Super nice hotel in an area with few options for this level of experience. Room was clean, bright and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Parking is easy and drive time to Discovery Ski Resort is 30 mins. Breakfast options are good in a pleasant seating area.

Exceptional, personal, caring service from a well run tight knit group of employees who know what they are doing and are willing to do what it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Management is pleasant and engaged on a daily basis.

I have stayed at The Forge two different weeks recently. It was a great experience. It is a newer hotel and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager, Tammy, is really on top of things. I have stayed at several places in the Butte, Anaconda, Deer Lodge areas, but this is by far the best. It is a great value too. It you're in the area, this is the place to stay.

Always clean and welcoming. Staff really engaged with our 2-year old granddaughter as she took to the pool! Staff really go out of their way to be helpful and we were surprised at the good motel coffee!

The staff at The Forge in Anaconda,Mt were very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We got a king size room it was very spacious, and clean. The over night stay was quiet and relaxing. If you are ever in Anaconda, I would recommend for to stay at The Forge.

We have stayed at The Forge several times since it's opening in Anaconda Montana. We travel with our small dog most of the time. There is ample space for him to wander outside. Customer service is excellent and the restaurant is amazing. It's a small town feel and we always meet friendly people. Great location. We will definitely be back soon.excellent management for both the hotel and restaurant.

We LOVED The Forge! Everything from check in to check out was great! The beds were clean and very comfortable, showers were hot and had good water pressure, the people who work there are all so kind and accommodating. We loved that you eat off real plates, silverware and coffee cups at the breakfast bar. I can't say enough positive things about it. We will be going back.

Stayed here for a week waiting for our house to close, everyone was so kind and helpful. Made our time here feel like a second home. Very accommodating for our dogs. Super quiet and very clean. definitely will be staying here again and will be recommending to our family and friends from out of town.

We have stayed here a few times since it opened and it is always nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot tub was hot but not too hot and the pool temp was good. Breakfast was the usual food with a breakfast burrito added. Palatable but nothing great. The restaurant on site is fairly pricey so we opted to go down the street to Obellas which was a decent little family owned Italian restaurant.

The staff were incredible, the property is clean and neat. I was there for a business meeting for a few days. The meeting went wonderfully and the meeting room was well stocked and Barclay's provided a delicious taco bar.

Worst bed in a long time. So bad I had to get up and go sleep in the car. Building was clean and staff was very nice. Hotel was new , worst thing was bed was real bad. Location was easy access and dining was close by……………. Not sure if I would stay again .

Stayed 5 nights while attending a car show in the area. Check in was great . Booked here as it's pet friendly They have a lawn all around the hotel which was very lush and the pups loved it . Booked a suite with an adjoining room with friends . Suite had a fridge, microwave and stovetop. With a separate bedroom. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal, great food and service . The breakfast was great and the ladies taking care of it were super friendly and made sure nothing ran out. You could get coffee there throughout the day. Staff was super friendly Would recommend this place and would stay again

We enjoyed staying here very much! It was just enough outside of town to have plenty of places to take my little girl for a walk. This is a very pet friendly hotel. Which makes it so much easier to enjoy your stay. And if you have military background, make sure to take advantage of their military discount. And don't forget to try the fresh baked cookies at the front desk. They try to have something different every day. There is also a wonderful restaurant there called The Barclay II. The rooms have blackout curtains to keep light out of the room. We very much enjoyed that. We will definitely be visiting again with them next summer. The workout room was sufficient. It would have been nice for them to have a recumbent bicycle, but I managed to get a workout with the treadmill. There was air conditioning in the workout room, which helped. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again next summer.

We traveled to Anaconda to play the Old Works Golf Course, which was a fun and challenging course with very accomdsting folks. The Forge is new, clean, and very friendly, and we plan on returning. If you are passing thru, it is just off Interstate 90 or plan on stopping to play a very good golf course. Check it out. They had a Stay and Play discount for the Old Works and Wednesday was a senior discount day

I visit Anaconda. MT every summer. Since it opened three years ago, I have stayed at the Forge. Can't imagine that changing. The location, close to wonderful golf courses and lakes, and the town make it super place to stay.

