Best Western Lawrenceburg Inn

We stayed one night here in Lawrenceburg during a road trip with our dog. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled clean. The desk staff were very friendly. Our room smelled nice and clean, and was in good order. The only mark against this room was that the button to select “constant fan” on the window AC/heater was broken, so the fan remained on auto. We like to run the fan on constant for the white noise and extra air circulation. That is a minor issue, and despite this issue we would stay here again.

A block of rooms was reserved for family and friends traveling to our daughter's wedding. Everything was so easy to plan with this hotel. We were very grateful for that when there was so much to be done.

Friendly staff, clean room, and great breakfast! We had no problems- staff was helpful and kind. Property was clean and pool was clean. The breakfast was kept stocked and was a great quality! We will definitely be back!

Great staff, excellent breakfast and clean well appointed rooms. Centrally located for your excursions to many of the local distilleries and other attractions. Staff was very knowledgeable about local activities in the region. We'll worth the stay.

From the minute we checked in, to the time we checked out, this Best Western Lawrenceburg (KY) Inn was a wonderful place to stay while attending a family gathering nearby. The staff was WONDERFUL, and the pool was clean and beautiful! The woman overseeing the breakfast bar, Malinda, made sure we had everything we needed. She even made some extra egg and cheese omelets for us when she saw that the few in the serving dish were older. (We've been vegetarian since 1977, and greatly appreciated this!) She also made sure we had fresh bold coffee available to start our day. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, too! Will definitely stay there when we are back in the area! The best Best Western we have stayed at in recent years. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby, hallways and rooms were bright and clean. Molinda made sure breakfast was well stocked and provided warm friendly conversation. Well worth the short drive off of busy interstate highways. Dining at local restaurant in Lawrenceburg was a delicious experience.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels for both business and pleasure and the Best Western Hotel in Lawrenceburg, KY is by far the CLEANEST hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness of the room and hotel were exceptional, the comfort of the bed was excellent, and the Free Breakfast offering was more than I expected.

The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. The pool area needed some cleaning. There was mildew around the edge of the pool and maybe a little on the table. The price was a little high. The average stay in Ky. is $116 a night. It was $156 here at Best Western.

The service was fantastic! Everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. I called to book the room and he was very helpful as well. The room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and the server was so nice. I have no complaints about the service or facility.

Ten years ago, this property was a dump with doubtful customers. Not Anymore. It's been refurbished, it's cleaned well, it's quiet and well managed. The rooms and breakfast areas were well serviced and attractive. Parking areas are well lit.

Our experience was wonderful and that keeps us coming back every year! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong here! We have our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners here every year and have NEVER been disappointed!

I think it's the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful and clean building. Room and beds were awesome. The staff is great. The breakfast was excellent. When I come back to the area I'll be looking forward to another stay here.

Having not been to Lawrenceburg in 5 years or so, I tried what was to me a new hotel. Room was convenient, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The staff was exceedingly helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was almost like a restaurant, brought to me at my table by one of the most pleasant men I could have imagined. Business center offered internet and printing service. Front desk people were equally pleasant as the breakfast staff. I could not have been more pleased

We were having a wedding for our daughter in Lawrenceburg at a local venue. There were several friends and family staying here. We all loved it. Rooms were super clean, staff was mega pleasant, breakfast exceeded our expectations. This topped off our weekend as a great success. There is nothing better than arriving to a hotel that not only is what they advertise but better. We can't be more pleased. From our arrival to our departure it was great! I cannot say enough good things abut our stay.

We were in Lawrenceburg for a family funeral and stayed at this Best Western based on recommendations. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and very convenient. The breakfast was great and Melinda went out of her way to get us anything we needed. She was pleasant and very attentive to our needs, especially with my aging parents who weren't able to get items as quickly or easily from the stations. Will definitely stay again, when we are in the area.

I'm usually in Lawrenceburg every other month for at least an overnight stay. This is a good place to stay. The rooms are clean, staff is helpful, and the breakfasts are adequate. The only issue I had was there wasn't a TV remote control in the room.

This hotel is a solid choice for those visiting the Bourbon Trail! We stayed 2 nights and found the hotel to be immensely clean and quiet! The room was spacious, the beds firm and the bathroom large, clean and well appointed with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and the like. We ate breakfast just one of the mornings of our stay and the breakfast host was friendly and helpful. Check out was quick and they were understanding when we returned a few minutes later to retrieve something we had left in the refrigerator. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return.

The place was very clean. The room was bigger than I expected. It was quiet despite being near the elevator and many children I noticed outside. The curtains actually kept it dark. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many choices. I would definitely stay again.

This is the 2nd time we stay here. They updated the room, its more nicer and modern looks. Just it would be nice if they put a single sofa/couch. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff so friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and never had a bad experience.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again in the future. Rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms was clean and had a good shower. Breakfast was the only area I felt was lacking, but the food that was available was fresh.

I stay here when I visit family. The rooms are clean and quiet. The beds are comfy and do not sleep hot. Mini fridge worked great in room and ice machine for the cooler on the trip home! I'll be back soon.

The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good. However, there was no hot water in the room. This was reported at checkout and we were told by the front desk worker that there was nothing he could do since we had already gotten the best rate by being a “Best Western Rewards Member”….. so much for that! He did go to the room and he verified there was no hot water. He told us he would submit a work order and they had just replaced a hot water heater! Sooooo frustrating!!

We had very clean & comfortable accommodations. We had planned on touring 2 distilleries as we passed through so chose this hotel. Our timing was poor so didn't stop at any distillery but still enjoyed the great accommodations.

The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure we had all the accommodations we needed and allowed us to use the breakfast room in the evenings for our family to gather. We highly recommend this hotel, you will not find a better place to stay while in Lawrenceburg.

Hotel was exactly what you would expect for this category of hotel. Cleanliness and service were excellent. Breakfast wasn't great, but what you expect for hotels in this price range with free breakfast. Did not use fitness room on visit but have in the past. Fairly limited equipment, but clean and functional. Have stayed at this facility at least 5 times, and staff always great. Surprisingly, they still make up the room daily. Not a luxury hotel, but does what it is supposed to do.

Staff is very courteous and helpful, rooms are clean and decorated very nicely. Highly recommend this hotel. We had our family Christmas get together here and they made it all great! We will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful BW. Clean & comfortable. All the staff were great, willing to help to do anything to make my stay better. Always spoke to me while passing in the hallway. Just a great feeling of being safe and comfortable while away from home. A home away from home (but better).

We traveled to Florida for a 3 day stay. Our overnights included 3 at Choice Hotels...this Best Western was so much nicer than any of those 3. We will definitely be looking at BW for any future stays if they are this good.

A newer property convenient for touring distilleries and horse country. Clean room, good internet connection. Hot items available for breakfast and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Will need to drive a few minutes to a restaurant, check online to verify that they're open (a couple weren't on Sunday).

