Andy quickly took the initiative to help me solve an issue with my Expedia booking and my credit card. Would certainly stay there again.
This is one of the nicest Best Westerns that I have stayed in this past year. Would recommend the hotel to anyone going through Dillon, MT The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast had a good selection.
This was a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff was very helpful and always asked how they could improve our stay. Everyone was friendly.
I have become disappointed with BW as they always seem to have an excuse such as "hotel is privately owned" when we don't get our travel rewards. Corporate tells us we were not granted rewards because the hotel didn't report the visit properly.
Excellent quality for the price. Quiet and clean. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to stay and use more of the facilities. Professional staff easy to work with. Overall appearance inside and out very attractive.
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was yummy with several options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our family enjoyed playing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub every night.
Older hotel. AC in the back off of the bathroom. Cool air had to make its way to the bedroom area. Front desk girl was 'efficient' but not overly friendly or welcoming. Has an indoor pool area separate from the rooms. Outdoor access to your room. Did not stay for breakfast. Not sure what else would compare in Dillon. Clean but lacked anything to write home to mom about.
I spent one night one night in Dillon. The Hotel was very nice, clean, easy access to everything. The room was great, the pool and hot tub very nice and the dog area was terrific. I would recommend this hotel very highly.
We stay at Best Western hotels because they are usually clean a well appointed. We felt this one was a little high priced given the area, but the service was great and the room was clean. There was nothing extra special about the property. We did not use the pool as it was snowing.
A perfect oasis in an out-of-the-way location. Pet friendly and an excellent hot breakfast in the morning. Close to some good local restaurants and a Starbuck's at the local Safeway (gas available too). Have stayed here for several years and always return.
Great place to stay with grandchildren (ages 1-12). Swimming pool inclosed with hot tub and 4Bs is right next door for family mealsl. The breakfast in the morning the hotel served was great and part of the package.
nice place with a friendly staff and comfortable beds. my only complaint is they charged $129 (included a discount) but had i booked online the rate would have been $115. breakfast offered a lot of variety and was better than most.
We needed a last minute place to stay for a family event this week. There's not a lot to pick from in this area, but am glad we chose the Best Western. It felt safe, the staff was friendly, good breakfast. Overall, did not add any stress to our trip and did not break the bank. I would recommend this place to other travelers.
I checked in here on a whim after a long day of touring hundreds of miles. I have stayed at Best Westerns many times before but never with the quality of the rooms of this one. The beds and bedding felt like a big city upscale establishment, the rooms room and inviting and everything worked perfectly.
I always stay here when in Dillon and have always been thoroughly pleased. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is convenient, centrally located. Service is always great and I've never had any problems.
The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. There are lots of hotels that could learn from this Best Western.
We had an unexpected delay and had to stay over in Dillon so chose the Best Western Paradise Inn. It is an old style (remodeled) motel with outside room entry. The remodeling was very tastefully done and we had no complaints whatsoever. The desk clerks and all staff we encountered were very hospitable and helpful with local information. Wish we could have stayed longer. From what we saw from driving around the town (which is very quaint), this was probably the best choice in Dillon. We had a room on the main (parking lot) level, 2nd level might have been more quiet but no elevator. However, we were not bothered by any noise. We would definitely stay here again.
This place is very awesome. Friendly staff, lovely rooms, we always stay here when we are travelling thru! We like the atmosphere of Dillon and the cozy cowboy feeling and the best western Paradise Inn is an exceptional place to hang your hat!
This is really a nice surprise for the size of the town. The motel appears huge with swimming pool, fitness room, breakfast room and two storey lodging, in a partial horse shoe setting. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Slept really well on a king size bed. Will definitely stay again.
We went to Dillon for Montana Western graduation. Picked Paradise Inn based on previous customer reviews. The room was spotless. Even the remote had been 'sanitized' - a great touch considering what you read about potential germs in motel rooms. The staff is welcoming, and were all smiles. Breakfast includes hot proteins, waffles, and fruit, so stands out from most 'breakfast included' offerings. GM Andy is a great representative for the property. We have another graduation in Dillon next year and look forward to staying here again.
Rooms are nice, breakfast was hot, and coffee was pretty good too. The location is great with a Safeway, and multiple dinner locations withing a short walk. Staff was very nice and checkout is extremely fast.
We enjoyed our stay and the updates to the rooms since our last stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was satisfying. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the nice bath and body products. We would stay here again.
We have to get a pet room traveling and this was such a pleasant surprise There was no carpet which was a plus and the beds were comfortable My husband went for breakfast and was very happy with the choice and said it was excellent
Always a pleasant stay at the Best Western Paradise in Dillon. Staff are very nice and personable. Recently stayed in their Family Room and enjoyed the spaciousness of this room. Being central to everything is such a bonus. Our family has stayed at this Best Western dozens of times over the years and are never disappointed.
Several family members recently stayed at the Paradise for a Western Alumni event. So glad to see the renovations. The service was great. Andy, the manager, was very helpful and gracious. The breakfast provided several choices. The breakfast manager was friendly and helpful as was the entire staff. The grandkids loved the pool.
The rooms were very clean, just a tad smaller than most other Best Western Rooms. The pool was in a separate building, in the center of the parking lot, so I didn't use it. The front desk clerk and housekeepers were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room is tiny so it gets really crowded very quickly. I'd suggest going down early to avoid a crowd and taking the food back to the room. All and all, this was a pleasant stay.
Time to replace the mattresses and do some sound proofing of rooms but the rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. I liked that the flooring in the pet friendly room we had was vinyl...I couldn't smell any animal smells and it is just healthier for guests not having carpets in animal friendly rooms
Rooms were clean and remodeled, EXCELLENT, housekeeping staff. Night crew front desk was pleasant, but, gave inaccurate information about the property. Morning/check out staff completely incompetent. Double charged us for our room and in our 30 minute check out process was still unable to refund our credit card. The next day the manager called and yelled at me for leaving a poor review and still has just to send me any evidence of refunding my credit card.
Room was very clean and staff very helpful. Both the lobby and the outside of the business was very clean. Location was good for going into town and close to a Safeway and Starbucks for goodies and coffee.
