Booked a one night stay while traveling from AL to VA. The stated Cancellation policy in reservation: can cancel up to 4 pm on check in date; called at 5:50 am CST to cancel due to potential flooding/high winds from Hurricane Helene. Owner refused to honor the stated cancellation policy and would not cancel reservation.
We had an unexpected visit to the city of Lenoir and had the opportunity to stay at this Sure Stay Best Western. Although, the time we arrived was late the representative in the front made it an easy and quick transaction . We had the honey moon suite and it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and equipped. We will definitely visit again!
Room was musty. Breakfast was very disappointing at very best. Shouldn't be advertised as breakfast. White bread, fruit loops, standard waffle, horrible coffee, child size yogurt. What was offered was in short supply. Other guests agreed, and some just turned around and walked out.
This motel was adequate. It's a remodeled older motel.. Some parts are fine, others need more work. The room was clean. The breakfast was sparse. Waffles or cereal, mainly. The location was odd. In behind other businesses. Only one restaurant within walking distance.
Nice property manager when I was greeted. Nice clean renovated room with breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again felt good about spending my hard earned money with this location after having to unexpectedly get a room due to a blow out. And a beyond reasonable rate for sure.
I ASK FOR EXTRA COFFEE & DID NOT GET IT. THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER TIME WE STAYED AT THE SAME HOTEL & WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD 2 OF OUR GRANDCHILDREN. WHEN I WENT TO CHECK IN WE WERE CHARGED $20 PER CHILD CASH EVEN THO IT SAYS KIDS STAY FREE. WE HAD TO PAY $40 CASH OR LOOSE OUR RESERVATION. THE ROOMS ARE SEMI CLEAN FOR THE MOST PART. JUST FEEL LIKE THEY COULD DO BETTER.
Pictures make it look clean but room is disgusting. Very dirty property and rude staff. Manager is VERY rude. Looked up one of my family's numbers and called her yelling and accusing her when it really was someone else in our party in a different room. AVOID this hotel.
Older hotel but rooms appear updated and remodeled. Room was clean and area was quiet. Everything in the room worked as expected, beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. We had no complaints with the room. Lobby is very small and breakfast area is even smaller. Not much available for breakfast, luckily Dunkin Donuts is just down the street. We would stay here again if in the area.
Surestay is a great place to stay the staff are very friendly and attentive this hotel is clean inside and out I recommend if you visit Lenoir City TN book with surestay you won't be disappointed the property is very well maintained it's quite so it's a good place to relax
We had an excellent experience at SureStay in Lenoir City. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very professional and friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, cleaner than most hotels. The internet was fast. Parking was convenient and available close to the hotel door. Excellent location just off the interstate. We will return to this hotel again!
I got in there was people shooting fireworks the first two nights. It sounded like a party going on every night after 10. Went to get breakfast the first morning I was there and the person working the area made a point to show me a sigh saying, don't take fool out of area more then once. The smoke detector was not hocked up. There was dust bunnies on the ceiling, then what looked like black mold near the shower. Just look at the pictures I took - by the way I do not smoke but someone had. They did not change my sheets until the 4th day I was there.
Traveling through I needed a pet friendly facility. This is a relatively small motel with at the door parking. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The room was updated with a lovely rain shower and all new plumbing fixtures. Breakfast was more than continental offerings and included hot items and waffle options. There is a small pool and a dog park at Lenoir City Park within three miles or so. Great stopover.
Overnight Stay Older style hotel with outside entry to room. Had issues with key card opening of door and had to have personal attend twice to get us into room
This hotel was our late night stop after a long drive with 2 kids. I was so tired I made a mistake when booking. The hotel manager, Ken Patel, went out of his way to help us. You can tell he really cares and takes pride in this establishment. The room was clean with a fridge and microwave! Perfect stop for a family making the long drive back to Canada.
We recommend staying here at this hotel. The rooms are always nice & clean. The breakfast area is always clean & good. The staff are always very friendly & accommodating. Anytime we're in town this is where we choose to stay. Thank you to the owner & friendly staff.
Very cleans room and lobby. Very friendly staff who ask multiple times if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I appreciate that. Hot coffee and continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We sometimes stay on this side of the smoky mountains. Will stay here on future trips.
Great customer service. Ken at the front desk was great. He worked with me to get me in early and out of the rain. You can tell this place really cares. The room was clean and has everything you need and the location is good with food and gas stations close by, I highly recommend.
The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was available but I did not eat there. Restaurants were limited but the Ruby Tuesday next door was excellent. Good value for the money, would definitley stay again. My wife left some articles and the manager graciously sent them to us by mail.
The hotel was very basic but close to the highway and they allowed dogs and had a refrigerator. It also provided a cold breakfast, cereal, bagels, fruit, yogurt and make your own waffles. It reminded me of a Motel 6 but cleaner, better Internet and ref in every room. We just pulled in late at night and left first thing in the morning. We didn't even use the shower. Great value
KaKa-Hole- seriously up-grade to at least a Laquita. This place makes a Trailer park look good. It was a bad mistake on my part, so its mainly my fault. I have stayed at worse but that was when I was young and broke and in the service. Good luck
Super Clean, newly remodled. I never seen such clean carpet in a hotel/ motel. Traveling with my 77 year old mother. We went to bed when I woke in the middle of the night I killed a bug in the bathroom. When I looked it up I couldn't tell if it was a German Cock Roach or a bed bug, I hit it hard. I would of left the hotel but because of my mom's age I stayed and slept with all the lights and t.v. on. I didn't sleep well considering. Then dumped my belongings before putting them in the car and again when I got home. I tried talking to the young girl at the desk and she said the manager would be in at 830a. He never showed so when I checked out she took my number, he never called. I thought I would get breakfast. Choices frozen sausage biscuits, waffles and cereal. Coffee was terrible. As I was eating my waffle. I see a bug going across the floor like the one I killed. At that point I got up and walked out. A month ago I stayed at Ted Roof and had no issues. If bugs don't bother you it a great value. Clean and new bed and a great price. Personally, I won't be back. Night person was very nice.
This property is just off the interstate which is very convenient for getting back on the road. For a basic hotel, it is clean and has comfortable beds. There is a basic breakfast that is consistent with this brand. I would stay again if going the same route
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast really shined with fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice, and delicious waffles. The waffle maker allowed you to make smaller portions if you preferred. Additionally the breakfast room was always sparkling clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
I'm staying here for the week for work. I knew I was going to arrive a few hours before check-in, so I called and Ken Patel answered the phone and assured me early check-in wouldn't be an issue. Arrived and Ken was able to check me in immediately. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is near the freeway/main highway, but is actually tucked away and very quiet.
Stayed here June 23-24. The owner checked me in and nicely asked me to be careful about pulling my small trailer around the fresh landscaping his wife has just planted (I thought good sign - the owners are there and care!). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The carpet looked new or very close to it, bed was comfortable and bathroom supplies and towels were fine. Breakfast was pretty basic but I was very happy with my stay - especially for the price. I like supporting family owned businesses, especially when it is obvious they are trying and do care. I rarely feel motivated to leave a tip for housecleaning but it was earned and I did this time.
