Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

This a wonderful Hotel, clean, great breakfast, and and awesome custom coffee machine that makes anything you want! But most importantly, the staff is amazing! We had to make an unexpected trip to Greenville, so it was already a stressful situation. Then we realized we accidentally booked the wrong type of room. So now we were really stressed.l, because usually you book it....you bought it! But imagine our delight when we went to check-in, and we were greeted by JANE at front desk. She couldn't have been more pleasant! She immediately assured me that she would take care of the issue and fix our mess. Not only did she fix it, but she went above and beyond and really took care of us! Later in the evening I had some issues with booking and STEPHANIE (front desk) was there to help me navigate that issue, and she even found a better deal for me! Throughout my stay the Managers Erika and Octavia were also super friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to work with me and my unforseen circumstances. They were amazing! As a matter of fact, all the staff that I have encountered have been more than pleasant and helpful! That includes everyone working at the front desk, and the housekeeping staff!!! So with that said, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great value for money. Very clean, breakfast included, nicer rooms than standard, great fitness room, many food options close by, easy freeway access, plenty of parking, very friendly front desk staff. I've stayed in plenty of hotels that cost much more and offer much less.

Evening staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Hallways smelled awful. 1st room was not cleaned and had stains on the bed. 2nd room smelled and had a broken phone. Breakfast was stale and yogurt was expired. I reserved 4 nights and checked out after one. I over heard the staff talking about me at checkout.

Very clean and modern hotel. Great location! Comfortable bed and great breakfast. The agent that processed my check in was awesome! I did not get the young lady's name. She has a beautiful accent and was working on the evening of August 3, 2024 around 6:00 pm EST. She went above and beyond! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this property!

Rooms are really nice and clean!!! Great customer service!!!! The front desk was awesome and explained everything I needed to know!!! I really enjoyed my stay oh yea the breakfast was Great and it changed daily not the same thing everyday!!!!!

Having stayed at this Best Western twice, both experiences have surpassed my expectations in every way. Our family has almost always stayed at Marriott hotels in the past and this Best Western closely rivals them. As I have told several friends, this hotel is amazing!

Always a pleasant experience - been coming here off and on for many years. Clean, modern (updated not too long ago), friendly, conveniently located. The only place I book anymore for my visits to town. Also on a nice sloping road for morning walks.

The rooms were very Clean. The staff were great. Very pleased with the breakfast options. The food was very good. The staff was very accommodating with specific request. Thank you Octavia for being so kind and accommodating to our family. We will come back.

We visited for a night and check in was smooth, the room was clean and although they were quite busy, most everything was well done. They have a super nice coffee machine and the guests and staff were all quite pleasant. We parked close to the side entrance door and there were many people coming and going and unpacking and lingering so we moved it to a more remote space. I would recommend a room in the far end of the hotel as there is a two step level difference weird transition to an addition maybe but it's cooler there in the summer heat.

Very clean and safe. The two most important things when you are traveling to new locations. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice and roomy that included a chair and a desk. Would choose this place and area again. Had a nice couple of days away.

Greatest Breakfast, it had a great variety of food and everything was fresh. The room was the best, so clean and looked great no issues at. I have stayed in 15 plus or more Best Western but this was the best Best Western I have ever stayed in!! I will always stay here when in the area.

Near I-385. Hotel was clean, updated and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They have a small area selling various items. We needed a phone charger cube to plug into the wall and they were selling them. Breakfast was good. Waffles. Eggs, sausage links and patties, specialty coffee maker i.e. espresso. Definitely got our money's worth. Will definitely stay there again.

I was hesitant staying at a Best Western as we had not been at one years. This hotel did not disappoint! Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool, nice fitness center, and great breakfast.

Needed a quick getaway no headed to one of my favorite cities. My room was clean and the service was great. I stayed in a very roomy and well appointed King Suite that had a separate bedroom which gave it a home away from home feel. As an Elite Rewards member I received 2 bottles of cold water which I appreciated since water is expensive and I travel with my own since I drink lots of water. I would have given 5 stars however I deducted 1 star due to $2 a day Safe Fee that I was unaware of until I checked out. I never used the safe because I did not know it was there. Best Western is my go to and I would stay again

We are from Ohio and came to visit family and we plan to use this same Hotel on our future visits. We were very happy with this Hotel

The hotel is really quite nice. My biggest concern is what I experienced there. When I checked-in, the front desk was dealing with extremely drunk and inappropriate guests. I think that, having to deal with these six drunken clodpolls, made the front desk staff downright hostile, and they were less than professional to the sober guests. If I had to guess they were coming from a Bachelor Party. Nonetheless, I told the front desk person that I did not want to listen to drunks, and she said it will be alright because I was not on their floor. I think she missed the point because I did not want to deal with them at all. As I entered the hall to my room, the entire hallway reeked of cannabis. There was a haze in the hallway from someone or some people smoking weed. First, I thought. "Weed is not legal in South Carolina", then second I thought, "This is a no-smoking hotel." I left to go get some dinner (about 8:00 p.m.) and when I got back, the haze and smell was even worse. I'm hardly a prude, but if that's what people want to do, go out back in the open air and "knock yourself out", just don't ask me to be a part of it. I also got the benefit of some overly amorous guests in the room next to me. The first minute of that was funny, but then it got annoying... The breakfast was good. It had lots of choices, including bacon, although I went for the Chobani yogurt, and some coffee. Check-out was easy and the desk personnel was quite nice. Not at all what I dealt with upon checking-in. I don't want to hold the hotel accountable for the asinine behavior of its guests, but then again, they are the ones that are allowing smoking to continue to occur within its building.

Hotel was horrible. A/c was so rattling even TV couldn't drown it out. The bed was hard was like sleeping on plywood. 3 hours in we were in dying pain. Screaming & cursing 24/7. Staff rude. Food sucked.

