"No thank you."
We were on a bus tour going from Florida to Branson, MO. Our first night was at the Best Western Roswell, GA as well as the last night on the way home. The lobby was very clean and presentable. The bed was comfortable, however that was the only bright spot for the first stay. The bathroom was dingy with water flowing across the floor from the toilet. Carpet looked as if their vacuum was broken because there was plenty of debris. Three of the other travelers had plumbing issues. In one room the shower was inoperable, which wasn't discovered until the next morning. One had a plugged toilet and another the sink drain was plugged. For breakfast the scrambled eggs were almost cooked, very runny. The coffee was terrible, strong and bitter. There was no accommodation for alternative diets, vegetarian or gluten free. On the return stay the room was much cleaner. The only issue was the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom. Breakfast was much better, eggs cooked, coffee decent. For people who don't eat pork, potatoes or gluten the only option was eggs and apples.
"Average experience"
Room wasn't cleaned after day one. I was told the cleaning staff didn't come in which I found to be beyond ridiculous as this was meant to be a given. Imagine being out all day and coming back to an unmade bed.
"RUN AWAY"
Our room smelled like mold and water damage. I had to take allergy medicine to get through the night. Our bathtub had hair in it and looked dirty in the bottom of the tub like someone had rinsed sand off of their feet at the beach. I told the check in girl that I had paid online and she insisted that it was just a reservation, but now my card has been charged twice. She was on her personal phone the entire check in process with someone screaming at her in a foreign language. It was the most inappropriate experience I have ever had at a hotel. After going into the room and realizing how terrible it smelled, I did not know what to do because the girl was so rude and we just stayed because we didn't know how else to handle the situation and because our reservation through the hotel website said no refunds. Words cannot express my disappointment.

"Good and Bad"
There were good points and bad points about this hotel. The good points were that the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items, a pancake maker and always an eggs/meat option. Plus 24 hour coffee availability which I liked. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable with very nice bedding and fluffy pillows. There was a fridge, and lots of drawers and desk space, so it's very functional. The negative points were the misleading advertising. They advertised a pool and a shuttle service for areas near the hotel. The pool was not in usable condition and was locked, when I asked if it would be ready the next day the response I received was, 'Probably not, they don't clean it on weekends'. So I spent 3 days there without the use of a pool and suntanning, which I had originally planned to do. When I asked about the shuttle to get to nearby areas, as walking was out of the question due to the heat, I was told they have no shuttle! I was very disappointed about these 2 things as they were big reasons I chose this hotel when planning my trip. I feel I should have been advised about these things, either prior to coming or when I checked in, with either an apology or a discount, or other options. The staff were also rather unprofessional, some were better than others. But a couple hung around lazily and I saw them serving themselves to the breakfast buffet. I did write to the hotel about this, but all I received was an apology and about how they hope I will try staying at Best Western again to see if I have a better experience.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you so much for taking time to share your feedback with us. We apologize for the confusion caused. Unfortunately we do not offer free shuttle and we do not have it advertised anywhere online, we do apologize for the pool situation and will look into it to see what was the exact situation. We hope you will give us another chance to show our southern hospitality.
"Great night!!!!"
This Best Western was very comfortable. Even with the problems with the computers, the front desk clerk was very nice and apologetic for the problems it caused. Fortunately we only had to wait for about 10 minutes for the computers to start working again.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you so much for your confidence in our front staff and the appreciation you have showed. Our staff works hard to make sure our guests feel at home. We look forward to serving you again.

"Wonderful!"
Probably the quietest hotel I've stayed at! Staff were quick to remedy my concerns when I arrived to find my room door did not lock. I was in a new room in no time and had a great stay. There were many options for breakfast which can be challenging for me at times as I don't eat dairy. Would recommend!

"Great Property and Good Location"
The property was clean and appeared to be have been recently renovated. It is is a good location right off of GA 400/US 19 and convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping in a two or three mile radius.

"No Hospitality Whatsoever"
We came down for the weekend for the Braves game. This hotel is in a very quiet location. It appears somewhat clean, but it doesn't smell the greatest. It just doesn't have the Best Western clean that I'm used to. However, it's the lack of hospitality and just rudeness from the staff that caused this hotel to receive a one star review from me. Upon check-in, the clerk was just okay. She did her job, but she wasn't overly ecstatic to do so. The second shift guy, I was not a fan of either. No welcome back. Nothing. Just hides out behind the desk, and barely speaks. Now the third shift guy.. the absolute rudest man I've ever met. I came in from a long night at the game. I wanted to purchase a few drinks while my family waited for their extra towels. I was standing at the front desk holding the drinks while he was passing out towels, and he implies that I'm trying to steal them. What? I'm waiting on you to get through so I can purchase them. There was never a greeting from him, nor any of the staff. There was never a time we felt welcome to stay. Next time, I do believe we will choose the Best Western downtown. I'll gladly pay more money to be treated like they want us there and that we're not an inconvenience to them.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we take feedback to improve our customer service. We hope this will not leave a negative taste and you will give us another chance.
"Pleasant experience"
I was in the area for surgical appointments. The hotel was clean and the ADA was accessible. It was fairly quiet, and a nice place to rest. Breakfast was good wavers morning with warm offerings of pancakes, meat, and eggs, as well as the regular continental breakfast items.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thanks a lot for sharing your feedback with us and we truly appreciate you selecting our hotel for your stay. We look forward to welcome you again.
"Don't got no pillows!"
Roswell Best Western PLUS WAS A TOTAL disappointment. We have stayed with Best Western for many years, but I have to say this was a terrible disappointment. Swimming pool was not clear, need additional chemicals, extra pillows were not available for guest, and clerk was very rude when we inquired.

"In town for softball"
We spend a lot of time in hotels for travel ball and this one was a good one. I would definitely stay here again when in town. My daughter did have to sleep on the fold out couch and she said it was not comfortable but room was clean and hotel is in a nice area. Felt very safe here with my family.

"Very good value"
The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The room was very well appointed, everything worked fine, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of items in the complimentary breakfast was above average.

"I'm a diamond member"

"Great value! Good stay."
What a fine spot. Clean refurbished and updated. Furniture with multiple drawers; ample bathroom. Outstanding customer service. Good coffee (often wanting in such chains)! I commend Claudene and her staff.
"Very Impressed"
I stayed at this property from Monday - Saturday for business purposes. Upon walking in, I was very impressed with the interesting architecture of the main lobby and it's interesting artsy design. After getting checked in, I got to my King Suite and everything was more and a bag of chips. I'll say this, the King Suite bed is soooooo comfty. It felt as if I was laying on a cloud. Before I fell asleep, I smiled and said I guess BW has came a long way. Room service is a little tricky. I guess at this property you have to put a card over the doorknob if you wish you have your room serviced. By default I was under the impression that all rooms are serviced for guess unless there's a DND card on the door. That part was a little confusing and I was a little upset that my room went unserved for 2 days. But once I figured out the card trick the housekeepers kept my room tidy and supplied. The front desk staff is amazing. As a former employee at Omni Hotels, I think leaving a last impression on any guest is when they remember your name and tell their friends and family about a property and personally request to deal with them. That builds customer rapport. Keep it up Roswell
"They should fire Esther"
She refused to grant me access into the hotel after hours for a while, citing that I didn't look enough like my driver's license picture that they took a black and white photo copy of. I had my room key and all. She was rude about it. I had to threaten to get police involved.

Thanks for your feedback. As previously addressed with all your other reviews we have noted down your feedback and concerns and they will be looked into. We take guests safety and security very seriously. We apologize if that inconvenienced you.
"Not a Bad Place for WFH!"
The staff was nice, but my complaint about no power in some of the room's electric outlets went unanswered and so the request for a refund for one night due to the noise from a wedding party. I was staying on the second floor of this three-floor facility, and the party was going on right under me in a hall. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Tokyo Bay offers all you can eat (order through a waiter) for $17 plus tax during the day and $27 on nights.

"Clean and Convenient"
Came to Atlanta to visit family on our way to Kentucky. Our second stay at this Best Western Plus because of the convenience and cleanliness. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The hostess at breakfast even let us use her personal mayonnaise because they didn't have any in the kitchen.

"Good value for your money"
A good hotel if you are looking for something inexpensive. Staff not friendly. Room was clean although it had a smell. Pool was not clean. The lady in charge of breakfast was very nice and welcoming. Overall good.
"Great Value and Top Quality"
Spent a few days here to prep my son for his Appalachian Trail Through hike to main. The hotel was a great place to base out of as the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The infrastructure and shops in the city are outstanding and the staff fantastic.

"A good hotel for visits to north of Atlanta"
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Because of COVID they did not have room service for stays shorter than 3 days unless a person requested it. I was there 2 days and it was not a problem. The room was comfortable and the whole stay was pleasant.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you so much for the excellent feedback and your loyalty with us. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip to Atlanta.
"Great Stay"
My husband and I were supposed to move into our new house, but there was a plumbing issue. We booked a couple nights at this property and were incredibly pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly, the property was clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable and spotless. We're happy to know there's such a nice, affordable hotel so close to our new house!

"Awesome customer Service"
My Stay at Best Western hotel was worth more than the price. I was thinking because I paid less, their services will be poor, but that didn't happen. I was treated nicely, with cheerful employees all around to help at all times. I remember one time I went for Breakfast with my kids and my daughter threw food all over the floor, employees here came and help me with my kids and made sure we got all we needed even with the breakfast time being over. I highly recommend them, especially if you are traveling with kids.

"Great hotel for long stay in Roswell"
This hotel is very well maintained and has a conscientious stafff. The room is up to date. Internet excellent and breakfast food is good. Near decent restaurants and an easy on and off to Route 400. Roswell is a fun town for a visitor with a great historic district.

"Good value for the price."
Overall the price was good for the value I received. Location was convenient with stuff being close by without having to go into Atlanta proper. Annoying there are no microwaves in the room but there is one downstairs you can use whenever. Internet slow and could barely get any work done, just ended up using my cell phone as a router.

