    « Great hotel! »

I've stayed here multiplw times for business purposes. Service is always great, all staff is attentive and pleasant. Breakfast good, several options. Most comfortable beds I've slept on at a hotel. No issues with the internet.

« Good place to stay! »

Baraboo is not very large. We chose the Best Western-baraboo to stay in overnight. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. Their breakfast was pretty typical buffet styled food. It did taste good though. If in the area, I will stay there again.

« Nice conference held at Best Western Baraboo Inn »

We held our annual meeting at the Best Western Baraboo Inn and were amazed at how helpful the staff were in not only accommodating our conference, but going out of their way to make it better - for instance, by providing a speaker phone so one of our board members could join us remotely, and making sure we had plenty of coffee to get through our proceedings.

    « Hiking trip »

Request top floor room as we were on the main floor and you could hear the people above us walking around. Really noisy!! Were woken up at midnight and early in the morning. Other than that the hotel was great.

    « Great stay »

Was in the area for a girls volleyball tournament and the whole team stayed here. The girls had a great time in the pool area. The rest of us had a great time in the bar lounge area since it was St Patricks Day. Only issue was subjs in a room down the hall were obviously smoking pot in their room because the whole hallway reeked of it. Not really something the hotel has control over though. Heard the breakfast area was good but didn't get to enjoy it because our driver was in such a rush to get to the first game of the day.

    « Awesome! »

On monday Daniel at the front desk welcomed me in. He was super helpful and polite and told me about when breakfast was. When I got to my room it was amazing and when I looked in the bathroom it was so clean!!! I have been to so many hotels and by far this was one of the cleanest bathrooms in a hotel I have ever used. I also on wednesday night wanted a drink but the bar was closed. Daniel was working again and told me there was a festival down the street. If you stay here I know for certain any questions Daniel will have answers. He is a great face for the hotel and I would for sure stay again!! 10/10 would reccomend a room here!

    « Nice & Clean »

We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor in the annex which is not elevator accessable. A little inconvenient for folks in their 70's, but still a nice, clean room. We've stayed there several times over the years and have only had one bad experience with a soiled toilet and were moved to another room. It's the nicest hotel in Baraboo. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Front desk staff are super nice and polite. ?? biscuits and gravy.

    « Solid hotel »

We are a family of 4, with two little kids. We stayed here one night before meeting up with family in the Dells. There was a hockey team and a wedding staying at this hotel while we were there but the noise levels were fine. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but the water was hot. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids after the long drive. The breakfast room was busy the next morning, and a little chaotic but the food was hot and delicious. I would stay here again.

« Clean room, good breakfast »

Stayed here while in town for business. Room was nice and clean, hotel lobby, elevator, and hallways were clean and in good repair. Desk clerk was friendly and eager to offer advice on local places to eat. The breakfast was exceptionally good as well, the scrambled eggs tasted like eggs and had the texture of eggs, not fluffed up and watery like many other hotels. The sausage patties were fully cooked to a crispy brown, not slightly cooked and swimming in grease as is often the case at other hotels. I stayed the first two nights at the Holiday Inn up the road in Wisconsin Dells, wished I had spent the entire time here. I'll know where to stay if I come to service our customer here again!

    « Value Accommodations »

This Best Western is a bit of an older hotel, but its clean and in good shape. It looks as if it may have been remodeled at some point in the not so distant past. Rooms are on the smaller side though I'd day it was the standard for back whenever this hotel was built. Overall, not a very exciting or contemporary option (I don't think those exist in Baraboo), but with clean, comfortable hotel rooms at less than $100 a night, it's a great value. All of the employees I encountered were pleasant to deal with and proactively helpful. Breakfast had the standard hotel breakfast offerings: cereal, waffle iron, yogurt, pasties, but it was on the better side for a hotel in this price range.

    « Convenient, comfortable, affordable. »

Baraboo is a great community to explore! Wisconsin Dells and Devil's Lake is very near, 10 miles away. The West Baraboo Best Western is a perfect family hotel with all ammenities needed for a fun weekend get-a-way !

« great place to stay a few nights »

We really enjoyed the suite, it was clean and comfortable and with a nice Jacuzzi for 2 people. The temperature was difficult to control. Breakfast was pretty good, I liked the coffee very much. All in all I would recommend this place ...good value

    5
    « Very pleased »

When we go skiing to Wisconsin, we always stay at Best Western in Baraboo. Friendly atmosphere, helpful and attentive personnel, clean & quiet room, good breakfast with a lot of choices. Good value. We find ourselves at home.

    5
    « Great customer service. »

Front desk employees were enthusiastically full of answers about things to do around town and in the dells with a smile on their face. Pool was heated and the hot tub was well taken care of. The attached restaurant had good food. The bar tender doubled as live music with his significant other. They did an excellent job. They karaoke on Saturdays. The town is beautiful. Old yet taken care of structures. All a good time!

« The Very Best Hotel within a 50 mile radius »

I have stayed in over 20 locations in the same area as the Best Western in Baraboo, WI. I have NEVER found a hotel that is better. EVER!!!. The staff is incredible. The rooms are ALWAYS clean. The service is great. I really enjoy their complimentary breakfast. It has a very large selection for a complimentary breakfast. It is always clean and the actually open earlier in the mornings during the week for people who have to leave early. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are always clean. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. Housekeeping does a top-notch job. The have a place to eat onsite, Bonzo's. The food and drinks are great. Bottom line, if you are staying anywhere near Portage, Lodi, Baraboo, Reedsburg or Wisconsin Dells; YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY GIVE THE BEST WESTERN IN BARABOO A CHANCE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

« This place is great! »

Big fluffy towels, hot water, giant shower head. Lots of choices for breakfast, hot oatmeal with toppings, plus eggs and sausage one day and bacon the next. Things were replenished quickly when they ran out. (We were a large group) Customer service arrived quickly and smiling to take care of a toilet issue. Took care of it immediately and was very pleasant and friendly. Everything was clean. Would definitely recommend this place!

    5
    « Great value »

Stayed for one night while traveling through to Rochester. Thinking we may need to come back and do some of the tourist items around town and would stay again at hotel. One of the best value hotels I've been to in a long time. Gone are the good ole days but this reminds you a little of them.

    4
    « Nice hotel »

This Best Western was a nice property. It was clean, on a main road, had a bar slash restaurant attached to it, plenty of parking. My king room was very nice. Bed very comfortable. I experienced no problems and that's how I like it when I business travel. If you're coming through town, I'd recommend staying here.

    5
    « Great stay »

We stayed here for the 1st time to visit the Wisconsin Dells and attend a concert. Our room was very clean and well appointed, breakfast was hot and had a good selection. I would recommend this hotel based on value and closeness to the Dells

    4
    « Our Winter STay »

We have visited in this area several times and in the winter we come for the Christmas festival so to speak. Holiday craft show and the town is very Christmasy. The hotel was quite comfortable and the value was great. The front desk person was very helpful. I would stay here again.

  • 5
    « good experience »

will stay again very helpful and kind. They went out of there way to make my stay one of the best. I have already recommended this motel. The manager was right there working right along with the staff and he went out of his way as well to help costumers.

    5
    « staff »

Tom was such a polite helpful professional when we checked in, he helped with all our questions and needs. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here and I for sure will be staying again. It is very close to everything in the Dells.

    4
    « Baraboo Business Trip »

Price and amenities all good. The place was quiet and centrally located in the town. It had a bar/restaurant connected to the place so I could get a bite to eat without going out in the cold. The breakfast was fine

    4
« Nice place for a good price »

We stay here every year for opening weekend hunting. We are a group of 4 to 5 people. The staff is always friendly and the service is always good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This year we used the pool and hot tub for the first time and it was clean and enjoyable.

    5
« Vacation stay for Devil's Lake visit »

My wife and I stayed at the hotel two nights for a trip to Devil's Lake State Park and were thoroughly impressed with the quality and cost effectiveness of this hotel. Highly recommended. Polite staff. Clean room. Nice location.

    5
« Should Be Rated As A Best Western "Plus" Hotel »

Great location in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Exception front desk service personnel, Indoor Pool and Fitness Room, Great Breakfast, Fast Internet, Comfortable and Very Clean Rooms, Even though this Hotel is not a Plus Hotel it should be rated as a Best Western Plus!

    3
« Okay while passing through the area »

Decent stay while passing through. Highway noise was very loud while trying to get to sleep. Room was average, nothing special but fine for a one night stay. There was decent variety at breakfast. The hotel restaurant was a loud bar, so we walked down the street to another restaurant.

    5
    « Very Accommodating »

I am a traveling nurse and greatly appreciate the consideration given to me, both financially and for accommodation. I work overnights and so sleep during the day. They don't have a problem for me to check in when my shift is done about 8a or check out on my way to work at 6:30p. I was given a room on the 3rd floor and at the back of the hotel to help keep it as quiet for my daytime sleeping as possible. The room/bed were clean and comfortable. I have already made future reservations for more days when I need to sleep before going back to work.

