Best Western Davison Inn

Dark, dingy, dirty, smelly, outdated. Lumpy bed, with a crevice in the center. Hair on bathroom floor when we arrived. Don't ask the staff for anything unless you're willing to pay extra. Tip jar left out at breakfast .... watery coffee. Trust me, keep driving to the next town for a nicer hotel!!

Here is the letter I wrote to management. Good afternoon, I am writing regarding our overnight stay at your hotel on Friday, August 14, 2026. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by several issues with our assigned room and the subsequent room change. Upon check-in, we were assigned Room 127. After unpacking and beginning to get ready, we noticed leftover food in the refrigerator. Given the smell, it appeared that it had been there for some time. We removed it from the room and continued getting ready. Shortly afterward, we discovered that none of the bathroom lights were functioning and, more importantly, there was no water coming from the bathroom faucet. As this was a significant issue, we went to the front desk and requested to be moved to another room. We were subsequently moved to Room 125. Unfortunately, the time required to address these issues and move rooms caused us to be late for the wedding we were staying at the hotel to attend. When we returned to the hotel after the wedding, we also discovered that none of the electronics in Room 125 were functioning. At checkout, we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk and specifically requested a discount. We were advised that we would receive a phone call regarding this matter. As of today, Tuesday, August 18, 2026, we have not received that call. I understand that occasional issues can arise, but the combination of an unclean refrigerator, non-functioning bathroom lights and faucet, the disruption caused by having to change rooms, and the lack of functioning electronics in the replacement room made this a particularly disappointing stay. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a meaningful discount or partial refund for the night. I would appreciate it if management could review the situation and provide a resolution. However, if I am unable to receive an appropriate resolution at this level, I will continue to escalate the matter through the appropriate management channels as necessary. On top of all of this -- we paid over $200 dollars for 1 night. I do not recommend

Clean and comfortable place to stay in Davison. The staff is very welcoming.

Really great place, clean everything working perfectly, and outstanding staff. Quiet, comfortable spacious rooms, great wifi, lovely whirlpool tub, better-than-average breakfast buffet.

I stayed here between Dec. 25-29, 2025 to visit family nearby and it provided all the basic necessities for my vacation. The staff was friendly and I didn't hear much noise during the day or night (excluding one guy who always stomped above my room, but it didn't happen too often) I got a peaceful rest in their special suite that came with a heart-shaped tub- that was definitely used as much as possible! The television worked properly, along with charging ports. I also had a sink in the bathroom and main room, plus a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel breakfast was decent, with my favorites being the french toast and sausage patties. The location is nearby a Walgreens, gas station, and a couple food spots like Applebees, Little Caesars, and Panda Express. Most of these are walkable, but if you don't want to put in that effort (especially in the middle of winter) they're all just a quick 1-3 minute drive away. While you shouldn't expect anything remarkable when you stay here, that doesn't make it poor in the slightest. As long as I have a sturdy roof over my head, polite staff, and cooked food, I wouldn't mind coming here again.

We hadn't seen any hotels advertised as we drove through Flint so we were happy to find this establishment in Davison. Both of the desk clerks were very friendly and registered us in quickly. Two very comfortable queen beds, nice privacy curtains on the window, clean and well maintained bathroom. The heating system was easy to manage and kept us comfortable.

The hotel is nice, clean, offers a small library, free breakfast, pool & within walking distance to a very good restaurant - Lucky's

Loved the spacious suite! However, pullout mattress is thin, lumpy, & uncomfortable so our son slept on the sofa. Breakfast was decent. Hot scrambled eggs were good. Kinda pricey, but the only hotel in the immediate area. Room assigned downstairs smelled of smoke, moved to room on 2nd floor & it was fine.

The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff are very attentive. The breakfast is one of the best. The daily selections are varied and change a little each day. The waffles mix is the best! The shower pressure is really good. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel makes you feel like you are at home. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. Hotel is always very clean and tidy. Depending on what you are in the mood for, many restaurants are close by.

I called to make a reservation and the manager on duty was very rude and hung the phone up on me I work for best western and that was poor customer service on 10-4-24 I stayed about a month ago and had a great experience, but whoever is the manager on duty tonight should've never hung up the phone on me very rude

A very fine example of “you get what you pay for.” Not that that's all bad! The BW Davidson just off route 69 in Michigan is the epitome of convenient. With a lot of options for dining and a gas station near by there's no need to venture future into the hamlet of Davidson (we did) if a stop-over for the night is what you're looking for this hotel is fine. The room appeared to be well looked after with all furniture in good condition and cleaned well. The bed was comfortable a Goldilocks version of not to hard not to soft. The shower was hot, good if you prefer hot showers and a room at the far reaches of the building, I suppose was a perk, even though the walk to the parking lot in front or the lobby where there was a good choice of vending was quite a hike, at least it was quiet there, the TV had plenty of channels and the convenient outlets next to each side of the bed were great. Breakfast included was a bit less than many of their competitors we had stayed at with the dining area taking on a nursing home appearance (not their fault) I was reminded of the better offering we had just gotten yesterday morning. The pool looked nearly clean but with threatening weather we chose not to swim. The lack of other guests in the peak summer moths gave the hotel an eerie feel and the doorbell that signaled your entrance and alerting the desk clerk of your presence at the doorway assured me that business was sparse. I feared my car would be a target for imagined thieves if I was the only one parking in the back if the Hotel where our room was located Located in a far eastern suburb of Flint, Michigan I chose the BW for its location and wasn't disappointed with convenience even if it was a bit difficult to locate behind a doctor's office. The price was commiserate with the offering. I never expected a lack of other guests would give me such an odd feeling, sorry guys. If you're traveling across the state of Michigan and need a decent night stay, stay here please they need the business.

The rooms and especially the lobby and breakfast area are extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love that Luckys steak house is right next door. Delicious.

We have visited the Flint / Davison, Michigan area for several decades now. Formerly we stayed at the several Super-8s, which varied between adequate and not even having hot water for showers one winter. This one just worked very, very well. Breakfast, and a very helpful staff.

Due to delayed flights and THE WORST customer service from Budget Cars in Detroit, we did not arrive to our room until midnight:30 Rob, the night manager, greeted us, was cheerful and really helpful, which we sure needed after a crazy day. You know, that little bit of cheer and kindness when you arrive can turn a whole day around. Anyway. The room (212) is a king bed. Lots of room with desk, easy chair, closet, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and room left over. Very clean. Argan oil bathroom amenities. Lots of very convenient plugs for charging the phone. Room is lit well and clean and quiet. Breakfast is better than most Best Westerns. We had eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy plus fresh fruit, decent coffee, breads and cereal. Anyway it was better than expected and we would stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located where we needed to do business. Room was clean and neat, internet connections great, breakfast bar hearty and hot! Also close to friendly family restaurant within walking distance called Lucky's that we enjoyed.

Very soft bedding, all hard furnishings in good condition. ALL carpeting, curtains, and fabric on chair needed a good cleaning. Black discoloration on carpet around both queen sized beds (except right near the walls- it looked like people put their dirty shoes and boots on. Curtains were so dirty I almost didn't want to touch them, and not just where you'd grab them to close them (the wand didn't close the curtains properly, so some touching of the curtains was required). Very, very cold feel. Like the designer wasn't bad, but the rooms feel like they were just factory assembled. Which is how they'd do a hotel chain, I guess, but a little something local in each room might make it feel less cookie cutter. Otherwise, quiet (unexpectedly so, given its location). However, it was midweek in May so just traveling workers of all sorts and they went to bed early and got up early with little sound after 11pm.

Love staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and patient. The rooms are in good condition and clean. The breakfast offered is comprehensive and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Second time staying at the Davison Best Western. Very clean rooms, wonderful staff. Breakfast is a little bit more than standard, love the fact that they have a menu board for each day of the week! Will be staying again!

Great place for a leisure stay. Room was clean. The outside of the hotel was well kept with ample outdoot lighting for safety. Location of the hotel was highway accessible but just the right amount of distance that you do not hear highway traffic. appearance Staff very helpful in accommodated your specific needs. Great location to everything. Breakfast had a wide selection of items, all of which was fresh and hot. Breakfast availability time is accommodating to your travel needs.

It doesn't matter if you're staying to visit or on a business trip this place is close to everything and quiet. I have personally stayed several times and it works great for what I need.Staff is great and helpful. Thank you

This hotel is one of our favorites! They have great rooms, clean and well kept, good breakfast and friendly staff... what more could you ask for? We live on the west side of the state and this location makes a great jumping of point for our favorite nearby attractions: Frankenmuth, Maude's Alabama BBQ, Flint museum and planetarium, Lake Huron, etc.

The drapes fail...the internet connection was transparent, the TV tier was pathetic...The room was "roomy", and the Bed was the best we have experienced. ,, breakfast was better that most, real eggs, protein, and good selection of carbs and juice... wire says Hot Choco was great

Love the King Suites at this hotel, very roomy. Breakfast is good with variety of hot/cold options. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is great and close to the highway. Fitness center has the basics

This is a very nice place to stay. It is in a nice area with many options to eat. The customer service is exceptional. They go out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I'm also satisfied with their prices I do a lot of traveling and I haven't found a better deal.