"Good place"
Good place to stay, just don't like the attitude s that some of the front desk workers have. Overall clean place and in a good location surrounded by restaurants. Before is pretty good as well. I think I will stay again

"Our uncles 50th birthday stay"
We booked the hall for my uncles 50th birthday and the hotel rooms under a special price for the party. 99.9% of our guests paid regular price (mainly because the death clerk did not know what they were doing or what was going on) when it came time for check-in some of the reservations weren't even made for rooms so we were told we didn't have any place to stay. The main people who did not have a place to stay was the birthday boy and his immediate family. 90 year old father-in-law kids etc. It was an absolute nightmare. It took us hours to figure out how to fix things and in the end people still paid more and things were not worked out. No one has contacted us as far as corrupting the situation. stay anywhere else but here outside of Atlanta!
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you for taking time to share your feedback and we are sorry to learn that you were not able to utilize the group rate and group booking tool . As indicated in the contract the special group rate does expire 2 weeks before check in and the bookings do need to be made within in that time to get the group discount. We hope you enjoyed the party otherwise and had a wonderful celebration!
"TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!"
Responding to reported complaints, correcting the reported problem and not repeating during the same visit. My issue with not receiving wakeup call 3 times, in writing (email/FB Message in-box) and in person. There was also a problem with ants and neither were ever corrected. To add insult to injury, my final request for a wake-up call, after having reported several times, did not happen and nearly caused me to miss my flight. Asked numerous times for a GM name, number, contact info and each time was told, "they had no information." I held off writing a review on google to give them the opportunity to correct and after promising to correct and offering apology, the same issue happened the very next day. A loyal and longtime faithful Platinum rewards member with 4-6 stays per year, very disappointing.

Our Manager has already apologized to you when you came by and addressed your concern and resolved it with a resolution, if you still have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again at 770-552-5599.
"Great value"
The hotel seems to be newly renovated, with big, clean rooms. It felt expensive even though when I stayed, on a weekend, it was less than $100. No issues other than noisy neighbors (put on the fan for white noise). Great area, close to 400, North Point Mall, downtown Roswell, and a lot of restaurants.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you so much for your generous review and the 5 stars! We can't wait to welcome you back again.
"Great Price!"
This hotel as a really good price and provides a lot of value. My 4 day stay was in a clean suite, the hotel smelled good the moment I stepped in, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast options also weren't bad it was an actual meal which I appreciated. Whenever I come back to ATL this will definitely be where I stay again.

"In the area for a Basketball Tournament"
Overall stay was good the only issue was that our sofa bed was not clean. When we opened it for the night discovered old coffee cups, utensils and crumbs. The sheets were dirty so the Front Desk Agent provided us with new sheets. Breakfast was OK they should consider having a second microwave and pancake machine for when occupancy is high. Staff was nice, quick Check In & Check Out.

"Birthday vacation"
The room was warm the whole time…I tried adjusting the A/C but it didn't work. The pool was never cleaned out The door by the pool didn't work so we had to walk around the building just to get in. The ppl at the desk were nice Had to schedule to get my room clean

"Would stay here again!"
My husband and I needed to be in Atlanta for 2 nights during covid 19, so it was important to find a hotel that was not only budget friendly, but clean and comfortable. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The outside was well maintained, and the inside was modern looking and clean. The staff was professional and followed local guidelines with masks in place and the handling of items. When we arrived they were in process of fixing the hot water boiler. We were offered a room next door at the Holiday Inn if desired, but after testing the temperature of the water first, we decided to stay as it was suitable enough for our needs. The boiler was fixed by the next day so it never became a real issue. We really appreciated the upfront courtesy they showed us. The room was was very clean, and the bed slept very comfortable. Since we needed a mobility accessible room, we had one with a roll-in shower, and plenty of room in the bath. I would definitely plan to stay here again when we must return to Atlanta in the future.

"Short-stay in Roswell"
My wife and I were visiting Gibbs Gardens near Ball Ground, GA and chose this hotel fo its value and proximity. Overall we pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel clean, the room was large, and the bed comfortable - and it was quiet. Our only disappointment was the breakfast (we felt it was the below the normal "grab and go" option Best western offers during Covid). Overall I would recommend this Best Western Plus for your next stay in Roswell.

Thank you so much for taking out time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your time and are grateful that you chose our property over other options. We look forward to welcoming you again.
"Fantastic value and clean stay"
We were shocked at how nice the hotel was for the price. WiFi was a bit slow and while furniture was nice to look at, chair was not all that comfortable. Nonetheless, the value was there, bed comfortable, super clean and proximity to Atlanta was 30 minutes. We would stay here again, hands down. Staff was friendly and coffee was hot!
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you so much for taking time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate you selecting us over other hotels, we thank you for that. We have discussed the Wifi situation with our team and will definitely bring it to our IT dept. attention. We look forward to serving you again when you're in town.
"My stay!"
The price and location was worth it. I just believe due to covid, the cleaning crew isn't as accessible which can run into problems with receiving things. I returned back to my room and found 2 roaches.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
We apologize for not meeting your expectations completely and thank you for taking out time to share your feedback with us. We were offering minimal contact services due to covid but have now expanded to our regular services. We hope to get the opportunity to welcome you again soon.
"Uncomfortable"
Bed was hard and sitting area furniture was uncomfortable. Air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast sucked. Hotel staff was not very friendly so I didn't bother to give them any feedback. Stay somewhere else.

We apologize for the inconvenience and have passed on your feedback to our staff and management and can assure you that appropriate action will be taken.
"Great Property"
Friendly staff, Clean, Convenient, nice breakfast, Easy access to major highways to getting around Atlanta. Close to many restaurants, gas stations, major expressways. Perfect place to stay for a visit to Atlanta.
"accessible room not accessible"
I requested an accessible room. It was MOSTLY accessible, but there were no grab bars by the toilet. This is an ADA violation. I had to get a raised toilet seat with arms to be able to get up from the toilet. The hotel needs to add grab bars to the toilet area. Also, the mirror was not angled as is required. The roll-in shower, however, was very nice.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you TravelingTasmanian to share your review here and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have escalated the situation and will definitely have management take a look at it to make sure that we are accommodation ADA guests and their needs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we assure you that appropriate action will be taken.
"Great location"
This hotel is in a good location around plenty of places to eat. The breakfast was minimal due to Covid but they did have choices. We did not have any issues during our stay. I would stay there again.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you so much for taking out time to share your feedback with us. We are very happy to learn that you enjoyed our facilities. We apologize for not having a complete buffet spread as we are limited it due to covid. We hope we get another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
"Best choice close to downtown Roswell"
I lived in Roswell for many years and now that I no longer have a place there, this is my go-to hotel when I go back to visit my kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The decor is bright and modern. The rooms are always nice. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, especially for the price point. I typically get a king suite which allows me to feel like I have an office while working. The beds are super comfy and I always sleep well there which is saying something for someone who doesn't usually master the sleeping thing. On my last visit, they upped their game in the breakfast arena from powdered eggs to fresh scrambled eggs with fresh bell peppers. It was a bit on the greasy side but a big improvement that I appreciate as a repeat client. Not a perfect execution but they get full props for trying to improve. I hope they'll continue to refine that process for a better client experience. Also, I have a multitude of physical issues from injuries that I have to maintain while on the road. Their fitness room and equipment as well as the space in my individual room is enough for me to conduct my exercises that I use to manage my situation. The exercise ball needs a re-inflate, but that's minor in the scheme of things. In short, this is my Roswell hotel, speaking as a former local. They've been really good to me and the location is as good as you can get for a hotel close to downtown Roswell. This property is a huge value. I like that I see the same front desk staff every time. That means there's not a lot of turnover and that says a lot about how it's run. Pro-tip: if you can get a room on the southern side of the hotel, you'll have a little less traffic noise. It's a very busy area at all hours of the day and night.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review

"Would not recommend"
Everything was going well with the stay until housekeeping came in and only took the dirty towels. She didn't replace them, nor did she take out the trash in the bathroom or the room. She also didn't give us any tissue even though we were completely out. We had to manually ask for all these things.
Sales Champion, General Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
We apologize for the inconvenience cause and have shared your feedback to the Housekeeping manager. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to make this right for you. Stay safe!
"Dr. G"
As a doctor, I do a lot of traveling. It's very important for me to have the best accommodations as possible. Best Western, I'm very impressed and happy with the care given at the hotel. Thanks for everything.

"Spacious and clean."
The hotel has very spacious rooms and it has always been very clean. I've stayed in this property several times over the last few years, and it also generally offers really good value stays for either price or Best Western rewards points. It is located slightly north of Metro Atlanta, but anything you could need you can have in close proximity to the hotel.

"Easy highway access !!"
Excellent BW+ On-and-off (good location) from several highways & close to many restaurants + downtown (city) is close but not too close! Very friendly and professional personnel at this facility, too.

"Clean, Spacious Room"
The lobby and breakfast room are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection. Room was clean, spacious with 2 standard beds. Only drawback was the lighting. Main room was not lite well.

"Home away from home"
Upon my arrive I notice the parking lot was clean and the front entrance was clear. As I walked in the door I was greedy with a smile and a welcome to Best Western. After telling the front desk clerk my name, she pull up reservation and I was check-in in minutes. As I walk down the hallway heading to my room the hallway was spotless. I unlock my room door and the room was awesome very clean, and spacious.I loved it. The bath was gorgeous with the jetted tub and the bed was comfortable. All I have to say is THANK YOU for an awesome experience that I can call A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

"Convenient location, excellent service"
This hotel not only provides clean, affordable lodging, but it situated in a very convenient location in Roswell. The customer service here was excellent; I had forgotten my bookbag in my room (along with important items in the bookbag), and when I realized my mistake upon arriving back home, I called the hotel and the front desk staff found my bag and put it in the mail for me the very next day!

