Clean room, ultra comfortable bed, and plenty of space. Staff members are always friendly and courteous. The breakfast coffee is some of my favorite hotel coffee ever. For the rate, this motel cannot be surpassed in Searcy.

We had to book a last minute hotel for a family emergency, this was the only hotel with space for our family due to several groups in town over the Easter Holiday. That said our king room was almost $200 for one night. The bathroom was very small and toiletries including the hand soap all came in the form of built in dispensers like those in a public bathroom. Our bedding was clean but our ceiling had some water damage. The air system worked well. Carpet was dirty and we wore socks until we got in to bed, some rooms were carpeted and some were floored. Overall the rooms were just old and outdated. The pool was decent and warmed but lacked towels. Breakfast was typical hotel offerings and we enjoyed the waffle machine which made 4 minis instead of 1 giant which helped the line flow faster. The eggs and protein offerings were not very appetizing, but fruit and bread offerings were acceptable. The dining and lobby/lounge areas were very compact and a bit tight so it was hard for our family to gather as we were making plans. Overall, it isn't the worst place we have stayed but it was definitly overpriced and would not be my first choice.

On the plus side, the premises and room were very clean and the pool was warm. The breakfast had warm food and was good. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. On the down side, our room had an adjoining door to the room next door. We could hear the person on the other side coughing all night. Our door to the hall had a large gap between the door and the frame so any conversaton or noise in the hall came right through. The hotel appeared to be far from full, so I don't know why they were placing people right next to each other in these rooms with adjoining doors. This type of room always has noise issues if someone is on the other side. Or maybe the walls are thin? Either way you will hear the person next to you. If you stay here and want a quiet room, insist on having a room that does not adjoin another room that is also occupied.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The premises and room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent...hot items and many choices. Nice location. Would definitely stay again while traveling in the area.

I had a great stay very clean, you will not be disappointed. The breakfast was great this was one of the best, Best Western hotels I've ever stayed in, in the south. I wish they would upgrade them all too BWP.

Management allowed a group of men to loiter around the entrance door drinking whisky from a bottle, smoking cigarettes, and making catcalls at my wife. She felt very threatened. Since this situation was allowed at one best western, we will not ever consider staying at another best western - ever!

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel and overall it has been great. The rooms are clean fairly quiet. AC works great and the fan stays on when the AC shuts off!!and the bed is comfortable,could be a little softer and maybe have larger pillows, but it wasn't a rock hard or lumpy bed. I am not a fan of the shampoo and conditioner dispensers and for the price of the room bottles of shampoo and conditioner should be supplied.

This best western is very well kept and comfortable. I've stayed here before and it's always clean and smells fresh through the whole motel. The rooms are well kept and the staff is very courteous. They all were very helpful even in finding great places to eat or visit while we were there. Will stay again in the future.

We just needed a place to stay at the last minute while traveling for business. We called late and were able to get a room for the night, and the lady was very helpful. When we checked in we were asked if we needed anything for the night. The lobby and the rooms were very clean and the decor was nice. The temperature in the room was perfect. Check out the next morning was quick and again, the attendant was very friendly. Great experience!

At 10:30 p.m., I made a reservation for this hotel. I had concerns over the no-refund policy, which is why I waited to make the reservation until the night before I'd hit the road for a 9-hour drive. I wanted to ensure nothing would happen to change the timing of my trip. I reserved a room for (I thought) the following night and went to bed. Little did I know that at some point (maybe because I was having trouble logging into my Best Western Rewards account), the date had defaulted back to that night. (I know with absolute certainty I had initially changed the date to the following night, because I thought to myself how silly it was to try to rent me a room at 10:30 at night for that same night.) When I arrived at the hotel, I was told, “Oh, yeah. You were our no-show last night.” I was stunned to realize I'd paid $90 (plus taxes and such) for the previous night. I asked the manager whether he would just apply that toward my stay that night. He said the best he could do was to offer me a room for $70 that night. It was my fault, he pointed out (several times). I pointed out that I'd already paid him $90 (plus taxes and such) for nothing, and again asked if he could cut me a break. He said to look at it from his point of view (because it isn't about the customer, after all) and that he'd had to hold that room for me. I noted that I'd made my reservation at 10:30 at night (technically 10:38, but I was rounding), and that he hadn't lost anything unless someone had come in AFTER 10:30 the night before and been turned away. He again told me to look at things from his point of view, and the slight discount was all he was willing to offer. Needless to say, I left. I feel it's important for prospective customers to know that if they book a room here, and anything happens to their travel plans (or the website glitches on them), they are unlikely to get any sympathy. I certainly know I would never think of booking at this hotel again. And, by the way, since the manager asked me at least three times to look at things from his point of view, I have tried. Somehow, I keep coming to the conclusion that I'd try harder to help my customer, and that I'd feel dirty keeping $90 from someone based on a website glitch. But that's just me.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean but there is no carpet and the people upstairs from you can be heard like they are dancing on your ceiling when they are simply walking. Not much of a restful stay.

We had to book at the hotel due to app issues but were given a good rate as a Best Western Elite member. Our room was very spacious and accommodating. We needed the rest and the bed was comfortable. I would have preferred 4 instead of 3 pillows on the king bed. But 3 was all right. The amenities were nice with hand soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner in containers attached to the wall. Easily accessed. The front desk clerk was so nice and came to our aide when we had trouble accessing hot water in the tub. Problem solved. We will stay here again in the future.

Clean and comfortable room.. The staff was helpful especially the morning person who checked me out of my room. Linens were fresh and new. Exercise room was good. Hallways were well lit. Social distancing was practiced.