Great room and good breakfast. The only drawback was that the parking area needs to be larger because a big box truck took some of the spaces and forced people to park in front of my room. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
The rooms was clean and kept that way all 4 days of our stay. Housekeeping cleaned the bathroom and replaced towels and cups and coffee packets. The air conditioner hummed quietly the whole night. There was no rattling or noise produced when it cycled through turning on/off the condenser. Lots of mid-sized pillows, not those stingy, little pillows at other hotels. We are retired and travel several times a year and always looking to save money on the hotel since we're not spending a lot of time in it but when there, we want to relax and rest so I appreciate the room and the fast internet speed. Breakfast has waffle maker working like a charm, bagels and cereal and bananas but I would like a boiled egg or some other protein. The OJ machine was out of order but we had apple juice and coffee. I also appreciated getting a room on the 1st floor of this 2 story hotel. Nice not to have to lug everything up the stairs. Also was glad to see only short term visitors there. We have stayed at hotels that have long term visitors that tend to hang around outside, create their own ashtrays, ask you personal questions, etc. They can be a little worrisome. The manager is always there with a smile and warm greeting. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay!
The owner was super nice. Gave us a great room! Breakfast was great. Ken was amazing. Great location safe. I definitely felt comfortable. Very family ran. I enjoyed it. Like I said clean and nice.
This hotel has been remodeled and is very nice place to stay with clean rooms. The beds are firm though. The breakfast is good and coffee was also good. The rooms are very nice and smell good and clean.
I stayed here for one night with my husband as we needed a place to stay before the Tennessee vs Missouri game. We didn't need anything super fancy as we were only staying for the one night. Immediately we walked in and the room smelled musty. This was one of the first really cold nights, so we assumed it was because the unit hadn't been used for heat in a while, and the room just probably needed some air flow. Wrong. We turned on the unit and for the most part the room was clean minus some stains on the sheets here and there. Fast forward to Monday morning and I am literally covered in bed bug bites, which I had checked out by a nurse practitioner. I should've trusted my gut because one of the tell signs of bed bugs is a musty smell. We learned through this experience that I am allergic and my husband is not, which is why I'm covered in bites and he's not. Very disappointed because I should've trusted my gut from the beginning about this place. Unless you like being eaten up by bugs, don't stay here. Also 0 water pressure in the shower. Takes a while to rinse off.
We happened to be in town for during a football game so all hotels were getting booked up. We found Surestay online for a reasonable price and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised. We checked in late and got the last available room expecting it to be the "worst" room. Surprisingly, it was very clean and everything was in perfect working order. Beds were comfortable, HVAC quiet, mini fridge and microwave, hair dryer and ironing board, the only thing missing was hair conditioner.
We stopped to get a room and the man was so rude! I told him I was booking the room online. He said he only had one room. I told him I was booking it online. He told me to go outside to book it, get out. What the heck! I obviously didn't complete the booking and will never-ever go there or recommend this place to anyone. No price is worth being treated like that!
The building itself is kind of old, but it seems to have been recently renovated. The room had new paint. There was a small hole in the ceiling, and a few other minor imperfections here and there. Everything was clean. All staff was pleasant to deal with. Breakfast room was very small, and somewhat limited (but typical) options. The highlight was the waffle machine, and if you want hot food, that's about it. I paid less than $100 for one night (mid-week) , and at that price point this was a good value.
The hotel was a good one. It is located near a lot of amenities and shops and very close to Knoxville which is very comfortable. It's about 40 mins away from Gatlinburg which is not bad at all. The host was very good and he took care of us very well when we needed.
Desk staff very friendly, rooms were clean, maid service was excellent, rooms were quite. I have a very good experience when I stay there. I am there several times a year on business. I have tried other motels in the area in the past but, I prefer the Sure Stay.
First off I would like to say WOW our room was very cleanand & had awesome features, really liked the shower! The manager at the front was very sweet and helped me find my credit card when I had dropped it in the lobby. I will be staying here with my family again with out a doubt!
We booked because on the booking app, the photos looked nice and there were some good reviews. But immediately after our arrival we regretted it. This property is old, run down and smells like mold and mildew. Our room was dark and for lack of a better work, total crap. I didn't even unpack and went back to the front desk to request a refund. The Hotel cancellation policy states that you can cancel up to same day and may only be charged for 1 night. However, we are being charge for our entire stay and although the owner said he would refund our money, he still refuses to take care of it and its been a month. Don't recommend if you want to stay somewhere that is newer, clean and comfortable.
Stayed here for 10 days during a business trip to the area. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little skimpy but the addition of a waffle baker and supplies was a good improvement.
I really look for quiet and clean and SureStay did just that on our 10 day stay. We checked in with Melissa, she's an awesome employee and was a big bonus to our stay! The peace and quiet was great, the staff was good and quick with anything we needed. I used earplugs for the typical AC noise, so not an issue. Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast was decent with enough bread items, but I admit I missed the danish or muffin treat. I know it's a small thing, but it's my travel perk. I asked Ken (the owner) about it and he said the store was always out. Waffles came the last day of our stay. There was yogurt, but a hard boiled egg for some protein would have been a bonus. Again there was enough for us with our likes: cereal, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. I used points and had a free night, but an extra charge popped up on my CC that was quickly resolved after I asked Ken about it. We would be happy to stay here again, the staff and the peace sold me.
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 weeks as we are here on business. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. They do serve breakfast in the mornings and it is a great addition to our stay. The owner and MJ are absolutely wonderful. They will take awesome care of you. I highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be back for business trips and personal stays. Keep up the awesome job you do.
The hotel owner(manager) at the desk is kind, and will great you as a friend. He let us know many times to let him know if we needed anything. He was always happy to help. For a small fee we were able to have our dog at $20/night. The room was clean and had everything we needed as described. There were a few things broke like a lamp on the wall and the chair I'm sitting in whille writing this review is tilting me to the rigt, but I see that mostly as the fault of people who can't appreciate nice things, other people's property, and just seem to have a destructive behavior. The staff seems small here so I imagine it's difficult to keep up with all the maintenance. There is a continental breakfast. It is basically a couple dry cereals, oatmeals, fruit, yogurt , and a few small meals to choose from that you can reheat. For the price we were able to stay, we have no real complaints. The hotel is off away from the main road jusy enough to make it quiet and offers a nice road to walk your dogs or get a morning jog. Pool looks well kept and clean. I don't believe you would find a better room at this price. We would stay here again.
First room was extremely moldy and stained sheets. Second room was upstairs and better. I would not go barefoot. Front desk gentleman was nice and accommodating but full of excuses and diverting blame.
Room stinks, very damp room, parking lot we're I parked was a water hole. Breakfast was a joke, coffee was terrible but the lady at the desk was great she has very good customer service she can't help that the owners doesn't keep the rooms up
I stayed at Sure Stay in Lenoir City due to business & it was a great experience. The manager was very kind, breakfast was tasty & the rooms were spotless. I will stay here every trip moving forward..