"BED BUGS!"
Stayed here from 11/20-11/22/2019. Found bed bugs in room 208 late at night on 11/21. Front desk moved me to room 204, where I stripped the bed and found another bed bug. Front desk moved me again, this time to room 106 because I requested a different floor. When I inspected room 106, I found used ear plugs on the stained box spring, and hair/debris behind the bed. In the morning, after I slept with all of my clothes on and all of the lights on to attempt to protect me from parasites, I found hair in the tissues in the bathroom which appeared to have been stuffed into the top of the box. I requested to speak to the General Manager and was told they were not coming in that day. I requested a full refund of the room charges (which they granted later that day) and compensation to cover my costs for the personal property which I had to throw away and/or disinfect. They have not responded to my request for compensation to cover my costs. I called the hotel the following Monday, 11/25 and requested to speak with the manager. I was told by the front desk clerk that the manager stated they had responded in an email. I explained to her that I had not received any response to my request, which was restated in an emailed response on Friday. Again, she stated that the manager had responded. I asked the front desk clerk for the manager's name and she refused to provide it. I travel for work frequently, and I understand that occasionally there is an issue with a stay, except for Bed Bugs - that's a new one for me and one I hope to never experience again. When I have had the inevitable problem with a stay, I have never been refused access to a conversation with a manager, and cannot believe that the staff would further refuse to even tell me the manager's name. I will never stay in this property again and would advise all others to stay as far away as possible.

Mr.Vanderipe. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and the resolution offered is a standard hotel procedure that has been followed by our team. "Great Lobby"
The lobby is fantastic, seems as though it may have been worked on recently. I have to give 4 of 5 because the rooms don't match. They are somewhat dated. The two nice ladies that run the front desk are fantastic! They were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good. The hallway carpet was just terrible, looks like a 5 yr old laid it! Overall, it was still a good experience, I would stay again. Here's a tip, STAY AWAY FROM THE OLIVE GARDEN CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY! They are horrible at what they do. If you don't have wheels, there's a taco bell right there. Never thought I would say this but that taco bell is better than the olive garden right there!

"Light bulbs falling from the fixture"
My wife and I stayed here on 11/2/19 and the hotel looked fairly nice and clean. When we got to our room the room was just as expected, clean nice comfortable beds and tv worked. After we got in the room and set the luggage down and started to relax and watch TV, my wife got up to go to the bathroom. She turned on the light switch she herd a pop and suddenly the light bulb fell out of the fixture and shattered on the bathroom floor, scared her to death. The bulb appeared to be some kind of Flood light. She was barefoot and I had to put my shoes on and go get her as she was afraid to take a step because glass was everywhere. I called the front desk who immediately sent two people to clean up the glass and they did and replaced all the towels. However they did not replace the bulb so the bathroom was kinda dark and my foot did find one piece of glass in the middle of the night that I had to dig out from my foot. I do have video and photos of everything in case I needed them. Staff did not seem to be very apologetic for our inconvenience or the fact the bathroom was not very well lit the rest of our stay. No one ever asked if we were injured.

"Nice stay.."
This is a nice clean hotel with an Olive Garden and a CVS within walking distance, I stayed here because I have family who live very close to this hotel, there is also a Holiday Inn across the parking lot. The cons, the breakfast is "ok" they had two hot choices, a pancake making machine, coffee, juice, muffins, grits, yogurts, and breads, the breakfast is all on one wall so you feel like people are always in front of you. The other con is I asked daily for extra towels and was always questioned by the various desk clerks why I needed more. I do this at every hotel I stay at and have always been given towels no questions asked. I would stay here again mostly because of the location....

""Best" in Best Western"
Was expecting much less when I booked this hotel. It was awesome. Clean and brand new. Breakfast was good. They had a great fitness center with dumbbells. Good experience overall, especially because we arrived early from the East Coast and were able to check in a bit early.

"Great Stay at Roswell's Best Western Plus"
From the time we check-in until the time we checked out we felt welcomed and well attended. Upon check-in, front desk personnel (Albert) greater us with a warm welcome and quick check-in while covering room assignment, on site breakfast options, hotel amenities including internet connection and check out time. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our compliments to house keeping. Likewise, our compliments to the young lady who was managing the breakfast area. The entire area was very clean and the food stations well stocked and resupplied. Overall, we believe the personnel did an outstanding job and the property deserves an outstanding rating.

"Nice hotel"
Stay was great, room was very clean and staff were nice. Full breakfast and coffee available around the clock. Only issue was with broken dryer so was inconvenient for washing clothing, did not appear dryer would be fixed anytime soon.

"Great place to stay outside the city"
We stayed here for the Alabama-Duke game at the Mercedes-Benz dome. It was an easy ride to the MARTA station( North Springs) which was 2 exits away from the hotel with lots of free parking! The room was comfortable with nice common areas, Our only complaint was the set up of the breakfast area--it got crowded easily as everything was along one wall, but we managed! I liked the outdoor seating area for breakfast as well. Check in and out were quick. Many places to eat nearby with an Olive Garden next to the property, Easy to get back on the interstate from the hotel.

"Awesome stay at Best Western Roswell"
I have stayed in hotel in 12 different countries and this is one of the very few hotels that I could not think of any way to improve it! I was most impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff and quality room. I was shocked to learn that the hotel was built in 1992. I thought it was one or two years old at the most. When I travel to Atlanta from now on, this is my first choice.

"Very disappointed"
After traveling for over 11 hours due to a family emergency, I needed a hotel room. I stopped at the Best Western at 7:00 am to see if they could accommodate me. The desk clerk was away from the desk, watching tv in the lobby. I told him my story about travelling overnight because of a family emergency and asked if he could help me with a room. He said he would have to charge me for the night before as well as the current day. I asked him what the very earliest I could check in was and he said 3:00 pm. And he went on to say that he didn't need to hear my story...3 pm was the earliest. Very disappointing.

"Pretty good stay"
I stayed this past weekend for business I had in the area. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are large and have been renovated nicely. My main issue was with my check in process. I was not notified before I checked in that the elevators in the hotel were not working. I am disabled and had to ask for my room to be transferred to the first floor, only to find out that you have to walk up a half flight of stairs to get to the first floor. I use a wheelchair often and had I needed one this trip, I wouldn't have been able to stay at this hotel. I struggled with the stairs. Although the front desk associate was able to change my room to a room on the first floor, it was at the end of the hallway next to the stair (which everyone were using constantly because the elevator wasn't working for 3 days). So all night all I heard were people stomping up and down the stairs and slamming the door. My first two nights were also interrupted with a screaming child at 2:30am and 6:30am. The walls for the hotel are paper thin and it felt like the family next door was in my suite. I eventually asked to be moved to another room, which was better for noise but equally as nice in decor. The only problem was that the air conditioning unit wasn't working properly and the room had a mildew smell. Overall my stay was good. Most of the front desk associates I encountered will help you if you have a problem, but they definitely were not friendly or welcoming.
Sales C, Director of Sales at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thanks a lot for taking out time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any issues encountered, unfortunately the elevator issue was something that happened unexpected and the management had called the elevator company to repair it immediately, but it was outside our control. We hope you will give us a second chance and give us another opportunity to serve you better on your next trip in Roswell.
"Understaffed and No Security"
There was only one lady working the front and seemed to be very overwhelmed by the computer. There was also multiple cars that had there windows busted out and belongings stolen. The police said that this happened frequently at this hotel due to drug and gang activity near by. The officer did recommend that we not stay there again. He also said that the hotels camera system did not record video so it was pretty much useless.
Sales C, Guest Relations Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you Meander10280120119 and thank you for bringing that to our attention. The week of your stay our hotel was undergoing a migration to change our current property management system to a new one. Our front desk personnel were trying their very best to learn and get themselves familiarized with the new system given the busy time of the week from being sold out from a very large group and the major change that was happening. We do have security cameras on the exterior of the building facing the hotel entrance and few sides of parking. The car break in incident had left us shocked and disappointed and hence we informed Roswell PD to increase their patrolling and interrogation as we put in stricter measures for guest security and safety. This establishment has been here more than 20 years and this was a very very rare occurrence that could happen to any hotel, any property, residential or commercial anywhere. Since the authorities have mentioned the existence of illegal activities happening in near by areas we are confident that they will be putting in more effort towards public safety and security as we strive to do the same for our patrons. We hope you would stay with us to experience the true hospitality of Roswell and of our Best Western Plus staff as it is evident and expressed by our loyal patrons in other reviews.

"A Large Group Event Stay That Exceeded All Expectations"
As a professional event planner, I have experience with hotels through the U.S. in large cities under all brands. And, this property ranked among the best I have ever worked with! The group I was hosting here had every room in the hotel and all the amazing event space booked for our use. We hosted 2 days of banquet events that encompassed morning, day, and night. From a planner perspective, it doesn't get any more complicated and this hotel and it's gracious team of professional staff members aced every moment. I will take the time below to mention some of these staff members and their contributions to the success of the event. These examples are why you should consider this review as sound advice from a professional planner that booking with these folks is one of the best decisions you will ever make and you should look no farther in planning. 1. The Building: Travelling as much as I do, I have seen properties from newly renovated masterpieces to places that I left and refused to sleep or work under the conditions therein. This place was so well maintained that I was in awe of the attention to detail put forth by the maintenance staff. We arrived well before our group was to check in and observed them painting, washing, and putting on the final touches for our event...WOW! Every room was clean and ready for check in and not 1 guest out of over 200 complained or had to be moved due to lack of cleanliness or functionality So, hat's off to Carlos, Juan, Daniel, & Francisco for keeping this place in top notch shape! 2. The Leadership: I must say that I was treated like the newly crowned king of the hotel by the leadership team to the point of feeling guilty for doing so much that I normally have to do myself as the planner and not rely on the hotel. Mr Rajiv (GM) is a true gentleman of the hospitality business. Exceptional service begins with high expectations. And, Mr Rajiv runs this property in the style of a fine 5 star hotel. The professionalism and performance of the staff and management is obviously a result of the no nonsense get it done attitude that originates from the top. 3. The Sales Team This amazing team made this normally very stressful event for a planner, seamless and also enjoyable. Thank you to Varna & Jessica for a fast response to questions and being available for me even after normal business hours! They are obviously highly trained in the hotel's reservation and room blocking system and were always by the phone when I needed updates and changes to reservations and was lightning fast in response and accurate on an inhuman level! This was topped off by a friendly reception, positive attitude and a pleasant customer experience with every interaction. 4. Front Desk: The service and reception was A+++ from the moment we walked in the door. Hortense, Claudine, Albert, & Mr Green Were the rock stars at the front desk and our check in experience was also flawless thanks to this dream team line up of staff! This is a long review. But, a professional planner reads it all and at this point, you should know to book here! We will definite return to this property foor our group booking needs!

