"Overnight Stay Before Bike Trip"

This is a clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast. Easy to reach from the freeway, and a 15-min walk from the Gare where we picked up our bikes for the Petit Train du Nord trail. Good price; would definitely stay here again.

We often come to St-Jerome for various reasons and to see close friends living in the area. When we come we usually stay at this Best Western in St-Jerome. Good location, clean hotel, pleasant staff, nice, large rooms. And the restaurant in the hotel, Gare 422 is also very good.

Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. From reception to the restaurant they really make you feel at home. Very professional and pleasant. Great location off hwy with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Myself and my team really enjoyed our stay. Food is very good and reasonably priced as well.

This is the second time I stayed here because my company booked my stay(10 nights) Complaints of noise went unanswered and the entire hockey team of kids playing hockey in the hall right outside my door kept on playing and going in and out of their rooms, letting the door slam every time. Internet was extremely slow and the signal was very spotty. Was unable to have a FaceTime call with my wife and kids. Morning restaurant staff were awesome and very accommodating. Evening staff were completely useless and took way too long to take order and even get a drink (over 1hr to get dinner). I will surely make it so I will not ever stay again and I travel to Montreal area frequently. Very disappointed. I do have to say though, the house keeping staff were top notch, room always clean and very consistent with how it looked.

The hotel was very clean as was my room. Jennifer at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially since I do not speak French. Both the restaurant and bar had a very professional staff, and all the food and drinks I had were top notch. I would 100% stay at this hotel again if I am ever in the area.

I stayed here for 6 nights recently for work. The room was clean and the staff were ok. The location is convenient for the town centre and Mirabel Airport is about a 15 minute drive. I was working there so it was reasonably convenient. The town of St. Jerome seemed like a nice place with lots of places to eat. But the downside was the plumbing in the hotel is incredibly noisy!! I had a ground floor room and at precisely 0600 every morning I was jolted awake the adjacent occupants showering. It was so loud the first morning I thought a pipe had burst! My colleague is currently staying in the same hotel and he is experiencing the same problem. In his words "ridiculously noisy". Other than that it was ok. Other reviewers said the staff were very friendly. I did not find them particularly so. On one morning when I greeted the person at the front desk good morning, the response was very curt and reluctant. Okaaaay well you have a nice day too!!! Parking is quite limited by the main entrance as the attachéd restaurant gets quite busy. On my next trip to St. Jerome in a couple of weeks I'm staying across the street at the Comfort Inn. I'm hoping for quieter plumbing!!

very clean, easy to find, pleasant room, good wifi. Locations has TONS of dining choices, plus their own. We did not eat at the Best Western, but right across the street is a great steakhouse. We have eaten there twice.

Our group stayed at this hotel for the Marathon du P'tit Train du Nord. Could not have picked a better location and hotel. Staff was very accommodating and went out of the way to provide coffee and fruit service at 6am on marathon day for the runners.

Despite having a supposed « extended stay » reservation, there was no way to get a late check-out which meant I needed to check-out before the end of my race. I had specifically mentioned the hours of the race when I made the reservation and was told it would be OK.

very well run hotel, nice rooms, good beds and linens, super clean and a very attentive staff at the reception desk.the small pool is outdoors. the thing we enjoyed less was the breakfast at the attending restaurant, with a hotel voucher you get a very limited choice, much less than in any other BW we stayed at

Everything was nice at this hotel and my stay included a great breakfast. Couldn't be improved upon except to teach the people at the counter to put a smile on their face and to make an effort to be a bit friendly to customers.

My husband and I, along with another friend, stayed at this hotel before starting a bike trip on the P'tit Train du Nord. The beds were comfortable, and the room worked well. Our biggest complaint was that it was very difficult to find, and the signage left much to be desired. The front desk staff person (Asmaa?) was very friendly, and we appreciated her cheerfulness. We also liked the breakfast that you could order from the menu, included with the room price. We chose this location because of its proximity to the Place de la Gare, where we were catching a shuttle the next morning.