Everything was great for the location, price, and convivence. Only one annoyance but this is with every hotel.... wish the room door shut/latch was quieter due to some customers seem to not care about their door slamming late at night (i.e. mid-night) or at 4am in the morning when they are leaving. The door slamming wakes you quickly out of a deep sleep. Yes, the King Size bed was that comfortable that I slept that well. This hotel should be a role model for all of the Other BW hotels. I can't express that enough. We stayed at 3 different BW locations for the first time during this travel. By far this was the best and cleanest hotel. The other 2 in comparison (BW Huntington Mall Inn and the BW Braddock Inn should be embarrassed and frankly shut their doors.) The Lawrenceburg, KY hotel owner and all of the staff should be proud of themselves and their location. They are top notch and this hotel has a rock'n staff. Very upbeat, happy, helpful, proud of what they do every day. Very clean location, rooms, everything. There have nice and CLEAN areas to walk your pet. All customer pet owners picked up after their pets. There was a receptacle for pet waste disposal. Everything worked in our room (TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Hairdryer, etc.). Room décor was very nice and applicable to the areas theme. They provide you with a nice set of towels. Due to COVID just put your towels outside the door and they will be replaced. And they will only come in your room upon your needs/request which is nice. Front desk takes the time to explain everything to you while you stay with them. The staff was great in recommending places to go and see while vacationing in the area.

I have stayed here often, because it is a well-kept facility and I like the location: close to Lexington and a variety of distilleries. Staff is friendly and hot breakfast good along with a variety of other items as well. Room was clean and bed comfortable. This is my go-to hotel when in this area.

Was in the process of moving and needed a place to stay for the night. The room was clean and comfortable and the parking lot was easy to access in my moving truck. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I needed a couple of small items and Haley at the front desk was able to help me out so that I didn't have to go back out into the rain to go to a store.

We found ourselves in need of a hotel in Lawrenceburg, KY on very short notice. David at the front desk was so very accommodating! We ended up spending the night in literally one of the friendliest towns I have ever been in. The hotel is very nice, room was clean and well stocked. I would totally stay here again!!!

We checked in on Friday night, late due to decorating for a wedding, the two young girls at the front desk were wonderful. So polite and helpful. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. My grandsons loved the pool. An excellent stay

This hotel is extremely clean and the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your stay is a great experience. I feel this hotel is one of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky's best kept secrets.

Lady took 10 mins to even pay me attention at check in. Once in the room the air would not cool, changed rooms to find out same issue and once we checked out they didnt seem to care that we sweated to death the night before

Great room. Clean, friendly staff, good beds, good price, nice clean pool. Hot breakfast individually prepared (due to Ky Governor's still in force mandate). All nearby restaurants still are drive thru. Kroger is open.

Staff is great. Very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Parking is good. Clean room and hotel. Fast food and gas stations close by. No complaints but it is a little tricky to find. Getting on the highway is also a challenge. I would recommend going to the Shell station and getting on the road in front of it. This hotel does take pets.

We stayed out of town because of the very high prices in Louisville to attend the Kentucky Oaks and Derby. It's about an hour away. But worth the trouble for the cost and the accommodation. I would stay again.

Traveling home from Arkansas we routed ourselves through Lawrenceburg in order to miss going through Lexington On our way to WV. When making this trip we usually stay east of Lexington. We discovered the Best Western going through Lawrenceburg. A great stay! It was wonderful to check into a room that smelled like a breath of fresh air. The beds were very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean. The lady checking us in was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was filling. They even made the blueberry waffles for you! Best stay. Will be returning to this motel the next time we make a similar trip.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Staff at front desk was always nice. The lady in the breakfast room was pleasant and helpful. They went to great lengths to keep things clean. There was a hot item for breakfast along with danish and bagels. Each piece of plastic silverware was in its own baggie. Under the circumstances it all worked and we had a nice stay.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming. The property is clean, room was very clean, beds are comfy. The breakfast selection was okay. The waffles and yogurt were my favorite. Location was near Four Rose's Distillery which is where we were going!

My fiance and I chose this hotel because it was central to many stops for this area's distilleries on the bourbon trail. It was an excellent location for during the day exploring and the hotel stay exceeded expectations in every way. However, in the evenings there is not really much to do in the area and there are no Ubers/Lyfts if anyone wants to go out for a night on the town. This allowed us to spent our evenings relaxing at the hotel after dinner in the small town but thought I would mention it. The distillery stops took less time than expected so we had an entire afternoon and evening in Downtown Lexington which was great! One thing that we picked this hotel for was the fact that they were pet friendly and at a very reasonable rate. The hotel staff were very tentative and did not bother our room for cleaning throughout the day and gave us fresh towels every morning. We stayed in mid-February and there were only a couple other people staying at the hotel so it was extremely quiet. The free breakfast had all of the necessities and was convenient to get an early start exploring the bourbon trail. We would definitely recommend this location!

I really enjoyed this hotel! I travel a lot for work. My room was very clean! Lobby was clean, all staff was great! The young lady Autumn who got me checked in recommended local place to eat dinner! She was very helpful/sweet. Even let me switch my room last minute as i don't like being on 1st floors! I liked the size of my room (king bed). location was great as well because you're very close to lots of things! Cute little town! Malinda was fantastic as well! She fixed a batch of fresh eggs/bacon & brought up to my room! She added little touch of a sweet note & threw a candy cane on the tray! She made sure i was happy with breakfast & my stay! Very sweet woman. Only tiny complaint lost 1 star, check out is @ 11am. I don't feel staff should knock on doors before then as it woke me up & i had already been approved for late check out @ 12. Granted, housekeeping didn't get the message, which was okay! She was very apologetic, i crawled back in bed!!! i will be booking with them again!

Came to Kentucky to take the hubby on a few bourbon tours over the holiday weekend. Lawrenceburg was right in the middle of where we wanted to be, was not disappointed. The staff was wonderful, room very clean.

Excellent staff, friendly and accomodating. Good beds, very clean, Breakfast is OK. Quiet. Several restaurants near by. Near Keeneland for horse racing, distilleraries for tours, Beautiful horse farms.

First Rate. Attended 2019 Fall Keeneland Meet. It was a UK/Arkansas Home game and all Lexington Hotels were occupied. We were referred to this location 20 minutes East of Keeneland. Service and location was first class.

Malinda handled the kitchen duties with outstanding results. The food was fresh with the hot food being hot and the cold food being cold. She prepared the selections with care and for a complimentary breakfast deal, it was one of the best we've encountered. She was courteous and attentive with a smile (which was real) which really helped make us feel great.

We didn't ask for the handicap room, but the extra bars came in handy. Very nice room and friendly staff. Malinda was especially helpful in the breakfast room. I would prefer more room for things around the sink area. We stay here when we visit family in Lawrenceburg .

Malinda was amazing at breakfast! She kept everything stocked and clean. I've never stayed at a hotel with such a nice breakfast. Malinda was so kind and courteous. She checked on us to be sure we were ok and even cleared our plates when we were finished.

There is nothing wrong with this place. We got a nice clean room. They have good coffee in the lobby all day. The breakfast is run by Malinda and she is a helpful, sweet lady. Food is decent and plentiful for an included breakfast. I only wish they stated on here that the pool is seasonal because I was really looking forward to swimming in this 90° heat and the pool is closed. Everyone was polite and helpful.

This is my go-to destination when I'm in the Lexington/Frankfort area. Clean, well-appointed hotel,with exceptionally friendly, professional staff. Located in a small town with a big heart. Breakfast is traditional, with a wonderful lady who attends to all your needs whil making sure everything is appropriately stock. Already looking forard to my visit next Spring!

