Best Western Plus Hotel Brandywine Inn & Suites, Monticello

We were very impressed with our stay at the Best Western Plus Brandywine Inn & Suites. Staff members were extremely efficient for both the check-in and check-out process. The only concern we encountered was the bathroom ventilation fan ran had no way to turn it off even when the light was switch was off. This was hard to ignore when trying to fall asleep.

We stayed at the Brandywine while we were in town to perform in a play. Breakfast service was great! Mary was fun and helpful. Room was clean although needed a bit of maintenance in the bathroom.. Nothing that really impacted our stay.

Everything about our stay was great. Clean rooms, exceptionally diverse offerings - my family loved the basketball/racquetball courts, the pool and the large gathering area near the fireplace. This beautifully decorated facility was priced very fairly

We wanted to do a weekend in October at Indiana Beach. We decided to stay at this hotel instead of the cabins just in case the weather was bad. I'm so glad we did. The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was huge and they had a great workout center. The staff was polite and helpful. Everything was great!

Wonderful hotel for a very small rural town in central Indiana just north of West Lafayette, IN. Great to find a great hotel in such a small area. We were attending an outdoor wedding. The area also serves a popular lake.

Other than the fire alarm going off twice we very much enjoyed our stay! Too many COVID restrictions for breakfast and I had to ask for silverware and napkin. My family very much enjoyed the athletic facilities

We do have to comply with our current Covid restrictions and we understand this can be an inconvenience but we have to consider all our guest safety- but still try and provide a hot breakfast. We are all in this together.

Amazing staff, top notch amenities, with very clean and comfortable rooms! Stayed in the King junior suite. Very nice spacious room with everything you need! We had the best night sleep! Exceeded our expectations. Book here, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Check in was easy. Got a better rate. The room was HUGE!! It was nice, clean and quite. The location was near where I needed to be. The breakfast was hot and above average. Check out was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrived at 4:45 to front desk ignoring me as he was yelling at housekeeping to get pillows to a room, he was frustrated and told me a housekeeper just walked out. Told me room was not ready yet...WHAT at 4:45 p.m.? So we left to get supper came back at 5:30 room was ready. Get to the room and there is crumbs and paper and who knows what else all over the floor. Disgusting. The bathroom floor was not mopped as there was hair and paper all over the floor. Tub looked like someone puked in it and they didnt get it all cleaned up. Called front desk and asked for Vacuum, housekeeping showed up but husband wanted to sweep so we knew it was clean. Spots all over the furniture and wrinkled sheets on the bed. Unacceptable for 170.00 a night. Room was big and i did like that but i was afraid to walk in that place. Arms of desk chair was knicked and paint was off of the arms. I kept smelling the sheets to see if they were even new, thank god they smelt fresh. Now the bed.. OMG replace it, it was so hard and is sinking in the sides, i woke up with a horrible back ache. Breakfast was good, BUT the worker there was so rude and depressed looking, ran out of items also. On the last day we were there the elevator went out. We were on the third floor, luckily we were checking out but we had to drag everything down 3 flights of stairs and me being Congestive heart failure was not good. We were in town for a concert and this kind of ruined it. It was disgusting and employee's were so rude. I checked out and was waiting on the lady to ask me about how my stay was but she did not say one word, nothing at all not even hi. This place has serious problems! I wont be back that is for sure!

King size bed comfortable with lots of pillows. Refrigerator kept things cool. Room temperature cool. Swimming pool inside nice with sitting area outside. Eggs and sausage served hot with fresh fruit and juices and coffee.

The rooms are old, musty and dirty. We had giant cobwebs in the corners of our room. You can see a giant handprint on the inside of the bathroom door. One of our beds was completely broken and lopsided. I can't believe they charge $200 a night to stay here. Check in also was not available at 4 pm. We had to go out and come back at 10pm to check in.

Needs to be deep cleaned. Staff very friendly and helping. Needs more extra supplies (towels, sheets, etc). Breakfast hours could be longer. Need to fix ice machine from leaking. It's a slipping hazard.

We have stayed here three or four times when visiting family. Always feel comfortable and constantly have had good experiences. We had to move our reservations 3 different times due to my hospitalization and not sure if we would be able to be there. They took care of us every step of the way and didn't have to pay for the nights cancelled. Great service!

This is located in a small town with good places to eat. It seems to be a quiet and peaceful town, at least it was that way when we were there. The hotel is comfortable and as quiet as you'll find. No problems and a good place to stay. It's way off the beaten path but I'd stay there again.

We always enjoy staying at the Brandywine. My partner and I come a few times a year to visit our God children. We always get the king suite. It has a hot tub and a fireplace. It is a great price compared to other facilities.

The parking was well thought out, it was covid days so masks everywhere, the pool was perfect and badketball was set up and cushions on outside chairs already made it nice, the hallways smelled clean and dry, thats where u can smell how dirty the other hotels are by walking their hallways, the rooms were spacious, only think i didnt like was the outdated fashion look they were goin for. Maroon and goldish beige, not my forte. But over all Brandywine is Best.

This hotel is an example of how to do it right. The lobby is welcoming as is the staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and despite Covid-19 restrictions breakfast was good with hot food served by a staff member. Cereals, fruit, etc all available. Only downside was lack of newspaper for morning reading.

Pool made us sick and eyes were irritated for days. The lifeguard or maintenance stayed to us that they place way too many chemicals in the pool and that the pool should of been shut down. He stayed that other guests were complaining about the pool and had the same symptoms. This totally ruined our trip. I e-maimed corporate with no response. It seems to me that they do not care for guest safety. There was also black hair in our jacuzzi tube that I cleaned. I cleaned the whole room myself and disinfected because of COVID. Save your money and book elsewhere.

