Best Western Brewton Inn

This was pleasantly different from most BWs with a beautiful curved staircase in the lobby accented by a wrought iron rail, coffee available 24hrs and a brand new feel in the revitalized classic style building with a quaint courtyard, nice pool and othe amenities, I will consider this a destination hotel for my wife and I in the future, and Brewton is an amazing little place with famous (Camp 31 BBQ) and beautiful Christmas lights and decorations going on for several blocks during the season. This town is situated only one hour north of the Pensacola Naval Air Station which is home of the Blue Angels and Navy Flight Museum, a must see.

The place was very clean and well kept. The staff was courteous and polite. The area is perfect and close to all the restaurants and shops. Next time it will be a family vacation and close to Pensacola also. A must stay if you are in Brewton AL. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

I was charged $20 dollars to check in an hour early (at 2pm vs 3pm). I travel often and hotels are always willing to accommodate an early guest check-in when the room is available. This was a disappointing experience. We were traveling in from Pennsylvania for a family wedding.

Very friendly and proficient staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options: scrambled eggs,pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, biscuits and more. Thankful for this wonderful place to stay in a very nice town. We plan to return often.

The price was right the hotel is beautiful the hotel staff is very polite.. I stayed two nights breakfast was delish my room was clean ,cool crisp Air, fresh linen and fresh towels.. it was so quiet in that hotel I feel like I was the only person there I did not hear no doors closing I did not hear no yelling or talking loud I did hear the cleaning staff but they weren't loud they were doing their job..

Visiting the Brewton area for a grand daughter's birthday. Brewton Best Western staff is always friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable after a long day's ride. I would like to know where to get Egg bites those were tasty and interesting.

Facilty very well taken care of and great staff. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool but looked very clean and well maintained. We would use again. Also, try out Camp 31 restaurant in Brewton, Friday night buffet was excellent!. Very good!

Place was nice and clean! The workers were nice and courteous. The pool was very clean. The hotel ground was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The places around the hotel was easy to get to. The only thing I can say is the price is a little high

Rooms were clean and very nice. Staff was super friendly. Anything I needed was quick access to place. It was quiet and very nice stay. Breakfast room was very nice. My overall experience was a top rated one.

Every time we stay here, it has been great!! The employees are super friendly and helpful. It has always been clean; we have never had any issues. It is conveniently located for us as well. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this location!

Very clean room with comfortable bed. Several breakfast choices. Desk personnel, evening and morning, were friendly and helpful. It was a dark and very rainy night, so we were glad to arrive. It is bigger than it look as the layout goes around corners.

I can't say enough about this particular hotel. VERY CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED!!! I was in town for a family reunion and several family members lodged there as well, which was great that we could continue catching up with our lives. I still have family and friends in the area and when I come visit-I will definitely choose to stay here.

Absolutely beautiful lobby!! Check in easy and lady at the desk delightful. Large room, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom. Everything in the room was new. Even the air unit was quiet! Very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff clerk on duty Sara, daughter of the manager was unacceptably rude and not professional in dealing with my wife and myself regarding a bug issue in our room. She was very condescending and rude and disrespectful . The owner claimed to be investigating it witch should take all on ten minutes so we aren't deserving of an apology or compensation for the bugs in our room but mainly the rude unprofessional treatment. We don't want to think they felt this behavior was acceptable because we are Black Americans

My high school reunion Southern Normal High School in Brewton, the majority of participants stayed at this hotel. Everything at this hotel was on point. My former classmates were bragging about how nice this hotel was.

The perfect “close to home no kids getaway” Clean, friendly, quiet- perfect for a romantic night away from the kids!! Staff is always friendly and when I was booking and the website hiccuped and wrong date was booked- it was no problem to change it to correct night!

We stayed at this location after reading other reviews. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Our visit was for attending a funeral service. The hotel staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms are modern and well cared for. If I ever had to stay in Brewton, AL, again, this would be my first choice for lodging.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator kept items chilled. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Hotel breakfast was included and well stocked. Staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast area clerk was keeping tables cleaned and restocking as food items ran out. We stayed one night, I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Excellent hotel—newly renovated, very clean and the person at check-in was quick and friendly. My room was big and very quiet; everything felt new. The location is perfect and easy to access. I have stayed here before and I will return. The room had a “bar” set up with a large mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bathroom and bedroom were CLEAN!

U would probably do better not reserving a room because chances are that will be the one that will need cleaning when u go to check in. Along with packing your bags, don't forget to pack your patience!