This hotel located just off the freeway is well maintained and comfortable. The staff has been entirely friendly and helpful. The local town is also very pleasant and has more restaurants and sites than initially apparent.
Water pressure was non existent, bed pillows were dirty, bugs on the floor, lots of people hanging around outside, one washer and dryer so couldn't use as a family was in there for hours. Breakfast was stale cereal, plain mini bagels and watered down juice. This is not a best western this is a roadside motel
We arrived at about 1am, super tired, ready to get out of the car. We were met with a friendly host that quickly got us into a room. Parking lot was well maintained, well lit and not congested. Room was easy to find, property was quiet, not much highway noise. Our room was very clean, linens new, and fresh. We left early and in a hurry to get back on the road, my son left his airpods in the room, so we went back to look for them but no success, went to the office and they had already been turned into their lost and found by housekeeping. We will definitely be returning to this location! Good service and honesty goes a long way!
Stopped at this motel on our way to pigeon forge. They have clean rooms and breakfast area was really clean. in all areas, friendly gentleman at from desk, variety of food on their complimentary breakfast bar.
The hotel was amazing. Well kept and very clean. The manger was very nice and helped us with anything. The breakfast was good and had many different options. The shower was nice and the hotel room was big for the 3 people we had. Overall great environment to be around.
Room is adequate for the price paid. The pool, which was not useable due to the cool temperatures, was green in colour, probably due to a lack of maintainence. The breakfast area is a tiny room barely able to hold 3 tables. The 'hot' breakfast consisted of 1 pastry, 3 bananas, 3 cups of yogurt, 2 slices of bread 6-7 small bagels and juice which had to be poured from a jug. Coffee was from a machine. This at 6:05am (breakfast starts at 6am).
Great service! Friendly staff! Clean room! Great breakfast! Definitely recommend if your planning to visit! Will definitely be back!! Hot tub room was clean and very comfortable beds! Quiet and Secluded!
This is the best hotel around, nice an quiet at night. The staff is so friendly along giving their best to make this place very clean. Never dissatisfied with my stays. This is always my go to, if you ever plan to reserve you have to be quick. They're that great!
We stayed overnight en route to Memphis. Really friendly staff greeted us and checked us in. The room was quiet and climate control worked great. Clean, close to but set back from a main road, so you're close to food options, gas stations, and a Dunkin for the morning. Took off a star just because the room was a little worn and could use a refresh - more comfortable pillows and newer sheets, especially. Other than that, it was clean and pleasant for a stopover!
We stayed at the Surestay hotel in Lenior City Tennessee for one night. The owners are on site and check us in along with our two cats. The owners were very courteous and check in was Smoot. The entire hotel appearance was clean and neat. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was clean, neat and selection was adequate. Check out was easy. Ken Patel and his staff are eager to help, and make sure your stay pleasant. We will stay there again when in that area.
For the price, this is an excellent choice. The rooms and property are clean and well maintained- It raises the bar for similar levels of hotel stay. The breakfast area, while small is exactly as indicated on the website-there are several options, warm and cold and the area is tidy and well stocked. The manager is personally invested in making your experience good, so feel confident knowing that if you reach out about concerns, he will do his best to make your stay pleasant. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family coming to the area.
Everything was clean in the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic but ok and the place to eat breakfast is very small. It is situated close to the highway. I recommend this hotel.
Stayed here on our way back north for a last minute break from a long drive. As the price was low, we did not have high expectations for amenities. However, we did except at least a clean room, albeit simple. The beds were made up fine and comfortable enough. However, the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There was dust and dirt on the floor and questionable smudges, stains, and spots on floor, toilet, curtain, and bath tub. Bedding comforter also had a weird stain. Since we arrived late at night, we didn't notice these things until morning. Just gross, especially living in a post-covid world. We don't mind simplicity, older furniture, affordability, etc., but we do expect a room to have a decent level of cleanliness. Staff were friendly though. I'd say I'd you're just staying for a rest between road-trip stretches it's manageable, but with a check for cleanliness upon your arrival. Oh, there was also a strange makeshift shed out front that I think was filled with like 20 barking dogs. Super weird.
I would NOT recommend staying at SureStay Hotel by Best Western in Lenoir City TN!!! After booking the wrong date at another hotel nearby and since it was already 8pm, I was told to check out SureStay Hotel where I was charged $162.55 instead of $70/80, the price showed on booking as well as other online booking systems! Unfortunately, I only realized the next day. Not to mention the room was just standard, not even that clean, the toilet clogged and breakfast miserable!
This Hotel was Gross! Beds need updated, towels were crap and the shower curtain looked to be a health hazard. The owner, Mr. Patel was nice. Diamond Executive level. I stayed at a Surestay in California previous week and it was much cleaner.
Takes pride in customer satisfaction. Clean facility. Very hospitable. This man loves humanity and tries to make his corner of the world a better place. My family and I will stay here whenever we pass through.
Most hotels near or in Gatlinburg was booked so I found this Sure Stay by Best Western just west of Knoxville off of I 75. It was very nice but basic simple motel. The next day we had reservations in Kodak. The motel has easy parking at your room door.
The hotel was so clean and staff was very friendly. The front desk attendant was so kind and got us into a room at midnight. While we didn't go in the pool, it looked well maintained. I highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was quiet and well lit at dark.
We stayed at the Best western in Lenoir after a long day of driving. We called the property and the owner Ken waited up for us as we arrived late. Really enjoyed our stay, room were really clean owner really welcoming we will visit again Suzy and Dan
This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is simple but wonderful. Cereals, mini bagels toast breakfast sandwiches, juices, and fresh fruit!!! The rooms are a good size and a great price for the amenities. I had a problem with my hair dryer and management fixed it right away no question. Housekeeping is great always fresh new sheets and blankets. This hotel is right next to a ruby tuesday. My favorite restaurant. There are so many restaurants and shops just down the road as well. If you're looking for a great place to stay I recommend the sure stay inn.
When searching for an affordable room to stay we stumbled upon the SureStay. The owner is someone who obviously cares about his guests and takes pride in his business. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and quiet. I dont normally stay at hotels with outside doors but I will make an exception to stay here every time we are visiting.
This place was pretty nice. Definitely a little outdated but all in all, it was a place to lay my head down. Breakfast wasn't much, but it was free. Great place for a quick little pit stop, and Ken was super accommodating and nice!
Black mold. Furnishings held together with tape and staples. Faulty wiring. Argumentative staff. Open gaps around windows. Looks like it was furnished from the junkyard. Staff goes through your personal belongings. Hostile toward people with service animals.
The service was fantastic! The gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and extremely understanding. The room was very clean, fresh sheets, comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend 10/10! If you're traveling, and looking for a clean quiet place to stay this place is the best in my opinion in the Lenoir City area!