    5
« Best motel in Baraboo Wi »

We like consistency. This property always has rooms that are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to be helpful. The rates are reasonable. Breakfasts are very good. Over the years we have stayed at this motel more than a dozen times.

    4
« Very Reasonable, Clean, Easy In & Out »

Just stayed one night, but it was just what we needed and the rate was very reasonable. It was easy to find and get into and out of. It was very quiet sleeping! The man who checked us in was great. Recommend it.

  • 5
    « Very Nice »

We had a nice evening and breakfast was good too. The room was set close to the entrance as requested , due to mobility issues. It was a little crowded at breakfast , but that is to be expected on a weekend with several activity groups staying there. We ended up eating in the room, but that is fine with us. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

    5
    « Friendly in Baraboo »

Probably the best Best Western I've stayed in. Friendly staff, Personable and Knowledgeable. Hotel is very clean and well upkept. Nice pool with jacuzzi. Restaurant with bar. Free breakfast was very popular. A lot of guests enjoyed the big spread of breakfast goodies.

    5
« Best for sure at BWBaraboo!! »

« Trip north to the dells. »

I stayed at the Best Western in Baraboo. The hotel revenovation has been completed. It is very nice, color schemes pleasing. The staff is very pleasant and go out of their way to please the guests. I highly recommend this hotel, it is close to the Dells, Casino, and shopping in Lake Delton.

    5
    « Enjoyable Stay! »

Front Desk Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant/Bar Manager was also very friendly and provided great service. The rooms and overall facilities were very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Will stay here next time I plan a trip to the area.

    5
    « Fantastic »

Overall experience staying at this hotel was satisfactory. Only complaint would be is the bathroom is a little snug and mattress seemed a little wore down. Other than that, the location was good and served our needs, food breakfast, quiet, good breakfast, and kids liked the pool.

    4
    « Comfortable »

Our stay was acceptable. Rooms clean and comfortable. Overall, location was good but this facility itself could use updating. It looks like they did do a few things, but more would make it feel more welcoming.

    4
    « Wedding Stay »

We were in Baraboo for a wedding. The staff was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoy the hotel as much as we would have liked to. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was hot (very important) and the jets were just what we needed after our drive.

    4
« Our "go to" place to stay in the Baraboo area »

the staff is always very attentive and helpful; the beds and pillows are usually very comfortable, the breakfast items vary a bit from day to day and provide a good variety, the coffee is good, the rooms have all the things you need

    5
« Midway stop before continue on trip. »

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. My brother and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great before we headed out to do more driving towards Chippewa Falls. The only concern that I made the staff aware of was that the new Interstate 12 no longer goes through Baraboo and we ended up passing right through and ended up at the Dells. I had to turn around and ended up going to a gas station to get directions to the hotel. When I was coming back from Chippewa and went back on route 12 the signs was up to turn off to the hotel. The staff made me aware that they did mention this concern to the right people that needed to know. Thank you so much.

    « Poor »

this was my one and only vacation this year due to surgery, so I was very disappointed things didn't go as planned.I booked this hotel because of the hot tub ,which wasn't working, and the on site full service bar and restaurant. When we checked in no one told us about the limited menu due to a fire months ago.

    3
    « Just a place to sleep »

We stayed here on our way up North. We where upgraded for free to a Whirlpool suite, which is good it was free because it was tiny and heart shaped. We tried to use it but it shot water everywhere and was awkward. But the hotel and room where clean.

    5
« Comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay »

My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was good, Breakfast served a variety of hot and cold items. The kitchenette setup in my room was handy to have. Also only a 10 minute drive to Devil's Lake State Park. Would definitely stay here again.

    4
« Clean but slightly overpriced »

Stayed here for one night as a spur of the moment trip to Devils Lake. Hotel is clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Breakfast had a nice variety and the breakfast room was also nicely sized. The pool was heated and while the water was clean, the pool tiles were in need of cleaning. For the price, I expected a better variety of provided toiletries. All we got was a bottle of shampoo, 2 bars of soap, and 1 makeup remover towellete. I like to travel light so some conditioner would have been nice. All in all, I think this is the nicest hotel in town.

    5
« Great stay at Best Western »

We stayed here the first night of our Wisconsin vacation. Staff was wonderful! Room was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Breakfast was something to look forward to: scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, pastry, bagels, etc and great coffee! Enjoyed our night and slept well! Very affordable for a holiday weekend. Would not hesitate to stay here another time. Traveled to the Dells the next day. Only about a 1/2 hour or so away.

    5
« Nice place, friendly staff. »

Hotel is located a few miles from devils lake, and about 20 mins from the dells. Nice place, service great, not much of a night life area. If you wanna get away from big city life a few days , this is the place. Will be staying here for the next hiking trip

    4
« Good clean stay for the price »

Newly remodeled - nice staff - great value. I'll be back with my children to see the Autumn colors in Wisconsin. We came up to hike and bike in the area. I called ahead to book the room as I had some questions about the hotel and the area. The manager answered them all and better yet - his answers proved to accurate as I found out upon my arrival

    4
    « reliable, clean, pleasant »

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Liked it last year and no question that we would return for this trip to Baraboo. Staff is consistently pleasant, always greeting and asking if everything is okay. exterior has a fresh look as do the rooms . great alternative to going to the busier Dells

    5
    « Clean, quiet, updated »

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean, updated rooms and quiet, restful night. The manager on duty, Mr. Wills was very helpful and efficient getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed. I was using the whirlpool later in the evening as my husband and I had been biking all day, and it was clean and low-key as well as the pool. Would definitely stay there again. Also, this is the first hotel I have stayed at that had a "clean remote" slip cover for the TV remote. Loved that!

    5
    « Baraboo Best Western »

I have always been treat very well by all the staff - from owner to housekeepers. Room are very nice - Remodeling was done a few months ago and it is very nice, every thing is always clean. Always say here when visiting famliy

« Good Value and Good Location »

This is the second time we've stayed this hotel. It's a good value for the hotel type. It's not fancy, yet it's a comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. The front desk staff (Tyler) was very accommodating, patient and friendly. The room was clean, yet the bathroom floor and door frame need some attention due to some mold build up. We will likely stay here again on our next motorcycle trip.

    4
« Convenient stay; nice staff »

Nice, clean hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient to Devil's Lake State Park. The staff was friendly. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if back in this area.

    5
    « great stay »

great place to stay and see sights in area, the rooms are clean very . great parking for car close by. the pool and hot tube were great at end of day. the staff was helpful and was smiling. short drive to Wisconsin dells and house on the rocks..

    « Everything was great! »

My family throughly enjoyed our three night stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It had all you could need- great WiFi, refrigerator, lots of outlets, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, and plenty of towels. Our family enjoyed the great, clean pool and hot tub multiple times. Nice they have on site laundry facilities so you don't have to wear wet swimsuits and have them hanging in the bathroom throughout your stay. Breakfast was fantastic for a hotel- eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, Belgium waffle maker, real hot oatmeal with toppings in addition to the standard items normally served at a continental breakfast and served in a very clean spacious area. This hotel is very close to state parks, the WI Dells, lots of quaint towns for fun shopping, and great restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in the area.

    3
    « Comfortable, clean room »

We stayed at the Baraboo Best Western for one night for a wedding. The staff let us check in an hour early as we had a long drive and needed to quickly change to be on time for the wedding. Thank you! The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

    4
    « HOTEL STAY »

The hotel was in a convenient location to the event we were attending. Directions were confusing due to recent road construction. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast offered was good and the area clean.

    5
    « Excellent service! »

Not only was the room clean and well equipped, but the staff did everything to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was great too. The only thing I would change was maybe a bathroom in the pool area. We had little children that needed a bathroom.

    4
    « Enjoyed the stay »

Stayed one night and found the staff very friendly and the breakfast very good. the hotel still needs ome upgrading as the front doors had no automatic opening which mad it hard to manage getting your luggage in without problems overall it was a pleasant stay.

    5
    « Good accommodations »

Good accommodations. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amenities are good - laundry service, pool, complimentary breakfast. Recommend this hotel for your stay in the Baraboo/Wisconsin Dells area.

    5
    « Quality stay »

Good experience from check in through check out. It was only one night, but don't see why a longer stay would be any different. Nice staff, clean space, good amenities. We all enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

  • 3
    « It was clean »

The hotel is in a great area to explore. But price was high for the hotel, One two story area did not have an elevator but the night manager carried up the luggage and did give a 20% discount for that issue. It was clean but dated & I see there is an effort to update going on.

    5
    « Hospitality,Room service,Breakfast,Cleanliness. »

All the front counter staff especially Tom,Daniel and Mr.Patel were very welcoming and nice people I have ever talked to.The hospitality, room service, cleanliness and the morning breakfast was all awesome and way beyond my expectation. For us who live in Canada it was like a home away from home.I would highly recommend it to my friends, family members and all those who I know.

    5
« Good value, comfortable room »

This is our pick of hotels when in the Dells area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is great. The location couldn't be better. It is out of the main stream of all the Dells traffic. We will return.

