Best Western Plus Pasadena Inn & Suites

I like staying at this location I like the staff and rooms are clean and breakfast is good I will recommend it to anyone to stay here. I will tell friends and family to choose this Best western any time . I'm very satisfied .

This motel is a great place to stay. Rooms were so nice and clean. The desk, the coffee pot, shower head, etc. were so different and special than other places we stayed. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was real good with a variety of items to pick from. the area and tables were clean. Thank you for caring.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Manager, Sanjay, went out of his way to accommodate our group. Group of 15 rooms with 30 people. Had to leave early each morning and manager arranged for breakfast to start earlier than normal.

Very clean, very modern look. Large room, everything looked brand new. Nice little kitchen area with its own sink. There was no safe. Good wifi. Close to all the usual amenities. Bed was comfortable too.

Shocked that this place has such good reviews. Three stars is generous. First off, I arrived at 4:15 and my room wasn't ready. Check in is at 3. They asked if I would be fine downgrading my room since those rooms were available. I declined so had to wait about 30 minutes for my room. The room was fine, nothing great. The kitchen was nice I will say, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't perfectly cleaned though. Their was a hair in the shower and white splatters on the door and wall. The bed was hard and the pillows were small and terrible. The sheets had been used way too many times and the fabric was beading up. They felt very worn. One of the pillows had a black smudge on it upon arrival as well. The remote was sticky but the AC worked well at least. As for the amenities, the breakfast was not great. Half of the items/options weren't available all 3 mornings I was there. The juice was watery, bananas over ripe. Very disappointing. In the gym, I hoped to use the treadmill. The incline on it was broken but the rest of the gym was fair. The pool is small, water was cloudy and they have no hot tub. Upon checkout at 5 am, I requested a receipt to show my balance was $0 since this was a work trip. They informed me they weren't printing receipts and I would be emailed one at the 11 am checkout time. Insane to me but I was given no other option. Well that time rolled around and I wasn't sent one. I did call and they sent it to me immediately. The hotel is newer but the elevators are worn down, there were dead spiders in the main hallway and the main areas are very stuffy. Parking was okay, not a huge lot but they weren't busy when I was there. The location, I was informed, is not great or safe. Being from out of town, I had no clue. I never felt unsafe but I didn't venture out at all. The surrounding area left much to be desired as places to eat, shop and things to do. Location was decent to the interstate. I would not stay again.

any time I travel with my family, I look for a clean place and safe, every city I have visited I have no regrets choosing Best western. Quality for my money is very important to me, this is this hotel!!!

The price for this hotel is great, it literally never changes. When you walk in it's so nice and clean well put together, the rooms are always beyond clean never loud people in the hotel it's always peaceful, the breakfast area is very great and again everything is always clean, the pool was even clean, the staff is very nice and very helpful, I absolutely love this hotel.

we stayed at the Pasadena BW, while visiting friends. We felt safe there with all the security cameras, very attentive Staff. Rooms were extremely clean. We stayed in an assessable room with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was good. A/C was amazing!! We could not hear neighbors nor any noise from above floors. Elevators were quick, not a lot of waiting. Really liked the fact that this is a 'smoke-free' facility. The one thing I would change, would be the gap in the black-out curtains. We used a hanger with the clips to close the gap.

This is a modern, safe and clean facility. Really happy with the room spaciousness and accommodations. For the money I doubt you could beat this hotel. Really liked the couch in the room and large TV. Add a freezer to the fridge and the room would be absolutely awesome!!!

Newer very clean hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Close to freeway right outside Houston. Lots of restaurants within 15 minute drive. Did not use fitness area or pool. Snacks available for purchase on the property.

My wife and I chose this hotel because of the ability to charge our Tesla overnight. There are 3 dedicated Tesla chargers and 1 universal electric charging spaces. Did I mention spaces? Yes, upon our arrival there were 3 full size pickup trucks parked in the electric vehicle spaces. The 4th spot that was a Tesla spot was open so not a big concern. But those three trucks stayed in those spots until the morning of our check out two nights later. The check in clerk needed to turn on the charging station as chargers are for patrons only. This hotel is located on the last exit before entering Houston city limits and in a very industrial area. This fact was evident by what seemed like non-stop train whistles throughout the night. Now, this is not the hotels fault but you may want to pack something that can drown out outside noises. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would call ahead if you are arriving with an electric vehicle to alert staff to make sure you have a spot to park.

