Best Western Plus Hotel Pratt, Pratt

Sprinkler sprayed towards parking lot and was told by hotel staff that there wasn't anything they could do to adjust the spray pattern. My car was drenched with water and so was I when I attempted to move the car to another spot.

Deserve a raise, as all the staff, Mckenan, (name may not be spelled right), and manager, Jessica, I believe, were so caring and thoughtful. Will always go back there, and recommend anyone looking for an oasis during their travel, this is the place. Thank you for all.

This place was the bomb! The room was beautifully appointed, the beds were luxurious and the shower was great! There was ample parking for trucks and/or moving vans with a dirt lot next door if needed. Every area was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a few toiletry items and they graciously provided them. There was even a little snack and sundry section if you wanted to purchase some necessities.

This is a very nice comfortable place to stay & need a break from your travels. The beds are perfect, even for those times of migraines! The breakfast was delicious with big variety. The pool & hot tub GREATEST RELAXER for tired & aching bodies & just for relaxing.

Great place to stay in Pratt, KS... The staff was excellent, I couldn't complain about the cleanliness of the motel, the rooms have always been clean... The location is in a Great place, I have never had a problem with sleeping, the mattresses are not worn out... If you have to stay in Pratt, I would definitely recommend this place out of the Holiday Inn next door... Great Job!!!

Just passed through, stayed one night. Chose location close to highway. Short drive to restaurants. They supplied a list and provided info on those with outside dining. Had hot breakfast selections. They do have a pool, which I did not use. Room and bed were great.

Called from on the road and wasnt sure what I'd get. There was plenty of parking and the lobby was clean with fresh coffee waiting. They had a list of restaurants too so I didn't have to seek out a place to fill hungry tummies. Grandson was pleased with all the pillows and promptly built a significant pillow fort to watch TV from. The desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant! Had planned to stay again on the return trip but Mother Nature put a wrinkle in that plan.

We love staying at the Best Western Plus Pratt. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They recommended The Humble Pie for supper and their lasagna was excellent.

This was an average stay but somewhere I hadn't stayed previously. Internet speed wasn't great. Elevator was slow. Price was right though. I would stay here again and will be doing so next week. It was a big improvement from the HI that used to be my go-to hotel in the area.

The only trouble we had were the beds were to hard for our tastes and kept us from a deep sleep. We are tall people and the bathroom stool was way to low for us and my husband had trouble standing up. The stool would be okay for a child. Breakfast was find. Bisquits were dry or a little hard. We had the bisquits and gravy, wished I taken the time for pancakes instead, eggs and sausage.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and caring. We left early and she offered us the breakfast before leaving. ''The price was affordable and the room was comfortable. Quiet area. Would stay again.

Your survey form is poor; seems like you don't allow enough options to fill in. Your internet did not work and could not get enough help from anyone to resolve the problem. Your fitness facility was good; you had enough machines and weights to work with.

Ultra clean, linens were all good quality and felt nice……smelled fresh close to Resturaunt ! Breakfast was #1 great selection again very clean and kept up ! There were a lot of workers staying and the staff never missed a beat, we were very impressed!

Such a great find. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room and entire facility was clean. Served a great breakfast and had cookies throughout the evening. Clean and nice pool/hot tub. Nice facility with great decor, will stay again!

We truly enjoyed our one night stay here while passing through Pratt. My son loved the swimming pool, my wife enjoyed the hot tub and me? Well I really enjoyed the breakfast! The breakfast was really good. The lobby was always clean. Room was really nice. The best water pressure ever. Didnt use the pool or fitness facility but did see others enjoying. Used the laundry room and even though its only 1 of each it worked well.

The workers were extremely rude to my guest and I, especially the manager! Apparently the hallway smelled like smoke and she decided it was our fault even though we don't smoke and we had been in our rooms since we arrived the day before so we were unaware of the smell she was blaming us for. After she confronted me i told her it wasn't us and she obviously didn't believe me and continued to be very rude. I had another reservation in the future but i cancelled and will never be returning to this hotel.

This hotel serves as my second home. It give you all that you need to feel at home. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone that love cooking because it is the only hotel with kitchenett in the area.

Perfect place to stay while in Pratt visiting the Vernon Filley Art Museum. My room was clean & quiet with a comfortable bed. I appreciated having the comfy chair to sit in while enjoying the cable TV. Best of all, my room had an amazing view of a beautiful sunset.

great place to stay i wish motels would keep pool and hot tub open later for the ones that cannot get there early i like to keep my review short let me use all capitals it is much easier to read do not know what else to say

The staff is just the best at this hotel, especially Maria. She knew we had several families staying there for a wedding. Maria found a piece of jewelry and asked one family in our group if it was theirs, we were ale to get it to the original owner. She made the stay so comfortable, she even made cookies for everyone.

Front desk ladies seemed to not care when we checked in, felt talked down to. However when we checked out it was quick and she was cheerful. Breakfast wasn't great but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Got the best nights sleep since our trip started.

Great check-in staff that got us a wonderful queen suite as we were traveling through! Comfy room, good breakfast. Saw bad reviews for another hotel in the area, so decided to try this place out. So glad that we did!

Everyone was amazing here. Such a clean hotel with a very accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Pratt. The location is perfect as well. Close to the highway and we enjoyed the pool!