    5
    « Several Day stay »

My Daughter, Grandson, friends and I stayed at the best western in baraboo for several days. The Parking lot and lobby was clean and inviting looking. The rooms were also clean and had plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable but they need to inspect the blankets because I found a used bandaid attached to my blanket. Other hotels the pool / hot tub area aren't very clean looking but they were and weren't real crowded. I did notice the pool area doors that led to the outside patio had a lot of black looking stuff on the bottom of them. The breakfast was good but could add some better cereal for kids. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. It is pretty much a straight road to the dells and closer than we expected. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again if in the area.

    4
    « A very nice hotel »

We came to see the beautiful bature in the area. The hotel is very clean, comfirtable. The room is spacious, has all commodities. The house keeping i very good. Breakfast is hot, very good, fresh and clean. Very good value.

    4
    « Nice..but pricey! »

Nice place..friendly staff..BUT you pay dearly! Wife, her mother and I..2 rooms, 2 nights $880-plus with tax! Thats crazy for a Best Western in Baraboo, Wisconsin!! Restaurant is currently closed, but other restaurants are nearby..

    4
    « Comfortable stay »

Clean, comfortable and a very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good - all the standard fare. We enjoyed our Executive King room. No worries here. Close to Devil's Lake State Park and pretty recreation areas.

    4
« A very nice hotel in Baraboo »

This is a nice chain hotel in Baraboo, WI. Honestly, if you have the money and there's space available, I would recommend one of the Ringling B&Bs above this hotel, but if you want less expensive, and more of a chain for your stay, this is a very nice one. The beds are comfy - not too soft and not too hard, with a nice pillow top covering. The bathroom is good - there are newer shower heads that are higher than many/most chain hotels, so my hubby was able to stand up straight while washing his hair!!! Breakfast is good - not gourmet or anything, but a good selection of hot and cold items, and breakfast is served for a decent length of time, so you can sleep in a bit without missing the food. I definitely recommend this BW!

« Beware Room Charge Revenue fees »

I brought my two toddler granddaughters to Circus World Museum arriving Thursday and checking out Saturday. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on activities and where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable with refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Breakfast was amazing with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker. The restaurant was closed for construction. The pool was clean. Our first night was relatively peaceful although PIne St. is pretty loud with lots of traffic. Friday night a group of young people had a booze party in the rooms next door and across the hall that went on way past midnight. Check out Saturday morning was a shock to find Room Charge Revenue fees of $119.99 and $170.99 added to the room charges of $334.48 plus hotel, sales and county taxes! I booked online at TripAdvisor and saw nothing about Room Charge Revenue fees on the webpage.

    « Great Hotel »

Great hotel right off the highway, close to the state park to go hiking. Super friendly staffThe little gym had good equipment , didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Ask for room 238; it's very quiet. The bar restaurant is closed for renos but just up the street is a great place called The Chomp.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was fast. Breakfast had a nice selection. Would recommend this motel to anyone. Close to different attractions - not far from Wisconsin Dells.

    « Great breakfast »

I gave this four stars instead of five because my disabled mother asked for a handicapped room and they didn't give her one. But when I asked at the front desk they said it was. She was not able to take a shower. But other than that....the room was really nice. The pool was great. The breakfast was the best thing. I would definitely stay there again.

« We would stay again! »

This location is close to the Wisconsin Dells area. We had a quiet stay but were able to go to the Fourth of July fireworks at the Dells. The room size & bed were very comfortable. The staff & breakfast were excellent.

    « The best hotel within a 50-mile radius! »

Best Western is not only very clean, well maintained with very nice rooms, the staff is incredible. From Tom the GM to all other employees, you will not find a more professional friendly staff ANYWHERE!

    « Good stay »

I switched Hotels several times in search of a great location and staff, as I am very pleased with the experience at this particular Best Western I have chosen to stay every week, i have continued to be satisfied

« Excellent staff, good value, and recently redecorated! »

This BW continues to be our choice when visiting either the Dells or Baraboo. It is a short ride from the Dells and the casino, but close to the attractions in Baraboo. Since the rooms were recently renovated it seemed as if we were the first people to stay in the room. Our room faced the back of the property, which was especially quiet.

« Great Place, Good Times »

My wife & I decided to celebrate her birthday with a trip to the Wisconsin Dells as well as a visit to the nearby Ho-Chunk Casino. We decided to find a nearby hotel that would provide easy access to both and chose this property near both attractions. I am a Best Western Rewards member and was able to take care of the reasonable room charge with points saving our dollars for the other nearby attractions. I placed our advance reservations through Best Western's toll-free reservation service. However, upon check-in our reservation was not found although I had email confirmation on my phone. The front desk representative, Tyler, assured me that they could accomodate us and proceeded to offer us an upgrade to our original room assignment due to my status with Best Western. We were extremely grateful for his empathy and professionalism which only confirmed my confidence in Best Western in general and The Baraboo Inn specifically. Tyler also added that there was free shuttle service to and from the Casino and mentioned some other attractions in nearby downtown Baraboo. Our stay was very rewarding and my wife and I decided that we would reward their outstanding hospitality with our continued brand loyalty and another stay in the near future at The Best Western Baraboo Inn.

« Great backup plan to rained out camping »

We made plans to camp at Devil's Lake two weeks ago and the forecast was rain so we made last second plans here for a Thursday and Friday night. Got a very good rate. It's everything we needed. Clean room. Friendly staff. The desk staff does offer a lot of advice for attractions and maybe not everyone would appreciate that but they are not selling anything. If anything, they just want everyone to have a great time and see all they can. The pool area was clean and good for the kids. The free breakfast was all your could hope for. A large selection of things from bagels, pastries, toasts, eggs, ham one day/ sausage the next, waffle machine, cereals, juice and milk machine, coffee, yogurts, etc. mini fridge for our food we brought for camping. Thursday was a great day and Friday night it down poured right after we got out of the Rick Wilcox Theater (a must see). We're glad we had the room and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

    « great value for a Devil's Lake overnight »

My friend and I met there so that we could spend the day hiking at Devil's Lake State Park. The staff were courteous, efficient and helpful! The rooms were basic; a little outdated but clean and comfortable. There was a decent variety at breakfast (but the oatmeal wasn't cooked well). The location was great. We went to a great Mexican restaurant in town. I left my cosemetic bag in the room and the room service staff turned it in to the front desk (glad that they are honest!). I'd recommend this BW if you want a comfortable stay for a decent price.

    « Nice Hotel »

Staff are very friendly. Hotel is located in a nice area and close to the activities we were there for. The hotel is clean for the most part. Pool is adequate for kids. Would stay again if need to. Price is a bit much per night.

    « Pleasant Stay »

Here for one night on business. Room was clean and the bed was nice with plenty of pillows. That is always the main criteria for me. Room was also very quiet as I was on the second floor on the back side of the hotel. That was great for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was just okay.

« Peaceful, friendly Baraboo Hills »

Pleasant small town with SO many natural area amenities plus the nearby Wisconsin Dells. Too much to see, so little time. The Best Western was convenient to everything, including the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo and conference, as well as the Aldo Leopold Center, a conservationist's mecca! The downtown cafe and retail were perfect. Don't miss the bookstore on the square. Small town Wisconsin at its best!

    3
    « Not bad »

This hotel isn't bad. It appears to have gone through/going through a refresh which is nice to see. I was staying in town with my boss and neither of our rooms were bad. They functioned well for an over night stay but it's not a place I would stay on vacation.

    5
    « Excellent Choice »

Excellent Staff and easy access off highway 12. Our room was large, well equipped, clean with a very comfortable bed. WIFI worked well. Plenty of outlets for our electronic gadgets. Breakfast items included a variety of selections and seating was adequate. The hotel staff were very helpful with recommendations on things to do in the area. We will stay here next time in the area.

    5
« Excellent staff, clean, convenient. »

Clean, safe, excellent and caring staff. Breakfast food is adequate, coffee was very good but they could use some whole grain options in the bagel and muffins, the dining room is clean and well organized. We were most impressed with the staff and their willingness to make sure our needs were met. The rooms were very quiet and clean. Maybe new carpet is needed..but that is the only thing I would change...everything else great for the price.

« Great place to stay »

This is a great hotel- front desk are AWESOME and knowledgeable about area, people serving breakfast always friendly and it's good!! Great to stay for Circus world, Devils lake ( which is why I stay) and even the Dells!!

    « Great experience »

Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff. They gave us some great recommendations for additional activities. The hotel is in a great location to reach the Dells easily, but also to get to experiences in Baraboo and Devils Lake area. Because of its location we avoided the congestion of Wisconsin Dells.

    5
« Friendly staff and feels like home »

This hotel has such friendly staff. We've stayed there often for work and they address us by name. They always make us feel like we're at home. Rooms are decorated nice and the pool/patio area are nice for relaxing.

