The room had its own private door to the outside, Great for pets and carrying your stuff in. The Pool was amazing lots for children to interact with. The hot tub was nice and hot. Room was big clean the service was excellent! It was quiet and in a nice location!!!
From the amazing staff to the super clean and pet friendly atmosphere, to the wonderful amenities and the great location and access with really accommodating parking, this hotel is simply just the best! You won't find a better hotel anywhere for the price!
My family created so many wonderful memories during our stay at this hotel. Initially, I booked it for the pool, hoping for a simple weekend getaway, but it turned into so much more. The hotel's cleanliness and the exceptional service from the staff, especially Kirsten at the front desk, truly made the experience unforgettable. Now, it's not just the pool that will bring me back—I'll be staying here every time I visit Billings. It was an all-around fantastic experience!
I highly recommend this Best Western! Check in and check out was easy and efficient, all of the staff were friendly, very clean room and comfortable bed, relaxing ambiance, cute western bear and mountain decorating them throughout, and a lovely breakfast room.
We stayed for one night with our dog. The hotel was just beautiful, with a timber outdoorsy mountain style look. Made a reservation with Angie the night before and she also checked us in. I have to say that she was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever made a reservation with. The room was awesome with vinyl plank flooring... everything seemed new. Very clean. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage patties and the usual waffles, toast, pastries etc. A nice grass strip out back was great for walking the dog . Can't imagine a better choice!
Pleasant check-in experience. Our room was very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We had a pet friendly room, and it did not have any carpeting. It was very convenient as there was an outdoor access to take our dog out. Also very convenient for unloading our car. Breakfast was kept well stocked and had the usual menu items found at hotels. Would stay here again.
This was a great stop during a road trip. We felt safe and even left things in our car at the parking lot. Overal, we appreciated the welcome cookie, pet friendly, comfortable bed, and decent breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. Only feedback is to include a few more gluten free options like toast.
This is a nice hotel. They have the hotel decorated as a lodge. It is a great touch. The rooms are very spacious and have comfortable beds. The hotel also has a great pool. If you have kids, they will love it! The staff is friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.
After an unpleasant experience at a Best Western in a different state, we were hesitant to try again. However, we decided to give this one a go based on the numerous positive reviews, and the fact that its location was exactly what we needed. We are so glad we stayed here. The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. The pool was cool but not cold, which was awesome after a 10 hour drive in 100* heat. Our kids played in the pool for over an hour, effectively wearing them out enough to sleep well. The AC ran without a hitch, and the blackout curtains did their job. It was the best night of sleep we had in 2 weeks. The staff on duty that night, September, was pleasant and courteous, even though she was alone on duty and juggling multiple tasks at a time. When we checked in, she offered our dog a milk bone, which he was grateful for. There were no additional fees for our dog to stay, and there was a perfect spot for him in our room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about--your standard hotel buffet breakfast of eggs, bacon, bagels/toast, yogurt, juice, and a waffle machine. There was sausage gravy and biscuits, but the gravy was only lukewarm--not very appealing. There was a staff member nearby making sure no food items ran out as guests ate. Overall a pleasant experience we will be happy to repeat.
Stayed one night during a recent road trip out west. Check-in was friendly and accommodating and our room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and the breakfast attendant was very attentive to keep breakfast items refilled as necessary.
Everything about my stay was wonderful because of the friendly, clean and comfortable rooms and an awesome breakfast. I loved having bars and restaurants within walking distance too. This is a very pristine hotel with the Northwoods/mountain feel with the unique decor in the lobby and rooms.
Staff was very polite and welcoming. That was about the best it got. Room was dusty and dirty along with the rest of the building. Seemed no better than a motel 6 and I rented the suite, 1 of 2
Good hotel with a nice atmosphere. Rooms are well maintained and clean, breakfast is good with a both hot and cold options. There is also good areas for walking your dog and the hotel is very pet-friendly..
Our four children received chemical burns from the high levels of chlorine in the pool. When notifying the front desk we were told that they probably have "sunburns", but please tell me how all four of my children got a sunburn around their private parts? We are very disappointed with the concern the employees showed.
Clean, comfortable, friendly place to touch down for a night inbetween ling driving days. Attentive staff, keeping eating area clean and supplied.
We checked in late to a full hotel and the room smelled horrible. It had a very strong sewer smell and the floors felt sticky. The pass through door was unlocked when we got in and we could hear the next room late into the night and early in the morning being extremely loud. The upstairs room was walking around and thumping so much, it sounded as if a herd of animals were upstairs. This was one of the most over priced and worst hotel stays we have ever had.
I had a K9 Nose Work trial in a nearby city and chose this hotel because I could see on Google Earth that there was plenty of green space nearby for walking my dog. Loved that the rooms were tiled and not carpeted. The room was quiet and clean and had an exterior door so loading dog gear in and out was a breeze. I also loved that the bed was not 2-stories high so my dog could jump on and off - all furniture was protected by sheets that I bring for that purpose. Price seemed a bit high, but not out of line with other hotels these days. If I trial again in the Billings/Columbus area I will stay again.
This hotel is Amazing. I stay here every time I go to Billings. Always clean and the staff are always extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean. Just overall a great hotel.
Aged building, Stayed at newer Hotels at a lower price. Second night should have been reduced as they did not clean my room for the second night.
The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a good way to relax after a long day. The breakfast was great. We loved that the hotel is pet friendly.
My spouse and I stayed at this hotel for three days, two nights. When we arrived we noticed an overwhelming smell of marijuana once we hit our floor. This hotel is a smoke free hotel, it is marked everywhere. However the person enjoying the pot, had their door cracked so everyone walking down the hallway got to smell the fowl stench. Even with our door closed the small of pot filled our room. When we called the front desk, and mentioned it, We were told there was nothing they could do until the individual checked out. We asked for a blanket to block the bottom of the door with hopes that would cut down on the small. We were told they were out of blankets. They brought a couple of towels. We had to dampen the towels to block the smell. This did not get rid of the smell, but helped to cut it down. The whole time we were there we were sick from the smell. When we were checking out, the front desk mentioned that the night crew warned them about the overpowering marijuana smell on our floor. We were not offered a discount on our room and no apology. We left very frustrated as were were there to visit our grandchild. Overall we were very happy with the situation.
This hotel provided a comfortable, clean resting place after a long drive on a cross country trip. The hotel has the things I appreciate - fitness center, coffee, some breakfast items and accessible location
Hotel was great. The pool was amazing. If you have kids this the next best thing to a water park. It's not cheap, but well worth it!
This is our go to place to stay when we have appointments in Billings. Clean rooms, good breakfast, cookies, and a super fun pool that is well maintained.
it was on overall a pleasant experience. I would totally go and stay again. My kids loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was amazing it was something they different everyday
Angie and desk Service People, breakfast attendant very helpful and down to earth, good eye contact and chat. Really cute motif of bears and cabinesque (great fireplace and rockers in lobby)-- carved bears on outside and inside of hotel. Comfy chairs and ottoman in room. Just enough supplies- coffee/soap etc. Very clean. Bear Waterpark pool in miniature- bear motif...- a bit too many kids for me to go in, but great for young and older children. Pd $176 total for 2, senior, w/discount, would give 5 stars if just even $10 less (had ground floor near pet friendly rms). Ambient temp perfect in room for sleeping. Bed comfy.
We went to Billings for a funeral. We arrived at the hotel late at 11:30 pm, the room was clean. We attended the funeral the next morning after a couple hours of sleep. Returning to the hotel to get some rest and a nap, we were surprised the window to our room was covered with plastic and a crew was sanding the exterior. The fumes and sawdust started to come in under the door, so we plugged it with pillows and tried to sleep. That was impossible as the noise was deafening. They stopped working at 6pm, so we finally got to sleep. Until the adjoining room checked in, dogs barking, people yelling, then someone started playing guitar. After 2 hours of guitar, I called the front desk, told them about our day, and the guitar. They stopped the guitarist. The next morning, I spoke with the person who said she was the owner, she did not seem concerned, and she changed the subject. We had some family after funeral things that day and left for a bit, only to come back to more sanding, noise and fumes. Our 8-pound dog was terrified, and traumatized. We left the next morning at 4am. When we got home, I left a review for Best Western Plus and they gave me 10,000 points (about $50) The 3 night stay was $535 for what I would describe as the single worst hotel stay ever. This room should NEVER have been rented out during maintenance. Having stayed in several BW plus hotels, this was our 1st complete disappointment.
Clean property, friendly staff, and convenient off interstate, but far enough off interstate that there is not traffic noise. It is easy to access other areas of Billings and close to several eating establishments as well as Cabela's and Sam's Club.
I have never had any problems in the 18 years I have stayed at this motel. The staff is knowledgeable and caring about your needs. They have always been caring about my safety, my health and my future.
We choose to stay at this hotel when we need to stay in Billings because it is clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and most importantly, there is a great little waterpark for our family of 3 small kids. Much less crowded than the Reef (and more affordable too!). I can see all three kids at the same time wherever they are which makes me feel better! The breakfast area has quite a lot of options so everyone has something they like! The beds and pillows are fantastic. I was able to get some sleep even with 2 small children lying all over me!
The staff here is amazing! They make you feel welcome and are very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the “theme” they have here. They keep that throughout all their rooms. The pool is very kid friendly and comes with a water park.
This was the worst experience that I have ever had. The first night there was a birthday party on our floor. It kept my family up until 0330 despite my calls to the front desk. The front desk literally said “yeah, it's a birthday party”. So we dealt with yelling and door slamming all night. Second night, my kids and I were bullied out of the pool and the front desk again did nothing. My two kids and myself were threatened with bodily harm but the front desk did nothing. My two kids and I left the pool to even more teasing and bullying while the front desk did absolutely nothing. So, if you don't want to get sleep and if you want you and your kids to get bullied in the pool area- then this is the hotel for you. I will never ever ever come to this Beat Western again. They have no control. Even now as I am writing this review from the third floor- the chaos of the pool- loud banging and yelling is just too much. My elementary age kids are scared to go to breakfast tomorrow in fear that they might see the boys and father that bullied us tonight.
Even though Best Western is my preferred hotel, I have never reviewed a Best Western before this. I have never had a Best Western experience bad enough to share, until now. The first clue I was in the wrong place was the homeless man sleeping in the shrubs by the back parking lot. If coworkers were not staying here on the same night, I would have cancelled my reservation. During the night my work vehicle was broken into and while damage was minimal, thousands of dollars worth of material was stolen. Multiple other vehicles were broken into this same night, all with more costly damage than what was incurred by my vehicle. Hotel staff did not instill confidence that the problem would ever be addressed. I do not recommend anyone stay here until they hire security. I personally will avoid the Kelly Inn in the future and have hopes to never stay here again.
Great Hotel, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff and Great Breakfast. A hidden little gem in Billings. I will book here again and recommend it for anyone staying in Billings or just looking for a getaway for the weekend!
We love staying at the billings MT best western plus. My family and I have stayed here every year for the last 4 years. We would recommend this location to anyone also the pool is really nice and is very well maintained.
Personnel at front desk were so friendly and helpful it was shocking after our previous hotel in Denver. The room was spotless and up to date with all amenities. No carpet!!!! The king bed was a dream to sleep on. I would come to Billings Montana just to stay here again. Even the lady who hosted in the breakfast room was super friendly and visited with any guest who wanted to. Location was a breeze right off I90.
Just pulling up to the hotel is the most fun thing seeing wood carved bears everywhere. Can't begin to describe how neat this place is upon walking in. Clean as can be everywhere. Wonderful sleep, and breakfast was superb. I asked if the hotel was new, and surprised to hear no, about 16 years old. You would not know!!! You should stay here if you are reading this
We always stay the this hotel when we are in Billings. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Although we haved never used it, the pool looks like the perfect place for a family with kids. The hotel is pet friendly which is a huge plus for us!
Beautiful hotel. The woodwork and decor are lovely. The pool is fabulous for kids. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast area is great. The food was abundant and varietal. The rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. Would stay again
Great room. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and were given dog biscuits when we checked in. Our room was on the first floor with a door to the outside and a door to the inner hallway. It was very convenient for loading and unloading. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast food. I'd stay here again.
There are many other options in Billings, I would suggest anywhere else but this Worst Western. Overpriced for this type of hotel and breakfast is simply mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
Cutest hotel ! Clean , love the bears outside the window, pool was prefect for kids. Staff was really helpful and sweet . Just wish they had more than two washers and dryers. Love the wildness theme of the whole hotel, breakfast area was clean
I had one of the best nights sleep! The was so comfortable. Firm, no wiggles from from my husband, soft bedding. The room was beautiful. A “woodsy” theme. Although I did not use the pool, it looked vey cool. A great pool for the kids. Dumping water, slide? Breakfast was really good. I have eaten many hotel breakfast and this was one of the best. The staff was attentive and friendly. The cookies, the delicious.
This is a beautiful facility. A friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, slept 11 hours. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff. The pool looked amazing. We did not have time to enjoy but looked great for kids. I wish we could have spent more time hete.
We decided to stop in Billings for the night on our Glacier roadtrip and this hotel was very nice. The rooms are clean and the decor is nice throughout the hotel. We were able to call ahead and get a rollaway bed. Overall a good choice in Billings.
The rooms (we had 8 people and 4 rooms) were ready early and they were nicely set up. Check in and check out were easy and the staff made the process very simple. Would stay again over any other hotel in the Billings area.
The bed was amazing comfy and the decor was rustically beautiful. The wood flooring was refreshing and clean. The breakfast was top notch. If you have children the pool was a miniature version of Great Wolf Lodge, I even was tempted to go in and play. The best Best Western I've been to so far in the last 10 years I've been staying in them.
We have stayed at this hotel many times while visiting Billings, and will continue to return here. It is perfect for families. The pool is fantastic, more than just a pool. Water slides, jumping logs, dumping buckets for kids to play themselves tired and a hot tub for parents to relax. Super easy to get to off the freeway and plenty of parking. The breakfast is wonderful and has options for everyone to find something. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The linens are all soft and spotless, and the staff also has extra. Every employee is nice, friendly, and professional. All of this has been consistent over many years, making this a motel we stay at frequently and rely on.
We stayed here recently on our move from TN to WA. Adults, animals, sleep deprivation…we were exhausted and got to the hotel at midnight. The check-in ladies were so incredibly sweet, even giving us small treats for our dog, and made everything easy and comfortable. Indoor and outdoor access to the room made bringing in the animals so easy. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Cannot thank the staff here enough for taking some of the stress of moving across the country away! 5/5
Very nice and friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, awesome pool, great breakfast, and beautiful lobby. Loved the cute little bears in the windows! Overall wonderful experience and the kids had a blast. Will definitely stay again.
If you are traveling with a dog, and/or kids it is the best ever. All around great stay. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Inside and outside door on first floor was the best with the dog. Pool had fun extras for kids like a slide, water ball hoop, leap frog cut outs. Nice jacuzzi. The property was very clean. I used to train for guest services in the industry. This property had the best guest service I have seen in a very long time. The staff was happy to be there. Cute bear theme and decor. Nice breakfast, and again, very clean. Montana lodge feel. We just loved it.
This place was perfect for our family of 6! The pool is fabulous for kids and was very clean. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The full continental breakfast was delicious and met everyone's needs, from the eggs, to the sausages, the waffles and the milk, juice and fruit. So many nice touches like having cookies out at 5pm in the lobby. The evening staff, September and Kirsten were so kind and attentive to our families needs during our staff. The day staff Janice was kind and happy. All the staff made us feel like we were valued guests. This place is a definite stay if you are looking for friendly staff and an easy, fun, and comfortable stay in Billings.
I have stayed at this motel several times and have always enjoyed my stay. The location is great, (right of the interstate) the breakfast is always good, the rooms are very clean and the employees are the greatest.
We make the trip from the Midwest to the Northwest three to four times per year, and this hotel is always our "go to" for a place to stop. We travel with dogs, and the first floor rooms that have doors that connect to the both the interior hallway and outdoor parking area are the reason why. It's invaluable to be able to just open the door and walk outside with the dogs. I have stayed here alone and with my spouse (always with the dogs) and I have never felt unsafe while I'm out walking the dogs around the property. It is a very convenient location to I-90,with plenty of food options around. We usually arrive later in the evening, and we order pizza delivery from American Classic Pizzeria, which has a very nice take-out menu. The staff at the front desk usually gives us a menu, which includes coupons. Breakfast is very nice, the food area is always neat and clean, and the options are abundant; staff keeps everything well stocked. If we had small children, we would be sure to enjoy the indoor waterpark. It's very cool, and it's a perfect spot for the little ones to spend some time in the water playing and swimming. I always enjoy seeing & hearing the joyful noise of those inside. The pool hours are generous, and because it opens fairly early, families have the opportunity to enjoy the water before check-out. The staff here is incredible. Holly is wonderful. This trip I phoned in from the road at the last minute & Holly accommodated our room request. Upon check-in she is always incredibly welcoming and kind. This time she even called American Classic to see how late they would deliver. I think they actually gave us a bit of a grace period because Holly reached out to them for us. She is such an asset to the hotel, and it's so nice to see a familiar & friendly face after long hours on the road. All of the staff is wonderful, and, in addition to the pet friendly perks, they are a big reason we are return guests. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is that there are not convenient spots in the rooms to plug in all of the electronics we travel with. Because I know that, I have a multi-port charger with me. Being able to access somewhere to plug in without having to unplug lamps or reach behind the bed to access an outlet would be really nice. But this is a minor inconvenience, & doesn't stop us from staying here repeatedly.
We will not stay anywhere else from now on. It was nice to have an outside door since we had our dog. The staff was terrific, the room was very clean and well decorated. We had fresh cookies and the dog even got a huge dog treat.
Needed a romantic room to send my son & wife to for a much needed break from their 24/7 business and 5 children. Booked their incredible suite w/ living room, 2 sided fireplace and jetted tub. The room was clean and incredibly furnished. They were able to forget about business and kids, and focus on quality couple time. They have an incredible pool/water park that the children will love and are scheduling a "stay-cation" with them over the holidays. Breakfast was excellent and hotel could not have been cleaner and more quiet.
Was traveling back home from the holidays on a new route, stopped in Billings for the night. The property was located conveniently off I-90 close to a number of fast food options, but far enough away so noice wasn't a problem. Great welcome at the front desk, very large spotlessly clean pet friendly room on the ground floor with both outside and interior corridor entrances. Parked right outside our room. Excellent breakfast in a large, inviting room. All of the staff was friendly MDX helpful.
A anniversary get away from kids ..we.had sick kids so couldn't go to far from home. Even tho we were local they put us up and even patient.when banking issues arose.and the breakfast..goes until 10 and even at ten it is full hot and inviting
Front desk lady was super rude about the pool wrist band ordeal. Make sure when u stay to ask about pool wristbands. It wasn't mentioned to us a check in and when we went to get the bands, the lady was rude. Super clean hotel tho! Housekeeping staff does a top notch job. And the maintenance/pool guy was super sweet even when we didn't have wristbands. The pool is really cool.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Billings, MT area. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is awesome. If you are traveling with your dog the easy access rooms on the first floor are AWESOME! You get 2 access doors one to the inside of the hotel and one directly outside to let your pet out for potty breaks! Made our trip so nice for our fur baby! Enjoyed our stay so so much!!!
This hotel was so charming with the Northwoods motif. Like a lodge with decorated timber and little bear statues hanging of the balcony looking in your window. The breakfast was wonderful and staff exceptional! Janice, The breakfast attendant was so pleasant and helpful. She kept the place spotless and stocked with all the breakfast goodies. Rooms were spacious and clean as well. Friendly check in!
Best Western Kelly Inn & Suites was a great place to stay. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. My hotel room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the presence of families and traveling pets around me. It was good to have the full hotel breakfast option come back following previous Covid restrictions.
Very friendly & efficient staff at front desk. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean room. The room darkening shades were very effective. Breakfast was delicious with good variety of both hot and cold items. There also was a very friendly and helpful attendant in the dining area. Hotel is very conveniently located near the highway. Would definitely stay here again.
Kelly Inn made our stay stress free with fast check in and friendly service...even the cleaning staff stopped to ask if we needed an assist to get into our room. The rooms are clean and breakfasts are great. We are in Billings often and would not stay anywhere else.
Hotel was very clean and well kept. They did charge me an extra $20 for my wife although I had booked two people. Area had a lot of homeless and vandalism. Our truck was broken into 5 feet from our door and many things stolen. Five other guests also had their vehicles burglarized. Hotel next door had similar issues the day before. Police told me area had a organized group doing these breaking and not to expect getting anything back. They also advised us not to stay in that Area as traveller's are targeted. Hotel was apologetic but not too concerned .
Great place to stay. Totally satisfied check in lobby was beautiful .check in was fast and efficient everything was explained perfectly .they have a very fair pet policy best i have seen breakfast area was nice with a good selection to choose from .
It is a very clean, spacious and friendly place to stay. So glad we chose this on our travels. Couldn't have asked for better!!! The decor is beautiful and we were extremely surprised at the spacious rooms.