Very good access, Good restaurant on lot, Quick check in and out Excellent Breakfast choices. Understood prices had increased due to the annual migration North of the Snowbirds. Not sure that rewards Loyalty.
There weren't very many motel options during the long stretch of Montana we drove last week. We felt lucky to find this Best Western property at the end of a long driving day. Easy access off the interstate, reasonable rates, and the restaurant next door gave us 10% off our late evening meal. The breakfast attendant kept freshening the breakfast choices and even walked around the room offering freshly baked cherry turnovers.
Room was average, bathroom/counter space was minimal, although clean. Room rate seems a little on the high side for what you get. The location is convenient, right off I15; maybe that is how they get away with the high prices.
I'm not sure why they insist on that terrible deodorizer and I always wonder what they try to mask. Our room appeared clean and it was big but why the crazy deodorizer?! The breakfast room is very small and we did not get a table and had difficulty moving around in the small breakfast room but perhaps that's what happens there, it's still better than going to McDonalds. Our room was on the second floor and it was very quiet and comfortable. We would stop there again.
We always pick Best Western if available, and we love this one! We make sure it lines up with our stops on route to our winter holiday and again next going home. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are always very clean.
We stay here twice a year, Dec & Apr, on our travels to & from Calgary to Scottsdale. Very consistent, no surprises. Rooms very clean and functional. Very Good. Breakfast is also very Good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Felt the room was a bir pricey. TV wouldn't work, staff member came up but didn't seem to know how to fix. Was apologetic Next employee did.mand explained what happens to make it an issue. Staff should have I service on how to run TV's.
Very pleasant staff and quiet location. Very good for snowbirds from Alberta to stop. Good steak house near by to have dinner. Recommend it very highly. We often stay in Bestwesterns there are no surprises.
This was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it at all. The beds were uncomfortable and in need of replacement. We decided to leave at 3:30 in the morning after being woke multiple times. I would not recommend this place. The pool was closed for maintenance. The pics in the add look nice and even the lobby is clean and up to date. The rooms appear okay but that's where it ends.
Check your credit card statements after you stay here. We liked the hotel, but they tagged a $250 charge on our credit card with out calling us. This was the second time we stayed here, 2 weeks after our first stay, in the exact same room. No extra charge on the first stay. I called and the desk person said the room smelled like smoke. Well, neither myself, my husband or our dog smoke! Never have! When I called about it, I got told that we must have because the room smelled like smoke and someone turned the battery around in the smoke detector. Well it sure as hell wasn't us. $139 US for this level of room is high, but we like the dog friendly rooms and it was not a bad hotel. Not sure it is worth it now. Couldn't get a clear answer from the desk if they will refund it. Waiting for manager Andy to call.
This facility (rooms) is showing it's age. We may select a different hotel in the future. We were treated well and the on site restaurant was ok but there may be better choices elsewhere as recommended by the front desk.
I am so glad I am not allergic to air freshner because people who are would probably end up in the hospital. You open the door and it is like someone hit you in the face with this crap - what is wrong with all of these hotels using such strong air freshner in the rooms? It is NOT refreshing - anything but. The windows, at least on the lower level do not open so I am sitting here with the door open in 45 degree weather trying to air the smell out some. What are they trying to cover up? Otherwise the room is decent, 2 queen beds, decent size bathroom sink area, little table and the usual fridge, micro, coffeepot. Outside it is just a highway hotel.
Check in with a friendly, knowledgeable, rep who went out of her way to accommodate our room request. Room was clean, very accommodating with coffee pot, toiletries, comfortable bed. Quiet and pet friendly. What more could you ask?
Found this off the Interstate and was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely a step up from our usual choices and very glad I discovered it. It was a bit more pricey but I feel the amenities, cleanliness and the staff made it good value. Looking forward to staying there again next week.
The hotel was very nice but the doors in the place didn't stay closed very well. we had to actually lock the door going to the outside so it would not come open. Other than that the hotel was very nice. I will stay there again. Just not in that room.
This is an excellent Best Western. My room was pleasant, large and clean. Good fridge and freezer, nice bathroom with a window that opened. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. There's a restaurant next door, the 4Bs, which is a good-enough diner, and very convenient. Ten percent off for hotel guests. I'd stay here again, for sure.
We had not stayed in a Best Western for a number of years so decided to give it a try. We were annoyed all night and in early morning by folks arriving and departing since this motel has outside entrances. The motel was clean and the bedding good. It just was not much better than the usual less expensive chains. Location was good and traffic noise minor.
We stayed at this Best Western because we read it had been recently renovated. It was lovely, clean, well decorated and had comfortable beds. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection at breakfast. We will be staying here again next year when we head south to Arizona.
We stayed at the Paradise and found it very satisfying. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was better than we had expected from the description of "Continental Breakfast". Staff was courteous and friendly.
This hotel was a great place to stop for the night. Close to highway, restaurant close by and a great breakfast in the morning. The staff in the morning were great-very helpful, and making sure there was always food ready for the guests
Enjoyed our overnight stay! We will be back for Dillon football games and visits to the campus. Thanks Best Western for the clean room, clean pool and clean hot tub. Breakfast waffles were delicious. Thanks too for having pet rooms.
Hotel was a little bit old and dingy. Rooms smelled weird and were very noisy. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice little breakfast selection. We weren't expecting too much after reading other reviews, but it was ok.
This hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was great. The room was great, clean & taken care of daily. We loved the breakfast that was provided. It was fresh and constantly kept up with more goodies.
Great place to stay! Clean rooms, attentive and friendly staff and the breakfast was great! We will be back for sure! The area is great for good fishing, good hunting or even just if you are going through the area. We recommend this hotel to our friends and recommend it to you too!
We had a ground floor room where we parked right outside our door. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked and the Breakfast was generous. The town is funky and it is a good place to stay if you want to the old goost town of Bannack. We had a good dinner a the "Blacktail Station" restaurant.
On our way to Glacier national Park from Salt lake City, this was the 1/2 point for us. Great overnight hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included in stay which was fine for a light bite to hold us over. They had a very nice variety of breakfast items. Hotel was nicely decorated and good location of of freeway. Would highly recommend.