Called the hotel directly on the way to see what the rate would be to add a night to my reservation. Was quoted a price and told the hotel had plenty of rooms. Not knowing if we were going to drive straight through I told her we would decide once we were closer. Called a few hours later and was given a different rate. When I questioned why the rate was different I got attitude from the front desk. She was very argumentative and made it clear that there were plenty of other hotels and asked me if I would like to go to another hotel. Very rude and would not listen to what I was saying. I told her to book the room at the new rate and that I would talk to her manager once I arrived. Again she was nasty and told me that I needed to listen to her. When I told her not to talk to me in that manner she became even more irritated. Once she booked the room adding it to my current reservation she saw that the rate was the lower rate that I was quoted when I called the first time. Again she basically threatened to cancel my reservations as she said that I was not listening to her. I told her that all I wanted was a room added to my reservation. After being on the road for 18 hours we finally arrived. There were no issues at check in. I have always been loyal to Best Western. I always stay there when traveling. With the reminder from this employee that there are plenty of other hotels, I have decided to take her advise, this will be the last stay with this brand. The employees behavior was totally unacceptable. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. You never speak to a paying guest in this manner. Will be contacting corporate once I return home.

This is a fairly modern motel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They currently serve a full hot breakfast, following all COVID precautions, and the food was hot and tasty. Great coffee, too. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. Will definitely stay here, again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Hotel in Pratt, Kansas. It was very clean, and safe-feeling. Our room was large and very clean. The internet worked well. Breakfast in the hotel lobby dining area was really great! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was so much nicer than some of the "expensive" hotels I've stayed in on business trips. New, clean, large rooms, excellent amenities. Nice hot/cold breakfast available. I didn't get to use the pool or fitness center, but they were very nice.

Very large room, and clean. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast with lots of other choices too! We received a Military discount which made the room under $90. (Without tax). The fold out couch was comfortable. Lady at check in (Nov 6 th) was very friendly and helpful. Note to management: One thing- no extra toilet paper supplied in room. I'm sure we could of called for more if needed, but it's nice having it there already

Friendly, helpful staff, but overall this particular Best Western did not take Covid safety measures for their guests. The front lobby door indicated a mask was required, but was definitely not enforced.

Really liked this hotel. Staff were great and extremely helpful. Cleaning staff were helpful and provided any additional needs if requested. Really appreciated that the dining area was open for breakfast each morning and a pretty good selection of meal options. Personally appreciated having a hot tub and pool available after a long, hot day at work. Everyone was exceptional and the hotel is great. The town is limited regarding eating establishments or food options. Downtown is quaint has some really great little locally owned shops. My wife and I really enjoyed InCahoot's coffee shop. Great selection of coffee and the atmosphere is delightful. Went back there several times to eat, look around and have a great cup of coffee. Totally loved this little place. If you get out and drive through the community, you'll see just how wonderful this little town is. Not a lot of selection for entertainment...with exception of some local bar/grill establishments.

After a long days drive there was the beacon in the distance...The Best Western, Check:in/ Check out smooth, wonderful breakfast, comfy inviting bed, clean large room! Facility is very well maintained. Staff provides excellent service. The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. They provided excellent parking for motorcycles.We stayed there two separate nights on a 7 day road trip.

We were traveling from Florida to Kansas. Had stayed at Best Western Plus Pratt in the past so I reserved a room there for 3 nights. We traveled with our pets and they were welcome guest.. The lady at the front desk was more than helpful and when I explained that ewe were staying because my wife and I were having a baby and I needed a place to stay with our young son during the process she was genuinely excited and happy for us. She even checked up to see how the birth of our little girl went!

we were pleased with the accommodations, clean and all the necessary amenities. attractive lobby great beds. after a long day of travelling we were able to relax in the hot tub before turning in. breakfast was the standard continental and enough choices for most. we forgot something in the room and called the front desk as soon as we realized it. when we returned it was already at the front desk, so we were back on the road almost immediately. friendly and helpful staff. would recommend this property which was easy to find.

New, clean, nice desk clerk, but the usual meh Best Western breakfast. Still trying to build a clientele, apparently. I got an enormous king mini-suite for the price of a standard room. This is my third stay in Pratt on my trips west; there's nothing wrong with the BW's in Wichita, but this property makes it worth my while to keep going the extra eighty miles to Pratt.

Clean facility and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are roomy and the bed was comfortable. The location was easy access to the highway. Food was available closely. Gas station on the corner.

We had stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Good service, clean room, hot breakfast - everything as it should be. In my opinion, Best Westerns are always up to excellent standards. Have to mention, this was Christmas eve and the front desk lady was wearing a really great Christmas sweater!

There were 14 of us that stayed there. We were all very impressed with our stay! The ladies that checked us in and out were so friendly and helpful! Both seemed happy that we were there! The breakfast was good! Fresh and hot!

Hotel was very clean and rooms were very comfortable. Staff was extremely nice and the hotel location provides easy access to restaurants and downtown Pratt. I would defintey recommend this hotel for the value it provides.

The front desk was great any helpful. They went out of there way to help us find some places in town. We needed a good restaurant and some other places. Would definitely recoment this motel to others.

