Excellent all round. Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms and Megan was absolutely wonderful to us, nothing was too much trouble. Our lunches were lovely and fresh. Will definitely be back for another stay.

The room & bathroom were very clean The pillows were a bit Hard The Resturant was Amazing The Bset Salt & Pepper sqid & Duck curry we've ever had Also The waitress was very Efficient & helpful Most Definetily be Going back to the Resturant We thought Our room was a bit over priced

Stayed in Roma one night on our way through. Rate the Best Western highly. Rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. On site is a swimming pool which was great to cool down after a day of travelling. There is also a restaurant on site Thai/Australian menu that offer room service for a small fee. Highly recommend the food, it was delicious and the wait wasn't too long. Overall pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone travelling through Roma.

Thank you for making my stay so easy. The staff were so accommodating allowing me to finish my online work meetings before having to check out. The food from the restaurant was delicious. The duck curry was one of the best I've ever had.

Just a lovely friendly place to stay in Roma. I really enjoyed staying at Best Western Bungil Creek. It is close to the Roma CBD and it offers wonderful rooms. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Roma.

Great room for the price little accommidation in Dalby good alternative. Meal at local RSL suggested by helpful staff capped off a good stay. Just overnight stay after trip from Carnarvon Gorge area also a must see.

Friendly service at receptionandin the restaurant. Food at the restaurant could be improved. A new mattress would improve comfort and a more thorough room service during a multi night stay would be good.

Very friendly service at reception. Room was quite comfortable , quiet and clean. Stayed two nights but room just had new towels on the second night, otherwise nothing touched. In-house restaurant had both Asian and Australian dishes - I tried Asian and it was pretty ordinary to be honest. Free parking undercover which is great, and well-located.

Staff were more than helpful and the rooms were clean & tidy. Nice quiet motel and not far from town centre. The rooms were not only clean but also had a lovely peppermint aroma. Will definitely stay there again.

The room had a horrible musty smell, the TV was broken, and people were shouting and arguing all night. Definitely NOT worth what I paid. I would not stay here again. If it was the only place available, I'd sleep in my car.

Selected this motel prior to flying into Roma based on other reviews and location to sites I wanted to visit as I would be walking. Arrived early and the reception was able to check me in to the room immediately. The room was spacious with a separate seating area with lounge and table and two chairs that then flowed into the bedroom area and through another door into the bathroom. The room was clean and tidy with a mid size flat screen at TV on the wall. A separate writing desk and chair. Air conditioning unit was in the room with controls. The tea and coffee making facilities were in a cupboard with a slide out tray that had an electric jug and power points so it could be used without relocating. A small fridge with complimentary milk and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and some sweet biscuits. The room had an extra blanket in the cupboard and iron and ironing board and luggage rack for your suitcase. The bathroom was well appointed with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower and similar arrangement near the hand basin. A swimming pool is available for use on those hot summer days. The in-house Thai Restaurant was closed during my visit but will be re-opening soon. The motel is located a short 5 min walk into town and the Big Rig is 500 metres in the opposite direction. Did not encounter any noise from other guests or traffic noise during my overnight stay. Welcoming staff and excellent motel.

Arrived at the best weston and I will say that the staff were fantastic, when we got to our room we noticed that the door was in need of repair, we entered to find that the room was clean and presented well but very dated, I will say that the beds were quite comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. the only negative was that there are tables setup outside some of the rooms and the first night we left to grab some dinner to find two men sitting at the table outside our room with a carton of beer drinking when we returned they were still there about half a carton in beer bottles everywhere. The next morning we woke up to head out for the day to find that table covered in beer bottles and rubbish.

Our room was clean, quiet neat and quite roomy. The pool was lovely to swim in. We did not use the restaurant as it was closed on the night we wanted to (Monday). The motel was easy to find and close to the town centre.

The Best Western Bungil Creek Motel rooms had been refurbished and was quite well done and neat although there were some issues such as poor lighting in the bathroom, and an air-conditioner that did not behave as you might expect one should and had trouble heating and staying on.Otherwise, a good motel and with a good location.

We only stayed here overnight as we were on our way through to Brisbane, however, we were overwhelmingly pleased to see the room we would lay out heads in. The clean, hygienic smell greeted us upon opening the door which led into a small lounge/dining area with a comfy couch for watching TV in and a Queen sized bed with roomy bathroom with all amenities required. We ate dinner in the Motel restaurant and although providing a fairly expectable menu, had the added addition of Thai-inspired dishes as well. The friendly and welcoming staff were the ‘icing on the cake'.

