"Super nice staff, nice rooms, nice breakfast."

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Would always take the time to help you out. Rooms were nice and clean and made up nicely every day. They have a really nice breakfast offering in the mornings. Have easy to access computer terminals and printers for use. Great hotel for business traveling.

"Nice newer hotel"

Spent four nights here. The building is new and in very good condition. Some trucking in the area and could hear freight trains in the area. Breakfast was the same every morning. Enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The enclosed pool area was nice. The rooms and building were mostly clean. One day they didn't do as well with my room. Noticed that my first floor room was humid with the AC running. Not sure about the other rooms. TV/satellite TV pictures were not clear or sharp. Found most of the staff to not be friendly or smiling. Abbey, who took care of the breakfast was friendly and smiled when she saw you. Not a touristy type of area. Would stay again, but try a room different than 116.

as expected a good clean small motel; reasonable rates; standard breakfast fare. clean rooms, Spanish speaking room attendant. English speaking front desk and breakfast attendant. The motel is on a busy highway between Vero Beach and Tampa in Mulberry Fl and 8-10 south of Lakeland and because of the reasonable room-rate was ideal for our camera club accommodations.

I received a confirmation email for 117. a week before I arrived. Charged 170. When I arrived. I would have canceled my reservation the week before if I was told it was going to increase when I arrive.

This was my 1st time @ this hotel. I was in town for 1 night, I enjoyed my stay. I was able to check in before 3:00pm, the Asst. Manager was friendly & check in was fast. The rooms appear to be upgraded. My room was on the 2nd floor (back) across from the elevator, the room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, having a microwave & fridge was a plus.

"Nice but not amazing"

It was a little pricey for the area. Enjoyed the breakfast except for the day where they didn't have a drop of coffee. Room had a strange odor but seemed clean. Never got wifi to work. Limited parking the nights we were there

"Nice stay, friendly staff"

Hotel rooms and lobby were clean, staff was very friendly; comfortable beds, good breakfast, overall nice, quiet stay. Only negatives were the scanner on the side door didn't work, and the hallway needed vacuumed. All other areas were kept clean throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again.

"Disappointment"

Fix electronic access lock on west end so don't need to walk around to front after exiting,clean blackhair off the toilet seat back and bed spread, clean the floors and remove black socks on floor from previous guest. Ext to bed, pick up cigarette butts and empty cigarette packages around pool area, unclog bathtub drain, Fix room door locking handle so it will retract dead bolt when turning which is a fire violation if inspected, fix tv reception and make sure showtime channel works, this property needsmore than one luggage cart that the staff could not find on their property for us to use. So we needed to make multiple trips from our room and could not use the closer side entrance since couldnot unlock door to get back in as mentioned above. Spray huge ant farm at west end entrance that has the broken access panel mentioned above. Front desk did not offer any form of adjustment for these issues when checking out.

Nice clean feeling rooms for a decent price. Was staying in town for a race. Rooms felt clean. Beds were a little stiff, but that's more of my preference so thumbs up there. The morning breakfast was pretty good. The staff were nice too,

"Not Bad, But Not Great"

Its cheaper than surrounding larger hotels. For the price its not bad. On this stay the hot water was barely hot enough for a shower and the thermostat on the heat was broken so I couldn't change the temperature. The rooms are fairly clean.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Check in at 11:00 after 45 minutes driving around trying to find it was slower than a snail pace. I was afraid to touch the closet door for fear of it coming apart in my hand. The desk looked as though it had been wiped with masking tape and talcum powder. When turning down thee bed, some bottle cap from a lotion or something turned up. The mold in the shower was thick and hadn't been cleaned, upon closing the shower curtain, a used washcloth fell into the shower with me. I presented management with these problems and requested to cancel my return reservation and they refused. Thank God for Customer Service at BW!!!! If you are seriously considering a view of Hell, spend a night here.

"Room was renovated but dirty"

The outside appearance and the renovated room seemed great until we walked into a dirty bathroom. The bed also was dirty. Luckily we only needed a place to stay for a night so my fiancé could race at the spartan race nearby

Rooms in disrepair and odor, broken closet door, malfunctioning climate control, breakfast so so. Presented to damaged room right away and was told they could not guarantee me a room because the others were reserved. I had a reservation too! Mine didn't matter??? Took 5 tries to get a room that was decent. Hope the owners can better maintain this facility. We were disappointed.