Do Not eat at Lucky's. Beat Western was what I expected and I'll stay again. This is your best choice for 20 miles. But I'll eat out of the vending machine before I will ever eat at Lucky's. Lots of other choices in the area for food.

Check in was easy and the room was easily accessible for parking near the room. The grounds were clean, the trash cans we're empty. We'll maintain. I will be staying there again!! For what it is worth, the breakfast was good. I did not have anything bad to say about it. Compared to all the other places that I've stayed at..

Clean and beds are super comfortable. Don't stay at best westerns to often reason is because I never can get their app to work right and just stop and request a room. But I was very happy with my experience at this hotel. Will be staying a few more times this month.

Great Pillows, good , comfy beds! we enjoyed resting at night, breakfast was well done and timely , good variety. the hotel needs a hot tub , spa to complete , that would be wonderful, it could also use a little more vending machine /mini mart for small persona items so you don't have to leave the hotel for small items

Family and friends stayed here for my daughter's wedding in Goodrich. It was the perfect location and staff was great. Breakfast each morning was very good and so was the COFFEE! The waffles were hit. I appreciated the 6:30-10 window to eat. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Another perk, several restaurants are in walking distance.

Room was quiet and clean, bed and pillows excellent. The room did not have any smell. The steak restaurant next to the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was average, attendant very cheerful. Price was high, and shower water pressure was very poor.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. We stayed at another chai and the beds were not comfortable and the service and breakfast was poor. The breakfast here was great and offered a lot of options. And was such a great value.

1. The elevator was out of service for both days that I was there. I had to drag my own luggage up and down the stairs to the second floor without any offer of assistance. I'm a 74-year-old woman. 2. There was a warning that there may be shards of glass in the pool, and that guests would use it at their own risk. 3. All the water went out in my room (and the entire hotel) for a period of time in the middle of the day, just as I was getting ready for a wedding. 4. The room needs some serious updating. They were stains on the carpet, scuff marks on the walls, soiled arms on the chair, and no directions on how to use the tv in order to get a full listing of all the channels. 5. All this for $165 per night. This is in a state that has a much lower cost of living than my own state, and in a pretty remote location from any major city. Even in my state, which is has a VERY high cost of living, a comparable room at a VERY high-end hotel with numerous amenities in a very ritzy area within excellent proximity to NYC costs only about $10 per night more.

They allowed me to check in at 11am Vs the usual 3pm and were so kind and friendly when I arrived. She gave me a room on the second floor overlooking the pool House keeping has to be requested which I actually preferred. There's no worrying that someone is going to let themselves in in the morning while your getting dressed or wondering if and when your room is going to be serviced while your out The elevator up is quite musty smelling. I think that could be resolved by replacing the carpet in there. My room was the whirlpool suite. It was a huge room and very clean. The water was super hot. Way hotter than my water at home. I was quite surprised .I had a wet bar and couch in my room (though that was a little tired looking and stained). I heard no noise from my neighboring rooms. The doors didn't slam closed like places I have stayed in the past they were soft close style so I slept very peacefully (with a little disturbance from the old style AC unit whirring) Breakfast was basic and functional. Eggs, sausage and pancake/waffle depending on the day. Some baked goods. Some cereals..variety of juices. Nothing spectacular but it got the job done. I spent a lot of time in the pool area. The pool itself was huge and clean. Good working furniture out there. Chair beds that were adjustable and sturdy tables. No rocking or tipping issues. No broken furniture. The highway is right behind the pool, separated by trees and a raised green area and you can definitely hear the traffic. Though I kind of got used to the noise out there. The pool guy was very nice and friendly. I was surprised that I couldn't hear or see the highway from my actual room. The feedback I would give the hotel would be to start working on replacing the carpets and the couches in the rooms. I would love to see the old AC units replaced so you don't have that on/off whirring all night. I did appreciate that the AC unit went down to 62 and my room was as cold as I like in the hot summer. I feel like these improvements could potentially make this a 4* hotel. Overall what stood out to me was the cleanliness of the place and the pleasantness of the staff.

The Staff is welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable! We slept well. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. It suited our needs perfectly. We stay here every time we are in town.

This hotel is close to my family and lots of restaurants This location was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was hot and ready on time. The staff was friendly. the pool looked inviting. This locations is away from the big city and is quiet.

I enjoyed the two night stay with Best Western. The room was very clean and loaded with supplies we needed! The staff was courteous yet there was plenty of privacy! The complementary breakfast was delicious lots of different options!

This property is very well-maintained, clean and well located. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, assisting us, and extending our stay beyond the initial reservation, although the hotel was “already booked full“.

This was our second time staying at the Best Western Davison Inn as I scheduled a group of 15 rooms for the employees of our company. The manager Jen worked great with me over the course of a few months and everything was seamless for our large group and multiple methods of payments. Check in and check out was easy. The employees all said hello / goodbye every time we walked in and out and I always notice that when I stay at other hotels. It's so nice to see a smiling face as you are coming and going. Breakfast was great and well stocked. I liked their seating area because it has windows and it was nice to be able to look outside. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we couldn't have had a better stay! If you're having an event at Sugarbush, visit this great crew of people!

The staff is amazing and the property is great. We had NO problems and NO complaints whatsoever. Cleanest rooms!! Great breakfast. Smiling faces. Genuinely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Will be glad to come back. SUPERB!!

We had a great time. We got the heart shape tube. Loved that it was on the first floor. Just sucked that the jets where so loud so we didn't really run them. Would definitely go back though. And tell my family and friends to go there.

Completely satisfied with my experience at this location; especially the customer service I received while staying here! My room was clean, (I always double check) the team is AMAZING and the breakfast is BOMB! Nice folks , super clean room. Every time I stay there I like it more and more. The suits are definitely the nicest ones around. Another big bounes that I point out is it's super quiet. Not like the o es a couples streets down . Overall must stay

The Hotel was great, clean, quiet, and the restaurants where close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing very day. The internet is an issue. It is unsecured, and I would use it. The value I thought was great until I have no secure internet.

We were here for a family wedding. It was about 10 minutes away. We stayed in a suite. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My two main concerns. Overall, a very nice experience. Keep up the good work.

This hotel was a nice and convenient place to stay while I was in town for bikes on the bricks. Good breakfast bar to start your day off! The pool was a little cold but still nice area to relax in after walking around all day.

From the greeting to the departure we felt like we were valuable. Most comfortable hotel bed resulted in good nights rest. Good breakfast each morning fueled our mornings. Very pleased with our stay in Davison, Mi.

We stayed here for five nights for a family visit, and even though the place was sold out, it was very quiet. All staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but it smelled really funky--like an old motel and old cigarette smoke. Due to it being sold out, we didn't ask to be moved since we were really just sleeping there. (My nieces room three doors down looked updated and smelled fine) Breakfast had a really good selection and the employees kept it well stocked. Good proximity to lots of things. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean.

Not too bad. Elevator was out and we were on the 2nd floor but they were able to change it up to get us a 1st floor room. Noticed cleaning going on and the hallways smelled fresh. IMO it's overpriced but there isn't anywhere else nearby so they force my hand each time I come to Davison to visit family.

Tired, 1970s property with little refresh or renewal. Staff tries but its the property not the staff that is off putting. Reviews shown on this motel's site must be from 20 years ago as descriptions, pics and complements do not reflect reality. We stayed two nights only because our credit card already was run at the lobby office before we viewed the room. Couldn't cancel night two because of 24 hour rule had been tolled by the time we saw the room

Came with my family for a graduation and family reunion! Highly recommend. Staff was always helpful and very accommodating! Breakfast was great and Julia was a delight in the morning! Grandkids loved the pool!

We stayed 2 nights. It was a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than expected. Pool area was clean. We got upgraded to a jacuzzi room which was awesome. Close to a few restaurants. It was a really great place for a weekend getaway.

We arrived late Saturday evening and were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Despite having 2 wedding parties staying the night, they still had a room available for the night. It was very quiet and the room was well-appointed. Breakfast was hearty and the staff kept it stocked.

At check-in we were greeted by the desk person who seemed annoyed that we were pulling him away from the show he was watching in the office next to the check-in/out desk. He did his job by checking us in but was not friendly or helpful or welcoming. He gave us 1 room key for 4 people to share. He said if we wanted more to come back later. Once we settled into the room, I discoved someone else's leftover food in the nightstand next to my bed, NASTY! I went to the front desk (same guy was there) and asked if the cleaning staff is required to look thru all the drawers of the dresser/nightstand (and the room in general) after "cleaning" before checking in the next guest? His response, "no, we don't open the drawers" and continued on to whatever he was doing at the time. No alternative room was offered, no discount was offered, he didn't even offer to have the leftover food removed from the room or clean the mess! Absolutely nothing!

We came into town for a wedding, and had a very nice stay at this hotel. The front desk service was exceptional. She was very thoughtful and went out of her way for us more than once. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff upon check in was rude and did not seem to want to be there. She made us feel as if we inconvenienced her by arriving. Our room was nice but a little dated. We stayed in a whirlpool room and for the price you pay you would expect it to be updated and a little nicer.