Clean room. Nice and helpful clerks and staff. We were displaced because of personal issues. If I had stayed any place else I am certain we would have issues with cleanliness, possible bugs, no Wifi. At least for 4 days our standard and quality of living was easier during our stay with BW.

Stayed here for one night on road trip to Louisiana. Friendly staff, clean large rooms, restaurants nearby. Hotel sits back from street and is very quiet. Would stay here again. Grab and go breakfast due to Covid.

Checkin was fast and safe as it seems all hotels use plexiglass between guests and front desk staff. Our room with two queens was clean and comfortable. I wasn't wild about the counter with sink right as you walk in the door but that's just me. Each bed only had two pillows which seemed a bit strange. My husband was fine with less. I didn't address this with the staff so no fault on their part. We could tell good cleaning had been done. The beds were comfortable and there were nice toiletries. This Best Western Plus had a ‘grab and go' breakfast with a bottle of water, granola bar, apple danish, cutie orange. Overall we had a good experience.

With the craziness of the Covid-19 pandemic, my family felt safe. Everything was clean and comfortable. If we needed anything, the staff was quick to assist. The staff was very friendly and helpful. During a severe storm, the front desk explained our location in relation to national news alerts and reassured us of our safety and the steps they take in the event of an emergency/;evacuation. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros: - Clean Rooms (except for the small stain on foot of bed) - Extremely friendly staff Cons: - Alarm Clock in the Elevator for music - No blanket or comforter on bed (only two flat sheets were on both beds & when asked for a blanket they brought amother flat sheet) - The a/c unit though new made loud noises all night.

Vern, this is Mary Morgan the wife of Daniel Morgan and we currently rented a room with Best Western Inn Plus in Searcy Arkansas and Kendall was our receptionist for two nights in a row she was fabulous both nights and my personal opinion as well as my husband's we agree that there needs to be more Kindles and every front receptionist desk PS if any raises are available they should go to miss Kendall. Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed the hospitality. Location is right where you wanna be at. Right in the middle is everything. Ms. Kendall at the front dest is Amazing. Plus very nice and clean rooms.

Even though remodeling was being done, the place was clean, the staff was so helpful and didnt seem to mind to assist you in any way. The rooms were very clean, the whole hotel smelled and pleasant fragrance,lightly making the environment pleasant. The breakfast was hot and a good variety. A great stay would stay again.

I took my daughter to searcy for her birthday to hang out with her friends and go shopping, this hotel was great I have stayed in different hotels in past few months because my daughter friends live in searcy and this was by far the best. The hotel workers was the nicest people I have meet. They let us swim later than pool hrs, they were always smiling asking if they could do anything for us. Rooms was clean they even clean remote for tv and place in refresh bag. From no on I will be staying here while I'm in searcy

I stayed here one night for a job interview in the following morning. However, my interview was done after the checkout time. The staff, Vick, was very nice and accommodating to my situation and extended the checkout time! This definitely made my stay more memorable. Other than that, this is a very convenient location and near many restaurants (include the rib restaurant, which is within walking distance). I would recommend this location to others

I will start by saying that the location is perfect, the pool smells clean and the temperature was great. Breakfast however was not up to BWP standards. The eggs were very cold and the milk and cream cheese were very warm, like they have been left out. My problem was that we had 2 of my daughters friends come and hang out with us during the day and into the evening hours b/c we rarely get to see them. Every time we went in the lobby the staff lady continue to stare. Then when our third friend showed up after work, she was stopped by the lady and ask what room she was going to and wanted to know what her purpose was being there and asked how long she'd be there. Then they called my room at 10:30 p.m. to tell my guests to leave. My guests were not going to be spending the night, and the lady proceeded to ask why they were there and what they were doing in the room. That was none of their business! I understand fire code and only having four or five people in a room, but she was extremely unprofessional about how she went about the whole situation since there was only 6 ppl in our room total. My daughters friends felt interrogated. It was insulting to for her to assume we were doing something wrong.

Kendall at the front desk found the perfect quiet room for myself, daughter and two grandsons. Even my teenage grandson immediately commented on the comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, the attractive dinning area kept clean, and the attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative was the brief time the elevator was not operational, however, it was quickly remedied. During the last 20 years I have had brief satisfactory stays at another motel in the same area; however, because of the good rate and great experience I will choose BW in the future.

I was staying at another Hotel in Jonesborro Arkansas but it was in adequate for me to continue staying their I began to make sure I could stay here at this Best Western in Searcy. The Hotel is modern and there hospitality is exceptional. The rooms are always inviting clean and well maintained I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and they make sure my stay while their is what I expected and they always go above and beyond my expectations

Always a great place to stay. We have stayed with this hotel multiple times over the past few years and have really enjoyed our time. Our kids attend a local university and the owners at the hotel are very welcoming to them when they visit.

The staff at this property elevates the service/customer offerings/satisfaction! The support and friendliness of this team exceeds any I have experience at any Tier Level of hotel! Great Job!!! I was there for a one night. Booking the room was easy. They gave me a funeral rate. I got there late. My room was ready. Check in was a breeze. The room was excellent. The indoor pool is great. I wish I had time to get in. Maybe next time. I was shocked that they had cheese omelets instead of scrabbled eggs. That was a nice surprise.

I can't say enough about the customer service given at this hotel. Crystal and Christy went out of their way to make our family comfortable. Check in/out times were constantly changing and they stayed on top of it all. For any future large gatherings, Best Western Plus will be my go to hotel!

Front Desk personnel all very friendly and helpful. check-in & check-out were both very easy. The room was very clean. I especially appreciate it that the bathroom was immaculate! Everything worked well in the room and the bed was comfortable.

