Very warm welcome! I travel often and this is the only place i would call home away from home. Pleasant staff and a welcoming letter in each room addresses their commitment towards their patrons. Lasty the breakfasts are above anything I have every received with many options but also custom hand made options specially prepaired as ordered at no additional cost

If you're passing through Zillah or anywhere close, this is the place to stay. You won't be disappointed. The staff was friendly and pleasant to talk with. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was head and shoulders above other similar type hotels. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi didn't work well. Still deserves a ‘10' rating though.

If you are looking for a stay with a very comfortable bed & perfect pillows… this is your place. Breakfast is made to order plus some additional quick choices. The swimming pool (warm) & hot tub are perfect & super clean! I look forward to staying here again. Also… make the 7 minute drive to Two Mountain winery even if you just want to look at the vineyard, it's gorgeous.

This place far exceeds my expectations for an overnight stay ona road trip. Of course it's quiet (back from the highway) and very well maintained, but in addition the staff are lovely and the room well above average. And they do a custom egg breakfast included in the price, where they'll cook you eggs any way you want. Very good experience.

We found this place on-line as we were arriving near Zillah. It is older but quaint. My wife was attracted by the reviews of their breakfast. It was good and they will make you your own omelet. The halls are lined with vintage photos of Toppenish and Zillah. I grew up there so found the photos interesting.

I found this place due to the high rating and I feel like it even deserves more! This a great and safe place for a solo female traveler. Everyone that works there is so kind and the hotel is clean and well kept.

Hotel was nice and clean and pretty quiet. Bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. We didn't get to eat breakfast because the dining room was filled with out of control kids making messes everywhere and no one was caring to control them.

We stayed at this hotel with a team of U13, U15 and U18 football players from Canada. We were visiting for a 7v7 football tournament. We rolled up and the front desk was ready for us with the room cards ready to go and the names written on each. The organization and friendliness was top notch and so appreciated. The staff were all incredible! The whole property (including our room) was clean and comfortable. Location was a bit out of the way, but we walked over to El Porto for dinner and were blown away. The free hot breakfast was satisfying, especially their omelette station. Highly recommend!

This is the best of the best experience at a hotel. It should be the role model of all hotels. Great staff, wonderful pet friendly with gift packages for the dogs, clean comfortable rooms, and outstanding full cooked to order breakfast included. All at a very reasonable price.

Christmas trip to see family, it's the only hotel in Zillah and it is such a nice establishment to have available so close to family. I don't have to waste much time driving to the house. The beds are always clean and comfy. There is a breakfast that is unheard of in most hotels without restaurants. It is freshly cooked to order eggs anyway, biscuits and gravy and an oatmeal station with all the fixings. We also stayed here when my mother passed and they got us in with no reservations and a bridal party was in town that night too. They are always so helpful and accommodating we look forward to staying there. Even when it's not a good reason for a trip it always is a comfortable one because of this establishment.

Great breakfast made 2 order even had books to read .My arrival was late in the evening had been searching for a room since tri cities was booked and all surrounding cities.I was able to get one of the lady available rooms .The office gal was efficient an friendly got us into our room promptly and on the first floor which I requested

Clean and quiet. Inside access to rooms. Breakfast was in the lobby and was very good-featuring made-to-order omelets or scrambled eggs with ham and potatoes. Assorted pastries, juices, fruit etc. Our king room had a comfortable king-sized bed, armchair and lamp, desk and chair, flat screen TV; fridge, microwave, coffee-maker and a washroom with tub and shower; good wi-fi signal. The A/C unit was a bit louder than necessary when on heat-much quieter on cool. Close to the interstate and a short walk to several fast food outlets.

Very clean inn -very clean room, very clean public areas, very clean breakfast area! Remember, this is farmland. Staff helpfull, seemingly kind and friendly. Free breakfast was decent. Very centrally located within the Yakima wine region. Also just off the freeway

Washington state is under a mask mandate and there were no signs posted in the entrance of best western or lobby. The Clerk behind the counter was no wearing a mask. Many guests inside were also not wearing masks. They had two jars of pens, one jar for used pens and the other, sanitized. The jar for the sanitized pens was empty and there was only pen in the used jar. The clerk did not offer a sanitized pen. I presented my DoD identification and the clerk questioned the validity of it. At another entrance, there had been a large plant that may have fallen over and dirt and leaves were on the floor. I walked over to the front counter and again, nobody was present. The next day, the mess on the floor was still present. Tap water was horrible.

The staff here are amazing! Cookies at night, amazing breakfast! Clean establishment! The pool is great, it doesn't ran off chlorine like alot add competitors do. Overall we were really happy with our stay!

Great stay, excellent service, accommodating staff, very clean. Breakfast was awesome. They met all of our needs and we're very gracious. The property was neat and clean. When I complained about a party, they took care of it. Thank you

This is a very attractive property. Our room was clean and the AC did its job. We were at ground level, actually below, so our view out the back was a hillside. Room was clean, but carpet was damp, hopefully from cleaning? Hot breakfast is great for big eaters, and yogurt is available with fruit if you prefer. Good restaurants are just minutes away, as are some great wineries.

We made reservations at the last minute. Didnt know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and our stay. The staff were great, one in particular went to above expectations. She went to the extent moving her car to give us a parking space close to the entry. Hotel was well priced including a cook to order breakfast. nice rooms, must have been updated not to long ago. Will stay ahain.

Very nice, relaxing rooms. Staff friendly and accommodating. Very quiet, comfortable rooms. Slept like a rock ! No exterior noise. I would recommend this BW as a great base location for touring the local wineries and orchards. Remember to try the Winegar's Ice Cream if you can find it! There is no better !

This is the only hotel we stay at when we come down to watch the drag races. Been coming here for 15+ years and the service has been the same excellent every time. We will continue coming for as long as we come down to the races.

We were happy we stayed here. Was very clean and friendly associates. Breakfast was excellent even with the covid rules, they managed to take care of us in a timely manner. Our room was attractive and clean! Lots of towels. We will be happy to stay there again.

We planned a girl's trip to the Zillah Wineries. This was a wonderful place to stay....very clean, fabulous made-to-order breakfast, and close to the wineries! We felt safe & welcomed by the entire staff.

We spent two nights when exploring the area, hiking and wine tasting. Early check in and cook to order hot breakfast every morning. Room was spacious, clean with nice bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi. Close to several wineries and hiking trails.