We stayed at the best western. It is a hotel and does not have any particular plus or minuses. We enjoyed the company of the staff and appreciated their hospitality. We will come again. If we do it would help to get some better wifi in the restaurant

They made a mistake on my reservation. They failed to send me any confirmation, and then they charged me for missing it without even calling me or trying to figure out what happened. They have abused of my credit card information. They say that they never ask clients before they charge them for missing reservation, no matter who's error it was..

Best place to stay before and after biking Le P'tit Train du Nord!!! Spacious room, great happy hour in lounge, wonderful food. Very service oriented and thoughtful staff. Good place to meet and greet other bikers.

Difficult to find hotel (no signage with hotel name) offers clean rooms. We could here guests in the next room every time they turned on the faucet (sounded like someone was drilling). Make sure to read the find print regarding the breakfast.

I had a high-valued experience. I stayed here with my wife and two kids. We were on the way 20 days' road trip. This place has the most clean and comfortable room among this trip. Also, the breakfast were served by individual selections and much better than other buffets.

"Most overrated four star hotel I have ever seen"

They do not seem to think putting up a sign helps one find the hotel. Then they do not seem to think that a malfunctioning air conditioner is cause for a room change. By the time the person who came to fix the AC failed, then left the room, the restaurant had closed, 30 minutes early. As we were traveling by bicycle, not car, this left us with few dining options. Thankfully, Elise in the bar helped us order pizza from a local establishment, she was the only bright spot of the place. Finally, the WiFi signal was weak and connection spotty.Problems created and not resolved leaves a bad impression. This is the most overrated four star hotel I have ever experienced.

Clean please comfortable temperature, so important to me, and the breakfast included was great. Staff was accommodating and polite. Room was clean, have nothing to say bad about anything for this place, overall great value for the price.

This is an average Best Western hotel, located on a commercial estate, surrounded by chain restaurants and bars. The location is useful next to the highway. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. It's a good place to stay for a one night stopover, but it's nothing special really. Staff are friendly.

"MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER!"

If you like soft plush pillow top beds and puffy soft cloud like, yet supportive dream pillows this is the place for you! Just avoid room 212. The NOISY pipes from a next door shower jolted me awake at 6:45 on a Saturday morning when I so needed to sleep in after a long drive from Toronto and late arrival. The breakfast is AMAZING! Delicious, attractive presentation and economical prices. The service is fantastically friendly and helpful.

Hotel with big and modern rooms. There is also a very good steakhouse that belongs to the hotel. If you plan to stay in Jérome, you definitly have to consider this nice hotel. Before you go to bed you can enjoy a drink at the bar.

Excellent location, closer to work and also to lots of restaurants. Lot of places to visit around the hotel. It is 30 mins drive to Montreal during non peak hours. Hotel does not provide microwave oven, there is no laundry machines. There is no coffee service in the lobby which are the only disadvantages.

We found this hotel through several suggestions in TripAdvisor. The price was reasonable for 4 people. (2 queen beds) and rooms was spacious enough so we didn't feel squeeze all together. The bath was pretty good and refrigerator was available to cool our stuff too. Breakfast was included and offered variety selection of morning dishes (egg style, pancakes, etc.). In addition, the place was close enough to several stores around and great for adventure attractions nearby (Saint Savour water park, New World Rafting) and also around 40 min drive to Montreal. Highway is just around the corner so it's to get on-off right to your new destination as well. Staff was friendly :)

From the front desk personnel to the restaurant and lounge staff, the hotel has a very friendly, polite group of people that treated me like we were old friends. The room was spacious and clean with contemporary décor. the bed was very comfortable; almost as cozy as my own bed. The restaurant food was delicious and not at all expensive, definitely not what you would expect from a hotel. This all made for a great stay. I look forward to staying there again.