First I would like to apologize for any issues you may have experienced during your visit. I can assure you we follow state guidelines for our indoor pool. Samples are collected and submitted for testing to a State Certified Lab so if there are any issues we would be notified. I personally was on staff during your stay but unfortunately these issues were never brought to my attention had they been I would have been happy to discuss them with you personally. Guest safety is very important to us and we go to great lengths to make everyone's stay a pleasant and safe as possible during this Pandemic

Our family choose this hotel whenever we visit Indiana Beach. Hotel is about 10 from the park and other nearby restaurants/convenient stores. Love the variety hotel has to offer-pool, fitness center, indoor basketball/tennis courts. Rooms are good, though sofa bed (let out couch) is very uncomfortable-recommend getting 2 queens if staying with group of 4+. But our king with hot tub was nice (kids slept on sofa bed). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Due to pandemic, breakfast had limited variety (grab and go), they made eggs, biscuits and sausage in the kitchen area. Food was so-so. Overall, pleasant stay and will always choose this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located in the small town of Monticello and is close to Indiana Beach Amusement Park, for those visiting there as I was. The hotel is very well kept, inside and out; and the landscaping is exceptional. The breakfast is pretty good, especially considering the Covid-19 restrictions. The hot food is served by an email through a window. With the CDC down-playing virus spread through surface contact, hopefully all of these precautions can be replaced with hand sanitizer for guests to use with each visit to the food bar, and we can get waffles back. The room was very clean and was of reasonable size.A table with two chairs is against the inside wall as is a desk, and a mini fridge that is built into the furniture. The room felt a little more contemporary than many such smaller town hotels thanks to one wall being offset by being painted red and nice white duvets on the beds. The bathroom was also a nice size and wile pretty basic in appearance, dark tan walls gave it a more contemporary feel. The toiletries were a cut above what I was expecting for this brand. Water was not draining from the bathtub at a very quick pace, but after telling the front desk, they promptly had it taken care of. Housekeeping was efficient. There's a giant fitness center (separately branded and open to the public) that is physically attached to the hotel and shares the same parking lot. Assuming that this is made available to hotel guests, that's a big plus for anyone interested in using such a facility The WiFi seems to work well. While there's no full service restaurant in the hotel, they were offering broasted chicken and several sides on weekdays from 5-9 p.m. I didn't have it, but it sure sounded good. My only complaint was that aside from the gentleman working the breakfast, the staff was not wearing face covers -- and they should, especially for their own protection, given how many travelers they encounter from so many different placed. I shared the elevator with a maintenance person who was very friendly, and the front desk staff was also nice (and there was no protective Plexiglas), but none wore face covers.

Decided to visit relatives in Monticello and booked this hotel to limit contact. This is the first time we've traveled since the global pandemic and I'll say after traveling for 9 years on the road I tend to avoid Best Westerns. I've mostly had ok to bad experiences with BW, seems like there's always some kind of issue. Took a shot and had high hopes. I spent some time looking at their website to see what guidelines they had in place for the pandemic, everything looked satisfactory. Rooms sanitized daily and they didn't appear to be booked up due to the low rates. The practices appear to be in place when we arrived, although nobody on the staff was wearing a mask the whole time we were there. Check in was fine, keys are turned over in a baggie and social distancing was maintained. I just bought a plug in hybrid so if you have a travel charger, the light poles at the front of the building have GFI receptacles. I was able to plug in and charge with my travel charger after asking at the desk. Room was fine, had to search for the sheets and pillow for the pull out bed for my son but we found them in the chest of drawers. Everything was clean and cups were disposable. Towels are very nice here. I'm assuming they're new, very thick and absorbent. Didn't care for the bed, I thought it was mushy and the wife agreed. We still slept a little but there were other issues. First was a full lights and siren run from the Monticello fire department down the road. Woke us both up at 11pm. 1am a train was thundering through the town. And at about 5am another lights and siren run. Combined with the mushy bed, we were pretty groggy all day. Breakfast has changed for the global pandemic. A very nice gentleman named Kenny made my plate and we talked a bit. A 7am there wasn't anyone in the lounge area, but I wanted to unplug my car so coffee and breakfast seemed like a good idea. Plenty of grab and go stuff, and Kenny had eggs, sausage and potatoes. All was ok, Kenny was polite and engaging without being intrusive. Morning shower was fine, plenty of pressure and hot water. No issues there. And finally checkout was easy. So in all, they were fine. For Monticello, above average for sure, and the staff makes it. We checked out the pool and gym and they looked great but we decided not to use any of the facilities.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The fitness facility is amazing. My room had a hot tub and fireplace. I sincerely couldn't have asked for a better experience. I travel a lot for work and this is my favorite hotel I've stayed in.

The Brandywine is a comfortable and convenient location to meet our needs while staying in the Monticello area. I especially like the fitness center because it is so complete and exercise classes. I would recommend this property.

The entire family, from young to elderly loved the basketball courts, pickle ball courts, hand ball courts and even volley ball.This created a great atmosphere that kept everyone busy with very fun activities.

We have stayed at this motel numerous times and we never worry that there will be any issues. The motel is clean and comfortable. If all Best Westerns were as nice as this one I would stay at more BWs.

Average accommodations, but the included breakfast is above average with both hot and cold items, real, fresh, fruit and other healthy choices. The one possible watch-out is that the bath tub bottom in our room was very slippery. There were anti-slip strips, but they were grouped narrowly in the center of the tub area.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. They have a nice pool with a sauna and hot tub. The location is not far to the restaurants and department stores. The only issue I had with my stay is wifi fluctuates nothing terrible but it was noticeable.

I already left a review on your website !! Our stay was very good to say the least. The hotel was very nicely decorated. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Overall we were happy with our stay !! Thank you !!

The stay was over all good. Cleanliness of the room was average. There was hair in the shower and the jacuzzi tub. The mirror frame was taped on and failing thus falling off. Aside from that, our stay was quiet and our bed was comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch.

Good service, very clean, great breakfast. Kids enjoyed pool. Good hours. Basketball court was a plus. Wished we would've stayed another night to use fitness center. Only wish check-in would have been a little earlier and check out at least another hour later.