Nice clean facility in an area not so highly thought of. It was very quite. We felt very safe. We checked in without a reservation on a weekend there was a large marathon close by. The facility was very close to where we were going to be doing business the next day.

I stayed here 8/7-8/8 and would not recommend anyone ever stay at this property. While it seems nice and new, take a closer look and you'll see the rooms are not actually cleaned. I was put in two rooms in which the sheets had not been changed after the previous guests - there were hairs, stains and debris visible. I informed the front desk staffer - a young, arrogant female who seemed to have no idea what she was doing - who, rather than apologize for the inconvenience or the fact that her house keeping team did do their jobs, tried to argue with me that the rooms had been cleaned. She told me no other guests had complained about their rooms so that must mean there was no issue with mine. I ended up leaving the property due to her cluelessness and complete lack of ability to do her job. Despite the fact that I left the property refused a refund through Hotels.com so I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will also be filing a complaint with the local department of health. Avoid the trouble I experienced and stay elsewhere.

The smell of the rooms is horrendous! I get migraines from various scents. We had to move rooms and paid more than what our booking was for. The second floor was better, but still pretty bad. There's was also dried up vomit all over the stairs.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Pasadena Inn & Suites-- from the welcoming check in to the spacious & clean room. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and the best part-- they served breakfast! Great hotel and we will stay again the next time we are in the Houston area.

My family and I took a night get away from home to use pool and spend time together. I just say the pool was nice, hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast selections were awesome. We really enjoyed the stay and plan on returning.

We are from the Pasadena area but now live several hours away. We stayed the 4th of July weekend in this hotel when we came back to Pasadena to visit our family. Our stay was exceptional. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and so kind. We traveled with our children and as parents, one of the first things we look for when booking a hotel is for breakfast for our kids. This hotels breakfast options are great. Our kids loved it. The hotel looks brand new and very clean. All the appliances in our room worked and the internet was fast. The price is reasonable for the hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel again.

Their professional staff goes out of their way to ensure the safety, satisfaction and overall lodging experience of their guests. During this Corona VIrus Pandemic, they have implemented numerous sanitary measures to ensure the highest level of safety for their guests and staff members. As I enter their lobby, I'm engulfed by a wave of pleasant freshness that stimulates my senses, and I think that the overall cleanliness and sanitary condition of the hotel (inside and out) is comparable to a surgical operating room. Been a member of Best Western for almost a year and i couldn't be more satisfied with the quality they offer in all their locations . This particular location is one of my top 5 , always clean, quiet, private and super comfortable! The property looks brand new and they keep it super neath, the staff is very helpful and welcoming at arrival, i will stay in this property every time I'm in the area and even willing to drive a few extra miles if I'm within reasonable distance. I've been here approximately 200 nights in the last 12 months. I promise you that the Best Western Plus in Pasadena Texas will not disappoint you. Give them a try. The staff is amazing and the amenities are above par.

I needed to stay near a client and wanted to find a hotel that had a ev charger. There weren't many options over there, but this place did offer the amenity so I decided to give it a try. I liked that the chargers were in a well-lit area, but they weren't marked as charging spots, so others could (and did) block ev's from charging. I checked in, which seemed to take awhile - odd since I was the only guest - and, when asked for my license plate number, I remarked that I didn't have it memorized but I'm pretty sure I'm the only of that type in the lot. The clerk looked at me and didn't say a thing, just gave me my key. I later found out that I needed to tell him to turn on the charger, which is especially annoying when he never mentioned that when I spoke about my car. My room was okay. I liked the standing shower and kitchenette. Chair by the bed was comfy. The second night, I asked the clerk on my way in if she would turn on the charger. She said she would. I got up to my room and my key wouldn't work. I had to go back downstairs and have her fix it. I got back up stairs, and noted about 10 min later that my car hadn't started charging. I called down to the front desk and told her my issue, asked her to check on her end. She ARGUED with me about it, saying “No, Ma'am, it is definitely charging right now!” I said that didn't make any sense and she huffed and said she would go check on it in a minute. About 15 minutes later, it started working. My last issue happened when I was checking out - I came to the elevator lobby and there were two maids with their carts talking with their carts. I saw the down button had already been pressed. The door opened and one of the maids pushed her cart in and took the elevator in front of me. When I started to get in the elevator too, the doors closed. I had to wait for another elevator down (luckily the second maid didn't push me with her cart to get in before me). I have never been so appalled at the level of service in the HOSPITALITY business. Never again. I'm telling all of my colleagues and charging groups. I don't want anyone to experience the same thing.