This was a welcome stop ~ pulling in just after midnight. Older Motel style with exterior access, 2 floors and no elevator. Quiet and a bit musty ~ but aired out quickly. Friendly front desk & breakfast room staff. Comfortable beds & pillows. Only drawback was I reserved a King Room and I am not sure if they overbooked... or it was my late arrival we had to take 2 Queens Room.
We decided to take one more day on the road and stop here, we had previously stayed at another Best Western Paradise inn in Utah, we figured why not. We were right, same great service, same clean comfortable room.
Pleased with our stay. Very friendly front desk person. The hotel is located in on the outskirt of Dillon, a charming old town and near a couple of restaurants. The room was okay except the carpet needed to be cleaned.
Great place right in the north end of town. Close to everything you need and a very courteous staff. Everyone was super helpful and made for a great stay. Breakfast was solid for a continental styel breakfast.
This hotel is nothing fancy, room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The front desk agents were very friendly and helpful. When I checked in the agent recommended a good place to eat just up the road from the hotel. Next time I am in Dillon I will stay here again.
We stayed at the BW Paradise Inn in Dillon 9/23/16 and 9/24/16. We chose the King Suite, and while we were happy with the size and layout of the room, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and service. There were no linens, blanket, or pillows for the sleeper sofa, and to make matters worse the sleeper sofa had dirty linens from the previous guests! The bedroom portion the suite had unfinished sheet rock from a water leak from the room above, and one naked cfl light in this unfinished ceiling area. Also our toilet randomly would run and not stop until we flushed it again or reseated it manually. Also, only one shower head in the sunken tub/shower unit worked, and when using the shower, water sprayed all over the area. This is unsatisfactory for a room that has a nightly rate of $193.00!!!
Nice hotel, close to highways, eating establishments and shopping, front desk staff very polite and helpful ,the rooms are clean and quiet, two storey walk up Have stayed at this establishment three times and each and every time has been a pleasant stay
This hotel was easy on and off the highway and located near many restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and was easy to access in a nice, clean dining area.
Two storey walk up hotel, friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms with outside access and good breakfast selection. Diner across the parking lot. Close to main street shops and restaurants. Comfortable stay.
This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great! A little expensive for the location, compared to other facilities I have stayed at in Idaho and Nevada, but overall, very nice. I would stay here again.
This is a very nice hotel and have stayed here before. Very good staff and would highly recommend. The staff was extremely nice and offered their help with anything we might need. Very nice place to stay.
We definitely would stay here again! Nice indoor pool too! We were in Dillon to visit family and the hotel is located in a convenient part of town, near restaurants, a gas station and a Safeway grocery store. The staff were very accommodating and super-friendly - nice place to stay!
We stopped here on a road trip recently. The rooms were clean & decent, and amazingly quiet considering that the motel was full up the night we stayed. We had an upstairs room. Bed was comfy. The hot breakfast was better than any motel/hotel that we stayed at during our two week trip! There aren't many motel/hotel choices in Dillon, it's a very small town. But this was definitely the right choice for us, and we would definitely stay again!
Have not stayed at a Best Western in years. After this experience, I would be incline to try them again. The room was large and clean. Looks like it had been remodeled recently. The staff was friendly. The woman who was taking care of the morning breakfast was phenomenal. She offered to make your waffle or pancake for you. She gave you a run down of what was available and picked up your empty plates all with a very pleasant attitude and a smile. Only down side, my be that you are on the second floor if petiole are not considerate, any running or heavy footsteps or voices can be heard in the room. Overall this was not a big problem. My son said it bothered him, but it did not interfere with my sleep.
No problems with the stay, should install lamps with outlets. Slept well. Breakfast was wonderful - "eggs with no cheese and great sausage" says my husband the breakfast fanatic! Now for the specifics: Hotel Evaluation Criteria MY HOT BUTTONS!!! -Internet connectivity and speed - slow after 8pm, but overall good -Bedside tables on both sides - we had two queens and only 1 table between -Readily available electrical plugs for bedside (CPAP) - had to use the extension cord behind the table . . Stayed at property on 3 Sep for one night. Stayed in a pet friendly room. Room had an urine smell to it and the floor was dirty. TV reception was not good... WIFI was spotty too. All that for only $228 per night. Not staying at this hotel again. Recommend skipping it and trying someplace else.
Dillon's BW is so welcoming, clean, and friendly. Loved the large room with all the extras. Kids loved the pool. I have to complement the front desk clerk. We arrived the nite before move into University of Montana Western's college dorm. Our front desk clerk really knew her town and was a college student who shared great information to this new Bulldog Mama. Thanks for all your help! Ya'll are the best of the west:)
We stay at this hotel every time we go to Dillon (our son attends UM Western). The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The room is always clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!
My husband & I recently returned from a fishing trip to Montana. Our stay at the Best Western in Dillon was a very good experience, of which, we will return. The people were very helpful, friendly and kind at check in or any other encounter. Breakfast was available and our room was cleaned each day. The location was great. We were never far from any thing of interest to us. Great place to stay and highly recommended.
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. We stayed in the two room suite with 6 adults. Excellent staff, clean room and the gal at the continental breakfast was so friendly and accommodating! We can't wait to stay here again.
Overall Super. Appearance, comfort and amenities excellent. Breakfast was Restaurant Quality. Employees very professional and helpful. Best Motel of 10 day, 4 Motel Vacation. Will always stay at this BW when visiting area again and will recommend to others.
This was very good hotel. I have never stayed at Best Western and loved it. We had the best room ever. The staff was great and it was very clean and very friendly. The beds were great, and I I will stay here again!
The room we stayed in was fairly small but very clean & the staff, especially the breakfast lady, were extremely friendly & efficient. Good location; convenient to I-15. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
Again please be sure and recognize the lady that was doing the breakfast on 8-9-2016. The front desk was also very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. But as to everyone that we had any conversations we or dealt with the lady doing the breakfast was the best I had ever seen when staying at any hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot since I have retired
We didn't have high expectations going here but this ended up being one of the better places we found to stay at on our road trip. The rooms were really nice and they had a great pool for the kids to swim. The free breakfast was also good. I would recommend this place over and over again if you are driving through Dillon and need a place to stay.
