I had a really pleasant experience during my stay. From the reception to the room and dining, everything was well managed and up to the mark. The reception team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help whenever needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I was also happy with the quality of the food. What I appreciated most was the attitude of the staff everyone was polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Tarek Vai, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay. He was always available when needed and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His friendly and caring approach really made a difference. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good service and welcoming staff. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

I've stayed here before, and as expected, the breakfast was the best. We enjoyed every item, especially the live kitchen experience. Their approach and helpful nature were much appreciated as well. For a better room and washroom experience, I would suggest going for the mid- to high-range rooms. The Standard and Superior King rooms may not provide the best experience. Other than that, the staff and ambience were very welcoming and pleasant.

My experience was very good. The room staff MD. Emran was very nice and friendly and was welcoming to us. Whenever we called him he came to our room as soon as possible with the things ne needed and for the cleaning of the room. The room which was very neat and clean thanks to MD. Emran for his great work and preparing the room very nicely for us. But there wasn't many items in the complimentary buffet breakfast. But overall it was a good experience there.

This is truly a wonderful family hotel with exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food quality was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of Cox's Bazar, making it very convenient to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The panoramic view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking, and being the highest elevated swimming pool in Cox's Bazar makes the experience even more special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone visiting Cox's Bazar. Looking forward to coming back again!

Recently visited Best Western Heritage Cox's Bazar Kolatoli Beach and had a really good experience overall. The ambience was cozy and relaxing, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. The food presentation was impressive, and several dishes tasted excellent. Service could be a little faster during peak hours, but the staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, it's a great place for food, comfort, and a pleasant hangout atmosphere.

We stayed at Best Western Heritage from 9th May to 11th May for a short family trip, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. Every single member of the staff was incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. While I can't recall everyone's names, I must especially mention two people who stood out: Mr. Jisan, the Restaurant Captain, along with his team of chefs, who took great care of us and ensured every meal was enjoyable. There was also a young, slim waitress who wore a hijab; I unfortunately don't know her name, but her service was outstanding and she was always so polite and helpful. Both of them, and the whole team, made our visit extra special. We definitely plan to come back here again, Inshaallah, whenever we travel to Cox's Bazar next. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and a comfortable stay just by the Dolphin more of the beach.

I went here for a business trip but fell in love with the service tbh! The first 2days were okay, but the last day I went for an early breakfast at 7! I loved the experience! All the staff were cheerful, friendly, smiling! I had the best cheese omelette which was just the way I wanted, without even asking for the customization! So noticed the chef named Sony! I guarantee she reads and understands the hungry people well😅 the place looked surreal at 7am! If you go there, have an early breakfast! I bet you will love the experience too! The support staff were asking if all went well, the chef asked if the food was okay! It felt like, before the rush, all the hardworking souls were spreading their positive energy and love for us, for whom they did all the efforts! I believe, during busy hours, they don't really get the time to truly interact with us! Think of a world, where we all can connect to truly understand each other, it would have made us more satisfied as we could truly grasp the essence of the target people, in all sector right? Loved the food, lots of options! A 10/10 morning for me! Thanks Best Western! You should serve to your employees well for such warmly kindness they are spreading! We recently stayed at Best Western Heritage in Cox's Bazar and had a very pleasant experience. I usually visit this hotel every year with my wife and daughter, but this time it was extra special as both my mother and mother-in-law joined us. The hotel's location in Kolatoli is very convenient—only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. We also benefited from their Ramadan discount, and the complimentary swimming pool and iftar/sehri arrangements were a nice touch. Our rooms had balconies with partial sea views, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Md. Touhid Hasan for accommodating our adjusted tour plan. The hotel also has a dedicated storage facility for dried fish, which helps keep rooms odour-free. The food was tasty as well, especially the loitta fry. Overall, we had a comfortable and satisfying stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

"Yesterday, our family had a great stay at the Best Western Heritage Hotel. However, the most memorable experience for us was the complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning. Especially, I cannot forget to mention Ainur Islam Sumaiya in the live kitchen. This was first visit at this hotel which was disappointing. Except smooth check in and check out procedure other all services was not up to the mark and room structure also not so cozy. Light was so dim In room and washroom which makes gloomy environment. Staff behaviour and services were not professional. We faced a very embarrassing situation during dinner time of New Year eve. Another concern is regarding security which makes me worried that they do not have baggage scanner in the entry or anywhere. Also people were entering without checking. I like to explore hotels and stayed several. I won't visit there again and won't recommend.

Pretty nearby from the beach. Has a gym which is a plus point. Also the swimming pool is pretty hug.. Me and the boys had fun. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The rooms come in reasonable sizes for the price. The service is good and fast. The rooms are tidy and the surrounding is pretty neat as well. Little to no outside noises. So, overall it was a good experience. The only downside is the food. It's pretty hit or miss. One morning, you'll get to have delicious cuisines and the other day it's pretty mediocre but it's not bad though. So yeah, I'd highly recommend

I would not stay here again. It was so noisy with constant horns sounding all night, even with earplugs I didn't get much sleep. The cost of food and beverage at the hotel is terrible, 400 taka (USD4.50) for a small can of Fanta! That's twice the price of the tuktuk from the airport!!

The stay was pleasant. Hotel location is amazing , four minutes walk to Burmese market and the kolatoli beach. You can take a tom tom to most of tourist places and it's a 10-15 minutes ride. Dining room staff is polite and efficient. Rafia in the dining room was amazing , always greeted us with a smile, while working at a fast pace and the smile stays on her face regardless of how busy the omelette station gets.

Horrible place. The room was dirty. Sea view is a scam. You can barely see the sea. The bathroom looked like a public bathroom. They have no regard for guests. Their behavior is so outrageous. The receptionist was a rude lady. She should not be working in the hospitality industry sector. They lost their touch. It's a 2-star hotel now. I had to move to RAMADA because of their horrible service and behavior.

Great location just steps from Cox's Bazar beach, with friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, though a bit of maintenance is needed. The rooftop view was a highlight. Food was decent but service is the best.. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement. Mr babul and Robel is memorable name for excellent Guest service.

Worst-ever Hotel. Room too small, shower didn't' work properly, toilet was dirty because flush didn't work properly, geyser didn't work, room service didn't make up room timely, had to call them everytime for room cleaning. Sometimes unknown persons randomly knocked at the door badly, even at midnight. Horrible experience. After complaining about it, front desk manager told that we had to adjust because it was busy time.

Great experience overall The atmosphere was serene and calm and peaceful The rooms were nice and spacious with comfy beds and all Staff were friendly The value is ok for people,as it's not to high nor too low Rooms may vary from 4 to 6k depending on date The location is a prime spot too,just a 5 minute walk from the beach However,there are some cons I noticed Although the hotel is close to the beach,it right at the heart of the busiest road in all of Cox's Bazar,so you will have to mind the noise but most is reflected away due to the soundproof and airtight rooms Another personal con for me is that most new hotels have android TVs with YouTube and all but this rooms tvs and normal cable operated But,otherwise this hotel is a great opt for people who want to have a taste of luxury at a low-ish price point

Need to inform before cleaning the room. When I went to breakfast, they came to my room and cleaned my room without prior notice or informing me. This is an extreme privacy violation from my point of view. This is a concern. Otherwise room was good, spacious, front view/mountain view/sea view altogether from our room (ROOM No- 4018). However, lighting isn't sufficient in the room. AC doesn't work properly.