This property was really nice. The only complaint that I have is that the breakfast could have been better. They didn't watch close enough to make sure that the food, syrup, etc wasn't running low. If you as for the to check they would look at you as though it was an issue. Other than that it was really nice

The Pasadena Texas Best Western continues to set the highest standard for cleanliness, convenience and comfort. The breakfast bar is always replenished with fresh food items and the entire staff is always courteous and professional. Well Done Guys!

We checked in late at night and the person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We were surprised by how nicely appointed and updated the hotel lobby and rooms were. Looks like a brand new hotel. Super clean! Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was great. The hotel breakfast could be a bit better. Not that we expected a restaurant quality breakfast (in any chain hotel), but the 2 eggs left in the hotel dish were like cold, plastic eggs. They not only did not look real, they did not taste real. We couldn't finish them. The rest of the breakfast selection was very good and we appreciated it. Really, this was one of the nicest Best Western's and appears to be incredibly well managed.

This is my second visit to this particular location and once again I was not disappointed. Members worked around my schedule to accommodate my stay. Management and every front desk member were friendly and very attentive to my needs.

The Best Western Plus in Pasadena Texas does not disappoint. The housekeeping ladies do a fantastic job on keeping everything clean. The breakfast buffet is always hot fresh and delicious. Hotel is very clean, well decorated and beds are very comfortable. I had problems with the water pressure and speed of delivery of hot water. First room had just a trickle of water from the shower. Second room I moved to had better water flow, but it took a bit to get hot water. I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the past and had no problems, I have recommended it to others. If you choose to stay here, just check to make sure your shower works well ahead of time. Don't wait until morning to find out if there are problems.

I stay here more than I do my own home. It's a new hotel. Reasonably priced. Everyone from the management to the front desk are friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. Rooms are clean. Internet is lightning fast. Breakfast is hot and delicious. Give them your business.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in while in the Pasadena area. Very clean room...bed was comfortable....great breakfast. This is a well lit location and safe place to stay. Easy on and off the highway.

The front desk charged me for an extra night! How ridiculous? The management keeps pushing me off. Stay at Holiday Inn Express and save the headache and dishonesty! They charged me an extra $125 and no one is willing to look into it.

This was the first time I have stayed at a Best Western Plus. This facility has great staff and is spotless. The hotel is very quite and has very comfortable beds.....making it very easy to get a good nights sleep.

I had amazing stay at this hotel. It's new hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was really good. I got to the hotel really late and had to finish up my work. I am glad they had high speed internet. It is very important for me to have good internet service at the hotel. Next morning, I woke up little late for breakfast. However, it was closing time for breakfast but hotel staff kept it open for me so I could eat before I They also had offered if I wanted to take something for the road when they found out I had a long drive. That was really kind of them to offer. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Let me start by saying the rooms are clean and the overall appearance of this hotel is nice. The breakfast was lacking. They couldn't keep up with the volume of people coming down to eat. They ran out of food and didn't restock quick enough. Also, there are zero high chairs for small children. This is the second BWP we've stayed in and neither had high chairs. Also, I was told I had to come downstairs and get my own linens for the pull out couch as there were none provided in the room.

Great Hotel, also they have military discount, close to downtown and about 45 minutes drive to the beach. the staff were great. big Kudos to Gina (front desk) and Jessenia (Housekeeper Supervisor)..they both went above and beyond!! I would recommend anyone staying around the Houston area this hotel. the rooms are huge, stay on a King Suite plus sofa bed, great room. this particular hotel opened back in 2017 and still smell fresh like it's just opened, they keep the hotel very clean. great job Gina and Jessenia, keep up the good work!! make sure whoever is the supervisor for this two ladies that they get recognize for their everyday excellent job.

Every good hotel just stay at 3 different ones including the hampton n this one out did them all nice clean room my wife loves it here and now we know were to book it at next time we come to town ????????