My Family and I had to make an unexpected trip due to the Passing Of My Father. We stayed for 4 nights. Vick The Manager did all he could to help us out so we didn't have to Pay a Ton of Money for the unexpected trip. Kendall was also a great help and very kind.The Girls Olivia and Misty that work the breakfast area made sure we had a great breakfast and even made us Bacon on a Sausage day! The Room, waiting area, Pool and outside of building was very clean and taken care of. Vick even offered the Breakfast area if I wanted to gather with my Family in the evening. Thank You to the Entire staff for making such a sad time as comfortable as possible. You were all GREAT and I would recommend This Hotel to anyone coming to Searcy! Mr and Mrs. Urbanek and Family!

Have stayed at this property 3-5 days each week since January 2019. The staff is always helpful, I always get my favorite room, never had an issue with theft, & the breakfast is always ready no matter how early I come down to eat. Kendall at the front desk is always ready & available to help! She needs a raise and promotion. Olivia in the kitchen has breakfast out by 5:30 if not before so the working folks can get on with their day! She needs a raise as well!!!

My husband and I stayed one night while traveling from Atlanta. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. We were disappointed that they did not offer omelets made to order as mentioned in a previous review. The breakfast was adequate but basically the same fare offered at most hotels.

Great stay, 3rd time there in the last 10 years or so. Great every time. Love the new little round waffles and the other breakfast items looked good as well. The location is central to other places in Searcy and it is close to our reunion location outside of Searcy.

I've stayed at this hotel for work the past couple months and it is wonderful. The breakfast is good and the staff are Clean and friendly . Always welcomed as I walk in the door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. Kendall works the front desk at night and she always has a smile on her face and welcomes you in.

I stay out of town quite often for work and it feels like home away from home. Great breakfast in the morning and friendly staff like Kendall make staying here great. It's located near several good restaurants and close to interstate.

Very welcoming with warm cookies and coffee and water available at check in! Clean hotel! Friendly staff!! Will stay again if ever in the area!!! It was totally comfortable during staying at this hotel. We had our dog and they were so pet friendly. They had a lot of option to do. Especially the fitness center was 24 hours open and this makes me feel happy. Great hospitality!

Highly recommend this Best Western Plus. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel located in a quiet area. Internet was fast and easy to connect to. Indoor pool was relaxing and functional. Breakfast was amazing with fresh omelets and make your own waffles. Highly recommend.

Traveling for work with my spouse and the staff at the hotel were extremely accomodating to her while I was out. They offered extra large towels and cushions for outdoor seating and sunning. They offered me a late checkout as well. Pool was great as well.

Having stayed here in Searcy, I promised myself that I would be patronizing this chain from now on for my personal travel. Everything, and I do mean everything, about this stay was perfect. Great room, super comfortable bed, GREAT staff, awesome breakfasts and great value for the money. I was sad that I had to leave!

Everyone was fast and friendly and the hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever been in. There was also an indoor pool and a 24 hour Gym. The hotel is also in a great location. It it right on the main road in searcy with lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance.

I spent four nights here, the first time that I have stayed at a BWP. I will likely stay at BWP during my future travels. I spent many years in the corporate world traveling the United States, but I am much more frugal on my personal travels. Loved this hotel! It was very clean and smelled amazing! My son enjoyed the clean pool and I enjoyed the fitness center! We will be back next week! The staff was very nice and informative! They made my stay very relaxing during a stressful time!

We've stayed at this Best Western Plus hotel several times over the past year. Check in here on 2.18.19 after a long day at work. Well kept rooms and plenty of space. Comfortable beds as well as the pillows. Good customer service too. You also get a good Seattle coffee in the room.

We had a beeping sound in our room all night. It did not come from the smoke detector or any other apparent source. The staff would not relocate us to another room and did not offer any reduction in the price that we paid for staying there.

Very clean and modern. Check in went smoothly. My only complaint is that the walls and ceiling are VERY thin. Lots of noise from neighbors above me walking around their room. Also can hear tv and talking from next door quite clearly. Ice machine motor down the hall also audible in my room. At 1 am, it's a little hard to relax and sleep.

I am adding my review to the many already written with very positive comments. The arrival process was efficient, the staff were all welcoming and pleasant from the desk,housekeeping, and breakfast server. We had driven many miles and we were tired and sore. The jacuzzi suite was available. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. That added to the relaxing jacuzzi led to a very restful sleep. The room was spacious and immaculate. The decor was modern and inviting. The sink and vanity were separate from the bathroom, which always makes morning toiletries easier. The internet was fast and WiFi easy to access. The breakfast had several protein choices as well as waffles , cereals, and fresh fruit. We hadn't stayed with Best Western for years. On this trip we stayed at two both were awesome. We chose both based on comments found on trip advisor and the very reasonable rates. Will definitely look to this chain on our next trip!

I often travel with a small dog and very hard to find good/decent pet-friendly room. However, this motel allows us to stay with my dog on a king size bed. The floor is laminated wood or something, not carpeted, which means there was not bad odor in the room (you even can open the fraction of the window to vent)... The room was very spacious. A table with two chairs and a leg-stretching captain chair was nice addition. The breakfast was excellent... One of the very best BW I have ever stayed..

We love to stay at best westerns with our two kids. The prices are always very reasonable and you can't beat the options for breakfast - waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. We really enjoyed the heated indoor pool during our chilly fall trip too. I had two minor complaints, one about mild cigarette smell in the hallway (though not inside the room itself and not every time we went through which was good) and the pillows were quite thick and not very giving which was not comfortable on my neck. Pillows are a very finicky thing to get right though so I'm sure most people are fine with them. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, breakfast area and pool area were clean and the staff was friendly. We will be staying here again I'm sure.

