« Leisure/business travel between Iowa and Denver. »

Great, Newer Facility--- Would certainly stay again. North Platte is a good City to stay when planning a trip to Denver or points west, Best Westerns Rewards program is excellent allowing free stays at reasonable point levels. Recommend enrollment.

    « Clean and Comfortable »

We recently stayed here and were pleased with our accommodations. The room featured a comfortable king-sized bed. The room was very clean. The only problem we saw was a noisy toilet. We had to adjust it after using it each time. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of hot and cold items. We would definitely stay here again.

    « A bit overpriced »

While moving cross country I stopped here for the evening. I checked in at around 0130. I was greeted by a gentlemen who checked me in to a room. The room was alright, but had some flaws. The faucet wasn't secured, and there were stains on the floor of the bathroom. I normally don't care about these, but at $93 a night (about $15 less than what I paid in Vegas the night before at a competing chain) I would've expected a little more quality. The redeeming quality is the comfort of the bed, free wifi, and an awesome selection of tv channels.

    « New rooms »

Rooms were large and either newly redecorated or it was a new hotel. Nice vibrant colors and great pillows and mattress. Very good breakfast selection and all the amenities. Good value for the price. Beautiful lobby.

    « Great Location »

Stayed on way home from a trip to Colorado. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near restaurants and close to I-80. The breakfast was very good. The woman preparing it was very pleasant and talked with us for awhile. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

    « Great stay »

My spouse, son and in-laws stayed here one night on our way to Colorado and then again on the way back. We had a room with a king bed, queen bed and fold-out couch. The room was extremely clean and modern with the beds beinging very comfortable. The pool area with hot tub was open 24/7 which was great. The breakfast wasn't too bad either. I booked directly with the hotel which was the cheapest rate I could find.

« Pretty New, but housekeeping is suspect... »

This Best Western is about one year old (according to the desk person when we checked in). You can still smell the nice new carpet smell. Room was fine, beds were ] comfortable, the shower was nice. The breakfast is wonderful with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, rolls, cereal, juices, etc. The breakfast attendant was friendly. The pool area is nice -- open 24 hours -- and the hot tub is wonderful: good temperature, and forceful jets. The air handling equipment is super loud in the pool area, so you can't hold a conversation, but the great hot tub makes up for that. My only problem is I don't think the room was completely cleaned before we checked in. The beds were made, but the bathroom had used soap and shampoo in the shower area, and the tub was still wet from whoever took a shower in there earlier in the day. New soaps and shampoo bottles were placed on the bathroom vanity. So, clearly a housekeeping person was in the room -- they just didn't finish their job. We arrived so late, and the beds seemed clean, we didn't complain, and just went to sleep.

« Nice, but bit disappointed »

Beautiful, new hotel with very friendly staff. Great beds helped give restful sleep. However, bit disappointed that the bathroom tub and floor were sticky & dirty and heavy dust on lamps near beds. I would have shared this information with staff but they never asked how the room or stay was. They need to list how to tap into TV pay-per-view in the notebook with amenities located in each of the rooms or with sign near the TV. I called the desk and told it was not available there but found out the next morning they do offer it. l was also disappointed that there was no evening reception with snacks of drinks. I understand they were waiting on liquor license, but wish they would have offered snacks and nonalcoholic drinks. The morning breakfast is filled with lots or choices and tasted yummy! Hotel is worth the price, just needs a few corrections and training updates with staff. Will definitely stay there again.

« LOUD hotel. DECENT breakfast. »

This is your run-of-the-mill off the highway affair, so let me get to the distinctiveness of this spot. FIRST. The pro is that the breakfast is mad+decent, and they stay open later than the 10:00 end time (I've been to places where at 10:01, everything is taken back). But the CON is that this is a banquet place, meaning its LOUD. I believe there were several weddings happening the night I stayed there, meaning I heard open-bar-infused conversations well into the night. My advice? Stay far away from the conference room area, but come for breakfast!

    « Comfortable »

Only stayed over night passing through Nebraska, but was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, kind staff and comfortable bed. Free breakfast looked delicious, but didn't have time to stay and eat.

    « Great choice »

Needed a place to stay for one night as we make our way to the Badlands of South Dakota. This was the perfect choice. Clean facility, pleasant staff, good continental breakfast and easy access. Thank you!