Everything is comfortable. From the beds to the gym to the shower this is such a value hotel. We stayed here for 3 days and i have no complaints. My companions and I were able to work out great relax and sleep as it it were in the comfort of our own homes.

Stayed for some 7 days on business and was delighted with the quality of the hotel. The hotel was only opened in 2017, so everything is essentially new and is tastefully done. The front desk were very helpful, always with a smile. The room was great with a very comfortable bed, walk in shower and good quality furnishings + large TV! The only downside was the loss of Wi-fi to both my i-phone and laptop. But several phone calls to the (remote) IT tech guys eventually sorted the problem - but a pain to go through! Another issue is the lack of a restaurant (and bar) at the hotel - but the free breakfast was excellent. I knew about the lack of restaurant, but the hotel is a bit isolated, so it is essential to have a car to get to eateries - Denny's across the freeway is not the answer! Some road noise from the freeway and the occasional train horn but only an issue for the light sleeper or someone with jet lag (count me in!). All-in-all a very pleasant stay, despite the Wi-Fi. l

we stayed for a few days everything was good staff is nice our room was clean.breakfast was good the hostess was very nice kept the area clean and always made sure the food was warm. i love the waffles they were tasty

I had the most pleasant stay here. As soon as I walked in I received the most warmest hospitality from Chris she is such a sweet heart! She went beyond to help me with my stay. I had came in very upset with the delay from the airport and I know I wasn't the best person to deal with at check in and well I was treated so well I had forgotten I was late to my family event. The hotel is so clean and so nice!

Staff was helpful, check-in/out quick and easy. Great location! The room was unexpectedly, very nice; spacious, immaculately clean (and I'm really picky about cleanliness) beds were comfortable; breakfast was an added bonus. We were in the Houston/Pasadena area for a couple days with many family members. I chose this hotel even though family had recommended & stayed at a couple other local hotels. All who came to our room wished they had chosen this Best Western. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If you can find another hotel try it first. For a brand new hotel they have a lot to work on. The internet was bad and breakfast was nonexistent. Terrible coffee. The pillows are hard and no other options were given.

The staff at Best Western Plus Pasadena have made my stay so wonderful! I almost regret having to go home! We jumped around from crappy hotel to crappier hotel till we found this lovely home away from home! All of the staff here were the most pleasant and sweetest people I have ever met! Especially the Director of Sales Mrs. Lena. She treated me like family the whole time we were here. All the staff from the front desk (Kayleigh) to the the housekeepers and even the breakfast host were so nice and hospitable to us! If I were able to rate this hotel higher than a five a would!!! I felt so safe here. The other places we had to stay at my truck was broken in to, but here I have never had to worry about safety. Every morning when I get up to go to work I am greeted by Mrs. Lena's smiling face and her truly sweet and caring words. I have never felt so at home at a hotel before!

A phenomenal hotel with beautiful décor and amenities. The staff were very helpful and provided me with any toiletries that were needed in my room. The fitness center was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

I've been lodging at the Best Western Plus 2 nights/week for the last three months. I'm quite impressed with the amenities and modern conveniences. I typically arrive Sunday evening, and am cordially greeting by Kayleigh, who strives to deliver exceptional customer support. During the holidays, I stayed at this hotel on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. This evening, I experienced technical complications with the telivision, as the coaxial cable was disconnected from the TV. Not only was it an ardous challenge trying to fix it myself, the hostess could not enlist the support of a technician to help me. Additionally, she tersely hung up the phone at the conclusion of my support call, after I made three unsuccessful attempts to call her with No Answer. When I checked in, she seemed quite cold and inhospitible. She did not discuss any of the hotel amenities, or make any inquires that made me feel that she wanted to help make make my lodging experience enjoyable, or worthy of a return visit. I strongly encourage hotel management to address these deficiencies in order to create a culture that facilitates customer satisfication and business growth. Sincerely, Ken Parker

We stayed here for 1 night due to it's location to the USS Texas and the Houston Space Center. New hotel, bright and spacious. they have a business center that works quite well and the breakfast is a typical BW. Internet in the room worked awesome. Bathroom was big and had a walk in shower. It is located right beside the main industrial part of town so you do have to drive for restaurants. If I had a minor complaint is that the ice dispensing machine was close to my room and being a light sleeper, I could hear when people were around it, otherwise, I would highly recommend this BW if you are looking for a place to stay

