"Great Place to stay in Kindersley"

Visited Kindersley on business in August and having never stayed at this hotel before, was very pleased with my selection. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were top notch. For business purposes, the work space was ideal and the wifi connectivity was fine. I will certainly return next time my travels take me there.

nice room, TV channels were good, kitchenette was fully stocked for indoor eating, 2 burner stove, fridge,microwave, pool and hot tub very clean, staff friendly, close to highway and other food patrons

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was awesome. So much selection. Nice hot tub although very hot good sized pool that was not too cold. Business centre for work. Would stay again.

we stayed here for 1 day and service is not really that satisfying.. we keep on calling reception for attention to change bed sheet as there as stains on it. but they keep us waited....breakfast is just ok..

New facility so everything was in excellent condition. Good breakfast with good selection. All hotels in Canada are more expensive in general than in US. This hotel was on the high end of cost for same accommodations in US, but was very nice hotel.

This is a great place to stay in Kindersley. The hotel is fairly new. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean and very quite. It is the only place i try to stay while in the area.

The best included breakfast by far. I stayed at the Canalta , Suburban and the KI before trying the BWP, due to the rate online appearing so high.I was tired of the other three, gave it a shot and the rate for a kitchenette room was the best so far. The room was spacious and had most everything needed for an extended stay .

Very nice, modern, mid-budget hotel!!! Theres not a lot of options for decent hotels in kindersley, and this is one of my favourites. The pet friendly option is very nice, although I've never used it.

I was working in the southern part of Saskatchewan and was driving through Kindersley just as as huge winter storm was at full power.... just a short drive through town, and I found a very familiar sign that I knew would be just the kinda place to shelter from the winter storm. It's not right in the Main Street, but it was not hard to find. Very new, and modern, lots of parking, and friendly staff that had me taken care of immediately... the room was very nice, very spacious and clean. The bed was awesome, had a great sleep... the only problem was my room was just a short distance from the breakfast area, at 6 am I could hear everything going on, chairs moving on tile floors, kids screaming, loud people talking.... I guess other people sleeping was not there concern. Other than that excellent place to stay when your in the area... just don't get a room on the main floor close to the breakfast area. I will be staying here next time I am in the area.

Requested an accessible room as I was in rehab for a knee replacement ... put me on main floor just few doors down from the breakfast are which was an expected in a BW .... good choices with the egg option changing daily .... coffee station is left open thru the evening .... as a few teams were at the hotel , they took upon themselves to find out who was playing at what time and then allocated "team times" for BF so not everyone would show up at the same time .... newer hotel , just off the hiway. Front end staff friendly and accommodating .... good beds etc ... would stay here again .

"Very Dull"

Hotel is lacking of Christmas Spirit. We are very disappointed on the our stayed during our Christmas vacation. Housekeeping staffs seems incompetent. We stayed there for 3 days and we expect fresh bed everyday and cleanliness on the room but not changed even once. And one day housekeeping put our towels on the floor. I cannot recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

The pool area was so warm and the pool itself was warm. The breakfast had many tasty options like yogurt, granola, almond milk, omelettes, eggs and bacon and waffles. The room and bed was so comfortable.

Staff was very helpful & professional. We were staying at BW Kindersley during a hockey tournament. They were very accomodating of our team's needs. They made sure that all of our requests were met (team meals in common areas, parent use of meeting room, etc.) They made sure that breakfast was ready to handle a large volume of people all on the same schedule. Room cleaning was excellent, facility was always clean. Fitness center was clean and tidy.

"Team Friendly hotel"

This Best Western was the most accommodating for teams. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. We have stayed here a few times with hockey and baseball teams and always great!