I was at this hotel for 2 nights the middle of October. The staff were nice, the rooms were decent but started to have the motel feel (no small bottles of shampoo and lotion, but on the wall dispensers). Breakfast was the highlight, and it was a very good breakfast. I've stayed at many different hotels this year (From Marriots, to Holiday Inn's etc) and I would say this Best Western is best Free Continental breakfast I've had all year. I did not like that they allow smoking in the hotel so the hallways smelled of smoke, but the room was fine.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bed is a little firm for my preference but definitely not hard. Breakfast was good — better than most hotel breakfasts. It was the standard that you will find at most Best Westerns. The fitness center id small. It has 4 pieces of equipment, but you are able to get a decent workout, if you want.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights for business. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The breakfast was OK just your typical hotel breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The room needed more light. They do not have enough lights to really brighten the room. Even with the lights on it is still on the dark side. At check out I left my keyboard in the room. The hotel manager called my cell and let me know. I had an employee still in the area and he went back and got it for me. I really appreciated the call letting me know. Overall it was a good stay.

For a place a bit off the beaten path this place was modernized, comfortable, neat and clean. The woman at the desk was oh so nice and helpful. She recommended a restaurant to us, helped us with directions and we had a nice chat. The room had soap dispensers instead of the usual bars of soap and little bottles of shampoo - even in the tub/shower. The comfortable chair in the room had a table that hooked over your lap. It had a good sized closet and extra space for your luggage. The indoor heated pool was nice but gave us the only disappointment in this place. Instead of a graduated 3ft - 4ft - 5 ft pool it was a 3-4-3. I couldn't see a good reason for this.

We were in town to drop off our daughter at college. Front desk was very friendly at check in. Room and hotel was very clean. Water pressure was a little low but that's not uncommon for the area. I would stay here again.

Great location to Harding University. Centrally located in town next to the city center and lots of great parking and hotel amenities. Clean and very family friendly. I especially like the breakfast as I was trying to get to the conference. Great selection and always hot coffee!

The Staff makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The Room and Breakfast is an absolute bonus! The location has easy access to the Highway and anything you want to do in Searcy. Restaurant's and Mall is all within walking distance

This hotel was very nice however I was surprised to here the town was dry!!! Luckily Coltons Steakhouse and Grill was a short walk from the hotel and they some how they acquired a liquor license!! Yeah, good drinks and food. Glad we found this place.

Memorial Day Breakout Trip and wedding planning trip was very very nice. Searcy Best Western went above and beyond our expectations in many many many many ways. Clean, comfortable, quiet and not the easiest to access from the road.

I booked this hotel over others because I thought it would be a better quality hotel. This hotel has been redecorated, but many items were more on the line of basic level Best Western, not "PLUS".. The staff was friendly, but the rooms did not have bar soap or bottles of shampoo. They had the old ugly push dispensers with liquid soap and shampoo. Very poor quality also. We had gotten to the hotel later in the evening, but I had to drive over to Walmart to get some bar soap to wash my face. This is definitely not a higher end feature. I would think bar soap is a given. The breakfast was totally inedible. The coffee was horrible and only had the non-dairy creamer - no half and half. I had to get some when we left on the road. We are not very demanding for breakfast, but there seriously was nothing fresh (other than the bananas) and all hot items microwaved - including the bacon - YUCK! . This hotel, even though the new room decor looked nice and the room was clean, I would not pay "Plus" level prices. This hotel is worth between $50-$60 max for a double. I won't be staying at this hotel again. I actually filled out a review and the manager got back to me thanking me for my comments, but I replied back asking for some money back on the room. I didn't receive any further response to my request.

Room was very clean and inviting. Bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly. Really like the dispensers for soap and shampoo versus the bottles. Breakfast was a great buffet, really helped make it worth the price. Thanks for a great stay, will definitely be back.

Friendly staff and the room was decent. Just needed a little dusting and the shower could have been cleaned a little better. But otherwise it was all good. The breakfast was ok. Typical free breakfast.

My stay at Best Western, Searcy, AR, was a very nice one. All employees at the front desk, were very nice, serviceable and courteous. From the Service cleaning person to the front desk person, they made my stay a comfortable one. I spent a weekend there and I was smiling all the time. It's a very clean and comfortable hotel. Oh, their breakfast is great!

Check in was extra special... very pleasurable, efficient and quick. My room was extremely nice. The mattress was firm. Hotel seemed to be new, but was set back off the road from the interstate. Hot breakfast was typical and good.

A bit pricey, but a handy place to stay...Could have been more reasonably priced.You can walk to several restaurants nearby. We picked The Rib Crib that was only so so but we had never eaten at one before this trip. Should have tried a different one.The hotel was nice .

The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is typical continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But the beds! They are horrible! Hard and very uncomfortable! If they would replace the mattresses this would be a solid 4 star hotel

Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Good breakfast and nice heated pool. The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. You're close to a lot of restaurants and it's great if you're visiting Harding University.

This is a nice hotel in a good location in Searcy. The rooms are clean and quiet. They have a good continental breakfast. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a dry town/county. So, there are no bars/pubs/restaurants where you can get a drink and dinner.

We stay here twice a year on trips to visit family. Easy access to highway and gas stations, walking distance to restaurants. Nice rooms, good breakfast and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

My daughter was returning to Enterprise from Arkansas after her sisters graduation. It was midnight and she was exhausted. She called us and we were uneasy about her staying at a hotel alone. She stayed on the phone with us as she checked in. The lady was very kind and gave her a room on the 1st floor and advised her to park her car right outside her room. The next morning my daughter overslept and missed breakfast. As she got to the lobby the lady ran and fixed her breakfast! The rooms were nice and clean and affordable. I'd stay at this hotel just for the lost art of customer service! Great job Best Western of Clanton!

