Kootenay Lakeview Resort , BW Signature Collection

This hotel was clean and comfortable, amazing views. Staff was friendly, beds and pillows comfortable. A small breakfast assortment was offered, cereal, toast, muffins, and fruit. The hot tub and the BBQs to cook was an added bonus . Would recommend

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The stunning views of the lake and surrounding nature were breathtaking. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented by the excellent housekeeping team. Special shout-outs to Jesse and Anouk for their incredible hospitality – they truly made our visit special. We loved having access to the BBQ and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. It was a peaceful and amazing getaway!

On a long weekend getaway to Nelson, we decided to stay at the Kootenay Lakeview Resort. It was a great location with easy drives to both Nelson and Ainsworth Hot Springs. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the balcony was huge with a great view of the lake. The breakfast was okay, but nothing overly special. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Fantastic location , all rooms have a beautiful lake view. The room was pet friendly and with a walk out to the grass area. They offered bbq stations , tables outside , perfect for hanging out outdoors. Room was clean with all needed amenities . Breakfast was generous in a very attractive area. Location is close to the lake and an awesome Belfour beach off the Busk rd. Will definitely visit again .

Our one night stay was peaceful, relaxing and quiet. The view off the balcony was spectacular. The hotel grounds are well maintained and a pleasure to wander around. The complementary breakfast was basic but still good and in a more pleasant environment than you will find in most hotels (diverse seatings, windows all around, board games, etc). We will definitely return.

Our stay here was most enjoyable. The accommodations were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accessible. I very much enjoyed the balcony. This is by far the best Best Western hotel I have every stayed at. The grounds had a nice hot tub, a gazebo with two bbq, stainless steel counter and a sink. There were picnic tables available for guest use. Take note that the restaurants in Balfour close by 8 p.m. Ainsworth hot springs were close; as was Nelson. We enjoyed the ferry ride. I plan to return and relax.
