SureStay by Best Western Chowchilla Yosemite

I enjoyed staying here for the one-night that I needed. It was quiet and the staff in the evening as well as in the morning were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable! In town were a few good places to get food from. I also enjoyed the Breakfast that was offered. Belgian waffles, breads, juice, coffee, cereals, fruit etc.

Room was very clean, had all the usual amenities including good size fridge and great shower. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Had pool but we didn't use it. Very short walking distance for food, some shops and a save mart. Comfy bed and pillows, good quiet nights sleep. Updated rooms, quiet and safe area to get a good night rest ! Sometimes train running by you can hear but that's expected since the town is built around train track. Thanks for complementary light breakfast to kick start my morning before work. I travel to the area often for work, used to stay at the Holiday Inn but don't appreciate their hidden fees ( not much but it's principle) so never want to go back there once I found this place. THANKS

Avarage astablishment, the dubbel room is a little small for 4 adolts. Faciliteis are in good order. The location is just near the highway exit. We intended to go to Yosemity park but cancelled due to fires.

The only issue I had was the door was difficult to close and had a large gap around the perimeter. However, the quality of service from the staff was amazing and made the entire stay worth it. Thank you

Spent one night in this hotel as a rest stop on a trip north up the 99. Exceeded my expectations. Rooms are updated and modern. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Had a room facing opposite the freeway and did not hear any traffic. Friendly front desk staff. Good location with several restaurants walking distance in addition to a supermarket. Highly recommend the Orchard Bar and Grill next to the supermarket. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.

The Best Western Sure Stay in Chowchilla website advertises that their pool is open, when in fact it is not! And they advertise that they provide breakfast or breakfast options during covid restrictions, but they actually do not.

We stayed one night here on route to Yosemite NP the next day. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious. But the front desk told us that they don't provide breakfast due to covid-19. Surprised! We double checked the website says breakfast included. Actually we just checked out from another Best Western which provided breakfast in a bag in the morning. I understand and accept flexible alternatives during covid-19, which should be revealed in the website before client booking, not on site while we checking in. The staff was nice and explained politely. We don't blame her, just disappointed about the no breakfast service.

This appears to be a fairly new hotel and the rooms are spotless. I love hotel rooms that have the tiled floors and this is one of them. The flooring is the wood type tile. Everything was so clean and tastefully decorated. The price is right for a nights stay. The hotel is right off of the freeway and they're are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The owner was so happy and pleasant. She was sure to disinfect the key, credit card, and ID before handing them back. This will be a great stopping place in the future.

We had traveled several days and this was by far the cleanest, nicest room and the managers were very helpful and friendly. First night that I really slept well. We really appreciated finding a quality place to stay that had outside access to the room and ability to park in front of the room.

The gentlemen running this hotel is one of the nicest, most considerate manager I have met. All wearing masks, hand sanitizer in the lobby, he sanitized the room key and my credit card after he used it. The rooms are very nice and include a big TV. I will go out of my way to stay again. Price is very good too.

I have been coming here for the last couple years. This place has just been renovated and the new owners have done hell of a job. The reason I pick this hotel is parking lot. I drive a big rig and this place by far has the biggest parking lot for trucks. Rooms are quiet and comfortable and good size with lots of lighting.

This hotel is amazing! Newly remodeled the breakfast area has elements I want in my own home, love the look. Staff was friendly and helpful turning me on to a nearby donut shop that also has sandwiches- so good, but that's another review. Rooms are neat, minimal but my favorite part is the overhead lighting so you can actually see in the room. Bravo!
