Best Western Henrietta Inn & Suites

I was in a room on the first floor that had recently been renovated. It was nice and had clean laminate floors. AC and TV worked well. Plenty of tv channels with easy use remote. The king bed had 4 square pillows. They were ok. The refrigerator was a nice size, but didn't have a freezer compartment. (Bad). Too much light came in the room at night. The curtains allowed light to come in from both sides . (Very bad). The exterior of the property sure is not attractive, but plenty of parking spaces. I was in the area on business and had to stay 2 nights. (Unfortunately) The advertised “ free breakfast “ was a joke. The cereal was old and stale. (Bad). Only One container of yogurt each morning. I ate them. Three snack puddings. Coffee was good. Thankfully there is the Pecan Shed next door that served good breakfast food.

My husband and I travel quite a bit and this has been by far the best hotel that we have stayed at in a long time. All the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were immaculate and the showers had amazing water pressure and the water stayed hot. Guaranteed if we pass through here again we will be staying here.

The location of the hotel is great for those traveling through and want easy access to the HWY. Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking for those with trailers. There are several restraunts close by.

A remodel is underway, we were given a first floor room. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant gave us card keys that were intended for the new door locks, however, our door lock hadn't been upgraded yet. He then gave us the previous style card keys, which worked fine. The breakfast items were sparse, and there were trays for heated breakfast items, but were either emptied or not filled. Unsettling was the manager yelling at the desk attendant in the kitchen/prep area behind a closed door. We felt like getting out of there, and did, back on the road again. A lot more hotel choices looked available in Wichita Falls, just up the road, as we drove through.

Manager Owner Jimy Atanolwala refused to honor price and reservation made through Best Western reservations. His belligerence, personal accusations, threats and exceedingly unprofessional behavior left me no option but to call 911. Police report confirmed my portrayal.of events. Extremely disappointed as I am a long time Best Western client.

We stopped for an overnight stay on a long road trip from the Grand Canyon back to Louisiana. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and we slept well. The inn was undergoing renovations at that time so some of the amenities were not available, but the manager "Mack" made up for that with his hospitality and extra service. The hot breakfast was delicious, and Mack personally served me with eggs and sausage as soon as a fresh batch was ready. He seemed to go out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Best Western Henrietta is a good place to stop while traveling long stretches along Hwy 287. Conveniently located, well lit parking, good security, clean (recently renovated) rooms, good breakfast options, good value. Also good for extended stay lodging for work. Friendly staff, good customer service.

The beds are sooooo comfortable big screen tv with good service hot and cold breakfast all of the staff was friendly and accommodating and made you feel good about staying there oh and very very clean

Clean room, good price, quiet no issues. Would recommend downstairs renovation, but they put us on the other side upstair so didnt hear anything. I dont know why they make us write 200 characters when everything i want to know is in the first 2 sentences.

Very clean and nice hotel. The whole management was very helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Lots of choice of cereals, fresh fruits, bagles and more. Thank you for kindness Mr Jim the manager. We do recommend and will be back next time if traveling through the Hwy 287.

Needing to stop for the night so we found this one close to where we were. Night staff was friendly and helpful, room was hot but ac did work just wasn't on, clean but slight odor (maybe being stuffy from heat). Breakfast was nothing over the top, typical on the go hotel breakfast. Overall, would stop again in needed in the area. Store next door was great!

Decent and clean hotel but not worth $100. All the hotels in Wichita Falls was booked up that's why I stayed here. The location is not that great but the breakfast was good. I would only stay here again if I had no choice.

Sam was very helpful, Need more like him! The Hotel was very Clean,The Breakfast was good! Close to the Pecan Shed which I like to Shop at . Easy to get too! Wish pool was up, But they were remodeling so cant wait for it too be done! Stay was verybrelaxing !!

Bring your own remote control for the TV to this hotel. Then, in Room 100, and probably others, check out the door jam for rusty brown smeared stuff on the door jama nd door frame. Used white wash cloth to wipe it off, and the washcloth was brown -- laid it in plain site for cleaning service to see. However, if you are brave enough to continue in this room, you'll really love the hand-held shower. It was the highlight of the trip. Oh, and the bed pillows are square, because they are so small and lumpy, they sit square on the bed. One was inserted under mattress so I would roll out of the bed because of where everyone sits on edge of bed. Hey, BW, try rotating the mattresses foot to head, head to foot for a nice comfort improvement.

The hotel appears to be family run with a shortage of staff for cleaning. Light switches, base boards and outlets in room had an accumulation of dirt/crud, wall paper and drywall was falling off. Black mold was plentiful around A/C unit and bathtub, debris dust dirt and miscellaneous had accumulate in corners of bathroom, there was scum on the bathroom walls and edges of tub. Breakfast was slightly below average, the linens were clean and the beds were comfortable.

I've stayed at the BW in Henrietta before. Not always perfect, but the cleanliness level dropped considerably. I don't know if they have new management or ownership but I was disgusted. I should have taken photos but was too grossed out to do so. Something had spilled down the inside if the bathroom door. It had been there so long the doorknob had mold on it. I wore shoes or slippers the whole time. I was too afraid of what was on the carpet. The bedding was torn and the tub surround showed where water had seeped under it because of grouting issues. The bathroom floor had hair and other debris on it. This used to be a nice hotel but not now.

The room was very dirty. We slept in the bed and left as quickly as we could. We paid over $150 for a dirty room and a sofa bed that would not pull out and was dirty once the staff got it to pull out. Would not stay here again.

When I tried to check in the hotel tried to increase my rate by $30 over the reservation rate. The front desk staff was very rude and dismissive. I would never stay here and recommend you don't either! I cannot believe how I was treated. Foreign keners who don't care about their guest. DONT STAY HERE!

Friendly and clean - was a nice change of pass for a work week. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated. It is an older hotel but don't be fooled - it is clean and service was great! Easy on and off the highway and great shopping next door.

