This hotel was the first in Thailand that completely disappointed me. Our room was not clean - dirty shower, hairs in shower, etc. The toilet didn't work right and had to be repaired. The hallway carpet was filthy. We did not have hot water. We stayed at spots half the price of this one with much better facilities. I would not stay here again.
My friend forgot his phone after his breakfast. One of the staff, Khun Baitong, has came to clean the table and she saw it. She has no hesitate to bring the phone to me. I am so impress with her and all the staff in Meal area. ❤️

The accommodation is very clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great. The staff provide excellent service, especially Nutty. Every time I come here, I'm very impressed. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.

I originally picked this hotel purely based on its location - on the BTS green line (few mins walk) over from a big c supercentre, 7-11 next door, not expecting a huge amount as its listed as an airport hotel. Aside from the location that suited me, I have to say this was a hotel where I have received some of the best service in a long time. All of the staff members are attentive, and nothing is too much trouble - i needed to arrange some deliveries, and there was an issue. The receptionist kindly called to rectify it as I dont speak thai. Tason was always on hand with a smile as you entered for breakfast. Bew and Baiting i recall from the breakfast service, they and Wat the supervisor were always on hand if I needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, a choice of eggs cooked fresh along with all the regular western itens, and some Asian breakfast foods. I would name the two people who made my eggs, purely to thank them for humouring me ordering my eggs in thai each morning but I forget the names! I had a few room cleaners, however Namphueng I saw a few times and she was lovely, timed the cleaning when I was out and about. Upon my return each day I was greeted by Jack, the door man - this man does not stop smiling, and always makes the effort to say hello, help with the door and any bags to your room. Great rooms, even greater staff. I really great example of thai hospitality, and the support from a great manager. So much so Im returning in a couple of weeks. :)

I stayed at Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel for a business trip. The location is very convenient, close the airport, public transportation, government office, workplaces and other landmarks, making. Travel easy and efficient. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including Thai and international options, as well as vegetarian selections. The staff provided excellent service, especially Nucchy, Boss, Joe and Demi, who were friendly and efficient. I was particularly impressed when they helped me retrieve and return my blazer I had left in the room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I travel alone and stay 3days 2 night. Perfect location, clean and comfortabel room. Frist empression was felling so welcome and safe from bellboy ( I can't remember his name) he so helpful . Receptions Nuchy, Nut and Ink, they are so nice and kind. The hotel is in a very good area and very close to the airport. The room is very comfortable, with hot water and many pillows:) Nuchy and Demi at the front desk are very friendly people. Great smile from them everytime we were there!

We stayed here one night on our way to Chaing Mai. It was a wonderful introduction to the wonderful Thai culture. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great - we had appetizers and drinks there. The staff helped us choose a restaurant in Bangkok and made our reservation. We were able to use the airport transport for our flight the next day. The manager Jon was friendly and helpful to us as well!

Our stay was met with the most friendly and helpful staff from the Manager to Nicky and Nut who went out of their way to help us with dinner reservations and transportation advice. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the food and bar was just what we needed after a very long flight. I can't thank Nuchy enough for her Thailand Hospitality and beautiful smile every time we saw her. It was like coming home, even though we are more than 7,000 miles from home! Even though I stayed for only one night, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Had all the basic facilities you need. Location is also convenient, the massive Lotus mega mall is opposite the hotel, with a 5-minute walk to Phahon Yothin BTS. 7 Elevens on each side, but they do not sell alcohol. The room was very cozy, and the restaurant in the lobby serves delicious dishes at a very reasonable price. Room service was great. They also offer a free shuttle to Don Mueang Airport starting at 5:00 a.m., but pre-booking is required. Otherwise, the taxi ride costs 100 Baht at 5:30 a.m.

My family and I arrived early at the Nada Don Mueang hotel. Nuchy, Elle, Boss and Demi were very accommodating and found use a nice room earlier. My eight year old was very excited and staff was warm towards as well. I definitely will come again!

Hi From the Location , to the atmosphere of this hotel was amazing. Rooms were always cleaned up spotless.. Service was amazing From the reception ( Front Desk) to the Floor staff and from security to all the way to the managers , everyone was always friendly and smily.. Couldn't get my booking for Hilton Doubletree until the following night so I had to pick something near the airport, this was perfect. The front desk was well staffed. The room was clean and had every amenity I needed. Recommended.

Great location with good value!, especially if you want to stay close to the airport. Local food, markets and shopping within short distance. A gentleman named Bom at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He explained patiently where to go what to do in the area, provided good information I needed. He even helped me to print my visa to another country in no time. Thailand, you never disappoint me!

Extremely happy what an amazing hotel from the moment you arrive smiles and willingness to make you welcome concierge service of bags to rooms easy to check in we had the king suite and just felt like home but better clean spotless not a bad word to say bath and shower hot n strong bed super comfy quiet rooms amazing aircon TV living room perfect size with plenty of space to put your days shopping, grab car is 250 t 330 into bangkok every time we walked out they opened the doors and every time we walked in the got the elevator for us im Australian and being a little out of bangkok no hassle and bustle the good stuff the breakfast wow pastries, fruits , salads,several hot dishes an omelette bar restaurant so clean and open and again you need to add it makes your day start right. We met John the GM he is on the floor at 7 am and still there at 7pm one morning they had 300 for breakfast and on a Saturday and he is there cleaning away tables and right beside his wonderful team I dont have a negative only positive, more good news next door a 24 hours 7/11 and across the road a small shopping center with kfc pizza hut open till 10pm but we just ordered from grab too easy, all the restaurant was very good prices the beer is ice cold 3 for 290 baht great deal I stayed 2 weeks and will be back ...John and his team proved you dont need to waste money tp get a clean hotel with in my opinion 6 star service. I will be back and will definitely stay here again 10 out of 10 feom me and thanks for looking after us so well.

My family and I recently stayed at the BW Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but what really made our trip special was the incredible staff. The room is spacious, fully equipped with amenities, and perfect for both relaxing and working. I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Had a good sleep even though my room is beside the main road. The bed is very huge with 4 fluffy pillows. Jack is very polite greeting us on our first day of check-in and provide excellent service when sending us to airport via the complimentary shuttle service.Great location opposite Lotus and other amenities nearby. Connected skywalk to nearby BTS station.

Night room very spacious, thought carpets are look so old. Staffs are friendly and keep their smiles all the time. I never had a chance to taste the food since my flight is early in the morning. I am expecting they will offer takeaway breakfast but no such thing.

Nice accommodation and convince location near to the Airport and LRT. Staffs here are very warm and helpful for everything, will be back again after Phuket. I think if they have self serve laundry room will be much more better. But it's ok because it's a lots of laundry house nearby.
From the moment I arrived at Best Western Nada Don Mueang, I felt taken care of. I was greeted right as I walked in, and someone helped me with my luggage, which was a great first impression. Kae at the front desk was fantastic — super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions with care. The room itself was spotless and really comfortable. I slept well and had everything I needed. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. Great service and great experience!