Breakfast is way above average, with hot food options. Staff was great, place was clean, rooms were well kept and everything in working order. King Suite was very spacious. Exercise room was clean and all equipment worked well. Only issue was with the WIFI, which was pretty week in our room and not really even much better in the main lobby.

I called & booked directly to get a pet friendly room. The room was clean w/ no odor. Hotel was clean and fresh. Breakfast was nice. Staff were wonderful & even called when I left a dog toy! So pleased!

The Davison Best Western had a small town feel with caring workers -- all of them. Clean, nice hotel. Good selection of items for breakfast. Cleaning staff worked hard. Front desk workers were helpful.

Paid double what the room was worth. Thin blanket between two dingy white sheets. Hotel clerk was rude when I called and asked to be transferred to my room. I would not ever stay in this hotel again!!

My boyfriend and I booked a jacuzzi room for NYE. Within seconds of entering the room we smelled cigarette smoke but hoped it would fade or we'd get used to it. Minutes later we realIzed the fridge wasn't working and we had very perishable food. I called the front desk and made her aware. We decided to just use ice from the ice machine and we were going to go buy a cheap cooler at Meijer. We tried to make the most of the night and did enjoy the jacuzzi but the smell kept fluctuating getting worse. We called down again to the front desk and made her aware that it was getting nauseating. She was the same lady from our check in and she was very nice and understanding. We asked about leaving and she said she'd document everything, which she did. We checked out after at least enjoying the NYE countdown from the room so we wouldn't be on the road. A different woman was at the check out desk but she was also nice and said to contact someone the next day (or rather later that day) to figure out the discount for the inconvenience. When I called and spoke to the woman I was told to ask for she answered me asking if her name was Linda by saying ‘oh no, what did I do wrong?' I thought it was kind of funny at the time . She quickly told me the fridge did work, we must've bumped something putting our food in (I did NOT bump something as I put one item in and promptly took it back out) and that there was a switch inside we could've turned on. While I suppose we could've poked around a little, we checked to make sure it was plugged in and it was. But it was also leaking. We weren't about to go poking around. She did however say that there would be a $40 recompense for the fridge not working. She then said if the smoke had bothered us that much we would've left as soon as we got there. I told Linda I didn't appreciate her telling me how to feel, and as I've already stated, we hoped it would get better and we were trying to make the best of a ‘special' evening. I told her I'd be calling back to speak to a manager. I did end up calling corporate later that day because of how we were treated. She was so understanding and gave me many apologies, which reminded me that Linda didn't give ONE. She instead blamed US. The woman at corporate noted everything and said she'd have a manager from the hotel call us. A manager did not. I've spoken with my bank and they had me call corporate again yesterday to which I found out a refund of $40 was supposed to happen, but was oddly voided. Hmm. Besides, at this point we've been inconvenienced so much that I'm beyond upset and disappointed. We stay at this location 1-2 times a year and stay at other Best Westerns. We will continue to frequent Best Westerns because everyone besides Linda that we spoke to, was understanding and nice. We will never go to this specific location though. Thank you for reading. This is my go-to place when I travel to the Flint area to visit family and friends. I have never been disappointed. Location is ideal for me and am always satisfied with the accommodations and value. Staff is always friendly and anxious to make sure we are satisfied. Lucky's Steak House just across the parking lot is a bonus for a good meal.

The hotel staff during our stay was so very kind and helpful! There was a nice breakfast spread the next morning as well. Our room was clean - check in and check out was quick and everyone had smiles behind the desk.

ALWAYS use a gift card when gifting a hotel stay for someone as they will not acknowledge a credit card (even in an emergency). It's probably best to purchase one or two to have on hand should an unexpected event arise and you need to shelter a family member.

Perfect stay. The best staff (no third world, slavenly or indifferent foreigners). The best fitness room we've seen. Hot, full service breakfast (not any grab & go nonsense). Rooms very clean with protection against bed bugs. Plenty of hot water. Rooms & building were very quiet. Located in a good area of the county & little town. When we come back home to visit friends and family again, we will be staying here.

We had a very nice air-conditioned room with a dining bar, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, two queen beds, tv and internet service. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The outdoor pool was attractive with crystal clean water lacking any chlorine smell. Lots of towels places to sit and relax. Breakfast provided many choices of good food and drinks. Service was excellent.

This is a fairly nice hotel with an outstanding staff. I booked directly with Best Western, but immediately found a lower rate on Priceline. I found a Low Price Guarantee on their website so I took a snapshot of the price and filled out the form to claim the rebate. Their customer service team couldn't find the lower price when they checked a day later, so they denied it and wouldn't consider my screen shot. While I like the hotel, I won't be able to do business with them anymore.

This location is reliable, clean oh, and the staff is professional and friendly. The pricing is a bit higher than I would pay elsewhere but I have zero complaints and total satisfaction. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me due to my lack of proper identification. Not only did they work with me but they also protected my identity by asking thorough questions regarding information about my account that only I would have. It was a bit of a hassle for both the staff and myself but in the end it is for my protection oh, I am very grateful.

We just needed a weekend stay for a baseball tournament. I've stayed at BW's before that weren't the nicest. This one was super clean, and offered a hot breakfast during Covid. Staff was friendly. But best of all, we were traveling with our dog and were given a special room near an entrance with vinyl flooring instead of carpet, and dog bowls! The grounds were really pretty and free of trash. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed here twice for business and each time has been good. The rooms are clean and I have not had any issues. There are restaurants close by to provide options for dine in or take out. The staff has been friendly and helpful each time I have stayed. Despite necessary covid precautions, they do their best to provide as many amenities as they can.

Plenty of places to eat close by; staff was friendly, room clean, bed comfortable. Now to my complaints curtain torn; this is suppose to be a handicap room & did have safety rails but a tub which is hard to get into & low toilet which is hard to get up & down off of. These might sound petty but for older handicap people these are important. We couldn't get the room cool enough at night & it's in the 30's at night I would stay again because was nice hotel Noisy people upstairs

Upon arriving we noticed the lobby was up to date and clean (Covid protection apparent). Our room was more than expected for the price, it was very clean. Hallways seem to have newer carpet and once again clean!!

my boyfriend and I were only planning to stay one night and we ended up staying 4 because of how amazing everything was! from the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were greeted with smiles from the staff. everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay truly felt like a getaway. 10/10!

This is a great hotel for a family trip or even a couples trip! The staff is super friendly and did a great job of making us feel welcome! I will definitely be recommending this hotel, then we'll be staying here again soon!

Our room had a funny odor , workers were not wearing masks, our curtains were very dirty, the Covid breakfast consists or 1 bag of oatmeal, an apple, a granola bar, and a bottle of water. There was no coffee creamer and we were told they had been out for a few days and needed to order some. The snack and pop machines were not working. Our stay is for 5 nights and I'm not looking forward to the remainder of it.

Make sure and inspect the room before you unpack your bag. This particular room was poorly cleaned after the last guest. We have had several nights at this hotel with zero complaint. But surfaces were not wiped, carpet was not vacuumed, and the room smelled like a deodorizer bomb with undertones of cigarettes and weed.

Even though I asked to have my room cleaned each day it did not get done until my 4th night in the hotel. The room was clean when I arrived but could not get it cleaned after that. Used to be a great place to stay but doubt I will ever go back.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only issue was with the clerk who checked us in. He did not explain how to use the key card. Swiping it over the door lock opened the door occasionally with one key and the other didn't work at all. Went to front desk to get it rekeyed and he then told me you had to hold it on the door lock until the green light to come on. Also didn't give WiFi password until I asked

I'm sure Covid has had an economic effect but the breakfast needs a little help. Pop tarts and oatmeal packets leave a lot to be desired. Carpet in our room is overdue for a replace. Staff were friendly enough. WiFi sucked. Lots of pot smoking sifting through the vents but I guess that's to be expected in a state that legalized recreational use-nothing the hotel can do about that.

This is our second time staying here. We love this hotel especially when we are traveling with our Australian Shepherd. They are always very welcoming. The pet designated rooms are set up nicely with tile floors, plenty of space if you travel with a crate, food and water bowls and a little mat. Plus there's a bug control device plugged in near the pet food area so I wasn't worried about picking up bugs from someone else's pets. The pet rooms are very near the back exit where there is a nice lawn area with pet waste clean up station for walking your pet. Besides the fantastic pet amenities, our rooms have been immaculate both times we stayed. Everything was clean and ready. The mattress is very comfortable and the staff was accommodating for extra pillow requests. We traveled during the virus pandemic and a nice grab and go breakfast was provided. The pool area was open in spite of the virus and the pool was sparkling clean. We will definitely be staying again when we visit family!!

Very friendly employees. Clean rooms. Also clean pool. Great location, close to interstate for easy on and off. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There is also a dog park within 2 miles with a lot of walking trails.