My family was having a family reunion in the town many of us grew up in. We had a total of 6 rooms booked for multiple nights. We showed up one evening to swim and were told that the pool was closed for the day due to rain earlier in the day. It had not been raining for hours and there was no weather on the radar. We asked that it be opened for the remainder of the pool hours and the staff (Brandy) refused. She then refused to call her manager and instead texted her sister (Kristen) and her boyfriend to come as “backup”. We ended up having to call corporate who contacted the manager and the pool was opened, but the entire situation was hardly poorly. Brandy did not tell me until after I checked in that the pool was closed and she would not open it despite it being during pool hours. The only amenity we wanted to use and the only reason we booked the hotel was so the kids could all swim. Again, we had 6 rooms booked with multiple kids for a large family reunion. Brandy also threatened to call the cops on us for requesting her call her manager as well. The following morning before the pool was even open and it was being cleaned, they were already discussing how they were going to close the pool for the entire day. The whole experience was absolutely horrible

Stayed one night for business. Everything was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, visible and available. Breakfast was great with an awesome coffee bar, pancake maker, sausage and omelette, yogurt and breads. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well lite, and located in a place where everything was accessible. But the housekeeping was very poor. They need to hire more help so their guest can get the proper cleanliness they deserve.

Stopped for the night en route to Pensacola from Ohio. The hotel was perfect for our needs for the night. Quiet, clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast at an unreal price. We also had our dog with us and we appreciate BW being able to accommodate for a reasonable fee. Bathe bed was firm but not hard - perfect for me. The only negative I have is the small size of the pillows which were about 2/3 the width of a normal bed pillow - not the right place to scrimp on cost.

First time staying at the Brewton, ALA, Best Western. Was pleasantly surprised. We travel with our two small dogs and needed a clean and comfortable hotel that was pet friendly. This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the door with the fresh clean smell and being greeted with a smile by Kayla at the front desk, we were pleased with our choice to stay here. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Several restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast staff friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

I was pleased with my stay and my room was clean and comfy i will come back one day soon thanks for the hospitality again thank you, thank you thank you Best Western of Brewton Inn my husband said that he will rate yall as five star he really had a very good time there and will tell all his friends when they visit Brewton and decide to stay go to Best Western.

The hotel is very well kept and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Very convenient and quiet location and parking was close. The only improvement I would suggest is to the breakfast buffet. The selection is very limited.

If you like a place that has small town charm then Brewton is the place to spend the night. The hotel is on the main street. It was extremely clean. The staff is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

The town of a Brewton is so quaint and family oriented. This is a gem of a hotel that gives a feeling of a big city. I have been very pleased with all my stats there. I will be there on 3 occasions in the next two months. I am glad they are there because I used to have to drive to armors for a decent hotel. But they didn't compare to the Best Western Brewton. Thank you for your service.

The staff was fine and helpful. The updated rooms were nice. The breakfast was ok. The ac in the room was too cold and did NOT remove the humidity like it should and the room was cold and clammy and the bedding even felt damp. We were told that is because it is a block building in the south!! What??!! We couldn't even stay the second night because we were cold and clammy. Left at 630pm the second night and paid full price for two nights

The Hotel was very clean and orderly. Everyone I had interaction with was super friendly and knowledgeable. If I'm ever in this area again I will defiantly stay, here again. I have already and will again recommend this hotel to others in my company.

This hotel was beautiful! Everything was very clean and up to date. Staff were very kind and helpful. We picked this location because of the excellent property and the fact that it had a pool. We were disappointed to find out upon arrival at 7:50pm that the pool closed at 8:00pm. We ended up sleeping in and got down to get breakfast at 8:55. Knowing it was closing at 9:00 we expected there would be minimal choices, but instead we were told it was already closed. Other than the pool closing too early for travelers and breakfast closing before it was supposed to this is a gorgeous hotel and would have been hands down 10 stars for sure!

The hotel was very clean, and our room was great. Only downside was road noise, but we just turned on our white noise machine. The pool was great, but we noticed they didn't have any signs on how to get to the pool from the hotel. Pool hours could be improved, 10A-8P doesn't seem quite long enough.

Room was fairly clean carpet still had some things on it. Fan in bathroom full of dirt and dust. For the cost of room it could of been cleaned better. It was a rushed clean job and you could tell that.

Absolutely satisfied with the entire stay. The facility and staff members were incredible! I was completely satisfied I look forward to staying again in Brewton. Definitely a great place to choose in the Brewton area!

