    « won't be returning »

I booked a suite for 2 nights for my son and his girlfriend as a 21st birthday gift. The suite itself was nice but they had pushed 2 single beds together, with different sized hard mattresses which kept separating. The panel over the bath didn't fit so when you had a shower, the water went everywhere. The food was okay but they couldn't get anything at all, not even a sandwich, on sunday night. The whole place appears to be run by 2/3 staff who do everything. On the whole, the stay was disappointing, the staff were okay, apart from the one on reception sunday night/monday morning. It certainly does not deserve to be a Best Western Plus and its no wonder there were hardly any guests

    « Cosy and Quiet »

We spent last night here to visit the christmas market in Birmingham and motorcycle live at the NEC .. clean and quiet room .. small but perfectly adequate for our needs we had a standard double .. a great shower with soft fluffy towels .. polite and friendly staff .. comfy bed .. warm and quiet with a good tv and tea/coffee facilities .. the breakfast was buffet style and plenty to choose from .. good parking .. quiet location .. good stay and would def return to explore the area

    « Would stay again »

Stayed for one night as I had a party nearby. Saw a good deal online but site crashed whilst booking whilst my friend managed to book her room! When I managed to get back in the price had increased by £30! Called the hotel who honoured the offer price for which I was grateful. Onsite parking which was good, was met by a smiling friendly receptionist who made me feel welcom and booked a taxi for me and my friend for later on. Gave us some local advice too. Quick check in and check out. It said that the room would be compact and so expected that, great and comfortable for one small person like me but if there's two of you or if you're taller than 5ft 5, you would struggle. I managed fine on my own, enough space for me and bathroom was larger than I expected, no bath just walk in shower which was fab! Bed was comfortable, room was nice and quiet, slept well. Only downside was that I felt a little chilly during the night and couldn't find any heat controls or extra blankets but couldn't be bothered to ask at reception and so just put on a hoodie! Didn't have dinner or breakfast but drank at the bar which was quiet but comfortable. Decor is nice and modern, hotel throughout was nice and clean including the communal toilets. Would stay again, if I'm on my own or book a bigger room if there's more of us.

    « Not a Plus »

I stayed here as I had a business meeting in Redditch. From the outside the hotel looks quite modern as does reception. The receptionist was pleasant but when I went to my room it was very small, I had seen reviews that said they were small but you would struggle with two people in there. The room faced the road, which was quite noisy, I raised this with reception, as I am a light sleeper and had requested a quiet room, and was told that there would be no traffic at night and to fair I didn't notice any. I only have short legs, which is a bonus on planes, but the bath was so short that I couldn't even stretch my legs out and the bathroom was tiny and not even a socket to charge my razor. I understand why hotels use liquid soap but when the dispenser is up by the shower and another is fixed to the wall above the basin, you need very long arms when having a bath. The dinner menu was basic and was quantity rather than quality. The bed was hard and you feel the springs, it could do with a mattress topper. There was a safe on the floor by the door but it wasn't fastened to anything. The plus side was a good sized TV with text. At breakfast there was no menu but the eggs and bacon I had were good although the fruit juice and grapefruit segments seemed of lower quality. I certainly wouldn't call this a BW Plus hotel, I had better accommodation and food at a B & B above a pub a few weeks ago for less money.

« Good Food and Friendly Staff. »

A group of us stayed here for our annual reunion on the weekend of 11th November. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent and the hospitality of the manager second to none. The only downside to the place is that it had a kind of "prison" feel to it. The stairs are metal and the rooms set out along balconies like prison cells. Not that this is in anyway the fault of the manager and staff! It just seemed to lack that "homely" feel. Fantastic place for an overnight stopover, though. The bath was rather small. I am six foot four and found it a little cramped

« Nice stay but won't rush back »

Nicer inside than out, we had a suite as a bit of luxury which was nice but quite expensive for what you get. Bathroom was humongous with a roll top bath and double shower and decor very lovely. Nice for a romantic getaway. Breakfast was very good, buffet style and plenty to go round. Staff brilliant, very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here but the hotel was eclipsed by the hotel we stayed in the night after in Stratford on a better deal. I did enquire about extending the stay here but the price quoted on the phone with customer service was more than the price on the website if we checked out and checked back in again which seemed wrong. So they didn't get our custom for a second night.

    « Not the best! »

Arriving at this hotel we were told we would have to pay extra if we wanted breakfast. When told the price we said we only ever ate continental type breakfast but receptionist said we would have to pay for the full English. In the end the manager said we could both have breakfast but just pay for one - thank you. We then went to our room after being refused an upgrade as the hotel was going to be full that night. The room and bathroom were very small indeed and the bedroom was dark even with the lights on. There was no shaving point in the bathroom and it could also do with a shelf under the mirror. The toilet decided to continue flushing but that rectified after flushing it again. After going for a walk we returned to our room down a dark corridor as the lights had not been turned on. We did get a good nights sleep but noticed, like another reviewer, that the receptionist had to help out in the bar and dining room. The chef also seemed to be alone to serve breakfast and clear the tables. It is not up to the standard of other Best Western hotels and is definitely not a Plus. So pleased we were staying just one night. Congratulations to the staff as they do work hard and remain helpful.

« Comfortable hotel with excellent food »

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst working at the NEC. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was plentiful and of an excellent standard. The manager took a real interest in his guests and clearly cared that his guests enjoyed their stay. I would certainly stay here again.

« A night in Warwick on Business »

A flying visit to this hotel, usual high standard from Best Western, room was a little small though! Still a great night's stay. Always my first choice where possible, consistently a good standard and a great stay.

« Last minute overstay stay »

Me and my hubby was staying in Stratford on the Saturday but decided last min to go on Friday could get in the hotel we had booked so decided this was on route so would book the Henley for £41 a night found it great value. Reception staff really helpful. Room was on the small side but clean and modern didn't use the restaurant so can comment but was beautifully decorated. . About a 20/25 min walk into Henley in arden.