This hotel is probably the newest one offered in Anaconda, although there doesn't seem like there are too many options in this small town. Service was excellent and the service was very friendly, especially the breakfast area. The rooms were tiled floor and clean. There was one issue with one of our beds that was squeaking a lot due to broken springs. The biggest issue we had was that we did not receive the executive room with a sofa that we reserved. Instead they provided an ADA room that we did not need. I made this reservation months ago and the hotel should have been able to accommodate this. I brought this up with the front desk but said they had no more rooms.

We have been staying at The Forge whenever we go through MT since the second day it was open. It is easily our favorite hotel. The rooms are huge with couches and comfortable beds. The breakfast is always top notch. The personnel are all very friendly. We love it!

Truly a great experience. My friend and I suprised our wives by taking them to Butte to visit their childhood neighborhoods and then to Anaconda. The Forge was great place to stay with all the amenities and the meal at Barkleys II was the best.

The Forge was a clean and friendly hotel. Bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff was professional. There was ample parking available and onsite restaurant and lounge were an added bonus.

We stayed one night. The hotel is pet friendly, which we appreciated. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful, from reception, to housekeeping, to management, to maintenance. The hotel is clean, comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed the hot cocoa bar and the complimentary breakfast on real dishes with real silverware. We have already recommended this hotel to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean! Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was very nice, large selection to choose from. Had some very nice extra touches like strawberries and whipped cream for the waffles. Hotel restaurant/lounge was very nice and had friendly staff as well. Best hotel I've ever stayed in MT.

I stayed overnight for two nights on a very stressful business trip. The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well--it is a hot breakfast, eggs, meat and waffles. it is a new facility so everything worked as it should. The room was great, although I was on the first floor and got a little loud, but only in the mornings.

We stayed here 4 night. The staff here are amazing, Kay at the front desk went above and beyond. The breakfast is delectable!! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great place. Will definitely come back soon.

Very worthwhile to stay here, very clean inside and out, quiet environment. It has easy access to town with great places to eat close by. This was my second stay and will continue to stay there when i am in the area.

The hotel was awesome, nice people snd super clean. We will stay here again!! We always look for the Best Wester collection first, we are happy we found this one. We were pleasently suprised and very happy we did not have to go to Butte. Nothing wrong with Butte but a lot quieter here!!

Hotel was great and met the needs of my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure that I had whatever I needed. Pool was clean well kept. The gym was clean and fresh, ready to be worked out in.

Good value, very nice staff (thanks Kyle) and a caring friendly general manager! Agree with other good review. However, I would improve just two room items: 1. Toilet seats: Need to have rim cover that is not so tight fitting that you have to use your finger tips that rub against the dirty rim to lift. 2. Lighting: I personally find the lighting to harsh on my eyes as you see the large filaments as compared to having a shaded light. It bright to the eyes and casts shadows in the room. Softer lighting would be ideal.

This hotel is the BEST! It's a beautiful property and the staff is so friendly and helpful ! The rooms are immaculate and furnished beautifully. I am a travel agent and would definitely recommend this property. There's a great supper club in the same building with great atmosphere and excellent food! I will definitely stay here again!

We had reservations with confirmation at the Fairmont Hot Springs but when we got there they said there were no rooms available. We drove over to Anaconda and saw this new hotel 'The Forge'. We got the last room there and they were so friendly and helpful. A gem. Great amenities and location and very clean. They even had the fire pits to sit and visit by at night.

The Forge is a place you will always want to stay again. All the amenities including a wonderful restaurant on site with a variety of offerings, indoor pool, fitness center and well-equipped, spotless guest rooms. Complimentary breakfast with delicious food and real plates and silverware. The best part of your stay will be the team at The Forge, whose smiles and helpfulness separates this property from a commodity lodging.

This is a neat hotel in Anaconda, and the decor of the room was fitting for the history of the city. I loved the light fixtures and the furnishings. I cannot recall a time where I slept better than I did in this hotel.