It was my second time at the hotel; I stayed for one night during a business trip. I didn't remember how nice it was! The hotel is absolutely above expectations! Malinda is really kind and professional, she is very careful to customer needs! I travel a lot for work and I will be back again, and I absolutely recommend it!

This was an absolute gem of a location. The staff was knowledgeable of the area and helped with suggestions of places to eat. The town is small and quaint, but nicely situated in the heart of Bourbon Country.

This best Western was a little tucked away. Noise from the highway did not reach me . The staff was friendly, efficient and professional . I stayed 3 nights . My room was cleaned thoroughly everyday . Though it is tucked away it is close to any shopping or food you might enjoy . Al in all my stay here was quite enjoyable .

My husband and I spent the night here while in town for a wedding shower. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again as we have family in the area. The pool was a bit of a let down if that is your thing. It was small and the water was cloudy.

Autumn, the desk clerk, was sweet, friendly and helpful! It was nice to be greeted by such a pleasant young lady at the end of a long day. The hotel was easy to find and great location on the Bourbon Trail. The hotel is clean and quiet with a morning breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Large rooms and bath room...tub/shower. Only suggestion would be larger TV needed in rooms. plenty of USB plugs & outlets, microwave & refrigerator. Great value, too!

We received great service immediately from Autumn who checked us in. Very efficient and pleasant in offering us the opportunity to join the Best Western Rewards program. Not only did she explain the basics of it she gave us a 10% discount on the room. And as for the room as well as the Inn in general it was quite clean. A great location for exploring the Bourbon Trail.

The hotel is situated perfectly for visiting Frankfort, Lexington and Louisville. The staff are great and the hotel is clean! We liked the that it was located near restaurants. Also, loved that is was less than a quarter of a mile to a Kroger's Grocery store!

Very nice newly renovated hotel. Very clean hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was friendly and kept everything replenished. It was Mother's Day and they made flowers out of washcloths for every room. Nice touch. Will definitely stay again.

We arrived late at night, and were very underwhelmed. The nighttime staff person had the personality of a fish, and barely made eye contact during what felt like a two-hour check in (in all seriousness, it took about twenty minutes and there was no one there). Please remember this was 1 am, and we had two kids with us, sleeping, and I pre booked and PAID... Anyhow, the next day we were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted with the exact opposite from the breakfast, staff in the kitchen, front desk, and even the cleaning staff were friendly, singing and happy. It was literally night and day! *Mom joke* Good location for Bourbon fans.

My mom and I stayed here for a family wedding. Rooms are large, very clean and shower is wonderful. Breakfast is pretty good. Coffee and tea available all day. The staff is a super sweet and accommodating.

We find ourselves staying at more and more Best Western's. Almost always a solid value. Their dedication to cleanliness and great staff is apparent. This property excels in those two areas and more. The breakfast was really nice. Served in a comfortable area with a staff members on top of every element. This hotel posts the awards they've won on the wall. It is easy to understand why they earned them.

I would have never thought a Best Western would be in such a small town, but I was glad. Rooms very clean and surprisingly a good breakfast. Front desk young lady was really good at her job and very friendly. Love this place just wished I had time to explore the Wild Turkey Plant. Go and check out the bridges in front of the plant, theirs some history there. Pretty cool.

Hotel was in a good neighborhood and it felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It would be even better if there was a indoor pool but there is one outside. Closed due to crappy weather I'm guessing.

We stayed here while visiting local distilleries Wild Turkey and Buffalo Trace on March 14th. Trip Advisor recommended Best Western in Lawrenceburg. The reviews regarding cleanliness convinced me to stay. The entire hotel is incredibly clean. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was pleasant.

A very welcoming experience from the start. Staff was very friendly and everyone greeted you personally. Hotel seems to be new or newly remodeled. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Didn't use the exercise room or pool. Highway to get in and out was a little busy though. We found this a perfect place to use as a home base for the Bourbon Trail close to Wild Turkey and Four Roses. It was also fairly close to Woodford Reserve.There are several choices for food nearby or in the city of Lawrenceburg. We usually find the Best Western Hotels to have a high standard and this property did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

This is the cleanest best western I've been in and I'm in a hotel Monday - Friday for work. The staff is amaziny helpful and friendly. Magan, Kayla, even Malinda in the morning makes sure the breakfast area is stocked and cleaned. Super sweet ladies.

'Twas the night before Christmas Eve, and all through my boyfriend's home town.... Sorry folks, I'm too tired to get much more creative. As usual, my small family of five had many relatives and friends to visit for Christmas. We haven't stopped go go going since last week Our one night stay at this Best Western was a much needed mini vacation. The service was great, our room was clean, and our complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot!!! For the second year in a row they gave us a home away from home so we could enjoy more time with family... Thank you!!

Malinda and Cindy were the greatest. I enjoyed their company very much. As far as the room it was right outside the elevator and you could hear everything starting at around 430 am downstairs in the cafe to every room on the floors. I didn't get much sleep but I made the best of it. I have previously stayed there with a better room (quieter ) which I will request next time. Thank you.

One of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in. Love it! Will absolutely return! We were allowed to use the breakfast room for our family dinner and everyone had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for everyone and the staff were awesome!

If you are looking for a place off the normal trail, then this hotel is for you. Hotel staff is pleasant and the rooms are great. We stay here quite often as I have family in the area. This hotel gives you a feeling of home verses just a place to stay.

We highly recommend a stay here at this Best Western Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and different items every day of the week. Our room was very comfortable and parking was close.

I've stayed in this Best Western twice and am always satisfied. It's surprising that such a state of the art hotel is in this small town! A very clean, quiet and friendly place with a great breakfast bar. Eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins and lots more.

Nice sized rooms! VERY friendly and helpful staff. Good commute to bourbon distilleries. There is NO view, but good location and quiet. It is about 30 minutes to Lexington. Hotel is pet friendly. Complimentary breakfast was standard fare, but ready and hot. The breakfast is staffed but self service.

Check in was smooth and easy. Arrived to room to find two double beds instead of one king. Called the front desk. Told Willa that I thought I requested a king but wasn't positive ( I generally do) and it may have been my mistake. "No worries, I can change it" which she immediately did. Thank you, Willa! Also, Cindy who was working the breakfast area, keeping it amazingly clean. She was constantly sweeping, wiping tables,etc. Asking how everything was and was sincerely interested in our replies. Hope you realize what gems you have in these two!

We picked this location for a wedding we we're attending.the staff was great, the room nice and clean. More of our family would have stayed at this hotel if they had an indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was a generic hotel breakfast. I would have liked more options. But otherwise a very nice and clean hotel

We were in the area to visit a few distilleries. After a long day on the road, we pulled in the parking lot, no reservation, hoping for a room. Rooms were available, which was great! The check-in process was quick, easy and painless! Savanah was great! She made everything easy. She is a credit to your establishment, and should be commended as such.....thanks, Savanah! The property was clean, comfortable and is on my list to visit again if I'm ever in the area again. Price was very affordable. Breakfast was great as well. Overall, very satisfied!

This was a good choice for an overnight - good value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an accessible room with tub but equipped with grab bars. Breakfast was average but had a good variety.

My sister's picked this area based on convenience. Easy off and on the bluegrass parkway for them and distance. Looked at all the reviews and prices of hotels/motels in this area. We were more than satisfied with our 4 night stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Cindy in the breakfast room went out of her way to help everyone. My sister's keep saying how nice and sweet she is and how helpful .The staff recommended several great places to eat. Really enjoyed the Bluegrass Sabor . Drinks and food fabulous.