One of the best experiences, ever. Very friendly management, quiet location even though it is near the interstate, seems to be newly-updated, most comfortable bed ever slept on in a hotel. Quiet. I plan this to be my regular my stopping point when travelling in the area.
I have yet to have a bad experience at a SureStay. I'm not sure how they do it. It's one of the hidden gems in the travel biz. The owner (who happens to also live there) was so accommodating. They were doing some renovations at the time, but it was not a problem. I also enjoyed a Ruby Tuesday that was very close.
SureStay Lenior City Tn is our 1/2 way stop from Michigan to Florida. We appreciate Mr Patel's accommodating our special room request and the cleanliness of the room. We will be back on our return trip!
It was almost 1:00 in the morning and I could not get my phone to access any of my apps to find me a hotel to stay for the night. I ended up calling the number myself personally and the gentleman told me that he was very close to me only a couple of miles just to come in and he would work something out for me on accommodations even though it was the middle of the night and it was last minute. I ended up booking a suite that was unbelievable. this should be a five star hotel or a five-star room at least instead of a two to three store hotel. extremely clean they take all the precautions against all of the covid anything that you can think of was at my disposal I just want to say thank you I will stay there every time I pass through that town and I think that I will always book that suite.their jacuzzi tub is amazing. Excellent bedding ,clean ,wet ,extremely safe locks he took every precaution to make sure that I was safe being a woman that traveled alone I would like to say thank you to this family and their establishment so very much and they will always have my business. Do yourself a favor. it is not overpriced it is well worth every penny for the safety and the extreme friendliness the way they go out of their way to look out for their customers I cannot say enough good about this hotel and the people that run it I only caught the gentleman's name his first name is Ken and Ken I just want to say thank you over and over again and I will stay there many many years to come. A repeat customer for sure. They also have a full breakfast that is unbelievable you will not be disappointed you will go away a very happy satisfied customer with money in your pocket. thank you.
The staff really made us feel at home. They treated us like family. Every time we booked a room, they always gave us the same one. They have free breakfast in the lobby. The pool looked very clean, even though it was closed. The rooms are very clean. If you need anything, they are more than willing to help you. This is the best hospitality anywhere around. We will definitely be booking at this hotel whenever we are in town. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
I have been amazed with this stay. From time I walked in the office upon check in the management I feel like has exceeded any & all expectations. The friendliest and welcoming was better than anything I've experienced. Make you feel like family. The location is right be the interstate and convent to so many things. The rooms are big, clean, & plenty of pillows with everything you need fridge, microwave, t.v., phone, the bathrooms are very roomy. They even have smoking rooms for smokers, and they allow pets. They offer a breakfast which was great, yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwich. Wish I would oI needed to add a night to my stay and it was no problem. They staff has been so helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. This is be my go to from now on. Thank you for a great experience.
We stopped in and got a room because I saw a rate of $72. When I walked in I was informed the rate was $84, because it was a Friday, even though it shows online for $72. We had a king handicapped room. The bed was very comfortable and bedding very cozy. Bathroom was large. The door got stuck and had to be forced closed each time. Coffee was good, we didn't get breakfast sue to Covid restrictions.
This was our first time at this hotel and I cannot say how pleasantly surprised we were to see the genuine kindness of the owner, thank you. We had a room on the lower level with a comfortable bed and pillows. There was a refrigerator, microwave and plenty of room. The room was clean and we appreciated how quite it was. For breakfast we had a banana, yogurt and breakfast bar served in a bag which was fine for us as we got up early to continue our trip. They did serve coffee also. The location is good and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
Breakfast if that is what you call it. A yogurt and very small bar in a brown paper bag. Had to go get breakfast somewhere else. Recommend Buddies BBQ. Clean room was the highlight of the stay. Door stuck every time hard to open.
I had to travel to Lenoir city TN last minute to visit my son in the hospital. Room was clean. Owner was very friendly and comforting. I felt very safe as I had to travel alone. The room was quiet I was able to sleep well. I could not have asked for more.
I found a bed bug when I stayed here with my family. We packed up and left at 1:30 am. I asked for a refund since obviously we could not stay here because it was unsafe for my family. The owner refused. Be aware that bed bugs can move between rooms in a hotel.
We were greeted by a very nice gentleman when we checked in. We had a room with a Jazzuie and comfortable king size bed. The room was very nice and clean. Best night sleep that we had had in a long time... When we are in that area again, we will stop there and stay.
Upon arrival I was greeting by Mr. Ken Patel . He was very professional and seemed genuinely nice!! I had a situation with my reservation he went above and beyond to make it right! I appreciate his eagerness to help The lobby area was clean, the room was clean and roomy, went out to get a bite to eat and noticed the pool it was clean and sparkling parking lot was clean no trash or ppl loitering or just hanging out, I felt very safe. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends, Ty Mr Patel you are a gem
Friendly staff. Clean room except funky smell, maybe the cleaner they use. We had pets, so had a pet room. I recommend remove carpet and putting in vinyl floor in pet room. Might eliminate the funky odor. Bed is on the firm side and I prefer a softer bed, but that's a personal preference. Overall it was a great stay.
very clean rooms, excellent service, serves very good breakfast sandwich and fruit cups or and fruit or breakfast bars are included also with your drink, the employees are great if you're looking for a very nice clean place to stay this is the place the general manager Ken Patel here makes you feel like you're staying with family I would advise anyone looking for a great place to stay for the weekend or ever how long to stop and stay with Ken
Best Western Hotels West of the Mississippi have a whole different flavor than those found out East. Not so nice in the East. Aug 31st 2021 was the first time in a long time to stay in a Best Western out east. We stayed in Lenoir City TN where we were going over our new house plans with the builder for several days. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Terrible service, rooms were not nice and we were awakened three times by rowdy activity outside our room on the third night at 1am, 3am and 4:05am. Continental Breakfast, although, advertised, was non-existent even though a placard on the wall proudly announced its existence and management stated so as well.
Excellent stay and amazing value! Very friendly and flexible. Made us feel like family! Provided a lovely swimming pool and a very helpful guest laundry. We stayed 3 nights with them and will stay with them again! Thanks to Ken Patel for providing a clean and well-taken-care-of place!
Very clean! They have all the amenities I could ask for! The swimming pool is to die for and crystal clear! For your convenience they have a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. Everytime I've stayed at the Lenoir City location the staff is always friendly and eager to help. I definitely will be back to stay there again soon!
We stayed here last year and it wasn't bad at all. This time was different. not in a good way. We arrived late and was tired. When we entered the room, it had an odor as if someone had smoked in there. The AC was not on and it was hot in the room. The frig too was not on and that too had a foul odor. There was a tear in the fitted sheet. The tub looked terrible, looked like someone was trying to wipe off a paint brush all over. The door to the bathroom was broken and had been glued back together. We were tired and didn't feel like moving our stuff again. At least no bugs.
expensive but cleanest room/hotel I have been in all summer.front desk clerk worked rtc and was pleasant with both of my interactions with him. breakfast was advertised but it was a blueberry muffin or a dole fruit cup. If I paid 200 for a hotel I expected a more elaborate breakfast.