« water leaking from room above »

When I went to take a shower in the morning, the shower in the room above was running and water was leaking rapidly from the ceiling. When I reported it to the front desk there was no concern for my experience. No apology, no offer for a different room if we weren't ready to go. Poorly trained person at the front desk.

« Out of controll madness »

We were given a room on the ground floor by random and it seemed to be perfect until we brought in our luggage. The whole lobby was full of food and people and the conference room was gearing up for the night. From 4pm til 1am people of all ages were RUNNING up and down the hall in front of our room talking loud or yelling .The later it got the drunker they got and there was no respect for other patrons staying here.I am all for a good time and this hotel had plenty of meeting areas for this behavior as well as a convention room. so there were no excuses. The management should have taken responsibility and kept order in my opinion.I have stayed with BW many times and this was a total fail in what I expect from them.If they host conventions then the convention goers need to use the public spaces provided to party and allow others to enjoy their quiet night out too.I also think the public areas should be for everyone and not filled up with food for a convention for a private party. Also why didn't the convention goers get put in the same block of rooms. We were placed in the middle of the madness which made for a stressful night to say the least

« Great choice for the night »

We were on a road trip and made North Platte one of our stops. This hotel is a very nice, newer hotel. It was very clean and quiet. There are several restaurant choices just a short drive away. We had easy access on and off the freeway. Free breakfast is always appreciated.

    « A great place to stay »

We enjoyed staying at this hotel with a large pool. The room was large and it had very comfortable beds. The internet was quick and easy to access. The price was consistent with other hotels in the area. I recommend this hotel to any traveler.

    « Excelent Choice »

We were over-whelmed with how wonderful this hotel is! The beds were absolutely the best we have ever slept in, and the breakfast was fantastic! Everyone was so very pleasant and cheerful; which made this a wonderful experience. Thank you to all..... we will definitely make this location our favorite and let others know too.

    « Mediocre »

My Husband & I arrived here late on a Sunday night & stayed here for just an overnight to sleep on our long trip out west The hotel seemed nice, cozy & fairly new or updated On our way to our room in another wing , upper level of the hotel We noticed the humid temperature change .. much different from the air conditioned main lobby area When entering our room .. it had not been cleaned .. lights on .. towels & bedding tossed about We tried to call the front desk from our cell phone to advise them but no answer I myself went down to straighten it out while my Husband waited up in the far wing with all of our luggage ( all camping equipment & luggage for two weeks we didn't want to leave in the truck bed overnight nor haul it all down to the front desk again) The front desk clerk set us up with another room - I also questioned why that entire wing including the elevator was so humid & clearly not air conditioned ... his reply was there's a storm coming in !! But the main lobby was cool & air conditioned ! We entered the new room, situated out luggage Removed our shoes to realize the entire carpet from the door to our bed in front of the bathroom was soaked ?!!! We called the front desk again to advise them of the situation Not wanting to pack up & move everything again we decided to stay in this room Strange happenings for a hotel that looked very nice We've had good luck in the past with best western & we are rewards members But this one ... not sure the cause of those events ? We will continue to stay in best western hotels .. except that one.

    « Paper thin walls »

Stopped here late on my way out west. I was tired and need a place to crash. It's super clean and the staff was friendly. The walls were so thin!! When the room next to me had their tv on it sounded like it was in my room! I just wanted to sleep. They had their tv on late and early. It wasn't even that loud, I could hear every move they made. If you're a light sleeper go to another hotel.... There are plenty in the area.

    « Spacious but.... »

We picked this hotel based on reviews and we are a little puzzled. We were moving cross country and needed a place to crash after driving as much as we could. I called to reserve a room and was given a price and description of the room. We checked in and noticed the room was quite large. It was the king/queen suite. We placed our luggage down, weary from our travels, then we noticed the beds looked like they were slept in. The sheets were halfway out. Then we noticed a giant spider in the bathroom. I promptly asked for another room and was given one next to it. This room had an unfolded sheet in the closet floor and a coffee (blood) stain on the floor by the door. Okay, so third time is a charm right? We were given third room and this one was okay, and we were too tired to try anymore. I think housekeeping is just sloppy, since these sheets were not tucked in all the way. Also, there were curly hairs on the toilet seat. Oh yes, and lastly, a lot of the room doors are left open by the latch for some reason. Seemed a little strange.