Not much around hotel. Was charged extra for 3rd person even though reservation was for 3, then an extra charge was added for a cot. Staff was friendly however. Breakfast was typical fare. Was weary of OJ. tasted off, odd since this is Florida. would think Orange juice would be good,

This is was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty and the hotel itself is by a landfill so it smells awful when you step outside. The breakfast was awful and the staff AWFUL.

This is a very basic hotel on the outskirts of Lakeland, FL. I was not expecting much based on the location and found it to be unexpectedly clean. The staff that I interacted with at the front counter were very friendly and helpful.

room rate too high. The air conditioner smells like mold and is very noisy. I had to be put in another room because the air conditioner didn't work. The need room was hot when I walked in. I was put at the very and of the last room both times.

"Hotel Staff Just Don't Care"

I stayed in a Best Western in Alabama is few month ago and thought it was great. So when I had to make an unexpected trip to Florida I booked a room in Mulberry. Boy was that a mistake. They fail to clean my room after my first night, breakfast was hit and miss, the ice machine was broken and the pool was closed. When I asked why my room wasn't cleaned, The front desk said the cleaning lady couldn't get in. So I let it go until the next day when I saw the cleaning lady and asked her to be sure and clean my room because it hadn't been the following day. She stated that her card key would not work on my door so she reported it to the front desk. They told her not to worry about it. This is just one example of the terrible service I received. They need to clean house and hire a completely new staff (two different day staffs were there during my ordeal.

""NEVER AGAIN"!!!"

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and we've always had a very positive experience. But apparently, since our last visit, there has been a change in ownership, and/or management, because now their customer service (or lack thereof) "SUCKS"!!! When people from other countries take over, apparently they haven't been taught basic customer service skills along with a little something in the USA that we call "manners"!!!! The hotel is nice, the price is reasonable, the rooms are comfortable and clean; but without customer service, all that means nothing! We were treated like an inconvenience instead of customers. They have cut back on supplies and service; (ex. minimal towels in the room), we stayed for 3 days and NOT ONCE was our room cleaned. Space won't allow me to go into ALL the details, but I will simply summarize by saying we will "NEVER" stay at this hotel again!

The accommodations were very adequate. The breakfast was free. The coffee although always available, was weak..Juices (orange/apple) were extremely watered down, eggs dry lumpy and hard. The fruit was good and fresh.

Unfriendly front desk staff, stained towels, super low-pressure water, no bagged breakfast for early checkout, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed at this hotel for business for one night which I had to leave early in the morning. There was no one at the front desk and no bagged breakfast as I was told it would be available. I could not stay until 6 AM for breakfast because of my work, so I can not say what the quality of their breakfast was. I would guess not good judging from the other issues I encountered.

"Great Place"

I had no problems here at this hotel. The rooms were really nice for such a desolate city. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. They have a nice fitness center that allowed for a full workout, and a pool to cool off in. Great place to spend a couple days.

I checked in. walked into my room and there were roaches just chillin on the night stand next to the alarm clock! I grabbed my kids and our stuff and ran out of there. they acted like I was lying at first until a housekeeper confirmed what I saw they offered me another room but I said hell no I don't want to stay at all. they should've offered another location but they didn't so that's very unprofessional. when I left I noticed the roaches in the parking lot and sidewalk going into the side door. very nasty!

"Will never stay at best western again"

My family stayed at this hotel for a few nights and we were displeased with just about everything. From the cheap, old breakfast food that is offered to the completely unhelpful staff. In particular, the random workers that live in the hotel and seem to run it like they are the owners. Very nosy and flat out rude. Wouldn't recommend for a quiet, family stay to anyone and will not ever stay at a best western again because of my stay here in mulberry.

excellent family atmosphere for traveling softball families. Very accommodating for crazy softball schedules. Friendly staff and well managed facility. Nice to have a quick breakfast, included with your stay. Kids enjoyed the opportunity to cool off in the pool in between games.

When we had issues finding a hotel our family called this hotel and they were great to work with! They held a room for us, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were some of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in and VERY Clean!! Prices were the best we found in the area!!!

We were in town unexpectedly due to a death, had not made a reservation anywhere, but were tired and ready to go to bed. This hotel was recommended and was close to where we needed to be the next morning. The Desk Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We felt fresh and rejuvenated after a nice nights sleep and morning shower. Unfortunately, we were running late and unable to partake in the breakfast, but did enjoy the coffee in the room. It is not a brand new ultra expensive high rise, but it was comfortable, safe and relaxing. When in Mulberry, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect hotel for Route 60 rest stop. Staff is kind. Pool was lax in hours which benefitted us. Traveled with children. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast with nice selection. Good parking. Quiet. Convient location.