Trying to find places to stay is difficult with all the vacationers. Took a chance and found this one on tripadvisor and got a great room at a very reasonable price. Very surprised at what a great place it is. The room was very clean and the staff was great!! Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise...not just carbs but a full on meal with lots of choices and alternatives. Dillon is now my port of call for a nights rest. Great steak place just a couple of blocks away! Coming back again. Thanks!!
Overall, a good night sleep which was what I needed. Hotel was busy with fire crews battling brush fires and front desk went out of way to move us to area with very little activity. I would defintley recommend:)
Rooms were nice and very clean. Front desk girl was very sweet . I was a little disappointed the management couldn't honor my AAA discount. First time that has happened when staying at a Best Western. But, I would definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. Everything was very clean and the hotel had everything we needed. The beds were very firm and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
For the location and amenities you can do better in Dillon for less money. The hotel recently upgraded it's rooms and prior to the upgrade I could not even have given the hotel and average rating. Still not a good value
This motel was pleasantly comfortable, very clean with friendly staff. We had a very short stay but was surprised to find a comfortable and clean, room after a long drive. Very close to grocery store and gas stations.
My dad and I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and spacious. Additional positives were the minifridge and microwave in the rooms and free wifi. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and the attendant there was super nice and attentive.
We stopped here after a long day of driving and sightseeing and were pleased by the large room, big flat screen TV, new furnishing and the cleanliness. The pool was nicely located in a building separate from the rooms so there was no noise from it. The rooms were quiet and we heard no noise all evening. The breakfast was impressive with pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, cold cereal and fresh fruits. They even had two fabulous staff in the breakfast area making waffles, getting coffee and clearing tables. The front desk staff were friendly and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
Last minute in our travels, booked this hotel because of the availability and the location. The property has been updated in recent years as we found larger rooms, clean and well appointed. Staff at front desk were great along with the hostess in the breakfast area. They actually prepare your pancakes etc and pickup your dirty dishes.. Different then most we have stayed in. Would recommend.
The room was small and the bathroom was very small. So small that a grown man could not sit on the toilet comfortably due to it being placed so close to the door at an odd angle. The air conditioning unit was oddly placed in the bathroom, so we froze in there, and were too warm all night. The included breakfast was great, custom pancakes and waffles, juice, yogurt, eggs, etc. For what we paid, it was not a value, that kind of a room should be no more than 90 bucks. I really got a bad impression when I noticed the sign by the tv. It basically said that we are crooks and they are doing inventory daily. Pathetic.
Very spacious room even with four people! Newly furnished bathroom, 64 inch TV, new carpets, 15 new furnishings in the room, modern lobby, outdoor pool, accessible WIFI, and informative and courteous employees (CHAZ, GM). Anybody that would rate this hotel below a 4 is a dufus! I am as comfortable at the Dillon Best Western as I was staying at the Crown Plaza Hamilton in DC. We didn't want to go home.
Great room. Very Very clean. Good prices on the room. Made reservations 5 months ago and no problem with rooms. Great continental breakfast! The laundry facility great! Only one washer and dryer but it was easy in and out. Will return and stay here again!
We loved our stay at the Best Western, from checking in with Tia, to hanging outside of our room talking to a group of Canadian Fisherman, to walking to dinner. Dillon is a cute little town and the Best Western is located very conveniently. It's also very clean, fairly quiet, and priced reasonably.
Stayed here for two nights, to visit nearby attractions, Virginia City, Bannack, Nevada City. The hotel is a little dated, but they obviously work hard to keep it as nice as possible. The room was very clean, and had a refrigerator, microwave, which is always welcome! They could provide at least one premium television channel. The beds were average at best, they would benefit in upgrading them! The best part of staying here, was the helpful, and pleasant staff! The breakfast bar was one of the best I have ever experienced, next to the Holiday Inn Express. An extremely helpful lady will make you waffles, and pancakes at your request, and make sure you receive the best service possible.
Stayed at the Best Western in Dillon, MT. Had problems with a connecting flight that made me arrive at the hotel 1 day after anticipated check-in. Spoke with the hotel at the airport and they were very accommodating. Received a call in room before I retired after I had check-in to make sure that everything in the room was fine and that all my expectations were met. Have never received that type of call from any of the BIG BOYS!
Paid $145 for a mediocre room in a small town with nothing to offer. The room smelled like dog pee and had to buy room deodorant to even stay there. Told the lady at the desk in the morning and she just said OK and nothing else.
Breakfast was served by hostess! Excellent quality of breakfast, all hotel staff very courteous, helpful and friendly. Spa and swimming pool excellent as well. Totally enjoyable experience! Can't say enough positives abut this motel.
We're lucky to find rooms in Dillon during the busy 4th of July weekend. The guy who checked us in was friendly and enthusiastic. :) It was away from the interstate and we had a quiet evening in spite of the fact that the hotel was full. We also requested for a late check out which was given without any problems. We did not even have a single knock on the door by housekeeping while we were getting ready to check out! Highly recommend this hotel
I always stay here ..fairly quiet..right off the main drag..breakfast pretty good short walk to the Den or4Bs...pool hot tub..(I forgot my trunks) but No big truck parking gas station is also just around the corner
I can not say enough about this place to do it justice! We were already impressed right from the VERY first contact. We were driving while we were making the reservation. The call kept dropping because of weak signal. Tia wasn't able to get all the info (like credit card info), but she held the LAST two queen bed room available anyway. When we got there, I checked in and grabbed the last chocolate chip cookie available. I told her I was going to split it with my kids and she subsequently offered to cook us some fresh ones! YUM!! The room was super clean and everything you would expect to be comfortable. Tia called after we'd been able to settle in a little just to make sure everything was up to snuff with room. The staff working the hot breakfast were UNBELIEVABLE! Veronica was helping make pancakes and waffles for a family ahead of me who had 7 children. She was SUPER friendly and as cheerful as can be running around helping in every way possible making sure everything was just so for everyone there. She was really busy with the breakfast, but she took the time to great each of the 7 children individually -- including cooing at the adorable baby -- learning each of their names and talking for a few minutes. The breakfast ends at 9 a.m. and I arrived at 8:45. Many things were running low or were out because of how full the hotel had been. There was one biscuit and not enough sausage gravy to cover that. I asked Veronica if there was going to be more, she happily went into the kitchen and asked Anna to get some more for me. They were planning on cleaning up then and hadn't planned on putting any more out, but that didn't stop them from giving excellent customer service. THAT'S NOT ALL!! I had gone down to get the breakfast for my two kids and husband who weren't able to go with me at the time. After Anna got plates with the biscuits and gravy ready for me, she came out with a tray, put the drinks on the tray with the plates and graciously carried it up to my room! Now the cleaning staff. Besides doing a thorough, excellent job at what they are expected to do, they went way over and above their job duties with an incident we had. We collected the luggage and coolers at the top of the stairs and the lady who was cleaning the room closest to the stairs offered to help and my husband told her, "No thanks, we got this." (In hind sight, we wish we'd accepted her offer.) As we were getting everything out to the car, my 11 year old son was being a big helper and trying to get the two coolers down the stairs at the same time, but they fell and spilled the contents all down the stairs. The two housekeepers at the bottom of the stairs saw/heard what happened as well as the lady at the top of the stairs. First of all, they asked if we were okay. Then before we knew it, the three of them were helping us pick things up, they got us bags, a wet towel (to help clean with broken contents spilling out), and a trash can. After everything was cleaned up, they just helped carry the rest of the luggage down. They were all super friendly and just so nice about the whole incident. I would go out of my way to stay there again!
