Best Western Plus Lexington Inn

Beds make a noises every time you move in them. With three people in the room and both beds that were making noise it was a terrible night. Told front desk after the first night and they seemed less than interested to help.

Nice, clean hotel, clean furniture, good closet space, friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again. Deceit amount of food for breakfast. Lobby has a great machine that serves all kind of coffee, late, hot chocolate and tea.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, lots of variety (awesome waffles), nice dining area, great hot chocolate! Nice grounds. Quiet. Good location. Ample parking with easy access to side and back entrances. Good security for the doors.

There were many cheaper rates around, but I knew this BW was clean and the staff was great. The breakfast area was comfortable and roomy with fresh fruit and waffles. The coffee was good. The refrigerator worked great , bathrooms were clean, the whole appearance was welcoming.

Clean hotel with very clean and comfortable room. Bed was so so comfortable nice size TV. and LOVED the coffee machine located in the lobby (GREAT) The staff was very helpful. the pool was clean and the grounds were well kept.

This is a wonderful smaller hotel that we enjoyed staying at. The staff are all exceptional, going the extra mile. We were given housekeeping services every day without asking for it. This is the cleanest hotel that we have stayed at in a long time. The floors in our room were even wet mopped every day. The breakfast has a lot of variety and friendly staff serving it. The coffee bar has a fancy coffee machine that makes lattes, mochas, etc. The laundry room is clean and has two machines of each and cost $1.50/load and work well.

Hotel was clean and friendly staff. The location is right off was has to be the most congested road in Lexington. Was difficult to get to without having to only come from one way to avoid crossing traffic. But, once in the hotel it was quiet. Nice laminate floors in the rooms. Kindof difficult to manage for a person with mobility issues. Handicap room was spacious and bed was probably at a good height for a person in a wheelchair but was too low for a person with poor leg strength to stand up from. Mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok, standard. Had a nice coffee machine to make cappuccinos and special drinks.

Second time traveling to Lexington for work and I stayed at this hotel both times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. They also have this cool coffee machine in the lobby that makes specialty drinks.

Overall this hotel is great place to stay, great breakfast, staff, beds, overall the room nice, spacious and cozy.Jordan the front office manager is amazing, the staff is amazing especially the lady who does there breakfast she is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

We started staying here in 2020 when it was Surestay during my son's AAU Basketball Tournaments. They are always an Excellent Experience, we never stay anywhere else!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed twice in the past month whilst coming and going somewhere else. Very helpful staff addressed a few minor issues. Good location with a variety of restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. The included hot breakfast was excellent with a helpful attendant.

We watch reviews, and we knew Econolodge was basic but clean from the reviews. Our expectations were exceeded when we found newly renovated rooms, super friendly and helpful staff and near everything we needed.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is extremely clean not inside our room and outside. There was zero mold in the shower. They provide nice towels and the sheets fit the king size bed AND stayed tucked in. They have a nice breakfast in the morning with eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal and pastries. They have coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24/7. They even have a cappuccino machine. Didn't try it so I can't report on the taste. The hotel itself is tucked back behind Applebees restaurant and can be confusing to get to as you can't see the hotel from the road. Look for the sign. but it's well worth the effort. The hotel has 2 washers and 2 dryers. $1.50/load each. There machines are very clean and both in good working order. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with our stay at this Best Western. Room had been recently remodeled - no carpeting on the floor, white duvet on bed, plenty of desk and counter space, nice sized bathroom with large countertop. Quiet side backs up to woods. Hotel is set back from the road, so even the front would be pretty quiet too. Breakfast had some nice touches like add-ins of nuts, cranberries, granola for your cereal or yogurt, bananas, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

My room was nice and clean. The bed and water pressure were fine. Everything in my room worked. The hotel is centrally located in Lexington, making it easy to get around. It is near food and shopping. The overall hotel was very clean. The employees are friendly. The breakfast was good and had hot and cold options, which was really nice.

The room was very clean. I'm a bit weird about hotels and germs so I inspected everything. It was all super clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good for a hotel. I had a pleasant stay. I stayed 2 nights, including Thanksgiving day.

We arrived after 11 pm and were cheerfully greeted. Checking in was quick. I appreciated it sets back from main road so parking lot seems a little more secure. Beds were firm and comfortable like I like it. Great basic bathroom with good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good, one of the better breakfast options for travelers with hot options. They even had a Nespresso machine!

Excellent amenities, breakfast and service. Best continental breakfast we've had. Staff friendly and helpful. Attractive interior decor and comfortable beds. Hotel is back enough away from main streets so rooms are quiet.

We had to get a hotel room last minute. They accommodate us with a room fit for five. Very clean and friendly. Great location. Large room with all the necessities. Comfortable. Clean. Large parking area.