Great staff, awesome room and breakfast. The fitness room and pool are above average for Kindersley. The staff recommended a great spot to eat. Breakfast was more options than I expected and great coffee for the road

As the hired bus driver for the team the room was great, I got the rest I needed. Bed was great and room was detailed perfect.Location not the best but the town is growing around it. Parking lot could use more care due to ice but other wise good to go.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and was upset that toilettries was not changed even several reminders given to housekeeping and reception. Internet was slow in the room and we requested to change room but not granted. Will not recommend and stay in this hotel again..

The hotel seems very busy and what upsets me is the way they clean the room, we went out expecting our room is freshly made when we get back but no. They need housekeeper who cleans, changing our towels is not enough. Front desk is not attentive enough she looks new and need more training. But we love their breakfast the lady was very polite.

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! Loved the front lobby as it felt like a living room in your home. Fireplace, computers, t.v. and comfortable couches and chairs for a group to socialize at. Great rooms and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

"A treat after a cycle from Drumheller"

Once we entered the room and saw the high ceiling, huge thick mattressed bed, large screen tv and jucuzzi tub right in the very clean, modern room, we knew our weary bodies would be happy and rested here! My only concern was the unfriendly-environmental use of plastic plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast. Another BW offered real plates and utensils as an option. As well, we paid more for this smaller room than another bigger whirlpool room at another BW.

This is a new hotel in Kindersley (along with a number of other new hotels). This hotel is situated off the main roadway by a couple of blocks which is really good as the highway through Kindersley is very busy and noisy. This hotel was very quite. Being a new Best Western this hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean - well laid out and has good lighting. I was disappointed with the breakfast menu as there was no bread for toast and the offering was very sparse. Definitely not up to the Best Western standard of the other Best Westerns that I stay in.

Could have been some fruit on the breakfast bar and the TV wasn't HD but great staff and clean comfortable room, will stay here again. Internet was great and that is important for what I do. I would recommend this property.

I love staying at bw it is a quality hotel and staff is excellent. The pool and hot tub are clean and the exercise room is fantastic. I really hope the company I work for keeps myself and my crew staying here because the quality of the hotel reflects the quality of our lifestyle away from home. It is a healthy environment but if ther is one thing wrong with the hotel it is the instant scrambled eggs!!! I am so sick of instant scrambled eggs lol but this is not the only hotel that serves them but we are in kindersley and there is 100s of farms around to get fresh eggs from!!! Hope this is helpful

The hotel, though not listed on our GPS was a little difficult to find. Once found we had a pleasant stay. The check in receptionist was professional and friendly. She was very helpful. The room was comfortable with both a comfortable bed & pillows. The amenities of the bathroom were OK but the sink plunger would not stay down & you do not have the standard lever on top of the bathtub tap to pull for the shower. The breakfast area was neat & clean with a good selection. The check out reception people were also professional & friendly.

built in 2016 at the end of the last oil boom. for a new hotel the rooms are dated looking and darkly decorated. i found the mood of the rooms depressing. my room had a small kitchen area and 2 queen beds. the bed was comfortable which is definitely a huge priority. rooms were as expected. would stay there again for business but its not my #1 choice in the area.

the manager of the BEST WESTERN IN KINDERSLY SK. hotel went beyond to help me get a room. His hotel was full but he said " I will see what happens with check outs and if a room comes up I will have it cleaned first and give you a call on your cell" How amazing is that and he did he called me a few hours later and a room was ready and cleaned for us. The service , breakfast everything was awesome thank you

"Very nicely kept facility"

Very comfortable nicely kept facility. Extremely courteous staff. I would highly recommend this for people traveling through or making an extended stay like we did. (4 days.) We appreciated the kitchenette since we spent quite a bit of time in the room. The breakfast room was large and comfortable.

"Overpriced"

A fine hotel, as most Best Western's are, but far too overpriced for what and where it is. They wanted to charge me $175 for one night! When I explained to them that every other Best Western is priced somewhere between $98 - $125, including hotels in Edmonton and Calgary, they shrugged their shoulders and told me, '...this is oil county'.....OIL COUNTRY?!? Has anyone informed them of the energy crisis Western Canada is currently going through?!? I guess Kindersley Sask is the exception?!? Next time I'm through Kindersley, I'll keep driving.