« If your staying in Baraboo or Wisconsin Dells this is the Hotel to Stay At! »

There a lot of hotels in the Baraboo area. The Best Western is worth the experience if you decide to stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, Indoor heated Pool and Hot Tub and the rooms are very veryt clean! Breakfast is also better then most hotels that I have stayed at.

The Staff at the front desk helped us plan things to do. They asked what we enjoyed doing so they could match ideas to our interests. Great customer service. Room was very clean and nice size. Will return again, that's for sure.

    « Very nice hotel! »

We stayed here one night to attend a wedding. Room was a good size for our family of 4. Also very clean and nice decor. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool and hot tub. Both very clean! And hot tub was hot, which was good. The breakfast was good with a big selection. (Waffles, eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereals, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

    5
« Definitely would recommend this hotel »

Awesome place to stay. The staff at the front desk goes out of their way. They always put the guest first! My family and I have stayed at the Baraboo Best Western several times and will be back again.

« Personal service is the reason to stay here! »

The front desk manager Daniel helped me customize my stay in a way that hotels.com couldn't. He found me a discount to match hotels.com. He remembered me and made me feel personally welcome. The location was great, the value is good, but personal service is the reason to stay here.

I travel for work constantly so a need for good priced, along with quality service hotels is a must. At the BEST WESTERN Baraboo Inn my co-workers and I were treated very well. The rooms are amazing! Also the restaurant has an awesome menu with great tasting food. Five star hotel for sure!

« World class service at local prices »

Our Rugby Team stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a tournament in WI Dells. I spoke with the management a few weeks before our arrival and they were so flexible with our needs. When we arrived all the hotel room keys were already assigned to us and check in was smoother than any hotel I've ever stayed at. While at the hotel the staff catered to our every need. Also the staff at the attached restaurant bent over backwards to help us with every request. We will definitely be coming back here year after year!!

    5
    « Excellent stay »

« Good room for price »

Only stayed one night, and aside from noise issues - slamming of doors from other guests, early morning showers, we had no other issues. Breakfast was more than anticipated - offered hot food in addition to traditional cold so that was pleasant surprise. Staff friendly

    « Hiking Trip »

    « Very Nice Hotel »

I don't stay here often but when I do its always very nice, Great Staff with outgoing service! They were slow when I stayed so they even upgraded me to a Jacuzzi suite which was so nice! They have a restaurant which I don't think is part of the hotel, so I would recommend going across the street for dinner or drinks. MUCH nicer over there. Bed was comfortable and they are making upgrades to the hotel, I would recommend this Hotel ! Thanks for a great stay!

« Had a few problems with our stay this time. »

I hesitated before I decided to write a review about this BW. It has been our favorite place to stay while in the Baraboo area since it's major remodeling job a few years back. But this time, we were not so happy. First off, I have to say that the front desk staff here are some of the nicest, friendliest and courteous people I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Our problems were based on some room issues. First, the sheer curtain behind the drapes had a large, quite noticeable hole in it. Second, when we pulled back the bedspread, we noticed that our sheets were very wrinkled like someone had slept in them for a few days, and were never changed for the next guest. The pillows cases were wrinkled and also had not been changed. They were not fresh-smelling like clean sheets would be and we could see no lines from them being folded. Also, the pillows were too small for a king sized bed. Breakfast was from 6 until 10am. We got there about 9:30 and started our breakfast, but at exactly 10am, but attendant started putting the breakfast items away. My husband and I were the only people still in the breakfast area. We were not completely finished and still wanted to get another item, but without notifying us just started to put the food away. He could have asked if we wanted anything else instead of just removing them. I really thought that was quite rude to not have at least warned us. Other than those issues, everything else was on a positive note. We still intend on returning to the BW on our future stays. It is still a great value and top on our list, but next time we will check the bed when first arriving.

    « Best Western »

Went to Ho Chunk casino but did not want to stay at their hotel. Stayed here instead. Very nice hotel in a good location .Both clerks we dealt with were very nice, friendly, and informative. The breakfast had a variety of food options to choose from and the room was spacious. Even though we didn't use either, the fridge and microwave were nice to have in the room. Will stay here again.

    « HOSPITIALITY GREAT »

    « First time visitor. »

Very reasonably priced hotel. We had Executive King on the third floor. Very roomy and offered many amenities. You do not want for anything. The only con is the busy street in front of hotel, so would recommend asking for room across from road side. Just a short drive into Wisconsin Dells. Casino and Circus World Museum in Baraboo.

    « Under renovation »

Was not aware they were renovating until I received a call the day of arrival telling us how to enter the hotel. Most of the work is exterior. Hotel was adequate. Microwave, refrigerator was a nice addition. Breakfast was quite good. Sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, etc. Hope the renovation continues inside. Could use a little extra love. Nothing really wrong, just needs some updates.

    3
« The Good and The Bad »

Not sure why some reviews are so high. This seems to be an high-end BW hotel for some travelers which is probably equal to a mid-range hotel within other chains. Personally the best part of the property is the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast choices were fine. Also the clerk, Todd, I think, was very helpful when checking in and when we needed to change rooms. The downside is the pool, on a Sunday evening was quite filthy - you could see hairs and such floating all across the top; this kept us out of it. We even heard another family walk in and make same comment although they did let their kids jump into it. The walls are thin so you hear every noise; we had to change to the 3rd floor because in our first room the people on the 2nd floor allowed their kids to run and jump constantly for more than 30 minutes. Once we changed rooms, we did get comfortable rest. The one pet peeve is guests coming to the breakfast area with bare feet; this isn't allowed in restaurants and a sign should be posted so it isn't allowed at hotels either. Disgusting to those of us who get fully dressed (out of pajamas) and put footwear on. Not only is it unsanitary but also unappetizing to see "farmer Brown in his overalls and bare feet."

    5
« Hotel Should Be Considered a "PLUS" »

This Hotel should be classified a " BW PLUS" since I have stayed at other Best Western Plus Hotels that didn't come close to service and hospitality that you experience during a Hotel stay. Morning breakfast was very very good and had a wide selection of items for you to enjoy.

« Good place to stay if you're here for outdoor adventure »

We tried getting a campground in the Baraboo area this past weekend and every campground within 100 miles was completely filled up, so we tried area hotels and this one was the only hotel that had two nights available in a row. Best Western Baraboo is very close to Wisconsin Dells and I'm sure it gets tons of occupants in the summer, but it's also a good to stay if you're in the area for outdoor adventure because it is very close to Devils Lake State Park and several other state parks and natural areas such as Parfrey's Glen, Pewit's Nest and Natural Bridge. This hotel has clean rooms, really comfy beds, and a nice breakfast area to get you started. There's an on site restaurant (Bonzo's) but we didn't visit it. The only problem we experienced was a very noisy group of post-wedding partiers' kids running up and down the hallway at 10:30 pm, but that's not the hotel's fault.

    « Anniversary Stay »

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy and satisfied with the hotel. We stayed in one of the whirlpool rooms. The hotel is probably an older unit but the rooms were in great condition, everything worked and the cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast every morning was excellent. The hotel location was handy as it was right off he interstate and so was easy to find. We would stay again and also would highly recommend it to others.

    5
    « Excellent stay!! »

Easy to find. Great staff. Room was large and clean with a fridge and microwave. Many food options near by. Also Walgreens close by for any little things you need. I stayed 4 nights and the cleaning staff was excellent! They caught all the little things like replacing coffee and cups and tissues. You'd be surprised at how many times those things get ignored!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

    4
« Good location, fair price »

Good location if you are staying in the Baraboo area. No surprises, a typical Best Western. Attached bar/restaurant but many other places to eat close by. Parking is a little tight but no other complaints.

    5
    « I loved it. »

It was a decent place to stay. it had attached restaurant, pool, whirlpool, free breakfast and many more things. I was there for work and I enjoyed my stay while I was there. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be back if I am in area again.

« Best hotel in area »

Staff is kind, helpful and pleasant. They are in process of remodeling - looking great. Daniel is the best. I have stay here many time a year over the past several years. HI have stayed at other hotels in Baraboo, none compare to the Best Western.

« Comfortable, good food/service in bar/lounge, poor fitness center »

Rooms were comfortable and staff was friendly. Good food in the bar/lounge where you can watch sports, etc. on several TV's. Most of the equipment in the fitness center was antiquated and did not work properly.

    3
    « Bacation »

Great hotel. Very clean but a little noisy. We could hear people up and down the halls and doors slamming and water running. Great free breakfast with room to prepare your food and plenty of seating. Close to casino and not far from the Dels. A great little town to venture out and see what they have to offer.

    5
« Great place and location. Friendly front desk service »

We have stayed here in the past while going on the Mid-Continent Railway dinner train. Daniel at the front desk was the best in service and conversation. The weekend rates do go up, as do all the other area hotels.

    « Family event »

In town for my sons wedding at Bariboo Arts. Very good location for going back and forth. Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids had a great time in the pool. Good value for the area. Staff joined in with the crazy family festivities which made the stay more personal.