"This hotel was a disappointment"

I did not expect much going. I reserved for a week but left the following morning. At night when the guests in the room next door will take a shower the noise level was strong that it will wake me up. Every time I will use the toilet it will clog. The staff at the restaurant we're pretty rude and inconsiderate.after this debacle when I decided to check out at 7 am they charged me an extra night because or early departure. Can you believe that??? Maybe it was just fluke. But my experience was pretty bad

I stayed here for work from a recommendation from a colleague who travels more then I do. The hotel was friendly and accommodating, if you do not speak French the reception staff were Bilingual and very friendly. The adjoining restaurant and bar are very nice and convenient. The room was clean and quite. I would stay here again.

"Still old and depressing"

I've been to this hotel about 3 years ago and hated it. I'm now back for a conference and seen some changes: For better: - shower looks brand new and works properly; - breakfast was much better (even tasty!) and service was efficient; - good bed and linen. Had a good night sleep. For worse: - the bathroom light switch is outside the room. The switch inside (left after renovating?) does not work. Strange. - no room service. - very noisy fan in the room. Needed ear plugs. - unable to park my car - too much snow in the parking (and it hasn't snowed for three days!). When I told this to the front desk, the answer was "Yeah. The snow guy doesn't do a good job this year.". Ok... So, too bad for the customers? Am I supposed to take my shovel in my trunk? - Noisy. When in my room, I could hear (and, I mean, every word) the person in the next room talking in her phone. And she was not yelling, just talking normally. - The smell in the corridors... Terrible! Now, this should be adressed most urgently! - Hall was... empty. Big, depressing, huge room with a sad little 1980 couch been left there, beside a plastic tree. Wow. - The furniture is truly outdated. Looks also like 1980. The fridge is too big for the desk and the front door won't close. Mirror, drawers, sofa... Everything should be replaced. Depressing. I was glad to go back home. - Weird room setup, all in corners ans walls. I would recommend staying here only if you have absolutely no other choice.

Clean, comfortable - restaurant attached that was very good and reasonable. I did not speak French and all of the employees I met were very helpful. Room was extremely comfortable - bedding very nice. Room temperature control easy to use and adjust. Other restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The only negative is that the exercise room did not have a TV. It was raining the whole time I was there and I had to run indoors.

Room and bathroom were both perfectly clean and I am very picky on this. Free and fast internet. Fridge, coffee machine and ironing needs included. Restaurant for breakfast was also perfect. We will surely go back to this hotel.

Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and modern. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and all linens and bed covers were fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only drawback is that it is not in the immediate vicinity of Montreal. If you're visiting Montreal, this hotel is a relatively short drive to Montreal.

Staff was very disinterested and disengaged from the moment I arrived. Made no efforts to address my concerns. I had arrived late and was looking for a place to eat. Decided to go the bar lounge to see if there were any snacks. There was no waiter. Apparently on a break which lasted more than 15 minutes. Did not get a good sleep due to ventilation system which kept turning on and off.

Easily accessed off Autoroute15, this hotel offers clean, quiet lodging combined with welcoming, comfortable service which is almost standard at Best Western stays everywhere. Our room was clean, large and bright with very comfortable beds, free WiFi, ironing board and iron, and a well-appointed bathroom with all amenities including hairdryer. Two bath- robes are available in the event that the swimming pool is put to use. The restaurant and bar are easily accessed through the lobby and are serviced by friendly and knowledgeable bilingual staff. A limited wine list is available, as are French and English daily newspapers.

We were impressed with the friendly staff and that just about everyone could speak English for us, as are from Minnesota, USA. Everything was perfect! Your hotel was our home base as we traveled the Laurentian mountain area meeting cousins. We loved the sit down off the menu breakfast, especially the made to order omelets, home made orange marmalade jam, endless coffee with a smile. The beds are pillow top and area was quiet. The maids brought us whatever we needed quickly and the front desk helped us with directions and suggestions. Hats off to your staff!! I have spent 12 years working in a major hotel myself and appreciate the extra friendly service.! P.S. If you are elderly or have a disability, request a first floor as there is no elevator. Great hotel off the highway with easy access. I will stay here again upon my return trip to the St. Jerome, Canada.