Room was clean and comfortable. Big enough for the 2 of us for one nigh. Rooms were quiet even though you are on the highway. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant which was also good value for money.

We stayed in a king superior room and were very impressed with the room overall. Best of all was the onsite restaurant which is owned and run by Chef Simon Lee. The Thai meals were soooo delicious I wanted to take him home with me.

Easy walk to town. Really friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding family room with separate bedroom and plenty of room for 4 of us. 4 bed non family room wasn't as good (would be ok for small kids) as it was cramped and the AC didn't work that well. Great value for money in this area.

Me and my girlfriend are travelling around Queensland from Darwin.. Very friendly and helpful staff and even helped out with camper trailer issues we had needed some welding and they got it sorted for us at no extra cost 10/10 Also they let us use the pool after we checked out Top Service...

Long drive from Brisbane for work. Lovely clean motel ,weĺl appointed rooms, good staff service and lovely restaurent dinner meals. Breakfast was ample servings and is pretty quiet in the rooms even though it's on the highway.

Great place to stay. Friendly, clean, convenient and has the best Thai meals! This is the 2nd time in 2 months that we have stayed here and will come again. The rooms are spacious and modern. Looking forward to staying again.

This was a nice place to stay at on our trip to and from Winton. The room was nice and quiet and the bed was good. The reception staff were friendly and helpfull. we had a great meal at the hotel restaurant on both occasions.

Its been awile since my last work trip out west. big drive, but a lovely comfortable room. The restaurent is now run buy an asian chef offering lovely Thai food as well as the usual fair. pleasant stay only the room rate was abit excessive.

I've been looking for a great motel at Roma and now I've found it! When I arrive at a country motel, I'm usually tired from a long drive and numerous business meetings along the way so I like a comfortable room with a lounge chair, desk to set up a laptop to work from, a comfy bed, a pool for the hot days and an in house restaurant so I can enjoy a couple of drinks without having to drive: Best Western Motels usually offer all this and Roma's Best Western Bungil Creek has it all plus very helpful and friendly service from Giovanni! Fantastic! I'll be back! Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff upon arrival and lovely Restaurant. Restaurant staff and food are top notch and very handy being attached to the hotel so no need to drive around town looking for a good meal. Got a good nights sleep and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend as a frequent visitor.

Check in very friendly. Room was quite spacious with a small lounge and table with two chairs. A refreshing swim in the pool a must in these hot dry conditions. There is a tv, bar fridge, walk in shower, iron and board, microwave and air conditioning. Perfect for one night stay. Only negative it is a bit out of town.

We had a great stay here - staff were friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this as a great location, clean and tidy. We used the pool and laundry facilities and all were very good. We had a 5 day stay.

Stayed one night in a deluxe room with spa bath. Room was very clean, tastefully decorated, staff were friendly and the restaurant had a lovely outdoor atmosphere by the pool. Food at the restaurant was good and came out fast. Will stay here again.

Had a most enjoyable stay...beds and room and Motel very comfortable. Staff very helpful and the rooms were of a good size. Parking was just outside the units doors. Shower excellent water pressure and bathroom was a good size.

I always look forward to my stay in Roma the staff are always friendly the rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are great wifi works great. Summer time is nice around the pool and the alfresco area is good to set in and enjoy a drink from the bar.

Room was clean and adequate. Some confusion on checking in as had booked a bed and breakfast deal expecting full buffet breakfast. Apparently the small print says continental breakfast delivered to room and now have stopped offering such deals as customers have been confused! Hmmmm. The meal that evening at the in-house restauant was however excellent. Thank goodness as we were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary the next day in Rubyvale so this was the celebration meal. OK but will stay elsewhere if we ever overnight in Roma again.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Could not fault it. Fast and simple check-in, polite staff, amazingly clean room with a very comfortable bed. Restaurant on site but if you fancy something else there is plenty within walking distance. Even though it is on the main road there was no problem with traffic noise.

Ideally located, short walk to centre along the bottle trees 10 minutes, Big Rig close by, great rooms and restaurant, meal was superb , staff very helpful if have any questions at all. I will stay here again.

The room is well appointed and roomy, it was nice to have a lounge in the room as well. It is a short 10 min walk to the center of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Easy to find. Pleasant walk to main street. Wonderful staff. Onsite restaurant appeared nice. Spacious room. Nice shower. The bed was not the best. I would suggest updating the mattresses. A bit on the hard/old side.