The staffing and service at the Searcy, AR location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone. We have family there and will be making frequent trips to Searcy, so we plan to stay there many more times in the future. This is much unlike the staffing and service at the Best Western in Jonesboro, AR which is horrible. We staying in Jonesboro 2 nights in September 2017 and 2 nights in December 2017, and the service was bad both times and the staffing did not seem to care.

We have stayed a this hotel about 4 times a year each year over the past seven or eight. It is about a quarter of the way to our final destination and a good place to spend the night. Clean, comfortable, with friendly people. Well lighted parking lot and close by to restaurants. And it is quiet. Will stay here again on our next that way. Easy access from US 67.

I travel about 140 nights a year. I have two hotel chains that I usually stay at depending on what towns I am in. Best Western has secured a spot as one of them. This hotel is clean, comfortable and offers a very good breakfast.

When traveling we stay in a variety of different hotel chains. This one is top on our list when visiting our son at college. The hotel smells fresh when you walk in and when going to your room. Our room had queen size beds which were very comfortable.

Hotel is a little hard to find as it is hidden behind a restaurant. But the staff was pleasant and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Waffles with blueberry compote is what I had. Hotel was clean but not very occupied when I stayed. Hotel is a little pricey compared to the other hotels in town but on par for a Best Western. Would stay again.

I took my daughter and her friends here for her 13th birthday celebration so they could swim and stay the night. The room was very clean! I love the soap dispensers in the bathroom shower. My daughter thought it was cool how the remote was sanitized and put in a fresh bag! The staff was all super nice and helpful and the pool was a good size and very clean! I was impressed with my stay here and will definitely go back!

I have stayed here before. I am a smoker and they have smoking rooms available. The hotel is always clean and very presentable. The staff is always friendly nice and polite. The bed is very comfortable to me and to my bad back.

This hotel is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good and the coffee is good which is a definite PLUS! We've stayed here at least 4 times and have never had a bad experience. I do wish the entire hotel was non smoking even though our non smoking room has NEVER smelled like smoke. Sometimes you can smell it in the hall.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a Best Western. The location was very convenient. If you are going to a Harding University function, book months in advance. This is one of the nicest hotels in Searcy!

We had a softball tournament and definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was acceptable for this type of hotel with several options. Our bed was extremely comfortable as well.

There is no better place to stay in or near Searcy. Everything in hotel is fresh and nicely done. Staff is professional, does exactly what you would expect! Great location, right off the interstate. The breakfast wasn't what I expected. Gravy was cold, told 2 different employee's in breakfast. Both walked over & stirred gravy & never attempted to warm it up. I let the front desk know as well. The rooms are spacious.

This hotel is located right in town just off the highway. The staff were courteous friendly and make check in and out very easy. The breakfast was a great selection with plenty of options and the beds were very comfortable. Indoor pool and fitness center are a huge plus!

Nice place to stay, just be aware that if you are not a smoker ask for the first 2 floors as there is smoking rooms on the 3rd floor and the elevator is right in the middle of these rooms ,so walking thru a cloud of smoke only works if you are a smoker. Other than that it was a nice quiet place to stay, Plenty of shopping, & restaurants close by also.

For an overnight stay, I chose this hotel over the two chains where I normally stay. I'm so glad that I did because they go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Very nice hotel! The staff was excellent! The breakfast was pretty good. I will definitely be staying again. The town is nice. We visited the college there. Plenty of restaurants close by and right off the interstate so it was very convenient.

The rooms are super nice and the bed is very comfy! I love BW Plus suites the rates are great the rooms are fantastic with a laundry on site and a pool as well. The front desk has a small store so everything you need is here. This is a dry county so you better get a cold drink before you get to town!

A very nice hotel and the employees go out of their way to be kind and helpful! The shuttle driver showed me the way to the airport so I could return my car and waited for me to bring me back. The ladies at the front desk and lounge were both so kind and nice!

We had another stay at this hotel and I just want to write this review to commend Vick Patel and his staff for running a very clean and comfortable hotel in Searcy! The pool area is very clean. The lobby is very inviting in décor and also offers cookies and coffee at your leisure. The hallways are also very updated with the carpeting and wall colors. The rooms are also clean and comfy. The beds are very soft. Something new this time was the dispensers on the walls for hand soap and in the shower for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. (see pictures) This is an awesome way to provide plenty of product without the waste of the small bottles. They also serve Seattle's Best coffee in the room coffee makers and it was very tasty. One thing missing was an additional trash can. Ours filled up quickly with 4 people in the room so an additional one would be helpful. Breakfast was again stellar. The lady attending to it was very pleasant and able to keep everything filled without inferring with you getting food. Also, there were several people getting there at the end time – she did not start locking up the food, but rather was still filling the hot items to be sure they all got what they wanted. They had plain and banana nut waffles, Egg, biscuits & gravy, sausage and tater tots. There was also oatmeal with all the fixings to go in it. It was missing nuts, which would be a good addition. There was also bagels and yogurts. I highly recommend the Searcy Best Western when you are in town.

Nice hotel for youth baseball team. Stayed there last year--kids loved the pool. Rooms were nice. Management worked with us when we got to the hotel late on pool hours. This hotel is consistently great! The rooms are large. The room is well furnished and the bed comfortable. The room and bathroom are very clean! Excellent breakfast - they offered both bacon and sausage. The desk staff is very friendly. Be aware that the hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. MN does not offer smoking rooms so we didn't even think about the possibility of getting a smoking room, but that is what we had. They said that the room was aired out and carpets were shampood, but the room still smelled of strong smoke. We would not stay in this hotel again if there were not non-smoking rooms available, but it is a very nice hotel.