Staff was great, everything was very clean, breakfast was great and had a huge selection to choose from. Great experience and great price as well! We were very happy with our stay and will be back again on our next visit.

Wanted to get out of town to see the mountains. Room was very clean and excellent breakfast selection. Centrally located to the mall, downtown Greenville, and mall. Definitely would stay here in the future.

The hotel was okay, but they stole my belt. I left it in the room and called the next day. They claim they did not find a belt, even though it was the next day. Obviously, the housekeeper stole it and did not report it to lost and found. Leave nothing in your room if you stay there. I would not trust the staff!!

The motel is conveniently located off of I385. The service was excellent. I believe Josh was the name of the young man who signed us in and he was super. I did not get the name of the lady in the morning, but I awoke to a flat tire on my van, she recommended a place close by that repaired my tire. The breakfast was very good and the lady kept everything well stocked. The room was clean. I will be staying here when I come back at the end of January.

The desk clerk was very helpful when I asked him to call for an ambulance for my sister, and then for the coroner. He then provided a separate room for me. The service could not have been better. The delicious breakfast also helped.

Hotel was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and willing to share info on the area and restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional for a free breakfast. The food was fresh and hot.. It never ran out even with the large crowd. It was an all around good experience. No complaints would stay again. Good location..

My stay at BWP was a real good experience. I was well pleased with the staff, room and breakfast. The location was great, right off of the interstate. The property was well kept, nice and clean. A very friendly staff to greet you. It looks like the hotel was fairly new. If so, I just hope that everyone will work hard to keep it looking new. This is what attracts returners! I will definitely visit this location again the next time I am in the Greenville area.

I took my first break from medical rehabilitation from cancer surgeries since 2020 and from 5 Infusions to visit my former neighborhood and to show my wife where I started my journey in pastoral ministry and to sightsee a little. I needed to get away from reminders of the inevitable and enjoy good memories and enjoy life.

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, very clean place great breakfast. I wouldn't consider staying at any other place when in the area. Great place to stay friendy helpful staff, very nice clean room.

Every time we travel to Greenville, we stay at this hotel. The location is prime and the value is incredible. 5 minutes to downtown eatingand shopping, 5 minutes to the mall and other great restaurants. Great hotel!!!

Good breakfast and a good location, depending on where you need to go. The internet is strong enough to watch shows without much issue or even play games on the laptop. It is close to places to eat and entertainment. Close enough to walk if you don't mind the walk, or a short drive.

Good location. Even though there was painting being done to the outside, it did not interfere with the stay. Nice pool, good fitness room. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Near food and stores, close to shopping as well.

I reserved 3 rooms, checked in and received 3 keys. I returned to my room from my planned event to find that I have been locked out of my room, die to an unpaid 3rd room. Customer Service was un insensitive and rude.i was told I had to pay more money to receive working keys to a room I had already been check into. Not to mention, the 3rd room was supposedly upgraded to a mini suite, because they gave my initial double bed room to a soccer team. It was terrible and I am in the process of receiving any monies that due back to me, due to the hotel's inaccuracies.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and each time they go above and beyond with the cleanliness of the rooms and common spaces. The shower water pressure is great, too. They have a great variety of breakfast foods and the hot breakfast foods are especially tasty. I typically travel solo and they make me feel very safe as well. The price is right for this hotel!

The women I encountered behind the desk, obviously do not like their job they're rude they make you feel like you're annoying them by checking in, though the breakfast was well-stocked, it was redundant, my bed comforter was dirty on the downside, which made me believe they just flipped it over. The beds could definitely use being replaced and the pillows had absolutely no support the room though you do get to control the temperature either gets meat locker freezing, or oven ready hot do not advise staying here.

This hotel is very clean and has a wonderful front desk personnel. Snacks and toiletries are available near the front desk if needed. It is right off the interstate but is a relatively quiet hotel unless you are on the front end where you can hear the music playing. That is the only drawback for me particularly at night when you are trying to sleep. I just make sure I am on the opposite end. A great place to stay in Greenville, SC.

A good hot breakfast with lots of choices and a Nespresso coffee machine. A good, clean room. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. There was still a desk, mini fridge, and an amazing shower! Close to so many things in Greenville. Not overpriced.

Changed room 2 times. The 1st room the refrig was not working. The second room ended up having a room with 5 kids next to us running up and down the hall screaming in their room could hear thru the walls. Finally got a quieter room after that @ 10 at night! Not very relaxing Told them in advance wanted a quiet room, we got there early. They could have put the family of 6 on a lower floor! The exercise room needed the A/C turned down. About passed out it was so hot! All the maintenance workers did not speak english so they acted like they couldn't help you! A LARGE roach crawled across the lobby floor as I was getting a cup of coffee. Don't think i will be staying here again!!! They charge you a $2 fee for the safe in your closet even though I don't use it nor did I even see it. They should tell you about this fee so you can ask for it to be removed!!!

Rooms were clean. Bed was great. Breakfast was more than filling. The breakfast/kitchen staff are great cooks. Coffee, toast, bagels, scrambled eggs and more bacon than any sandwich can hold. Near to everything. Uber service is great in the area as well.

The room was beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful and a great variety. Everyone was so nice. This was a wonderful stay! If we have the option again, I would choose to stay here again. First time in a Best Western Plus and everything was great start to finish.

This was the cleanest and freshest smelling hotel ever with the most attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast which is included is hot and fresh with daily menu options not the other guy's typical cold muffin and orange continental breakfast

The hotel itself was very welcoming, inviting, smelled good. The hotel clerk was very nice. My room was very clean and comfortable. I really loved this shower and over all cleanliness of the room. I will definitely stay again.