It's a very nice hotel and we enjoy staying there Our family from out of town stays there whenever we have a family event or funeral They are very considerate and the stay is usually very nice. My nephews enjoyed playing games on their personal computers using the internet

Didnt like how much I got charged for one night that I checked in late and it was hella high for like 6 hour stay be I had to check out.but other than that the whole stay was good and everything was clean and the other staff was nice and friendly too

Been staying here forever, they are really good people here. When there was a problem with parking big rigs because of the city they took care of it immediately. Try my darndest to make it here my1st night out so I don't have to worry about another place.

Everyone was great. Heather was very nice. When I was lost, she took the time to direct me to the hotel.So was Peggy at the front desk. Bel and Reyna were great! And Casey dealt with some noisy neighbors,and even gave us a care package. Everyone treated us very well. I will definitely stay there next time I go.

We always stay here near the heartbeat of our family base in Zillah, WA. I really can't thank them enough for the help. Even when we overstayed our projected date of departure. It is a warm, nurturing environment with each person genuinely concerned about out welfare and well-being.

Best Western went above and beyond any of my expectations safe clean rooms highly recommend it to anyone staying in this area the beds were so soft and comfortable the wedding was nice and clean you can tell it has been washed even the top comforter was clean a lot of hotels don't clean their top comforter but they do everything was fresh the hot breakfast they offer every morning is excellent it's way better than just any muffins or anything that most places provide bacon eggs sausage breakfast sandwiches kielbasa sausages with scrambled eggs they really go all out for their guests and we really appreciate them for the price you're not going to find a better place to stay this was $300 a night service for about $80 a night you can't beat it.

Under the circumstances with the shutdown, they did a wonderful job to make my stay pleasant. They even offered a hot breakfast, although minimal and designed for social distancing I appreciated the fact I could get more than the brown bag at other motels. Overall I am very pleased with my stay.

This is our home away from home when I am in the area. I love how family friendly everything is. The pool and spa are always well maintained. The evening chili and cookies are amazing. The breakfast is great. The pictures lining the hallways are all of local history. It is very homey and I love it. Plus, the staff are always welcoming and treat us like family!

This place is expensive and looks great from the outside. Once we entered, it was all downhill from there. Our room was not ready at 3pm (posted check-in time) and we happily agreed to run around town a bit and return in 20 mins. 30 mins later, the room is still not completed. The front desk clerk disappeared & after sitting in the lobby another 15 mins, I walked to the room & a cleaning person told me it was finished and she had told the desk clerk such 10 minutes ago. Nice. On to the room. It was large and clean but with the thinnest walls, ceiling & doors. Every move of those above us was heard as well as any noise from the hall. We had a room with a jetted tub which sprayed water all over the room & took and eternity to fill. It was so loud when turned on that I gave up pretty quickly, feeling bad for our poor neighbors. The pillows were barely big enough to fit your head on. Finally, the wall units for the heating/cooling were old and noisy. The one in the bedroom ticked and clanked so loudly that we opted to sleep in a cold room. The pool and hot tub were okay but obviously very old and worn. Very disappointing for the price. Not recommended.

I did want to apologize for the check-in issues you had with your room. and for the lack of a front desk agent to speak to at check in, we have also addressed both these issue and have taken steps to resolve them, so thank you for bringing them to our attention. We are looking into the jacuzzi tub issues and the heating/cooling units. That room is only 4 years old with new units, so we are checking into whether there are some mechanical issues that need taken care of. Our pool and hot tub have also been renovated and upgraded in the last 4 years, so I'm sorry you were disappointed with that area. Pet friendly even gave my Border Collie, treats and a tennis ball, there is a grass area behind the hotel to throw the ball for the dog. parking for my truck and trailer. Free breakfast one of the best ever. Clean everything, comfy bed and pillows, quiet little safe feeling town.

Comfortable bed and room. Quiet, convenient parking in front of hotel. Welcoming adn efficient front desk staff. Well located right off highway. Breakfast is modest as one would expect of this type of property.

We appreciated being offered a bowl of chili on check-in, as well as the hot breakfast we've come to expect from Best Western hotels. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and we enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool. The hot tub was great to relax sore muscles after a long day on the road.

I come to find out after I got home from my business and after staying at the Best Western plus Valley Inn that government employees were paying almost $30.00 less at this hotel than a regular business person. I am disappointed that Best Western would participate in such a program that discriminated against non-government business people.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant nearby was very good. The only thing we would have liked different was a higher hot tub temperature and stronger jets. We will stay here again.

Very ice room: appeared to be newly renovated; large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Strong wi-fi. Breakfast was ho-hum but there was enough variety to get you started in the morning. Shares a parking lot with a Subway, a family Mexican restaurant and a Shell station. McDonalds is across the road. Has an elevator. Would stay here again.

We got a suite for a girls weekend. Very clean. Nice breakfast that satisfied all our dietary needs. On Saturday night they even had chili and cookies. Hot tub was a little too hot, but other that that it was perfect for us.

This is an overpriced Best Western Plus property (rehabbed) where the shower hot water/pressure is poor. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working when we arrived and we should have been advised in advance - we would have stayed elsewhere. Mediocre property with mediocre breakfast; overpriced. Stay elsewhere.

Peter H I have done some research and found that the pool & hot-tub issue was found mid-day of your check-in so there was not time to advise you of the closure. I sincerely apologize that this was an inconvenience during your stay and that you were unable to partake of this very nice amenity at the hotel. I also personally took it upon myself to look into and check the water pressure in the room you were in. I was unable to detect any lack of normal water pressure with this shower head in that room or the surrounding rooms, the current pressure in this room as well as the new addition are at the same strength, as they were during our building inspection. I am sincerely surprised to hear that you felt the breakfast was “mediocre”, especially since we serve a full buffet breakfast with a good variety of hot & cold fresh selections in all food groups, including our hot oatmeal that has been most recently added to the menu. I am truly sorry that you found us in your opinion to be “mediocre & overpriced” in light of our very competitive rates, high standards, and our high online rating, as is evident in past guest reviews & compliments attesting to our excellent service. For the price and the category, it's really nice. Staff is nice and there is a pool and gym which is a plus along with complimentary breakfast. It's basic but it's something which is great. Right off the highway and there is a few spots nearby too. Very convenient location for us.

Front desk and housekeeping employees are so nice and helpful. Hotel is lovely decorated and super clean. Breakfast area is large. Location for me was perfect to visit family in Toppenish. Almost always happy w/BW hotels, with one exception- the one on 1st ave. in Yakima.

We do not travel much but when we do it is BW all the way. This particular BW is a great stay and in front of the hotel is a cafe, "Calico Cafe" which should be visited during your stay. A unique cafe hosting not only guests but cats. Cats are not in the eating area but a large glass window looks into the cat area and they also can exit to the patio area into a caged area for ones viewing. For a fee you can also go inside the cage and sit at a table and enjoy your lunch.

