However, Airtel network connectivity is restricted in the area, so improving the Wi-Fi coverage would be highly appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Special appreciation to Mr. Ajay and Ms. Isha at the front desk for being extremely supportive, courteous, and professional throughout the stay.

Been here now for almost six months. Feels like home now. The property is excellent, staff is amazing. Karun, Deepak, Vishal, Isha, Abhishek, Clute and of cousre the Sales Director Sonia. Mu kids love the pool, and the roof top lounge is an amazing place to focus and work or entertain friends.

My overall experience with staff ,food and hospitality is good . Me and my colleague were in the same room we checked out in morning after that the reception staff called us and said the hair dryer is missing from your room when i told that i didn't used and didn't see because i had no need. Receptionist said but it was there when you checked in i said but i didn't saw after that i told if you want to you can check the bags then the male staff start checking the bag which was very pathetic way. This is how they treat the guest. Else everything was good

The hotel is located quite far from the main city, making commuting inconvenient. The staff behavior was disappointing — they often seemed unprofessional and engaged in unnecessary conversations about guests. I stayed here for around 10 days in September 2025. The food quality needs major improvement; there is very little variety in the menu, and the buffet items are often served cold. The management also appears indifferent to guest feedback or service quality. Overall, the experience was below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other option.