Easy to find location. View of anaconda stack. Friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic staff. Room is nicely appointed. No carpet was an outstanding plus for us allergy sufferers! Comfortable beds and linen. Nice bathroom. The best part? Meticulously clean. Thank you!

We were finishing up a long road trip on our motorcycle and this was one of the last hotels, and we were so fortunate to alter our route and stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The plasce is so well maintained and the rooms were so clean and the beds and sheets just put the room over the top. I can not recommend this hotel enough if you ever need a hotel to stay in on your travels.

Not even an hour into my stay, a man from housekeeping knocked twice, barely waited, and then entered with a key before I could get to the door or the peep hole. He asked if I had seen his keys. This could have been handled with a call from the front desk. It was very unnerving, especially as a female traveling alone. The managers did not seem to grasp the gravity of the violation, and didn't offer much to remedy such a thoughtless service failure.

The room is very spartan. Echos when you talk no coffe table by couch,vinlyl tiled floors. Overall very cheap build out. I was woke up by people having a conversation next door sounded like they were in my room even though they were talking in a normal voice. When I got out of bed, I stepped in water. The floor was wet from the rain that night. At check out I told the front desk about the water and noise and he said they are aware of the problems and are working on it. No appolgy. I would stay in Butte instead of this hotel.

This hotel still smelled new. Location was convenient to local sites and restaurants by car although you could walk to State Park. They do have an on-site restaurant. We found staff friendly and helpful. Manager spoke to us on one day and asked about our stay and plans for the day. Room had a view of smokestack and hills. Linens were changed daily. Floors were bare so easily cleaned.

Absolutely the best Best Western I have stayed in. Everything and everyone was top notch. Clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Restaurant attached to building so very convenient.

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, decorated nicely, quiet and comfy. The breakfast was until 10 and there was a delicious variety of foods. The staff was pleasant, helpful, professional and kind, especially the manager, Tammy. We ate at the Barclays restaurant located in the hotel and it was amazing.

Large room with sofa and chair. King bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice bathroom with bright makeup light. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with additions such as fresh strawberries, burritos, nuts and berries for the cereal, little spinach quiche.

The beds are comfortable and clean. Our room was quite spacious and really enjoyed the large TV. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The lights in the room were a bit bright, but not to the point we turned them off. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Our coffee maker was not clean so I just hot my coffee in the lobby.

Greatest experience in a Best Western Signature Hotel HANDS DOWN… Fantastic amenities, caring staff, spacious rooms, supremely comfortable beds, & overall friendly experience. Plus, really reasonable rates! So worth the short drive off of I-90…

The staff are all very wonderful. They are what make this hotel special. That can't be overstated. Every person there was great to work with the whole time we were there. Thank you to all of them They put on a great breakfast with a lot of hot choices, more variety than I've seen anywhere else. Very nicely done. The pool hours are 6-11 so your kids don't miss out, which was awesome. The beds are comfortable and the on site restaurant is great. All in all a great stay.

The manager and her staff went out of their way to book and help reserve additional rooms as they came available to my 20 man fire crew as we traveled through the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to large groups.

We chose the Forge for it's price and midway location on a 12 hour road trip. The service and employees were outstanding! The continental breakfast included hot food, biscuits & gravy, bacon or links. On our return trip we had some time to check out Anaconda. There's a lot of history and attractions to explore. The Forge provides a list of annual events.

Hotel is only one year old. We stayed here because Lake Mary Ronan was on fire so we rerouted south. Staff is very attentive except for one dark haired kitchen lady. Everyone else was cheerfully helpful. My hairdryer was screwed up and I asked that one be left at the front desk. It was there when I went to get it as promised. Breakfast could be better for the price of rooms. Eggs were not able to be peeled, biscuits and gravy were in the kitchen you had to ask for it. Pre made egg burritos wrapped in foil, etc.. This hotel should call the BW in Missoula..they do better at breakfast. It appears that this location is saving money by limiting choices. Beds are low to the ground and have no rollaways or cribs..fyi. Pool and spa are both beautiful and clean. My niece who is 10 had them to herself most all of the time..which she loved. It is a nice place to stay.