I came to Monticello's indiana beach for my son 10th birthday I called before I arrived was told for two nights the total of the room would be 136.00 the next day I saw a double charge on my acct when I called to speak with the front desk manager she told me I miss heard instead of apologizing when I specifically asked was that the total for two nights and stated that's a good deal and the person over the phone agreed with me the manager was aggressive with me in insisted that I intrepid wrong when English is my first language I wouldn't been so upset if I didn't specifically ask was that the total for two nights this was our first time in Monticello Indiana and the hotel experience was horrible the manager exact words was I intrepid the conversations I had with the lady wrong the lady been here for 6 years and would not tell me 136 for two night don't I think that would be a little cheap that was the first rude comment then she tried to tell me a man checked me I had another room reserved walking distance from the park for only 98.00 plus tax a night but the lady over the phone gave me miss guiding information the manager then told me while I was at the theme park for my son birthday I to 2:30 to get my things or they wouldn't refund me my money and at that current time it was 2:05 and we were on the rides for 136.00 a night its not worth it the rooms and bathroom is outdated and I worked for home wood suites by Hilton and my general nor front desk manager would never be so rude to a guess I don't know anything about Indiana but I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever come back and when I asked for the GR the manager told she was the only manger in then after I persisted with speaking with someone higher she stated the gr was not in but I can leave a message if you are traveling to Indiana beach it hotels that's right across the street that are way cheaper they don't look appealing online but in person they are nice I saw for myself

I came to Monticello for a business meeting and was surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The exterior building was highly attended to, the grass, walkways, parking lot all well cared for. The interior was very nice, clean, and the staff was exceptional. Highly recommended, and will plan to stay there on my next trip. Great Job. Health club directly attached to the building.

The lobby & staff were nice. The bed was uncomfortable for me. I did not sleep well at all. Opened the door at 6:45 to get breakfast. There was a broken ceiling tile all over the floor that my family had to walk through (we were at the end of the hall). They were aware bc of the bucket sitting there. I understood since it was so early they were waiting to vacuum. Well at 10:45 for checkout it was still there. That's unacceptable to me.

Rooms are clean, comfortable & have an updated decor. Free breakfast (kids love it), WiFi (able to check-in with the office from my room), fitness center & indoor pool. Great location. Friendly & helpful staff! Our go-to place every summer!

This motel has taken time to develop and maintain cleanliness, friendliness, and value. The gentleman taking care of the breakfast buffet does a fine job. The garden is manicured. The motel has an attached community exercise business free to guests.

We took a weekend trip to Indiana Beach the rooms were very clean the staff was very helpful breakfast was very good and surprisingly hot the pool was very clean and refreshing just a very nice place to stay we will be going back next year

My son and I stayed for a night and I wish we could have stayed for more. Everything from the reservation to check out was great. The room was great. The beds are super comfortable. The desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.

If you need a hotel in Monticello and don't want to stay in one of the Indiana Beach "resorts" (I use that term loosely) then this is the only option in town. It is convenient, clean, nice staff, breakfast included, free wi-fi are all nice features. If hotel is full/crowded - it will be noisy because doors and walls are very thin. Couch/chair are functional - but not very comfortable for lounging. Nice layout with sitting area, bed was very comfy. Room and entire facility was clean.

We had 2 rooms that we checked into the same day. One room, my granddaughter got ahold of a drink & cough drops that were left in the room. The room also had food on the floor and the counter tops looked like they had just been wiped off and not cleaned. The other room was the same with the counter tops, floor was poorly swept and dirty socks on the floor beside the bed.

The hotel lobby is very clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. The amentities are great and the breakfast was very good during our stay. The appearance of the room was good, but the only downside was the beds being uncomfortable! If I could improve the only thing during this trip it would be the comfort of the beds. Other than that it's a great clean hotel and the rooms and clean and huge!

It was nice just some housekeeping issues that needs to be worked on. The hot tub was just what I needed. The check in time is kind of late but Ok I guess. Make sure to get a top floor or your hear stomping amd jump g all night

1st time in the area so we were was very impressed with this hotel (esp the full fitness center). Rooms looked and smelled clean and fresh. Great Breakfast & Caring Staff- we will definitely be coming back

Wonderful stay! Quiet and clean. Breakfast had many great options and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back again. Staying with a large family or group, they're incredibly accommodating.

This was out pit stop on the way back home to Chicago. The rooms were very clean, Hall was a little dark. However the breakfast was hot and lots to pick from. I spent an hour in the fitness center. Had no idea that all came with your room. We were checked in quickly. Received a welcome letter from the manager in our rooms. We will be back.

Had NO idea this hotel had so much to it. We checked in Tuesday night. They have a buffet style dinner back in the convention center area. It's was delicious. Then there fitness center is huge! I got to tan, work out. Later that night we went for a swim and soaked in the hot tub. And they have more there is a basketball court and we got to play pickle ball. When we checked out we had a hot meal and the front desk clerk was very nice. We got greeted by the manager. She is so down to earth. I believe her name was Stacy. All around perfect stay.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up. It was clean. The breakfast area was Very drafty. The front desk clerk was helpful as well as the breafast staff. Breakfast was the usual with a variety. We would stay again.

Rooms are in need of updating. Dark interior and furniture. Breakfast was good, though I personally didn't care for the “egg patties”.The location of the inn was central to other locations I went to. I have stayed here several times, mainly because there are few options of places to stay in Monticello.

We stayed at the hotel the night before a holiday gathering at my in-laws. We stayed at the same hotel last year for the same reason. Love the hotel, phenomenal amenities - full size gym - we got basketballs and played. The fitness centrr is amazing. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

I had to be in Remington, IN for an oversize load pick up and was debating on staying in Lafayette but am soooo delighted I checked out other options close to where I had to be. This place is one of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. The gym is one I'd never seen associated with a hotel before, it was 1st class with all the amenities you'd expect to pay a membership for. The hotel would be a wonderful place for any kind of parties, reunions, etc. The staff was wonderful and very classy. My room was comfy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Well done Best Western!!! I'll be back...

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. if you are a fitness guru this is the place for you,. the onsite gym is world class and the place is very clean. The hotel breakfast is very good and the selection for healthy food is clearly evident. The front lobby staff will provide excellent restaurants for the area. they also provided current weather and future weather forecasts.