Nice location, nice room with all the necessities, nice (but small) pool. In a quiet location not close to loud businesses and not on a main road, plenty of parking. The staff is as nice as can be. Complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning.
I travel from Florida and will NOT stay anywhere else. Ken and his staff are kind and make you feel like family. I know if I call and tell him, "Hey, I'm coming from Florida, I'll be there 2 AM at the lastest to check in.." The response given is, "Don't worry about a thing, drive safe and I'll make sure you have a room available for you when you arrive." The breakfast is Hot and Fresh, Rooms are cleaned and thoroughly sanitized, they don't rush to push you out of the room at check out and the location which in includes a pool is ideal. Never had a problem here at the Sure Stay and over the years of coming here my experiences only continue to get better and better making it my Home away from Home. Thank you Ken and Staff for all you do!
The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. They only provide 2 small pillows per side, although they were soft which I like. We stayed 3 nights and only received clean towels and our bed made once. I had to go ask for clean towels and amenities 3 times. The front desk person was nice but said he only had a limited supply of towels so could only provide 2 at a time. Thank goodness there were only 2 of staying in the room. Even though the website states breakfast came with the room price, it did not. Our room wasn't cleaned once while we were there. Also, the water pressure is horrible. You definitely get far below what you pay for with this one.
Ken was very pleasant and helpful... i only stay at best westerns as they always treat u right.. he let us check in early to rest before a chemo treatment later in the day.. thank u, ken for showing hospitality!
Room and bathroom were very clean. I had a problem with travel agency that I booked with and the management here took care of it for me. Management was very customer service oriented for my entire time here. It was a comfortable stay for the price. I will be choosing this hotel on a regular basis from now on.
We came for a motorcycle ride in the mountains. Was trying to do it on a budget, but didn't want to skimp too much on comfort. Although an older hotel, it was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and everything was in great shape inside the room. Will definitely stay here again, especially for the price. The only issue we had was the dryer in the guest laundry didn't dry and I'm not sure if that isn't a third party item. All in all it was a wonderful stay.
Bed was very comfortable, it was a firm mattress with six pillows. Room was clean and bathroom was clean. There was a small fridge and a microwave which was quite convenient for my needs. I thought this was a great value for the price and a very comfortable stay. I slept great and felt safe!
After searching 4 hotels we finally found one here. Checked in after 11. owner was real nice. Took showers and went to sleep. No complaints here. Didn't do breakfast as we packed up and checked out to head home.
I'm starting to suspect the authenticity of some of these reviews as if you go over to Google, there is a different story, closer to the experience I had. Arrived after midnight, the room I booked was no longer available which was a basic 2 queen non-smoking. The only room left was the smoking "honeymoon suite", Ken the manger, talked it up as if I cared that it was a suite with a hot tub, I told him that all I need was a clean bed as we would be out early in the morning to hit the road. As it was late, I agreed to take the room. I get to the room and it is filthy, I can deal with most of what was wrong about this room, cigarette ash and burns on the bed, small pieces of trash on the carpet, fridge not working, and dead lock to the door busted open. But the ROACHES and whatever else small bugs I saw, I cannot deal with. After working with my credit card company I was able to get my money back as Ken was extremely unhelpful and after reading the reviews I knew arguing with him would get me no where. We left the same night and ended up sleeping at rest stops. That is how bad this whole experience was.
This was a great place to stay...we really enjoyed our stay...we will be back to stay again. The room was clean, neat and very nice. Staff was very help and polite. Checking in and out was very quick and easy.
Everything was beyond excellent the owner was great the rooms where very clean bed comfortable we where visiting from Florida and I felt very comfortable at this hotel I could give more then 5 stars to this hotel I will be returning thanks so much for the wonderful stay
My friends and I have stayed at this hotel for the first time and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time not to mention the service of the workers were respectful, polite and they gave us plenty of towels and the swimming pool was open all day long with clean water, clean rooms, plenty of privacy. I give this hotel 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for family's or business travels. Thank You
Exactly what I needed. The room was pristine, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was upgraded with one of those big square shower heads. After a few days on this road this place provided a much needed break! The owner met us on arrival and made sure had everything we needed, and even accommodated us on our particular room request. All in all, a fantastic stay.
The room was super clean and smelled fantastic, really comfortable, plenty of light and outlets to charge the kids tablets and phones, close to room parking, definitely would stay again for our annual trip.
The hotel was extremely clean , the staff was very nice. Ken helped us out big time by saving a room for us. When every room was booked for hours. Will definitely stay again each year as we make this same trip every spring/summer.
We had a great stay at SureStay Hotel by Best Western. Ken Patel (General Manager) was very helpful and accommodated everything we needed and more. He went above and beyond to help us out when no one else would. We really enjoyed our stay here he made us feel like family and he also treated us very well. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would also stay here again. We greatly appreciated the help being on an 18 hour trip he was the only one to help accommodate us in our time of need to rest for the rest of our trip. We Thank You Again Ken.
Made a reservation online with Best Western for the wrong date, arrived stating I had reservation which didn't show up, I showed him my reservation and conf#. He said all I had to do was cancel , no problem.... so he received payments for 2 nights, first online reservation for 72.00, paid 90.00 at hotel. My mistake about dates but he wasn't honest with me about not getting charged.Won't be staying here again, don't care to do business with dishonest owner.I called Best Western and they were very apologetic about false information given! I will double check dates from now on, lesson learned!
Easy off interstate and clean comfortable room. Good price for location. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Good hot water for bath. Owner was very nice and helpful in room selections. In town looking for home purchase.
Driving from Fla to Ind. Stopped to rest. Checked in with the owner at the front desk. He was so friendly and professional. Good guy--I locked both keys in the room, he quickly unlocked the room. My room, room 105 was super clean, the fridge was cold, the showerhead rocked! Bed perfect. A/C spot on-like cold room to sleep. I got a quiet restful night. Easy to get to-on and off 75. Ruby Tuesday nearby-walkable. I highly recommend this hotel.
This is my second visit here in two consecutive weeks. Very good and friendly service. Rooms Very clean and stocked. Quiet and safe location. It's also near town so not hard to find good food or entertainment. I vote this place the best motel in town. The Sure Stay is definitely a sure stay!
We purposefully stopped here to stay during our trip south. It was our second time to visit this hotel. It is easily accessible from the highway and near many shops and restaurants. The staff was most helpful and friendly. All of our needs were met. If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay, but take an hour or two and be sure to visit Historic Lenoir City! Great shopping at Sadie's, The Lacy, and The General Store. Neat history of the area.
We had a great experience here! The rooms as well as the premises were always clean! I highly recommend staying here! The staff were always very helpful and nice! The hotel is in a nice, and well lit area, very safe area!
Friendly service and great price. However, the rooms could use some improvements. Noticed safety latch on door was breaking, some furniture very worn, and bed spread had hole in it. We were also bothered to find some bugs in our rooms (not sure what kind). We noticed other guests leaving their doors open, so that might contribute.