Amazing how in such a small town as Pratt you can find a hotel that is real close to five starSo if you ever find yourself in Pratt Kansas this is the only place you want to stay. Clean rooms great staff good food easy location to get to not sure what else you want

Very happy with our stay. Clean and nice room. Wonderful shower! Best water pressure at shower I've ever had. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. Pancakes, sausage and eggs. Along with yougurt, coffee wasn't very good, pretty weak. Overall great place. We will be back

Stayed 2 nights Friendly and helpful staff- staff at breakfast area very friendly and courteous and kept area well stocked. Nice size 2queen suite; good shower. WiFi seemed weak We reserved for 5 and was only set up for 4. I had to go down to desk; but late night staff was very attentive and quickly got me linens/towels. Room was quiet. It was perfect for a family of 5. Hotel is easy access to 54.

The Best Western Plus in Pratt, KS is truly the best hotel experience I've had in a very long time. The rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff has always been knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I always enjoy the breakfast and appreciate that I can eat before continuing my day's journey. I honestly cannot fault this property. All of the staff at the Best Western Plus were incredibly polite and always eager to help! Ashley and Cindy were very helpful with any issues that I had.The rooms are some of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in! and the breakfast was always fulfilling!!

Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds and great air conditioner. Coffee in the lobby most of the day and cookies in the afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad and surroundings were kept clean and neat.

This was an excellent place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast selection were very good. . Coffee was hot. Clean, cool, and plenty of hot water. I'd stay here again.

I stayed with Best Western in Pratt finding it clean, well appointed, and staff very cordial. I even asked to extend my stay 1 more night as I did not want to drive home after my meetings in 109 degree heat. They cordially accommodated another night in the same room.

We normally stay in this area and this hotel has been great. Breakfast is nice and has variety. Good cookies. There is nice business area with computer. Only wish had recliner chair in suites and beds that were softer .

I was in town for a baseball tournament and stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff was excellent and very pleasant! The only two cons I had were that it was noisy and the bed sheets were scratchy. My room was on the 1st floor close to the pool, so maybe another floor would have been quieter.

very nice hotel, we were traveling on way home and i asked siri for a hotel in pratt, got directed to the BW, called direct, made reservation and everything was fine. pet friendly hotel for you pet lovers and some open space for pets to do there business, would gladly stay again if in area.

We were there for the state softball games. They were able to get me the room I needed by the time I got there. They had copies of the softball brackets, directions, & places to eat with closing times. It was a great experience!

Have stayed here twice and look forward to staying here again. We used a regular room with double beds and 1 room was a handicap room and they were both very nice and very roomy. The staff was great to work with, beds were very comfortable.

Super nice BW. 5yr old building. Only issue to come to mind was the pillows. some like em hard and some like em a little softer. Bed was great, but pillow too firm for my liking. I would recommend this place to anybody that is passing thru Pratt NE.

Same can be said coming from the opposite direction. I'll keep my review short. Usually I'm very long winded. What makes this hotel so great is the following: I've stayed at quite a few Best Western Plus throughout my drive to and from Texas and California coming and going from Missour ie more rural areas where I cannot find a Marriott to stay in. I'm both a Marriott member and also a Best Western. This is honestly the best BW Plus hotel I've stayed at. if Brands don't matter but a good night's stay does, then this is one of the best hotels you can stay on after a long drive of seeing nothing but flat land and brown grass. 1).Room Noise- or lack thereof. Quiet property. I've stayed here twice and I think the location is just perfect. Barely off the main highway to where you just make a quick right (or left) and you are there. You do have semis going up and down but the outside noise is sealed off so well that you don't hear a thing. Inside though it's much of the same thing. My first time I actually stayed right by one of the stairway doors and I never heard it slam. Second time I stayed on the first floor, the hotel was rather full and I knew there was a guest above me but you could not hear their footsteps. This part is actually the most important aspect of my stay besides the room staying cold (WHICH the AC was excellent but then again it was 20 degrees outside when I stayed) 2). Beds- Comfortably layout with the body pillow being used to prop you up. Phenomenal sleep I got on beds alone 3). Internet- This IMO is where BW Plus has any Marriott property beat. Super quick internet including the second time when the hotel was somewhat full. 4). Breakfast- Great selection of breakfast. I mean don't expect it to be mindblowing but they did have a vast selection of the basics. Biscuits and Gravy, Pancakes, Potatoes, Eggs (better than Marriotts), Sausage, Bacon. Oatmeal would be the only thing that I wish they would already have pre-prepared but it's cool certainly not a deal breaker. If you've been out on the road awhile and ready to continue your drive, this will certainly give you a vast selection to fuel from. So again cannot emphasize enough that this hotel is well worth the cost considering you know what you're getting from Best Western. There are quite a few owner operated hotels that will run you cheaper for the night and I had stayed at some decent but I prefer paying for the peace of mind that comes from a known commodity and rest assured this is a great hotel in Pratt and well worth the value.

Beautiful property! Warm cookies, nice large room, friendly staff, large breakfast area with good choices, and the fitness equipment all worked! We would definitely stay here again. It was also a pet friendly hotel.

This is a very nice site. Christa was super helpful and friendly... kudos to her. The lady at breakfast was super nice too. My biggest disappointment was the bed. Way too hard for the money, pillowtop maybe?!?

Everything in the room seemed clean except the walls. They were quite marked and scuffed and needed cleaning and repainted. The breakfast had a good selection of hot items. The room was very quiet and the room temperature was easy to control.