I had to have a place to live while settling an estate after my mother passed away. The general manager, Magen, worked diligently to help me get the room/amenities I needed for a long term stay. I could say all positive things about the motel & employees but there are several, like MAGEN, that stood out & I feel went above & beyond to help us during a difficult time. Everyone treated my husband, little dog & myself like family, including a personal sympathy card. KAYLA was outstanding in so many ways & I can't say enough positive things about this upbeat, caring young lady! CINDY was great with the breakfast, best we have ever encountered. DEB was great with suggestions to help with dining, etc. during our stay. Everyone was great but these 4 ladies really stood out & are definitely an asset to Best Western Lawrenceburg Inn. Because of these ladies, we will always stay here when we come through KY & will recommend this Inn to everyone. Thank you!

Stayed at this Best Western one weekend in September to attend a friends 50th anniversary reception. The front desk employees were great!! The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful!! The lady that was overseeing the breakfast area went out of her way to help me get breakfast together to take back to my room for my husband, who is disabled. I will definitely stay there again if traveling in that part of Kentucky.

What a pleasant surprise to find this modern, clean hotel at the end of a LOONG Drive—central AR to northern KY!! Additional plus was the delicious continental breakfast —over and above our expectations!! Thank you, Best Western and that will always be our first choice when planning an overnight trip!!!

We had to make an unexpected trip for a funeral. It turned into an extended stay due to car troubles (Ford! UGH! - That's a story in itself, and not a pleasant one to say the least). The hotel staff were very understanding and pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was awesome. "Cindy" who worked in the kitchen/dining area was exceptional. She was very friendly and helpful and kept the food hot and fresh and kept the area spotless, constantly cleaning tables and spills, etc. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in this area.

This was the only larger hotel in Lawrenceburg or Versailles, KY and is very accessible off the Blue Grass Parkway. However, it was very clean, a large room, and a very friendly, helpful staff. It is convenient to any of the many Distillery Tours in the area.

Nice big room, bath has lots of layout space, Wi-Fi ran OK, bed very comfortable. They have the usual room amenities, coffee, fridge, cable TV, microwave, hair dryer. But the best part was the great hot breakfast - two kinds of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sweet breads, fruit, and a yogurt machine that let you make your own granola parfaits. Friendly and helpful staff. Four-machine fitness room. Very comfortable place for a night or a week.

My husband and I just came back from a three night stay at this BW and, in a word, fantastic! From the greeting at check-in, to the daily interaction with Cindy in the breakfast room, to all the other helpful employees we spoke with while staying here, the experience was memorable. The folks working here are proud of the area, enjoy their jobs and were more than eager to give trip tips. The king room we had was extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. The room included a small fridge, three chairs, a desk and an ottoman.The area surrounding the motel is beautiful, as are the distilleries and winery we visited. We had a chance to try out a couple local restaurants in Lawrenceburg and definitely were pleased with that experience. We're already planning a return visit in early fall and will definitely be staying here.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. All of the staff with whom we interacted were professional, friendly, and courteous. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and our check-in/out was flawless. The continental breakfast area was immaculately clean and the food was delicious. I've stayed at quite a few best Western hotels in the South East, and this one takes the Cake! Cindy does wonders with breakfast, and everyone is so very nice! Checked in around 3am and the clerk was sweet and very fast. The room was very clean, and breakfast was delicious!!!

Stayed here with 3 other colleagues. Four rooms for a one night business trip to the area. Chose the hotel from Trip Advisor reviews. We were very happy with our stay. All rooms were clean and everything in good working order. Staff was very fast, friendly, and efficient during every encounter. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Stayed overnight for a morning visit to the nearby Wild Turkey Distillery. Not much else by the hotel itself, found a nice little sandwich shop in downtown Lawrenceburg. The hotel itself was nothing out of the ordinary, pretty much as expected, a typical Best Western, with a standard breakfast bar. Overall very good, would not hesitate to stop by again if in the area, friendly staff, problem free stay.

I had to unexpectedly find a room for one of my employees, and this establishment not only accommodated us, they went above and beyond to allow him late checkout due to his situation, at NO charge. Exceptional. We will be using best westerns moving forward and we appreciate the great service!

considering this is the only hotel in Lawrenceburg Ky its not too bad. relatively close to the main street area. perhaps 15 minute drive. Close to a bank and several fast food resturants. Complimentary local paper in the morning. Did not have time to enjoy the outdoor pool but it looked clean and the deepest part was 5 ft i think

BW Lawrenceburg is a great choice for staying in the heart of Kentucky Bourbon country. Tour distilleries and the cooperage at Lebanon. Then, have dinner at Bluegrass Sabor in Lawrenceburg, then tour more distilleries.

This is our standard stop on our way to grandkids in VA. Everything about this hotel is great! The breakfast is one of the best we have found, and I was thrilled to find specialty coffee creamers for my coffee! The rooms are super clean and all the staff is super friendly and helpful.

This Hotel has everything you want in a stay. Clean, Kind staff, nice property, pretty good breakfast, good price. Was not disappointed. we asked the Sweet Woman, Kelsey, at the front desk for a place for dinner and her recommendation was spot on. A very enjoyable dinner BlueGrass Sabor, and stay.

My wife and I are spending a week on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail for my birthday. This facility was our first stop for 3 nights. What a great little hotel! Very convenient to several distilleries but off the beaten path and quiet. Just two floors so your chances of Monkeys Jumping On The Bed above you are greatly reduced. We were caught by a surprise snowstorm but the lot was already cleared by 6 am. The breakfast room is large enough for the facility, not a cramped afterthought. The breakfast was what you would expect but served extremely well. Everything was hot, fresh and done in smaller batches but filled regularly. The next closest BW is right next to the interstate and huge.

The stay was excellent! All of the staff members were very friendly!! I really enjoyed breakfast time with Cindy! It was never too crowded like some hotels that I stayed at, the selection was good and the service was great. Cindy went out of her way to introduce me to a new flavor of coffee creamer too. I thought it was nice personalized visit! Thank you!

Stayed here for 2 nights staff was nice! clean rooms! only complaint would be don't stay in room 113 where we were it's right next to the kitchen and breakfast room first night they started preparing breakfast at 330 am and was banging all the cabinets and pots and pan around woke us all up! Second night the gentleman wasn't as loud but still got woke up by noise ! But we will stay here again just not that room !

We just had a night at the Best Western Lawrenceburg. The hotel was excellent in comfort, cleanliness & staff. The only problem we had was the difficulty in finding it. It was very badly signed. We were just leaving town to find another hotel when we noticed the very small sign. It would be worth making a point of better signage as I'm sure we would be the only ones who have difficulty finding the hotel.

I just completed a 4 week stay and have absolutely NO complaints. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, both inside and outside ( no cigarette butts or trash on the outside). The staff is excellent. The breakfast is hot & fresh, even had seasonal coffee creamer available (love the peppermint mocha). HIGHLY recommend everyone to stay if just traveling through or staying to do the Bourbon Trail.