"Friends funeral"
We went to Roswell for a funeral not a vacation so I wanted a moderately priced hotel. Best Western Plus fit that requirement and did so very well. For its' class of hotel it should get Excellent. I gave it Very Good only because it isn't a upclass hotel. It was clean, well appointed and right in the center of lot's of great restaurants. The services and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good but not excellent.

"Clean, Spacious Hotel"
We stayed here last weekend and were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the spaciousness of them. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting the Roswell area. Great breakfast area with lots of options. The only negative I have to say is that our room on the second floor was near the upstairs balcony to the reception area and it was loud at times while trying to sleep.

"Very disapponted"
Breakfast, especially coffee, was terrible with few choices and cold (what might have been) eggs. Could not stabilize the room temperature and univent was noisy. Housekeeping was inconsistent or inadequate. This is a worn out facility with minimal expectations. Only stayed here because we stayed at a great Best Western Plus in PA.

"Nicest Best Western!"
Driving thru Roswell and decided to stop for the night. Our room was nice—really nice—better than any other Best Western hotel that we've stayed at around the country. Don't hesitate to spend the night here. It's very pleasant and staff was friendly!

"Great Location"
Check-in was very quick. Front desk lady was very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. Breakfast had lots of choices with eggs, pancakes, oatmeal etc. Lots of restaurants nearby. Just off 400.
"HORRIBLE!!!!"
Asked for Mgr, was told by Hornette that she was Mgr not correctTook 25 minutes to check in, thanks Claudene! Asked for additional towels and pillows for sofa was told only 1 could be issued. Best Western will never stay at one!

"Nice facility"
I recently stayed overnight at this facility. The rooms were very large, and the breakfast was okay. I do group tours, and would not hesitate to book this hotel for my groups. There is plenty of room for a large motor coach to park.

"Excellent hotel, very accommodating of large group"
We had a group of 20+ people staying during Super Bowl weekend. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating of our using the open area behind the lobby for impromptu group gatherings in the evenings. Free breakfast choices were good and the cafe area always clean.

"Pleasant Stay"
We were in town for a funeral, that just happened to be Super Bowl weekend. Best Western Plus was in the area and had vacancies. The hotel and room were clean, bright, and up-dated. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast left much to be desired, but hey, it's free.

We will consider your feedback as we improve our services for the betterment of our guests.
"Good for the price"
The check-in was efficient and the king bed room was spacious and fairly clean. This is not a luxury hotel but it is a good value and is convenient to both Roswell and Alpharetta. I would like to say a special thank you to Mr. Mohammed at the front desk for making sure my stay was comfortable.
"Fine for Business Travel"
I stayed at BW Plus Roswell for one week. The room and bath were comfortable. The internet left much to be desired as it locked up each of the four nights I was there. Housekeeping partially cleaned my room on my third day. On the fourth day they did not touch it. I returned at 5:00pm to find the room with refuse in the bins, no clean bath linens, an unmade bed... and so on. I contacted the front desk and told them, at that point, I simply wanted fresh bath linens so I could bathe. I would tidy the room myself. Housekeeping responded in short order, bringing me the requested linens and taking the packed up refuse from the bins for me. The young lady working was very apologetic (she was not responsible for the morning cleanings of the rooms).Breakfast is lack luster. Instant coffee, instant oatmeal, whole fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. While I would have LOVED a more robust breakfast or Grab and Go options, I was able to zip to Kroger each morning to get meal options to eat for breakfast each morning. For basic business travel: if you are looking for comfortable bedding, a nice sized room and a location near restaurants and shops I would recommend this property.
"Not the best"
Started out well enough. Spoke with Hortence the mgr before arrival and she helped me get sorted with using one of my award nights stay. She made sure we would not have to switch rooms on the second night. Arrived late but checked in fast. Opened the door to our room and it smelled musty...as we stepped further in we could see mold on the wall where there has been a water leak. So we promptly exited,! Front desk clerk was sitting in eating area and curtly told us they were booked nothing she could do. So we sat in lobby and began to look for another hotel. There was no way we were gonna stay in that room and get sick. Frustrating!! So I went back to desk and was about to ask her could she help us check other best westerns...it's late ...we are tired..my husband has a business meeting in the morning...she checks her computer and found a cancellation there and put us in that room. She said she would make a note about that mold room and setup so we would not have to change rooms the second night. The room was clean and definitely no mold. The tv volume is throttled so it won't go but so loud. When the air conditioning came on you could not hear the tv! Morning breakfast was standard. Since it was earlier than I eat I plated my food and was sitting with my husband. The morning breakfast lady asked who's tray is this and I said mine. I can't eat right now due to medication. She pointed to a sign which I had not seen saying you can not take any food back to your room. I explained my medication and she just looked at me rudely. So I went to front desk and explained to gentlemen there my situation and he was very pleasant and said he understood. He went and explained to her and pointed me out and she just glared. Well I get a call from front desk later that morning informing me I would have to move rooms. I told them the night clerk had made notes and set up for us to not make a move. I don't care what they said was the answer I got..you will have to move we need that room. So I get dressed pack up our stuff and wait for the call to where I have to move. The call came and oh...you don't have to move.! Internet very slow. Checked out and saw Hortence the mgr. she apologized for the issues and gave us a 1000 extra points. She was very nice but not a good stay.
"Awesome place to stay!"
We stayed 3 nights for a conference in town. The room was nice and large with a sofa and seating area. It was very clean, staff friendly, check in and out was a breeze. The breakfast was good, plenty, and super clean in the eating area. Only thing I would have wanted was some turkey sausage. Was wishing I had a microwave in the room. We did have a fridge, just no microwave. Towels were big and fluffy, not your see through variety we usually find at hotels. We will stay here again when we pass through!

"Very clean but horrible wifi "
Very glad I only stayed one night with the horrendous wifi. I was about to through my phone out the window watching it trying to open a page. The suite is good and spacious. Wasn't impressed that the sheets on the sofa bed hadn't been changed from the last person's stay. Lovely and clean hotel. It's looks like it's just been refurbished. Beside enough food joints within walking distance and there's a good shopping centre about 10 minutes drive away. Disabled lift into the pool which is nice to see and a coin laundry.

"Perfect place to stay in Atlanta"
This hotel is Perfect in all respects. Close enough to everything and easy access to major highways to arrive anywhere in Atlanta quickly. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff treats everyone as if they have known them for years and you are just coming home again. Wonderful breakfast, coffee and even cookies available on arrival. Even a Great price! What more can anyone want ?

"Need to upgrade Staff"
The value was okay. But the staff does not want to do their job. I called in because I forgot something at the hotel and they didn't feel like helping or checking. Just got a response of call back tomorrow. Once I called, they just said oh we didn't find anything, without looking. I wont ever be staying here.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We usually have a lost & found area, where guest belongings if found are turned it and kept on hold until the guest is able to collect. We hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future.
"Nice place"
This was a very enjoyable stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Several restaurants are in walking distance. Standard breakfast that I have come to expect at Best Western. They have a interesting pancake maker that you can watch. Parking area is fairly well lit. I did not get to use the pool as it was raining while I was there. Overall a nice place to stay

"Nothing But Good things to Say! "
Upon arrival we were checked in fast. When we got to our room our A/C wasn't working properly. The front desk immediately came to see the problem and changed us room within 5 minutes(Upgrade by the way). Beds were super comfy. Staff was very polite. Hotel was very clean. Pool was convenient and my kids loved it. Will definitely stay again if in the Roswell area.
"Clean and Comfortable"
Visiting family in Dunwoody and not knowing the area this area was recommended to us. Have added this to our favorites for future visits. Walking into the lobby Sunday evening was greater with a smile and how may I help you? Very quick check in with our reservations and off to our room. We had opted for the king suite and it did not let us down. Couch, chair, computer table with a chair, very nice bed and a refrigator. Popular eateries close by and close to GA400. Breakfast was the standard fair but not bad. Would recommend to others.
"Mediocre...Without Shame!"
Chose this hotel while visiting family recently, and availability or king-size beds. The bedding was the ONLY highlight of the hotel, actually nice and firm. But the room was musty/moldy, and the air conditioning unit was only partially working.. So only so much of the humidity and temperature could be controlled. The worse part occurred when we called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms or if the AC could be fixed. The night manager said no other King-bed rooms were available, and offered no solution for the issues. We are not hard to please. We had a two night stay, so we asked for someone to check the room the next morning before we returned for the evening, but nothing changed. Avoid this place, despite the four-box rating, There are many better choices. Things happen in rooms, especially with AC units in Atlanta area, but management should be better than this!
"Roswell. GA"
This Best Western Plus was excellent and was quite new. It was within walking distance to several restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and breakfast selection was very good. The staff were most helpful, too.

"Business Overnight"
I travel a lot for business and have loyalty cards for a number of chains. This was the first time I stayed in a BW and found it to be just OK. Exterior and lobby of hotel were pretty nice, clerk was nice as well although it took longer to check in than I would have liked after a long day. Room was so-so, could stand a bit of updating. Location of hotel was good, had an Olive Garden directly in front of it as well as a diner. I chose the diner but found it to be pretty expensive, should have gone Italian.. Not a terrible hotel but expected better.

"No ac"
No air!!!!!!! Not helpful when I tried to address the problem. Took over 35 mins to come only after a second call to look at it! We are worn out and hot no time for this. They should have moved us to another room while they “fixed” the air! We even tried sleeping with the fridge open! Tv has no closed caption.

