Best Western Holiday Hills

We had bed bugs at this location. We have many pictures, that I will be posting. We were appalled with how the manager/owner of this hotel handled the situation. When we found the bugs in the bed, we immediately called the front desk. The front desk clerk came and confirmed, we indeed had bedbugs. We began packing our things as quickly as we could. The front desk clerk tried to call the manager/owner to get us a new room. She was able to get us a 2 bed normal size room. Problem is we were traveling with five people so we did not fit in the room that the clerk offered up. We had paid for a suit, with enough for five to sleep. When the manager wouldn't find us a second option for a room or refund us our money, we immediately checked out at 11pm at night. We had to find a new hotel, in a state, while traveling with three children. Ridiculous. We asked for a refund for the stay and the manager/owner said no. He could not refund that night because it was over the time to cancel. Again, ridiculous. You had bed bugs in your hotel. We checked out. Not only were we charged for the first night but for our entire stay that we did not stay. I would like someone from Best Western to reach out and explain themselves. Our bank will be doing a charge back as this is completely ridiculous. What a disappointing start to our lovely Utah vacation. Shame on you Best Western. Mostly shame on the manager/owner of this location.

I would have rated this place higher but they just had too many maintenance issues at the time to overlook. (Since I'm writing this a few months later, hopefully maybe they've been taken care of). This is an older facility but has a nice welcoming area. Rooms have the old style ac's under the windows. Ours worked but was noisy (fan sound only, no rattles). Check in gentleman was super friendly and professional. We had a large 2 room family suite. It included a microwave, mini fridge, kitchenette sink. There were no dishes provided. The toilet/tub was separate from the dressing area. They had a nice indoor pool/hot tub. Our tub was very slow to drain. Our refrigerator was barely or not working. The ice machine broke the morning we left so we couldn't repack our cooler. They barely kept up with the breakfast demand. Jessica was an underpaid saint. She was the only staff member in the morning for checkouts, breakfast, calls, maintenance, etc but kept an extremely pleasant positive attitude.

The hotel is clean. The service was nice. The breakfast and gym are all good. Thanks for the nice stay and it was quiet too. If your looking for a place in a beautiful setting and away from the Big City yet near, This BW hotel is the place to stay. It's right off the I-80 too. Easy off and easy back on. As we arrived the entry road alittle challenging to find hotel in the dark, once we parked and went into the hotel we were warmly greeted. Check in was courteous and informative. Lobby & hallway were well maintained our room clean and supplied coffee, tv, bathroom two luggage racks, comfortable king size bed & chair with ottoman desk with chair, area to hang clothing, temperature was comfortable. Pool & spa area looked great however we didn't use. Breakfast was delicious & variety of choices. Near lobby area they had food items to purchase. Checkout was a breeze. If you are arriving late be sure to dine before 8:30 the Town of Coalvile shuts down early. Ask desk for a few places to buy dinner!

It was easy and convenient to get in with a big trailer. Our room was good and breakfast was available early enough that we were able to eat a solid meal before getting back on the road. Would happily stay here again.

This property is well maintained inside and out. Staff is friendly and helpful. I traveled with 2 dogs. My room was clean with no lingering odors. The grounds are maintained and the pet area has a waste bin and additional poop bags should you need one. I could not hear the neighboring guests at all. Bed was very comfy. Water pressure was perfect.

This was our 3rd time staying here. It's a good stopover when traveling from Sacramento to Denver. The value is excellent and we always get a good night's sleep. Also nice to be able to have breakfast in the morning before getting back on the road.

excellent small town hotel. clean staff friendly. easy to locate. would stay at this one again if in area. no problem with beds. clean and comfortable. staff helpful price was great. we are from Canada so it helps to find place with good rates

Rooms were clean, shower was nice, breakfast was a good start to the day. Felt like a safe location as well. Saw they had a pool and hot tub which looked inviting but didn't have time to use them. Nice sized parking lot if you have a trailer, etc.

The room was pretty decent, a bit dusty, and the toilet paper was almost empty ( they should have replaced it). The front desk manager was lovely, and the breakfast attendant was excellent. Overall it was fine! I would consider staying here again.

Breakfast was nice. Hot eggs, sausage, country potatoes, waffles, toast and oatmeal. Cold cereal, yogurt, pastries, and fruit. I loved having an indoor pool and hot tub (although the hot tub was almost too hot with the jets going). We enjoyed the workout room, however it was freezing in there! The room was nice but the bed was much too hard to be comfortable for us. Overall our experience was a good one, but I think we would bring our own air mattress if we stayed there again as we were in pain after the two nights there.

We travel often between Denver and Oregon. We travel with our dog. He is a retired seeing eye dog. The pet friendly rooms are close to the area set aside where we can walk our dog. The area is out front, very large and well lit at night. I felt very safe walking my dog there late at night. The coffee at breakfast was very good.

Nobody on site to check me in 45 min wait. Fire alarm goes off 2nd morning there. No explanation to anyone so scared in lobby. No quarters for washer and dryer. Several noises no sleep. No receipt at time of check out. They were directed to use my cc instead they used my debit and caused fraudulent flags now I no longer have use of my debit card. Unacceptable and I live in hotels due to my line if work. Do not stay here. The women up front were amazing as were the cleaning people. The GM is unfortunately no good. He is new bc of new owners and broke several rules morally, ethically and legally in this situation. Bc was fixing his screw ups or hiding from a so called fire never even was able to get a damn continental breakfast. Who's front desk over night person goes home on the clock instead of checking laying cxs in? I brought that to their attention and nothing happened.

Staff at check in and check was friendly and nice. The rooms however were a whole other matter. The first room looked clean until we pulled back the covers and found pubic hair and other debris. We were promptly moved to another room which was clean except for at 1:30am, 2:30am and 3:30am we were woken by a very LOUD noise (sounded wood pecker) coming from the heater. Had to turn the heater way down to stop the noise but then the room became too cold for comfort. It was too early in the morning to request another room, so upon check out we informed the clerk and were informed that there was a work order for that room and we should never had been put in that room. He told us that he was leaving a note for upper management because he did not have the authority to compensate us for the inconvenience. Have not heard a word from upper management since our stay four days ago.

Very quaint little warm feeling town with nice little stores and salt of the earth residents willing to help. Hotel was clean and nice with cozy rooms and an indoor heated pool plus Jacuzzi. Staff was helpful if not for one man. Breakfast was sufficient but not many choices. It was wholly adequate, however. Extremely easy Interstate access and quiet!! I would definitely go back!

This hotel was very clean and we arrived late to a smiling, very helpful front desk attendant - Mark. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were varied in fluffiness. We missed the breakfast, but the coffee was good. There was plenty of parking for our RV since they had an overflow lot.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the noise level from the room AC was unbearable. It was an older model and even though the room was modernized the ventilation had not caught up. Once they update the AC I think everything will improve. We would have asked for a different room but we arrived late and were heading out early and didn't want to hassle with the move. I have to also mention that the staff was very professional efficient. They got us checked in quickly and we were up in our room in minutes.

This place was SO wonderful! Staff was SO nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Pool and hot tub was a great setup and well maintained. Room was well maintained and great look.

The hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was wonderful with several different options, the pool and hot tub were clean and prefectly balance with chemicals, and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. We are passing through on PCS orders and booked over the phone at 6 PM. Online price stated $85, but when we called they said it was over $100. Okay.. fine. So we booked 2 nights in a pet friendly room, as we are traveling with pets. We give our card number over the phone and reserve. 30 minutes later we get to the hotel. My husband goes in and we are given a pet disclaimer form. It stated that we could not leave the dog unattended and if we did they could deem our dog a nuisance and call animal control. We did not like that so we wanted to cancel. Come to find out they had already charged my card. Now any other hotel I've stayed at only charge at checkout. Well GM is away so front desk employee texted and asked to see if we could cancel and get a refund. GM said “no” as we must cancel before 4. Even though we booked at 6 pm we are apparently not eligible. Anyways we get into our room and our microwave didn't work and our drains were slow. Microwave was essential as all of our food we JUST bought was frozen. Employees let me use their microwave, but overheard them gossiping about our situation. Which is VERY unprofessional. Later that night I went to get our receipt for a confirmation number as I am contacting corporate. Come to find out they only booked us for 1 night. Even though we SPECIFICALLY asked for 2 over the phone. Overall I give this hotel a 0/10 rating. I do not agree with the way things were run and I personally think the GM is money hungry for not allowing us to get a refund. I regret booking this hotel!!

We expect a good experience at a Best Western, but this one disappointed us. It was in a nice location, but our bed was hard, the water was hard, and the shower did not have very much pressure/volume. On the positive side, the room was very clean and it was quiet.

I so badly wanted to give this hotel a 5 star review, but I could not due to some minor issues. First, the good news: the hote is pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee (no pet free would be better). The grounds are perfect for walking pets and they are kept in pristine condition. Pefect location and easy to find. The front desk employee was friendly and very helpful. The room was modern, clean and had tons of nice touches. The bad news: cardio machines in fitness center were either not working or hard to use; marginal breakfast; too soft mattress and limited television channels to choose from and the picture quality did not seem to be digital.

We stayed at the Best Western Holiday Hills resort. We walked into a clean and beautiful lobby. We were greeted quickly and the desk clerk was very nice. When we walked in to our room it was visibly clean and no odors were present. When I had a issue the desk clerk was kind and took care of it immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Lumpy uncomfortable beds, loud and outdated air conditioning and heater. Pubic hair throughout the room,the room was restocked but didn't look like it was cleaned. I definitely would not recommend staying here. Unless you plan on staying awake all night and don't like being comfortable.