My stay at the Best Western Plus Brandywine Inn & Suites was two nights from the 16th to the 18th. Overall the facilities were much nicer than I expected. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice, and I was surprised to see an entire gym as well as a very equipped fitness center complete with a sauna and tanning beds. We also utilized the convention area for my friend's wedding. Overall, I have no major complaints. The person working in the mornings at the restaurant was very helpful. The waffle mix ran out and he was very quick to refill it :) I don't remember his name but he definitely went above and beyond. I saw him refilling things immediately after they started running low, and he seemed nice. The only issue I noticed was that there was a bit of dirt in the hallway just off the elevator, I am guessing it got there after housekeeping had left for the night because we did arrive a bit late. It was swept up by the time we got up, so it wasn't a major issue.

Our room was part of a wedding block. It was a spacious room/suite, including a sofa and chair, refrigerator and microwave. Everything was clean and maintained. The Brandywine reception area served the wedding perfectly. Plenty of space and a nice meal.

I think you need to invest in new pillows,they were very lumpy! the room needs a little updating but overall a good stay. Breakfast ok, decent price for what you get. Close to Purdue but not Purdue prices.

I was in a pinch and had to book a room on short notice. The website said that this hotel was full. I called the front desk and the clerk on duty got me a king suite. He gave me the AAA discount without requiring me to present my AAA card. I'm sure I got better service because I'm a Best Western Rewards member; that's why the rewards program is a good thing.

This hotel is centrally located in the small town of Monticello and is close to Indiana Beach, for those visiting there as I was. The late-night check-in was the speediest I've ever experience. The hotel is very well kept, inside and out. The breakfast is pretty good.The room was very clean and was of reasonable size.A table with two chairs was oddly against the inside wall rather than than by the window. The room felt a little more contemporary than many such smaller town hotels thanks to one wall being offset by being painted red and a matching decorative pillow and spread appearing on the white duvets on the beds. The bathroom was a nice size and wile pretty basic in appearance, dark tan walls gave it a more contemporary feel. The toiletries were a cut above what I was expecting for this brand. My two complaints are that the beds were very soft and the toilets had a very weak flush. Housekeeping was efficient. After my first night, the four pillows were sort of thrown into a pile against the headboard in the center of the bed (see pic). I didn't mind but I found it a little unusual. There's a giant fitness center (separately branded and open to the public) that is physically attached to the hotel and shares the same parking lot. Assuming that this is made available to hotel guests, that's a big plus for anyone interested in using such a facility The WiFi seems to work well.

Had planned a weekend getaway in Monticello, to visit some friends on the lake. We were packed and ready to go, when I got a call from my daughter-in-law asking for some help with my sick grandson. Of course we dropped everything to help out, that's what grandparents do. After a few hours, when it looked like we weren't going to make our reservation. I called the hotel. The phone rang and rang, so I knew they were busy. I called back, and Robert put me on hold. In the meantime I'd check on hotels website to see if they were booked., And yes no rooms available. So being from the restaurant business and hotel business. I knew they'd have no trouble reselling our room. We had booked it a few weeks back with points, so I figured Robert would rather sell the room for money instead of points. So was Robert picked up I told him about grandchildren, and that we needed to cancel and he could resell our room if you need it to. He said no you'll be charge for the night our cancellation policy is 24 hours. I said Robert your hotel is sold out you're turning people away, just resell the room. He said our policy is to hold your room overnight,. I explained I thought we give you plenty of notice most hotels that you cancel before 6 o'clock. I guess being the only game in town, they can set their own rules. So I called the best Western corporate, To plead my case. They said they have no jurisdiction, this is up to the hotel. Young lady said I'll call the hotel and I'll call you back. She called back rather quickly and said she talk to Robert and there was nothing they could do. Now I can understand policy, and maybe Robert was having a bad day, being this busy. But being from management I know it starts from the top down. I know this because I left two voice messages and two emails for the hotel manager. I was never contacted. Since it was only rewards, and I will be staying at best Western chain anymore no loss. But I thought I'd let my fellow travelers know nice hotel, but no smiles from the employees. Management always sets the tone.

Stayed over for a catering event. Staff was great. Breakfast was very limited. Not looking for my cooking but just needed a morning jump. Egg patties(pucks) were horrible and not really anything else offered other then frozen precooked sausage which was expected.Add some fruit, bagels , cereal easy stuff maybe even juice or those pre-cooked eggs. economical but gets hard workers something.

We stayed here for a 3 night vacation to Indiana Beach. We were impressed the minute we walked in the door by the warm and inviting lobby. We stayed in a king kitchenette suite which was quite adequate for our needs (2 adults, 1 child). Everything was very clean and ready for us. The breakfast included in the price of the room was more than sufficient and had decent variety. Hot dishes like eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy and waffles, in addition to cereals, bagels, muffins, donuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The pool and exercise areas were beyond what most hotels have and you could even take classes if you wanted. The only thing I thought was a little odd was that even though our room was cleaned and restocked daily, housekeeping never made the bed. I can certainly make my own bed, but usually that is done for you. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

There may have been other properties by the lake with more charm, but this one I selected because of the good reviews- which were deserved. They were full, but got a nice room- clean, well lit, good bed, quiet- a bit expensive considering it's in a pretty small town. Good selection for breakfast

Stayed here during a visit to Indiana Beach (about 3-4 miles away) and was very pleased. Clean, quiet hotel and friendly staff. Microwave and Refrigerator in the room which was a nice touch. Breakfast bar as well.

Had the pleasure of staying here for three day, two night family get-a-way trip to Indiana Beach. The hotel lobby is warm and inviting and the rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The rooms had a microwave and mini refrigerator along with a nice sized flat screen television. The rooms appeared to be well kept and well maintained. The hotel is attached to a fitness center which affords the hotel guests free use of the weight room, cardio room (treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals), swimming pool, hot tub and sauna at no extra charge. There is also a conference center attached which hosts a buffet on Tuesday night for only $9.95 for adults, drink and tax not included. We had the buffet and it was good for the price paid. The hotel also offers a daily complimentary continental breakfast which included three hot items (eggs, potato and a meat) a long with waffles, fruit and cereal. It was one of the best continental breakfasts I've experienced. Kudos to this Best Western on a job well done. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the nicest BW we have stayed at. 2 tvs, couch. Very clean and we're able to park near our room. The breakfast was very good. Nice variety of food items, displayed nicely, attendant on duty for any problems.