My stay met all expectations. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable without strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast was hot and well presented. Conveniently located and parking was well lit and secure.

Great hotel in Searcy for visiting Harding. Excellent staff, Good breakfast, overall just a really good choice! The front desk goes over and beyond to help. Laundry facility in the hotel makes visiting college student even easier.

First time staying here. Room was pretty nice for the money. Breakfast could use some tweaking. Hotel is quite, clean rooms, bed was not the most comfortable to me. Desk clerk was very helpful. I am going to stay a five night stay last week in March.

BW Plus is supposed to be the mid-grade BW property with fairly good facilities. This one is only a couple of blocks off the highway. The owners are either stingy or only concerned with minimizing their costs. The aerators on the sink faucet and the shower head let so little water through it was close to impossible to take a shower or shave. The room was dark, very dark from too few light fixtures. While the property looked fairly good from the outside, there were general maintenance problems throughout.

After driving all day we were looking forward to a good nights sleep and we were not disappointed. The lady serving the breakfast was very accommodating to us and prepared us scrambled eggs in place of cheese omelettes. Overall we would give it a 9!

Awesome place to stay. The staff, the room and the breakfast was great. I enjoyed visiting Searcy and seeing the community come together to decorate with Christmas lights. The staff gave me suggestions on where to go and what all that there is to do in Searcy. Together it made a great visit. We will do this again next year when we come back for Thanksgiving.

I do not even know where to begin. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful! Chair in my room was broken upon check in, reported it, had a new one next morning. Hot breakfast was amazing!! Good variety everyday!! Room was over the top clean! And that clean everyday! Zero complaints whatsoever, defiantly recommend staying here. I was here from Monday to Saturday, somI got to see a lot of the staff. Facility is very clean! Look forward to staying here again.

I come to Harding every so often. Best Western has never let me down. In door pool, clean and nice smelling rooms, always updating there Hotel. I enjoy coming here. I have stayed at this location for several years. The amenities are wonderful!!! Indoor pool, breakfast and fitness area are always clean. Our group of 8 ladies stayed here for 2 nights when we were attending a scrapbooking retreat. This hotel was conveniently located to our venue. I felt very safe and it was close to restaurants. The staff was very professional and welcomed us. This was the second time we had stayed here and we have already booked our rooms for next year. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a typical hotel buffet and was fine for us. The staff allowed us to congregate in the dining area in the evenings after we returned from our retreat. It was nice to have a place where we could all sit and talk. Kaitlyn checked us in and was always ready to help us in any way that we needed. She is definitely an asset to this hotel! Vic helped us with our reservations and everything was perfect. The hotel has done some renovating and is very nice.

Just passing through for the night. The guy who checked us in was very friendly even though it was pushing 1 AM. We were given a late checkout until noon, although someone did start ringing the phone a few times right at 11 AM. Not a big deal. Breakfast was stocked and the dining area was very clean. The food was hot and there were many options both hot and cold. The room size was perfect, beds comfortable, and pillows fluffy! I saw somewhere it was newly renovated and everything was very clean. We will stay here again.

This hotel has an excellent location for traveling on Interstate 40. While it is a bit off the main route, US 67 is an excellent road, and the property is very well maintained. The staff were very professional, and knew what nearby restaurants were good.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Expedited check in, no wait at check out. Breakfast was better than your standard hotel morning continental breakfast. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights, and had no complaints.

My wife and I were traveling and thanks to the folks on Trip Advisor found this gem in contrast to other motels in the area. It is older, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and sufficiently roomy. The breakfast was good and the motel was quiet, which means a lot if you have been on the road all day.

We had a great stay. The workout room was very limited but the rest of the stay was as good as I would expect for the location and price range. The room was nice, clean and quite. The location is close to everything in the small town and near Harding.

This is a nice dependable hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The pool water was on the cool side. The breakfast could be improved upon. Good restaurants close by.

Overall this was a great space to stay, the accommodated our special parking needs (hauling a trailer), the place was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, Ive had better, but it was good. Staff was also super nice.

Everything looked newly remodeled and the staff was very friendly and supportive. I can only report to downers. One they should have fixed by now and that was the sink would not shutoff properly. It was a single lever and it was not aligned correctly. The other item would only both room 109 and 111. The transformer is just outside the windows and when everything gets quiet you still hear the hum of the transformer. I did not notice it except on the bed and desk near the window.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and nice. The only problem we experiences was the room. When we went in, the room smelled like "pet". We asked for a different room and quickly moved us. In general the hotel is fine, just be prepared for rooms that allow pets and smoking.

Older but they have tried to update rooms. Room was basically clean but I'm rather picky. A/C had been turned off for some time and room was muggy when we got there. Breakfast was pre-made omlettes and biscuits and gravy. There was only a few inches of gravy in the warmer and it wasn't really even warm. I understand not wasting food when the hotel isn't very full, but it would have been nice if it was hot. They had waffles, yogurt, and oatmeal as choices too.

The Best Western Plus Searcy Inn was clean and conveniently located near Harding University and many places to eat. The hotel's free breakfast each morning was good with lots of variety. What set this hotel apart was the high level of customer service. Vick, the General Manager, and his night manager, Kari, and all of their staff, were friendly, accommodating, and met our every need and fulfilled each request. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Searcy.