Stayed one night in a queen room which was nicely decorated. It's not located close to the city centre but it is probably a 15 minute walk. Room was quiet even though the motel is located on the main road although can get noisy when other guests are leaving early in the morning. Ate at the restaurant with friends and everyone's meals were superb, service was a bit slow but the restaurant was quite busy with a birthday party in the function area.

I stayed here three nights for work. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Car parking is undercover and are wide parks. There is also an on-site restaurant and they offer room service breakfast. Staff are friendly and happy to assist. I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Roma.

I have stayed at the Bungil Creek Motel twice now and both times have experienced excellent accommodation and restaurant service. The restaurant has outstanding food and service. We were served by Shae the four times we had dinner there and each time she was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of menu items and wines. She remembered us even though it had been a few months between visits. Our breakfast experience was also excellent. Thank you to the team at Bungil Creek Motel, especially Shae and the team for ensuring your guests receive such welcoming and friendly service in the restaurant. You all go above and beyond which does not go unnoticed. Well done!

it had been approx 5 years since I last stayed at the Bungle Creek and it was still a great experience after a long day on the road and I will be there again shortly.The restaurant service was fantastic and the food was cooked to perfection so in all a great trip and recommend anyone to stay there

From the time we walked into the reception we felt right about staying here. Meeting the manager confirmed our feeling. The room was great, the pool is gold and the overall experience improved our trip beyond our expectations. We don't normally stay in these sort of places when we travel between locations, but after five days on the road the Best Western Bungil Creek Motel was a very pleasing surprise. If we travel back through Roma we will defiantly stay there again.

Stayed here on our way home from Caloundra. Front desk staff were great ,quick check in. very Clean Rooms, Tv in Kids room a big bonus. Cold air cons and a pool. What more could you need? Will Stay Again

Nicely presented Motel that has nice rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are far enough away from main road to allow them to be pretty quiet even thought the main road is the major through road from Brisbane. Nice breakfast, dinner was at the Commercial hotel as recommended by the motel staff and was this was also very good.

First trick, entry on the side road, no biggey. Room was big separate little sitting area, being late winter I did find the heating was the best but no real drama. Good restaurant, staff super friendly and very good drink specials

Travelling back to Brisbane and decided to stay a couple of nights, beautifully furnished, extremely clean and comfortable... We had an Executive Spa Suite and it was lovely to relax in after travelling....We ordered Room Service via the Restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful and fresh. The Motel is very handy to everything, yet far enough from any noise. Highly recommend.... Thank you

We stopped at this motel on the way to Caravan Gorge and were pleasantly surprised by the clean comfortable room and great country hospitality. Had dinner at the restaurant and while the food was good and hearty it was the service from the wait staff that we were particularly impressed with. Especially a young girl called Gemma ?

We booked into Bungil Creek Motel for a few days and were impressed with the accommodation and BC's Bar & Grill. Food is excellent and all the staff, motel and restaurant, are highly efficient, happy and helpful making the experience so pleasant and easy. We stayed a week.

We always stay at the Bungil, rooms are always clean, of good size. Great location if need to duck out for groceries. Restaurant is very handy with delicious meals. Reception staff are courteous and late closure which is good.

Stayed overnight on our way Ilfracombe. The room was neat and clean and had seperate lounge and table. Air conditioner keep the room warm on a chilly July night. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Good sized room and quiet location make for a good night's sleep. The reception staff were efficient and friendly. Just a short walk to the centre of town and right next door to economical eats. All in all a very good experience.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Carnarvon Gorge. The room was clean and tidy with a modern ensuite, perfect linen, nice water pressure and an efficient A/C. The bar fridge and tiny freezer were a little small though for those making large trips without a Waeco but not really a problem. The restaurant was more than we expected with a good dinner menu and great atmosphere. The wait staff were professional and attentive and the meal was excellent. We were so impressed we returned for breakfast but experienced our only disappointment. We needed to leave by 7.30am or thereabouts, so we arrived at the restaurant at 6.50am and ordered at 6.55am. The restaurant was empty with only one other guest but by 7.25am (half hour later) our meal had not been delivered and we simply had to leave. The waitresses was apologetic but we found the kitchen was staffed by a single cook with no help, and she was preparing multiple in-room orders as well as ours. Although it was disappointing to leave without breakfast, the room and meal from the previous night really do deserve 5 stars. If you're travelling through Roma and need a place to stay, or you're just looking for a decent restaurant, do yourself a favour and drop in.