I can't say enough, the room was well appointed and clean. The staff was quick to respond and very nice. The breakfast was great, we took our grandchildren, everyone had something they liked, waffles, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, yogurt and more. The kids had the pool to themselves, and loved the chili and chocolate chip cookies from 7-9. It was out just far enough from Yakima and extremely quiet, we will return.

Nice place to stay..friendly and helpful staff. Room was nicely appointed and clean. Manager even gave us some recommendations as to wineries to visit and places to eat in the area. Pleasant all around...one of the better Best Westerns we have stayed in.

The Best Western Plus Vintage Valley Inn was everything that we needed it to be. I can not remember the last time I stayed in a Best Western, and in Zillah, we didn't see any other options. We were very pleasantly surprised! The night clerk was friendly and welcoming, our room was larger than many low-cost hotels, and everything was clean and updated. There was enough variety at breakfast for everyone to find something. Next time we find ourselves in Zillah, we would be happy to stay at the Best Western Plus Vintage Valley Inn!

Just stayed at this hotel the other night and loved it. The rooms were large and updated. Internet and television worked great. They serve a breakfast, but I missed it. The location was by the freeway, but you didn't hear any traffic noise. There is a McDonald's down the street.

This place is super reasonable and clean! The free breakfast they offer is delicious and they even have more free food in the evening which is also yummy. The staff are always so friendly and very nice. Makes you feel welcome every time we stay there and this is our 10th year in a row. Look forward to going back every year!

We stayed at Best Western Plus Vintage Valley Inn in Zillah in the beginning of April and I would say this hotel puts the Plus in Best Western . Check in was quick, the facility is clean, staff is welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and we plan to stay when we are next in the area.

We had the great pleasure of staying with what I consider such a neighborly property. We would enjoy our mornings at breakfast with the best Hostess. The rest of the staff was so welcoming and made each day the best. This is by far the best staff I have ever come across at a hotel. From management, sales to front desk, hostess, cleaning staff and maintenance. They make you feel like apart of their neighborhood block. Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and spotless and roomy! My dog was welcome (black lab) the ease of the dog room was great and it didn't smell like a dog room! Pleasantly surprise that the motel was recently remodeled and great to see the wonderful pictures of my childhood memories of the Yakima Valley. There were subtle surprises such as the cleanliness of the remote control and the dispensers in the shower for shampoo and conditioner. It was our first time staying at the Zillah Best Western, we booked on the day of travel at a very attractive price-point. We were greeted with big smiles, kindness and professional service, the staff really went above and beyond our expectations for a 2.5 star hotel chain. The room was clean (our baby did the white-socks test on the carpet with great results :) and spacious with all you need after a long day driving and wine tasting. There is also free breakfast included in the price, nothing to rave about but makes life much easier that you do not need to spend your morning finding a place to eat. The location is also great if you like to explore the Toppenish murals (10 minute drive), the Tea pot gas station and the different wine appellations as it is more or less centrally located.

Zillah is a small town that has a national monument the Tea Pot gas station. There are several wine tasting areas. This area is know for it wine. The Best Western is a great place to stay. It has a nice restaruant for breakfast at no cost.

We are the 1st large wine are starting down the Yakima Valley and very proud of how quality of our wines. Also very happy that breakfast was to your liking, it is a pretty full amount of breakfast "at no cost". We hope you will stop by again during your travels and let us serve you.

We stayed here overnight after our wine tasting via horse/carriage on Yakima Valley Carriage Company. Awesome complimentary breakfast with warm eggs/sausage/potatoes and all the breads, pastries and homemade waffles etc. Might want to avoid a room with a connecting room door as its not quite as insulated as a full wall would be and avoid being across from the elevator if possible. Got to hear everyone chatting at the elevator and the late night arrivals.

We a couple of families stayed here for a night and we are pleased with the comfort and the service provided. Check-in was easy and the rooms were clean with all the necessary things. There is hot breakfast available in the morning - which offers many options.The rooms also comes with Air Conditioner - which requires in the summer time. Even though it's kind of close to the highways, one does not realize the traffic. There are car parking lots, however they are a bit narrow. So, one needs to be a bit careful when opening and shutting the doors. Based on the location and the other amenities near by, the hotel is not reasonably priced. They can always try lowering the rates.

Zillah is a small town, not far from Yakima or the Tri-Cities, the Vintage Valley Inn is located close to both and a great value for the money. A newer hotel located just of the freeway, it is quiet and has everything you could need in a hotel. It is clean, has super beds and a full breakfast to boot. You can't go wrong for the price in the center of Washington Wine Country!

Wasn't expecting much from the look of the town. The hotel is better than that. Great access from the highway. Traffic noise in the rooms was non-existant. Nicely decorated (about 8 years new, according to the desk clerk). Very clean. Safety for travelers passing through the area and staying for the night is obviously being given a high priority by hotel management and local policing. Attractive pricing.

My family stayed here overnight on a long road trip from the pacific coast to Montana. This hotel was a great find. Quiet. Clean. Nice sized rooms. Friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast. It checked all the boxes for tired travelers. Highly recommended if you are traveling through Washington. It's obvious the management and staff puts a lot of effort into making their establishment stand out.

We were in Zillah to visit friends, and they recommended this hotel. It was an excellent spot to stay. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and a great staff. Our children enjoyed the large swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff members of the Hotel are amazing. From Kali at front desk to Maricela in house keeping. Quiet, safe, nice! Skip Yakima and stay in Zillah! It is so much better and close enough to be worth the trip.

I was in Zillah for business purposes and this hotel is very good for staying. The breakfast is great!! Many option, even healthy ones. They have a fitness center which is quite good. The pools are nice. The room is very comfy and clean. The service is also very good. And it has a good space for parking cars.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Seattle from Salt Lake City and this hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We paid a fair price here. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. The hotel is easily accessible from I-82 at Exit 52. I-82 is a little confusing because it's north of I-84 and it's signed east and west but it ultimately runs north and south so the exit numbers go down as you go up. If you travel as often as we do, it's a little confusing at first, but it's certainly not in a bad location. Very easy to find and easy off/on from the interstate. We will definitely stay here again

This is modest little hotel in Zillah. It's the only game in town. But, they do a good job. Clean, comfortable, and relatively updated. The breakfast buffet is pretty basic and the coffee is not worth drinking. But, it's close to everything and usually priced well.