Very good. Helpful front despite. Advised us of Best Western program. Nice room. Good breakfast. Good restaurant very close. Good parking. Close to I15. Good wifi. Quiet hotel. Only problem room on 2nd floor and I had a problem with my foot climbing the stairs.
Arrived after 4 PM, but had to wait over an hour for my room. I was planning to sleep in, but couldn't due to a noisy maid service elevator that shared the wall with the beds. I finally ended up just getting up and leaving. The room was nice, but my experience was ruined by the noise. If you stay her, DO NOT check into room 214.
Wonderful people to help tired folks into clean, comfortable rooms and immaculate showers. It is the best, cheeriest breakfast set-up I've ever experienced so much so you have to start your day happy and ready for the road. Just made me want to stay longer and enjoy the indoor pool.
The staff are totally excellent. All were postive, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. When checking in we asked for a shade side room with a bench outside and she switched our assigned room to fill our request. The manager was obviously dedicated and due to his work ethic motivated his staff. The breakfast lady's were energetic and put out a great breakfast. The pool area is one of the best. It is a covered outside pool with a nice deep end as well as a shallow end for kids. The jacuzzi it hot and deep. The pool and area was very clean and appealing. The motel is the type with the room doors opening to the outside. This was great for us because we could enjoy fresh air and step outside and enjoy the great Montana views. The property has fragrant roses and trees which add to its beauty. It is a popular motel and was booked up each night. reservations recommended.
Excellent place to stop for the night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were not plush, but clean and very comfortable. Breakfast went way beyond the advertised continental and they even had a hostess to make waffles, clean tables and greet.
the room we got without pre-reservation was large and clean and contained 2 queen-sized beds. The free WiFi was really fast. The breakfast (free, too), however, was not so good, at least in parts. The hotel offers free access to the pool, but as this pool is tiny, we didn't try it. I want to emphasize the helpfulness of the staff - we were allowed in the room 1 h past check-out time for personal reasons - really friendly!
We scheduled a short notice family trip with 3 rooms. They were very accommodating and was able to fit us in during a busy time. Very clean, employees very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent , only issue was the knucklehead above our room ( 117 ) that was doing some in room activity that led to a lot of noise in our room that was disturbing ( some sort of in room laps or he could not remember where he put his/hers toothbrush). Other than that it was very enjoyable and would advise it to anyone headed that way as a place to stay over .
Not a ton of choices in dillon but this will definitely be my new spot! Close to stores, food, and awesome staff. They were very helpful with directions and didn't laugh at me when I didn't see the store clearly in front of me, lol. Great breakfast.
We were out for the 2016 vacation ride and 9 days of fun. The location was in our path and diner food with-in walking distance nice thing to have after a long day of riding. Your staff was very helpful in telling us about and how to get to some of the points of interests around town.
I was not feeling well and the night staff new and saw this. they made sure I was okay and even came to room and check on some items at midnight for me. The AC was not working right and room was hot. but the front desk came over and got it up and running
The building is somewhat older, but the rooms are modern and nice. The bath room is spacious and looks attractive. The breakfast room is relatively small. On the other hand, there is a wide choice of breakfast items. The front desk staff is friendly. The room price is 10 - 20 % higher than what I would expect to pay for the quality provided.
This motel had without a doubt the best breakfast I've ever had in this type of setting! Veronica was friendly, helpful, and the food was delicious. She provided assistance throughout the meal and checked to be certain everything was OK a number of times. I'll return to this motel again and again just because of her!
Check in at front counter smooth, rooms clean and up to date, bed uncomfortable, to hard. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast, coffee hot and fresh, very popular with guests, Overall I would stay here again.
Great one night stay: comfortable, clean, and quiet. The pool was well maintained and a nice way to relax after a long drive. We were grateful for the small dog walking area and the tile floor in the pet friendly room (it felt very clean). Breakfast was basic - would be great to see Best Western incorporate a few more gluten free options into their breakfasts. Would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area.
This sprawling motel had all one needs for travel comfort. We were greeted with warm chocolate cookies, attentive front desk staff, large room with up-to-date furnishings, multiple channel TV offerings, indoor pool and hot-tub. Standard breakfast offerings were available in the morning. You won't be disappointed in the choice of this motel.
Great value for money, in a central location. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Continental breakfast was the usual hotel offering including some hot food but otherwise it was ok. Only complaint is that the breakfast room is a bit on the small side. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous.
Typical Best Western. Nothing special but clean and good service. The location is easy on and off the freeway and close to gas station and groceries. It is used a lot by the Railroad Employees of the area so there are some late arrivals and early departures. We have stayed here many times and it is not a bad stop between Kalispell and Salt Lake City, which we routinely travel back and forth from.
I have been staying here for years the place is older but always well kept and clean , The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, Wi-Fi and the fax comes in handy , there is parking off the street ,, the breakfast is very good ...Thanks to the management and staff .