Awesome stay! We searched for a hotel that was decently priced and decided upon this one, even though it was 30 minutes away from our event, and so glad we did! It was excellent! Friendly staff, wonderful room, full breakfast and all for under $100 per night. All the amenities and service you've come to expect from Best Western. We'll definitely stay here again! :)

Vey Friendly and helpful staff. Denise, Heather and Tay were very sweet people. I stayed for 2 months. and all were helpful . i will stay again. always had the towels and everything we needed . the breakfast was good and the woman that works it was always nice to us. made it a happy start to the day. also the office people were helpful and nice.

Nice beds, very comfortable accomodations. Good area restaurants. Breakfast is competative to other breakfast serving hotels. Clean, although it's an older hotel...well maintained. Yes, there is a waffle maker too!

I was there for my father's 95th birthday , our flight was delayed bad day we got in about 2 am the desk clerk was awesome , it took all of two minutes to check in ,the breakfast was great choises ,coffee was available all night there is an outdoor pool exersize room ,the hotel is clean ,staff is very helpful i will stay there again

Every time we stay at this location it is always clean and the staff is friendly accommodating and professional. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping and the interstate. The breakfast offers an array of items that would accommodate all tastes.

Clean! The rooms, the lobby, the whole place. Great staff! Paul at the front desk was very nice! Warm breakfast...yum! Denise was wonderful and kept a perfectly clean breakfast area with warm eggs and bacon! Definitely worth the $20.00 more than other hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

We stay at this property 3-4 times each year when visiting the area and we always return as the accommodations are always very clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful. This hotel is also the best value in the area.

My husband and I had to stay here for a week because of a leaky basement and broken furnace. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Long breakfast hours and good food! I highly recommend this facility. We enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here for one night heading back to Canada from Chicago. Receptionist was friendly. Hotel room was a good size, but decor needs updating,especially the bathrooms. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Lots of Choice.

I have stayed at this property 2 to 3 times per year for years. The staff have always been helpful and courteous as well as friendly. Rooms are always spotless and housekeeping has always seen to any amenities immediately. Can't think of another property that does it better!

We were not happy with our room, and were not offered any accommodation for our troubles. The plaster fell off the ceiling in our room, we believe from using the whirlpool tub, in which the jets were very weak and not relaxing at all. We had trouble using the tub and had to call the front desk for instructions on how to turn it on. When we checked out the next morning, the desk clerk did not even show any concern for our complaints. I definitely feel the customer service was not up to par.

Overall, Best Western Davison Inn is a good place to stay when you're visiting the area. The rooms are fairly spacious and it is conveniently located. There is a good restaurant in walking distance from the hotel and the prices are reasonable.

The Best Western in Davison, Michigan is the best in guest experience. The staff truly makes the stay wonderful. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is warm and inviting. All staff do their best to make your stay memorable.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! I especially love how the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of "my guests" received their welcome bags for my daughters wedding! Each guest that was in the block of rooms had theirs waiting for them in their rooms when they arrived.! They put a note at front desk for those not in the block to let them know if they were there for the wedding so they could receive their bags!! I have been to at least 4 out of town weddings and twice I never received intended Welcome bags so I was worried that my time and effort would be for nothing! I was soooo happy with the staff at Best Western Davison Inn!!!

Great hotel, clean, convenient, and a quiet location close to the interstate with many options to eat very close by. The front desk staff needs a little training regarding the idea that they are there to make the customer's experience pleasant. All other things about the hotel were just fine.

Scheduled a stay here for a family wedding nearby. Great place to stay. Easy to find, off the busy street, lots of places to eat nearby, well lit parking, lot quiet, and reasonably priced. We would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last year because it was only about 20 minutes away from the Michigan Renaissance Festival and had no issues, except that I thought it was a bit overpriced for the type of hotel and the amenities. We decided to stay here again this year and it was far from the same experience, with the exception of it still being overpriced. Upon check in, the two young ladies working at the front desk were not very friendly at all. We dealt with another front desk staff member a little while later and she was a bit friendlier. Now for the room...Hair from the previous guest in the tub, the phone did not work. When maintenance came to check it he informed me that it was a wiring problem in the wall. How is that something that is not checked? I'm sure the wiring didn't just break just before we got there. I work for a very large property management company and this would not be tolerated. The door lock for the back entrance door did not lock, so anyone could just walk right in to the building anytime. Didn't make my wife and I feel very secure. As far as breakfast goes, for the price being charged for the room, which was around $125, they should have served steak and eggs on the buffet. The food was mediocre. Scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. The make your own waffles were good though. Needless to say, after this experience, I don't care if I have to stay an hour away from the Renaissance Festival, I will not stay here again. We stayed the next night at the Best Western in Birch Run and for around $75 for the night, it was a far better experience staying there than the Davison location. The one in Birch Run had much friendlier staff, better breakfast and a restaurant as well. Better workout room too. I would not recommend the Davison Inn at all!!

This hotel is a good choice in the Flint area. Quiet spot close to eating establishments. Lots of golf in the area. I have stayed there often with a large group of golfers and plan to do so in the future. Nice pool area, Good service including Denise who looks after the breakfast area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good beds. Highly recommend.

A really clean and comfortable hotel. This made our third stay, and while there was a slight hiccup, this was due to an apparent lack of communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We did not do the continental breakfast this trip, our choice.

My golfing group comes here every year. Rooms are well maintained with attention to detail. They even have real towels! The breakfast lady Denise is the best. Always prompt, courteous and friendly with good hot food to prepare and share. JS

This place was right on the money, Friendly staff, clean room that smelled good. Wonderful pool/patio area where we enjoyed a cocktail at sunset. The breakfast area was well maintained and had several options including eggs and real bacon, Wow!

We stay here because it is super close to his mom's place, but it is always clean, very friendly staff and just a nice place to stay. The breakfast they serve is small but really good. The options are nice

My wife and I decided to stay here on way to the Upper Peninsula and this was a great stopover. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We paid a fair price for our room. The room itself was big and spacious and clean. The hotel is easily accessible from I-69 at Exit 145. We will definitely stay here again

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast and the persons who prepare and serve it. Kudos to Denise for her ability to keep the food fresh, always there to remove used plates and silverware and maintains a very clear environment. She is the gem of the place. The hotel itself is in need of updating bathroom fixtures. The toilets are too short causing a sanitation/cleanliness problem and the sink stoppers do not generally work. There has been a recent change in management and I'm not sure that this has been a good move,

This is one of our favorite places to stay, the Hotel is very clean and friendly. We were up graded to a whirlpool suite,which was a nice surprise. We will be returning here in August when we have a Buick event in Flint MI.

We 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay June 7-10. Randie was very friendly & made us feel at home for our breakfasts. She made sure all our needs were taken care of. Great employee! We were going on a car cruise and chose to stay at the Davison Best Western. The room was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the staff very pleasant. We arrived late but were still greeted immediately. So nice when you are tired.We will stay there again.

Was within 5 miles for an overnight meeting at a church and decided to stay here. It turned out to be a great choice. Good WiFi, very clean room, good options for breakfast, mini fridge in room. Randy kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. We had great shower pressure, and plenty of towels. The only thing which keeps me from giving a 5 is even though there was a fan in the bathroom running, it still fogged up quit a bit. Had to use extra towels to wipe the mirror off. With that said, for the area, convenience and friendliness of staff, I would stay here again.

Rates could be lower, especially during low booking days. Speed of check in could've been improved.. associate complained of poor computer quality, so more than likely not her fault. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Friendly, attentive staff. Nice amenities and pet-friendly (for $15/night extra). The room was clean but the bathroom had signs of moisture damage on the ceiling and outlet didn't work. Not a huge problem. The only complaint was people loitering around the rear guest entrance close to our room at 5am. They were apparently intoxicated and arguing loudly. I worried about the safety of our vehicle parked a few feet from them. However, it only lasted a few minutes, so we didn't report it to the front desk.

We were delighted when we finally were able to get a decent hotel just east of Flint. We tried a few before and it was a total disaster. Great Service, very clean. Great night sleep. The rooms are roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Really good breakfast with a lot of choices and always stocked up. Loved everything about it and our experience at this hotel! Amazing staff as well.

I appreciate Denise, who maintained the buffet breakfast bar while I was in Davison for a family funeral. There were so many choices that I did not have to eat the same thing every day. Denise was so warm and friendly. She seemed genuinely interested in the lives of the people who ate in the dining area. I will definitely stay at the Best Western if I am ever in Davison, Michigan again.

Beds are comfortable, TVs are nice flat screens, cable channels are pretty limited though. Decent breakfast in the morning. Desk in rooms is nice for doing business. Everything was clean. All of the staff smiled and said hi.

Just an overnight stay on our way to Frankenmuth for a short getaway the room was very spacious hot tub in the room very clean very nice courteous staff we did not have the breakfast but it was a breakfast buffet more than a continental would definitely stay again very affordable for what we received. Short drive to Black Rock Restaurant. Conveniently located right off the expressway.

Wanted to go to Frankenmuth and also do some shopping with some friends. This was the perfect location. Close to everything we needed. Quiet, clean place. Breakfast was good, internet was good. We were close to the lobby and around 7 am each morning I had banging doors wake me up but I am a lite sleeper at that point of the morning. Probably staff coming in to work?