I would not stay here again UNLESS I knew for sure this problem was fixed. This is a very nice hotel, in a good location, clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We stayed in a two room suite close to the road and could hear a bit of noise from the road, not enough to really cause an issue. My big complaint was no hot water. I took 3 showers, 2 were barely warm, the last shower the morning I was leaving was cold, I gave up and just got out, got dressed and left. I brought I tot the desk staff and they said they had not had any other complaints. I spoke to Meghan the General Manger on the phone later in the week to report the problem and she was so polite, cute and apologetic I almost hated to complain. She did compensate me and I am happy. She assured me her maintenance were checking water pressure and temperature on that end of the building and they would correct the problem and I believe her. Other than this issue I think you would be happy here.

The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Shower pressure was very good. Deb at the front desk was very helpful and customer focused. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would recommend this facility to others. Deb also assisted my in signing up for the BW frequent guest program.

The hotel is in a very convenent location for reaching several distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon trail. It is clean and comfortable, which is what we look for most when we travel. There aren't very many restaurants nearby.

This hotel is centrally located in the horse industry area outside of Lexington KY. I often stay at this hotel because of the physical location of the hotel. The staff is always pleasant and friendly and the breakfast served in the mornings is excellent and so convenient for someone in a hurry to start their day without having to find a place near by to eat.

This place was Great! The location is perfect, for accessing distilleries in the area. The little town of Lawrenceburg is a great place to visit, great food, wood worker in town, little consignment shop a must. This hotel also has great coffee and hot breakfast, always a must on a trip. Very impressed with the comfort of the bed too.

Came to this BW for overnight because of the proximity to a wedding we attended. The hotel, the room and our experience was satisfactory. The breakfast Sunday morning was very good. The best thing for us was that it was convenient to the church and also convenient from the reception.

Lawrenceburg, KY doesn't seem to offer many lodging choices and we wanted to be close to the distilleries we wanted to visit the next day so we chose this Best Western hotel. This hotel is close to Four Roses and Wild Turkey and it was our way to Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace. It was clean and offered free breakfast in the morning. Don't expect fancy soaps or products or fluffy towels, but I'll choose clean over those items every time. Our room was described as "oversized", which was exactly what it was. There's a Sonic within walking distance (right next door) and there's a Walmart just down the street. There were not many other sit-down restaurants to choose from so if you are coming from Jim Beam, I'd suggest you check out their BBQ before heading east to Lawrenceburg.

Very clean and pleasant place to stay. Close to Lexington, Ky. We stayed one night and went to the football game the next morning. Will stay again. Breakfast was excellent, large sitting area. Parking lot was well lit and motel is close to gas station and fast food options.

Was in need of a place to stay with our fur baby. Went a little out of our way to Lawrenceburg Inn where they were more than accommodating to our needs. The room was comfortable and clean. The place was the typical setup we are used to seeing with Best Western.

Because this is the only hotel in this area it sucks unless you want to drive to Frankfort, i have a mother and father that live in lawrenceburg and i make many trips to help take care of them because they are elderly and the cost of Best Western is very exspensive avg 159$ a night compared 70$ a night at another hotel just as nice or nicer in frankfort or danville but id have to drive further, and i usualey have 2 young boys with me that like to swim but the pool is outside and not inside, i just wish they would lower their price a bit, or that lawrenceburg would build more hotels

A beautiful, clean, smoke-free facility with an excellent staff. We appreciated the wonderful breakfast buffet (included in room price) -- everything from fruit and yogurt to bacon and omelets, with excellent coffee. Cindy presided over the buffet when we were there and she was so warm and gracious. Even provided us with information about local attractions (the 4 Roses Bourbon Distillery is nearby) and maps to get there! Kudos to Cindy! The only (minor) improvement that could be made would be to have an ice machine on the second floor. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

Nice location, the room kind of old style but its clean and comfort, the staff are friendly and helpfull, they have big tv and mini fridge in the room. A/C working very well, this hotel very quiet its so relax for take a rest. Bathroom amenities are good, just mybe they forgot to put toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathroom. Thankyou.

We had no reservations planned for the travel time from Pennsylvania to Memphis so when we saw the Best Western sign along the road at about the same time we were tired of driving, we took a chance. Wow, did we get lucky! First I was greeted by a very sweet lady, Ann, at the front desk. She chatted with me while we went through the check in process and made me feel very comfortable. She then recommended a place to eat and gave me a discount coupon and very good driving directions. I was happy with everything at this time but when I saw the spotless, comfortable room, I knew we had really done well. The beds were comfortable, there was no outside noise, the air conditioner was quiet (A big thing for us). Breakfast was ok, nothing more than most continental breakfasts. Deb, the desk checkout lady, was as nice and pleasant as Ann. If I were to find myself in this part of the country again, I would definitely make this inn my stopover spot. One more thing, the Four Roses and Wild Turkey distilleries were nearby. We would have loved to take the tours but had to be back on the road early.

This hotel is clean and our room was very quiet. The breakfast was very good, with eggs, bacon, waffles, cold and hot cereal. It was very well laid out and tasty. The night clerk was very helpful and friendly and greeted us warmly.

We needed a place to stay for one night to attend a family wedding. The place was neat, clean and provided everything we needed. The breakfast the next morning had a variety of good food served by a helpful friendly staff.

We travel back and forth to visit family several times a year. We usually stay in Lecington, KY on our way home but decided to travel a bit farther to avoid the congestion. We were pleasantly surprise with our choice. The staff was super friendly, rooms ( incl bathroom) was very roomy and comfortable. BreKfast included eggs, tasty sausage, freshly made biscuits and gravy, waffles and the shredded cheese and salsa was a nice touch. It was also great to hop on the freeway in the a.m.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We stayed here for two nights while we visited the distilleries along the Bourbon Trail. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with check in and giving us options for good places for dinner in the area. The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options including waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal (hot & cold), coffee, tea, juices, etc. If the breakfast staff saw you wondering around aimlessly, they asked how they could help. Outdoors was a small swimming pool, and there were also many benches scattered around the property where we sat to enjoy the outdoors while reading our books. This hotel is not in a place where you can walk to restaurants or stores, but it was a perfect place for us to stay and a great value.

We travel to Lawrenceburg, KY annually to see family who live there. This is the most convenient hotel geographically. It is basic, but clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and pleasant. The breakfast is ample and well stocked. The hotel is a basic Best Western - it is 3 stars in terms of amenities, but the pleasantness of the staff make it worthwhile.

We chose to stay here based on its proximity to the distilleries we wanted to tour prior to the end of our vacation. This was honestly one of the nicest Best Western Hotels we've stayed at. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall presentation of the hotel was nice/welcoming. It is also near a variety of places to eat. It's near historic downtown Lawrenceburg, which has some cute artisan shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay as well as the continental breakfast, which provided plenty of options.

After a day on the road we stumbled upon this place thanks to Tripadvisor. Their certificate of Excellence immediately put my mind at ease. We really enjoyed our stay here. The young man at the desk was extremely polite and helpful. I cannot remember his name but I spoke to the front desk in the morning about him and they said he was still in high school! I think he will go far. He was extremely helpful in recommending local places to eat. For an older hotel this place has been well updated and the rooms are just a bit bigger than most hotels. The rooms were clean. The lounge area and dining area was nice; we brought our dinner in there and then played cards for awhile. It was relaxing. After a good night's sleep We woke up regretting that we left our food out all night as a small band of ants had found it. I informed the front desk and the lady there was a little befuddled by this. I did hear another staff member tell her they should credit our room a discount for this and we did get a slight price reduction. Breakfast was a bit better than most hotels I have stayed at. Again, the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience. They work hard to make you happy here and they really don't have to as there are not a lot of hotel options in this town. A+ for effort! They have a pool but it is an outside pool.

