I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.A special shoutout to Sahil from night hour housekeeping for his excellent service and attention to detail. Every employee I encountered was polite, welcoming, and went out of their way to help. The location was also perfect—central to local attractions and very easy to access public transit.The Wi-Fi was fast, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again!

The stay is very pleasant. The hotel has everything, good rooms. Restaurant, gym. The staff is very supportive and welcoming. Had a really comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything was well maintained and the overall service was excellent. I recently completed an 18-day stay with my family and was highly impressed by both the facilities and the team. The Staff: The service was the absolute highlight. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly punctual. They were even kind enough to play with my son, making us feel more like residents than transient guests. They remembered our preferences and truly went above and beyond. Long-Term Comfort: Our room was quiet and functional, featuring a comfortable bed and a reliable workspace that held up well for the duration of our stay. Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was fast and consistent, which was essential for a stay of this length. Location: Being within easy walking distance of major transport links and local shops made exploring the city and managing daily family needs completely seamless. Pros: Outstanding staff, great location, reliable internet, and a breakfast buffet with enough varieties to keep things interesting. Cons: There is no daily dinner buffet. Dinner is on an order basis and the menu has limited items, fewer varieties, and is quite expensive. Having to order online or go outside for food variety was not convenient for a long family stay. Verdict: An excellent choice for families seeking top-tier hospitality and comfort. While the dining setup is a bit restrictive for long-term stays, the warmth of the staff and the quality of the rooms make it a highly recommended home base.

It is very close to Hebbal tech park. Pleasant staff and good food good ambience. Will defenitly miss the staff. They tolerated us well because our kid's always messed up the room which they had to clean frequently. We stayed. There for 9 days. Good Wi-Fi. The security guy was always at the door to see off and receive us at the door step with his cute energetic namaste. The receptionists always ready to help and never delayed things and everything was on time. The chefs and team who were ready to serve us with delicious meal all the time. Their combos are a must try!!! Hospitality team hats off to your patience cleaning my messy room.

Pleasant and friendly hotel. Buffet breakfast and an à la carte menu for dinner, though for some nights there was a buffet dinner as well. Staff are friendly and helpful No restaurants nearby, a reasonable supermarket within walking distance, and a helpful pharmacy is also within walking distance. Anu, Rahul and Yeshoda were particularly helpful during our stay. Vineeth at the reception was equally helpful. The only downside is that the internet connectivity is very poor and it is not secure and my internet security was breached at this hotel. We are happy to have secure password-protected internet connectivity. Finally please do not book a tour using the GetYourGuide App. We lost money paying too much for a worthless tour of Bengaluru lasting just over 2 hours

Excellent overall staff and hospitality. Yashoda, Sahil ,vivek, Helula and all staff actually good and humble and police as well. I stayed at Aiden Best Western in Bangalore for one night in November. The hotel itself is fine - rooms are reasonably comfortable, and very clean and modern. It was a relief to have a working hot shower. Breakfast was good with wide variations. Dinner was ok but they don't have a license to sell beer. The staff were very polite and professional. For a short stay, the facilities did the job. However, the location is a serious issue. The surrounding area feels neglected, with burning trash often visible nearby, which creates an unpleasant atmosphere. Depending on the wind you can smell it on the balcony. Getting in or out of the property (from or to the airport) is also a hassle due to the chaotic traffic conditions around the hotel. It makes what should be a simple commute unnecessarily stressful. Overall, the hotel delivers on basic comfort and service, but the environment outside is far from ideal. If you're looking for convenience and a pleasant neighborhood, this may not be the best choice.

we stayed at Aiden for 3 weeks because we were shifting to Bangalore from Mumbai. This place became our second home till we found our permanent place in Blore. Everything was so good, the food, the stay, and most importantly the people. They all were so friendly and always similing. About 30-40 min from airport. Hotel is close to many restaurants, one supermarket and one pharmacy nearby. Staffs are super friendly and huge service mind. Room although small but clean cozy and neat. Got everything you need in the room. Breakfast is also tasty. Only drawback is the construction noise wake up call in the early morning. Apart from this, everything is excellent. Will definitely be back again in the next trip.

After travelling for over 24 hours with very little sleep, I found the Aiden by Best Western Hennur Bengaluru to be simply heaven. The rooms are fantastic with the most amazing high-pressure shower. The food is excellent, and as for the bed, I had the best sleep away from home in many years. In fact, I believe the bed surpasses the one I have at home, particularly due to the large, fluffy pillows. Even when faced with grumpy and exhausted travellers, the staff remains positive and smiling, and they could not be more supportive. I am now heading to the hotel garden to practice my guitar.