    « wronfully charged me »

When I got married I reserved four rooms at Best Western for some of my guests. When my guests arrived at the hotel they said that they were there for the reserved rooms yet they were checked into different rooms. Then Best Western charged me $143 per room totaling $572 for the four rooms since no one used the rooms I reserved. Even though I did nothing wrong I could only get them to knock the charges down to $50 per room. I am out $200 and instead of enjoying the day after my wedding unpacking my wedding gifts and relaxing with my new husband I spent all afternoon on the phone trying to straighten this out. I will never stay at Best Western again and I will let everyone I know not to stay there.

    3
    « value for money »

Room was very expensive for what you received. Staff well trained and good. Breakfast same as other chain hotels. size smaller than I expected. breakfast room small but when crowed they open another area. Appears that several items at breakfast were not refilled.

    4
    « Get away »

This was a close destination. The room was great. I loved the fitness area, the treadmill was nice. Breakfast was very good as it had a large selection and some nice hot options. It would have been nice to have more of the party closer together as we were spread out through out the hotel. Nice and clean.

  • 4
« Clean room, friendly staff »

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast that they continued to refill even though it was very busy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tube- nothing fancy, but clean and enough space to play. My only minor complaint was that the price of room was high due to a couple of events in town.

    3
    « Clean and comfortable »

Very nice clean hotel. Good location right on highway 12. Bed was quite comfortable. Pool looked nice. Lots of kids in it. Fairly standard included breakfast. The only downside was that it was quite noisy. First the drunks at 2am then the kids at 8 in the morning. We could hear them like they were there in our room. Would stay again when in the area.

    5
« This Best Western was almost the best! »

PROS: Tyler at the front desk went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. As there was no elevator in the section we requested, he even offered to assist us with our luggage. He is an asset to this property! The room was spacious and appointed well, and had lots of outlets. It had everything we needed. The windows opened to the outside fresh air! Breakfast was good with lots of choices. There are 2 men there that work their tails off making sure everything in the Hotel is ship shape. (I am sorry I didn't get their names) CONS: Stephanie at the front desk needs a refresher course on how to treat the Hotels guests.

    5
« We had a great time on the trip and stay in Baraboo. »

We had connecting rooms with our 3 adult kids. It was great, we were able to have the doors open to share drinks and snacks. The breakfast was filled as everyone ate so I never saw anything run out. The pool was out of towels but when we mentioned it, they were filled immediately. The hotel was pretty full but we never heard a peep from the hallway or any other room, so the insulation between rooms was great. It was a great location between the 2 areas we were there to visit, The House on the Rock and The Dells. We forgot an item but we were walking distance to Walgreens so we walked less than a block to the store. It was a great trip, we had a great time and we would gladly stay again in the future if we are in the area. The front desk staff was great in offering ideas for things to do around town. Oh and free cookies at the front desk are always nice!

    4
    « Leisure stay »

    « Pleasant staff »

The first room I was given reeked of smoke. I was quickly transferred to another room and had a pleasant visit. I was the third floor and took advantage of that fact and a pleasant view across a field to open my window and enjoy fresh air. The only complaint is that double doors at the entrance made bringing in luggage awkward. I mentioned this to a manager as he was opening the door for me as I left and he said they were "working on it." He and other staff were pleasant and accommodating. The motel had what appeared to be new carpet in the halls and my room. The motel has the usual amenities. Everything worked. Breakfast was not as extensive as some places, but there were scrambled eggs, what looked like Canadian bacon and sausage gravy. It more than sufficed. A "Bonzo's" restaurant was attached. I almost backed out when I entered because it had the appearance of a run-down bar, with three guys sitting at the bar discussing politics and baseball, the latter of which was on the blaring TV. I was the only other person there, and it was as cold as a meat locker. But I was hungry and didn't want to drive anywhere. When my Caesar salad with Grilled chicken came, it was not bad. I could have ordered room service and probably should have, but I'm not complaining. . I would stay here again.

« Addition to an earlier review »

After speaking to the manager of the Baraboo Inn and telling of the reason I had to cancel, he was more than cordial and gave us a full refund. For that reason, If I ever get to Baraboo, I will stay at the Baraboo Inn. I did learn that it is best to make reservations directly with the hotel. Thank you Baraboo Inn and disregard my earlier comment.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Daniel checked us in and provided us with a map and detailed directions to hiking trails when he found out we were there to hike. Hotel grounds and rooms were well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Having an attached restaurant was a nice feature. Location was convenient to things we wanted to do. We definitely stay here again.

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. the locations was great, 10 mins away from great attractions. at the front desk Daniel is awesome. very helpful upon check in and gave us lots of ideas and places to go along with coupons! the rooms were nice a spacious, the bed on the first night was too firm and the pillows were kinda flat but that didn't bother me, breakfast was good had biscuits and gravy and lots of choices to choose from. the pool was great and I loved that they had a bar attached to the hotel. all in all it was a great stay, would definitely come back and stay here again.

« Totally fantastic hotel experience!!!! »

First, I am a Best Western Rewards card holder. So, I tend to choose B. W. hotels in the destination areas I travel to, when possible. The ease in using, utilizing and zero bill OR tax on this opportunity make it a NO-BRAINER when considering our travel plans! Upon arrival, Thurs., Aug. 25, we were greeted, got a fantastic reception and were absolutely at home immediately! The desk staff were congenial, couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful than they were. A MUST stay when in the Dells area... MUCH cheaper and rewarding and QUIETER than the Dells could DREAM of offering!

    « Samantha is Tops »

We had a very busy day and stopped later that we expected to so were thinking that we might not be able to find a vacancy. Samantha found us a lovely room right away and made sure we were settled for the night. Room was clean and beds we comfortable . Breakfast the next morning was very nice; neat, clean presentation and good variety of selections. "Machine waffles" are my favorite motel breakfast. Good job, Baraboo BW!

    « Baraboo OK »

A fellow circus fan and I spent a night at the Baraboo Inn on August 10th and we were happy with our rooms. They were clean - great bed & shower. Breakfast was very ample and the staff was cordial. Our rooms were apparently redone recently as they were updated from the last time I was just here. The location was great, too.

« Pretty good location. Rooms are pretty good, but a bit crowded. »

The rooms are convenient and well equipped, but a tad small. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodate requests. The breakfast area doesn't look great, but the food is pretty good. Some rooms have a nice view, and some overlook a local road. The location is pretty good, not too far from Devil's Lake and from the Dells. The restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty bad, but there are many other choices very close by.

    « Excellent »

I recently stayed at the best western in Baraboo for business. They staff made my stay a comfortable one. Very friendly, obliging and courteous. The free complementary breakfast was delicious and the area was always kept clean. Free WI-fi in the hotel was greatly appreciated. The restaurant and lounge staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The room cleaners were very efficient and courteous. The property was in great condition and the outside grounds kept very clean. The front desk manager Daniel was exceptionally helpful and would always recommend something to do in the area for entertainment. I had a great stay and would defiantly recommend it to friends, family and business associates.

    « Good Hotel - Cold Fridge »

Stayed two nights for business. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. Wireless worked. The hotel was close (some walking distance) to restaurants and gas stations. Wisconsin Dells is close, but if you don't want the hassle of the summer traffic and noise, Baraboo is a great alternative. Baraboo has two Kwik Trips! :) The fridge was very cold and froze my carrots, but that was my fault for not looking at the settings. The hotel was quiet and a great place for a colleague and I to work. Overall, I recommend this hotel!.

    « Great Stay! »

Very helpful staff & nice renovations. They were able to upgrade our room, which really helped! The decor was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast selection as well. Location near Devil's Lake is a plus. Thanks again!

    « Just Fine Overnight »

I've stayed at this BW in Baraboo twice for one night each time--in April 2015 and April 2016 in preparation for the Stubborn Fool Adventure Race. The staff is friendly but it's kind of a busy place--my racing partner and I checked in at 9:00pm and there was one person behind the counter, answering phones, juggling on-site issues, and checking us in. She was friendly but we waited a few minutes to be taken care of. The restaurant/bar off the lobby is quite loud and apparently quite the social hot spot. We need a good and quiet night's sleep before racing so we asked for quiet rooms and our requests were granted. The rooms, bathrooms/showers, beds and other facilities are fine but in no way special. I slept well and was in good shape the next morning. The hotel breakfast was basic but adequate--cereal, yogurt, bananas and apples, juice, pastries/muffins, and coffee. In short, the Best Western Baraboo checks all the boxes and that's about all. If you're in the area for one night I wouldn't hesitate but for any longer than that you might want to keep looking.

« Best hotel in Baraboo »

Unfortunately there was a mix up by me with my reservations but they worked with me to find another hotel for the first the night before they could get me into the hotel. Experience the other hotel made me appreciate the Best Western. A better facility, room & breakfast at a cheaper price. If I need to come back for business again, I will clearly book at the Best Western Baraboo.