Would have been a Excellent rating, if sink was clean. Breakfast was great. Check in was seamless and check out was easy. Staff member that checked me out was very nice and helpful. Staff prepping Breakfast bar was very detailed and the presentation was excellent. I will be returning to this location.

We only stayed one night but the staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic! It's not in a bad area either so I didn't feel uncomfortable going to my car. We would definitely stay here again!

Arrived in Lexington/Columbia on military travel on 9/18. Tried to get ahold of the night manager, Pateel and he was no where to be found. Walked around the lobby and waited for several minutes. Couldn't check in, electronic keypad did not function. No phone calls picked up. Terrible customer service, well no customer service actually. Additionally, the parking lot in the rear was being used by junkies whom were robbing the furniture store at 4am in the rear.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Very quiet! There was a good variety of choices for breakfast. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

A+++ For clean, friendly staff and updated rooms!! Even has electric car charging stations. Extremely comfortable bedding, usb port to charge devices. Not to mention nice business station to get must do work in. Pool and exercise room is centrally located. Location isn't easiest to get in snd out of, but it is a clean Quiet place to rest in center of Lexington.

Overall the experience was good. The staff was very friendly. Getting out of the hotel is a bit cumbersome if you are making a left turn, lots of traffic. A few things need to be upgraded but that could just be a personal preference. Mattress and lighting in the room.

Very clean and newer. Room was large. Two double beds and a pull out couch. Accommodating our family of 5. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located not far from the interstate. We would definitely recommend to others traveling in the Lexington area.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by two very kind gentlemen. They were so helpful with any questions we had. We had a couple of minor issues with the room and it was taken care of immediately. The layout of the room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the water pressure was great! We feel that this hotel is such a great value. Their customer service was above and beyond. I didn't want to leave!

We had one of the best night's sleep compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The room was clean and well appointed. The internet worked great. The complimentary breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, waffles and sausage links. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this area.

Just finished staying here. Exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, modern updated rooms. A/C unit was a little musty. We had maid service to my surprise-in many hotels they do not offer that anymore-usually have to stay at least three days. Continental breakfast-hot eggs, sausage, pretty much what it used to be like pre-Covid. Even though it was 16 miles away from the venue- I will gladly bee back. Highly recommend.

We've been on the road 7 of the last 12 months. This is one of our favorite places to stay overall but specifically in the Lexington area. Quiet, friendly - very clean! Accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. I like that I don't need to seek out a laundromat as they have 2 washers and dryers!!!

The best staff experience I've had in awhile. I just about always stay at Best Western when traveling but this location is by far one of the nicest ones I've stayed at. Between staff and condition of hotel

Not much to say here. Perfect stay, good value for the money. Highly recommended. Great room. Bed comfortable. Staff was nice. Parking good. Felt safe clean and friendly throughout. Been to a number of Best Westerns this year surprised by the quality that has improved over the last few years.

My wife and I stayed there as we were passing through to go to Greenville SC. We got there around 7pm and tired. Check in was fast rooms were clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong staying here. The breakfast was also hot and good.

The room was beautiful and clean room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. If I am ever in this area, I will definitely choose to stay here over another place. Charlie, the manager helped with setting up my 4K on the TV. He also took the time to get me the location of a place to eat. Unbelievable staff

This newly renovated property was a Hampton Inn before and was turned into a Best Western plus during the Renovation. After check in I had to discover that the air conditioning unit was not working as expected. I was assigned an other room immediately.

Friendly staff, nice clean room, great mattress, no carpeting, nice size TV and clean bathroom. Looks like they did a renovation recently. Nice fitness center, hot breakfast every morning. The price was right. Will definitely return.

I hope to go back soon and enjoy the southern hospitality. God love everybody there. The area was awesome the workers were great and they had peach juice on there breakfast buffet. I hope the beautiful lady doing house keeping gets this she was awesome

Excellent ! I have stayed at the location many times- always a great value. Great location , near I26,I20,I77, has a fitness center - muv fitness, very near by- walking distance . Exceptionally friendly staff, great breakfast

The entire experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. The staff is friendly. The room was clean well appointed. Overall the place was bright and clean. The location was great fo the things we were in town to do.

Everything was clean and smelled good the breakfast was unbelievably delicious I'm still thinking about the different things I could've ate the waffles were delicious thanks again the juice had a variety of choices I liked that

We had previously stayed the night before and checked out and went to the beach while we were there and then drove the 3hours back to this one when we were exhausted cause if not we wouldve had a long drive home. The staff is amazing! And especially the late nightshift check in lady that comes in. She is amazing and very caring. And also went above and beyond to help me!

