I had a pleasant stay at Best Western, Vrindavan. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, perfect for families. The room itself was spacious and exquisite. I thought the value was perfect for how luxurious the room was. Cleanliness was impeccable. Room service takes some time but will get the job done. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We recently stayed at Hotel Best Western with our family of four, and it was nothing sort of a perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and professionalism. Every team member we interacted with was genuinely supportive and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were remarkably smooth, and the staff's flexibility in handling our requests made everything stress-free. They were also incredibly helpful in arranging logistics and recommending nearby attractions, which added real value to our visit. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained ideal for a family of four. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, making it easy to relax and feel at home. A particular highlight was the food. The hotel offers both room service and an in-house restaurant with a varied menu, and honestly, it was some of the most delicious food we've had in a long time. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality and taste more than justified the cost and they do have buffet option and other option too. Was a perfect pick for my solo and first time visit to Vrindavan. The room, location and food was great. The staff was very friendly. I had forgotten my phone charges and they made sure to call me in time and drove all the way to hand it to me, it was really important for the rest of my trip. They went above and beyond in their role, I felt very supported. I highly recommend this place.

Very Poor management. They asked us to checkout , even after confirming for 2 days stay. We stayed for 1 day only 13 to 14th November.

We booked this hotel through Make my Trip as it was showing no availability on their website.Hotel is really good, rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic.Food is on the expensive side but good in taste with lots of varieties.Breakfast too had different varieties from north indian cuisine.Service was efficient and staff was courteous Located on the outskirts of Vrindavan, this is a good hotel to stay as going to Mathura, Barsana, Govardhan and Gokul was convenient for us.They too have ample parking space for cars.Overall we had a wonderful stay.

As an NRI, I was delighted to find a Best Western Hotel and immediately chose it for my stay. I was traveling with my young niece and had prepaid for our reservation in advance. After spending four hours in the city waiting for check-in time, we finally arrived at 1 PM, only to be told by the manager that our reservation could not be honored because I did not have my passport with me—despite carrying my Indian government–issued OCI card. Instead of assisting or offering a reasonable solution, the manager insisted that no hotel would accept my OCI card. This lack of empathy was incredibly disappointing, especially after a long day of travel. I hope in the future, the hotel staff can be more understanding and helpful in such situations, rather than making guests feel unwelcome. Additionally, I found the hotel quite stingy with basic amenities like extra towels and toiletries, which further diminished the experience. The restaurant and food were excellent, however.

Prompt and efficient service, clean rooms, professional staff and excellent food which they helped customize as per our liking. One negative we felt was that the hotel entrance is not on the main road but on a back lane which adds to the complexity of getting another mode of transport to travel esp. early mornings. Mr. Vikash from the front office was very helpful in our initial booking and also helped us book an extra night with ease.

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel with our family and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautifully designed interior. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the in-room dining was excellent—delicious food and good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options as well. The only issue we noticed was sand falling near the door area. Although staff came promptly to clean it, the sand kept coming back from an unknown source. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

I went there with my wife and stayed for 3 days. The experience at the hotel was excellent. Ms Surichi and Ms Jaya at the Reception were highly professional. very courteous and helping. They not only ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay at hotel but also helped me in many other things like hiring a auto, taxi, providing information about places. The food at hotel was also very nice and services were extremely good. Overall, the entire staff of the hotel including security staff, staff working at restaurant, providing room service were very polite, high class professionals providing best services. I wish them all a very bright future.

Average Stay Best Western Vrindavan, Room linen is in a very bad condition, Breakfast spread is very less, we had a stay with MAP Plan, but there was not buffet. They offered set menu for dinner, where there was no snacks, very limited options.

I can say there is improvement scope Like mattresses are de flattened and uncomfortable to sleep Bedsheets are dirty Room service is not up to mark Need to change bedsheet it seems quite old and blankets are little smelly Bathroom geyser gives hot water for 2 mins and again cold water Food is good Restaurant staff is so humble and helping you to their best Location It is little bit outiside to you wont get auto easily you need to walk 500 mtrs out from society and thn also it is difficult to get an auto

Went with family for Vrindavan darshan. The hotel is nice and ambience is good. I liked the decor of the hotel, it has a simple theme but it looks beautiful. The food menu is good, starting from Dal chawal to Pasta/ Pizza. The taste is delicious. Breakfast also had a variety of options to choose from. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Over all it was a great stay.