    « good beds »

We stand in this Inn over night on our trip across country. Very nice place to stay, beautiful inside nice pool and full dinning. The free breakfast in the morning is ordered by a menu card. The only problem is you can not get eggs to order.

    « Not a glowing review... »

After driving 10 hours we just wanted a nice, clean, comfortable room to relax in and get a good night's sleep. We had made a reservation a few months ago. Upon arrival the room appeared very nice. We were tired so had an early dinner and retired to bed early. At 11:16 PM the phone rings. It is the front desk asking if we are part of the Roger ***** party. No, we were not. Now wide awake, it took some time to get back to sleep. We had another long day of driving ahead of us so had already planned to get up early, shower, grab a quick bite and head out. I went to shower to find no shower curtain!!! Since we didn't have time to wait for one, we had to take a sponge bath the best we could. On the way down for breakfast we noticed a cart with dirty linens left in the hallway. Also in the hallway further down was a roll-away cot which had actually been left there from the day before. The hotel in itself is very nice, but we did not reserve a room without a shower nor did we ask for a 11:16PM wake-up call. It also appears they may have some staff issues as well since items were not put away, just left in the hall. They did comp us for part of the room, but we still went away feeling very let down considering the premium we paid for this room.

« New and very nice »

Could still smell fresh paint. I have spent $50 more a night on hotels this nice and still had to buy my breakfast! So glad I stayed at BW instead of Comfort Inn which would have cost me $15 more a night. I didn't know that if I booked it thru trip advisor that I'd would had received a gift card. Bummer Very friendly staff ... Fresh, quiet and clean. I thought beds were very comfy and slept great. Plenty of parking too. Very pleasant stay!!! I would definitely go back there.

« Better options in North Platte »

The bed was uncomfortable, the room was small and did not have a fridge or microwave. The bathroom was disappointing and not very clean. Very basic for the price. The staff was pleasant and courteous.

    « Convenient and clean »

We were barely in our room, so I can't speak for the entirety of the hotel. The lobby and reception were clean and updated. The desk staff was very pleasant and our check in was quick. The hotel appears to have a new section and an older section. Our room was in the older section. It was clean and of adequate size. The room has TWO sinks ? one in the shower/toilet area and one outside the area. Great for a family or small party to get ready easily. One of my most common comments is whether the air conditioner works well and / or is easily adjusted. Well, this room had the wall thermostat but the old ?window? a/c unit. We adjusted the a/c before leaving for the evening with the intention the room would be chilled by the time we got back. Unfortunately, the room was not cooler. We then adjusted the temperature and the fan setting. I slept closest to the a/c unit and was actually cold. So, the unit chilled the space immediately in front of it but not the whole room. Breakfast is served in the lobby. We left before it was open, so no comment other than I would have loved a cup of fresh coffee before leaving! In all, this is a great, reasonably priced, easy access stop on the I-80 corridor.

« Good stop across country »

Stayed here on the drive across country. Conveniently located near the freeway. Room was small but comfortable. Military rate was great. Pet fee was higher than other hotels. I would stay there again.

« clean room very nice stay!! »

the hotel is on the quieter side of town. dining options are across the highway. spacious lobby, small exercise room. adequate breakfast. Very clean rooms. I'm not a fan of low flow showers but everyone is doing that these days. Nicely appointed rooms. Love the train pic on the wall.

« Disappointing for the price »

Stopped here for one night while traveling from Chicago to Boulder. We were simply looking for a safe, good night sleep with a clean bathroom. For $140 on we also expected internet and assumed a working TV. On the positive side, the parking lot did have good lighting and the beds were comfortable. On the night we stayed the cable TV and internet were not working. Although this was an annoyance, we would have given management a pass except the toilet leaked water on the bathroom floor and had a strange pink ring. At the price point of $140, these three strikes (no working internet, no working TV and leaky unclean toilet) were unacceptable in my view. Breakfast did not improve my opinion of our stay when the eggs and biscuits were cold. There are better options at better prices for staying in North Platte

« Great stop on travels »

Very convient off interstate 80. Very comfortable room, king size bed, refrigerator. Very pleasant employees. Convient to sites & restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our travels thru the area.