    « Very good »

Stayed one night here while in the dells for vacation. Everyone was very nice and the property and room were very nice as well! The breakfast was very good and really enjoyed our one night stay! Thank you

« Nice and Well Priced! »

For a small town, this Best Western is very nice! The rooms are very clean. The mattresses appear to be fairly new and quite comfy. The pillows weren't those lumpy, bumpy messes, but actual decent pillows! The front desk staff was very friendly. If I'm ever passing through this way or visiting the Dells, I'll definitely stay here again!

    « Positive experience »

Even though Baraboo is not that large, this hotel is perfectly situated. Our room was large and clean. There's an indoor pool and spa, which is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us find several tourist attractions and recommended some good places to eat. Breakfast was great. All the usual suspects served in a large area with lots of natural light.

    5
    « Good Value »

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and their service is great. Their breakfast was very good. I liked the free shuttle to the Ho Chunk Casino. Its in a nice location with lots of attractions nearby.

    « Perfect Stay »

I had to find a hotel for four staff members that was affordable, close to a three day conference, and half-way decent. WOW this Best Western was THE BEST! Katie and other staff were so friendly and caring, the beds and pillows so comfortable and a full breakfast with many great options to start our day. The 12 minute drive was a minor inconvenience.

    5
« Great motel and caring staff »

This motel is always our choice when we visit the Baraboo area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast has many choices, and is always good. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Daniel. He always takes the time to recommend places in the area that we might enjoy. He was very caring when we had to check out early because of a tragedy at home. He is a definite asset to the motel. We will certainly return to this motel in the future.

    5
    « Comfortable and clean »

Enjoyed our stay. There were only minor inconveniences. The frig was in the corner making it a little hard to access and it worked a little too well. I am used to hotel refrigerators not being very cold. We found out in the morning that it was turned up as cold as possible. Our cooler freezer packs were frozen nicely, but some of our food was also frozen. My fault for not checking the frig setting.

« Clean Spacious rooms, helpful friendly staff »

This hotel was perfect for us. We love swimming, renting paddle boards and kayaks at nearby Devil's Lake and this hotel was within 10 minutes of it. Daniel, the manager was very helpful when I called and confirmed reservation. He told me about some local attractions I would not have known about and he said he would try and get us a first floor room. Katie was also very helpful. The room was clean, comfy and quiet, the pool and hot tub area was superb, with comfy lounge chairs and plenty of towels and the lounge and lounge staff was great for getting a drink in the late afternoon. The price was very reasonable for this property and very convenient to the Dells. I would highly recommend staying here. You will be treated like a king!

« Nice place, typical Best Western »

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Lobby was cleaned and tidy along with the floors sparkly clean. Our room was spacious and the beds (in room 111) were comfortable. Fridge, microwave, flat screen tv, hair dryer, iron & ironing table. Free WiFi that worked EXCELLENT. Not much decor, but the room was well maintained. No major scuffs, dingy paint or inoperable equipment, although the shower/tub handle was faded and a bit confusing to get to the right temp. The faucet in the tub was also leaking water. I did let the front desk know this. The Continental breakfast was really good. A nice variety of breakfast items like hot off the griddle waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and plenty other hot and cold items. The pool is smaller and the deepest it goes, is 5 feet. The hot tub felt great and all of the jets worked. Overall, it was great experience and would recommend anyone to stay there.

« Nice property. But price 3X value »

If the rate had been the $60 - $80 this type room usually is around the country I would give five stars. But holiday weekend $189 a nite ( posted max rate in room is $159) This property is opportunistic and price gouging. Clean room comfortable bed. Coffee in room (2 cups) bar and food on premises. Small pool and hot tub in non decorated room. What you expect for mid range property. All done well.

« Superbly managed hotel in small town! »

The Best Western is great in nearly every way. Very clean. Provided coffee maker, TV, microwave and fridge. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good wifi connection. The best complementary hotel breakfast we've had in a month of traveling, with something for everyone, including link sausages. Free newspaper. Free wifi. Nice water pressure and lots of hot water for showers. Overall, a very, very good hotel for reasonable price!

    « Anniversary Weekend »

Last minute accommodations for Saturday & Sunday (6/25 & 6/26) celebrating our anniversary weekend in the Dells. This BW was very nice. Good location, just minutes to Lake Delton & the Dells. Staff was friendly, room with King bed was comfortable, and breakfast met our needs. Hot tub very relaxing. Only downside was small size pillows on bed. Smaller than even standard pillows. BW should consider upgrading to King-size pillows for a King-size bed.

    « Mother Daughter Weekend »

We had a great time in the Baraboo area together. Our daughter drove over from Minnesota and i came from Mishicot. The hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable with two queen size beds. We also had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Although we didn't take advantage of them, they had a nice pool area and fitness room. The free breakfast was very good with both hot and cold selections. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

    5
« Very happy with our stay »

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had stayed a few days in the Dells and then came down to Baraboo to explore Devils Lake State Park. Daniel was a huge help in giving us ideas of things to go see and places to eat (the restaurant at the hotel was very good!). I am hoping we can make our way back up there and when we do, I hope we can stay at this hotel again.

    4
    « Very satisfying stay »

Hotel was clean and comfortable. As long as you are not looking for lots of frills and fanciness, this hotel will fit the bill. Location was good with a short drive to town. Possibly a little expensive, but you do get free breakfast. Recommended.

    5
« Comfort and Staff OK »

It was a comfortable and perfect solution for our night in Baraboo. Best western is a warranty..and the Staff were so kind and helpful!! Rooms very big and liveable. Breakfast complete and rich. Next to the hotel there's a local/karaoke pretty nice.

« Quiet Sunday night stay »

Very nice staff and informative of things to do and see in the area. Active type visit so we visited state parks and did much hiking. Nice location between the dells and baraboo areas. Would stay again. Thank you!

« Better Than Staying in the Dells »

I was impressed how close to the WI Dells Baraboo is and that we could rent a room for a single night at a good rate and not a 2-night min stay for $220 or more! WELL DONE BEST WESTERN! We will come back again maybe even this year again!

« Weekend getaway, great location. »

This was a great hotel, very friendly staff. They have the breakfast running a little later then most place, so you do not need to rush in the morning. Every one working was so friendly and helpful that we would go back. The room was very nice also so relaxing . Pool Was a good size patio out side. Great time we had.

    5
« Good quality, clean room, clean hotel »

Great experience. Good Breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. In past have stayed at a local ma and pa hotel. That hotel had cost more, bed was not as comfortable, and the hotel was VERY dated and cramped. Great Job BestWestern. You will probably see me again!

« The staff was outstanding! »

My significant other and I stayed in Baraboo to visit Devil's Lake State Park and Circus World Museum. When we checked into the hotel the front desk staff was hands down AWESOME. We asked for recommendations for great dinning, we weren't disappointed in any of the places they told us to eat at. They also pointed us to the historic down town, there are many great shops and restaurants, 1 shop in particular was a great toy store called Just Imagine. They also gave us a pass port to savings 25% off card that allowed us to get discounts at many of the local area attractions including the Dells. The rooms were neat, clean, and quiet. The pool area was also neat and clean. Breakfast was the standard breakfast you'd find at most chain hotels, the staff did an excellent job keep the area cleaned and stocked. I would recommend to stay at this place if you find yourself in Baraboo.

    5
    « Nice and quiet »

I have stayed here a few times over the years. It could use a little updating but over is very good. Staff is always very nice. It is very centrally located. I love the outdoor patio, great for peace and quiet.

    5
« Excellent hotel and staff »

This hotel provides an excellent location and wonderful staff. They are able to provide directions, recommendations, and assistance whenever needed. I would stay here again. The only problem we found was that while we were in the nonsmoking section, our room did have a slight smell of smoke.

    5
    « Clean and Neat »

I had business partners fly in from Georgia. The hotel was a great price and service was excellent. They do a daily breakfast that was the best I've seen in a long time. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to stay in the Baraboo area.

    « Family visit »

Our visit this time was much improved, room was clean, updated and quite. Breakfast was great, everything we like to eat. Friendly staff. So much to see in this area State Parks and the Wisconsin Dell's. Always something to do for everyone.

    4
    « Great hotel »

The staff was great and the rooms were large and clean. There was an excellent breakfast. Mid way for all to do in Baraboo and just a few minutes from the Dells without all the crowds. We would stay again.

    5
    « Great all around »

I would recommend this for any traveler. Close to Wisconsin Dell's. But, not the expense of hotel in the Dell's. Budget friendly for sure. Reasonably priced. Great staff. Clean room. Breakfast was just not a continental but a full menu. The only thing that was not for breakfast was bacon today. There is no need for breakfast outside the hotel. All around this hotel gets 5 stars. Great job all around. Plus pair it with a bar/bar food. Great accommodation.

« My favorite hotel in the area, BY FAR! »

I have stayed at least 200 nights in hotels in this area in the last two plus years. This hotel is my favorite. For the following reasons: The Staff is very nice, professional and proficient at what they do. The property is always clean and very well taken care of. The breakfast is very good. Clean dining room, well prepared with a wide variety of breakfast choices. I have never had trouble of any sort with billing issues with this hotel. The Managers Tom and Daniel run a tight ship while simultaneously really doing a great job taking care of their guests. In closing, There really is not a better place that I have stayed in Madison, The Dells, Lodi or the Baraboo area. Thank you so much for doing such a great job.