The property was clean and breakfast was above average for a mid-tier limited service hotel. Beds were decent comfort. There was a reservation issue that was quickly remedied by the hotel staff, who were friendly.

The Vintage Valley Inn is one of the most unique experiences I've had at a hotel in my many years. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, and had a chance to meet the head of housekeeping while checking in. The lobby was decorated in a lovely style, very warm and welcoming. And I've never seen hotel amenities displayed quite so elegantly (razors and toothbrushes on their own columns). We rented a suite and the room was huge. There was a full kitchen and living area as well as a giant bedroom. The room was sparkling clean and well appointed. The head of housekeeping even checked in with us a few times to make sure we had enough towels, coffee and soap which was a much appreciated gesture. There is a sparkling clean pool and spa that our family greatly enjoyed. The pool is covered so can be used in the cold months too. We were able to bring our own pool toys and the staff had no issue with us leaving them by the pool for the duration of our stay. In the evenings the staff lays out chili, milk and cookies and in the morning there is a full breakfast bar. The variety of food in the morning was quite impressive, and the staff watching over the food made sure it was well stocked and fresh. We had a chance to chat with the breakfast bar attendant both mornings and enjoyed getting to know her. The property is located very close to the Rattlesnake Hills Wine trail - I'd recommend visiting as many of these wineries as you can fit in! The quality and value of these wines blew me away, especially when compared to other wine areas I've visited. Overall, I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel where the staff was so committed to customer excellence. I felt like more than a customer at the Vintage Valley Inn - I was truly their guest. I had a chance to interact with the General Manager and was able to see how his influence has created an amazing working environment that greatly benefits all the guests. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

We have stayed at the Best Western in Zillah twice now, two years in a row, and it is a solidly comfortable, friendly and clean place to stay. Our room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, towels were nice and thick and the room coffee was decent. The breakfast buffet is one of the more generous that I've seen, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, a pancake machine *and* a waffle machine, a toaster with variety of bread and pastries, sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, sausages, roasted potatoes, coffee and juice. The staff was super friendly too. We had an issue with our TV not working, and they had maintenance up to visit us literally within 60 seconds. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are passing through or coming over for wine tasting or other fun.

Though newly remodeled the rooms in this hotel felt very cheap. The lobby and breakfast area were the best attributes of this hotel. The rate seemed high for the quality of room provided, seems they could have done a better job on the only hotel in wine country.

I sincerely apologize for the air freshener in your room that might have given you the impression of a "cheap" hotel. That is not our "norm" for a clean room and was inadvertently left after a deep cleaning and shampoo. Our "newly remodeled" rooms have in fact been completely stripped down in every way and built back to the same standard as our new rooms required by the newest Best Western Plus Standards. You were right in assuming we are one of the premier destination hotels for wine country and are consistently highly rated for our cleanliness, customer service, staff interaction, location and style of the building. I'm sorry you felt the rate seemed high, especially since your received a "bereavement related discount" of 20% for your stay. We try as much as possible to be highly competitive with our rates, especially compared to Yakima or the Tri-cities. BW is always a reliable chain and it's PLUS variant is routinely a very good house. The Vintage Valley Inn in Zillah is a very good example of it. This 2 1/2 star house is a rebranded Comfort Inn, expanded and fully remodeled. It feels new and to this point is well maintained and spotlessly clean. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and many more, plus wineries of course, within a few minutes drive. We had a friendly and efficient check in- an attractive lobby and large breakfast area. It has a small business center, a number of conference rooms, a medium sized indoor pool and spa, exercise facility and guest laundry. Our room was a medium sized with a similar bath. It was attractively decorated and furnished, with appropriate artwork. It was fully furnished with beds, table and chairs, a recliner and and dresser- all matching. The room has a medium sized flatscreen with lots of channels, a large refer, microwave and coffee, although no safe. Lots of lights and outlets. Very good bed and linens with excellent toiletries and very good towels. The rate includes complementary breakfast, internet and newspapers. The excellent enhanced buffet breakfast included eggs, meat, bisquets and gravy, waffles, fresh juice and fruits, pastries, juice and coffee/tea. There are multiple varieties of eggs and meat during the week. Every staff member was competent and upbeat and the value was excellent. Well done!

Nearly new motel with all the amenities of a fine place to rest. Good lighting, heat lamp in the bath, comfortable beds, attractive grounds and interior, real silverware in the dining room, decent breakfast. We'll be back.

We are a large family (2 adults, 5 kids). The manager was very kind. He made sure our needs were taken care of. We felt at home. Room was very large! The rate was a normal rate for a room that size, but the manager recommended that if we were going to regularly visit, that we ask to have our rate stabilized.

Arriving late and getting some warm chile and tea was awesome. Breakfast was great with some great warm choices . The room was clean and this is a great location with gas and a few eating choices nearby.

This hotel is located between Yakima and the Tri Cities. There are lots of wineries and tasting rooms to visit. It is located close to the highway, but without the road noise. There are restaurants within walking distance. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. The room I had would sleep six and had a full kitchen. The breakfast had a good selection, and the food was hot and fresh. I also liked the fact they had real plates and silverware in the breakfast room, but also paper if you wanted to take it out. I will stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business related trip to Zillah. This hotel is very clean, comfortable and has great amenities. The staff is cheerful and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when traveling for business or wine tasting.

Great place to stay staff are wonderful. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices and in the evening. They also usually have a pot of chilly and also milk and cookies Parking is a good if you a are driving a car or SUV however if you are travelling with a trailer as I do it can be difficult if they are busy.

Upon my checking I went to the first room and it had a very strong odor that started an allergic reaction. I began sneezing over and over. The front desk was nice and gave me another room. Upon checking into room #2 I began to stock the refrigerator and noticed that the thermostat control was broken and repaired with duct tape. I returned to the front desk yet again and was given a third room. Upon entering this room I noticed a very, very strong peppermint odor. At this point I opened the window and just let the cold and the fresh air into the room instesd of bugging the front desk again.

We were impressed with the personnel that were there from the lady at the front desk to the lady that prepared the food and kept the place clean, . The room was awesome the best just about we have ever stayed at. The shower was great except for the fact there was no bars for my husband to hold on to , Being without a leg makes it difficult to stand when the occasion warrants it.

parking is very tight here and stalls seem narrow. Also be prepared to travel to find something to eat other than fast food or Mexican. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Not much of a view from the windows but you are centrally located in the Yakima Valley. Zillah is a great little town and nice to see the some of the historic features in the pictures on the wall. Tea Pot and war memorial worth a stop too.