The photos of this hotel will catfish you into thinking you're getting a great deal for a nice room but you'll soon find it's the entire opposite. The first thing you will notice about this place is that it smells like a cheap bathroom aerosol is being pumped through the lobby and every hallway. The elevator seems like it's on its last leg, the first floor button is cracked. You have to say a prayer as you ride it every time. The guests next to our room smoked so much marijuana that combined with the aerosol it was literally giving me a headache. The room was falling apart. My husband had to fix the closet door as soon as we got in, a plastic piece from the bottom of the fridge was broken and on the floor. Grout cracked in the shower, the handle of the shower was loose and you only had the option of getting a REALLY hot shower or a REALLY cold shower, there was no middle. AC unit didn't really heat or cool. And to top it off we were 15 minutes late to check out and they charged 50 dollars without even mentioning a word about it at the front desk. The woman working only said "alright you're all set!". I could understand if we were an hour late- but every hotel will give you an hour grace period. I could even understand the 15min would be an issue if maybe this was a Hilton hotel but this is a Best Western Plus. We Will not be coming back and save yourself the headache of coming to this joke of an establishment.

Stayed two nights was very enjoyable even found a place to let our dog run. Close to highway and to many places to shop and dine. Nice breakfast mornings and coffee availabe all the time. Room was very clean.

As a business traveler who has stayed at Best Western Plus hotels across the Carolinas and across the country, this chain consistently delivers quality & safety and this Greenville, SC location is no exception. The room was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. The bathroom had ample room and the shower had great pressure. The hot breakfast always satisfies and this location offered many options. I was well-rested and truly enjoyed my stay - I will be patronizing this hotel again when in Greenville, SC!

We enjoyed a very nice stay! My kids are still talking about it. Amazing breakfast and nice rooms. The only thing I want to mention is that the noise carries through the halls from the rooms. I felt like I had to make the kids be extremely quiet to not disturb anyone.

The room had extremely dirty sheets. The shower had a fake eyelash matted to the wall. Staff could do better when cleaning and changing the sheets. The guest services that greet you were ok. Other than that I probably won't stay here again.

The location is great and close to the 385. Rooms were clean, and it was a nice size with plenty room for our stuff as we were going on a week vacation and had to leave early due to storm Ian. It was pretty quiet too. They had ice machines available for use.

From check in to check out our stay was hands down the best . Easy fast check in. Comfortable beds . The shower was amazing with the rainfall shower head. The breakfast was a true hot breakfast and very good !

Was a little concerned when made the reservations since the hotel is 2.5 starts. Upon arrival was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is very modern and clean. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Done have mini fridges but without freezer. Front desk cheerfully took my iced packs and stopped them overnight in the kitchen freezer. Room was updated with modern bathroom. Very clean and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

On a business trip, as we were laying down to go to sleep. Someone has a key, that not on this trip with us. Walked in the room. Customer Service says room is vacant which it's not. Unintelligent, incompetent. This is unacceptable that rooms are not correctly marked with customers in them. Think twice here. Feel very unsafe that this was handled so incorrectly. The simple fact that someone could just walk in and has a key. What happened while we were gone doing business related things? Then when confronted, they cancel all keys to the room without telling us. Just feels like a living horror movie.

This BW is very clean and beautiful and located in a safe location. The staff are friendly and amazing! They did a wonderful job on their fall/Halloween decor! ! I was told that they have seasonal decorations! How Fun! Our room was very large and beautiful. We stayed in the 1 bedroom. I was very pleased! Breakfast was good as well. So easy to hop on 385 to get to where you need to be! A plus, is that is located right across from Strosser's Bakery (yum) and around the corner from lots of restaurants and stores on Woodruff Rd. The only negative I would say is that you are by the highway and you will hear noise! We travel with white noise and fans.

I didn't like this hotel and was very disappointed. It looks good in pictures, but it is an older hotel that has been updated. So what didn't I like? If you look at the pictures you will see that it is a very long and narrow hotel front to back. And the further back you go, it goes uphill. If you are staying near the back of the hotel, it's a real pain to get your stuff in. We checked in late at night and our room was at the very back. The guy at the desk gave us very vague details on where to enter at the back. We drove back there and looked for an entrance by the pool. It didn't look very accessible. There were gates around the pool and the door was behind the pool best we could tell at night so we said forget it and looked for another entrance. There was one on the side of the building and we had to roll our luggage up the hill and across steps to get in the door. It was a pain. If you are staying near the front of the building, you can enter from the front and there's no problem. But otherwise it's more difficult. Secondly, we had a suite and there is absolutely no air ventilation in the bedroom. Last the walls are paper thin and we got woke up early by yelling kids. I would not stay here again because the hotel is not easily accessible for getting in and out on a hill.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great hotel staff and beautiful room. We did not have reservations and the front desk found us a nice room to stay for the night. Great price too! The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend Best Western Plus.

This was an exceptionally clean and beautiful Best Western. As a diamond rewards member we were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and informative. We were informed that this hotel was recently renovated and it showed. We love their rewards program and definitely recommend joining. This was by far the nicest Best Western we have stayed at and we highly recommend it!

Enjoy my stay. Front desk were great. We came just before the change in weather. Enjoy breakfast, gym room was clean. Maid service was great. Enjoyed the pool. Great location not a lot of traffic easy to highway, food.

I originally booked a nearby budget hotel/motel that turned out to be a complete disaster. For only a few more dollars per night, I moved to the Best Western Plus Greenville, but it felt like I had discovered the Ritz-Carlton Greenville! I don't know when this hotel was built, but it certainly looked almost brand new. It was clean and beautifully decorated. And the walk-in shower -- well, I could've spent a couple of hours in there! Staying here redeemed the rest of my vacation in Greenville! Thanks!