"Nice Hotel"
Stayed here for a couple nights while on a business trip. The hotel appears to be newly updated on the inside. Rooms were clean, fresh looking and comfortable. Continental breakfast was included. This was a very simple breakfast options compared with many other hotels, cereal, eggs, sausage, pancakes, a few muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee and milk. It was sufficient and it's always nice not to have to go anywhere or pay for another meal. Price was reasonable. Easy to get to. I would stay here again.

Nicely decorated. Super nice staff, very clean very comfortable. Quiet street. Very safe area too. We booked online and it was delivered as we requested. We stayed in room 108, it was quiet and extremely clean. Room temperature was even perfect. We were so tired when we got here. The front desk person was so very nice to us. No complaints. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked nice.

"Be aware about checkout"
The majority of hotels I have used around the world the checkin is at 2pm and checkout at noon. The Best Western is just different... checkin at 3pm and checkout at 11am, so just wondering why you book a hotel and just can stay up to 20 hours. The hotel is very well located with restaurants and facilities around the area. The room are roomy and comfy, so you will not get wrong with them, but pay attention at the checkout time.
Best Western R, Guest Relations Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Thank you for taking to to review us here. We apologize for any confusion but most hotel brands (IHG, Best Westerns) offer check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. Depending on the situation we do offer early check in or late check out if you are a Best Western Rewards Club member.
"No extras"
Hotel staff extremely accommodating, great location, newly remodeled but some things overlooked. If you want a double bed suite make sure its with someone you really know and can tolerate because the sink/mirror is not in the bathroom. Also, no vent in the bathroom so bring a can of spray just in case.
Best Western R, Guest Relations Manager at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, responded to this review
Hello,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are glad that you have enjoyed our location and newly renovated accommodations. Most of our double beds were designed keeping in mind families and groups that could use the space well inside and outside. All of our bathrooms have a vent with a fan, it is standard that needs to be by the brand. We hope you would visit us again when you are in the area.
"Non-existent Internet, Snarky Night Clerk"
First the good: clean, comfortable, well-appointed room despite the corridors and public areas looking cheap. Bad: no internet. None. One page opened and that was it. Called and snarky clerk says that it gets this way when the hotel is booked. If it's a known issue, it should have been fixed. Period. At check-in, informed Snarky that I had a disc injury in my back and asked if I could please have either a first floor room or something near the elevator on other floors. Snarky says I can have my choice of rooms, each at the far end of the corridor on either of the other two floors. These were the furthest rooms from the elevator, which is in the center of the hall. Really? Right. Synopsis: if you plan to use the Internet (I'm here searching for a home to buy), do not stay here. I usually stay at IHG, and there's a Holiday Inn next door, but it was $179. This one was $112. Big difference in price, discernible difference in amenities and staff. You get what you pay for, every time. If it weren't for Snarky and the non-existent Internet, this would be a decent hotel.
"Pretty Nice"
We stayed for one night while moving to our new house, and the hotel was pretty nice. The hallway was noisy at odd hours of the night on the 1st floor, but I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent and the price was fantastic.

"Not so great"
Checked and had to move twice before finding a room that didn't have issues The guy tat checked us in was very nice and tried hard to get us into a good room. (Bathroom door scraped threshold making loud screech, missing microwave and refrigerator. would have had to move a third time due to missing appliances but instead maintenance brought them up. Rooms are advertised with refrigerator and microwave I spoke to the lady at the front desk the next morning who said she was the manager and she said only some rooms are equipped with them. After hearing about my issues with the moving she offered 20% off the first night. The Hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a drug store across the street. The breakfast was okay. The bed and the room I ended up in was okay except the coffee in the room was all decaf. I hinted at the housekeeping staff by placing all of the decaf packs on the counter. They neatly placed them all back in the coffee tray. I saw regular coffee on the cart. The only staff that seemed friendly were the guy who checked me in and the lady that worked in the breakfast area. Everyone else seemed to need customer service training. When I got home and looked at the charges I noticed they 20% that was deducted the first night was added back onto the bill on the last day. When I contacted the hotel I was told that the credit would be put back on my credit card. After three days it still had not been credited. So it seems like they don't honor their commitments either. This could be a much better place if they made a few adjustments. The hotel has good potential and is in a good location.

"Just okay"
I have stayed at Best Western Plus hotels before, and they really were plus. This hotel wasn't bad, just average. The breakfast was not anything like the other plus hotels. I could hear the tv and conversation from the room above me and next to me. I could hear people in the hallways and the refrigerator went on and off all night. The room was cleaned well, but the carpeting looked dirty, the draw next to the bed would not stay closed, the shower head was coming out of the wall...little things that add up. The internet was up and down, especially in the evening. The location was convenient, right off of 400 and the lobby was very nice. I'm just not sure I would stay here again.

"Excellent room and staff"
I stayed for 4 nights at BW Plus in Roswell/Alpharetta during a business trip. The lady at the reception desk was already a very pleasant surprise, super friendly and efficient on the check-in. Breakfast is standard, but everything is well organized in a small corner of the hotel - small but every morning there were plenty of places to sit. Hotel room was quite spacious, with sofas and big screen TV. Bed was very comfortable and shower with good water pressure and quick hot water. Cleanliness was a positive point too, as well as the wifi signal in the room.
"Second Chances"
We are regulars at this place and have reviewed it before. We stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip. Both were party nights and a bit noisy. The first night things ended at 11:30ish. A little later than our liking, but finally it was quiet. The second night the noise went on until1:30 and then guests returned to their rooms with great fanfare and little respect for those already asleep. (The next morning, when we complained about all the noise, the receptionist told us parties were supposed to end at 11:30.) Since we were returning the next weekend, we asked if there was another party booked. Thankfully it was a quite, restful and comfortable weekend. This hotel is well kept, clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Before booking, check on their events schedule!

"Disappointed in a “Plus” property"
Breakfast needs significant improvement, more options, fresher and healthier choices. Gym equipment needs servicing or modernization. Room decors is nice, location good. Staff at checkout was nice but check in staff not very friendly and did not even give basic information such as breakfast time.

"Not Up to the PLUS Standard"
Poor customer service. Non working tv - it took 3 requests and until 9:30 PM on my 2nd night to get someone to replace the stolen HDMI cable. Telephone did not work (missing jack cord). Slow Internet. Not enough parking in lot and lot was poorly lit. Room was dark - not enough lights. Bagels were stale and the only fruit available for breakfast were over-ripe bananas. Would NOT stay here again!

"Hot, stuffy noisy room"
I did not book this visit for myself, it was booked by a family member. The room was so hot and stuffy I had the air conditioner on all night to be able to try and sleep. All night the first an every night that followed there was a loud metallic clanking that manged to wake me several times when I did finally get to sleep. I finally figured out it was the little refrigerator in the dresser/TV stand. I went down for coffee the next morning only to find a pathetic little machines that could not make a proper cup of coffee. The attendant really got her back up when I asked where I could go to get real coffee and sent me to a place that wasn't even open. They put me next to an exit door which slammed in the night several times while I was there. It was a very insecure location for a single woman and it became apparent after a day or two management did not regularly look over the premises. So I got little or no sleep, endured all kinds of noise. and to top it off the morning I checked out I woke up with a bad sore throat and irritated sinuses and could not understand why. I thought a steamy shower might help but I ran the tap for over 10 minutes and could not get the water to warm up. When I went out I discovered why I was reacting, the corridor was reeking of cigarette smoke. I reported this when I checked out. The response was luke warm like the bath water. By the time I got home I was coughing and my sinuses were so congested I could hardly breath. I am allergic to cigarette smoke because of autoimmune disease. Between the lack of sleep, the overheated room, and the cigarette smoke, as a reward for staying at this hotel I got two days in bed sick and got behind in my work schedule. I am totally disgusted with everything to do with this hotel, having to park in a back alley, the cheap plastic upholstery on the room furnishings, the uninspired and indifferent staff, all of it.

"Worst "
Saturday, November 4, 2017 8:26 AM 1. Women at the front desk or maybe the Mng..So Rude..before checking in I called from a Best Western Hotel in Phoenix / Chandler to inquire about rates and availability at this hotel Atlanta / Roswell and she was very sharp and rude to me then. When checking in I informed Miss Rudeness Mng. I would be here for a mnt or two, well into week 3 Miss Rudeness told me had to move out and that the hotel is booked to capacity and would have to check out. Well I'm thinking how can check out when I'm working 7 days a week @ 10 hrs. A day. WOW and then TEN minutes later she called me and stated I could stay,at that time I asked to speak to the owner and she told me I was rude to her WOW. I contacted the owner and discussed the problems I have induered with Miss Rudeness Mng. person at front desk and the woman that mops the floors. I know what customer service is and I treat people the way I want to be treated as a claim adjuster with the largest Ins.Co.I know what customer service is MOST IMPORTANT. The Big and very intimidating women that mops the floors and works in kitchen had a habit of looking at me with death in the morning bazaar behavior in her eyes as I'm leaving the hotel to go work, made me feel very uncomfortable this happened 6 times I thought maybe she had mental issues ,I would avoid her and wouldn't eat in the morning and would exit from side of the hotel to avoid her and the other women Miss Rudeness Mng. at the front desk amazing. And I'm the paying customer. Believe me this is true ! Employees Made Me Feel That They Were Doing Me A Favor Staying at the Hotel. 6 weeks @ $ 620.00 per week = $ 3,720.00 that's a lot of money.. Pool filthy cloudy water and pool area disgusting, cigarettes butts and the table tops never cleaned in the six weeks while I stayed there, and the same area in front where you could sit the same disgusting. Trash and cigarette butts all around the building and parking lot and side entrance sidewalk leading into the hotel near the pool never swept never cleaned in six weeks.Im surprised this hotel passes your monthly inspection with Best Western. My bathroom room # 337 sink drane trap witch is all exposed I noticed drane was pieced together to fit from the sink to wall with a trap that's turned to the side a real fitment issue ..and a BIG health issue. WOW a sink drane trap is to not let sewer gas into bathroom this is a health issue and a building code violation! Im sure a licensed plumber didn't make this repair or installation when installing new vanity maybe just trying to save money . The trap creates a seal that prevents sewer gas from passing from the drain pipes back into the occupied space of the building. This maybe this is why I had chronic headache during my stay. Bed was worn out...i had to sleep on the one side that had the least amount of wear. I waited till I checked out to really to let y'all know this was my WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY BEST WESTERN HOTEL! The people that cleaned my room the best, no problem I made sure I had them a TIP every time she cleaned my room. I would have moved out and the only reason why I stayed it was close to work. I've stayed at 23 different Best Western hotel's this year...this place and staff the worst FINAL. Will tell ya if I'm back to this area for work I will never stay there . I'm a Diamond Select customer with Best Western maybe the 1 % club if they had such a thing and earned Dimond Select status and I had never had a complaint with all the other hotels I've stayed at until now , this year I have stayed over 3 hundred days threw out the US @ Best Western chain and last year 340 days @ Best Western .1 % of customer are that loyal to a chain that's a lot time and money spent. My employer doesn't pay for my hotel stays,I pay so I can stay anywhere. I'm sure the owner or the so called manager doesn't do a walk around the hotel on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and check for cleanliness or they probably don't care or they don't know how to run a better hotel. WIFI the worst,50 % of the time I would have to hot spot from my cell phone for a computer connection, this was an added cost to my monthly bill with my cell phone provider. The owner of this property owns the Holiday Inn Express next door maybe the WiFi is originated from that property to save money.