Everything was great except the Breakfast. For the Price over $150.00 I would have expected a much newer place, although the hotel was remodeled, and they would have had a lot more variety and better food in the morning.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this location 2-3 times and we have gotten consistent excellent service. The free hot breakfast is among that best that I have had at a hotel. The fitness center was well equipped also. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here one night and attended the Brewton Blueberry Festival the next day. Stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Comfortable beds , nice decor. Very pleased with staff, very helpful all the time. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

Super clean property with very friendly staff. Nice exercise room, plenty of ice machines conveniently located throughout, guest laundry, and a nice little pool. Breakfast is not a cooked breakfast, which was a little disappointing, but the staff lady kept the items offered well stocked and the breakfast area super cleaned!!

The hotel is beautiful and completely redone about two years ago. The beds are comfy. However, we did have a couple issues that dropped the rating. Our first night we arrived near midnight. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was ok although there was some left behind trash under the bed and following a shower, one end of the towel bar fell off it's wall mount. The first night was being paid for by others as this was an interview trip for us. The next morning we decided to stay another day, so I went down to the desk to make the arrangements. That's when the manager went off on me that the company and I had done it all wrong and I had to get them to call her and provide a cc authorization, etc. At that point I went back to the room to find another hotel. Unfortunately, being a small town, nothing was available. We ended up staying another night although it entailed moving to another room as all the King rooms were already booked. So, to repeat, the only reason I will stay there again, or recommend someone stay there is because they are the only game in town.

My family and I travel a lot going back-and-forth to visit family and friends and unfortunately we have to stay in hotels. This stay was the best in a long time. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the beds comfy.

This is a 5 star hotel. Very clean Properly well maintained. Plenty of parking We Didn't Have time to eat the breakfast but they had a grab bag to go. This hotel in my opinion catered to the early rising working man.

Loved the way the rooms are designed. There is enough space for entertaining your family or friends but at the same time there is enough space in the separate room. Also, having an extra half bath is a plus for me. That way if you have people over, they don't have to see the mess in the room. The hotel staff was amazing! Super friendly and always willing to help your needs. Cons: 1. Our bathtub started getting clogged a couple of days after we checked in. I could've said something but since we were in and out with family members it was hard to do so. 2. Breakfast is way too early...lol maybe try to consider ending it at around 10 or 10:30 maybe?

It smelt like sewage, we were charged more then I booked for on booking.com and when we went to check out the lady was more worried about texting or something on her cell phone not paying attention to the fact we were standing there.

This hotel is great it is new. The lobby and rooms are clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are good sized.. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Brewton. The hotel staff was great on check-in and check-out.

This is a great place to stay. I was there on business and was happy with this beautiful facility with it's genuine and courteous staff. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with delicious food, water and morning snacks. The hotel is located close to the hospital where I was working and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. The lobby is always decorated beautifully and smells clean and fresh when you walk in the door.

Liar on the rates, will quote you one rate and charge you a different rate at check out. Will make a better chose next time! Very dishonest people running this motel!!!! Clerk at the front desk had a terrible attitude very smart mouth. They have no respect for there clients.

We had the best experience! The hotel was very clean and the lobby and room both looked and smelled great which is huge for me! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed already set up. Would definitely recommend!!

We knew the hotel allowed pets and requested a room that had not had pets recently and especially no fleas. We were assured there were no fleas. We placed a white towel from the bathroom between the beds and under the window and then watched the fleas magically appear...alas there were fleas in the room...all over in the room. We were given another room flea-free with a nominal discount for the inconvenience. Breakfast consisted of fruit and microwaveable sandwiches.

Staff are honest and friendly as I left valuables in my room and the staff contacted me immediately and returned valuables promptly! The facility was clean and quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices for healthy eating and getting full!

We had the sweetest lady take care of us at check-in! She was so kind, so personable, so helpful and so knowledgeable about the hotel and area. The hotel lobby and rooms were so nice and clean with cute decorations for fall and Halloween! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a hotel in or near Brewton!

This hotel was extremely clean and updated. The staff welcoming, friendly and service oriented. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked each morning. I would recommend this hotel all day everyday.

This hotel advertises as pet friendly but that is not the case. It is dog friendly only. Don't make the mistake of bringing a cat with you to this hotel. And don't expect them to make an exception for hurricane evacuees.

Very quick & friendly service & employees, close to everything in middle of town, good breakfast, pet friendly yet I didn't bring my pet, clean, comfy well maintained rooms & bedding, very quiet & would highly recommend them & stay here again, price was a little high but otherwise great hotel

Location is good and easy access to the other services near by the hotel. While it's located close by the major highway the windows are so good that there's no problem with the noise. Friendly personnel but rooms starts to show the age. Nothing wrong and all works. Breakfast is standard or bit better.