This is a friendly hotel, very clean, and we lOVED the shower setup, with the handles opposite spray! It also served a great breakfast. In comparison with other places we checked, this offered the best in value, location. We were extremely happy with our choice.

WE booked thru 3rd party Agoda for 3 nights and had to leave a day early to get back down to GA. When we alerted the front desk about checking out early and asked to receive proof so we could get a refund they refused saying they couldn't give anything since we booked thru the 3rd party. When we tried to get our refund from Agoda they called the hotel and staff denied we left early so we can't get a refund for a night we didn't stay. The hotel was not as clean or nice as we were expecting based on 4.1 reviews and was very disappointed in the room condition. With that and the fact that hotel mgmt operate with unethical practices to rip off their patrons makes it an overall horrible experience. WE will alert all we know to avoid this place and there are so many others that are cleaner, with great business ethics who actually care about the people they serve.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious and nice. The shower is awesome, the beds comfortable, the hotel quiet and easy to get to The staff was great.

The staff was very friendly, great price and the bed and shower were amazing. We will definitely be visiting this location within the next couple months. Located near a lot of amenities and we liked being able to access our room from outside instead of using the elevator.

Every time I'm in town I'm going here. Perfect stay for the area. I recommend everyone to stay here. 5 stars across the board. The breakfast bar was excellent, the shower was excellent service. I would recommend this to anyone!

We stayed two nights at this hotel while visiting friends in Greenville. Everything was very nice…. Clean room, good breakfast, convenient location. We will stay there when we visit the area again and wi look for a Best Western Plus the next time we plan a trip.

Decent value for room rate. Staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. No homeless or solicitors outside of entrances. Overall the building was pleasant and quiet. Rooms were clean and neat. Bed 6/10.

When I booked rooms for our basketball team, some of the other family's were not very excited when I told them we had rooms at Best-Western. They were very pleased with EVERYTHING. Very nice place to stay.

Great Staff, breakfast and comfortable bed. The internet works great. The hotel is always crowded, but I have always found the staff friendly and professional and for the amount of traffic in and out, the overall appearance is great.

Stayed at this property for a Saturday night game. The hotel is very clean and offers everything you need. Everyone on staff was very nice and helpful when needed. Was an excellent value, especially with March Madness going on.Would highly recommend this property, and I plan on staying here when in the area.

This stay was very pleasant, quiet, clean, & polite. The housekeeping never tried to make me clean & they never tried not cleaning my room due to I didn't request it the day before. They cleaned my room everyday! That is the part that means the most to me

Wonderful accommodations! I stayed during Christmas. Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely helpful in finding a place to eat on Christmas day. Breakfast was lovely with tons of bacon. Housekeeping was short staffed during the holidays.

Had a great overnight stay. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and the staff was great. The location was good, not too congested and restaurants close by, but only a few within walking distance. Definitely recommended.

The Best Western Plus in Greenville is fantastic. From the moment I entered, my guest experience far exceeded all expectations. Dawn at the front desk is beyond lovely. The room was spotless, and the bathroom is gorgeous! No pets and no smoking was the icing on the cake. The breakfast was great and every single staff person I encountered exhibited exceptional guest service skills. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Erica greeted me upon arrival at the front desk she is amazing I had no problems checking in and Erica is very professional and knowledgeable about the area she helped me find local eats which was great my stay at this location was amazing I seriously didn't want to check out but once I did it was seamless Octavia was at the front desk and she's very professional and just a joy to talk to I was out of there within 20 seconds so I can promise you this was the best experience that i've had in while so I will be staying here every week for now on as I travel through town just because the staff showed me great hospitality and treated me like I was a 5star member I loved it thanks!

Check in was smooth. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good and well attended by the staff. Our room was near the back door on the third floor. There were people coming in through the back at all hours of the night speaking full volume. The doors do nothing to block the sound. They really need to turn off entry at 11 pm and make people go through the main lobby. The room above us had a child that was allowed to run across the room all night. There was also a lot of noise coming from the parking lot. We won't stay here again.

The day clerk was very helpful when I called about the internet rate and the fact that it was just a day trip and I needed to check in at noon. She was accommodating and informative. She advised that they were having work done at the property that would effect electric which was good to know in advance so I could plan my day around it. It was clean, and everyone was friendly,

We stayed here two consecutive nights while going to Congaree Park. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. It's a newly updated hotel and looks very nice. We had no problems and had a very comfortable stay. Erika, the General Manager, made sure we had everything we needed. She even personally checked our room as we arrived. She seemed to be very involved with the overall running of the hotel and it shows. She was very pleasant. Breakfast was good, the person running the breakfast kept the area clean and well stocked. Easy parking. Good location. The price was good which made it an excellent value. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

My group stayed at this Best Western for 4 nights and we loved every minute of it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Breakfast was wonderful each morning with a variety of options. I would definitely plan to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

I'm always impressed how clean this location is. The friendly people at the counter are always inviting. With a concert in town the halls were still quite and made a peaceful nights sleep. I love this hotel. I will never stay at another when I visit Greenville.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus on Congaree Road. At the I checked in, the elevator was broken, but I was given a 2nd floor room and I parked near the window of my room. However on the other side was a entry door (have to use the room key to get inside), which was very close to my room, 220. One step up and that was it. I never used the elevator because it was a short walk outside to the front lobby. Plus there were some lovely Gardenia bushes. I was able to get a hot breakfast everyday. There are a 2 waffle makers- and I used them the last 3 days. Bananas, small oranges and apples. Yogurt and hard boiled eggs too. Scrambled eggs with bacon on some days and sausage on others. Toast, english muffins and muffins too. Pretty good selection. There seemed to be alot of early morning noise, like kids and other loud voices and if you turn the fan on high, it will drown them out. I also had a shower stall that I liked very much. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was nice, safe, clean, and has a Friendly staff too. Great location too.