This Best Western was good for an overnight stay. The room was reasonably comfortable, had all of the necessities, was quiet and the staff was helpful when needed. We would stay here again when passing through this area.
The staff was especially pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was exceptional! We couldn't have been more pleased!! I would recommend the Best Western above all in Dillon, Montana
The Motel was okay for the price but other options are a better bet. The property is dated; the rooms have been updated but some items are still lacking. We had a tricky door lock as well as a coffee maker on its way to appliance heaven. The was a strong deodorizing scent in the room that made me fear they were trying to mask something awful- but never encountered a bad odor. The vending machine was also out of order.
Even not so far from highw
Excellent customer service was provided by staff. The breakfast is great and has a great variety of items to chose from. The room was big and clean. Our room looked recently remodeled and offered a lot of space. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
It is a very convenient place to stay when traveling I 15 and it is getting late. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They were very helpful in directing us to a good eating place for dinner that was located near by.
I travel frequently on business and regularly stay at Best Western Hotels. On arrival to the hotel, the staff was very friendly and recommended places for dinner and explained the complimentary breakfast in the morning. About thirty minutes after I got to my room there was a call from the front desk asking how my room was and did I need anything. I really felt this went above and beyond in the customer service department; they really made me feel like a valued customer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and shower were clean and inviting so my two nights stay left me well rested and able to finish business without dragging due to lack of sleep. The breakfast the next morning was nothing short of amazing! They had the typical toast, cereal, eggs, waffles etc. On top of that, there was also an oatmeal bar, pancake maker and the best sausages you will ever eat. The breakfast attendant was attentive making sure nothing was lacking and the hotel gusts all seemed pleased with the service and made several comments about the quality of the breakfast. All in all, I would rate this hotel as exceptional and hope this review helps future travelers through Dillon choose the Best Western Paradise with confidence!
This hotel would have been nice, if the drapes were not totally see through. The blinds that would have provided privacy were decorative, and could not be pulled shut. This coupled with the first floor room meant everyone could look into our room, and we got to see every car that came and went throughout the night. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good, but the lack of privacy and noise was a deal breaker for any future stays for me. Waste of $95 dollars. I would recommend choosing another hotel if you have to stay in Dillon for a night.
Clean updated hotel is a great value. Good hot breakfast, comfortable bed, and very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. I stay here each time I go down south for the winter.
Out of the choices in Dillon, this is your best bet. While the room walls are thin and you can hear the outside noise, it was clean and well maintained. The free high speed internet actually worked great which is not the case for the competitors down the road. The staff was relatively friendly and parking was ample.
We were stopping over for the night in Dillon and chose this place based on TripAdvisor reviews. The staff is very friendly. (This is Montana, where everyone is friendly.) The room is a pretty ordinary motel-style room. Nothing special. Nothing terrible.
Hotel stay was great. A little noisy at night as there was a kids sporting event in town. Room and breakfast were great and i would definitely stay there again. The location was easy to find. Other restaurants nearby and casino accross the street.
Friendly service, great room, loved the hardwood floor in the rooms. It was easy to find off the freeway and plenty of parking. I also liked that they didn't have the typical window heater and air conditioner. They had a wall thermostat and baseboard heating. It was so much quieter than the normal window box that most all other motels have.
This hotel is overcharging for what they are offering - compared to the Best Western in Cedar City Utah. The bed was too soft for seniors - hard to get out of it in the morning. A noisy group of teenagers did not enhance the stay. We asked for a room on the main floor due to my husband's mobility issues and although we did get on it was in the corner and far away from the office and breakfast room. Parking near the room was limited due to it's location. There is an annoying woman in the breakfast room who insists on asking you a million times if you need anything and offering to make you waffles and pancakes. Too much early in the morning. The breakfast room is very small for a hotel of this size - people spilled over into the lobby carrying hot coffee and breakfast plates. This hotel needs some rethinking.
Sprawling place off the freeway. A ten minute, pretty uninspiring walk into town, which is struggling, like so many US towns, to keep itself alive. The room was ok, tho the bedding had a bit of a cheap feel to it. The breakfast experience was dire. The room holds maybe thirty people, which is wholly inadequate for a place this size. It should be three times as large. The sausage and eggs were awful. Best Western should do more to protect the brand, it is becoming more downmarket.
Hotel is very basic but served the purpose of a place to spend the night on a long drive. Kids loved the indoor pool and the hot tub was a good temperature. Bathrooms and carpets looking tired but it was clean and comfortable.
Upon arrival the staff at the front desk welcomed me with a smile. I asked for a ground floor level and there was one available. I was told there was always fresh coffee available at reception if I wanted some. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a restaurant on the property that served good food. No need to walk or drive for dinner, which was nice. Since I was travelling with a dog there is a dog walk on the property. It was the cleanest dog walk I have ever seen, with bags provided. Great place to stay I highly recommend it.
The only place to stay in Dillon Montana. Had another great stay at the Paradise Inn. Tia was excellent. She made sure that my frequency program was being recognized. Thank you. Chaz, the manager always goes out way to say hello . Anna always is providing excellent service during the morning check out.
A great stopover on the way through montana.Facilities were great and the convenience of a good restaurant so close by is definitely an added bonus (best chicken quesadilla I have ever had) All in all a pleasant stay.
We usually stay at a Best Western Hotel and are always happy with our lodging but the BW Paradise Inn at Dillon MT is a gem! The employees are the most friendly and helpful that we have encountered, from check in staff, the breakfast caterer, to check out staff. Everyone has a big smile and cheerful attitude! The hotel itself is very lovely and even though we didn't use the pool it looked very inviting! Thank you for the exceptional service! We will be back!
One night stay on way back home from being south for 3 mths and very pleased with the room. Room is spacious, staff is friendly and the breakfast is every bit as good as going to a restaurant and paying around $10. for a breakfast. Would stay there again.
Staff was very helpful. Checked in, prices reasonable. In morning checked out (Gary) at front desk and he explained about breakfast and even though we were a few minutes early we were told that all was prepared and we were welcome to start breakfast early( much appreciated). The lady looking after the breakfast was always checking with patrons to make sure all was good and if we needed anything. Very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed here on multiple occasions and though we had a few issues with our room, the staff was quick to respond. They were courteous, kind and very helpful. We enjoy staying here and our kids love their pool!