I'm generally one to write glowing reviews about a place and their staff but our stay last weekend was interesting. We reserved a suite with kitchenette. The staff and facility were really wonderful if all you're going to do is walk in, sleep, walk out, eat the wonderful free breakfast and go. We reserved two queen suite with kitchenette because dietary restrictions made it that we needed to cook our own evening meal. The room was huge. The place was immaculate. The bathroom nice enough. Fridge cold. Microwave sufficient. At first glance, some cute dishes, reasonable set of pots and pans, good selection of flimsy utensils, cheap knives, a small cutting board. Generally sufficient. But no dish soap, no paper towels, no dish sponge, no hot pads. I brought a lot of my own supplies because you never know what kind of extras a kitchenette will have (like my favorite microwave cooker, a cheese grater, paper towels, zip lock bags, multi-surface spray for cleaning counters after cooking, dish sponge, cooking utensils, and a decent knife). Knowing I would be preparing a full meal I phoned the front desk asking for dish soap, expecting that this should be a supply that was simply forgotten when the room was cleaned. I told the staff person not to rush but that we would be needing it eventually. She said, “Call back when you actually need it.” In a while I phoned again and she came to my room with a giant refill size jug of name brand dish soap (which seemed to have come from a housekeeping closet or something) stating to be sure it was returned. All in the sweetest kindest possible tone, yet it was still strange. Every kitchenette suite I've ever stayed at had some kind of tiny soap bottle or foil packets of dish soap. I mean, there was a dish drainer in the room so they seem to expect you might wash dishes. We prepared a full meal so we had many dirty dishes, utensils, pots, pans, knives, cutting board, coffee cups, etc. The dish soap was used multiple times throughout the evening and morning too. Check-out is 11:00 am and some time before that the front desk (same person who delivered the soap jug) phoned our room making sure we hadn't left with their jug of dish soap! I did return it to the front desk at checkout. Over all the stay was nice. We slept six people nicely in this room. There were no sheets for the pull out couch so we did have to ask for that. Then she said we could have one more pillow, for the pull out couch. I guess she thought this was generous since the two queens each have four pillows? I ended up on the pull out couch so I can't say whether the beds were comfy but those people sleeping in the beds said they were extremely comfortable. The facility is very nice, super awesome breakfast with extremely friendly attendants. All staff were extremely nice and friendly. Somehow they just didn't seem to realize what a guest might want or need in the way of kitchenette supplies. If you're not coming to prepare meals you'll love it!!! We had a great stay but some strange experiences. We would probably plan ahead better next time and choose an AirBnB if we want to be preparing meals. I can understand that it's impossible to equip a kitchenette in anticipation of the cooking needs of every guest but some basic supplies provided would have prevented awkward situations for staff and guests.

Pratt is a nice little town to spend the night and this is a great place to stay. They have a heated pool and hot tub. The first floor room we stayed in had a window that opened to allow fresh air. The hot breakfast was good.

I would recommend anyone to stay here! The rooms had a lot of room as I have oxygen machine the big one and Cpap.We were on our way to AZ. Place is very clean and was easy to get back on the highway we needed to be on. Friendly and helpful.

From the minute you walk thru the door they have a smile on there face and welcome to you to the hotel. The rooms ae always clean and inviting. They tell you about breakfast and that coffee tea etc drinks are ready at any time 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Love Best Western Plus have tried them other states and they are all good.

No way to read in these rooms; like most places anymore, the lighting is atrocious. I wish that other travelers would begin taking a fit about lousy lighting in hotel rooms. It doesn't seem to matter what you pay, it's all awful. On the upside, this place had the best besd of our seven nights on the road. And I appreciate having plastic drinking glasses.

This hotel had great service. Jeff was the man working up front and he helped me out a bunch. Great workers there!! The pool was clean and nice and warm. I felt like I was welcomed there. In my line of work that doesn't happen much

I wanted to get away for some peace and quiet, cranked a/c, etc. so I chose the #1 hotel in a neighboring town. The hotel is clean, front desk employee (trainee?), pool looked nice, etc. I was given room 128, an accessible room (which I didn't require) but at first I appreciated the large room and high ceilings. The bed was comfortable, but I was across the hall from the stairway and side entrance/exit, and both doors slammed loudly when used. But that was nothing compared to the noise in the morning!! At around 5:30 a.m. I was awakened by constant VERY loud noises from the room just north of me, which turned out to be either the breakfast area, or a storage area used for breakfasts. It sounded like tables being moved around, hitting the walls with ZERO consideration given to the guy next door who paid good money to sleep in. At one point, I held my hand against the wall and felt the wall moving. At 6:00 or so, housekeeping showed up to their storage room across the hall from me, and they were also very loud, talking loudly both in the room and in the hallway for the guest rooms. At least they noticed my "do not disturb" sign and did not knock on my door. Then around 9:00, gardeners started mowing the lawn outside of my window, and that was the final straw for me. At that point, I just wanted out. Even headphones did not block the noise. If the noise was from other guests, then it is not the hotel's fault...but all of the noise was from employees! Very disappointing. I expected much better. Just a tip for the hotel. Do the gardening after check-out and before check-in time. Tell your employees that set up breakfast to remember the guests who are paying good money to try to rest. Also tell housekeeping to try to speak more quietly. Have some consideration!!