The room looked like it was never cleaned it was so dusty and the bathroom floor was so sticky and nasty had to put towels on the floor because there was white stuff all over the floor and the tub had brown stuff in it and our air conditioning was broke til 830 that night i emailes the district manager twice and left messages and still as of may30 no has return my calls our stay was May 26 to May 27 will never stay there again this is just some pictures taken

The only place worth staying away from Indiana Beach. It is clean and accommodating. What is really needed is a descent restaurant either on the property or close by. There is a Best Western Plus where I live and it has a restaurant open 6AM-10PM. That would be my strongest suggestion for the Brandywine to improve.

This hotel was a great find for us. We were in the area on business and the location was within 10 minutes of our destination. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast selection was great too! If in the area again, will definitely stay here again!

Best Western in Monticello, IN was very good to my family of 4. We got a great room with Jacuzzi. The staff we interacted with were delightful, helpful and very friendly. The pool and gym are above par for your average small town hotel. Breakfast had a great variety, eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, assortment of pastries, variety of yogurts and so much more. My 2 & 8 year old were very satisfied! My husband and myself as well :) good job ya'll!

Employees were very friendly and helpful. A fine place to go. As always, call for reservations. Very clean hotel. They have a fantastic workout gym. and nice reception areas. If you go in the summer, be sure to visit nearby Indiana beach. Right up the street.

A great night's stay for the Monticello and immediate area. Very nice facilities to host large gatherings or receptions. Rooms always nice and clean. Staff always keen to answer any questions or be of service during my stays.

Our room was comfortable and mostly clean. I would have given 5 star but the floor hadn't been vacuumed after some renovating was finished, leaving wood chips and saw dust on the carpet. The beds and bath area were clean and fine so we din't ask for another room. The bed was comfortable and shower had instant warm water! Breakfast area was clean and the food was good with the usual items.

The Best Western Plus Brandywine Inn is an excellent place to take your family for a few days to enjoy the common area, their pool, their gymnasium, and their work out facility. We've meet there many times as an extended family to enjoy each other and have plenty to do for all ages. The best part is the people that take care of you. Diana at the front desk is awesome whether taking your reservation or caring for your family while there. Robert does that same as you call into make your request and then while you are there. Get away with your family and enjoy.

I needed a place to hold a wedding brunch for 50 people. The Brandywine was an excellent location. The service was great, the set up was done well in advance of our arrival, and the food was excellent! I couldn't of asked for anything better

Very nice hotel across from the local High School and of course a corn field. Great service and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good for a small hotel. If you are in Monticello area this is the place to stay. Very close to The Madam Carroll which was our destination for a wedding.

Hotel was quiet, clean and close to everything that Monticello has to offer. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here when in the area and will be staying there again when I return.

About 15 family members gathered for a reunion in Delphi. The Brandywine was convenient & very satisfactory. My only complaint was about the uncomfortable pillows. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed at the Brandywine Inn & Suites for 5 nights over the Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would use the facility again. Our room was a king junior suite and offered plenty of space. The carpet and wall paint appeared to recently improved. The furniture and bedding were comfortable. Kenny in the breakfast area was delightful and took his duties very seriously.

Hard to sleep with airplane pillows in a hotel bed. The breakfast was also really bad. The staff was not that bad but the location and the sleeping were awful. We stayed one night and it was $140 I would have expected a lot more for that price.

The hotel was reasonably priced for one located in a noted recreational vacation spot. Breakfact was OK for a do-it-yourself format. Reasonable selection. Good choice given limited selection during peak season.

I stayed at the best Western now a few times for our offsite meetings each year and each year we have a better experience than the year prior, it keeps getting better and better. We look forward to returning next year for our offsite meetings

Front desk staff a bit casual when it comes to services they seem to worry more about the phone than the customer standing in front of them. Probably stood at the desk 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us

I can't seem to go to any other place when we stop in Monticello. It's quiet, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is not bad and I've been to a lot of hotels in my time. Their coffee machine...I was kinda skeptical about it but it turns out one of the best coffees I ever had. You will pay a few extra bucks for this hotel but worth it to us. We're going back in August so I might be updating my review.

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed for one night with my family to enjoy Indiana Beach as a quick summer getaway. My daughter found bed bugs in one of the beds in our room. We immediately called the manager and she came to the room and had no sympathy whatsoever. She then stated that it looked like some other kind of bug. Really? Regardless of what kind of bug it is...there was still a bug in the bed. She then told me that she was going to call the exterminator and call me back. Of course she called me hours later to say that it was not bed bugs but I am stuck with bites on my body. I was basically dismissed and not compensated monetarily nor offered an apology at the least! I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know!

We had a wonderful stay at the Brandywine Inn and Suites. The staff was all amazing, super friendly and very helpful. The amenities were great too. The breakfast was really good and it was different items everyday which we really enjoyed especially since we stayed 4 nights. The fitness center was really nice too, it was like a full sized gym, not a hotel fitness center. Our stay was great and we would highly recommend it.

we had my brother's wedding here- staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating during what can be a stressful time setting up for a wedding. Decor wasn't knock-your-socks off, but maybe slightly better than average. There is a FULL, regularly operating gym available to guests which i liked a lot. Good coffee, breakfast was underwhelming otherwise

Have stayed in Monticello many times over the past 2+ decades from camping to lake house to hotel/motel. I cannot stomach the Motels in the area, but this Best Western is all you would expect of a professionally managed operation. The indoor basketball/tennis courts were a great touch!

My daughter had ants in their room. They were on the desk, walking on the TV and at the table. She had the diaper bag and the ant were in the bag all over the bottles. It took me one hour to clean and sanitize the area so the babies could come back in the room. I was looking forward to family swim time but I missed it because it was dealing with the ants. I told housekeeping and they said they will tell the manager. I told the front desk and they didn't apologize or try to offer any assistance or compensation. Sorry I had to pay to have a battle with the ants.

Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Left something in room when checking out and housekeeping brought it to the lobby before we left! The workout facilities are unbelievable. Bring your workout clothes because you will want to take advantage!

Great staff and good continental hot breakfast option. Guest rooms are decent and clean. We come every year to stay, visit with family, and relax for the Fourth of July weekend. easy access to Lake Freeman and close to everything you might need.

Best hotel in a small town. Great location. Fitness area was great with all the workout equipment and staff you could need. Even had an indoor basketball and tennis court. Traveled with our 12 and 7 year old granddaughters. Made it easy to keep them entertained.

Rooms are clean, smell nice and have all the amenities needed. Our family loves the hot breakfast in the morning, which is included with your stay, the pool, sports courts and fitness center. Rooms and amenities are well-maintained. Very family friendly. The staff is extremely attentive as well.

The weekend of June 3, was a special weekend and was made more special because of our treatment at the Brandywine Inn. From the day, several weeks in advance when we spoke to Brenda to make reservations, to our checkout on June 5, everyone and everything about the Inn was excellent. A special shoutout to the young man at the front desk (I have forgotten his name) for his being so helpful with not only Inn amenities, but with directions to locations in Monticello. He made getting around town easy. Thank you to the Owners of the Inn that provided special room rates for attendees at the special event.

The service and staff here were fantastic, very clean hotel and lots of amenities. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. You want great service this is the place to stay. Excellent, Excellent Service

This hotel met all our expectations. Our room was very clean and large. The breakfast was quite adequate, and the hotel was quiet. The hotel staff made us feel more than welcome upon arrival, and were helpful with checkout.

Considering this is not in a urban area, $150+ is expensive. It is not near the recreational area, but a ways south of it. We spend an extra $10 to get a king bed which came with a hot tub. It was a decent room. There were no bath beads/soap for the tub, but it was okay. Somebody was overenthusiastic with the caulk gun in the bathroom.

This is a great place to stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast guy, Kenny, is a wonderful host and is extremely nice and gracious. We stay here with and without the kids and we always have a nice time.

Nice hotel but since there is no competition in Monticello their price is a little high even after I used my AARP discount. The lobby had just been mopped and it was wet and slippery. They had the wet floor sign out but I think they should have dry mopped it to speed up drying time. We had someone with a walker in our party.

We were in town for a wedding so there were quite a few of us staying at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Our room was large, it was the king suite. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing but it had the bare minimum. I did enjoy the all day access to the coffee machine. I also took advantage of the Pink Parlor inside the gym of the hotel. My friend and I got pedicures which was great and convenient that it was right here in the building. All in all, we had a good experience and would stay here again.

This hotel is clean and well taken care of. Staff is excellent. We never made it to the pool because we had a whirl pool tub in our room. Very nice place would come back. Free breakfast was good and had a good selection.

I had a great time. Fortunately, I would stay at this hotel again. Loved the experience. Since, riding the Amtrac train for vacation, the hotel experience blended (complimented) the traveling experience beautifully.

I was visiting Monticello, Indiana and stayed at the Best Western Brandywine Inn. Everything went well. Easy check-in. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was hot. It was the standard hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, eggs, waffles, sausage gravy & biscuits, fresh fruits, and cereal. Checkout was easy as well. Great stay!

I stayed her on Dec. 10 due to my daughter having an overnight at Camp Tecumseh. I didn't want to drive back and forth to Chicago in a Winter storm. The hotel is very clean. Excellent TV channel selection. I watched basketball on the Big Ten Network and soccer on Fox Sports. Slept great! Very nicely decorated lobby and breakfast area. I slept in and missed breakfast. Huge thank you to Brenda!!! I forgot my laptop and Brenda wrapped it up very well and had it sent to me. So thankful!!! Will definitely stay here again when we have camp activities. Happy Holidays!

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodated our early check-in so we could get to a funeral. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked really cute. Breakfast in the morning was good and I enjoyed the cookies the night before. I would stay here again.

The hotel was able to take in my Wrestling team for the night and the check in was speedy with no problems. Reservations was very easy to work with. I was able to reserve the 7 rooms online with no problems. My coach was able to take a check the day of check in and other necessary paper work and the front desk was expecting the group and there were no problems.

Love this hotel! Beds were comfortable, fitness center was awesome & breakfast was the best!! We will stay here from now on instead of Lafayette! Well worth the drive! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The second shift desk clerk needs to improve his customer service skills. The guy behaved as if I was bothering him as he checked me in the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed have worsened over the past year. I usually visit this hotel at least 5 times out of the year because I have supplier in this area. Therefore you should improve your the customer service of the your staff, the cleanliness and bring new beds to your hotel.

We were very happy with our stay at the Brandywine. The hotel was very clean and the king room was large, with a separate room with a pullout couch and TV. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had lots of pressure and was nice and hot. Our room had a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, sink and cabinets. There's a gym, hot tub, pool and weight room that our family enjoyed.The free breakfast had a nice selection of both hot and cold food. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfy, the hotel is clean, and the service is amazing. the front desk staff is very friendly and able to accommodate most requests. We use this hotel for business stays and is our top choice in the area. We have never had a complaint from someone that stayed.

Beautiful hotel. We were amazed at how friendly and accommodating the front desk staff was especially a young girl named Brandy. The room was nice and clean, our only complaint would have been a noisy AC unit but it wasn't anything that was too bothersome. Overall great experience we look forward to returning.

Booked a quick weekend getaway to Indiana Beach to utilize my company's discount program. Booked via Hotels.com, received a message to contact the hotel to update the billing info. Followed up promptly after receiving the message, spoke with a nice woman named Brandy, she took down my credit card info said I was good to go. Coming from Chicago, the drive was about 2.5 hours, only to arrive to a guy at the front desk who had no problem telling me he gave my room up since he couldn't contact me. Didn't receive an email or phone call. No referenced notes of the phone call with Brandy or anything. Knowing the hotel was booked up, he had to issue telling me he gave up my room. Needless to say, I am NEVER going to attempt to stay with Best Western again.