Thank you also for your mention of Zillah as being a "great little town" centrally located in Yakima Valley Wine Country. We are a fairly quiet destination at first glance and we do have some awesome historical features along with our Firemen's Memorial as well as our new beautiful Veteran's Memorial, but we are also a destination hotel for wine lovers (over 20 wineries in our area) on the Rattlesnake Hills above us which are known for their beautiful vistas of the Yakima Valley, with most of those wineries dwelling within their own vineyards. We are also a wedding destination as well as family reunions & gatherings year around and are starting to become a destination for sports teams. Our "quiet" little town offers a safe environment for team members along with a large buffet breakfast, plenty of fast food choices for teens, large indoor pool & hot-tub and only a 15 minute drive from Yakima. I would however like to apologize Michael, that you were not given a more detailed list of options for eating out in Zillah. We actually have several very good restaurants minutes away from the hotel to choose from and I'm very sorry that this information was not passed on to your during your stay with us. I always get a good night's sleep when I visit this hotel. They have great service and the breakfast buffet has sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffle maker with toppings, hot and cold cereal with toppings, as well as fruit juices, coffee, cocoa and cider. At night, they offer chile with toppings as well as cookies and milk from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. They have a pool, hot tub and a nice workout room.

We stayed at this motel on our way from Medford to Chelan as the drive would have been too long for a one day travel as my wife is handicapped. Good nights stay and dinner at the Old Warehouse restaurant as recommended by the staff.

Great property! Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Reception desk staff were exceptionally friendly and informative. The decor in the hallways include vintage black and white photos of the area which I enjoy. The exercise room includes its on restroom and the equipment is new and high quality. Breakfast is usual affair; powdered eggs, frozen sausages, waffles, yogurt, fruit, breads, etc., with weak coffee. They charged $20 for our dog, which I resent. Don't they clean a room anyway whether a dog has been there, or not? Plus, I was told that this is a ‘pet room', which I take it to mean not every room is a pet room. It was on the ground floor, close to an exit door and grass area. Convenient. Overall, I will certainly consider this property again.

The Best Western Plus Vintage Valley Inn is lovely,comfortable, and extends the finest hospitality to guests. We were there on family business. There were multiple family members staying for a varied number of nights. All gave excellent reports on their stay. We also used a conference room. The amenities were pleasing and appreciated by all. In all of our experiences, the staff here are professional while maintaining compassion and lovely service.

Great hotel! The staff are very personable and always greet you with a smile. They are very accommodating to my needs. I work at the local hospital when I'm there and they always put me in a room away from high traffic. Can't wait to stay there when I'm not working to enjoy the wine in the area.

We traveled to Yakima to tour the local wineries in Yakima, Prosser, and Rattlesnake Hills and picked this hotel for it's location. It is centrally located in Zillah among the Rattlesnake hills wineries and only a short distance to the wineries in both Yakima and Prosser. It was the perfect anchor location for our trip! The hotel is newly updated and is very modern. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. The hotel was sold out on our first night due to a wedding, but it was still extremely quiet - just as quiet as the following two nights when there were only a handful of guests. The staff was all very nice and we had no problems during our stay. The hotel serves a full hot breakfast, which was average to good - about what I would expect from any hotel that serves breakfast. They also serve snacks in the evening and have coffee around the clock. After looking around in person at some of the other hotels in the area, we were even more glad to have booked here. If we are ever back in Yakima, we will be sure to make another reservation at this hotel!

If you are spending some time in the area for wine tasting or other activities this is a good base as it's between Yakima and Prosser. The drive into Yakima is 15-20 min where there are lots of food options and stores. There are wineries within about 5 minutes. Hotel was clean and quiet.

With multiple rooms for a family gathering, we were very pleased with the hotel. The kids enjoyed in the indoor heated pool. The rooms were very nice with ample room for several family members to gather and visit. The conference room facilities provided for our family activities were perfect for our use. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was not one thing that I could see wrong with this property. Staff was pleasant and outgoing at every occasion, hotel was in peak shape concerning maintenance and appearance, breakfast was great, internet was solid and consistent. I would recommend this property to any person with lodging needs in the area. You will not be disappointed.

What a great find. This BW is a cut-above the average freeway hotel. The people are engaging and always attentive and helpful. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The location is at the exit but far enough away to not hear the traffic. Lovely and very large breakfast room that looked freshly remodeled. The offerings were extensive and abundant with fresh, quality stuff.

we stayed here for a family reunion and we had a blast. the large meeting rooms, amazing pool space and breakfast bar made this a great spot for a large gathering. make sure you meet Peggy the front desk attendant, she's amazing.

Need a pool and a spa after a day in Washington's Wine Country? This hotel works if you want to be a little farther than the fray of Prosser (especially during Crush!) The staff was extremely nice, The accommodations were quiet and restful and they take dogs, so if you're traveling thru the vineyards with your furry bestie consider Zillah. Besides, who wouldn't want to stay in a town called Zillah. Oh, and it's really easy access off the highway.

Spent the weekend at the Hotel in Zillah Wa for 2 nights. Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast, friendly Staff, and pet friendly. They also had a nice pool and work out area that we used. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was just like being at home. This "Best Western Vintage Valley Inn" is in the middle of everywhere we planned to go. Taking the Wine Loop map and creating our own wine tours always landed us back near our hotel. Our room was spacious clean & comfortable. Everyone on down to the cleaning staff were friendly, accommodating and sincere. We will always stay here when visiting family and friends.

This is a very nice quite place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is good, a nice variety to choose from. I recommend the chili they serve in the evening, gotta give it a try. But most importantly, the hotel is clean. I would stay again.

An old friend and I get together about twice a year in different cities to relax and talk about our kids, grand kids, and wonderful husbands of course, My only regret was that we didn't have enough time to use the pool or gym for workouts (probably because we were talking too much), but it was fun anyway.

This was a most pleasant place to stay, convenient, quiet and friendly. Had a great experience. Had two dogs and our room was even carpeted which dog friendly rooms usually are not. Even though this is close to the intersate the room was very quiet and easy to sleep in.

This stay will be repeated! We travel this area about four times a year and we will be back. This is the first place that waffles, strawberries and whipped cream were on the breakfast table. The beds are fantastic.

This was an amazing stay. The room was very clean and you could tell that from just walking into the room. The staff was friendly and willing to help where needed. They even went over and beyond and explained the history of the town that I as staying in. It was a very fascinating story of the town. There is pictures of history on the wall that shows how the town has evolved. I would give a recommendation to anyone traveling through there that needed a place to stay. Def well worth the money that was paid.