Visited this hotel two times while on our route to Arizona. Great new, clean hotel with spacious rooms with high ceilings. Probably the Best Western hotel we ever stayed in while traveling. My wife insisted that I write this review since she was so happy with our stays.

The hotel is really new and the staff are super helpful. We thought the location was great and plenty of parking. The rooms are a good size and had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

I spent 2-3 months at this location and when they new we would be leaving early for work one week they opened up the breakfast area at 5:30 am instead of 6:00. We greatly appreciated this hotel for accommodating us. See you in five years for our next repairs.

We were looking for a place on our way through to Denver. I have stayed in a few Best Western Plus and thought I would take a chance. I am glad I did the place is clean and although we got there very late, the staff was alert and treated us very well. The room was clean and quiet.

Stopped in Pratt because we were tired of driving. We chose BWP because it got good reviews. We were not disappointed! The staff saw we looked a little exhausted and checked us in as quickly as possible. They even mentioned a discount we forgot to ask for. Great Service! The room was spacious and very clean and very quiet. Overall an excellent stay. If we're ever in the area again, we'll certainly stay here.

My husband and I liked our stay here on a Friday night and would return. The hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late checkout so we could get in a late workout in their excellent fitness center. Our room and the fitness center were very clean.

Stayed in the Best Western Plus in Pratt one night in January and one night in March. Will stay there again when passing through. There is a good eating place downtown called Woody's at a decent price. Would recommend both places if in the area. The rooms are quiet.

best motel for that area the motel is clean has good staff and the breakfast is very good hot and cold they have a nice pool and hot tub indoors with a work out room and if you join best western rewards you can get a better deal

When we arrived, it was very easy to check-in and get our room. The accommodations permitted a sound nights sleep after viewing several TV programs and utilizing the in-room wired internet access. After enjoying a good breakfast, the check-out was speedy and we were on our way.

We use this hotel as it is very convenient for us when we pass through heading to our destination. It is pet friendly which is important to us. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. They have a nice well lit parking lot that seems really safe.

I had business in Dodge City but motel prices there are much higher than Pratt. number of places to eat and a Walmart near by. If you don't mind the hour drive to Dodge City, this is a good place to stop over

The girl at the counter wasn't trained to the standard that I've become so accustomed to with the BW chain. I was told if my room wasn't clean to come back and she would find me a clean one. After traveling for 9 hours i did not want to hear that. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the heater stopped working sometime in the night and my room was a deep freeze.

So we will make absolute certain that all actions are corrected in a timely and no nonsense manner. As for the heater in the room we have had our maintenance staff check into heater and to what might have caused it to shut down during the night. It has since been replaced to ensure no further complaint with the system.

This hotel has it right. Best Western Plus has figured out a way to give you a reasonable price room with a hotel that has the amenities of a expensive one. It's super clean very comfortable, has a salt water indoor pool and separate hot tub, exercise room and a very good breakfast. I stayed at hotels around the Midwest and tried cheap ones to the Marriotts and Hilton's. These guys don't nickel and dime you to death but give you a place that makes you feel like home. Great job guys.

Clean, well maintained motel. Best Western has improved in recent years. Surprisingly nice in a small Kansas town. All staff were courteous and helpful. We traveled with 7 young grand children and stayed in two rooms. Rooms were both in good shape. Hall way was a little noisy when our crowd thundered in or out of the elevator.

This hotel is very new, and very nice and clean. It is on a quiet highway, with lots of level parking and nice lighting. The lobby and breakfast area are very nice, very well decorated, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and spa, and the Internet works great. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will stay there again next year.

Although this is an older Bet Western, it has been upgraded in decor. The bed is very comfy, the shower has power, and it was neat and clean. That is our main criteria for motels along a "just get there" route. We usually stay in Greensburg, KS when we make this trek but wanted to get a little further along this trip so continued to Pratt. While the Greensburg BWPlus is newer and we love it, the difference in price of the two will probably keep us coming back to Pratt when we make this trip!

called 30 min before arrival. Great service , offer discounts, AARP AAA. Asked about food in the area, Was very helpful in offer a number of services with locations and had a few suggestions. Then gave me directions . All worked out great. Very happy stay all tough it was short.

This is a newer property with large rooms, attentive staff and all the amenities to make it well worth your stay. The breakfast is complete, breakfast seating area spacious, pool and exercise rooms clean. With a location close to restaurants and a Walmart nearby all basic needs can be met conveniently. And on top of all that are the room rates that are very reasonable and make this property a bargain.

This stay included my wife, two sons and I for one night. The room was extremely quiet with great decor and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast that I've had that wasn't from a chef making the omelet in front of me. We were very pleased with the cost of the stay as well. Newer hotel so everything is updated. Clean rooms, nice decor. Indoor pool looked clean. The price is great if you're on a budget and don't want the cheapest place to stay. The few extra dollars gives you a terrific breakfast that you can sit down and enjoy. Front desk recommended a few restaurants which was great. Definitely would recommend! Convenient to the highway.

Relatively new, and a convenient location on the edge of town. No traffic noise at all. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The suite was a very nice size, and with a bathtub as well as a shower. And it was a good shower head with plenty of water pressure! There was both a desk and a little table, with chairs at each - very convenient for a business trip and working in the evening! The people at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast area was large, and breakfast itself was very good, with a full hot variety. No restaurant on the property, but both fast food chains and others within a short driving distance. The only reason I didn't rate this property as excellent is because there was no vanity area outside the bathroom, which I do like, and no full length mirror. Relatively minor, but two things I like when I travel.