"Very good value"
Good location, very easy on and off of Hwy 400. Lots of restaurants nearby. All staff are fantastic and can give you all the info you need about the area. Rooms are very clean, with good supply of towels and toiletries. WIFI in room was perfect and you can use computer/printer in lobby (easy to use) for printing boarding passes, etc. Breakfast is slightly better than is typical for hotel fare. The best part of this hotel is the incredibly comfortable bed with four pillows and the excellent quality flat screen with lots of channels.
"Very Nice location with great staff"
Very nice Hotel. Rooms are well decorated. Clean, Clean and more Clean. I could not wait to give a review. I usually Never give reviews. This is one experience I will either return or refer others to stay at this property.

This is, by far, the finest Best Western hotel I have stayed in. It far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there anytime I'm back in the area. The complimentary breakfast area is clean and well lit and the rooms have privacy shades - and very comfortable beds - well done.
"Wonderful place to stay"
This an exceptional hotel in many ways. Lovely hotel and very nice breakfast. Best of all is the staff. Really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Convenient to most areas of the city. They can also take you to your destinations which is most convenient.

"Great"
I stayed at Best Western in Roswell GA last Tuesday September 26th. The room was very nice and clean. Free WIFI was great. The staff there was very friendly and professional. it very quiet in the room which also added to the overall experience. If I ever have to come up to this area again I will definitely stay here again.

"A Great Place to Stay"
We stayed at the Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta, Roswell, Georgia while attending a family wedding. We arrived lat at night. The desk manager was welcoming and very helpful and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable with wonderful amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were always clean, decor inviting, and furnishings comfortable. Nightly rates were reasonable. A good value for the money. I highly recommend this hotel if one is in the Atlanta area.

"Best western Roswell GA"
My two night stay at this hotel was fantastic! Then room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, awesome experience during check in to accommodate my large vehicle parking. It has plenty of decent restaurants with in walking distance and every amenities required for an exceptional stay.

"Needs Much More Attention to Detail"
The hotel is in really pretty good shape but the management of the hotel needs a lot of improvement. The internet access is horrendous. I know that no one in management is testing the connection and speeds from different parts of the hotel. If you can't get work done because the internet connection is flaky and the speeds are terrible, what good is a pretty hotel? The other thing is that that maintenance of the workout room is abysmal. I went in at 6:30 in the morning. No towels. The water in the water dispenser looked like it had been sitting for a week. Nothing to wipe down the equipment with. The employees here are professional and courteous but they look miserable. They all look like they would much rather be some place else. They've got a pretty hotel here, it's just not managed well at all. The attention to detail needs a lot of work.

We have forwarded your feedback to the housekeeping engineer and IT Manager so they can look at these issues more closely. "Great place to stay!"
I really like the great staff they have and the hotel is very clean. The check in/out was an easy process. The breakfast is great and the food is good. The rooms are clean and the beds are great along with the pillows. I will return and others should check this place out.

"Good Value and Location"
It wasn't my first choice of hotel but the nearby Hilton was fully booked. I had read the reviews before going in and was aware of the fact that the hotel was recently refurbished. The room was actually way better than my expectations for a Best Western. The staff was friendly and overall great value. They have a small swimming pool which I didn't use neither did I get the opportunity to have their breakfast. The location is very good in you have all kinds of restaurants and shops within a few minutes of the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

"The Bestest Best Western A+ Plus"
This Best Western Plus gets an A+ score. My son absolutely loved the sparkling refreshing pool. They fulfilled my request for a top floor room overlooking the pool. Top floor rooms are always peaceful. We were in Room 321. The room was super clean and the bathroom was even cleaner. SPOTLESS! The king size bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was super thin as to where you could feel the metal springs on the other side and it made crunchy noises whenever you moved on it and my son is only 70 pounds. Otherwise, everything was top notch. Check in was a breeze. Checking out was even quicker with the "Receipt Under The Door & Go Process." Paid $96 for the night which I think was fair. Plus, we ate at the Olive Garden right in the front yard of the hotel. This was the BESTEST Best Western I've ever stayed in! All's Well in Roswell! A+ Plus for this Best Western PLUS!!!

"Great place"
First off, I was greeted with a islander smile and a welcoming disposition by the front desk team member. She was very helpful and the surroundings of the newly renovated location was comforting and inviting. Great location just outside of the bump and grind of Atlanta surrounded by great eateries. I will be back
"Comfortable and convenient."
This hotel had been recently renovated. I had a two bedroom queen room that was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. Breakfast included hot items. All breakfast items were fresh and tasty. The hotel has a convenient easy access location. I would definitely stay there again.
"Demand a Different Room Upon Check-in!"
Had 2 rooms. Upon check-in, 1 room the cable TV did not work. The other did not have any refrigerator (just an open space) and no coffee maker. The hotel staff acted very defensive and unprofessional when we checked out (although we reported these problems immediately).
"Good Hotel - My Go-To Place in Atlanta"
I regularly stay at Best Western because of their pet policy; many hotels allow me to bring my dogs. This one doesn't but since I travel for work to Atlanta, it does not matter to me. I found this place to be clean, looks like it was recently refreshed. The staff is professional but a bit formal. Nice people though. The pillows are so small for me two of them don't support my head very well and I struggle with that during the night. I need something firm and none of the 4 on this bed were. The Internet worked most of the time; I found that I could stream a Netfilx movie OK but there were some delays. The room darkening shade was very nice, the air conditioner is one of the PTAC units so you hear it running all night but it's a white noise so it worked for me. With the temperature on 72 it was intolerably warm in the room, finally turned it down to 65 so it was cool enough. Check in and out was quick and easy; I had booked on the website so all I did was show my ID when I got there and done.

We hope you will give us another chance to show you our southern hospitality.
"Business trip"
My first time staying at a Best Western and I will definitely stay there again. Hotel was in a great location and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a friendly staff and I loved having real plates and cups at breakfast!

"Great breakfast, but our room was lacking"
The free breakfast was on the nicer side of typical hotel breakfasts. The check in staff member was professional but not very friendly. THe room was clean, but very musty and humid. Very little airflow or cooling. Super glad we brought a portable fan with us. Bath leaked and water ended up puddling all over the floor tiles. The sink was in the room, not the bathroom. The toilet was placed in such a way that the door opened into it. Conveniently situated.

Thank you for the 3 star rating and we sincerely apologize on behalf of our team for not meeting your expectations for the guestroom. We are glad to learn that you enjoyed our breakfast and the location. We have forwarded your feedback to our Maintenance engineer so he can take a deeper look and see what caused the leak. We do have some rooms that have the sink on the outside, to make things easy when two people are staying. We do have other rooms that have sink inside the bathroom and hope that you will provide us with a chance to make things right for you.
"rooms were not cleaned 3 out of the 6 days. The keys never worked had to go down and request new keys constantly."
room were not cleaned 3 out of the 6 days. keys never worked. requested sheets to be cleaned and was told they had none and that they would have to try to find sheets. Once they found sheets I was told I had to go get it myself because they had no one to cover. Staff was very rude.

"Great hotel for the money"
Beautifully decorated, friendly employees, great breakfasts. Rooms were also great and had some little surprises that I've never seen at other hotels. The only downside are double beds, I always prefer queens, but the money, still a great hotel.

"Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, spotty wi-fi"
Stayed 8 days while visiting family. The property is very clean, the bed comfortable. Would prefer the sink to be in the bathroom,, not outside, with better lighting at the sink . Complimentary breakfast included offered a nice selection including fruits, yogurt, bagels, toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon, cereals, hot and cold, and juices. Good location for us, but spotty wi-fi presented difficulties for us.
"New and modern decor"
This is a newer hotel with modern decor. Nice furniture and amenities. I enjoyed the wall mounted Samsung TV. The usb chargers and the pool. Great location to stay at on a business trip because they offer a low weekly rate.

"Everything you need"
Located in close vicinity of restaurants and a CVS makes it a safe bet. Renovated property so the feel is really good and the team do a great job to keep it that way. The King suites are spacious and bed very comfortable. House keeping helps out with a full clean up and bed turning every morning so we come back to a fresh room after a day out :). Breakfast is just like all other BWs with just about the right variety and the host Maria is a sweetheart always out to make you feel welcome. Enjoyed a 4 night visit here at very good rates and would definitely return the next time in Roswell.

