Best Western Adelaide Airport

Room was very clean. Service was great. Stopped at the restaurant for dinner on 2 nights. Our hostess DIANA was the most amazing lady EVER. She was given a lot of crap from another guest on the first night, which was unacceptable as she was the only hostess working. We were in no hurry, so went with the flow. The Malaysian Satay was incredible. She recommended the Shiraz ... AMAZING. Two nights later ... our final night, Diana could not have been more delightful. This AMAZING lady recommended a Malaysian dish. We ordered and could not have been more happy. We will be back again in the future just to catch up with a lady who is the salt if the earth. Good location, huge rooms, free on-site, outdoor parking, good free wifi, clean and comfy bed! Only reason I couldnt give 5 stars is pulling luggage up a flight of stairs to my room in the rain was not easy or pleasant! Definitely recommend this hotel if needing a room near the airport!

In fact, surprisingly quiet from both airport and highway noise. The check in procedure was quick, easy and efficient and the reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 1 bed apartment and really appreciated the extra privacy and space of the courtyard area. The kitchenette equipment was good quality, consisted of all the essentials and, most importantly, was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping… thank you! What a great team! Super friendly and exceptionally thorough. Very professional! The standout would have to be the bathroom. Probably one of the best showers you'll experience in any hotel anywhere in the world. And the underfloor heating was an added bonus - very much appreciated on cold Adelaide mornings. Thanks Best Western for a comfortable, peaceful and conveniently located stay. Thoroughly recommend!

No need to stay anywhere else after a long flight. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Effortless check in without the stress. The shower head and pressure is amazing (just the pick me up I needed) Admin lady is always so pleasant.

Good motel with very clean and tidy rooms with heated bathroom floors! Onsite restaurant was very handy as there is no eateries in walking distance of the motel. Very close to the airport

Very comfortable beds and pillows, room and bathroom has everything you would need, very close to the airport, friendly staff, and the restaurant was very good too. Good range of options on the menu and generous servings.

This hotel is NOT near the airport. You can see the planes take off from across the road but a shuttle costing $14 is required to get to the airport. No breakfast is included in the $184 room cost. Room clean etc

Perfect for airport drop offs and pickups We stayed 1 night in the the 3 bedroom house with a young family, (3 kids under 8yrs) everything we needed for an overnight stay was there, with a small backyard to give them some outside playtime. Everything clean & tidy well layed out

Had a pleasant stay at BW Adelaide airport, the lady at reception was most helpful in organising the bus transfer to airport, had dinner at the restaurant which was great. I had a room out front which I thought might be noisy due to traffic, but I had no trouble sleeping. I walked across the road to the DFO complex and had a nice quiet breakfast there. The beds were comfortable with different pillows to choose from and shower great. I had an overall pleasant stay and would book there again.

Very comfortable, inexpensive accommodation. Quiet and near the airport. If needed, request a ground level room as there is no lift.

First time at this airport hotel. For a hotel airport it's outside the airport area, but a shuttle is available for a cost, the rooms are small but modern, clean, comfortable, sound proofed, shower hot, good wifi connection, Friendly welcome. Big big plus - a stainless steel kettle. Thank you thank you thank you. my reviews always target places that provide plastic kettles rather than stainless steel

There's no doubt that the modern airport hotel is a thing of great convenience. However, there's a price to be paid for this, and sometimes near enough is good enough. Unless you have a near-bottomless corporate expense account, sometimes you just want to save a few dollars and spend them somewhere else on your journey. It wasn't that long ago, in 2018, that Adelaide opened its first airport hotel, the 165-room Atura. It was the first in the country to be connected directly to a terminal building. However, I've found another perfectly acceptable property within spitting distance of Adelaide airport. I worked out that you'd save at least $50 on a room here compared to the Atura. The Best Western is a clever and sensible conversion of a classic old motel into a comfortable modern accommodation within easy reach of the terminal. The former beige-brick 1970s Aviator's Lodge reopened in August 2024 as the thoroughly refreshed Best Western Adelaide Airport, falling into the ‘mid-scale' range of accommodation. Yes, it's outside the airport precinct but easily accessible by public transport or a dedicated shuttle at a reasonable extra cost. ($14pp or $20/couple). A lunchtime Uber is about $14. My room (9) was also an accessible suite. It was large and comfortable, with everything you could possibly want for a brief overnight pre-flight stay. Double-glazed windows and soundproof doors ensured the room stayed quiet. The superbly comfortable bed, massive flat-screen TV, hot shower, minifridge, and breakfast and bar were just a hop and a jump across the driveway. The restaurant menu offers generous pub-style dishes at reasonable prices. Steaks, pizzas, burgers, and chicken are featured, along with local wines and Coopers Ale on tap. What else could you want? In almost 30 years of staying at and reviewing hotels, the thing that often lingers in my memory beyond the carpet and wall hangings is the quality of the staff and the warm feelings they leave you with long after you've checked out. This was certainly the case with the Best Western Adelaide Airport, and I want to thank ever-cheery Millie and her team for a most pleasant stay.