« Quiet Location and Good Value Resturant »

We had a 5 night break at the Henley Hotel. It was excellent value for Dinner Bed and Breakfast. The only drawback was the size of the double bed room. As part of the special promotion it said it was a small double room. It was really a single bed room with a double bed, so you could only just walk around the bed, and at the foot of the bed there was table and chair which made it very tight to walk along the foot of the bed. This was a VERY SMALL Room. The restaurant was excellent value, but the menu was limited and did not change over the week. Note that the restaurant is closed on a Sunday, but you can eat at the Henley Golf Club which is excellent value. During our stay the restaurant was also closed on the Monday because the chef had not turned up!!

    « A good all-rounder »

Virtually all aspects of stay met expectations. Rooms and facilities very good. Helpful and unobtrusive staff. Quiet and with a 'home from home feel. Have now stayed on four separate occasions and will no doubt return.

« Nice place, shame about the staff »

This hotel has recently been refurbished, and to a good standard, and with a modern look inside. We booked a suite, but found it wasn't really a suite at all: more of a delux room. Beds comfortable and shower pressure was great. WiFi also good, just as well as there's no mobile signal. Breakfast charges reasonable for what was offered. Cleaning in the room could have been more thorough: I kept finding long hair on me Staff attitude distinctly average, invest in some training for your people...and a smile never goes amiss.

« BW Henley in Arden avoid »

This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a Best Western hotel (privately owned). This is definitely NOT a BW Plus standard. There are some excellent BW Plus hotels but this is definitely not one. Food inedible, standard double rooms are tiny with very small shower rooms and shabby fittings.

« High Quality but a little tight on space »

We stayed at the Best Western Henley on Arden using a travel card earned through Best Western Hotels. Its very high quality, décor looked new and facilities very high quality. The only gripe that the standard room we had was not very big, especially as it included a large wardrobe and desk plus 2 chairs. Bathroom had no shower but had a corner bath with hair shower facility, room had coffee maker, Hair dryer and wall mounted T.V. Very quiet nights stay in a great location.

« Excellent service and good food »

We were a large party staying for the weekend, and although there appeared to be a limited number of staff on duty, they worked incredibly hard to give us a pleasant stay. The food was limited in choice but very good and all served quickly and efficiently. The standard rooms were quite small for 2 people - I would recommend upgrading to a suite.

    « Satisfactory visit »

We stayed here for one night as our friends held a party at the nearby golf club. The hotel is very easy to find and in a good location; 5 minutes drive to the golf club and 15 from Stratford. Our room was quite pokey but had everything required. Shower is very good and room was clean and well presented. Staff on reception were friendly but had to juggle the desk with serving on the bar. Many of us met for drinks in the bar and waiting times to be served were a bit lengthy because of this. The breakfast situation is a bit strange. There did not seem to be enough tables for residents and a lot of overcrowding to get to the hot food. Waiter did not offer tea or coffee and having to flag him down proved to be difficult as he seemed to be on his own. Breakfast offering was quite good but only scrambled eggs on offer (no other variety). A bit concerned about room prices as we looked at booking the same room on another weekend when there was not a function on at the golf club and room prices seemed to be cheaper. Very strange but there is a link between golf club and hotel. They have a shuttle minibus service between the hotel and golf club; the driver is a real credit to Best Western and between driving was working incredibly hard. We would definitely return but would request a room that is not on the ground floor.

    « Great stay »

On the way home after a week stay. In Cornwall. Stopped off here for the night. And what lovely clean friendly hotel. In a lovely part of the country. What a great nights sleep. Then a fantastic breakfast the in the morning. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend

    « Disappointing »

Although listed as a BW plus we felt this fell short of expectations . The rooms and shower room were tiny . Food was ok but basic . Lounge and dining area were not welcoming. Some staff helpful, others were not very welcoming . Having taken these points up with BW they have acknowledged our concerns .

« Lovely Rooms. Friendly staff »

Recently on a walking holiday I overnighted in this modern clean hotel. I had a little problem with my booking which could have been complicated but thanks to the Manager Matt( he had recently taken up his position in the hotel) , the matter was quickly sorted to everybody's satisfaction. The rooms, food etc were of a high standard and at a very reasonable price. My only negative, as a walker, is it's distance from Henley along a busy road but there are buses available, if you check with reception for a timetable.

    « A weekend stay »

Delightful staff who were both helpful & very friendly. A new manager has arrived very recently & all indications suggest that there are likely to be very positive changes. Nevertheless, for three nights & for the period of our stay the hotel is in need of some internal improvements to the fabric of some of the rooms - we booked two rooms which needed some adjustments which were discussed very amicably with the new manager. The location & potential of the hotel has considerable appeal for a future stay. I believe that when the manager has had time to settle into his role, that improvements in the bar & restaurant will ensure that guests will be assured of a most enjoyable experience.

« Tucked Away But Worth Looking For »

Found after a visit to the Henley Golf & Country Club driveway where there was a club notice of a hotel but, not on that precise site, the receptionist at the clubhouse kindly'phoned ahead to their associated hotel otherwise we would probably not have found this nice little, tucked away, resting place, when travelling through this black/white olde world village with its imperial looking 11th century church on the main road. Our double bedded room, although small, suited our needs for the night with a nice restaurant and menu and Emma, a most welcoming receptionist on her second day at the hotel. made us feel most welcome Henley-in-Arden is almost devoid of any cafe's and general eating places, so seemingly nearly everyone must eat at home although there was an abundance of parked cars along the main highway, so we were glad to return to the hotel and sample its fare. My sausage and mashed potato, broccolli pea snaps and lovely flavoured gravy was most welcome, as was my companion's Lamb Shank. with similar vegs. perfectly cooked and most flavoursome, along with two glasses of Sav Blanc and a robust Merlot red. Great The night's all in bill £102.35p! Well recommended apart from our bedroom's(Room No 3) shower head stuck out over half way along the shower shield, consequently the water flowed onto the bathroom floor and flooded it! This was told next morning to reception who said they would have it seen to.

    « Would recommend »

We stayed here last night as we were attending a family wedding down the road. Although the rooms are a bit small, it was very clean and did the job. Only downside ... the hard pillows but that is just my personal preference and didn't stop me from having a good night's sleep. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.

« Weekend at the game fair »

Good clean stay was had by myself and my girlfriend. We stayed in a suite which was clean and well attended by the maid. Nice quiet location in nice surroundings. Nice, pleasant staff. Food is not a great experience but possible after a busy day.