Chris at the front desk was exceptional, I arrived late long after restaurant's were closed, and Chris went into the back and returned with a plate of lasagna and potato salad. What a will appreciated surprise. The hotel is remarkably well appointed and exceptionally clean. I travel a lot on business and this hotel and its staff stand out as a great find, Thank You much appreciated

I have family in Pasadena and frequently stay in hotels in this area when visiting. This hotel is fairly new and still very clean. Their staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. I was greeted with a friendly smile whether it was 10 am or 10 pm.

Check your statement carefully. Charged me an extra nights stay, and still ran the credit, even after being told it was wrong. could not/would not correct. took full day of phone calls to the manager to even come close to being charged correctly. and still not sure it was done correctly.

The people here truly make a difference. Kayleigh, Patricia, Suzy, and Alissa always go above and beyond to make sure guest needs are met. Ms. Lena is wonderful, and the owners are so nice. It's a new hotel with beautiful facilities and great amenities. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again. Loved this place!!

The housekeeping does a very good job on keeping the rooms clean specially Mrs.Gena. The breakfast is great delicious waffles. Smells clean everywhere you go. Great staff very friendly. Thank you for your service.

My son and I were displaced from Harvey. Every 2 weeks we were worried about extensions. Mr Patel was very compassionate and kind - to keep us posted. He provided a very clean and wonderful staff and never made us feel like we were any different from any other guest. We are very lucky to have been guests here and to be treated like family with kindness and respect. I recommend this hotel to everyone - We will forever be grateful to his team for making our stay here perfect!

All of the front desk staff are amazing! Kayleigh with a huge heart has helped me and my family so much, she's an angel! I believe the front desk manager Lena is great at her job! Very personable and respectful. However, Sanjay Patel does not know how to talk with people. He was very rude and I believe that he is not in the correct line of work to be the head manager of a hotel. Having hotel and manager experience, he completely dropped my review for this hotel. Other than that, everything is beautiful and spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

SUZY@frontdesk made me feel right at home with her superb customer service And was very accommodating to me. Lina the sales director was also very helpful and kind in helping me while i was there.. Christina amd John @frontdesk were also nice and polite with me....but the other two ladies were very rude and unprofeasional.i believe they work night shift on weekends. WHILE STAYING THERE I SUGGEST WORKING WITH LINA , SUZY,CHRISTINA OR JOHN... YOU WILL RECIEVE EXCELLENT SERVICE . VERY TOP NOTCH HOTEL ! EVERYTHINGS NEW!

I have traveled all over the world and I have never stayed in a more beautiful and simply fantastic hotel....ever! I am in the area to assist FEMA with hurricane relief support and was booked this room by my employer. I am in as suite with a full kitchen....so convenient! My suite and the entire hotel and parking surroundings are so well lit and designed! Free breakfast cannot be beat as well with delicious hot coffee available in the lobby 24/7. I'm sorry I work long hours every day because I would definitely enjoy my HUGE and comfortable suite to a greater extent. Oh, you also can't beat laundry services on site, too! I recommended this hotel to the FEMA colleagues I work with as well! My king size is heavenly, too! Book a room...you will not be disappointed! #VeryHappy

Brand new and beautiful--this hotel is wonderful. Great desk with lots of USB charging ports, plugs, and space to work. Also, a secure Internet connection that is reliable and fast. The room is large with a separate seating area, nice kitchenette that saved me tons on time and money, and a walk-in shower with a rain head. On-site guest laundry and fitness center, free hot breakfast and happy hours, and a staff that goes above and beyond to meet guest needs. Suzy, Pat, and Kayleigh always have smiles waiting when you go by the front desk. I'm staying long term, so I'm thrilled to find such a great hotel in this area. Highly recommend it!!

Newly built Hotel Very good Staff Good deals (Cheap & Best price) Neat and Clean. Very good housekeeping. Prime location and especially near by my work station. I prefer to stay at BEST WESTERN PLUS if get a any chance in future.

I have visited this hotel twice now and each time the hotel has been spotless and the staff was so very friendly. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are very spacious. It's close to major freeways, but set far enough off the main roads that you do not hear any traffic. Can't wait to visit here again!

