Palm Tree Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Pretty ugly from outside but inside a decent, small city hotel, very centrally located near shops, restaurants etc. Nicely decorated reception area and corridors. Room (superior) on 2nd floor a little ordinary but functional. Quiet area by night. Breakfast OK quality and choice, quite nice breakfast room. Didn't check the dinner. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

We had a very nice time at this hotel - staff was super friendly and helpful, surroundings at the hotel were cozy and had a nice vibe. Room was simple, however, contained everything needed - and was clean and calm. Hotel is perfectly located - very central. Shops and restaurants right around the corner. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel to others.

Wonderful warm staff who accommodated our early breakfast request. The rooms are clean and lots of hot water and fresh towels daily. The breakfast options suited everyone's taste. Lovely BBQ on the terrace was great value. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel in the centre of Trelleborg. When we got there, the hotel hosted a party and the reception was flooding with bubbly wine and laughter. Felt very warm and welcoming. The rooms where newly renovated and everything felt fresh.

Stayed here one night, arrived on the ferry from Rostock, and left on the train, so the location was perfect. The ferry arrives quite late, the very friendly staff called us up to make sure we would get into our room. As it was, we made it before reception closed, Comfortable room, not very large, but comfy bed and fridge in the place. No AC; but that does not bother you at the end of September.Our room faced the street, but that is a pedestrian area, so no noise. Breakfast is early, but perfectly ok, nice scrambled eggs, a rare thing in a hotel. You could even cook your own waffle. Recommended!

Good location in terms of near to the Harbour and restaurants but the location is also a curse especially depending on where in the hotel that you live. We stayed on the first floor and not far away from the nearby restaurants with outside seating. The noise was really disturbing (until 1am) so we didn't get much sleep. The noise level seems to be because of faulty noise insulation in the ventilation. The restaurant had some nice food and the staff is really friendly. Parking in the garage is available for 125 kr which is pretty good but the garage is small so as long as you don't have a big car then it's ok So in summary: if you don't have to get up early the next day and will stay up until midnight anyways then I guess it's a good choice but if you want to get some sleep before the morning ferry then no.