I've stayed in this motel for many years with so many different names. The convenience is perfect for me. Early shuttle to airport and last minute shopping at harbour town. For me a good walking distance. I tried the Angus burger which was a little expensive for me but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's basic but clean and staff are very friendly. Hopefully it doesn't go up in price or have a special for regulars. Do yourself a favour and give it a try.

We had a very comfortable stay prior to flying out early the next morning. Just around the corner from Adelaide Airport. Big shout out to the manager, Tammy, who went the extra mile! There is the beach, some eateries, and some overflow stores nearby.

Good room, fairly basic, comfortable, clean, quiet despite the location, a little expensive for what it is but a handy location. Restaurant on site which I have not tried but would be handy as there is not much else in the vicinity. Worthwhile for the location.

A great option if you're looking for accommodation close to Adelaide Airport and the CBD. The airport shuttle is so handy and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and rooms, especially the bathroom, were spick and span. Loved the breakfast packs too.

8 minutes from Airport I can't recommend this motel high enough. A Wow motel. Check-in done very easily The room has beenupdatedbrandnew - a king bed with Kitchenette and a court yard. The bed was like sleeping on a soft, fuffly cloud, so comfortable. Court yard to yrslf. The bathroom was large, and spacious shower would fit 2 people. Water pressure is great. Hot showers very welcoming. The restaurant that is with the motel was amazing, and the service was impeccable.The menu is small but everything that came out looked delicious. Our steak was cooked perfectly, Salad was very fresh, chips hot, crunchy, and didn't overtake the plate. Duck spring rolls hot crispy delicious. I'm absolutely glad we didn't overlook coming here. The Chef and the lovely lady working there together did an amazing job. Thank you

The beds are super comfortable. I arrived after 6pm so I had to do a late check-in. It was easy and quick. The room was really clean, the bed big and comfortable. The food was delicious too. The staff was very helpful & friendly. I will definitively come back on my next trip.

The Hosts and staff of this motel were amazing, they were so welcoming and accommodating for our short stay. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and outside our room was a lovely area where we could sit and enjoy our lunch & relax. There is vending machines for drinks & snacks and a restaurant for dinner. The location is perfect for the airport and harbour town while we went for a short stroll to West Beach. The option to book a direct shuttle bus to the airport is another bonus! I would totally recommend this motel to all travellers including families.

The room is clean and tidy with crisp sheets and good pillows, I slept well. The complex is well maintained by Bev and her husband who care about their guests. I walked over to Harbour Town quite easily for some shopping and the airport shuttle dropped me off at 5am to catch my flight.

The Parador was a fabulous place to stay so close to the airport. My room was exquisitely clean, very quiet and tastefully decorated. The bed was heaven, so comfortable. The manager has a new commuter bus to transfer you to the airport for a very minimal fee. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant meals. I travel frequently for work and this would have to be one of the best accommodation I have stayed for its quiet rooms, most comfortable beds and impecable cleanliness.

I chose the parador in based on their reviews and I have to say, it didn't disappoint. This inn looks more like a cute boutique city getaway hotel than an airport overnight stay. Staff is friendly, welcoming and pay attention to details. Room is clean and modern. There's UPVC double glazing windows and doors for sound and thermal insulation. They even have an EV charger. This place is very well looked after. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but the "just-out-of-the-oven" croissant was amazing. Can't wait to come back!

Worst travel experience of my life. Arrived at 8.00pm on Friday, and was met with the opposite of hospitality. A man at the desk who was incredibly annoyed that I tried to tell him I had been told food would be available. He abused and shouted at me and told me to leave. So I did. Called a cab, and managed to secure a room at the Atura Hotel at the airport. Total hospitality there. Chalk and cheese!

Beautiful room presentation and not far from the Airport and Harbour Town . Very clean and a amazing comfy bed. Room 7 nice a quiet but no view out to front area but Window out to lawn area which needs a bit of ❤️ but overall ok. And secure gate at night which is great for your car and your safety .