Its not a far drive from to Simpsonville. Checking in was easy and the staffs are friendly. I asked for extra toiletries, towels and female products. The product was helpful to get everything ready and pick it up. My friend and I stayed here because my cousin moved from Phoenix to South Carolina. My friend and I did not want to stay at the my cousin's relative place. The place is not a far drive to downtown.

Great value for my family of 6 for a nice hotel with full breakfast and outdoor pool. Only 2 complaints: room was humid (A/C didn't dehumidify properly) and coffee was terrible. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Would stay again!

We saw the good reviews on Tripadvisor and Google and decided to give it a try. Even though the hotel is in pretty good shape, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and our son enjoyed playing with his friends in the pool, we experienced a few downs during our one night stay as a family. First, the room wasn't as clean as we hoped it would be (hairs on bathroom floor, fingerprints on doors, found old sock in one corner). Second, the AC is very noisy when working (it worked well), so we had to turn it off during the night. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof. Our door (Room 326) didn't close tight, so we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway. There were kids/teenagers running up and down the hallway and people talking loudly in the rooms close by way past midnight. So we all had trouble falling asleep and got only a few hours of good sleep, which made it really hard to get up at 7:00am for our son's soccer game. We frequently come to this area for soccer games, but next time we will probably stay in a more quiet and clean hotel even if it's a bit more expensive. For us good sleep is crucial for a pleasant travel experience.

Hotel conveniently located off the interstate and near many shopping centers and restaurants, though nothing necessarily in immediate walking distance. It's very new, and clean, with two ground levels (1st and 3rd floor). This actually reduces the noise/traffic on both of those levels vs. normal hotels that aren't on an incline. Breakfast was relatively average and there's a couple computers workstations. Front desk is very friendly and professional. Rooms have just enough room, are well-lit, with nice modern showers. Would recommend for business or pleasure.

Excellent experience and I'd definitely stay there again. I love the fact that there were two bathrooms. Traveling with kids that made it a lot easier. I also loved that for the price we had so much space.

The room was great. Spacious , everything was functioning well . Really well updated and a super great shower. I just loved the place. Myself I have been some 40 years in Hotel Management , so I was really impressed of the upgrades in room décor and brightness of the room with big windows. I slept better there than in my own bed. Sound proofing is great. I was on the third floor and all very quiet. Great place and super friendly as well as helpful staff. All employees wore masks

We stayed in Greenville SC was very pleasantly surprised ! Very clean rooms all updated . Staff was great! We were apprehensive to stay at a best weed term since we have never stayed at one but did because they offered Suites ! Very glad we did and would definitely stay in another one again. I would highly recommend to anyone!

We were in Greenville one night to attend the wedding of a fried....Stephanie and Octavia were at the desk at check in were very helpful..... from registration , to helping us by printing a map for us to our wedding venue, to inviting us to their breakfast in the morning ..... they were extremely kind and helpful. The suite / room we had was great....very spacious and comfortable.

Blindly picked this hotel for a business trip two night stay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. So pleased with the room when we checked in! King suite with separate sleeping and living rooms. Everything was neat and clean and there was actually a coffee maker setup in the room which was nice (coffee was weak, would suggest offering a better brand). Bed was very comfortable, slept well. Breakfast was grab and go because of covid but the offerings were sufficient and appreciated. Did not explore the hotel pool or other amenities. Would definitely stay here again when traveling here.

We arrived late in the evening very tired. The helpful night shift person was working with another guest, but decided to do what he could to engage us and get us started. After we couldn't get through to the Rewards program because of the lateness of the hour, he asked us where we had stayed previously and found us so that we did not have to make calls in the morning. He wasn't caring about the time he had to take. A big thank you to the hotel accommodations, as well. It was quiet, had lovely decor, and comfortable beds. We will be going back!

Stayed 3 nights with my husband. Very nice staff except for one breakfast lady server. Everything else was wonderful. Was not to pricey but with the new renovations, it made it feel like a richly place. Loved it. Felt nice and spoiled.

Was charged directly by hotel in addition to booking agency and also a deposit which was not refunded. Stayed 10 minutes at this stale environment with sheets that weren't even dry on the bed. Was not given a refund or an option of moving rooms or reschulding to another date since our family planned event had been ruined due to lack of cleanliness and lack of accommodation. The parking is terrible and is not a place for senior citizens. Rooms outdated and just overall terrible experience that was definitely overpriced and not even used.

I stayed 3 nights. The staff responded to my requests for a razor (left toiletries at home), a lighter blanket, internet connecting and best places for me to explore moving to. My room setup was very good as I used the frig and microwave. Enjoyed the toiletries, too. Staff is very friendly and highly service oriented. The Inn's location is excellent for exploring the area.

Huge stains all over hotel room! Disgusting curtains also had huge stains all over them didn't want to touch anything and had a young child who I kept telling not to touch anything for a new hotel the cleaning service clearly doesn't clean would NEVER recommend and would NEVER stay in again! Lobby and hallways was beautiful and clean and that is where it ended.

We have stayed at this location many times and never had any issues, until now, and all at the end of this stay. The location is great, that is why we have chosen it in the past, but unfortunately service ends that for us. We had a toilet overflow, as we were trying to get showered and ready to check out and leave. Water flowing on the floor, two phone calls, and it still took 45 minutes for anyone to come. Finally they came and cleaned up the mess, and gave us 1 extra hour to check out. Then I looked at my folio that I was emailed, we stayed only 2 nights, used a rollaway only 1 of those, but it is on the folio 3 times, with the applicable taxes for each charge. I called, and could not convince the clerk that I was not talking about the hold on my card for 25%, but actual line items on the bill. I am atill trying to get someone to see the problem and ensure my bill is corrected. Sorry, but this customer service fail did it for me.