Our high school JROTC Drill team stays here every year when competing in the State Drill Competition in nearby Lakeland. Nicer since becoming a Best Western property with the accompanying upgrades. For the last 2-3 years, Kaur and Michelle have had everything ready when we arrived - duplicate keys for 20+ rooms, early check in with all the rooms ready upon arrival, they let us use their breakfast room for our pizza dinners and accommodate all the traveling parents and instructors with the many requests that come with them. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks for another great trip and great memories again for the cadets.

Clean and friendly, good breakfast variety! Did not use the pool, because we didn't have time, but checked it out and looked clean. Close to Christine Softball Complex. WiFi worked better than most hotels.

try to get registeration on internet but would not let me so i told the person when i checked in and she said she couldnt help me ..it was very clean not enough blanket since we like our room cool. the hot breakfast was cold didnt think nothing of it the first day but the whole 3 days it was cold

I spend only one night at this Hotel with my two boys! Once we get there they ask me to pay a $100 deposit with the promise that they were going to return it in the next 24 Hours! But that never happens! I call to the Hotel 5 times in 5 days! Almost 2 weeks later they returned the money but they took $15! I call to the Hotel to ask why and they inform me that they charge me that money because one of the towels was too dirty "Of course I have two 8 years boys" this is ridiculous! si next time you go to this Hotel bring your own towels or you ar going to be charge!! Too much!!

Nice stay, quite, safe, close to a lot of restaurants, comfy beds, nice staff.... Down side the tub was dirty and had little hairs from what seems like someone had shaved. But I just went out and bought some cleaning products under $10 and cleaned it myself, spread the bed down with Lysol and a glad plug in!! Was not a fan of the breakfast. But other then that everything was fine.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly at this clean hotel. We have been traveling throughout Florida and the beds here were the most comfortable so far. The property is clean and well-maintained. The free breakfast had plenty of options and staff checked the area while we were eating to ensure adequate supplies.

They are always nice and helpful at this location. The beds are awesome love the beds very comfy!! The intranet is always working and quick. We don't always use the pool, but it is nice as well. We stayed one time while they we're renovating and it was still nice and quite. Will continue to stay at this location as long as it is there. This is also a good location still close to Tampa/St. Pete area takes an hour to get to them and shopping is along the way in Brandon. Lithia Springs is along the way as well. Nice natural spring park. They have a Wal-Mart headed towards Lakeland on 37 about 6 miles from the hotel and restaurants..

This stay was doomed from the beginning of the check-in process . I reserved a room for 4 adults, when I get to the hotel Michelle the front desk attendant charged me $10 extra per person per day. When I questioned why she could not tell me or advise how to prevent this in the future. So much for being honest!! We were given our room number 203. We were going to go to dinner after we placed our things in the room. We soon found out that was not going to be the case. The room door would not lock unless you were in it. It was getting late and decided to skip dinner. We got ready for bed and pulled back the sheets and there was a roach on the pillow. I took a piece of paper off the night stand caught the bug and killed it in the paper. I immediately took it to the front desk to show them. The girl that checked me in Michelle took the paper and said "Oh, you found a bug?" like it happens all the time. On her way out the door for the night she told the other clerk to discount our room. I got up the next day to eat at the "complementary continental breakfast", they stated they had several options, Fresh waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and assorted toast, bagels, and a few bite size cinnamon rolls. Sounded good to me until I hit the dining room. (Breakfast started at 7am and ended at 10:30am.) I arrived to the empty dining room at 9 am, there was no waffle batter, no milk for the cereal, and the oatmeal was cooked till it was dried hard on the steam warmer. I went to Michelle at the desk and informed her she once again stated she was sorry. I waited in the dining room for 30 min and still no batter for the waffles and no milk for cereal. At this time I had to go back to the room to get ready for check out. We were in town for a funeral and there were 4 people to get ready. Getting back to the room I realized that there were only 3 towels. So once again I had to hunt someone down for more. Upon check out I all of these issues to the manager on duty the only thing they could say was sorry. Then she wanted to show me a break down on my bill. I reserved my room online as a Best Western member receiving the discounted rate of $89.99 per night from $99.99. She tried to convince me that my rate was discounted as a favor to me because of my issues. She stated they know they have roaches in the room and there was a bug guy there to take care of the issue. They know they have a problem and have had complaints in the past. The lock locks when you are in there so you are safe inside the room. They do not make fresh batter for the waffle maker they use it over and over till it is all gone and instead of checking to see if it is out they wait till someone complains or informs that something is missing. They are suppose to give extra towels but since it was late the night before she forgot to give towels even though she remembered to charge me extra. She gets points for that GO MICHELLE!!! All in all a bad stay. I have stayed here before 5 times and so has our family and did not have these problems. This place is slipping and Michelle is not helping. I contacted Best Western they said they would have to owner call me but I do not think they care they already have my money.