Beautiful! This was the perfect place to have our wedding reception! There was plenty of room with about 300 people in it and the hotel staff was so great to work with! We did not want to stop dancing at the end of the night. The decorations were beautiful and were the perfect touch to the whole day! The Brandywine is a very classy and sophisticated place to host an event!

The hotel was the bright spot of our three day getaway. Indiana Beach was disappointment with rides closed and a run down look. The town of Monticello Ind. is charming with many shops to visit. The local Pizza Hut was a train wreck. If I hadn't been on vacation I would have gotten up and left. The local par3 and mini golf course just outside of town was very nice.

We stayed here this weekend, expecting a great hotel since the reviews were great, unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness ruined the whole stay. We had 2 rooms. Right off the bat in the first room, I went to dry my hands and the hand towel was dirty. There were also black hairs all over the vanity. When going to take a shower, I pulled the curtain to one side and a dried, disgusting towel fell on my head (I've included pictures). I brought these to the front desk and they took $15 off the bill - big whip! I just wanted a clean room. This caused me to inspect the room more closely, where I realized that it had not been cleaned well at all. The mirrors were dirty - I could see finger prints. There was dust in every nook and cranny. There was food on the floor under the bed skirting and a disgusting stain on the duvet cover that seeped into the duvet. The 2nd room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, and was never cleaned when we left for the day despite removing the do not disturb sign -they couldn't tell me why. It's clear that they put a lot of money into lobby renovations but skimmed in the rooms. The fitness center attached to this hotel is where the pool is. The pool and hot tub are large, but yet again dirty! There was visible dirt in the pool and the water was salty- gross. I would not recommend this hotel unless cleanliness is not a priority.

It was our first stop on our vacation. I thought it was great. The room was nice and so was the pool, it's part of a fitness club so you have to go into the club to get towels. The breakfast offerings were great. Close to attractions. Definitely a good stay.

Clean & beds were comfy. Awesome fitness center. We stayed here while visiting family and going to IN Beach. Would stay again. My only complaint is that we didn't have very good water pressure in our bathroom but that is manageable for a 2 night hotel stay.

Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was a suite with a king bed. The decor seemed fairly updated and overall the room was clean and in good repair (frame on mirror in bathroom was loose and deadbolt was tricky). Would like a bit more water pressure in the shower, but temperature was fine. Small fridge and microwave in room along with dishes and utensils. Morning breakfast included the usual cereals, breads, juices along with hot dishes (eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausage gravy, make your own waffle). Nice pool area with hot tub and access to outdoor patio; gym area for you exercisers.

First time at a Best Western Plus and I was very impressed! I checked-in at the last minute while in the area for work. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious lobby area, free breakfast, free wifi. No complaints here! ??

I stay at this property more than a dozen times a year. Staff are excellent and efficient. Hotel is the nicest, cleanest hotel I have found in Monticello. It's generally pretty clean, and doesn't show an excessive amount of wear. You wouldn't mistake it for a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn, but is a good, solid choice.

Starting with positives: overall a nice hotel. Negatives: we reserved 2 rooms. Both rooms, upon check-in, had dirty sheets (see pics). Sheets full of hair - not head hair - and who knows what else. We were NOT offered a discount. My parents had to sleep on top of the dirty bed as to not touch the dirty sheets. I will say, my husband and I were moved to a clean room the 1st night! Ultimately, we asked for a discount for my parents and we were offered 25% a NEXT STAY or 1,500 reward points (takes 12,000 for the cheapest room in Atlanta). Why would we give them more money in the future, when they couldn't provide us a clean room today? Not happening. If coming to the area, I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Stayed here this past weekend and just can't go to any other hotel. We love this place!! We'll be back next month when the boys (Hoosier Highway) play again at Indiana Beach!! It's a few bucks more but well worth it!!

If you aren't staying at the Resort, I highly recommend staying at here. This hotel was awesome from the front desk staff to the updated/clean rooms. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great experience here. The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming. My son and I went with another mom and son and it made it for a very comfortable experience for all of us. We had requested adjoining rooms and were able to get them when arrived. There was also a dinner buffet which was very affordable and accommodated both adults and kids. It was great as we needed a quick spot to eat that wasn't at the Amusement park and it had great selections.

booked a king suite/fireplace and hot tub for my anniversary weekend. Drove 2 hours arrive and "oh sorry our system screwed up" I can offer you 2 queens at a reduced rate. Albiet the roon is off the lobby. Choices?????NONE I'm 2 hours from home in the middle of nowhere. Contact customer service..."we'll upgrade you to Elite status" Sorry 1. will never stay at your facility again 2. doesn't fix my anniversary weekend.. BSCustomer Service..Sorry Computer Problem not us..... Have Printed reservation from when i booked but system changed to 2 queens. No phone call no email just "we'll give you a discount" Sounds like Robert at the front desk sold my premium room. so much for customer service

There was very loud walking and jumping above our heads. We called twice to the front desk and then stopped calling. The clerk said she would take care of it and it did subside some but it was a nuisance the entire stay. Also, the toilet had been painted so many times. I took a picture because I really couldn't understand how it could not have been replaced. Toilet seats don't cost that much. Plus, the room was not very clean. I had to go through and clean all of the desk tops and the tv remote not to mention the fact that the decorative bed panel was disgusting. It looked like it had been used for a table cloth. The ironic thing about the remote was the fact that they had it in a "clean remote" box saying that all of their rooms were equipped with clean remotes so that they can be cleaned and sanitized properly. Really?!!! The Best Western in Monticello is about the best hotel you can stay in in the area so yes, I would recommend it but I was not satisfied with the room at all. The hotel was booked solid as it was the 4th of July weekend so I didn't request another room.

The room was clean and the breakfast was actually good. Internet a little slow. Staff was helpful. A little overpriced considering there is no restaurant or room service but clean rooms and family friendly quiet nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great overnight stay. Fantastic facilities with the pool, work room, indoor tennis and a great indoor basketball court. Then the rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast / lounge area was very nice. The breakfast was a very good one and not just a cheap here you go type of thing. Will be going back when the opportunity arises.