Hortense (General Manager) makes this Best Western stand out among any competitor out there! I will always stay at this Best Western when traveling in the Atlanta area as long as she is there! She leads a great guest services team (Pamela @ Front Desk is AMAZING) & I recommend their property to anyone in the area. This property eludes a LUXURY customer service standard at a value cost.

"Clean and Confortable"
This hotel offered updated interior that was well cared for. Breakfast was provided but is not to be taken back to room. Room was kept clean and stocked by housekeeping daily. Very close to amenities such as Verizon Ampitheater, Northpount Mall and the 400. My favorite point was that it is in the parking lot of the Peachtree Diner. Though beds were a bit hard for my taste everything else was comfortable. I would difintely stay here again.
"Not Good for Families with Babies"
This hotel might be okay for people without kids, depending on your tolerance for noise and a staff who obviously does not want to be there. However, for a family with a baby it was not a good choice. First of all they advertised that they have cribs. They don't. They have play pens. Also the walls are paper thin. So thin that we could hear our neighbors opening and closing their blinds! It was so noisy that my 8 month old was woken up during every nap and nighttime sleep. This is a kid who sleeps through dogs parking and trash trucks at 6 am. So. Stinking. Loud. The staff was okay. There was one older Hispanic gentleman, who unfortunately I was never able to get the name of, who by far gave the best service. He always smiled and said hello and would hold doors open for guests. Everyone else you could tell didn't want to be there and were hoping that some freak miracle would happen and all the guests would go home so they could to. Furthermore one of the guests were smoking in their room (this is a non-smoking hotel), both cigarettes and weed. I understand that this was not their fault. However, the staff could care less and didn't even apologize for the stench being created in the hall. We chose this hotel because a special was running, and we were only in town for 5 days on business. Thank God we didn't pay full price, otherwise we really would have been mad. Honestly we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Thank you B3348IFlaurenr for taking out time to share your experience with us. We are very disappointed to know that you were not able to enjoy our facility and the accommodations provided. We are also very sorry to hear that you found our walls very thin and were disturbed by other hotel guests . We do offer a crib as a courtesy for families travelling with kids or babies and it is first come first serve, unfortunately the crib was occupied by another guest during your stay and we only had a playpen available as a back up. As you mentioned in the survey we are a entirely non smoking hotel but as a semi public business we do get guests who don't adhere to the policies and go overboard on the rules, again since we missed the opportunity earlier, on behalf of my entire team we would like to sincerely apologize for that. Our rates are based on demand in the market and change every week if not everyday, we are glad to know that you were able to take advantage of a 5 day promotion that we were offering. Again, we would like to thank you for sharing your experience with our team as that helps us improve our customer service.
"Clean but noisy"
My complaints are noise and breakfast. The breakfast just isn't very good. It's the usual pancakes, eggs, sauge links grits oatmeal, etc. my main complaint is noise. The meeting room Was rented out for a party that had loud music. Apparently our room was right over the meeting room. Our walls were vibrating. This went on until midnight. I did call the desk and was told sorry that it wouldn't stop until midnight. We had to be up early for an event one of my kids were in and therefore didn't get much sleep. I think the people attending the party should have been placed near and over the party room and others on the other end of the hotel. Other than that the rooms are clean. Nice inside. Can walk to a few restaurants

"Unhappy Customer"
They will forget to clean your room and make you com down to get towels. On Sundays you will not rest due to loud music. Late Check out is no good due to them only giving you one extra hour. Then they will keep calling your room until you leave. So aggravating but can't clean your room.

"Two Night Stay"
We were in area for a sporting event. When traveling we try to stay at Best Western as we have usually had good service and clean rooms. This hotel also had friendly staff and clean room. However, I rated this location as average for several reasons. The rooms are noisy. Or I guess I should say that there is very little sound proofing as we could hear conversations of hotel guest(s) as they walked down hallway and in the rooms adjacent to us. Also, we were placed on second floor. The second floor did not have an ice machine. Must get on elevator or take stairway to first floor to get the ice. Hotel does offer free breakfast but it was only fair. I am not complaining. Free is free and I was thankful. But, the hours for breakfast was 7am-10am (I think). I arrived at 6:58am and there were 6 pieces of bacon. I took two pieces and 15 minutes later, when my daughter and wife came down, there was zero bacon. As far as I know the bacon was never replaced. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, fruit, and do it yourself pancake machine. I think we only paid around $70 per night, so as I said, I am not complaining, I just want others to know what to expect. Perhaps the cheap price was the reason for the loud guest?

"Great room for the money"
This hotel was great for the money. However, I saw the price come down a bit two days after booking it.There is a Holiday Inn beside the Best Western and this made parking confusing at times. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops which is good due to needing items you may have left at home.

"Spectacular Stay!"
This hotel was amazing! From the contemporary decor to the thoughtfulness that went into planning the layout and amenities of the room...it was a great experience! The room was cozy and clean. There were reading lights made into the bed headboard and the toilet was separate from the vanity area...a great convenience! They also offered makeup remover towelletts and a shower cap. Breakfast was beautifully laid out, served in real China plates with gold trim. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant and paid great attention to the detail of the bar. I only paid 80+ dollars for the one night. Just left a resort in FL and got NONE of this and it cost way more! I will stay here again if in the area! I highly recommend it to others.

"Convenient and friendly staff"
Excellent stay for 8 days in Roswell. Helpful staff, comfortable room and internet access. This was a convenient location to Roswell and 400. We would definitely consider staying here again as there were also good restaurant options nearby.
"Good Value"
The Hotel looked like it was recently upgraded. Everything looked new and clean. ALL of the employees were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could have been a little better but overall it was a great stay for the price. Stayed days. Would definitely stay again.
"Great hotel!"
I have been staying here for the last year or more when I am in town visiting. It is centrally located, right near the highway, takes about 30 minutes to the airport, depending upon traffic. Lots of places to eat, not far from downtown Roswell, minutes from Walmart.
"Bad customer service"
Tuesday morning Nov 15, 2016 at about 3:30 am I rang the hotel - three times. Someone answered on the third ring. Said his name was David, however that might have been an Alias. I booked a room for one and and answered 'in one hour' when asked when I would arrive. The doors to the hotel were locked and on the other side of these double glass doors was a security guard staring into hand held gadget and behind him at a counter sat a hotel agent. Neither of them came to the door which made me look for perhaps another entrance which I might have overlooked. I saw to my left a stairway with sign marked emergency exit. It only made sense that the pathway is straight through those double doors. Momentarily I stood facing the locked doors with the two on the inside directly facing me but not opening the door. I knocked. I actually had to rap on the door. The agent at the counter came to unlock the door. Awkward. I got the key for my room and as I walk away he tells me that breakfast is at 6:00 am. The current time was close to 5:00 am. I snoozed then showed up on time for breakfast. Nothing was ready. I grabbed a packet of oatmeal and a dish of hot water and figured I'd be back later. On my way passed the check-in counter I asked 'David,' who was still the agent, on duty what time breakfast ends. 10:00 am he tells me. At 9:30 am. I was back in time to see the last of the breakfast items being scurried away, except some cold sausage and eggs to which the attendant insisted were not available because breakfast closed at 9:30 am. Only when I mentioned the incorrect info given me by 'David' that this person allowed me the cold sausage and eggs. I was at BEST WESTERN Plus Roswell/Alpharetta from just before 5:00 am and left just before 11:00 am - 6 hours for which I paid full price - was denied the promised breakfast (that appeared with the booking info); was given misleading info from staff and had an overall horrible experience.
"Excellent place to stay"
I stayed 5 days in this hotel. From the check-in to check-out it was better than 5 stars hotels I usually stay. A friendly smile greets you and professionally check you in. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I had an issue with TV and maintenance person took care of in few minutes with the most respectful way. I was in town for a convention in downtown Atlanta. As long as you have a car, you can stay in this hotel and park your car at North Springs MARTA station and take the light rail, you will be in your destination around 30 minutes. Atlanta has a big traffic problem and this hotel was a perfect solution for me during a busy convention time. I like to congratulate the management of this hotel for putting together a perfect team to provide a maximum staying pleasure for the guests.
"Best, Best Western plus we have at stayed in...."
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. When we first arrived there was no one at the desk, but when she got to the desk she was nice. She even cancelled one of our rooms because our friend was unable to make it due to hurricane Matthew clean up. We will defiantly stay here when in the area.
"Nice stay, but no Wi-fi"
Due to the hurricane our family evacuated here for about 5 days. Staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel is clean and newly renovated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is near a great diner and a Taco Bell and Olive Garden that you can walk to from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only con was that the Wi-fi barely if ever worked despite calling Tech support.
"Evacuees with small children"
This is a newly renovated hotel that our family stayed in due to the recent hurricane evacuation. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a great diner within walking distance as well as a Taco Bell and Olive Garden. Staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay here again. Only Con: Wi-fi was pretty much non-existent during our 5 days stay, making it a little nerve wrecking with traveling with little ones that have devices.
"Great for Events"
The team at the BW Plus Roswell did a great job on our corporate meeting. Catered food, power for laptops, everything. Competitive price too. Hope to use the facility again. They were easy to work with too.
"Great Hotel"
This hotel should be the standard for the Plus in Best Westerns. I have stayed at many BW in my days. This by far was the best ever. Clean and very nice. I will be back any time I am in town. It is very quite and close to downtown Roswell for great food. You get and A plus from me.
"Quality"
The hotel is wonderful. Comfortable beds and pillows, free breakfast with china plates and real silverware - yea no plastic! The staff is courteous. My husband was impressed with the shower head. Thermostat controlled air conditioning and heat. What more could you ask for?
"Looks can be deceiving"
Stayed one night, had to change rooms as air conditioning was broken. Looked at filter in next room and it had never been cleaned. During the night a parade of roaches visited. The breakfast the next morning was meager and barely edible, and the coffee was not good. This place has had a major overhaul, but is not living up to the standard that it should be, as the night Cleo said they don't do anything to this place.
"nice room for the money"
I stayed here for a conference. For the money it was fine room. Interesting that I was on only the 2nd floor but had to take the elevator most of the time. There is no stairway close to my room. So I just got a notice that this needs to be 200 characters or more to post. This should do it.
"Clean and Modern"
Wonderful clean hotel. Good staff. Decent breakfast. Refrigerator in room. In same parking lot with Olive Garden, Taco Bell and across from CVS. NEGATIVE: Don't come to breakfast late, they stop putting out food with 30minutes left. Many people left angry because staff would not allow them to eat even with 15-30 min left they refuse to put out new food.
"Best Western Roswell GA"
We stay at this Best Western whenever we are in this area. The staff especially Hortense are very friendly and helpful. The cost of the room is a good value for this area. The complimentary breakfast is very good.
"Worst checkout ever"
Not a bad stay for the first three nights until the morning of checkout. I had worked the night before until 2am and was looking forward to sleeping in that morning. Unfortunately, my phone rang at 6:15. It was the front desk. They told me I needed to come to the front desk. So angrily I got dressed and started for the lobby. On my way out off the room, I found my bill, slid under my door, where it was written my credit card was declined. So I got to the front desk and proceeded to tell the desk clerk how I felt about his approach. Hee completely ignored me but kept saying my card was declined and he wanted payment. After losing my patience, I yelled at the guy. Only then did he apologize. I walked away and got back in bed only to be roused out of bed again by an aggressively loud knock on the door. Angry again do to my lack of sleep. I threw the door open to find two policemen. They said that the desk clerk reported that I was acting like I was going to hit him and that I was aggressive with him. Do with two police officers on each side of me I was taken to the front desk to resolve the matter. I asked for the manager who was due to arrive in ten minutes. Waiting patiently while the entire hotel was entertained while they were eating their breakfast. When the manager showed I explained the situation while the desk clerk tried to interrupt and argue. The police where helpful in keeping him from speaking. The manager ran my cards and found that they were nott declined. Best Western's system was unable to process my foreign bank cards. So, I left the hotel to drive to a bank machine pulled out the 500$ returned and paid a surprised manager who asked how I was able to get the money. I guess I was just a low life bum or something to them. Afterwards, the apologies start to fly, offers to give me rewards and free stays. I wanted none of it. Last words are to encourage every reader to boycott every Best western due to their judgemental approach, lack of respect for their service to offer a patron a restful night's sleep and poor judgement in hiring competent employees. The notice under the door was enough and I would have certainly taken care of it before I checked out. This is not something that had to be done at 6:15 in the morning. Please, never stay at a best western again.