    « 90 day stay...July-Oct. »

We travel with my husbands work and we average a 90 day stay in each town we go too. This hotel is gorgeous. I believe it was recently refurbished. The rooms are newly remodeled and the lobby area is beyond beautiful. Housekeeping is up to par, I've seen one girl work extended hours just to make sure the guests are in clean rooms each day. I believe she is the supervisor of Housekeeping. Been here a month now, and have seen a lot of behind the scenes. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. Helpful with needs regarding business faxing, sightseeing, local eateries, and directions to outlying areas. I give this hotel a 5 star rating with a 3 star pricing. We've enjoyed their hospitality and plan to seek out a Best Western Plus in the next town/state we are assigned.

« An Average Choice for a Hotel. »

We stopped here for the night in the middle of a four day road trip. We didn't arrive until about 10:00 p.m. and after dropping our luggage in the room, went looking for snacks and drinks. We could only find a soda machine. Off the lobby was an alcove with a window to the lobby desk area. They had a few shelves with an assortment of snacks and a refridgerator with drinks. The items that we selected were rather pricey so I have to assume the same applied to most all of what was available. The room was quite average but was clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast had a good selection and the food tasted good.

« Looks nice, but not as great as it looks »

We had to get 3 different set of key cards before we could get into our room because the first 2 would not work. On the 3rd set the front desk guy said these should work, the last set was broke. So, why give them to us in the first place?! Our room was on the 4th floor so it wasn't like we could just walk down the hallway to the front desk. Our A/C unit was so loud that we finally shut it off at 1 am because no one could sleep, and then everyone was getting too warm. We decided to not leave as early to head for home because everyone was too tired from not sleeping in the loud/warm room, so we tried to sleep for an extra hour. But, then we were awakened by a barking dog in the hallway before 7 am! Facility looks nice, but definitely not worth the $160. Other family had issue with their rooms not being cleaned, staff did not really seem to care about issues. Pretty much just said oh, ok. Breakfast was ok, but could only use 1 waffle maker at a time bc it would trip a breaker. Really? Fix it, you know it's a problem and you have hundreds of guests every day for breakfast.

    « Very disappointed »

We are traveling from California to Illinois and decided to try Best Western's. The first couple we tried were great properties. when looking to stop in North Platte we had a few options and the best Western was $170 a night but it looked really nice so I thought why not. The rooms are bigger and we are traveling with 3 teenagers. When I checked in and went to room both beds were unmade and a can of air freshener was on floor. After going back front desk said that was 4th time it had happened that day. So we were given another room which upon first inspection looked clean. But soon realized there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no bedding for sofa. After asking for these things (10:30 at night) it took awhile(about 45 min) to get them and we were needing to get to sleep as we still have a 12 hour drive tomorrow. This is a beautiful property with alot of potential but seems it is not managed right. I felt like front desk staff were bothered by our request for things that should be already been supplied. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. I really feel this could be a great property with better management. I felt like a burden to the staff of 2 at front desk and I was only asking for things that should be already been supplied. When checking out the ladies at front desk were very apologetic and sweet and adjusted my room price.

    « Average »

We checked in and got to our room to find dirty wet towels on back of bathroom door. Couldn't get on Internet, guy who came to get wet towels got us online. They were taken over by Best Western but are still on Ramada system. There was "No do not disturb" sign, kids were running up and down hallways till after 11 pm. Bill says ramada not best western. No hot water in shower, had to turn it all the way and it only got warm

    « Oops - Big mistake »

I am not a big fan of Best Westerns, but since this was a Plus, I had hope. There was someone else`s underwear in the corner of our room. The sink was dirty, stains on the comforter - clearly someone didn't clean the room thoroughly. The sheets were stiff and starchy.

    « Very good choice »

The rooms were clean, and employees were friendly. The pool was the most crowded thing I have ever scene, but it was a Friday night in NP. The following nights were much less crowdedicated. Definitely where we will stay again in NP.