    « good overnight stay »

stayed in the warwick suite ,quite spacious 2 tvs nice bathroom with plenty of hot water safe in room and hair dryer.breakfast was good both in quality and choice .the only minus was the drunk guests shouting at 1 am

« Nice hotel to overnight »

Nice to break my journey from Scotland, whilst the room was smaller than other hotels it is very adequate and spotless and well soundproofed, had dinner in ,the food is very acceptable hot and well presented but the choices were restricted, Staff very helpful and polite, remote missing from my room, replaced immediately. Would I use again ,, yes I will book for next year.

    « Excellent customer service »

We arrived for our wedding at this hotel. After discovering a minor mix-up with the booking system, the new manager and staff quickly resolved the situation and went out of their way to go the extra mile by upgrading our room and providing complementary drinks. What is so unusual is that they took the lead in rectifying a problem, and didn't wait for a complaint in order to act. A reasonably-priced and clean hotel. Well done Henley hotel team!

    « No atmosphere »

We stayed here over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night the location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon, the local town is a pleasant 15 minute walk where there are a few restaurants and pubs we ate at the Bluebell and La Dolce Piazza both of which were delicious, the hotel was clean however our room was extremely small we couldn't freely move around without tripping over one another, it was also very very hot ( we asked to upgrade but the hotel was full) the bed was small and uncomfortable and the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel is very quiet even though it was full we rarely saw another guest there was no atmosphere in the lounge and bar area. The breakfast buffet was limited and my husband found 2 hairs in his breakfast it was worth complaining as there was only a young girl on duty and she was already rushed off her feet. Overall there was a distinct lack of professionalism and any sign of any management, the staff appear to oversee the bar and reception and in the morning breakfast and reception for an established hotel chain it wasn't very professional more like a family run B and B

« One night to attend a wedding »

So much better than I expected from website. Only picked it because it was close to the wedding I was attending. Ex room was small but very well laid out -plenty of plugs for chargers, good wifi, good shower and spotless. We had breakfast and this was buffet style and good choice including watermelon which helped the hangover!

« Don't stay in the Shakespeare room!! »

Just stayed Friday night at Henley- in -arden, paid extra for the Shakespeare suit however the bed was so creaky and unconfortable. Also, until about 2am all we could hear was doors slamming. We were next to a fire door that lead to 15 other rooms so presume this was the reason however I don't think it was appropriate for the best room in the place - or any room for that matter! Complained to receptionist just gone midnight - she said she would have the porter patrol but this didnt solve the issue. Door just slamming until about 2am. This with the bed meant neither me or my partner slept a wink. Complained again to different receptionist this morning to be told she would contact best western on my behalf, not had a response yet.

    « Excellent Stay! »

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights, using a Wowcher deal. We paid to upgrade the room and were given the Chamberlain suite. It was a lovely spacious room, with a large bathroom. We had a large shower cubicle with two shower heads, and two wash basins. The bed was large and very comfortable. This hotel's biggest asset is the staff, who are friendly and very helpful, though there don't seem to be very many of them! We didn't eat in the hotel apart from breakfast, which was freshly cooked and nicely presented.

« Practical, friendly but limited. »

Wonderfully friendly small hotel. However as per previous reviews be aware rooms are very small. More than helpful to supply a good iron and board. The biggest downside was the limited menu. The lamb shank was gorgeous! And as 20 mins walk from town after 5 days was eager to eat elsewhere . Sundays the restaurant is also closed but they recommended the finest catch which was cheap and good!. I would have no hesitation staying again however maybe ask for one of their larger rooms!!!!

« Good location for Henley Golf Club »

Booked as part of a Golfbreaks deal, clean and friendly hotel, very helpful. Hot buffet breakfast was good and speedy checkout. Excellent location for Henley Golf and Country Club as it is only a half mile along the road.

« Nice hotel in a convenient location. »

I stayed here on business during a conference at the NEC which if only half an hour away. The hotel is in a very quiet spot but near the M40, M42 and A34. The welcome at check in was very friendly and took no time at all. I had dinner in the restaurant and although it was not a huge menu the food was nice and reasonably priced. My room (101 of all room numbers!) was a good size, very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was freshly cooked and had a decent range of options. My only grumble (a very slight one) was that there was only one starter on the dinner menu. I would definitely stay here again if I was working in the area.

    « Great stay »

We booked here for a Friday night, as we needed to be the other side of Henley mid morning Saturday to take part in an off road driving experience. It was everything we needed, clean, spacious and the staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again. We didn't eat in the hotel, but did have drinks in the bar.

    « Great find »

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a base in the area so that we could use our national Trust membership and after seeing a performance at the RSC in Stratford. Originally we had looked in Stratford upon Avon but not found anything in budget or that was available. We went with this as we have always found best Western of a standard and we're not let down. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.... Not huge but ensuite and with everything you need. Nothing was broken or shabby and the supplied shower stuff was decent.... Neutral, pleasant and usable. Location was quiet although not a town centre location.... Just on the edge of Henley so you felt in the countryside, but convenient for loads of places around. Attractive views too. It's a fairly recent build but sympathetic to the area and so everything is well done and stylish with a kind of oldy world chic. We liked the interior and felt relaxed there. Parking was easy and free. Very good value for money all round. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Good welcome and service. Our keys were electronic and ours discharged on day two and the manager sorted it really quickly and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast wasn't included in our room but was easygoing obtain and at only 7.50 well worth it. It was all cooked beautifully and a buffet style with healthy options in the cereal as well as others. We loved it hete and would return as it's a really great base for exploring the area which is rich in places to visit and things to see.

    « Wedding accommodation »

Stayed over night Saturday following our wedding. We had the chamberlain suite and can honestly say what a lovely room it was! It had two sinks, 2 showers, sofa and large comfy bed! Only shame is we didn't get very long in the room as we arrived late and checked out early. Breakfast was lovely in the morning.

    « work stay »

Good welcome and pleasant staff, small rooms but ok, cushions left without covers for 2 days. Food is not great and ambience/lighting is grim. Breakfast was cold even though in a warmer, all the people at breakfast were not impressed. Not up to the plus rating. Plumbing is noisy too.

    « Small Room »

Small room and even smaller shower. One of the smallest showers I have ever been in so don't drop the soap and keep your elbows in. Everything was there and just (and I do mean just) fitted in. For a standard room I don't expect it to be huge but there again this was too small. On the bright side the staff were fine.Meal choice limited but there is a fish diner within walking distance - 250 metres away.