These idiots duplicate billed me for a 2 night stay and again as a "No Show". Logic would dictate that I cannot be both, but logic definitely isn't in their wheel house. They refuse to correct their error and issue a credit. Keep driving down the road. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This Best Western is a quiet, uncrowded motel that feels comfortable and homey. We have always enjoyed our interaction with the Desk Staff, they have always worked with us on price and room location, they seem really glad that we are staying with them. Eating establishments in Henrietta are limited (one to three mile drive), but worth it as we are retired and in no hurry. Highly recommend this motel.

Great hotel .staff was very friendly and extremely clean. Texas will always be my home away from home. Only down fall was laundry not being available during the snow storm. But other than that would definitely stay again

The staff was nice, helpful and just so pleasant. The room was great price and a big room and clean. It smelled good upon entering. Breakfast was hot and good. I was able to check in at 7am for just a 20$ early check in fee. So worth it.

We came in really late at night and they made sure we had everything we needed and a great breakfast to get started the next day. The receptionist was great and then the next morning check out was quick and easy.

Requested a specific room and had no issue or questions. Just great service every time I stay there. We have stayed there before and everyone we are in the area we will always stay. You find good service it's worth the time to support them.

The exterior of the hotel is very nice and it is close to the main road. WE arrived early on our way to Wichita Falls for family gathering. We were able to check in early but could not go to the room, which was not ready and that was fine for us. But, the staff person at the desk was more concerned on her phone. We are Diamond Members ( stayed on MANY best Westerns hotels over the last 2 years) and we were not treated as though we were. The bed was a little on the hard side, the toilet was very slow, the WiFi was good, the breakfast was POOR even though there is still worries about COVID. BUT the water pressure in the bathroom was VERY GOOD. It's not a place I would recommend, it's not a typical good Best Western

Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at but by far not near the best in that price range! if you're just needing 1 night for somewhere to sleep then this will work… the room wasn't very clean and still had dirty rags hanging in the shower, thankfully I travel with Lysol for years now. Breakfast consists of beagle or toast and coffee maybe a pop tart the juice machine was water and don't mind the stray dog wondering around inside the hotel

This property was disappointing. It is due for an update. The rooms were spacious and looked to be missing some furniture. The beds were not comfortable. The a/c in the room was extremely loud and struggled. However, the place was very clean and the staff was friendly.

If you are expecting any type of breakfast, don't bother. The machine was broken, and from the comment from the front desk, it's been broken for a while. Parking is also a big issue. I've stayed here before, but the cleanliness was not as good as it used to be.

My husband and I, and our 2 year old, were travelling through Texas on our way home from visiting family, and this hotel was in just the right spot, which is why we chose it. But I'm writing this review because after our stay, we are impressed! For the price, the rooms are huge. The hotel has an indoor pool and a jacuzzi, and Jimmy really made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make our stay special.

Older hotel needs updating. Beds were clean, rooms seemed clean. Not much water pressure and hot water took forever to reach the 3rd floor. No breakfast offered just coffee. But the Pecan Shed next door has great coffee, breakfast burritos & pigs in a blanket for a very reasonable cost! Plus the pecans are good too!!

I have been staying at this hotel for about 5 years and they just recently changed hands. The customer service is 100 times better (it wasn't bad before it was pretty good but was excellent this trip!) and they made sure I was extremely satisfied during my whole stay. I was on the fence when I called to reserve my room and was informed about the new owner (only because it's hard to find good service and I had my routine here) but I am very happy with the way my stay went and was able to rent my usual room. I will continue staying at Best Western every time I come to Henrietta!

All the folks at this property did everything they can to make our stay comfortable. Both time we have stayed there in the last couple of months. Manager, desk staff, and environmental staff are helpful good folks.

I stopped at this Best Western as I traveled from Denver, CO back to Texas for the night. I was just expecting to check in and get a good night sleep. Debbie at the front desk at 7pm on Oct 12 was one of the most thoughtful people I ever met at a hotel. Friendly, even as she was doing an extra shift. Went above and beyond her job description in trying to access my husbands Best Western points as he travels and stays frequently at Best Westerns. The hotel has breakfast to go, ready in a nice paper bag to go. As for covid-- I did not feel uncomfortable staying here. I am a health care worker and have left restaurants and places of business when I see people not complying with the CDC guidelines to prevent spread of covid. Having said this, I do recommend wiping surfaces in hotel rooms down with soap and water, then bleach wipes. Please see my review of Pecan Shed.

Rooms were immaculate and clean, and AC was awesome! Being from Colorado, the Texas heat was almost unbearable, so being able to come back to an icy room was SOOO refreshing! The mattress was so comfortable. Great place to stay!

Read the previous review of someone saying very little covid in the area .. IS that why the staff wears ZERO MASKS ? Good to know after booking a no refundable room there. Had to return the key in the morning to a mask less employee discussing smoking with a mask less customer . that I unfortunately had to walk by to leave .. I EXPECT better of Best Western in the middle of a pandemic especially in Texas where it's in the news every night.. how is not wearing masks working out for Texas? Not very good so far

Beautiful Staircase, very clean inside, friendly staff, great coffee. Highway 287 between Dallas and Amarillo nice place outside of the city. Low cases of Covid in the area, also makes it nice. Great value.

We traveled with our school baseball team and had a large group staying at this motel. The last night we were there we had a very rude little girl at the front desk that thinks it is ok to yell at customers and not allow them to use the amenities that are to come with the room.

Will definitely be back. Worth every penny! Very nice size pool with hot tub that the kids loved! Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Located right next to very popular convenience store and easy parking

You have immediate acces to the highway and stores with really good food inside of a 2 mile radius. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling and looking to get a good nights rest.

Traveling across country we hit some bad weather so we pulled over for the night. Almost 50 bucks cheaper than the best western in Decatur. Nice, updated, clean with a small breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful reception.

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and hotel. We travel a lot for business but this was the first time in this area. We were pulling a trailer and we do glad to see the Pecan She'd next door to eat. They have great burgers! I would highly recommend!