« Comfortable and well organized »

Stayed here twice during a road trip to and from Omaha. The staff was efficient and friendly on both visits. Breakfast is only available until 930 instead of 10 like most BWs I've stayed at. We arrived after midnight on our first stay but still had a quick and efficient check in. Missed breakfast that time but we were impressed with it on our second stay. Well organized and constantly refilled, the breakfast offerings were standard for BW but very well done. Comfortable beds in both rooms and nice showers, too. This property is sandwiched between car dealerships and you can access the parking lot through either. The hotel is convenient for local attractions, too. If you are travelling with train enthusiasts, make time to visit the rail yard where you can watch the biggest train depot in the US at work from the Golden Spike tower. If your party includes little kids, try to make time to visit Cody Park for rides and cheap ice cream cones. We stayed at 3 different BWs on this road trip and North Platte was my favorite.

    « Clean and Modern »

Our room was clean and modern; however we had a couple of issues. It was raining hard the night we arrived and our window was leaking. We chose to stay in the room but wished we had moved as it was very damp in our room. When we showered in the morning we ended up with a lake in the bathroom no matter how we adjusted the shower curtain. We talked to the front desk about both issues plus the fact that our bill was slightly higher than the amount confirmed on-line. They adjusted our bill without a question to accommodate for all the issues. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

« Adequate Best Western Hotel »

We arrived late to the hotel and when we went in check-in for our rooms there was not a clerk on duty. We waited at least 10 minutes to check in as the clerk was helping someone with their television. Both our rooms did not have a television that worked. According to the clerk on duty this happens quite a lot. They were nice to give a a discount on our rooms because of lack of television. The hotel is right off of Interste 80. They do serve a continiental breakfast which is nice. They have the typical offerings of bacon and scrambled eggs and self-serve waffles. The rooms are small and adequate. They did seem to be upgraded. They definitely need more staff in order to maintain check-ins efficiently.

« Clean, Quiet and comfortable »

The hotel staff made sure we received a very quiet room as we were traveling very late at night. The hotel is clean and the beds were amazing. The lay out of the hotel is very pleasant and private. Easy in and out. Nicely priced not too terribly expensive.

    « Very accommodating! »

I'll start off with the good since there was a lot more of that bad. Check in and check out went great with cheery nice people behind the desk. You would be amazed at how many hotels fail at just that! Loved the room! 2 comfortable queen beds and a very quiet room with good-working A/C. I think the best thing was that there was an extra sink outside of the bathroom. Perfect when there are 2 women getting ready in the morning! Breakfast was typical self service. I'd had better and worse. It's free and 1 less meal having to eat out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped. Something spilled or urine close to the toilet?? Checked in too late to complain. Normally I would have and probably would have still had I not been happy with everything else. Just goes to show you the difference good customer service can do! We'd stay again.

    « Good stop »

Nice place to stop while driving cross country. Impressed by the lobby and they were dog friendly. Very comfortable beds. Clean hot tub and pool. Wouldn't have minded a little more grass to walk the dogs, but that was minor. The area around the hotel wasn't anything special, but that also was not important. We enjoyed our stay.

« Good location, nice place »

We stopped here so we could get a good rest before pushing on down the Lincoln Highway. We found the location to be clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff. It was refreshing to get a comfortable clean room, and a good nights rest.

    « Clean and comfortable »

We stayed here on our way home to KY from Grand Teton. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was just what our tired family needed after camping sor over a week and driving all day. We slept too late to have breakfast.

« North Platte has a new Best Western »

We tried to stay here last November but they were still under construction. We booked this for the July 4th holiday weekend and it's a newer hotel, so we were satisfied with most everything. The exception is that the breakfast area setup and layout needs to be improved. Because everything except coffee is all in one long, straight line, we waited about 15 minutes to get breakfast (not even for a waffle, only for eggs and toast). Because there was only one waffle machine, to move forward in the line, everyone was forced to wait for each guest to make a waffle! We''ve never seen this type of situation at another Best Western, even at peak breakfast times on busy weekends. SUGGESTION: The waffle machine needs to be in another area to allow guests to access the rest of the food without waiting for others to make waffles. The hotel was full; apparently there was a wedding and there were two booth tables that stayed the entire breakfast time (in a group). This caused some families to sit at the bar, and the line for breakfast was very long (20 people) until right before the end of the scheduled breakfast time. Whoever monitors your surveys and TripAdvisor, please change the layout so you don't have people waiting in line when the hotel is full as it was for us on July 2-3, 2016. I hope this is helpful. Thanks.

