When we got here the lady at the front desk was super nice and very informative. The area was nice and clean aswell as our room. The bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed although there wasnt hand soap, it wasnt a big issue. Getting here was very easy. 10/10 stay.

Booked through dayuse. Check in and check out was easy. Room was nice, couldnt figure out the microwave and another guest was complaining about TV issues while they were checking out. So maybe check everything you need works when you get in

I recently stayed at best Western Ontario Mills, and had a really comfortable and relaxing experience from checking in to check out. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and were always ready to help with any questions or requests. One of the things I appreciated most was the breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from something for everyone whether you're in the mood for something simple or a hot breakfast Everything was fresh and easy to assess Which made mornings stress-free for me. I happen to have a day off during my stay and spent it at the pool the water was clean and refreshing, and the area was quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what I needed to unwind. I brought a book lounged for a few hours and just enjoyed the calm atmosphere overall, the hotel had a very relaxed vibe, which made it easy to rest and recharge. It's a convenient location and felt like a good spot for both business and downtime. I definitely will stay there again when I'm in the area.

The stay was okay. The room was clean. The floor of the shower/tub was interesting. It was squishy, which was a strange sensational. The hallway carpets were in need of a cleaning. The desk staff was friendly. Breakfast could use GF bread and a dairy-free milk, like oatmilk or almond milk. The area has lots of options for restaurants. It's across from Ontario Mills Mall, too. On the flip side, the area is okay. It seemed like a sketchy 'couple' came in trying to get 'any room' they said. It seemed to be a transactional situation. The front desk agent handled it well. When we left one afternoon, there was a naked woman walking down the sidewalk across the street wearing a beach towel who appeared disoriented.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and ready, I just came for one night but I would be happy to come back again. There was also a free breakfast that sounded so good, but I was so comfortable I just decided to sleep in. Also it's a great location for food options in a walkable distance.

BROOO THIS PLACE IS SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE MOTEL WE WERE AT. I'm so glad they got SpongeBob and kid friendly/childhood shows, absolutely amazing. It brings a very comfortable atmosphere to the room and hotel, absolutely spectacular.

Staff were so nice and helpful. I was traveling with my two teenage daughters and five of their friends. I called ahead and the helpful staff arranged adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean. Shuttle to airport worked out great. If I'm ever needing to stay near ONT I'll definitely go back.

I decided to book my stay at Best Western based on reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same 5 star experience that others had. 1. The check in process is long and very complicated. They needed to see my reservation, confirmed it was paid but needed to pay again because someone at the hotel accidentally cancelled my reservation. 2. The rooms are very outdated, they have a very weird smell to them. 3. They don't offer room service, I asked for room service, was told they can only drop off towels and I needed to put trash outside my door. 4. Customer service is lacking, they aren't friendly and if you have a question they seemed bothered. 5. Their WiFi is not stable. I wouldn't recommend this place for a business trip.

Staff was great and accommodating and the rooms were clean! Our family came up for a softball tournament we stayed for 4 nights originally I had only booked three nights and adding a room was easy. We are also in a great location centrally located to food and shopping.

I booked a hotel with an indoor pool based in the description. The actual name of the hotel was not listed so I was not able to confirm it myself. After I prepaid for the hotel I was told the hotel does Not have an indoor pool. I asked for a refund to book another hotel. I was told that they would try to get a refund for me. I booked a different hotel with the indoor pool on my own. After I already stayed at the hotel with the indoor pool I was told that Priceline would not be able to help with the refund for Best Western. The hotel the Best Western Ontario Mills describes amenities that they do not have to try to get people to stay at their hotel and then when we ask for a refund for their deceptive description they refuse a refund. Not honest business practice. If it is an error the why not give me a refund. After all I did not use the room.

Close proximity to the airport and prompt shuttle service. Check in staff was very friendly and courteous. Plenty of amenities nearby, shopping, dining and even an AMC movie theater. I will definitely return as my company utilizes this location for their employees…two thumbs up!

The concession stand is the best out of any best Western I have stayed at. Out of the 3 in the area this is my favorite one. The rooms are consistent with cleanliness, comfort and making sure all items from towels to TP are stocked, I have never had to ask for anything.