This lovely hotel has all amenities and large comfy rooms. The lady at the front desk (Dec 12) was friendly and helpful in getting us settled in to a room suited to my veteran husband's needs. Thank you!

We loved this place! We just stayed at 4 other hotels during our Thanksgiving travels and this place was by far our favorite. It's very clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly-even with our kids bouncing off the walls after being cooped up in a car. I've been staying at the Wyndham hotels due to their military discount but this experience was so nice that I'll be looking at more Best Western hotels instead in the future. I hope they are like this location because it is really nice! Good job!

A welcome stop with easy-off & on the highway. This facility is very well appointed, has comfortable bed, large table/desk, a decent sofa, large clear space on bathroom vanity & free WiFi. Leanne at reception was very pleasant & helpful. The only drawback is a lack of good eateries nearby. I got a hamburger next door but it had to be taken to-go. My room overlooked a vacant field behind the building & in the night allowed a clear view of a star-studded sky—& a meteor shower that night! The rate in mid-Nov was only $74 including tax as well as breakfast.

They helped me a lot We were traveling on highway 287 when we hit a deer. My automobile was totaled out. We got a ride to the best western but I didn't have any rooms. The young man working at the front desk found a room that was marked for and update. He released that room for us and it was perfect. Nothing wrong with it as a matter fact was very comfortable. The entire staff went out of their way to help us out. I am very thankful for all the help we got

Had a great experience at this hotel friendly staff room was great. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great. Price was incredible. Wish I needed to stay longer here because the next Best Western in Goliad Tx was not very nice.

We stayed for a baseball tournament in the neighboring town of Nocona. We were so pleased with our room and breakfast. Our son also enjoyed the pool area. We will stay again if presented with the opportunity.

Hmm wondering if we got the worse room in the hotel since there's so many good reviews here on TA(?) If so still not acceptable! Found our room to be dated especially the bathroom which usually doesn't bother me as long as the room is clean but the bathroom felt very dirty. Now I don't know anything about the bugs in Texas but it is true everything is bigger in Texas! We walked in to our room to find a HUGE live spider in the bathroom and two flies that took us some time to take down (lol!) The hotel has no control over mother nature and obviously sprays because when we walked outside (using the side door) there were lots of huge dead spiders and crickets at the door that really turned me off. Hotel should clean this up yuck!! There were none at the main hotel lobby entrance. The room was a decent size with a surprisingly small tv (especially for BW standards), a desk, safe and mini fridge. No USB ports by the bed only at desk. Bathroom was outdated and floor sticky. Room dusty especially around the phone and clock. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was included but we just wanted to leave and did not try it. There were no walkable restaurants but there was a store that sold snacks and sandwiches next door. Nearby restaurants are an easy short drive away.

Great location, clean, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. quick check in, quick check out..Debbie was out check in clerk. She is fabulous! The breakfast is good, hot with many options. Waffles, scrambled eggs, cereals, breads, hard boiled eggs, juice, good coffee.

We stopped at this hotel after driving about 500 miles. We chose it as our midway point on a long trip. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The lady at check-in was very nice and friendly. The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 5-star rating is that when we asked the lady for a restaurant recommendation, she enthusiastically recommended Roma Pizza, giving us her own personal take on how great it was, and we found it to be the absolute worst restaurant in which any of us (3 friends) had ever eaten in our lives (please see my review of Roma Pizza).

I have never experienced such rude treatment at any business! My 3-year-old had a bathroom emergency at 10:45 pm and we had been driving for 12 hours. The gas station next door was closed, so I ran with her in my arms to the Best Western, hoping she wouldn't have an accident. I was met by the rudest employee I've ever encountered in plain clothes, vaping in our faces. I asked if I could take my poor little one to the potty, and seeing to the fact that we are best western rewards members and have stayed many times in best western hotels, I thought she might help us out! I was met with ZERO compassion and total inconsideration. This girl was SO unprofessional and Rude. She did not allow us access to a bathroom, telling me that ‘they do not have them.' After this encounter, I called the hotel and asked for the manager. The same rude girl answered and told me ‘there is no manager and that I had no complaint.' When I tried to explain why I was upset, she literally hung up on me! She is should be fired. Do NOT go to this nasty hotel!

Clean room, very nice decor, recently remodeled bathrooms it seems. Check in lady was very friendly and even offered us late check out without us asking. I would stay here again except the daytime staff including the property manager Josie were outside smoking and/or chatting together while I was waiting to check out and nobody was manning the desk. (the office door was wide open and nobody was back there). I unfortunately met with a bit of attitude and a position of 'sucks to be you' when reporting a problem to Josie. Penny the breakfast lady and Linda at check-in were very nice however and the room was clean and modern. If they were to upgrade the beds so they had the premium mattresses they could easily make this a BW Plus. (but then I've stayed at BWP/Premier properties that barely rivaled a Motel 6 so that's subjective)

We were experiencing extreme weather driving and could barely see the road . We were concerned how much further we could drive since there was no wi-fi signals and we were not familiar with the area to find any accommodations. We saw some lights up ahead and hoped their was some relief there or we'd be sleeping in the car. Sure glad this hotel popped up pretty much all by itself on I287- seemed like it came out of nowhere. The parking lot was packed so we weren't sure there would be room but we did get one of the las available. Checkin was quick and friendly. Foyer area and stairs very nice setup and modern. Room was great, large with plenty of room to move around, quiet area. Beds and linens super comfy. Breakfast was great also - good variety and nice setup. Friendly staff - breakfast hostess and desk staff. Only thing didn't like (& this is in several hotels) is the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom so no privacy. Direct TV is always difficult to find local channels since no guide in room for local news so had to call front desk as we were concerned about the weather. This was definitely one of our better stops on a 10 day trip - clean, friendly, reasonably priced - definitely recommend.