The front desk staff were very welcoming.Room was throughly cleaned.Whirlpool tub was an excellent welcome after a long day of traveling. Pool area was kept cleaned and towels stocked. Quite a few options for breakfast. All types of coffee. The fresh baked cookies before heading to dinner were amazing as well. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in Billings.
Well appointed property throughout with beautiful decor. Angie at the front desk was very helpful and patient explaining 2 promotions in the Rewards program. Room was nicely laid out, especially in the middle of the night to move about between bed and bathroom in the dark.
Always pleasant place to stay , employees are friendly. Fun pool for children, nice to watch happy kids as an adult visitor. Good location off I-90. Clean. Mattresses were a little soft and broken in.
Would definitely consider staying again when in the area of Billings. Cute bears peeking through the windows. Room had a lingering smell of old takeout either from microwave or garbages, smelled it on our arrival to room and when we returned from breakfast.
We stayed at our first BestWestern last night and we're very HAPPY with it! The decor is bears and wooded themed very nicely done. The lobby was clean with a nice fireplace. We were greeted with a smile and the receptionist even helped me find the lowest price available. She told us about their rewards program and reminded us of the cookies that would be out late afternoon. We found our king room spotless and above the average in size. I like how the bathroom is separated from the sink/ vanity. They have a very nice pool area with slides etc for the kids. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather. The beds and pillows were great quality and the towels were SOFT!the shower / tub was clean w a rubber mat to keep you from sliding. The breakfast had a huge selection of hot and cold items with even Individual cartons of Soy milk for me! All the employees were helpful and kind. They truly seemed yo enjoy their job. This was a great experience for us and the price was $56 cheaper than the Hampton that we were headed to!
We were very happy with our stay. We came to town for a night on the way through Billings heading to vacation in South Dakota. The staff was very friendly the room was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the cookie in the lobby too! We were so happy with our stay that we stayed again on our way back through Billings heading home after vacation. Definitely appreciated the staff even suggesting where to park so our car was visible from our room. Definitely felt like we were welcome.
Had an excellent hotel stay. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, coffee machine in the room was clean. Pool was great with slide and climbing apparatus for kids. Breakfast had great selection and widest variety of cereals.
While moving my Mom from Montana to Kentucky, we stayed here and ended up extending an extra night because we were so relaxed and needed a break! Angie and Holly at the desk were so kind and helpful. The pool is a mini water-park with slides, a rope bridge, and buckets of water that rain from the ceiling. Next to that is a 3 foot deep spa for the adults. Breakfast is delicious. Best of all, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR YOUR PET! They really get what customer satisfaction is all about.
We love staying here! We are always so impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of this hotel. We so appreciate the ground floor rooms with direct access outside to accommodate walking our dogs. Also, the breakfast buffet is hearty, delicious, and a real value. Again, we love staying here!
Pros: Nice atmosphere, decorated in lodge style. Been somewhat updated at some point. Good hot breakfast. Front desk staff is polite and helpful. Great pool area for kids (not for adults). Laundry facility open 24 hours and machines are reasonably priced. Clean room. Nice bar soap (shampoo and conditioner are terrible). Cons: The bed had a dip in the middle. Pillows are too soft and woke with a stiff neck and back. Bedding is old. The pool and jacuzzi area are overcrowded and noisy with NO adult only time (wanted soak my sore back). Pool closes sharply at 10pm and someone makes sure that you turn in your pool towel so you end up going back to your room dripping wet and cold.
I stayed 2 nights back to back for work. Staff were great very personable. Food was good & plenty of it . Great place to stay for business or vacation. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great experience, great staff, a relaxed family environment.
Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Went on a road trip from Denver to Calgary and in Billings Montana this was a perfect halfway point to stop on the way back. The wifi was good and worked for what I needed when I was video conferencing for work in the morning.
Maria and her staff were great. Nice hotel close to both downtown and the westside shopping area. Sir conditioners were quiet! What a nice change. The pool was family-oriented and refreshing. Enjoyed the breakfast. Beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows.
Stayed in an accessible room that was quite relaxing and comfortable. Bed was perfect for me but a bit too firm for hubby. Excellent breakfast offerings. Our 2nd stay and would stay again. Staff welcoming and friendly.
Kids were looking forward to the “water slide” but the first day/night the pool was cold and the hot tub was hot. Husband said something and to come and find out the pools heating element was broken (they should be checking it more often, as people are paying for this). Next day, pool still cold so we all go in hot tub as that was no longer hot and was probably the temp that the regular pool should have been. We paid the same amount, but didn't get told we could have a refund of something. Luckily when more kids came in my oldest daughter played with them even though pool was freezing. Weird thing is they started telling people about it when they checked in, but again nothing for our stay. Next time we'll just find a place with a pool forget the water slide area.
The pool was the main reason for our stay. Our kids really loved the different features. The water was a bit cold first thing in the morning however. Breakfast was okay and the room was fairly clean. We would stay here again.
Holly at front desk was amazing! Super sweet and friendly. Great for pets at no additional charge. Looked like a fun pool but we didn't have a chance to enjoy. Clean and good breakfast. Would recommend!!
Best Western Kelly Inn is in a quiet, easy to find location, close to the interstate ramp. Gas station/car wash is close by. Fairly close to downtown. A very helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful place to stay. Easy parking space even if you are pulling a trailer. Service was excellent they are very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. The rooms very clean. The swimming pool was very nice.
We have to come to town for medical and business at least every couple months. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel is near to everything, while not being in the middle of too many people, etc. Parking is available and near to rooms.
We were passing through while moving and hotel parking accommodated both vehicles well. We had items in our car and felt safe leaving them overnight. The pool is a lot of fun. Overall spaces were tidy.
Day five of a cross country moving trip with sightseeing sidebars, this was such a welcome experience. I don't book accommodations until checking on Tripadvisor, and there were more positives than not. I'm so glad I did. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby, hallway, and exterior were clean and bright. The room was clean, with flooring rather than carpet - thank you! Travelling with our dog, we had both an interior and exterior access. The room is insulated enough to block out most noise. Would I recommend this property: Yes. Would I stay here again? Absolutely Well done Best Western.
This is a nice hotel. I do think it is overpriced though. It is a good stopping place for the night when traveling across country. If prices were better I would give it a higher score. We have stayed here a couple times.
We stayed in room 322 for 2 nights and it was disgusting. It was so dusty that my kids were writing “dirty” and “clean me” all over the room. There was an overall smell of vomit, hair in the bathroom and on the coffee maker tray. Because of staffing issues you have to request cleaning the day before. It was graduation weekend so we immediately tried to find another hotel but everything was sold out so we went to target bought a can of Lysol sprayed it all over the carpet, made a trail with towels to walk on and had to sleep with the window open which was noisy and resulted in not sleeping at all. I would never recommend this hotel and will never stay here in the future.
I have stayed at this hotel a few other times. This visit was very enjoyable during an extremely busy weekend of many different events. I still felt like I was treated as a special guest! I have come to realize that Best Western takes great pride in their facilities and staff. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Billings.
Beds are comfortable and room was very nice and clean. Breakfast staff Was amazing. I dont think we will ever choice any other hotel in Billings unless this one is full. Kids also really love the pool!
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of items (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, breads, waffles, etc. The hotel is about 3 miles from downtown Billings which looked to have a lot of options for dinner/drinks. Appreciated having a door to the outside and inside for loading luggage and 4-legged family members. The only possible negatives to me were the noise from other customers (could hear people walking/running on the floor above us) and the strong perfume in the room. Other than that, was a good stay!
We love staying at the BW Kelly inn and suites while in billings! The pool is great for kids of all ages and my toddler LOVES the slides! They have always honored our recommendations and have always made our trips a little easier!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The front desk staff was wonderful and we were able to check in early. There was a good variety of breakfast selections, including hot options (biscuits and gravy and eggs). All of the staff were friendly, went out of their way to offer assistance. The hotel was pet friendly, they gave us treats for our dogs and there was plenty of areas outside for pets to do their business, along with multiple pet waste bag stands. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
I paid almost $400 for 2 nights in a room with a jetted tub and the plug didn't work, they knew about the issue, when I called the front desk, she laughed and said it had been that way since it was built and none of them knew why…said she'd have maintenance come the next day and she would adjust my bill. Well the tub had already been filled and trying to get the plug out, my boyfriend used his pocket knife and it broke the tip off. No one came. I have a bad back and wanted to use the tub, I tried to get the plug out with my fingers and it ripped off 3 of my fingernails, 1 down into the quick drawing blood. When checking out I told them no one came, the lady seemed shocked, they didn't? I said NO. She then said well that's because you had the privacy sign on your door. I told her that was for housekeeping and was told to the night clerk who took the complaint to knock anyway because we have dogs. She then said said well we tried calling the room, I said no you didn't, she then said well does the phone work, wait here and we'll send someone to the room, I said no, I used it to call you!!!! If they really tried to call, why didn't they leave a message??? I said you need to adjust my bill, they were EXTREMELY RUDE and took a whopping $30 off. I will NEVER stay here again, this was my second visit, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from rooms beside and above you and outside. We just stayed there again due to the door to the outside and our dogs. NEVER AGAIN.
Best Western Kelly Inn and Suites suited our needs perfectly. We were in town for a class my husband needed to take. We were fifteen minutes from the location, which was ideal. The hotel is decorated in a charming lodge style with bear accents throughout. There are a welcoming fireplace and cute log details in the lobby. Staff is friendly and inviting. Dogs stay free, which we prefer. Since we had a dog with us, we enjoyed a room on the first floor. These rooms offer the ease of an entrance from inside and outside... Convenient for getting to the breakfast area or the indoor pool. Our room could have been vacuumed one more time before our arrival. There was dirt along the walls. Doors need to be repainted. The best feature is the indoor pool scape complete with slides, log rope bridge and hot tub. Hours of fun await! Should we return to Billings, we will definitely return to Best Western Plus.
This place is definitely my favorite hotel ! They have whirlpools / jetted tubs in many of the rooms and they are big enough for me and my husband to both fit in .we Stat here all the time and live the staff and the comfort that this hotel has to offer only complaint is wish it was located closer to my house but this is our home away from home we love you guys!
This hotel is amazing, 5 star quality at an affordable rate. Will be back again in 2 weeks. Pool was a ton of fun also with stuff for the toddlers to do as well. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Love that the air is thermostat controlled and there was an inside and outside door to our room.
Lost my wallet and hadn't received my replacement cards yet so I was using my wife's card. Booked the first night just fine. Needed to extend my stay so I tried to book the same room for another night but clerk wouldn't accept the card because my name wasn't on it. Last name is the same. Used it the night before. Comes outta the same damn account. Didn't care told me I had to go. Ruined everything cost me a lot of money. Marriott had no problem with the card and took care of me when best western wouldn't. Yeah customer service did nothing but take notes
We had our annual weekend getaway for Valentine's Day. Even after me calling to verify the correct room 2x, they still managed to put us in the wrong room. This ruined our weekend getaway and management could care less. There are many other hotels with nice Jetted tubs that will ensure to get you in the correct room. Please choose wisely so your weekend isn't also ruined.
We really liked our stay. The hotel was super clean and the swimming pool looked really fun for kids and adults. The breakfast was tasty -- especially with the option of sitting in front of the fireplace. There's also a nice sidewalk in the back of the property -- sort of short, but still a good place to walk the doggie. I also very much appreciated the COVID precautions in place and utilized by the hotel staff.
Nice newer hotel with a nice lobby and large rooms with nice furnishings, liked the room with an outside entrance - handy to let the dog in and out. Breakfast had a wide assortment of items with at least 3 hot items
My wife and I stayed here along our very long cross country trip. We've stayed in Billings a few times in the past and this hotel easily wins. Between the reasonable rate, the friendly staff, and the clean and comfortable rooms… you definitely can't go wrong. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. The hotel is easily accessible from I-90 at Exit 447. We would definitely stay here again
We really enjoyed our one night stay at this BW. We arrived late (after 9:30 pm) and wish we had more time to enjoy our room. The bear motif was very cute and homey. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this BW to others and would return.
This place was fine for a one-night stay. Overall, the hotel felt dated and the room was just average, not as nice as other Best Westerns I've stayed in. The fake "wood" flooring looks ok in pictures, but felt cheap and old in person. The door to the outside for my pet was convenient, although there were signs indicating that pets must use certain areas but I couldn't figure out where those were. Made me feel like I was on camera and would be called out for using the grass right outside my door - that was confusing. Staff was very friendly and the lobby is cool, but the room is just average. I would stay here again, but likely only for a single night.
I stay in a lot of hotels for business, this one stands above most for this price range. Nice building, plenty of parking with good access to elevator, comfortable décor, clean rooms and public areas, great staff, comfortable bed, plenty of luggage carts available, sack lunches to grab in the morning, good coffee, really cool pool for anyone with kiddos.
Had a great experience hotel is kept up and clean inside and out. Our room was very clean, fast and easy check in. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They have a great pool area for younger kids
We were travelling through and wanted to find a clean place to stay at a reasonable rate since we'd be arriving late and leaving early. We found it! Friendly staff checked us in with cookies.Clean room with a nice breakfast.
The staff was amazing fast and efficient Came for medical reasons due to my dad being in the hospital.check in very clean rooms clean pool area all around wonderful stay would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody traveling.
I love this hotel. When we stay, we can tell it's clean and right now that's so important. We have always been greeted by friendly staff and the rooms are comfortable. After driving to town after a day's work, to know we will be in a comfortable, clean, friendly, and safe place.
Friendly and helpful staff made check in and out a breeze. Comfy bed, quiet and awesome experience for our puppy. The out side entrance to our “pet friendly room” was above and beyond expectation. No stress on puppy or owners she knew right where the door was to say let's go! Good coffee, nice breakfast, and friendly staff! Thanks for the hospitality!
Main complaint - Best Western is taking advantage of the built up demand of the false shutdown mandates last year to overcharge and make more money from the public. But the other chains are doing likewise, Best Western is for the most part a very good chain with some exceptions, Dodgeville, WI is one of those. inept management did not place us in a room for 6 as requested and we had to move our luggabe uo the stairs to the 2nd floor. With 4 kids under 11, that is notr fun.
The staff was so friendly & cheerful. This is our favorite place to stay when traveling through Montana. The rooms are impeccably clean and everything is in good working order. It's a very pleasant hotel to stay in.
We spent two nights here on the way to Yellowstone. What a beautiful hotel. Heavy wood pillars and carved bears along with a huge fireplace welcome you at the entrance. The bear theme continues in the rooms with bear decor. An indoor heated pool with water features is perfect for children. Hot breakfast and great coffee start the morning.
Ample parking (I had a U-Haul with car tow trailer, and their lot was able to easily accommodate me. Hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. Property was near restaurants (quick driving distance), and convenience stores/gas stations. Easy access to the highway.
I was ok with everything until the fireworks started. I took my dogs out knowing they could only be out for just a second to take care of business only to find out the outside door doesn't work. I had to drag my dogs all the way around the hotel to get inside. By this time my dogs are completely panicked. I'm furious and call the front desk to let them know and she said she knows and sorry. When I checked in I was told to go thru that door. Please the guest at the front desk and let them figure it out later on July 4th! Oh and make a reservation three weeks early and they put you on the third floor in front of an ice machine. Everything about this place has just been ruined because of their incompetence. Oh and they also said it's really quiet here on the 4th, BS!!!!
Everything about this hotel was great from the staff, the details of the interior, breakfast, the pool, etc. having staff dedicated to the upkeep of the pool was seen and appreciated, especially with it being busy. The only exception was that our room was right above the pool which was noisy. Additional ways to deter the noise would be appreciated and it made it difficult to settle the kids down and to sleep.
It wasn't the fanciest hotel I have stayed in, but still am giving it a 5. The hotel was clean, my kids loved the water park, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff were really friendly, the location was convenient, and again the pool was great for my 9 and 5 year olds. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
I have stayed at they hotel before and really enjoyed it. Family friendly and a good price. This trip was for work and it was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. I love the beds here and I sleep really well when I stay here. I would stay here again.
If you have a choice, choose somewhere else! I understand most places have some pest out of their control but we had a giant spider in our bed and the front desk said it just happens all the time. Common problem. They do nothing to fix it. Also pool area obviously never gets cleaned. Whole place smelled like incense? Odd experience, won't be back, won't recommend.
I had an unfortunate incident while staying at the hotel I lost my wedding ring and my diamond earrings in this wonderful staff found them contacted me and ship them to me. I will be forever grateful! Wonderful staff!
Nice hotel, clean rooms, good location. Desk staff should be wearing masks. The pool looked nice, but was very crowded for Covid times. Will stay here again. Restaurants are close by, and you can get to the freeway or airport easily.
The rooms were nice, the pool was enjoyable for kids with the slides. The pool was little bit colder than we would have liked. No regulation on the number of guests in the pool at one time so it got a little crowded.
This was an excellent hotel and was very kid friendly. Nice, clean rooms and very friendly staff. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel where the staff were genuinely friendly. They also had a great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with kids. They also have a great pool area for kids.
Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the best pool for kids we have ever had at a hotel. Check in and check out was quick and we were made to feel welcome at the start. Accommodations have been made for the current times and they have met the challenge well.
Stayed for medical appointments. I am a private duty nurse anf staff went above and beyond to make sure my clients needs we taken care of. Staying again in February with another client for medical appointments.
We stay here on our way to northwestern Montana every trip. It is a great stopping point in our journey. We travel with our dogs, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful this hotel is if you're traveling with pets. We love having a door directly to the parking lot / pet area AND a door to the interior hallway. Such a nice option. We appreciated the COVID style hot breakfast - it got us up and moving with a full stomach. The staff is exceptional, the decor is kind of like you're staying at your gramma's cabin - so super homey and comfortable. If you have kids who want to swim, they have a "water park" style swimming pool. While we've never used the pool, from the squeals of delight we could hear, it seems like the little ones really love it. Overall, it's really just a super nice, reasonably priced hotel.
Check in was fast, cookies were warm and plentiful! The pool was open and we only had to share it with one other family. It's the perfect pool for smaller children, quite warm and 3.5 ft at the deepest, with a slide, buckets, basketball hoop, floating logs and a rope monkey bar type thing. Breakfast included some hot options (egg, sausage, hash browns) as well as the standard juice, cereal, yogurt, bread choices, etc. We only paid $75 for our king room with a gift card for $25. No complaints about our stay!
We stayed there the night before we fly out of Billings for Christmas break. We loved the visitor at our window. The kids were pleasantly surprised by the little water park like setting in the pool area. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. I understand that services are limited but if you are going to offer a product then have it readily supplied. We plan to stay there again sometime soon.
The staff did a great job with masks, distancing, etc. but many guests had no masks and walked right up to the desk clerk and began speaking. What the heck Montana?!? This is why you have the highest COVID outbreak in the country. Grab a clue and put on a mask. Quit being so selfish... The morning breakfast buffet looked like a super spreader event... Other than that, the hotel is fantastic. We had a great room, and once we entered we didn't leave until we departed the next morning 3rd time I've stayed here and I'll be back, after COVID had been eradicated.
This is a bit tongue in cheek, but I really appreciate the nice soft towels. I also appreciate the way some properties are dealing with social distancing @ breakfast. But most of all I had a great night sleep.
they gave the med rate that was great the room was really nice couch big tv hbo and max dtv was nice king bed very clean room they always try to give me an outside door love that right near resturants 3 and 4 fast food
The hotel, room, staff and location were excellent. We didn't use the pool but loved seeing the kids enjoying it. The hotel was clean and sanitized. We attended the hill climbs and the hotel was super close. Would definitely recommend!
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are wonderful but the good stops there. We had booked a room with jetted tub and were looking forward to relaxing the evening before we were to fly home. They put is us in a room that we found out later was over the laundry and every 5 minutes it sounded like an earthquake and the room shook. We talked to front desk and the first person had no clue and said to come back later to be moved if it didn't stop. So it didn't stop and went on for about 4 hours. We went back down and were told it was the laundry room and they should be done by 6 PM. We asked for other options and we were told they would refund our money and we could go somewhere else. Seriously? We asked for the manager and he said they would move us but not to a room like we had. At this point fine anything is better so we can get some rest. They said they would give us a discount. They might have but when checking later I could have paid less for the room by booking myself with our senior discount. So much for discounted room. So we had to repack all of our things and move to another room. No offer of any help at all. We did get some sleep though. The next morning we went to breakfast and you can not sit in the dining room because of covid but you can gather in a corner with a bunch of people no social distancing because they shut off the big area and crammed it all into one space. We got our food and returned to the room to find out they had already changed out our keys and couldn't get back in the room. I had to go all the way back down and get new keys made. There were no trays to take food to room so I had to leave my items on the floor in from of the room. Thank goodness they were at least sealed. The desk person was apologetic and again said she would do a discount for the trouble. It never happened. It is a beautiful hotel and might be ok if you don't get the king room with jetted tub but we were not happy at all and felt they could have taken care of the situation better.
We were looking for a nice place with an in room jacuzzi tub to be able to just relax and get away. And we sure did find it at this hotel, from the minute we checked in with the friendly front desk person, we felt relaxed and stress free. The room was way more than we expected for a great price and the jacuzzi tub was huge and nice and clean, so nice to just relax and unwind.