His appears to be abrand new hotel. Everything is in first-rate condition, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are helpful and dedicated. We are traveling with our dog and they thoughtfully gave a a first floor room just next to an exit.

We had such a nice stay at Best Western Plus. The room was quiet, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was excellent each morning. They even included free chili and homemade cookies in the evening. We had great service from all of the staff we encountered. The room was huge and the kitchen was nice and clean. Great location in Zillah near lots of wineries.

The BWPlus hotel in Zillah is mostly a new building, with parts being remodeled. It is beautifully decorated, immaculate, and has superb staff. We did not use the breakfast option because we were headed to Yakima for a wedding brunch. Very easy access from the highway; yet no highway noise. El Porton Mexican restaurant (we highly recommend) is within walking distance for lunch or dinner.

This place, is a home - away from home! Excellent people that care for your every need. Have recommended from time to time to family and friends to stay at this facility. All types of people, big and small families, weddnings, birthdays, and animals are welcome also with a fee of course.

Stopped by for Labor Day to see family and friends, was there for just one night. Stayed in a king room with the spa tub, very enjoyable but the pump was a little loud. Room was very large, furniture comfortable, but the bed did have a slight dip in the middle, but still slept very soundly. Staff was always friendly and breakfast was hot and filling. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable quick stay in beautiful Washington wine country. Wasn't expecting much since it was a small town but was very pleasantly surprised. Work out room was nice. The whole place seemed very tidy. Reserved 2 rooms and it was nice that we were right next to each other.

Another very good hotel. Nicely appointed large rooms with very comfortable beds. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Lots of power outlets. Small indoor pool was perfect for the children. On check in we're offered free cookies and free chili. The included breakfast was extensive. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, waffles, oatmeal, milk, coffee and tea, breads and muffins etc. Taste average. Had elevator for only a two-story hotel. Good parking available. I would certainly stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with recommendations on where to eat and what to do if you're not wine tasting. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast offered a wide selection of cereals, eggs, sausage and breads.

This Best Western Plus is well cared for with a crisp, clean appearance, friendly staff. Our room was pretty standard in size, decor and amenities. Pluses included ample outlets, comfortable beds, and solid wifi. Negatives were weak TV offerings (no HBO and only a few movie channels) and overstuffed pillows. We really appreciated the free chili supper and cookies. Didn't stay for breakfast. Also appreciated the elevator, which is unusual for a two story structure. One thing to note: The second floor is built on two slightly offsetting levels with 2 stairs and a wheelchair ramp connecting them. This made navigating the luggage cart a tad bit challenging, so if we stay again we'll probably ask for a room that avoids the stairs. (#200-226?)

This place is visually appealing. Location is literally adjacent to local freeway and in the midst of Rattlesnake Hills wineries,. I had the impression that the property had been recently remodeled and expanded. Management is clearly engaged. Stayed for 2 nites. I arrived late on first night and was exhausted. After I had brought in bags, etc., I noticed that room had clearly had smoker in room the night before. I was too tired to fuss - just opened window and turned A/C exterior fan to max. Why had housekeeping not noticed this and pulled room from inventory? Some other lapses by room attendant followed - bath amenities and so on. Innkeepers need to take nonsmoking policies seriously and CHARGE offending smokers for fouling rooms.

Decided to spend the night here after viewing the solar eclipse in Oregon. The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate as is typical of these hotels. The staff was very friendly--everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, the busboy at breakfast, and even the maintenance personnel. It was one of the more welcoming hotels I've stayed at in the US. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable with the slightly firm mattress that I prefer. They offered free chili, crackers, milk and cookies in the evening from 7-9. I appreciated the tabasco sauce that was also available! Breakfast was typical of the Best Westerns, though perhaps a slightly smaller selection than some that I've stayed at in the southwest. Overall a really good experience and have no reservations about recommending it.

I thought this was a very clean hotel until my daughter discovered dried blood under teh toilet seat, clearly an oversight from the maids. I always check for cleansliness, and I never needed to check the toilet before. The exterior of the hotel is dated, but not in a concerning way. Check-in was straight forward and pleasant. The woman who checked me in was fanastic and delightful to speak to. The lobby looks modern. The hallways look clean, some great photos grace the hallsways as well. The rooms looked super clean upon first glance. My usual check behind the bed yeilded no dust bunnies or anything at all! I was very pleased with that! My 8 year old daughter took a shower and after her shower, I heard a sheik from her. I ran in to check it out and she pointed to the dried blood or bloody stool under the toilet seat. It was pretty gross! I got the kids to bed and the beds were comfortable, but now i was questioning the cleansliness of everything in the room, like with the sheets and the duvet. Checking out I had planned to tell the front desk person, not for anything other than to report it. I wasn't asking for a new room or any refund, but bring it to their attention that their maid sucks.

I travel for business and spend over 50 nights a year in a hotel. The Best Western in Zillah, WA impressed me by providing quality accommodations at a comparatively low price. But what really got my attention was their integrity. I left my personal laptop in my room when I checked out. The maid and desk clerk responded immediately. I got a call on my cell phone that morning and returned to retrieve it. I don't believe I have ever received a call about a personal item that has been left behind. In fact, over the years, when I have remembered leaving an item and have called the hotel, I have never been able to retrieve my property. That is why I will be staying at this hotel in the future.

We stayed at the hotel the night before a memorial service for my mother. Were planning on having a picnic after the memorial service but because it was so hot outside, we ended up renting the conference room for our lunch. The staff went out of their way to help us set up including purchasing a DVD player so we could show a movie about our mother's life. The rooms were basic hotel rooms. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Furniture was in good repair. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The best part of our staff was the helpfulness of the staff. They were outstandingl.

Everything about this hotel was nice. A late check in ...calling in after 11 at night and having a cheerful voice on the other end. This hotel has really worked on it's customer service and the newness and cleanliness was really refreshing.

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. (I looked at several hotels in Toppenish and Yakima and the reviews on all of them were horrible and this review was the best and the reviews matched the quality of the hotel. They offered complimentary cookies and milk and chili. We loved that. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was awesome and very nicely presented. Would definitely stay here again. And the Teapot Gas Station was very cute and the ladies running it were extremely nice and helpful.

For being in a very small town, this hotel surprised us with how nice it was. Clean, well kept up, nice pool. Breakfast was as good as anywhere. Every staff person we met was courteous and polite, downright friendly. My wife travels solo for work sometimes and she said she felt safe enough to stay here.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We were escaping from a scary experience in Toppenish and needed to find a safer hotel. Best Western got us in immediately and even let us come drop of f our stuff even before normal check in time. From the phone conversations to meeting the staff in person to learning about the chili and cookies to having the best continental breakfast, I can not stop raving about this wonderful experience...even if it was for 1 night. Even in that 1 night we had an extra roll out bed delivered at 10 p.m. and then toilet paper delivered at 1 a.m. They are there for their customers and the place is just gorgeous.