I would Highley reccomend this hotet to who ever is in the area very clean great breakfast ,24 Hour coffee is there for eveyrbody all day and night .Fitness center very nice and the Pool area is very clean they have outside shower to rinse off and pool towels available at pool side a awesome place to stay.

Just as the title says, one should never judge a book by its cover. Let me explain. I was in town on business, and decided to stay at the best western here since that is the norm for all of my business trips that I take. Being that the hotel is in Mulberry, Fl, which looks a lot like Mayberry if you ask me, I had a lot of preconceived notions about it. Will this place be clean? Will the staff have all their teeth etc. I get to the hotel, which is decent looking on the outside, it's nothing like the Taj Mahal or something, but nice. I walk inside and I was greeted by a nice young lady name Michelle. She greeted me, and already knew who I was! Perhaps because I'd made the reservation over the phone with her prior to my visit. She was very polite and knowledgeable. The check-in was quick and painless, despite me asking her a million questions. I received my room key, found my room and settled in. The rooms were nice, I got a single bed and I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was. There's free WiFi, which is always good. I'd had a long day so I took a shower before bed, and I needed more towels and a toothbrush, which I could not find my own. Went to the front and Michelle was more than happy to give me more towels and a travel size toothbrush. All in all, the stay started off very very well. When it was time for me to leave, I asked for the express check out, so I could get on the road faster, I received the receipt under my door, and I didn't even have to go to the front to hand in my key! I still went to the front anyway to thank Michelle, but I guess the change over happened while I was asleep. So, for a Best Western, in a small town such as Mulberry, FL, I was amazed at the service I'd received. When you come to this hotel, I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay, especially if you get to see Michelle. I look Forward to my next trip down here.

My Dad passed away the end of June 2016. My husband and I were here for 2 & 1/2 weeks. This is one of the WORST Best Western hotels we have ever stayed at. The only thing that stopped us from going else where was we had so much stuff to move if we had. The swimming pool was nasty, large alge spots in it. The water was low, it didn't even cover the 1st step. The liner what ever it was made of was coming off in several places. Their breakfast wasn't much. Some of the other guest where painters they had been staying there for months. Felicia the girl who did breadfast was setting it up 30 minutes early so the working guess could eat before going out in the heat ever morning. The manager told her to STOP doing it. My husband and I went out & bought a 5 cup coffee maker, coffee & filters. Hotels coffee maker was a single cup at a time instant coffeemaker (yuck). The water tasted bad I would get ice and let it melt since they filtered the water for the ice machine. We were up early one morning 3am, not long after we got up the power went out. We were in the dark 3 1/2 hours growing tired of we went out. I was told my hotel employee power wasn't on until 7:30 am. While it was out I walked down the hall a couple of times. At the main entrance the exit sign above the doors didn't work, some of the emergency lights were going out, they got dimmer & dimmer. Debra, one of the household staff was great, ask her for something you got it. Or at the end of the day it was done. We didn't expect to have to stay as long as we did. They had no guest laundry. That was a big pain in the butt, we had to go to a local laundromat. That cost $$$, plus one of the washers ripped us off. Would we stay here again? Not if we don't have to.

Our breakfast starts at 6am and it ends at 10am and an hour before breakfast we provide Grab-n-Go bags for all of guest. The Grab-n-Go is for those guest that don't have time to wait until 6am to get a full breakfast, and they can request for a bag at the front desk. Yes, the coffee/tea maker provided in the rooms is for a single cup but we do provide extra coffees/tea if you need them. Also, in the breakfast area the hotel has fresh complimentary coffee 24 hours a day for all of our guest. Furthermore, we have vending machines in which you can get a snack or drink for a minimal cost . Once again we do apologize for the power outrage but there was a severe storm that caused us to lose power. If The pool was clean, this place would be 5 stars. The front desk staff were very kind. The place was quiet. I love that. Clean rooms. Wish they had eggs and some turkey sausages in the am but all in all I was happy with the visit. And I will be using this place again soon.