This hotel was in an amazing location by the Ontario Mills Mall. I was able to book it on the day of arrival, and the rates were comparable. The pool area was beautiful, and the hot tub had some of the strongest jets I have experienced at a hotel. Wonderful after a full day of driving. The one downside was the breakfast. It's advertised as starting at 6. We were counting on getting back on the road at 7, but when we came down at 6:30. Nothing had been set up. It was explained that the person who knows how to set up breakfast had called in, and breakfast wasn't ready until 7. They really should have more than one person setting up the breakfast for a hotel of that size.

pool fabulous. did some water aerobic on my own. also used hot tub after room clean. can't wait for hot bath with my sea salts. so arriving early enough to use the facilities is exactly what i needed. and not just poring into the bed. can't wait for my next visit

I recommend this place to stay. It is in front at the Mills Mall. Has great breakfast, all staff are so polite and has a smile. The place smell nice and has everything to make you stay comfortable and relax. The room has great beds and the view was nice. I loved that is so quiet. The lobby is comfortable and they have a place outside that has a fireplace and it's so pretty to see the moon at nigh. Definitely we will come back soon! Thanks !

No milk with breakfastcĥ and the kids that be running around in the morning so loud but if you get lucky enough to be put on the fourth floor then you have to be quite. I wonder what's so speacial about the fourth floor! Are the rooms nicer and why do you have to be quite on the fourth floor!

The stay was good. Not great. There were some things about our room that should get addressed. First, the fan in our bathroom was full of dust and didn't do it's job, causing the mirrors to fog up immediately. Second, one of the clothes drawers was broken and twice as we pulled it out, were close to falling on our feet. Third, the small in the room. When we enter it, there is a musky, humid odor that in unpleasant and uninviting. Other little details that could've made our stay less stressful, but thise are the main ones.

Stayed for a night it was very nice and clean we left from a different hotel and we told them they helped us out so we looked around we found this one next to the mall to help it's next to the mall so I got to shop when I got up and it was not bad to just walk there

Good poolside and amazing staff! Hotel smells really clean, I usually hate how most hotel cleaning products leave the hallways smelling. AC is strong!! 3rd floor remodel is amazing! The cleaning crew does an amazong job. I love the location, accessible to a lot of shopping and food! In N Out forever!

Was in Ontario for 3 days and chose This Best Western because of the high ratings and it was right across the street from In n Out and Chick Fil A, and very close to Electrify America charging stations. And 4 minutes from Ontario airport. It doesn't get any better. It is now our go to hotel in the Ontario area. The pool was also situated so as to enjoy the outdoors.

Constant good experience at this hotel. I come here for work and my company used this hotel. I always come in for a quick stay and have always been treated well and have had good and pleasant stays. There is a good amount of restaurants around the hotel.

Had some issues with reservations at corporate and the staff at the hotel helped me sort it out. Front desk and manager have always been upbeat and friendly. Room is nice and big and clean no lingering smells. Real conveniently located with shopping within walking distance

Cheyenne from the front desk was great her warm personality and smile make you feel comfortable and welcome as son as you arrive to front door. She was very helpful and kind with our requests. We had an unexpected stay and she made it much easy and enjoyable

Cheyenne was amazing! We weren't expecting to be here tonight. She was super sweet and helpful. Hotel is a good location for food. There is a mall across the street that has good restaurants and a movie theater. There is also an In and Out that is easy to walk to and open late.

Cheyenne was the nicest at the front desk. Was so nice when we had an unexpected layover. I enjoy that they always have breakfast ready and the rooms are always clean. We never have to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle they are always quick when we call.

Cheyanne and Brittney are the highlight of this establishment. They are always extremely attentive even with some of my more tedious requests. Their service is nothing short of spectacular. Definitely recommend staying at best western Ontario. Rooms are nice. Cleaning staff does a great job.

Very clean, has all the necessities that I require in a hotel. Fridge, pool, jacuzzi, comfortable beds, bath tubs. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel that is near the mall too. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast . The beds were comfortable and room was cozy.