We were in Davison for a wedding, and the hotel was very accommodating to all the family that stayed at the hotel. The room was clean. We did have an issue that there was no sheets and blankets for the pull out bed in the room. My husband had to go to the front desk to get them. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, but the space to eat in was not big enough for everyone to sit down and eat.

This is a convenient location right off highway 69 next to a fun steak house. There are 3 rooms that take dogs. The flush mechanism in the room is broken and the shower water does not get hot. Recommend looking for a better option.

The facilities and staff were perfect for our needs. We felt welcome and the facilities and staff met our needs. Rooms were fine, the additional space were very helpful for informal sharing. Very much appreciated.

We stayed at this location in September 2018. It is close to Flint, which may explain why there were so few guests at this hotel (drinking water issue in Flint). They have a sign on the door stating that their water is NOT from the Flint water supply. The room was very expensive ($155) for a place with no business. Also, the room smelled moldy and was not well maintained. I was not impressed with this location, and will not stay there again. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stay here for my husband uncles funeral. When we checked in everything was clean and just like the pictures. The room was huge we had a jacuzzi suite. The only problem was no shower curtain but as soon i went up to the desk the lady went right down and put it on. It was a very nice place to stay.

Stayed at the Best Western in Davison Michigan. A very nice place. But the house keeping staff are the greatest group of ladies I have ever seen. They do a great job and seem to have a good time. I will definitely stay there again.

This is one of the most comfortable and relaxing places I have been. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need, sometimes without even asking. The hotel is always clean and tidy and they make sure our group has whatever we need.

We returned to Michigan for a family wedding and a visit with friends and family. We were looking for a combination of reasonable prices, dog friendly and central location. We found all three at the Best Western Davison Inn. This is a recently renovated conversion of a Comfort Inn that is located near I-69. The staff was very accommodating, the facility was well maintained and the breakfast was great.

We enjoyed this hotel,stopping off for the night on our way to Shipshewana,Indiana.It is at a convenient location,just off the highway.We had a good bed and a nice breakfast before we left in the morning .

No reservation and we needed a room for the night as we had been driving all day. A room was available and the staff was professional and friendly. I'd stay here again for sure. We had a King suite (unexpected to say the least for last minute check in) which was extremely comfortable and spacious. I was recognized as a Rewards member and was given a few bonus points as a thanks. Overall and awesome and welcome experience.

Had a great trip to Michigan in August with friends to attend a fundraiser / dance event.. The hotel across from the function was the Best Western, and it was very nice. THe rooms were very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful/efficient. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had the wedding party stay and everyone was impressed with this Motel. staying for 4 days close to the event was a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable for the entire stay. I was very pleased the Managers were so helpful in pricing the rooms for me. a Great experience for all.

The first two days of our five day stay was great. Then, we experienced terrible housekeeping on the third day that really changed our minds. We cleared the bathroom counter so it could be wiped down as it was scummy and returned to the same exact condition. No one touched it, not even to refill the soaps. They did not vacuum, provide an ice bag, or leave toilet paper since the only one we had was open and used. We could not figure out what was done except make the beds. They did not leave a bath mat which as seniors is needed to keep from falling. We went to front desk when we returned around 6:30 that evening to get wipes for the counter, toilet paper and a bag for ice. After running the shower, we realized we didn't have the bath mat which was there the first two days. We had to go back again to get that. We could easily see the tile was not swept or the carpet vacuumed. Unfortunately, we left a tip for this service I wish i could get back. Front desk was made aware and they made a note. We have stayed here before and never had this trouble. It was a nice place to try before. What a shame!

We stay at this hotel often when visiting family in the area. It's always clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for our needs. It's typically quiet throughout the night, which we appreciate.

Great location on side street not far from the highway and friendly staff. Room was perfect and nicely appointed. Very clean. Front desk lady was very helpful. Has an outdoor pool which I did not use.

The staff was really nice. Our room was very clean, lots of room within to move around and very quiet. The breakfast was had a lot to choose from but average hotel breakfast. My issues was with the outdoor pool ( which is one of the main reason we choose here) , the pool needs good scrubbing!

Denise provided the Best Continental Breakfast we've ever had! Cheese Omelettes, Ham, Pancakes, Danish, Cereal, Waffles, Sausage Gravy, Biscuits, Yogurt, Fruit, Toast, Bagels, Cream Cheese....Oh My!!! Delish!!!

A very pleasant 3-day stay, very helpful staff. I'd had an accident on the interstate and my boat was slightly damaged. Staff very sympathetic. Room was convenient to arrange further travel plans and repairs.

We stay at this hotel when we're in Davison for sports tournaments. It's very easy to get to, close to the highway with plenty of parking. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean. The lobby has a great area to gather as a team for meals and socializing.

Denise, worked the breakfast area, very clean and very accommodating. variety of choices with breakfast foods. the hotel was very clean as well. don't really have much more to say, hotel was clean, staff was accommodating, breakfast was great.

We had to travel for a family members funeral. Everyone was super nice to us even though we came in around 2 in the morning. They even comped one of our days because we didn't get there before midnight. And the room was super clean. The breakfast had various items and they were all good.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I entered the room, it smelled terrible, then I was told it was one of the three pet friendly rooms in the hotel. How lucky we are! There was no spare rooms for change. A terrible stay!

My family and relatives (around 30 people) stayed at the Davison Best Western while there for my mother's funeral. All of the Best Western employees (desk staff, cleaning attendants) did a wonderful job in making us feel comfortable and welcomed. I especially want to thank Denise, the breakfast room attendant, for cleaning-up after us (with a smile) after an informal get-together in the breakfast room.

Stayed here on our way to an auction sale in Indiana. Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Breakfast was very good with different options. Restaurants within walking distance. We had no complaints whatsoever. We liked the accommodations so much, we are staying again tomorrow on our way to Indiana to pick up a tractor.

We were at this hotel for a family wedding and the staff put us in rooms close to each other which was great. Our room was top of the line and everyone was very helpful. We needed to leave early as another winter storm was coming in soon and the advise given us for travel was really great. Note: It took us five hours to get home which would only should be a three hour trip.

We were in town for a funeral, so we weren't there for leisure. But, for the price we paid for a double queen room, we found it surprisingly nice. The lobby and hotel interior was also updated and nicer than expected. Literally my only criticism is that while we did not use the pool due to weather, I did note that the door to the pool seemed oddly placed. The hotel did seem to be recently renovated, possibly that was the only place that still made sense. Regardless, the stay was very nice and especially considering our circumstances gave us a very nice place to relax.

This was my second time at this hotel and I was just as impressed as I was the first time. It's in a quiet location tucked away off of I-69. The room was a great value and it was also clean and spacious. The staff here always goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you're right at home. I highly recommend this property. A+ stay

The staff is very good and willing to work with you on pricing. The rooms are nice and clean with huge televisions with slots of channels to choose from. The breakfast was very good and flavorful. Definitely recommend this motel.

we were in Davison for a funeral. had a hard time finding the motel as it sat back away from the main drag. once we found it it was nice. would probably stay there again if needed. did not have a motel in mind when we got there but have always been satisfied with best westerns so we looked for it.

Reservation process, no issue. Check in, no issue. Rooms were clean, no issue. Breakfast fare, no issue. Which is how it should be. However, one of our rooms was not cleaned or serviced when we returned from a funeral that evening. I advised the front staff and was informed the cleaning crew had already left for the day and there was little she could do. She found us some towels and told us she would advise her manager. Front office called later that evening and said we were entitled to a 10% discount, for that room. We usually stay at another brand hotel, but none were available near the area! The competitors policy is apparently different...least wise they take “Lack of full service”..., a bit more serious. Rarely had issues with them, but when we did they delivered on their guarantee. I don't recall they had to ask any staff nor did it warrant getting front office approval before anything else was done. Oversights or issues were fixed in the spot. Will now go out of the way to find them, and drive a bit more if necessary.

I stayed in a pet friendly room after my home caught fire & my home was being restored. Every morning there was a hot breakfast & Denise was outstanding! The rooms were kept very clean & everyone was more than friendly & helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here especially for any long term stays. The other housekeepers Randi & Sierra were excellent & very courteous & friendly. Everyone made me feel at home. Thank you!

Great value great proximity to where we needed to be. Rooms and overall hotel cleanliness was great! I also enjoyed there decafe coffee. We will be staying here in the future when we travel to Davison!!

The rooms were clean and did not have any bad odors that some rooms can have. The staff were friendly and told us where to park our car and trailer with our motorcycle so we could keep and eye on them. The breakfast area was clean and kept full.

She took such good care of my mom. Set her up with a perfect breakfast and was kind and professional. Thank you Randie The desk clerks were professional and room was clean. The handicapped bathroom could be better, but was ok-not a roll in shower nor a higher toilet. Should make sure guests with issues know the type of access, some would not be able to use it.