I stayed overnight on a business trip recently. I got there late, I was probably a little grumpy. Fortunately the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The doom was clean and somewhat remodeled. Remember you are not at a five star hotel. You are at a clean we'll run motel for a good nights rest. I think this place fits the bill. The next morning I had breakfast up by the lobby. Again the staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. Next time I'm in Dillon I sill stay at the Paridise Inn.
Great Hotel very accommodating clean rooms with an amazing breakfast best place to stay in town. The nite guy at the front desk was very nice. He told us about there new remodeling which was very nice.
Stayed here on the way home from winter down south. Super impressed with clean dog friendly room. No carpet. When will property owners realize that carpets are filthy. Nice dog walk area with waste disposal bags. Very friendly accommodating staff. Hot breakfast! Only $20.00 more than the Roachway from the previous evening in Cedar City UT.
There had been some confusion about the use of reward points when we arrived, but thanks to the great customer service from the front desk personnel, it was cleared up in a matter of minutes. The room was very clean unlike the BW we stayed at the previous night in Ogden, UT. The sausage that was included in the hot breakfast was outstanding, tasted like it might have been locally made, not like the prepackaged nondescript bland sausage you normally get. A nice touch. The scenery of course was gorgeous (it's Montana after all) They made me feel more like family than a guest.
Hotel is old and though some renovations have been made there are some structural issues .The floor is uneven and creaky to walk on. Many signs of poor workmanship in the renovation department. The pool is open but in a separate building so of little use during winter months.
they have replaced the carpet last summer. It smelled gawd awful then and it still smells. There is no ventilation the smell just stays put. This makes sleeping really difficult and I had to be up early! I will stay somewhere else this fall when we go back to Dillon. Sorry but that smell is awful
Older hotel, nicely remodeled. The pool and hot tub are outside in a "tent." You have to walk outside in the cold to get to it! There is a refrig and microwave in every room. Good location; nice Breakfast Bar; there is a restaurant next door.
A traditional stop for us as we travel south to warmer climes - for the past 15 years. Reliable stay with all the amenities necessary.. Always dine up at the Lion's Den Supper Club for a sauerkraut pizza! This hotel has been recently renovated - the best linens (luxurious towels and sheets) on our entire trip! Not a standard hotel breakfast, full courses of everything from cereal to eggs, sausages, biscuits/gravy and toast to fresh fruit (not the canned stuff) and yogurt. We will be back!
We always stop here on our way to Las Vegas. This place is under new management & has had updates done. The new manager Chaz, is very friendly. He stopped outside to chat with my husband without a coat on, even though it was chilly out. The girl at check in was also very nice. She called our room to check to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend that you stay here.
I asked for a quiet room, but that meant trucks reversing outside my door and lights shining through the curtains all night. The party-goers from the hot-tub echoed around the courtyard. Perhaps more soundproofing or landscaping would help? My room was nice - hardwood/Pergo floors, granite surfaces, lots of room, and comfortable bed. One of the lamps was broken and actually a safety hazard. Plenty of power outlets and good internet. The refrigerator and microwave functioned well, and the heating system was super quiet. The bathroom is a little cramped and the towels aren't very soft (although they are thick). My shampoo and conditioner weren't replaced by housekeeping, which meant I didn't have enough. There's a small back window, which didn't feel very secure.
The hotel was supposedly recently renovated, but the rooms need new carpeting, new beds and bedding. I think the shower had been renovated, but that is just about all. Our room had a horrible musty smell. Not up to Best Western standards.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Full breakfast pretty good. Seemed to be a popular stop for Canadians traveling to southern USA. We will use this location again.
Very comfortable beds and a very spacious room. Good TV and internet service. Restaurant and indoor swimming pool on site. Lots of choices for breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.
Good hotel, excellent staff, excellent breakfast buffet, great internet service. I'd like a firmer mattress. Easy to spot off the highway. Unlike our trip to the east coast last year where I booked ahead of time and asked for a main floor room and never ever got it, this time the front end staff gave me a ground floor room and said they saw my note online requesting such! Good to know they read the note.
Excellent staff and amenities for a small town Montana motel. Enjoyed the room, the updated bathroom, the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very professional. Updated computer/printer in lobby.
Excellent service, very spacious, clean, well appointed room. The location was convenient and the staff helpful. We were a group of 3 senior friends traveling together, and we were all pleased with this Best Western. Comfortable beds too!
This hotel has been upgraded quite a bit, The rooms are very nice. However, the price increase far outweighs the improvements. We only want a place to sleep for the night and this best western is quite a bit more expensive than the others on our trip and quite a bit more expensive since last time we stayed there. Will probably go elsewhere now.
We had the pleasure of staying the night at the Best Western Inn in Dillon Montana. The stay was great from start to finish- friendly staff, comfortable rooms at a good price, super fast internet access and efficient check out! I will definitely stay again!!
Reception was warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very good and the pillows excellent. There is a restaurant with very nice food on the menu at reasonable prices and as well the hotel has a pool. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast, as well. If you don't travel with a computer, there are two on the lobby for the guests to use. We recommend it.
Nice place! We were in a pet room, hard floors. Great idea. Well furnished, comfortable. Fast Wifi! In the middle of winter, the parking lot was really ice-bound. Treacherous footing. Great staff, very nice and sincere. The fitness center/pool looked great, but we didn't partake.
Very good hotel - consistent and typical of Best Western in my experience. Full breakfast was delicious. Large LCD television with plenty of channels. Internet worked well. Large bar fridge with small freezer.
We stayed at the Paradise Inn Motel in Dillon, MT on our way home from a trip to SLC, UT. My husband has been staying there sine 1986 for business, but now we seldom stay at Best Western's because they generally are not very competitive price wise. Although they are almost always clean and friendly, they usually aren't where we look first off... too bad. I like the restaurant next door to this Best Western and that is very handy in the winter.
Helped my son move up to college in Dillon, MT. We stayed 3 nights at the Best Western and it was great. The staff was very helpful in orienting us to the community. The breakfast each morning was surprisingly delicious. The cleaning staff accommodated our schedule of coming and going at different times and the workout facilities far surpassed our expectations. I look forward to visiting my son at college, Univ. of Montana Western and staying there again.
