Highly recommend . Hotel is easily locatable and in central location. Rooms were neatly maintained and food was also good. Had breakfast and lunch all the dishes we ordered were yummy. Good location in a market area. Well connected by public transport. The staff were courteous. Rooms are hygienic and with all amenities one would wish to get at this cost. I always appreciate hotels that provide drinking water in glass bottles and don't use single-use plastic bottles. This hotel does that and deserves appreciation. Good choice of breakfast spread. Meet Punee Raita, an incredible employee at Best Western—someone who completely redefined what perfect customer service means to me. Nearly two years ago, I checked into Best Western Tejvivaan – Vizag. On my very first evening, Punee walked up to my table with a glass of water. I casually said, “Ice-cold water, please.” Just a simple request. But for the next 15 days, without me ever reminding her, she made sure that the moment I sat down, there it was—my ice-cold water. That consistency alone was enough to buy me as customer forever. Little details, bigg impacts. Two years passed. When I returned and noticed most of the staff had changed—yet Punee was still there. She immediately recognized me, greeted me warmly, we exchanged a few words about how we had both been. How her life changed and how she won employee of the month award, etc. I sat down to eat, and she came up with a smile and asked, “Sir, would you still like to continue with ice-cold water?” I was honestly stunned. After almost two years, she remembered something so small, yet so personal. That level of attentiveness… that memory… that care—that's not training. That's heart. What Punee brings to the table is nothing short of magic. She absolutely deserves a raise, more responsibility, and formal training to grow, because she's genuinely an asset to this hotel. She will be my forver example whenever I will speak about NPS or customer service to my team. And speaking of this hotel—they're full of surprises. From keeping soaked almonds in my room to random treats in my room. Seeing these was so refreshing. Sure, they may not have a pool, and the food did feel a bit repetitive (which I shared with their restaurant head). But then, during my checkout, they arranged a small farewell for me. Such an unexpected, touching gesture, the kind that instantly turns a regular stay into an unforgettable memory. With hospitality that makes you feel like a celebrity, Best Western Tejvivaan has won me over completely and has earned a loyal guest with such high bench marks. Hope they are able to maintain the bench mark in future too. With people like Punee delivering unforgettable service, I will happily return again and again. Highly Recommend!

The quality and maintenance of the facilities truly enhanced my experience. I was particularly impressed with: The Comfort and Design: The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort was evident. well-equipped fitness center were fantastic and offered a great way to unwind after a long day. Dining Spaces: offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the ambience made every meal a pleasure. These high-quality facilities, coupled with the warm and professional service, made my time here incredibly comfortable and memorable. There is no proper response to the guests, no value been given to regular guests also, better i prefer to go the Gajuwaka Keys lite, better experience will get there.

We stayed as a family at Best Western Tejvivaan for 2 nights in a Deluxe room. The property itself is impressive—modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to the railway station. The rooms were neat, with fresh linen and a clean setup, making our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the highlight of our visit. The spread offered a delightful mix of South Indian, North Indian, and continental options, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. Made-to-order items like dosas and omelets added a personal touch, and the variety of sweets was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the breakfast was excellent. That said, there were a few areas that left room for improvement: • Early check-in/checkout clarity: Although we mentioned our early check-in and check-out at the time of booking, we were charged extra. Later, at check-in, we were informed that early check-in was “subject to availability.” While we were eventually accommodated, clearer communication upfront would have avoided the confusion. Given that we checked out early and skipped breakfast, a fairer approach to the charges would have been appreciated. • Complimentary spa & amenities: The advertised 15-minute spa was unavailable when we tried to book within the specified timings, which was disappointing. Evening room service also offered very limited options—essentially just one dish. The laundry service felt overpriced, and customer service over calls could have been warmer and more approachable. • Housekeeping concerns: While the rooms were generally clean, we did spot a couple of roaches during our stay. More concerning was the housekeeping practice—our room was opened and cleaned (with linen and towels changed) even though we hadn't requested it. While this may be routine, most hotels usually seek guest permission beforehand, and this would certainly inspire greater trust. Despite these shortcomings, Best Western Tejvivaan has many positives—a central location, modern facilities, and one of the best breakfast spreads we've experienced in a hotel of this category. However, service inconsistencies, lack of transparency around charges, and lapses in upkeep left us with mixed feelings. With a few improvements in customer experience and attention to detail, this property has the potential to deliver a truly seamless and memorable stay. I do hope these aspects are addressed, as I would like to return and experience the hotel at its best.

Alloted one of the worst rooms the hotel had which was at the end of the corridor tiniest and devoid of any ventilation. When asked for change of room, front office tried to convince that all the rooms are same whichever I shift to. But was not the case. Came on a corporate booking where they have an arrangement to which type of rooms to be allotted and have to be blocked accordingly as per the list given to them. However found out quite late that all participants had superior rooms and a few were allotted lower category who never suspected any foul play. The reply by staff is inconsistent & unconvincing.