Our room was on the third floor. There are smoking rooms on that level and you must walk by the smoking rooms to get to the nonsmoking rooms. The area of the hall where the smoking rooms are located reeks of smoke.

Very nice facility nice pool great breakfast very nice bed. I like that the day clerk call me around 2:00 arrival day to check on my arrival time and to assured me the my room was ready when I would get there. Everything was perfect Did I say that the bed was great I loved having all them pillows.

Swift check in. Friendly staff. Made sure I had everything that I needed for my stay. Both the room and bathroom were clean upon my arrival. Very comfortable bed. Room was very spacious. Very good experience. I will be back the next time I need a hotel in Searcy.

I generally don't stay at Best Western because you never know what you are going to get. In the past I wasn't pleased with the quality and the staff. This one surprised me. It was very clean and comfortable. Updated furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only had 2 issues. The room was stuffy and needed an open window for some fresh air. I'm finding that's an issue with other motel/hotel chains, too. The internet did not connect easily with the password. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and will probably go there again.

Everything about this hotel was great. Comfortable beds, nice room furnishings, great indoor pool and fitness room. On site laundry. Variety of choices for breakfast. Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff is wonderful

I highly recommend staying at the Best western plus in Searcy Arkansas its clean and quiet. The staff is great and there are restaurants within walking distance. I'll not stay anywhere else thanks for your time Jim.

We experienced no problems during our stay. Only complaint was that we found some candy from a previous guest under the edge of the bed which we figured the vacuum cleaner had pushed underneath there.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and the rate was reasonable.The management at the hotel was friendly and the hotel is located near Harding University and many restaurants. I wold recommend this hotel

From check-in to check-out, this is by far the best motel I have stayed in! Vick, the manager, made an extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. He even took time to completely explain the rewards program and signed me up for the summer promotion (which I had asked about at another Best Western during my 32 day trip.) I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

We stayed here about a year ago and were pleasantly surprised but even more pleased on this visit. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. We had a first floor room which was really nice to not have to mess with elevators or stairs. The hotel was very quiet and the parking lot well lit and it felt very safe. There were very good options at breakfast - about 4-5 hot items as well as a waffle maker, cereals, fruit and breads. They also had a section that had chocolate chips, raisins, nuts and it said you could customize your cereal or oatmeal and the choc chip could be used on your waffles also. Nice suggestions! Vick Patel was at the front desk when we checked in. We asked to check in early and he provided a room without any question. He was at the front desk during our entire stay and working very hard and always greeted with a smile, as well as covering breakfast in the morning. The only complaint is the breakfast room is a little small and not well set up to get your food and maneuver around the tables and people sitting there. This is our new favorite place to stay in Searcy and we have quite a few more stays coming up!

It appears that the facility received a face lift since our last visit and is much improved Staff at the check-in desk were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was above average for a motel. Next trip we will stay at the Best Western Plus Searcy Inn.

Excellent, professional, and courteous staff who exceed all expectations and are glad you chose their establishment. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is great. The motel is priced right for any size family. The motel is family friendly.

We were in town for a sporting event and we only stay at Marriott or Hilton properties however there are none in Searcy, so we decided to stay at Best Western. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The rooms are representative of what you see on the Website, remolded and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the typical as you would expect, the breakfast area is a little small if you had a large group with you. They had a nice indoor pool and a nice outside area. They always had Otis Spunkmeyer cookies available at the front desk.

Great place to stay. Convenient. Have stayed there the last 3 years. Have recommended it as well. Would like to see a few rugs put on the floor outside pool area. But other than that great place to stay. Very clean. Very polite staff.

Had another good experience recently at our 3 night stay at Best Western. The rooms were clean as usual, the indoor pool was nice and warm, the breakfast nice and hot and I enjoyed using the exercise room. The beds were comfy as always with the nice cold air in the room. The only downside this time was on our second night there was a little league baseball team that were loud late at night and misbehaved at the pool. Children should have fun but should be trained to consider others as well.

I travel to Texas at least once a year and will drive longer to arrive at this Best Western . I avoid the interstate and found a U.S ,HWY 67 that will take me to Little Rock ARK. This hotel is a hidden jewel. The hotel is clean the staff is wonderful,

We have never been disappointed at a Best Western as far as comfort and sleeping arrangements are concerned. The lobby area is not very large but everything else about the hotel was very nice and we would return if we are ever in the area again.

This hotel is an former Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is sparkling clean. From the foyer, to the breakfast room, pool area and room itself. The room furnishings are very modern. Didn't really care for the bed. There was a memory foam pad on top of the mattress. It was a bit too soft for our desires, but was still comfortable. We were not sure if the foam was an afterthought and the mattress itself was shot? The couch was excellent. The breakfast was ok. Lots of carb options such as fresh waffles, biscuits and gravy, cold french toast that you could warm up in the microwave, bagels, mini muffins (stale) Danish, sausage,(alternated between links, patties and bacon) hot egg option, instant oatmeal packets and a few cereal options. The desk staff was ok, not overly friendly. We were always greeted in the mornings when we left but not when we returned in the evening. The first couple of night we stayed it appeared that the desk clerk had family hanging with them on the entry couch. Overall, we prefer LaQuinta but would definetly stay here again. Loved the cleanliness!

We had a great stay at this location in Searcy, AR. I am a youth minister and I brought teenagers with me. We used the pool, the workout facility and ate at the provided breakfast. It was delicious. We had a great stay!