We stayed 2 nights too relax unwind and take in the beauty of the Park which is 8 mins away from the Best Western..it's breath taking this time of year with all it's fall colours, duck pond, art in the park etc.. as you walk through in awe..Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord!..The Best Western is so clean and well kept it's beautiful. The breakfast that comes with your booking is a full breakfast, so good..the bar is great with 15% off the restaurant, the meal presentation is just beautifully done! The beds were so comfortable I actually slept and relaxed..staff so warm, friendly, and very informative..if you are looking for a little get away too take in some nature, this is the place..Enjoy!

We were staying at the Best Western for our first night before the start of our Petit Train bike ride. Normally we would never dine at the hotel you stay at, but we wanted no complicating factors early to bed and all that so we headed into the Grill. The restaurant was a bit noisy with a 60th anniversary going on so we decided to have dinner in the bar. Lucky us!!! The bartender, Nancy had us laughing from the first moment. This delightful woman has uncanny comedic timing, made us feel so welcome and well it's hard to describe but we 2 couples had the best time because she interacted so brilliantly with us. She is just lovely.

I was very satisfied with the room, staff and food. We only stayed at the hotel for one night and was pleased with the room and the check in. there was plenty of parking and to be honest it was very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends. The free breakfast was great, full breakfast.

Easy to access by car, very clean hotel, comfortable room with functional amenities, very good breakfast ( included ), not the usual buffet type breakfast. Free parking. Very pleased overall with this place.

air conditioning fans run continuously from morning to evening - the window can not be open constantly noisy from them. laundry room is located on the floor is a big negative. the vibration of the machine and the smell of wet clothes - this is also negative. did not like . Getting a warm welcome at the reception is always the best to start a stay in a hotel. Coming into a clean room with nice prepared bed is important as well. Taking a shower in a very clean bath is a must. Enjoying a great dinner (world best filet mignon) in the hotel own restaurant prepares good for the night. Getting a breakfast combined with a friendly smile brings the sun into your heart. That's the everytime experience staying in this wonderful hotel! Great place to stay!!!

We received a warm greeting at check-in! The evening staff saved the first evening, after a rowdy neighbor had to be warned; the staff made us want to continue our stay. The room was comfortable and the king sized bed provided a great sleep. The best part of our stay was the morning staff at breakfast - Christine was a hard working and very kind waitress and even helped us learn French. Serge, the manager, was outgoing and friendly. "Overnight trip "

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was super convenient right off the highway. The rooms were nice. Our bathroom looked like it was updated quite recently but the bedroom seem just a little outdated. The bed however was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels and I had the best sleep. Finally, the breakfast was great. It's inside the restaurant and you get a choice between a few meals. Overall, we enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again.

My room was in good repair, very clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel and restaurant staff were great and made my stay very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay there again any time I am in the area again!

Everything was in place. Breakfast had a very good choice. NO rubber eggs. Sunny side up, bacon, even baked beans. IN the B.Western U.S.A. The eggs are rubber, infact too salty, not real eggs. Wonderful choice of all breakfast items and REAL CREAM.

Well located not far from the highway 15 but not affected by the noise, large well furnished room, high quality washroom, good service, included breakfast was excellent. But the hidden type bed is not practical because the night tables are far away, also the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

A typical BW hotel in St Jerome. Easy access to Hwy 15 (north/south). We stop at this hotel as we travel from Halifax to our Muskoka cottage each spring. A modern renovated restaurant with a complete menu from steaks to fish to pastas. I had a half rack of ribs that was excellent. Reasonably priced with breakfast included.