Unfortunately for me my travel plans brought me to Davison, MI in December. It was cold, snowing, dark and dreary outside. But, the Best Western lobby was warm, inviting and the staff was extremely friendly. Although, I have not stay in many Best Western's - I stayed here because they were the best accommodations available in the area and had the best reviews. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. My room looked like it had recently been updated and for me the most important part- it was clean and in working order. From the bathroom to the bed, everything was clean. Because the weather was so nasty I opted to stay in for breakfast. Our stay was three nights and breakfast was included. I would not call this a continental breakfast, there were eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, fruit and cereal. Denise, worked the breakfast area and she had something warm and different each morning. The entire area was clean and she offered to assist with any special requests.

This is my "go to" place to stay when I am in this area. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. Price is great! Unlike many chains that are cutting out the complimentary breakfast, they are still serving a hot breakfast with omelets, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy.

I love this hotel!!! Everyone was so polite and helpful!! The rooms are beautiful and oh so comfortable!!! We will definitely stay here again!!??I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!!!

Room was very clean staff are always nice and friendly. Internet is not the greatest, but do able. I always stay here when I am in Davison on business. Needs to improve breakfast menu. I would like to see them and a restaurant or 2 that will deliver to the hotel.

This was my first stay in Michigan and I loved this hotel. Taia was excellent in every way. She was pleasant and helpful and we spent hours talking. You don't generally see that kind of positive energy from the front desk. I was very pleased. My only complaint was that my first room stunk and I couldn't get in it. But Taia walked up to the room with different keys. And Lori was really sweet as well. I got a warm welcome in he morning from her. And Cathy is a great manager. Very pleasant and understanding and runs a great property. A+ stay. I will definitely be back.

We have stayed at this property 4-5 times in the past 3 years when visiting family. My sisters also stay here when they are in town. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are right up to date. The breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommend this property

We spent our days with family so our hotel time was for sleeping and breakfast. Holiday staff was minimal but it didn't affect the service. We saw no sign of uncleanliness or disorder anywhere. The breakfast bar was kept well stocked with a good variety of food at the appropriate temperature. There were many other guests but sleep hours were very quiet.

everything was amazing, staff, the room, PERFECT! We were very impressed when we walked in and saw how huge our room was, it was perfect for the girls to have a great fun night! I frequent this location when traveling for family occasions. This visit was for a grandchild so baptism. Check in very nice, room in excellent condition. First floor location as requested, some noise from the floor above. Shower did not work properly. Nice fluffy towels, comfortable bed, easy temperature controls. The breakfast area very nice, though offering is soso, muffins and bisquits dry and if stale.

Eleven family members came to Davison best Western Davison Inn. Check in and check out was a breeze. Rooms were clean. Staff is very friendly. Denise runs a tight ship on the free breakfast food service. I would come back and stay again.

Whenever we go to visit relatives in the Chicago area we make a stop over here. The hotel is clean, well appointed and the staff and service is #1. Highly recommend. You will not regret your choice.. Have stayed at many Best Westerns over the years but this one beats them all. Enjoy your stay.

We left our room on the second day of our stay to attend a funeral. As we left our room the guests in the room next door were checking out. The maid saw me as I removed the “Do Not Disturb” card from the door as she told another housekeeper/employee about the guests checking out and informed the other employee that she was going to take her break. We returned back from the funeral & visitation (about 10pm) our room was still unmade. This is a small issue; it has happened several times in my years of business travel. It was just the fact that she saw us leaving but never returned to check on our room after the door placard had been removed.

The Davison Inn is a great place to stay - clean, good value, and staff that are very pleasant and accommodating. A group of 50 stitchers come to the Davison Inn twice a year, and are very happy with the hotel. Glad I extended my stay beyond the event! Love the fridge and microwave in each room!

Always our place to stop for the night when we are in the Flint area. Easy access from the highway, plenty of parking, and several restaurants nearby. Check in is fast and friendly, the rooms are more than adequate, and the continental breakfast is more than sufficient. What more does one need to say!

We were in Davison for a wedding. Since we were new to the area, the front desk clerk mapped our way to the church avoiding all construction. Our room was clean, the beds most comfortably and the pillows great. Breakfast was hot, neat, and refilled quickly. Oh, did I mention, she did it with a smile. She also made the waffle for a customer. They have the staff most hotels only dream about.

A decent stay. Rooms could have been cleaner. The lobby area was very nice. Breakfast was typical for these kinds of hotel chains: it was food-like. Staff were nice and friendly. The outside pool area was very nice as well.

Stayed here on the way to and from Niagara Falls and it was the perfect stopping place. Convenient location, right off the expressway. Breakfast was good, what we expect for a "breakfast included" . Great restaurant next door that was recommended by the girl at the front desk. Several other restaurants located nearby, also.

We had a king suite and it was awesome! The jacuzzi was really big! The bed was super comfortable! It was very quiet, and we enjoyed our night away! The pressure in the shower was amazing! We will definitely return to this facility!

Great location, wonderful stall could not overcome lack of keeping the hotel updated, and fresh. Furnishings and mattress are in sore need of refurbishment. Staff was helpful and courteous. Just update this hotel and it would be grand.

Staff was not friendly nor accimadating The room was just ok, hot water was not hot nor was room cleaned properly. An empty shampoo bottle had fallen into the tub and was still there after the room was cleaned

Jenni Smith was very friendly and help me find my way around! The food was good and they changed it up every day. Parking we easy to find close to the building. Several entrance to come and go. Wifi worked great and easy to connect.

Our stay at this facility was excellent. Denise, in the breakfast area, is always friendly, caring and takes extreme care to make sure all the food items are stocked. Our room is always excellent. The cleaning staff is very friendly and willing to help.

For the monies this hotel was a great value. It was clean, the staff went out of their way to respond to any needs i had. The room was clean, well furnished and i felt safe at the location. Outstanding hotel. I'll always stay here if I'm ever in the area. So clean and so updated and comfortable. Surly a 5-star hotel. We did not use the pool, but breakfast very good and the staff very helpful.

Over Night. Just a short trip to Frankenmuth. Did some Christmas shopping. Easy route for getting back home. Area looks nice and easy to get too. I 69 travel speed was 75mph for the highway speed. So take a trip:)

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We did not have a reservation when we entered the lobby but the two young ladies (who looked like twins but weren't) were so helpful and friendly--they even printed directions for us before we decided to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had - they had extra touches like flavoured cream, cinnamon buns that did not taste like cardboard, and raspberry buns, carrot muffins etc and a coffee machine that always delivered hot, fresh coffee. The breakfast attendant awesome--she kept things stocked and neat and clean and brought the hot food in small batches to ensure it was fresh for each guest. All staff members were so great and the room was great too. The outdoor pool looked absolutely lovely; I regret not having time to have a dip. I hope the hotel owners know how fortunate they are to have such a great staff.

First of all I really like the hotel and have used it many times. For the most part I feel positive about it. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and work hard. However the last night of our visit was somewhat of a sleepless night. The person in the next room had his TV up so loud we could hear it. When we went to sleep for the night it was early and I felt he would eventually go to sleep and the TV would be off. Unfortunately that did not happen and we were awaken several times throughout the night. Around 3:30am I had enough and called the front desk. She said she would call and ask them to turn it down. I heard the phone ring and was hopeful the person would then turn the volume down so I could at least get a couple of hours of sleep. That did not happen and the TV remained on even as we left that morning. When I checked out later I complained that the person did not turn the TV down. The women at the desk said that the night desk clerk had tried to call the room but no one answered. I was then concerned that maybe something was wrong and that maybe the staff should check on the person in the room. I was told that would wait until housekeeping cleaned the room. It just bothered me that no one was checking to see if all was ok. Also we noticed at this stay there seemed to be a lot of in and out traffic of people in the parking lot that had nothing to do with the hotel. We noticed this happening on a few occasions.

I've stayed at the Best Western Davison before when visiting family in the area. The hotel is always well maintained and the staff does a great job in taking care of any issues that arise. It is close to many different restaurants and stores and provides a good breakfast buffet in the morning.

Good employees. We had a great stay a this hotel. There was construction nearby so a little loud at night but I am sure that was a temporary situation. We will stay here again when we visit the area again.

If you like 1 expensive jacuzzi room that smells bad, has rollies pollies (little bugs) ,and the towels all seem damp (need to be dried all the way) And has breakfast that might be some kind of food (terrible) also the curtains do not close(you can try but they won't stay closed) then you'll love this BestWestern in Davison Mi.

We have stated Davison every summer for a few years. Come to the area to visit pain and always enjoy your stay. I'm hoping we can congregate there. The Davison Inn it's a great value for the price. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast he's pretty good he has a huge variety. The renovations made over the last few years have made it a much nicer hotel and were comfortable. We recommend it for people just traveling through for a night or for those who have to stay for a few days.

Traveling due to a dog show. This hotel is the most pet-friendly I have ever stayed at. Potty area was large and provided plenty of room to walk my dog. Room was super nice. Beds were very comfortable. Flooring was tile which is great for pets. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

Nice quiet place to rest outside of Flint. The price is right, the breakfast was great. There are many places to eat close by. Right off the interstate so easy to get on and off no matter which direction you are headed.l

Bad reservation experience, had to use the 888 number, since the hotel directly would not cooperate. When checking in, asked to have manager call me. That did not happen, cleaner Saturday night left all the lights on, after cleaning, and did not empty waste baskets.