This is a great place to stay. Was here for a few months for work, and I highly recommend it. It's right by the highway for easy access to get to work, and on the main strip for many stores & food options. The owner is a great person, and willing to work with.
Great customer service and nice amenities. Wifi works well and there is plenty of space in the room. All around good service provided whether it is for a short or extended stay. Would recommend for anyone.
Its a very nice places would we have stayed here before room r great very cozy stay and time we want to get away from life its self this and the manger here always makes us feel at home so come out and in joy a great places.
We arrived late and left early while traveling. The owner was awesome, gave us a bottom floor room and had the keys waiting on us. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Was perfect for travelers driving all day needing rest. Thank you!
This was a great place to stay. Hotel is not new, but fresh paint and extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. Price was more than reasonable. Hotel was pretty full which tells me this place has returning visitors. I highly recommend.
We stayed at SureStay for 3 nights for a family affair. It was an amazing stay everything was great. Clean rooms great service. Was quiet we got plenty of rest. Great location right off of 75 easy to get to plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again if needed.
The NON smoking room was heavy with old cigarette smoke odor. Towels and shower curtain were stained : many stains. Grab and go breakfast consisted of 1 bottle of water and 1 yogart OR 1 fruit cup.The owner/manager was very eager to please .
Checked in late one night after driving and picked this over the more expensive hotels in the area because it looked clean and comparable on the outside. This is a pretty average room and hotel. Our room appeared clean, but had a dirty towel left hanging on the door. Covid breakfast options were a bottle of water, yogurt, fruit cup, and a granola bar in a brown paper bag.
This has been a great experience each time I have visited the hotel. Ken and the rest of the staff I have dealt with have been very friendly and very helpful with all of my needs. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Clean room , perfect temp , and the tub was fantastic ! My dog was allowed with pet fee and other guests had pets also. Feels good knowing that a hotel takes into consideration that our pets are family. Staff was wonderful ! Would have used the pool , but it was too cold. I personally don't eat breakfast , but they do serve it. The coffee maker was perfect ,also had a mini fridge and microwave. Internet and tv also. This king suite also had a desk with chair and a couch. I just wanted a Thanksgiving Spa day by myself , and got it. I will definitely come back !
Nice hotel with much larger room than the Econo Lodge right next store. Room was clean however the shower was old and needs replacing. No free breakfast due to current imposed shutdown because of COVID. We would stay here agin in the future.
This hotel got a good review so we checked it out, passing through town. Great location, good rate. First thing I noticed was something sprayed on the television...like drippy sprayed. Questionable stain on the floor, and the shower was not real cleaned. Fancy shower head disperses water so not a real good pressure from water. Despite all that(and I make more positive reviews than negatives) it was a good night's sleep. No breakfast "due to COVID". Funny we have been all over the region and this is the first time there was no breakfast at all. There are ways to work around COVID and provide what the internet says you will provide. That being said, still gets 3 stars. And improve your housekeeping!!
We visited to tour the area and see the colors. Checking out area for retirement. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. They allowed our 2 dogs at $10 apiece each day. Not serving breakfastright now. Restaurants are close. We will return.
Great place to stay, room was clean, bed very comfortable. It was quiet there. Management very nice. This Hotel is very well maintained and management very nice. I highly recommend this Hotel. Its a beautiful property.
Tucked in the small town of Lenoir, TN is this quality and reasonably priced hotel is a gem. Friendly, accomodating manager with big clean rooms. Lots of restaurants in walking or short drive distance.
Absolutely loved staying here! Wonderful location, wonderful management, wonderful staff, and BEAUTIFUL property all together. Staff is very friendly and very helpful at all hours in all situations. Our children loved the hotel and the people here. The rooms are emaculate from top to bottom. Housekeeping really stays on top of everything, always making sure the guests are comfortable and have what they need. This is definitely our favorite hotel and we will absolutely be back!! We LOVE The Surestay Hotel!!! You wont find a better place for the price. You cant beat it. I wish i could give 10 stars!!
Very much enjoyed our stay here! Ken was awesome and helpful even with our really late night arrival. The room was large, clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. we were also traveling with a 54 lb dog and she was welcomed. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.
This is a wonderful place to stay...always friendly and super clean. So close to interstate 75...alot of things to see in the area.owners take pride in their service..would recommend to all my friends and family..sandy jones
Surestay in lenoir city is a great place to stay. Its clean the staff is friendly and helpful highly recommend this motel. I definitely be back. The location is convenient to restaurants gas stations everything you need.
Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Would stay here again. Draw back, No elevator and no bkfst due to Covid. The owner was very nice and helpful at check in. There is a pool on site although it was raining and we didn't try it.
The rooms are always clean the staff is really friendly and the beds are comfortable There is a bunch of room restraunts are nearby and so are stores There is a pool with tables and chairs and tanning chairs
This review mostly relates to this hotel's supposed “pet friendly” status. In short, if you plan on staying here with pets, I would strongly advise you not to. Here is our experience: We were traveling with our two small/medium sized dogs. I booked the first pet-friendly, affordable, decent looking hotel I could find. If I hadn't booked/paid online, I would've just turned around and left during check in. I checked in with the owner and explained that we had two dogs with us. He seemed skeptical as if we were trying to sneak them in because this info wasn't included on the booking, but I didn't have an option to mention pets which I told him. The pet fee was $150 for 5 nights ($15 per pet per night). I had to assure him multiple times the dogs are not large. He asked multiple times if I could remove the dogs at least every other day between 9am-12pm so they could clean the room, because “it's a very clean room and they want to keep it that way”. After repeatedly telling him probably not because we would be busy and didn't really have anywhere we could take the dogs, I finally told him that we would IF it was feasible with our schedule. I explained that we are clean people, and our dogs are both well-behaved and older so all they do is sleep all day but they'd be kenneled while we were gone if he really needed to clean. He insinuated this wouldn't work for them. He was kind enough to give us an old, dirty shower curtain for the dogs to lay on though. We get into our “very clean room”; there was a smashed bug on the back of the toilet seat and the shower was filthy. There was also a huge dent in one side of the mattress. But, we were exhausted so we just let it go. Two days later around 12:30pm, we were getting in the car to leave. The owner came out to our car and asked multiple times if we could leave with the dogs to clean the room. We said no repeatedly because we had plans and we were leaving. The next day, I was outside walking the dogs ACROSS THE STREET behind/off the hotel property around 11am. The owner started walking towards me yelling across the parking lot asking if they could come clean the room while I had the dogs out. I said no, my fiancé was still in the room getting ready. I said we could try to take them out for a bit later on so they could clean and I would let him know when we left, and he said “that would be fine as long as it was before noon”. We paid a pet fee to take care of any extra necessary cleaning at this supposed pet friendly hotel, yet we were chased down by the owner multiple times to remove our dogs to clean the room while we were supposed to be on a vacation. At this point I wanted to check out and get a refund for our remaining stay. While looking through our reservation info online, I saw that the pet fee was supposed to be $10 per pet per night, so he overcharged us $50 for the pet fee (I also checked the policy, there shouldn't have been any kind of upcharge). The owner tried to get us to stay and told us it was all a misunderstanding, but we explained that we paid for accommodations in a pet friendly hotel and we would not continue to be harassed to remove our dogs (on their schedule) and be treated like we are dirty people so they could clean. We left and checked in to a different hotel. In comparison, I paid the pet fee and I only had to initial a paper agreeing to take care of the dogs and that we would be asked to leave if they caused any problems. No one tried to force us and our dogs out of the room to clean-I just wish we would've stayed at this second hotel to begin with. I can appreciate the fact that he was concerned for the cleanliness of the room. But 1. The room wasn't clean to begin with and 2. They could've cleaned the room while the dogs were kenneled but he insisted on only cleaning if we removed them from the room completely on his schedule.