The property was a pleasant facility, staff were helpful and courteous and the property was quiet and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner menu was surprisingly broad. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

This is a very comfortable motel to stay at, the room and bathroom are a good size , comfortable bed, The check in was easy and pleasant , both room service meals very good ( dinner and breakfast ) I would definitely stay here again.

We have been to this motel a few times and each time find it clean and comfortable while the pool is good for a swim in the hot weather. Its location is convenient with the rooms being a good size and there is a sense of being able to relax around the pool.

Really this review is more about the restaurant in the motel. B.C restaurant. I have stayed and dined in many motel restaurants over 30 years. But the meal I had in this one was one of, if not the best meal I have ever had. The flavour and servings of food was fantastic. The staff in the restaurant and the motel were great..

Stayed one night, room lovely but had to be moved as the TV didn't work, manager very helpful. Fantastic pool and can't really fault the motel at all just a shame it was a public holiday and the restaurant was closed

Well this will be my third review of this Motel and it remains outstanding. We arrived on Christmas Day to a wonderful greeting and again could not have been happier. We had our family with us and their room and expectations met and exceeded their expecations. We will stay here again.

We stayed here with our 16 month old for an overnight stay. The motel in itself looks only a few years old. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. A great selection of overpriced mini bar items and a very comfortable bed. It had everything we needed minus an open restaurant which was a bit disappointing. But yes I would probably stay there again.

The reception is not bad but not too enthusiastic, which makes your check-in/out kinda awkward. It's nicely located in the town. Breakfast is served a little later than what the motel's purpose indicates it should (7:30am) It's in walking distance from everything u need, but Roma is not a massive city to begin with. They do collaborate with different airline frequent flyer programs so one can rack up points for staying a night or two. All N all if you're in town on business, give it a go

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Over the duration of our stay we stayed in 2 different rooms and both were clean, modern and spacious. Only issue was with the air conditioner in one room it cooled in cycles and I was in a bed that wasn't directly under it so during the night at times it felt a bit stuffy when the air conditioner was in it's off cycle. It was a very busy weekend in Roma so perhaps the prices reflected this, as they were a little bit higher than similar rooms I've stayed in at other motels. Would definitely recommend this Motel.

Stayed here for 2 nights while passing through. The good location to town, clean room,complimentary cookies, comfortable be, good sized room badly laid out. The motel could do with a revamp rooms look old and dated, interior colours are too dark making the room look smaller. There is a massive old cabinet that the tv sits on, difficult to see if you are in the lounge area. Why not get rid of it and hang the to on the wall on a swivel bracket, the cabinets belongs to another generation from the big old TV days.there is a wall that divides the bedroom from the sitting area, get rid of it and open up the room. Bathroom is pretty old the toilet cistern old peeling deteriorating plastic, see photo,the toilet seat one of the cheapest seats I have ever sat on. The secondary lock on the door was broken, a security issue, not being a fire door there is no reason why this should not be addressed. The gardens such as they are really need a tidy up sadly it shows a lack of attention to detail. The pool area is a mess, see photo, weeds growing through pavers, just because it is winter ther is no reason to let this area go. The restaurant is closed for dinner and has been for many months, "under renovation" there is no sign of this happening breakfast is served here, I suspect there is another reason it is not open. Lastly being part of a chain Best Westernthe rates are higher than you would pay for other similar similar motels. This property falls well short of 4 stars, we spend around 150 days in accommodation a year and this is the basis for my opinion. Would I stay there again most likely not I would investigate other properties first in Roma before returning here

This was our second stay here in the past 4 months and again we were very happy with the very clean and tidy room and it's facilities. The room was a good size and fairly comfortable with the bed being a little hard for our liking but that's a personal preference and impossible to meet everyone's ideals. We noticed that it was under new management however the restaurant was closed again but were able to order in. All in all this Motel is great value for money, clean and tidy and will certainly please most travellers.

We stayed here on our way through heading north and it was immaculate. Bed and pillows was comfy. Exactly what we needed after a day in the car. Easy to find and close to a servo to top up before leaving would stay here again

This is a well apointed hotel and decor was very comfortable. staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy to find, only a short walk to town or easy drive. good value for money. the restuarant was not open for dinner but served a nice brekky.