Going to the Best Western Searcy is like your home away from home. Whenever you are coming or leaving your are welcomed and every member of the staff is always courteous and polite. When choosing a hotel you often have to guess if the rooms will be clean and if the hotel has up to date amenities, but not with this hotel. I have stayed here several times and have always had an excellent experience. The breakfast is fresh and kept stocked the internet works great and the TV works better than any hotel I have stayed in. It is always refreshing to be able to come back to the hotel after the end of a long day and actually be able to find a channel you want to watch and for it to have an excellent picture, which is what I experienced here. I generally don't watch much TV when staying at hotels because first of all that is not why I am traveling and then the reception is poor and choice of channels is limited. I actually had to write down my favorite channel numbers as there were so many I would forget which one it was or I had surfed so far away from it I would have to key it in manually. The atmosphere is welcoming and I always feel safe when staying at this hotel as they have kept it having that new look like it was just opened.

Manage and staff where friendly and helpful. Clean hotel and room.. Offered free breakfast. Used gym while there. Hotel had a inside swimming pool which was heated. Good location near all the stores in Searcy. Area was quite with no commercial noise.

We worked closely with this hotel for a group reservation. We had 11 rooms in our group. The group reservation coordinator, Anna was very helpful getting things started. The manager, Vick was very helpful from the first day we reserved, through out checkout. There were no problems, and the hotel even allowed us to use their meeting room for our board meetings.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept and organized. Breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast. Staying in the same place for two weeks can sometimes be very difficult and the staff here made it a little easier. Room was cleaned properly every day when I returned. Everything in Searcy is really close to this hotel. Nothing over a mile or two away. Tried almost every restaurant there and didn't have any really bad experiences.

I used trip advisor to locate a motel on my resent travels to Arkansas and found that the Best Western Plus has a great price, clean comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Location was a plus. Close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this motel if you are traveling through Searcy, AR.

We stay at this location every year for the Harding University graduations. They are always helpful, friendly and the rooms are always very clean and presented like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is not 5 star, but it is average for a free hotel breakfast and it beats having to go out. It is hot and presented well and has eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. They desk clerk is always happy to provide extra coffee for the in room maker and we also got hot chocolate for the kids. We have an electric vehicle and they always let us plug in for the night which is very appreciated as some hotels look at us like we are aliens when we ask to do this

Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were surprisingly soft. Breakfast was pretty good. The selection varied each day, and there was plenty to choose from. The pool was clean, and the kids were thankful that it was heated. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very comfortable, enjoyable stay, and we will plan to stay there again next time we are in Searcy.

Overall very nice establishment. Friendly hotel staff. Hotel was very clean and in the perfect location with eateries in front of its' parking lot. My only con (personal) would be that the TV was set to turn off every 30 minutes and within the menu it couldn't be changed by the guest.

Great room, price, location, tv, breakfast and Internet. Friendly desk clerks. Safe and secure. Indoor pool is very nice. Business center has everything. Direct tv had a lot of channels and movies to choose from.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 consecutive nights. Literally, everything was perfect! The staff from the front desk, to breakfast, to the cleaning of rooms was extremely courteous and very easy to talk to and work with. The hot breakfast was excellent with PLENTY of FRESH FRUIT everyday! The indoor pool and area was extremely comfortable with the water at a perfect temperature. Most indoor pools are too cool to enjoy...but not this pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be staying here again in the future. Matter-of-fact, this is my second time staying here for extended times and both trips have been excellent!!!

This is a nice hotel to stay at. Nice friendly staff. Wish it had a hot tub. Breakfast nice but would like some bacon. Clean and modern. Many eating places nearby hotel. Rooms are small however nice and antiquit..

Safe place to stay and very accommodating. The only negative is the breakfast due to the watered down O.J. and very stale potatoes (tots) plus, fruit did not look fresh (only apples/oranges and no bananas or raisins). Eggs looked microwaved and had very hard edges as far as taste...not very and we decided to eat out more than once. Opted for oatmeal mostly. Also, there was a maintenance issue in room that was minor regarding tissue dispenser that was not secured in the wall and very loose. Would still stay there again as the room was spacious and liked the in room fridge. Also, had trick or treaters that were loud outside and running around our vehicle for over 1/2 hour; was thinking about calling desk.

I sincerely apologize that we did not live up to your expectations on this stay. We are going to take this review and use it to better ourselves as a hotel. Quality all around! Location, services, amenities. Each time I stay I reserve a room for my next trip. I am even able to reserve the same room each time so I know what to except. They know all the Harding events so there is no need to know exact dates, just the event. Harding parents must consider this hotel. Worth the cost!

this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, the hotel was very clean and it smelled like heaven. the staff was very professional and the nicest people I have met in a long time. thank you very much.

Very nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable room. Nice exercise room. Very nice breakfast. Will stay there again if traveling near there. We found the stay worth going a little out of our way.

Made reservation for four rooms. we were on a motorcycle vacation, so when we get to the hotel we hot and tired. checked in and it was quick and easy. our rooms were cool and comfortable. breakfast was good hot. hotel was clean inside and out. while putting cover on my bike, the police pulled up and said they would be around all night. This is a good place to stay, and be safe.. The staff was great.

the hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. the staff is great and so s the location. the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable It would be my first choice for a hotel. this hotel is amazing.

My husband and I just returned from Searcy, Arkansas where We stayed at the Best Western Plus. Best Western Hotels offer solid, consistent lodging choices, yummy hot breakfast and free in room WiFi. Vick who checked us in was great. He helped with restaurant choices, filling needed items and remembered our names.

I travel for business and usually have 300+ nights in a hotel a year and this is one of my favorites in AR. They have excellent breakfast, clean comfy beds, and good showers. It's everything you could want in a hotel!

Maybe the best place I have stayed at in Searcy, two sons attending Harding, and it has always been a great place to stay. The rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is always hot and fresh. The staff is very friendly.