This was just a quick stopover, so did not use any facilities. Room was clean. Breakfast area quite small, so skipped breakfast. Rooms do have outside entrances which I did not notice when booking. Was handy to I-15.
We had just arrived around 7 pm from driving 12 hours. Check in was fast. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed and there was plenty of it. Check out was fast also and the desk clerks knowledge of the surrounding are was helpful. Another plus is this hotel is right close to the highway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dillon, Montana
We went down over Thanksgiving weekend for a family hunting trip. Roads were emergency travel only for awhile and the manager I believe his name is Chaz, worked with us on a possible no show situation. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and smelled good. We are definitely going to be back. You guys are great thanks for a great thanksgiving weekend.
most highly recommended family orentated staff out do them selves to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects to directing you to any other ammenities you may need from car rental bus or plane to grocery or clothing hospital
I would recommend staying at this location. The staff were extremely helpful. Rooms are clean, heating system is quiet, beds and pillows comfortable, internet access, and a very breakfast in the morning. Very good quality for your dollar.
Older facillity, bathroom could use an update, but very clean, an excellent king bed, no evidence of pets and an excellent breakfast. Bargain for the price, would certainly stay again and recommend to a friend
Our vehicle broke down while passing Dillon Mt. so we were forced to stay while repairs were being made. The Best Western was right across the street and the staff were very sympathetic to our plight going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I'd definitely stay at this Best Western again.
Had ot remembered that we had stayed here about five years ago until we arrived at the Hotel. It had been remodelled since and was in very good condition. Excellent breakfast menu and even though the hotel was full there was lots for everyone.
Stayed for two nights. Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. The location is good if your visiting Bannack State Park. Breakfast food was ok, not the greatest. But the staff was really nice and accommodating. I would stay again.
The décor of the rooms is very nice. The staff is very professional, however it is a very noisy hotel, could hear people in adjoining rooms, every footstep walking by our room and outside noise because there is a huge space in the door opening!
We have found Best Westerns have clean, adequate rooms and very good breakfasts for those travelers staying short turn. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Check in and out are easy. Those guests that stay with Best Western often will receive a small thank you package on arrival.
This hotel has been updated and looks very nice both inside and out. The pool is cute, although I don't love you have to go outside to get to it. The overall location is convenient and the staff very friendly. I did not care for the wet dog smell with air freshener our room smelled like, but it was an overall very good experience.
Very friendly staff! Facility is great and very clean and comfortable. Location close to a Safeway for fuel and Starbucks! Newly renovated and definitely a great location to stop while traveling south. Saw several Canadian plates and felt it was a good stop on our way to Az. Will definitely have on our list for our trip back to Canada.
Travelling with two small dogs, choices are sometimes limited. In Dillon, the Paradise is usually a decent bet but our last stay was miserable! Because of the Pergo floors, if you are on the first level the noise from the room above you is enough to wake you out of a sound sleep. The room was not as clean as we have experienced in the past. For $160. (with tax) for a semi clean, one queen bed room, we felt left out in the cold. I think our next trip to Dillon we will try another spot.
With a big storm rolling through our route south, we had to cancel our reservation in Dillon. The staff were friendly and understanding. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service at the hotel and restaurant. This is our regular stop going north and south and we missed our stay at this gem of a hotel.
Rooms were clean, hotel staff helpful.Appeared to appreciate our business.Internet was easy to access. Restaurant has changed hands, food much better now. Good selection of breakfast items.Have expanded capacity which helps a lot as it is very busy facility.
Just passing through, had to change our plans. Would stay there if schedule allowed because of fine customer service. Front desk clerk allowed us the flexibility to stay at a BW farther north as that was our destination. Breakfast area right off of cozy lobby looked inviting.
Commercial deodorant used to mask staleness of hotel room causing extreme unpleasantness such as watery itchy eyes, throat swelling and soreness, and headache. So detrimental could not get a good nights sleep.
Three families stayed here while attending a funeral. The entire staff was thoughtful and helpful. The four rooms were ready and waiting. A great hotel. We'd return. You should as well. Price was very fair.
I came to check in with a nice little wait. The clerk was in my opinion unprofessional. Just a disaster. The desk area was a mess. Lobby is always a first impression in this industry not limited to the looks but atmosphere. The coffee area was a disaster. There was a youngster running around the lobby, breakfast, and backroom with mom? Trying to work and focus on him. As I was waiting a young lady that worked the night shift came on. She was told by the other worker to get me checked in with keys in her hand still. That was a breeze finally to my room. The tv wasn't working properly. I called the front desk. The gal said she didn't know what the problem was she could try to help I said no that's okay. She offered to move me rooms if I wasn't satisfied. I was satisfied just with the offer and declined. The room was fantastic clean new and I just went to sleep. Check out was a breeze as well as the bite to go. Thank you to the younger gals that took the pride in their work. I would stay again. Would be nice to skip the checking in.
The room was clean and breakfast was okay but the bed was not comfortable. I told the attendant when we checked out she asked which room we were in and apologized but that was it. I have stayed at many best westerns and never had a problem with the bed before they are usually great. It was $125/night not worth the cost especially with the bed.
I drive a large truck without a sleeper unit, consequently I stay in many hotels. Unfortunately I can't always choose where I will stay because of an inconsistent schedule and the need for a large parking lot. I chose this motel by chance because I was tired and they had good parking but I was very pleased with my choice because the hotel is great and the employees are even better. I may come back on vacation just to enjoy the motel and this super little city.
We stayed here 1 night while travelling through Montana. The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled so everything was clean and new feeling. The shower was great. Breakfast was standard hotel faire. We did make the mistake of going to the restaurant next door for dinner and it was terrible, I would recommend going elsewhere.
On our trip to Arizona we often stay at this property as it is about 12 hours from home and a good hotel at a good price. They have renovated all the rooms and the breakfast / lobby area. They also put microwaves in the rooms as they were none before and you had to go to the office to heat up any thing. Breakfast is the standard hotel hot breakfast. It is as good as any you will come across. We will continue to stay here on future trips.