I stayed here while on business, and the staff was so accommodating. Every staff member I ran into was so nice, be it the cleaning people, front desk, managers, whoever. And the breakfast bar was one of the best I have ever had! No other hotel continental breakfast can compare. Such a great selection! The room was nice and clean, and I could actually stream Netflix over wifi! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

The staff and accommodations were very, very good, I would recommend this to friends and family, and will probably stay there again in the future. the food was little lacking but was sufficient. Coffee was extremely tasty.

Room was booked by a company I work for. There was a problem with business credit card declined. Hotel let me check in and stay while the company straightened out. New and very clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff, nice amenities, quiet comfortable room, great breakfast, convenient location. We plan to return on next visit to wine country. Highly recomment. They also have kitchenette rooms for longer stays.

The room was clean! The hotel was very clean and looked brand new to me! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay on their way to WA or anywhere they are going! We had a great time with my family!

My husband and son must eat gluten free due to Celiac Disease. The motel staff were very helpful and instructed us to ask the staff at breakfast for the gluten free options. The young man at breakfast was courteous and helpful and brought out gluten free bread and a snack bar for both my husband and son. There were also bananas. apples, eggs, milk and juice available for them. The facility was clean and the pool and hot tub perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable.

Stayed here for 4 days and had a nice stay The rooms are very nice and all amenities worked well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Will stay again soon the next time my work or vacation takes me there.

The employees helped us out so much and were very much concerned about us and cared above and beyond. Even giving us water while checking in and extra water to bring when we had to pick up the other half of the group on the side of the highway. It brought tears to our eyes to have such a caring group of human beings help us out. The staff that worked Sunday June 25 in the afternoon you were what we needed more than words can depict. The Vintage Valley Inn went through some growing pains, on it's way to becoming a Best Western hotel. We seem to have hit it with our previous visit, just at the wrong time. I appreciated the response that I received from Karl, the manager. I reached out to him to discuss what had occurred and try again. Karl was extremely gracious. The thing that he said that impressed me the most, as that he was able to use the way his staff responded to us (poorly), as a teaching moment. That is a good manager! We stayed for one night, this past weekend, June 23rd. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Not a single issue, and I love their workout room, which I utilized. We enjoyed our stay. Zillah is my hometown and we had a 50th wedding anniversary for my parents and the family stayed at the hotel. There is a pool and nice area out front in the sun. The breakfast was very good and they had biscuits and gravy.

Scheduling a working meeting at a location between the TriCities and Seattle was more challenging than I had expected. This little gem was perfect. Quiet, excellent staff support, productive meeting space, and a few fun restaurants for after hours.

Very nice people work here. That makes a diference when you stay at many hotels. Breakfast was good. There was good choices. The room was clean but dark. Much like other hotels. I felt safe and had good sleep.

We will always, when possible, stay at VV in Zillah. Only due to a booked facility did we have to switch hotels. The staff is amazing, they always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and problem free..right down to the parking spots (thank you again Melanie!).

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and quiet, staff was really nice. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but liked the pool and the hot tub. It's close to the interstate, but far enough from the traffic noise. There's a Subway and a Mexican restaurant nearby, and a couple gas stations, all within the walking distance.

If it were possible to give an establishment zero stars I would award this hotel that honor. We arrived last night and checked in to the room. I immediately took a shower and used two of the towels. While I was in the shower, my friend received a phone call stating that other friends of ours were staying a couple miles away. My friend went down to the front desk to ask if it were possible to get a refund for the room so we could change hotels. The front desk worker (Kailey) said that a refund shouldn't be a problem. She came down to the room and inspected it. I had my hair up in the towel I used and the other towel I used was on the bed. Kailey moved the pillows around on the bed and said that everything looked fine and that we were free to leave and would not be charged for the room. We drove to Yakima and checked in to a different hotel. The next morning we saw that her card had been charged for the original room. The manager on duty (Justin) accused me of using the shower after Kailey inspected the room and said that we would be charged the full nights stay. He stated that he tried to call and let us know about the charges, but Kailey had transposed two of the numbers of our phone number so we didn't receive the message. Upon explaining the situation and exactly what happened to Justin he stated that it was our word against the clerks and that he was not willing to assist us in resolving the issue. Do not stay in this establishment. If the owners are willing to contact us to resolve the issue, we would be more than willing to find an arrangement that we can all agree on.

After hiking and seeing sites in the Yakima Valley, we had a lovely experience at the Zillah Vintage Best Western. The room was very comfortable and less than three years old, as it was in the new section of the hotel. The staff, especially Peggy, was very helpful in helping us get a good room and know about the history of the hotel and finding the Tea Pot nearby. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the chili in the evening.

Wonderful new hotel needed in the Yakima Wine Valley! Nice staff, clean rooms, nice pool, good workout area room, great selection for breakfast. Located in the middle of the valley so good option for touring the wine area.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, food was great, they have good coffee and my favorite french vanilla creamer to make my stay away from home even better. I did not use the pool of Jacuzzi, but it looked clean and inviting.

Was super noisy the first night. Had crumbs in the bed sheets, and parking is limited if you have a trailer. Staff was nice, breakfast was above average. Pool and spa were clean and very refreshing.....

We booked this hotel online, while booking others along the way for our trip following The Oregon Trail. We stayed at several along the route, including other Best Westerns, and other chains. This hotel, was by far the nicest and most pleasant to stay at. It was beautiful, very clean and fresh, comfortable, free WiFi, and a very nice breakfast included. The lay out of the hotel was very nice. And the employees were extremely helpful, and eager to make our stay special. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Here we go again folks. The Best Western plus in Zillah Wa. For starters the people here are great, GM Karl and Director of marketing Gail made me feel welcome right when I walked in the door. I have to say that being a follower of Christ, seeing scripture throughout the lobby was great. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The gal has the kitchen open early which is great for us that have to leave early in the morning. Enjoyed my stay and will continue to come back when in the area

Very Quiet and Peaceful. Everything there are Cookies & Chile that is out of this world. Kind People willing to go out of there way to help find things in the area. There are the Vineyards, the Old Warehouse with Entertainment and Auctions there. You can see Mt. Adams there and purchase Farm Fresh Fruits & Vegetables that are in season.