Great staff, great room, great breakfast, awesome activities including indoor basketball. Such a nice place. Couldn't have asked for a cleaner, friendlier place and for the first time I actually liked the hotel coffee :)

Best Western has a very troublesome cancellation policy. I was unable to travel to the hotel due to poor weather and fatigue and I tried to cancel on the same evening , but early and their 24 hour cancellation policy could not be waived.

We only needed to stay one day, but the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and they had a good fitness area. The breakfast was just pretty standard for a Best Western type hotel and was included in the price. The bathroom was clean, but pretty standard,

We stopped here on our way to visit my daughter at college. The staff here was so friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast was excellent. It had a nice pool and an amazing workout facility. We will definitely stay here again:) We plan to return in the summer due to the close proximity to Indiana Beach.

All was good--no problems. The breakfast attendant was very attentive to all things in the eating room & food. I did not use the pool this time, but plan on doing so on my next visit. Good there was an elevator--we needed it because of back problems.

Good average hotel in Monticello that at least carries a major hotel chain flag. Beds are comfortable, property and rooms are clean. Bathrooms need some updating as they have worn porcelain fixtures and shower heads have poor water pressure. No restaurant or bar which is sad as all the places locally close fairly early. Can be overpriced in season and can be booked solid in season as it is the only branded property.

We arranged for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday party here and were very happy with both the facilities and the food. Both the chicken and pork dishes that they served were moist and tasty. The staff was very helpful and the hotel room we booked for our stay is big and comfortable. Will come back here next time we are in town.

I am here for business for 3 days. A clean large sized hotel room perfect for a family of four since quees sized b ds and each bed has 4 pillows. A convenient microwave and dorm sized fridge. Tub for those who like tub baths. Extra long bath counter space for a family of 4 to spread out their toiletries. Love the many electrical plugs on lamps for all my electrical devices that need plugging in. Also a small table for 2 to eat around besides the desk is a nice bonus. Flat screen tv is nice too. Enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean and quite large with an outer room, nice for doing paperwork and keep it out of the "bedroom" A/C heat worked without issue, noise from outside the room, or outdoors was not an issue. Standard continental breakfast was set up early, a nice bonus for getting back on the road. Large parking area outback big enough for large trailers. Wifi easy and fast. Front desk staff, polite and helpful. Not many places to stay in town, if on business save yourself the time and book here

Stayed here with the family during a basketball tournament. Pleasantly surprised after my last stay at a Best Western. Room was great, clean, updated, comfortable beds. One of the best perks was the recreation building attached to the hotel. Full court gym, large weight room, full size pool, can't be beat.

I had a perfect stay. This motel is very clean and modern. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of hot and cold items including eggs, waffles, potatoes, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The breakfast is better than most places I stay at.

Wow. If all Best Westerns were like this one in Monticello I would stay at all of them when traveling! The room was very clean and nice as are all the main areas of the hotel. The pool was also really nice for the kids. The free continental breakfast has the basics as well as eggs and bacon! I did not expect to find a hotel in Monticello that I would rank so high nor did I expect to find a Best Western I would rank so high. Very impressed.

Very nice clean and quite. Comfortable bed nice pillows and the water was hot in the shower. Staff was nice. Did nit have time for the in house breakfast but the coffee was good. The hotel was sold out and every thing was neat and orderly

Lovely hotel, had a king bed, suite area, microwave small frig. Decorated nicely. Normally stay in 4 star hotels and this did not disappoint, for the money spent. Breakfast was good, your usual scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals etc.

I stayed for just one night at this Best Western in early November. I left very early the next morning and quickly realized I had forgotten my jacket. I called the hotel and spoke with Brenda and asked her if she could ship the jacket to me. She said she could, but it might not be until the next day. Well the next day was today and my jacket arrived on my front porch. Wow! Great service. My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The room was clean (well, a little dusty) and quiet. My only complaint is about the square pillows. The look great on the bed but are not comfortable for sleeping. Give me several rectangular pillows to choose from and I'll be a happy camper.

I was in town for a Leadership conference in Brookston and needed a place to stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was not at the hotel long enough to utilize other amenities but they did look very nice.

This location has to be the world's BEST Best Western! The rooms, lobby, fitness facility and business area are simply top notch. The hotel staff members are all amazing. They really go the extra mile to ensure that each guest has an especially enjoyable stay. On Tuesday evenings there is a buffet in the conference room. Don't miss this! I guarantee that you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety of food on this buffet and the price is extremely reasonable. I am a vegetarian and I found plenty of tasty options, carnivores will enjoy even more choices. I really love it when my company sends me to work in Monticello, because I know I will have the opportunity to stay in this hotel for a few days.

This is the third time that we have had an extended stay (2 weeks each time) at Brandywine Inn. The accomodations are comfortable and we especially like the King Suite for such stays because we like a separate living room area and kitchenette stocked with real dishes (which some hotels haven't provided). All of the Staff are very friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to the breakfast area and Housekeeping. We enjoyed being able to get coffee in the breakfast area at all times during the day. We will stay again.

We Booked this room to attend a wedding in the area. Between Travel time and the wedding it self we did get to enjoy the amenities of this Hotel. But I looked around and was very impressed! nice pool and Hot Tub area the Gym was almost overwhelming better then most public membership Gyms. The suite was big and well supplied, King bed firm and got a good night sleep.

I'm normally the one that is going beyond the call of duty to make sure that every customer is taken care of. But after experiencing the form of exceptional customer service that I experienced at this Brandywine location. I will definitely be back again. The front desk personnel were so helpful from day one. And even after I make it to the hotel I had one of the employees actually write down some of what she would consider the best location to stay at that would be kid friendly and not too pricey. My husband and I will definitely be back with out children next time.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice, including a hot tub and a fireplace. The free breakfast is the best I've had anywhere. The pool is nice but the workout room is over the top. It's a full gym and even has racket ball courts and tennis courts, all indoors.