The location of the hotel was central to everything. We came in and hung out in Downtown Greenville and then checked into the hotel. We went to Haywood Mall and another shopping Plaza. The grounds were clean. The room (2 queens) was great. Good shower pressure. I would suggest if possible to turn off all alarms and wake up calls at each check out. The alarm in our room went off at 5a. Not upset just inconvenient. Staff was friendly and polite.

We went to Greenville to visit our daughter and her family! We were so pleased with the hotel. It was Valentine's Day weekend and our room was sold and we were compted to the king suite! The room was very clean as always!

Room was Clean ( which matters most ). Staff is top tier. Shower is great. Used to be a Comfort Inn. Renovations upgrade really made a difference to the overall property. I highly recommend this property when visiting Greenville.

Great service, and a great room rate and location this area is close to many stores and shopping area also a great selection of restaurants within minutes . It's literally right off the interstate exit very well kept and plenty of security.

Great service, clean, easy to get to off the highway and great price! Staff is quick to resolve any issues, they are very courteous and willing to help with anything you may need. The rooms are very clean, modern. The breakfast is ready there in AM and to go. All you need for breakfast is basically bagged. You just need to prepare your coffee or any other drink or take perishable food items from fridge.

I have family in the area and am up in Greenville often. We had another great stay. The only issue this time was other guests smoking close to the side entrance, which caused the smell to be in the halls. The rooms are clean, the shower was great, and we like having a refrigerator and microwave available.

Room 410. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in was simple. The front desk staff was very helpful. Needed business services late one night and they did everything to make it possible, including giving me extra printing paper. Housekeeping was good. The breakfast was a bag, but with extras including good orange juice, yogurt, muffins, fresh coffee, and a fresh fruit selection of banana, orange or apple. Will definitely return.

The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately, like others there was no hot breakfast. Because of a recent storm there were many in the city without power and they were filling up the hotels. As a result as platinum members we did not receive a welcome packet. The clerk was kind enough to give us each a bottle of water.

This Best Western Plus was an awesome choice to stay in, the hotel rivals the other more expensive hotels and the look and feel was beautiful. The room was spacious and the amenities were equally outstanding. I would refer anyone to this hotel or any of the Best Western Plus locations. And no I dont work for them lol.

We needed to do a lot of shopping to prepare for my son's move into college and this location was ideal for that purpose. The shower was excellent the rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable for sleeping. My only concern was the behavior of the clientele. There was urine in one stairwell and a very strong smell of marijuana in the hallway one evening. Definitely a great value but not a family friendly hotel.

We had to travel to the area unexpectedly and stayed at this location. The property was clean, and location convenient. Our room was a nice size. The only complaint I could make is that the shower doors don't stay closed, a well placed wet washcloth kept it in place to keep from soaking the floor though. I traveled with my daughter, and we felt safe here, well-lit parking area, interior corridors, etc.

Best Western Plus Greenville is THE place to stay in Greenville SC!! The staff is absolutely Amazing!! They all go above & beyond to ensure their guests feel at home during their stay. Hotel is clean and nicely renovated. The shower is a wonderful addition. However, although a nonsmoking hotel, the hallways smelled of stale smoke. The clientele seen leaving a room were not what you would hope for at a family friendly hotel. Because of Covid 19, a grab-n-go breakfast was advertised but none were available.

Lobby was first rate. Room was modern, and very, very clean and sanitized. Staff was wonderful and because of the Corvid virus prepared to go bags in the morning as the breakfast was cancelled. Will be back.

Very nice and modern hotel. All the reasons I prefer to stay at Best Western Plus. I prefer hotels that are interior facing for safety and cleanliness. The internet left a little to be desired, but everything else was spot on.

Stayed here to attend SEC Womens BB Tournament. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and appeared to be recenty remodeled. Location was more than perfect to drive into downtown Greenville (10-15 minutes).

The front desk staff members were extremely gracious and welcoming. My room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice as well. Have not had a better experience at a Best Western Plus anywhere.

Easily accessible off the interstate and check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable and clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast was above standard with a variety of items offered. Not enough time to enjoy the pool, but was tempting. Restful evening for both of us.

Another renovated Best Western welcomed us on our travels north. Met by courteous front desk personnel and warm chocolate chip cookies. Very nice enhanced fitness center. King room very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is breakfast. While standard breakfast for chain hotel, hard boiled eggs didn't taste right, scrambled eggs not appealing. Ended up with safe cold cereal. For a Best Western Plus, I suggest they upgrade breakfast. Otherwise no complaints.

This is a very nice Best Western. It's modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast choices were slightly above average. The woman that was providing the service at breakfast was really nice! We were just in town for a night touring area colleges and it is a convenient hotel that I would use again.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is close to the interstate for easy access. There were various shopping and dining facilities close by as well. There is also a meeting room on the premises. I recommend this location for business and leisure travelers.

This is a really, really nice hotel. I have stayed here several times, the rooms are nice, they offer a hot breakfast and the staff is friendly. My only suggestion is they need new treadmills (Life Fitness brand-easy to use and durable) in the fitness center other than that the fitness center is very nice.

We had a great time in Greenville celebrating out 35th marriage anniversary! We were hosted by Nick; checked in by April; and enjoyed the manager's reception with Erica. All staff were nice and extremely helpful. Kevin was great with directions on local things to do. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty lousy so we spent more time than usual in the lobby which was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The workout room was also convenient, clean, and had very modern machines. A nice place to get some exercise since it was not good weather for outdoor activities. We especially enjoyed the fine breakfast spread. Thanks kindly to everyone for making our weekend special!