For us, this was supposed to be a place to relax prior to and following an eye operation at the Roma Hospital. We arrived on a Sunday around 5 p.m. The restaurant was closed. There was no chance of an early morning breakfast either. My wife had to report at the Roma Hospital on the Monday at 7 a.m., too early for a room service breakfast. There was no crockery or cutlery in the family room we booked apart from cups, saucers and mugs for tea and coffee. Breakfast was given a miss. The unit was noisy at times when the shower in an adjoining room was used. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and the aircon heating wasn't working most of the time. As well, cold air was blowing through a 2cm gap under the entrance door. A door draught excluder needs to be fitted. The Motel had a wall socket deodorizer which emitted an overpowering and lasting sickly sweet smell. Clean fresh rooms don't need these. We expected a lot more for the top price we paid.

Family room was well laid out and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Was quiet with rooms set just back from highway so you didn't hear truck noise. Restaurant currently closed for renovations till early July.

Like most Best Western motels our room was excellent with kitchen facilities and a little lounge area to relax. We didn't bother going out to eat but had tea and breakfast in the restaurant. The restaurant was large with the tables well separated. Very enjoyable place after having just had an emergency tooth extraction!

Best Western offered a modern, comfortable and clean room. It was spacious for a motel room. Included a lounge (possibly a fold out bed), a small seating table and storage space. Great big bathroom for getting ready.

My wife and I stayed only the one night selecting the King Spa Room. The room was spacious, very comfortable and priced very competitively. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed however it looked absolutely wonderful and the menu did tease us somewhat. All in all certainly worth the stay and would certainly stay here again. Congratulations to Management and Staff

Our family of four (2 kids) stayed in a Family Room for 3 days over Easter. It's on the edge of town, but only a 10 minute walk into the centre to watch the parade. Other events were also within walking distance, as was the Big Rig attraction ( less than 2 blocks away). Unfortunately the dining room wasn't open over the Easter period, presumably due to the cost of staff on penalty rates, and this also meant no breakfast available. The room has a microwave, fridge and all the usuals, but could have done with some plates and cutlery in the absence of the restaurant. Undercover parking right in front of the room was convenient. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed overnight with family on our way to Carnarvan Gorge. Great location off the main road into town. Easy check-in and huge thanks to Chloe for an excellent recommendation for a place for dinner - walking distance approx. 10 minutes into central town. Room modern, clean and pleasant with separate single bed for my son. Definitely recommended.

This was the perfect place to stay whilst on business. Good space to set up lap top and papers. Dinner was of a good quality and staff are friendly. Not right in the town centre but I will definitely book again.

Great motel in a quiet town. I loved the place and hotel. Everyone is very friendly here. From the airport, to the taxi, to the staff at the motel and the townspeople. We had a great welcome. The establishment is a single floor motel and rooms lines around the boundary. I had a room facing the gate at the far end. It was spacious with a large shower/toilet. Also had a jacuzzi! The room was clean, warm and had a good shower with lots of hot water. They have an instruction on how to use the taps, and be careful. Water can be hot unexpectedly! I thought the location is in a reasonably quiet location, although it is next to a highway. Great Staff. They were so friendly and cheerful. Right from the reception to the restaurant. They suggested good food and very always at our service. Thank you all! Special mention. The dinner can be great. Enjoy the ribs! Portions can be large though! Limited seat. We were there on Feb 14th, so couldn't get seats. All reserved for the romantic couples.

Overall a very nice location and facility. Meal prices on the upper side, rooms very well appointed and modern, plenty of room and not crammed. Pool area and outdoor facilities also well presented. I'll be back.

A clean and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights whilst in town on business, the rooms are back from the main road, so noise was not an issue. Staff were pleasant and friendly and free WiFi speeds were good as well. I would happily recommend staying here to anyone whilst they are in Roma.

Genuine, friendly staff who serve great food, they know how to cook a good steak. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast is also good can recommend the bacon & egg sandwich, Dawns specialty.

Located close to the main streets of Roma, firm bed with clean and modern design. Staff were helpful and courteous. A little street noise from the main road and adjacent caravan park but not intrusive. Good undercover parking. Room amenities were up to standard.

Located within easy walking distance to town, this motel accommodation was a pleasant surprise, with it's modern decor and layout. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows, spacious bathroom, with a good selection of amenities. Shower pressure and water temperature was very good, and while the amenities for the shower were attached to the wall, they were easy to access. Although located on the main road, the room was very quiet. Undercover parking is provided, which would be beneficial in summer, and with immediate access to your unit. BC Bar & Grill Is located adjacent to reception in the main building. We were greeted with a spacious dining area. The food was well presented, cooked well, and a generous serving. Our meal was accompanied with a bargain bottle of shiraz, which was a good drop, another pleasant surprise. Chloe the property manager, provided excellent and friendly service, as did the wait staff in the restaurant.