5/5 they were super friendly, the place was clean, ended up saying longer than we thought we would and they helped a lot, and had so much fun had a fun pool that we could play in or you could just sunbath. It is a awesome hotel
It is in a great location, I highly recommend here. The room is very clean, the pool well kept and clean. The staff is amazing and gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were in walking distance for food and snacks, and close to everything else we could want.
Highly recommend this Hotel to everyone. Very impressed with how clean the rooms were and the beds were so comfortable. The pool area was super nice. I was surprised to see tables with umbrellas as well as the super comfortable lounge chairs because I love to sunbathe but the heat can get unbearable so it was nice to have the tables with umbrellas to get out of the sun. The staff was extremely courteous when we needed them and everyone showed us that southern hospitality that is so hard to find these days. I will definitely be returning and that is my hotel to stay at from now on.
The room was very clean.Beds were very comfortable ,quiet.A wonderful pool clean and had umbrellas. Close to restaurants, stores, service stations.Ice and vending machines was available. Will stay here again.
Older motel that has been updated. Very clean, spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and professional in meeting our needs. Great beds, quiet setting, nice pool, near lots of eating places. Very nice small town. Will stay here on our next visit.
Mr Ken was awesome, In a group of about 8 Harley riders we was looking for just an Overnight stay, clean and nice, This hotel was very clean and nice. For the price it was a real deal. Could not swim but that wasn't the hotel fault. Thanks Covid.
I was welcomed by Mr. Ken Patel( the owner) as soon as you walk in. Mr Patel did everything to make my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, everything worked fine. The hotel is close to the highway, yet quiet and convenient to everything in the area.
Super friendly & great, quite room! Near great places to eat and easy highway access (no highway noise)! Would visit again! (Very comfortable beds & pillows (nearly falling asleep as I type and I just laid down! Lol)
STOPPED HERE ON OUR WAY TO FLORIDA AND THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND Attentive to our needs Room was very clean and the beds Comfortable When ever we come this way again this will be the hotel we stay at
I was so excited to find a hotel with a jacuzzi in the actual room!!! Ken, the owner, greeted me immediately as I came in to check in and was smiling and so friendly!! He gave me a great rate !! I am difficult to please but my room was super clean and he was super helpful!! I will definitely be back!!!
Great service with accommodating rooms in a nice convenient location . Great affordable rates and comfortable stay. Quiet atmosphere with minimal noise which is very important during hotel stay.Thank you
Older property, two floors ( no elevator ) with outside entrances, this hotel provided me with a comfortable and restful stay. Easy and efficent check in/out, large comfortable room with all of the necessary items and easy access to the interstate all combine for a enjoyable visit. When my travels bring me to this area in the future, I would make it a point to stay here.
I highly recommend planing a stay at surestay great service and friendly staff ken Patel the gentleman man who runs the front desk very nice makes your stay the best you had makes sure your room is clean great breakfast in the morning if you are coming through Lenoir City tn and need a place to stay give surestay a try you won't regret it
This hotel is in a great location, very easy to find right off I 75. The hotel is older but was super clean in all areas that we saw. Our room was spotless and so was the breakfast area. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. You can tell that the hotel was recently renovated and the owner takes pride in their family owned business. When checking in, the front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful and was able to answer all our questions. When checking out, the owner was working the front desk and was very personable explaining how his family owns this location and also works there. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are passing through the area.
This is an older hotel, but if you are looking for a good value hotel with just the badics, plus a fairly good breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Staff is friendly and eager to please, and accommodions are clean and comfortable.
We were starting spring break and planning not to stop at all from Indianapolis to Savannah, Georgia. When we were met with bad snow storms in Tennessee, we decided we needed to call it a night to let the storms blow over. We called the Sure Stay Hotel in Lenoir City, TN around 3:30am and Ken was able to get us a room by the time we arrived at 4:30am. When we got there, Ken Patel had waters for everyone as well as some snacks. He then told us, due to us getting there very late, that he would give us a courtesy checkout time, instead of the usual 11am checkout. At noon, we were checking out and ready to complete the trip snow free. Ken was a great service provider, definitely the best I've encountered at any hotel. Thanks Ken!
Stayed 3 nights with my boyfriend and goldendoodle and enjoyed our stay so much so that when in need of another staycation we will stay here again. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We met Ken the owner op as we were checking out what a great guy. He was so nice and accommodating.
stayed here last year in march, could tell that a lot of work was done on this property.. very nice, clean and comfortable. workers were top notch. will be staying here again this march also. Great place to stay!!!!
This was one of the best hotel experiences. Ken is the nicest person to deal with. Nice accommodations and quiet rooms. He went above and beyond my expectations. I had planned one night but stayed a second night because of the comfort level. Will stay again
The first thing I noticed was the hospitable welcome by Ken Patel. Mr Patel did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, everything worked fine and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and there's a waffle maker ! The hotel is close to services, yet quiet.
Ken is a customer service all star - he is incredibly friendly and runs this hotel with customer service in mind. Our room was very clean, the entire property is well maintained. Easy access from the interstate, restaurants within walking distance, well lit parking lot, We've paid triple the price for rooms that were inferior to this hotel. If we're in the area in the future there's no doubt we'll stay here.
We randomly found this place while travelling South at Lenoir City, TN. It has clean and safe rooms with reasonable price. Good place to stay with family. When we travel around this area, hope to stay there again.
Clean, prompt and very friendly people/service, comfortable stay, and good breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again. Location was convenient...right off the highway. We had three people and slept soundly!
Great hotel to stay in, located outside of I 75. The staff is great and family oriented very helpful and it also include continental breakfast very clean everything is new quiet location and have a professional staff
We tried something a little different than our usual preferred traveling location and were very pleased with our selection. The friendly, efficient staff got us into our clean room quickly and made us feel welcome to the BW family. We met the property manager throughout our stay and he was focused on ensuring the everything was in order. Very attentive, indeed! This will be a hotel that we'll definitely be recommending to our friends and family in the future, and they are pet friendly.