This hotel is clean, up to date on everything, clean, and super staff. The Night counter man was sooo awesome, funny, easy to talk to and helpful. Breakfast was above average with such friendly staff members. We will stay here again when we come though.

we loved this location-such a quiet little town that offers almost everything. room was clean, building was updated, staff was great and continental breksfast was yummy! lots of things to do within a 50 mile radius. dominos across the street had wonderful pizza.

We were heading north on our motorcycles, when we came across the remnants of tropical storm Cindy. 5 motorcycles and we were soaking wet and happened to stop to take a break in Lawrenceburg. We looked up the hill and saw the hotel. When we drove up we were greeted by the kindest, warmest staff. They offered us towels immediately for our bikes. They offered the washer and dryer for one of our group who was wet. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was one of the best that we had on our trip.

Heading to a new little town for a National Archery training we were not sure about staying here. We almost chose to stay in the larger town near by. I am glad we didn't! It was a very nice quiet hotel with very friendly staff, nice rooms, fitness room, and pool. The breakfast was above average and a little different each of our three mornings that we were there.

We enjoyed our stay - with a special "tip of the hat" to Tres (probably spelled wrong), who not only checked us in with a song and a smile - but offered dining suggestions in town. The "breakfast room staff" (Cindy, in particular) was exceptional - cleaning and drying a table for us as well as preparing coffee (coffee and creamer in the cup for "special delivery")! The rooms were clean and lobby inviting and the pool just the perfect size. The hotel location provides an "easy drive' to three or four distilleries.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. But WiFi was a problem. The first evening we kept losing our connection. We called the desk and they claimed the WiFi was fine. The next morning we could not get on at all.

Not many hotels in this area, but fortunately there is the Best Western Lawrenceburg. It served as our base of operations for exploring much of the Bourbon Trail and it was a great place to stay. Clean, quiet rooms, excellent beds, all the amenities including wi-fi, full breakfast; helpful, friendly and courteous staff. If we come back this way - and we likely will since there are still many distilleries in the area we'd like to explore - we will most likely stay here.

This is located in prime horse farm country along with numerous Bourbon distilleries. It is also near Keeneland, Churchill Downs and the capital. The hotel is comfortable and clean with a great caring staff.

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. No matter what we needed, they were more than happy to assist us. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast was above average with plenty of choices and fresh food. We would definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet street night because the motel is on a hill above the highway. Breakfast was average but a reasonably diverse. I left my ring on the night stand. The desk clerk secured until I returned. Very grateful

I have good experience staying in this hotel. This hotel is located in quite place and close to fast food restaurant. Customer service is excellent. The bath room drainage work good. I will recommend to my friend and family.

Stayed at this hotel. Very nice, breakfast buffet wonderful. Blake our receptionists was super helpful. House keeping on day 2 and 3 could have paid better attention to detail. Restock, replace, empty ice bucket, etc.

My wife and I recently visited the Lexington area. We were looking to visit distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, Keeneland and enjoy some great dining. We were able to accomplish all of those items using the home base of the Lawrenceburg Inn Best Western. We visited Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, Wild Turkey and Buffalo Trace. All were within a 10-25 minute drive from the Inn. Keeneland is also 25 minutes away. We choose from many restaurants in the area and the longest we had to drive was 32 minutes to the wonderful Merrick Inn in Lexington. Besides a great base location for visiting the areas attractions, the Lawrenceburg Inn offered large well appointed rooms, a very friendly and helpful staff, an adequate hot breakfast, and attractive decor. We recommend it highly for visiting the Lexington area.

Stayed here overnight on a mini roadtrip; I'd booked online and Ann was ready for us when we arrived! She was very nice, accommodating, and welcoming. Ann even printed out some directions for the adventures we planned for the next day! It's the little things ... thanks, Ann! After a good night's sleep, we enjoyed a nice breakfast. Our breakfast hostess (didn't get her name) was wonderful! She was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a great night's sleep, but the staff made our stay!!

Although this hotel is older, the rooms have been nicely remodeled with granite countertops and updated bedding. Bathroom is larger than usual, and shower pressure was extraordinary. The room was small for a king, but very adequate. Furniture is older and needs to be updated, but it is clean and well maintained. The is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Staff is unusually helpful and friendly.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Sausage and biscuits adequate but bacon was bland for some reason. Coffee was good esp. in the room machines. Rooms well equipped: iron and ironing board, fridge (good sized), cable television, ample bathroom provisions. One criticism was the shower handle; it kept slipping between hot and cold. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful with providing directions to local attractions. I appreciate that they even mailed my phone charger after I called to report that I'd left it in my room by mistake.

This hotel was functional for us. It has what's needed and was clean. Could have used a lamp on both sides of the bed though. The breakfast was as expected with hot and cold options. All of the staff that we had contact with were very friendly.

The few miles north of the parkway to get to the hotel is worth it. Great service, ("free") ample and diverse breakfast offered along with a military discount makes this place a return visit. Located a short drive west of Lexington, KY off the Bluegrass Pkwy near the Wild Turkey Distillery. Kroger nearby. BTW, I can't recommend the KY parkways enough as an alternate to the Interstates: fewer big trucks and well-maintained roadways. Kudos!

Friendly staff, always willing to help to make my stay perfect. Excellent non smoking hotel, clean & fresh in all aspects. Breakfast was always hot w/good variety. Will stay here every time I visit family.

We actually had a perfectly fine stay at the hotel until the following day when I noticed I was charged a smoking fee and we did not smoke in the room. My partner smokes however he did not smoke in room - he smoked outside and threw his empty pack away in the trash can. I am asthmatic and I am very sensitive to smoke. Called the hotel, management was out however I did speak to Trey who was condescending and unhelpful. Trey helped us check in and out of the hotel as well and when we checked in he stated that he "loved" charging the 150 fee when we signed in, which I found quite strange to say in general. I am disappointed and incredibly irritated by all of this. Plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau if this is not resolved.

Had great staff very polite and helpful with all of our needs, breakfast alot to choose from. Would of liked a better quality of mattress, but over all our stay was great and I would visit them again.

We stayed here on our way home from TN. It was also close to a few Bourbon distilleries as a bonus. The hotel is nice. Very clean and quiet. We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor. Our room (203) was very clean and spacious. The location was quiet. Not a lot of foot traffic since we were at the end of the hall and back of the hotel. They have an elevator which made getting our belongings to our room very easy. The bed was too hard for my liking. The room was decorated with pictures of local distilleries. I thought this was a nice touch since they are on the Bourbon Trail. Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, Wild Turkey and Buffalo Trace are some of the distilleries not too far away. Easy check in/out with helpful, pleasant front desk personnel. They have a free continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, fruit. etc. Very busy breakfast room but they keep everything stocked very well. Earlier is better as far as being able to find a seat. We have tried other hotels in the area but like this one best. The rooms are always clean. They have an elevator and there is a sonic just down the street for something quick to eat. Definitely stay here again on our next trip. We like Best Western's since you usually get a good value for the price.

