Best Western Bryan College Station

The hotel was fine and what you expect for a mid level hotel. The sheets were clean and bed comfy though the bathroom had peeling paint and plaster. Our issue was with the front desk at check in. We booked the hotel the day we were arriving for a game-day weekend and paid through a 3rd-party travel site a non-refundable, paid-in-full rate. But when we arrived the reception required us to pay. I showed the confirmation as well as my credit card statement but he insisted that the charge had declined and we were at an impass. So, I paid it and hoped I could sort it out in the morning. The morning reception was much more helpful and refunded the charge but it was a very frustraing way to check in late at night.

The hotel room was huge! The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. It was graduation weekend, so the room was $400 plus. On a non-busy time, it is $80 plus! SO this makes me a little sick to my stomach, PRICE GOUGING!

I traveled to College Station on business and decided to stay here because the Hilton was booked. I didn't have a great experience, Staff not friendly, Breakfast choices not enough or not too many choices. My AC unit didn't blow cold even on 60. I will not stay at this location again. If I have to stay at Best Western somewhere I may try it again. I travel to small towns on business time to time, and Best Westerns are there.

Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The staff was attentive and friendly, and both the rooms and common areas were very clean. Parking was easy and accessible. Walk to the TAMU/Kyle Field, Northgate, etc., doable from this location. Overall a great stay.

The fella who checked me in was very friendly. The room was clean, ac cold and the bed was comfortable. Is the bldg a bit old? Yes. But it was clean and the room was just fine.

We had such an amazing experience at the bar with Trinn! She had a huge crowd and managed it with such poise! Thanks Trinn!!

Stayed 2 nights for a Texas A & M campus visit during freezing temperatures. Even though I said there would be 3 guests in the king bed room, I had to go down to the desk to ask for a 3rd bath towel and bedding for the sofa sleeper. Daughter said the sofa bed was comfortable. It was nice that they provided a comforter for the sofa sleeper since the temperatures were so cold. Room was on the 3rd floor right across from the elevator but was in a quiet location. The hallway was freezing. There was a heating unit at one end of the hallway but I don't think it was working. Other than the very cold hallway, no issues at this hotel and would stay here again. Drive to the engineering side of the campus was about 10 minutes.

The room is clean and the front desk staff is friendly. The room is spacious. The breakfast was good, but dining area is small. The breakfast consisted of the usual eggs, sausage, cold cereals and instant oatmeal. There's also a waffle making station.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast; it was delicious and offered a great variety to choose from. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. Plus, the price was very affordable, making it an excellent value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We were in College Station for the USA track and field National Junior Olympics where my grandson was competing. We had a very nice time at your hotel. It was clean and stocked well with towels daily. My granddaughter and I shared a room together and the housekeeper named Brittney was exceptional.!!❤️ she would leave our room so nice and tidy, and would make up my granddaughters bed with her blanket and stuffed animal all tucked in every day. She really loved that. The attendants at the front desk were always very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was ample and fresh. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and my family will have very happy memories of our time there at College Station, Texas.

Stephanie got the temperature in our room just right. Housekeeper replaced towels after the first night. Very convenient to Texas A &M. We left before breakfast the last day but we were too early for a go bag. Didn't get a chance to use the fitness center nor the pool. Walking distance to sonic was a plus.