We toyed with staying in SLC but decided to take the extra 45 minutes (traveling east) to stay away from the hustle and bustle of that big city. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and accommodating. The free breakfast was a nice surprise.

My husband and I stayed only one night. The hotel is updated, but the mattress is uncomfortable. The manager said $89 for AAA. She also talked to another customer and gave them two rooms at $89 each. In my haste, I did not read that I was paying almost $20.00 more. I called twice and was told the manager would call me back. Be careful, as what we were told was not accurate, not to mention no call back from the manager which was not surprising. It's not the money, but when people are not honest, I have an issue with that! I do reviews all over the world and have been a member of TripAdvisor for over a decade!

This hotel is out of the way , quiet and comfortable. the location was easy to get to and the area is very pretty. The hotel itself was fine but If you get in late , there is not a lot of places in this town to eat .. I would stay here again.

Quick easy check in. Very friendly staff. Room was spotless, everything worked as it should. Bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. No outside noise. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Breakfast area had plenty of seating and was clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning from all sides! It's clean, the staff are friendly and ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. The area is quiet and breathtaking. The breakfast is a normal spread, the mini waffles are the best!

Room was clean when we arrived. One TV did not work. The room was not cleaned for our next day/night stay even after requested. Breakfast was busy and the staff put it away because it was 9am even though many were waiting for food items. Several people walked away hungry and frustrated.

This motel was very comfortable. The staff treats you like you are royalty. Their breakfasts were fabulous. They had a lot to offer. More than other motels we have stayed at. The breakfast times stay open until 10 which is very convenient for late morning people. Their pool and hot tub were really relaxing and open 24/7 which was very enjoyable.

General Manager told us to come get our stuff we were no longer welcome at his hotel and hung up on me. We have stayed at this property a number of times while skiing in the area. We booked a 4 night stay on Orbitz for January 8th through January 12th to ski for my birthday which was the 11th. On the evening of our departure, our flight was delayed by 4 hours abs we missed our connecting flight from Denver to Salt Lake City. As soon as we knew that we wouldn't make our connection, we contacted the hotel directly and the front desk agent told us he would be happy to modify our reservation, but we needed to reach out to Orbiyz to handle that. I called Orbitz and they went back and forth with the hotel and finally determined that they couldn't change the reservation. They decided instead to request a refund for the 1st room night because it was out of our control. We checked into the hotel on January 9th, a day late, for a 3 night stay. We left for dinner and while we were away, we were notified by orbits that the hotel denied our refund request. I immediately called Orbitz and headed back to the hotel. The front desk agent was very understanding and happily refunded our 1st night, confirming with Orbitz who processed our refund. At 11am on the 11th, my birthday, I received a call from Orbitz stating that the hotel had contacted them and asked if we would be vacating the property since it was past checkout. I confirmed with Orbitz that I had a prepared reservation through the 12th and asked that the General Manager contact me directly. Several minutes later my phone rang and the General Manager informed me that the refund should not have been issued, that he had denied the first request and since we had only paid for 3 room nights, if we wanted to continue our stay we needed to pay him for another room night or come get our belongings. I tried to explain what had happened and he continued to interrupt me, he final just said, “come get your stuff, you are no longer welcome at my hotel” and hung up on me. He called back several minutes later to tell me that he would take care of the billing issue with Orbitz and we in fact would have a room that night. Not knowing what to do, we worried if our stuff had been tossed in garbage bags or what…the anxiety associated with this interaction ruined our entire day and overshadowed the entire stay. The GM of this property never formally apologized, never made an effort to contact us in person to apologize. The staff at this hotel are friendly, the property is clean and well kept, but they need a new GM!!

We stay here every time we travel through Utah. The staff is always delightful and the included breakfast has many choices that fuel us for the road. We travel with a pet and like the pet rooms don't have carpet. They also have a hot tub and fitness center.

Just letting everyone know that Best Western is blocking Fox News in their channel lineup. We will never stay at a Best Western again. Even if they block CNN I would have the same issue because American is about freedom of thought and the ability to look at different points of view instead of being indoctrinated. So disappointed.

I've been to a bunch of Best Westerns over the years, and I especially love the ones in the "less well known" areas. This one is in a great area for exploring geologic features in a calm, small town. I loved the location. The service was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included the standard Best Western offerings: fresh waffles, toast, cereal, hot chocolate, juice, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, etc., and something I hadn't seen before: Nutella for your waffles! The pool and spa were well kept and a good temperature-- meaning for me, the pool was not too cold and the spa was not too hot. ;) Only trouble we had was the hallway on the third floor had a weird smell going on that made my husband dizzy every time we walked through it. When we brought it up to the lady at the front desk, she said that someone had been smoking on that level and there was some special device (or something) that was filtering the air; and she was sorry for the trouble. Super sympathetic about it. I would totally stay here again. :)

Nice quiet place for a stop. Clean rooms, internet good. Quick check in and out. Breakfast good. Easy access to freeway. Food is limited for eating out, 2 of the 3 places were closed. There is a market though.

This hotel is modern in its decor and amenities, staff was awesome and loved the room! I would recommend it to anyone. My only regret is that this was a short unplanned stop and I would have loved to have taken in the local sights time permitting.

Without question, the best hotel in this charming little town, somewhat off of the beaten path. The workers are very friendly and attentive. They offer a good breakfast and quick service. I had a great stay!

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast options were great. We had a staff member help us out with the time for the breakfast sandwich in the microwave, We would definitely stay again.

Trip to midwest, Evanston was halfway, so stayed there on the outbound, most hotels there are on I80, so I decided to stay Coalville on return as we had stayed at the RV park in 2005, which was great. I knew the hotel was there so I decided to skip Evanston and stay in Coalville, Very glad I did. Quiet and clean air abound!

We chose this location because of a recommendation from a friend. We travel from Sparks Nevada to our second home in Cheyenne WY and always stay here. The service and rates are great. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Excellent facility. Newly remodeled with very good taste. Breakfast was excellent considering the pandemic restrictions. Very clean and a friendly staff. Easy access to the small town of Coalville with several places eat dinner.

The staff and accommodations provided at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The animal friendly room was very nice, having the pool and hot tub open was a great way to relax after hours of travel and the continental breakfast offered a dynamic selection.

Very happy with this hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Very quiet, too! Room was clean. If you're afraid of the Covid, masks in the lobby need to be worn. This hotel super dog friendly. We were given poop bags and dog treats! We will be back.

Nice mid range place to stay along the interstate. convenience store next to the hotel, with both truck and automotive fuel as well. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Covid has altered all of the breakfast situations at hotels, which sucks, but they do make items available for patrons.

Nice, clean, and quiet, even though it is just adjacent to the interstate highway. No problems at all. We thought the place was a great stopover on a long road trip. All the amenities you need and a clean room with a comfortable bed.

The property itself is very nice, but if you're concerned with COVID safety standards, this property is not for you. Very little mask wearing (even among the staff), and people who seem very indifferent about social distancing. I am high risk and traveled with an infant so I chose Best Western for their published precautions, but this property did not seem up to the standards of others that I visited. Otherwise the property itself was very nice and the room was decorated nicely.

stayed one night traveling from Nevada,very clean nice hotel, price was good, rooms were very nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good even though restricted. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were relatively clean and the hotel is close to the interstate, but reception employees don't wear masks inside. I didn't expect all guests to wear masks, but Best Western advertises a face covering policy, which I would expect at least staff would follow. If you are mindful of preventing the spread of COVID, I would avoid this hotel.

Loved the fact this facility is taking COVID seriously unlike other hotels on our trip. They were responsive and pre-cautions in place. While they can't control the rude quests that refuse to wear masks, they certainly tried to work quickly and avoid a crowded lobby. The Grab and GO breakfast offered choices and was a welcome plus. The room was extremely clean and all items functioning. Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. If you stay - Check out Denise's Home Plate if you are looking for great food in a small town at a reasonable price.

We had 2 rooms, both of which had trash/hair everywhere. One room had 2 used bloody tampons on the side of the bed. There were baby toys stuck in the headboard, and the other room had garbage under the blanket. We were supposed to be comp'ed half for one of the rooms and that didn't happen either.

Wonderful stay. Very Quiet and Clean. Wonderful little area. Friendly staff. Internet was fast. Little gas station next door to fuel up at in the morning. I travel for work and usually stay in Provo but will be switching to Coalville now. I really enjoyed staying here.

While it's not in a very scenic location I thought this was a very nice hotel. The rooms are very modern I especially liked the leather headboard and the wall coverings. The front desk was friendly and the lobby was stylish. My only complaint was the elevator was pretty small but it was never crowded. The free breakfast was a super handy.

We were given a room with one queen bed. Our only other choice was a king room that was used for people with pets. If you don't like to sleep with pets, don't stay here. The heater had no thermostat so we were getting up all night long to turn the heater on or off.

Another excellent stay at Best Western Holiday Hills. Very comfortable relaxing room. Great breakfast. A heated pool that is maintained and available all year. Very courteous staff who actually are there to make sure that your stay is most enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! No complaints at all! The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and they allowed us to check in early which was a big help with my 4 grandchildren under age 10 who were eager to use the pool. We stayed during the winter months, and aside from ice fishing, there is not much to do in the immediate area, but if you want to have a place away from the crowds and more affordable than Park City or Midway, it was about a 20 minute drive away. We drove to and from the Ice Castles in Midway and saved a lot on accommodations, and the drive to and from the hotel was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again if the need arises.

What a lovely place to stay! The beds are comfortable; the house keeping is GREAT; the breakfast is fantastic: the staff is WONDERFUL. We ended up having to check out early because of a bad weather system coming thru, and they were so gracious and kind and did not charge us for the inconvenience. They are 15 minutes up the road from Park City and Kimball Junction. We will stay here from now on when we travel this direction. The pool and hot tub are also clean and VERY nicely kept.

