Nice updated clean rooms . Great staff. Wonderful friendly housekeeping staff. Good pillows. Should have a sleep timer on the TV remote. Need vending machine with more choices . Breakfast was ok nothing special. Great beds nice cool room!

Very nice place. Well kept and well appointed. Customer service was excellent. Value was excellent. The breakfast was good. The room was wonderful. I had a slight problem with the television and the front desk person came and helped resolve the issue very promptly.

Good stay I enjoyed it very much I was there on work. Wish breakfast was a little earlier but it worked out.

Great place in the middle of nowhere (Loneliest Hwy) - friendly staff, big clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, decent WiFi and breakfast. We ate at the Urban Cowboy next door, friendly service and we had fun chatting it up with the locals, the food was delicious and the menu also offered Indian dishes. We stayed two different nights at SureStay within 5 days , both stays were great. We will stay again when we travel on the 50.

This hotel was wonderful surprise. The reviews on TripAdvisor were great, but I was still leary since it was a small town in the middle of nowhere. It is an older building and the rooms are slightly older, but everything was immaculate. It was cleaner than some 4 star hotel rooms we stayed in on our trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options. We were on the first floor right by the door, but it was so quiet! Would definitley stay here again on our trips across Nevada.

I was hoping to get home early for Thanksgiving, but I had car trouble. After being stood up by AAA, having to stay in a very expensive, cold motel room for 3 nights, I arrived at this wonderful hotel. The staff was so welcoming, so kind and so personally concerned, the last few ugly days faded away. I was able to sleep, soak and finally get warm. The price was so reasonable that I choose to stay for another night to rest and get over my cold. I was so comfy, safe and welcomed that I was able to drive the 550 miles home the next day. I am very grateful for their humanity.

For such an out of the way place on the loneliest highway in America (Eureka NV) the hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The room was bright, spacious, charming and very up to date. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The breakfast room is large and offered a wide variety of breakfast food. The hotel is located on Main Street and we enjoyed walking our dogs around looking at the quaint old-fashioned homes and businesses.

This hotel has great staff. The room was a great size and clean. Most importantly, it was quiet. Loved the coffee in the morning. If I get the opportunity I will definitely stay there again. Very economical and the location was in walking distance of where I had to work.

This is a great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. We didn't have time to use all amenities, but appreciated the fact that there was a workout area we could use if we had time. The breakfast options were good, too.

We stayed at Best Western Sure Stay (Formerly local Gold Country Inn) in Eureka NV as part of our "zero day" break between backpacking trips in the Ruby Mountains and Toiyabe Crest. It was a nice surprise: good service, much value for the money & amenities including laundry facilities (the coins worked and did not stick!), a weight room with well maintained equipment and good free breakfast. Our work is exploring and writing about wilderness so this was a work trip. We enjoyed Eureka too!

Wonderful stay - Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. I especially want to commend the girl who cleaned the rooms on our recent visit to this hotel (August 18-20, 2023) You did a great job and we, as guests, appreciated it! Thank you!!

Clean property with needed amenities. Decent breakfast. You can reserve on Best Western site with confidence. Breakfast offerings were as good or better than at previous night's pricier hotel prices. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here on Aug 4 the front desk lady charged my credit card and had it on file on their computer. That same night around 8pm I had unexpected banging on my door. I opened my door to 3 police officers claiming the front desk lady on evening shift had called the police on me to have me thrown out of the room! I called the front desk using the hotel phone and she said she thought I hadn't payed but now that she checked the computer again she saw that I had payed for the room. I asked her why she hadn't just called the hotel phone if there was any confusion and she just responded with a fake excuse saying my phone line was busy when it wasn't and I was in my room the entire day as it was hot out that day. My room was a 5min walk uphill from the front desk office. The hallways are bright and light bleeds into the room 24/7. So the room is Never dark for sleep.

I usually count on BW being very good and feel confident in going to one, but this was the first time that when I went into the room after checking in, that the room had been missed and was not made up fresh. The "Privacy Please" sign was on the door when we came, so it is understandable that the housekeeping staff missed it. They fixed it while we relaxed in the breakfast room with a snack we brought with us. The bed was good, internet spotty, (it's out in the middle of nowhere, kind of down in a valley) no coffee pot to brew the coffee packets that were in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and responsive

Traveling The Lonliest Road in America the pickins are slim for a decent hotel. We took a chance on the reported 1 star BW. The website does not do this spot justice. The hotel appears to be recently refurbished, and we'll done at that. The staff was terrific, the hallways and rooms were spacious and very well maintained. This was a pleasant surprise and this location is every bit a 3 star hotel with reasonable prices.

Decent clean rooms, firm mattresses. Well laid out with newer carpets. The bathroom and shower was clean with fresh smelling towels. A decent breakfast with a selection of cereals, breakfast burritos, oatmeal and fresh fruit. They also supplied pancake mix, bagels, yoghurt orange juice and coffee, and more. Checked in and out quickly, there are limited restaurants to go to for dinner all within walking distance. Decent value for money.

Faultless. The room was great, the staff friendly and the breakfast generous and high quality. Cannot fault this place in any way. Everything was modern, clean. Arrived c.8.30pm and no restaurants were open - of course this is not the fault of Surestay in any way. Luckily I had a few supplies however be aware if you are arriving later

What a remarkable and surprising place! The hospitality sure stood up to the "Friendliest Place on the Loneliest Road" which Eureka dubs itself. Our hostess, Tracy gave us a wonderful overview of the town, the mining operations and what goes on in this cute, quaint town established in the 1860's. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, the room "roomy" with modern amenities and a wonderful shower with generous hot water. I have to say, really exceeded my expectations!

I arrived in a snowstorm in January and had trouble finding it because it doesn't look much like a typical motel from the outside. In center "city" of Eureka, it was a warm oasis from the storm. The girl at the desk was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and spacious. Free wi-fi and a great breakfast were included. I'd recommend it, and would stay again if I was in the area.