This is a very nice hotel in a small town. Very clean, new and up to date. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and orderly. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Not much to do or eat in Mulberry, but take a 15 minute ride down the road to Lakeland and you can find anything and everything that you want!

The manager and the staff were cordial. The rooms and grounds are clean and fresh. It has parking for big trucks. The WiFi and printer are efficient. Everything is excellent. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the towels were fluffy.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. There were no restaurants close to the hotel but it only took 10 to drive to very nice restaurants. The pool was covered by a screen to keep bugs out but still allowed the sun in for tanning.

Clean room but extremely small. Barely any room to walk. Had to have my room changed when I arrived as I reserved a room with a fridge. No laundry facility. Assuming there are people living there? Weed smoke in back stair well. Cost me $106 for the night. Breakfast cook showed up late so front desk was scurrying to accommodate. Came for a softball tournament in Bartow. May try to find a different place next time. Nothing close as far as restaurants.

We stayed here while visiting Legoland in late March. I was very pleased with the entire stay. Everything was very clean, including the hallways, lobby, and guest bathrooms. Upon walking into our room my son said it was nicer than our house : ) Very spacious room but there were only 2 of us. The front desk clerk, Verenice, was extemely helpful when I couldn't print out tickets to a Medieval Times show I booked for the night. She admitted she wasn't too familiar with the lobby guest printer, but told me to forward my email tickets to her personal email and she printed them for me. Without then, we wouldn't have been able to get in. They have one of the biggest breakfast rooms with plenty of tables unlike most hotels that only have 4-5 tables. Breakfast left us full well into the afternoon. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

Let me tell you, for the price and area you can't get better rooms or service. My family stayed four night because nothing else was available. In Lakeland we normally stay at the Omni. So we expect a quality room. Most stuff had been updated here and was clean. The staff was friendly and ready to help with anything you needed. Rooms were comfortable could have been larger but we aren't talking a suite so. But I would stay again if I needed somewhere kinda off the beaten path. The only negatives I really found was breakfast lacked luster but most do. And rooms aren't really large enough for four people. This rating is based off similar priced rooms in winter haven, Lakeland, mulberry, bartow. Great place to stay to visit legoland Comfort 5 Clean 5+ they clean lobby constantly and restrooms Value 5+ I went to another hotel in Lakeland and payed almost twice the price for a suite And I told corporate I would never stay in the chain even if they gave me a free night. Well they tried and I respectfully declined

This facility had everything you might need for a quick stopover. Check-in/check-out was easy, the room was clean, the bedding comfortable and the there were the conveniences that we have come to expect when traveling. It was a little more out-of-the-way than I expected, even following the GPS instructions from Orlando, but it was nice to be on SR-60 to continue going westward from there. As others have said, there are no places to eat within walking distance, but there are a multitude of choices if you are willing to drive a few minutes. A huge PLUS for us was the good-sized pillows on the bed. Many of the Best Western hotels have gone to the trendy little square pillows - great for decorating, not great for sleeping. Another plus was the great shower pressure. Bedding and linen were good, not spectacular. This hotel could use some updating, but adequate overall. The door seemed a little loose, the elevator creaked more than I'd like, and the walls were thin enough for me to hear the television next door. That hasn't happened in awhile! The hotel has a pool that is enclosed and screened in with easy access from the indoors. During our stay we heard a lot of running up and down the hallways. Someone else must have noted it too, as a staff member addressed the problem before bedtime. Breakfast was adequate. It ran from 6-10 am, but at 6:30 when my husband went to get us a coffee, it looked like nothing was ready. An hour later, breakfast items were available (yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, mini muffins, breads, waffles, fresh whole fruit, coffee and juice. The lineup for the waffle maker was never-ending, an obvious popular item. We loved that the entire hotel is non-smoking (also no pets). Staff members were caring and attentive, and that will leave you with a positive feeling of the place.

This experience exceeded my expectation with the exception of the parents in the hall did not control their children running the halls and slamming doors. This is not the hotels problem. The room was incredible with a jacuzzi in the room and fluffy towels. I highly recommend this hotel. I went to the Sebring race and this was mid way and perfect commuting.