I was desperate to get out of my car and find a place to sleep. Friendly staff found me a pet room, which I would of rather not, but I took it because I needed a room so bad. Staff was very friendly though, I would stay there again but make sure I get a room with carpet next time.

Stayed at the Holiday Hills in Coalville, Utah. The staff at this hotel is the friendliest staff I've ever come across in my travels. The renovations to the hotel really makes it worth the money. Very clean, modern and quiet. Close to Park City, but away from the crowds.

This is the second time I have stayed here going between Minnesota and Nevada. Check in was seamless, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was perfect for traveling. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. Stayed before and will stay again.

Crossing the country and decided to stay at this hotel. Staff were supper friendly, the place was clean and the breakfast was awesome. Put us in good spirits for the next leg of our journey. Totally would recommend staying here.

Nice clean large room and very decent breakfast was what we wanted and this property delivered. Room faced the interstate but we heard no noise in the room. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

We were returning to Indiana after traveling to California to visit family. We did not book a hotel ahead of time because we wanted to get as far as possible before stopping. It was 10 pm. and were first told that the hotel was full and were offered options in Evanston (another 30 minutes or so down the road). After explaining we had already been on the road almost 13 hours, we were offered one of the "emergency rooms" Can not tell you how much this was appreciated!! The room was very clean and comfortable, and we will happily suggest staying at Best Western to our family and friends!

Real scrambled eggs. Lots of variety. Even gluten free bread - 2 slices each in a baggie. Beds a bit hard. Awoke a bit stiff an achy. I prefer softer. Partially my own fault. Had an egg crate in the car but due to late arrival didn't bother to drag it in.

The room looked updated but needed cleaned. The floors were dirty and the fixtures in the room needed dusted. The HVAC unit in the bed room was loud when running. In my opinion the bed mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. The room rate was slightly overpriced considering the poor house keeping.

Have no complaints about this Best Western! The staff was wonderful and helpful. They gave us a list of little restaurants to check out during our stay. Also the breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean !!

The place is Awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have two dogs we'll definitely be coming back. If I have a complaint is that the coffee could have been a little stronger but that's just me. The room darkening shades are the best!

I stayed at your Best Western Coalville location on August 23-24, 2019. I regret to say that it has been, by far, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced and I am writing this review as a final attempt at seeking resolution. During my stay, hotel staff, particularly an employee by the name Chabree Potter was incredibly disrespectful and the discriminatory nature in which she treated my family and I was especially offensive. She exhibited a horrible lack of customer service skill for she was unhelpful and rude. I will keep this short for this, I assure you, is not my first attempt at resolving this issue. It is my belief that your staffs behavior speaks for the company as a whole so I hope to see my issue addressed so that I may continue my business with Best Western. Until then you have lost a faithful customer.

Nice rooms. Slide down window coverings to make it dark at night - totally closed up. Long furniture counter with desk, TV, dresser all in one. USB port on desk and on the lamp on the nightstand. Bathroom sink separate from shower/toilet. Appears remodeled. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked fine, nice carpeting in room. Clean hallways. Nothing wrong with this place. Breakfast - Gluten free toast - a plus. Scrambled eggs, meat patty, french toast, waffle machine, yogurt, breads, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit cups, almond milk. Plenty of hot water in shower. Friendly staff. Seemed quiet for sleeping. We would definitely return.

Chabree Potter enlisted the aid of her family to find a mechanic, locate the parts and do the repairs very promptly. She made what could have been a bad experience into a very pleasant positive experience.

Wonderful place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice mountain view, great breakfast, indoor pool, business center, fitness center, all the amenities you have come to expect from Best Western to include refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron & ironing board … We've already got ourselves booked for next year! :)

We traveled to CA from Tennessee for a few weeks and back. We stayed at Best Westerns 6 times. We found them all be to terrific. One in Lusk had made to order omelettes on Sunday's. In the top 10 of all I have ever had. Another one in Sioux Falls offered us an up grade without asking. They were all clean and inviting. All members were very friendly. Wifi wa great in all of them.

An employee "Cabree" was rude and ignorant and kept falling asleep as I tried talking with her. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here unless you like to be talked down too and people falling asleep on you.

We had a family reunion in the park next to hotel, we decided not to pull the RV and get a room, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this best western

Our room was large, quiet, clean and the beds were very comfortable. They have luggage carts. We appreciated the large counter/desk which provided us with plenty of room to spread things out. The window was covered by a light blocking shade - which kept the room dark even in with the bright morning sun. They served a hot breakfast, which was kept well stocked by friendly staff. Hot water for tea was HOT, from the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. The beautiful art work appears to be local scenes. We will stay again if we're in the area and we will recommend it to others.

We stayed at here in early June and noticed how accomodating the staff was. You may not think to go to Coalville, UT but it was a hit in our books. They are pet-friendly and they were even able to help us with special requests after our stay. Would definitely consider staying with Best Western Holiday Hills again if we are in the area.

This was a Great Best Western - comparable to any Hilton Garden or Marriott. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was large and very nice (although there is an RV park behind it, so there was a little noise in the afternoon, but not in the evening). Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this place

About half way between Denver and Reno, quiet out of the way, recently remodeled nice and clean. Nice breakfast, places to play or walk the dog. Easy on and off the interstate. Pretty pool and hot tub.

The hotel is located adjacent to the highway and it's perfect for people like us looking for a quick stopover during the road trip. We had a room facing the RV park so we didn't hear much road noise. The room was spacious with large king bed, microwave and fridge. There is an on-site laundry room for guest to use. The complimentary breakfast was decent. There is not much food choices in Coalville. We managed to stop at Collie's BBQ to get the take out, surprisingly it was really good.

The hotel is right off of Hwy 80, with easy off, easy on. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel lobby, grounds, breakfast area, and room were all spotless. Very pet friendly. Only suggestion to travelers is to plan ahead for dinner and/or lunch because there are not diners or fast food places near by. We had dinner in Park City coming from one direction, and in Evanston when coming from the other direction.

Wonderful remodeled room on back side away from traffic. Nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast with fruit toppings for waffles. Easy exit from highway, and several small town restaurants a few minutes away.

I stayed here for the first time and it certainly won't be the last. Permit me to say that I am a Hilton Diamond member several times over and I dare say that the Hampton Inn chain can certainly learn something from the way this hotel is furnished, to the way it is run. My overnight stay was flawless, the area pleasant, and the quiet - serene. 24 hour pool (and a fantastic one, at that) and Procor fitness facility.

The only hotel in Coalville ( just a short drive from Park City) is in a quiet setting by a creek and RV park. The pool was a little too cool to use , but the LARGE hot tub made up for not using the pool.

This hotel is at a great location and with a river that runs behind it. The rooms and beds are great. The hot breakfast is good. The nearest bigger city's are between 20 to 45 minutes away. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The pool is awesome. It's open 24/7 and my kids love it. You can't beat the breakfast. Hot and cold options. Healthy options. Options my kids love. Clean reasonably priced rooms. Great friendly staff.

Coalville is exactly half way between Caldwell, Idaho and Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is so convienient there, and is priced less than the hotels in SLC area or further into Wyoming. I stay at this hotel coming east, and often going back to the west.

During our trip to Michigan, I stayed at this hotel both going east and returning west. I found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was okay for the regular hotel free breakfast. The hotel was in the process of being repainted and appeared updated. This hotel is reasonably price considering what you would pay at hotels in Park City or Salt Lake City.

We booked on Hotwire and inquired about upgrading our room when we arrived. The front desk lady was... not pleasant. It was a hard "NO, sorry you didn't book directly with us so the room is what it is. There's nothing I can do." Okay, first of all, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere - 40 min from anything interesting - but we already knew that when we were looking to stay in Coalville. It's not fully booked and obviously there were different rooms we could have stayed in. She could have phrased it any other way. She also should have known that booking "directly with them" would have cost us 50 more per night (which is not worth it). Obviously that's why we chose to book elsewhere. We didn't even ask for a free upgrade, we just asked what it might cost to upgrade. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she's just unhappy but there are better ways to tell a customer no. Pros: clean rooms, nice beds, good breakfast selection, quiet hotel overall, decent indoor pool, most of the staff is quite pleasant, noon checkout is nice. It felt more like a 3 star hotel than a 2.5. Cons: water pressure in the shower was not great, towels at the pool are toddler sized. It was a nice and clean hotel and we had a mostly positive weekend getaway.

A great hotel centrally located near many winter and summer activities in the Park City area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and professional. The breakfast has a nice variety of food options. The entire facility is up to date.

The rooms are really good sized. There is plenty of parking. The pool/hot tub are great. They have a fairly decent breakfast that is included and they have freshly baked cookies at 5pm every day (plus, the entire hotel smells like cookies!) Friendly service as well. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

This hotel was on par with hotels like Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express which you'd pay $50 more for just a few miles away. Plus, there were some nice extras for travelers who are in no hurry to get out of town. Check in an hour earlier and check out an hour later than some places. Pool and spa (both were great) open 24 hours. Breakfast (very tasty) until 10. We're glad we stayed and hope to be back soon.

Easy access off the interstate but plan for a different location if you want to eat dinner. In town there were very limited food choices. I don't recommend the bbq place as the service was very slow and bbq cold. That said, hotel was standard and straightforward. Clean room and hotel and breakfast helper was friendly. Would stay again if it was a late night stop.