Employees are friendly and helpful, clean and neat rooms, great location. There are many things to do and many places to eat in the area. I go to Greenville South Carolina once a month and don't shop around anymore. I already know where i want to stay. Thanks for doing such a great job.

The staff are all professional and friendly and the rooms are done well. The new bathrooms and showers are quite nice and they have good water pressure on the 2nd and 3rd floors as far as I know. The orange juice this morning was particularly tasty.

I paid for this room for my visiting brother, we had too many people at our house. He had a very comfortable stay and free from worries and work to spend quality time with us. He had stayed there before so we expected high value.

The breakfast blew me away. Thoughtful extra toppings for hot bar items (cheese for eggs, strawberries for waffles) and convenient, unconventional fridge options to grab and go (hard-boiled egg, yogurt). I had already read good reviews about the breakfast, but then I was surprised when upon check-in they offered drinks and snacks! It was in the evening on a holiday, not sure if that made a difference. Felt very luxurious, yet affordable.

I was a little nervous about staying at a Best western after my previous plans fell through. I showed up at midnight and needed a room. Thankfully Catherine was working that night and she was working with me and Amex. She was able to get the rates correct and continue with my booking. I was there during Christmas and thankfully on those evening after visiting family. Catherine did a great job of making all the guest feel at home away from home. I will defiantly stay here again when I am in town!!!!

Our room was very nice. The bath room had handicapped bars and a stool with plenty of room to maneuver around. However it was near the exit door which slammed shut every time someone came in or out of it until around 1:00 AM.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the consistently thoughtful and courteous assistance with everyone on the staff with whom we came in contact. Breakfast was good, and it's a good idea having the 'Manager's Reception' (which apparently is going to have more than chips and salsa, soon).

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel when we visit our son at Bob Jones University. It is a very nice hotel, with a hot breakfast, staff has always been friendly. Our entire family stayed in October with us as well.

A nicely refurbished hotel conveniently located off of 85/385. Very clean with comfortable beds. Had trouble with no hot water in our shower and the front desk attempted to fix with no luck. Moved to another room which had hot water but intermittent pressure issues that left you waiting for hot water to return. Good price.

Hotel is great! Clean and updated! Great rooms, breakfast and up to date fitness center. Friendly helpful staff. Worth extra few dollars against other places! It is is a good location close to restaurants! Also has managers reception from 5-6 Monday-Friday with snacks and spirts.

I booked this location because we needed a convenient place to stay, with free breakfast and wifi. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor, cleanliness, and service, which was much better than than what we've experienced in the past at Best Western. Apparently, they've given this brand a makeover, and done a good job with it. I would seek this brand out again, the next time I'm looking for a moderate priced lodging, and will definitely book this location again the next time I'm in this area. Note that traffic in the area tends to be congested, so leave an extra few minutes getting to and from the place. Also, there are decent restaurants very close by. A Ruth Chris Steakhouse right next door, and a Carolina Ale House a mile away.

The Hotel is definitely a Best Western PLUS - since the rooms were all nicely done with Refrigerator / Microwave - very comfortable beds, a relaxing good shower - to go along with a delicious hot variety filled breakfast - something for everyone. The neighborhood is well located close to the Haywood Mall and a super variety of restaurants from fast food to fine dining, with many shopping stores - my 14 year son loved the Cabela's Store. Two minor points to be aware of - the seating for breakfast fills up quickly on weekends, (maybe try an off time) and the one elevator was at times a bit slow as the hotel was close to full - no big issue on either of these two issues. Enjoy = you won't regret it - and the value for price paid is excellent!

My wife and I went to Greenville SC for a concert at the Wellness Center, we didn't want to spend a fortune for a downtown hotel so we found the perfect hotel just outside of downtown Greenville. Room was clean and comfortable, this a 100% non-smoking hotel, with a $300.00 charge if you do!, which we did witness. Staff was kind and courteous, Breakfast was good and check-in and Check-out was easy!

The staff was friendly and the location is great. We easily found multiple options for dinner which was great because we arrived later than planned. The room was comfortable and breakfast the next morning was hot and ready.

I was in Greenville foe the weekend. The hotel i usually stay at had a very high rate this particular weekend causing me to check around. Came across best western roper mtn. Clean property, close to restaurants ans shopping and very reasonable rates. I have a new go to spot now.

Was visiting the area and going to Fall For Greenville and needed a hotel for two nights. We made our choice from other reviews, and we couldn't have been happier. The hotel is about five miles outside of downtown, but we used Uber for convenience and no parking hassles. The hotel is remodeled and lovely. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful with area suggestions. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the backlight mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was more then enough to start our day. Would stay again if in the area.

Overall we loved our experience. Staff was very nice and rooms were clean! I dont understand why the 2nd floor had a small set of stairs in the middle of it which prevents you from accessing the back set of rooms with the luggage cart. Outside of that, no complaints!

The associate at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and sharply dressed. The hotel was recently updated and is very nice. The walk-in shower is 6 feet by 3.5 feet with excellent pressure. Location is easy to access and close to shops, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is standard hotel fare.

Hotel was in good location, very quiet and comfortable. Only thing (which we missed upon checkout) was a safe charge of $2. We didn't use the safe. Most hotels will take this fee off if you mention it. Our fault for missing it. Check-in and out was fast. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Stayed here because of the Best Western reputation and location to our company's branch. The room was great and is close to the Woodruff Road shopping and Haywood Mall! There were some noisy guests on night 3 but that lasted only 2 minutes. The breakfast was good. In all my travels, I've never seen breakfast attendant put so much attention to detail. Even asking people about the oatmeal and telling them about the tweaks she made. Nice touch! Can't wait to come back!