Courteous, friendly staff. Excellent rooms. Pool area is clean and fun for kids. Always enjoy my stay at any Best Western, but this one is my favorite. Very helpful staff members. I would highly recommend for business or leisure.
Relly great service by staff. Very social and smiling. Nice little sack breakfast with good options. The pool is amazing. Fun for all ages. The room was very updated with wood tiled floors and nice tilework. Beds were comfy. Easy access to highway. Had a nice stay.
We love to stay here because our rooms are always clean, the staff is wonderful and the pool is great for our entire family. They didn't have their awesome breakfast this time which is okay, we understand why. Now that I know Brian is working here that definitely made it official that we have a favorite hotel. I recommend this place to everyone. Next time our Panda(puppy) will be joining us!!
We were required to make a quick change in our travels due to cancellation of event resulting from the virus. We stopped at Kelly's Best Western Plus in Billings Montana. The "On duty" staff member was extremely professiona and helped us secure accomodations as well as provided up to date information as to resturants and shopping. The accomodations was first class which is the norm with Best Western Plus!
It was a wonderful experience at this hotel and would recommend more people to stay here. The breakfast was delicious, and we felt safe, having every adult and child use a wrist band while in the pool area.
We like to stay at Best Western properties whenever possible, they rarely disappoint. This property has clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast, and the indoor pool is perfect for kids. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and would stay here again.
The Staff here, is awesome. from check in, to check out. you will find friendly, smiling people. The location of hotel, is in central location, with a shopping, and restaurants in walking distance. The Room was quiet, and has elevator
I love this place and stay here whenever I stay overnight in Billings. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I travel with my dog often and they are very accommodating to both of us!
It was a nice hotel, staff was very friendly. I liked the pool area for the kids plus the nearby food places. Will definitely stay again. The rooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
Home away from home. Great staff who are always helpful and fun. Favorite hotel in the area. Always looking to make your stay even better. Wonderful hotel to bring pets. Lots of spots to walk with your dogs.
I found this hotel on bringfido.com, and I am so thankful I did. It was perfect! We had a first floor room that had doors to both the outside and to the inside hallway - making it very easy to take my girls outside for a walk or to go get myself some coffee and breakfast. The check-in staff was incredibly kind and helpful, very welcoming. It's our first time traveling with the dogs and I never realized how pet friendly hotels would be. We will definitely stay here again if we need to stop in Billings. Thank you for making us all feel so welcomed!
We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Kelley Inn and Suites in Billings Mt. Excellent front desk service. All staff were engaging and friendly. Room was clean and beautifully decorated with the bear theme. Very enchanting seeing the theme throughout the hotel and the pool. Hope they never change the decor. Breakfast was very nice with staff ensuring we had everything we needed. The pool looked like a small water park. Our definite go to hotel when staying in Billings!!!
This is my go to hotel, especially with my family! The kids love the pool, I like that we can have breakfast before we go out to shop and or before we leave Billings to go home. Definitely love the noon checkout! Rooms are nice and clean and very roomy. And the Staff is very nice and helpful.
I have stayed here a few times and everytime I find it one of the most pleasant travel experiences that I have ever had. I love the little bears on the window sills. The staff is so pleasant. They all talk to you, even it if is only to stay hi, good morning or good evening Just nice to hear a comment and not walk by without saying anything.
It looks far better in pictures than in person, I was a little disappointed when I got there. I could hear children running and/or people talking in the hallway at night like they were inside my bedroom. If you travel with pets, please be very aware that you will need to take them with you at all times. Pool and water temperature were nice, I really liked it, the lobby is very pretty as well, and the staff is very welcoming and kind.
My wife and I only stay at BW for a reason. They are always nice with friendly staff. Most of them have an excellent breakfast as well. Avoid the one in Grand Canyon, Az. They cost more and there is no free breakfast. Stay in the one in the next town. Billings, MT has a very nice log cabin decorated facility. Overall, BW's are where we will always stay! We've gotten a number of free nights with the amount we travel. Thanks BW! Y'all da best!
Cozy hotel, amazing pool for kids, clean hot tub. Pet friendly--loved having a room that opened to the outside as well as the inside--made for transporting pets into room from curbside much easier. Staff was extremely friendly.
Love staying here all the time the staff is always welcoming and if you need anything they are there for you. The rooms were very nice and clean. I like how they have soup for everyone every night. The soup was broccoli and cheese very delicious
This is the only place my husband and I stay when in Billings. They staff is outstanding and the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The best part is the allow pets so my dogs are always welcome.
A great pool for younger kids. We had a dog with us so immediate access outside was nice. We have stayed here quite a few times and its consistently nice. The breakfast is basic but nice. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.
I always stay at this motel when I'm in billings mt.. I will come back again to this motel to cause the staff make it easy to check in and out when we get ready to leave... the cookies at 5 are the best to.. thanks best western Kelly inn
Kirsten and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything and if you need anything they are only a phone call away. Love the continental breakfast too. Always fresh and good.
These folks are the most friendly and helpful folks ever! I really enjoy the stay with them because they make it not seem like work. Travel these days especially via airlines is gruesome so when you work with folks like these it makes life a whole lot easier..
I was able to reserve a Room at a very busy time for the Billings area, but I was "not" able to use my Triple A discount because of it. I stay at Best Westerns to get the points and have had a few nights free this year, it would be nice if tgey would still give the discount rates even when they are busy.
When we arrived at the block of motels, the first thing I noticed was the exterior of the motel. It looks like a lodge. Had Black Bear motiff hanging on the posts and outside walls. Plenty of parking available. As we had been traveling for many hours, we were ready for a clean, quiet, place to sleep. Our room was spotless, the mattress was medium firm. The breakfast buffet had many choices.
Very nicely appointed lobby and rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt the room was a little overpriced but we arrived without a reservation. The breakfast buffet had both hot and cold items which were fresh. Don't bother using the discount for the restaurant located across the parking lot. It is not worth it. There are a lot more options in the area that you can find on the internet.
This is a lovely hotel that is so very welcoming to pets, we truly love staying here. The rooms have solid floors which makes it a better place for pets than most hotel rooms which are carpeted. (And therefore, drowning in carpet-freshener smell that gives me a headache.) The staff is very nice and the pet fee is very reasonable.
Stayed here as there was outside access doors as well since we were traveling with a service dog. Staff is nice, rooms were clean. Comfy beds. Disappointed that the hot tub went on the fritz the first night (3 night stay). After sitting in meetings all day, all I wanted was to relax in the hot tub each night. Breakfast is meh. Convenient location.
Convenient location. Only problem was the automated alarm system failed to give the wake up call. This could have been a problem for our early flight had we not had the clock alarm for back up. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice, especially for children. Would gladly stay again.
Kelly Inn is always great! They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the swimming area is always clean. We stay there about 6 times a year for school activities and I plan to continue.
We have stayed here several times to visit family in the area. We have always been very pleased. We like that we can reach the rooms on the bottom floor from outside. We highly recommend this hotel for any type of travel.
Front desk was very rude. Our 2 "queen" sized bed was literally a full sized bed. So ended paying 140 for one night for not even the right beds. Hot tub wasnt even warm. Next day had out of service on it. Orange juice is watered down.
Very clean, and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and respectful employees. I would recommend this hotel to anymore, loved the updated interior, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and was not worried about my belongings, or car outside, as it felt safe, which is unusal for that area, felt very safe, which is a big part for me on picking hotels.
Our stay here was great! Rooms were comfortable and the Hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and no matter who we passed they greeted us with a smile and a Hello. Maybe work on your Breakfast room a bit, I felt pretty cramped trying to prepare our breakfast and the biscuits might be better if they were warmed in an oven first. I tried the toaster oven for it but it didn't quite work out for me.
I'm a truck driver and had my wife ride with me on this load.I dropped my trailer and stayed 2 nights using my rewards points for are room.Nice hotel with very good staff.Nice breakfast,Room was nice,a nice place to stay.
We enjoyed our two night stay, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping saw to our every need and the breakfast was excellent. The staff at the desk were so helpful, they got two weary travelers to their room in a timely manner. Couldn't be more pleased.
Very attractive lobby and rooms. Nice pool for children. Convenient, easy to get to and from location. Had trouble with the check in/charge adding a second night. Caring staff was very nice about remedy. I will be staying there again when in Billings.
The hotel is really nice and you feel at home. Pet friendly. Staff is very helpful & everyone who works there is so nice. The pool is amazing & kid friendly! The rooms are so comfortable & not noisy! We love staying here.
Great hotel to stay with a pet. The room had direct access to inside and outside of the hotel with lots of green area just outside for the dog. No carpet in the room which is nice when travelling with a pet, very clean, no smells, stay very polite and helpful. Would totally recommend!
Excellent weekend stay! Plenty of parking for our truck & camper. The decor is very woodsy. They have little bears peeking in the upper floor windows ♥️ The room was large and spotless. Comfy bed, lots of pillows & towels. Easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs & gas stations. We didn't use the pool but it looks like a blast! It's almost like a small indoor water park. Breakfast was great both days. The woman in the kitchen was very sweet and attentive. Everything was kept well stocked. Will definitely stay here again when passing through Billings. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all you do!
People staying here actually picking-up after their dogs! This place looks like a 40's Lodge, very nice and the room was plenty big with two small Jack Russell's. Breakfast was HOT, well stocked, as we got there 10mins before it was scheduled to open, and was able to service ourselves right away (thank you). Specifically the room, it's no Nine Star attraction, but EVERYTHING worked, the water was hot, and the Black-Out Curtains worked. For us, it was an excellent stay with a pair of accesses, one from parking-street, and one from inside the hotel. For me, this is great, easy in and out, easy load-up, easy doggie load-up. Will be requesting specially this type of room the next time we stay with you folks!
Slept well, competitive pricing and very good breakfast. People are friendly and helpful. Don't count on having a smallish freezer though. No way to refreeze ice chest bricks, so you are out of luck. This needs to change because many folks depend upon small coolers to travel with.
This is Billings, Montana: lots of hotels/motels. Our room was dingey in appearance, and felt old and dated. Safe and clean, but felt tired and blah. OLD bathroom. Nice lobby and exterior, but we spent our time in the room.
This charming cabin-style hotel was hands down our favorite place to stay along our roadtrip between California and North Dakota. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating, which was important to us as we are traveling with not only a dog, but also a cat! The room was immaculate, and the business center was conveniently located within smelling distance of the continental breakfast where they had BACON! <3 10/10 would stay again!
Our family loves this hotel! It is always a treat to stay here, enjoy the pool, see the bears and have fresh waffles in the morning! The pool is like a water park for them and they can't wait to jump in!
It's an older hotel, needs upgrading but rooms are fairly clean which is very important to me. We were excited to check out the cute pool area, that's why we booked it but the pool area was gross, very dirty, hair, bandages etc all around.
The service that we experienced was excellent. Only stayed one night and was very impressed by how nice the room was. The room was one of the nicest rooms that I have been in. The location of the hotel was really close to two restaurants that are within walking distance. The one thing that I didn't do like was how busy the pool area was but other than that it was a very pleasant stay. One the best BW hotels that I have stayed in
We stopped at this Best Western for one night. It's a nice looking place and was clean. The staff were very nice as well. The room was large and comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast that was one of the better ones we've had.
Typical quality BW Hotel with good rooms and comfy beds & pillows. Quiet, easy to reach location right off the Interstate. American Family Dining restaurant was right across the street and was very good. Lots of parking available for vehicles pulling trailers. Have stayed there in the past and will again when passing through the area.
This hotel is aesthetically pleasing with great decor. The rooms are clean with great internet and excellent satellite TV. Iris and Alina on the front desk are friendly and inviting and make you feel like you just arrived home. I highly recommend this hotel.
Clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the lobby/sitting area decor and the outdoorsy feel. The swimming pool is really great with water features you would see at a water park rather than a hotel. The exercise room had the usual equipment--treadmill, eliptical machine, weight machine. It was not overly large, but didn't feel crowded. We were part of a group and also utilized one of the conference rooms for an informal reception. It was a great place that had the space we needed to accommodate a family gathering.
Caters to bikers, discount for Harley Owners Group (HOG) members, and it's easy on easy off the interstate. Food is close by and they have a bike wash with rags, buckets, soap, etc. The hotel and rooms are clean, fresh linens, towels, etc. I will be going there again anytime I'm traveling through the area.
The hotel was very inviting. Eric at the front desk was very outgoing and friendly. Room was perfect and loved the dog friendly flooring. Was the best bed we have had at a hotel. Room was a bit pricey but overall, would highly recommend this hotel.
We have now stayed at this BW about 4 times and every time has been a great stay. Front desk always very helpful. Kirsten went out of her way to make sure we got our $20 gift card used during the last stay, plus she helped us with a few other minor things. Thanks!
We had a room with two queen beds. The room was spacious - two people could get around without getting in each other's way. Bathroom was roomy. Everything was well maintained. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff was great from check in till check out - friendly with cheerful greetings and helpful in answering questions. Would most definitely stay here again.
Super awesome decor and location! Loved this one the most! 10 state road trip and stayed at many many Best Westerns! This one hands down is the nicest! The pool is amazing along with the rooms! We highly recommend staying at this place!
As much as I look forward to the Original/Survivor car show in Billings each summer, I look forward to my stay at the BW Kelly Inn. In addition to all the wonderful aminities, this year was special, I forgot my cell phone in my room. An hour later when I returned, the lady at the front dest held it up as I walked in the door. You are truly treated as if you are a personal friend.
Great place to stay, exceeded my expectations. Having stayed at a BW as a child i had visions the building would be old an run down. To my surprise it was very updated and correctly furnished, painted which allowed me to have a restful stay. driving via midtown I was expecting a old building but found it is in a corridor that is very modern and close to the interstate. With that said there was no noise from the roadway which also helped in a great night of sleep.
My wife and I stayed at this Best Western when staying the night in Billings while on vacation in Montana. It was excellent. Very clean, nice staff, great breakfast, quiet large rooms and convenient location. I would definitely recommend.
right off the interstate, easy parking if you are pulling a trailer, the staff is very nice and welcoming when you are arriving and leaving and very helpful, the swimming pool is a kid friendly place, also pet friendly place, the rooms are very nice and big, the breakfast is also wonderful and lot to choose from
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and we had plenty of space for our things. When i opened the curtains there was the cutest little carving of a bear looking in the window. They have a really cool place for kids to play in the pool area. It's like a mini water park for them. We had been on the road for several days and needed to do laundry. They had a nice clean laundry room and the washer and dryers were big enough for a large load if needed. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever that way again.
On a 2 week road trip we stayed at a number of different lodgings and this hotel was the best value for the cost. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the comfort, cleanliness and value we received. Will definitely return when we are in the area again!
If you have small children this a great hotel. Good Location. Wonderful clean rooms. A small indoor water park. It did get really crowded once more families arrived. Staff was excellent and a really great breakfast was included in the price of our room.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are very clean and beds were very comfortable. We love Best Western and will surely stay here again when we are in the area. I'd recommend Kelley Inn to anyone, anytime
Hotel consists of several buildings. I appreciated the covered parking. And also the security as you can open doors to the buildings and operate elevators only with the room key. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and I had a big build- in shower instead of the usual tub which I highly appreciated. For breakfast you get a voucher for the restaurant which is just opposite of the reception. And you can chose from a selected menu.
When in billings it is one of our favorite places to stay in Billings. It is centerally located to the attractions and the freeway. We stay there a lot of the time when we are passing thru Billings and always had a plesant stay
Great room and a good breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly...so nice. Very comfortable place to stay, our home away from home.Shopping and downtown is within easy distance from hotel. There is shuttle service available to and from the airport also
I might request room 122 again just for the shower alone! Great shower head, temperature, and pressure. I like that there is flooring throughout instead of carpet, especially for the pet rooms. I take my black light flash light along when I bring our 2 small dogs to make sure there are no accidents in the night. Looks like they need to wash some walls, which I'm sure is pretty common. Not pet stains, human water splashes. I hate that hotel prices in Montana are so high during tourist season. I think they should have MT resident discounts. This is a very nice place to stay and perfect when traveling with pets.
Overall stay was pleasant. They did charge the reservation to the holding credit card rather than following our request of charging to a different card upon checkin, therefore, they were charging us double for the stay through the weekend, which caused a hardship on our visit as the charge to the holding c/c was unexpected. Never had that happen before when we told them we would be using a different card at checkin.
Check in and out was easy. Bed was comfortable, pillows were amazing. Breakfast we had biscuits and gravy with eggs. Cookies was a nice extra touch. Hot tub was nice and pool area great if you have kids.
Quiet and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, everything was well maintained. I wanted a place to stay that was clean and quiet and it was. Check in and check out was easy and fast. I would stay here again
Well for 200 character this was a good stay.Loved the pool.the beds were nicely done.food at the breakfasts bar was good. Loved this place. Family had fun.this was fun.snow ball were funny. Doorbell was nice.
Comfortable the beds were so soft and comfy, excellent location, friendly staff, awesome pool, the breakfast was good had lots to choose from. had a good nights rest. overall i would highly recommend the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites
My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Kelly Inn in Billings. I highly recommend this Inn, I was surprised by the comfortable mini living room setup. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean. The desk staff was well trained.
Clean rooms, very quiet, and friendly staff. Great evening soup, good breakfast too. Beds quite comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, a few eating spots within easy walking distance, and quick access off the interstate.
Nice accommodations featuring “bear” themed decor. The carved bears climbing the building are fun for kids. The real draw is the pool. It is large and full of slides, basketball and other activities. Breakfast is included and changes from one day to the next. Definitely stay here again!
Can't say enough about the excellent service, accommodations, amenities, and overall quality of our recent stay at Kelly Inn. Family AND pet friendly. Good location. Even with piles of snow, parking was manageable.
I really appreciate this location for my business travel. Easy off/on the interstate, great facilities and a exceptional staff. They have a number of rooms that have both outdoor and indoor access that really helps unloading the car. Billings is a great city and the location of the motel allows for great access to whatever part of the city you want to explore.
Great overnight stop in Billing, Montana. This BW is always spotless, fresh breakfast, decent coffee and staff will make special accommodations for your pet. The pool is great for families and adults as well. Easy to access and close to many fast food or dine-in restaurants. This is a wonderful, quiet, comfortable beds, and a safe place to spend the night. We arrived at 7pm and just missed the nightly dinner soup that is offered. However, the coffee, hot cocoa, and tea are always hot, fresh and available 24/7.
We stopped in and took a chance on this place as it is a bit out of our way. It was well worth it - clean, light, well appointed rooms and friendly staff. and oh so comfy beds! Don't waste your time on any others, as we've tried out many. This is the place to stay in Billings.
Very nice staff, room was amazing and clean, bed was comfortable. The whole place was very nice I will be back in the near future for sure, they for sure go above and beyond to make their guest feel right at home. Thank you Holly and Eric these two people made our whole visit pleasant!
Pool was closed and rude front desk staff made for a terrible stay at this place. We decided on this Best Western because our daughter wanted a pool during our travels through Billings. I received a phone call from the Hotel that the pool is closed down for one month of maintenance. The day we arrived happen to be the first day it was drained. I tried after the phone call to cancel our reservation for a refund but booking.com would not allow a refund because it was too late - the hotel told me we should be able to cancel 4 pm prior to the day of our reservation but that was not true. Instead booking.com only allows cancellations midnight a day and half before your stay. My advice - book with the hotel and not a third party site and check with the hotel before you make your reservation. My frustration is that the hotel should have posted the pool would be closed for one month. You can't tell me they know ahead of time when maintenance is going to close down the pool. It seems that their room rates should be lower when the pool is closed but they don't seem to care. We paid full price and that is not right. But, then of course, their excuse is that they can't do anything about it because I used a third party site. i tried to explain our situation to the front desk staff. After eating a mediocre breakfast (very few people were staying here cause of the pool closure so it was old and cold) the person at the desk was very rude. It was about 9:30 am January 5 when i approached the lady at the desk. I believe her name is Kristen. I started to explain my situation when she became very defensive and then she turned around and answered the phone without an "excuse me" or any polite manners- she ignored me talking on the phone to a customer and I walked away mad receiving this poor customer service.
After spending several days in Yellowstone, we had an early morning flight out of Billings. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but arrived quickly thereafter, so we just hung out in the lobby. They have a small waterpark that our son enjoyed and they had soup and cookies at 5:00 that were quite tasty. The room was comfortable and fairly good sized with a refrigerator and microwave. We had to return our rental car that evening and they provided a free shuttle back to the hotel. In addition, they had a driver ready to go at 4:45 am to take us to the airport for our flight.
Check in was terrible. No one was ar the counter, had to wait. Finally Kristin showed up and she was the most rude person I have ever met.inquireing things about me that is no ones business. Telling me it it company policy. And finally suggesting that I don't stay there again. I am a Platnium member with BW, soon to be Diamond. I will take her suggestion, and never stay there again!