Staff is awesome! Perfectly clean! They must have paid top dollar for the remodel as the quality of the work seems to be top notch! I stayed in a really nice two room suite and I would highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed here several times only 45 minutes to slc airport, staff always very helpful, bathroom could have had more attention this last time. Check in and out very easy as always. Will say here again

This hotel has friendly helpful staff, great decor, and is a terrific value. Recent remodels are clean and tasteful. I like the exterior sink, lighting and mirror from the shower/toilet, nice especially when two people are trying to get ready in the morning. Wide breakfast selections. Location is quiet and off the beaten path, but easily accessible from the interstate. Restaurant options in Coalville are limited in Coalville (BBQ is good, can order Mexican off menu at Polar King) but the town itself is nice for walking and playgrounds. For me as a business traveler worth the drive to get away from all the noise and squeeze in outdoor walks safely while traveling (v.SLC/Layton area). Beautiful views, close to parks. When traveling with family, I dont have to worry about the kids disturbing other guests in the pool.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. The staff is terrific, the house keepers are great. Everything was just as it should be. They are just finishing a major upgrade to the property. I really iike it. Quiet, small town atmosphere with genuine people who care. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel: clean, friendly, very good breakfast buffet. Bed comfortable. TV worked well. My only complaint is the fitness center equipment was not in good working order. The price is reasonable.

We stopped here for the night on our way to South Dakota. It was dark when we stopped and I'm not sure what I expected from a little hotel by the side of the highway. This hotel was very nice. Our room was recently renovated (the hotel was going through a remodel) and everything was immaculate, comfortable and well-appointed. Also, I must say that the hand lotion in the bathroom was some of the nicest I've had in a long time (and I buy expensive lotion). Each bed had four pillows, and the room had a refrigerator (can't remember if it had a microwave or not). Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc - lots to choose from. The price was also reasonable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

the renovation process is still going on but what they have done make more of a modern hotel. Great job and when they finish I am sure it will be even better. It is off the beaten pass but well worth it.

It was a great stay, it is a quiet property with newly renovated rooms. Guest service was great and employees were extremely friendly. Small town with not many options for dinner, the front desk agent was quick to recommend the best family friendly place to go.

We stayed here one night after traveling a long way from Wyoming. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and got us into the room quickly with our Pet, which was a nice bonus. Room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities. The main town is just across the freeway and there were a number of places to eat. We went to local dairy queen type restaurant, which was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was great also. All in all, its a nice quiet place to stay, especially if you want to avoid Park City and Salt Lake City, which we wanted to do.

Once again i stayed here. It was no disappointment. Clean room , friendly staff. Excellent place to stay. The only thing keeping this place from being outstanding is there is no resturant in walking distance. Although there is a place called Neenas, that will deliver here. They have great Mexican food at a good price.

The hotel was newly renovated so it was a nice update! The pool is open 24 hours which the kids loved!! The breakfast choices were great and the staff was always so helpful!!! We will be staying here again for sure!!

Whilst the exterior is somewhat subdued (doesn't really look much from the roadside) this is great hotel. The doors open to reveal and surprising grand entrance hall and reception. The indoor pool is a great size and is located off the central/entrance hall (pool table and table tennis also available). Reception staff and knowledgeable and pleasant. Our room was simply MASSIVE, by far the largest suite we have stayed in in the US. The lounge/dining/kitchen area must have been at least 6m x 4.5m (18' x 13'), kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, WOW! Lots of stores (in Walmart), restaurants and a discount shopping park (Nike, Sketchers etc) are located within walking distance. Other shops, restaurants and a movie theatre are only 5 mins drive away. Lots of golf courses nearby. The Highway (80) is 2 mins away and this takes you down into Salt Lake. The only downside is the breakfast.... they have all the same things as other Best Westerns have but for some reason the quality isn't there and the dining room area is too small for the size of hotel. Improve the breakfast and this hotel would be fantastic.

This hotel is located right on I-80 near the Utah/Wyoming border. There is plentiful free parking, easy check-in, and very personable staff. Our stay was in a spacious two-room suite. There were 2 flat-screen TVs, refrigerator, microwave, Quality bedding and linens, and not-often seen room-darkening shades. The free breakfast was very good.Our room also had a nice-sized bathroom and soft towels. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well-maintained. The town of Coalville is conveniently located close to Park City. There are limited dining choices in Coalville, and no shopping other than a small grocery store and gas stations.

This hotel has been recently remodeled and is very nice. The room was large and had the sink outside of the shower/toilet area, which I appreciated. The pool is huge and has a good sized hot tub as well. The breakfast is great and includes a good number of options (even mini-Nutella spreads that my kids loved). The front desk staff was all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean, I loved that the pool and hot tub that are indoors and open 24 hours (and nice size). The staff was kind and hard working. Checking in took less than 5 minutes, and when breakfast was supposed to begin, everything was laid out and ready to go. This is a big deal for us - we had to leave the hotel several days between 6 and 6:30 in the morning to make it to my daughter's events on time so I appreciated being able to grab coffee and a muffin on my way out. We were very busy - housekeeping did wonders with our room - they were amazing. It was really a very pleasant stay and quite a bargain. It's not near much but the savings from the hotel rate more than makes up for the gas to drive places! One thing - there's only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel, so if you're there for a tournament or other event don't wait to wash uniforms/clothes.

Stayed here the night before an athletic event in the area. It was so quiet!! The room was comfortable and perfect for a night before a race. Room was very clean and the hotel overall seemed newly remodeled/updated.

We stayed one night on our way from SLC to Grand Teton NP. It is a well priced hotel, we thought the price matched what we received. The hotel was very clean, modern. Staff friendly. Had pool and hot tub. Would stay again, if in the area. Room included a decent breakfast, which was usual hotel breakfast foods.

We stopped here on our way across country. I must say this hotel is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and still has the "new" smell. The staff was very friendly upon arrival at 1 am. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The floors were a little dirty( I think housekeeping might of missed a couple of spots). Other than that everything was perfect. The breakfast was also very good and had quite a selection and an awesome waffle maker. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I enjoy staying at the Best Western in Coalville, it's nestled in a quiet Country Town in the midst of a beautiful River and a wonderful Reservoir that provides great recreational activities. I stay here on business trips and leisure time with my family as we travel up the canyon and look for deer and Elk. Our family thoroughly enjoys staying at the Best Western in Coalville

This motel is reasonably priced and close to Park City, but without the high prices. What is missing though and is why I didnt give it a higher rating is there is no restaurant within walking distance. The last thing I want to do is drive around looking for a place to eat.

Issues with keys being assigned to wrong room, then the next rooms key pad was dead so had to have the clerk open our door several times in a row, until she eventually moved us rooms entirely. She was wonderfully helpful and pleasant, no fault of hers on the door pad being dead. She was very attentive and friendly. Adore her!

We needed a place to stay while the home we were moving into was being repaired. We thought it was going to be for a couple of days. We ended up staying 13 nights! The staff really made this stay very comfortable and bearable while we worked to get our home livable.

We don't get much time together because we work so much. We live in Ogden but one of us works in Park City. So we decided to get a room and meet there. Our lives are very fast paced and rushed so this Best Western in Coalville was perfect. Cute quite very friendly and helpful staff. We will be going back. ??

We spent one night here with our two dogs on the way from Wisconsin to Kanab. The hallway smelled like a litter box and our room had it's own unique odor. There's a trailer park directly behind the hotel. The only spaces to walk the dogs were covered in garbage. We could hear everything happening in the hallway along with our neighbor's tv. The only place to get food is Subway (which at least was reliably good.) We'll be driving the extra 20 minutes to stay Park City next year.

Nice views, nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Staff go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Staff even helped us sort a booking problem for another hotel. Made 2 long distance calls for us at no charge. Great people run this place.

This isn't the newest or fanciest, but it is like comfort food. The place is a little dated, in a good way. The pool and hot tub is larger than new hotels. The temperature was just right and water was clean. The breakfast was adequate. The cookies were a nice bonus, especially with a good cup of coffee in the evening.

Souse and I always enjoy a getaway stay at Holiday Hills. Clean, comfy, friendly. A Little noisy if room is adjacent to elevators. The free breakfast is always fresh, with varied selections and is available for four hours.

This hotel is beautiful and extremely clean! I was able to check in early and out late with zero hassle. The breakfast was delightful with eggs, sausage, hash browns, I even made my own waffle! Of course they had all the other usual offerings muffins, cereal, etc. There was a microwave, fridge, and sink in our room which was very useful because there are extremely limited options for eating out in the area. The freezer compartment was a bit small and frosty. The staff was top notch, the pool and hot tub was lovely. I had to wait in the lobby for about an hour for my husband after checkout, and simply sat by the fire and read a book, the furniture and atmosphere was so cozy and comfy I hardly wanted to leave when he finally arrived. We stayed in the 2 Room 2 Queen Bed suite, it was lovely and spacious. The kitchen living room area had ample seating and a table and pull out couch, the bedroom had a desk there were large TV's in both rooms. Nice.

Just off the freeway, easy in and out. Nice breakfast area with a good variety. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff very nice.The hotel was a little noisy, but I chalk that up to being hunting season in the area. Would stay again.

Stayed overnight after a grueling day of driving from Denver. The front desk staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The power company turned off the power from 11 pm to 5am. The front desk representative explained the situation and offered a flashlight and ideas for dinner before I retired to my room. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Being right off the highway, I was concerned about noise. The hotel room was the quietest I experienced during my cross country trip from the east coast to the west coast. The hotel common areas were spotless. The fitness room was 24 hours and had the equipment I use. The breakfast offerings were plentiful. I would highly recommend the Best Western in Coalville.

One of the best hotels you can stay at and a great price! The breakfast is wonderful the rooms are clean and a great staff. The pool and hot tub are really nice also. Very quiet and safe place to stay by pass salt lake and stay here.