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the vicinity. It felt quiet and safe. The beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure could have been better. Breakfast is just your typical hotel breakfast. It served the purpose but would have loved to eaten a real breakfast down the road. Overall this is a great place and prices are very reasonable. You get a lot of bang for the bucks and would stay here again! Nice remodel!

We paid through hotel.com $ 119.00 for 1 king bed with a pull out couch. The room was nice, clean, and a good size till we pulled out the sleeper sofa which BTW was very clean, and not made up. It had one stain on the top of the mattress that appeared more like it had spilled down onto the mattress from a spilled drink when the bed was folded into a sofa. I think it was comfortable enough for kids but wouldn't be comfy for me. Check in went great it was about 9:30 on a Friday night. We found the lobby to be very clean and well furnished !!! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating I had NO PROBLEM getting a change from the already assigned room, due to my request for a shower chair then back again after finding out the rooms accommodating a shower chair that were available were on the first floor. The first floor had been reported as noisy by other reviewers so in the end I opted to not get a room that would accommodate a shower chair. However I definitely requested a room NOT NEAR THE ELEVATOR OR THE ICE MACHINE as these are always problem areas for noise and I don't want a bunch of loud talking disturbing my sleep !!! My daughter stood quietly by and rolled her eyes at all this hoop-la to get a room LOL AT CHECK IN I ALWAYS REQUEST rooms away from known noisy areas !!! I guess to staff I seemed a pain in the booty but it's better all the way around for them to accommodate me at check in than after I've unpacked or in the middle of the night. Due to the lateness of the check in as well as the fact all were tired I did not see the pool or fitness center tonight. I will add to this review later if I in fact see these areas.

The hotel was Very clean. We arrived late and the young lady in charge was very helpful in helping us get our luggage to the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We left clothes in the closet and they called us to let us know. Plan to stay there again. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a business area. Its close to the highway, but not near to fast food options, the snacks in the hotel were very expensive. The rooms were newly redone and very nice the suite had two bathrooms which a was great.

I actually booked this property and a well-known competitor suite property (which shall remain unnamed). I am a reward member of the other hotel brand and my family and I are used to staying at that particular property. I booked the BW because it appeared to have a suite available that would fit our party. We were in town for a sports competition and I wanted to ensure that the kids would be comfortable. I kept both reservations and after going back and forth with my husband, decided to go with the BW and save a few dollars as well. Upon arriving, I thought the curb appeal exceeded what was shown in the pictures. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was extremely welcoming. Carts were available to take our luggage to our floor, which was helpful. The elevaor was a good size and the wood paneling added a nice, modern touch. I thought the ceilings were a bit low (in the hallway), but I think that was me being skeptical that we weren't staying at the other property. I'm giving this detail, because upon arriving to the room, I was left speechless. The room was more like a condo. The pictures need to be updated (I should have taken some to add to this review...sorry!) and do not give this hotel any justice. I was so stuck on the othe property because I knew there was a door that separated the bedroom and 'living room.' I thought we were just getting like a short divider wall, but there was so much more. The suite not only has a sliding door that separates the 2 queen bedroom from the living room with a sleeper sofa and ktichenette (microwave + refrigerator), BUT the suite comes complete with TWO FULL BATHROOMS! I did not see that in any description and was so ecstatic! The suite was completely remodeled with modern decor (laminate wood flooring, glass shower/faux wood paneling in the bathroom, large flat panel Samsung TVs in both rooms, mini (but good-sized) refrigerator, microwave, sink, cabinet space, two ac units and did I mention TWO FULL BATHROOMS...I mean what more can you ask for?! I couldn't have been more impressed and pleasantly surprised for what we received at the value we paid. I am now a BW member and am looking forward to our next BW Plus stay. I always think about writing reviews and never get around to it, but I could not let this opportunity pass. I would recommend this property to anyone and will continue to share my experience with others.

I stay here a lot, and today on May 9,2019, I was sitting in my room half dressed and a man walks in my room. Some man that they have working on their rooms, the most scariest time of my life, I tried calling the front desk and no one would never pick up the phone, I was even terrified to go out, but finally packed up all my stuff and went downstairs, told the lady what happened and she was furious. I refused to go back in that room,they switched me to another room, and in there the air was not working, ended up going back downstairs to see what they were going to do, so they end up after searching for me another room, giving me another one and there was no power on one side of the room and had to wait again. They said it was the breaker, now I have no hot water in my sink and the commode is constantly running, I tried calling downstairs and again they are not answering the phone. I am beyond tired and aggravated. They are open, so it seems to me even with them rentevating, the rooms they decide to rent out should be up to pare, and definitely no man should be just walking in no one room. I am disappointed! Very disappointed. I stay here every week almost and I am not satisfied, what if the man who came in my room was a killer or something due to their negeligance I could be kidnapped or dead.

Lots of shipping, restaurants, malls,entertainment. Close to hwy 385. Easy access. Comfortable rooms, clean. Looks to be recently remodeled. Definitely will stay again when in Greenville area on any type of trip.

We enjoyed the modern look (beautifully tiled shower stall), cleanliness, comfy beds, and wonderful food variety for breakfast. For breakfast they had scrambled eggs, sausage, vegetable stir-fry, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cold and hot cereals, grits, variety of juices and breads, fresh fruit, cream cheese, hard boils eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, and milk...

My room was changed without any notice. I booked a suite and received confirmation even up to the day before but when i get there my room was changed. I showed the staff the email and they said it was nothing they can do and blamed the Choice brand for switching me without notice. Horrible experience

There is minimal amount of remodeling going on now. Our room had been totally redone and was very nice. The bathroom had the best shower of any hotel we stayed in on our week-long trip. The bed was comfortable! Stay here! You'll like it!!