    « Clean & Friendly »

Usually stay at Hilton properties, but was pleasently surprised. Seems they did a recent remodel and it's very nice. Clean , modern and staff was friendly and helpful. I will definetly stay there again.

« clean, modern, fantastic hotel experience for our family »

this is a wonderful modern hotel right off the interstate in North Platte. Our family of 4 stayed here one night in the middle of a cross country road trip. We were very happy with this hotel. Our room (and the hotel in general) was very clean and spacious. We liked the fact that regular room options included a king / queen combo. It isn't often that we find a room layout giving us 2 beds including a king, without having to pay for a "suite upgrade". The room also included a mini fridge and microwave. The pool & fitness room is open 24 hours a day which is plus when you have a later evening arrival. The morning breakfast was adequate with enough variety to please everyone: eggs, meat, waffles, yogurt & granola, cereal, fruit, etc. North Platte is a common overnight point for us when we travel, and this will now be our "go-to" hotel in the area.

    « D & G »

Stayed here for two nights, room is spacious, clean. Ref, and micro worked well, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small, but OK, could have had more hot water for the shower in the morning. But both nights were sold out and that may have been the issue. Breakfast was very good and choices and selection were good. Would stay again if in the area again.

« clean and modern but overpriced »

Stayed in a "suite" with a queen bed, a king bed, and a couch. Room was clean and appeared to be quite new. They take dogs, but charge an extra $30 and the room was not cheap to begin with. Apparently, this used to be a Ramada property, but they added a new section and became a Best Western. We made a last minute reservation. It stormed that night--we were on the second floor and the a/c unit loudly vibrated all night--my husband had to put something heavy on it to somewhat quiet the noise. Breakfast room is nice. Our shower head was too high to reach to adjust (You need to be over 6 feet to reach it). The faucet in the bathroom ran too close to the basin.

    « Modern, clean, comfortable »

Our family stayed 1 night on our way to Colorado. Very nice hotel. Modern, clean. Rooms were decent sized and we appreciated the 2 queen beds instead of doubles offered at many hotels. The beds were extra comfy memory foam, I wanted to take it home with me! Free breakfast was typical but good...scrambled eggs, bacon, make your own waffles etc. Didn't use the pool area but it looked fine. Front desk person was friendly at check in. All in all it is a nice, newer, comfortable hotel and I would stay there again.

    « Alright »

Busy weekend in the area so prices were higher than normal. Nebraskaland days, reunions, and weddings. First room was still in process of being cleaned, so we had to wait for another. Woken up by drunk ppl yelling around 4 am. Otherwise clean and updated. Good breakfast in the morning.

    « Franks vacation »

Internet was terrible, very small bathroom.Room was way down side of hotel, had to walk a long ways to lobby to get cart, then a quarter of the way back down hall to room, pushing cart full of suitcases. Felt because we had a pet we were being punished. I stayed calm and just got up the next morning and checked out, didn't even take time for breakfast, went to Dunkin Donuts.

« Great stay at the BW! »

We are traveling from Chicago to Disneyland with our 4 children and spent the night at the Best Western. Staff was super friendly, room clean and quiet and free breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a comfortable, affordable, family friendly hotel.

    « Wonderful stay!! »

We recently stayed in North Platte on our way home from a family vacation in Colorado. We loved our room, very clean and met our needs. The swimming pool was wonderful and also clean. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning which was included with our room price. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

    « Very good but... »

Very nice property, good location (quiet enough to open window most of night), great pool, satisfying breakfast. Joanne in dining area was so friendly and helpful. Only downside, check in team was 'putting up' with us. One gentleman, who did actual check in was sort of friendly, the other gentleman was gruff. I always consider these people to be the face of the hotel I'm visiting and expect good, if not great, customer interaction and support. Room are comfortable and freshly painted. Pillows are horrible! Brick-like, bring you're own if you can!

    « Wonderful stay! »

We stopped in North Platte for a quick night on our way home, and I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff was wonderful and pleasant, and everything looked newly updated. Our room was very clean and nice, and everything worked wonderfully. The beds were phenomenally comfortable! I would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity!

    « Excellent! »

Our stay at the North Platte BW was very pleasant. The rooms are new, fresh & clean. Everything worked, the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good- staff worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked during a morning rush. The pool was very nice. Overall, it's one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Thank you!