Our room was spacious clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The man who checked us in on arrival was very friendly and gave us a good dinner recommendation. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice to relax in. The breakfast had a range of items but there were no forks. Our first time at BW in Pratt. Been by it many after staying at one up the road that was on our way. This is a little farther but well worth the extra drive. The front desk was very personable and helpful. The room was very nice with all amenities. They discounted our room because it was late at night when we got there. We will be sure and make it a distination point from now on been Arizona and Illinois.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price. Location is off of the main route but easily accessed. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. A facility like this was needed in town for several years.

Previously we had stayed at other budget motels in Dodge City. and found all to be unacceptable and the two Best Western hotels in Dodge city to be be above our budget. We found the Best Western Plus Pratt to be affordable,clean, etc.

5 Star hotel. Very clean rooms, beds very comfortable. Outside and inside very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very easy to find. Outside was lit up, which is nice when you arrive late.

This hotel, which is pet friendly (will be booking again next June) ... was a complete surprise. Rooms are massive with 10 foot plus ceilings. Beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub was just the ticket after 575 miles in the Penske moving truck. Included breakfast was very good, and the rate was fair. Being a Best Western Rewards member, I was completely satisfied with this property and will be returning next year.

Excellent Staff! Exceptional Service! Very Accommodating! Clean Rooms! They went above and beyond to provide the best service! Great Job!!! Would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Pratt KS.

The hotel manager and her staff are amazing! There was a mix-up with our room (long story), but they went above and beyond to make it right. Our room may have been the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, the wifi was great, and the breakfast was pretty good! We were in Pratt for the state baseball tournament, so there were a lot of kids and room shuffling but the staff took everything in stride and did their best to accommodate everyone. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!

I love the chain of Best Western to start with but the one in Pratt is very clean, staff was friendly,check in was easy and very updated! The beds were amazing properly the best I have slept on. So if you are in Pratt,Ks this hotel is the way to go!

This was an excellent place to stop on our way from AZ to MI. Very dog friendly (we have 2) and great places to walk them in the grass. The hot breakfast was extensive and very tasty and the staff was exceptional at check in and departure. The only small problem was control of the air conditioning, but it finally came around and we slept well.

Spent one night, arrived late and had no problems checking in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the tv when I couldn't get it to turn on and they were on it right away. Turned out there was no problem at all. The cable box was out of site between the cabinet top and the microwave. Someone had turned it so the front the sensor was facing the side of the chest so it was blind to requests from the remote. The location was very dark and with the box turned the indicator lights were not visible. Room was very clean and comfortable. If I had anything to complain about it would be the gravy served at breakfast. It was watery and lacked flavor. That's really not much to find fault with, just being picky. I will definitely stay here again.

Really nice place to stay, the staff was really nice and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast room and the idea of having the 3 TV's on different channels to get an idea of what is going on. My room was clean, and the air worked great for me as it was a little hot outside. I do think they might be using softener on their towels as they did not absorb water as good as they should.

Several family members stayed at this hotel last month for a wedding. We had 4 rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and went without a hitch. We requested and received a room on the top floor. The kitchenette unit we received was huge! The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great! If ever in Pratt again, we will most certainly stay at this Best Western Plus. We are going to Barcelona this fall and will likely look for a Best Western Plus Hotel there.

This hotel had very good rates. The staff were pleasant and professional. The best part of the entire hotel was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I slept in during our entire trip from LA to KS and back.

Property appears new even though it's 9 years old. Very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best Western Plus is becoming our go-to chain. Quality is on par with HI Express and Hampton but rates are generally significantly lower.

All the people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and always clean. The breakfast was very good. The pool and exercise room were very nice. Very nice comfortable place, and I am picky! Clean comfortable spacious room. Good wifi. Exceptional staff. I would go back. I do suggest they put a large pet waste station out at the edge of at least one parking area.

We stayed here while traveling back home from our winter stay in Arizona. I can't say enough good things about this spot. The location is great, just off the highway. The front desk personnel was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well, which is almost always an issue at many of our stops. The hot tub was, probably the best I've ever been in: great temperature and powerful jets. We wanted to get an early start and were worried that we may need to get breakfast elsewhere because serving wasn't supposed to start until 6:30. No worries though because everything was hot and ready shortly after 6:00. And last, but not least, customer service is top notch! We were in such a hurry to get back on the road that we forgot a special pillow in the room. As soon as we realized the error, I called the front desk. I was told they would check for the pillow and get it sent out to us right away which they did. I had authorized them to charge for shipping, but that didn't happen. The shipping charge was paid by them. What a pleasant surprise!!!!!! In summary, we will plan our trip next year so we can stop here again! Thanks Best Western Plus of Pratt, Kansas!

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff were incredibly nice, lobby area was spotless, and the elevator smelled like eucalyptus. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The salt water pool is extremely relaxing and the spa was great too! Great breakfast variety. Only con was FOX news was on the TV during breakfast at an extremely loud volume.

We stopped for one night. This is a newer hotel and not far off the highway so it's easy to get to. The desk clerk was friendly and made a great recommendation where we could go for dinner. Our room was nicely decorated, and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included.