1st time at Best Western Plus and very impressive. Great location off the highway which eliminated noise. Care and cleanliness (especially amongst this pandemic) for the recently renovated property a plus. Lexington has many options for shopping and dining which made our visit awesome. Staff was super pleasant and professional; Charlie is A1 an asset to your business.

I stayed here for the first time based on positive reviews. This hotel could use a refresh. No carpet in hotel room. Room was basic and the bed was uncomfortable. Found a roach on the bed next to me. I checked out and moved hotels. The guy at front desk said it was a palmetto bug. Gross.

We really enjoyed our stay at the best Western in Lexington South Carolina. We were welcomed with our puppy in tow. We had several family members and friends come stay at this particular best Western; Because of the cleanliness, professionalism and the fact that they excepted pets. Thank you again for such an awesome vacation

The “sofa bed” might as well have been a piece of a cardboard box. I wouldn't force my dog to sleep on it. It was truly unrealistic to have a human being sleeping on this “bed,” which made sleeping arrangements for a family of 5 pretty miserable.

Hidden gem off the highway is worth the drive. Accommodations were clean and nicely kept, HOT BREAKFAST was provided and available until 10 am, staff was friendly and welcoming. Fantastic value for a nice overnight on a long trip with the family.

check in was easy. access to the room was great. we used the pool several time while we were there. It was also very clean. We liked the fact that there was towel's at the pool. they let us have a later check out which was a reason for us not to feel rushed. I would recommend and have had family stay at that BW before.

We felt very comfortable in this clean and well maintained property. The hotel personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Additional parking adjacent to the hotel was available. Sadly, there was a change in pet policy but we were accommodated since we made our reservation beforehand.

The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and attentive. The lobby was nice and the room was nice. The issue was that our room had a wet dog/smoky smell. The beds were VERY squeaky and made loud noises with every movement. The bedspread was stained and there was pet hair in the sheets. I will say that I am sure that if I had brought the issues up the gentlemen at the desk would have changed our rooms, but by the time realized the extent of the problems we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep.

we were very happy with everything. would like to have had cartons of milk available. Staff was very helpful and polite. I would like to have some kind of travel guide to tell me where all the BW hotels are listed. Tried to call a BW number I had to reserved a room in Winchester, VA. I specifically asked if the hotel was owned by BW. the operator said yes. When we arrived it was owned by Hilton. I was not happy and did not like the room or the staff.

The Hotel looks amazing with its recent change to Best Western Plus. The service always has been amazing so now with the look, the great service and reasonable price I stay there a lot more often. I highly recommend and I stat at a lot of hotels and am very honest.

This is our 1st time to Lexington, SC and was very impressed with SureStay/Best Western Hotel. The hotel was was very clean and the breakfast was grap and go with an assortment of choices. Charlie the desk clerk was very pleasant, informative and helpful.

Staff was warm and inviting. The hotel is close to great food. The rooms are clean and we experienced no issues. The break was good as well. I do recommend staying here for business and pleasure. I will be staying again when in town.

Charlie and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Customer service was fabulous! Called the hotel to ask some questions, as well as another hotel, to help make our decision. Charlie's friendly and knowledgeable customer service is what sealed the deal for us. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations and the newly renovated rooms were beautiful and very clean! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Overall, stay was excellent Staff is very friendly and the hotel is comfortable and beautifully remodeled. The only complaint was the amount of noise you could hear. I could hear every single word from the rooms near by and the traffic.

This property was until recently a Hampton Inn and Best Western is converting it to a SureStay Plus. It's always challenging to make this transition--more so during a pandemic, with so much uncertainty. Staff was exceedingly helpful and kept noise/disturbances to a minimum. Our room was pristine and updated; beds and linens were new and comfortable. We'll likely stay again when we're in this area.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Location was good (Applebees next door which is very convenient). Hotel is well lit at night - felt very safe. Room was updated. I was traveling with dogs and Best Western offers a good pet rate.

Always a great stay at a Hampton, we use there services whenever they are available in the areas we travel. I would recommend this location and others you may come across, since they are consistent at any location you may travel.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They make sure everything is taken care of so my stay is as convenient and comfortable as possible. The amenities are always a nice addition, such as continental breakfast, internet and a place to exercise. The location is a plus at every Hampton myself and employees have stayed at.

Great location, lots of eating places around, great staff and very, very clean rooms. I come to COL/LEX area a lot to watch volleyball tournaments and to work , always stay in a Hilton brand hotel when I travel

The first impression I had was about how clean everything seemed to be in my room. It's not a brand new hotel but there was no dirt or grimy corners . The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had been dismissed from a meeting early because of the storm rolling through and I was able to check in prior to 3! Also whoever chalked the signs on the coffee and waffle stand really made me smile.