We stay here every trip back from California. The hotel is very clean, has always had a great staff, the rooms have been remodeled not long ago, very clean and comfortable. I love they accept pets, we always travel with our little dog and don't have to worry. Overall a great experience.

I was heading from Las Vegas to Chicago and didn't want to pay Salt Lake City prices and I wanted to be East of SLC when I woke up. The room was comfortable and clean with no noise from neighbors. The breakfast was adequate and the price was right. There are no restaurants in the immediate area. Overall it fit my needs.

There's really no place to eat in Coalville so prepare for that. The hotel doesn't have a resturant, but there's a Subway down the street. Hotel was nice though. We only stayed one night and didn't get to try all the hotel had to offer like the pool.

Wonderful and friendly staff, pool open 24 hours, great breakfast with wide variety to fit every dietary need, has an elevator to all three floors, clean and well maintained rooms, non smoking, pet friendly, beautiful location, price quite reasonable, 15 minutes from Park City, 45 minutes from Salt Lake City, and did I mention, GREAT staff. This motel may be the Best of the Best Westerns !

Excellent hotel for the price. They leave the pool and sauna open late, have an excellent breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a hot breakfast with a lot of choices. We were very impressed with the quality and amenities for the price. Excellent value!

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. It is the best stopping point between our home in Oregon and our daughter's place in Denver. There is not much in Coalville and most places close around 5. The Subway is open till 10. There are vending machines in the hotel. It is clean, comfortable and the service is great.

As always I continue to be more and more impressed with the staff and their treatment of Best Western guests. I would recommend staying here the staff is caring and concerned about their visitors. The breakfast had h lot of choices, enough to please everyone, The rooms were clean and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

Had a truly nice stay. Very comfortable,clean and secure room. The staff was very professional,friendly and helpful. The complimentary Breakfast was very good. We visited Grand Teton and Yellowstone park for one week. This Best Western Holiday Hill hotel is the best stay for the whole trip. We love the location even not much to do or dine which we don't mind. The hotel is located on highway 80 a quiet little town. The view is very nice. There are only some houses scatter around the highway. This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room is very neat, clean and spacious. The staffs are very pleasant and helpful. We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. Definitely we will stay here again if we visited this area again

Hotel was clean friendly and the A/C was excellent plus the pool is 24hrs I would recommend to any one traveling. I will say good places are a distance away but, it's still worth it. Quiet and great place to stay.

It's not a fancy city hotel, but still just what I needed after a long drive. Essential BW quality and pleasant staff. I used to stay at other brand hotels in Salt Lake but gave up because they were either expensive or awful. This out of the way location works better for my cross country business trip drives.

My husband and I have traveled several times between CA and CO and our go-to place for a mid-drive stopover night is this Best Western in Coalville, Utah. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast bar is good. I always love the waffles! They have mini chocolate chips, and a couple of other items that you can put into the waffles, if you wish. The staff has always been welcoming. There was one time that they were full and the woman on the desk wrote out a list of hotels in the next town, 30 minutes away. We were grateful that she was able to give us that list! That was going above and beyond.

We have stayed at Holiday Hills several times over the past two years while visiting family in Park City. Our experience has been consistently excellent with room and bed comfort, cleanliness, welcoming staff, quietness, great breakfast, convenience, and value.

This hotel is about 40 miles from both Ogden and Salt Lake City. Only a couple of restaurants in Coalville, but it was well worth the drive. Spent 9 days here. It was a great stay. Next time I am in Salt Lake City I will be staying at this hotel. Rooms clean, breakfast good, staff helpful. Nice and quiet.

Clean, modern Best Western Hotel. Conveniently located right on I-80, with a well trained staff and clean rooms. It has a breakfast buffet with good food. Highly recommended If you are on I-80 near Salt Lake City.

Perfect stopping point for us going from California to Wyoming. Missed a mini-fridge in our room last two visits, otherwise breakfast and everything else keeps us coming back. Have recommended to family coming to California.

This hotel was so welcoming - from the well designed lobby to the pleasant clerk to the comfortable room. The 24 hour spa and indoor swimming pool was a definite plus! We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great hotel right off I-80 it is very clean with friendly staff it also has an rv park next to it with shady sites the rooms are very clean and comfortable with in room internet service I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here one night on our Out West vacation to help split up the time on the road, and it's location right next to a gas station and the highway was perfect. Our room was nice and spacious, though i do think the chair in our room need to be replaced, because it had graffiti writing on it and just looked grimy. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay, had a nice breakfast in the morning, and had us refreshed and on our way in the morning. Plus the indoor pool was nice and refreshing after a long day of driving.

Really loved the staff here they are so nice and friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious, the price was very accesible too, very happy with our stay, very close to Park city so that was awesome, looking forward to staying here in the future again.

We arrived in community after a long week of work, took dinner at a delightful little Polar King, then checked into our Holiday Hills Best Western room. Though the inn was full,our reservation was intact, our room awaiting, and we were cheerfully greeted by the one-woman team shepherding all arrivals through check-in. We had a restful night, and would gladly return if our path takes us that direction again!

This hotel was like an oasis after a long drive. It's clean, peaceful and just really nice overall. If you're in the area, stay here! The views of beautiful hillsides and horses really add to the feeling of "relax and enjoy yourself."

This was an average hotel in a convenient spot right off I-80 as you are leaving Salt Lake City. We didn't experience any problems, but we weren't "wowed", either. The staff was friendly. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but the suite was a nice feature (worth the $20 extra charge to accommodate a teenager with a mild cold). We enjoyed staying in the room watching TV before bed. Average night's stay before a drive to Colorado in the morning.

Our room was basic - nothing fancy. Continental breakfast included hot foods and plenty of other items. Pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Unfortunately the whole town seems to close down early. Arrive earlier than 8 if you want to eat something more than a hot pocket from the vending machine!

This hotel is clean with nice shower and comfortable beds. Great service and breakfast. Everything is high quality. Good location for Echo reservoir. We stay here every year for the Echo Triathlon and enjoy the pool, breakfast and quality room.

We stayed in Coalville for the annual Echo Lake Triathalon. This hotel is conveniently just off the freeway in a gorgeous area and then you simply go over the overpass to get into town. Our double queen room was very clean and had all we needed. We asked for a room with a micro/fridge which we greatly appreciated. Liked the extra plugs on the night stand! Wish the shower/toilet area was a tad bigger. Breakfast had a good variety: eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, fruits, yogurt and toppings, cold and hot cereal, teas, bagels, muffins, juices and coffee. Coalville is a fun liitle town with wonderful historic and new buildings. The lake is pristine. Only a few food choices in town. We choose Polar King and most in our party got their great Mexican food. Yes, Coalville and this hotel is a beautiful secret for any traveler. We would return here!

A great stay. Quiet. Clean. Friendly service. Had 24-hour fitness / spa / pool. Offered hot and cold breakfast. It was a pretty location. Saw many cows and horses grazing at foot of mountains. Even saw elk on the mountain sides. It's located right off I-80 and about a 20 minute drive to Park City, which wasn't so bad. There wasn't many options to dine out in Coalville, but there's Park City. Would stay here again.

This Best Western was a relaxing pit stop for us during our road trip this summer. We were on our way to Minnesota to visit family and so were only here for one day. We stayed here because it was located close to the freeway but we were comfortable and able to relax during our stay.

I just finished a road trip where I stayed at several different motels. I would say this motel was on the low end of a three star motel. The cons for me: The woman at the desk made a mistake when she ran my card and I had to call my credit card company to resolve it. My credit card company said my info had been incorrectly entered by the attendant at the desk. I had booked a room with a microwave and refrigerator. The woman said she was unaware of that but after I said I would go somewhere else she gave me a room with a fridge and microwave. The microwave did not work and this problem was NOT corrected. ( I was later - some days - given 5000 points toward my BW reward account - which will require me to stay at another Best Western to use.) Finally, I had a $10.00 Best Western coupon which they said was processed but have I since received an email letting me know they couldn't use the coupon since I had pre-paid. Only that doesn't make sense as they ran my card at time of service. If I was already paid why did they run my card? The tub did not drain well. The breakfast, though adequate, was located in such a small area that there were quite a few of us that had no where to sit. Also, the T.V. picture was terrible and there are hardly any chanels (see photo) The pros: The room was clean and quiet, the pool was fairly clean and the hot tub was hot and fairly clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. If I happen to need a room in Coalville, Utah ever again, I will go somewhere else as the problems with the front desk were really a deal breaker for me.

Very good hotel with clean rooms and excellent service from a friendly staff. If you are in the neighborhood try staying at Best Western I feel you will be satisfied. If you are into staying in shape try the fitness room and a swim will work wonders for you.

This Best Western is one of the nicest we have stayed at. The lobby where breakfast is served was beautiful. Only 1 concern. We learned after checking in that this property has changed its address several times during property ownership changes and our GPS could not find it. Heard others had the same problem. Just know that it is located directly off Exit 162. You can't miss it. Staff was so helpful.....rooms clean and comfy......several mom and pop restaurants to choose from in this quaint little town. For a change of pace staying in this town at this hotel was exactly what we wanted and received.

Perfect stop on my "Head East" sojourn!!! I leave the SF Bay Area in the early to mid morning and this is THE PERFECT spot to stop and rest for the night and then refuel (GREAT breakfast bar!) in the morning!!! Dog friendly FOR sure!

I chose this hotel en route on our trip because it was pet friendly, affordable, and a low pet fee. It was $10 I think. I was surprised at the very high quality experience overall. Compare this to the extraordinary $75 fee I had to pay at the Holiday Inn. Which is NOT as good a hotel as the Best Western.

I found this place was a good hotel that is past Salt Lake City as I headed East. There was a gas Station, Subway and Best western. Very good breakfast in a.m. with a wide selection to choose from. Rooms are clean and lobby comfortable.