Very good service at the front desk and the restaurant. Refreshed room and restaurant, very nice and clean. Always a quiet place to sleep. On the first night stay, the hotel gives a discount on the meal at the restaurant, good choise of meal and good food.

"$100/day incidental debit card reserve"

Frustrating hotel wasn't up front with incidental hold charges to debit cards. They require a $100/day hold on checking acct for a room that was $129. What incidentals? Long distance calls? No restaurant to charge. No mini bar. Ridiculous. No clear notice online or on phone @ time of reservation. Since it was a same day booking, if I decided I didn't want to stay, and have the incidental charge, they would have still charged me the nights charge for the room. 24 hours later, incidental charge still not released. Will not stay again at Best Western.

The set-up of our room was really interesting and almost felt like a studio apartment. Very comfortable bed. Clean and nice amenities. We couldn't hear the highway (our room faced the opposite direction). Breakfast was delicious -- a choice from a menu. The one hilarious/weird moment was when we got out of our car when we arrived around 8:30 pm ...and saw a couple engaged in intimate naked activity with only the sheers drawn on their room. Close your curtains, people. :)

The hotel was a bit noisy at night, we were on the first floor, near an exit door. The parking lot was full on Friday night. The hotel is close to St-Sauveur and well located for the town, close to other restaurants and amenities. We enjoyed the restaurant, WIFI and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and clean.

Visited our family for a couple of days with an overnight at this hotel. It is perfectly located just off the highway, close to many restaurants, gaz station and even a Tim Hortons right across the street. Stayed in an Executive Room (King bed). Very spacious, very clean with fridge, coffee maker, flat screen. There is a restaurant and a nice bar at the hotel for a nice meal or a quick drink. It also includes a free full breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is also located about 10 mins down the road from the St-Sauveur ski resort. All in all, a very nice, clean hotel at a decent price, perfectly situated.

If in St Jerome Quebec, stay at this Best Western. All staff are wonderful. Clean, friendly and helpful. Great quiet location. Close to Moron Heights, a lovely Quebec town, great eating and cafes. Also, Dieu De Ciel micro brewery in St Jerome is a must for great fresh craft beer and wonderful food.

Good place. Clean, quiet rooms, great breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful. Conveniently located, we stayed for one night. Nice bed, big TV, all the amenities. Bathroom was spotlessly clean, nice selection of products, shampoo, lip balm, lotions etc. Would definitely recommend.

Based on other great reviews, we picked this hotel as the starting point for our cycling trip on Le Petit Train du Nord trail. It is conveniently located right off of Hwy 15 N and there is a Metro right behind the hotel to get food and drinks. Check in was efficient and staff were pleasant. There is a secure storage room for bikes, the rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was available starting at 7 am and since the Autobus website indicates to be at the train station by 7:15, we missed breakfast. Ideally, a 6:30 am start would give the cyclists time to grab breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for different reasons and for varying lengths of time. I have never been disappointed. The bar and restaurant on site are good places to go when you don't want to leave the hotel.

We were going to cycle Le Petit Train du Nord Rail Trail. You are picked up in St. Jerome and this hotel is quite close to where you leave your car. The rooms were a nice size and well appointed and very clean. The bed was very perfect. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast which is included in your room rate was tasty and arrived at our table quickly. Loads of choices are available in the breakfast menu. The service staff are fast and efficient with your breakfast as many people have to leave early for the rail trail pick up. This is a hotel where a lot of energy has been placed on employee training. Kudos to the managers as you have an excellent staff that obviously enjoy working at your hotel. I would definitely stay again because the service is too darn friendly to go anywhere else.

Front desk staff was exceptional - attentive, helpful, friendly, efficient. On-site restaurant is an excellent value, but service is hit-or-miss. (DO order the steaks; DON'T order the fries.) Ground floor room was surprisingly quiet - bed was good, pillows a bit lumpy. Shower amenities good quality. All in all, comfortable and cordial place to stay.