We rented 2 adjoining rooms & after going to the pool & leaving our things in our room we discovered that the door wasn't actually locked on one of the rooms. It looked locked but wasn't, you could just open it without a key. Upon alerting the staff they apologized for the inconvenience but said they couldn't fix it until the next morning. After breakfast I asked the desk staff about it since no one had fixed it yet at 11am. One of the ladies said the maintenance guy would be up soon. About half hour later I saw the door knob jiggling & it was the guy trying to fix it (deadbolt was locked)...he didn't even knock! He did get it fixed but no one said or did anytgany to try to make it better. The pool area drinking fountains didn't work (& I saw quite a few oeoope try to go get a drink). The pool floating log things under the monkey bar style net are also missing 3 of them (the oictpic I saw showed 5, but there's only 2). The breakfast was ok but the area is way too crowded. You can barely get around if all the tables are full.
This was the best stay at a motel in a very long time. We had been using another motel chain because of their pet policies, but we decided to try a different place to stay. We were delightfully surprised with our visit here. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. Although we didn't use it, the swimming area looked like a lot of fun and was being well used. We will definitely stay here again.
Being Native American we have been treated poorly by several other hotels in Billings but this place treated me with respect. For that, I will continue to make this my place to stay in future visits to Billings.
The staff is fantastic! They really make you feel welcome and like they are ready to help you with anything you need. It's within walking distance of multiple restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were very clean, and the whirlpool in our room was very large. The pool is a lot of fun as well, plenty of things to entertain.
We had an amazing time at this hotel! Awesome pool and great food. They even had gluten free breakfast options for our kids. We will be back for sure. Best of all was the very friendly staff at the front desk, housekeeping, all around a great stay
Wonderful accommodations-great staff--friendly and knowledgeable --excellent breakfasts with cookies and hot soup on wintry evenings--Bear motif that is fun and homey. Great pool especially for children. Fitness room, good internet, near to good shopping and eateries within easy walking distance good hot water great rooms comfortable beds Quick fixes if anything is amiss at any time.
Hotel staff were very accommodating. They even filled our thermos the next morning! The rooms were large and well appointed. The room had laminate flooring, which I very much appreciated as it was a pet friendly room and we were travelling with our dog.
Our go-to place to stay when traveling with our dog was always Quality Inn. After a terrible experience there in September, we decided to stop staying there and came to this hotel for our most recent stay, just this weekend. It was phenomenal. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional and they all seemed to want to please their guests. At check in, we were even offered dog MilkBone treats for our dog - it was very nice that our dog was treated like a valued guest, as well - I have never been to a hotel where treats were offered to our dog! It was a nice surprise and welcomed! Our room was awesome - we had a jacuzzi room and it was spacious (both the room AND the jacuzzi tub!) and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows - the blankets were heavy enough, as well (I like heavy blankets), and kept us warm throughout the night. We ate breakfast there, too, and it was excellent for a continental breakfast - they had a wide variety, including regular continental breakfast items and biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, bacon and cheese omelets! It was very good, always hot and fresh and always full - I was impressed! This is definitely our new go to place to stay, both when we travel with and without our dog!!!!
We asked for an upgrade due to a special anniversary and the room was great. Lots of space and nice amenities. Loved the water jug at front all the time with ice. Nice option besides having tea and coffee all day. Good cookies in the evening. Best breakfast menu and very comfortable room. Staff were very friendly at front desk and in breakfast room. Rooms were quiet as well
Just off the expressway. Good eating next door and across the street. Quite and very comfortable. Plus DirecTv, not some cheezzy cable network! Not some huge 6 story quick shuffle get them in and out hotel.
Everything was as we hoped and even better. Room was spacious and more than adequate. Breakfast bacons were especially tasty. Staff was pleasant and informative. Hotel was quiet. Bang for the buck was excellent.
We have stayed here several times and love everything about the place except the experiences we have had in the pool area. The pool area is poorly managed and dangerous, this last trip we mentioned this three times and they would come to the pool area and try to resolve the problems and as soon as they would leave the kids that were causing the problems would sneak back in after being kicked out. Need to either have cameras in the pool area to monitor the situation or at least stop in every now and then. To many parents that just drop their kids at the pool area.
I was not sure about this property when I stepped into my room and turned on the light - it was florescent - and dim at first. Not a good first impression. I travel with dogs and this property has exterior doors on the first floor - a bonus in my book as it made unloading the car and my two dogs much easier. They are poodles - standard and miniature which are a bit anxious in disposition - prone to voicing opinions. So not having to manage them past people an obstacles (they are well behaved, but still they are dogs) was welcome. The downside of the property is the flooring - wood. Which is appealing visually, but transmits more noise from upstairs. The dogs were a bit "unsettled" related to thumps from above. Carpet would be better in my book. The bathroom had a florescent fixture that blinked multiple times before dimly turning on - even at full brightness, not enough light for the space. LED would be much better. The 5 table lamps all had incandescent bulbs - 3-way brightness. But of less wattage again than desirable. Good enough, but never bright. There is a charming pool and breakfast areas - the bear theme carried through. If I were traveling with younger children, they would have loved the pool area. Regarding dogs - I sincerely believe if the bags for picking up are well located guests will comply. At this property, the pick up bags were in only one place that I could see by one rear door neat the pool and not at all obvious. Consequently there is quite a lot of dog doo about the grass area of the property. I picked some of it up fearing I would step in it later - then more appeared. Pssst - Management - just put out the bags on a stake in a few locations with receptacles. People will pickup. Mnay just forget to carry bags with them. They want to do the right thing.
Wow, I must say I was not expecting this. I am on the two to four nights every week so I have gotten kinda hard to impress. Until I stayed here when we were on vacation. We spent the night in Billings on our way to Yellowstone. This place is more like a very nice lodge instead of your run of the mill hotel. If you read this I hope you choose to stay here, I don't think you will be disappointed .
Stayed here one night while traveling. Hotel is nice and has a HUGE indoor pool with slides, etc for the kids. If you have kids they will love you if you stay here. Room was great and had all the necessary amenities. The first floor rooms here have exterior and interior doors. This is great for unloading and loading your luggage quickly and avoids having to drag it all thru the lobby. Staff here was great and helpful. There are many dining places within a short drive of the hotel and one within walking distance.
We like to stay at Best Westerns when we can, and this one in Billings is always our favorite. Excellent stay every time we come!! Very courteous and helpful staff, the rooms are large, beds comfortable and overall very clean. We always enjoy the breakfasts with the great variety of items.
We stayed for one night in our way to Colorado, from a very long road trip, we arrived with no reservation and we love this hotel!!! The staff was super friendly, the room was spacious, comfortable, nice decorated and very clean. The pool area was great! We don´t have kids, but we love it anyway! Specially to relax after a long drive and we have it for us since it was late and fortunately close at 11 p.m. Lot of places to eat nearby, great breakfast and complimentary coffee and quick check out, witch we appreciated since we departure early in the morning. Hope we can come back!!! I really recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in Billings!!
We only stayed for one night, but would most definitely stay here again!! The hotel is exquisite and the staff is the most friendly you will ever meet!! I love the way this hotel is set up!! They even have a waterpark for the kiddos!! Most hotels charge extra for this!! Not this one!!!!
Very nice motel with some units where you can park outside your room door. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We put this on our list of places to stay next time in Billings. America restaurant across the street is very convenient and fairly priced.
Easy stay at this Best Western motel. Super clean guest rooms and very quiet. Very nice breakfast service. Internet was good. Front desk service was fast and friendly. My service dog agrees. Will visit again.
A very nice hotel, our room was large, well laid out and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. As a Canadian Armed Forces veteran, it was very nice to receive the military/veterans room rate in the USA. We felt we were very welcome there. The parking was easy to access and well lit after dark. Even though we left before the breakfast was ready, the night staff fixed us up with hot coffee and some muffins for the road. I wish we could have used the amenities this facility offered but our schedule was too tight.
This Best Western is awesome for families. The hotel is very clean, rooms, pool, hot tub, common areas, everything was clean. The beds comfortable. Breakfast is the usual hotel breakfast. Staff were all very courteous. The pool is great with all the activities and the hot tub is actually the perfect temperature, not luke warm like most hotels. Will definitely stay again! If sensitive to noise, avoid rooms close to the pool (200-208 and 300-308) as these rooms are right above pool. The pool does close at 11pm so it wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. Thanks for a providing such a clean place to stay when away from home.
This "lodge style" Best Western is a great place to stay. We experienced clean rooms, friendly staff and a fun time in the pool. The breakfast was great with many food items to choose from. Coffee and refreshing ice water were always available in lobby
Love the bear theme of this hotel! There are cute bears both inside and out and lots of great bear photos. I rode here on my Harley and was very happy to use their bike wash. I love staying at Best Western hotels because they are very bike-friendly. The beds at this hotel were very comfy, the pool area looked great for kids and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!
A halfway point from Glacier. Holly was great at the desk, and check in was smooth. Kids spent the evening at the pool area playing bb. Was able to do a couple loads of laundry after tenting in Glacier National Park. Comfy beds, clean, quiet, breakfast was good as well. Thank you! When we left bikers were washing their bikes in the lot, provided by the motel Next time thru on our bikes we ll be staying!
Stopped here on our way home from the Sturgis Motorcycle rally. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and everytime I looked out and saw the bear carving peaking into our room it made me smile. Breakfast was good and the fitness room had a cable machine which was fairly versatile.
Had a really nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was a fun experience with the slides and other activities. Breakfast area was well stocked and food was very good. Staff was very helpful and made us feel extra welcome.
Our family spent 2 great nights at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Erick at the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked late on a Saturday night after arriving from a different hotel due to a negative experience. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy and the awesome customer service experience continued the next morning and until we left. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection that gives a good start to the day. Would for sure stay here again.
We chose the hotel as it just off of I90. It has a great pool for children which was well beyond expectations. Rooms were clean and great sized. A great family stop over. Free breakfast was a nice bonus with more than enough choices for everyone. A great place to stay in Billings.
We travel full time in an RV and I managed to injure myself on the road and wanted a nice, clean, quiet room with a comfortable mattress and nice bedding to get a good nights rest. Ahhhhh. Other pluses: beautiful lobby, rooms, mini water park, hot tub, dog friendly ??, walking distance to restaurants and a place to park the RV. Oh, did I mention the freshly baked cookies served in the lobby at 5 pm? Good breakfast choices. Top notch hotel! Fair price.
Brought a group up from Idaho to ride the Beartooth Pass. Stayed 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean, neat and a surprise when we walked in. I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and this location has to be in the top 10. Prices were very reasonable. Free breakfast was plentiful.
Traveling with a pet and someone who is handicap is a challenge but this hotel made our stay so much easier! Our dog got a bone when we checked in. The room was so easy to maneuver . The shower even had a bench! Everything was so clean!
My family and myself stayed on our way to Yellowstone and on our way back home! It was our best stay! Friendly staff, great coffee and fabulous rooms! Thank you. Makayla for being a lovely and warm welcome & farewell! Entire staff was beyond what we expected! Will be our stop on our trips out west from now on!! -Blackburn/Burris Families Watford City, ND Overland Park, KS
Very clean and new. The staff is very friendly and were very accommodating when I made a mistake on booking. We stayed in the Big Sky Beauty Suite and it was a great room. The stay made me more acceptable to staying at Best Westerns in the future. Highly recommended for the Billings area.
We stayed for one night on our Montana road trip. I can't say enough good about this place. The staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean. The pool is so much fun. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our kids loved the paw prints throughout. The breakfast was great. The list just goes on!
Exceptional Service by Awesome people. Rooms were very clean, all the interaction from the front desk, to housekeeping personal were absolutely the best! The breakfast selection was exceptional and monitored continually. We didn't use the swimming area but it was full all day long with adults and children. Great location off the freeway. Of all the Best Western hotels I have stayed in, lots in the past 30 years, it is the BEST!
My sister and I got a last minute room here after the first room we booked turned out to be a disaster.... my brother and his family and we were able to get adjoining rooms which was great. The staff was wonderful and treated us so kindly. Our room was not ready when we got there, but they called us when it was. Beds were great, there was a cute little carved bear that was on the railing outside the window of our room that became a photo op buddy for everyone present at one moment or another. The pool area is FANTASTIC-- lots to entertain kids (there were lots there), smelled of chlorine to high levels, so presume it was clean. There was constantly fresh coffee available, and it was good coffee, not watered down ick. Beds were great, slept quite well We did not partake breakfast, but my brothers family did and said it was OK... not great, but OK. Would definitely stay again.
This was our second time staying here (traveled through last year) and I will stay here every time I'm in Billings. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is pet friendly, which was a key point as we had two dogs. I loved that they had some rooms that opened up to the outside and inside, which made it very easy and convenient to take the dogs out and they were given gift treat bags when we checked in. The breakfast was great and whichever employee was working that morning there was amazing. It's the little things that go such a long way and this hotel does all those right things. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
We stopped here on our journey from boulder, CO to whitefish MT. We have 2 young kids and the water park was perfect!! Top it off with free cookies and all was right with the world! Friendly staff, tasty breakfast with lots of options and comfy beds; what more could we need!?
I almost changed my route returning home to stay again. The ladies at the front desk were great. I asked for a ground floor room so I could have my bike just outside. They accomplished me. My room was fantastic. Very modern and most importantly everything was very comfortable. I have stayed at hotels that cost much more and they don't come close to this place. A note to the staff. One of the tables on the front patio needs the bolts tightened. I had a cigar out there and the table was wobbly.
From the moment this Best Western comes into view you felt there is something different here. The bears on the outside and inside added to the difference. This wasn't at all like a typical motel. Just this little extra added to the enjoyment of this location. The good feeling lasted from the moment we arrived until we left. If there is a negative for this location we missed it. Really nice stay. Thanks.
Our family of 6 checked into the Kelly Inn and Suites on Sunday night. The room we had was just perfect for our family with plenty of room, a small kitchenette and a large bathroom which was splendid for our kids from transitioning from clothing to swimming suites multiple times during our stay. The hotel POOL is one of the best we have ever used..."This is the best hotel ever" was a direct quote from my 3 year old. The LARGE kid-friendly pool area was a blast and made for hours upon hours of entertainment for our family. The hotel is nearby great restaurants and places to eat as a family, and the complimentary breakfast was just perfect as well. 5 star review from the staff, the service, the cleanliness and everything else you'd expect from a great hotel property! Keep up the great work BW Kelly Inn.
My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Seattle and this was an excellent hotel. Our rate was reasonable. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible from I-90 at Exit 447. And there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby for added convenience. We will definitely stay here again
Very friendly and helpful staff. We did not have a reservation. The young lady at the front desk helped us at check in. Continental breakfast was very decent. The pool looked like a great place for kids to swim. Hotel was mostly full and the room and hallways were quiet. Very grateful to find such hospitality and quiet respite from the road
We love this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, right on a walking trail, and is very welcoming to our pets. We love the non-carpeted flooring in the pet-friendly rooms, that is a nice touch. The pet fee and the room rates in general are very reasonable. This hotel feels like a much more expensive hotel to us. We stay here twice a year as we drive our pets between Montana and Oklahoma. We wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else.
Great hotel. It has an especially nice, kid-friendly pool...we spent a lot of time there. Easy access off the highway, but back enough to not be really loud. I liked that the windows open for fresh air. The beds were very comfortable! It is near several fast food restaurants and easy access to other areas of town. We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is a favorite in Billings, especially with the kids as the pool is so nice and fun.
Very nice visit. You have an excellent Breakfast. I was glad to see a tiny freezer in frig to freeze my small bottles of water for my ice chest, for my travels the next day. A very comfortable bed too. !
We stayed here on a very busy weekend when all the hotels were packed. The room was comfortable and the staff was great. The best part for pet owners is that there is a nice paved walkway along the road in back of the hotel. Without a doubt this is the best place to stay with a dog. The drawback--or not--is that there is a waterpark type pool and so you get lots of kids. Not my liking, but this would be a plus for a family. It is on the edge of town, so you definitely have to drive to go anywhere, but that is not a big deal in Billings.
We enjoyed a wonderful night after a long day of driving. Excellent reception, fine bed with excellent linens, cute bears in may places giving charm to the facility. Fortunately, the were carved bears and not live ones. Each had a name and loved by the employees. Great stay.
You can pay more elsewhere...but why! Easy access from the interstate, good food close by, quite, clean, roomy and the overall atmosphere and design were very Montana and the staff was super beyond compare.
Very Welcoming clean and very family orientated. They take really good care of all their guests and make sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend this establishment if your coming through Billings.
We absolutely loved the Best Western Plus- Kelly Inn. The hotel in itself is decorated so beautiful. It was a rustic lodge theme. There's even cute (wooden)black bears all over the hotel. They offer a great breakfast in the morning, cookies (at 5 PM), and they even have pet friendly rooms. The pool is a kids dream with the slides and rope obstacle. We also loved that the room we stayed in didn't have carpet. My kids are sensitive to carpet, so it was great for us. Another plus was that they offer DirecTV. We loved having a variety of channels to watch while we relaxed after the pool. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they love making the guest feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back :)
The overall stay was amazing but price was a little high compared to the surrounding hotels. The pool was very large and the kids had fun. The only bad part about the pool is that you have to wear wristbands which means you cannot have guests come visit.
Traveling with pet so outside door access to our room was a great feature. Also no carpet on floors so it made for easy cleanup of paw prints. Quiet rooms with great linens and covers on the bed. The decor is cute lodge like. We enjoyed our brief stay here
Only got to stay at this hotel for a few hours of rest before overseas flight. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool looked amazing but didn't have a chance to use it. Maybe the next time I will. Also didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.
In the middle of a three night stay here. We have loved every minute. Easy check in with a very friendly host (Holly). They even allowed us to ship a box to the hotel first so we didn't have to pay international shipping and had it ready for us when we arrived! Breakfast is good and the kids pool is suuuuper fun. Water is warm and it's very kid friendly. Our 4 and 7 year old want to swim all day, and I kind of do too with the basketball hoop and basketballs. Hotel is in prime spot just off interstate but quick access to all shopping. It's been dead quiet in the evenings, no loud noises and the beds are soft. Don't look anywhere else, this is your place to stay!
This is the second time we have stayed at this Best Western. I will sta her again. My next trip is in July, I hope to stay here again. Very friendly staff, clean hotel, nice rooms. Lots of restaurants in the area to goose from. Close to the highway .....15 minutes from Billings airport.
Service was excellent! Holly Huss was particularly knowledgeable and personally helped us obtain padlocks for our trailer. Comfortable room, great breakfast, fun pool, no pet fees! We are definitely staying here next year!
We've stayed here three years in a row. The staff is very friendly, and the pool is great as it has leap pads, a small slide and other fun features. The continental breakfast is great. Recommend to all!
This is the second time we stayed at this location and enjoyed ourselves both times. The property is clean and has a wonderful and helpful staff. I love being able to sit in the lobby area after breakfast by the fireplace. This last visit was the best...cold and snowy outside and we were warm and cozy inside :)
Stayed here 3 nights to visit family over the holidays. Friendly staff, room was very clean and beds comfortable. The rooms were quiet and warm. Breakfast was fine and area very clean. Didn't use the pool but looked great. Positive experience. Silly things that don't affect rating but would be nice: tissue box empty and never replaced and toilet paper is super cheap-very noticeable and makes the hotel seem cheaper than it is.
After a day of tuff travel this is a great place to spend the night. Kids will love the indoor water park. A very handy location just off of the interstate and one longish days travel from Spokane. Close to downtown too.
Great place to stay. The little peeping bears are a fun touch. Thanks for the bottle of water at check out. jroiwejrwerjweprjwepwerpweup[weirpweir[pwerip[weri[poriwe[prwe[poiwe[piwepweipoweir[pweoip[weirweporweproiwe[priweporiwep[riweporiepriweprfwepfuasl;jl;sdfgjpri[weopriqwe[poriqwe[priqwe-
My mom and I and her small dog stayed here shortly before Christmas 2017. We were traveling to see family, the roads were horrible, and we were so happy to have a place to crash for the night. Staff was friendly and welcoming, room wasn't overly fancy, but clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor and appreciated the outside door so my mom's dog could be taken out without having to run down the hall inside the hotel. Breakfast was great - both hot and cold items. There seemed to be a bowling tournament going on above us at 2AM, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We would definitely stay again! Added bonus: cute “cabin” decor and little bears climbing the balconies!
This is a must stay at, and select room 211, the Grand Suite. It is always where we stay when heading East or West on I-90. We especially like the room decor with it's western theme. But service and quality is the main attraction.
the Best Western Kelly Inn was a excellent place to stay it was close to dinning, shopping and the highway. Had only a few problems, no do not disturb sign in room, 1 lamp was missing a bulb and the water pressure went up and down. All the staff were friendly and competent
Great hotel with friendly staff and perfect amenities for our small dog. Dog walking areas are close by, well lighted and safe. Breakfast area was super clean and above average for the many breakfast choices to select from. Coffee is superb!
It is a nice, quiet, convenient place to stay with a good pool for kids. Love it's pet friendly. We are pretty regular and the girls got used to the cookies at night....but they haven't had them lately with is actually a real bummer!