This was the last hotel we stayed at on our 5 day cross country move from Massachusetts to Northern California! It was definitely our favorite! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. We requested a pet room as we were traveling with our dog and he is sensitive to noise. They put us at the end of the hall with little foot traffic and loved that it was wood floors in the room! Some pet friendly rooms feel a little yucky, but not this one. The woman who checked us in was also working the morning. I felt bad because I work in hotels and remembered the turn around shifts and being so tired, but she was still super friendly as before! The fitness center and pool were nice. The breakfast was one of the best, hands down! Good quality items and SO much to choose from! The surrounding area was BEAUTIFUL, we took the dog for a 45 minute walk and checked it out. If we ever end up in Utah again, we would stay here.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Allowed late check out and providing extra paper towels and supplies to help me get on the road. Breakfast was just fine. I would stay there over and over, especially for the price from HotelCoupons.com at the time.

I really appreciate how quick the check in was. The staff was super nice and the room and beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and environment wasquiet. I happily give my full endorsement for the experience I had here.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The view is gorgeous. Thee staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was a little slow but usable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

If you want rural this is the place. Dining must not be important to you. Better experience is to stay in Park City which is not that far away. The points needed for this place exceeds what you get. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great hotel! I couldn't believe how nice the room was, none of that gross smelly carpet like other hotels have. And they allow pets! The views outside were amazing. They had a little fitness room which I used, also I used the hot tub and the indoor swimming pool which were great perks. Of course they had free breakfast which was nice. And the internet was good. The only trouble I had was remembering which entrance to turn in after going to town to get some food. If you make the wrong turn and aren't paying attention you end up back on the highway! The staff was very nice and got me to sign up for the rewards program which save me some money. I do wish the front doors had a handicap accessible option so you are not trying to struggle with the luggage cart and holding the door open. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and allowed pets. They had a free breakfast voucher for next door restaurant but I didn't use it. Internet worked fine, TV /microwave/fridge/coffee maker in room. Everything was fine and I would stay here again. Staff very nice and professional.

We're locals who just wanted to get away for a quick break. This hotel is about an hour from home but felt worlds away. The allure of a hot breakfast and 24 hour hot tub for an amazing price was too much to resist. We had a lovely break from the everyday surrounded by beautiful scenery. A great little getaway!

We were just too weary to head on in to Salt Lake, and decided to take a chance on the Best Western in Coalville. What a score! Cheryl at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and our room had everything to make us comfortable PLUS a lovely view of green trees and a backdrop of mountains. This was a charming spot despite the fact it was one minute off the I-80 and the window opened, which is also a plus on warm spring nights. Very clean as well, laundry facilities, a lovely pool-all those little touches provide the weary traveler with a small semblance of home.

Welcoming staff, comfortable bed, new shower. The room was completely quiet even though close to the lobby and adjacent to the conference room which had an event in progress. Cheryl gave us a great diner recommendation. Our stay in Coalville was refreshing.

We ended up at the Best Western Holiday Hills unexpectedly due to a white out blizzard and made reservations from the parking lot, since checkin often goes more smoothly with reservations. The person at the hotel taking the reservations was helpful and worked to make sure we were getting the best rate. When we got into the hotel, we found that the facilities were pleasant, there were all sorts of nice little "Mission style" touches to the decor (not in a hokey way), and everything was comfortable and worked. We didn't use the pool, etc., but it all looked nice. Breakfast was good; there was variety and nothing was stale (as cereals can become when bought in bulk).

Made reservations through Priceline. Check was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Property was very nice and pool area was open 24 hours. Good selection for complementary breakfast. Location was right off freeway and gas station next door.

All other Best Western motels need to model their services after Holiday Hills in Coalville, UT. Every other one in which I have stayed are overpriced, have stupid pool hours, breakfasts that were basically a lame afterthought trying to cash in on the motel breakfast craze, and did I mention "overpriced"? Holiday Hills is the Best Western motel that induced me to sign up for Best Western Rewards. None of the other BW motels I have stayed at warranted that.

Very nice family experience. Pool was nice and hot tub warm. Kids played in pool for quite a few hours. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok for being free. Nice area to visit. We go here at least 2 times a year for a little overnight get away

We had a great stay, the room was very nice it was very quiet. the location is very laid back. Coalville is a nice little town close to Park City and Heber so you can get to all the action you just dont have to stay there.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and even brought my family when we traveled for my work, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing is not knowing what food and drink is available /restaurants nearby/no sign of room service menus if we missed breakfast/ or checked in late to feed a large family besides subway is challenging . I prepared beforehand by going to Walmart/smith's to fill my cooler so my children can eat after swimming. Or I can have something to eat after visiting the fitness room. (Or when Subway is closed)

Easy access off the highway makes for a great overnight stop. The staff has always been helpful and gone out of the way to provide excellent service. Plenty of parking with a gas station next door for an easy exit on to the freeway makes this a great overnight stop.

Very good experience I will return next year again to ski againi The reconstituted eggs were bland and boring but good nutrition. Sausage was okay but variation over the 2 weeks would have have been nice. I have no reservations about recommending or returning.

The location was ideal for the extensive travel in the area we needed to accomplish. The highway access to Wyoming, Idaho & central Utah from here is unmatched. The staff was attentive and really tried to make our nights here enjoyable, which they did.

We're glad we found this hotel. To be honest, with three children one of the biggest factors in deciding which hotel to stay at is which one has the best pool. Another big factor is if there is a free breakfast. This hotel came through on both counts. This hotel is about halfway between Park City, UT, and Evanston, WY.

The most important thing to me is the cleanliness. It was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's a basic hotel, nothing too fancy but nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was nice. Had hot scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Cold things like cereal, yogurt, granola sand fruit. The price was great but we were here before the ski season. Would definitely recommend.

We have used this hotel a few times over that past few years. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast offerings are good. The normal scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy are staples. They have a new waffle maker that makes 4 smaller waffles. I did not care for them, as they did not get cooked well enough in my opinion. Other items available were breads, yogurt and cereals.

Just needed a place to stay overnight, on a long road trip. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Quiet, beautiful location. Hotel in excellent condition. Cool clean mountain air. Will stay again if/when the opportunity arises.

Stopped on our way through the area. Rooms clean, staff friendly, clean pool and whirlpool. Not a lot happening in Coalville, but a good place to sleep. If you're in town early enough, check out Denise's Home Plate on Main St for a meal. Call them for specials and hours.

You will not believe how great this place is. Emily and Cheryl were the best. They are your best assets. The hot tub was hot and clean and they have a real breakfast in the morning. I would stay here every time I am passing through. Thank you for being AWESOME!

Pipes that scream every time the shower is on. I could hear all the neighbors' TVs - from down the hall, not just next door. Keys had to be replaced every day. Unpleasant odor in the hallways. Service ranged from average to excellent, depending on who I talked to. The breakfast was excellent.

I really enjoyed the location and the small town of Coalville. I was just on a "mother respite" so strictly relaxing. Close to Park City outlets. Nice area to walk in. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Appreciated the WiFi.

Have stayed here before. Hotel is nice...rooms quiet & clean (my main requirements). The front desk clerk did what she could do, but it took 30+ minutes to get checked-in due to problems locating & accessing my reservation that was made on line thru the Best Western system. Due to this problem late at night when all I wanted was to get to my room for a short nights sleep, made for a rather disappointing stay.

During a long cross country trip from Sacramento Ca, to Winnipeg, Manitoba I came across this BW right when I was starting to look for a place to rest for a few hours. Front Desk clerk was really nice. The room was large and Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was more than I expected and quite good. This was a quick overnight so didn't see the pool or even the area as it was dark when I came in and dark when I left. Good price. I recommend.

The experience over all was very pleasant. The staff was overall very friendly and very helptful. However my only choice that I had for close by family members. Only thing was didn't like my overall receipt.

My wife, daughter and I needed to get away from reality for a night and found this hotel about an hour from home. When we arrived, my daughter (5) realised that she forgot her pool toys, the manager (teri I think was her name) had a couple of small rubber ducks that she gave to her to play with. We had a great time and we will be back to the same hotel in the future. Hot tub was great, the pool could have been a bit warmer and the internet was perfect for work.

The internet was quite slow and getting knocked off was often. The shower when trying to get hot water allowed only a small stream to come out instead of a good stream. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of channels to choose from when watching TV. Breakfast was adequate and hot.

The room was nice and very clean. The only thing I was kind of expecting was a small frig and microwave. But overall a nice room for a good price. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean and nicely laid out

The hotel provides all amenities and is clean and comfortable. There's not a lot to do in the immediate area but that's not the hotel's fault. I was forced to use the gym. Go for a swim in the hotel's pool - it's quiet.

We stay here every time we come to Coalville to visit friends. We've never considered anywhere else because we've always had such a good stay. The staff is always kind and willing to help you make it the best mini-vaca. We've honestly never have had any problems.

The free breakfast is not worth the $30 dollars more for the same room elsewhere. The food selection and quality is barely above poor. Staff has to be paged to the desk for service.The accommodations were average. The pool was clean.easy access on and off the freeway.

Very nice hotel especially compared to the other BW PLUS we stayed in at Crescent City. This one was not a plus so it didn't have a microwave and frig. I liked the bathroom and sink much better. Breakfast was the usual breakfast but it was satisfying. For the price and since it was on our route home, it was a great place to stay. Dining options in Coalville are limited. The hotel had a laundry but it was being used. I went to the town laundry which wasn't the greatest but it did the job. I would stay here again.

A very last minute long distant trip... We were thrilled to be able to find a room in Coalville as there is only one other option in town. Not a lot of food options in town, but the BW offered a great little breakfast with Gluten Free and Dairy free options!