« Love staying at Baraboo Best Western »

I look forward to staying at this motel. this is my sixth time. Clean room and staff is the best and helpful at all times. Love the location. Love the breakfast. I can't say enough about this motel. I can't wait till I go back.

    « Pleasantly surprised »

We needed a couple of rooms for a overnight trip to the Devils Lake Park and the Wisconsin Dells. Because of the Memorial Day weekend, prices were up and rooms were in short supply. This place is between both destinations and very convenient and the rate was reasonable. David at the front desk checked us in and was very helpful and friendly. The rooms have been updated recently and it shows. The indoor pool was a great place to unwind. The lobby is small but welcoming and comfortable. The hot breakfast was appreciated and plenty of choices. Definitely will stay again.

« My regular visits at this hotel. »

I have stay at this hotel approximately twice a month For the last eight years and each and every time I have received a very warm welcome from the staff. I have never had a problem getting a reservation with them. The hotel is very neat and clean and the service they provide is exceptional. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and when a stranger asks about a hotel in the Baraboo area I tell them this is one of the best.

    5
« The best hotel in Baraboo »

I have been staying at this hotel several times a year for about 10 years. Have stayed at other when no room available. Others do not compare to Best Western. Staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful, especially Daniel. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is great - love the gravy and biscuits. Sometimes my niece and/or nephew will stay and they also enjoy the hotel. Great hotel.

    4
    « Great value. »

I have stayed here probably close to 10 times now. Great central location. Great price. Front desk staff was kind and very informative. Restaurant has decent food for a reasonable price. They could use a better beer selection considering all the craft breweries in Wisconsin. Room was clean. Elevator was broke at the time but staff was dealing with it quite well. I would definitely stay there again. Parking isn't great if you have a trailer.

    5
« Clean, friendly and affordable »

Drove up from Northern Illinois in the late afternoon to spend the next day at Devils Lake. The hotel staff were not only incredibly friendly but gave us several other options for entertainment the next day, including the Big cat sanctuary in Rock Springs and a few of the other state parks in the area.

    5
    « The go-to hotel in Baraboo »

I almost always stay at this hotel when I am in the area. It is a great value - especially since the dells and many other attractions are up/down the street. Having been a customer for years, both before and after the recent remodeling projects, I can say that they have always been into friendly customer service. The staff will go out of their way to help you if you ask. I travel the area to vacation, volunteer, and sometimes on business. This hotel has always been here for me. Quite frankly it is the best in town!

    « A Great Place to Stay! »

If you are looking for a hotel in the Baraboo/Wisconsin Dells area, definitely stay at the Baraboo West Best Western! Our service was stellar, our room was clean and relaxing, and our trip was made even better by the employees that recommended fun things for us to do in the area that we otherwise wouldn't have known about. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, and the restaurant/bar had great food, too. I will definitely be back!

« Could use some updating »

The staff is very friendly, but the hotel could use some updating. Stayed here twice recently to do some hiking nearby. The beds are pretty comfy, but the rooms (especially the bathrooms) could use some updating. The rates seem high for the room quality, but I think you're paying for being near the dells.

    5
    « Good value. »

We used to stay at Clarion because they have a nice bar area, but they have gone way down hill in last few years. We tried Best Western and what a difference! Nice clean room. Excellent mattress. Friendly staff and decent free breakfast. Have made our choice.

    « Boo in Baraboo »

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Furniture chipped, broken and worn. Bathroom had new flooring but it was poorly installed with missing grout. Thankfully we brought our own pillows because the bed pillows were lumpy and old. Headboard was broken with a long nail sticking out toward the pillows.

    5
    « Really Relaxing! »

The staff was excellent, especially Stephanie! The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated and the internet didn't fail us even once. The service and food in the restaurant were first class as well. We would definitely stay again.

    5
    « Quick Stay »

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We checked out the hot tub and enjoyed it as we had arrived late. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Walls were a little thin as far as noise, but I was too tired to let that bother me. The breakfast was very nice. Yes, I would stay again.

« Best Western Baraboo Inn »

Just stayed at this hotel the past weekend (4/16/16) and found it a great value for the price. We had a large group all attending a nearby wedding. The grounds, reception area, room all very well taken care of. The personnel of the hotel extremely cordial. Very comfortable mattresses,& a very well stocked free breakfast, much better than the normal hotel breakfast. I would recommend these accommodations to even the fussiest of Trip Advisor readers as there are many!

    « Almost home! »

This was our last stop before reaching home on our way back from Florida. The room rate was very reasonable and reviews were positive. We were warmly greeted at front desk and quickly on our way to our room on ground floor of their addition. Room was wonderful, complete with fridge and microwave! We did not use the pool or fitness room but both looked very impressive and clean! Morning breakfast was fantastic! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, muffins, and sweet rolls, as well as apples, oranges and bananas! We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Baraboo/Dells area!

« Great hotel, great people »

Well I didn't stay here on purpose but I'm very glad I did. Me and a friend traveled from Marion Iowa to Baraboo to buy something and ended up blowing out a tire. Everybody in Baraboo were super nice especially David and Stephenie at the best Western. Super nice people and helped us out in every way they could. Given the situation we were in it sucked but I'm glad it was Baraboo that we got stranded in. Will return just to visit and check out Devils lake.

I recently spent two nights here with my wife and two children. When we arrived office manager Daniel really impressed me with all of the local information that he provided and questions that he asked me. I have never been greeted this way anywhere while ckecking in to a motel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and we all enjoyed the pool and spa room which was very clean. We ate in one night and the food was good. All of the other workers that we encountered were friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. Great all around experience. Thanks for making us feel at home. Joey

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times, and have been happy with the price and the services. A clean hotel room is important to us, and it's always been good here. The location is great, especially if you come to the area to go to the casino. They offer a shuttle service to Ho Chunk, which we absolutely love. Very convenient, and runs 24/7.

I've stayed at this hotel, most recently on 03/24/2016 and am always happy with my stay. The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are always really clean. I really like that they put the TV remote in a sanitary bag to indicate that it's been clean. Overall, I really enjoy staying here. It's a great alternative to staying in Wisconsin Dells which costs a lot more.

« Great place to stay! »

Our family wanted just a night getaway to hangout and relax in the Dells. We had never stayed in Baraboo before, but we will DEFINIELY stay at this best western again. It was so clean and the amenities were great. The pool hours were from 6am to 11pm which was awesome, especially because we brought our little ones that like to wake us up at 6am haha. I really can't say enough good about this hotel. It even smells clean. And the employees at the lobby desk were super friendly and helpful.

    « Spring Break Getaway »

Went on a trip to Wisconsin with my boyfriend. It was such a relaxing trip. We were given the quietest room and was upgraded to a whirlpool room for a very small cost. Such a wonderful place to stay. There was great hospitality and the rooms were very clean. Being a former housekeeper I was really happy with the cleaning services.

    4
« Great Hotel for the price »

The only thing that was a concern is that housekeeping usually didn't get to clean the room until the afternoon. Other than that, is was a great experience though we did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that.

Clean, friendly, and a positive staff. Nice lounge, spacious rooms, included breakfast, pool, and small fitness room. Meeting room is generous, staff prompt, friendly, and accommodating. The location is outside of the downtown, easy drive to the Casino, the Dells, and lake Delton; Plus the interesting Baraboo town and area.

Everything was great. The service and the staff were great. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The room was clean. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, which was my ultimate destination. The price was significantly lower than the price being charged for hotels in the Dells.

« GREAT PLACE OR HOTEL IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN »

Great place to stay. Close to Wisconsin Dells and Ho Chunk Casino Hotel has Indoor Pool and Hot Tub and they have a nice Fitness Room. Hotel staff if helpful and friendly 24 Hours A Day. Breakfast is included with the room and there is plenty of choices at this Best Western Hotel. It is rated an 8.1, I would rate it a 10!

« Excellent Value in Baraboo »

I've stayed here overnight on on four different occasions when I had business in the Dells. Obviously, Baraboo is usually a better value. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained; the staff is friendly; the free breakfast is great. Comfortable bed, nice sized room for the money. Really, I have nothing negative to say about this motel.

« great hotel for value »

« GREAT HOTEL IN BARABOO WISC AREA »

I'd drive the distance to this hotel if I was in the area looking for a hotel. Very Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, friendly staff, indoor swimming pool and fitness room. Worth the nightly rate. Very good or exceptional breakfast.

« Clean, convenient, and cheap! »

We booked this hotel for a recent ski trip. We wanted to stay central to two main mountains in the area: devil's head and cascade both of which were about 15-25 minute drive. This hotel was a great find for the money. Clean, remodeled, with hut tubes, pool and a hot breakfast included. Highly recommend!