Thank you SpencerH for taking out time to review us here. First off all we would like to offer a sincere apology for the confusion and the events that took place that night. We have personally spoken with the front desk agent and he has been put on a leave for few weeks. While he was looking out for the company ;his approach to the given situation was not professional and beyond our regular procedures. We would like to apologize on behalf of our entire team and hope that will not leave a negative impression in the future.
"Nice Place - Good Value"
This hotel has been very nicely updated. The lobby and common areas have a modern feel. They have a nice fitness center with new equipment. I was really impressed with the quality of the room and bed. Again, the decorating and furniture are new and modern. The bed was clean, comfortable, and allowed for a good nights sleep. Housing keeping did a great job of keeping the room clean and organized. The only drawback is the walls are thin. You can hear a lot from the hall, and the room next to you. I had a room right across from the elevator/ice machine so there was a lot of traffic outside my room. I'd suggest asking for a room that is not across from the elevator/ice machine, and if possible, one where you won't have somebody in the room right next to you. It is conveniently located near GA400, and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. You also have easy access to other restaurants and shopping with a short drive. I stayed here three nights, and would stay here again. Overall this is a nice place and provides a good value.

Thank you so much AFL95 for taking out time to review us here.We will definitely pass on your feedback to our staff and hope that you will visit us again when you are back in Roswell.
"Unfriendly"
Staff are very unfriendly and don't give a damn about any complaints or requests that you have. Party was being held in the meeting room and when we complained about the noise at 11:20 PM, we were told "Well, they're having a party." Music never stopped until midnight, horrible night of sleeping.

We apologize PAT K that your stay was disrupted with the a private event that we had going on. Most of the social events on a weekends are contracted until midnight. We would have moved you to a different room but at the given time of the night it would have been a huge inconvenience for you and your guests. Again we apologize and hope you will visit us in future.
"Roswell BW"
This is an excellent hotel. Was reluctant to stay here at first but had no choice when my primary choice, Duluth Ga Best Western was totally booked. Very well situated to shopping and restaurants. The only negative thing I can write about this hotel is that it is not situated closer to the interstate like other Best Westerns that I have stayed in. Approximately 14 miles from I 85 and about 5 miles from Hwy 19/400 that drops you into I 285. The breakfast was fantastic. No paper plates or plastic ware. Real plates and utensils. Highly recommend this hotel.

"Excellent Breakfast. Big room."
I stayed in a King Sized room, and it felt very spacious and modern. There were more lights than other hotel rooms, and I like to have more lighting. The furniture was comfortable for business and storing my clothes.

Thank you CarolynK for taking out time to review us here. We are thrilled to learn that you enjoyed our modern accommodation and the new furniture. We look forward to your next stay with us.
"Good value; good property"
Recently remodeled - lobby is very modern looking. Rooms are also updated with pillow top mattresses and large LCD TVs. Complete with microwave, small fridge and microwave. Bring your microwave popcorn though because they don't have any on premise! My toilet kept running until I jiggled the handle, but the front desk noted this when I left. Pool is nice too.
"Perfect Place to Stay"
Friendly efficient staff, clean modern room, swimming pool, fast internet, walking distance to many thing & close to Vickery Creek Falls. Great stop before picking up family at ATL Airport, 30 minutes away.
"Stay"
My stay was pleasant no complaints it was close to my work and had lots of shops and restaurants around the area. It was quiet. I would stay again for sure. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. I would stay again for sure.
"Great Hotel/Great Location"
came down for wedding. hotel is quiet, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, great location...highly recommend. i've done a lot of international traveling for work and pleasure--best western has one of best beds and pillow selections i've come across;)
"very nice"
nice and clean hotel, newly renovated, friendly staff, free continental breakfast, big rooms and great location. highly recommended. The front desk manager Claudene went beyond her way to accommodate all my requests. nice stay . love it
"Empty Pool/Empty Promises"
We were looking forward to our first stay in Roswell over the Memorial day weekend. When we booked online, the description said the hotel had a pool and a hot tub which were really important to us. Turns out, they no longer have a hot tub and the pool had no water. On our last day there, the pool had been filled but no one was allowed inside because the inspector hadn't given them the OK to open. They fell way below our expectations and we won't be going back!
"Have stayed several time"
I have stayed here every time I come through Roswell. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Never a problem I would recommend staying here. Price is reasonable too. Always a pleasure when I have business in town.
"Newly renovated hotel minutes from GA400 in Roswell, GA"
Newly renovated rooms. Sink in room. Commode and tub/shower in separate room. Lots of counter space with pull out desk for working on a computer. Lots of outlets for charging devices. Gooseneck reading lamp over bed. Plenty of towels etc. Frig in room and coffee maker. Adequate closet and 3 big drawers for clothes. Guest laundry. Free WIFI. Breakfast could have more choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, fresh fruit, 3 choices of cereal, milk, juice and yogurt. Rooms are very clean and the desk staff is wonderful. Within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to 4 restaurants. Will be offering happy hour wine, coffees, etc. soon.
"Return Guests"
Second visit to Roswell Suites. The customer service is outstanding! The people that work here go above and beyond. We had to leave very early in the a.m. and were hungry. The front desk person knew we were leaving early and had the breakfast area ready for us to grab something fast. What a great guy! We were so thankful. The room was very nice and clean.

"Good suervice, lovely hotel"
My husband and I came to Roswell, GA for a friend's wedding. After searching other hotels close by the hotel price was descent for a one night stay and more affordable than other hotels near by. As soon as we walked in the doors staff was welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and was able to answer our concerns and questions. Hotel was beautiful, clean, quite and definitely getting more than what we payed more for. I usually check for signs of bed bugs before unpacking my things, and the beds were spotless, clean and well kept. No odors coming from the rooms, bathrooms or hallways, everything smelled freshly cleaned and absolutely spotless.
"Renovating to become Best Western"
This hotel is in the middle of a major renovation right now as it prepares to become a Best Western. The lobby and front desk are closed off and you have to go in a back door to get to reception. Despite these issues, our stay here was very nice we still had access to almost every amenity that the hotel provides. Our room was obviously recently upgraded and it was VERY nice! We loved the size and look of the room. We paid about $90 after tax, but I expect that once the reno is finished the prices will be almost double that.
"Poor customer seevice"
We recently came to Roswell Suites on 9/19/2015 to stay for a friends wedding and once we walked into Roswell Suites there was an immediate turnoff...First the entire place was under renovation without anyone even saying anything..Second the front office staff member who we encountered who we found out later was the manager was super rude. She never greeted us and didn't even have a room in que for us. We had requested a first floor room which was on my confirmation and she never even acknowledged. While we waited for the room to be inspected we asked to use the restroom and were told to go to room 104 which was a storage room with safes, microwaves and other supplies that were hazardous. This hotel was by far way to expensive for its poor quality. As a member of the hospitality industry I find it appalling to run a hotel under this condition. Your manager Claudette definitely needs to be retrained on customer service as it was completely unacceptable to have treated a paying customer in this way!
"Hotel is beyond bad!!!! Stay away from this place!!!!"
We booked this room strictly from website photos and room information. The information on their website is totally misleading. When we arrived at this hotel the curtains were yellow from the outside of the hotel looking in. The hotel is under some kind of reconstruction and looks deserted, There was loud music coming out of it looked like a banquet room and it was extremely loud. We would not even go inside of this place. Looked shady all to us and we did not want to stay at this place. I called to cancel our reservation and was told that we were to late to cancel and would be charged for the room even though we did not want to stay. Avoid this place !!!! Oh and the pool was disgusting looking!!!!