The year-old Forge Hotel was fantastic. It was modern and very clean Staff was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. They have a nice outdoor sitting are where you can enjoy the views and bring your own beverage I couldn't be happier with my stay.

I didn't have plans to stop for the night but glad I did. The room was roomy (Top floor King) with couch and chair. Modern, clean and tastefully decorated. No funny smells and plenty of pillow. Some of my favorite features!

Excellent property in small Montana town. New, clean, outstanding scenery. Excellent service and a delightful Resturant/Lounge connected to Motel. All areas of the motel and resturant were very inviting. Pool, hot tub were very clean. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit as well.

Very spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. A delicious breakfast buffet is a nice added bonus. This hotel is very pet friendly, with a nice green space adjacent to the hotel to walk your dogs. Highly recommend this hotel

great pit stop while passing thru Butte, clean, new, had a restaurant, pool, gym, great breakfast options but you are in the middle of "nowhere"... town very small... but great option if passing through, church, hike, golf nearby..

If you have to be in Anaconda, this hotel is a good pick. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Good breakfast, nice pool. Industrial chic design. The view is of a pile of coal, but otherwise, it was great for us. I would stay here again if I'm ever there again.

What a gem of a hotel. Located in the small town of Anaconda the ambiance and history were fantastic. Fresh baked cookies, cold water and friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Tammy couldn't have been nicer. Room 204 was large and spotless. Bed was comfortable and pillows….real sized ones deserve a mention. Erica at front desk later in the evening was a wealth of information about the area. I'm sure she had other work to do but took time to answer our questions. Breakfast was fabulous. Hot bacon and eggs served with real plates and silver cutlery. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our family was one of the one's evacuated from the Yellowstone flooding, so we had nowhere to stay at the last minute as all places outside of Yellowstone were fully booked. This hotel was open, and it was very nice - inside and surrounding area. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We loved it, and highly recommend if you're looking for a place to bed driving through.

The Forge was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff were amazing! You can tell they take pride in their work. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels were available. Although we did not take advantage of the free breakfast, the dining area was also very clean! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My friends and I visited Anaconda for a girls weekend, not expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous, clean hotel rooms with the world's most comfortable beds. For dinner we wandered to the Barclay II where we had the best dinner experience. Everything was delicious and the service was spectacular. The next morning after a boozy night on the town, we were so grateful to have a huge, hot breakfast ready for our hangovers. The manager of the facility, Tammy, made our stay even more special by making us feel like special guests.

All of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel lobby was very comfortable and inviting.

Great stay at this newer hotel. Everyone was so kind. We drove up from Bozeman and it was snowing the weekend we went so kids had a great time in the indoor pool. Clean and nicely kept. Big shoutout to Tammy—she is amazingly friendly and made us feel right at home even though we stayed one night. The steakhouse restaurant attached was also great. We got the tenderloin and it was reallllllllyyy good. Will definitely be back.

Very clean, friendly, professions, accommodating staff. Larger rooms, comfortable Beds and clean rooms. Their complimentary breakfast had lots of options and was very good. We had a large group here for meetings and the hotel staff handled our every need. We will definitely be back.

Upon arriving in Anaconda we had made previous arrangements to stay somewhere else and at the last minute that motel called and told us the room we booked wasn't going to be available, so we had to find another hotel and we went to The Forge. There we found the staff and hotel amenities were great. Rooms were clean, pet friendly, and the pool and hot tub was so great to use after a long day of traveling.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Great continental breakfast and you can't go wrong enjoying the on-site restaurant. The hotel is located in a cute little town. We enjoyed the weekend ice fishing at nearby Georgetown Lake.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff is kind and helpful. They also provide complimentary cookies. Who doesn't like cookies? The rooms are clean and the floors are laminate so that they can be cleaned and sanitized daily.

We stayed with our dog and cat. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Staff were welcoming and professional. Attached restaurant had wonderful service, food was amazing. Complementary breakfast had a good selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, baked goods, etc. Food was fresh and staff were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel & it was clean, super comfy beds and sheets. The pool was fun for my 4 year old. Water was a little chilly haha but that wasn't even that's bad. Breakfast was decent for being continental and plenty of parking. We had a great view of the sunrise over the smokestack this morning. Would stay again for sure

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. I liked that the restaurant is connected so I didn't have to drive any further to enjoy a drink and a delicious meal. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. I will definitely stay again when I pass through town.