What a nice surprise. We stopped here for an overnight stay on our annual trip from Wisconsin to Arizona. I'm not a fan of chain motels, but decided to give this a try. Everything was way beyond my expectations. The facility is new, very attractive, and spotless. The staff was welcoming and friendly; the breakfast was very good; and then there was the mattress. Most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a long time. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again

The drive felt much further than I anticipated. The Best Western is easy to find and access in Pratt. It is a very nice facility. After an excellent night sleep back on the road and look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

There isn't much around the hotel to see and do, but it's a comfortable place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine. The pool is pretty small, but okay. We appreciated the laundry facilities. Staff was very nice.

Good rooms, very comfortable, great breakfast. Front desk could have been friendlier, but they were helpful. I liked it because it was easy on and off from the highway. Maids did leave my hotel room door open which was of a concern. They also used the toilet and left the lid up indicating it had been used. I called the front desk and they said, oh the maids probably come into the room.

Highly suggest the BW! I have nothing bad to say. Clean, extremely comfy, coffee available when I wanted it in the lobby. I didn't actually eat the breakfast, as I wasn't hungry, but I was very impressed with the huge dining area, and the appearance of the all food I seen when I went for coffee. ??

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful by offering to keep the pool open past closing time. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great with many choices...flavored made-to-order pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs. Breakfast area was kept clean with lots of seating.

We checked in late and left very early in the morning so we did not see too much of the facility. The room was new, clean. We stayed here with our dog and it was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice and quiet hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The hotel is away from some of the restaurants but I would recommend that you go downtown and eat at Woodys. It has great food and great prices. We thoroughly enjoyed the food.

The hotel has large rooms and is very clean, good free breakfast, nice pool and gym. The staff was great. The rooms have a new type of keyless entry that worked well. The entire hotel was very clean and provided a laundry.

Was planning to stay at Wichita but didn't like the reviews so we stayed here. What a great choice, They have a mobility accessible room which was great for our daughter. It exceeded our expectations: lots of room to maneuver wheelchair. Did not have a roll-in shower, but it does have a seat in the tub with hand- wand. Lifts for both pool and hot tub. Breakfast had the usual plus well-seasoned scrambled eggs and sausage. Plenty of parking. This is what a hotel SHOULD be.

The hotel looked very new and clean. The staff was dressed nice in their uniform but were a little rough on courtesy. Breakfast was good. Pool was fun. While we were there it rained and the area around our window leaked. It was not bad a first but then we had to put a bucket under the window. It dripped all night into buckets and we didn't get a good night sleep. The hotel was full so we could not be moved. We were not offered a discount and I don't recall anyone saying sorry about this. They were quick to bring us buckets so I wonder if it had happened before. If it would not have rained it would have been a great experience.

My daughter and I were put into a YUGE room with two queen beds, and the room was spacious and clean, though soundproofing could have been better. AC worked both efficiently and quietly. Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Pool was very pleasant, though highly chlorinated, and hot tub was just right after long day on the road. Internet worked perfectly. We'd stay again, absolutely. We've stayed in worse for more; very good value.

The Pratt Best Western PLUS is a great place to stay at an acceptable price. The rooms are clean and nicely designed. This our 4th stay over the last couple of years. I look forward to the Pratt stay on our trips to and from Arizona.

We were extremely satisfied with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at the front desk. We rolled into the hotel late on motorcycles just ready to get off and not ride another minute, there's no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel offered Hungry Man TV dinners and microwave Chinese dinners. Not exactly a perfect supper, but when you just want to relax, it was better than a vending machine candy or crackers. It's a quiet location! Nice hotel. Nice hot breakfast including pancakes!

Clean good bedding TV Shower and water..Quick on/off highway gas close by. Great breakfast: Sausage potatoes scrambled eggs yogurt fruit hard boiled eggs.Scrambled eggs nice and moist not dried out like most hotel buffet eggs.Business office printer out of ink but overnight staff said they would work on it overnight. Helpful.

This is a relatively new hotel. Location is convenient to highway and restaurants and a Walmart is less than 1/2 mile away if you need snacks etc. as there is both a fridge and microwave in the room. Check-in was a little slow as they were training a new employee but hey...they gotta learn somewhere. We had a third floor room on the highway side and we were a little worried about noise but there was NONE. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious almost to the point of wasted space. Shower was amazing. Breakfast had good selection. We would definitely stay again.

Very pleased. This is a newer hotel, nicely designed. We happened to get the handicapped accessible room. As a former rehab nurse, this is a great space for anyone needing these accommodations. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to load it in the car but we couldn't figure out how to make a king size fit. They are also pet friendly for anyone traveling with pets. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful new hotel. The staff was very pleasant. The room and especially the shower was very nice. We asked for a room with a king size bed, but because they didn't have a standard king room, they put us in a suite for the same price. The free breakfast the next morning was nice. Our only negative comment was with the young lady that was working in the breakfast area. She was on her phone with someone and had it on speaker and talking very loud. It was very annoying. The conversation continued the entire time we were eating. We would highly recommend this hotel.

hotel very clean. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room has a microwave and small refrigerator. Comfortable décor. Fitness center is small but very adequate... elliptical, treadmill and recumbent bike, weight machine and individual weights. pool and hot tub, which was wonderful. Breakfast had hot and cold options, scramble eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy as well as cereal, yogurts, toast, pastry and fresh fruit, and variety of juices.