Check in process made me feel welcome.. I slept better at Kelly Inn better then a have in a long time at any other location. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. My cleaning lady did and outstanding job and was very friendly. Most of the time the cleaning crew doesn't say much, mine was a sweat woman so and good at her job. I did leave her a $30 tip for the great job she does....
Enjoyed a couple of days in Billings for my husband's birthday. Have frequented this hotel many times in the past and would recommend to others. Clean and attractive facility, with great staff. Easy on and off interstate and good parking. Cabela's and Sam's Club close by.
Just on a drive through from Georgia to Washington (!!!)... had to make the drive twice and on both trips stayed at a Best Western Plus whenever I could because they have nice, clean rooms and wonderful beds!
Very comfortable hotel during extended stay on business, quiet at night, good work out facility and pool. Loved fresh baked cookies in the evening and soup or chili for the days I worked late which was 99% of the time, close to the industrial plants if you are in town working at one of them
Great location for young children. Excellent pool and water playground. Room was spacious. We had a suite that easily accommodated 5 people, a table for games, and 2 arm chairs for relaxing. Wifi did not drop.
For Business travelers a great location to get off and on the interstate and visit Billings, for pleasure it allows access to the sites of Billings without fighting a lot of the traffic. A real bonus is its proximity to Cabala's and some great restaurants like Gusik's!
Always a plesaure to stay here! It is where we normally stay when we are in Billings.Friendly staff, clean facility, good location. It is pet friendly which is a must for us. The pet friendly rooms are nice and clean, no smell or icky floors unlike other places! The price is right. The decor is very nice.Pool, waterslide and hot tub are nice too. Breakfast is always good too. Can't say enough good things about it!
We stayed for one night passing through Billings on the basis of the TA ratings. We were not disappointed. We did not know about the layout of the hotel but were happy to be assigned to a first floor room: all the convenience of a park-at-your-door mom and pop motel and all the convenience of interior corridors. Bringing the luggage in could not be easier, and we loved it. What we didn't love when we arrived in our room was the frantically barking dog that was so loud it seemed to be in the room with us. We promptly were given another room. I really liked the room layout and decor - it felt really spacious, and I liked not having carpet. The furnishings were nice, although the sofa was a bit worn. Unfortunately, and as the barking dog should have warned me, the walls here are quite thin, and we spent the evening listening to the family in the room next door. Fortunately they went to sleep around 10:30. Breakfast was all right but not special, and check out couldn't be any easier: leave the keys in the room and walk out the door to your car. We will stay here again, but I'll try to figure out something to minimize room noise.
The Billings Best Western Kelly Inn and Suites is an excellent place to stay when traveling in eastern Montana. They supply a quality experience at a reasonable price. They are pet friendly and have always taken great care of us on vacation as well as business
The a.c. didn't work the inside door wouldn't open with the key card the front desk clerk had to let me into my room the internet didn't work and the dryers wouldn't completely dry your clothes. The staff didn't fix anything and wouldn't move me to another room. I stayed two nights won't stay again.
The pool area is great for kids! With the entire pool being shallow, even "non-swimmers" can wade around and be involved in the activities. The breakfast area is great and the staff were very friendly!
I am driving cross country from the east coast to the west coast after a day of site seeing, i had to pull over and i found this gem along the way. What a great place to stay very quiet, the hotel staff is great and friendly, the main lobby reminds me of something out of a magazine. The rooms are great very clean and large, indoor pool on site and plenty of parking. And the way the hotel is decorated will put a smile on your face, throw in a great breakfast which was better then most.
Located near I 90, takes a bit of bobbing and weaving to get there as it is not right next to exit 446, but close; lots of fast food eateries nearby, 4Bs Restaurant in a Casino next door, otherwise a drive to anything nicer. It's a very nice lodge-like property that offers a great pool for families and a nice sitting area for breakfast. The hotel offers warm cookies at 5, a shuttle to and from the airport (call first and expect a 15+ minute wait) and a breakfast bag if your flight is early AM. All in all, the only downside is the location in the middle of what appears to be an industrial park. If you can overlook that it's well worth the price.
The staff are very helpful and the lobby is comfy and clean. The rooms are well put together, though lack of accessible power outlets can cause some difficulty. I've stayed here a number of times and anticipate staying again in the future.
We were on the road visiting the western states for 3 weeks, staying only at BW'S. This hotel had by far was the most attractive, both outside and inside of any place we stayed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although we didn't use the pool, the kids that were using it were really enjoying themselves. We were assigned a ground floor room as requested since we have a service dog in training. The ground floor rooms were designed with a door at each end of the room allowing us to exit to the parking lot or down the hallway to the front desk. The breakfast had a whole variety of food and was available in a beautiful dining room. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in the area.
Really liked the Western Theme of decor in lobby and room Swimming area was a great place for kids. There were slides, , and water falls and it was a great family place. Location was near gas stations, restaurants, and easy access to freeway. Very quiet
Cannot come up with any improvements or changes for recommendations as everything was superb. From the staff to the grounds and rooms everything was as should be expected and will continue to stay at this location in our future travels to the west coast.
The exterior of the hotel is cute with bears sitting or hanging around. The rooms don't reflect what the exterior is portraying but maybe that is to come. The hear/air are right next to the bed so the noise and blowing are right near you while trying to sleep. If the layout of the room was reversed, it would be more comfortable. The room had a sofa and was large. The bathroom could use updating as could the towels. It was clean and comfortable so I would still recommend staying there.
Extremely pet friendly and extremely clean for allowing pets. Even with pets staying at the hotel, you could not hear any noise from them. My room was very clean and fresh smelling. I have a beagle and she picks up every scent imaginable but never sniffed throughout the room. RARE!!
had a ton of fun! Great pool, lots of fun! Friendly service and nice breakfast spread. odd odor in the room but otherwise clean. The pool hours were also great as they were from 6am to 11pm which in other places we have had to wait until 10 to get into the pool. Perfect stay for a family with young children.
Very nice, quiet location near the interstate. There is a 4-Bs Restraurant next door. Adequate parking and very friendly helpful staff. A very nice pool and an excercise room. The Breakfast was very nice with a choice of items for special dietary needs. Thank you!
Location was great. Hotel lobby/breakfast area and room were very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (We were trying to decide on proceeding to Glacier National Park or cancel due to wildfires). The free breakfast offered quality fresh fruit (which is very nice), was well presented, and fresh. Our room and bed was extremely comfortable - had a couch besides the bed. We were traveling with a pet, so we could not get a top floor room - husband is a very light sleeper - so I always recommend a top floor room - from the noise above perspective. We found the hotel very quiet and peaceful. Handy for the dog. There is a family restaurant next door, you can just walk over, which is very convenient if you're tired. Would definitely stay again. Although I found the room price to be a bit high, there was no additional pet fee, which is unusual. We were very pleased with our choice. Thank you!
We chose THIS Best Western hotel in Billings, MT because it were affordable. When we arrived it was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. During our stay, we found the rooms were clean, had good coffee, toilets flushed good, and the bathroom had a good exhaust fan (leading to less humidity build-up in the bathroom). Free wi-fi was also a plus. The whole crew was very kind, honest and accommodating. Please thank Kirsten for being so nice and helping us with our check-out. On a side note: Earlier in the evening, I had tried booking a room at the Best Western Hotel in Gardiner, MT and the person at the counter told me that they had just raised their prices that weekend. I believe I was being lied to as the town was very busy with people coming from Yellowstone and barely any hotel rooms available. I believe they were taking advantage of the consumer as they wanted almost $300 to stay 1 night so I drove to Billings, MT and am glad I did.
The hotel staff ensures every guest is treated like family. You are greeted at the door with a smile and friendly conversation. Snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning are like you are visiting family. The staff is quick to ensure any problems are seamlessly resolved.
Wow! Love the Bear theme! The pool is a children's paradise. Hot tub was hot and strong. Room was super clean, everything worked. 24/7 coffees & Teas. Breakfast was a standard affair but plenty and hot. Tables were clean. Hotel employees were all nice and attending. LOL! The elevator has to be one of the slowest and...the staircases are arranged differently. We'll stay here again.
Clean, comfortable, and safe. Say Hi to Iris on the front desk she will make your stay a pleasure. Easy on and off the Interstate. Check out the Bears on the windows. One of the nicer places to stay in Billings.
Clean, comfortable, and safe. Front desk lady, Iris, makes your stay a pleasure. Good location, easy on/off interstate. Very quiet staff helpful. Check out the Bears on the windows. If it had a lounge it would be perfect.
Friendly and efficient staff, quiet clean room, easy check-in and express checkout. Great hot breakfast items including freshly made coffee and waffles. Was close to interstate 90 and easy to find while driving.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The property is bear themed with wooden bears "climbing" on the terraces. The rooms are spacious with plenty of drawers and a refrigerator. The staff were very warm and inviting upon arrival. Throughout our two night stay each time we passed a staff member they would engage us in conversation. There is a mini water park in the pool area which is great for kids. My kids loved it. Great location. Close to restaurants, hiking, the zoo and more. They have a great breakfast which that is good for adults and children. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely stay again should we be in this area again. A+!
They had Water Park type pool area that was great for kids. For the adults a nice very clean hot tub. Our room had a fireplace and a large jacuzzi tub and was very clean and modern. The location was also great and very close to the zoo
Really nice place, our room was ground floor, handicap, we could park right in front of our room and carry in our luggage, which was nice. The room was good size, no carpet, guess it was pet friendly. What was nice was we could go out the other door to the inside hallway to walk to the breakfast room. Nice breakfast room and good choice of hot and cold breakfast foods. It was cute on the outside, a floor or two above us were carved wooden bears climbing up. Also we could walk to the restaurant right next door, that was a plus too! We did have a little hard time finding the hotel, as saw the big Sign coming in for Kelley Inn on a billboard, WRONG one, so had to back track one exit!!
Love this hotel, great breakfast, pets are welcome! Lovely pool, great decor, western themed! Close to shopping, dining, the interstate. We have stayed here before and we will be back. Great family hotel!
Pros: pleasant staff, very good included breakfast, first floor interior hallway door and convenient exterior door to parking area. Cons: facility and room appointments have not been updated for the 10 years we have stopped annually. As the facility appearance has degraded, the room prices have increased.
We absolutely love staying at this hotel! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Matt and Errick are wonderful to be greeted by after a long day. The hotel décor is very inviting and relaxing.
What a beautiful hotel with a pool that is superb for the children as well as adults to enjoy! It is so much more than just an ordinary pool! I would highly recommend this hotel for a family gathering!
Convenient, close to I-90, new, clean, parking, (may leave car at motel and travel), close to Kings Mall, and several restaurants. Friendly staff. Ground level rooms with inside and outside doors for convenient access to auto to load luggage. Gas stations close by, as in a quick stop for an egg McMuffin for an early start....
Very satisfied. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pet friendly- lots of outdoor grass, poop bags. door from room outside for easy pet outdoor access. Nice hardwood floors in room, comfortably room overall. The pool area was fabulously fun.
We stopped over in Billings at the end of our vacation. After a long day on the road, the amazing pool was a real treat for the kids and grown ups! The pool is the centerpiece of the hotel and for good reason. It's a mini waterpark and and is large enough for several families to be inside at once without having to be touching one another in the pool. We had a King room with a sofa bed. We paid the extra $10 (which I don't agree with) for a roll away cot. There was no indication at the time of booking that this would be an extra fee. Anyway, there was ample space in the room for the additional bed. There was a microwave and a small fridge in the room. The beds were all quite comfortable. The room, the hotel and the pool area were all very clean. The hotel is located near a variety of restaurants and a short drive from others. There is a gas station and other amenities within driving and walking distance. The hotel staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Hot and cold choices, including waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, eggs, fruit, etc. The exercise room leaves a lot to be desired. I make use of these facilities at every hotel I stay at and chose not to because of the small space and the lack of decent equipment - possibly one of the worst exercise rooms I've seen in a Best Western. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend the spot for families.
The room was ready before check in time but elevator not working. They were very gracious with letting us sit in lobby and wait. My husband went upstairs and took a short nap. They offered to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor but we told them that was not necessary. We left our cars with them while on a vacation. It was great. They took us to the airport and picked us up after we returned to Billings. We stayed again when we returned and will stay there again in the near future!
Thanks to Trip Advisor we found this kid friendly, pet friendly wwonderful hotel on our way thru Billings MT! It was Perfect for weary travelers, restaurants nearby, no pet fee, fast checkout, indoor and outdoor entry plus a super breakfast!! Everything was first rate, friendly staff and great amenities.
We stayed here for 3 nights in August and it was fabulous. Cookies in the lobby when we came in. Nicely stocked breakfast area (I could have done without the TV, but I get many people like to get their news over breakfast). The soda machines were well stocked and an attraction within themselves. The kids (12, 13, and 9) loved the pool area and water features. My youngest has sensory issues and so getting him into the pool helps him regulate and become so much more enjoyable to be around. I was a little worried it would be too shallow from the pics but it was perfect (1 foot deep and the shallowest and 3.5 feet at the deepest, I believe). Not an option for swimming laps, but perfect the the kids or parents with a refreshing dip.
Very nice stay clean, comfortable bed,we had a jacuzzi in our room. They had a nice pool and an excellent continental breakfast. Another nice feature was it had a very nice Montana flare. Friendly people and kid friendly. Highly recommend
Clean, friendly and helpful staff, reasonably prices. Have stayed with children before and they love the pool and slide. I left my keys in the room and staff contacted me to notify that they were mailing my keys to me. Went above and beyond. They are always helpful when I have stayed with children or while on business. I would recommend this as a place to stay no matter what your reason for staying. The rooms are larger and quiet and the pillows are soft.
OK. Friendly service, good standard rooms. A bit old and old (mountain) style - nothing modern about this hotel. Nice indoor pool with fun facilities for kids. Poor breakfast - no coco/Ovaltine drinks for kids, just coffee or tea.
This was a fun hotel, unique and definitely makes you feel like you are in Big Sky Country! Everything was great, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and well stocked until closing time. Staff was courteous and professional. Pool had a play area for kids...awesome for kids to have fun and play. Rate was a bit high for us at this Best Western. We normally receive military rate from all our hotels, but was told they don't offer that rate to military during the summer months. Overall, a nice place to stay.
This was a surprising hotel reservation. The staff is absolutely great and friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave. Quaint rustic wilderness theme. Cookies on front desk were a nice treat. We didn't use it, but the pool area with slides and stuff look nice for families. Definitely recommend.
This hotel is awesome! The staff are super friendly and very helpfull. The hotel accepted pets and was close to a beautiful park. There were a couple of choices close for food at dinner time. We chose Popeyes and brought it back to our room. The room and bed were fine and no issue with our dog.
We loved that our hotel room opened to the outside as well as into the hallway. Staff was so helpful, even providing us a map of all ice cream shops in Billings when we asked where we could find an ice cream shop. Location was great, very close to downtown without being downtown and very close to the freeway. Laundry facilities were a big plus.
I was so impressed by the quality of the Best Western Kelly Inn and Suites in Billings, MT. Upon check in I was greeted so nicely. Our room was a theme suite and my wife and daughter were so impressed by the size and the appointed décor of the room. The pool was very impressive and we all enjoyed the breakfast and the items available. Great place to stay.
We always enjoy our stay here and would highly recommend:) Warm and cozy! Very welcoming environment:) The staff are awesome and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is everything you need:)
This was a super find. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room. Clean and cool. Truly dog friendly from check in treats to lovely, clean grass areas, to no charge for pets (unlike some other Best Westerns and Marriotts!!!!). Cookies at 5 were an unexpected treat. Breakfast was a bit better than some chains. The best fresh fruit selection I have seen with huge, fresh apples, clementines and bananas. Guest laundry well maintained and only $1.25 a load. We did not use the Water play area but it looked like fun for grown ups and kids who were in there. Northwoods lodge decor and a huge stone fireplace in the lobby. My husband said this was one of the best stays we have had in a chain property.
Clean spacious rooms, good breakfast and fun pool for kids, close to good shopping, gas, and dining. Decor was right for the area. Staff gave me the rewards rate even though I was not a member. I'd stay her again.
Loved this place. Staff was really friendly, answered all my questions and helped us out when we needed trailer parking (for no extra fee). The clerk also put us in a 1st floor room to help with trailer unloading. I really like the inside - outside access to the room. Kids loved the pool area. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
First off there was hair in both beds and all over in the tub. And room was not vaccumed because there was still stuff on floor. I let the front desk know they did nothing about it so I am very dissatisfied
Spent one night. Our car rental reservation was cancelled. Hotel shuttle picked us up from airport. Matt helped us to brainstorm options for transportation. Extremely professional and helpful! Beds super comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Can't say enough good things about their helpfulness (especially Matt).
This hotel is beautiful. The décor on the hotel and in the rooms is fantastic. It is located next to a very good restaurant & in an ideal location close to the interstate. The rooms were very nice & the breakfast was also very good. A wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
Stayed here in the middle of a cross-country move. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, the facility is really nice and the restaurant next door was a plus. But mainly the clean sheets and big bed felt heavenly!
I really enjoyed this hotel. I had stayed once before and I will definitely stay here again, The staff was very personable and kind. My room was clean, comfortable and I enjoyed the nature photos and motifs throughout the hotel. The location is very comfortable for travel. I was travelling with a broken ankle and was so pleased to have such a comfortable stay.
This was by far one of the best hotels we'd stayed in on this trip! Friendly staff, very clean, swimming pool was fun and breakfast was tasty and fresh! Highly recommend it! Decor was warm and very representative of mid-western decor!
We always stay at this hotel when we go to billings and it's always a wonderful stay. Everyone who works there is great. The rooms are always very clean. Breakfast is great wide choice of options. Highly recommend this hotel
The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn in Billings , Mt. was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly, The rooms were clean, the furnishings were updated and the beds were comfortable. They also had a pool that was great for our grand kids with water slides, small water canons for spraying each other and other items to make sure everyone got very wet. The breakfast had a good selection of items and tasted very good.
We had such a nice stay at this hotel. Loved the décor, and staff was so friendly! Rooms were large and clean, bedding was nice, and loved the pillows. The breakfast room was kept up well and good choices were available. You will not be sorry you choose this as an overnight stop.
Great hotel, we pulled in last minute and they had a room. Very friendly and kind staff. Rooms were great. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was nice. We would stay here again, and we would recommend this to people. We had just come off a 10 day vacation and this was the last hotel we stayed at on our drive, and we all thought this was the nicest one of the 4 hotels. We wished this was our hotel the whole time.
This hotel was great! I stayed with my parents who were in their late 60s and my 4 & 2 yr old. We came from out of town and I called to see if we could check in a bit early. Holly was very nice and made it work for us. The room was super clean. No complains at all. The pool/water area was fabulous. The tile was slippery but that's to be expected. The boys had a blast. The continental breakfast was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!
We arrived after a long drive from Rapid City tired. Check in was quick and friendly. Staff were nice and the breakfast was great. Rooms were great and beds were just like at off. Spent one night and off to Yellowstone on the Beartooth Byway.
We stayed with our grandsons on our way to our daughter's in Wyoming. The boys,7 and 14, loved the pool. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was yummy. I (grammy) especially loved the Seattle's Best coffee both in the room and in the breakfast area. On our way back to Canada, my husband and I decided not to drive as far as we had originally intended to because we wanted to stay here again. The staff were helpful and friendly.
I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years while I'm in town for the Yellowstone Valley Kennel Club dog shows. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and it has a nice area to exercise the dogs. This hotel is also quite, easy to get off and on the interstate and just a nice overall pleasant stay!
Love the hotel. Love the evening cookies. I wish the breakfast would have real eggs and better quality bacon and sausage. One of my favorite hotels inBillings. I can't wait for the new restaurant across the street to open. The only reason we don't stay there every time we are in Billings is the fact there wasn't a good restaurant in walking distance.
Clean rooms and overall, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast including fresh frui and a fun pool area with slide. The location was a little tricky to find but the good thing about this is that the hotel is not near a busy street.
On the way from Coast to Coast, we were very pleased with the welcome and quality of accommodation by the BW-Plus Kelly Inn & Suites in Billings, MT. Excellent value for the price Plus a caring staff; from booking on the phone while on the way to departing rested, fed and ready to move on westwards ....
We were getting tired and wanted to get off the road. Lucky for us we found this hotel. We were greeted by a friendly young lady named Holly and she made sure we had a room on the first floor so we could see our motorcycles, which we could park right outside our door. Also, the hotel has a place you can wash your motorcycle!!!!.This hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast was better than most.
My family stayed here for a week at the beginning of June. We were in the process of moving here permanently and waiting for our house and household goods to become available to us. We arrived very late at night and Errick at the front desk made check-in so easy. He was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We enjoyed swimming in the pool a few times and found it to be fun and well-maintained. The decor around the entire facility gave it a nice extra touch. The most important feature though, was the excellent staff...from the front desk, to the breakfast area, to the cleaning crew, everyone we met was happy and helpful. No complaints here...a great place to stay!
