Best Western Iowa/Lake Charles East

Travel while on summer vacation from Texas to Florida. Stopover in Louisiana one night to enjoy authentic Cajun food and the Casino and in checking the local area Lodging found this Best Western Location to be the Best option. So Clean, Quiet and Friendly Staff

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

this has to be the best hotel i have stayed at in a long time!! breakfast is staffed and breakfast is served to you with several options for a complimentary breakfast. Front desk and housekeeping is amazing. quick and sweet check in and housekeeping is top notch. i had no issues at all in the cleaning area. the beds are nice and firm and the pillows are so soft. i can not express enough how nice this hotel was... 10/10 recommend

Breakfast by jessie is the best. Everyone very friendly. And very clean. Definitely recommend!!!! Front desk is very helpful and the gym is so nice and clean. Housekeeping in the rooms are too notch and had no issues whatsoever… trust me I check with my travels cause you never know!! 10/10 recommend

The room was clean, the breakfast was fresh, the coffee was great and best of all the Front Desk staff and the two lovely ladies I encountered from Housekeeping were so friendly. Definitely will stay again!

Braking dog in another room and wake up call came two hours early. I stopped to get some rest and was unable to get any rest, and also was hoping to get some breakfast but since the wake up call came so early, we just decided to travel alone

The floors were not clean. Bathroom floors had hair on them. Floors in the bathroom were dirty. Wish they would have cleaned them. Called staff to clean the floors and I did not feel like much was done.

We stayed here due to the norovirus outbreak at L'auberge in L.C. & commuted for 2 days to Coushatta. The staff is very friendly & the free breakfast is above average with the usual fare including waffles & good hot coffee on a cold morning. The room was average to small with a few issues. There was a missing hair dryer which housekeeping promptly replaced, but one if the double mattresses should have been replaced long ago as springs were shot. It's a bit of a chore to find the parking lot due to the configuration & much traffic at the main Iowa exit, including truck traffic with the truck stop next door. They have upgraded security since the car break ins a few months ago.

Good clean friendly ppl and nice room and breakfast was amazing and the size of the room and and the bathtub was really nice and comfortable and deff will be stayn there again as soon as I get another good deal

This is a good value stay. A 15 minute ride to Lake Charles and better value and cleanliness. The is a hidden value near Lake Charles. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of items. Rooms and comfort of beds were great.

It's always clean, comfortable, and a pleasant stay for the amount charge. We stay monthly here. I usually eat breakfast so no complaint. Except for this visit due to being out late for the New Year! Breakfast consist of waffles, scramble eggs, biscuit and gravy, pastries, boil eggs, yogurt, fruit, bread, coffee, orange juice, and sausage.

Came thru to help on oil platform , instead this hotel seems like a motel. It used to be nice . Management is nice but doesn't seem to care. Rooms smell, breakfast sucx. Top that off , truck was broken into before holidays . Will not be returning and telling everyone I know not to go here.