Convenient Location close to stores, restaurants and downtown Lawrenceburg, Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable and updated room that included free internet, fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast was better than expected. Great Value!

This hotels was neat, clean, and reasonably-priced. During our recent 10-day trip (9 nights in hotels), we spent 4 nights in BW hotels. We found all of them to be neat, clean, and well-managed. This one was no exception

A good value in a good location. Breakfast was included and was certainly good enough. Biggest downside is probably the lighting in the rooms - white fluorescent lighting which just takes any hominess out of the atmosphere. And the bed wasn't very comfortable.

I stayed here 1 night while touring the Bourbon Trail. It is located just minutes away from both the Wild Turkey Distillery and Four Roses Distillery and the Woodford Reserve Distillery is close as well. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and they had a nice breakfast to start the day.

Stay 2 nights here while visiting the distilleries. Room was clean. Mini fridge made a lot of noise and pillows were too soft but those are my only complaints. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great- a lot of options.

Hotel is often used by Frankfort visitors on business from other areas of KY. Was very clean, room was quiet at night. Bathroom was clean. Very close to Frankfort offices but far enough away to not be in crowded area.

From front desk registration to housekeeping, this hotel is excellent. You can tell by the care you receive, that the staff are happy...no complaints ever heard, just lots of smiles. They also will go above & beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. The décor of the rooms/hallways are very warming and show elegance. The Halloween decorations in the lobby were an added bonus & always made me smile. Breakfast was always hot & plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area of Kentucky.

We chose this motel since it was about an hour drive to the Ark Encounter attraction we planned to visit. Motel had recently been renovated. Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was very good. Food was presented well and had a large selection of items.

Very good place to stay and close to Louisville and Lexington. Numerous places to eat and go to the Bourbon Trail. Good value and comfortable beds. Only wish they let pets stay as we had to leave our small dog with relatives and she gets anxious about that.

The staff are top notch in customer service! Breakfast has such a great selection to choose from and very good. Enjoyed that I could get coffee at anytime. Will definitely stay with you again. Thank you

A little bit tough to find the entrance to the Inn, but location was perfect for us. Nice, friendly staff, comfortable room, with a good breakfast. Went on the Bourbon Trail and was able to experience the annual Burgoo Festival in Lawrenceburg. Great, friendly little town, that has a wonderful "block party".

Great hotel to stay at if visiting Shaker Village. This hotel was tidy. We take the stairs instead of the elevator and we even noticed that the stairway area was neat and well taken care of. Since cleanliness is the main factor in judging hotel, we were impressed! The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. We could not get the wifi to work but did not check in until after midnight. I am sure they would have fixed it if we would have asked!

This hotel is clean, comfortable and has a great staff. The pool is excellent. We stayed here for three nights to do some bourbon distillery tours because this hotel is located nearby to many distilleries. The hotel is well maintained, you won't be disappointed. I made reservations by phone, upon our arrival- I was checked in, with keys in hand in less than 5 minutes!!

Our stay was very relaxing. The staff is courteous and go out of their way to help if needed. Everything is very clean and well kept. I recommend Best Western (Lawrenceburg, Ky.). I have stayed here before and plan on staying in the future.

Property was clean - bit of a chemical smell in the room that I attributed to (hopefully) fresh paint - location is on a main road BUT kind of tucked back behind some other businesses - staff was very friendly and helpful - internet was OK - breakfast was served on time and was good - room and bathroom were good sized - rooms have fridges but you need to request a microwave when you make reservation - limited restaurant choices in the area. If I was going to be working in the area for more than a night or two, I might consider staying in Frankfort or Lexington both about 30 minutes away.

This hotel met our expectation for this type of hotel Seemed like it was pretty new so everything seemed very clean. This hotel was the only option once we were on a nearby Kentucky parkway. There were not many non chain restaurants nearby on a Sunday evening.

The room was clean and had all the amenities. I expect more from Best Western than I do from lower end motels and I wasn`t disappointed. The carpet was clean and the bathroom had nice thick towels. I would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff not super efficient. Had pre booked this place on way home to Delmarva. When someone finally came to desk and booked us, we went up to the room, stunk of cigarette smoke, and this BW is supposed to be non smoking. We asked for another room as we didn't want to get stuck with a cleaning fee for smoky room (we don't smoke). Lady putzed around a bit, came up with another room, which was clean, didn't smell, and bed was okay. We don't get too fussy for one nighters. Breakfast next morning was standard Best Western. Nothing out of ordinary. Would probably skip this hotel in Lawrenceburg, but don't believe we will ever be there again.

This is our 6th year in a row stay at this hotel . We dont even consider any other hotel in the area. Its a Great Place at a Good Value ! never had any complaints . Staff is always excellent in every way . Try it , You will like it !

Stayed here 4 nights for a family visit as my daughter lives in Lawrenceburg. It was nice a nice and friendly place with comfortable beds and lots of room. Easy to stay here instead of sleeping in grandkids rooms! Nice having breakfast and not having to bother them early as we are early risers!

The hallways & rooms had a musty smell that was covered in poor quality room freshener . My daughter experienced headaches due to the odor. I went down to ask for a different room & others in the other hall were also complaining. The front desk staff were pleasant & nice . We would have left but the location was near our destination.

We stay here from time to time when visiting my husband's family. It looks like they recently did some nice renovations to make it a little more up-to-date, which is great, and the staff were very friendly. But I don't want to stay here again for one big reason: the soft water. Part of the renovations seem to have involved installing a water softener, and soft water drives me absolutely nuts. I never feel like I get all the soap off when washing my hands or taking a shower. And it takes me at least twice as long in the shower as usual. I'm sure I'm not the only one -- I have to think the hotel's water bills have gone up. When we return to Kentucky, I would much rather stay a little farther away in Frankfort than deal with the soft water again.

Clean, comfortable room for a one night stay. Breakfast choices were comparable with other hotel chains. Not much to do or going on in the immediate area, if you are looking for things to do, unless you like Bourbon/whiskey.

Checking in at this hotel after a long day of traveling was awful. It took over 20 minutes for the clerk to check us in to one room that was prepaid. We stayed on the second floor and you instantly smell old smoke, mold, mildew and artificial air fresheners. The smell continues into your room and gave everyone with me a headache. The overall cleanliness of the room was adequate and the continental breakfast was what one should expect in a cheap motel. Would NOT recommend for anyone with the capability of smelling.

Great hotel to stay while on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Just a few minutes from two of the distilleries. Hotel bed was wonderful, the breakfast room is accommodating and the staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations.

No worries staying at this hotel! The initial room smelled of smoke and we were readily switched to another room. After switching rooms, the room was clean and an adequate breakfast was included. The hotel worked out well for a one night stay on the Bourbon Trail. It was very close to two distilleries and a nearby winery.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice stay at this Best Western during our trip. We had planned out a few days with multiple bourbon tour stops. The guy who helped us check in was very friendly and offered many suggestions for dinner restaurants. Having breakfast included the next day was a plus, nothing too fancy but still nice to have. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We did a pre-ride for our Harley Chapter Ride & in 3 of the 6 states we were to travel we chose the stay in Best Western. So when the time came for the ride all reservations were made & it was all on my Hubby & I to help & please 20+ people. Everyone has different taste & when it comes to staying over night, everyone wants a clean comfortable room. To our relief everyone one was completely satisfied with their room. The staff was very friendly & helpful in every way & the rooms were very clean & comfortable..... this group plans on staying @ Best Western in all our future rides... thanks for making our trip pleasant.