« Just what we needed »

Attending a wedding on a bank holiday weekend in Stratford-upon-Avon we came upon the Henley Hotel after a short internet search and booked it immediately because of its situation and the fact that it was just what we were looking for. What we found on Arrival was a nice budget hotel in a quiet location approximately one mile from the pretty little village of Henley and six or seven miles from Stratford itself. Rooms are a little small but clean, comfortable and well equipped, there is plenty of parking and a restaurant/bar providing good quality breakfasts, small lunches and evening meals and what lovely friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble and lots of friendly smiling faces. A good quality stop over.

« Comfortable, but not quite a Best Western Plus »

Whilst this hotel is convenient, clean and has good service as noted by other readers it does not compare well to other Best Western Plus hotels. The room I was in (room 114) whilst having a good sized flat screen television, was quite small with a tiny bathroom, which only had a telephone box sized shower. The food is good, and the service both polite and efficient. The WiFi is widely available, free as in all Best Western properties, but browsing can display a high amount of latency.

« Lets the Brand Down »

Could be a much better place to stay if only the Management woke up! We paid some 4 months in advance & hence got winter rates. When it came to check-in we were assigned the smallest box they could find because we had paid the least. We still paid £52 months in advance. I will not bother with Best Western again. There is much choice!

    « Cold showers »

Staff friendly and good, changed my room without question when I complained about an extremely noisy fan outside my room. There was no hot water in the morning so I had to have a cold shower. I mentioned it at reception and was told that it must be because the hotel was full as if this was acceptable???? So I paid £80 a night for a room in a hotel that can't even provide a hot shower. BE WARNED.

    « Convenient location »

We picked this hotel as it was located perfectly for our trip. Breakfast was very good and with a smile and a chat from the chef!Room was adequate but bath tap mixer shower was a bit disappointing. also surprised there wasn't a cover on the duvet. Overall represents reasonable value for a short stay

« Let the 'Best Western Plus' brand down »

We stayed for one night here on our way to Sussex and will not stay again on our way home. Like other reviewers we were bemused at the hotels 'Plus' status, having stayed in Best Western Plus hotels' before this was sadly lacking in comparison. The hotel's general areas were old fashoined and in need of updating. The room we had was very dark even on a sunny afternoon with all the lights on, it had dull decor old furnishings and a window that let in very little light as it was opposite a brick wall. The TV was placed off to the side of the bed and was fixed in place so we were unable to adjust it.The bathroom was a disabled wet room which had mildew in the corner and a toilet seat that needed cleaning before use. The fire alarm went off at 4.30am and when we came out of our room onto a corridor members of staff came out of the other room and a suite on the corridor (obviously sleeping there) and one told us (who we later found out was the manegeress) to stay where we where while she investigated. Apparently the night porter had been cooking and one of the extractor fans had caught fire. No proper fire procedures were carried out, no one pointed us in the direction of a fire exit even though the staff walked past us and no one gathered at an assembly point. I brought this up with the manegeress as she returned to her suite but she seemed unperturbed. Everyone, including the staff, just went back to bed! Not a stay that filled us with confidence in a hotel that in our opinion let the 'Best Western Plus' brand down.

    « Steve.G »

Never a complaint when I stay here. Regular now as we use as a weekend away for Henley and Stratford. Quiet location off a main road and an enjoyable stroll into Henley . I book the suites , although the Warwick suite isn't as big as the Henley one we stayed in previously. Still comfortable though......although the Warwick is at the top of the stairs and you may hear people returning at night from weddings etc. Lovely bathroom in the Henley suite , staying soon again !

    « Weekend with friends »

What a delight. Room was good (if a little small), and kept very clean by the room service staff. The front of house people were all very attentive and friendly, and the price was good as well. Henley in Arden is nice, with lots of great places to eat and socialise, and you can walk into and out quite easily (its about a mile, and its all along a pavement which is not lit for some stretches)

    « Highly recommended »

The Best Western Plus Henley Hotel is a most comfortable place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food. The local countryside is beautiful. I would recommend it highly.

    « Great hotel »

Great hotel, stayed midweek for 1 night in a small double room it was compact but very clean and comfortable. The hotel has everything you need. The staff on reception were fabulous, and a 'special' thank you to Liz who went the extra mile & really helped me out when i realised that i had forgot my hairbrush! She really was a lifesaver :-) please pass on my appreciation.

« small rooms but clean and satisfactory »

typical of this type of hotel. Rooms are modern and compact but functional. Bathroom small and showers should be bigger. Some noise from other guests bathrooms. On the whole though the hotel is clean and staff are fine and it is perfectly adequate for a business stay. The hotel is about a mile from Henley - a lovely town with 6 bars and additional restaurants. Fish restaurant opposite hotel is very good value

« Really nice hotel in country surrounding »

Stayed here last night, really nice place. Good food, in fact for a hotel it was really good. More restaurant quality than what is typical hotel chain. Staff helpful and friendly What more can you want

« Reasonably Priced Average Hotel »

I wanted a reasonably cheap hotel fairly near the NEC arena, Henley in Arden is about a fifteen minute drive and fits the bill nicely. I wasn't expecting much from the Henley Hotel it was really a place to sleep and have breakfast in. A good judge of a hotel is how they handle things when not everything goes to plan. A few days before our visit I received a phone call where a nice lady called Amanda asked whether we would like an evening meal. Rather than eating in the NEC we thought eating early in the hotel would be good, the restaurant was open at 6.00pm we were told. She also said that they were extremely busy and wanted to make sure the tables were available for the guests, but 6.00 would be fine, curiously she also asked at what time would we expect to be back at the hotel, which part of me thought was none of her business, but probably 11.30 ish. On the morning before our arrival I had a call from Amanda this time telling me that the chef had been taken ill and the kitchen was closed, but they had booked me in to the golf club down the road. It all sounded a bit curious like they were originally calling to see how many people intended to eat and if it was not many they'd close the restaurant, but that might be my suspicious mind. As it turned out the golf club fulfilled our needs serving plain, simple, inexpensive bar food served, I must say, with a hugely warm welcome by a gentleman called Giorgio. The welcome would not have been out of place at a Michelin starred restaurant, I couldn't help feel that he was wasted and should have had his own classy Italian restaurant somewhere. Now to the hotel. It's a three star hotel. And it was three star service. The room we had was adequate and wheelchair accessible, although we didn't need wheelchair access we assumed it was all they had left as we had booked late. It meant the shower room was functional rather than luxurious. The rest of the room was standard. The breakfast average. The service average. And that sums up my views on the hotel: Average, average, average. If your expectations are of an average hotel it won't disappoint and it won't surprise you either.

