SureStay Plus by Best Western Ada

We called in late at night while driving and secured a downstairs room with easy access for my visually handicapped wife. The breakfast was adequate with waffle maker, eggs, sausage , biscuits and gravy fruit cereal . The room was big and clean with large fridge and microwave, there was a gazebo outside with a grill to utilize.

CLEAN. GREAT AMENITIES. HOT BREAKFAST AND GREAT COFFEE. VERY NICE AND CONVENIENT LOCATION. FRIENDLY STAFF. GREAT PRICE. COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS ROOM. GOOD WATER PRESSURE. FREE WIFI. A MILLION CABLE CHANNELS ON A HUGE TV. HUGE FRIDGE. NO HASSLES. ZERO COMPLAINTS. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN. THANK YOU!

No respect for guest privacy. They enter guest rooms without warning right through the "do not disturb" sign. Rooms are infested by bugs. I spent much of my stay with a whisk broom and dust pan collecting these and flushing them down the toilet. zero stars if that were possible.

Check in was excellent. Price/Value was great. Room was very clean. All items in the room were in working order. Parking was very good. Some of the desk staff didn't speak English clearly, but I was able to understand them. The only downside is the breakfast. It is simply terrible.

Very kind front desk. The room was clean and inviting. The bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay again! The Motel is located behind the Quality Inn. Very full so no parking in front of the room. Had the breakfast included with our stay.

I think moving away from carpet is a great idea. Shower water got hot fast and drained quickly. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was adequate. I didn't stay for breakfast, but got a good cup of coffee.

Hard floors were appreciated instead of carpet. So quick to get in and out with guest doors opening to the outside. Always my preferred style. Hot water didn't run out. Bedding was clean and comfy. Air conditioning worked perfectly

The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating. The motel is new, so everything was clean and well maintained. Eventually, I believe the continental breakfast will improve (there wasn't a full complement of food) but, post-Covid, it was adequate.

Room is clean and adequate and worth about $75. We paid $92 as a senior and veteran. They have breakfast until 9. Mattresses are set on a noisy metal base so when you get in or out, it squeaks. Coffee, microwave and fridge in the room.

After driving for hours with two hyper kiddos, it was late and I was tired. The girl at the front desk was so quick and efficient in helping us get in our room. And when one of the girls forgot a toothbrush she had one ready at the desk for us. Breakfast is always so yummy. We love Best Westerns and will only ever stay at their hotels.

We really liked our stay there. The staff was wonderful. Rooms was super nice. Didn't care much for the grab and go breakfast. The only main problem we had was both me and my wife woke up hurting. They use platform beds. Instead of mattress and box spring. But the staff was super sweet.

Clean, quiet and pet friendly hotel and following proper covid guidelines. Welcoming atmosphere with wonderful staff specially front desk girl who was very cooperative and helpful .Definitely recommend!

From check in to departure, the staff was welcoming, friendly and showed great customer service! We realized after leaving the hotel we had left our air pods behind and the staff promptly located them and worked with us to make arrangements to have them mailed to us so we didn't have to turn around and add more time to our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the hotel to stay at, is amazing from the beginning to the end. The design is very impressive. The lobby is just spectacular. The front desk girl named Becca was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and quick. I got the room with jacuzzi. Great room, spacious, clean and very comfortable. This is a must stop if you are in Ada.

Very great experience here! Nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. The staff I had contact with were very helpful and friendly. Only recommendation I would make is to get bigger signage out on Arlington.

Booked ahead and chose excellent location outside the main business area. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Everything was NEW .... room, reception etc. Awesome bathroom .... excellent shower, plenty of clean fresh towels. Motorcycle was very SAFE in the location. Left behind my prescription eyeglasses and notebook; so I called to see if they found them. YES ..... they were in my room. Without any charge the staff went immediately to the post office and mailed them to me. They arrived in my mailbox within 2 days .... in fine condition.

This is a great hotel for extended stays. Wether you need a one night stay or several months this is the place. The owner and his family are very friendly and it is owner operated. Would highly recommend.

SureStay is the best bang for your buck when it comes to hotels in Ada, Oklahoma. Everything is brand new and clean, and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying here over any other hotel in Ada.

Very friendly service, rooms were nice and clean . The staff was very friendly, they had a great swimming pool and whirlpool. The location was very close to nice restaurants and very easy to drive to and from.

Really nice, really clean brand new hotel in the heart of Ada! Stayed here two nights for a family function and really enjoyed this property. As a bonus there is a sparkling clean pool and spa next door that I was allowed to use during my stay. Highly highly recommended. Ronnie is a great innkeeper. Do not hesitate to stay here, I will be back next time I stay in Ada.