« Great place to stay »

We like this hotel because of the staff and the convenience for us. They have a shuttle to the casino which we always use. Restaurant on the premises. We did not use it this trip. We plan on staying here every tiime we come this way.

    « nice, clean hotel »

We had a large family reunion/Christmas Party weekend here in December of 2015. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, pool area was well maintained, and the breakfast was really, really nice! The restaurant/bar was convenient but they were overwhelmed by multiple groups coming in at one time for dinner Friday night. Make sure to inquire about all available discounts; we had multiple rooms reserved and there were several differences in rates charged.

    « Hockey Tournament: Baraboo »

For the money, the Best Western Baraboo is fine for the serious team who does not want to deal with the Dells water parks and the worn out players from too much play time between games. Close to the rink with plenty of dining options. They are accustom to teams and require a signature to ensure you're accountable from you players behavior.

Average hotel room, It had a good breakfast, location was good, lots to do in the area, The bar that is attached is small and we went there to try the fish fry but they had to cancel because they did not have any fresh fish, it was all frozen

« My husband went skiing »

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel room was nice, and it was clean - which is important to us. We thought the bathtub was rather small - but we were fine with it for a weekend. We would suggest it to our friends.

« Comfortable and Wonderful Staff »

All Staff we encountered were wonderful(Tom,Kevin.Daniel,Stephanie,Meghan,Sydney). Ate pizzas and French Dip from the bar and grill, was very good. The DJ was wonderful as well. Our whole group enjoyed themselves and will do it again

« Friendly staff doesn't make up for a shabby property »

We booked several rooms over the holiday weekend. Hotel is older and in need of renovations in both the rooms and public areas. Pool and hot tub were clean but plywood where doors used to be negates any ambiance. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice. Breakfast options were adequate but typical of hot/continental hotel breakfast. Manager was very accomidating but running short on staff. None of our rooms were cleaned during our stay.

    « Nice and clean »

I have stayed here approximately 2-3 times per year for business for the last 4 years. Typically weekday stays. I have always received a clean, comfortable and quiet room. Consistently good and no complaints here.

    « Great comfort BW »

Wonderful full breakfast, very comfortable king bed, nice size pool with hot tub, quiet location especially on non-road side, fridge & micro a real plus, good sized TV(didn't have sleep option though). Plenty of hot water with good soft water which let soap lather well.

    « Almost perfect »

We have stayed here several times and are always impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. We found it inconvenient to have no lamp on one side of the king bed. There is a table on each side of the bed but a lamp on one side only. This could be due to the limited number of electric outlets - which is becoming a problem in older (although this one is nicely renovated!) facilities with all the electronic devices in use now.

    « Very nice! »

Comfy beds and pillows, nice breakfast, located walking distance to restaurants and ot her places. Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. We asked for restaurant recommendations and wound up at Driftless Glen, a licensed distillery and excellent restaurant. Be sure to try the 12-year-old balsamic vinegar they serve as a dipping sauce with bread before the meal, absolutely wonderful!

    « Weekend »

A number of family members booked this hotel in order to attend a family gathering. The rooms are large and comfortable. It appears updating of the facility has been completed recently to include carpets, painting, etc. It is clean and well run. It has a pool and was used by some of our group. The breakfast offered a wide range of food choices. This location is easy to find and on a main highway for easy access to area attractions.

    4
« Always a great place to stay »

We stay at this motel whenever we are in the area. Beds are comfortable. Lots of amenities that appeal to travelers. Recent updates include new carpeting and new paint. Unfortunately, the painting job leaves much to be desired. Hopefully the splatters and drips will be cleaned up before too long, as it detracts from the cleanliness of the complex. We will be staying here again.

« NICE PLACE TO STAY! »

This Best Western is always clean, has pleasant staff, comfortable rooms, and isn't noisy like most of the hotels in the Dells area. We always stay here because it's close to the casino and it doesn't charge ridiculous prices. Breakfast is nothing special, but we care more about the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The beds are wonderful!

« Stopped on the way home from a trip to Minnesota. Visited the local casino in Baraboo. »

We only stayed one night, but this hotel boasts an exceptionally friendly staff. The room was simple, but clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast had a little something for everyone. Great coffee! Plus, it was conveniently located to the casino!

« Great Hotel in the Baraboo Area! »

I have stayed at the Best Western Baraboo several times now, and I recently returned for another 1-night fall stay to visit friends and family in the area and go to Ho-Chunk Casino. It was another wonderful stay, and the renovations have made this property even better! This is a great hotel in the Baraboo area, and I plan to return many times. I arrived at about 3:45 on Friday afternoon to check in, and the desk worker was friendly, helpful, and efficient. She had me on my way to the 3rd floor room with king bed in mere minutes. My room was clean and comfortable like always. The entire room was clean, especially the bathroom. The bed and furnishings were all comfortable. I enjoy the variety of cable TV stations that are available here, too. I relaxed in the room for a couple hours before meeting up with friends to try our luck at the casino (and I made out very well this time, for a change!). It was pretty late in the night once I returned to the hotel, so I went to bed pretty much right away. I was disappointed to be woken up twice in the night, once at about 2:30 and once at about 4:00 in the morning, to a noisy group in a nearby room. It sounded like they were drinking and having a party. I am a pretty heavy sleeper, so I was able to get back to sleep easily, but light sleepers near my room may have had trouble sleeping. This is not the hotel's fault, but it is disappointing when people can't be considerate of others. I got down to breakfast by about 8:15 in the morning, and it seemed like they revamped the free breakfast a bit! They had more variety than I remembered, which was nice. They now have a pancake machine, and it was nice to have fresh pancakes! The scrambled eggs also were hot and fresh. I had a great breakfast. I took a little time to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub before departing in the morning, also, and it was nice to get a workout in the pool and relaxation in the hot tub! I had to share the area with other guests, but it is a fairly large area, so I was not bothered by them. When I checked out, I was asked how everything was by Daniel, and I was happy to say that I enjoyed staying here again! I would recommend the Best Western Baraboo for anyone looking to travel to the area. This continues to be my go-to hotel in the WI Dells/Baraboo area!

    « Baraboo Best Western »

WE had an excellent room, staff was very helpful and friendly, Excellent breakfast with the exception of the pancakes. They have a new machine and the pancakes were a bit rubbery for my taste. There was a broken chain on the door lock but that was fixed within an hour of our reporting the problem.

    « Poor Service »

We stayed one night Oct. 23. I had this very nice review typed up but that all changed by a bad customer experience. After returning home, more than 150 miles, I realized I left my cell phone charger in the room. I called the hotel to see if it was turned in. To my relief they said they had it. Actually the lady kind of laughed and said they have a lot of those! I asked about having it returned and she said there would be a $10.00 charge to send it to me. $10.00???? A padded envelope would cost about a dollar and postage for that skinny, 2oz cord maybe $2.00. I would think that hotels can expect a number of things to be left behind and have the cost of returning most things included in the rates. Not everyone forgets things in their room so returning things to their owners is most likely very minimal. We aren't talking about a winter coat or a pair of boots that would cost a lot to ship. It's a couple of ounces of wire. $10.00 is nothing less than "highway robbery." A nice stay ruined by the greed of making more money out of their guests. Now when I think of the Best Western in Baraboo, I think "never again." Shame on you for not helping your senior guests who are a little forgetful.

    « Okay... »

Went there after hiking at Devil's Lake. Tried restaurant / bar - it was not good. I should have guessed that when we went in there and no one was in there at 7 PM on a Sat....We were excited to get to our room as we got one with an in-room hot tub. We ended up disappointed as the tub kept loosing water and the jets were not very good. The bed was overly soft....overall somewhat disappointed.

« Good location and friendly staff »

We wanted to do some hiking at Devil's Lake and visit the Ho-Chunk casino. This motel is located close to both. Excellent clean, and well-run facility with friendly helpful staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast.. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again in the future.

« Nice hotel and staff but road noise »

Not a new property but well maintained and updated. Desk staff very nice. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Downside was our room faced east and the four lane roadway on a hill so you could hear the trucks accelerating up or jackbraking down into town. I'd stay here again but ask for a west facing room.

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

This hotel was listed as having been recently renovated. It was very nicely done. The beds were comfy, room décor was nice, and the breakfast was good. The layout for the breakfast items avoided congestion in the area. Good location for local parks and activities.

« Staff Friendliness, quality of service »

We thought the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast food was prepared well and the seating area very clean. They're in the process of painting the outside of the hotel for next years' "season" but it didn't bother us in any way.

    « Recent stay »

Very pleased. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the rooms were clean. I thought the breakfast was good but the juice machine was out of order the second day with no sign to tell us that, so people would continually try to get juice as they came in.

    « Great Stay »

Stayed here for a night while traveling thru the area. Greeted promptly upon entering the lobby. Check in was very quick. We were shown where the pool, fitness room, the area for breakfast the next morning and where the restaurant/bar area was. The hotel and our room were very clean and quiet. Will stay here again in the future.