We have really enjoyed our stay here, Receptionist are courteous and try there best to accommodate you the fastest possible. Hotel is nice and clean, housekeeping does an amazing job! By the way breakfast is delicious, food is kept replenished and warm.

We enter and had a welcoming staff, which was a nice feeling. The hotel is very nice looking, colors look fantastic. Our room was a good size. And bathroom shower had double sliding door. We had a king bed nice size room. Breakfast area had the average items. The pool is outside. Easy access to 610, 225, and Sam tollway.. I would come back again.

I booked three rooms at this new hotel which is conveniently located close to the Houston Hobby Airport.. The lobby, hallway and other public areas were clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern fixtures. The shower had filled shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The breakfast was good. We would stay at this Best Western Plus again.

I stayed here with my son and we both loved it! We had a two bedroom sweet with a kitchenette and it was super clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly. The also have a BBQ pavilion! We will be in the area again very soon and have decided to upgrade to the full kitchen sweet. Looking forward to grilling and swimming. Also, the coffee and breakfast was great! Do yourself a favor... stay here!

The hotel is brand new with every amenity you would need. I had a kitchen with separate eating area along with sofa and king bed. It felt like an apartment! Staff was very friendly and always greeted me. Great place to stay.

I had work nearby and came to get a place to stay for the night. It is a very clean hotel, the staff is kind. They even serve breakfast and it's delicious. I will definitely be coming back. The wifi was super fast and they are the only brand new hotel in the area!

This hotel is one of the Best we've encountered in a while. The manager Ms Renea is fantastic. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel really welcome. I must admit the food was delicious, and enough so as not to run out of anything. This is a new hotel so for the price we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It get's my 5 star rating.

I was traveling thru town and had to get a room. I chose to stay here due to in was on my way and also because it was new. The staff there at the front desk is very friendly, housekeeping was friendly. GREAT hospitality from front desk staff. I will return.

I absolutely love this place. Very safe with security wrap around privacy fence on property, great staff, one of the best managers (Renee) that I've ever dealt with, very accommodating, modern clean spacious rooms with kitchenette, ice cold AC, and a very comfortable king-size bed, business desk. Daily hot breakfast with lots of options, weekly dinner, great fitness room and pool. They also have a mini store by front desk with lots of goodies. I stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed every minute I was there.

My husband and I drove all night long-had to stop to rest @4am. Didn't fall asleep til at least 5-5:30am! Housekeeping RUDE gal came into room 3 TIMES!! Waking us up-7am/7:30/8:30am! First 2 times just standing there, then purposely SLAMMED the door both times! The 3rd time she YELLED at us-waking us up from a dead sleep! "HOUSEKEEPING?!" I yelled back after the 3rd time- said "NO! We're sleeping!" She YELLED back at me- RUDELY- said "WELL, LADY!!! WHAT IS YOUR NAME THEN?!" I YELLED back at the rude B*** our name, & she YELLED back- "WHATEVER!! That's not what I have- I have a different name!" Then slammed door! WHY?! Why does it even matter WHAT our name is?! If u see bodies laying in a bed asleep, quietly shut the door and check w management on WHO it is FIRST!! Then have a manager call our room if there's some big emergency on WHY she MUST get into OUR ROOM immediately to "clean"?! We will never stay at a Best Western again. We are Diamond members with Hilton, have a couple of MILLION points with them- we could've driven further down the road to get a free Hilton SUITE, but we were past the point of exhaustion. This was the cleanest, newest looking hotel in this rough ghetto area! So much for a good "recharge" before we head back on the road! As for the hotel itself- it is clean, because its brand new. It's more like a hospital tho- as there are no benches or chairs outside to sit on, as I like to drink my first cup of coffee and my vapor e-cig on a porch or outside. Not here. I'm having to stand in the baking sun on a scorching hot concrete walkway. Can't wait for the hubby to wake up so we can get the heck out of here!! Biggest tip I have for you- DONT FORGET TO LATCH YOUR INTERIOR DOOR & put your "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on your door!! We usually always do that, but weren't thinking clearly, as delirium had set in. (Which is still there- as I've only got about 2 hours of real sleep!) Thanks HOUSEKEEPER RUDE BIA*H!!