Loved the lodge look. Very enjoyable stay.Good breakfast. Big comfortable rooms. Pool was more suited to little kids. More like a water park. But it had a good hot tub and my daughter liked it. The staff were very helpful locating restaurants and shopping.
If you are traveling through Billings. this is the place to stay. Great in every way. Convenient location, great decor, excellent breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, beautiful pool, nearby dining, quiet.
From driving onto the property and until leaving one has the feeling of a great hotel. Perfect staff, perfect room and of course a geat breakfast. Everything looked a feeled fresh and new. If we only had our granddaughters with us they would have gone wild in the pool with all the equipment to make a childs day. It appeared all the kids were having a great time of it in the pool and play area. One should try the restaurant next door.
A great experience. Bed was outstanding. Love the lower level outside entrance. Staff was outstanding. Location was very handy. Love this place.Express checkout was a plus. Pool was busy, great for kids and adults. Hotel was very clean.
Very attentive staff, clean rooms, great pool area for those with small children, convenient location. Surrounded by fast food options (KFC, McDs, Dairy Queen, Subway, BK, Sports Bar with AWESOME food) and multiple gas stations right off the Interstate.
Loved the little bears decor especially the ones on the outside of the building. Room was very clean, lots of very soft towels. Would have been nice to have some conditioner...but no big deal. We didnt use the swimming pool but some kids we talked to said it was great fun...spraying fountains, water slide, climbing nets over the water etc. Our room was not near the pool so it wasn't noisy at all The breakfast left something to be desired ...not bad...not good! Staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night but it was enjoyable. I would stay here again. Would ask for one of the " bear" rooms next Time!
We stayed here on our way to Glacier National Park. Everything there was so wonderful I did not want to leave! Our room was very big and had a jetted tub. We were next to the elevator but never heard it at all. It was in a good location and everyone was very helpful. The décor of the room was great as well as the largest bathroom I have ever seen!!! The beds were way to comfortable and the shower was even better. I am stopping back there on our way back and can't wait. The only problem I encountered was the pool - if you are a adult- forget it, this is a kid friendly pool only and you take your life in your hands when you go in there!
I like to stay at Best Western Plus when I am on the road. When the price is right. I really enjoy the breakfast, inside pool and the inside exercise rooms, the give me inspiration to make a choice to work out or not.
We stayed at this hotel after a long day of driving and it was absolutely perfect for the kids to wind down after being cooped up in the car all day. The mini water park was awesome and kept them entertained for over an hour. The room was spacious with plenty of room for a family of four and a dog. I appreciated having a room with outdoor access for late night outings for the dog. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of options for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We have stayed at your motel since our daughter Isabella was a toddler. She is now 12-years old. It's totally safe there, we are very happy & feel safe with everyone just friendly always. We love the look, the food, the workers!
This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. The pool is so kid friendly and we have enjoyed it every time. My kids love to stay here. The one thing we didn't like was that the ground floor room we had this time had vinyl flooring and not carpet and it was cold to walk on. It is quiet to stay at.
This hotel is conveniently located with easy access, which is welcomed after a long days drive. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and professional. The room on the third floor was huge and quite quiet. The pool area is a kids dream, but we like only a hot tub. And during our stay there were not too many chlildren running and sreaming. Which made it nice. All in all, I would stay here again.
We stayed here one night on 6/9/17. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the decoration looked good, the breakfast was standard with cold and hot food and very good, the check in was fast and the staff was helpful. We were on the second floor, when we opened the curtain and saw a bear on the window, it was so fun to see it even though it was fake.:) When we were leaving, the staff asked me if I left the bear behind the window, she was so friendly and funny. Great experience!
awsome we had a comfortable stay and the food was awsome .the building was clean and well maintained. we cam =e to town for a concert with garth brooks it made a comforatable day trip good. whhy so many words to fill in
This hotel lives up to all it advertises - you will not be disappointed. Clean, updated, comfortable rooms; every staff member available to help you at a moment's notice. The pool area is a child's dream.
The only place I will stay in Billings! From the staff to the pool this hotel is great. I asked my grandkids what was the best part of our vacation. Their answer was "THEPOOL". Clean comfortable rooms and the fresh hot cookies everyday are an added bonus!
My husband and I have stayed here at least 3 times within the past year and a half...visiting our son who now works in Billings. This hotel is the best...It is clean, good breakfasts, and the best brewed morning coffee you can imagine. The staff at the desk are always friendly, most helpful, and professional. We have early return flights, and the guy who Picks us up ..greeted us on time, with a smile, and so friendly at 4:30am. We love staying here and appreciate all they do to make it an enjoyable Hotel visit.
Love this hotel. My kids love the pool. It's always clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is always good and I would like to thank the lady who works very hard in the kitchen. It is always busy and she is right on top of making sure the food is warm, fresh, and plentiful!
Friendly staff, amazing pool for kids, fresh cookies, great, varied breakfast. They were organized, prompt and the rooms were plenty spacious. It is also centrally located within a mile of many restaurants and coffee shops. We had a refreshing stop on a very long journey. Thank you!
Pros: Play pool, hot tub, laundry, fitness center, breakfast, location Cons: None Stayed here May 15, 2017, with my wife on a business trip. Perfect location without any road noise. Room was quite comfortable with a good bed and refrigerator. The pool is a play land for kids, and there is a hot tub in the same area. Not ideal if you don't like kids, but it was quiet when we went in after 9pm. There is a walking trail behind the hotel that I used for my morning run, but discovered it is less than 1 mile long. Still, better than just streets. Staff was very nice and professional.
We stay in this motel every time we go through Billings. They treat us like family and everyone goes beyond to help us. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. It is in a nice location close to the interstate.
We didn't stay here long, one night as we were passing through to our final destination, but the hotel is super cute, had a great breakfast and was pet friendly. The only downfall I could say, and I know booking through a third party site doesn't always guarantee the best rooms, but we were on the second level about mid way down the hall, which made it difficult to get my dog in and out of the hotel. Otherwise, room was very clean and large and was in a nice location just off the highway.
Nicest pet room we've had ever. Love the giant TV. Nice touch. There are cheaper places to stay in Missoula but I reccomend spending little extra for this property. Best beds, big TV, and pets rooms on bottom floor by the back door. Comfy
This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we love it more with each visit. They have an excellent attitude toward pets, it is a beautiful hotel, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The surrounding area includes a nice fitness center with great drop-in rates and a walking path, both of which we appreciate. We love this hotel.
Very friendly would definitely stay again breakfast was great area was clean felt safe. Rooms are big and clean had no problem at all Internet was good pool and hot tub are awesome give this hotel a10
We stay at this hotel every time we travel to Billings or the surrounding area. The staff is awesome the rooms are excellent! They are always very accommodating and even if they are busy they always greet you with a smile! We travel with kids and dogs at times and we have never had a problem or issues. Love this place!!
We always look forward to and enjoy our stay at the Kelly Inn whenever we are in Billings. I especially appreciate the comfortable soft beds and many cozy pillows. The breakfast is exceptional. We are always treated like royalty!
We stopped at the BW in Billings on night during a cross country drive. The hotel has a fun energy. We are two 65+ adults, there were many families with children, and the room was quiet! The pool was set up to make all have fun and feel welcome. The outside and inside decor was welcoming and made me smile. I'm so glad we stopped here!
There was a very nice and helpful staff. The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was very good with a great variety. My daughter had a great time in the pool! It was a great stay and very affordable!!
I was very impressed with the employees and overall stay at this hotel. I wish there were more healthy options to eat at breakfast, as well as a fan in the fitness room as it got hot when exercising. Room got quite a bit of outside noise from other guests. Overall, clean, comfortable, great stay!
This was a really great hotel with awesome fun swim/play area for the kids. Though some of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be bothered by us. We had ordered pizza since we were in town to visit family and asked if we could eat in the lobby/breakfast area. We were rudely told no as they didn't want to have to clean the area again. After some persuasion from my Aunt, they allowed us to use their conference room. It all worked out, but they could have been a little bit nicer and accommodating. We also really loved the hardwood flooring in the bedrooms, it made it seem so clean.
Due to circumstances beyond our control we were advised to leave Billings due to an impending spring snowstorm. Lacrosse tournament organizers advised everyone in Attendance to leave town . Tried working with desk staff and they were unwilling to work with us and instead stated that they must charge us for another full night. Certainly within the letter of the contract for staying with them but not very customer friendly. Will not stay at a Best Western Hotel again. Other chains have been more accommodating for similar circumstances. My advice stay with a large national chain like Hilton or Marriott.
We are traveling through Billings to Butte and needed a place for the night. After being told another hotel would not give us the non-smoking room or crib for our son that we had requested/reserved and were told to find another hotel at 1am, we walked into Best Western. The manager on duty at the desk was very welcoming and happily gave us a crib and helped us with everything we needed. Every employee we interacted with had a smile on their face and asked if we needed anything. The room was very clean, and very comfortable. The crib was delivered to the room and fit with more than plenty of room to get around it and enjoy the very large room. The breakfast was great, had everything we needed/wanted and more. The pool area, although we didn't have time to use it, looked amazing. It had a slide and looked like a small water park! We wish we could have stayed longer and been able to use the pool! We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever in Billings again!
This was probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in for the cost. It is very clean, service was great, and the included breakfast included a variety, including meat and eggs. The pool and hot tub were also a good amenity. We liked the hard floors in the rooms also, seemed like it is probably much cleaner than carpet.
We stayed at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn in Billings, loved having outdoor entrance plus hall entrance. Staff was very attentive, nice pool and business area. Small continental breakfast but for us very satisfactory. Hostess kept everything full and right there to help if needed. Comfortable beds and great coffee pot.
This is one of our favorite Best Westerns. The outside decor, rooms, staff and amenities are top notch. The breakfast fare is the best - REAL eggs, sausage and all the bread products you could want, check-in and out, very easy and accommodating.
This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when traveling to the Billings area. Very courteous, pleasant, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Easy access on and off the interstate and close to restaurants and shopping.
We stayed here during a buisness trip & found this Best Western very comfortable. The decor was charming & we loved the little black bear that looked through our outside window. Our room was clean & comfortable. It would be nice to have the TV mounted on the wall so it wasn't so low. I like that the A/C was quiet & you had the option of leaving the fan on. Loved that! Breakfast was your basic fare for a hotel but lots of options. We also liked the location as you could access all the main areas of Billings easily. We would stay here again. I liked staying on the third floor. Oh & there is a gas station close by, very convienent.
When we arrived in our room after midnight we found a closet full of used dirty towels from previous guest. Sheets where dirty more then likely from previous guest, there was a used cigarette butt in the sink. We had , had an exhausting day traveling on the road so we pulled our blankets from the car and slept on top of the beds. in the morning we did not shower assuming that the shower had not been properly cleaned. I went to the front desk agent and gave her the cigarette butt and reported what we had found and all she could say was she was very sorry and would report it to the Executive Head Housekeeper. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Arrived evening expecting a room for the 5 adult ladies I had made a reservation for on hotels.com, to be told that we have a room with 2 queen beds only.... after I had seen the picture of a room with a sofa on my res. Conformation. The ladies were a little distracted eating there Chinese food at the front desk and I could see they were more worried about it getting cold then pleasing a customer. When I asked for a larger room they said we can bring a roll away or you can pay $70.00 more. Then next morning all breakfast was gone by 9am and we waited 30 minutes for some one to bring 8 rubber eggs, 5 min. later some more ham came then 5 min after that 10 hash browns. No more bread or gravy arrived by time I gave up.. . Seemed like a lot of staff standing around chatting to each other at desk. When you stay at a hotel you are not there to hang around all morning you want you breakfast then to go see the sights . The room was clean , and 4 of our 5 ladies slept well.
Very clean. We had to stay in the suite as they were sold out due to a university event. I saw the regular room which was great. The suite was just ok. Personal preference I guess but I expect suites to be spectacular for the extra price. There is only just a few fast food places wishing walking distance. So you have to drive to a decent diner. Overall it was a good stay.
What a charming and beautifully appointed facility and the staff were exceptionally warm, caring, accommodating and provided outstanding customer service!! I conducted a week-long training at the site and could not have been more pleased with the training room and service support! All staff exceeded expectations in every facet of stay and business assistance. Even when a piece of my presentation equipment failed, they readily offered use their projection system, at no additional cost! Excellent falls short of describing my experience here and I look forward to a return visit, next time, hopefully, for pleasure!!! Thank you!!!!
The two ladies at check in on 10/25 were wonderful, friendly and very hospitable. Everything was clean and updated with Montana flare. Rooms are very spacious with desk, sitting chair, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, and coffee area. At breakfast on 10/26 the last running it was very pleasant and helpful. She kept everything spotless and stocked with a huge selection of items. We'll stay hear again for sure.
A great motel and the place looks very nice and was super clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the morning breakfast was nice and it tasted very good too. Only thing i would change in the room is to mount the TV high on the wall so one can watch it while laying in bed. Otherwise you have to sit on the bed to watch it as it sits on the dresser which is very low. The help was extremely helpful and always checked to see if everything was OK.
We stayed here en route from Colorado back to Idaho with two cats in tow that we obtained on the trip so we needed a pet friendly inn. The room itself was perfect. Very clean, updated, and the bed very comfortable. A nice sitting area was great as well. Our room was on the second floor, the elevator was horribly slow so we wound up using the stairs with our animals and luggage which was a ways at the end of the building. There was no convenient short way to get from our room to the parking lot. It was very noisy with children running back and forth at all hours. Families were using the pool from the first thing in the morning until it closed and even after that kids were running around out of control in our hallway and on the floor above us. The continental breakfast was the worst of our 3 night trip and was very weak for a BW. Just wasn't a lot to choose from. This is about the only BW of dozens we've stayed in over several years that I would not go back to.
Our kids love this place, but be sure to book ahead! We're finding that a lot of people enjoy this place too. The fresh baked cookies are always a hit! The pool is a blast! And the hot breakfast is top notch! It's the first hotel I've seen with gluten free options!! (I usually bring my own food). Special thanks to Errick, who quickly resolved a minor issue! Great work, team!
I have stayed at this hotel several times breakfast is good. Pool is nice for family with children they have a play area and water slides for the younger children. Grandkids love the rooms with a bear peaking thru the window.
Wow, the check in staff saved our day. This place is wonderful, and definitely pet friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the two gals who helped us at the front desk. You know who you are, and you were awesome! Thank you. I can't say enough about how you helped us. I had made reservations at a different hotel who claimed to be pet friendly. When we checked in the first thing we were given was a pet contract with highlighted sections. The first thing that caught my eye was a paragraph stating that the hotel had the right to call animal control and remove my dog under certain circumstances. I showed this to my son and said to the clerk " isn't this a little harsh?" She became very defensive, and rude as did the other clerk (manager). They whispered and huddled. Any way long story...we signed, but then told them we were not sure we wanted to stay there and would let them know. We left, drove to Best Western Kelly Inn. So we walk in Best Western and get this wonderful greeting. Yes a pet agreement to sign, but worded totally different, and these ladies took the time to explain each part, and that they never take any action without first locating and talking to pet owners. Believe me, I will pass this story on to everyone I know! The rest of our experience was just as great. I highly recommend Best Western Kelly Inn
This is the most pet-friendly hotel I have visited. The building itself is very nice and decorated at a level you would expect from a higher priced hotel. The staff is very kind. We have stayed here at least 4 times and have been very happy each time.
We chose to stay at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites because of its pet friendly status and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our second floor room was spacious, clean and close to the stairway and the grassy areas that made dog walking easy. Breakfast was a nice surprise in that the selections were not just the usual carb-fest. Based on our experience, we'd recommend this property to all travelers, with or without pets.
The hotel is in a good location near the highway, restaurants, and stores. From the airport, it's about a 15-20 minute drive. The service was fast and friendly when we arrived and check-in went smoothly. We had a large two-bed room on the third floor. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed for one night and it was very pleasant. Going up to our room, we noticed a large pool that looked inviting for children and families. They serve breakfast in the lobby in the morning. You can make toast, bagels, and waffles. There's also fruit, cereal, juice and coffee--more than enough to have a hearty breakfast before heading out. Overall, we had a good night's sleep and a very comfortable stay.
The Kelly Suites was the perfect place for my family for a much needed stress getaway! My young children absolutely loved the swimming pool! There is a slide suitable for my 4 year old, and another suitable for older kids! Breakfast was excellent! The staff were great! Will stay here again.
This was not that bad of a stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean. The rooms were big enough to make it comfortable. Bed was comfortable and spacious. The room I had was quiet, with no outside noises or even hallway noises.
THE GOOD This hotel was relaxing , with decent room sizes the only complaint is the beds are a little hard , but in my opinion way better than too soft! The staff was extremely courteous and caring, house cleaning was amazing! The pool was clean and well maintained as was the excercise room. Coffee was perfect! Location was great the ambient noise at night was not bad. The Bad Breakfast was my only complaint, the fresh made eggs were blah, salt and pepper could not help. It was worse on the omelets, the cheese was a squeeze on cheese. The rest of the buffet style BW breakfast was about the same as most of BWs. The Ugly Having to leave new friendly acquaintances The small casino next door was pretty smokey and we dont do casinos, but walking to the convenience store at night was not pleasant with the smoke. The patrons were friendly enough though. So did not feel threatening even at night.
I've stayed in Best Westerns all over Montana this was by far the worst, 1st of all it was $187.00 for one night at the Kelly Inn, for that price you can stay at a suite at the Heritage Inn in way better quality. I thought the hotel had top quality items in the room because of the price as I checked in my room I was surprised to see how old and dirty the room was, I was so disatisfied with the quality I checked for bed bugs, it smelled like pee and mold and had dog hair on the blankets of the bed, there was no lounge, the pool water looked murky, I asked for late check out for 12:30PM and the manager was absolutely rude said no I already gave to many late check outs. Because of the bad service and room quality and how much it is , I will never in my life stay there again.
The hotel looks more like a lodge than a motel with carvings of bears climbing on poles. Nice lobby. Very Friendly staff. Matt checked us in and was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and showing locations. They had just put out freshly baked cookies when we arrived! The room was clean and had good selection of coffees. Enough outlets to recharge cameras, phones. They have a swimming pool but it was full of kids. As I was traveling with other adults that did not appeal to us but we weren't there to use the pool so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay at again. Good value for the money.
We stayed at a very excellent hotel where the service was the best. They were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was also excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a beautiful room and a good nights rest whether it be business or for a relaxing get away. They have beautiful suites for the honeymooners. This is a place where I will come back to for a get-a-way when I need too. Thanks Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites keep up the outstanding job.
very happy with my stay. My children love the swimming area and i love that when i bring my dogs that they give us a room that has the door for the outside. I dont have to bring my dog thru the hotel to take him outside.
My favorite place to stay. The decor....like staying in a mountain lodge....is very nice. The hotel staff is always friendly. The rooms are very clean and the bed is the most comfortable motel bed we have ever slept on. They take pets and have an airport shuttle. Awesome breakfast!
After a long day of driving west from North Dakota it was so nice to walk into this hotel. The lobby was so impressive and inviting. A tray of cookies was waiting for us. Check in was friendly and efficient. Such a helpful young woman. The bed was so comfortable, I slept through the night. We loved the bear peeking in our bedroom window. The room we had was very large and comfortable. The furnishings were first class and the hotel was very quiet. I don't want to leave. By far this is the best Best Western we have stayed with on this road trip. The pool area looked like it would be amazing for kids, with the slide and other play activities.
The staff are friendly and the hotel is well managed, great customer service. Our room was large and nicely decorated. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There was a bear at our window...made of wood which added to the charm! the Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Lovely pool area great for kids. Wished we could have stayed longer!
I was very amazed of the look of the hotel! This hotel is huge! The rooms are very nice. Beds are sorta hard but I didn't mind it. I absolutely LOVED the pool. It made me feel like a kid again. I would recommend for families to stay at this hotel. Kids would love the pool. I am horrible with names but I had a blonde gentlemen check me in. A great multi-tasker and was very proficient at check in. I was pleased. I did have another gentleman at front desk brown hair super friendly and was very helpful since I was having trouble with WiFi. Checkout I had a gal name Iris she is the sweetest lady you could meet! Checkout was very quick as well and had no troubles. Breakfast is great. I will for sure come here again! I absolutely loved everything about this hotel.
Excellent hotel, close to I90, but not noisy. Our room was huge, almost three times the size of other we stayed in on our road trip. Having just seen a bear in Yellowstone, we really liked having a bear outside our window. Very good breakfast. We would happily stay again if in the area.
We loved this first experience in a Best Western Plus. The staff was so personable, the pool such fun, the decor warm and inviting. Our room was extra large for the moderate rate. I'm not crazy about the sink as part of the bedroom, but consider it a fair trade off for the other fine qualities of this brand.
Great customer service. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are very large, quiet and extremely clean. The pool area was s lot fun. The staff treated us like family. Parking was safe and well lighted.
We always stay here when we find ourselves in Billings. They allow pets and have rooms that make it very easy to take them outside. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are also. They have a great pool area for kids.