This location staff including the GM is GREAT and smiling and supportive. I had a wonderful feeling and had an enjoyable stay experience. I definitely will come back to Zillah in the future. Very modern and lovely decor inside. I love my room layout so well..... Great housekeeping team show their concerns about my stay and offer anything i need etc. they went beyond and above their work scope....

If traveling to Yakima Valley for wineries or just passing through, this place is worth staying at rather than motels in the larger towns. Quiet and clean rooms. Food options within walking distance, although not great and better to get in car and get tacos in Toppenish. Clean and spacious pool area. Friendly staff. Full range of breakfast options, with request met for non-dairy. Complimentary chili and cookies at night.

We decided to check out the wine regions of eastern Washington and knowing nothing about the area we selected Zillah for our first night as it appeared to be centrally located. The Best Western Plus Vintage Valley Inn is conveniently located right off the highway near a strip mall. The not particularly attractive location is made up for by the clean and tidy appearance of the property, welcoming efficient staff, and pleasant lobby area and room. The decorating is actually quite nice as is the pool area and appears to have been recently renovated. Beds and linens are extremely comfortable and the buffet breakfast is more than adequate. If in the area again, we would certainly stay here. Fair pricing.

Great place to stay while you are wine tasting in the Yakima/Zillah area. Rooms were clean, great beds, options of pillows. We had an option of chili in the evening and then to top it off baked cookies. Breakfast was hotel good and the eating area was a great size to accommodate their guests. The swimming pool/sauna was great!

I stayed here during a business trip last week. Their staff is fantastic! Every single person you come in contact with greets you with a smile and genuinely wants to make sure your stay is pleasant. The hotel is clean throughout. Evidently, they just did a massive remodel & expansion. It's beautiful. Just the right amount of décor, not too over-the-top. Hotel is just off the freeway. Located right off the interstate in a wonderful little town of Zillah is a great hotel. It just recently became a Best Western Plus and the service and accommodations are next to none. There is a pool and hot tub, guest laundry, and meeting rooms. The new renovations have really made them attractive and professional. Great for family or business, individuals or groups. They will go out of their way to make your stay worthwhile. The Sales manager and General Manager are extremely helpful and personable. Snack time during prime time is great as well, we had chili with cheese and cookies/milk during our stay. Full breakfast is exceptional. Stay a night and vacation here. Room was perfect, clean, and attractive.

Hotel is new and beautiful and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Right off of the interstate so easy to find. Great place to go for wine tasting. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Nice cozy atmosphere with great staff! Business facility met all our needs. Rooms very clean. Evening treats a bonus! Nice location, right off the freeway. Dining within walking distance was wonderful.

This newly renovated hotel/motel is a perfect place to explore the many wineries in Zillah, and the whole Yakima Valley. The staff was super friendly, and they take dogs. Will definitely make this a regular stop.

We stay in a lot of Best Westerns. This is the best we have ever stayed in. The facilities were lovely, very clean and seemed either well maintained or newly updated. The GM greeted us and answered a lot of questions we had about the area. The continental breakfast had lots of options. We were pleased to see that the hot breakfast items were actually hot. We have visited others where the hot breakfast was cold. We will be staying here again.

This is one of the better places I have stay. The breakfast selections was great. The food was fresh and hot. The rooms were quit and comfortable. The location is a little out of the way, but well worth the extra few minutes. This will be the place I stay when in the Yakima area.

I just completed a cross country trip with my son and our dog. This was the third Best Western Plus (whatever that is) that we stayed in. It was completely underwhelming with clueless staff at check in (leaving me unsure if I was charged multiple times for prepaid room), dark, noisy, and worn room, safety concerns, and, then, no hot water when we woke up the next day. I do not think Best Western is the best option for off the highway/ remote destination chains. After this trip, I have to say La Quinta wins hands down. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dear Ann-Marie, Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that your recent stay with us was unpleasant. I followed up with my front desk agent about the check-in process. She indicated that she forgot to look if it was an Expedia reservation which caused the confusion and the longer check-in process. She is not clueless; yet she did make a mistake by not checking the reservation type. This example will be used in future training because we desire for each guest to have a wonderful stay. Also, our entire hotel was recently remodeled and had a new wing added. So, I am surprised to hear that it was “worn” and created “safety concerns”. Our local and state inspectors authorized us to rent the room you stayed in six weeks ago. However, if you contact the hotel and ask for Karl, I would like to discuss the matter more. Overall a very extra nice place. Clean, friendly staff. Only gave a 4 star because of a chemical smell in our room. Had to sleep with the window open:( would have gave 5 star but the odor was what made me give it a 4 star. We will not stay there again because of it. Too much like formaldehyde odor:(

We conducted some recent repairs in that room and probably should have let it air out an extra day. I apologize for the inconvenience it caused your family. Very nice hotel, spacious and nicely decorated. Everything looked brand new. Lovely indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Easy access off the highway. We were concerned that it would be noisy but the room was very quiet. Good selection of breakfast items.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite nice and staff were helpful and friendly. The booking process through Travelocity was also very quick and easy. We did not eat breakfast, so we are not sure about that. The Internet was nice though and the rooms were quiet and private.

Best place in town for solo, couples or family. Nice workout room, pool and delicious breakfast too! Reasonable prices compared to surrounding hotels. The only thing I didn't like was how hard the bed was. Though, some people like it that way. Overall Great experience!

Stayed here for a weekend family event and our experience with the accommodations at Vintage Valley Inn was "spot on!" Booked the King Spa Suite...the room was new, modern, clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bedding for a peaceful nights sleep. We were surprised to find two reclining chairs for relaxing furnished in the room. Room was equipped with every amenity necessary, and if we did need something, the front desk was eagerly available to accommodate our need. The included breakfast was one of the best we have experienced...eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, country potatoes, Belgian waffles and too much more to mention. No need to go to a restaurant! Staff members were kind, friendly, and helpful...all of this for a very affordable rate giving us a stress free environment. Will gladly stay here again if the need arises!

The staff were friendly and professional. The service was excellent. The Inn had all the amenities that I could have wanted or needed. If I needed something extra all I had to do was ask. The hot breakfast had something for everyone and was an added bonus. It was a great location to tour all the wineries. The Rattlesnake Winery Trail was a fantastic idea. Every winery had something unique to offer or experience. Also it was a short distance to Prosser to visit its Winery Village that had about 6 wineries.

This was a good hotel trying to be better. Friendly staff with nice amenities. Good breakfast, cookies in the dining room at night, and an indoor pool and spa. The only downside is the walls are very thin so you can hear people in the rooms next to you, and the room I was in must have had a smoker in previously, even though it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.