We traveled from Edmonton to Regina and needed (pre-booked) our hotel (always BW) in Kindersley. This is a fairly new hotel and we didn't know what to expect. We arrived late because of our daily travels and stops. When we checked in, on a Saturday night we were warmly greeted and acknowledged about our Platinum status. We were to get an upgraded room but they had none due to being full and a wedding taking place. The room was tight but ok, toilet ran every 15-20 minutes, tv was not good quality and the breakfast was ok. Upon checkout they asked about our room, which I replied I was disappointed we didn't get our upgrade. They apologized and on we went. About a half hour into our drive the Hotel Manager called and apologized for not having our room and gave us some extra bonus points for our ongoing satisfaction. Very appreciative of this gesture and quick follow up.

The Manager Keith, and all his staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a problem with our fridge it was taken care of within 15 minutes! We will certainly be using this Hotel again it was highly recommended by our family who live in Kindersley as beinging one of the best in town!

Clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Also pet friendly which is great. Location is nice - back off from the highway. The suites had all the amenities one would need for a long term stay. Recommend to anyone staying overnight in Kindersley.

This was a quick overnight stay as we were going from Calgary to Saskatoon. What a pleasant surprise. We had a problem with our initial room, but it was resolved quickly. All the staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of the stay, was the sheets on the bed, they were luxurious, soft and silky. The only downside was it was a little pricey in my opinion, but so were the comparable hotels in Kindersley.

Always clean rooms, Would recommend staying here. 1 of the better hotels to choose from and fairly priced. Very quiet rooms and away from traffic. Beds are super comfy. Staff is friendly and very accomodating, always have a smile on their face and willing to help out.

The hotel was very nice and great rooms. The only problem we had was the second morning(Sunday) . They ran out of food and it wasn't replenished so breakfast was very small , they didn't even refill the milk container as they were short staffed and management didn't know what to do

She played a fiddle in an Irish band but she fell in love with an English man. The service was very good there I enjoyed the hot tub and pool was very disappointed there was no green tea though. Kitchenette s were awesome.

Only having been open a year this facility gets full marks in every category. Friendly, helpful staff, scrupulously clean, lovely rooms, totally equipped, new style coffee maker, great shower etc. Can only hope others in this chain are as good!

we've stayed at 3 different hotels in Kindersley before. This was was the best price / good value compared to all the others. We would definitely stay there again. There was a full kitchen with full sized fridge in the room which was an added bonus

"Not easy to spot from the highway, but a very nice new Best Western"

Staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. We loved the decor in general, and especially the pool area. Although the water in the pool was a bit cold, the hot tub was fine, and enjoyed the soak. Our room was large and spacious, but the toilet ran. We turned it off for the night, and on check out the next day we mentioned it. But apparently the front desk agent already knew about it, so we were a bit perplexed why they assigned it to us when clearly the hotel was not full.

"Another great stay"

I am a regular at this Kindersley BW Plus. This time I had 2 colleagues staying as well. We had an early start the next morning needing to leave at 5:30am. Luckily for us breakfast started at 5am. I was going out to eat, but my colleagues wanted to order in. Michelle was nice enough to give them various delivery menus. Always a good night here.

If you need an excecptional place to stay this is it. From the time you step into the lobby at check-in to check out. This is our second stay and it only gets better. Pros: - well kept...clean...quiet - lot of crews but the hotel keeps everything quiet and clean. - bright clean .. Fresh looking - Good service - comfortable beds Cons - need more gluten free options at breakfast other than cereal and also in the store pantry for snacks. Many people need this option for gluten free now.