The only option in Lawrenceburg. Best Western or go to Frankfurt. We stayed 2 nights in wheelchair accessible room (which was all they had left) Turned out being a spacious blessing for our family! Nice warm breakfast, outdoor pool, clean rooms! Great hospitality!

The Best Western in Lawrenceburg, KY was just great. Easy to find and nice to have a small town flavor. We enjoyed our stay here. Close to a couple of the places on the Bourbon tour also. Wild Turkey was near by and also Four Roses.

I almost exclusively stay at Best Westerns. The Best Western Lawrenceburg Inn in Kentucky was a wonderful find!. Nice, clean, affordable, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

My husband and I usually stay in the Georgetown area when we visit family near Lexington, but hotels were booked solid when we traveled there during the Rolex event and Keeneland meet. So we ventured down the road to Lawrenceburg and stayed at the Best Western. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was as big as most of the higher priced hotels that we had booked in the past and the rate was much cheaper. Neat, clean and plenty of towels, etc. No indoor pool or cookies, but a good breakfast bar. We found very good restaurants in the area and plan to return for future visits.

These rooms are nicely furnished with large bathrooms. The staff is the friendliest. The exercise room was small but good equipment. The breakfast items were numerous with choices of hot and cold items and fresh fruit.

I have stayed here many times, and have always enjoyed it. A very comfortable, clean hotel that is close to Frankfort - if you have business there - and much better value than the overpriced hotels of Frankfort. Also good if you are traveling the Bourbon Trail. A number of places to eat nearby.

Stay at this hotel at least yearly or more. Each time find improvements and updates. This time front desk area with new lighting; hallways new carpet and wall treatment, new carpeting in rooms. Very nice rooms. Wonderful, very helpful staff.

In town for a softball tournament. Staff very friendly, only 10 miles from the softball field and an easy commute. Facility clean and conveniently located. This is my second stay here and I will be back. Thank you Lawrenceburg.

Stayed here for only one night while on a motorcycle trip. Couldn't ask for snicker room or nicer people. Gave us a towel to wipe our bikes down when we arrived in the rain. Told us the places that they recommended to eat and were really accommodating. Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. They even let us park our bikes under the canopy. Nice place to stay

The BW is a great place to stay. This is our third visit. We are from Michigan and come down to do some Bourbon Trail visits. The hotel is perfectly located to see some distilleries, horse country and take many side trips. The back roads are beautiful, and then we are glad to get back to the BW to relax. The hotel is very, very clean and quiet. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. the rooms are clean and quiet.

We stopped here for 1 night on our way home. Every staff member we talked to was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept, with plenty of outlets for all of our gadgets and extra towels/toiletries should we have needed them.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while on business. Great hotel with very friendly staff. It was clean and inviting. The breakfast was plentiful and continued to be restocked. I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I have stayed at the BW in Lawrenceburg several times. It is always clean, and the staff are very courteous. I just wish it cost a little less! It's comparable in price to many hotels, and far less expensive than hotels in Frankfort and Lexington, but I am on a limited budget, so it's a bit pricey for me. Nice place!

Nice and clean in side and out. The staff is more in line with 5*hotel than a Best Western. Friendly, with smiles and willing to go the extra steps to make a stay memorable.I don't often tip house keepers but even they went above and beyond the norm.

Great hotel to visit with the family or for business purposes. Awesome fitness center and great breakfast every morning. Staff was helpful and respectful. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and I'll definitely be staying here again.

We stopped in at 2 am to find a friendly efficient check-in. Nice, fresh, big, newly redone non-smoking rooms (halls still smoky), good wireless, free breakfast and parking. Affordable too. The staff was very friendly. A good place to stop if passing through or if exploring the Bourbon distilleries in the area- Wild Turkey and Four Roses within minutes.

We are return customers, because they are a great hotel. Clean & comfortable! Friendly helpful staff, too. The design gives this hotel a lot of class, yet thankfully at a very affordable price. My husband & I have been very impressed with this Best Western. They have a superb pool area & great, long halls for doing our regular couple walks together. Extremely helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety of foods and was really tasty. We had no problems during our stay and really enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent, from the room to the breakfast. But what really makes this a great place to spend time...are the people, from the manager ,Magen to all the housekeeping staff. Rooms were clean and refreshing, breakfast had a great selection, location of hotel was idea for my vacation. After staying for 3 weeks, I can attest to the consistency of housekeeping (always a refreshed/clean room) and the extreme friendliness of all staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit. Thanks for a great vacation.

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western in October 2015 while we did part of the Bourbon Trail - due to activity at Keeneland, it was one of the few hotels in the area with rooms left (I now see why). The room we were assigned was non-smoking but was right next to so many smoking rooms that the non-smoking designation didn't matter. Additionally, there was a serious mold/mildew smell in our room that we could not locate the source of, but it was so bad we had to keep the window open the whole time. The carpets were stained and disgusting and in serious need of replacement as well. They were sold out that night or we would have asked for another room. The icing on the cake of our experience, though, is that we accidentally left a personal pillow (with no monetary value, but sentimental value) in the room and did not realize it until we had done our distillery tours for the day and moved on to the next city on our trip. We called the hotel about eight hours after we checked out, but it is now three weeks later and they have still been "unable" to locate our very distinctive pillow. They have been very difficult to work with - the general manager has been uncommunicative, evasive, and even gave us false contact information for several administrators. I have left items behind at hotels before and have had no issue getting them back, so it is clear by this behavior that the pillow was either stolen or thrown out by staff immediately after we left, and they are just refusing to admit it or apologize. I am appalled at their lack of concern for their guests, and I will certainly never stay at a Best Western again.

We were on the Bourbon Tour in Kentucky, our first trip to the area. The hotel was very nice, clean and breakfast was delicious. Area was nice, not too far from Main Street in Lawrenceburg with a couple new restaurants that were good. All in all a nice place to stay and close to a few distilleries.

Great staff and rooms were clean. This hotel was ideally located close to many distilleries so it worked out perfectly. The free breakfast was nice and was useful for us before we started our tours to the nearby distilleries.

Location of this hotel was convenient to the main part of town, but with no immediately nearby restaurant. While clean and serviceable, the facility seemed to be a bit lower level than other Best Westerns we've used, and the facility was not overall Smoke-Free, although we did have a Non-Smoking room. Also the pool was outdoors and seasonal only. The night manager was very helpful, however.

I stayed at the Best Western Lawrenceburg for business. It was very clean, with a great bed and nice staff. I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good and hot. I felt very safe staying in this hotel as a single traveler. The hotel was extremely close to the school where I was to be working and easy to get to.

Top Notch hotel. very clean, enjoyed breakfast as well. My only concern is the quality of the mattresses in the hotel. For such a great place to not get a good nights sleep. Was there for 3 nights and by 4th morning could barely move. Really wish they had bought better quality mattress.

I stayed here last year, and like that stay, I found my experience to be a good one. Best breakfast I had while on the road that week. Clean rooms, good value for the dollar. All this and I was doing a few distillery visits on my way back home form business in Bowling green. I happen to be in the state during the Bardstown Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Sept 15-20th.. So getting a room as a walk in was another positive.