A great little motel on the eastern approach to Roma. Bit of traffic noise but clean and comfortable with a country welcome. Room was spacious with all usual facilities. Easy access shower and comfy bed.

Comfy bed and pillows. Love accommodation that promote sustainability and don't use small plastic bottles that end up in land fill. Just hoping the towel that I hung on the hook was refolded for reuse as suggested and not replaced with a new one (as I have assumed).

This accommodation has all the features that I want. We had an excellent full breakfast in a pleasant dining-room which we ordered beforehand, This meant it cost us only $15 each. Both staff and management were helpful. The only problem was that we had to eat dinner elsewhere because there was no option of a cheaper set menu, only fully priced choices were offered. I am sure that the dinner would have been very enjoyable.

This was the best room we had on our short road trip, it was a great size and there was a massive King size bed and spa bath along with walk in shower. The only down side was the fact that there was a wedding party staying and we were all tucked in the corner which although this is further from the road but unfortunately meant that when they all returned to their rooms it got a bit loud outside for about 45mins. Not much that could be done about it. We visited the onsite restaurant but we wouldn't rate that so highly, really quite expensive especially the drinks list.

In Roma on business, Bungil Creek Motel was recommended to me to stay and dine at night. Great location and restaurant lived up to all expectations, cold beverages friendly staff and great food. Stayed away from fish, 500km from the sea so had a steak and it was perfectly cooked, tasty and had just the right amount of sides. Accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable with good amenities. Worth a night in Roma you will not be disappointed.

This is a very modern motel, 10 minutes walk from Woolworths supermarket and situated along a main road. Room has air conditioning with heating, microwave, fridge and large open shower. There is a reasonable sized desk with 4 power points (quite rare in most motel/hotels) which is great for the business traveller, a small table and a sofa. The room has both free Wifi and broadband (cable connection RJ 45) connections available. The licensed restaurant on premises (BC's Restaurant) offers a large range of options for example 250g MSA sirloin $39.90, 500g MSA T-Bone $51.90 and slow cooked American style chicken wings and beef ribs $44.90. There is also tempting desserts from Eton Mess $12.90 to Chocolate Fudge Brownie $16.90. This is a high quality motel and a very refreshing change to the standard I saw some 15 years ago in Roma.

We stayed here for one night passing through town. It was recommended by a friend. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious with a queen bed, dining table, sofa and study desk. Water is also very hot in shower. Only thing I noticed was that the rooms aren't very soundproof. You can hear quite clearly cars and other doors to other rooms being shut as well as voices. Besides that we had a good stay

Surprised to find a motel of this standard in the outback. Everything from the room the staff and the restaurant was excellent This was the best motel of 8 that we stayed in on our 6000km tour around the outback and my husband says the ribs and wings were incredible . Would highly recommend to anyone in the area or travelling through.

I stay here frequently with work and every time I stay I'm very happy with the fabulous service. Chloe is fantastic and really helped me out on my last stay, the food is great and beds are super comfy. Recommend to all! 5 + in my books.

I stayed for one night only and found the staff to be very professional and also very flexible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this motel to my friends or family. The place itself is very modern. The head chef also has an impressive moustache. I'll definitely be back again

Very comfortable beds, staff were good too. Place tidy, accomodation very good, availability of meals if you want them etc. Close to the centre of town with all conviences. I'll be staying again when I need too.

We had to stop overnight on the way to a sporting event. One of the best family rooms we've stayed in. Spacious, clean, children loved their room. Breaky was good value for money, great table to sit at, not crowded as we have found in other places. We will be definitely be staying again.

I recently stayed here for three nights while in Roma on business. The room was quite large and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a rather strong odour emanating from the bathroom which meant I had to keep the window open despite the road noise

Arriving with a late check in, Dave and Chloe with big smiles couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Though it was late and the restaurant was closed, they were more than happy to cook a meal. Quiet, very clean and roomy and the bed was excellent .Easy access with a good location. Definitely be back.

This motel has all the features of big city hotels but the warmth of country hospitality. We stay at this motel quite frequently and have never had an issue. The food is wonderful whether you have room service or dine in the very stylish restaurant. It is a pleasure staying at the Bungil Creek Motel.