From the booking of the room, to the text message ahead of check in, to a beautiful room, text next day asking how the night was, clear through every yummy morsel at the breakfast bar and staff, could not have asked for a better weekend!!

My family met in Anaconda at the Forge to exchange Christmas gifts This hotel is spotless. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful The breakfast choices were very good. The breakfast area was spotless. The next time we go we will definitely try the steak house. We will definitely be back.

Had to be in Anaconda for surgery. They made everything go smoothly. Room was great, clean comfortable. They let my son stay a while longer while I was being operated on. Found out at last minute I had to stay in Anaconda for another night. The hotel staff worked with my son and was even able to get me a handicap room for second night. It was perfect.

Ok, i love Montana. Specifically, I love butte and anaconda. I was overjoyed when I learned a new hotel was opening up here so I could book something besides the copper king. But Im going back to the copper king. These guys at the forge really screwed this up. I know it's anaconda, but that doesn't mean no one gives a s—t about anything. The contempt for the local population is palpable from the design perspective. It's like they asked a few teenagers how to appoint the rooms and they just said “couch..tv” because that's about all the thought put into the design of the rooms here. “Just make a rectangle and put in a couch and a tv and these idiot locals will soak it up” is probably what they said to one another. The idea that they would be given incentives from the community to build something worthwhile is now a definite punchline. There is no carpet, in any room. I understand if your pet rooms don't have carpet, but I almost walked out when I saw my room was just one big noise reflector. Every room has this weird, not acceptable or “maybe everyone will start doing this in the future” flooring. Like linoleum, or cork, but it looks disgusting and dirty already, as you can see the evidence of almost every shoe that has ever touched this floor is still there. This alone is the reason I won't be back, and the hotel has only been open for a few months. I can imagine how bad it will be after a couple years. I can't believe I was going to try to open a business here. I thought they had more sense than this, but whomever gave the thumbs up for this travesty probably won't be commercially successful….ever.

This place is awesome. It's really new so that was extra nice. It was clean and comfortable and has an elevator, a restaurant on site and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The floors in the rooms are laminate so no yucky carpet to deal with. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it. I would definitely stay here again.

Has a great restaurant attached, service , entries and presentations very good, not a great location , commercial highway , in Desert land. TV and other amenities are ok , but see below for other comments

Hotel opened July 2021. You can tell. Everything is clean and it smells new. The place is nice but not fancy. Front desk clerk Elizabeth was awesome. So friendly and took pride in the hotel. The room was very large with 12 to 14 foot ceilings. Nice beds and big, quality TV. Black out curtains worked great as did the ac. Breakfast was good...they had real plates and silverware. Great stay.

The sheen will soon wear off this brand new hotel. The walls are so thin you could hear the a/c cycling on in another room, people coughing, talking in otter rooms. There was someone who either had a cat in a crate that was catterwalling much of the night and predawn or some obnoxious human making the noise but it was unbearable. It sounded like it came from the hallway but nobody was there. With the thin walls it seemed to be in surround sound. Bed was comfy but who can sleep with all the racket. Breakfast was okay. Don't bother with the on-site restaurant it was wretched, just microwave something in your room, it's pretty much the same experience, only cheaper. Staff friendly enough. Once the newness wears off (and it will, quickly) this place will go south in a hurry.

What a wonderful stay! From the minute we pulled up we knew we were in for a treat. Beautiful, friendly and clean. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. When we decided to extend our trip by a day and asked if it would be possible to book another night they went the extra mile to find us a room in a very booked hotel and then apologized to us because we would have to change rooms! The lobby area was spacious and welcoming and the complementary breakfast was top notch. There are not enough stars to rate this hotel and our experience there.

Accommodations were amazing and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a brand new hotel and the pool is still being constructed. The gathering place on the back patio is a great place to meet new people or just relax at the end of the day!! We will definitely stay here again!
