Very cozy small city hotel. Rooms are small and slightly outdated, bed was nice and sleep quality great. I am used to always get amazing room upgrades and suites based on BW diamond select status and Marriott Titanium, but not this stay - hotel should have more honor priority to guests. Breakfast was the best part of the stay, truly amazing quality with home baked bread and jam plus marmalade so nice. Very cozy breakfast area

I stayed a couple of nights at Best Western Katrineholm and was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it easy to reach. The atmosphere is personal yet professional, with a warm and positive tone throughout. My room was as expected—comfortable and functional, though the pillows were a bit firm for my taste. Everything was exceptionally clean; it's clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the rooms and common areas. Despite the proximity to the railway, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, with no disturbing noise from the trains. The only minor drawback was the ventilation in the meeting rooms, which felt a bit weak and made the air somewhat heavy during longer sessions. Service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The restaurant deserves special mention for its pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, and very good food. Overall, a well-run hotel that delivers great value for money and a reliably comfortable stay in the heart of Katrineholm.

An easy walk from the railroad station to the hotel. Really great restaurant and bar. Always service minded. Great cleanliness and no problems on the room. Good speed on the internet. Great continental breakfast with good choices. Great value. Really recommend Best Western Hotel Statt for the whole experience.

Always pleasant stay and warm welcome! Lovely & tidy rooms, always good night sleep. Ideal location, perfect breakfast area and food, good place right in the building for dinner and drinks. Car parking and train station right there, really continent.

This is a great experience with the addition of the Wine Bar. Great recommendations from the sommelier and lovely food. The room that I stayed in had a sharply renovated bathroom that elevated the experience. As always friendly and extremely professional staff. Nice lounge in the former library for a small group to mingle in.

The bed in single room was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. And I also enjoyed rich breakfast buffet. The elevator was quick and stuff service was also very organised. It is few steps from train station. Thank you for having me.

Close to the railway station, very friendly staff/receptionist, clean and quite room, great breakfast, priceworthy. We were in Katrineholm only one night, to visit a friends birthday party, close to Katrineholm. We took the train from stockholm and appreciated the short walk from the railway to the hotel. A tip is to visit the "konditori"/cafe, just across the street from the hotel. Excellent homemaid Cakes and light meals.

The only reason I know Katrineholm exists is because my youngest son is now working here with Amazon. Visited him for the first time last week and was very pleasantly surprised to see a quaint and in places beautiful town. I was therefore recommended to stay at this hotel. It is situated on the main street right in the centre of town within walking distance of everything. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was of a good standard with everything needed for a short stay. The breakfast served was varied and pleasant. We enjoyed our short stay and will hopefully return again soon

The room was clean food standard roomservice, except for the outdated and too soft bed. The front desk staff was polite, but not the smiling type. A false fire alarm went off in the early morning, the staff acted calm but not very informative. A safe choise for a short stay.

Take care because the hotel is not known as best western, only Statt hotel. No parking, but behind the building, close to railway there is a parking with no time limit. The rest of the village has 2 hours limit. Breakfast is correct. Not proper distributed in the place, because the guests disturb each other when they are more than two. Clean and warm room. Classical, not mothern. Wifi, as usual in Sweden, not full covering the rooms. Almost no other possibility in the village......

Several large rooms, good accommodation and one in house restaurant makes this hotel an easy stay. Close to the railway station it's a breeze to check in and check out. Some rooms have minor problems with sound from the streets or railway, still a minor disturbance. So I can recommend this hotel for a few days in a quite nice town.

I stayed at the Statt for 1 night while working in Katrineholm in room 321 a single bedded room. PRO's • Clean • Very good bed • 32” TV • Smaller room by US standards, but very good use of space. Efficient. • Elevator. Not found in other properties • Friendly front desk clerk • Reasonable price • Easy 5 minute walk from train station • Free wifi CON's • Mediocre pillows • No in room coffee • Work chair seat cushion is collapsed, your legs touch the frame of chair • Small work desk Breakfast was decent with modest choices. I have stayed at the Statt in the past and continue to return. Its a solid choice in this town.

I stayed here on business for 3 nights, and it was a welcome change to some of the other 'non-branded' hotels I've stayed in. It was well finished, with large comfortable rooms. I never had an evening meal here, but did eat breakfast. I often find that non-uk hotels can have limited breakfast, but Hotel Statt, was fine - all the usual continental options, and then some.

Sweden is different. This you should always consider when you in Sweden. Hotel Statt offers you clean good standard rooms. You will not find a fridge but a flat screen and free Wi Fi. Prices are reasonably. Breakfast is very good and rich. Service is very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Hotel Statt was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was staying in Katrineholm on business and it is an easy drive from Orebro and Stockholm. Bedroom was good size. The restaurant has a friendly pub ambience and the food was good. I recommend this hotel.