    « Enjoyed our stay !! »

A very nice hotel with nice décor and clean rooms. Enjoyed the great Jacuzzi after a long days drive. Disappointed with the breakfast as many items they were out of by 7:30 am. The girl attendant said they had a busy weekend and did order enough. We were there on a Tue morning. Overall it was a nice stay and will return as we travel thru that area a couple times a year.

« Decent Price, Nice Property, So-so Breakfast and Internet »

This was our first stop on a three week trip, that would eventually include 5 BW properties. Like the others, this one has a so-so 'free' breakfast, and slow internet. The price was reasonable for a late spring, early summer trip, and was very typical of BW properties.

« NIce with a few improvements needed »

The room and public areas were all clean and met our needs but the incredibly loud bathroom and room ventilation fans were really distracting. The breakfast was the usual plentiful Best Western breakfast but the scrambled eggs were not hot - barely warm. On the whole, we would return and were gratified by the manager's response to our Best Western review.

    « Very nice place »

This a very nice place to stay. The facility is newly remodeled and very comfortable. It was super clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety. We will try to stay here again.

The hotel is brand new! The rooms are large and come with a fridge and microwave! There are lots of outlets to get everything charged. It is pet friendly! The pool looks nice we didn't go in but it was busy. The staff was very friendly at check in and even nicer at checkout! Breakfast had several choices! Great choice overall.

This new hotel has it all and then some. Where do I begin? The spacious and extremely clean rooms with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including your room. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool and hot tub and state of the art exercise room that is open 24 hours. The hot breakfast served every morning is far better than eating at the dives that the city has to offer. Eggs and bacon or sausage patties are served every day without fail. If that is not enough there is biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker. For the health nuts like my wife they have oatmeal with a topping bar for your oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. All you could ask fro a complimentary breakfast and then some. Included are all the breakfast juices one could ask for. If this is not enough, the BEST feature of this hotel is the exceptionally friendly staff. From the breakfast servers, to the front desk personnel and the room cleaners, They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The one thing that put our entire stay was the General Manager was out in the mornings asking and making sure that everyone was taken care of at breakfast. There is no other option for me that I would remotely recommend in North Platte as I have stayed in 8 hotels in this city and i will NEVER stay anywhere but the Best Western from now on!

    « Excellent service »

Newly refurbished to a Best Western. Immaculate rooms, fast friendly service. We have no complaints at all, and if possible will stop there on our return trip. The continental breakfast was very good, lots of choices and someone in attendance at all times. The indoor pool looked really inviting.

    « Amazing »

Very clean, friendly and new says it all! Great place to stay and the price was great! The pool, hot tub and exercise room are all open 24/7, that's a bonus! Convenient access right off the freeway! ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    « Lie! »

The sign says Best Western. All the towels are marked with their label, the wi-fi is from them, but the staff will tell you they are not a Best Western. Yet. As such I couldn't use my rewards card because they are still a Ramada Inn. A cool thing they have here is the robot working the front desk when you walk in. He had to be a robot. No one is that nearly catatonic and still functional. Service wise he's not too impressive either. Came by the room cause we had a problem with the TV, asked about the wi-fi since we couldn't get into it. Gave us instructions on how to do it, but still no luck. He just shrugged and left. We had to figure it out on our own. Is this a horrid thing? No. The rooms are clean, well kept. I just picked the wrong night to be here. I showed up on the night the drunk college age kids are here. Sleep? No, it's party time. Roam the hall and be as loud as you want because you are the only people here. Complained to the night clerk, he claims he had called the cops on them twice, then why are they still there and still loud?!?!?

    « Better than home!! »

Great place. Location is right off of I-80 and US 83 with a big sign that is easy to see. Check in was a breeze and Tim was full of info. He told us places to eat and we chose Whiskey Creek about a half mile away. Great choice! The motel just had a ten million dollar renovation - everything is new and clean. Fantastic pool and fitness center and the nicest breakfast area with a great free breakfast! The beds were so comfortable and a nice size room with refrig/freezer and microwave. There was an extra counter with good lighting outside the bathroom. I loved the layout of the place, the wide staircase, the easy parking close to our room, big nice carts to load suitcases on that were easy to roll to the room, wide hallways, quiet AC/heater, quiet location, the great price, and the airy brightness of the place. One of the best places I have stayed.