For the pirce point this was a good hotel. Room was clean and everything worked. 2 minor negatives were the bathroom was a little small. And the back door to the hotel didn't work with the card lock system. They knew about this but hadn't gotten it fixed yet.

The room was okay, but over-priced for what we got, which included no fridge. Warning, make sure you arrive early as restaurants close early here and Subway may be your dining option. From the time I entered to check in, the people in front of us and myself were secondary to other people who walked by the desk. We chose this route to Idaho instead of Salt Lake to see more of Utah. We'll stick to the Salt Lake route in the futre.

Front desk woman was very nice and friendly. Fast wifi...using it now. The gym is small but good ac no people good tv and the machines you need and clean. And the pool and spa are open 24 hours a day! Free breakfast in the am...and coupon on the hotel saver at mcdonalds...can't beat it!!!

My husband and I decided to stay here to ride the rail trail to the end of Echo Reservoir. Nice indoor pool and good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Very quiet when we stayed. The only reason I did not rate higher was back entrance would not allow access as needed new battery. It was not replaced while we stayed there. We didn't want to take our bikes in through the lobby so it was a bit of a pain. No other complaints. We would stay again.

We were late and didn't make it all the way into Salt Lake for the night, but this was very close. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We overslept and missed the breakfast, but when I mentioned this at check out they offered us some items to take along (coffee, yogurt, bagel with cream cheese). It was more than has been done at many other motels. They even carried our coffee mugs to the car when my hands were too full to manage everything. I would stay here again.

This is a perfect hotel for a stop over. Hotel staff was friendly, the was room clean and the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was great. Would recommend this hotel. The hotel was easy on and off I-80 and a bargain compared to hotels in Park City.

This is the second time we have stayed here in our last two trips to Colorado. We always find it very pleasing and peaceful. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from. Ample parking with a gas station and store next store. We will stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western Hills in Coalville just one night when visiting friends at Echo Reservoir. We were impressed with the hotel, and would not hesitate to stay there again next time we visit the reservoir.

This was a nice stop on our tour. Our room was not super clean, but our friends room was. Mostly quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff was great. There is a campground on the backside of the hotel, so try to get a front facing room. The view would be better also. Would stay here again.

We needed a place to stay on our way back to California from Wyoming. Salt Lake City was expensive and mostly full. We found this little gem about a half an hour east of Salt Lake City in Coalville Utah. We arrived very late and the room we reserved wasn't big enough for our family of five,so they accommodated us and gave us a suite for just $10 more! Very nice room, very nice price, excellent breakfast!

We were traveling from Oregon to Colorado and needed an emergency hotel stay for my 1 year old, teenager, dog and wife. We were unable to find any hotel in the Ogden area and decided to try out the Best Western in Coalville. The rate was excellent, the staff was excellent, great room, and I was even impressed with the breakfast (8 out of 10). A great feature for the first floor pet room was that it had wood floors, no carpet. This was great and I felt like I was able to let my child crawl and play on the floor without a worry. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone but especially pet owners.

An inexpensive room with a few amenities, I would stay here again over Salt Lake City because the rooms are nice, the breakfast was good, the price was small, the people were nice and we didn't have to smell the breeze coming off the Great Salt Lake! Sorry people of Salt Lake City, nothing personal. The hotel is set in a small town charm and there is a nice stream with trout in it running behind the property. I wished I'd had more time to explore it. We went past the lake quite a few miles west and stopped at the rest stop to explore the salt flats. ..that was pretty cool.

I was looking for a simple, restful evening on a 7-day road trip, and I found the stay in Coalville to be just that. Excellent value for the price. The was easy access from I-80, and I enjoyed the breakfast offered.

Wonderful setting, wonderful place. Clean and nice. Great staff. One of the nicest motels I've stayed in. Great value as well. 5 stars. Will stop here again! that's for sure! Thanks for a wonderful evening and morning too. GREAT continental breakfast.

Stayed here after a very long and difficult day on I-80 during an interstate move. I was simply looking for the first decent place I could find with a vacancy, and spyed the large Best Western sign in Coalville. Entry was little confusing because there is also a campground/RV park around and behind the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodated my pets as well. The rooms were fantastic! So pleasantly decorated and comfortable. I appreciated the flooring not being carpet because it made clean up after my pets much easier. I slept like a log. I was on the first floor so it was a little odd to look out and see tents and campers, but they weren't noisy or disruptive so it really didn't factor into my comfort. Lovely, lovely little place. Highly recommend it!

The toilet seat was dirty. The blood was on the toilet seat. The bathroom towel was winkle with unfold. Seems like somebody used the bathroom. The hotel staff kindly asked how was my experience of staying Best Western at the time of check-out, I told the cleanness issue that I faced, hotel stuff did not response to my comment. I felt that hotel staff is just asking as the greeting but not really want to know their problem. I would not go to this location again.

Needed a place to stay during a very long road trip from California back to Colorado. We had seen this hotel on the way out while stopping for gas and it looked so nice we decided to give it a chance. Friendly staff, comfy beds and average rooms. Free wifi made the kids happy and the included breakfast made our next morning easy. Best feature was the 24hr pool and hot tub. After a very long day of driving we were more than anxious to swim and relax in the hot tub even though it was quite late when we arrived! The pool was not large, but it was warm and perfect for the kids to splash around. There was really nothing within walking distance to this hotel as it sat just off the I-80 exit, but if you are just passing through, this hotel did not disappoint.

The employees here are amazing. The hotel offers a nice pool area which really helped during our travels. Along with the nice AC in the room. The manager was out and around in the morning helping with breakfast and checking people out making sure that everyone had a great stay.

We have stayed in the Salt Lake City and Park City areas a few times and wanted something with a little less bustle. We are so glad we selected this property. Not much to choose from in the way of dining choices but a nice quiet property. The staff are super.

We drove on to Coalville while heading east on I-80 because their rate was better and it was definitely worth the trip. This is not Park City, their aren't a bunch of trendy restaurants, actually there are very few restaurants and on a Sunday night the only thing open was Rodriguez Polar King(which by the way has excellent food) and Subway. Terry at the front desk was very helpful, the bed was wonderful and we slept well. The breakfast was great, the staff were constantly checking and refreshing and we couldn't have asked for anything more! We were pulling a trailer behind a U-Haul and there was great parking for an oversized vehicle so we were very happy with our stay!

This is a hidden gem of a hotel; 15 miles north of Park City, UT near I-15. Very clean and roomy rooms; the best breakfast with all sorts of little extras to put on your waffle,oatmeal and /or yogurt. Large sized pool and spa. Nicely appointed exercise room. On top of all that, pleasant staff!! Smiling as they greet you; acting eager to please. How refreshing.

Great hotel. In a small town next to Echo Reservoir, where the younger generation can stay and camp, and the others wanting comfort, convenience and a good night's sleep. From the front general manager Teri, who greeted us and was so friendly and helpful, to Susan, front desk manager who made sure our stay was great, and she also was the person setting up the breakfast, and making sure there was plenty to eat for all. The was so friendly with all the guests. Hotel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, was quiet no highway traffic noise. Easy to park. As you came in there is a small seating area with a fireplace, decorated nicely. It wasn't like a 5 star big fancy hotel, but for the price and convenience of location is was the best small 5 star around. Big beautiful indoor pool and hot tub open 24 hours. We have a family reunion coming up and we've put out the word to stay there if you don't want to smell like campfire all night *laughs*...well we did too, but came back and able to clean up easily. Thank you Teri and Susan and their employee team behind the scenes.

We stop here on our way to our grand kids. I think this was our 3rd time here and it seems like they must have remodeled it. WiFi was good. Free breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back next year.

I leave the Bay Area by 10 am and this place is the perfect stop along the way. After a good stretch of a road trip you want a comfy bed and easy access to the freeway. LOVE this spot!! ALL staff are friendly!! As a solo traveling gal- I feel SO safe there!! Breakfast is super!! Mmmmm- biscuits n gravy was my personal favorite. They're pet friendly and fawned all over my two Weiner Doggies!!! Tucker and Rudy give it eight paws up!!!

Good value. Friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue but, they resolved it right away. Breakfast was good. Fitness center was clean and easy to find. Cookies were good! Would certainly stay here again.

We needed three rooms for our group. I called ahead from the road to book the rooms (at reasonable prices) but when we arrive about 20 minutes later there was no record of having made the reservation or submitting a credit card. The new desk clerk (who had just come on duty) finally gave up searching and got all of our info over again and gave us our rooms. When we got to the rooms we found that two rooms had no refrigerator. We were given new rooms, but had to settle for one that had a refrigerator but no microwave. There is a very nice heated indoor pool which our grandchildren are really enjoying. There is also a free continental breakfast in the morning and free WiFi.

Just off the interstate but very quiet, no traffic noise. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Room was very comfortable. Lovely surrounding area. We stopped both coming and going on our trip. We will stay there again!!

We had intended to drive from California to Denver CO, however we realized that we were too tired to drive through the night. The Best Western in Coalville, Utah was a blessing. The beds were comfortable, the hot breakfast was good. If we ever are driving through again this will be the place to stay.

I was driving across the country alone and needed accommodation overnight en route. This was a convenient location for me. I made the reservation earlier the same day online (very straightforward), checked in at 1 AM after driving 11 hr from LA. The reception clerk was right there, friendly and helpful. She even gave me my receipt at check in so I just dropped off the key cards the next day and was on my way. Has a full breakfast avail. My two parrots could stay with me in the room which was great since it was too cold for them to stay overnight in my car. It was also one of the quietest hotels I've stayed in and the high speed internet was actually high speed and reliable--not something I've experienced (ever) in hotels.