I can not stress how much we enjoyed our time here. First morning we had a amazing woman in the breakfast room..help us with our granddaughter..she did everything from getting a high chair..drinks for our family..to getting a new plate of food for my husband when chocolate milk got spilt. The staff is very friendly extremely helpful! The rooms are very clean..beds are comfortable. All the comfort of home . I would recommend this hotel for everyone!

The hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The fitness room was comparable to most hotels in its class. The pool area looked nice. But I didn't have a chance to check it out. Over all it was a pretty decent hotel for its price.

Truly a Home away from home. The staff are the "Best" we've ever dealt with. The room was awesome.. spacious, nice décor, comfortable and spotless. Pool area was fresh and spotless, had very nice comfortable sitting areas to enjoy. The breakfast was superb ! all home made hot and fresh... better than purchased meals at restaurants. Mackenzies muffins are oh soo "yummy" I can't say enough good things about this hotel ! I Highly recommend staying here and being truly impressed by the staff , rooms and the included breakfast . We look forward to returning.

The best western in kindersly was a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff , good breakfast and good location. this Best western is close to all amenities good restaurants close by. The staff are always smiling and willing to help with any of your needs, they have a small store in the lobby which is nicer than machines and better selection.

"Good quality travelle hotel- but...!"

The Best Western Plus in Kindersley is a new, good quality hotel in the standard exactly as you'd expect for a Best Western Plus. The only reason I need to write a review is to inform people wanting a quiet night to NEVER accept room #129!!!! The king bed (handicapped accessible) is right beside the kitchen used to serve the breakfast. The breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. The activity in the kitchen starts at 2:30 a.m..... Maybe in use by night employees who need to use the kitchen? For some reason, all noise from the kitchen is very loud in this room- foot steps, drawers closing, metal pans banging....it's just a really noisy room. We mentioned it to the desk manager, but really, the next morning as we're checking out, they couldn't really fix the situation. So- for those coming to the hotel- now there's a warning- room #129- the loudest hotel room ever, in a quiet hotel!!

This is the second tie staying in this hotel, Staff rooms pool and breakfast where all exactly what I hoped for. no complaints here. If I had a comment the ability to book a large family room would of been better for my family. Its was kind of cramped with basically 4 adults in the room. But that's just personal choice.

Brand new hotel in Kindersley with all the amenities. Nice staff and facilities - a nice experience in Kindersley. There were several other hotels we considered but this was of similar price but considered a much better value. Location was good with restaurants and shopping in close proximity.

Our hockey team booked here for Dec 16,17. Our reservation was handled well. We were all happy with our rooms. The staff accommodated our team for a pizza dinner in the breakfast room. They were extremely helpful. Allowed us to borrow chairs and move things around. Some places are very fussy about this!! Our check in was handled quickly and there were no issues. It is close to the rink so very convenient. Check out was a breeze. There was an error on my bill and it was fixed right there and quickly. The breakfast was very nice and had a great selection. There are ALOT of crew workers staying there. That didn't effect the cleanliness. The breakfast was restocked quickly. I really am super happy about every aspect of our stay. Would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

This hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay.......and that was all, but the atmosphere more than made up for it! The scrambled eggs were actually pre-cooked with certain vegetables that I am allergic to. It would have been nice to have just plain eggs with nothing else added.

Stayed in a king suite. Fully furnished with a kitchenette. Had fully stocked kitchen in regards to dishwater and cutlery. Furniture and bedding was great. Lots of space in the room. Bathroom setup was excellent. Huge open shower.

We were visiting our children in Kindersley. Room was nice - had a kitchenette, bed was comfortable. Sitting area nice too. Pool and hot tub were awesome - enjoyed by our granddaughter too. Very clean - helpful staff. My husband not a fan of the breakfast - too much pre processed (microwaved) food. It was adequate but I wish there were real dishes not paper. Over all it was very good.