"Welcome Home" to everyone is exactly how I feel from driving up to entering our room and having breakfast. The warm, cozy and inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Actually exemplary customer service. I don't want to leave and very much look forward to coming back.
This is probably the nicest best western I have ever stayed in. Very large wonderfully decorated room with a bear theme. Huge pool with lots of things for kids to play on. Very good breakfast although the sitting area for breakfast cold have been larger for the size of the hotel. The staff serving the breakfast were so nice . We were just passing thru on our way home and it was a huge treat to end up in this hotel. We will definitely stay again.
I found this location to be full of warmth and charm from the time you pull up to the front entrance till you enter your room for your stay. The Front Desk is a VERY friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable and stress free as it should be after a long drive. The rooms are clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this location for your next stay in the Billings, Montana area.
easy to find. good location. room was very well decorated. large and comfy. had a nice couch to sit on to watch tv. good size vanity separate from tub and toilet. bed was great. ground floor has access from outside parking lot which is very convenient.
While getting fuel, we noticed the outside of the hotel & thought it was awesome. So we decided to spend the night there instead of the other hotel. Had a great time - our granddaughter enjoyed the pool & the breakfast & room was great. Will return!
Stayed at many hotels throughout Billings and never once consider this hotel until we were looking for a suite. The hotel is extremely clean, well upkept, the rooms are big, and the beds are as comfortable as you'll get from a hotel.
I love this Hotel! The customer service is exceptional. The pool is cute if you have a family. The breakfast is good. I cant say enough about this Hotel. I stay here every month for work and will continue to do so.
A great stay all the way around!! I must say the pool is the best I've ever seen in a motel. Several enhancements have been made tailored to children that may accompany you. I personally didn't use the wildlife-themed slides, monkey bars or other water attractions but if I had kids, they would have played their hearts out! Truly neat to see. For the normal products, such as beds, breakfast and staff - Top Notch!!! The owners in this motel show true pride in ownership and have pushed the envelope of hospitality!
My first experience with a Best Western Plus and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We had dropped our son off at college in North Dakota (we drove 20 hours straight through on the way) and were on the return trip. We had been driving for quite some time and it was getting late. Check-in was quick, efficient and the staff were warm and friendly. It felt familiar and comfortable like we had been there before. The room was nicely appointed with a more than comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like a rock. I was pleasantly surprised as we were turning in, to find a note welcoming us from Housekeeping. We awoke to a morning breakfast offered with far more selections and food than we imagined- yogurts (with numerous toppings to add), cereal, omelets, bacon, breakfast burritos, muffins, toast, waffles and more. I had figured we might have the usual slightly warmed powdered eggs and some toast. I was very happy with our meal and the nice dining atmosphere. We left ready for another day of travel with fully bellies and a nice caffeine boost. Thank you BW!!
Arrived very late but were greeted by name and made to feel very welcome. Breakfast great but not used to plastic plates and cups. Ideal when arriving in Billings late. Room very clean and comfortable. Lots of families which it seems to suit very well.
Best Western has been our absolute favourite hotel on a 2 month cross Canada/US motorcycle trip. We're so appreciative of a clean/comfortable room, free breakfast, good wifi connection, guest laundry, vending machines & ice. Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites takes customer service to the next level. The staff found us a ground floor room so we could park our motorcycle right outside the room. They have a "bike wash" area with clean towels, bucket, soap and hose. Wow our bike hasn't been so shiny since we left home. We love the decor -- oozes a whimsical western theme in the flooring, bedding & artwork. There are even baby bear cub sculptures peeking into some of the hotel Windows. We didn't partake but there are warm cookies available at 5pm and there is a coffee/lemon water station in the lobby as well. We took advantage of the summer promotion so this was a free stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Best Western for providing our favourite home away from home. Signed two happy Canadians !!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a family reunion in town. I booked a 1 King and sofa bed room for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant). It was a very spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was great quality. We are used to sofa beds that you feel every bar and spring. This one was almost like sleeping in a regular bed. It was also near queen size, so both children were able to sleep comfortably without being squished. The room had plenty of space to move about which is always a plus with an active baby after a long road trip. The bathroom was decent, not too big, but got the job done. Tub/shower and toilet in one room and the sink outside by the entry door. The room fridge ran very cold, if anything was placed on the top shelf it came out frozen. We were on the third floor, a few rooms down from the elevator. It was very quiet with very little noise from the hallway, even though the hotel was very full. The breakfast options were plentiful, only wish there was a more spacious seating area. Available options included make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, breads, cereals, juices, milk, coffee, fruit. It even gave step by step on how to make your own breakfast sandwiches. The pool area was wonderful. The children loved it and it was a nice get away from the heat outside. The hotel is very strict about their pool usage. Each room is allowed a maximum of 6 wristbands which must be worn by any person in the pool area (including infants). They were very insistent on these rules when we asked if we could bring our niece and nephew in, they said only 6 of us were allowed, even though there was no one else in the pool. It didn't both us, as myself and the baby just went back to the room, but for future reference if anyone with a family bigger than 6, you'll need to reserve more than one room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will gladly stay at this hotel again during our next visit to Billings.
Best Western Plus continues to please. Large rooms with charming western decor with refrigerator and microwave. Excellent television and free wifi. Everything was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.
The room and hotel in general are immaculately kept. The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets. The pool is more of a water park just for the guests. They have two water slides. There not huge but still fun. One is smaller for littler kids and the other is a little bigger with a curve. Our son enjoyed both. They have a little rope course with floating "Lilly pad" type things that's fun to try and get from one side to the other. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave. We got just a basic room with two queen beds. It was quiet even being so near to the interstate, we didn't hear a sound all night. Well my wife did but that's my snoring so not the hotels fault. The staff was friendly at check in and breakfast which was good. They had more than just cereal and toast which I appreciate. I had biscuits and gravy, not the best I've ever had but good and can't beat the price free!(well included in the room so not technically free but no additional cost) We will definitely be coming back.
This is our first stay here, but we will be back as it is an awesome facility with great service! It has a great water park for kids, a very good breakfast and great staff. The facility is well kept and our room was great, we had the Cabin Family Fever room which was well worth the few extra dollars.
We recently spent 2days with our son and daughter-in-law and their family at this hotel. It was a great place for the children. They loved the pool and really weren't interested in going many other places even though the fair was on. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. Many good restaurants close by . Staff were extremely accommodating; nothing too much trouble for them. Breakfasts were also very adequate. Food hot and lots of variety. Overall an excellent time spent there.
This hotel is a go to everytime I am in Billings. I travel there on business 3-4 times per year and this is where I always stay. They have clean comfortable rooms that are relatively quiet. When I travel with my dogs they have Pet Friendly rooms with exterior doors that are great for easy in and out access without bothering other patrons. Convenient and right off of I-90 for easy access to the Freeway.
Very nice; good location, quiet, family friendly; recommended a great restaurant, breakfast complete, with stocked many easy fast selections. Clean, quiet room, parking very close to the building, animal friendly.
Our family recently spent almost two weeks on the road, and this hotel in Montana is definitely my favorite. We were given a pet-friendly room on the first floor with an outside access door as well as the normal interior door. There is a walking path behind the hotel that is ideal for dog-walking. The pool is geared towards kids, with water spraying, two slides, and structures to climb and play on. It's a great place to unwind after a long day of traveling, and it's close to several restaurants. The breakfast was good and the hotel is clean and decorated in an attractive outdoors theme. I would definitely visit again!
On our drive across the country we stopped for a night, we needed a pet friendly hotel, that had a pool and preferably a fitness center. This hotel had all these requirements. The beds were comfortable, the pool was fun for the kids and the fitness center was adequate - clean. The breakfast was good - the kids loved the make your own waffles, and we appreciated that the eggs were real and not powdered. There was something for everyone, we all left full and ready for the drive ahead.
Arrived late afternoon to find kids screaming and running around the lobby. I know this is not the fault of the hotel but wasn't a great first impression when you are tired and trying to sort out your room. The lobby and corridor looked really tired with the carpet in need of a good clean. Our room was ok with plenty of space and 2 comfortable beds. Walls paper thin though and we could hear every word from next door! Was ok as a stopover but wouldn't use it again.
Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we checked in until the day we left. We had come from a 3-day stay in South Dakota. The hotel, NOT a BW, was filthy. Coming from Canada, we thought because of this, the hotel quality was a little less south of the border...until we stayed at the Best Western. What a treat that was! This changed my unfair and biased view of ALL hotels in the US. Quality was exceptional and very clean! Through no fault of their own, our Canadian dollar sucks and made everything a little more expensive after the exchange rate.
I stopped at the Best Western on Southgate Dr. in Billings because the nameless hotel that I made a reservation at couldn't check me in due to technical difficulties. I'm SO glad I chose to stop. The guy that was working (Matt) was AMAZING!!! He gave great directions and was SUPER friendly. He told us about some "must see's" and it made the weekend trip with my daughter PERFECT!!!! Truly the BEST customer service experience that I have ever had. And not only that but the hotel is beautiful.
We ended up staying here after the hotel across the street canceled my reservation. While I was trying to work that mess out, the front desk clerk gave my kids cookies and kept them entertained, even before I knew if I'd be needing a room for the night. That is amazing customer service!! Also, the pool is fantastic!
We had a very nice room on the third floor. We had a king bed with a couch in the room and it was more than what I had thought we would get. The cute little surprise was the bear on the outside of our window, and that was a nice touch. Unfortunately we will probably not be staying at this hotel again because of the distance to my sons's house. It is a nice hotel, nice breakfast, great place for the kids to swim.
i would recommend this hotel the kids enjoyed the pool and it is a good location to everything but i wish the first young man had told us about the signing up for the promotion but he didn't but the second one did so i will see what i can do with it.
This has became our favorite hotel when in Billings (after some major flops at other local hotels and hard lessons learned...you get what you pay for)! The kids love the pool area and it gives them something to look forward to on our trips for the doctor. Our most recent visit was a couple nights during the week and it was perfect and the pool wasn't too crazy at all. Water was warm and the kids made new friends. (Bring some kind of a ball. The hoop in the pool is a huge hit!) Breakfast has a great selection and awesome waffles. (Sadly there weren't any breakfast burritos this time. They were great our first stay.) The staff are also the friendliest I've ever met at any hotel we've stayed in throughout the years. They are all helpful and genuinely friendly. It amazes me as you don't see it often anymore and it definitely makes the experience that much better. (P.S. It's also full of tons of Pokemon Go stuff and two PokeStops are within feet... If you feel you need to join the craziness ;) ).
I totally loved this hotel. In addition to being very clean, the rooms had a lovely design and I loved the decor. The pool room was fabulous. Breakfast was great. The staff members were all very pleasant and helpful.
By far this is the best place to stay in Billings Montana. We came down last year had problem with my card Matt HELP me out. Once again it happen again he remembered me. Made me feel good when he remembered me. He deserves a raise or something Matt your the BEST Thank you again very much. You made it a Good Trip Again.
The hotel was good overall and we slept great. One thing I personally liked was that some of the rooms on the 1st floor had a door to the parking lot and to a inner hallway. Breakfast was satisfying and there were several different types of coffee available all included in your stay. I did think the pool was great and fun for the kids and relatively quite for a lot of kids playing in there. Now what was a let down the shower in the room didn't seem to have good pressure. The hot tub in the pool area was hot but the jets seemed to just barley work. The only other problem was the Internet was down for the night but I am assuming that was just a fluke problem. Worth staying but nothing really outstanding, would stay again.
A nice hotel for families. My kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good wifi signal throughout the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
Made the mistake of trying to stay at the Howard Johnson in Billings, only to be so repulsed by the old smoke/dirty smell of the entire building that I had to ask for a refund and leave. Thank goodness for the Best Western Kelly Inn! They gave me a great rate on a terrific room and were absolutely wonderful to my family. I will never stay anywhere else in Billings again.
Very cool playground and water features. Best I have ever seen offered in a hotel! Also breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit, waffles, etc. Could have used soy milk though but all else was very clean, plentiful, and even cookies at night! Too much fun!!!
The rooms were very good, clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. From the time we walked in the door, the staff anticipated our needs and requirements and met them with cheerfulness and professionalism. When we went ot supper, they promised to save a couple cookies for us, which they gave us upon our return. The following morning, we met the manager as he was walking through the parking lot checking on its safety and cleanliness. Overall, this was an excellent stay.
Good Hotel with good breakfast. NO problems for me. Decor is nice. The sink is outside of bathroom which is odd but no biggie if by yourself or Wife etc. Folks running the place did a good job. I was there 6 days and it was consistently good.
Stayed here on both ends of an extended vacation. Got us to the airport at 4AM with shuttle, threw in a "sack breakfast" with water, fruit, and granola which was a really nice touch. Evening before we left they had warm cookies in the lobby. Rooms are exceptional, staff as friendly as ever...what would be not to like? If you are in Billings, this is where you want to stay! Period.
Great choice for families traveling with pets. Rooms were clean and looked relatively new. Located close to interstate. Really great indoor pool with lots of things for kids to play with. Free breakfast was also pretty good. Over all good stay and I recommend it.
Lovely western décor in this Best Western. Good breakfast bar, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Helpful staff. Enjoyed the firepit in the outdoor seating area off hotel lobby. Catch the Bozeman Trail Steak House on your way to Billings!
We couldn't have had a better place to stay while traveling with our 2 shih tzus. They were made comfortable as were we. Great choice. Our dogs loved their treats and the staff loved seeing them arrive and play around.
Location is great - just off of the interstate. The adjoining rooms were super nice, spacious, and we loved the decor. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I liked the vanity and sink being located outside of the bath. Awesome pool! We spent a lot of time there playing with our grandkids. Good breakfast items, warm cookies in the afternoon, and above all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again when in Billings.
The Best Western Kelly Inn iin Billings is the best...from the caring staff to the rooms (not cramped!) We have utiized Best Western in other states not nearly as nice as this one. Breakfast was great and is in a nicely organized area. Fun pool and hot tub area. Highly recommend this 'home away from home.'
We wanted to find a hotel that had a nice pool for our son to play and swim in. This fit the bill! The hotel rate was wonderful, and the staff very friendly. Free breakfast in the morning--can't beat that! The pool has lots of stuff for kids to play on.
If you have kids, this is definitely the place to stay. (My boys are 2 and 8). The pool/mini-water park is so fun! You pay for the price of a room, but get the awesome pool too. The bear decor around the hotel is cute. Room is clean. Free breakfast offers a lot of choice. I would bring my kids again.
This is hands down, the best hotel that we visited during our recent summer vacation. The Best Western is located an easy 1/2 day drive toward or from Yellow Stone NP Monmouth (North) entrance. We had not planned on staying at this location during our initial planning. However, we had been on the road so long, that we decided to cut one of travel days in half. What a stroke of luck to find such hotel. The appearance is just like the photos, nice and clean. There are sculpted bears climbing up the sides of the walls and looking into some rooms - great touch for the family! The pool and hot tub are first class! We swam for five hours and only departed the pool because we had to get back on the road. The pool is designed for children and families! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the overall appearance was outstanding. This is the best stop on our 16 journey! The staff was friendly, professional and went out of their way to ensure that you felt welcomed. The breakfast bar was fantastic. I highly recommend this location! My family is still talking about this place - what an Ace! Best Western, ... you done good!
We typically stay at a Best Western and I was impressed the moment we drove into the parking lot. Attractive building, pleasant staff, spacious and comfortable room and a decent breakfast. We did not use the pool, however it looks like an entertaining facility for 4-10 year olds. Downside was the trains not to far away. I could not see them, but I could definitely hear them. Upside was Popeye's is across the street.
This was a stop along our way heading back home to the East Coast and we found our accommodations very attractive. The lobby and breakfast area are done up in a mountain lodge motif and our room was large attractive and quiet. This was one of the nicest motels we have ever stayed in and the price was very reasonable.
We stayed at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn and Suites on our way and returning from South Dakota. 'The rooms were clean and fresh, the beds very comfortable. I was delighted with the breakfast buffet, I have Celiac Disease, and the breakfast buffet included gluten free choices.
Like staying here when we travel through Billings. It has a great lodge feel complete with wooden bear cubs hanging on the balcony railings. Kids will love the fun pool area and the rooms are spacious and clean. Nice hot breakfast in the morning to get you back on the road
Just did a 556 mile motorcycle trip to Billings. This place has a bike wash station. Room was clean. Hospitality was great. Pool and hot tub clean. Breakfast was great! If you have to stay in Billings Stay here! I would like to plan another trip to Billings and stay here for a week. Biker friendly!!
There are so many things GREAT about this hotel! However I need to mention the staff and especially Matt when it comes to our stay. In my 34 years + being in the travel industry I have only had a handful of people who have made such an amazing difference in my stay. As for the hotel we found NOTHING negative to say. Cleanliness - immaculate, comfort - extraordinary, room service - incredible, facility - fantastic, pet friendly - lovely, and Decor - very well done and pleasing. This Best Western stands above ALL I have been to.
We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus in Billings...the beds were really comfy and room was very quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. What we loved most, though, was the great pool!! My daughter played for hours, which was much needed after several hours in the car.
We have stayed at the BW Kelly in Billings several times when heading west (and returning). The hotel is dog friendly and that is much appreciated. Great walking paths to exercise people and pets. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Breakfasts are always good. We will be back. Only downer is the lack of a good restaurant near by. They say one may be coming next year.
I love this hotel, the staff is very friendly and caring we always feel right at home. My kids love staying here its our favorite hotel. The pool is probably my kids' favorite place to be. The continental breakfast is amazing also!! All around great hotel clean rooms and the outside of hotel is always clean.
We stayed two nights at the hotel. The staff was GREAT!! and rooms were good. The clients using the hotel were HORRIBLE. I have never seen so many uncontrolled, unsupervised children in my travels. The hotel keeps is pool open till 11 p.m. Big mistake. The pool area is set up like a water park for kids and is not usable by adults as there are screaming children jumping over your head and running around. Kids run continually through the hotel until midnight. The poor staff does their best to maintain order, but as they say, it's like herding cats. The hotel is near a sports park and lots of group stay here. If you're looking for tranquility or a quiet night's sleep stay somewhere else
Great all around experience. Will stay here every time we come to Billings! Pool area perfect for our 4 and 6 yr old kids, beds comfy, rooms clean, variety for continental breakfast, good fitness room. Staff are very friendly. The kids made us promise we would take them here again. Reasonable rates and fun for everyone.
Traveling with a dog and got a room that was very clean, well appointed, with outstanding service. My wife is handicapped and the staff went out of its way to line us up with an accessible room and came outside to get our car license number when she couldn't remember it at check-in. I expected to get a room that might not have been their cleanest since we have a dog but this wasn't the case thankfully! Best pool I've ever seen for kids at this sort of hotel. Good breakfast and nice dining area and lobby. If you're in Billings, MT, this is a high value hotel.
Consistently great service, clean room, neat pool... would be a great place for family. Average breakfast, I'd say a step above continental but not really a warm breakfast. I stay here once a month and will continue to do so.
This was a very pleasant place to stay! Kirsten at the front desk was very nice and very helpful! She gave great directions! The room was clean and quiet and the bear décor was so cute. My son absolutely loved the pool! I would highly recommend this hotel!
In all the nights that I have stayed at various hotels around the world, between my sons travel hockey & baseball teams, along with work and personal travel, this is hands down one of the best!! The staff was AMAZING! I felt bad as the elevator was broken that night and into the next day, so housekeeping was working extra hard and the front desk staff was doing all they could to accommodate guests.
So, we arrived at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites in Billings, Montana to find that we had to carry our baggage up flights of stairs because the elevator was not working. The front desk help informed me that the elevator had been broken for over a week...really! A simple e-mail to arriving guests would have been appropriate, so we could make other arrangements. Now I understand that by the time most people read this....hopefully the elevator will be repaired, but call ahead or look for another hotel in the area.
I stayed here for one night with a pet and family. We did not have a reservation but were able to get a room for cheaper than the online rate. The front desk was very friendly and had cookies and dog treats on check in. The room was very nice in quality and amenities. The pool area is designed for families primarily but the hot tub area was still nice. There are a few fast food restaurants in the area. The continental breakfast was decent.
The hotel has bears as its theme. Some are by the pool and some look in the rooms its great for kids of all ages. The rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
The site was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was clean and stayed clean each day. There was even a personal note from the staff. The pool was amazing! By far my favorite part was the friendly and accommodating staff.
We attended the Carrie Underwood concert and looked for a pool for the kids. Looked on the internet and found the Kelly Inn and Suites. We are so glad that we choose this Best Western hotel. We will for sure make plans to stay again when we are back in Billings. The staff and rooms were wonderful and comfortable.
This was my first visit to Montana. The hotel was in a perfect spot for traveling to the customer site. I found it to be charming and beautiful. The bears were a special treat. Everybody was wonderful and friendly and it was an especially nice touch to have fresh food or cookies each night. The room was always kept clean and there was always coffee available no matter what time. This will be my go to hotel next time I am in Billings.