Had a one night stay after a 900 km trip.Staff were very helpful and friendly and the sevive was very good Nice restaurant with good menu and fast service. Good breakfast for $18 which I could finish.So big. Will stay again next trip Lindsay Reid

I've stayed here 4 times now & have never had a problem with the room or food, David & Chloe along with the rest of the staff have always made me welcome & I will not stay anywhere else when I'm in Roma QLD.

This motel is not new but is locally owned and has been maintained to a high standard. We had dinner and breakfast in house and both the food and service were great. It is a little way out of the main town which is a short walk or drive.

Have stayed before and really enjoyed the visit so booked this place again. From reception through dining and housekeeping all the staff are friendly and more than happy to help. The food in the restaurant was top quality and having a play room for my nephew was a great break for my sister so she could enjoy her meal well done for that. Our room was large and modern and the housekeeping staff deserve a medal they are spotless rooms and bathrooms. I have only praise for this motel it made the weekend very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful night at the Bungil Creek Motel. The rooms are comfortable and the food excellent. We had a large group in the restaurant for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal and we also agreed that our breakfast the next morning was one of the best motel cooked breakfasts that we had ever had.

When I'm in Roma Queensland the only hotel I stay at is the Bungil Creek hotel. The hospitality is friendly and accomodating, the parking is organised with the ability to park your car outside your room.

Was good. Found it clean and tidy and staff friendly. There were no problems. It was a nice environment and convenient to centre of Roma. Excellent curry dish at the restaurant. Roma is not a place you'd expect to have a superb genuine curry prepared but compliments to the chef.

Food was average in bistro and staff or guest drinking and making noise out on beer garden till 2 am wasn't great , beds a comfortable and large with a nice ensuite front staff are friendly large television and free wifi ok.

I arrived Sunday evening after a huge intake week and a new cook starting for the hotel. The Manager did his best to come up with a great meal for me although there was only steak left on the menu!! The rooms were some of the best regional hotel rooms I've stayed in although the aircon remote needed batteries and no spares were forthcoming....so it was a kind of hot then cold then hot night!!

Very easy to get to from the highway. A nice walk into town to stretch the legs after checking in. No highway noise and air conditioner worked well. I would stay here again when travelling through Roma.

On arrival I asked about the swimming pool and was told that there was one, but was also told, and I quote.... "We are the most up marked place in town and we have a very strict dress code in our restaurant, so if you done get changed after swimming you have to order from the window". I asked what the dress code was and was told "We have a lot of corporates here so you have to wear closed in shoes and a collared shirt". I got the impression that families are not particularly welcome. Being the operator of a considerably larger and highly profitable accommodation business myself who is quite accustomed to wearing shoes and shirts I decided to spend my money on pizza for my family instead of being disappointed in the unfriendly restaurant. The room was average at best for the most upmarket place in town. Keep trying, you might be up market one day.

Good room, clean and comfortable, restaurant food was good, service a bit spotty - was given wrong meal at restaurant and waitress didn't seem to know the difference even when questioned (it was still good so I didn't raise a fuss); room service cleaned the room and left the door open before I checked out (not good, given my laptop was sitting on the table).

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was so clean and the amenities were fantastic - will definitely be staying there again and recommending it to my clients. I am a travel agent and found this property to way above expectations. Many thanks.

Booked a Deluxe room. Very large room, beautifully furnished with all the modern conveniences. Huge bathroom area. Shower had shampoo, soap etc all on tap. Arrived to a very warm and friendly greeting. Good price with best biscuits ever.

After traveling in a car for 12 hours, tired and warn out we checked in. The room was wonderful, clean, spacious. A lovely table to eat at, TV in both rooms. The bathroom was great. As I was traveling with my 4 young children, thankyou for the port-a-cot. was great that they were in there room, had to walk past me to go outside. I flicked on there TV, and shut the door and Im sure i was asleep before they were. The bed was a little hard, but Im definitely not complaining, what a peaceful relaxing stay. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Great on such a warm hot night. Great price for a family room.

Stayed in WC accessible room. Sufficient space to move about in room. Bathroom access good. Towels placed on rack were too high for wheelie, as was shower rose left in top position. These things are ok if you have an ambulant person with you but don't work if you don't. Shower seat was a little far from shampoo/soap dispensers but others were provided. Again on high shelf. Shower floor was dirty. Otherwise room was very comfortable and clean. Not sure about the foot operated pedal waste bins in an accessible room though.