First time here. Hotel we had actually booked in another town was awful. We were so pleased to locate this hotel and we're so happy with how nice it was. You could smell the clean when you walked in. Pleasant staff and great rooms

I encountered a small roach crawling off the desk. I sprayed the room with Micro Ban when I entered and used it again to try to get rid of the roach. At night I saw a bug on crawling on top of the bed.

Great value and I was very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful any time I had questions (where to find local stores/restaurants, etc). There was always someone immediately available when I needed something (such as more towels). The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

first time to stay in hotel in many years, this was an excellent choice, read reviews from others who has stayed there which were very helpful in choosing this hotel. we were 45 minutes away from where grandson was playing in baseball championship games. but was worth the drive to stay here.

Well deserved 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating! Modern exceptionally cleaned comfy place to stay on our way to Florida. Staff was great, beds very comfortable, pool was clean though odd hours open 12pm-8pm, delicious breakfast with lots of options. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room are clean. Breakfast is great, I love the package meal and to go boxes .Coffee is great. Hotel staff especially breakfast host and housekeeping team are cordial and attentive.

Not one to choose Best Western, but this hotel changed my mind! Super nice employees, very clean and comfortable. Quiet location, no issues. Offered late check out since we were traveling so late. Great job!

Would not recommend. Not a lot in the area. Really expensive. Paid 180 for one of our nights and didn't have air conditioning or warm water. Staff was rude about it and wouldn't even reduce the bill. Not satisfied

Great value for the money and very clean. Staff was awesome as well. For being in such as small of city as Brewton, I wasn't expecting anything I'd actually like but this hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good considering covid. I mean cereal, Oatmeal, grits, burritos, yogurt, etc. Plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was so clean and fresh. It was very quiet during the night so we were able to get a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I am disappointed this hotel doesn't have a better rating.

The room was very comfortable and everything was pretty well new. It did not smell bad and everything seemed to be in good working order. Sheets were crisp, floors were clean and the bathroom sparkled.

Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was very good considering current Covid-19 restrictions. Front desk staff were efficient, very pleasant and most helpful. Self-parking areas were well lighted and seemed safe.

In June 1974 my bride and I stayed in a Best Western Motel on our honeymoon. The experience was a good one and I have been using Best Western when I could since then. My latest stay was in a very modern, neat, and clean facility at Brewton, Alabama and after 50 years I am still satisfied with Best Western Vann Wray

This is a great place to stay. Clean and new with friendly people. I have never been at this hotel before and stayed there because it was close to my appointment. Travelling on business, it is so important to have a nice bed, clean room, and friendly people. I would stay here again!!!

Best stay ever. Friendly staff and great accommodations. Laundry facilities on premises as well as a great gym. Breakfast available to grab before heading to work made it easy on me. I would recommend to anyone!

this hotel is brand new and beautiful. we really enjoyed our stay. everything you need is within a few miles. we were here for a wedding so restaurants and walmart were right down the road a few miles.

Wow, the old Brewton Motor Inn has come along way since the 80's. The hotel has had a massive makeover and is now a beautiful and immaculate hotel, We stayed 3 nights while visiting family and could not have been more pleased with our experience.

We stayed at the BW because of some vehicle issues. This hotel was recommended and it is truly a gem. Desk personnel helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Rooms were very nice and very, very clean. Free breakfast was a grab and go paper bag snack due to COVID-19.

The Brewton, AL Best Western was very nice. My prior experience with Best Western was just so-so (only double beds, kind of worn down in general), This was a complete turn around and I would definitely recommend the Brewton, AL Best Western.

The hotel and rooms were beyond your regular cleanliness you usually find at a Best Western! Very nice and helpful staff. I need a place to stay next week for business purposes around the same area, and I am definitely choosing this particular place!

Stayed at this property for two nights in July 2020. This Motel was very impressive. Probably the cleanest, and best looking motel that I've stayed at this year. Also, several fast food restaurants in the immediate area, one was right next door, which offer great old fashioned Hamburgers and Chili Dogs! Very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Plenty of great parking available. I didn't try out the pool, but it looked very nice. If anyone is travelling through Brewton, Alabama... I would highly recommend that they stay at this nice motel. I'm sure glad that I did!

Working in Brewton, this wasn't too far from us. We tend to stay at only a handful of hotel chains when out of town, and were happy to see this one available. Check in was quick, and walking in the front door is actually pretty unique to most other hotels we stay at with a stair-case on either side to go up to the second floor (there is an elevator available too). The room was very clean, and sleep quality was A+ and quiet for us. Woke up and check out was quick as well with coffee available. Due to recent Coronavirus issues most places aren't having breakfast out, but they provided a breakfast go-bag with an assortment of options . The staff was friendly and we highly recommend this place if you're looking at staying in the area.