I was driving to Rapid City from Oregon. Billings was a good place to stop for the evening. My wife checked TA for hotel recommendations. This hotel rated nicely. I was not disappointed but also not overly impressed. The room was clean but the AC did not work. I called the front desk and they said "unplug the AC unit then plug it back in and see if it works". I did it and it worked. Not really a problem except this must happen enough that they immediately knew what was wrong. The other thing is there is really no close food options (walking) except a Mexican restaurant, or fast food. Not a big deal. I am sure someone with young kids would love this place. The pool looked like fun, the breakfast was ample.
This hotel is not only beautiful, but is very welcoming to our three cats. They gave us a room with wood laminate floors, which made a much better pet room than carpeted rooms. The hotel is also located across the street from a nice gym with $5/day guest rates so we were happy to use that as well.
If you have to travel to or through Billings, MT don't even think of staying anywhere else but this Best Western. They are the best at what they do, maybe this is why it's a Best Western! I have stayed at many hotels/ motels in my life, but this one is one of the best.
We always stay here when meeting in Billings. Location is convienent adn staff is helpfull and friendly. The rooms are clean and updated. Never a worry when staying here. Plus they alow the dogs at the same price. pool is great if you have kids and the ground floor access to outside is great for the dogs!!!
Nice hotel, good staff, dog friendly. Cool pool with slides and fun obstacles. Good breakfast. Good location for shopping on King Avenue. Close to good eats. We stay here when we pick up people from the airport.
Dog Friendly and nice rooms!! Love the green spaces around the property to take the pups for a run!! Next to "Cracker Barrel" Restaurant too!! Super!! This is a really nice place and the noise level was minimal!! Breakfast was the usual fare but at least they had food!! Thanks
I have always had great service at Best Western. They also have a variety of food for breakfast. The hot tub is wonderful and helps you relax after a date of conference. They have a nice gym for the active workout persons. Place is clean, beds are so comfy. I recommend this Hotel to family and friends. It is close to the mall and other fine eating establishments.
Grumpy old men, this is not the hotel for you. The hotel is kid friendly and the pool it's designed for the under 10 group and parents/grandparents. It has a slide, climbing nets, and sprinkle jets. The breakfast is pretty hotel standard, and again, lots of kids running around. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the Rimrock arena and has a great parking lot for bigger vehicles.
While the room was neat and clean, it was not very quiet. I could hear other guests in the hotel while I was in my room. I could hear the toilet flushing from the room above. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I liked the fact there was a door for access outside as well as inside the hotel from the first floor
Nice Hotel; Loved the Lodge look; clean room; they offered soup for dinner; which was nice not having to go to a restaurant; breakfast was good & offered some different choices. The Staff was friendly, welcoming & very nice; loved the Cookies & Hot Cocoa; Nice Touch. Thank You for a Comfortable Stay.
Hotel was nice. Location is away from King Ave and downtown which is tough for hitting up food and shopping. Room was clean, however, a friend that stayed there too had toy eyeballs taped to her smoke detector. Kinda weird. All in all a nice place with a great pool area for kids.
Very clean rooms, nice pool for the kids, and pet friendly. Easy on and off the highway and easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Definitely would stay here and again recommend this hotel to anyone!!
Had a very nice time here. Staff was very nice and help us when we needed assistance. Rooms were clean and beds were firm and comtable, pillows were great too. Would recommend to family and friends. Value was okay. Location was good.
My daughter and I were on the last leg of a Florida to Montana trip. We ran into some bad weather along the way. I was very happy to have found this pet friendly hotel. We were offered hot soup when we arrived. The indoor pool area was very busy. Lots .children = spring break week. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The free breakfast was one of the best we had while on the road. A large, fresh variety. I expressed my concern about the weather to the young man at the desk. he was so helpful. he brought up the radar and checked our route for me. 2 hours later @ check out, he rechecked again for me and put me at ease. It was a wonderful stay at this clean and family friendly hotel. As we were leaving, one of the women in the dining area offered us food to take on the road. Every one here was sooooo very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!
It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff and very kid friendly! The pool is great for the kids, they had a great time. It is in a pretty good location for restaurants and shopping as well. I would recommend this to friends and family.
Awesome place for a family!!! Kids had a blast!! We loved the outside door because we had our hounds with us!! Great breakfast and super clean and friendly staff!!! A must stay even if it's just you!! Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhhhhhhhhhh
This hotel is affiliated with The Cody hotel in Cody,Wyo. I've been staying at The Cody and asked if they'd recommend anything in Billings for a night's stay. The friendly manager at The Cody this hotel. I called on my way to Billings to confirm the reservation and I was greeted from a friendly gentleman named Matt. He confirmed the reservation. We had to check in late and Matt was still on duty. He was professional and pleasant. We went to our room after checking in and the room was great. We got a double queen with COMFY beds. It was a quiet cozy stay with a good breakfast selection. Parking wasn't the best but usually found a spot. Right next to a casino. I'm a gambler so that was convenient. All sorts of amenities in close proximity. Thanks for the recommendation The Cody!
Stayed here with my family of 3 for one night prior to an early flight out of Billings the next morning, check-in was courteous and efficient, room was spotless and comfortable, pool was great for the young one to burn off some extra energy before taking advantage of the free chicken noodle soup for dinner. Breakfast burritos, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt etc. for a quick breakfast the next morning before the hotel shuttle took us on the 15 minute ride to the airport. I don't know that I'll every have a reason to stay in Billings other than proximity to the airport but for that reason alone this hotel is a great choice.
Billings has some vandalism and destruction of vehicles going on, I hear this from other travelers to Billings, we have never had any problems at all at this hotel. The parking is great and well lit at night and if we have to walk our dog we feel safe. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who travels to Billings.
Very clean, very comfortable rooms and an amazing pool and breakfast. The pool has all kinds of super fun activities for kids. The breakfast has a variety of items to meet the needs of kids and adults alike. There are also yummy cookies at night. Reasonably priced. Matt, Crystal and all of the staff were awesome - warm, caring and very accommodating. This is the best motel for the price in Billings.
We always use this stop on our drives through Montana. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They have many pet-friendly rooms and are truly pet friendly (some hotels allow pets but do not make you feel welcome). The breakfast is a standard hot continental breakfast; well-stocked and kept clean. What makes this place truly exceptional is the pool area. It is a warm pool, the temperature perfect for kids, with a shallow end to a deep end. It is complete with a slide, a basketball hoop, water fountains with buckets, water canons, and a floating rope bridge. The hot tub is lovely as well. In the shallow end of the pool they have a small slide perfect for the little babes. The pool is open late and is the perfect end to a day of travel.
Very nice place to spend some time. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved the front desk staff. They were knowledgeable about the area and so pleasant. The breakfast was unique and was conducted in a nice eating atmosphere.
We made a quick trip to Billings and stayed a night here. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. As I indicated before and want to reemphazize how friendly staff were. The check in clerk moved things around so we could get a ground floor room. Any other personnel we passed all smiled and greeted us warmly. They had a nice breakfast offering. A nice variety. I would stay there again. They also have a nice pool area that I am sure kids would like
Wonderful stay, this is our favorite hotel to stay at. It is always clean, the food and cookies are yummy. Easy on and off I-90. Only draw back is there aren't very many restaurants within walking distance. However King Ave is only 10 minutes drive away.
Always a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Very Friendly Staff. They are always willing to do whatever needs to be done. I have never had issues with cleanliness or anything. Great Hotel, will stay here every time in Billings.
We had a great stay: close to freeway, nicely maintained hotel, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Our first fly-in trip to Billings, MT. Not too close to the airport but still only 15 minutes of easy traffic. Clean and quiet.
When we are out of town we look for Best Western, and when in Billings this is the only place we will stay, we get breakfast and they always have hot soup and cookies in the evening, this place can't be beat. They have an amazing staff who are professional and friendly and very very helpful.
Very disappointed with the room, hair in the bath tub, very noisy with kids running up and down the hallway. My car was hit in the parking lot and nothing was done about it by staff. It was a weekend that my husband and I had planned, we have stayed at this hotel before but this time I was highly disappointed with our stay.
This hotel is very quaint, with its large foyer with huge open fire and, indoor heated pool and large rooms. Breakfast every morning in the dinning room was traditional US. Value for money absolutely.
We stayed at this Best western Kelly inn when our flight was cancelled. They have a shuttle to pick you up from the airport. Accomidation were excellent. The decor in this hotel was very western and exceptionally decorated.
Rooms are great, pool area is over the top with bubbling hot tub and changing room. All amenities necessary for travel....fridge, coffee pot, ironing board, hair dryer, Wi Fi, in house computers, elevators, handicapped parking, walking trail on north end of hotel, fabulous breakfast room, fireplace at night in the lobby to wind down, and Evening Potato Soup !!!!! I mean....GEEZ !!!! You will come back again and again.
I've always enjoyed this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the workout center is small but works, and they have a great pool playland area. I'm sad I'm always there by myself on business because it would be an awesome hotel to take my kids. The rooms are very nice, the internet worked great, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pool was awesome. It's only 3 1/2 feet deep at the deep end and 1 foot in the shallow in. Has two slides a basketball hoop, fountains, a thing with ropes and pads across the water that you can try a cross and little water cannons. Also has a hot tub for the parents. Free WiFi. Very clean from what I saw didn't see any mold in the bathrooms which is a big deal at some places. Breakfast was free and rely decent. We had breakfast burritos, cheese omlets, bacon and biscuits and sausage gravy. Of course they had your different baggles, breads, yogurt and fruits. 5 or 6 different breakfast drinks and cerial. Fresh cookies and soup. Staff was very friendly and it was affordable. We will be staying again on our way back.
This is a terrific property with very friendly staff. The breakfast was better than i anticipated. The cookies in the evening were delicious. The staff went out of their way to help me find a special item I needed. I can highly recommend.
Great customer service, clean and confortable rooms. Fare price, I started traveling to Billings for business a few months ago and discover this hotel. in my last 4 trips to Billings i don't even consider any other place. Great job guys, we won't even consider any other hotel in Billings Mt.
The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They make you feel right at home. Property and rooms are very nice and comfortable. The kids (as well as my husband and I) loved the pool. Just enough for the kids to do and play on without all the noise of the larger indoor water parks. Soup/chili in the evening and continental breakfast were great. Will be staying at this property again!
Stayed at this property while driving through a snow storm. This is a very dog friendly place. There is no extra charge for dogs. The room was very nice and they had a kid friendly pool with water slides, ect.
Very good. We especially enjoy when we get a room with the bears peaking through the windows on the 2nd or 3rd floor! Love the rustic decor. Very clean and efficiently run. We enjoy the breakfast buffet and the computer center.
Awesome decor and pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. One of the best "Best Western" Hotels I've ever stayed at. My wife and I love the bears that are looking in the outside windows also, it make it like a nice northwood lodge.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. We missed the continental breakfast but grabbed some fruit and coffee before we left. The pool area is nice for kids with a mini water park. We went down to the hot tub after 10 pm and had the place to ourselves.
My daughter and I, along with my cats, stayed here one night while traveling and it was excellent! We stayed in a King, Business Plus room, and it was enormous. There was so much room for my daughter to play and cats to explore. It was by far one of the biggest hotel rooms I have been in. It was so nicely decorated and comfy. The staff was very pleasant upon check-in and check-out. It was nice they offered warm cookies at night and hot soup on a cold day. Breakfast in the morning was pretty average compared to most other hotels. But they did offer waffles, and scrambled eggs and sausage. There is an awesome pool area for kids. If my daughter was a bit older I would have taken advantage of it. It is like a mini-water park. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with the hotel. Fantastic choice and a fair price. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
Never never never ever stay here! We paid a top rate for a quite nice room. What we got was screaming yes a drum cursing and crashing for hours . We respectfully ask if this could be addressed, after some head nodding and we are sorry sir , NOTHING at all was done. Instead the savage behavior went on and on and on . Ever been near a biker bar with lots of mean drunks doing things like wahoo and rebel yells. Well that's a more peaceful place with a staff likely more responsive to giving you what you paid for. Never never never ever stay here. Make a point of telling all local people and all of your friends about this warning
I was driving through Montana and got into Billings very late and decided to stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, getting me a lower rate and a very quick check in. The room was very clean and well equipped. Overall the hotel was very pretty and clean. I only stayed the one night so I did not use any other accommodation. Only downfall there may be is the location - it's close to a few fast food places but not much else from what I saw. I'd happily stay here again if I were to come back through the area.
In Billings over Christmas and couldn't have been any more comfortable at home. Great place to stay any time of year, the employees are great, always considerate and friendly, cookies and soup in the evening and big breakfast in the mornings.
Traveling on business and stayed two nights. Staff were excellent. Hotel was very clean and quiet. The pool area looked like lots of fun if you have kids with you. Breakfast room was really nice and food was actually very good. I would stay again. Cheers
We have stayed here a few times before in a two room suite with two fires places and loved it! The set up was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the kids loved the pool--actually, we all did! This time was unfortunately different. The suite that we got was clearly two rooms added together and swapped out a bed for a couch in one. We liked having the pull out instead of the bed, for the kids but we DIDN'T like that they had their own door to the hotel hallway and kitchenette. The rooms were attached by double doors, making it so that if they shut and locked their door we would't have a handle to even open it. The bed was stiff compared the room we usually get and the pool this time was awful. The pool area was freezing cold and the water wasn't heated. Our kids instantly had purple lips and we had to limit their time in. There were dirty bandaids for two days straight next to the hot tub. ::yuck:: At night, the lights in the pool room were super dim and made me feel uncomfortable not being able to see my kids clearly. It's too bad because this was always our favorite place to stay when in Billings and we have stayed at quite a few places. The only thing that was nice was the whirlpool tub in our room. This hotel clearly needs updating and pool room maintenance!
The rooms are spacious and decorated with mountain/cabin decor. Bears, moose and wolves are incorporated. Clean and well kept motel. Staff was excellent, especially Kirsten who provided suggestions and help throughout the week. Breakfast offerings are standard, although they do provide gluten free bread. Indoor pool has a large play area for children.
This hotel has a great staff and we were greeted with warm cookies and chilli! They have a great indoor water park that our kids loved! We also were not sure if we needed our room an extra night as we did not have a timeline for my son's surgery to be complete. The staff was very flexible and worked with us to make sure we were not worried about cancellation policy etc.
We had a terrible emergency with one of our young children and had to travel to Billings Mt. for emergency surgery. After 26 hours of trauma and a couple catnaps, the girls, Kirsten and Holly, at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites, were so accommodating and kind. They helped with a medical rate and nice warm soup and crackers with cookies for desert, even milk for our young son, who was just out of surgery. It was so cozy and clean. The perfect comfort to the end of a traumatic experience. Thank you all, and especially Kirsten and Holly...:) Merry Christmas! From the Larry Branson Family
The GM tried to enter our room while we were sleeping!!!! If we hadn't secured our room he would have walked in our room and it was a horrible experience for my mom and I. They didn't take the incident seriously at all. They claimed it was a mistake and basically just said "sorry we told him to be more careful next time". It was pretty traumatic and I don't even think I will stay in a hotel at all for a long time. If you stay here make sure you lock your room with the metal bar so the GM won't come in your room because the "Do Not Disturb" sign and the regular lock doesn't matter.
I have stayed at multiple Best Westerns. I travel with my dogs and am always on the lookout for pet friendly hotels. I am in the dog sport and dog training business. I want to stay at clean well maintained hotels with my dogs when we travel. So glad Best Western is offering very nice accommodations for reasonable fees that is pet welcoming.
The Best Western Kelly Inn is an excellent place to stay. The motel is very clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing. This is the only place I stay when I travel and highly recommend it to others. The location is nice, centrally located to all the facilities you could possibly want but not on the main stream with all the traffic and noise.
We really enjoyed our stay here!! We could bring our dog on vacation with us, that was huge!! The rooms were very clean and very up to date. My kids loved to go swimming. The front desk staff was amazing. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. We will for sure stay here again!!
Dropped in for a quick stay on our way to deadwood. The front desk staff earned a reward for paying attention to my test request. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very nice. Hotel overall was nice and ideally located. As nice as the hotel was, I must say the shining star at this location is the staff.
Pretty hard to beat this motel in any category. The entire staff is attentive, friendly, and very good at their job. The motel is well decorated and cookies and/or soup is often to be found at the front desk in the evening. Prices are reasonable, the rooms are spacious and appealing. If you spend one night here, you will probably be a repeat customer....that good!
Good place to stay. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help you. We stay at this motel 2 to 4 times a year and are never disappointed.
Stayed at this property after arriving late from a very long drive. Property was clean, quite, and comfortable. Best of all the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Got up early the next morning and had a good breakfast. Pretty much standard breakfast menu, but everything was well stocked, clean, hot and enjoyable. The front desk and dining area staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I will definitely stay here again.
This motel has the most wonderful and caring staff, we are well taken care of on our stay. From check in to check out this is a wonderful place to stay. We travel a lot and this is by far the best staff and facility we stay at. You can't beat a Best Western.
I was greeted with smiling, friendly, professional staff at check-in, which was completed in less than 5 minutes. The exterior as well as interior is beautiful, the rooms are decorated to go along with the exterior log cabin theme. They were the first out of 5 night stays with best western to do express check out.
Wonderful place to stay clean, friendly, quiet, and cozy! Definitely going to be the only place we stay when we travel! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Offers a great breakfast! The rooms were clean with wonderful decor, and the pool was just right for any age!
Located right across from the soccer fields ,obviously the convenience of the inns location played a great factor . Friendliness, local owners, great morning breakfast. Ease of checkin, pet friendly, complimentary newspaper .had everything one could want for a weekend stay . Staff friendly.
Was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed here previously and would recommend it to all our friends and family. breakfast was of a high quality, free internet service as well as a business office where they provide 2 computers and a printer. Free WiFi, Nice pool / Jacuzzi area and kid friendly.
Room smelled like tobacco and puke. The "King" size bed was too short for anyone over 6 feet tall. The A/C unit by the window only blew air into the curtains and not the room itself. Stayed one night and that was plenty. Would not recommend.
This was only a one night stay, but this is a very nice hotel; with pleasant decor throughout. In our stay, we enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, a brief workout in their fitness room, and a plentiful and relaxing breakfast in comfortable dining area.
I would highly recommend this hotel! Great pool for the kids, wonderful lodge feeling throughout, friendly and courteous staff, lovely breakfast! Our room was spacious and very clean! Loved the bear sculptures climbing and peaking in the windows!
The outside decor is inviting and just what one would expect in Montana. Big timbers and complimentary stone work form the entrance, a welcoming environment. The staff were fun loving professionals who were easy to deal with. They were very helpful to be sure. A clean room with firm bed was what we got.The breakfast was good. Many thanks BW folks.
We stayed one night. Its easy to get to with a lot of places to eat near. The beds are some of the best we have had.Always good beds at the Kelly inn.The breakfast was a nice mixer and the staff kept it clean.Every person that worked for this place all had smiles on and delightful to speak to.The parking is great and the front desk enjoyed there jobs.I would stay here again no problem.
Excellent staff. Very professional and caring. I would feel relieved for any of my family to stay at this property. Excellent hotel, very clean and caring staff. It's hard to find hotels like this these days. I had a negative view of Best Western's but not in the Northwest. Well done people.
This hotel has a typical Montana flair, even the added touch of wooden bears at the windows, and it is in a great location near the airport. I stay at this lodging each year I visit Billings Montana. Staff is friendly, breakfast is great and rooms are spacious and clean.
Spent 4 nights there during the week. Good service for the check in. The breakfast offers everything you could ask. Nice and clean. It was quiet. Fridge and microwave. Only 2 restaurants from walking distance. You could add a couple fast food. Downtown is 6-7 drive by cab, it's only $7.
This is a beautiful Best Western. Very clean, gorgeous decor, everything in top condition. Rock fireplace soars to the high ceiling in lobby.Room was very nice and bathroom nicer than most. Hot breakfast included Eggs, sausage, waffles, sausage gravy & biscuits plus any kind of bread, bagels, muffins etc. you could desire in addition to cold breakfast choices. Cool Pool! We used laundry facilities & they were excellent. Very, very friendly staff - we really enjoyed our stay!!
Love this hotel. Great service and amenities. Super dog friendly with wonderful surrounding area for exercising the dog. Super clean, great breakfast, beautiful lobby. We can't say enough and will definitely stay here again. It made us start looking again at other BW plus properties.
If you've got kids then this is a step-up from the standard pool to swim in. There are 2 slides, water cannons and other play structures for kiddos old and young. There is also a hot tub for moms and dads. It is a lovely pool area with huge, wall-sized windows looking outside (we swam and played at sunset, it was really pretty light in there at that time). The breakfast was good too....lots of variety. It was busy in there, not a lot of space, but still well worth it.
Everything worked, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, which is probably the most important feature. The breakfast in the morning exceeded our expectations. We had a couple of problems which were corrected immediately and to our satisfaction. If I ever come back to this area I will stay at this hotel.
We stayed here as part of a road trip and needed a place to stop for a night. It is close to the highway, box stores, and chain restaurants so you can get comfort food, but not really a taste of the west. The decor is cute and the rooms are fine. The breakfast was disappointing. Would recommend for a short stay.