We stay at this Best Western Henrietta no less than 4 times a year. The staff there are always so kind and polite. If there is ever a problem, they are super quick to respond and find a resolution to the problem. The rooms are very comfortable and clean too. Best Western Henrietta is our go to place to stay when we are in the area.

It was a great motel. Don't get me wrong but there was a promotion going on I was not explained about. I had booked room for 1 night online went in to check in and saw the sign 2 nights get 1 free so I signed up. I was under the impression I'd be staying 3 nights 2 I pay for and 1 free. My family and I don't get out much so this was much needed family time! Welp! Found out I got charged for the 3rd night I explained my situation of when I first got to motel didn't get my free night, no points nothing at all for practically being manipulated like I said we were just going to stay the one night!!! We will not be returning and I'm telling anyone who asks don't go there. We didn't receive fresh towels no clean sheets nothing our experience was horrible

Overall it was a decent hotel for the money. Check-in was fairly quick and the staff was very friendly. We found the hotel to be very clean and that was a plus to us . However, the only issues we had was the breakfast, which needs a few more choices, and the mattresses, which were very hard making them uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area but maybe look at different options for breakfast

My family has stayed at the facility several times in the past, and always had a good experience. Nicely maintained building and grounds, friendly, helpful staff, and breakfast items ranging from hot and filling eggs-biscuits-gravy, and tasty waffles, to lighter fare such as pastries, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. A pleasant stay, and located next to the Pecan Shed, which is an interesting culinary side trip.

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay we will stay at this hotel in the future. Great staff, very clean room nice and quite even though close to the freeway you will always hear the "big" trucks going by with the A/C on it drown out the noise.

Warm, friendly, staff. Location is not too far from next big city, easy access of the hwy. Comfy bed, upgraded bathroom. The gift shop/gas station next door has something for everyone, unique gifts, food and a grill to get dinner. There is nothing else on this exit. Breakfast was hot with plenty of selections from eggs potatoes, bacon, fruit.... I would definitely stay here again

Great Pool really cool in the hot Texas day! However it needs heat in the evening gets a little cold. Staff was great! Breakfast had a large assortment. Really loved the waffles and fruit. Travelling with daughter...was assigned a room with one bed and front desk called and asked if we wanted to change to two beds with no extra charge. Was really easy to make the change.

There were bugs outside. There were also bugs in our room - on the floor and climbing the walls. I realize that this is spring time, but the bugs were gross. Someone else we know stayed the same night we did, and their room was also full of bugs. It was gross.

this hotel is really good and the only place we stay when we visit, the staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and nice, the only complaint is the bed that thing is not comfortable, highly recommend

Like stated in the title, great friendly service, but a little too remote for me. I prefer a place where I can walk or drive a short distance to get a good meal for the night. That being said the staff and the accommodations whee nice. The breakfast was good also.

The personnel here are great, rooms are clean, breakfast pretty good, they are very accommodating and willing to make your stay great. Wish they would bring those cookies back we always enjoyed at check-in. Stay there frequently, very few times has it not been an excellent time.

We were looking for a place to stay on a road trip. We googled hotels near us and called ahead to make sure they had a room. We talked to Linda on the phone and 5 minutes later we found the hotel. She was so nice! She really went above and beyond. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had hot and cold breakfast choices. Linda was so nice we made sure that we stayed there on our way back home on our trip.

Henrietta is a small town with small town friendliness and a nice, newer hotel. The staff were nice, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds comfortable and the price was right. Not many dining choices, but the Pecan Shed next door had a nice deli and great pecans. Nice complimentary breakfast.

Nice hotel. Very clean, and friendly staff. The internet was good and the breakfast was also good. There was only one person working the desk and the breakfast area in the morning so that caused a bit of a delay on both sides. Good place to stay.

Friendly staff always, good price for the stay. We stay Everytime we come through. My son plays in the indoor pool. Staff is nice to him. We like the breakfast ladies. I recommend if you are near Wichita Falls to just stay here.

This hotel is very nice. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was very good and the staff around there was very willing to help you get your breakfast together. Beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Very clean hotel.

Was the best free night I ever spent, was sure glad to use it at this location. Was made to feel like a gold member moving on to bigger and better things with Best Western. Would recommend this area for a nights or weeks stay.

Went down to homecoming game. Have stayed here numerous times. Had room I always get, not too bad, check in was easy, lady done great job, breakfast next morning, not so much anymore, lacking many things we used to have, the lady taking care of breakfast is an awesome person, attends to you like you were the only one there while you have breakfast. Everything about normal except for some amenities that use to be there. We left and went to visit son and wait for game. Game over, we had dinner and then decided to retire for rest of day. Open door, just like we left it, no one showed to clean or resupply necessities. Back to check in I go, got what we needed. Next morning after we went to get breakfast next door, I go to checkout. Mentioned that there was no maid service while we were there, reply I got was "I told them," For someone who has stayed there probably more than anyone else, "I told them.????" Amazing, no I am sorry, will make sure it doesn't happen again, anything we could do to get you to return. Guess I will now be staying in Wichita Falls from now on and making small drive to Henrietta. At least I am sure we will find a place that cleans rooms and has what we were accustomed to.

This is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and down to earth and make every effort to see that you enjoy your stay. The place is kept spotless. The breakfast is top notch. I am a repeat customer and would recommend this place to anyone passing through.

Last minute we decided to stop off in Henriette for the night – there was a bad storm that was already flooding the highways and we had been on road since early that morning. The front desk worker, Linda, could not have been more genuine and helpful. My husband is in a wheelchair and considering the electricity had flickered several times before our arrival, she moved a few rooms around to make certain we were on the first floor in case the electricity went out again and we couldn't get him down the elevator. She, also, took the time to make certain our rewards number was in the system and the most recent promotion had been registered for. Our room was, well, ok. The air conditioner didn't work very well leaving the room humid and stuffy. You could tell it was a well-used room as the furniture and carpet showed notable signs of wear-and-tear. While the room was technically clean, it just didn't have the clean feel you are used to at a Best Western. However, at that point in the evening, beggars couldn't be choosers. Breakfast was enjoyable – there was a nice variation of foods and the attendant (I believe it was Naomi) was a joy to speak with and kept the entire area very clean. Overall, we had a nice experience and the wonderful staff far exceeded any minor room problems that existed.