    « Disappointed »

I was part of a wedding party and was told that if the room was free before the 2 pm booking in time we would be allowed to use the room earlier and to ring the night before to find out. When I rang I was told that the room wasn't being used on the Friday night but if I wanted to go in earlier than 2 pm I could go in at 12 pm for a £20 charge when I asked why the charge the receptionist said that this was because they only had 1 hour to clean the room as checking out time was 11 am. When I said that she had already told me that the room was free there fore it wouldn't need cleaning she back tracked and said it was free at that time but could change!! We arrived at 1.30 pm to find the reception desk empty and waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to come despite ringing the bell numerous times. The receptionist explained she was helping in the kitchen. I was then asked to leave my credit card details for a £20 bond. I had already paid in full for the room. When I queried this as it was the first I had heard about it, its not advertised on the web page or mentioned when you book. I was told it was in case I trashed the room or ordered from room service and didn't pay. I am a middle aged women and was sharing a twin room with my 6 month pregnant daughter and part of a wedding party. I have never before been asked to do this and I have stayed in many hotels in the UK and abroad. I found this very rude and was stunned by the implication. When you sign the registration form it turns out that you also sign agreeing that the hotel can take money straight from your account to cover the cost of damages etc. I did give my details but under duress. A fellow guest also said she was asked to pay but refused as she didn't have a credit card with her so didn't have to pay. There was only one bath towel in the bath room so we had to ask for another one. We went to at breakfast 9 am there were no clean tables, no eggs or plates. There was only one member of staff working and he was running around like a headless chicken. He explained that he was doing all the cooking, waiting and clearing and had been working since 10.30 pm the night before. He was very polite and kept apologising for any delays. Not his fault at all, this was definitely a management problem. In fact there seems to be a major management problem with staffing and staff with people skills. Very disappointing experience I wont be staying there again.

« Peace and Quite just like mid summer country »

We had a 2 night weekend break at this outstandingly good hotel after a week of looking after our grandchildren. Just the place to recharge your batteries, the rooms have good quality fittings, clean and welcoming. The restaurant had an offer of £25 for 2 steaks including a bottle of wine which was exceptional value for money. The chips and steaks are very good We found the breakfast had very good choices and good quality the staff treated all the guests well, engaging with each person and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,it is an ideal locationfor Stratford upon Avon

    « Perfect for a weekend stay! »

We stayed as a family of 4 over the Easter bank holiday weekend and all of us were impressed with the hotel. Our family room was large enough for the 4 of us with a very clean and sizeable bathroom with an amazing shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay especially the gentleman at breakfast who was very accommodating and ensured you had everything you needed. Breakfast was a bit manic on the Sunday morning with hot items becoming limited as we arrived however this was more than made up for the following morning. Overall we couldn't fault the hotel and will definitely consider it for further trips to the Warwickshire area, as the location is also very convenient.

« Good value friendly hotel »

The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and serves excellent food. Its best asset, though, is the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, in a quiet lane (no traffic noise) but just a stone's throw away from the main road through Henley in Arden. It's an ideal base for visiting attractions such as Warwick Castle and Stratford upon Avon. Overall, excellent value for a short break.

    « Not impressed »

We booked this hotel from Good Friday until Easter Monday as we were attending a wedding nearby and thought we would have a little mini break. Check in was quick and efficient but I was shocked to be told the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner on Easter Sunday. Not a good start. The hotel itself is modern in appearance but I felt as though I was walking into a prison block the way the corridors and rooms are set out. The room itself was very clean and tidy but Very small, I have stayed in a variety of hotels throughout the country and this is the smallest room I have encountered. Also it is not possible to control the room temperature so I had to turn the radiator off and open the window which helped. The bathroom was a good size but again no temperature control, the towel rail was not heated on Sat morning but it was on Sunday. We used the restaurant for breakfast on the Sat and Sun. Lovely breakfast and fast efficient service. However on the Sun morning the milk on our table was presented to us in a jar!!!! Apparently because they were busy they did not have enough milk jugs for all the tables. Ridiculous when this is part of a large chain of hotels and has 3 stars!!! The hotel does a special steak deal on a Sat evening 2 steaks with all the trimmings and a bottle of wine for £25. Great value and the food was tasty. They do room service but be warned it finishes at 9pm. However we tried the fish and chips which were delivered quickly and were piping hot and delicious. Free wifi throughout the hotel which had a good connection. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. I expect this hotel would be okay for the odd overnight stay but due to restaurant being closed Easter Sunday and the rooms being tiny we cut our break short and left early.

    « Great value »

This hotel was in a very good location, very good for the M40,M42,Stratford upon Avon ,and even Birmingham ,we stayed here for two nights, even though we didn't eat in the restaurant ,we did have breakfast, which was very well presented and plenty of it,we did have a few drinks in the bar,the rooms were very good, clean and well looked after.

« smallest room ever stayed in »

The hotel staff were very friendly especially Giorgio who was very attentive when we dined in the evening and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal. However our room (103) was minute - the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in and the bathroom was so small there was only room for a half sized bath. The breakfast was self service with a good choice of hot food but unfortunately the plates were stone cold which meant our food got cold very quickly. The toast was served to us burnt and the quiosants were also burnt. Would not recommend to our friends.

    « Boutique hotel »

A last minute booking here turned out to be a good choice. This lovely clean hotel was just the tonic my wife and I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was super. The room was a little on the small side but it was spotless and fitted out with everything you would expect in a chain hotel. We'll be back...