I had a room in back, pleasant greenery. The AC worked fine, cooled the room. Desk, armchair, king-sized bed, lots of TV, mini-fridge, shower-tub. Front desk people were helpful. I got a good price by using hotel coupon books available in gas stations. Pleasant drive there, and next day from there into Salt Lake City (30 minutes).

Extremely nice staff, good breakfast (with protein) and the pool area and hot tub are fairly large. Would definitely stay again. We went up just to escape the city, it is a bit cooler there than in the Salt Lake valley.

Ok hotel, had to look for front desk clerk to check in, not close by. But, best hotel in town, that I could find. Seemed clean, although our room had an oder that smelled like urine. We were tired when we got there, so I did not complain.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness much appreciated. Facilities excellent. Many retail businesses could profit from BW business model. After each visit we left with impression of a well managed and staffed facility

We stopped there on our way to Casper, Wyoming. We were using hotelcoupons.com and found this. We weren't sure but decided to try it. Boy were we surprised at how nice this hotel was. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good and lots of it.

The family suite was clean and perfect for what we needed. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The cleaning people did a great job and even arranged our stuffed animals and left us a cute note about it. The pool was nice and breakfast had a lot of options. I have never been more happy about a hotel we've stayed in before!

This hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and quite. The breakfast was everything you hope for at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel if in the Salt Lake City area.

You wouldn't think that a hotel in a very small town would be great but these people disabused me of that notion. I have stayed here twice and the service was fantastic both times. I made a special request for a whirlpool tub because my wife suffers from a degenerative bone condition and the heat and massaging jets help. They were very accommodating and kind. This is run by nice small town people who know that their visitors are moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas and they treat everyone as brothers and sisters.

This Best Western was nice like a Marriott property but not pricey. Stay here - you will love it. Breakfast was plentiful and room was very clean. Nice ADA rooms on 1st floor with easy access to front door and breakfast.

We were impressed with the friendly staff, the yummy complementary cookies, the comfortable room, the expansive breakfast, and the sparkling clean pool and hot tub which were conveniently open 24 hr/day. We would definitely stay there again.

Surprised by how nice hotel was. We stopped as it became too late to drive any further on our journey. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Bedding was super comfortable, we slept well. Only complaint was that someone in the area was raising pigs and it smelled really bad outside the hotel. There was no odor inside the building.

This hotel is perfect for just a night or longer if necessary. It is clean and the price can't be beat! The breakfast is nice and the staff at the front desk is always friendly! The only thing is I wish they had larger pillows on the bed. So, maybe you might want to bring your own pillow if you are accustomed to large pillows. This hotel is in a town some of our children reside in so when we are visiting overnight we choose to stay here!

Clean room with a modern tub and shower surround. Hot breakfast was good with standard cereals, muffins, toast, yogurt, coffee and juices. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and working order. Location to Park City Resort was only 20 minutes away. Easy access to the highway.

This a clean, very affordable stop along I-80. It has plenty of perks -- 24 hour pool, gas station on site, good fitness room, helpful staff. It is in a rural setting and within 20 miles of Park City and 45 miles of Salt Lake City. Makes an excellent and refreshing stop.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay on my recent trip to Park City, Utah. This place was only 20 minutes away and was a great value especially when you throw in the free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location, near interstate without the traffic noise. Large rooms. Friendly, very accommodating staff from the GM-Teri and throughout the property. They enjoy working here and it shows. Breakfast selection was top-notch, fresh and didn't run out of items. Pool & hot tub very clean, as was entire hotel. a short walk to friendly town or very short drive.

This hotel is very pet friendly and has easy access to Interstate 80 in going to Salt Lake City and the surrounding towns. It is clean, neat and has ample space for dogs to take care of business. Staff are very friendly and helpful

I dare you to find a better place to stay for for less than $90 (including taxes). Somewhat humorously, the hotel's sign beside the highway looks old and dim at night, but it couldn't be more misleading; this is a new hotel. As such, everything about our room was perfect. We didn't get to use the pool, but we did check it out and it looked great, with a nice hot tub to boot. I can personally vouch for the scrambled eggs and sausage that were part of our free breakfast; everything else at the buffet looked good too. I might have wished for a mattress that was a bit softer, but that's nit-picking; we had a great stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I was on my way to Park City and this was the only hotel with vacancy's. I was pleasantly surprised to find clean facilities and reasonable priced. Only negative I could find there are not a lot of restaurants in the area. I would stay there again.

This was the closest hotel to Morgan, Utah where I was participating in a fishing derby. Thye upgraded me to a King Suite, it was spacious, very clean. The best are comfortable and I slept well, with no noise from any other rooms. The staffs were friendly and directed me to local restaurant. The hotel is right off the freeway, easy on and off.

We were glad to have a reservation awaiting us as we came out of a whiteout type of snow storm to find a beautiful & welcoming hotel just as we arrived in Utah. Great rooms! Friendly & helpful staff. An overall beautiful but cozy BW hotle. I highly recommend for the weary travelers.

Very helpful staff, stayed due to weather conditions and staff was considerate to our needs. Pulled a Stock Trailer and they had room for that and my truck . Stay at a umber of Best Western Hotels. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is always clean and the front desk handles any problems. The breakfast is great and the food dishes are filled as soon as they are emptied . The parking lot is kept clean. The wake up called are on time.

The Best Western in Coalville is a great hotel with good food, good beds, clean pool and good rates. Stop here rather than going on in either direction as it's the best stop you will find. The staff is friendly and I-80 access is a cinch.

As always with Best Westerns, clean and neat with very friendly and accommodating staff. Pretty good full breakfast in a nice lobby with fireplace. I have always been pleased with Best Western. Now I'm just trying to get 200 characters.

This is an excellent hotel and we would highly recommend it to anyone. It is very close to Park City, Utah. We chose this as it was cheaper than the Park City location and we were there for only one night. The town is very small and has not much to offer to get dinner. We ate at the Mexican place but was very disappointed.

I've stayed in some Best Western's over the years but none have come close to impressing me like this one did. I've stayed in some higher end hotels on business and this one rivals them all. If we consider a weekend getaway to Park City, we will likely travel the extra distance to stay here.

Needed a room late around 1:00am and it was just what we wanted. Clean, affordable and friendly staff. We checked out early so we did not have the breakfast but it looked to be the standard hotel items. We would stay again with out concern.

On a road trip at the end of July this past summer from Nebraska to Los Angeles, we picked this as a good stopping point to stay the night. I selected it based on the reviews here and we were not disappointed! We actually ended up getting into Coalville alot earlier in the day than originally thought and the front desk staff was very gracious to check us in earlier than normal. We had chosen to leave home early and drove all night, so we needed to get some rest and let the kids run off some steam. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the swimming pool and spa were much bigger than some other places we have stayed. Breakfast the following morning had a standard selection of items that were helpful to get us back on the road. The surrounding campground and river were nice to take a walk nearby and we were given directions to a park within a mile drive that was quiet and the kids enjoyed it. The only con I can state about this area is that there are minimal options to eat out since Coalville is a very small town. We found the Subway close by to be sufficient for our needs though. We will definitely stay again if we come this way!

We were on our way home from California and had to stop for the night so we stopped here. We were pleased with how quickly the check in was and the room was nice. It is a quiet area so we didn't notice any noise. The Continental Breakfast was well stocked and had good quality.

We stayed one night on the way to Grand Teton. The room was quiet and spacious and the check in staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to go. This small town, seems to sit in a small valley in the hills it is very peaceful quiet and clean. The Motel is very nice clean and up to date and comfortable. The staff are all very pleasant and willing to help. They serve a very tasty breakfast to go along with the entire setting. I would recommend this Best Western to all.

All was fine. Thank you No issues were presented during the stay and thank you for asking. The hotel seemed very new and built is high quality. I am traveling back and forth from Sacramento to Denver and this is a good stopping place during the route. I arrived late and was well accommodated.

I have stayed here several times and it is always the same. The rooms are clean and everything works. There is minimal noise from adjacent rooms and the "water ritual" is noise is low. Breakfast is very good and ample area to sit and eat. The personnel at all levels seem to respond in a professional manner and are polite. If you require a full meal for dinner eat before you arrive, there is one small diner and subway to choose from, there is a "convenience store" next door for fresh and frozen foods.

On my way across country, wanted to stop for the night before I reached Salt Lake City but other hotels were too pricey. Stumbled across this Best Western on the other side of the city and was very happy with staff, quality of room and prices.

My wife and I stayed in Coalville one night while on a trip from Jackson Hole to Moab Hotel front desk staff were very helpful and friendly Our room was on the third floor where we also found the guest laundry which worked great as we had been on the road for 1o days Breakfast was your typical motel style, but was hot and tasty Chocolate Chip cookies at the front desk during check in Warning there little choice for dinner in Coalville. A Subway and a small Mexican restaurant. We chose Mexican and it was quite good

So glad I booked this hotel. From check in to check out, it was great. The style, comfort and look of the hotel was just up my alley. I lived it! The cookie at checkin was a nice touch. The rooms were larger and comfortable. The beds nice and comfy. The shower was the only problem with the room as there was no pressure. The hotel has soft water system so it was difficult to tell if you got all the soap off you! The breakfast was perfect. Either a hardy sausage, egg and hash brown breakfast or an light oatmeal, bagel and yogurt breakfast. The only down to the hotel are the smoking and non smoking rooms are next to each other, on the same floor. Overall, I would stay again!

Stayed one night while en route on a business trip. Lobby, hallways, room were all in very good condition. When I went to leave in the morning, my car battery was dead. One of the staff quickly volunteered to bring her car around to give me a jump start. That extra level of caring for the customer was a wonderful thing to experience. Thanks!