One of our rooms had an AC unit that did not cool. Staff tried to fix it but with no luck. We were told that there were no fans when problem continued, but were never offered a different room. Manager gave us a 50% refund the next morning, but that did not restore the sleep we lost. Staff was also unable to help us access the hotel wifi, and vending machines were empty, or almost empty by early evening. Paper "Empty" signs taped on by staff indicated that slots had been that way for quite a while. A gang of people and police were in the parking lot overnight and one man and a little girl came running into the lobby, raising concern about hotel security and location. I usually expect above-average service at Best Western, but this hotel was a disappointment.

Very nice folks and super clean. Very comfortable once you came in. Looked spartan on the outside but great bed and good AC. And the cheeseburger next door was the best I have had in years. Highly recommend this motel.

We stay at this hotel every Labor Day weekend. We love it. It is clean, well presented, has a pool and a good breakfast. Plus, value for the money. We always run into a little competition with dove hunters but the hotel does its very best to accommodate us every year. The best place to stay in Henrietta!

THe bedding was inadequate. We asked for a blanket but were told they don't have enough for every room. Would have been miserable if we had not had our own blankets in the car. He breakfast attendant created a very uncomfortable environment by hovering over the tip jar and looking in it frequently.

Excellent customer service. would recommend this facility to family and friends. The person aat the desk was so helpful and eager to help us. Room was very clean. Even though there were people there for the HHH cycle event, you did not hear noise from the hallways of people going back and forth.

The registration clerk on the 3 pm-11 pm shift was an absolute gem. I think her name is Linda and she went above and beyond to help us with our reservations over the phone. She was just as sweet and helpful in person too. The back of the hotel looks out over a ranch and it is so peaceful to wake up in the morning to such a pleasant site. The whole hotel is decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay. If we are traveling near Henrietta again we will definitely stay there.

Nice place, very quiet and very clean, friendly staff and coffee 24/7. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, easy access and easy to get on highway. Next to service station with gift shop and snacks.

Even tho the bed was uncomfortably hard & my credit card was processed before we checked out, the hotel is very clean & the staff is very friendly. I usually change my method of payment at checkout but was not allowed to at this location because my credit card was processed at 4 am.

First of all, the staff is wonderful~~ They make you feel so welcomed. When I got to my room I was impressed with the cleanliness and the size! Very comfortable bed, too!! The breakfast was well stocked and the lady taking care of this was so nice. They even had fresh eclairs!! If you need to find a restaurant, you'll have to drive. There is a little convenience store/gas station next door and they have a bakery, too. I heard they do deli type sandwiches but didn't try that. Parking is plentiful and well lit at night. This is a very quiet and safe property.

During our stay the staff manning the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is strategic in my travels to Colorado and I intend to frequent his hotel in the future.

This hotel is the only place to stay if you are looking to break a long drive across the country. Don't bother with Wichita Falls, as the morning traffic and increased population makes any hotel stay less pleasant, as the morning breakfast is less peaceful, and the traffic first thing in the morning when you head back to the road is frustrating. The employees are all delightful and very helpful, the internet is fast, and the breakfast food and coffee doesn't taste like water or generic fluff. You're welcome.

I highly recommend this location. We stayed here as part of a 4-person motorcycle trip. The entire facility is perfect for the frugal traveler. Excellent customer service. Linda did an excellent job throughout our entire stay. The location is right on the highway so we did not lose time navigating off our planned route.

Nicest BW we have been in this summer. Great value, right on the freeway, we were directed to a great Mexican restaurant and slept soundly. Soft sheets and great pillows amazing mattress King bed. Will definitely stay here again.

The Best Western at Henrietta is a great place to stay. It is located directly next to US 287, with easy on and off access. The rooms were quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it as a great place to stay when traveling through west Texas.

Nothing special - good choice if you just want to rest. I stayed here the night before I traveled in and around Dallas - Ft Worth area and am glad that I did. The hotel is conveniently outside the big cities. If you have traveled all day like I did, rest here to be fresh to drive, navigate, and do business the next day. Much more affordable than city hotels but still not country cheap. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast in morning was typical hotel free breakfast. Staff was friendly. No nice views and not many dining options.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It was clean, modern and affordable. The staff was very friendly and the price is very good. The hotel looks like it was built in the past six months but is over eleven years old! If you need a hotel near Henrietta, TX you can't go wrong with this one!

This hotel has spacious well appointed rooms. All of the employees we had contact for very welcoming and extremely helpful. The lady at the front desk readily provided recommendations for dining when we checked in. In the morning the breakfast at the hotel was very good and the lady taking care of the breakfast area was fantastic.

We were traveling from San Antonio to Albuquerque and found this great hotel and a great price as well! The service was great, and the breakfast fare was generous and varied for most tastes. The rooms were very clean and large, even for our 3 adults and 2 children. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had along trip back from south Texas and we're not feeling good. Luckily some decided to build this place not only offering good $88 deal but comfortable, clean rooms. We greatly appreciate the team that works there.

We were heading to Palo Duro Canyon from Houston and felt this was a nice stopping place. The overall cleanliness was great. Staff were very helpful in finding a place to have dinner. Everthing was really good but the bed was a little hard...

How do you tell people that the hotel staff went out of their way for myself and my wife. We had driven for more than 12 hours and 600 miles to get to my sons retirement ceremony from the army. Check in was fast and the clerk walked us to our room to make sure everything was good. she even helped carry some of our luggage. The morning breakfast was outstanding. Check out was fast also. We will use best Western every chance we get.

The appearance of the hotel along with the ease of finding and getting to this location were great. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure my family had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit in this area.