« Great hotel lovely staff »

We stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary as we got married at the golf course. We come back every year and each time it gets better! The rooms are great and the staff can't do enough for you. Would especially like to thank Giorgio, he took very good care of us when we came and dined in the restaurant. Also to the chef, our meals were 5?. See you all again next year

« Lovely hotel and wonderful food »

The hotel was well presented and comfortable and the food in the evening and morning was excellent. The staff were very attentive and could not have done more to help. My room was the smallest in the hotel but was still very comfortable. The overall stay was very good and the food is amongst the best I have ever tasted. I will come back here again.

    « Good for a stopover »

As a cost effective stopover this hotel , although not perfect , is good value for money. It is situated in a fairly quiet location. The breakfast was excellent. All members of front of house staff that I encountered were friendly and amenable. The rooms are small ! I stayed in a standard double room , they also advertise a 'snug ' double room which is smaller !. That said however , the room was clean ,comfy , well equipped and adequate for an overnight stay. The walls of the rooms are thin . You can hear electrical switches being switched on and off in the neighbouring room. Not really an issue unless you are unfortunate enough to have noisy and inconsiderate neighbours ! I would return to this hotel

« Really friendly hotel staff »

I slept very well at this hotel. The staff, especially Giorgio, are very helpful and really show a love for their customers. I did not eat in the Resteraunt but some friends did and reported complete satisfaction with the food and the service. The hotel is located outside Henley in Arden and the distance would not be walkable for most people, therefore a car is probable essential. However, Giorgio tells me that staff from the hotel often give people a lift to or from the hotel. They are currently awaiting new roadside signage from Best Western so in the meantime please be aware they the predominant name on the road sign is Henley Hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel, which is family run and certainly think I would visit again with my wife.

    « Excellent »

Excellent stay. The customer service was fantastic Especially the receptionists on our stay. A big thank you to lucie on reception.Waiting for a taxi is shocking as it's in the middle of no where a mile away from Henley. The food wasn't very nice and the following morning 2 guests received more treatment than everybody else. But the rooms were lovely, clean and well presented, and we received petals on the bed as I asked. Rated a 4 purely because of the food.

    « Business trip »

Very good hotel, stopped 1 night on business. Room comfortable, Bed ok but not the most comfortable . Service very good especially in the restaurant. Menu was good and the food was very good. Wifi can be a bit slow. Will definitely use the hotel again.

    « Well worth a visit »

This hotel is very nice and well worth a look. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was compact but perfectly adequate. The internet speed where I was could have been better but it was fine in the reception/bar area. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a very good choice from the menu. New menu every week. Breakfast was very nice with all hot food freshly cooked to order.

    « Wedding »

My husband and I got married at Henley golf club and used this hotel as our accommodation! The whole run up to the wedding they were very helpful, especially Monica who gave us lots of information and showed us around! The hotel was taken up by our wedding party so it was lovely having it filled with our loved ones, the rooms are all beautiful, the suites are a must try, and unique with their own character. We were specifically pleased with Drew and a lady (sorry can't remember your name, but you made the morning of my wedding more special and were so lovely!) the breakfast was delicious and staff attentive! Thank you

    « sCRUFFY »

Shabby rooms and they refused to serve hot breakfast after 9am. I am not going back, staff are pleasant but general standard is very poor. I certainly do not recommend a stay here. There are better and less expensive hotels locally

    « Excellent accommodation »

I stayed here for two nights whilst exhibiting at the NEC and cannot fault the hotel. A special mention for Giorgio who goes the extra Mile to provide excellent service, I was the cool Doombar guest. I will be staying again when I am in the Birmingham area but Giorgio is the star of this establishment.

  • 5

Fantastic place if you are working or visiting the NEC . clean rooms , the staff are fantastic and cheerful . Breakfast was very good . Great menu at great prices . I plan too stay here again when i am next at a show . Giorgio is an asset too the hotel .

« Good Hotel but excellent staff »

I stayed in room no 4 for two nights. My only criticism is, the room was small and didn't provide any cupboard. Standard amenities like study table was available. The best bit about this hotel is its staff. Very friendly and always there to help the guest. The full english breakfast is always a treat. It was served in style.

    « Overnight stay »

Overnight stay at best western for a function at the nearby golf course free transfer was arranged by the hotel Reception, bar, restaurant area and rooms nice and clean but bedrooms hot even though heating was turned off Breakfast was great cold and hot buffet fried or poached eggs on request it finished at 9.30 could have done with been 10.30 on a Sunday The staff were extremely nice and helpful Great service from Giorgio he is an asset to the hotel

    « Little Gem »

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and nothing was any trouble for the staff. The rooms are a little small The pillows must have been used to stop the flood waters in the arear, they were like sand bags

« Made Fawlty Towers look like the Four Seasons »

Before you think i'm in any way exaggerating, please look at my previous reviews. They are always honest and more often then not, give great credit. This was by far the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. Let me start. Firstly, we arrived slightly early for checking in (check in was 2pm), we were told by the lady on the reception desk who was run off her feet (the hotel looked empty. Didn't see one person, staff or guest approach the desk in the time we waited), that we would have to wait until the correct check in time. Personally, i'd have no problem waiting if the room was still being cleaned, etc, but it was how we were told. She was plainly rude. When we finally did get round to checking in, I was told not only was my card being charged for the amount on the booking, but my card would also be charged and extra £20 in case we decided to spend in the hotel. I pointed out we already have dinner arrangements elsewhere, nor did we want to book breakfast and had no intention on spending anything in the hotel. However, this was hotel policy and unless they got the funds, we weren't going to be allowed to stay. At this stage we got our room key and got to see the broom closet we stayed in. For what we paid, the room was tiny. The room was also freezing cold. Considering it was lashing rain outside, the bright spark that cleaned the room, decided the room didn't need any heating to be turned on, plus left the window open so that rain was flowing into the room. On closer inspection, the room wasn't clean. There was dustballs on the floor, dust in the bathroom, and the glasses left out to use for drinking were dirty. I've added photos below in case anyone thinks this was in anyway made up. First bit of "entertainment" was flushing the toilet, which made a noise that would put a NASA rocket to shame. This was only the start as the rooms are not sound proofed in any way, so when any other room nearby flushed their toilet, another Jumbo Jet took off. Now for the coup de gras. The Power just switched off. The room left in utter darkness. It was impossible to get ready, to iron a shirt, to put on makeup. After 30 mins, the power eventually came back on. We tried to very quickly get ready, but guess what happened....the power went again. We just gave up on trying to get ready in the hotel, packed up our clothes, make up, etc and went to the local pub and got ready there. Was almost impossible to sleep considering how your could hear every noise, from doors opening and closing and toilets flushing throughout the night. Even when checking out, the same "friendly" receptionist never bothered to ask how our stay way, just took the funds from my credit card and let us go on our merry way. She's obviously well aware of how peoples stays are and has given up. Never again, shall I darken the doorway of this awful hotel.