The only hotel that was willing to work with me on getting a room definitely recommended the rooms are good and pet friendly other places here were very unwilling to get my business so keep it up surestay
We stayed in a King, non-smoking room with our 6-lb Shih Tzu. It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, fresh, and quiet, so we got a good night's sleep before the remainder of our trip from Michigan to Florida. The manager, Ken Patel, was courteous and helpful and we enjoyed dealing with him. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There were numerous options available to us for our evening dinner. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.
Not quite sure where some of these people stayed. Personally observed worker scooping cereal overflow up with bare hands and putting back into container. Took plastic plates from garbage, washed and put in strainer! Terro ant trap on food counter, bug in silverware holder. “Suite” had pull out that couldn't be pulled out because it hit the wall. Truly want him to succeed, but, some things clearly need to be fixed. Concerns were mentioned to both him and Best Western.
The hotel has clean rooms and have big shower heads with plenty of hot water. The manager Ken was great. He makes sure the guests have a good experience. It is located right next to Route 75 junction.
Nice play to stay. Very clean rooms. And very nice and accommodating staff. Location is good where not far to travel for food or necessities. Quiet and relaxing. I reccomend SureStay for any travelers traveling through this area needing to stop for rest and etc.
We were extremely pleased with this choice of hotel as the owner was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Patel is fairly new to this hotel and went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are in that location heading north or south. We felt apprpeciated as guests and welcomed warmly. We try to use Best Western whenever possible and this location is good for us heading from MA to Destin, FL. The room was lovely, large and very clean with a refrigerator and microwave and had everything we needed. Thank you to the management. You are doing an excellent job!
Rooms were clean and had all the expected amenities. Breakfast wasn't as robust as other Best Westerns, but acceptable. Breakfast area was small in size, good thing everyone didn't converge on it all at once though. The biggest disappointment was that a wedding party got up at 6:00 am and made all kinds of noise and refused to quiet down and management didn't do anything. We had gotten in late and were paying for a good nights rest and we did not get one. Other than that the stay was fine, room clean, breakfast wasn't as good as some, but was still fine. Our overall complaint was that mgmt. knew they were making too much noise and supposedly spoke with them, but nothing changed. They spent from 6:00 am to 10:00 am making a ruckus.
It was about 1:30am and the team I was traveling with were extremely tired. I made a phone call and Ken Patel the General Manager answered the phone and assured me there was availability. He was sooo pleasant and professional. He handled us with care and was VERY welcoming. Whenever we are in the area again we will DEFINITELY stay. Thank you Ken for everything. Sincerely, Marie Williams
Just moved to the area and need a place to stay for 11 days. Mr. Patel the General Manager was extremely professional and kind and honored a discounted price that was found online. Being a location that accommodates an extended stay, clean towels and sheets were never an issue when asked, and the staff respected privacy. Although the interior is somewhat dated, it was clean and the price was right. The outside grounds is well maintained and presentable. Thanks again Mr. Patel.
The room was good- I rented a King Suite (Room 109) that had a whirlpool which I used. I could see where it would benefit from some freshening up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ‘free breakfast' didn't have much to offer so I went elsewhere to eat. I believe this hotel was previously a Knights Inn and it may take a while for them to make some improvements to shake off that ‘stigma'... but the potential is there.
We feel so nice to choose to say at this Surestay by Best Western at Leonor. The host is such a great and helpful guy and we really enjoyed the night we spent here. The beds are comfortable and tidy and the environment is so quiet. And we had such a nice breakfast here.
It's such a nice place to visit! We would like to recommend this to all my friends, and we do like to come again some time in the future. There's a pool next to the room we hqd and it's so quiet and clean, so enjoyable!
We got a really warm welcome, even though we arrived late in midnight. The place is so nice, clean, quiet, and my friends and I really enjoyed ourselves here. I'm sure that we will come back in future!
We honestly didn't plan on staying over night but a good nights rest was just what we needed after traveling. The room was clean and ready for us to crash. Super friendly and understanding staff as well! Made for a quiet and peaceful night of well needed rest and I would 100% recommend
This was our first time staying at a SureStay by Best Western. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I would stay here again the next time we need a room in the greater Knoxville area.
Stayed here for one night. Mr. Patel was a very kind and accommodating host. The room was newly renovated. Very clean! Nice chair. Comfortable environment. Bed was great. T..V. was on the small side. Water pressure was a little low, and the shower water was not very hot at 5 AM. Otherwise, the room was perfect.
New to the area, looking to relocate and stayed here while house shopping. The room was clean & bed was comfortable. Quaint breakfast area for a quick cup of coffee and a breakfast waffle. Very kind and helpful staff.
Nice clean room. Great location, restaurants near by, excellent friendly staff, the only reason for not getting a excellent was the selection of breakfast items available and instant coffee served. Would stay next time I am in town
Stayed here October 5, 2019 and everything was excellent! Front desk staff very accommodating. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful! Will stay here again when back in the area! Thank you!
Our group of 5 friends stayed here last night and we absolutely loved it! It was clean, comfy, and relaxing. The staff was eager to help and were friendly especially the front desk worker. They made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
Very nice clean and the manager at the front desk was wonderful and gave us what we asked for a room with a whirlpool tub we loved staying there we will be back. They have breakfast and a pool and there are plenty of things to do.
This hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. Owner was gracious and friendly. Great location. Pool looked nice and there's even a laundry! Definitely a great place to stay! Will stay here again!!!
Enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect and close to shopping, gas etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had quick access from parking to our door. No long hallways. Shower was quickly heated. Outdoor pool was relaxing. The manager was friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more. This will be the place we come to when we travel to this area.
A great and convenient location right off of I 75. Nicely updated room, just far enough away from the intersection to quiet the traffic noise. Convenient parking at ground floor right outside the room. Fast food and restaurant within walking distance and a hotel breakfast every morning. On-site manager was very friendly and helpful. Great value for less than the others nearby.
We spent one night at the Sure Stay Best Western in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The carpet was wet and filthy, and the bathroom floor was dirty and had human hair all over. I have a pretty high threshold for acceptable variation in quality, but this was unconscionable. The socks we wore to pad about the room just in the course of an evening become damp and brown. To not even meet the most basic level of cleanliness: this was a shock. We were so grossed out and feel that this particular establishment has soured our attitude towards the Best Western brand, which previously had always been reliable for us. Cutting corners by neglecting to provide even minimal comfort and sanitary conditions should never be an option for the hospitality industry.
Stayed in a single absolutely amazing very clean I'll definitely come back. Everyone was very easy to deal with and very respectful! I can't wait to come back to the hotel motel Holiday inn! Thanks for everything
Clean, clean, clean. Great price. Free breakfast. Everything we needed at a reasonable price. The owner, Ken, was very nice and accomadating. The sites say it is full but we stopped anyway and rooms were available.
I cant say enough about this place! First, the manager was absolutely amazing! He was so kind a generous, and immediately made me feel welcome. The room was pristine when and had a fresh smell, and were very modernized! The beds were incredibly comfy to! Had to be one of the best experiences I've had! I will 110% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night sleep!