We had an excellent stay at this location. We did not have time to use the fitness center or pool but they both looked wonderful. The breakfast was one of the best in a hotel we have had. There were cookies in the lobby when we arrived, which, after a long day of travel, was a great bedtime snack. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we need one in the area.

This hotel is just off the interstate next to a number of other more expensive properties. The hotel opened just this last year and shows it. The room was large enough. The bath was tiled in granite. The lobby had a beautiful water display on the wall. The dining area was huge. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. But the best part was that the price was less than I expected. Loved our overnight stay.

6 of us stayed here last night (3 rooms). This is an excellent new property. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. We had 3 trucks with trailers and had ample room to park. Will definitely stay here when in town again.

This hotel was either just opened or recently renovated. I couldn't decide which it was but it was an excellent facility. The exterior appearance was inviting as was the appearance of the interior. The desk staff was polite and behaved in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was clean and neat. We asked for a room with a king bed and what we got was a king mini suite. The room was, for the most part, quiet, the bed was comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The internet worked well and we had no trouble connecting. The breakfast was presented in a pleasing manner and there were plenty of choices. We will certainly stay there again if our travels once again take us into the area.

Love this place the room is large, very quit, and clean. It had everything to would need. Will stay there again and the cost was a good rate. The beds were great the morning breakfast was good lots to choose from and was hot. If you need a place to stay when your in Pratt, Kansas this is the place to stay.

BW is refurbishing many of its properties and making great progress. This is the first NEW property that I've stayed in for a while. It is definitely up to BW's new higher standards. It was comfortable, quiet, nice room to spend time in and to sleep in. And the hot eggs, fried potatoes, hot biscuits, sausage gravy, etc., etc. were wonderful. Real food. Not just cold cereal and big box store pastries.

Rooms are bright and very spacious. Customer service is great and the breakfast has many options. Really good spot near some fast food restaurants. One of the best Best Western's I have stayed at. Laundry was very helpful during a softball tourney.

Good location. Reasonable pet fee. Motel was clean throughout. Staff was great: very courteous. Breakfast was standard of all chain motels. Nothing special. This was my 2nd stay and will stay here again when in Pratt.

Pleased to find a Best Western on this leg of our journey. Thought we would drive on, but glad to have stopped. Overall this Best Western was top quality on all points. I would definitely stay here again and even though it was a bit over my budget, the cleanliness and comfy bed was worth the rate.

This hotel is a block off the highway and is very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable. I rated the breakfast above average because, in addition to the usual eggs, biscuits and gravy and cereal, they also had a pancake machine as well as bacon and fruit. I was not impressed with the check in or check out staff. But the hotel itself is wonderful and I would recommend it.

On our way home from Santa Fe, we stopped at the Best Western Plus in Pratt, Kansas. The desk clerk, Raven, was fabulous! She got us a better rate on our room than we had been quoted on the reservation 800 number. She told us the best places to eat close by, and was as pleasant and personable as she could be. The room was more than double the size of our "Luxury" hotel in Santa Fe, as was the bathroom, and the beds were much better. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a microwave, mini-fridge, flat screen TV and a big easy chair and ottoman to relax in. The complimentary, full hot breakfast was the icing on the cake. This was the best value for the money of any of the 4 places we stayed on our trip.

Everything seemed better than the price. It helps when the property is still glossy from the wet paint, but the rooms were clean and well put together, I was on business at the time but the area around the hotel seems to be growing and I will return.

We were traveling through from Albuquerque to Chicago and stopped here in Pratt, KS. We were so glad we stayed here in Pratt. This hotel was so nice and comfortable we wish we could have stayed more than one night. The king size room was so spacious it also featured a couch with coffee table, mini fridge, and microwave. The bed was so comfortable. The couch was a nice touch we could sit and watch TV while eating dinner in the hotel room. The breakfast was amazing with eggs and a pancake machine. They have an indoor heated salt water pool. Only wish we had time to swim. After dinner we went to Lemon Park about 5 minutes away. We were traveling with our dog and needed some outside exercise. Go to Lemon park it's beautiful and has a nice walking path. After driving all day it was nice to be outside and in the fresh air.

I was told that this Best Western Plus is about one year old. It appears to be like new and is very neat, clean and nicely decorated. I was greeted at the front desk by Josh, who was pleasant and very helpful when I couldn't figure out how the room a/c functioned. The room had comfortable beds, nice decorations, free WiFi, and small fridge/microwave. There was a complimentary full hot breakfast, indoor pool and spa, laundry and exercise room. I would gladly stay at this property again.

New hotel very friendly staff at front desk but the first room they gave me had fleas in the carpet so I knew there had been an animal in there. Spoke with the front desk the next morning and they moved me to another room, when I moved my luggage to that room and the bathroom lights were not all working and there was colored water sitting in the bathtub. Ask that that room be cleaned again before I stayed in it. They had it taken care of before I returned.

We wanted a reasonably priced room for the night. This was a newer clean hotel. Rooms were big and bedding was very trendy. Mattress and pillows were comfy. The breakfast area was very nice and having hot food options was nice. They even had a pancake making machine. Would definitely stay there again!