    « A 5 star service from their team »

My business partner and I stayed at this hotel and although the rooms do reflect a 3 star, we were both very impressed with Giorgio who provider a 5 star service both evening and morning. Very impressed. Made to feel special and certainly not expected. Second time we've stayed here and both times have been a great choice. It's simple and the food presentation is excellent. The reception team are very welcoming and upgraded us free of charge because we are members of best western rewards. Thank you Giorgio and team!

    « Nice little hotel »

Stayed here with a work trip last night. Nicely decorated hotel and rooms although a little cramped. Evening meal and breakfast were both nice and a special mention goes to Georgio (hope I'm spelling it correctly). He was in the bar and restaurant area. He was very friendly and welcoming and we spoke of my home town which he'd visited. Would recommend for a night or two but the rooms aren't very big so would feel too confined any longer. Would be happy to stay again.

    « Great Value »

Was booked in by someone else so wary. However, arrived just before midnight and great customer service and in time to grab a pint. Breakfast was very good and cooked just as I like it with great bacon and coffee just right. Slight issue about a reservation being taken on my account but when I phoned this was sorted in an excellent customer service way by the lady I spoke to. I stay in the area on a regular basis and think this will now be my selected hotel. Excellent value and staff all friendly.

    « Henley Hotel »

Value for money Hotel, restaurant lacks a decent menu, but then perhaps to be expected of a small Hotel. Could not quite understand the purpose of the décor in the main bar area with two pictures hanging up with the aid of a complicated wire and pulley system. I don't want to be too critical as the Hotel generally was quite good for the money and location....

    « Great staff »

Our Warwick suite was spacious and well equipped. Very quiet with a good bed and linen. We will return here when we are in the area. Breakfast was very well cooked with good service and a good selection of buffet starters.

    « Wow »

Just a one night stay before a trip to Birmingham for some Christmas shopping, and I have to say it was an impressive stay in a 3 star hotel - a low ranking in my humble opinion. We stayed in the Henley Suite that was impressive in every way. A great bathroom, double shower cubicle, rolled edge bath, twin sinks and plenty of space even for my mess, A great and comfortable bed, settee and generous sized TV, and again, plenty of space. Parking was easy and the full English breakfast was excellent with the best poached eggs that I have had for quite a while. Overall, an excellent experience, worthy of a stay if visiting Birmingham and in a great setting in a beautiful part of the country.

    « Excellent Service »

Stay at the Best Western Henley it's great. Nice warm atmosphere, excellent staff. Good facilities and fabulous breakfast. Ample parking. The area looks great although I didn't get a chance to explore. I am definitely going back there.

« More than a 3* hotel - lovely stay, service and area »

Good impressions when you walk in - reception looked really stylish and welcoming - hoping the expectations wouldn't be let down and they weren't - amazing stay and would say this is more worthy of 3+ stars than the 3 they have - stayed in a four star the night after this hotel and this hotel was far superior. Rarely can i stay as a business guest i would come back as a private guest - here i would, no questions. Reception staff deserve a special mention- Kashia and Sophie were lovely - couldn't do enough, went out of their way to give brilliant service - started the stay off on a really good note. Room was clean, smart, warm and had everything you could need whilst looking good too. It was compact but for one person i had no issues. Plenty of plugs right next to each side of the bed - simple but it's often missing, wifi in room very strong, good towels, shower amazing (hot and good pressure), very quiet, no noise that i could hear, good parking and nice area - nothing more i could ask for. The only reason i haven't given full rating for the stay is the lack of decaff coffee from the machine in the restaurant - with various dietary requirements these days, supplying decaff coffee should be a basic. I did ask was there another way to get this other from said machine and was told no so this just let it down a touch - but this is more of a personal thing than for others maybe. Brilliant stay, would love to go back - hopefully i will be!

    « Perfect 5/5 »

Stayed here on Friday night with my partner, and have to say we could not find fault. We booked our suite and confirmed it all with Kasia, we then checked in around 5pm and met Lucie who was very polite and welcoming. Giorgio was a character In the restaurant we had a drink at the bar and had a good craic with him. He booked us a table at breakfast, moving onto breakfast again it was extremely well presented with continental breakfast as well as a full English. The bacon and sausages are of top quality and was lovely and hot. Fresh Danish pastries and croissants with plenty of fresh juice and fruit. Niall on breakfast was a really nice laid back chap, was telling us how he took a career change from building to hospitality, might I add a very good move. All the staff we dealt with couldn't do enough for us, Janet you should be very proud of your team. Amazing room, lovely food, brilliant staff and perfect idyllic location. What more could you ask for. Many thanks Sean Ryan

« One of those stays you wished you had gone elsewhere »

Smart staff. Poor service. Room defects. Poor breakfast with no attempt at remedy. Even told to pay £2.50 for a hot chocolate for breakfast. Better service at cheaper establishments anywhere else. To be avoided

    « Business Trip »

My first impression was fantastic as I phoned to confirm booking and spoke to Niall who was courteous and confirmed all my details. I then checked in to the hotel last Sunday and was welcomed by Kasia on reception she was very friendly and helpful she went out of her way to help me find a slightly bigger room with a bit more space as I had a lot of luggage and a room with a bath - I was very grateful. Roberto was fantastic in the bar and on the breakfast shift and Niall too was great on the nights he was working. A fantastic spread for breakfast and it was delicious and perfectly cooked every day. Thanks for a lovely stay.

« Quiet and friendly perfect for business or leisure »

The hotel was quiet and spotlessly clean with all the facilities we expected. The staff were friendly, caring and very professional. Of particular note was the fantastic fresh cooked and presented breakfast.