The young man who checked us in was excellent. The elevator was disappointing--only one for the whole building, and it's very slow. Our room, south-facing, was very spacious, designed for a handicapped person. It was also hot--78 degrees in the room when we arrived. The A/C was inefficient--it took hours to get the room down to sleeping temperature (70) and it was noisy. The TV remote was clunky: no button for the guide; many of the listed channels didn't work or weren't included. Breakfast was standard for BW hotels, which for me is pretty good. They were out of coffee when I got to the breakfast room, though, and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a fresh pot. They also ran out of granola. Bottom line: acceptable, but not worth the price.

I had a great experience and the pool was amazing! The rooms were very clean, and the front desk was very nice and helpful. The shuttle runs every 30 min to the airport which is amazing and every helpful when not from the area.

The staff were incredibly nice! Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the walnuts and cranberries the most. Ac in the room was nice. Transport to the airport saved money and convenient! Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank yooooooooooooooooooo so much for a wonderful stay!

The place was great and the prices are decent and Destinee at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, with a beautiful smile. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Matter fact I probably will when I come back in about a month.

This is one of the better Best Westerns where I've recently stayed. The staff was helpful, the rooms were large and well appointed. The property is in a convenient location as it is near the mall and is only 8 minutes from the Ontario airport.

I got the attention I needed and was helped by Brittny she was amazing ! She explained everything well gave us great customer service, and influenced us to get the Free pins. She let us know when check out time was and how much it would be for the night. She was extremely helpful and nice even though it was at three in the she is helpful, nice and very intentive, which was very much appreciated since we were just only trying to sleep for the night. Helpful and friendly check in staff, never had a bad experience staying here! I have stayed here 3 times for two to theee days at a time and each time has been a delight! Highly recommend! They recently upgraded the lobby with a store that's also self service which makes things a lot easier!

Service was fantastic and breakfast was good. Good location for restaurants and shopping. Only complaint would be the surface streets had kids staff racing Wednesday night and it was really really loud. Not the hotels fault, but dual pane windows would've done a ton to cut the noise

Very clean, friendly staff, and really like the Location restaurants near variety of locations all around this spot, I checked in early thinking about catching a movie there's a movie theater nearby. Close to the airport near freeways. The rooms are really clean and the Internet fast.

Britttany went above and beyond to accommodate us and room was very clean and fresh great location near restaurants and not to close to freeway noise . Mall is walking and they offer AAA and other types of discount rates . Will return soon and hope to see Brittany for the great rate .

The pillows were the fluffiest I have ever slept on. The bathrooms were clean and the room was impeccable. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and was able to answer ever question I had. They also took care of my ice packs because there was no freezer in the fridge. Thanks to a great staff

This is a really great hotel! We were greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. The lobby gives a nice warm and cozy vibe with complimentary coffee, love that! The beds were comfortable, staff are nice and the waffles were so yummy! The hotel is also surrounded by a lot of restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was my first experience to the Ontario Best Western location. Joy was so welcoming and professional, which presented a great first impression of the hotel. The breakfast was a full menu and so yummy! I slept like a baby, the bed and pillows were so very comfy! I love Best Western!

This hotel was great. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there was a variety of choices The room was very spacoius to accommodate my party of 4 I appreciate that it was located near plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Our first time staying here and we Loved everything about it. From our room with a mini kitchenette included microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker to the convenience of Restaurants and shopping all walking distance! Breakfasts in the morning served a variety of choices!

AC would only stay on during the day, when we weren't there. Room would be 68° when we'd get back and at night it wouldn't come on making the room 75° or higher. I didn't want to bother them or change rooms so we just dealt with it. Everything else was excellent.

Check in was awkward, with no Best Western member welcome or water bottles. Elevator was broken, coffee was out, and breakfast was gross. Otherwise, it was fine; nothing special. Convenient location near the mall. Room was large and clean and had a refrigerator and microwave.

They had a shuttle that took you to shopping, airport or I'm my case back to work. Saved me an Uber trip. Britney was great. What a find! My room was on the fourth floor. I t was a beautiful, roomy, quiet place to relax and sleep. Even better, the hot tub provided a wonderful massage for a sore back. A modest happy hour was served by the check-in desk and breakfast the following morning was very good. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.