We stayed here for 2 days and the front personnel was so helpful I wish I had written down her name! Also, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely rate the hotel a 9! This is not the first time we have stayed here and the service has been the same each time!

Hotel quality and cleanliness is very good. Exercise room and hot tub/pool were used by our family group, and both were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was quite good, with a variety of items to satisfy all the picky eaters in our group, and the attendant was attentive and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. The Pecan Shed, next door, is good for lunch and novelties.

I have only good things and experiences with this BEST WESTERN. The meal (breakfast) was well rounded and a very good and diversified selection. The coffee machine was exelent, the waffle was very good as were the bagels and cream cheese....

The family enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and courtesy of the staff. It is conveniently located. Those needing special accommodation (first floor as opposed to second) were available and afforded as requested.

We drive to Henrietta to stay at this hotel when all activities are in Wichita Falls because the staff here are so nice and the hotel is so clean. The breakfast are also good and staff very helpful. Worth the extra miles!

The stay was great! If you are looking for non smoking family friendly and courteous place to stay BW is the place. After staying with them for several nights in a row in different cities I just fell in love with the experience every time.

This is a great place to stay and well worth the price. The room are clean and the staff is great. The pecan lodge next door is a great place to visit as well. I have stayed here two times in the past year and had a terrific experience both times.

Tried a BW for the first time in years and found it to be a very good experience. The breakfast could have been a little better, more choices. I will say what was available was good for the cost of the room. Inside and outside was very clean and well maintained.

Based on the great reviews I chose this hotel for a quick overnight stay while passing through. I expected a much newer, nicer and cleaner hotel than it actually was. First of all the air was off when we got into our room and it was hot and had a musty mildewed smell to it. The carpet was old and dated and looked like it could use a good cleaning. The TV was old and the picture quality was dim and hard to see, even after I attempted to adjust the controls. There are very few channels to choose from anyway so it didn't matter that much. The wifi is free but it is spotty at best and was continually going out. The beds were rock hard and I didn't sleep well because they hurt my back so bad. Oh and the view from our room was amazing! You could see the deserted trashy old RV parked in the field behind the hotel along with all the other trash around it. The free continental breakfast was decent and they had waffle makers where you could make your own waffles, which was pretty cool. The breakfast bagels, danishes and muffins were about the size of a donut hole and were stale. As for the coffee machine; it was an odd little machine that you would expect soda to pour out of instead of coffee. It tasted pretty good though. The onsite "gym" had an elliptical machine that worked, sorta, a recumbent bike and a treadmill, which wasn't working at all. All in all I wouldn't stay here again because it's not worth the price you pay. My suggestion is to go further up the road to Wichita Falls and fork out the extra $30.00 to stay at a Holiday Inn.

Food needs to be hot, coffeemaker needs to work 24/7,beds need padding or something. Internet too slow. Staff was really friendly. They did say they was sorry for the coffeemaker. Its the only hotel in town

We stayed here on our way to and from The Grand Canyon. Great hotel and we loved Linda who was so accommodating to us. She is the best! The only complaint I have is the water. It stinks and doesn't taste good....so take bottled water to drink. All in all a great place!

Landed here around 10 PM on a Friday night, returning home from a trip to Colorado. It was not a designed destination, but rather good stopping place before road fatigue got the better of me. Room was stuffy, and air was stale when I arrived (A/C off). But even on low cool, the A/C unit freshened up the room and had it comfortable in 10 minutes. Beds were comfortable, pillows nice, and room layout was spacious. Room was quite, and I was able to sleep well and recuperate for the next leg of my journey home. Didn't really check any of the amenities as I hit the road early. Breakfast was a little subpar, but not unacceptable. In West Texas, towns are few and far in-between. You can easily find yourself stuck sleeping in your car at a roadside rest stop, with few to no options if you miscalculate. Best Western was a refreshing stop. Trust me, you could do far, far worse.

I must add here the staff is excellent will go out of their way to accommodate you. The eating places are very near and one can have verity of choices. Rooms are well decorated and very clean, Although the town is small but this place is wonderful to spend a night or two.

Henrietta Inn & Suites was our go to stop when traveling Hwy 287 both North and South. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and very quiet. It is easy on, easy off the highway. The staff members are very personal and professional. Breakfast is available in the morning which includes cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, assortments of breads, juice, milk, and good coffee.

I do not know how a hotel that has a room sold does not put the air conditioning on! We stayed there last Monday night. We drove all day from Denver and arrived at 10pm. The heat index that day was 100* after being in the car for 689 miles you do not expect to get to the hotel and it take 2 hours for the room to cool down. I was appalled. We did not sleep well and had to get up and drive another 600 miles. Will not go back.

We stopped one night after a long drive, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable which allowed us to get the rest we expected. The parking lot is convenient , next door there is a small restaurant and a gift shop which sells delicious texan made sweet and salted nuts. Henrietta city center is 5 minutes drive and as far as we have seen, it does not offer that much, anyway we were very tired and just got a Subway sandwitch . Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast offered a limited choice but was decent.

Breakfast stops at 9 am which is unacceptable, especially on a Sunday morning. We thought it was like all other hotels and got there a few minutes before 9 and the staff was busy picking up things. We got a couple of bagels and I asked if she had already picked up the butter and she said "breakfast is over!" We left the bagels and checked out. The front staff was also rude. Pillows were horrible but the room was nice and clean. Not sure if we would stay there again or not.

We now plan our trips to Baton Rouge around a stay at this hotel. The staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. The breakfast is awesome. The location is easy to get to off Hwy 87. Highly recommend it.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean; overall, it was a great stay! It was also more reasonably priced than any of the hotels in Witchita Falls. The miniature horses next door were so cute! And they have free breakfast with waffles that are shaped like the state of TX. The breakfast itself was delicious too. It's in the middle of nowhere, however it was a super delightful stay and I'm glad we stopped here. We plan to stay here again if we ever come back through.