« Small room on upgrade »

Stayed 2 nights on business. At check in I was advised I had been upgraded but it didn't feel as if I had! Room 9 was small and a little dated especially the bathroom. Also, I was located right next to lobby entrance so noise from people returning late at night and talking/banging doors. The kettle was missing but replaced immediately. Small TV mounted on wall. The breakfast was really good and the staff on both days were great. There's a great 50's style chip shop nearby and the village is a mile away with loads of good pubs and restaurants. Like most Best Western hotels, its a budget booking so I can't really complain. I'd probably look elsewhere first though.

    « Good family stay »

Good accommodation and full facilities offered to include our grandchild staying in our room with no problem and being fully catered for. Staff friendly and very helpful. breakfast perfect for setting you up for the day ahead.

    « An overnight stay »

This was booked as a little 75th birthday treat and that's what it turned out to be. We were given room 102 which was a lovely suite with great decor, loads of space, a huge bed, double shower cubicle. There was nothing wrong with the room whatsoever and it was a very comfortable place to spend time. The lounge and restaurant area is pleasant and welcoming and the coffee machine was a nice touch. We had dinner in the nearby village and so can't comment on that aspect but breakfast was excellent. Some of the negative reviews we read might have put us off, but pleased that we ignored them. We'll be back.

    « Good service »

Plenty of parking and good restaurants in village. Too far to walk to village in dark on busy road but fabulous restaurant The Finest Catch at end of the road. Had water leak in bedroom but moved to upgraded room immediately.

    « Booking cancelled »

I booked online to stay at this hotel and the night before I was due to stay received a call from a nearby Best Western advising I had been moved to their hotel instead. This was not suitable and I was offered no apology or refund of my stay so had no option but to go along with it. I will not be booking to stay here again as their service and communication were terrible!

    « Very Dissapointing! »

My Daughter and I stayed in room 14 this weekend, it was a last minute booking after being let down by another hotel and we chose the hotel due to the mainly good reviews and certificate of excellence award. We arrived just after 6pm and checked in, the reception staff were very helpful and also the head waiter who, upon discovering my daughter was vegetarian, went to ask the chef what meals he could prepare for her. We then went to our room and discovered that instead of twin beds the bed had been made up as a double, not really a problem as the beds were single anyway so we just needed them remade. However upon investigation, the room was really dirty, it obviously had not been cleaned after the last occupant. The carpet was not hoovered, there were bits of thread, plastic clothes tags and shreds of plastic all over the carpet. The lampshades were dusty and one had several black hairs on it, the centre lightfitting was full of cobwebs; the curtains had stains on them. The bathroom was OK except for the glass shelf above the sink which still had spill marks on it. I went to reception to ask for the beds to be remade and also for the room to be cleaned, I felt quite awkward having to complain but I really felt it was unacceptable for the room to be left in this state by housekeeping. The lady on reception was lovely and came to see what the problem was, she agreed that it should be cleaned and would arrange for it to be done whilst we had dinner. We opted to dine out as that would allow more time for the room to be sorted out. We returned from our meal at about 10.30pm, the beds had been changed but now my daughter had a bottom sheet with marks on it. The carpet had been partly cleaned but the room hadn't been dusted, there were still hairs on the lampshade. As it was late and we had an early start we elected just to go to bed and put up with things as we were to be out until late on the Saturday. I did think that maybe whilst we were out on the Saturday the room may have been given a good clean but this didn't happen.I was not asked about my stay when I checked out but I don't think I will be returning as the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired.

« Cosy room, but noisy through the night »

My partner and I arrived here for an overnight stay before heading to Warwick Castle. Parking is no issue as there were plenty of spaces. The receptionist was very helpful on check in, and you have to pay a pre-authorised payment of £20 in case of damage during your stay. The rooms are very small, but well presented and decorated. Very cosy and warm. The bathroom we had was very very small, and was a struggle to move around in. The door hid the sink, and the shower head was placed in the middle parallel to where the shower screen ends, so expect a wet floor! There are also no fitted hairdryers in rooms, so make sure you bring your own. Or I guess go and ask at reception. The downside to this hotel, especially our room on the first floor, was the noise. I never really care about noise, and coming from the city I never like dead silence. But here, the noise was an issue. Mainly from the toilets flushing in nearby rooms. It genuinely is the loudest flush noise I have ever heard, and it lasts about 30 seconds. The nearby rooms flushed their toilet about 3 or 4 times through the night, so we woke up each time after it made us jump! Also can hear people showering and talking very clearly through the walls. This isn't a moan, but after driving 2hrs+ straight after work on a Saturday night in preparation for a full day out on Sunday, feeling v tired wasn't ideal. The hotel is nice, very swish and fairly modern. But due to the tiny rooms and noise, I unfortunately wouldn't recommend unless you can sleep through anything (I normally can).

« Best Western Henley Hotel »

We were made to feel most welcome on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was not open on the Saturday evening but we were recommended to go to the fish restaurant just down the road which was excellent.

« Ideal for short break »

Ideal hotel for staying in Warwickshire. Easy access by bus and train to surrounding areas. Plenty of places to visit and Henley is a lovely village and beautiful display of flowers all down High Street.

    « Heaven in Henley »

An Excellent place to stay if your looking for somewhere to stay before a trip to Warrick Castle (they have 2 for 1 leaflets here). Nice suite room 102 and tasty breakfast as long with great staff what more could you want?

« mixed feelings from a golf society »

We booked a two day/one night golf break at Henley in Arden Golf and Country Club. This best Western owns both the golf club and the hotel. We were unaware that the hotel was ten minutes drive from the golf course. This caused a social problem as there are only two beers at the hotel, there are no nearby public houses, and we were unwilling to drink and drive to/from the golf club where there was lots of choice. The Golf clubhouse was excellent and the course was ok. In the hotel, I was given the Shakespeare Suite which was superb, but most of the other golfers commented on how small their rooms were. The food available under our golf deal was very limited, and average in quality. The hotel staff were nice, but the star is their restaurant/bar manager called Giorgio. He was brilliant.

    « Really nice suite »

We stayed here recently for just the one night, really wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the Warwick suite. It was clean tidy and very elegant. It had a huge bed with a large TV, dressing table and wardrobe in the bedroom with a separate lounge area with sofa bed and smaller TV and also a very clean spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The welcome was warm and the staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was cereals, toast and buffet style English breakfast which was all fresh and plentiful. Would highly recommend a stay here and will hopefully return again soon.