I had booked one night at the BW in a two bedroom suite (even though I was travelling alone, I like having additional space when the price difference isn't huge) and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Check-in was easy, and I was given my room key to room 21. When I opened the door to the room I was surprised at just how big the room was. It was probably the largest two bedroom suite I've ever been into. The television worked great, as did the fridge, kettle, and all appliances. There was a leaking tap in the bathroom, but it wasn't enough to bother me. I reported this when I went to check out, and they said they would fix it straight away. If I go back to Roma I have no doubt that I would book this hotel without question.

Clean and comfortable. I did not have private transport, so the 10 min walk into town for an errand was a bit inconvenient in 36C heat... But it was lovely to swim in the pool afterwards! Staff were friendly and efficient.

Clean, Affordable and amazing place!! Felt very welcome Nicole was very imformative and helpful, the rooms are alot nicer then rooms you pay for in the city. Thats why we came back 5 days later for another night!!

I travel to Roma quite regularly and have stayed at a number of motels in Roma and without a doubt this has to be one of the best country motels i have stayed at. Nicole in reception is always polite and very helpful. The rooms are clean and BCs restaurant does great meals both to the room if you dont wish to eat in the restaurant or if you want to chat up at the bar over a cold beer then Stefani will make you feel welcome to. The breakfast is very good. When ever i get into town early Nicole does her best to get me checked in early to. Well done to Nicole and the staff at the Bungil Creek motel keep up the great work you are huge asset to the owners and to the customers that stay with you. Regards Warren

Roma is a small town, I often come here for work and best western makes the stay a complete pleasure. The staff are fantastic, are usto my ridiculous work antics and are more than accomodating. Rooms are clean, food at BC is fantastic, pool is nice and the hotel beers are actually affordable. Short walk into town. Great in room internet (with lan cable) wifi is hit and miss. don't look further in roma!

We liked this motel so much on our way south we stayed again on the return trip. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well set out. Although the hotel is situated on the highway there was no road noise. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, an enormous bathroom and although we didn't need to use it, a kitchenette with microwave. Room service and breakfast meals were top quality. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel alot and as per usual the food was very good, desserts appealing and the staff from the front counter to the restarant as usual friendly and reliable. A little limited in TV channels as SBS never gets a signal and only 7 Foxtel channels but the beds are comfy with very good water pressure in the showers. The hotel is situated in the middle of Roma and there is very little highway noise.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Only stayed overnight. Did not use restaurant. Was good to be able to book in earlier and unpack, before catching up with family. Would stay here again. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Lovely hotel to stay at,Only a short walk to town, comfy beds.stayed two nights would highly recommend staying here. swimming pool is very nice on a hot day.The big rig tourist attraction in just next door which is bonus and so is tourist information centre which has a great cafe.

Me and my partner travel for work from hotel to hotel and bungle creek is by far one off the best places we have stayed. We came back for our second time and we can once again not fault a thing! Modern large rooms, nice big pool, the bar and restraint is outstanding (we've tried out quite a few off the meals now, dine in and room service) as well as VERY friendly and helpful staff, who went out off their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. I would recommend it to anyone, we hope to be back again soon :)

Some of the furnishings are a bit tired, but clean and tidy and quiet. Quite a dark room and feels a bit gloomy as you pull in. Feels like they need to refurb and relaunch the place. these small things were made up by the lovely manager and the quaint bottle trees lining the streets! did the job for a one night stay.

I stayed at the Best Western for 1 night with my partner. It was definitely worth the stay. The food in the restaurant is good, the room was clean, big and quiet and the staff friendly. It seems to be a buisy little place. The restaurant was full that night but we still got a table. I would stay there again.

Overnight stay very nice welcoming staff. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. Meals in restaurant very delicious and lots of variety. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper didn't sleep well could hear very loud TV or Music from caravan park that was situated behind our room that went till early hours of the morning. Make sure you get a room that faces the road.

The reception staff are very welcoming, the room is comfortable and has all that we expected. The restaurant, well managed with the STAR operator Emma, we liked her red flower. The menu for dinner is good with many options, breakfast is good too. We just have what's on offer but they also serve, hot breakfast if one wishes. It is located conveniently near to all attractions we intended to see It is not the cheapest option in Roma, but the extra is justified

Great service and room, it is a small thing but i really appreciated the option of having real soap instead of just the often supplied liquid soap. It might be about sustainability or costs but the liquid soap doesn't cut it for me so thanks for having both on offer.

Stayed at this Motel twice in approximately two weeks and it is a great place to stay, very friendly service well appointed restaurant and rooms. Thanks for looking after my family so well it was appreciated. (I regularly travel nationally and internationally and can really appreciate the quality of service you provide)