The facility was clean, quiet and convenient. easy to get to free breakfast was great main road and easy to get to large king size bed and plenty of room we were using this as a stopping point to go to the Plant City annual Florida Strawberry festival. would recommend and plan on staying again next year!

I always stay at a Best Western when on trips for business 4 - 6 x's a month.This place was HORRIBLE! A used washcloth in the shower along with clumps of hair everywhere in tub. Sink, toilet and floor along with the rest of the room did not look clean. Guy in room next door left door open and was open for business all night. For breakfast there was a make your own waffle. That's it. Talked to staff about all of above; Didn't seem to care and offered a 10% discount! The price was ridiculous for this caliber of hotel.

We were riding motorcycles and were caught in a rain storm. The desk clerk allowed us to park our bikes under the covered entry to keep the bikes dry. That was very nice as a wet seat is not very comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was next to a furniture warehouse. Not much to look at outside. Not much to do when it's raining but the room was very comfortable.

Hotel is overpriced for the area it is in. It is literally in the middle of nowhere. For a hundred dollars a night it should at least have a hot tub which it doesnt. I will say it does have a Very good fitness facility compared to some more expensive hotels ive stayed at. Staff is really friendly.

Very pleased with the room and the staff. We had come to Florida for a funeral and the location worked very well with our plans. We would have preferred a room on the first floor closer to the lobby especially since the hotel was nearly emply, however it was a beautiful room with very nice amenities. We would stay there again.

"Looks can be deceiving"

Although hotel is in secluded area it looks like a nice place to stay from outside but inside tells a opposite story and is not worth the stay. Hotel was recently remodeled but was poorly done and not worth the price.

We arrived at 3:30 after traveling since 2:30 in the morning and were told the rooms were not ready. The hotel was empty! Finally able to get our two rooms. One room had no phone that worked, and a large saturated wet spot on the carpet, the other room had no shower curtain. The beds were comfortable and overall room clean. Musty smelling when we first arrived but once air condition was on the smell went away. The hotel was newly renovated, breakfast was light continental breakfast (toast, bagels, danish, coffee and juice). Eggs were hard boiled. Staff was nice - offered to move us to another room which we declined. Staff brought extra towels to both rooms and shower curtain to our room. Interesting stay - GPS/google maps does not recognize this hotel as a Best Western - listed as Mulberry Hotel and Suites. Giving hotel average rating only because of newly renovated and comfy beds.

"Nightmare before Thanksgiving"

I was so disappointed in the quality of the room and accommodations provided at the Mulberry Inn. I had booked a room so my sister and her family could be comfortable in their own space as she traveled from out of town and we could be close in proximity for the Thanksgiving weekend. They arrived late on Wednesday and went straight to the hotel and to bed. In the morning to everyone's dismay there was no HOT water to take a shower, pipes were exposed and the ceiling tiles were not even put in. Mind you, this was a renovated room. They were suppose to stay three nights. They changed rooms, same thing. Hugh dispute with the owner over all of it. I am sparing the details. He would not refund the money as he already ran the credit card. Long story short I live in Mulberry and will never recommend this hotel again. It needs a serious reconstruction process from the floor to the management. Very disappointed!!

Bestwestern soon to be. Maryann front desk clerk. Ready to greet you as you come in the front door. Remodeling in progress, new rooms available. This location offer Internet. pool. Breakfast. I thank the staff behind the scenes who make it possible to have a clean room. Will return again.

"Nice Personnel, but "Conditions" run down"

We've stayed at this hotel several times since we have nearby relatives. The personnel were very friendly, and our rooms were always "ready"--no problem at all with our reservations, ever. There is ample parking. The rooms themselves were often good and clean, but our most recent stay, the room was not very clean, and we had a leak in a pipe that "wet" the carpet. The breakfasts are dismal--donuts from the grocery store, and the hotel personnel were eating them, leaving few for the customers. Maybe it has changed since our last stay? If you DO stay there, call ahead and voice these concerns--maybe things CAN change for the better.

"A sure candidate for Hotel Impossible"

Well, last year I wrote a fairly good review of this hotel. However this year I have to say it is truly a hotel impossible. We thought they might have upgraded since our last visit. But looks like they've done nothing to spruce up the place. Dirty just plain dirty. Shower curtain ripped and ready to fall. Our friends had NO shower curtain. Mold-- really lousy breakfast offering. I don't think I need to say any more. Drive a few miles and spend a few extra bucks--