Stayed one night last week and was really surprised. Room was squeaky clean and HUGE. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was very good and Naomi in the food area was the nicest lady I've ever met!!!! Check out was easy as well. I realized that I had left my pillow in the room 24 hours later and when I stopped by to get it, they actually had it waiting for me. I was in complete shock and forever grateful. (Was an expensive pillow). Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Breakfast was the best part!

We spent the night here before going to Nacona to tour the baseball glove factory. We enjoyed every bit of the stay. The front desk lady was friendly offered places to get good food, directions, and said to check out the Pecan Shed next door. We had just come in from 2 days a Winstar and had had the senior free buffef, let me say the free breakfast at this hotel was better than Winstar's and Namoi the "lunch room lady" was so friendly and helpful. The whole experience was great. The room was huge and very comfortable. If you need a place to stay this is it.

Pleasant surprise, the hotel was a stop over on the way to Estes Park, Colorado. I found the staff at the desk and at breakfast, to be helpful and courteous. The hotel was well appointed and my rooms were spacious. I say "rooms", because I stopped here on my return trip.

We have stayed here twice now. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are great. We did enjoy the indoor pool too. The Pecan Shop just next door is a fantastic place to buy a treat. If you like visiting casinos, there are two just up the road a bit.

The BW Henrietta is a beacon of warm welcomes and good breakfasts on a long road north from Dallas. Clean, friendly, and with a newly redone pool, it is a great place to rest at the end of the day. The rooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds. Gas at a good price is next door at the Pecan Shack.

Friendly staff rooms are clean although there is pasture land all around so the insect issue is higher than most. I actually got bit by a centipede while sleeping. But was ok. The location is easy access from the highway. Indoor pool and hottub is in working order. The exercise room only has one treadmill and one elliptical machine. There is a bike machine but it is broken.

Excellent hotel, used for whole wedding party. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. All our needs were met and then some unexpected things were were taken care of in a heart beat. as in need for an additional room. Easy to get in and out of. And the Pecan Shed next door is great. Best sleep I have had in a long time.

Not a lot of eating choices, but did try a burger at the country store next to motel and good. Some high on rate, but be sure and join rewards program. Would stay again and recommend.

We chose this hotel as we were attending a funeral in Henrietta. From our first contact with the hotel, we were impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. They really seem to care about people and doing a good job. This is a basic three star hotel. Nothing fancy. The property is very clean and was very quiet during our stay. Our rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The decor is a little dated; however, it is well maintained. The breakfast is adequate. The staff again was quite good, friendly, and willing to assist. Location is very close to US 287 and there is a gas station/gift shop/sandwich stop next door to the hotel. Overall, it is a good value for your money.

Every employee was friendly and professional. The front desk and breakfast attendants took a personal interest in helping us. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful curving staircase from the lobby to the second floor.

We drove through on the way back from Mount Pleasant. We decided to stop cause weed been driving all day. Everywhere we stopped either looked questionable or there was nowhere to park a trailer. Google routed us to this Best Western in Henrieta which was a bit off of our route (by abt 5 miles) and thankfully they had a Vacancy. Literally 1 Vacancy! I was desperatly wanting to stop and was thankful to find this hotel. It was clean. Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful. Nice travel stop right next door. Only downfall was noone delivers, not even pizza! Not BestWesterns fault though!

Excellent stop halfway from Louisiana to Colorado. Easy access with a cute gas station/store connected to the parking lot.Non "trucker" friendly parking limits it to families and single vehicles. the facility has a beautiful curved open stairway to the second floor, my wife avoids elevators and I have never seen a feature such as this. Very close to Wichita Falls, but located by itself where there is no road noise. Now on our list for a great nights stay!

Rooms were very, very, very clean. Staff was very friendly Hotel was a good price Pool area Missed having a business center to print off my boarding passes but I am sure the amenities were clear in the booking. I am just used to staying where there is a business center.

Very clean, very friendly, and I liked the breakfast! I wish it had been open later into the morning, though. Exceeded my expectations for a small town Best Western! I read that many people comment positively on the breakfast burrito served at the store next door----my experience there was not as good. Stick with the Texas shaped waffle served at the Best Western breakfast! be a use of recent windy weather, there were only about 4 networks available on the TV----the satellite repair person hadn't come to fix yet. The kids in our group enjoyed the indoor pool.

the Hotel and staff were just fine everything was clean and fairly new, typical breakfast. The Hotel was super clean i will say that.The only issue i had was the reservation system and me having to do it 3 times over a two month period. I travel alot for both biz and pleasure so me not spending extra time on reservations is a huge deal to me. Fix it folks

Very large room, very clean, quite, easy to get in and out, breakfast needed more items, it was hot. Since it's at a small town there is nothing around it. There a small store next door had a good burrito for breakfast. Staff very friendly. Cable was good, pool was clean.

My gripe about this hotel is the breakfast and the comfort of the mattresses has gone downhill. Have stayed here for a number of years and the mattress quality has gone downhill quite a lot over the years.

I was looking forward to staying in the hotel. Got a great deal on 2 rooms. Both were large - wife and I in one room and kids in another. Next day, I decided we all can fit in 1 room. Found out that there were no spare sheets or blankets in the room for the hide-a-bed, nor were any spare blankets to be had throughout the hotel. Further, the hotel had Directv but only got 4 channels. At times the staff at the front desk appeared to be overworked and understaffed which may be why they were rude.

$90 a night for a motel is a little steep, however, the rooms were very clean, nice amenities for a motel and the customer service was excelent. Only down draw was the free breakfast, we all passed on that. I would definitely stay here again if going to be in the area.