We visited the area on business for one night. We were happy to find a hotel that allowed pets, even with an up charge. The front desk staff was helpful when I called to get a "pet" room and also when we arrived. We were happily surprised with sparkling clean dog bowls on a mat when we opened the door to our room. There were tiled floors throughout, which we appreciated as well. All was well until I caught a glimpse under the sink in the bathroom. Toothpaste globs, dust and dirt. Yuck. From that point on, even though the room "looked" clean, I was uncomfortable. The bed was comfy with snowy white sheets. We had an abundance of fluffy white towels. The hotel was quiet on the Friday night we stayed. Note to housekeeping: We will notice if you take short cuts!

This was a very clean hotel, bed's were comfortable and staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the highway, but set back from it so you don't feel like you are that close. Many options of places to eat in the area too.

Stayed one night here en route from Fort Wayne. Check in was quick, and the desk clerk was very friendly, and helpful. The room smelled a bit musty when we first opened the door, but quickly cleared. The room was clean, and tidy, and everything was in good condition. We had trouble with our key cards, which had to be reprogrammed several times. Staff said they were having some issues with some of the locks. The breakfast, which was included, was your typical fare. Overall, a decent hotel, and a convenient location.

Completely overpriced during the week for nothing extravagant. No reason for it to cost this much with a seasonal pool. Higher prices than anything else in the area with no amenities - no indoor pool, game room, etc.

Stayed here with the family for a visit throughout the Flint area. Clean, comfortable room that accepted my pooch. Right next door to a good meal at Lucky's (if you can stand the wait), and very close to I-69. Nice, simple hotel. The only problem was the outdoor only pool. Made for some disappointment when we couldn't get a swim in.

My son and I were attending an OHL hockey game in Flint and decided to stay in Davison as it was conveniently off I 69 and close to the Dort Arena. The hotel is well kept and our 2 BR Queen was clean and spacious. One reviewer stayed that the walls were "paper thin". I would say it could get a bit noisy in hallway infrequently at times but never between rooms. Free hot breakfast buffet was delicious with bacon, scrambled eggs, french toast, waffle maker, etc. Lots of food choices. I felt like the hotel was in a safe area close to few different restaurants as well. Overall a pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We were driving to Indiana from Canada and needed a place for one night. Dropped into this place without reservations, and were pleasantly surprised there was something available at that time of night. I said I wouldn't stay at a Best Western ever again following an incident in Buffalo NY, but then retracted my words when I saw the room. The room was very large and the best part (in my opinion) was a large bathroom with two vanities so I could spread out "my stuff". It's not that often that the bathroom is any larger than a closet but this was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can't say I'd go there for breakfast - but it's the standard carbohydrate meal for travellers - not my cup of tea.

Stayed for a night on the way to Detroit. Was a great stay. The room was really clean - just a bit of dust on the tables and clock. Breakfast was really nice, in a nice setting. Would definitely stay again.

If you can continue to keep driving to the next nearest hotel spot, I strongly suggest you do. It started when we first walked in, and the front desk lady was very nice, but had a very strong odor. usually I have a high tolerance for body odor, but this was on a whole other level. They must not realize that the staff represent the invidually owned hotels. we got to our room, and smelled nothing but booze, cigs and marijuana through the hallway. I thought it was a non smoking hotel? I much rather of slept in my car, and I will do so if I have to go through Davison on a business trip. The beds were comfortable but with the noise level and being located right next to the expressway, I was unable to sleep very well. rooms were decently cleaned, but didn't look as if housekeeping took there time. breakfast was GREAT, and so was denise, the lady working the breakfast bar, that had to of been my favorite part about this entire stay. All best westerns are different, and I was told the owner of davison also owns the one in lapeer, so those are the two hotels I am referring to. because I have had a great stay in Birch run michigans best western, with no complaints. all about the staff, management and owners that make or break a company. The things that i ran into problems with can be easily fixed, and i hope they are for all future guest. but fortunately none of my family or friends will be staying here.

Check in took longer than expected....room seemed clean until we saw the bathroom counter, ants were a problem, at first i thought we had a hitchhiker from the luggage on the floor, but the ants were constant on the counter. Told the maintenance department about the ants and even told them where they were coming from. A hole next to the counter why he did not caulk the hole? I don know! but the entire bathroom was in need of maintenance. around the shower as well. you could see the previous color the old paint was, due to chipping. The room and hall smelled of old smoke as well. If I had a choice to see the room earlier I would not have stayed in the hotel. When i mentioned to the desk attendant, about the problem of ants and the room not being cleaned from the night before. They said it will be taken care of. it was not. they told me I would get a deep discount, I said thank you. to find out a deep discount is $10.00. what a joke! when I called the manager three days later to ask about the deep discount she just laugh at me. $116.99 a night - $10.00. my friend had the same room and was only charged $79.00 a night. the same weekend. Beware!!!

I don't usually stay at Best Western, but this hotel was nearest to my event and had been recommended to me. Everything about my 2 night stay was good: the room was clean and well appointed, the staff was friendly and efficient and the free breakfast was fresh with ample variety. I thought it was a little pricey, but it was worth it for the convenience.

My family recently stayed at this Best western during a family tragedy. The staff from the manager Kathy to the dining supervisor Denise to the new hire Cassandra were exceptional. They were polite, friendly and went out of their way to move us around when we needed to extend our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We agree with the friend who also stays here in their travels. It's well maintained and right off the highway. Included breakfast takes away the hunger but the tasty leftovers from Luckys, the resturant next store, may be tempting you more!

This is a clean and efficient hotel. nice outdoor pool with what seemed to be new mattress. Very friendly and helpful staff . the breakfast was perfect for my needs. The pool is outdoors and not heated.

Nice room we stayed in, it had a jacuzi but we didn't have a chance to use it. The room was very neat and clean. Loved having a couch in there to relax. Very nice set up and beautiful view of the outside pool. It had a desk in the room as well so we could put our laptop on.

Pro - Denise kept good hot breakfast items on the way and morning was the highlight of our stay. Saves $$ money if traveling with kids. Con - A room was not available at 11 AM check-in, OK, that is likely normal. But, upon returning at normal 3 PM check-in, STILL no room was available, an additional wait was required. Apparently, inadequate cleaning staff, or too many late checkouts approved. Almost walked away at check-in.

Location was very convenient for us while visiting our son at Kettering University. Breakfast is sufficient with three different types of cereal, instant oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, waffle maker, muffins, danishes, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Hotel is very clean and staff pleasant. There is a steak house and an Applebees within walking distance. Pool was located outside, did not get a chance to use it. Rooms are clean and roomy.

You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay at this hotel. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. The rooms are very spacious and Very clean. Denise takes excellent care of the breakfast area.

This hotel always lives up to our expectations. Excellent rooms and quality staff. Good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast has plenty of choice and the quality is quite acceptable. Our group has stayed there many times. Great golf courses in the area.

First of all, after a very long drive from Missouri, your hotel sign in the distance was a very welcome sight!. We were using our CAA book to find a hotel in Flint, but unfortunately didn't realize that all the hotels in the book were reached from the I-75, not the I-69. After travelling through Flint, we realized we'd missed the boat!!. We then saw the lodging marker on the interstate and quickly found your hotel. Great service at the desk, plus ideas for dinner!. The Lucky Steak House was a great dining experience with very efficient service and delicious food!!. We didn't leave hungry, that's for sure!.The room was nicely appointed with very comfortable beds!. After a great sleep we had a lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Also very helpful with directions for the next day. Very enjoyable and restful stay. Would certainly stay at this hotel again!

Amazing place to stay not only was I pleased with the location I was amazed at how exceptional the staff was. They are very understanding and always welcoming no matter the time of day. Average amenities and quiet rooms. Felt safe staying here and would stay again. A little bit price for the offerings. Tried work with the staff on nightly rates for a weekly business trip and they would not budge.

totally professional and worth the money. Even though the web pages all had this weekend blocked I called hoping for a cancellation and was happy to find they had plenty of rooms and was able to stay near my event for a quick trip at the end of a long day in town.

The hotel staff was very friendly and took care of our needs. They were able to monitor for cancellations so we wouldn't have to move to a different room on the weekend, which we really appreciated! The hotel is well managed in every aspect and we enjoyed or comfortable stay!

BW was a great place to stay, the staff was awesome, the hotel was clean and the price was right. I was really surprised that a best western was this nice. It was the only hotel within distance of our place to visit, so we just chose BW. But it was great!

Stopped here Thursday night after driving 9+ hours. It was right off the highway so it was quite convenient. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. It is a pet friendly hotel because we were told they had pet rooms available. I said due to allergies we couldn't take one of those so we were offered a handicapped room or I believe it was called an efficiency. We took the handicapped room. It was right on the first floor not far from the check in counter and an outside door so I was worried it would be a little noisy. In reality it was very quiet which we were happy about. Our room was quite spacious and very clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. It's always good to have complimentary Wifi which is very much appreciated. The only negative we had was the room had a musty/closed up smell to it. We ran the bathroom fan all night and opened the window a bit and ran the fan/a.c. and it seemed better. The breakfast was fine and the lady refreshing things was very nice.