We do offer fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, toast and bagels. As well as some hot options, such as eggs, bacon/sausage, hash-browns and fresh waffles. "Not a fan of "free" breakfasts"

This is a great hotel and when we signed up for their reward program, we were given a good price on a suite. We were traveling with 5 people mostly adults or nearly so the suite was a nice option. I am not a fan of hotels which offer a "free" breakfast instead of a full service restaurant. We all know that nothing is really "free" and the food quality and choice are not great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. With its comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, cozy pillows and duvets on the beds, & lots of options for continental breakfast, we would absolutely stay here again.

"Great New Hotel"

We stayed overnight here for my sons grad. Was super easy check in. In fact my husband was still on his way in from work and he had the cc. They let me check in!! The staff was understanding and very accommodating. The hotel is brand new and the amenities are nice!! Free continental breakfast, but a lot more food then just continental. We never had a chance to use the pool or hot tub but we peeked at it. Looks great.

Great place nice new hotel.New construction so its a great first choice. Im going back again if I stay in that area. I would not go anywhere else its just super nice with good decor. Nothing else to be said its very very nice.

"Brand New, Luxurious, very comfortable"

This Best Western property had only been open 3 1/2 months and still smelled of fresh paint, wonderful! Luxurious and new. Comfortable beds, oversized rooms with tall ceilings. Beautiful bathroom. A lot of attention to detail. We stayed in a pet-friendly room. One problem though: The plumbing from the upstairs floor was so loud that we could hear the water from the upstairs toilet running behind the wall, right behind our bed. We travel a lot and are used to hearing plumbing noises in hotels, but this was over and above what is considered 'normal'. So loud that we had to ask the front desk to look into it. I can only hope that this issue can still be remedied.

"Wonderful Spot in Kindersley"

I've stayed here twice for a few nights and I've really enjoyed my stay both times. I haven't been there when it's been busy but I really have appreciated the level of customer service and my rooms were clean and well appointed. I recommended the hotel to a colleague and he said he liked it much better than the other newer locations. It's close enough to everything available in town and it's very easy to access. I haven't used any of the amenities but the Internet was fast which is always appreciated. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the Kindersley area.

"BW Kindersley"

This is a very new hotel yet had a high occupancy. Good customer service. Clean...and new. The only problem was determining the way to convert water from tub to shower. The room was quiet and the bathroom was spacious.

This is a new property, the have gone the extra mile to make everything right. The breakfast offers more than the usual continental breakfast and everything is fresh and tasty. The beds are very comfortable, excellent wi-fi and lots of tv channels. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make the guest happy. Definitely our choice next trip to Kindersley.

This is a new hotel in a small town. I was driving down the road and saw it from the hi way and immediately pulled in as I stay at the Best Westerns all the time. I got a great room and was well taken care of at the checkin. I would stay there again. Great bed and nice tv in the room as well as a fridge and microwave.

So nice and new! The staff were fantastic and welcoming! We had a group of 6 of us staying there because we couldn't get a room in Saskatoon for Garth Brooks... The experience at this hotel- made the late night drive worth it! Not sure when we will be back- but we will not hesitate to recommend to others for sure!!

"Great place to stay in Kindersley"

We had a 2x Queen with sofa bed - (not really separate sitting area/room divider, but was comfy and the extra space was nice). Full-sized fridge, in-counter hotplate, and good kitchen amenities in the suite. Lovely to stay at a 9-week old hotel. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient, though won't satisfyl the hungry types. Staff were super accommodating. We had 6 families renting rooms for the weekend and they all of us up well. We will go back. My only recommendation is to add sound buffers in pool area as pool mechanics are loud.

A little out of the way but definitely worth the stop. We loved the hotel and great service we all received. If in the area again we will definitely be stayingthere again. This is a new hotel, very clean and knowledgeable staff.

Friendly staff on check-in that also recognized platinum status. Room is spotless and was made up well. None of the growing pains usually associated with a new hotel. Included breakfast could use some thicker bacon or sausages. Keep up the good work! Would stay here again.