We stayed here both on our way to and from a recent trip. We found the rooms to be very clean and very nice - a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the little couch to watch tv. We used the coffee maker and the little refrigerator provided as well. We didn't find a guide to the tv channels, but then we didn't ask - they probably would have given us one. We just channel surfed. We cannot rate the breakfast because we didn't eat there. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. Incidentally, the Pecan Shed which is right next to the hotel was a great place to fill up with gas and shop decadent pecan treats and gift items. They also make a mean hamburger and breakfast burrito.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The quality of rooms was very good. The quality of the breakfast was very good. The location is right off the freeway and has a gas station and Pecan Shed convenience store adjacent to the hotel which was nice.

a little overpriced. The breakfast eggs are the rubbery discs that Hampton Inn serves. That's why I don't go there anymore. Staff needs to be trained how to deal with unruly guests. The parking lot pight flood some of the rooms all night.

I never write hotel reviews (this is the 2nd in my life), but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel has motivated me. Hotel is in great condition, rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is very good...but the staff are excellent.

The Best Western is the only option in Henrietta, TX, so we frequently stay there when visiting family. However, it's also a very good option right off of the highway, with very helpful staff. The hotel is comfortable, the free continental breakfast has lots of options, and there's a gym and a pool. All in all, a great option!

This was a trip for business and my wife went with me and this was a nice clean hotel, the employees greeted us when we walked in and treated us with utmost courtesy. The room was clean and nice and breakfast the next morning was great.

stay there almost every year once or twice. awesome when new. now, seems like they don't care. Hotel is probably worth $45/night, but they charge $100+. I stay there because it is just a couple of miles where i visit family, or i'd surely go elsewhere.

Very dry and warm after an, evening of fighting ice and snowy road conditions. started to rain so pulled in, good location easy on and easy back, got a very good nights sleep in a large well keep room, had a good breakfast with hot coffee and well prepared foods.

Best Western can be hit or miss with quality and renovation. This hotel in Henrietta was newer and nicer than most. The free breakfast was good an the wifi worked well. The staff was enjoyable and the check out was a breeze.

Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast a little of everything, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, toast, english muffins, coffee, juice. Service station and a little store next door. The store serves hamburgers and bar b q so you do not need to go to far to get dinner.

The rooms here are larger than normal, and the place seems new. Very clean. Get a room on the south side which looks over a large green pasture. North side rooms have trains every 30 minutes. The breakfast is pretty normal, which is sufficient.

If you stay here, ask for a room on the south side: all windows open to green quiet pasture; the north side has a train running by every 30 minutes, all night long. Big room in comparison to other Best Westerns; very clean, looked new; one complaint: they put FOX NEWS on a very low channel number and did not carry MSNBC at all. This is unacceptable in a hotel catering to travelers from all over the country. I will not stay here again.

Great hotel. Quiet rooms. I had one of my best nights of sleep. The hotel staff was very friendly. They worked hard to find us the perfect room for our stay. This hotel is next to the Pecan Shed which is a big plus. They had a great hamburger for a decent price. Easy on and off the highway. Will stay here again.

I had driven past several hotels/motels in Witchita, Tx and did not see one I would like to stay in. I entered Henrietta, Tx and saw the Best Western, looked very clean and well lighted. I had been driving since 0600 from Colorado and it was now about 9pm Texas. I was very tired. I checked in at a very reasonable rate to a very clean, large room. I slept on a soft bed with several pillows. In the morning I had a light breakfast and was well rested for the continuation of my drive to Houston, Texas.

Was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, smelled fresh and the A/C worked great. We have stayed in this hotel twice in the past month. If the need arises, we would stay here again. It is close enough to Witchita Falls for convenience, but out of town so it was quiet and not as busy.

They always make sure they have a room for me. I travel alot in the area and my schedule is never the same or pedictable. But i can usally call and they have never failed to help me out. The rooms are always very clean and neat. Can not remember a single problem in all of the time i have stayed here.

We had a long day ahead of us and scheduled this hotel for our night-- this was a good decision as we ran later than we expected but our room was still reserved. The door opened to the room and it was a moldy smell but within moments of the AC being on, that was cleared right out and even though we have family members with strong mold allergies, nobody was bothered. The room was clean, the staff pleasant-- but if a food item is out-speak up! We did not because a staff member had been out and noted the eggs were out-- and because we waited-- they cleared away without ever refilling the eggs-- and our 3 yr old who had been waiting patiently did not get the ONE item on the breakfast he can eat. So, DO speak up because if you do not, they will not refill even if it is 30 minutes before breakfast is to end. But the area was quiet, and the hotel was clean and the staff nice. Our experience was good beyond the one error.

This was a great hotel, and would stay here again. Rooms were very clean, service was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and so was the service. Also the bed and piliow were great. i slept like a baby.

The Hotel was fairly new, clean and quiet. The rooms are huge and have a frige and MW. Internet was OK. Beds were comfortable. Try to get a room on the backside of the Hotel as there are RR tracks across the HGWY and the engineer LOVES to blow that very loud horn!

We enjoyed staying and the room was very clean. The staff were helpful in every way possible. The late night arrival was no problem and there was plenty of parking for a big rig. This is a great hotel just off of 287 -- easy to access and quite lovely overall. The room was a wonderful value. Thank you.

Plain. Clean. Good price. Easy on/off. Not as noisy as many of the hotels along 287 where you hear the trucks all night long. If you don't feel a need to have a room overlooking the parking lot and your vehicle, ask for a room on the back side. The backside rooms are quieter and have a nice bucolic view. Breakfast if fine but nothing special. Decent wifi that seems a bit stronger if you are located closer to the office. The staff is nice and generally remembers me as I pass through several times a year. Next door is a clean gas station (Pecan Shed) with competitive prices. You have to drive somewhere to get dinner or else you should plan to pick up something before you get there.

This is a great facility at a good rate if your planning on using such amenities as the in-door swimming pool, exercise room and/or hot tub, if not then another choice next door in Wichita Falls would probably be pertinent. The staff are very friendly here and the rooms are very comfortable.

We would stay here again if we're in the area and need to stop for the night. The staff was friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and had fridge and microwave. The hotel does have a little age and the only way that we could tell was the lobby carpet smelled a little musty. All in all, the stay was great and comfortable.