You can tell the Best Western brand is trying to focus on clean! Very very clean! And as a clean freak I really appreciate that. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the nice woman helping with the breakfast. The rooms were clean and furnishings updated. We usually stay at Marriotts but there were not any in this area and found this hotel pleasantly surprising. Only thing I'd ask them to look into is replacing the mattress on the pull out couch... It was incredibly terrible, even for my three year old... Better to just sleep on the couch than pull it out.

This was a clean and updated hotel. It has efficient check in and check out, Great group rates for our wedding party. Beautiful outdoor pool. Nice selection for a hot breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable and the parking was convenient no matter what room you were in.

We have stayed here before and will in the future. Good location for visiting family. Clean and for the most part a good staff. The person serving breakfast seemed to have a bad morning. When she came out to fill items on the breakfast bar I said "Good Morning" to her. She made eye contact with me but said nothing as if I were not there. She just seemed be in a bad mood. The remote was not working half of the time and I reported it at check out.

I highly recommend the Best Western Davison Inn. My experience started when I spoke with the desk clerk when making my reservations who was extremely helpful locating a suite close to the door as I had someone with me who has difficulty walking. The employees are clearly committed to service excellence. The room was nicely decorated, extremely clean and offered plenty of room for us to entertain a few guests. I used the pool in the morning and it was clean and quite refreshing!

I can count on Best Western for a goodnight's sleep in a clean room with good mattress and a quiet building. The rooms are also spacious. I count on Best Western when I am doing long distance traveling over several days. It is a great deal. Occasionally I need to stop overnight at a location where there isn't a best Western, and I always notice the difference!

I would not choose to stay in this hotel or reserve a room if you have an event to be at, accuracy and friendliness is out of the question, items in working order is an issue. Security was questionable as the staff gave out another guest room key to one of my family members. Key card in working order unacceptable. Pillows and blankets not in 2 of the 3 rooms I rented when I aske at check in to have them delivered around 12:45 pm I did not receive them at all. The front desk clerk all but called me a liar and was rude, she insisted I was given a FREE upgrade and a discount, the discount was from my AARP group and there was no FREE up grade for her inability to book out rooms properly in advance and then insisted I remove my things while dressing to another room as she had rented that room the very room she checked me into to another. Hot water for the showers were another issue.

This Best Western is very clean & thankfully allows pets. The pet friendly rooms are tiled rather than carpeted which provides for a clean surface that was definitely disinfected. Staff were very helpful, restaurant right next door & even though you are next to an expressway, the road noise was not a distraction.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. We had an efficiency room and it was very spacious with a king bed, pull out sofa, desk, 2 flat screens and big bathroom. The hotel was very clean and had a nice breakfast too.

We stayed here recently with our grandson and has the best time. The hotel is very clean and the staff could not be better. I want to give a big shot out to the lady who runs the breakfast service. She is very friendly and does a wonderful job with the assortment they provide. While I am talking about the breakfast, not only was there great selection, but it was tasty as well. I had the sausage gravy on biscuits. All I can say is, yummy! The hotel was renovated not that long ago and they did. Great job. It sits in a great location very close to the interstate which made in easier to scout around the townships close by. The beads were very comfortable and not well worn which is always a bonus. You can!t go wrong with this place. Loved it. Thank you Best Western. We will be back soon.

Hotel has easy access from expressway. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable. Steakhouse next door so no need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Breakfast was standard for hotel fare. Highly recommend.

Aside from the hot water issue and the lack of communication from the front desk clerk and the internet service was not working at that time in my room, the hotel was great, clean, I slept well. The breakfast area was also clean and that staff was very helpful

rooms are clean, staff is helpful, plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable. near a lot of places to eat and shopping. Internet is fast and the breakfast is great. I was there for a retreat and the staff was great, helpful in using the conference room.

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to please you and are quite willing to assist you with anything.. The Hotel is kept very clean both inside and out. It was a pleasure to spend the evening here on our way home.

Newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and friendly personnel. There was also a large screen television and WIFI, fitness room and meeting rooms available. It was a very nice place to stay the night.

If I hadn't had to get the key cards replaced 4 times it would have been a great stay. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff helpful. Comfortable beds. Could use extra blankets though

My partner and I come to this location a few times a year just to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and well decorated and the property is appealing. I suggest spending a little extra money for the hot tub suite. It is very relaxing and spacious.

Extremely rude front desk staff . Check in and front desk manager check out. The room was clean but with the problems with check-in and reservations and check out was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for if they treat their everday guess that way I can't see how they would continue to be in business

Everything was good, a little mix up on the rooms however the front desk took care of us and we were very happy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. Recommend the restaurant beside them and it was great.

My fiancé and I booked this room a month in advance using a 3rd party booking service. The Best Western website says "pet friendly" at this location. We drove 2 hours from our home to attend a company party in Davison and we arrive at the hotel to find the hotel only had 3 "Pet friendly" rooms and they were all taken. That should not qualify a hotel to be "pet friendly." The front desk associate did not accommodate us and let us stay regardless of the fact that my fiancé was already charged for the room through the 3rd party booking company. He called the booking company who offered a full refund for our room, but we were missing the event we were supposed to be attending already, and still had nowhere to stay. When we asked to speak to the manager, the associate called the manager in front of us and we could hear the manager say "we will get our money from (3rd party booking company) because we could have rented that room. I would rather give the customer a refund and get our money from 3rd party booking company." Never once did anyone offer to make it right and we not only had no place to stay but completely missed the event because of the conversations back and forth between the booking company, hotel associate and other hotels in the area that were booked. There were signs in the lobby that said "We will make it right," and service is important to us. We will never stay in a Best Western hotel again. You have lost customers for life due to your lack of understanding and zero hospitality. Worst customer service we have ever experienced.

We stay at this Best Western at least twice a year when we come to visit family. It is always clean and the beds and pillows are very comfy. Their lobby is always decorated beautifully, there is always a fresh newspaper on the book rack, and the seating in the lobby is comfortable.

Stayed 4 nights. Great location that's safe. The hotel offers free wifi, free parking, and free breakfast, there is a fitness center & outdoor pool too. Our room was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds & a mini refrigerator. This is one of the best hotels in this area. The staff here was also amazing! Great customer service! We would stay here again!

Room was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Big TV, comfy easy chair and very comfortable bed! I am real picky and could not find anything out of place. Housekeeping did a wonderful job preparing the room and maintenance had everything well maintained. Kudo's to your staff. Breakfast was filled with a big variety of items and was well stocked. Food that was supposed to be hot was hot too! Great job everyone!

There's not much to choose from in Davison, Michigan, but fortunately this place is well maintained, clean, and functional. The breakfast is pretty marginal, and the price is high for the general area, but there's nothing serious to complain about.

After reading reviews of all the lodging in the area I chose Best Western Davison and was not disappointed. Lobby is very inviting with a nice lounge area complete with large screen TV and computer. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. One of the best things, is that it is within walking distance of many dining choices. Lucky's next door would always be my choice if looking for a sit down meal.

We always stay at the Davison or Lapeer Best Western when we are the in the Flint/Lapeer area. Great experience. Only problem was finding someone who knew how to put the close caption on the TV. I think all the registration people should be trained on that. So it was difficult to enjoy the nice large TV's.

we picked your Inn because it was close to our children. it also made it closer to our distention Ann arbor, Michigan. Visiting the Veterans Hospital. I just thought about something. Should i have ask you about a veterans discount. as it was we received the Senior discount. Are those discounts the same? We had a great stay with you. We will be down again in 6 mos. or sooner. Keep up the good work.

I had not stayed at a BW for a long time. Felt the quality had declined. However, my experience here has caused me to reconsider for the future. Good value for the price point. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very pleasant and quiet hotel. Standard amenities for a mid-priced hotel. great for all purposes of visit. Outdoor pool was very well kept, but of course no longer available in the winter months. Excellent friendly staff that works very hard for an enjoyable stay for all guests

Our rooms were great, breakfast was good, we walked next door to have dinner, couldn't have been better. We will be back! The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, the place was cozy and inviting.

The check in was quick, easy and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The pool was also clean and uber warm on a chilly night. The breakfast was a typical continental American standard, and was just fine. We spent our day at the Ren Fest, also well worth visiting, and thought this hotel was a good middle place to stay at the end of a long day. We were very pleased with the accommodation and would stay again.

We were visiting friends and relatives. This Best Western was great. We will choose it again on future visiting trips. It is between two restaurants that are very good. It is close to the expressway. It has a small town feel.

This property is a must stay... great internet price, beds are new and like sleeping on a cloud! Very clean rooms, polite staff, quiet and what a breakfast layout!!!! Did not use pool or fitness center.

We stayed at this hotel after a wedding. The room was very nice and clean. We had a great night sleep. there was a little bit of noise when the pool opened but it was not too bad. the breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast.
